Bar Trigona, located at the Four Seasons in Kuala Lumpur, has gained international recognition for its innovative cocktails and sustainable approach. The bar takes its name from the stingless bee that produces prized honey used in its signature drinks. It has been named Malaysia's Best Bar for three consecutive years and made it to the Worlds 50 Best Bars list in 2020. The new menu, Foraged Malaysia, features 16 cocktails inspired by ingredients sourced from different regions of the country.
I had honey wine (mead wine) for the first time in my life here, and honestly, it was one of the best wines I’ve ever tasted. Smooth, unique, and absolutely delicious. I also tried the Penicillin cocktail, which was perfectly balanced and expertly made.
What truly stood out, though, was the team. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made the whole experience unforgettable. You can tell they care deeply about their craft and about making guests feel welcome.
Highly recommend Trigona if you’re looking for a refined, memorable night out with amazing drinks and top-tier service.

Bar Trigona is honestly one of my favourite bars in KL. Their cocktails are always creative, made with local ingredients and cool twists, every drink feels like a little adventure. They greeted us with their special olive, which was such a nice touch to kick things off. The bartenders are super friendly, know their stuff, and are great at picking something based on what you like. The vibe is elegant yet cosy, especially during sunset when the city views glow golden. Perfect for a chill evening or a classy night out. Do yourself a favour and try the Trigona Old Fashioned, it’s smooth, balanced, and just heavenly. Already excited to go back for more great drinks and top notch service.
I have been to Bar Trigona several times before, sometimes with friends but often alone. For me, it was always a safe place to enjoy a drink quietly without needing to socialize. I was always treated kindly, especially by Khairil Anwar, who made me feel welcome and never made me feel out of place for coming alone.
Tonight was very different. I arrived around 9:40pm and was told it was fully booked, even though many tables were empty. I was seated at the back but told I had to leave by 10pm. When I asked if I could move to the bar after that, I was told the bar was also “fully booked.” My food arrived late, and just after I finished eating at 10:51pm, I was asked to move again because the table was “reserved at 11pm.” By then, I had lost any appetite to stay.
As I walked out, there were still plenty of empty tables. Sadly, it seems like the ladies on staff didn’t extend the same warmth and consideration that I had experienced in the past — almost as if one woman doesn’t treat another woman well. I left feeling unwelcome, rushed out, and honestly, quite hurt.
Their cocktail selection is pretty great but yes it’s pricey for a drink but you’re paying for the experience. Atmosphere was chill with nice views. They have many awards and it’s well deserved. The banana was my fave drink
I appreciate them taking the time to engage with us and explain the concept behind the bar name. They use local and sustainable ingredients and everything was so delicious. Staff Rohan and Melvin made our first evening in KL memorable. Thanks for the hospitality! The drinks at the bar were quite strong and not very smooth — they didn’t go down easily and lacked balance in flavor. Honestly, the welcome drink was the best part; it was refreshing, well-mixed, and much more enjoyable than the rest.
Fantastic!! They gave us the table by the window with a beautiful view. We had penicillins and the way this cocktail was made with one of the best I’ve ever tasted. Will definitely visit again when I go back to KL.

Melvin and Mitchell were super friendly and made amazing cocktails. Melvin was especially passionate about explaining each drink — and generous with the shots! Tried the Beef Sate (which was recommended to me) and Charcuterie — both were delicious, and the cheese platter was surprisingly great for a non-wine bar. I also loved the view from Level 6 of the Four Seasons. The place is gorgeous, with décor that really reflects Malaysia’s diverse culture. Even though I was dining alone, I never felt awkward.
Overall, great drinks, food, and vibes. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a chill spot for quality cocktails in KL.

The venue offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city, including the iconic Petronas Twin Towers. I had the pleasure of visiting Martini's on 57, and I can confidently say this place is a hidden gem! From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with a stylish, yet cozy atmosphere. The vibe is upbeat but not overwhelming—perfect for a night out with friends or a romantic evening.
The highlight for me, though, is the view. Located on the 57th floor, the panoramic city skyline is absolutely breathtaking, especially as the sun sets and the city lights begin to twinkle. It's the perfect backdrop for a cocktail!
Speaking of cocktails, Martini's truly lives up to its name. They have an extensive martini menu, each one crafted with care and precision. The bartenders are not only friendly but also highly skilled, offering recommendations tailored to your taste preferences. One of the best views in the city. Highly recommend!

I reserved a table at Marini’s on 57 to celebrate my husband’s and my 3rd wedding anniversary, and it was such a memorable experience. We were recommended this place by a family member, and it truly is a hidden gem in KL.
From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless—security is top-notch and the service is outstanding. The staff are not only professional and attentive but also incredibly pleasant, often stopping by for a friendly chat which added a warm touch to the evening.
The food and drinks were amazing—absolutely worth the slightly higher price range. The atmosphere is lively even during the week, with great music that complements the setting. One of the biggest highlights is the breathtaking view of the Twin Towers from the bar terrace—an experience in itself!
We will definitely be returning, next time with friends and family, to share this wonderful spot. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a special night out in KL.
From 🇪🇸 An amazing place! We came to have our last supper before flying back home after 14 days in Vietnam and there are no words.
The staff is amazing, the views are breath taking and the food is even better.
If you can do not miss the opportunity to go.
My advise is to read their booking email. There are some do's and don'ts which is good to know beforehand. They are pretty strict so it's better to just follow it.
The best advantage about this place is their view. Even though you may feel that the price is a little high, based on the building location, based on the incredible view, it's a premium that you will need to accept.
I ordered a few dishes and in summary, they are all plated beautifully. In general, the taste is delicious. Flavoured nicely with a good balance that ties up all its components.
I ordered 2 starters. The fois gras is cooked with great timing, leaving it a little firm on the edges and nicely 'creamy' at the centre. Scallops also had a good sear with juicy soft centre.
As for the mains, both the pasta tasted superb, with delicious slightly complex gravy. The fish also came visually pleasing and tasted fresh and juicy. The lamb however I think need a bit of tweak. Even though I asked for medium, it came quite cooked and dry. Usually medium lamb is juicy but this was disappointingly dry. Fortunately the others were excellently prepared.
The dessert completed an excellent meal. Both panna cotta and Mille-Feuille were well constructed. They weren't overly sweet and quite light if you share it amongst a few diners.
I guess in the end, the experience matters. The superb view here will be the final decision maker on eating here.
Nice place to get drinks and enjoy the sunset. Nice view looking at the towers. Not sure how this compares with views at the twin towers but drinks here for two seems like a better deal than going up to the towers which is now 100 per person.
Marini’s on 57 is absolutely spectacular for the views alone—panoramic cityscapes and up-close sights of the Petronas Towers make it one of the most memorable spots in KL. The atmosphere is upscale, chic, and perfect for anything from a romantic night to a special celebration. The cuisine is very good, with Italian-inspired dishes, and there’s an impressively wide drinks selection, including signature cocktails and fine wines. If you’re looking for an unforgettable experience with breathtaking scenery over Kuala Lumpur, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!
Food was amazing and surprisinglt filling. A truly cool fine dining experience. The staff explained each dish and wine. There was live music too and truly enjoyed the night view of the KLCC towers from our table. Highly recommend their oysters. Super meaty and juicy.
I love the place but for food the taste not fresh ada bau sikit. Here good for Cake i think the cake very nice & Coffee not many choice. But people come here i think good for meeting not for heavy food

Located in Bukit Damansara, Kuala Lumpur, JungleBird is a unique Rumah Rum bar that stays true to its Malaysian roots. The ambiance and decor reflect the tropical resort vibe with bamboo stilts, rattan furniture, and leafy wallpapers. This cocktail bar offers tropical concoctions with rum as the central theme and is known for its signature drink, the Jungle Bird.
Such a great place to hang out with friends, the vibe here are chill and friendly.
Serving 300+ type of Rums as base of cocktails, you can ask for recommendations to suit your taste.
Staffs are professional and passionate to explain their rums.
And I gonna say, The JungleBird Cubano is a must try to pair with Rum!

Defintely one of the bars in KL with the most extensive focus on rums! Great to try out some unique and lesser known rums though it is definitely pricey. Try some of their flights or ask for some recommendations if you don't know where to start! Don't sleep on the Ngoh Hiang though, it's fantastic with the chilli and great to pair with the rums!
A truly great evening in a quite remarkable neighbourhood bar. The service was warm, friendly and sincerely looking to please. The rum range has to be the best in Malaysia, with plenty of bottle only found in Europe or the USA.
I must mention the sheer quantity of the drinks made. Amongst the best cocktails I’ve had anywhere.
Don’t go for the food, but if you do want something there is food to be had, simple tasty, good.

Love their cocktails and the way the explains in details of their drinks. Staffs was super friendly and services was extremely good. Their fried chicken is to die for. Definitely worth it. Good visit on a crowded night during KL cocktail week 2025.
Arrived late with some friends. The guest shift cocktails were largely sold out and only had a a couple of serves of “rusty nail” left. So had a beer instead.
The cocktail was decent, the Italian beer was good.

PS150, located in Chinatown, offers a unique experience with its three distinct sections. The vintage-styled 'Opium Den' provides a relaxed atmosphere, while the open-air courtyard area known as the 'Tiki or Post-war space' is perfect for enjoying cocktails. The main bar area combines modern and old elements for an exciting ambiance. The cocktail menu at PS150 is divided into different eras of drink history, featuring original concoctions and contemporary twists on classics.
Tucked away in a quiet corner, this hidden bar turned out to be a pleasant surprise.
The atmosphere inside was warm and inviting, with great music that set the tone without being overpowering.
I arrived early in the evening, so it wasn’t too crowded, perfect for sitting back, sipping on a well crafted drink and having a relaxed conversation.

What a 180. I arrived around 6:30pm and loved it. Atmosphere amazing. Music perfect. A slight (not overpowering) scent of incense that added an air of exoticism. Cocktails very well thought out. And then…
On my 3rd cocktail something started dripping on me from the ceiling. I got no apology. They didn’t check to see what it was (I’m assuming condensation from the AC). Instead they say I can move one seat over - at the end of the bar hanging with the servers (and their friends that showed up and turned it into a sports bar.) And then… I go to use restroom. Only one men’s stall and it’s occupied. Eventually someone comes out - it’s a server and they don’t bother to wash their hands. And THAT was the last straw.
The venue was hidden behind a facade for a toy store, once I realised that getting in was easy. The door opened to dimly lit hallways leading to the back where the bar was located. The service was great, I was sat immediately and walked through the options.
Cocktails were very well made and showcased local ingredients and flavours, would highly recommended for anyone looking to try high quality Cocktails, or for an atmospheric experience.

What a hidden place for intimate talk, they have 3 sections, 2 people table for privacy, outdoor place and indoor place with music. The cocktails are unique with unique names. I like the dimly atmosphere, good for friends gathering or intimate talk.
This place is superb! Been a regular customer for three years plus and the drinks never disappoint me. Always a good place to drink. Bartender is so friendly especially imran! Super kind and always serve me well! The rest of the bartender is good as well. All easy going! If you were asked me if petaling street got which good speakeasy bar i would say ps150! 10/10 !
I loved this hidden bar! The music and vibe were fantastic, and the cocktails were absolutely amazing. The only area for improvement would be the smoking/vaping section, which was in the middle of the bar. Since it’s still an indoor space, it felt a bit stuffy and overwhelming. Other than that, I really appreciated the extensive cocktail menu—such a great selection!
This place has a great atmosphere and offers a wide variety of excellent drinks. You can even ask the bartender for a recommendation based on your preference, he always knows what to suggest. Look out for him, he consistently ensures everyone has a good time. His drinks are well-crafted, mixed with precision, and served with genuine care for the customer. A cozy, stylish little pub tucked away at the end of the street. The place has a distinct vibe and impressive decor. I was particularly impressed by their newspaper-style menu,and even more so by the quality of their drinks. The staff were friendly, and I’d definitely come back if I get the chance.👍

My new favourite bar in KL! Chilled and relaxed but still very welcoming... amazing hosts who engage with you and really care that you're having a good time. Cocktail list is just so damn edgy! These guys aren't afraid to try something new and completely different to the norm. Well worth seeking out next time you're around the Bangsar area.
We had a wonderful time at Coley with its wonderful drinks and hospitality. Each drink had its own distinct character and the flavours described came through. The staff were knowledgable and gave good recommendations. We had a couple of snacks from the food menu which were really good and paired well with the drinks. Appreciate the mocktail choices too - felt like they put in effort to craft them as well. Great when you need something to sober up or gathering with friends who don’t drink!
So many great drinks, where do I begin.
For starters, you can go for their KOK serious, locally influenced cocktails. Refreshing and great, I had the Gin and Coconut which is really refreshing and you can taste the gin nicely.
My most memorable drinks are the Nikisha, hint of wasabi and strawberry foam and the Moscow Surgery.
Every drinks I had were great, from the sweet potato slushie, to the Yron of the tea.
It is probably one of my favorite KL bar now.

I’ve been visiting Coley quite often over the past 2 months since it’s only a short walk from my office. While the food menu isn’t very extensive (i heard the new menu is ready to launch soon?), the appetizers are good and the cocktails are the real highlight. My go-to drinks are Rum & Jambu (RM37) and the Hanky Spanky (RM50) always, both are spot on, especially the Hanky Spanky 👍. Of course there have plenty of other great cocktails depending on your taste. What I really appreciate is how the bartenders take time to explain the drinks in detail, ask for your preferences, and recommend options to match. They’re friendly, approachable, and always proactive in checking in for feedback. It’s a great spot to chill with friends or even enjoy a drink alone. Reservations via WhatsApp are super convenient and the team is very responsive as well. Highly recommended if you’re looking for quality cocktails in KL/Bangsar!

I celebrated my birthday at Wet Deck Kuala Lumpur with my wife. Initially, we were hesitant due to some negative reviews on Google, but we decided to experience it for ourselves—and we’re glad we did.
From reception to ordering and service, everything exceeded our expectations. Contrary to some comments online, the staff treated us—Malaysian Chinese—with warmth and respect. The service was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.
The food was quite enjoyable and suited our taste, but the highlight was definitely the drinks. We highly recommend the Only Fans Martini—simply outstanding! The ambiance and music were spot-on, creating a relaxing and vibrant atmosphere. Special thanks to the lady who served us—she was all smiles, patient, and polite throughout.
All in all, Wet Deck KL gave us a wonderful experience that made my birthday truly special.

Great view, decent food but definitely needs improvement in service. They requested 1000 RM as a deposit for a pool side table with minimum 1000 RM spending. We ordered food and drinks but nobody came by to check up once. Empty plates and glasses remain on the table. Nobody came to clesn up or offer more drinks or food. Wife and I've been to many rooftop bars/restaurants but the service here was very disappointing to say the least. I had to get up from the table to flag down servers to order more items and towards the end I got tired and asked for the manager. Erlwin the GM came by and he was very friendly and apologized for the service and even offered drinks to make up for the lack of service they provided. We kindly refused and just told them to charge us the full 1000 RM since we were short of the minimum spending but he said it was not necessary and even offered a discount. We left gratuity for the server and left after paying $175 USD for the food and drinks for party of 2. After checking our AMEX account they charged us the deposit in the amount of $236.97 USD on top of the food we already paid for. Reached out to Erlwin for a resolution with no response. Very disappointing. Waste of time reaching out to AMEX to dispute the charges.
Delicious Food & Stunning Rooftop Vibes!
WET Deck at W Kuala Lumpur truly impressed me with its stylish rooftop ambiance and breathtaking view of the Petronas Towers. The atmosphere is lively yet relaxing, with great music, comfortable seating, and a trendy crowd. I especially enjoyed their pizza and nachos, the pizza was flavorful, while the nachos were perfectly loaded and great for sharing. The food came out fresh and hot. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommended for a laid-back evening with good food and a stunning city view!
If you want to enjoy sun-downers with one of the best views KL has to offer, this is the place to be.
As it gets darker, the more beautiful the place gets. Plan to get there early so that you an enjoy the transition in the lighting, making the views look different in the play of the shadows.

Wet Deck's atmosphere is a masterclass in modern rooftop vibes. During the day, it's a chill, sun-drenched pool deck with a relaxed lounge feel. As the sun sets, the energy shifts, and resident DJs take over, spinning a mix of house, electronic, and upbeat grooves that perfectly complement the dazzling city lights.
The music is a key part of the experience, setting a lively and sophisticated tone without being overwhelmingly loud, making it a hotspot to mingle and enjoy the scene.
Made reservation at noon, arrived 7+pm, seated by the pool with twin tower in full view, it was a cool night, great atmosphere surrounded by city skyscrapers, we ordered wagyu, Nacho's, Coconut cheese cake and two cocktails. All well done, service is very attentive, friendly and helpful. Great place to chill
It all started quite bad with our drinks order getting lost in a black hole. But once Reo took care of us, he really rectified the wrongs and made us feel special with his kindness and professionalism. I am so greatful for his sense of hospitality and willingness to make sure we enjoy our time at the WET Deck. I definitely recommend anyone- locals and tourists- to go there enjoy the vue, food and drinks and exceptional customer service. Grace

I’m from Chile and of Spanish descent, and as someone who is very picky about pisco sour, ceviche and spanish tortilla, it’s incredible to say that I can truly recommend this place. This is the closest thing to the real deal I’ve had in Southeast Asia! The experience was amazing—thank you for creating a space that genuinely cares about serving authentic food and staying 100% true to its original spirit.

Nice Peruvian/tapas restaurant in KL. Nice atmosphere & friendly staff. Yuzu Margaritas were delicious, pisco sour was a nice flavour but had ice in it. It's not an over ice drink. The food was good, and tacos were delicious & enjoyed the ceviche. The only thing that let it down was that there was an error with my order. I wanted a single 1 person cevice, and the waiter put in a 2 person trio of cevice. When the food came out, we said that we didn't order it. There was a little commotion with staff, and the waiter came over to ask us to have the dish anyway, but it was quite different in price and contained elements I didn't want. He was quite insistent as it was already made, and we said we would take it if we had to but didn't want to pay for a dish for two when we didn't order it and it wasn't meant for sharing. He then said he would give us some money back when we paid, which he did, but the whole interaction was very strange and a bit awkward.
Not that I am used to such an atmosphere because suddenly I feel like perhaps I am more quiet, book reading and sipping coffee kind of person.
Nonetheless, the food was great and there were interesting people and the crowd I was observing. Music loud and good so yea party away people!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Pisco Bar in Kuala Lumpur, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! The moment I walked in, I was struck by the bar's vibrant atmosphere - the dim lighting, the stylish decor, and the lively buzz of conversation all combined to create a truly electric ambiance.
But what really stole the show was the incredible selection of cocktails. I opted for one of their signature Pisco-based drinks, and it was truly outstanding - expertly crafted, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. The bartender's skill and knowledge were evident in every sip.
Overall, I would highly recommend Pisco Bar to anyone looking for a top-notch cocktail experience in Kuala Lumpur. The combination of great drinks, great atmosphere, and friendly, knowledgeable staff makes it a must-visit destination for any cocktail enthusiast.
Well the vibe here is fantastic but the management must change the music concept to a more retro beat or perhaps disco... otherwise will be sitting n just boozing all night long...

We were so happy to get a window seat with that amazing view over KL — it really is spectacular. But then came the twist: after midnight they stopped serving, so we just sat there staring at the Petronas Towers with empty glasses. Great place, great vibe, but what’s the point of the best seat in the house if you can’t order a drink?
The Sky Bar on the 33rd floor of Traders Hotel was absolutely amazing! A bar with a superb view of the Petronas Twin Towers at night. We were lucky enough to catch the Deepavali-themed colors of the Twin Towers, which were stunning! Although there was a minimum spend of RM100 per person (Shangri-La members get a 10% discount), we had dinner at the our hotel’s lounge before coming, so we were pretty full, but the salmon quinoa salad we ordered was incredibly delicious, and the desserts were also very tasty. The only downside was the cocktails, which were just average. Considering the view and the food, I think it was well worth it.
The place is located strategically beside KLCC Convention Center.
The rooftop level has an amazing view over the KLCC park and the twin towers plus the swimming pool is spacious.

The team were very friendly and gave great recommendations. The Gin Pahit Cocktail was their signature and I do indeed recommend to try! The bar is known for its exceptional team that crafts award-winning cocktails. While finding this hidden gem may be a challenge, once inside, guests are greeted with a sleek and modern ambiance. The cocktail menu is diverse yet unassuming, offering drinks that are both simple and sophisticated.
5 stars all across the board
The drinks were immaculate. I do appreciate a good cocktail but I never knew that drinking cocktails could be *this* enjoyable. The two of us had the Cherry Pop, Rum Mussa and the Oba Rossa (which according to the front of house, was a crowd favourite). My personal favourite was the Oba Rossa, with the meringue being an enjoyable way to elevate the drink.
What I do have to point out that stood out as the most enjoyable aspect of it was the service. The bartender was a whizz with the drinks and we managed to have some light conversation too. The waitress however, made this an unforgettable experience. I could talk about how she was made our time there a memorable one with her recommendations and great conversational skills. However, what stood out to me was how she managed to make a lone patron feel at home at the bar. It was impressive to see how she managed to make him feel comfortable and I could see his face light up as she led the conversation well, allowing him to talk about things he was passionate about - and in this instance, it was his adventures with bars and the drinks that came with them. Truly an impressive feat. I never got their names but if you two are reading this, thank you for your service.

We walked in without a reservation and were initially offered a standing space, but the team quickly found us seats at the bar once they became available. The service was warm and attentive — everyone seemed genuinely passionate about what they do. Special shout-out to Maria for her thoughtful recommendations and for walking us through the drinks menu.
The cocktails were on the stronger side, but each had its own distinct character and flavour profile — we tried four, and every one of them was impressive in its own way. Overall, a wonderful experience with great hospitality and craftsmanship. Highly recommend sitting at the bar if you can!
Drinks are kind of pricey, but they definitely have great drinks! The flavours are a little cheeky with plays on mostly fruity/floral nodes which i love. There are some unique drinks options too

Awesome cocktail outfit and am not surprised that they are Asia’s top 50. Probably one of the best cocktails I have ever had at Penrose KL. Very rich distinct taste and flavours brought together and enhanced with the likes of cocoa coated parsley stick and fermented leeks.
Really cool spot. We had tried to get reservations and they were booked out for weeks in advance but we bumped into someone at one of their sister bars who got us on the list. The menu is very well designed with a creative twist on classic cocktails. A real cool place for discovering new flavors. Grab a couple of cocktails and then move on.

If I could give this spot 6 stars for service I would.
The staff were attentive and friendly, right from the get go they served us a complimentary shot to start the night and explained the menu with so much finesse and kept things interesting.
During the service, they constantly topped up water, even came over the offer to change our table lamp thinking it was too dark, their female toilet even had menstruation pads and as we had ordered quite a few rounds of drinks they eventually offered as a round of food and a cleansing drink to end the night.

Had our Valentine’s at Reka:Bar—honestly, for the price, no complaints (find out next year lah). Starters were great, solid burg, decent dessert. Only the pesto spaghetti was slightly underwhelming, though the mushrooms were good.

The only area we felt could be improved was the overall service. It would have been much better with a more experienced server, as the introduction and service felt somewhat simplified compared to the experience given to the Caucasian guests beside us.
Additionally, the setup wasn’t the most ideal for a full dining experience – understandable given the speakeasy concept – but it did require extra caution to avoid accidentally breaking the glasses.
One surprise, though: there was a 1.5-hour time limit, which wasn’t mentioned at all on WhatsApp or their website. If this is a strict policy, better to inform guests upfront.

Reka Bar is on another level. The drinks were absolutely incredible.! Creative, complex, and full of unexpected flavors that somehow just work. You can tell there’s a real concept and passion behind everything they do.
The space is sleek but relaxed, and the team? So warm and welcoming. They make you feel like you’re part of something special.

Top 50 Asia bars 2024! And it lived up to it! Drinks were really nice, my martini was especially nice, the beef burger was also very good ! Carbonara was a asian fusion Style and enjoyed that too! Definately a must try !
Amazing cocktail. Very unique and intriguing. May not be for everyone's taste but everyone should at least come once and try it out. It is tucked away in a business park but that's the charm. Find the logo and follow up to level 2 where your taste adventure awaits.

Omakase + Appreciate, located in Kuala Lumpur, is a unique cocktail bar concept that has gained recognition in the industry. The name 'Omakase' comes from the Japanese term for a chef's choice meal, and at this bar, mixologists craft personalized drinks based on customer interactions. As one of Malaysia's top speakeasy bars, it offers reinvented classic cocktails selected and prepared by the bartenders in an Omakase style.
Ranked as one of the top 50 bars in the world, this speakeasy bar did not disappoint at all. Hidden away from the basement of the building, you will need to get through the "No Admittance" door to get in. You have the option to choose a drink from their menu or ask the bartender to create a cocktail to based on your preference. The cocktails were very well mixed and it have the feel of a private bar due to the size of the place.

Charming little place. Our cocktails were a mixed bag.
The self starter was great, distinct gin flavour but balanced well with citrus.
The Louisiana one wasn't more than the sum of its parts, though, just felt like a bunch of different liquors tossed into a glass.
The amber beauty and the not by scarscelli were both fine.
Worth a visit, but not top of my list.
I really enjoyed the drinks in this packed little speakeasy, in particular their negroni and boulevardier. They also serve a decent hotdog if you weren’t able to eat before coming (order the special). Be prepared to rub shoulders with people, though - it can get very crowded.
Solid drinks, and fantastic music. But given that it's KL's sole representative on Asia's 50 Best Bars, I had higher expectations and I don't think the drinks were superior (be it in terms of balance or creativity) as places like Coppersmith and Skulldaggery. Anyway, to access it: Look for the long signboard that lists Bangunan Ming & Annexe, Nosh Tipple & Brew; go down the stairs below the metal shutters; then push past the white door with the No Admittance sign.
One of the smallest bar hidden on street side, like a diamond hiding in the corner. Only me and another pair of lady sitting on the bar that night, made it a peaceful moment for me. Great as a quiet drinking place. Monkey berry is good, sweet and sour, smooth to drink.

When I heard they were closing for good, I told myself that I had to come by for a final hurrah. Alas, that was last March and the MCO popped up the next week and I didn't make it on time. This establishment was one of the earliest speakeasies in KL. It was also one of the more popular ones known for it's incredible and innovative approach to cocktails. Also, it has one of the best 'hidden' entrances for a speakeasy and up till today, I still think it is a classic. I wish them well and good luck in their next venture. They will be missed, for sure!
Loved the atmosphere. The drinks were delicious despite it being slightly ordinary looking, the bartender we had, Karl was really good at coming up with drinks that was suited to our tastes. The bar itself is a non-smoking area, but occasionally the smells of cigarette smoke wafts in when the door opens.
Love the concept. Small but cosy place. Cool drinks but can be stronger...do check them out!

Three X Co is a hidden gem located in the Bangsar Shopping Centre, offering an impressive selection of award-winning drinks. This speakeasy bar exudes a cozy atmosphere and boasts a remarkable cocktail menu featuring some of the most visually stunning drinks. The Chocolat Fashioned, a creative take on the classic Old Fashioned, is a must-try with its blend of spiced rum, chocolate bitters, and gula melaka.
The hospitality here is impeccable. Came by for a friend’s birthday. Told James that we have a friend’s birthday and if he has something to celebrate for him that would be great. He definitely did not disappoint, and the rest was history 🫡
And of course, that’s the icing on the cake because the drinks was even better. We ordered 5 drinks, all of them were good.
The ambience was also fantastic. Not too loud, perfect for conversations with friends and dates. If you’re looking for bars, look no further!

An awesome hidden bar on the top floor of Bangsar Shopping Centre. They have a wide range of creative cocktails that use everything from ginseng to worm salt to mezcal. The bar area is chatty and lively, but there is also plenty of semi-private lounge seating. All the drinks I’ve tried are great and also have fun twists to them. The bar staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the drinks and liquor in general. Definitely a good spot to try out while you’re in Bangsar, or Kuala Lumpur in general.

Very amazing experience here at Canopy Lounge. We enjoyed the food a lot and the atmosphere was fantastic. The service from all around workers was outstanding. The best service we’ve received in all of KL. Mr Liton was best server. He helped me surprise my partner for his birthday on 12 on the dot. They are all great workers and listen to what you want.
They remember your order as-well and come out on time perfectly. Will be back again before we leave. Such an amazing spot in KL!! must go.

Canobi Lounge offers a truly mixed experience. Let me start with the undeniable positives: the hospitality is top-tier. The staff are attentive, friendly, and provide service that makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The ambiance is beautifully designed, creating a sophisticated and comfortable setting for an evening out.
Furthermore, the food and non-alcoholic beverages are excellent. The menu is creative, well-presented, and delicious, showcasing a great deal of culinary skill. We thoroughly enjoyed every dish we ordered, and the mocktails were flavorful and expertly crafted.
However, for the Muslim community, there is a significant and unavoidable issue: the prominent offering and service of alcohol throughout the lounge. While the establishment itself is stylish and the halal food is superb, the pervasive presence of alcoholic beverages creates an environment that may not align with the comfort and principles of many Muslim patrons. The close proximity of these drinks on tables and at the bar can be off-putting and detracts from what would otherwise be a fantastic, fully inclusive venue.
In summary, a great place in terms of service, food, and ambiance, but the alcohol service is a major drawback for those seeking a completely Islam-friendly environment. I hope the management might consider creating dedicated nights or a separate section to cater to this large segment of their potential clientele.

I visited Canopy Lounge after seeing some reviews saying it has a great view of the Twin Towers. Honestly, it was a bit underwhelming. The place is small, the atmosphere is okay, but nothing really special. You can only see a small part of the towers — not the stunning view I was hoping for.
We ordered two drinks and the bill came to over 100 ringgit, which felt a bit pricey for what we got. On the bright side, the staff were super friendly and attentive — definitely a plus.
Overall, it’s an okay spot if you want to chill and try it once, but don’t go with high expectations. Might suit those looking for a quiet lounge more than those chasing a perfect “Instagrammable” view.
honestly, a poor experience. the drinks barely had any alcohol and the watermelon shisha was one of the worst i’ve ever tried, it had zero taste and was very rough on the throat. the chicken 65 was a huge let down too and tasted more like popcorn chicken.
the whisky sour was so bad, it tasted more like a milkshake and had zero alcohol taste. we tried a few other cocktails and they are all really poor and had almost no alcohol in it. a major rip off!
i simply don’t understand all the good reviews raving about this place. the twin towers is barely visible too. service is slow as well. i would not recommend this overpriced and overrated place to anyone, there are much better options out there.
Sept 2025- Service was okay. Nothing to complain. The drinks were actually good. Thanks to the bartender. The ambience was okay. I was seating at the outdoor to get some breezy air. They had fans to cool you but the space wasn't that much. You gotta cramp up with other people but if you like to socialize, its for you then. They had shisha aand a tv showing cricket match and some not very nice music. Its more of a place to sit and lounge, not a bar type.
I really loved the atmosphere and vibe of the lounge! The service was excellent, and I felt genuinely welcomed by the staff especially Garry, who stood out for his warm smile and friendly attitude. This place is not bad, probably not the best timing but could be better. The food is kinda mid & also could be better as well. But the servers are very nice and helpful, & helped making good recommendation for my drink, especially Asad, he's such a great guy.
Came here for dinner and drinks. It was a lovely atmosphere with lovely staff and an amazing view of the patrons towers. The food was 10/10 and there was a wide range of cocktails that were lovely! Would definitely recommend on your visit to KL❤️

We found this unique place on our last night in KL...Great service and the food was amazing...Thai Beef Salad & Beef & Onion Pie with mashed potato & gravy...honestly, a better pie than you'd get on New Zealand 🇳🇿 😋 (even if it is Australian beef) we would definitely eat here again...if we were staying longer...oh, did I mention they have Happy Hour?? One of my favorite "go to" places for beautiful outdoor/indoor latin ambiance, consistently prepared western, Latin, and local flavors, and friendly service. Today I had great bar service from Ali and ordered the special Sunday roast lamb w potatoes and carrots. Served w au jus and mint sauce and was very tender, moist and flavorful. Food and beverages are a little pricey so I have to space out my visits when in KL but that's OK because there are so many restaurants to try.

We recently visited The Rabbit Hole in Kuala Lumpur during our family trip from South Africa, and what a memorable experience it was! By day, it’s a charming coffee shop, and by night, it transforms into a stylish bar — offering the best of both worlds.
We were a large group of eight, including small children, and were looking for a place that could cater to all our needs. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the incredible staff. Their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile truly set this place apart. Nothing was ever too much to ask.
The menu is impressively varied — from delicious local’s favourites, main meals, pastas, pizzas, and fresh salads. We sampled almost everything, and every dish was a hit. The food was served swiftly, with generous portions, rich flavors, and top-notch presentation. It’s clear they put heart into every plate. The pastries were especially delightful, and their artisan-brewed coffee is a must-try!
What really added to the relaxed, vibrant atmosphere was the swimming pool — such a unique touch that helped keep the space cool and inviting.
The entire flow of the restaurant is just so thoughtfully done — spacious, welcoming, and beautifully designed. Whether you’re grabbing a morning coffee or enjoying cocktails on tap in the evening, it’s the kind of place that makes you feel at home.

The sando was generously filled with greens that cut nicely through the chicken. Would come back to try their pasta dishes :)
We were passing by and decided to pop into The Rabbit Hole for coffee and cake – and we’re so glad we did! There was a great selection of cakes to choose from, and the coffee hit the spot. The food coming out of the kitchen looked equally tempting, so we’ll definitely be back to try more. Service was warm and welcoming, and the whole place has a relaxed, inviting vibe. Had a wonderful time at Vertigo Bar on the rooftop of Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur. The city view was incredible, especially during sunset and at night when all the lights came on. The ambience was classy yet comfortable, and the drinks were really good. The staff were very friendly and made the evening even better. A great place to relax and enjoy the stunning Kuala Lumpur skyline!

Nice view on the 51st floor of the Banyan tree hotel near Pavillion. The view is good of the KL towers and if you stay past sunset you’ll see them light up.
Recommended to book in advance as you get a better table near the edge. We walked in on a Friday night just before opening and got a table. Free tables probably filled up an hour or so later.
Drinks were pretty pricey being a rooftop bar in KL. The menu said that drinks were inclusive of taxes but then we got more added on at the end?
All the male staff were very nice and attentive but the women seemed to not care at all, from when we first walked in to ask for a table. After 2 hours a female staff came over and asked if we wanted to order any more drinks. We said not right now then we saw her go and speak to another male waiter, he then brought over our bill I assume to try kick us out….
The rooftop is truly a one-of-a-kind spot, but only for the view. The spectacular view of the city is absolutely stunning and deserves five stars.
However, the bar itself is quite anonymous and lacks atmosphere. The service was very poor and not attentive to details.
I would only recommend this place for a quick drink to enjoy the scenery, but not for a high-quality bar experience

Stunning views, sky-high prices, and service that’s more patchy than panoramic. Vertigo delivers on the visuals—Petronas Towers in all their glory, perfect for the ‘Gram—but when it comes to food and service, it’s a steep drop.
We paid five-star prices for two-star food and three-star service. At one point, I had to leave my seat to request napkins and additional drinks. The wine arrived five minutes before the sommelier did—perhaps it was trying to escape?
Food-wise: Nachos with salsa, guacamole, jalapeños, and sour cream. Enough chips for a party of six, but only one person would find the toppings. The meat and cheese board? Hugely expensive and half untouched. A real shame.
Verdict: Come for the view, stay for a cocktail, and take your appetite elsewhere.
One of the best rooftop bars in KL. The view is absolutely stunning — especially of the Petronas Towers, which light up beautifully at night.
Prices are surprisingly reasonable for a place with such an upscale vibe and prime location.
Reservations are a must — and not just a day before. Book well in advance if you want a good table, especially on weekends.

Negroni review- Really disappointed with the cocktails here. My Negroni was poorly made — easily one of the worst I’ve had. For a place like this, I expected proper execution and balance. The old-fashioned fashion was also off — using regular ice? Instead of clear or shaved ice. Regular ice completely ruins the drink’s texture. Price isn’t the issue, but the quality definitely doesn’t match. Very disappointing experience. Will never come back again. The manager didn't really care much about the customer's feelings and pretended to walk around and ask if the drinks were okay just to do his job. He saw that the drink was off. But nothing is taking action further.
I always like to go to rooftop bars when I'm on holiday. I booked this place before I left home after seeing it on YouTube.
The food was awful! It arrived cold. I told the server that I'm unaccustomed to cold food since I wasn't sure if it was supposed to serve like that. It was taken away and warmed up in the microwave. However, that put me off and it did not taste good .
The serving staff were fantastic sans dealt with it well. They were very apologetic and took 20% off the bill but quite frankly, I feel they should not have charged me at all! I didn't want to make a fuss and I'm on holiday so just paid it.
Vertigo management: what happened there? Have you also sorted out the grid in the floor that made me fall off my chair? Luckily it wasn't too the ground!
I really enjoyed the view, and it wasn’t busy when I visited, which made it relaxing. My waiter accidentally got my drink order wrong but quickly fixed it—still, the drinks weren’t very good for how pricey they were. It was nice that they included complimentary nuts and there was no entrance fee.

Great place if you like live jazz music. Just don’t bother to dine there. Food is pretty good but service really needs to buck up. They’re quite disorganised when it comes to dinner arrangements (not that there were many dinner patrons). They should really think of improving the processes. Pre-bought dinner with show according to the website yet when arrived, told that the show was free and no reservations on the seats. So we’re supposed to eat and then jostle for space??? Odd. Dinner reservation list was not immediately available and they had to scamper around to find it. So happened that there was a power outage that day and they didn’t even have the courtesy to offer complimentary water to compensate for the stuffy evening.
Cool bar with jazz. They have live band almost every night. We were lucky, the band were really good. Cool environment. We had GT:s, not the best ones but definitely drinkable. I recommend you to go there if you like to have a smooth night.

I rally liked the atmosphere but the place is really cramped and chairs are uncomfortable to sit on a few hours ! Based on their website the performance was suppose to start at 9 but it only started at 10 PM! The sound system was not good for such a small place and we couldn't really hear what the singer was singing! We ordered the brownie with ice cream but it was basically a default chocolate bar!
Great bar, good ambiance and great selection of drinks. If you like jazz this is the place to go, fantastic bands playing weekly. I'm only giving it 4 stars because they have the most uncomfortable chairs in Malasyia and it makes it hard to sit for more than one hour.

We were genuinely impressed by the service we received from Mr.Moaz during our recent visit. From the very start, he made us feel welcome with his kind demeanour and sincere smile. Mr.Moaz was attentive without being overbearing—he struck that perfect balance of checking in just at the right moments while giving us space to enjoy our meal. He displayed a great knowledge of the menu, offered helpful suggestions, and handled our special requests with care and professionalism.

Let me just start off by saying that this place has amazing ambience and looks very romantic and cosy because of the yellow lights. The interior designing is amazing and the view outside is definitely a sight for sore eyes. This is definitely the place for you to celebrate special occasions, but I would recommend only coming for drinks and light bites.
Now let’s talk about the food. There was nothing great about it. In fact, the portion sizes were not matched up to the price that you pay. I came here because there were reviews saying that the food was decent and I don’t think I 100% agree with it.
My bill came up to RM 479 for four people. And a bulk of it was from food that wasn’t great on top of overpriced beers.
I celebrated my birthday here and I did find that later that you can tell them to arrange for a balloon and cake, but I’m not sure if this will encourage additional cost. I found that this place allows you to bring your own cake and your own decorations, as compared to other rooftop bar said I surveyed.

We (4 girlfriends) met here on Friday 25/04 6.30pm for pre-dinner drinks , celebrating friendship as 1 of us is leaving after many happy years in KL.
We had made a booking to sit outside and turned up to find a Corporate event was on until 7.30pm and half the outdoor area was reserved for them. Ishvin looked after us very well, setting up a seating area for us with good views and the promise that if it rained, he would relocate us under shelter. Happy Hour is very good with wines, beers and cocktails include 2 for 1 at RM55 ending at 7pm. Didn’t order food but their complimentary snacks were tasty. Once the event had finished, we were able to move to a table offering great views over Chinatown and the skyline, dominated by 118 tower.

Jann offers a great vibe with a relaxing atmosphere, making it an ideal spot to unwind. The ambiance is well-curated, providing a comfortable setting for both casual gatherings and quiet evenings.
However, customer service could be improved to match the overall experience. While the setting and drinks are enjoyable, better attentiveness from the staff would enhance the experience further. Despite this, it remains a good place to visit.
Strategically located to offer you the majestic view of the tallest building in South East Asia! Mesmerizing and magnificent to see it this close. The Jann itself does not provide much, the ambiance lacks cozy and comfortable seatings. Partly due to its proximity to the pool area. The ‘cold’ tiled floor leaves a bad first impression. However, the bar proper is well appointed. The bar staff are friendly and masterfully mix all your desired cocktails to perfection. We didn’t order any food, hence no ratings given. Music is pleasing to the ears and bearable. I don’t find Jann particularly cozy when compared to so many beautiful and comforting ones in KL.
The high chairs in the deck area doesn’t blend with the cheap looking ‘lounge’ chairs that greets you as you enter. Comfortable club chairs and warm lighting will work better together with chic flooring.
The views definitely stole the show but after taking pics of it, it’s the comforts of a nice bar that will make you want to stay…
I had a fantastic Saturday night at Jann with my girls. The city view was absolutely beautiful KLCC, downtown, and the lights made it feel magical. The DJ played great music and the whole vibe was just perfect for a fun night out. Definitely a place I’d return to!
Great view as you can see the three most iconic skyscrapers in KL - Merdeka 118, KL Tower and Petronas Towers. Staff were very polite but, unfortunately, the kitchen was suffering a blackout so only a few items on the menu were available. Food was OK. Beers were expensive but do check out the Happy Hour from 5-7pm. The local craft beer Paperkite Copper Ale is available here.

There is a nice view of Merdeka 118 and that's about all I noticed. Staff absent, the one we met seemed very nice but he was all alone 😣 So after 1/2 hour of waiting, we left. Passage by the toilets whose cleanliness left something to be desired which is rare here, especially in a hotel.
Great bar to chill on a week night overlooking the KL skyline. The place serves some good and creative cocktail concoction. However for a bar vibe, it shouldn't be hot and stuffy(both indoor and outdoor proven the same)....the AC were downright impossible.

Located on the 51st floor of THE FACE Suites in Kuala Lumpur, DEEP BLUE is a rooftop bar with amazing views of the cityscape. There's an Infinity Pool next door for those looking to cool off, and plenty of places to sit and relax while enjoying the breathtaking view.
My partner reserved an outdoor table for my birthday dinner, but due to the rain, it was too wet to be seated outside. Thankfully, the restaurant wasn’t too crowded when we arrived around 7:30pm, and we were allowed to choose our own seating. The staff kindly recommended an upstairs table, and it turned out to be the perfect choice! It was quieter, offered more privacy, and the romantic ambiance was elevated by the beautiful twin tower view right in front of us.
Although we were initially disappointed that many items on the menu, including our preferred beef dishes, were unavailable, the staff made up for it with thoughtful recommendations. We ordered the smoked salmon salad, chicken skewers, and the standout dish is nyonya curry seafood with coconut pandan rice. The flavours were truly impressive! While the seafood could have been fresher, the curry itself was rich and fragrant. The chicken skewers were also generous in portion and well-seasoned.
Service was exceptional. Special shoutout to Jovel, our waiter for the night. He was attentive, knowledgeable with food suggestions, and constantly checked in to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. He even helped us take a lovely photo and suggested poses, such a sweet touch that made the evening even more memorable.
Overall, a wonderful dining experience with great food, ambience, and top-notch service.
One note: parking can be a little tricky and on the pricier side.

We visited DeepBlue Restaurant in KL on a Saturday with family, and it was a truly wonderful experience! The view was absolutely stunning, and the atmosphere was so relaxing and enjoyable.
The food was amazing – every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. A special shoutout to Juyel and Tonmoy for their fantastic service – they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. They really made us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our visit.

We had a fantastic time at Deep Blue on the rooftop of Face Suites in Kuala Lumpur. The atmosphere was great, the view was stunning, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. A special shout-out to Joy, our waiter – he was incredibly kind, funny, and went out of his way to make our evening even more enjoyable. He happily helped us take photos and videos and made the whole experience really fun. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

This bar is spacious n less crowded..u need to go to 2nd floor for a nicer view though. I love the cocktail n atmosphere. Service was great too. If they would make the cocktail glasses more instagramble, ppl would go more..tiramisu was one point they should improve. Didn't try food here, but would love to next time. I had one cake and cocktail it costed 125 rm which is acceptable for this amazing view of he twin tower.

Tucked away on the first floor of a building in Damansara Kim, The Locker & Loft is a hidden gem offering an intimate dining experience. I had a great and relaxing solo night at L&L, a staple speakeasy bar around PJ/KL. I enjoyed for hours sipping on their rasam gin, dry gin liquor with midori liqueur and a custom whisky-up cocktail that mixes dry martini blanco and aperol liqueur with a bourbon whiskey liquor for a boozy alcoholic cocktail drink. All the drinks were superb while I also had their lamb burger and it was alright making it clear that the pub drinks were more on the highlights. The services on the bar-top or counter were attentive but based on what I've seen, the non-bar sittings are very responsive too

Been coming here as my watering hole for many years, and their updated menu has spurred me to leave a well-deserved review. The Shirayaki Sambal of smoked catfish atop some sort of tomato sambal barley concoction was LOVE. 3 of us girls also shared the pork collar on pumpkin puree w kailan and pickled+non-pickled beetroot. Lovely for girls cos we want a balanced meal y’know 😆 I also loved their savoury mochi bomb filled with sambal. Can’t wait to try other dishes and eat the aforementioned dishes again! Just had a Guinness but this would be a great place to bring a date. Speakeasy ambience with interesting cocktails. Bit hard to find, it is straight up the stairs and good luck opening the metal doors the first time.
A cool restaurant and bar on the second floor of some shops in Petaling Jaya. The entrance is literally behind an old locker at the top of a staircase. You’ll know you’re there because it’s washed in a red light.
They serve a large array of tapas and specialty cocktails, but have plenty of larger plates as well. My friend and I really enjoyed the pork belly tacos — those are a must-try. Definitely not authentic Mexican but the fusion is pulled off perfectly and they’re delectable. The Not Legal and Rasam Gin Sour were both very tasty and well crafted. Finally the chicken roulade was solid, especially the sauce it was served in. Definitely will return to The Lock & Loft at some point.

Had the most amazing time here, probably one of the better bars I've been to so far. Drinks were nothing short of delicious and strong, no signs of dilution or weak drinks although weaker drinks options are available to you. Food wise, their signature wings was TO DIE FOR, but the fries left me a little disappointed. Overall experience was overall amazing and would totally make this a usual spot if asked. If you're wondering whether to check it out, trust me when I say this.. do it. Don't be like me and put it off for a long time, just do it and have the time of your life.

Went to Concubine KL on a Saturday evening, and surprisingly, the place was kinda empty, which made it feel even more chill and relaxing.
I ordered one of their watermelon cocktails (forgot the exact name), but it was so good, refreshing and just the right balance of flavors. We also got some skewers, and I have to say, their broccoli skewers were a standout! Simple, tasty, and the perfect side dish to go with drinks.
The ambiance was nice and comfortable, with a laid-back vibe, and the waitstaff were friendly and helpful. Service was quick, and the prices were reasonable for what you get.
Overall, I really enjoyed the place, and I’d definitely come back for the great cocktails and cozy atmosphere!

We were a big group, and it's wasn't just my opinion... nice atmosphere, dj but too loud for the people in the bar area. Left with a bitter taste as it was supposed to be one of the best bars in Chinatown...

My recent visit to the restaurant with friends was thoroughly enjoyable, thanks in large part to their accommodating service. We had requested a balcony seat, and they were more than happy to fulfill our request, enhancing our overall experience. Our server, Nova, was exceptionally kind and provided excellent recommendations, further elevating our dining experience. The double cheeseburger gyozas, which have always been a highlight of the menu, were as delicious as ever. However, I did notice that the portion size seems to be decreasing slightly. The ambience of the restaurant was inviting, and the music selection was pleasant, though it did get a bit loud at times. Despite this minor issue, the atmosphere remained conducive to a relaxed and enjoyable meal. Overall, the evening was a splendid and laid-back time spent with friends, and I left with a positive impression of the restaurant's service and food.
Came here to drink their cocktails and enjoy the weekend vibe. They open at 5pm. Is better for you to make a reservation if you don't want to get disappointment as there is limited seats. We ordered Pineapple and Green Day. Both cocktails are very delicious and the service crews are so friendly and attentive.
The food is nice but pricey and small portion. We ordered their promotional cocktails which is on the bitter side and didn’t taste great. Ambience is alright but they have a strict 2 hour dining restriction. If you are seated upstairs, you have to walk up a flight of narrow wooden stairs which can be quite scary to girls on heels, and definitely not dress-friendly ☹️

The food was awful maybe the worst ever in Malaysia and in life. We tried seafood noodles but the noodles and seafood were emerged in a chicken broth that create a very weird and awful taste . The dish was even bad to look at it (similar to vomit). We highly recommend to remove it from the menu for the sake of culinary basics.

I like the decor and the atmosphere here. Drinks are generally good, with some nice house specials cocktails. The live bands are very good too and i enjoy visiting bars with good live music. The only bad experience I had was I went with a group of friends (who are travellers) and we had requested they split the bills as some of the friends do not have cash and wanted to pay with their cards and the server refused and asked that we split it ourselves. Other than that one time, all good.
Bad service, we came at 2am on weekend night yes i know youre tired but you should still be profesional if you want people to leave fast then say “we are closing , cannot order anymore” . You expect 2 people to drink 3 alcohol in 30 minutes? We pay hundreds you know ? Not rm30 …the waiter make annoyed face and didnt ask how the service was, straight away show receipt and walk away after took money. But i think only 1 waiter is problem , the another one is very good always serve us nicely.

Located on the rooftop of Bangsar Village 2, this place is not hard to find and a convenient meeting place for people in Klang Valley. The indoor sitting was a bit too loud for us as the was a dj playing . So we opted for the outdoor sitting by the veranda . Seating capacity flexible, suitable for small and large groups .

Highly recommend visiting Mantra for the excellent views and Tiramisu. We were in a large group and each paid as we ordered, avoid the need to try and split a large bill at the end or the evening.

What an amazing rooftop bar this is! I only regret that I hadn't found it earlier. They have happy hour for drinks until 7.00 pm and also have some really tasty food on their menu. We ordered the spiced fries and absolutely devoured them.
The service is amazing with friendly, kind, efficient waiters. Above all, the views are great. We went at around sunset, and although the bar faces the east, we can still appreciate the changing colors of the sun and the cool breeze.
To get here, come in through the main mall entrance and take the elevator near the "Pandora" jewelery store. Take the elevator straight up. I cannot recommend this place enough, a true gem!

My choice was Malaysian local beer which you won’t find easily, Legend Black, the black lager brewed in Selangor Malaysia. Very tasty and strong flavor, I loved it!

The place is not the prettiest and getting there is weird because it is inside a shopping mall past two fast food places. But it's worth it, an incredible amount of fridges and high quality beers in them. If you don't find the beer you are looking for, you won't find it in Malaysia.

A delightful surprise during a recent trip to Kuala Lumpur. A haven for beer lovers with a wide selection of craft beers. I find it totally satisfying being an IPA lover. A place to relax and chill after some walking.

However, it is a good place to try different kind of beers from various countries.

Music was good. Came on a thursday night and had a really good time. There is a small space in the front of the dj booth which i assume is the dancefloor. It can get extremely crowded so take note if your table is next to that area be prepared to have people dancing right next to you.
Always my to-go bar/club whenever I'm in KL! Music is AMAZING and the place is always full with people, bouncers and waiters are very friendly as well. The place is a bit hidden as they do not have a sign board outside the premise.
Atmosphere RUINED but abusive staff.
I went with a large group of girls and guys to bar Atas in October 2017 for a ladies night. The night started off very nice, we were having a great time, but after the guys left when there was about 8 girls left, 1 of which was quite drunk and had sat herself down for a bit. The staff decided she was too drunk and tried to kick her out of the club. One of the other girls tried to talk to the staff and was HIT twice by a male staff member, twice her size! After getting all the girls out of the bar, I tried to talk to the manager (I was sober by this point) about what had just happened and was hurled vocal abuse in return, calling all of us girls obscene names. Disgusting treatment by this establishment has put a lot of us off, especially the girl who was hit, going back to bars in the area.
Poor!!! Lousy place. Is forcing people to buy bottle and cheating say to have sofa seat and after that say no "this is VIP" if u want sit then have to open 3 bottle. After that did on normal table, after half an hour came again and say this table is reserved, we wanna remove your one table. (we are seating 2 table with 5 person, and friends are coming.). What an lousy services. We argue and mentioned another table with beer with 5 person, and the waiter say there are regular customer. That's means that we are new comer and didn't welcome by them? What a funny services! No manners! Talk rude like chasing customer . Poor rated! Will never came again!
The overall experience is bad. Staff are bad attitude. I don't usually give ratings to bars I've visited as I'm fine with the service. But if u intend to hang out there, u r paying a normal price, with a Not so happening environment and u r being replaced because they said they have a reservations even if u drink in bulk. "What you pay is what you get" , well the price of drinks here is affordable, cozy bar theme during the evening and clubbing environment at night. One of the most lively place in Bangsar. However over crowed during the weekends and there'll be no place to drink. Apart frm that, Few things i would like to comment here:
1) Service is lousy! Their staffs are mostly foreigners and they dont know how to respect. Rude people and they seem to ignore when u need them
2) Limited tables available, you'll be forced to buy a bottle of liquor to reserve a table, otherwise most of the time they will tell all the table's are booked "you can see alot of fake namecards placed on top of table to show someone alrdy book it"
3) would be great if can serve beer towers, currently only have bucket option

Skullduggery, located at Plaza Damansara in Kuala Lumpur, is a hidden gem known for its mysterious and alluring ambiance. To find this secret bar, visitors must venture to the back-lane behind Huckleberry Food & Fare and ascend a set of stairs adorned with an ornate, earthen-toned entrance. Once inside, guests are greeted by an elegant bar decked with intimate yellow lights and a skull wall that adds to the establishment's enigmatic charm.
This is the place to go if you’re a fan of sweet and sour drinks!! Every drink was around RM40-RM45 which is very reasonable for the quality. Extremely well presented and prepared. Perfect balance of flavours in drinks and the menu has a lot of choices to suit many tastebuds. Food menu is from the downstairs Huckleberry which rarely disappoints, but would be great to have more menu items for food that are perhaps more bar snacks that could compliment the drinks. Apart from that everything was excellent including the staff and bartender who did their best to explain everything.

Came here with some friends, not sure what concept they were going for. The decor suggests it's a fancy bar but the loud music suggests it's a club and the people who come here are sort of caught in between, the alley entrance suggests it might be a speakeasy. Space is really limited as it's a small place.
The ultimate downfall was that both toilets were not working when I was there. The line was going in and out of one of two stalls and people were getting a little worried that someone might have passed out or worse in one of the other stalls, so we scrambled to open it. Turns out it was just out of order but no sign or anything was put up. The one that was "working" didn't have any running water, so customers had to go in and out with a jug to the bar and back to be able to flush down the toilet traditional style. Seemed extremely unprofessional and how do you run an establishment with no working toilet.
But if you can hold your bladder really well, you probably would enjoy this place more than I did.

The swim club is basically the pool of The Journal which is just a few steps away from Bukit Bintang main and from up there, we can see a nice view of the quieter part of KL. On the night I went, it was a breeze less night, despite that the outdoor seating was nice and cozy. The food was palatable but not worth the prices. And the cocktails were just okay. They're open for guests to take a dip in the pool as well :)
We stayed here for 4 nights and visited the bar nightly. We loved it! Haseeb (sorry if I got that wrong) and the young lady behind behind the bar were amazing. An ideal place to share sundown moments with friends while having some drink on hand. It’s bathed in vibrant pink color, paired with neon lights and blue pool that make it more visually appealing. Some things could be improved, such as customer service and serving time. Service was not very hospitable despite being a hotel f&b premise. The food also took quite long to serve, perhaps because it’s delivered from the hotel's main kitchen. Do take note that for non-hotel guests, you’re not allowed to use the pool facility and minimum order policy is also applicable for poolside seating.

Being in the tropics, the pool deck is envisioned to be an urban retreat for city dwellers and also shoppers from the adjacent shopping district of Bukit Bintang.
The pool deck is comprised of four main components which are a bar, a dining area, a terraced deck and a mezzanine event space. Taking cue from the vibrancy of colors in hockney’s works and also use of patterns, lines and planes.

Great view up at the revolving restaurant - if can go up early so you got a day view and a night view of the city of Kuala Lumpur. The ride up is fast and service was quite OK. The buffet spread is good but I felt the food quality was just OK but usually when when coming to a place like this, I don't expect too much on the food.
This self-rotating restaurant, boasting the highest altitude in Kuala Lumpur, falls short in several aspects. The unclean carpet, unprofessional and seemingly groggy foreign staff, and the non-rotating floor diminish the overall experience. Despite the promise of a "million-dollar view" of Kuala Lumpur, there's little else noteworthy. The limited food options, primarily Malay cuisine under the guise of "international cuisine," do not justify the RM248 price tag. Comparatively, one can find more diverse and higher-quality options at other buffets.
Seriously the buffet doesn’t worth the price. The price of buffet is only for the view of KL tower. The food is so so, and is too crowded.
Nice view but when we visit the 360 is not moving, under maintenance. So we can only see 1 side view but no cheaper for the price.

Been a bucket list item since young.One of a unique kind of revolving restaurant experience. We had our lunch here and it was awesome. It almost takes an hour of rotation to reach the same point. Food was delicious. Views are great and can see around without any hustle n bustle crowd in the observation deck. They even give a free cake for anniversaries and birthdays. Would definitely recommend.Beverage options for the buffet can be improved though (not included in dinner fee).
If you are looking for a nice view of Kuala Lumpur or to impress your other half or a celebration, you will not regret this place. Perfect ambience for any moments. Food dishes are on average only. Now, on the negative side, you will experience a long queue starting from getting your restaurant tickets to getting into the elevator. The waiting area is warm and unpleasant. It is a rather long wait for the lift as well. Parking lots are limited as well.
I think the view is more beautiful at night than during the day. If you turn up slightly early for dinner, you can see the sunset.
The buffet itself is not bad, but nothing to shout about. Lots of tourists so I was really surprised there wasn’t any ice kacang, or Nasi lemak. You can order your steak the way you like it plus the grilled lamb. Meat is slightly tough. The dining package is quite expensive but the view is stunning so I would recommend it. Traffic in the area can be quite heavy especially when it rains as Menara KL is located in the Central Business District.
I had my birthday celebration here together with my family. We were the earliest here, made a reservation few weeks earlier and originally we booked a normal table but we were upgraded to a VIP table. Their staff were so friendly and constanty giving service. We were also given welcome drinks. There are photographer on standby as well in case if you want a print out photo. Make sure you request to check the photo first prior printing. The lunch buffet consist of rice with dishes, pasta, noodles, soup, salad, beans and cheese, lots of desserts and ice/hot drinks. The view was breathtakingly beautiful, as we came for lunch we could see everything from the top. Special arrangements can be requested upon booking; birthday cake, balloons, flower etc. There is washroom available on the same floor.

The Whisky Bar KL is a trendy establishment that has gained popularity since its opening in 2018. Despite its seemingly small size, the bar boasts an impressive collection of over 800 carefully curated whisky labels from around the world, including Scotch, Irish, and Japanese whiskies. The ambiance exudes a gentleman's lounge vibe with plush leather couches and extensive displays of whisky bottles in glass cabinets.
Didn't order any food, but had a cigar(140RM) and some whiskey.
Definitely the place to go if you're a whiskey / cigar connoisseur, the service, location,choice of wiskeies and the ambiance is fantastic.

We already checked the price list in their website and are aware of what to expect to pay when we decide to dine-in. The portion is generous for the appetizers and dishes we tried over our 2 visits. They even serve a complimentary soup in an espresso cup, with a basket of bread and some butter. The taste is inconsistent: the seafood pasta can be excellent with less salt, while the chicken can be less dry. The French fries and gambas with olive oil, garlic and dry chili are very good. The old-fashioned cocktail contains too much orange flavor. The GlenAllachie 12 years is not bad, we still prefer the 15 years.
The service is attentive and fast to deliver. They just need to be more careful to apply systematically the correct beer price during happy hour times.

A nice bar, with an unexpectedly rich offer in terms of whiskey. The bartender was a bit confused when I asked him if he had any locally produced whiskey, another one came to help, also not very knowledgeable. For every whiskey fan a must have. I enjoyed one of my favourite Scottish regions with 8 different Whiskeys. Service and presentation of products were perfect.

After too many years away, I returned to The Whisky Bar on a recent trip to KL.
Not only is the ambiance still incredible and the array of whisky vast, the food was delicious.
I opted to dine at the club lounge table near the front rather than in the steakhouse and nothing was too much trouble.
The highlight however was seeing one of my favourite wonderful servers ever...Arif!
I am so genuinely grateful that his career trajectory is thriving and his warm welcome and level of service is outstanding!
I'll be back for another Springbank next trip!

We went during our stay in Kuala Lumpur, and it was the perfect way to wind down after a long day of exploring. The live band was incredible—full of energy and talent, and they really kept the crowd engaged throughout the night. The playlist was a mix of rock classics and crowd favorites that had everyone singing along.
Food was delicious and portion sizes were generous.

If you’ve been to the Hard Rock in Genting at Wyndham, you’ll immediately notice the difference and honestly, Genting takes it to the next level. The overall ambiance there feels more polished and lively, the crowd more upbeat, and the service a notch higher. Plus, the cool mountain air and scenic backdrop make the experience feel a lot more premium and relaxed at the same time.
While Hard Rock KL is a solid choice for a night out in the city, Hard Rock Genting @ Wyndham easily outshines it in terms of both atmosphere and overall experience. If you have to choose one go for Genting.
Set lunch is worth. Quarter BBQ grilled chicken with huge sides and good portion. Unlimited refill for soft drinks and lemon tea. However, diet cola will be a one time free drink. Came with carrot cake. What a treat, considering this is Hard Rock. Staff are very attentive, helpful and friendly. 1 star less on all segment. Portion is big, but taste wise can be improved. Service staff attentive, some doesn't understand English? What? Atmosphere, music a little too loud, but they willing to turn it down. Not everyone is having a business conversation at the dinning table yeah.
Happy anniversary to my parents 🥰 my mom didn't request for anything special so we ended up coming to one of their favourite "spend as we like" restaurants. I always love the mushroom swiss burger paired with mango juice, though last I was here I had a Salmon salad which was pretty good.

Had a great time at Hard Rock Cafe Kuala Lumpur! The atmosphere was awesome — relaxed, friendly, and full of good energy even without live music. Our waitress Sharon was an absolute legend — super friendly, quick with service, and made us feel right at home.
The food was spot on and came out fast, with generous portions and heaps of flavour. Drinks were icy cold, and the whole place had that classic Hard Rock charm with heaps of memorabilia and a cool layout.

I had a very pleasant experience right there last night. Although the food did not reached my expectation, still I’m satisfied with the service and live band. Great venue, good beers, good music, best service. Bartender took time to walk me through their bottle selection since they had no menu. Went on our last night in KL looking for a chill place to wind down from hectic three days and the venue exceeded expectations. The menu was quite ample for a beer pub. Wife loved the apple-mango and apple-lychee ciders. I went with a draft IPA from Malaysia that was delicious and the bartender got me to try a NZ hazy IPA that was spot on. Would definitely recommend stopping by. Craft beers are not inexpensive but the experience was a good value.
Cocktail was a tad diluted (we tried the Highball and felt that it was not strong). After that we just stick to Beer. Which is awesome. Food ordered was also okay. Some were good some were just okay.
As you go in, you feel the great atmosphere with a live band. The bar ofter bottles and cans as long as draught beers. They only serve 1 size. Beers on draughts aren't outstanding but it's hard to find better in Malaysia.

And the service, they try to be like high end restaurant but fail at basic stuff. Guy leaves the sauce on the table but don't explain what they are. Told them during the appetizer, I don't cheese or milk. Not faulting them cos I didn't inform them ahead of time. But then comes dessert , cheese cake. They should now by now. So I send back the cheese cake. They just leave it at that and don't offer nor ask if I want something else

Marble 8 steakhouse came highly recommended as a top tier fine dining establishment with scrumptious food and breathtaking views of the city. The process of reservation was seamless. The service from start till finish was excellent with very attentive staff ready to respond. We ordered one dry aged and one wet aged steak and angel hair pasta. Overall the food was bit underwhelming sadly. We had much higher expectations. The steaks were tender and served with the right temperature but seasoning was off. The sides ( mash and creamed spinach) were just ok. The biggest disappointment was the angel hair pasta. The flavors didn’t blend well with each other and again the seasoning left a bit more to be desired. High point was the Dessert. It was perfect.
When compared to other top tier fine dining places in KL this wouldn’t make to our top 3 but surely in the top 5.
Will I visit again. Perhaps yes, but this time will stay away from the pasta and focus on the steaks.

Our party of 6 had the ‘feed me’ menu and every single item was unique and delicious! Highly recommend. The service was impeccable by Kiss and Rona, who also shared the background and intent of each dish. Their photo taking skills were also fabulous. What a great evening we had.

When I say this is one of the best meals I’ve ever had, I truly mean it. I first came here last year, and when I had the chance to return to Kuala Lumpur this year, booking a table again was a must. Coming from Italy, I can confidently say this is the best duck I’ve ever tasted. On top of that, the view is absolutely breathtaking, and everything is perfectly complemented by the warm, attentive staff who make you feel right at home.

Blue Boy Vegetarian Food Court in Bukit Bintang is a long-standing hawker center managed by Chung Ching Thye and his son, offering a variety of Malaysian vegetarian dishes. A fantastic spot for hawker-style Chinese vegetarian food! Blue Boy Vegetarian Food Court is an excellent choice for anyone craving classic dishes like wan tan mee, nasi lemak, and popiah. The food is consistently delicious, but the real star here is the char kuey teow. It's truly one of the best in town, with that perfect 'Wok Hei' (breath of the wok) that makes it stand out. Highly recommended for a satisfying and flavorful meal!

This is an excellent value traditional Malaysian vegetarian restaurant with many vegan options. For example, there were four different types of Tofu. Very tasty dishes generally. Lunch plus tea for two costed RM39.

A bit surprising when notice that their chef is an indian, but the char koay teow is full of “wok hei”. I am penangites and I approved this vege char koay teow! Chee cheong fun and yongtaufu is average.

The viral vegetarian char kway teow, operating for over 40 years, is the only incentive for visiting one of the slum-like parts of KL. But the meatless char kway teow, full of smoky “wok hei” flavor, was shockingly delicious, even compared to the Penang-styled versions.
Skip the vegan-style curry laksa operated by another stall as the vegan “char siu” tasted funny. But the wonderful char kway teow, and/or the fried mee-bihun with a runny egg, is worth the trouble of difficult parking and the smell of dingy back lanes.
Vegetarian without egg Char Kway Teow has a great wok-hey flavour and the Kway Teow itself has quite a QQ bite to it. One can’t go wrong ordering from this stall as it sells only 1 dish. The friendly cook can speak fluent Cantonese too.

Opted for the Willow Lunch Menu with add-on desserts. The dishes that stood out to me were the Butternut Squash Soup (soup of the day), Prawn Pasta, and the Blueberry dessert. However, the chicken pave had pretty overwhelming flavours (almost could not finish the dish).
Went for lunch on a weekend and was surprised to find the restaurant almost empty which made it quiet and pleasant. The restaurant decor is definitely commendable though having window seats meant enduring some heat.
Staff were expectedly friendly and attentive, providing great service. Gave us the option of switching tables in case it was too hot near the window.

Really fantastic place to have a special meal. I keep coming back for more. Seafood and meat are always cooked perfectly. The flavors are a fusion between Asian and western dishes.

Live music is lovely. Other patrons looked relaxed which made us feel relaxed. I was told at the entrance that there are mocktails available, but then told when seated that there are no mocktails. I got a strange look from our server when I ordered a soft drink. I'm hoping that the loud music simply caused a miscommunication, and that I wasn't being judged for wanting a soft drink and some live music on a weekday night. He was very helpful and friendly other than that!

Good place for food and drinks. We went on a Friday night and the band played some 80's songs. Staff were all attentive and food came quite fast. It's not a place for catch up for friends though, as the music can be pretty loud. Instead, it's a good place to enjoy the vibe and songs.

Visited on a Saturday night. Admission was MYR35 with a drink. Great music and vibe. There are lockers for bags. The staff also ‘removed’ my bag to the loss and found counter after certain hours - at least they were safekeeping it. Zouk was filled with young and trendy party-goers on Saturday night. Due to construction outside the traffic can be very jammed. It’s especially difficult to get a Grab taxi at late hours when people are leaving.
My first time here is quite impressive I gotta say...
First of all, the entry fee is only 35 RM, which is around 100,000.00 IDR for Indonesian tourist.
Then when I got in, the atmosphere is quite funtastic, as if you got sucked right up to it.
The drink is pretty okay I guess. But as to why I gave a pretty high credit is because, the ladies are hot here when it comes to dancing 😍

It's blended in Bukit Bintang area and surrounded with hotel and entertainment center. When night comings it turn into night live dazzling just like Legian Bali that has many pub and bars.
Changkat Bukit Bintang, much more interesting than Jalan Bukit Bintang. The center of entertainment. A not very long street, only about 500m, full of bars and restaurants on both sides. At the ends there are a lot of massage parlors and some street prostitution.

Changat is a very lively and vibrant place in Bukit Bintang, notable for its never ending exciting night life. This is basically a street lined up with numerous bars and clubs, that wakes up late in the evening and stays awake till 3 am or later in the morning. You can find lots of people flocking to these clubs and the street mostly tourists/travelers. The street is so crowded even at 2.30am that one may find it a task tomorrow through it. Loud music but very less crowded on the day of visit, making the atmosphere awful. Waiter don't give a damn to pass us menu until we go look for them. Barrier glass are not clean to see through for beautiful night light of KL city.

The view is simply amazing especially in the evening time when the sun isn't too hot and the evening lights from the other buildings start coming on. Very nice setting and has indoor and outdoor seating. The indoor seating is housed in a glass enclosure, so it's almost like sitting outside but with air conditioning. They are lots of different beers on tap and just sitting with friends and sipping on cold beer and enjoying the view is amazing. There are plenty of finger food. We tried the pizza , which was ok. Prices here are a bit steep, but the view and experience does make up for it. Staff is helpful and attentive.
Nice views. Relatively friendly staff but an odd drinks ordering system; waiters don't take your orders. You'll have to go to the cashier, order your drink and upon payment, you'll need to bring your receipt to the bartender to then get your drinks. Maybe it's meant to make it efficient but it's still fairly odd.
Bad service by the management, not sure how the reserve table system works there, it seems like the all the tables are all reserved by the management of the premise itself. even the Thai waiter can give a nice table outside with the city view to his group of friends. We were asked to move by the rude Thai waiter but without giving us any table. Please avoid going to this bar , they only give priority if you intend to spend more money.
Saturday night is a Gay Night called Divine Bliss. Expect top 40s Techno pop, muscle boys and a massive dancefloor. I give it a 4* because management still hasn't resolved the drink ordering system, which can be lengthy and slow.

So we went here to enjoy a nice saturday evening. Sadly our waiter, with a bun, was not nice. After ordering our drinks (never order a carafe, its more expensive than 2 glasses), we immediatly get the bill shoved in our faces. The terrace had very loud aircons, the view is diappointing, the couch was uncomfortable and the waiter had a bun. Furthermore was the carafe, costing 85 ringgit, more ice than actual Gin Tonic which made the taste horrible. The laser light inside where bright enough to blind a blind person, luckily they're aimed directly at your face for the extra experience. Bun, 1 star, make sure to bring scissors.

Unfortunately, the experience was worse. I had a few mocktail drinks with my friends. We noticed that there was a back section where it was closed. I politely asked permissions from a few waiters for me and my friends to go back there to have some snapshots.
Then came along, a "bouncer"/security, big build, indian? dark skin and black hair told us repeatedly, like 9-10 times to clear that area in 2-3 minutes. My gosh. That was annoying. I'm staying at the hotel. I bought some drinks. Who are you, the "security'? to tell me, I can't even have some snapshots of the view? Maybe I invaded your area of privacy to smoke around that area. My apologies.
This was very annoying. And I promise not to come here again.
Dear Skybar, you can't afford to hire this kind of staff to tarnish your reputation as one of the famous skybars in KL. He deserved to be replaced. I was so angry I can't even look at his face and even asked his name. He should be lucky.

Enjoyed a Ceasar salad, the sizzling beef fajita was good, but my tenderloin was awesome. . . . . cooked to perfection with a baked potato, mushrooms, fries and gravy all included. We will definitely make the effort to return. Highly recommended if you're looking for a NA style Irish pub.

I was passing here walking through the city and wasn’t looking to have a drink. The lovely lady on the front Lyrieca had such a welcoming smile, I decided to stop in. The friendly staff and warm atmosphere meant I stayed for longer. Lyrieca had some great stories of her travels and was super chatty and friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

This is my happy place in KL and I come two or three times whenever I am in the city. They have a good selection of beer, a happy hour, and good solid pub fare.
The fish and chips - served with mushy peas - are great, the pasta is good, and the desserts are simply to die for.
The service is good, perhaps a bit too good! Let's put it this way, you won't have to worry about getting a member of staff's attention when you want another drink!
The prices given the quality of the food, the service, and the location are fair. This is probably the best pub-like bar in central KL.
If you sit outside you look up and see the Petronas Twin Towers. What's not to like?
PRICE ALERT, felt scammed, they entice you off the streets tell you it’s happy hour, show you the price of a beer and “wham” 18% is added when the bill arrives and then they highlight the small print you missed when the quickly waived the prices in front of you. First time such a charge levied the entire time I’ve been here, so it’s not the norm. Had a beautiful Sunday Roast whilst watching the NRL prelim. Roast Beef was very generous portion at a good price. I would like to commend the service team member, Usama, who was always attending to my table with a great attitude and happy smile. He is a credit to the pub, doing his bit to make sure all patrons were well cared for, whilst doing his best to offer more drinks and dessert when the opportunity presented. Great visit. Thank you 🙌

The food was good, but the customer service was really poor. So we didn’t order again; we just finished what we had already ordered, ate and drank, and then paid the bill. We were looking at the menu to place an order. We first ordered the items shown in the pictures, and since we wanted to order more later, we kept the menu on the table. But the waiter came and took away all the menus. Is that supposed to happen? We won’t be coming again.

I’m British in South East Asia and I was craving a Beef Sunday dinner - it was beef steak, mash potato, a single roast potato, carrot, broccoli, Yorkshire pudding and gravy (which I had to ask for as I was told it comes with peppercorn sauce). What I had wasn’t a Sunday roast dinner I was craving but it actually good meat and gravy. My Sunday roast dinner craving continues.

Healy Macs is hands-down one of my favorite spots in town. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is buzzing with good vibes and great energy. But what really sets it apart for me is the perfect pint of Guinness – smooth, creamy, and poured with true Irish pride. It’s honestly the best pour I’ve had outside of Ireland itself.
