Absolutely lovely food, and just a little bit different from the normal cafe menu. It's definitely worth a visit. And the hot chocolate is pretty impressive too!

A really nice independent business with friendly service, off the beaten track. Don’t be put off by the exterior, it’s upstairs. We had the omelettes with toast both of which were delicious. The chocolate cookie also looked and tasted amazing. Really friendly staff, we will be back.

One of the best bakeries in Northampton selling contemporary artisan bread. As the name suggests, they specialize in bread which gives plenty of options to choose from. I went for a Saturday morning brekkie and it was very delightful. I got the scones with cream and jam, a croissant and a sourdough cheese melt. Everything was extremely delicious. Due to dietary restrictions I asked a lot of questions and they were very clear that there is no cross contamination. I also got a cappuccino and latte which was one of the best ones I’ve had in Northampton. Definitely worth visiting and a 5/5 experience.

Yes, it is open. Head inside, up the stairs, past the yellow mellow cooking oils stand and behold The Good Loaf. It is a bakery on a BIG scale. They have a range of breads on display on a table in the centre of their cafe. Thrown together much like a House of Fraser sale. Fresh, but not Magee Bakery fresh. It’s big, but lacks the vibrancy of a neighbourhood cafe. To avoid disappointment, order online and pickup.

A clean contemporary decorated eatery. The menu is restrictive but excellent quality and value for money. You have a choice of breads with whatever you select and washed down with a wide range of coffees at realistic prices. Then you can peruse the various breads available to buy and take home. Well worth a visit to support this venture.

Was looking forward to eating a Duston Pasty from a local company and expecting something lovely. Really disappointed, pastry raw, filling bad no flavour at all and warmed in microwave which led to pasty falling apart. Sorry to write a review for a small business but will be going to Greggs next time.

The doughnuts are AMAZING! So soft and icing is perfect. I regularly buy them when visiting family. Reasonably priced also! I've had a chicken leek pasty here the other week. Fresh and delicious!

I am a fool. I have eaten on a few occasions the pies from the village bakery. Today I have eaten a steak pie from an artisan at a Christmas market which was far below the quality and taste of the steak pies available at Duston Village Bakery. Why are there no prices on anything??🤔 Only been a few times. Foods ok,feels a bit expensive.I brought a Sausage roll and a piece of bread pudding £4.55.......💰 Plenty of staff, mostly polite especially the younger ones.

This bakery is really impressive. Their sandwiches and coffee are consistently high quality every time I visit. I always leave feeling very satisfied Apart from the double egg & cheese sandwich and chai latte, which are my must-orders every time, this time I also tried their pistachio cappuccino, so delicious!

Always love a visit here, limited selection of toasties but they are always amazing and never disappoint! In fact on this visit I wanted to try each of them!! The marshmallows are also homemade and perfect with a hot chocolate! My only complaint is not room left to buy cake!!

Can't let Sunday pass without having a Scotch Egg here. Absolutely amazing taste. The coffee is wonderful too. I really like how they make the iced latte a bit fluffy on top and by blending the ice, coffee and milk together.

One of my favourite places in Northamptonshire! Tasty baked goods - especially the halloumi roll. Wish I lived nearby, I’d grab the sourdough all the time. Friendly customer service & really lovely community vibe when you come here. I wish the space was a little bigger, as when it’s busy it’s hard to get a seat and/or have to wait outside. Buuut new places are hard to rent, so this is more a wish than a complaint ❤️

I've spent the last 20 plus years riding around Buckinghamshire and finally stumbled across this delightful little bakery. 🥰 Staff are super friendly, great coffee and THE most yummy cakes. Loads of other things on sale in the cafe too. Indoor and outside seating. Perfect spot for a fuel stop for the local cyclist. 10/10 🥰

I stopped here this morning in my Rolls Royce after seeing the sign on the roadside. I was visiting the local RREC Hunts house nearby so after my drive i was in need of a coffee and bacon roll for breakfast. I was greeted by 2 lovely ladies who served me a great coffee and a delicious bacon and egg roll which i wasted no time eating🤣👌👍. I will definately stop here again when passing. A great little rest stop with very friendly ladies serving.👌👏👏

Really top class bakery and cafe/tea shop. The cooked food is really good, very well, freshly, cooked on the premises, the cake selection is huge and the tray bakes are a very generous size, but the best bit is the bread, so fresh and such a wonderful selection. I'm willing to bet you can't just go here to buy bread, you will come out laden with cake and other goodies. Highly recommend a trip, it won't disappoint.

Blink and you might miss it. On the outskirts of Whittlebury. A lovely bakery with interesting bread mixes. Also cakes and farm produce available. Next door is a coffee shop. Not the most elegant but very welcoming with decent prices and basic food menu. Very pleasant staff especially the young lady in the coffee shop. Not brilliant surroundings but a view to die for at the rear. A nice experience.

Lovely little bakery selling a variety of produce. We bought some fabulous mince pies. They also sell filled sandwiches, cakes and pastries. We had rather a nice coffee too! Obviously very popular, as they had sold out of all their fresh bread!

Customer service without a smile. Visited the bakery today, the iced buns were tough and salty, heavy. No friendly welcome from the two ladies working behind the counter. Very frosty experience. This is the third time trying this place out and I will definitely not be returning, each time has been more disappointing than the last.

Stopped here whilst out cycling, the food is fresh and tasty (the sausage roll and flapjack kept me going for the rest of the ride) and the staff are very helpful. They have installed bike racks and benches. Will stop here again next time I’m in the area

The chocolate cake tasted absolutely disgusting!! For a £100 cake I was AT LEAST expecting thin layers of cake + buttercream but no. It was TWO DRY THICK LAYERS of cake with buttercream icing in the middle to separate it?? It looked nice but that’s about it. Don’t recommend.

As always delivered on quality and flavour. One of there custom made cakes for a big birthday celebration went down a treat. No hassles with ordering and collection. Staff as always friendly and welcoming. Whilst I was in there had to buy some treats to take away can highly recommend Millionaire Biscoff 🤤I would not go anywhere else for a cake as long as Gardeners Bakery is open

I ordered my sons 21st birthday cake from Gardners Bakery in Northampton. I had looked at their pictures online and saw one that I liked but needed to make some changes. I knew I wanted a red velvet drip cake with goal keeper gloves on top. I had no idea what colours I wanted, but the lady I spoke to on the phone was so helpful, She gave me some ideas, and I sent her a photo of his goalie gloves which they copied, from the make, to a little muddy! He loved it.

Ordered my daughters 1st birthday cake- a Paddington bear and it was so detailed and as exactly as it showed on the website! Everybody loved it and we didn’t want to cut. We would highly recommend Lee-Anne at Deliciously Divine! We booked for Lee-Anne to make our wedding cake and later arranged some biscuit favours too after seeing examples of these advertised. Lee-Anne was really helpful throughout the planning process and the cake samples were delicious! We really enjoyed trying the different cake flavours but it was a hard decision to choose between them as they were all so tasty. On the day our wedding cake was perfect! We got lots of comments from our guests about how tasty the cake was on the day. The flavours were perfect and the cake was so fresh. We chose flowers as decoration and loved the beautiful simplicity of the rustic stripe buttercream cake. We also chose biscuit favours with each of our guests names on to also serve as name places. From the beginning of the process all the way through to delivery and set up Lee-Anne was absolutely amazing! So incredibly helpful in helping us decide what we wanted. And then there is the actual cake! Just wow, the flavours offered made it so hard to decide what to have, they are all amazing and taste so good. We had, white chocolate & raspberry, caramel apple and gingerbread and every single one was stunning. My wedding cake was absolutely amazing! The detail that had gone into it was unbelievable! The 3 different cakes I had chosen for each tier was spot on! I had ordered with Lee-Anne 3 years ago, but because of the pandemic, I had to reschedule 3 times. Lee-Anne was amazing from the very beginning! We reached out to purchase some cake samples to decide our flavours for our wedding cake and these were delivered promptly. She then supported us with the design of the cake and order of the flavours. The cake was a huge hit and everyone was telling me how delicious it was. I know the venue staff really appreciated some extra off cuts of the caramel cake that she gave them too. We had lemon and white chocolate, caramel and white chocolate and raspberry - all 10/10. I would highly recommend!!

I ordered the viking themed cake for my husbands' birthday and I wasn't disappointed. Professional, helpful, speedy service and great value for money. The cake looked spectacular, it tasted super delicious; to be honest - this cake was most probably the most scrumptious cake that I have ever eaten. We tried samples of Eva's cakes two years in a row at wedding fairs and knew we HAD to have her gorgeous bakes at our wedding. We ended up with 4 flavours of cupcake - matcha pistachio, salted caramel, pina colada and red velvet, all decorated with different flowers - plus a larger red velvet cake to cut, then a selection of brownies and a 4 flavours of macarons (pistachio matcha, choc cherry, vanilla and lemon). Everything was decorated beautifully to match our colourful theme and Eva worked together with our coordinator to decide the best time to deliver our sweets around some very hot weather. In terms of flavour, I honestly cannot rate Eva's creations highly enough. I'm a huge foodie and generally not a sweets person, but the quality and texture of the cakes Eva makes is just unreal. We may have hidden a bunch of cupcakes in the fridge at our venue so we didn't have to share all of them and ate them all the next morning. 😂 My entire family is obsessed with macarons now, having never tried them before and now being being disappointed that any they've tried since aren't as good as the ones Eva made. Dodo Vegan Pizza have had the pleasure of working alongside Eva in a number of supplier showcase events throughout this past year. Her work is outstanding. Along the way we have sampled her vegan cake and WOW! I'm pretty sure that no-one would know the difference. The chocolate cake was my favourite...moist and airy. Two things that are often hard to achieve with plant-based ingredients. If Eva has cracked this then all of her baking must be exceptional! I have taken pleasure in watching her work with cakes and customers. Eva takes care in understanding the needs of her customer and pays particular attention to detail. She is very well respected within our industry and i can only imagine the same can be said when she is catering for birthdays and other occasions. Eva made our cake for our wedding, on bank holiday weekend, august '25. It was a very complicated design, it had a surprise peekaboo portion at the back, a surprise for the groom. Eva kept the secret from the groom and made us an absolutely amazing cake. The cake itself was so moist and the guests complimented it a lot, also, we had 4 flavours and they were all amazing. Eva made our cake for our wedding in April 2024 and she did an incredible job. All the flavours we tried at the tasting were delicious and we had a real difficult time deciding which ones to go with. She was very accommodating of the design we wanted and was responsive and helpful regarding any questions we had. We provided our own cake topper and she was supportive of this and helped us by letting us know the dimensions it should be. The cake on the day turned out better than we could have hoped, both in design and flavour. The sugar flowers she made were beautiful and the colouring of the cake was perfect. The fondant was impeccably styled and all 3 layers of cake tasted extraordinary (we had Raspberry Ripple, Cookies & Cream, and Carrot Cake layers). We would absolutely recommend Eva to anyone looking for a cake for a wedding or any other event.

Absolutely astounding service and cake! We approached Eva with an AI generated image with lots of different parts and sections to it. From the getgo she was almost as enthusiastic as we were about the design and listed to all of our requests as well as making some really good suggestions that really took the design to the next level. After the initial consultation we met for a tasting where Eva added a few extra flavours and were so glad she did, all flavours were amazing but her carrot cake is truly next level! I cannot recommend Eva enough from the friendly service to truly spectacularly breath taking cakes that taste as good as they look! Parul made our wedding cake and it was absolutely fantastic. Receiving my cake in a box from Silverleaf Cake Company was such a delightful treat! Right from the moment of opening this beautiful gold box and seeing the most scrumptious looking cake to savouring every single crumb was quite an experience. The look of the packaging, the quality of ingredients used is evident from the first mouthful to the last. My box 'Daim or not to Daim' was delicious. Every mouthful was a different experience from crunchy caramel to smooth chocolate ganache to spongy cake - wow just wow! So beautiful so elegant! I am so glad we chose the new Pandan flavour, it was something different and unique but most importantly tasted absolutely wonderful. We loved the design and the simplicity of it and were honestly so so happy with it. It totally matched our room decor too! The amount of wedding guests who came up to us and said how lovely the cake was and were surprised/shocked at the green look of the sponge inside. I visited a few days ago and bought a couple of sweet treats and a couple of savoury. The salted caramel chocolate tart that I had was enough for two servings as it was lovely and rich! I would say that the only thing I would mark down for is that I really don't like it when servers are over-eager to serve, it really puts me off as I feel rushed into making a decision, other than that, it's great and I will visit again when I'm in the area!

A great gluten free bakery. Vicky is very helpful and my dad who is 91 loves the sausage rolls and cheese and tomato tarts. Well worth a visit.

A must visit!! Always so welcoming and the treats are amazing. The White Chocolate and Raspberry Tart is my favourite but everything is baked to a high standard.

The pastry on the pies is far to buttery. So much fat comes out during the cooking proces. Won't be back sorry

We bought our wedding cake from Cakes with Grace at a good price. We went with the idea of having three flavours and we had in mind which flavours we might like. We had the opportunity to try other flavours and we ended up having five flavours, two of which were gluten free. We had a beautiful three tier cake and two cutting cakes to ensure that there was enough for all of our guests. The cake was delivered to the reception venue on the morning of the wedding without any problems. We would definitely recommend Cakes with Grace.

I had my own idea of the cake I wanted and 'Cakes with Grace' helped me develop this idea further and perfect it. The end result was a way better cake than I had imagined! Real professional work.

Jamie did an amazing job on a last minute cake for me after I had been let down by another baker. I was totally blown away with the cake design, the taste, and how well it held up with the travel! She's so easy to work with and I will absolutely be using her moving forward.

Initially we asked Jamie to design and make our wedding cake, after tasting her delicious samples we knew we couldn't only pick a few flavours so we ended up adding cupcakes to our order as well! Jamie was so helpful, and nothing was too much trouble, even offering to deliver extra samples to my parents to try while we were out of the country! Everything was delicious and looked to beautiful. Jamie produced a fabulous wedding cake for our daughter's wedding at Woburn Sculpture Gallery last weekend. Not only did it look great, but it tasted delicious. We really appreciated the taster box of sponge flavours to trial before making our final choice. Her communications were always efficient, and she delivered on time. The gluten-free cup cakes she produced for the Father of the Bridge were also judged to be delicious. Highly recommended.

I can honestly say the cake we received from Kate exceeded all our expectations. Not only did the cake look amazing but it was probably the best tasting birthday cake ive ever tasted! I'm already looking forward to my sons next birthday to order from here again. I'm so so pleased and my sons face was a picture. Thankyou so much Kate.

Beautiful homely coffee shop. I loved it there and will definitely be going back.

After a little shopping trip in the morning; we went looking for somewhere to eat. We eventually found this place and had a Quick Look at the menu before going in. It wasn’t too busy; and had a really nice atmosphere. We both Ordered the Breakfast with a side of white toast which was really good; only thing for me was I wish the toast was warmer to spread butter on easier. Service was really good also; from sitting down to leaving. We was seen to in a timely manner; and food arrived not long after that. My only small gripe was the selection on soft fizzy drinks. I personally don’t drink coke; so I went with the “Victorian Lemonade” which was more sour than refreshing. Paid £25 for two meals and two drinks. Portion size felt a bit small at first but for the quality products you receive it’s definitely worth it. Will visit again when I’m next in Northampton.

Been coming here for years but the last visit was unfortunately the last. Unaware food finished at 2pm but arrived just before food had stopped, ordered two jacket potatoes and two sausage bagels for the kids. Jackets were quite small with a bit of side salad and chicken mayo filling, but okay, tasted fine but nothing amazing and bagels were standard for the kids. Ordered four soft drinks to go with it and was a bit surprised the bill was nearly £60 . The prices were never that expensive and portion sizes very much reduced. Customer were entering just after 2pm and told no more food, I think you might need their custom with those prices. On the positive, the serving staff were lovely .

Very nice and cozy place. Staff super nice and friendly. Very inviting atmosphere. Coffee was quite nice. Food was little bit underwhelming in presentation, taste was just ok. Definitely could hear microwave after order so it says a lot about preparation process. Overall can recommend. Would come again for nice cup of coffee.

Fabulous little independent café along the best street in Northampton. Very friendly, quick and professional service. Amazing fry up and lattes. The hunters jacket potato is also excellent. Lovely homemade cake selections. Modern decor. We will definitely be back, I love to support local shops/cafés - especially when they do things right. Highly recommended 👌

A Fresh New Start at Dream's I recently revisited Dream's since it changed ownership, and I’m so glad I did. The new décor and thoughtful updates have given the place a fresh, cosy, and welcoming vibe. The staff were friendly and attentive, service was quick, and the breakfast was both delicious and generously portioned — all at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

A lot of focus has gone into the theme, vibes, etc etc. The food and drink, however, are average and very pricey for the quality. They also run out of them pretty quickly and the variety isn’t that great either - which would have been fine if the quality was better. Moreover, our takeaway sandwich had a hair in it. A pretty average experience. Nothing bad, but disappointing given the hype.

Lovely little Harry Potter themed cafe with great milkshakes and variety of cakes. Has a small choice of toasties. If you fancy a nice lunch filled with sweetness and great atmosphere, this is the place to go 🙂

A cute little place in desperate need of more customers! It has a great fantasy/Harry Potter theme for fans of the series. Great to see a selection of vegan food available. We had a pistachio, chive, and rosewater cake and a vegan 'sausage' roll. Would love to see more of these! Soya milk was available for coffees which was good to see as well. Not sure if extra was charged - hopefully not.

Harry potter themed cafe. Lots of varied hot and cold drinks such as milkshakes and coffees. They had some nice seasonal options such as pumpkin spice and creme brulee. A bit overpriced for what it is, but still a cute spot for coffee.

I don’t know whether this place is still open. It is a hidden gem of Northampton. Step into a world of fantasy. It’s so cozy and the detail inside is absolutely delightful. Friendly staff. The food is beautiful. Love how the food was decorated and displayed. I bought cappuccino and had a mozzarella pesto sandwich, it came with salad and crisps. Good portions, very filling. The sandwich displayed in a basket like in red riding hood and an apple. The cafe interior is like escaping into one of Harry Potter books. Floating candles, jack and the beanstalk, Cinderella's shoe, careful you might end up in my novel sign. The atmosphere is very relaxing. Good value for money. I will definitely be coming here again. And there's parking outside. Don't forget to buy a ticket. I always find eating in a big city, can be intimidating and deciding where to go hard. If you love reading, this place is a great place to go and you'll fit in. It's retro and cool. Everyone please make sure you give the Magic Bean Emporium a chance. For someone like me who lives outside Northampton, this place is a real asset to Northampton. Keep up the great work!

The best latte, very nice bacon and sausage in a roll. Just a shame the place is so small and cramped. Way too busy for its size. Need yo move in a bigger location

Exceptional brunch! We tried the sourdough with mozzarella and tomatoes, and the French toast with berries - best brunch I have had in a loooong time, beautiful fresh ingredients and very good value for money. The sourdough breads, cakes, pastry and coffee are also the best for miles around. Lovely staff too - we can't recommend highly enough.

What a treat for Daventry, an artisan bakery by day and Pizzeria in the evenings. The coffee is really good as are the baked items and pizzas. All the pizzas bar one can be made with vegan cheese. The interior is clean and modern whilst incorporating the historic grade listed architectural details.

The is a wonderful bakery. The staff is warm and welcoming. The shortbread cookies can not be beat. The space is warm and good for a single diner or group.

Absolutely love the Long Buckby location, but always a pleasure to pop into the Daventry one for hot food. Shakshuka with potato rosti was absolutely delicious. Bread options was limited at 10.30am on a Sunday (which really is a testament to how popular it is). Staff are really friendly too!!

Excellent pastry, baked in same store so was still warm when order. The coffee and the hot chocolate were also amazing. The staff was really friendly so definitely we will be going again.

We love the old fire station, almost a weekly event for the family! The staff are all brilliant!…especially Libby, nothing is ever too much trouble for her! Kids loved the cinnamon French toast and bacon today.

Place is lovely and staff are nice. Service time and food takes absolutely ages though. Takes around 10-15mins before getting asked for drinks. Cannot self order either or go to the till to order. The overall value is not the best either.

Had a lovely meal here the other week. The food was excellent and managed to cater very well for a large group. We sat outside as the weather was nice, but they have heaters in the cooler months. A fantastic selection of hot drinks and food to choose from and I look forward to my next visit!

Always pleasant staff. Easy parking yes. Do run out of most needed items first where they should be prioritised. Queues can be big at high volume time and no thought given to those on lunch break needing to pop in quickly. Had seven people deep with one till open. I don’t work for Waitrose and when doing a medium to large shop spending a good amount of money personal service is a must I don’t want to have to do my iwn shopping then scan it and pack it at a self service till. To much is now given to drive through check outs and loosing the personal touch but still gaining the price tag.

I always find the staff helpful and attentive at this store but Today on the front desk there was a blonde haired lady with pink sparkly glasses she was the most loveliest of ladies. I’m 37 and a half weeks pregnant and VERY emotional. I ended up crying and felt very silly and embarrassed. This lady put me at ease told me how she was he same when she was pregnant and even gave me a hug. I just wanted to thank her for being so nice. I hope her son has a lovely prom tonight.

This one star is for the cafe'. Where has the high quality of Waitrose gone ? I met a friend for lunch, and a small shop, she normally goes to Oakridge branch( where I have met her in the past, it's extremely nice there,the cafe' and food is of a standard would expect at Waitrose). I suggested Towcester as I used to live there and love Waitrose. ( The store is a 4 star). So we went to order, the choice was limited, however there was a picture of a chilli bean on toast with feta, it was pilled up with salad and what I thought looked like tomatoes. How disappointed to receive, basically 2 or 3 desert spoons of baked beans which I now think came from a tin with the chilli sauce. On top was crumbled,not cubed,some feta.No salad. That was it, the toast was dry ..... My friends jacket potato with a filling from a pot was also less than expected. Her plate hadctracesvof my sauce on the plate snd u derneath the plate.( Good job I wasn't mushroom as she has an allergy). It was cold in the cafe' ,the floor around the settee area covered with remnants of someones lunch.There were piles of dirty crockery left on tables, the tables were not being cleaned between customers. We were very disappointed. I've sent this privately as I don't want to put a review for everyone to see. The 2 ladies serving were nice people, one was very helpful to a breast feeding lady, I was glad to see that ,being that we are both midwives. I won't be coming to the cafe' again. However the shop and staff are lovely.

Expensive, inferior 'finest' products to Aldi. On the positive, quiet, no woman with fifteen children shouting & hitting them (Tesco Towcester). So if you just need a couple of things, it's great. AVOID the cafe, very poor, nothing cooked, only poorly reheated.

Great supermarket. Very clean. Wide aisles. Plenty of staff. Plenty of parking. Reasonable prices. What else? Home brands available on a variety of products.

Today I had to get some flowers as a gift as part of my volunteering for Oundle and District Care. Dawn not only helped me with the selection (to be honest she did all the selection) but also went to the back to bring me out some newly delivered peonies to make it a stunning bouquet 💐 Helpful friendly staff make this store !

I was shocked by what I saw in the bakery area. An older, chatty man who seemed like a friendly baker dropped a loaf of bread on the floor - right where people walk. Instead of discarding it, he picked it up, took it to the back and then secretly put it back on the shelf! Completely unacceptable and unhygienic. I expected far better standards from Waitrose. I won’t be buying fresh baked goods from here again. 🤮

Asked for a mocha and was served a mocha that’s spilt. The mug had stains around it. The mocha itself didn’t taste as good and was warm not hot. Quiet disappointed. The employee that served me didn’t bother to correct his mistake whatsoever. My £3.50 gone to waste.

The store itself is fine, although it's stock was a little lacking on this occasion and there were some items I couldn't get. The reason for 2 stars, however, is solely down to the lady who was manning the Customer Service desk last Saturday afternoon, and her colleague. The coffee machine wouldn't work because the grounds needed emptying (again). The CS lady was chatting to her colleague. I waited a bit but they were too engrossed to notice me. My exact words were: "excuse me but is anyone available to empty the coffee grounds?" They both shot me a look that very clearly showed they were annoyed that I had interrupted their chat. I then heard the colleague say "please!" I had asked very nicely and I don't expect to be lecturer by a Waitrose member of staff about manners, especially when they clearly have none. I am very sorry that my shopping interrupted your moaning about your employer. At least the checkout lady was polite. I'll stick to the Peterborough store in future. The Peterborough store often asks for feedback after I've shopped, but I have never been asked for feedback from the Oundle store. Now I know why.

We had breakfast here for 3 days, very friendly and welcoming. Felt at home, food was always great, cookies were exceptional. Lots of gluten free options. Dogs welcome and had water and treats. Couldn't rate it higher.

Such a beautiful quirky place to relax and unwind with cake and tea/coffee. Pleasant staff, very friendly and highly recommended! You won't be disappointed. They even offer sandwiches and ice-cream! Go in and indulge and enjoy!

This lovely place is amazing. Great cakes and cookies, they are delicious. You can pre order too for special occasions. They sell bread products too and sandwiches. The only down side is parking. If you manage to get a space on the road side you're lucky. There is parking at the square though but that just means a short walk. The staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a visit!

The cakes are fantastic and at a great price. They give incredibly generous portions and they always taste great. I enjoy getting a sausage and egg bap now and a again and their bread is so soft and perfect I can't resist. I like that you can send a message on facebook to the shop and order ahead if the owner is on site. I prefer that than holding people up in the shop while they cook my food. If you've been, you know. If you haven't been, then get down there any try. The only negatives are (and im from the city so maybe just me) they close super early at around 14:00 ( double check this) amd they turn their hot plates off early (like 1 hour) and clean down to close and go home when the shop closes. So a bit strange to me but i still love it.

Odd place. We visited Saturday 18th February for the 1st time; the food was okay, not great in our opinion, but each to their own, but the odd part was the service; there were no descriptive labels and when we asked what some pasties were they had to ask each other; why not have labels? We also got given the wrong order so... not for us.

Best freshly baked bread, and cakes in Raunds

I love this place, go there Friday or Saturday when I can. Always busy, the staff are nice and they know what they are doing :) Always fresh and lovely goods there. Yesterday I tried the meal deal for the first time with a coffee, sat at a bench at the square in the nice sunshine, honestly that was the best part of my day. Coffee was surprisingly very good, 100% worth it!

Cakes were brilliant. I've only put 4 stars overall as i ordered a too good to go box for £14.99 (6 cakes (we only got 5, breads and a savory baked good . It seemed really good value until my husband went in to the shop in person later in the day (my kids were arguing over who would have each cake so it was easier to let them pick their own). The cakes were 4 for 4.99 in bakery and i don't think the rest of my too good to go order would have equalled another £10 had we got it from the bakery and it would have been freshly baked rather than from the day before. Next time we will just go in and pick what we want rather than the too good to go box.

One of the nicest bakery’s I’ve been too, the baps are so soft and fresh and that also goes for the fillings been quality ingredients and a lovely fresh taste, quite a small shop so only a couple of people can get in at one time so do expect to wait your turn outside but it’s well worth it

A very small but perfectly formed bakery. Do Not be put off by the size. This is a very popular place and there's a good reason for this, the food is very good, and also freshly baked. Perfect customer service with the staff still wearing masks. Service is quick and precise. If there's a queue outside its worth queueing for !!! Parking can be found opposite on the market square which is free. Open Sundays.

Have been coming here for over 20 years even after I moved 3 hours away every time I go down to see family I have phoned and reserved a substantial amount of cheese straws over 50 I have never missed collection and have previously paid over the phone .. today however the lady was very patronising and had quite an attitude about the situation excuse being people missed the collection and dont turn up so we don’t reserve anymore I understand that issue as it’s loss of money but when a customer has offered to pay over the phone and has previously done this more so one who has been coming to your bakery for over 20 years appalling and will lose a lot of custom that member of staff I spoke to also needs training in customer service her attitude utterly disgusting and patronising !!! You have now lost one and many more as my entire family used your bakery who are in your area such a shame !!

The food is not the same since it's been taken over. It's also overpriced. None of the products have any labels, let alone with allergy advice or a price! So you have no idea what you're spending or eating. I think this is poor really. Service is usually friendly and okay.
