If you're a true sushi lover and you have been to Japan to try a proper sushi place where the chef makes and serves sushi in front of you, then you have to try the sushi menu tasting here. It's quite pricey, 850kr per person but the quality is the best. I have not found anywhere else in Denmark has this similar good quality of sushi.

There are lots of sushi and grill types and they are super delicious. We ordered all you can eat menu and a glass of drink for four people. It costed around 1250 DKK. The price could have been a bit cheaper but sushi is a bit expensive food in general. The tables are very close to each other, which did not feel very comfortable. Also, you are expected to order through mobile phone and it is a bit tricky to use. The service speed is slow.

BEST teriyaki chicken noodles I've ever eaten, great cozy atmosphere, everything super clean, and very kind and understanding staff. Can't give 5 stars to the food just for now because as soon as I got home I had to go to the bathroom and stay there for a while. Could be a coincidence, or just a bad day or one bad miso soup, but I will definitely come here again, try something else and update my review accordingly. But for right now — I definitely recommend!

We had an eat all u can sushi today. It was really really good. An app is used when making an order. You can even earn points in their app. Serving was fast. Coronapas was needed inside the restaurant and mask was not necessary. The place is clean. Place was not crowded when we were there earlier. Will definitely comeback and enjoy more🤩

Very good experience! Perfect place for carnivores that have a hard time deciding what piece of meat to order! Here you can just have them all. I also have to say that our waitress (Ritte) was the kindest and nicest I have had the pleasure to meet in Denmark.

It was a mistake to visit "Flammen" in Aalborg while I was on a diet. But what a great mistake! The meat... it was grilled to perfection, it was tender and well seasoned. For my first plate, I chose glaced ribs, veal and beef marinated in chilli. Perfection! Then I went for the duck chest, and more ribs, some grilled corn-on-cob and a stalk of broccoli for good health. The guests started pouring in from 1700 pm, and I fully understand why. Come early or make a reservation - It is a VERY popular place for a reason.

We celebrate my husband's birthday here. It's one of his few favourite restaurants in the city. We celebrated few occasions here and we never had a complain about anything. The food, first of all, is excellent. The different kinds of meat and other dishes are just so good. The sauces are also great. You will also enjoy the ambience since it's still cozy even though it's busy, especially on the weekends. The price is reasonable and really worth it to eat and just enjoy your time there.

The service is superb, the food is presented at serving, good lounge vibe music in background. The sushi is in the top of the options you have here in North Denmark. Fresh and delicious, the rice is a bit on the sweeter side. They modify your sushi to be without gluten and lactose if you tell them. The details of the sushi is well made, it is made slowly and not rushed. (I was here between 17-18). Overall, strongly recommended place if you want to treat yourself or enjoy very good sushi with others and if you don't mind to pay more for good sushi. If the price was a bit lower then 5 stars.

The best sushi of my life! They have a vegan sushi menu! I started with the edamame beans, which were unbelievably awesome and then I had the super tasty and bombastic vegan nigiri menu with 11 different options! Totally recommend it and would come back to Aalborg, just to try it out again!

Their food was okay. We ate here during lunch time and dinner time. I noticed that the meals they served during lunch time was also the same during dinner time. So nothing changed. We ate here for 2 days thus making our taste buds looking for something more. A different taste to break the sameness of their served meals.

Worst dining experience I’ve had in Denmark. I visited this restaurant today and was extremely disappointed. The food was not fresh at all — there was a strange smell and unpleasant taste that made it hard to eat. It honestly felt like the ingredients were old or poorly stored. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Definitely not going back.

My personal go-to sushi spot in Aalborg. Fine food, great atmosphere and kind staff. The only thing I would point my finger at is that I personally think the starters and sticks are better than their sushi. I indulge more in those than their actual sushi. Not to say it's bad, but the former is just better. Their sushi is a bit above average for the standard in Aalborg, but the rest is miles above. Would I go there again? - Yes, it's a place I would take friends and family if we really wanted our moneys worth in the experience of food indulgence, going home with a full belly, and a nice outing.

I was there on a date with my boyfriend to celebrate me getting into medicine study. Good choice. Amazing interior, and amazing drinks. The food was excellent. Tasty and versatile. The best sushi I have had. The concept of all you can eat for 2 hours is very nice because you can try a bit of everything. Not only is this is one of my favorite places in town, this restaurant serves the best Vietnamese noodle soups I have ever had. My favorite is the Bun Bo Hue (the broth is heavenly, noodles are perfect and the toppings keep every mouthful interesting), but the phō and pork-based soup (Hu Tieu Nam Vang) are outstanding as well. I feel like the soup is slightly different every time I oder it, which keeps it interesting and it's always a pleasure. My boyfriend tried the Mi Qang, Banh Min and Mon Chay, he loved all of them. They have a nice selection of beverages (I love a Tiger beer with my pho). The staff is always very pleasant and welcoming, and the general atmosphere is nice and laid back. I often see international costumers. Highly recommend!

Min Jiang Restaurant is an absolute gem! We had an amazing experience dining here and enjoyed every moment. The buffet is exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes that cater to all tastes. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The prices are quite reasonable considering the quality and variety of the food. We'll surely come back here when we visit Aalborg next time. The sushi tastes amazing. All you can eat menu has a lot of options other than sushi too. You order the dish you want from a tablet on your table and they bring you your order. The service is nice and polite, the presentation of the food is extraordinary.

I came with colleagues and friends and for the brief 2 hours, we have spent here, we have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The staff is extremely nice and friendly, they would answer any questions and were extremely patient. The food is diverse and each dish is served with extreme delicacy. The crispy vegetable pancakes (forgot what they are called) were my favorites, as well as the ice cream served. The sticks are great, though some on the saltier side, though that might just be personal preference. The dim lighting, the well - coordinated color scheme of furniture contributes to an overall well experience of dining here. I really would love to spend an afternoon people watching here as the windows are huge gives a good view. Definitely feels like a high end restaurant, with much lower prices. Super child friendly, we had a child of 1 with us, and a high chair was provided for him, and he had a nice time here as well. Would love to have the opportunity to come here again.

This place is the oldest chinarestaurant i know of in northern part of Jylland, been here for ages. Excellent food and plenty of it at really fair prices. If you eat in the restaurant you Will propetly meet the old nice lady Who comes to your table for smalltalk

It's an okay place to eat if you're a lot of people together. Serving was sort of weird. Some people at the table got their dishes before others. Resulting in some people being done before the rest of the table was served. Waiting 30 minutes for the rest of the table being served is stupid, seen as how your food would go cold.

It was not the the waiters's fault - she was OK. And the quality of the food that we did get, was also OK.

Went for a party, with 4 hours of all you can eat Sushi and cocktails You order what you want on a tablet and everything you order on the tablet gets plated together. The Sushi was really good, but the cocktails were lacking. Often too sweet or otherwise not well crafted. The Espresso Martini seemed like it didn't have espresso, only Kaluha.
