We got paninis. I got a latte. Food was very good.

Surprisingly good. When I got into the restaurant, just by looking around, I lowered my view of the place. On first glance it looks like a run of the mill Jewish restaurant. Modestly decorated and slightly degrading. There are tables where ever one can fit, and a simple bar. Nothing to impressive. But once you try the food, it all changes. The flavors and freshness of the foods blow away all those thoughts and give this place a five star. The pizza, the pasta, and the fish all cooked well. My only issue with the place is the service. Although they try really hard to serve everyone, when they are busy they are understaffed. You end up waiting for your food, check, and bill. Still, I would go back.

$8 minimum for card purchases. What year is this? I went in just for coffee and left with nothing. Pastry display looked empty so I would’ve had to buy four coffees.

They have a bakery section and an eat-in menu. All their baked goods and meals are freshly made and delicious. The atmosphere is conducive to relaxed eating, and you won't find unruly children running loose.

We ordered a delivery for lunch, everything is tasty! Especially their almond croissant! The salad I ordered is fresh and plenty of vegetables, not just leafy greens.

I think this kosher pastry/coffee shop is great. It's quiet, and it's not very busy during AM hours. They have a diverse staff and they are friendly. I look forward to sampling different dishes/pastries from here. I didn't give it 5 stars because they're a little on the pricey side for my personal taste, but will reconsider editing this review if they come up with more reasonably price specials in the $5-7 range particularly for sandwiches. Overall, I liked it.

Got breakfast here with my family while we were visiting Silver Spring for Sukkot. The restaurant provided a sizable sukkah, which was very clean. Their bakery display was not well stocked. We ordered the shakshouka which was small for the price. It's in a very convenient location, and the ambiance is nice. 2025 update: low quality, poor service.

I came specifically to try their cronuts. Pleasant bakery with friendly and helpful staff. Cronuts were ok...I've had more flakier ones that are more on the croissant texture than donut. These were more donut which tasted good in flavor but they were not the traditional cronut I'm accustomed to. They were very soft. I will definitely return.

This business has been here for many years. The items are different than most baker's. They have pies, special children's cookies, home baked donuts. While things add up quick the quality is average.

Cronuts were awesome! Was on a cronut hunt because it’s hard to find cronuts in PG county. About a 40 min drive from Southern MD not too bad traffic for an early Saturday. First time coming and first impressions of friendly staff and clean shop with lots of variety. Called a day ahead to place order and had no issues. The Cronut is huge, bigger than my fist. It was definitely fresh, very moist, but still had the flakiness of a croissant and the doughy n texture of a doughnut. It was so good, Definitely will be back!

The blueberry pie is so good. The donut is delicious as well and not too sweet.

It has gone down hill since they allowed children to work in the front! There is never a warm welcome anymore. You first walk in you see someone playing on their phone. No Hello or welcome anymore just kids standing in a corner talking!!!!! There were many people that walked in and no greeting for anyone! The food looked great but the entrance felt like walking into a high school full of a bunch of children that don’t care!

This old school, family owned pastry shop is beyond the best! You walk into the wonderful smells of baking treats. You are surrounded by glass cases full of scrumptious looking treats...donuts, cupcakes, cookies, pies, tarts, danishes, brownies and so much more, all made fresh, in house. I've been going to this bakery for over 40 years and will keep on going...

The atmosphere in the bakery is very pleasant and the colors and smells are inviting, but there is no indoor seating at all. This bakery has a great selection and the Easter cookies and pastries look delicious. I always get scones, year round. And their powdery white " wedding cookies" are super yummy.

My first time visiting the silver spring location and being a customer with Einstein bagels overall. The male cashier was rude and abrasive. I ordered avocado toast on a garlic bagel which was delicious. There is no seating area, not sure if all locations are like this. The other staff members including the manager was not polite nor friendly. I enjoyed my bagel, but I don't think I will go back to this location. I don't want to pay for good food that comes with rude service!!

Every now and then I try to convince myself that this place miiiight be ok to try again. It’s right near my work, and I love bagels. I am always disappointed. Today I gave it another try, I ordered a bagel which they did not toast, though I asked and also an iced cinnamon roll. They tossed it sideways in a bag and practically threw it at me. Whatever. Giant has better bagels anyway.

This place has seriously fell off in terms of quality/taste. I’ve been coming here faithfully for the past few years. Usually it’s still the same employees who are always nice but, for some reason the food has gotten worse. Burnt food, lattes don’t taste the same etc. What happened?

The bagel sandwich was great, but I was told I wasn’t allowed to eat the food I just ordered in the store while I was waiting for my cold brew. I just find it odd, as I’ve never been told not to eat the food I just ordered in a restaurant before …. Makes me not want to go back.

Burnt to a crisp but still put cream cheese and sold it to me. Spent over $30 to get garbage like this. Stay away from this location or waste your money. Also charged me for two egg that I didn’t order and had to ask for a refund (glad I caught that one at least). Couldn’t inspect my food as there are no tables and was taking it to go. Fountain drink machine was down too. Just unacceptably horrible and disappointing as well as a big waste of time and money!

The ladies that work here always are working hard. When a mistake is made, they do their best to fix it when brought to their attention. There's no seating but you're not waiting too long unless they're extremely busy.

Patisserie Manuel is truly a treasure in the neighborhood. The cakes and savory goods are some of the most delicious I’ve ever had—perfectly balanced flavors, fresh ingredients, and came out of the oven so warm when you pick it up. Cláudia cake is my favorite, it’s a must in every holiday, birthday, and lunch with friends. Everyone who ties just love it. I ordered there countless times, You can taste the care and authenticity in every bite. The staff are warm and welcoming, making each visit feel like a treat. I feel so fortunate to have such a wonderful French bakery so close to home.

Great find! I stopped at the shopping center and wasn’t expecting a French Bakery. Beautiful case full of pastries and a selection of cook to order brunch items and coffee. I just had the peach danish and it was tasty, not too sweet. I will definitely go back and try more of their pastries. Great outdoor patio, too.

Spied this bakery driving and so glad I stopped in. Staff very friendly and helpful, plus display cases full of pastries. Got the chocolate croissant and ham and cheese and bot were top notch. Would go again to eat my weight

Traditional Chilean empanadas are so tasty! I am so happy to have found a place that makes them. Everything I've tried has been exceptionally good including the pastries and crepes.

I just visited this Dunkin' Donuts location and had an incredibly frustrating experience. I arrived at the drive-thru, but unfortunately, I missed the speaker area. I was the ONLY customer in the parking lot, with no one in front of me or behind me. When I got to the window, I was met by a lazy staff member who refused to take my order, insisting that I needed to go back to the speaker. I found this very unreasonable, especially given that there was NO LINE or anyone waiting behind me. It felt incredibly disrespectful to be treated that way, and instead of being helped, I was turned away. Ultimately, I left without an order, feeling dismissed and disappointed. I expect better customer service from a well-known chain. I hope this feedback reaches management so they can improve the experience for future customers.

First of all I hate peanut butter it makes me trow up get dizzy and sick u choosed a oreo icecream and when I ate it, i started to get dizzy when I look down at my icecream theres a little line of peanut butter on it. It might have been because the buckets are so close together The picture dosent show that much because it already melted most of it

I ordered a snackin bacon at around 12:30am on 2/11 and it is soooo burnt and un edible. How can you serve this to a customer knowing it was this burnt? Poor customer service. Also, wether you come during the day or night all the teen/young adult girls at this location always have an attitude.

I was craving for some rocky road milkshake. It’s usually my friend who orders from here, but this was my first time ordering it. Around 8:20pm of 7/20/22, the girl who was on drive thru duty wasn’t doing her job really well. I asked for rocky road milkshake and she went to check if it was available. Unfortunately, they don’t have it. And when I asked if there’s anything similar to it, she gave me a really disgusting secondhand embarrassing attitude. She then order me to “just go to the window!” At this point I should’ve left, but I thought the man by the window would have acknowledge the unprofessionalism of the girl. Though, he looked like the manager he was no help, didn’t give me a receipt and overcharged me for a medium instead of a small milkshake.

Stopped by to try the new Banana Chocolate Chip Bread on their National Banana Bread Day. It turned out to be a prepackaged slice of bread that cannot be reheated. After checkin on Yelp, it offers a free donut for purchasing a medium or large coffee. However, when I showed that free donut offer to the counter, the staff said it cannot be used, and insisted that I have to show a QR code. After more than a minute of looking up on Yelp app, no code can be found. After accidentally clicked on Mark as Used button, the free donut offer was gone! Wasted my time and frustrated! Why do they offer any offer that that cannot honor? There were many dirty spots throughout the store. The restroom lock was loosened.

Today the very spoiled manager the Aliens didn't give me a free croissant because I waited 10 minutes for a frozen one that I ordered and apart from that he gave me one but with a large lid that didn't fit the glass because I didn't have according to him, and besides he didn't care he had a bite in his mouth, he ate in front of me

First impressions: I felt like I was assumed to be homeless or some such. Details omitted because I'm not interested in putting anyone on blast. Once we got past some awkwardness and confusion on my part, I had a positive experience. The coffee was good, the place was clean enough. Will I be back? I wasn't impressed but yeah, maybe things will be better next time.

Didn’t know they charge for water too. Every where is the same? I had a small Brita on the go filter bottle just need to fill up water. I just spent $10 through the app for ice coffee and I wrap meals and an avocado but they can’t give water for free! I can understand risk of contamination but they can’t use cheap paper cups to give me water. I’m happy I don’t live in MD. Virginia is the best. Sorry but that is the fact.

So, I don’t even know this employee myself but just the treatment every time I go is so negative, and today I had order while I waiting this was her the whole time on her phone. I had remind her of my food and she said to check the app maybe I placed it some other location. I literally purchased in person.

I ordered a large iced coffee with no ice and they only filled the cup 2/3 full. When I asked them for more coffee, I was told that was all I get to have since I asked for no ice!!! I have NEVER dealt with that before and I will NOT go back to that DD!!!

I frequent this Dunkin quite often. They always have my pumpkin cold brew and most of the time make it to perfection. The young lady in the evening gets it right all the Time and she is very very kind . I even gifted her for Christmas to show my appreciation. Today I was very disappointed and bothered when i asked for less ice( as I usually do) and they filled my cup with ice. The manager told me they can’t give less ice for that particular drink……. Excuse me. “Not for that drink” We went back n forth about “why not?” I particularly don’t like my drinks super cold. Nor do I want to pay for only a cUp of ice to get less of the drink. She said they couldn’t alter the drink. I’m not asking to alter I’m asking to give me less of something. The bottom line is this. You have a disgruntled, loyal customer over ice. Is it worth upsetting a loyal customer over ice and not have a good reason as to why. Online it gives the option to choose “less ice” sooooo why not give the customer the option in the store or tell me that when I placed the order and have it on my receipt. I have gotten this drink on 3 occasions, with less ice and this is the 1st time I got it when the manager was there. I’m sure she told the lady making it not to give less ice. She was not very pleasant in her delivery to me either. I just ended the convo and left the store. I came home took most of the ice out and it’s literally a 1/3 of the drink in the medium cup. How can you make someone have something in their drink that they don’t want. I asked for the policy on it and she showed me the measurement cup. Smh. Today is my birthday. I’m going to try and let this go. It may be challenging for me to return.

This morning, my sister went to pick up breakfast from this location, and she specifically told me that there was no drive thru, so she went into order. when she returned home, I noticed that my food had bacon on it, and I have not eaten meat in over 19 years. I went up there to ask for my food to be replaced without bacon, and when I handed the food over, the workers huddled in the back and talked for a minute and then came back and asked for a receipt. I told them I was not the original person to pick the food up and they were adamant that I did not get my food from this location. I live close to this store so it would not make sense for me or my sister to go to any other location. I was late to work and was unable to eat my food after spending 20.00 at this store. The young African American girl was very polite and understanding, but they older ladies were rude! I will be contacting corporate.

Really friendly staff. I visit this location sometimes on the weekends. Food and beverages come out rather quickly. My Dunkin' Donuts rewards always work. There is plenty of parking in this lot.

My son has food allergies so I have an unusual order of just toasted bread with a turkey sausage patty. One of the younger girls there realized a less expensive way to ring in my order. That really meant a lot to me I dont know her name but this is now my favorite location and I would go out of my way just to come to this location. The other staff are great too because none of them give me an attitude or hard time about my sons order. Other Dunkin locations have staff that need to learn from this location. ❤️

I was there every morning at 4:30 but the women shes not open by the schedule and that’s really bad Services every morning. She’s not doing good job.

On a whim we went here today to get a couple of donuts around 4 pm. This is when they r supposed to get a fresh batch. Apparently the ONLY variety they had was the chocolate glazed donut. This is what the counter guy said. And he gave us two COLD ROCK HARD donuts. They were stale with the typical old stale pastry smell.We had already driven away from the store when we opened the bag, I begrudgingly ate mine, it was probably 2days old if not more, it was a frozen donut. Wawa has better donuts! My SO threw his out and we have decided to report them to the corporate as well as any food safety agency we get to know of. We bought only 2 glazed chocolate donuts, imagine what the assortment would be if we got a box.

To Ethiopian customers and anyone visiting this bakery, please be careful. Whoever was working and serving customers today is not trustworthy. I came to buy a cake with my two kids, and I was distracted trying to manage them. The total for my cake was $42, but this person added a tip without my permissionand charged me $55 nearly 30% extra. While I was paying, I noticed the tip screen, but before I could choose anything, my son called me, and the staff member quickly selected the tip from the other screen on her own. This is completely dishonest and unacceptable. She took advantage of the distraction and acted like it was normal. We went back to ask for the receipt, and she didn’t want to give it to us until we insisted. I’m sharing this to warn others especially Ethiopian customers be careful and double check everything. Take care! I attached the receipt as proof.

We stopped by on our way home wanting to get a piece of pastry for an after-dinner treat and saw some yummy-looking baklava in the case. We asked when it was made (since baklava gets extremely soggy quickly because of all the syrup) and we were told it was made that day. This turned out to be a complete lie; when we got home and immediately tried it, it was soggier than a dish sponge and had a gummy texture and an old stale honey flavor. It was absolutely terrible and we did not appreciate being lied to and wasting $5

Had a meeting with a client who want to buy a home in this area. Choose this place because it is inexpensive and you can find good coffee,dessert,juice as well as main Ethiopian dish like tibs and or kitfo the only thing the place is tiny but can accommodate.

Preztels were good but drinks were concerning...didn’t know till the ice melted but our cups had nasty black stuff at the bottom. Who knows how much of it we drank..

Although i enjoy Auntie Anne's, this location was highly unprofessional. By me being culinary professional the operation was doing everything wrong, from the no frequent change of gloves, handling money While dealing with food. Poor customer service skills, wiping grease on apron while wearing gloves, touching the pretzels with dirty gloves, OSHA needs to raid this place its disgusting. I'm glad i didnt buy nothing from here If i did i i'd probably be sick.🤢

The taste & freshness has gone downhill at this location. My son loves this place & we have to visit this location everytime we come to this mall. And everytime I have to ask for better cinnamon pretzel bites. They are always cold & stale. If it wasn't for my son, I wouldn't buy anything from this place. Just being honest people.

the customer service is horrible, the sad lonely old lady employees prefer to flirt and throw themselves at men than actually do their job, they stand there and make fun of people all day, burn the food, their energy and vibes are just extremely negative its just very sad, i hope they find peace and learn to respect themselves also they are like 60 they should stop picking fights with women who would literally be their child

I am between upset for needed to wait for the pretzel, and the understanding that for making such perfect bagels you need to wait. And waiting for something almost perfect is worth it.

They hung up on me when I called. Man said he "wasn't the working manager" so he didn't know the minimum age to to work there.

I like their salted pretzels; they're buttery and soft. It's best to get them when they're fresh.

After having a not so good experience at the Beltsville location. I decide to drive to the AspenHill location. They went above and beyond!!!! The cake was exactly designed as we asked for! We had asked for chocolate filling. Whom ever made that cake you are the BEST!!! Cake filling was a mixture of different flavors which complemented each other perfectly!!! You had a bite of that cake and you could not stop eating it!! I have been ordering cakes from this franchise (Olney Location mostly) This cake has been the BEST, I have had since their existence. Thank you so much for making the wrong (from Beltsville location) right. We will be ordering this same cake pretty soon. Beltsville location please treat people nicely don’t forget we are the customer you have job because of the customer.

They did an amazing job with my gender reveal cake without me knowing the gender. They read the results on my phone and kept it secret. The cake was so beautiful and delicious. Highly recommend.

It's a nice, little Latin bakery. The flavor sits somewhere between American and Korean cakes. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They will warm up your empanadas or pack everything nicely. I stop by here every time I have a meeting in the area. There are only two tables and some chairs inside. It's more of a pickup place. The cakes are good. I love the selection of snack-able bakery items too that go very well with hot coffee. I'm also happy to see horchata available in the cold section ready to go. In terms of bakeries and cakes in the area though, here's my ranking: 1. Korean 2. Latin like this one American cakes are way too sweet. I'm getting Korean or Latin cakes 99% of the time.

I ordered a carrot cake for my brother’s birthday on Thursday to get it on Saturday 2:00 pm. I think it’s was enough time to make a fresh cake. They give me a frozen cake. You can see the difference between the layers. The first one was fresh. The two others are old and frozen. The taste was different. I’m very disappointed. I won’t by again and I don’t recommend this place.

Convenient location. Outdoor and indoor seating. I’d wish the plain croissants were a bit more buttery and less salty. Overall it’s nice to have a bakery close by.

Made a stop before work, was looking for a croissant and came out with a mini tres leches cake (they don't sell slices, but mini cakes), totally worth the trip and getting just few minutes late to work. The cake was soooooo crazy delicious, perfect amount of sweetness and flavor. The serving was also enough for a good side with milk/tea/coffee. I've been looking for a tres leches and this places definitely delivered. Don't hesitate and come and try a piece!!!!!

Welcome Red Ribbon to Bakeshops community in Silver Spring, MD. A new good choices for sweet fans to try. It is interesting that they have different styles and flavors of cakes and pastries from others bakery shops in this area as Red Ribbon is a Filipino bakery. I had Rocky Road slice cake and Choco Mocha Crunch slice cake. They were tasty and not too sweet. Service was fine. Anyway, the interior is quite simple but new and clean. Besides desserts, there are some Filipino traditional dishes/meals offer for customers with a few dine in tables too. Also sell various flavors bread packages. I didn't try yet but maybe next time.

I was really looking forward to enjoying the cheese mamon I ordered through Uber Eats, but unfortunately, when I opened it, I found mold on the bread. It was really disappointing and upsetting, especially since I was excited and had spent money on it. I hope more care can be taken with quality control in the future.

Finally able to try this new taste from home. I’m excited and feeling’s nostalgic, and it did not disappoint. Wish they have a bigger space so we can enjoy our food without people looking over our food, it’s a tighter space. Parking is as expected, I suggest get there early to get the best spot. Food is great and they ran out of ensaymada and chicken empanadas… will try again next time. Overall, great experience. Staff are friendly and courteous.

The two ladies did an excellent job serving me their names are Judy Vickie it’s because of them I would come back. They gave me excellent recommendations which I loved and they was so very polite and professional. I’m very big on customer service and they get an A+

Amazing cake! I have ordered the ube overload (my all time fave) for my fiance's birthday, and it was great. The cake was moist and flavorful. The staff were very friendly, especially Judy who went above and beyond. She even gave me other options to save time and money. Excellent customer service received at this location. My go-to bakeshop. I highly recommend.

Julie the supervisor was the one who waited on me. She was super nice and even knowledgeable about their products and let me know about their 6plus 1 empanadas specials which I ended up purchasing. Love the customer service and super quick way they took care of me. It was also clean. I would recommend the restaurant and I would go there again.

So glad Red Ribbon has a branch in Maryland. No more long drives to Philly, VA beach, NY, and NJ. Located at Wheaton, Silver Spring they opened I believe a couple of weeks ago. Typical long lines for a new location is expected. Should taper off in a few weeks. Love their signature cakes and rolls, and pastries, meals and cold desserts. Parking is not easy at this location, however there are free parking around, just need patience to find it. Food never disappoints, good service, for sure we will be regular customers.

This place is hit or miss. It really depends on who is working it seems. I've gone there in the past and got my mobile order immediately and other times I've had to wait 20+ minutes. Do not expect to get limited time offerings/specialty donuts from this location. I went 6 separate times to try and get a brownie batter donut when they were offering them and every time they did not have it. Disappointing. Recently I got a churro iced latte with "less ice" and it was nearly all ice. We are already over paying, just get the order right.

Terrible service. When in today for donuts and no one even talked to me to ask what i needed. I went ahead and started ordering via the screens. A group of ladies came in and they were immediately greeted and orders taken. They all got their orders filled immediately. Meanwhile i was waiting patiently for mine that was made before them. They even got additional orders and left, while i was patiently waiting. The dunkin employees went about their business like there was no customer waiting. They continued taking drive through orders and completely ignoring me. I finally asked about my order and only then did someone come out to give my two donuts -already made. Very disappointed. I guess i was the same color as the people that they wanted to give immediate service to. I could have just gone down to safeway or even 7-11 to get my donuts. Never again with Dunkin!

Food does take extremely long but thankfully it’s right. Employees are all around the same age, they like to make funny voices when you place an order in the drive-thru. If you go in the store, they are joking, playing around, having side conversations. Very unprofessional. The manager doesn’t seem to have the experience and can be extremely rude when interacting with customers. I think it would be great if corporate brought someone in to mentor the young adults working at this location. Happy that there’s a closer Dunkin in the area.

I placed an online order today and added a valentine day donut on there but at the pick up window the girl told me they ran out and i would be able to get 2 free regular donuts. She never put them in the bag or gave them to me

It's hit and miss. I always order the same thing. This morning was a miss. So much surgery in my coffee. I just threw it away. I even asked why is it on my receipt. Was lied to. So. I like the coffee. But only rarely can I get it without a lot of sugar. So back to 7-Eleven it is.

super hit or miss, but solid for convenience. I was really disappointed today when I stopped by this Dunkin’ and was charged $1.05 just for a cup of tap water. I’ve always appreciated Dunkin’ for being affordable and convenient, but charging over a dollar for water feels unreasonable, especially when I was already making a purchase. I hope management reconsiders this policy, as it comes off as nickel-and-diming loyal customers over something so basic.

BOTH staff members looked at me, totally ignored me and went back to doing what they were doing as I waited at the cash register. No “Good Morning”, No “We’ll Be Right With You”…NOTHING! And THAT is the problem with being Black in Montgomery County…even an entire staff of Latino employees don’t have the time to recognize or greet you because you aren’t White or “important enough” for them to stop what they’re doing for FIVE seconds. It’s cool tho…it’ll be the last time I stop here! Believe that!!!
