Ordered the pavlova, would prefer it without the passion fruit, maybe the passion fruit that day was super sour or maybe it’s the intention to balance out the sweetness? But the super sour passion fruit made the desert unenjoyable. The window seating is nice but the chairs are not quite comfortable. The vibe of the whole place is quite vintage which is nice. Went at 6pm and there was no wait.

Accidentally discover this dessert place and all I can say is definitely worth checking it out. Didn’t manage to try any of their main desserts, just their ice cream and it was so good (really good quality). We ordered their earl grey chocolate and masala chai flavors and both tasted really unique and rich. Other than that, their interior is really cozy, warm, aesthetic and hint of English cottage kind of design. Great for taking pictures!

Went there for dessert After birthday lunch. Not bad, dessert taste nice, apple strudel and chocolate glaze with salted caramel is a must order during the visit. black mango ice-cream taste very unique and nice. Just the price really premium, hopefully they can consider so sort of happy hour promo to attract more people To try.

Once we were their loyal fans since MCO… but after tonight, I’ll just “de-fan” this place. Honestly, it turned into one of the worst dessert bar experiences I’ve had. What kind of customer service is this? After gaining fame, this is how you treat your customers? Even with the boss present, we were just chased away like that. Here’s what happened. We were really looking forward to enjoying their desserts. When we arrived, there were some empty seats, though not enough for all 4 of us. We were fine with 2 seats and 2 of us standing at the bar. But the owner, who was sitting there, told us that if we sat, it would be a hindrance to “high traffic.” Instead, he asked us to sit outside just on a bench. Fine, we sat. But then they closed the entrance door and no one came out to attend to us. What a pity. It was really sad because we had supported them since MCO, always excited to come back, yet this time we were treated so poorly. This will definitely be the last time for me. There are plenty of other dessert places in town with good quality, better customer service, and the right attitude.

Stumbled upon this place after having dinner nearby and decided to try it out. They serve really delectable desserts which are priced around RM30+ on average, but each one is pretty generously sized, so you’re advised to share it with another person. I really enjoyed the pavlova here. Overall ambiance was really cosy and comfortable, great for catch ups. Would definitely come back. We managed to get a table despite just walking in, but had a limited dining time because their tables were already reserved. They seem like a busy place so definitely make a reservation if you want to come here.

The Belgian chocolate coffee (Mocha) is good. The chocolate does not hide the coffee taste. The panna cotta is a must to try. Not too sweet and the right texture. Creamy and just right the taste. The ambient is good, relaxing and good place to hangout

Second time here Most of it is good except for the prune compot crème burlee not a big fan cuz the candied caramel stick to to tooth would rather of a flan with lot of vanilla tho hope to see in the menu one day. Side not if you're going past 9/10 on weekend do call them cuz they might not have seating

Jaslyn Cakes is one of the OG bakeries in KL. I come here knowing that it’s foolproof when you are craving to eat a good slice of cake. My favourites are their salted caramel chocolate ganache (rich choc & not sweet at all), lemon drizzle butter loaf & most recently, the pistachio cake Only downside for their Bangsar outlet is the limited seating & how cramped it is as the store is only half a store. Best for grab & go Price is higher than usual but still better value compared to other cafes.

Very good cakes. Price is not cheap, but you know you are getting quality. Recently ordered the red velvet cake for a birthday. Easy online ordering. They even offered the option of laminating a small message to put on the cake. Decoration of cake is very minimalist. So I felt I had to jazz up the cake myself. Flavour and texture wise, the cake was spot on. Service: when I went to collect the cake, the staff were attentive . They asked when I will be eating the cake and even offered to cling wrap the box after finding out it will be 24 hours before the party. Cons: parking here is difficult. Hardly any parking which causes a headache.

I've visited Jaslyn’s many times whenever I’m in KL, but this time was quite a disappointment. I bought two cakes — the Lemon Drizzle and the Chocolate Salted Caramel. The lemon cake was decent, but the chocolate one was a letdown. At RM25 per slice, I expected much more. The cake was dry, the caramel was bitter, and most of all, I had hoped for a rich couverture chocolate ganache. Instead, it tasted like low-quality chocolate. I really hope they improve the quality of their bakes — I’ve always loved visiting and would be happy to return in the future 🙏🏽

The cozy cake place is a famous spot for various freshly baked cakes. I ordered the earl grey chiffon cake with iced black coffee for tea time. The cake is really soft and fluffy and not too sweet, it's the perfect after meal dessert with black coffee as well.

I still think about their peanut butter chocolate cake , so good and it can be shared with 2 people as it’s quite heavy. I would like to order this again 🥹

The cakes are delicious, carrot cake, brownies and some other unique cakes are also available. The cafe has a nice cozy vibe to it but it a little hard to find parking in this area. Great place for dessert and tea time hangouts.

This dessert shop has mouth-watering yummy cakes to offer. Had a pistachio cake slice that was quite a delightful experience. Prices are on the high side perhaps. Overall worth visiting for afternoon tea or when craving for sweet cakes!

I used to checkin nearly every week but switch to molten cause nearer to my place but saw the latest hype so decided to revisit and try out the kunafa. When the crepe was served i recalled the amount of choc was wayyy too little compared to last time i had when they were still on the opposite block. The choc didnt even enough to cover the whole top. So stingy with the chocs... so halfway i wanted to add order and asked the staff eh why the choc so little ya? Is this the now sop? Then staff said oh sebab last time we add more but customer complaint muak too much choc so we reduce the scoop. Hek elehh customer tak guna mana tu 😭punca betol laahhh.. but i was lucky the staff offered free small cup of choc for us so yeay! Hopefully the boss didnt deduct the staff salary for this. The boss shouldhve stick to the ratio- refer to how generous molten, salon and dipdip with the chocs on their dessert. U guys have good grade chocs man so we all the choc lovers who came visit of course wanted to enjoy choc not "diet version" pls! 🤣 Btw the kunafa was good. It was cooked with perfect crunch not hard-crunch and theyre very geneorous with the kunafa portion in their crepe. 🤤🤤🤤🤤 nxt time will try the bomb holefully that time i will get s much choc as syedot get! 😙 Cafe was clean and cosy prolly cause not a peak hour so we get to enjoy our chocs peacefully 🤗

Chocolate iced can be better. I only taste sugar n sweet. Latte is so so. Overall environment and service top notch

I come here for late night desserts quite often. Reason being their quality of chocolate is sooooo good & their service is always amazing. They’ve also just recently released a new item: Tiramisu…which we devoured in less than 5 minutes. It was so good, rich yet light at the same time. Of course, will continue to come back for more! 🤩🤤

It was rather quiet on a Sunday night. Service by the guy was great, attentive and very friendly. Seemed like he was the only person on shift. We decided on a waffle & churros. Both were crispy and went very well with the chocolate (I specified crispy cause I like it that way). Bill came up to RM 38, not too bad - as the other reviews say, its cheaper than the other chocolate chains around. Would probably come back 👍🏼

Don't be fooled by CHOCOLOCO CAFFE @Publika's RM5 coffee promo. I went at 10am, only one staff member, unwelcoming and clearly not ready. No response to thank-yous, just a rushed “hot or cold?”, "sugar or no?" The coffee? Lukewarm, watery, and tasted reused. Terrible service, worse coffee. If you have indeed reviewed your CCTV footage, then you would have heard me asking your staff before entering whether the shop was open. I only proceeded to step in after she responded, "Yes." I also acknowledge your point about the promotional T&Cs — however, I did not visit your café because of the promotion. I simply walked in, asked politely if you were open, and ordered a flat white. Your staff did not inform me of the promo details or that it only applied on weekdays, which could have prevented any misunderstanding. While I understand you may say I failed to read the terms, I believe your staff also had an opportunity to provide that information at the time of order. As for your comment that she was polite — that’s subjective. I have at least thanked her twice and at every event she just ignored me. While she did ask about sugar and shots, I’d also invite you to review the footage to observe how long she steamed the cold New Zealand Meadow milk straight from the fridge. As someone experienced in coffee and operating a business for a while. I’m sure you would agree that there is a standard for how long cold milk needs to be steamed to reach a hot or even warm temperature. What I received was room temperature at best — and saying “lukewarm” in my review was, frankly, being generous. Been there quite some times. Nice food and delicious. Usually I go for breakfast. This is the 1st time I came around 3pm. Easy to find parking. Parking fee RM 3. If I come in the morning it is usually hard to find parking.

Stayed right next door at the Agile Residence. Closes at 530pm. We had breakfast there on Sunday and packed the pastries back on Monday. Pastries were delightful. Sambal ikan bilis was a surprise winner for me. The others were awesome as well. We had the eggs bene with chicken patty. The chicken didn't feel like a frozen mass produced product. Spouse said it was abit spicy. Not bad. Full English breakfast was alright, the 2 chicken sausages gave minus points to the dish, felt like it was an inferior product with alot of filler. Summary: Great for pastries. A must visit place and I will be back again next time.

Levain is a cosy, French-inspired bakery and café housed in a charming old bungalow on Jalan Delima, Imbi. It’s beloved for its freshly baked breads, pastries, cakes, macarons, and artisanal offerings — the aroma of baking greets you as you walk in, and there’s a warm, relaxed feel. The décor (high ceilings, comfy seating upstairs, verandah/outdoor spots) gives it a nice ambience, good for solo coffee, brunch with friends, or just a pastry run.

This place, Levain Boulangerie & Patisserie, is amazing! Just look at that croissant with scrambled eggs and the crispy hash brown – it looks absolutely delicious. And the vibe inside is so cozy and welcoming. I can totally see why it's got such a great rating; it's a perfect spot to just chill and enjoy some really good food.

Came back to this place after 5 years and the food is still amazing! The staff are super friendly. I even left my things behind by accident and they helped me find them and handed them back to me. Definitely coming back again!

Came across this place on social media and decided to get a few friends to pay a visit. Didn't know this place could be so busy and need to queue to get in at 1030am! Parking was also a bit hard to find. Didn't wait long to get a table upstairs. This place is like a dream for sweet tooth lovers there's so many pastries and sweets to choose from. We didn't want to stick to just sweet items so we picked a few savoury ones as well. In general would say the pastries are all of pretty good quality and the ones we picked we didnt find any fault with it. Everything was pretty enjoyable and all hit the right notes. The only regret was that the variety is really crazy you cannot order everything you like at one go so you have to make a few trips down to try all. Pretty nice place to chill, the only bad thing was probably one off where the place was so noisy there was this group of rowdy teens where we can't even hear when we were talking, and they were there for quite some time only left when we were about to finish our brunch. Interesting place with good pastries and definitely worth visiting. Probably should come early to get a parking lot near the shop and eat without having to queue. Don't know what to recommend cause everything we ordered was good so pick what your heart desires!

Having brunch here on a weekend is like floating on a calm lake at sunrise. There was a slight queue upon arrival, but we were ushered in within 5-10 mins. Staff were friendly and the service was good despite the heavy crowd. Parking was plentiful as well. We had 4 different desserts : Pain au chocolat, canelé, matcha white chocolate scone, and a red bean butter bun. All of them were delicious and well-crafted, flaky or moist where they should be, and clearly made with care. We paired our decadent pastries with a latte, hot matcha and an iced matcha. The drinks unfortunately were pretty average. The latte didn’t stand out, the hot matcha arrived more warm than hot, and both the matchas were just mediocre; lacking the creaminess and strong matcha flavour especially considering that there is a well known matcha cafe right upstairs at a similar price. Croisserie has a charming, lively vibe, though it can be a tad bit noisy with loud crowds. Overall, I’d happily return for their pastries, but next time I’d probably skip the drinks and head elsewhere for those.

Croisserie is an absolutely phenomenal pastry heaven. Sophisticated is the word i would rate this place. It is easily one of the best patisserie cafes we have visited in KL. Their display case is full of colorful, tempting treats, from sugary to savoury sandwiches. We had the chocolate cube brioche feuillete, Maritozzo and the chocolate fig orange. Each patisserie is not only beautifully presented but also bursting with flavour. Every bite feels indulgent and exceptional, I kid you not. The Maritozzo was light and packed with generous, creamy fillings that are absolutely irresistible and goes well with a hot cuppa. The visually presented chocolate cube brioche has a tender buttery dough with layered flaky texture. And the star of the show was the Chocolate Fig Orange. The interplay of praline crunch, fruity fig, and sharp orange keeps the dark chocolate luxurious but never overwhelming. From crisp to tender, sweet to bitter and rich to refreshing coming from the praline base, the velvety dark chocolate ganache and the fruity notes of orange and fig. It is truly sophisticated and indulgent with a presentation that is truly world-class. A must-visit for anyone who appreciates patisserie in KL. Definitely warrants another visit or two to explore other viennoiseries and little cakes they offer.

I'm so excited once I walked in. You'll be welcome by a whole lots of pastries & patisserie. I'm so in love with every single item. It's so hard to choose as I want everything. All looks so tempting & delicious. Just pick what u want & pay at the counter and u can start digging in. Crowd here is tremendous so it's quite noisy. Not a nice spot to hang out but definitely a good place to fulfill your sweet tooth. Their pastries are so good especially the blueberry tart & caramel macadamia tart. The matcha yuzu petit gateau is also very good. Not too sweet & flavours are well balanced. Prices are very reasonable. Will definitely visit again if I'm in KL.

came here with my sister and mother to takeaway some pastries. queue moved fast, we’re not here often so we needed time to browse to choose our pastries. while browsing, i saw a fly in the pastry box & we alerted the pastry attendant ab it. she just swatted it out and carried on with the next customer after us. when we were ready to order, the pastry attendant was quite stuck up and told us that we needed to queue to order. we explained that we came in way before and needed time to browse for our pastries before ordering and she was like tak puas with the fact that she had to serve us. we got the chocolate banana croissant, lamour & the strawberry croissant pastry. the lamour was my favourite. paying for the pastries took ages, the queueing itself was like 10 mins. my sister encountered some issues with the touch n go payments which was quite suspicious but luckily she got her refund back. the pastries are good, but the service left a really bitter taste in my mouth especially since it’s expensive. please improve it - just because your pastries are good, doesn’t mean your employees get to act so rude!

Five stars for everything honestly. All the pastries are professionally made, high in quality and the prices are reasonable too! Queue might take a few minutes if you come on a weekend or a public holiday but it is worth it the wait🥳 Really loved the matcha latte and hot chocolate too, I have never tasted hot chocolate such as this. If you're looking for coffee & pastries, do not hesitate to come here. No doubt that this can easily rank in the top 5 best patisserie in Malaysia !!!

This is my second visit. I could buy bread during the week without waiting in line. There is a waiting line on weekends. But don't worry. You can choose bread easily when you choose it. It was nice because it was not complicated by the entrance of two people. I think bread is really delicious among the bakeries I've ever eaten. A place that sells delicious bread

Love the ambience and interior, not so much on the food. The sides were great but the main dish can be better. The presentation is great but the taste is not there yet. However, we do enjoy our lunch here. The highlight of the day is fried squid and mushroom dip with sourdough bread.

Great place to gather with family and friends. We came for birthday celebration. The food is well cooked and served nicely. The service crew is excellent and polite. Highly recommend this restaurant 👍👍definitely will come back in a short time. The only thing would probably need improvement is the seating area quite packed due to the cement pillars. Hope will get better soon

Such a cosy and modern restaurant. Love the interior and atmosphere. Happy that we enjoyed the food as well. Very flavourful and the portion is great. Went there on a working day and there was no crowd so we get to appreciate the food and chill ambience. Would definitely visit again

Such a warm and welcoming ambiance. The food was delicious despite it’s a bit pricey. The pasta was okay. The salmon fried rice needs some spiciness. We chose nutella poppyseed cake which was heavenly.

My first time visiting Naj & Belle Bangsar with my wife — overall, the food was delicious! We ordered the Soft Shell Crab Linguini and Squid Ink Spaghetti. The linguini had a rich, spicy butter flavor with curry leaves. The spiciness was just right — not overwhelming or muak. As for the squid ink spaghetti, the pasta was cooked perfectly — not too soft — and the tomato sauce was well-balanced. Even though my wife on the spicy side, she still enjoyed it as the sauce wasn’t sour. The portion of prawns was also quite generous. It was our first time trying black-colored spaghetti, and honestly, it didn’t taste much different from regular spaghetti, but it was still very tasty. The service was also quite fast — we got our food within 10 minutes after ordering! We didn’t order drinks to cut down on sugar, and thankfully there was free-flow iced water. Both of us are big eaters, and because the food was so delicious, we wished the portions were a bit larger. But we ended up ordering steak fries afterward, and that made us full. The restaurant has a nice ambience — a great place to enjoy good food. The prices are reasonable, and we don’t mind paying for such quality. We’ll definitely come again!

The loaded nachos was nice- generous amount of guacamole, beef chillies and cheese. Soft shell grab pasta ia alright, a tad oily. The lamb kofta salad was also good, would have preferred less of the heavy sauce. Good strong coffee. Fast sevice and friendly waiters. Would definitely come again!

My all-time favourite soufflé place. The best Japanese soufflé pancakes in town. Might need to wait outside and queue occasionally, and the waiting time to get the food is long as informed by the staff and as expected every time, but it’s all worth it and we keep coming back time after time. I love the ice cream too. The vanilla ice cream tastes like Madagascar vanilla ice cream. The soufflé pancakes are cooked to a perfect level of fluffiness. The atmosphere is nice and cozy, but can be slightly chilly at times. A gastronomic experience!

I first tasted soufflé in Singapore. It was S$23.90 at that time and i thought, "That's really expensive to eat a pillow-like sponge cake with too much cream and strawberry jam!!). Twenty five years later, i beg to differ because IT'S a trendy dessert! Soufflé cafe in this place is very reclusive...small signboard, unperturbed neighborhood and surrounded by tons of eateried and cafes - but NONE like it! I went in on a hot afternoon and picked myself a "temote" seat far from anyone and ordeted that rm30 dessert. It is soooo very soft! Eaten by itself, it is quite bland and tasteless, but add vanilla ice-cream, fresh cream and perhaps a dash of fruit jams - WALLA! You got yourself a great pal while you and a friend converse about the world and each other. The cafe specialises in soufflé and hence soufflé you should order only. Pair it with bitter coffee and it smootjens your interaction with anyone you bring in, ending your meet with a sweet, creamy and dreamy after thought!

If you like soufflé this is definitely the place to go. They have variety of soufflé with different kind of flavor. We ordered the tiramisu and yuzu lime soufflé, everything taste good and the size is p quite big too. The cafe also have a cozy ambience is a nice place to chill after the meal

Long wait but it is expected and was informed. Good things are worth waiting for... Waited for our food to arrive for 28 mins. Delicious, healthy and tasty as usual. Will try to go over earlier next time to avoid crowds a Or waiting in line. Taste, presentation and portion are maintained and consistent, well done kitchen team.

Soufflé offers fluffy pancakes and ice ball coffees which are different than other cafes. Parking was very difficult to find so I walked from a multi story parking lot. Nice ambiance, I would recommend wind deflectors on the AC vents so the cold air isn’t blowing directly on customers heads/faces. The ice ball coffee was particularly strange and very strong. I was not given any instructions on serving e.g. pour hot milk and wait 5 mins.

So glad that when we arrived the cafe was quiet with two tables taken only. But as soon as we started ordering, many people flocked in like flies lol this place is so popular and with good reasons too! Parking here is atrocious though. FYKYK! But what they lack in parking they make up for their delicious dessert. :) if you really must, you can park at Starling and walk over. We ordered a hot cappuccino and a chocolate soufflé with chocolate soft serve. The coffee was warm and good. So glad they make proper coffee here. We were actually quite filled from dinner and was worried if the chocolate soufflé would be too much but it wasn't at all! It was so fluffy and light! Perfect for an after dinner treat. Wish there was more dark chocolate sauce that goes with it though. Take note it takes a long while for the soufflé to arrive. I guess they make to order. So if you can't wait, this place may not be favourable for you. There is free refillable filtered water on tap so you can help yourself to that. Pleased that I'm able to come here after a loooooong time cos whenever I'm in the area, the long queue really is a deterrent for me. Good to mention that the ambience of this place is warm with good lighting for pic taking and attentive staff members. Will come back (hopefully) next time to try their waffles. Till next time! 🫶🏻

It’s alright. I may have been full from dinner but the soufflé was just alright for me. We got the signature soufflé ice cream. The texture was lovely, light and airy. But it tasted … boring. We liked the ice cream a lot more than the actual soufflé. We also tried their coffees and matcha ice cream. The matcha ice cream was quite unpleasant. The portion was big but it was very bitter and quite difficult to get through. I almost couldn’t finish it. Coffees were alright. The ice ball coffee was fun. Our soufflés arrived within 15 mins, faster than the claimed preparation time. Full house when we arrived. Cosy place with intimate ambience.

Dont know how to describe the waffle, Ice cream has a deathly sweet taste; it doesn't taste good. Environment is no good, sofa is so broken that it can't be sat on, yet no one repairs it. And display others' products no related. Can do better, need to improve.

Craving for dessert after dinner nearby. Walked into this place because of waffles. I think it was called Atlantis. Some kinda blueberry flavored thingy. The waffle and ice cream was ok. Nothing mind blowing. The drink, peach matcha was abit strange for me.

I visited twice and each time, the staff was very friendly, which I appreciated. On my first visit, the croffles were sold out, so I tried something else. On my second visit, I had chocolate ice cream croffle and a French vanilla strawberry cake. The croffle were crispy and delicious as expected. However, the cake tasted bland compared to my expectations. While the cake looked pretty, I plan to try a different one next time.

Super yummy desserts here, though I'm disappointed that the yam (taro) waffles is a seasonal special, it's my favourite! Hoping they'll make it a permanent menu item, it's the best item on the menu. The crisp waffles and yam paste+yam biscuit crumbs go amazingly well together, and not to mention the creamy yam ice cream! Other than taro waffles, Golden Lava (salted egg yolk toast) is delicious too! Second best item on the menu. Back to Basics (banana waffle), Chocoreto (chocolate pancakes), Red Velvet pancakes and Ryokucha (matcha toast) is not bad. Always good service, and love the decor. Crowded at peak hours, love that it opens til late as well.

Lovely ambience and nice interior. The desserts are okay and taste average. Nothing to shout out abt. The portion size for brownies and waffle is good for 2 pax. However, the croffle didn't reach my expectation. Small size & didn't taste freshly made. I couldn't get a bit taste of pastry at all. Price wise is a bit high.

If you craving for sweetness, here’s the place for you. Environment is great and decoration not too much, comfortable dine in experience. I’ve ordered both waffle and croissant with Taro ice cream (no doubt, a real taro lover). However, the foods are just normal for me. Although desserts need to be sweet, but it’s really too sweet for my taste bud.

Kinda hard to find parking especially during weekends.. Friendly staffs & good services... Love the simple yet calming interiors.. The coffee is good, perfect blend of bitterness & sweetness.. The St. Mermaids Castella is really cute but taste wise is just okay... Really love Taro Croissant! Fantastic food at Alexis bistro, the bistro is welcoming with a cosy and clean atmosphere. Very friendly staff who can’t do enough for you. The food served was delicious and cooked very well. Meat served here is delectable I loved the char grill taste to it. Only suggestion is please start offering roasted vegetables as a side dish. Thank you and highly recommended

We went there 3 weeks ago for a quick simple birthday celebration. The cakes were amazing!! Especially the ‘Black and white’ cake was really delicious, if you’re a chocolate lover , it’s highly recommended. The carrot cake was nice as well.

Saw the review expected the food to be decent but to our surprise it’s the opposite. We ordered wagyu beef burger (medium well) & fish & chips. To our horror the beef patty looks more medium rare and the exterior of the patty was burnt and hard when chewed. The fish & chips smell fishy when it first arrived and the batter is oozing out oil. Properly deep fried when the oil isn’t hot yet. Overall the meal is very disappointing, left a 2 stars as the staff was rather helpful and attentive. They swapped our table to a well lit area in the back as the front was dimly lit & swarming with mosquitoes.

Been here a few times already with my work mates. I believe they recently updated their menus. While it's good to see something new, it's kinda sad that they don't retain some of their old options. Anyway, last time I was here I tried their Nasi Goreng Kampung and it didn't disappoint. Very generous portion with satay (skewers) and fried chicken. The sad part is they no longer have truffle chese fries in their menu, which we aleays ordered and quite enjoyed. Now they only have regular cheese fries. I'm guessing it's getting expensive to procure the ingredients for some of their old options, so they had to redo the math and come up with new dishes.

Breakfast at Alila Bangsar has changed multiple times over the years. It initially started at Entier many years ago, then moved to Botanico with a few themed sets, which were all pretty good. A couple of years ago, it switched to a buffet that was rather pathetic. Now, they’ve improved the buffet spread and added a menu you can order from. The servings of the items on the menu are very small, which is great as that allowed me to try many items. There’s also a soft serve machine, which I love! I wish they would offer more interesting flavors though (just vanilla and plain yogurt when I was there).

Had lunch here today. Ordered the Chicken Bolognese pasta and the Avocado Kale salad — both were really delicious. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the service was great. Thank you!

We visited when there weren’t many customers, so we expected better availability—but unfortunately, several items were already out of stock. We were especially looking forward to trying the coconut drinks, but the staff later informed us that the coconuts had spoiled, which was disappointing. I hope they can improve by preparing and stocking more items in advance, so future customers can have a more satisfying experience.

Very cozy atmosphere with light jazz music playing at breakfast time. Servers are prompt, helpful and will even recommend dishes to your preference. Every dish we tried was good- not a single bad thing to say about the food. Chefs will even make dishes fresh for you if you request them.

Amazing spread of breakfast; malay, indian, chinese & western cuisine are all available. The menu changes for the 2 days of our stay at Alila Bangsar, but all of the foods are scrumptious, especially their nasi lemak with squid sambal & bread pudding. Their all day in-room dining (we ordered grilled chicken & birria tacos) is also delicious. Highly recommended!

My Japanese friend suggested this place. We just passingby late already. But they welcomed us very well. They even allow us to try many icecream and give recommendations. I came with my family to have ice cream and I picked one scoop of french vanilla. It's quite good😍 There's a wife variety of ice cream flavours. For example, Rocky Road, Golden Crunch, even a few more types of vanilla flavours such as Madagascar Vanilla and Raspberry Vanilla. This place not only offers ice cream, it also includes snacks, main dishes and drinks. It can be a good place to hang out with friends. To start with, everything was 10/10. From the ice cream, and the atmosphere. We were welcomed by Uncle Louis and 2 of their super kind workers. Uncle Louis gave us so many flavours to try..from their vanilla ice cream till Musang King durian ice cream. Everything was so good. He even took the time to explain the difference between French vanilla and the other Madagascar vanilla ice cream. In the end, we got hot chocolate, French vanilla and Black Forest ice cream with waffles. The waffles were so good and there was no eggy smell at all. Uncle even explained the difference between normal waffles and Belgian waffles. Felt so welcomed and light hearted.m Thank you so much! Will definitely come again soon

Sugar by Frozen in Bangsar was a pleasant surprise! We randomly stopped by during a dessert tour and were impressed. The desserts, especially the ice cream waffle, were delicious. The portion is big and the waffle is so crunchy. Highly recommended for dessert lovers!

I really love this place. The service is very tiptop 👍🏻👍🏻. The manager himself was a very friendly and nice guy to talk to. Learned a lot about the ice cream making. Furthermore, the ice cream made here is freshly made everyday. I ordered the Musang King ice cream and it was so good. So good that I ordered the Musang King XL cake to bring home and share with my entire family. Look at the packaging. Their customer service and customer experience teams are very good. Their staffs are well trained especially when it comes to the menu selections. Totally worth the price. The quality is the best 👍🏻 compared to other ice cream stores.

The gelato is so flavorful. I tried durian flavor and could feel the oomph of durian. Long it! However, we had dark chocolate and lavender flavors here and they were very good! Also, the waffle is the best waffle in KL so far! It is very crunchy yet soft inside. Plus, the staff is very friendly.

Ordered the double cheeseburger and vampire. We liked the double cheeseburger more, as the beef were juicier. The tastes were quite balanced, too. The meat was a bit bland, though. For the vampire burger, possibly the garlic taste overpowered the meat as we can't taste any beef. Bun was good, cooked nicely. The cafe atmosphere could be improved. There was no music, so it was too quiet. All staffs were on their smartphones, the only sounds we can hear are the videos that they were watching. Staffs were polite, though.

The burger restaurant was located right next to our accommodation, so we decided to give it a try. The menu offers a wide variety of choices, which made the decision not so easy. Our order was taken quickly and prepared in no time. The burgers tasted great, although the fries couldn’t quite keep up. Overall, good taste and fair prices.

For a good burger fix, this place is certainly not short on variety. There's a good selection of beef and chicken burgers but the beef excels in almost every level. Tried the double cheese burger with the fried mozzarella and the meat was juicy and perfectly seasoned. The provided sauces are also notably good. The interior decor is not the greatest or cleanest nor are the staff the friendliest but in the end you're just there for the food, and for that I think they do what they do very well.

Best burgers in KL! Burgers were juicy tender and so yummy. Wont recommend the mushroom swiss nor smashed though. California was the best then comes the double cheeseburger.

Tried two of their best-selling burgers and they were just okay, nothing to rave about. The atmosphere could definitely be improved, maybe with some background music to liven things up. The cleanliness was a bit questionable, and the place didn’t feel very well-maintained. I also noticed it mostly catered to Middle Eastern tourists, with hardly any locals dining in. Prices are on the higher side, clearly targeting tourists, and parking in the area is quite a challenge. Overall, not a spot I’d rush back to.

The best burgers I’ve ever had — no exaggeration. Burger on 16 completely blew me away. I’ve tried burgers all over — from gourmet to street food — but this place takes the crown. I had the Mad Burger and honestly, I’m speechless. The patty was juicy, perfectly cooked, the flavors just clicked, and the sauce was next level. The onion rings? Super crispy and flavorful, not greasy at all. The sweet potato fries were amazing too — crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, with just the right touch of salt. Everything felt fresh and made with care. Friendly staff, cool vibe, and fast service. If you’re in KL and love burgers — this is a must. Can’t wait to go back.

Quite a hidden place for such a bomb and filling meal. Not much crowd in the early afternoons. Only 2-3 pax inside dining. Calm atmosphere. Tried their California Cheese Skirt. Extremely cheesy. Their brioche buns were toasted & buttered. Gave complimentary burger sauces as well. I would say this place is perfect for cheese lovers. Recommend!! 👍🏻

I've been here a few times, mostly because my mom is obsessed with the pastries and honestly, I get it. The whole vibe makes you feel like you’re having brunch right in the heart of Paris, haha. The croissants are perfectly flaky and buttery, and the coffee? Absolutely top-tier. Bonus: it's pet-friendly! So if you’ve got a furry friend, definitely consider bringing the whole family along. :)

Many friends seem to like and vouch by Yeast. Finally tried their Croissants, as well as Pain au Raisin. Good buttery taste but just not enough texture. Too doughy and not enough flakiness. RM 7.50 for the plain butter croissant, about RM 2 more for the raisin one. In the heart of Bangsars Jalan Telawi - OK if you dont mind the various scents al fresco, and theres also quite a bit of kitchen smells when sat inside Yeast. Overall I simply prefer Croisserie as well as Contour for the croissants.

Came by for lunch, been quite some time. I recall coming fairly often years ago. Service has improved alot! The wait staff are very friendly and serve with a smile. Went for something different, usually go for their croque madame, decided to get the panini this time round. The panini was ok, still can remember the croque madame, would come back to see if its as good as i remembered. Pistachio tart was very nice!

This restaurant is located in the most happening area of Bangsar, surrounded by lively restaurants and bars. It is well-known for its delicious coffee, especially the smooth latte, which pairs perfectly with their signature butter brioche toast. Despite being a long standing cafe in the heart of bangsar, felt that flavors didn’t match the price. Croissant came very cold with no crunchy exterior and almond filling was bare. Had the eggs and stew but the overall stew lacked any flavor from bases like tomato or onions, just tasted like meat. even then, the meat within was quite dry too. Other dishes missed the mark as well. Service was alright.

Niko Neko is a tea and matcha specialist shop based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, founded by Syun Hattori and Izzat Iskandar. The idea originated from a love for authentic Japanese tea, especially matcha and roasted tea varieties such as houjicha. They started around 2015 with the aim of introducing high-quality Japanese tea to the Malaysian market, not only as a beverage but also as an experience — from the selection of tea powder types, explanations of umami levels, to the minimalist aesthetics of the shop. I tried one of the menu items called Tsubaki. It is a medium roast houjicha powder from the ‘Yabukita’ tea variety originating from Mie, Japan. Its flavour profile includes a hazelnut aroma, moderate nuttiness, smoky roast notes, and a slightly caramelised finish with a hint of seaweed afterwards. Because of its medium roast level, it is not too heavy or bitter, but has a warm and satisfying character. Tsubaki leans more towards a rich and complex roasted/smoky flavour—a nice variation from the usually more vegetative/umami or lightly sweet matcha latte. The burnt cheesecake genmaicha at Niko Neko is one of the more notable dessert options. The texture is dense and melts in the mouth, but not excessively so that it still feels light when eaten. The genmaicha (green tea + roasted rice) flavour comes through as a soft roasted and nutty aroma, giving it a warm character. The colour is slightly brownish on the ‘burnt’ part but not burnt, just enough caramelisation to add another dimension of flavour—a contrast between the slightly stronger aroma of the ‘burnt’ surface and the creamy inside. The sweetness level is generally considered just right—not too sweet so that the tea and roasty-rice flavours still come through. Burnt Cheesecake Genmaicha is a great complement because it brings roasted notes in the form of a dessert, not a beverage. Overall, this cheesecake successfully combines genmaicha and burnt cheese—marrying a soft, creamy texture with the roasted and nutty aroma of genmaicha, making it an appealing dessert to follow a strong tea beverage. It is definitely worth trying.

Even though we came in just before closing, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. They made us great drinks, and we were finally able to try the desserts — we had visited another branch three times before, but they only had drinks available. We were so happy to finally try them. The staff (malay girl) not friendly and kind of rude. She probably knows we ordered matcha using booklet from side table. She probably know no one was sitting at that table apart from us but she serving the empty table instead. Also when she grabbed the booklet, she sort of just taking it without asking.

The Ajisai matcha latte was really creamy, but the cheesecake was just decent. Otherwise, the environment was cozy and nice. As for the matcha powder, most of the items were sold out, and they said it should be bought online on TikTok or Shopee

A little hard to find but WOW the matcha + cheesecake combination is simply out of this world! I loved the sleek, minimalist decor that was pleasing as i sipped my matcha.

I’m a fan of their drinks and have tried them from almost every outlet. Unfortunately, the Bangsar outlet is consistently disappointing the drinks are always diluted and overly foamy, which feels unacceptable for RM18. It’s frustrating to pay the same price but receive a lower quality product compared to other outlets. For example, just compare the drink on the right from the Ampang outlet and Mont kiara outlet with the one on the first left from Niko Bangsar. I have personally requested or confronted this issue but there's always excuses saying that's how the drinks should be made according to measurement but clearly the difference speaks for itself.

Really like the vibes here! Their matcha is the best in town 😍 would definitely come back. I tried their famous Ajisai matcha, and it's taste so good. The ambience and all the staff here is super friendly and helpful. Btw, if you plan to work from their cafe, make sure to plug full your laptop battery as there's no electric socket on the seat table area. But it's perfect to hangout. They have several desserts as well.

Located right across from a popular durian stall, this spot offers a refreshing escape with its wide variety of gelato flavors that range from sweet and fruity to tangy and indulgent. During my visit, I opted for the Banana Split (RM25), which comes with three scoops of your choice. I went with Passion Fruit Sorbet, Coconut Gelato and Pretzel Chocolate Ricotta - each offering a unique flavor profile. The Passion Fruit Sorbet was beautifully tangy, providing a zesty kick that balanced the creaminess of the Coconut Gelato , which had a rich, strong coconut flavor. But the true standout was the Pretzel Chocolate Ricotta. It had a delicious caramel and vanilla sweetness, complemented by the occasional saltiness of the pretzel bits—a perfect combination of flavors and textures. The only slight downside was the banana, which was a bit on the firm side, but it didn’t detract from the overall experience. Despite that, everything else was spot-on, with each scoop offering a generous helping of flavor and texture. At RM12 per scoop, the pricing is reasonable considering the quality, and I can already tell I’ll be back to try more options. Next on my list? The premium Ferrero Rocher gelato—definitely a solo indulgence. If you’re in the area and craving a sweet treat, this gelato place should definitely be on your radar!

We only bought one ice cream from here but the service was incredible!! The young man behind the counter was kind and helpful and offered us several testers, which we had to decline as we were already full from all the delicious foods we ate. But the gelato here is of very high quality and they have a wide array of flavours to choose from.

Had lunch here during weekday. The food waiting period is reasonable. But somehow we felt the food was overpriced. Taste wise is average. We had outdoor seating it's quite hot..I think they need to have another portable air-conditioned or fan mist...

Quite disappointed with the experience. The main course were really average in taste, nothing memorable, especially considering the higher price point. Service was lacking; staff seem inattentive and it was hard to get their attention when i want to request for smtg. Also, when i requested plain water, other tables were served in proper glass cup, but we were given plastic cups instead— likely just to avoid washing. It felt lazy and careless, especially for a place of this standard. That said, their pastries are quite decent and the only thing worth coming for. If you’re just popping by for peach strudel, it might be fine. But for a full meal, I wouldn’t recommend.

This Kenny Hills branch is our favourite so far because it’s surrounded by greeneries and is definitely a go-to place on a slow and chill Sunday. My boyfriend loves their roasted beef sourdough with cheese that’s served with salad. We were on our lemon-craving tour so we ordered lemon cheesecake (very creamy but not heavy) and dark chocolate lemon curd cake (the lemon curd was in perfect sweetness). We love this place and will definitely come back again.

Food was okay for its price, standard cafe pricing. Environment was nice, a little warm for outside seating, but they do provide outdoor conditioning and fans. Staff was fast and efficient too.

We visited this restaurant this morning after seeing it on social media. We thought it was still Wizard at Tribeca, but it has now become Kaka Fusion Café & Vibes. We ordered three dishes. My husband’s arrived quickly, but mine only came about 10 minutes later, and the third dish followed another 5 minutes after that — not very professional, especially as the restaurant wasn’t busy. The latte was served without sugar, though the smoothie I had was actually quite good. Overall, the place is pleasant but quite pricey for KL — we spent around €40 in total. A little disappointing compared to what we expected

[too rich ah?] 1) Overall - Western cafe served fusion food, great place for gathering and brunch, spacious indoor air conditioning seating capacity, food and drink selection are truffle fries, hojicha, wagyu burger, linguine, beef ragout, shrooms, linguist, brioche french toast, soft shell crab bao and many more from Kaka Fusion Cafe & Vibes 2) chili avocado toast - Creamy avocado with a nice spicy kick from the chili. The sourdough was crisp and fresh, giving a good balance of texture and flavor. 3) Truffle Shrooms - Aromatic and comforting dish — the truffle fragrance hits first, followed by the earthy depth of mushrooms. The gnocchi was soft and pillowy, pairing well with the creamy sauce. Rich and indulgent, though slightly heavy after a few bites. 4) tiramisu boom - Rich and indulgent dessert with a soft, creamy center bursting with coffee and mascarpone flavor. The outer layer adds a nice texture contrast, making each bite delightful.

We went during Labor Day afternoon teatime, and there was plenty of space. The waiters were friendly and told us about their hometown language, culture, and location in India. We ordered fries, beer, house cold brew, and tiramisu. The fries were delicious, with plenty of truffles, and the tiramisu was not overly sweet. We enjoy the atmosphere here.

The breakfast at Kaka was absolutely excellent. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. A perfect start to the day — both visually and taste-wise. Highly recommended!

Personally find their latte just okay, cause I don’t like sour coffee. As it was a shop that specialises in coffee, I expected to have better/fancier latte art but this is just a small gripe.Their food menu is definitely on the pricier side. The pancakes were very good! The “smash” burger on the other hand was not smashed and the patty was very dry but well seasoned.

The variety isnt that big for either of the food directory but food taste is rather commendable. Food preparation is quite fast too even when the place is crowded. Service is fast and attentive but the only down side to all on my personal opinion is the beverages. Coffee is a little too mild and again not much choices.

This restaurant has a very nice and unique design that immediately sets it apart. The space feels warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a slow, easy morning. We almost always go for the Umami Mushroom Avocado Toast and the Common Man Full Breakfast, both of which never disappoint. The flavors are well-balanced, the ingredients taste fresh, and the portions are satisfying without being overwhelming. Their Mocha and Hot Chocolate are good too, not too sweet. We tried the Iced Americano. While it was decent, I personally would have preferred a stronger, darker roast. What really stands out here is the service. Despite the café often being fully packed, the staff consistently remain friendly, attentive, and efficient. They manage to handle the busy crowd while still making you feel looked after, which is impressive. Overall, this café offers both quality food and a lovely atmosphere. It has quickly become a place I would happily return to time and time again. Whether you’re looking for a weekend brunch spot or a cozy café to unwind in, this is a great choice. Highly recommended if you’re in the TTDI neighborhood.

Came here for brunch. Latte was alright and the full breakfast priced at RM49 was just average. Sausage was nice, bacon was tough, hashbrown was bland and the beans was not cooked at all. Hard!!! Comfortable seating area. Was offered free coffee ice cream with a condition to make a review. Come on if we said we’ll do it, you don’t have to come and check if we did make a review with hostility!!! If I knew that’s the case I wouldn’t have taken the weirdly taste ice cream of yours.

Visited Common Man Coffee Roasters KL and had a pretty good experience overall! We ordered the Common Man Full Breakfast, which came with two free-range eggs (any style), chicken sausage, grilled streaky beef, herbed roma tomato, hashbrown, portobello mushroom, spinach, house-made chicken chorizo baked beans, and artisanal sourdough toast. Honestly, the breakfast was just average — most items lacked a bit of flavor, except for the hashbrown, which was really good. On the other hand, the Smash Burger was AMAZING! The beef patties were crispy outside, juicy inside, and the combination of cheddar, onion jam, lettuce, and beetroot BBQ sauce was just perfect. It would have been even better if the fries were a little crunchier, but still very enjoyable. We also had an Iced Americano, but it was just alright — it wil be better if it’s more intense and dark roast. The environment is vibrant and lively, and the floor staff provided excellent, cheerful service. Definitely a great spot to chill and catch up with friends or date with your love one.

We ordered the bestseller cold and it was very refreshing! You might not want to pour all of the milk/cream as it will get very sweet. The taro balls were also a nice add to the different texture that’s going on in the bowl. Place was clean and service was great. Some of the menu in other branch was not available here tho

A perfect dessert during hot days. The ice really soft and fluffy even it’s a big bowl you can finish it yourself easily like cotton candy. Here’s what we’ve tried: 1. Matcha’Ryo ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Aromatic Uji matcha soft ice goes so well with the red beans and chewy taro balls and pearls. 2. Sesame Supreme ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Perfect for black sesame lover. The strong aroma of black sesame in the soft ice yet not too sweet with assorted flavour of chewy balls. Overall it’s a satisfying dessert. Self service therefore no service charge just 6% SST.

Located in an open space outside Padini store. Simple furnishings mostly single seats. Seats are packed closely and can be too close for comfort 😅. Can be very busy at night and you will not be able to get a space so we tried visiting the store at 12 pm instead. This time we were able to get seats. The portion is big, enough for 2 to share. However mostly made of shaved ice. If they cut down on shaved ice, it will taste even better. The mango cubes were sweet and fresh, the ice cream was smooth, and the jelly was very good too, a tinge of lime juice made it taste even better! One thing to note: They don’t accept cash and there may be difficulty paying with card. Best to have touch and go wallet.

A nice spot to relax and enjoy some desserts. Usually, I go for their hot desserts, but they were all sold out this time. So, we tried the mango-flavored dessert and the Ceylon tea ice — both tasted a bit off to me. Not really my type, though it’s worth trying once. Overall, I’d say it’s just average.

Came here for the first time and tried the Chocolicious Snowfetti, which cost RM 27.90. It looked great, but honestly, it didn’t taste really good; it's way too sweet, and the other toppings didn’t taste nice either. Had to wait around 25-30 minutes just for one shaved ice. The service was also rude and really unhelpful. I tried asking a few things but felt like they didn’t care at all. It’s self-service here, and the staff didn’t seem bothered about anything else. They stayed behind the counter and didn’t even clean the tables.

The worker was really arrogant just because she was the only one working. She said they open at 11, but when we came at 11, she said not yet because she wasn’t ready. Even worse, she was still setting up the cashier with a rude attitude. We waited 40 minutes for our order to be done and had to rush to work after. Really not the best experience.

I ordered the signature mango snowflake. Its good but I find it too pricey. It's something that I will only try once due to the price point. There are similar items sold in other establishments at about 1/2 the price.

OVERPRICED. The crepe topped fully with chocolate costs RM32. And the waffle +fruit plater + chocolate shot costs RM39.5. Not to even mention their fruits are all extremely sour & not fresh at all. Waffle is just a usual one, that you can find in any roadside stalls selling waffles. Not recommended unless you wanna waste your money here.

Love the food there. Restaurant is not that cozy, hence seating arrangements are quite stuffed. However, food served there was fabulous. ordered éclairs with Milk chocolate dip together with Hot chocolate and Iced chocolate drinks. Staff there was very friendly and helpful. Even though the restaurant is small in size, it has been decorated/renovated nicely. Nice atmosphere as well.

A place to visit after an unsatisfying lunch. Will surely brighten up the mood. Will however recommend going / sharing with friends, as portion and sweetness can get to you quickly. Place is cozy. Staffs attentive. Price was fine. Will surely return.

It's great chocolate. Definitely great milk chocolate at least. I will admit the dark could be a little more bitter but that's a personal preference. Prices are extravagant but the serving is very rich and dense and probably proportionate. However I do feel that a whole waffle with some melted chocolate on it should be under 25rm not 35. Hot chocolate is quite worth it though. Service was quite good as well. Do wish they would offer bigger servings or a discount on bigger items. The pancakes are lovely however. Light, cinnamony and coated in chocolate. Would definitely reccomend it.

Wild sheep home is a cafe that brings cozy and slight old school vibe, there’s also a bookstore inside. We tried matcha latte and the milk tea, both were very good. The cornflake ice cream was abit weird for our liking. Good cafe to chill if you stay around this area

Stumbled into a same gelato brand but different shop within a week. This outlet has a better sitting space. The backyard corner with Aircon is quite relaxing. Tried their affogato this time. Only serve ice cream and coffee/tea. Don't remember they have any food or pastry served. It can be crowded after most dined at other meal places nearby.

First of all, Wild Sheep Home Café is pet-friendly, so of course, Emma gets to join us! 🐾 But more importantly, I have to highlight just how dirty their latte is, it’s honestly one of the best I’ve had in KL. The soufflé? Mind-blowing. The Cointreau orange sauce was a perfect match, and the attention to detail in everything they serve is just impeccable. We’ve been coming here for the last 3–4 years, and the cozy vibe, paired with the friendliest staff, makes it our absolute favorite spot. Highly recommend you visit!

There are non alcohol ice cream too. Very creamy. Ordered waffle comes with 3 ice cream. Rum and raisin is the best seller. Vodka ice cream also yummy. Price is reasonable.

Stopped here for a single scoop (expresso martini). This place specialises in alcohol infused ice cream (they non alcohol flavours too). The ice cream is delicious all maybe a tad on the expensive side (probably due to the fact that they do not scrimp on the alcohol!).

Saturday 8pm Went there after dinner at a Greek restaurant which was a walking distance away. Not too crowded and service was fast. You get to taste flavors before making a decision. Had a single scoop and scooted away before the after dinner crowd comes in. Not a bad place to come for a quick dessert fix

excellent selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic ice creams. try before you buy... really appreciated the server taking out the mango sorbet for me as there was no non-dairy flavour on display. super excellent service price wise is mid range. i would say value for money, esp if you are taking the alcoholic flavours parking is a nightmare here. can try to wait, and if you're lucky, you can get a spot, else i suggest to park further away and walk to this area

Wide range of ice cream choices available here! Although I did have have the privilege to try out every single one of them, the ones that I and my friends ordered had a delicate & fresh taste! It was enjoyable and the cost wasn't too expensive either! Very nice place to hang out for some sweets as your main dessert after dinner when you're craving for something 'sugary'!

I had high expectations visiting this flagship store in the heart of the city, but unfortunately, the experience was far from what one would expect from such a prominent location. The staff member, Syuhadah, was incredibly unfriendly throughout. There was no smile, no basic courtesy — just a constant display of displeasure. She even complained openly to her colleague, which was not only unprofessional but made the atmosphere uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the drinks she prepared were bland and tasteless — a complete waste of money. For a flagship outlet, the quality and service were shockingly poor. This store clearly does not reflect the standards it claims to represent. What a letdown.

I just wanted to say how much I love Llaollao! The yogurt is seriously delicious creamy, refreshing, and not overly sweet. You can really taste the quality in every bite. Last year, I spent my birthday at the vintage Hotel Tian Jing, where every detail - the creak of the wooden floors, the porcelain China, the brass fixtures, and the open-air shower- whispered of days long past. After a night immersed in the intensity of a metal concert, I returned to find Chinatown still alive with its own midnight energy, yet the calm of my room welcomed me like a forgotten friend. This year, my return was less grand in intention, driven by the simple wish to collect a sticker from the hojicha latte they serve so perfectly. But even after a year, the staff remembered me, greeting me with wide smiles as though no time had passed. Truly, if fate is kind, I shall return again, drawn back by the warmth and quiet beauty of this place.

I went to a famous chain drink shop across the street from this cafe and asked for a black coffee with no milk and no sugar, but they didn’t have it. The staff told me that the cafe across the street, located on the first floor of a hotel, would have it. The building’s exterior was lovely, and the atmosphere inside was nice. The staff were quiet but friendly, and I was able to enjoy a delicious black coffee.

The outlet itself is already worth a visit - bright, modern, and full of Instagram-worthy corners that make it as fun for photos as it is for eating. The star, though, is the shaved ice. It’s not the usual coarse, chunky kind… instead, it’s silky smooth, almost creamy, and just melts away with every spoonful. We tried the Thai Milk Tea and the Iron Lady Milk Tea, and both were spot on: rich in flavour, refreshing, and not overly sweet. Still, it’s a great dessert stop overall.

We were here slightly after 10pm. Waited for a bit. Place was buzzing with people. Basically you queue up to enter > go to your table > scan QR to order > pay at the counter > take a number > wait at table. Ordered the signature matcha strawberry shaved ice which comes with taro balls. The strawberry sauce on the matcha shaved iced was fantastic but very overpriced at RM30+! We also ordered the burnt cheesecake, it was amazing with lemon juice. Don't know if I'll be back though 💸

Original home soy milk taste. Unfortified, unsweetened soy milk tends to be a good source of vitamin B6, magnesium, folate, and zinc. You got options to add on sugar. Soy ice cream was taste really good. This ice cream is lactose free so people who are not tolerating with dairy products can take it. Parking is very hard to get because very busy place.

Really liked it overall. The place has a clean, inviting atmosphere with plenty of seating. It’s interesting that all the soy is homemade, and everything we ordered featured it. Each item was smooth, silky, and full of flavor. The soufflé pancakes stood out and were fluffy, thick, and delicious. A lovely spot to unwind after dinner.

Visited with family and parents-in-law. Venue was bright, clean and inviting. We shared a warm tau fu fah with taro cylinders and tapioca balls. Served with a good side amount of soya bean water and sugar of our choice, brown. We also had a soyabean drink with grass jelly. They liked it a lot.

My first visit here. The place is cosy and lovely. The signature desserts is nicely decorated with dry ice effect. The taste is nice with combination of red beans and crushed peanuts. The staff is friendly too.

Rm29.70 for this mouse tart, the apricot and pistachios flavour blends quite well together. However, the tart is fairly small, so it’s light enough for 1 person to eat. (I shared this with someone else) Ambience is also very calm and spacious.

Ordered one ice cream and one mousse and they tasted delicious! Loved the combination of flavours and how cute they are. We also ordered three scoops of ice cream - not too sweet and tasted really good. The service was great as well. Overall, would come again.

A charming and cosy café away from busy street that has some unique seating (even outdoor spots if you like fresh air). The atmosphere is inviting and comfortable. We enjoyed their cakes, pastries, and coffee, which were delightful while we chill and chat. The ice cream, while pleasant, was fairly standard. Uniquely, they open till 11 pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

When I first walked in, I was awestruck by the ambiance, and the desserts looked absolutely amazing. The staff are also so welcoming and friendly. Most importantly, the coffee is good! Honestly, I’ll definitely start coming here more often.

I first had a taste of Xiao By Crustz at a UOB fair months ago in Mid Valley. I couldn't stop thinking about the pastry I had so I made my friends come with me to SS2 to visit the outlet. All of us were blown away at how good the pastries and cakes were. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well and I'm so grateful. Reviews: - Drinks were great. Especially loved the specialty matcha drinks (strawberry and yuzu) - Really impressed by their toasties. They were able to balance the flavours of kimchi, tuna, sourdough, and cheese without being overpowering at all. Same with their chicken cheese and jam. - Pastries were as great as I remembered - Cakes were really good too! Loved the matcha ice cream cake (the camper van) and the peach mousse cake! - Environment was gorgeous as well. Thank you for the good food and good time

I’ve been to their KLCC and Bangsar outlets. Good selection of ice cream which included local flavours. Would be nice if they have different scoops for different flavours (for allergy purposes). Not sure if they cater to vegans or not!

Went to dip n dip bangsar yesterday and tried their new launch pistachio kunafa and the taste was so good and the kunafa was perfectly crispy on the outside with a rich ice cream and the generous layer of pistachios added the perfect nutty flavor. The balance of sweetness was just right—not too overpowering—making it a truly indulgent dessert. Highly recommended for anyone. Thank you Emdadul for recommending this to us

Cozy and comfortable ambiance. Friendly staff. The price are pricey. Bring your own water bottle if you can’t deal with sweet things. But once in awhile, good place to treat yourself some good chocolate and desserts. It’s freaking Bangsar….so the parking is definitely tough

Came in and greeted well by the staff, they let us to take our time to choose our order. The staff who tooke my order was friendly too as he introduced his name to us. Place was clean and better go during daytimes as less crowd and you really can enjoy your dessert, music and place here. I ordered Date Night Pancakes, and it's insanely delicious!! Good to have it once in a while, something sweet, chocolaty, with caramel syrup. Very recommended!!!

my sister and brother in law introduced me to kenny hills, and a few days ago i visited by myself for an early morning breakfast and i had the most pleasant experience. Joseph was my server and he was so friendly and made really good recommendations and checked on me throughout the whole time i was there. i got the salt beef rueben toastie, which was amazing. for desert i tried the tiramisu crispy tart, which was new on the menu and my god i could eat one of those everyday. i do hope you take this into consideration when it comes to deciding whether to make it a permanent item on the menu hehe. absolutely love kenny hills. i can’t wait to go back again!

Always a welcoming atmosphere with great ambience. Joseph gave excellent recommendations—this time, the lamb turmeric rice stood out: flavourful, aromatic, and elevated by the crunch of chickpeas that added a delightful twist. Varieties of desserts, banana toffee and canelé—both tastefully done, our favourites.

Went for lunch today.. Love the environment and the service was pretty good. Ordered their big breakfast, which can't go wrong with perfectly poached eggs, toasty bread, mushroom, fresh salmon and crispy hash brown is yums. The soft shell crab burger was crisp and juicy layer with mayo ranch sauce. Must pair with truffle fries.

The food was great and the portion is huge, even a side of the sandwich already made my stomach full. We were entertained by Joseph. Meals that he suggested really good. He suggested Egg Cheese Sandwich and also Salmon Sandwich with Truffled Oil. Amazing staff, and cozy atmosphere here. Most important is u can have your conversation calmly.

Visited Kenny Hills Bakers in TTDI in the evening and had a great experience. The place has a cozy and inviting vibe — perfect for spending quality time, whether you're alone or with company. I ordered the Hawaiian pizza and it was absolutely delicious — crusty, fresh, and flavorful. Also had the regular fries, which were surprisingly amazing — crispy and perfectly seasoned. To top it off, the apple juice was refreshing and just right. Highly recommend trying what I had if you're looking for a satisfying meal in a relaxing atmosphere!

Is my first time eating in Kenny Hills although hearing a lot about it. In my view, the ambience set up is nice, service is good. Food wise in my opinion, 5 stars for salt beef rueben sandwic, smoke salmon bagel 3 stars and 3 stars for the big breakfast. 5 stars for both apple and peach strudels, flaky dough is very nicely done. Hot coffee latte is very nice. Will come back again to try their pizza and pasta.

Went for a place other than the hustle and bustle of KL which led me here to the serene environment of Hartamas. Fav there was the choc caramel choux, Yuzu lime lemon choux and Paris Brest. Other than that was just okay but nonetheless a good experience.

A few days ago I went to Orito's (Hartamas) for breakfast. Small but nice local place. The pastry selection was a bit restricted, so we had 2 doughnuts. They were good, soft and not at all greasy. Better custard than pistachio. I would like to try the TTDI store hoping to find a wider selection of pastries.

A standout item, this choux-based pastry is filled with rich pistachio cream and topped with crushed nuts. It’s described as decadent, nutty, and beautifully layere👍

I always drop by for takeaways. Usually just croissants for my son and the apple turnovers. But the last visit i tried their yuzu puff. It was really amazing. The cream was so good. Even my husband said it’s the best we had in kl. Will definitely try the paris brest when im in the area.

Absolutely phenomenal. We had the Paris Brest, Very Berry Vanilla, two donuts for our kids, and a canelé — every bite was exceptional. Easily one of the best patisserie cafes we have visited. The quality of the ingredients truly stands out, from the delicate chantilly cream to the perfect textures. We wish Orito would open a branch in Dubai. A must-visit for anyone who appreciates world-class patisserie in Kuala Lumpur!

Not many choices of pasta. I tried fresh spaghetti. I don't like it, it was kinda cold, wet sourishish and its RM25. Terribly expensive for a plain spaghetti with no meat. Hot chocolate is nice.

Taste: 1/5 for Matcha Green Tea Mille Crêpe. Ambience: Fair Service: Understaffed but 4/5 (see the edit) Their Matcha Green Tea Mille Crêpe is very 'padat', it tasted like layer cake tbh. The crepe slices are stuck together which makes me think that their fridge may be too cold or their crepe cake is one day old. (No proof and I could be wrong, just my personal opinion) Edit: the assistant manager said maybe it could be that I came on a wrong day where the cake isn't so fresh. The matcha powder on top does taste like matcha but the cake itself diminishes the quality of this pretty slice. ☹️ The signature taste and beauty of Mille Crepe is its thin, fluffy and slice-by-slice crepe texture with cream in between. I've tasted their earl grey Mille Crêpe cake which tastes like this^. Edit: The assistant manager saw that I left my cake uneaten at my table and he ended up not charging me the price of the cake (RM12) as I was dissatisfied with it. He seemed somewhat shocked about what I said but accepted it and didn't want to charge me subsequently.

Fresh pasta seemed promising based on social media posts and their menu offerings. Unfortunately for me, it was underwhelming with the pasta being a little too thick/undercooked hence unable to finish it. Eventhough the sauce and mushrooms were delicious, it just disappointed me how much more I could've liked it if the pasta itself was executed well. The burger was good and coffee art adorable. Cute place and good service too!

Cosy neighbourhood cafe serving comfort food and lovely cakes. Specialties are the mille crepes which come in many flavours. Love the Early Grey mille crepe! Prices are very reasonable and parking is free and usually quite easy to find a spot.

Their Salted Caramel millecrepe cake was really delicious. However most of the food and their drinks are on the expensive side. What I really liked about this cafe is that they allowed me and my friend to do our work there for hours (we brought our laptops).

Rather secluded restaurant that has missed attention from the public but is one of the most peaceful places to have your dinner. Except from a few people who has swung by for the occasional event they might have at the theatre complex nearby, this place dont seem to have the crowd you might expect at a fancy restaurant. The food, albeit on the pricier side does have its charms, especially their choice of spagetties which are quite generous in servings of seafood. Calamari really needs a boost in their portion tho, for its price. Surrounded by mini ponds and antique themed decor, it's rather suitable for a low key date

The food quality was just really not it for the price charged. Everything is really basic. The paella is dry, almost like fried rice. The western dishes are nothing close to extraordinary. Something of 1/4 price would probably taste better. The portion is something you’d expect from fine dining - just way too small. Extremely over priced for the portion and flavor. As to the ambience, I don’t think the price is justifiable for this. Knocking off many stars for the rating cuz of the food but keeping 2 cuz the service is good. The waitress is extremely helpful and kind.

This place is rather secluded inside Sentul Depot. The ambience is great and the dining experience next to their garden feels very cozy. However, the food is really so so. Lamb rack tasted awesome, but the portion is really small. Aglio olio’s portion was just nice with plenty of shrimps, but it was way too spicy for a western food. Malaysians can definitely handle it. Pizza and mushroom soup needs more improvement. The waiter and waitress are friendly and accomodating.

I wanna have a try even read some good & bad comments. We had escargot, wild mushroom soup which the staff highly recommended- home make as she said. paella(for 2). The Myanmaiese lady name Kyi Kyi was really good, honest & attentive . She told us that it enough for just 2 of us cos paella easily make us full. I ask how is their Paella? She told me that all depends as they change the method of cooking from hard to soft. She also keep on checking with us how the food. Here the comment : Escargot- not bad Wild mushroom soup- watery, not creamy at all & taste abit bland Traditional Paella- taste was ok but a lot of seafood like mussels, prawns lala & squid. White wine- suite my taste. I did not ask the brand. Some sweetness. Passion fruit lemonade- it tasty & refreshing.

Had a nice dinner with my partner. We ordered duck and beef from the menu which are very flavorful, tenders and keep us full! They serve best mocktails which not too sweet and bold taste. The staffs were very very friendly and helpful. We definitely will go for a romantic dinner again here. The ambience 10/10 btw

The environment is beautiful with a fish pond. The staff is very polite and introduced us some food. The price of the food is reasonable, the salad was actually quite appetizing, but the rest of the taste does not feel fresh and it was disappointing. The "Richard crepe" was surprised me in terms of the presentation, it doesn't look good. Perhaps, it is a nice place for gathering, but not for craving good food.

It is a small lot located behind the back lane. One may not notice because the signboard gives no clue at all. A very simple ambiance with a floor up. The width of the steps are quite narrow. One needs to be careful. Not many choices on the menu. The only attraction is the lui char, a Hakka dish. Personally I felt the soup wasn't that ummph. The nyonya kuih are okay but the kaya spread on top of the pulut tai tai felt a little too sweet and had an eggy smell. The shave ice was good. Love the cute teddy ice cube for the cold brew coffee.

I just pass the road by having Beef Roti and sweaty a-lot. Suddenly a cute smiling crew is inviting me to her shop by heart. Then came to the shop and ordered Pendant/pander ice-cream but full of stuffs in my hands then out of shop. Fortunately my phone, the stuff including ice cream drop off from my hand near shop. So I try to back and clean my hands and ordered new one. But the didn’t charge me for new one + sincere smiling. Ice-cream is cold but that moment made me colder than ice cream and i really appreciated for their services…. Now main topic about Ice cream, I thought just so so taste. Omg, the taste is amazing i dont know how to Express the real taste but fair sweet, coconut taste and good smell and texture is so delighted and full of creamy within excellent taste. So perfect!! Ice cream texture is so soft and smooth Pandan flavor is just nice, not too overly pandan, not very sweet Chocolate flavor is good, strong dark chocolate taste yet the smoothness of the ice cream, make it a balance taste The cone cookies taste good, sweet type, match with the not too sweet ice cream, good combo. Crispy ice cream cone! But if you eat too slow the cone can be come soften due too the melted ice cream.

The place was okay, nice decor and concept, we got in around 3pm on a Sunday and there was a few customers there. Ordered the rum chocolate (?) I think, with the sour gin tonic, the chocolate one was okay, tasted like the chocolate with rum you usually eat. The sour gin tonic one was so sour but it kinda balanced out with the chocolate one. For me overall the shop and ice cream was a bit overpriced but a nice experience. If you ask me then I will only come here for the experience and the vibes.

A somewhat hidden ice cream parlour. Decor inside the shop is quite fun with different areas having different vibes. Can sample the ice cream before choosing. I went here after a heavy meal, wanting something light and refreshing. I picked the yuzu ice cream and staff recommended pistachio one to go with it. It was a delicious combo. Yuzu is bright and light Pistachio was creamy and umami. Much contrary to manyyyyyyyy viral (yet very disappointing) pistachio desserts out there. Comes with a fortune cookie that has a bunch of black sesame seed on it. Midnight in kyoto was also good.

The ice cream concept are quite interesting, but the experience was let down by safety concerns. The grill at the entrance is still broken — I almost fell and hit my face. What’s worse is that this issue has already been highlighted in past Google reviews, yet nothing has been done to fix it. Please take customer safety more seriously.

We ordered the Hokkaido Cloud Cheesecake, Apple Crumble Cheesecake, and Petite Oolong Peach Cake. The Hokkaido Cloud Cheesecake lived up to its name, airy, light, and delicately balanced so the cream cheese didn’t overpower the cake. The Apple Crumble Cheesecake offered an interesting twist with a dark chocolate layer at the base, adding depth and richness to the flavor. The Oolong Peach Cake had a pleasant balance of oolong and peach, with neither overpowering the other. Overall, all the cakes were moist, light, and beautifully textured.

We dropped by this place for some cake. The decor is nice and relaxing. Cake was served soon after ordering and they even gave us a candle and matches as we were celebrating a birthday. The cakes were delicious and we all enjoyed our dessert time.

It’s such a cute and cozy little café—it’s got this warm, welcoming vibe that makes it the perfect spot to relax and treat yourself. Their Nutella Crunch and Rose Lychee Cake are total must-tries; they’re sweet but not over-the-top, with flavors that really hit the spot. If you’re a fan of rich, creamy drinks, their matcha and hojicha lattes won’t disappoint. Sure, some of the desserts might lean a little sweet for some tastes, but honestly, it’s a fantastic place to hang out with friends and indulge your sweet cravings. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area and the surrounding cafes are also amazing as well.

This cake shop is located in The Hub SS2 where many other cafes and restaurants can be found too. There aren't that many tables available which is possibly due to RMCO restrictions. When it comes to their cake selection though you're spoilt for choice with more than a dozen unique options available. My friends and I tried a few and they were all quite good. The Double Fromage Cheesecake was my personal favourite. Cakes are about RM15/slice on average and I feel it's a fair price especially since the cakes are all made fresh in-house (you can see the kitchen behind the counter). Parking at The Hub SS2 is plentiful and the parking fee is fair. I wouldn't mind coming here again in the future for tea time.

We went to this cafe for a tea break and there wasn't any customers here. If you prefer somewhere not too crowded then this is the branch for you. We've ordered: - Grape Shortcake - Earl Grey Mille Crepe - Mexican Chicken Toastie - Double Chocolate Sea Salt Cookies - Brown Butter Pecan Cookies They were all so good. The cake was light and not jelat. Their cookies were better than Famous Amos imo. My favorite was the earl grey crepe cake and the double choc sea salt cookies.

I was there around 8pm and there were only a couple dining inside. Despite that, they took more than 20mins to prepare a single dish. Worse, the taste doesnt even come close to how it was presented 😵‍💫😵‍💫 im not sure whats the cream they pour on top but it was really salty i feel like getting blood pressure dy. Cute little dessert place in Kepong, great to hang out with friends or family. They have a couple of boardgames here for you to play and their souffles are very bouncy, soft and delicious!

Tried their blueberry soufflé and charcoal latte. So far this is the NO 1 soufflé in my list. Will visit again 🫶🏻

Good soufflés (can't find my pic). This is affogato. Coffee is actually nice. For coriander lovers, you should taste their coriander lemon tea. Super refreshing.

Very helpful staff. Clean room. Tasty breakfast. Was a bit surprised to see shower outside, but it didn't spoil good impression. Street nearby is pretty busy, especially in the evening, so it has pros and cons.

The hotel itself is in an excellent location, nestled in a quiet part of the city but still just a short walk from popular dining spots, cafés, and public transportation. Whether you're here for sightseeing or business, it's easy to get around, and coming back each evening felt like a peaceful retreat. My room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, linens smelled fresh, and the décor struck a nice balance between modern and homey. There was a small desk for work, a good-sized flat-screen TV, and a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary water. The bathroom was spotless, stocked with nice-quality toiletries, and featured strong water pressure in the shower. Breakfast offered a solid mix of hot and cold options—continental staples plus a few local specialties. Everything was fresh and replenished regularly, and the seating area was airy and pleasant, with big windows overlooking the street. What really stood out was the value: competitive nightly rates, free high-speed Wi‑Fi, daily housekeeping, and helpful concierge service made it feel like exceptional bang-for-your-buck. We had a great time here and loved the location. 4 stars because the wifi in the room was unreliable. It was very clean and the shower was very hot. The room AC was cold, which was nice since we visited in July. The room included a free drink/guest per day at the cafe which was a very nice touch.

10 stars! Love the quirky decor, outdoor shower and toilet areas. I didn't have any issues with any mosquitoes. Location is superb! Near many restaurants, shops, and also the Pasar Seni MRT/LRT. The coffee and kaya toast at their in house cafe are a winning combination. Staff were friendly and check in/out processes were seamless. Even late at night, there's always a staff to guard the place to ensure safety. Highly recommended!

Room: Spacious and uniquely designed. The hotel really had a very unique style of mixing modern and traditional. At 1st, it felt abit out of place but it slowly grows on me. The best was comfy and temperature in the room is well regulated so when you return from the hot weather, it cools you down. The sound proof is also quite good, not too noisy. Service: The services was good, they lead you in and responsive to your questions. Also to remember bring some cash for deposit. Facilities: The toilet being open is abit weird for me but eventually I get use to it. All basic stuff is there. Location: Located very near Petaling street and lots of good restaurant around. Very strategic location. Overall, very good experience. Would I return again? 100%, yes and next time will bring family and friends. If you tired of staying budget hotel or standard hotel, do give this hotel a try.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location in KL. The room and bed were very comfortable, and I wasn't sure about the outdoor toilet because of bug worries, but they are diligent with mosquito coils and we had no problems. It is so different and a lovely quiet oasis in a busy area. The cafe is nice too, with great coffee.

We stayed at this hotel in July of this year. We had a great experience, and the staff was really kind and helpful. The ambiance, in Chinese style, is truly charming, and the rooms are very cozy. We really liked the unique feature of having the bathroom outside the room! It has also an excellent location in the heart of Chinatown (well soundproofed). Dear all, kindly refer to the pictures for the menu. However, just a small tips for you readers out there, please do only dine in if you have a strong and iron stomach because most of the dishes here are not fresh at all. I understand that this is a self service cafe/restaurant, hence 0 service charge is imposed. So, do take your own utensils and own plain water from the dispenser. And you’ll pay the exact price stated on the menu. The most edible dishes ware Latte and Adam&Eve, which was nicely plated. It is a raspberry sorbet shaped into an apple shape. The other orders include Bao basket which contains 5 fried buns with fish fillets, fried popcorn chickens but I don’t understand how can dori fish fillet smell so fishy and how frozen chicken can taste unfresh, some vegetables in it (cucumbers and lettuce) have black edges in it. Then there was the Crepe Suzette which has overly sweet orangy syrup in it and will disgust your tastebuds to the max. I also ordered Summer Breeze which was supposed to be some mixed fruits juice. But it tasted so horrible because there was some spoilt or rotten fruit (suspect the watermelon or raspberry) in it. Could taste the sourish smelly-ish and alcoholic fruity taste. Very not fresh and upsetting. Horrible - please do not go for the fruits juice. Environment wise, please do expect very hot and stuffy place due to the malfunctioned AC and only have one stand at one section for about 4-5 tables there. The staffs working here are very unhappy and seem unwilling to work (as shown in picture). One staff was knocking on his stainless steel container trying to get another staff/worker’s attention because he forgot to prepare the ice cream scoop for him. I am not sure if the management is aware of this but I think they should really look into this, especially on the communication skills. A gentle reminder: If you do not wish to upset your stomach and appetite, kindly refrain from trying this cafe.

This is the second time we're here for coffee and dessert. We love the service, the cakes, coffee and its dark theme interior decor. Their dark chocolate drink is really good, carrot cake is ok (but if it's a tad moist it'd be fantastic) and their lemon coconut tart has quite a unique flavor as well.

Nice & cozy environment, price average, friendly staff, relaxing place to hang out with friends and family. Lovely food, nice salads, spaghetti & soup. Nice choice of drinks, I love the refreshing drinks here. Cream of Watermelon cakes kinda over sweet for me.

This is my most terrible dining experience in my life so far. We ordered set dinner - fish and chips and lamb spaghetti. The soup taste funny, pumpkin and curry powder taste. That thin slice of fish is rotten and smells bad. While for the lamb spaghetti, it's actually lamb stew with undercooked spaghetti. Brownie taste terrible and eggy smell. When we reflected the rotten fish problem, the boss not bother to come over and understand what happening instead of sent a staff that's don't have basic understanding on the food they served.

Suitable for big group with kids. Presentation of food is as per photos shown on menu. Dessert is worthy to try. Main courses are slightly above average.

This is a very homely place. I liked it a lot because the food tasted home cooked not mass produced, and there was also a very large play area for kids. For children, the amount of kids items to interact with (eg. Toys, books, tent etc) was a lot of fun. Food I enjoyed, and everything tasted quite nice. I like the fish and lamb dishes that I tried. Would recommend them. Salad was also done well. I appreciated the fact that they put in lots of cheese and beef bacon bits together with the very fresh greens.

The food is special, especially the H&G experience on the instant drawing dessert in my pics but it takes time to serve. If you plan to have one, remember to make a reservations. The Kambocha tea is nice. However, the cafe is hot, they do installed aircond but doesn’t seem help. It is so noisy, even the music they played. It is kind of special where you will go and have a try and may consider a revisit sometime after this.

The best place for private event

I tried their yogurt and it was not bad. The price is actually quite reasonable and much cheaper than some well-known franchises. It is definitely tastes like a natural yogurt not artificial flavored. The only downside is that it’s a bit too sweet for my liking. Once it starts to melt, the sweetness becomes quite intense. My advice: eat it fast! And still, not extraordinary good yogurt but it was a pass yogurt dessert. It’s acceptable to try again z

i came for coffee and the coffee machine broke but the staff were kind enough to upgrade my drink to caramel jcoccino. it's ok, just too sweet to my liking HOWEVER that's where to good things end, this café is the nastiest café I've ever been in, and it's apparently a franchise??? see the pictures and how nasty it is 🤢 it raises concerns about food safety too

Staff are friendly, Price of donuts are roughly rm3 each. Coffee around rm10-15. Environment is nicely lit with warm lighting. Not alot of seats but that's fine as it's a small donut shop concept. All the donuts are soft and fresh. They don't provide cutleries for eating ur donut. But there are small plastic spoons u can use. Glass of water is free if u ask the staff nicely.

Donuts are of course good. The Americano is very strong, maybe a bit too strong. We had to clear and clean the table ourselves. Staff didn't bother to clean up.

The donuts were soo soft and fluffy, hot chocolate is good and the yogurt is very very affordable. A perfect substitute for dunkin donuts and other brands if you're finding an alternative for Westerners brand. J.Co is originated from Indonesia and franchises in mostly Islamic countries.

The place is quiet and classy, but the mille feuille is horrible to be honest. Puff pastry is very very thick and hard to chew.. the creme pâtissiere is good ..the strawberries are sour surprisingly.. the staff are great..respectful and professional. One more thing. The lemon tea was awful 😆 just awful..not recommended

Always liked dining here, food quality is good and staff service is always on point, especially from Jonry. Will definitely be back. Kids meal is value for money.

I do hope the croissants were more fresh and the choice of cheese is of better quality for the turkey croissant which was my choice for brunch but the fish and chips was good .Their fruit tarts are awesome and pairs well with their aromatic and lovely cup of coffee

Afer a long hiatus, first time coming back here to find the new "Paul". Had Paul Crepe with my all time favorite Cafe Medici. The crepe is tastefully done while cafe medici seems to lack the orange zest. Our server Jonry is attentive while serving us and very patience when explaining their newly launched loyalty program. Worth to check it out.

Love all the food here. From croissant, hot chocolate with whipping cream, strawberry tart, soft chocolate & blueberry tart is so wonderful. I love the ambience. The staff who treat us really nicely & very wonderful is Mr. Solaiman. He really serve us with good heart, also story about the history about PAUL & recommended which best seller food! Thankyou Mr. Solaiman for the good services. He work at PAUL pavillion KL. Please raise his salary well. Good manner & not arrogant. Just a bit upset, when i was at the front counter, The ladies who serve for pastries is not humble & no smile to us. She really rude & when i’m asking, she had no eye contact with us. Shw left me with speechless. But because we had a good services from other staff like Mr. Solaiman & the lady hijab. So i let it go. Overall is good at PAUL pavillion. Will come again.

got this blueberry muffin for rm12 but the inside is totally plain muffin with not a single blueberry nor blueberry jam trace lol. the so called blueberry only existed on the top crust. looks nice on the outside but boring on the inside 🤷🏻‍♀️ honestly dissapointing

We came on Tuesday and my son fall asleep, the cafe staff were very helpful and arranged a sofa for my son to rest, Mr. Solaiman was very thoughtful, and service was great, we enjoyed a little our nap time, highly recommended !

We came here after seeing the high reviews on Google Maps, but our experience was underwhelming. My sister ordered the BBQ beef melt ciabatta, but the beef turned out quite dry and didn’t match the description of “pulled slow-cooked BBQ beef.” It was tough to chew, and she couldn’t finish most of it. I had the eggs royale, but the hollandaise sauce wasn’t quite to my liking as it didn’t taste like a proper hollandaise. The side salad also didn’t feel very fresh. The coffee was alright, but nothing particularly memorable. The ambience, however, was lovely, it’s a nice spot if you’re looking for a place to sit and have a coffee or drink. For the food, though, I think there’s room for improvement.

Ra-Ft Crown BLT is delicious with the crispy cheese to enhance the taste and nice presentation. Avocado mushroom and asparagus is nice but avocado very little only. Overall good dining experience

It has been awhile since I enjoyed cafe food. The small things done right makes all the difference in the food. The pork availability also puts this high on my list now. The service was warm & atmosphere was relaxing. Will definitely return.

The best breakfast, I have breakfast here with my husband every day. Always very tasty, the staff is very cute, caring and friendly, we like to talk with them. And the most delicious coffee! Excellent food at very reasonable prices. Carrie and Shenna were most attentive and helpful. Théy gave us a cake to try which was very light and fluffy, not overwhelmingly sweet.

A great brunch spot. I had the avocado and beetroot hummus toast was really tasty, the bread slices were thin though. The spinach and banana/honey smoothie was really tasty and sweet. The staff are very nice and welcoming too, would recommend this place for breakfast or lunch.
