Theme Parks
Canada's Wonderland is Canada's largest theme park, spanning 134 hectares and offering over 200 attractions, rides, restaurants, and shops. The park features popular attractions like Planet Snoopy for the little ones, as well as thrilling rides such as Windseeker and Skyhawk. With 17 roller coasters including The Bat with its stomach-churning corkscrews and loops, there's something for everyone.
Countless thrill rides to choose from, all fantastic. A fast pass ticket is highly recommended if you are exclusively looking to ride everything. Otherwise, plenty of food and good vibes await. Only downside was the lack of drinking fountains around the park. Could only reliably find some at the front entrance.

I have been going for a couple of years whether it be with family or friends and I always have a great time. This year was the first time I went in the fall — for Halloween haunt and let me tell you the vibes, decoration were way better. (Also fewer line ups) this year I went to the conjuring limited edition maze and I loved how interactive and fun it was. They did a great job. Do recommend

Cons: Overpriced and overrated. Parking is expensive, and food options inside are mostly unhealthy and way too costly for what you get. The overall experience doesn’t match the high ticket and food prices. Definitely not worth it for what’s offered; 1 out of 5. Pros: I visited Canada’s Wonderland this past summer and spent a full day enjoying both the rides and the water park. It was a hot day, so I started with Splash Works; the water area was lively but not overwhelming. There are several pools and slides for every age, and it’s a great place to cool off. The wave pool was a highlight, and there were plenty of shaded spots and chairs to relax between rides. After the water park, I explored the rest of the park and went on a few of the main roller coasters. The sight of the massive tracks and loops from a distance still makes the park feel impressive every time you visit. The atmosphere is energetic but family-friendly; with lots of music, food stands, and people having fun. I ended the day near the main fountain and mountain area, which looks especially beautiful in the sunlight. The water and landscaping give it a resort feel, and it’s a perfect spot to take photos before leaving. Overall, it was a great summer day; well organized, clean, and full of energy. If you plan ahead and arrive early, you can easily make the most of both the water park and the rides.

My husband and I went for the first time during Halloween Haunt on Halloween because we purchased a gold pass from a different amusement park. We got to try a Beaver Tail - Avalanche flavor and it was delicious! The level of detail that went into designing the Halloween Haunt was impressive. The decorations were awesome, there was specially named and unique food options, and there were different themed areas with actors dressed up in scary costumes. One area there were all zombies and another had clowns. The actors were clearly having a good time scaring people and it was sometimes entertaining to just watch them scare other parkgoers. It was also possible to bypass these areas if you didn't want to get scared. There was a freak show, a fire spinning show, and music performances throughout the night. We didn't opt to buy the extra pass to enter the haunted mazes - mainly because I'm not a fan. I rode a few coasters because there was no wait, but it was quite chilly. It was still exhilarating and a lot of fun. We will definitely be back when it is a bit warmer.

Canada's Wonderland is probably one of the most famous Staples in Ontario to go visit, it's lots of fun. Great place to go spend time with the family. I have memories from this place from when I was a kid and now I bring my own kids, Roller coasters are always my favorite and they have some of the best roller coasters I've ever been on. While this place does get very busy and crowded I have yet to found a good day to go where it's not very crowded Prices are very expensive for tickets and if you don't want to wait in line then you have to pay an enormous amount of money in my book for speed passes and then if you want to ride the big roller coasters for the speed pass you have to pay even more money for on VIP speedpass, The water park has lines just as long as the rides. It is very crowded and busy there as well in the summer, Halloween haunt was lots of fun when I was a kid but after covid everything's changed and from what I hear now you have to pay and buy a special pass just to go into all the haunted houses now because the haunted houses were the favorite part of this event in my book. Although riding a roller coaster in the dark is pretty fun as well
Brian S — Google review
Amazing and fun roller coasters! The only downside was the long wait times, We had to stand in line for more than 1.5 hours for most rides. If it’s your first time visiting or if you’re a tourist, I highly recommend getting a Fast track pass. Overall, the experience was so thrilling, full of adrenaline, and totally worth it. Pro tip: keep your eyes open during the rides that’s how you’ll enjoy the most!
Hirod B — Google review
Visited on Sunday, August 31, 2025 – and it was packed. The park was overwhelming with people, and the top rides had queues of at least 1 hour. In total, we managed only 5 rides for the whole day. The new ride (opened Summer 2025) had a 3-hour wait all day long, so we skipped it. The shows are just okay for adults, but kids will probably enjoy them more. We bought the all-day dining pass and it was 100% worth it. Almost every food spot had a special menu item included. I’ll attach the list of eligible dining locations since it was confusing at first to figure out which places accepted it. On the downside: while the “no line-jumping” policy is fair in theory, in practice a lot of people went in and out of the queues. No staff were managing this issue, which made the waits more frustrating. Tip: If possible, avoid weekends to really enjoy the park without extreme lines.
Ann K — Google review
Canada’s Wonderland is fun for kids, but the experience feels more like a money trap than a family park. The atmosphere is designed to highlight thrills and fun, but underneath it’s clear the priority is profit, not guests. Parking is $39.99, food and drinks are overpriced, and water access is limited to old fountains or dirty sinks. You can’t bring in much from outside, yet security checks are inconsistent—sometimes too strict, sometimes too lax, raising safety concerns. Customer service is lacking; staff rarely smiled or welcomed guests. Ride wait times stretch 1–2 hours unless you pay $179.99 per person for Fast Lane Plus, which doesn’t even include all rides despite the marketing. My kids had a great time, but they weren’t the ones paying. For what I spent in one day, I could have taken a family trip down south. The park succeeds at creating a “fun” image, but in reality, it’s a polished price-gouge. If you want true value and enjoyment, a small-town festival will give you more smiles, less stress, and far better bang for your buck.

Shopping
Vaughan Mills is a massive outlet mall located in the city of Vaughan, just north of Toronto. Divided into 6 'neighbourhoods,' it offers a wide range of fashion, decor, entertainment, and food options. The area around Vaughan Mills provides convenient residential living options for those seeking a vibrant retail community with minimal upkeep requirements. The real estate market features condos and apartments appealing to young professionals and retirees.
Vaughan Mills is a great place to shop and hang out with family and friends. It’s huge, with tons of stores and all the top brands. Whether you're looking to shop, eat, or just spend time, this mall has something for everyone. Clean, spacious, and always worth the visit!

A Great Day Out at Vaughan Mills I recently visited Vaughan Mills, and it was an experience worth sharing! This shopping center offers an impressive array of stores, catering to everything from fashion and beauty to electronics and lifestyle. Whether you're after high-end brands or great deals at outlet stores, there's something for everyone. What really stood out was the variety of dining options from quick bites to full meals, there’s no shortage of places to refuel between shopping. I also appreciated the spacious layout, which made navigating through the mall easy and enjoyable, even during busy hours. Beyond shopping and food, Vaughan Mills has entertainment and family-friendly attractions, making it more than just a retail destination. It’s truly a one-stop spot for a full day of shopping, eating, and exploring. If you're in the area and looking for a well-rounded shopping experience, Vaughan Mills is definitely worth a visit!
Obinna D — Google review
Large indoor outlet mall that is quite unique in design in comparison to other malls in the Toronto area. Some outlet stores will offer better discounts and clearance products in comparison to the same stores in other malls. It can be tough to find parking at busy times. They only have 4 J1772 chargers which is not sufficient for a mall of this size. Tesla owners also use them instead of superchargers - go figure.
Allan C — Google review
Very good place to shope branded products at reduced prices. Well ranges of various products are there. I would say very best place with your family and spent whole day. A big food court is there to provide different types of cuisine with comfortable seating spaces.
Raja K — Google review
This outlet mall is one of the best shopping destinations around. It’s a huge indoor mall with a wide variety of stores, from basic everyday brands to luxury names, offering something for everyone. The collections are updated and the outlet prices are definitely worth it, making shopping here a great value. Since it’s fully indoors, we can visit any time of the year without worrying about the weather, which is very convenient. We make it a point to visit at least once a month and always enjoy the experience. A must-visit mall for outlet shoppers!
Navya B — Google review
Probably one of Not the biggest mall if ever been to. It’s so huge. But you can find everything there. We spend almost 5 hours in there and easily took 20000 steps. Good selection of everything. There could be more toilettes though. I don’t wanna walk 10min inside for a pee. Anyway, nice experience

Eagles Nest Golf Club, located in Vaughan, Ontario, is a premier golf course designed by renowned architect Doug Carrick. Opened in 1971, the club offers a spectacular layout with breathtaking views. Situated in a converted sand and gravel quarry, the course features natural elevation changes that provide a challenging experience for golfers of all levels. Additionally, visitors can enjoy a contemporary pub on-site offering an array of domestic and imported beers along with a menu of pub-fare.
What a gorgeous golf course! One of my favorites of all time. You can never go wrong with a Doug Carrick designed course. Course/Hole designs - 10/10 Clubhouse - 10/10 Fairway/greens conditions - 8/10 Driving range/practice area - 7/10 In terms of difficulty, I would say this is one of the harder courses I've ever played. Lots of elevation changes, greens are fast and heavily sloped. It plays to around 7500 yards from the tips. Even the blue(gold at this course) is around 6700. Some par 4s will feel very long. But I loved every minute of playing here! This is a premium golf experience for sure. Only courses I feel that compare to it are Copper creek and TPC Osprey Valley (Hoot or North course)

I had an absolutely fantastic experience playing 18 holes at Eagles Nest Golf Club, and it’s easily one of the most memorable rounds I’ve had in a while. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was inviting and well-organized. I had the pleasure of playing alongside some of my closest friends, which made the day even more enjoyable. The course itself offers a perfect balance of fun and challenge — each hole presented a unique test of skill, strategy, and patience, but never in a way that felt discouraging. It’s the kind of course that keeps you engaged from start to finish, regardless of your handicap. What truly sets Eagles Nest apart is the stunning setting. Portions of the course open up to breathtaking views of the Toronto skyline, adding a modern, metropolitan flair. Other areas, however, are surrounded by dense trees, rolling hills, and rugged terrain, giving you the feeling of being tucked away in Muskoka cottage country. It’s a unique contrast that makes the overall experience feel like a golf getaway without leaving the GTA. The course conditions were impeccable — greens were fast but fair, fairways were well-manicured, and the bunkers were properly maintained. You can tell the grounds crew takes great pride in keeping everything in top shape. The layout itself is also thoughtfully designed, with elevation changes, water features, and wind conditions that make each hole feel distinct. Equally impressive was the hospitality. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, from the pro shop to the starters and the beverage cart attendants. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed for a great day out. After our round, we grabbed a bite at the clubhouse, and I have to say — the food exceeded expectations. It’s definitely a step above your typical golf course fare. The menu had a solid variety, and everything we ordered was well-prepared and satisfying. It was the perfect way to unwind and reflect on our round. Whether you’re an experienced golfer or just looking for a great day on the links, I would highly recommend Eagles Nest Golf Club. It’s not only one of the most prestigious and beautiful courses in the region, but also a place where top-tier golf meets exceptional service and scenery. I’ll definitely be returning — hopefully sooner rather than later!

We had our wedding at Eagles Nest Golf Club yesterday and it was absolutely amazing! We are so happy with our decision to choose this venue — it truly exceeded our expectations in every way. From start to finish, the staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. They did everything they could to meet our needs and made us feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. I never had to worry about a thing — no issues, no miscommunications. Most of our communication after the initial agreement was over the phone or via email, and they always responded quickly and thoroughly. Everything was beautifully organized and exactly as we had requested. The food, drinks, appetizers, and desserts were all delicious, and the sweet table was not only beautifully designed but also filled with amazing treats. The table settings and presentation were absolutely stunning — everything looked elegant and well thought out. A very special thank you to Maggie and Danielle — you both were incredible! Maggie handled the sales and all our pre-wedding planning, and Danielle managed everything seamlessly on the day of the wedding. They were both kind, responsive, and true professionals every step of the way. If I could do it all over again, I would 100% choose Eagles Nest for our wedding. Thank you to the entire Eagles Nest team for making our day so special!

Maggie Paul and her staff provided outstanding service for our son's wedding.Every detail was handled with precision and professionalism. Her assistant, Caitlin was our "day of" contact person. She provided outstanding service and was extremely attentive to all of our needs before the wedding and also on the day of the wedding. The food was equally great. All aspects of the wedding day exceeded our expectations. Thank you Maggie and Caitlin.

We recently hosted Amy’s Baby Shower and Gender Reveal at Eagles Nest on August 9th. Overall, the event was a joyous and memorable occasion, and we are grateful for the efforts of the staff in making it possible. In particular, I would like to commend Caitlin for her exceptional professionalism and dedication. She consistently went above and beyond to resolve issues as they arose, demonstrating both attentiveness and commitment to ensuring our guests were well taken care of. That said, there were several unfortunate incidents that fell short of the high standards one expects from a venue of Eagles Nest’s caliber. Most notably, the unfortunate event of the elevator. although is something no one can prepare for but it was Out of Order during the Event. As a direct result, one of our invited guests—who arrived in a wheelchair—was unable to access the event and had to leave the premises. This was deeply disappointing and distressing, particularly for an occasion meant to celebrate with loved ones. Additionally, the kitchen ran out of Brussels sprouts, and while peppers were provided as a substitute, this was not a suitable replacement for the planned dish. Lastly, the fruit platter not suitable for the number of attendees. We raised these issues with the Sales Agent after the event, but they were largely dismissed without acknowledgment. At a minimum, we would have expected recognition of the concerns and an assurance that corrective measures would be taken to prevent similar situations from occurring in the future. While the celebration itself was wonderful, and we remain appreciative of the team’s efforts, these oversights and the lack of appropriate follow-up reflect areas that Eagles Nest should address to maintain the level of quality for which it is known.
Patrick B — Google review
Great beautiful golf course, luxurious and well maintained. Staff is excellent, food succulent and sunsets are the best.
Francois G — Google review
The venue itself is beautiful, with a lovely hall and elegant atmosphere, which made for a memorable setting. However, there were a few disappointments. The food service was significantly delayed—what was supposed to be about 2 hours from the first course to the last ended up taking much longer. Unfortunately, this meant some of our guests had to leave before the entrée was even served. The timing between each course was quite long, such that guests would get up and move outside on to the terrace to mingle. When the main course did arrive, the presentation wasn’t up to standard, and the chicken was quite dry, and the sides were just tossed on the plate. What we experienced at the food tasting is not what was delivered on the day of the event. Also, while one of our guest was feeding her child, she reached out to a server who was standing in the vicinity unoccupied if she could get a drink for the child from the bar, but she declined saying that guests have to go and get their own drinks. I understand that would be the case normally but she was practically just standing there, unoccupied while the guest was feeding her child and did not want to leave him unattended. Courtesy would have been appreciated. Another point worth noting is the capacity. While the venue advertises that it accommodates up to 200 guests, in practice, the tables end up too close together, making it difficult for guests to move around or mingle comfortably. I feel it should cap at 180 guests. Overall, it’s a beautiful space, but improvements in food service timing, meal quality, and layout would make the experience much better.
Minaz R — Google review
The Food served at a wedding we attended was not the best. The meat was absolute fat and the veggies were raw. And quantity wise it was not a lot either. The bartender outside of room would not listen to requests. And the servers did not listen. Also they cleared our table completely several times because we were all on the dance floor. When we asked why they said they were “preparing for tomorrow”. I told this this function is not over yet replace everything that was on the table back. They were not quick about it or happy. If a wedding is not over leave our stuff on the table!!!!

Fast food restaurant
KFC is a popular fast food chain recognized for its signature fried chicken served in generous buckets, alongside combo options and various side dishes. The employees were amicable, and when intending to purchase a 14-piece bucket, they proposed an alternative of 18 pieces at reduced costs without compromising the delectable quality of the food.
The food at KFC is always fresh, hot, and full of flavor. Crispy chicken, tasty sides, and quick service make it the best spot for a satisfying meal. Highly recommend for anyone craving comfort food!”
Jaskamal L — Google review
I was disappointed with the food quality during my recent visit. I personally prefer non-halal options and would appreciate it if KFC could offer more variety to cater to different preferences. I believe providing choices for everyone can enhance the experience for all customers. I hope KFC considers this feedback to better serve the diverse community in Canada. These 4-5% people are making Canada worst by imposing their beliefs

Second time they have messed up my order!!! Ordered through Uber for pickup as I work and are on a tight schedule, long story short I ordered a double patty box and paid $4 more but when I went back to work I noticed they gave me a single patty sandwich. When I contacted Uber they told me that’s too bad you should have checked when you were at the store. NO! HOW ABOUT YOU GET THE ORDER RIGHT IN THE FRIST PLACE !!!
Nikan P — Google review
We dine in with sandwich and had a takeout bucket. What a major improvement on the food. Chicken was white, fresh and firm with well mixed pieces. The gravy had good colour and tasted so much better. The person taking the orders was very professional and polite. I must say I am impressed with KFC improvement towards consumers . I was happy to spend 128.00 in food. Keep up the good work
Annie P — Google review
Lazy, Disrespectful, and Completely Useless Online Service Honestly, this KFC location is a joke when it comes to online pickup. What’s the point of offering online orders if you’re just going to start making the food after the customer shows up? It’s happened to me every single time — and I’m not some one-time customer. I order here regularly, and the staff still treat it like it’s their first day. This isn’t just lazy — it’s straight-up disrespectful to people’s time. If I wanted to wait 15-20 minutes for my food, I’d walk in and order it like everyone else. But I trusted the system, selected a pickup time, and showed up on time — just to see the staff start preparing it then and there, like they couldn’t care less. Either fix your system or stop offering online pickup. This kind of service is pathetic and unacceptable for a brand like KFC.

We ordered a lot of food and pretty happy with what we had. A very reasonable price for all you can eat menu has a variety number of small dish options to choose from. They also have 3 of the private tables for teriyaki meals with chef cooking at your table. It would be great for families and friends get together to enjoy a dinner/show together. The restaurant is clean and the service is very good. Too bad they only have one option for soup.

When I first went here years ago the food was great and so was the service. Now the food is good and the service is almost nonexistent. I shouldn't have to wait from a reservation at 7:30 until 8:20 to have the food start. Nobody came to check if we needed other drinks or a refill on our water. So many places expect a tip and you barely get service this is one of those places.

Tried the All you can eat buffet. Was really worth the money. It was my first time trying a sushi place and I didn't know how to properly handle a chopstick. Better YouTube ahead and learn the basics. The staff were really polite and courteous. The orders were placed thru a tab and they started serving instantly. The service was really lightning fast. As I said earlier this cuisine was new to me but I really enjoyed it. They had a ton of options to choose from and ull surely get confused. Must try ! (P.S. they charge extra if u waste food.. Which is good👍)

This was my first Teppanyaki experience and I am in complete awe and utterly speechless. I am very happy, pleased, satisfied and entertained, it was so much fun! I'd pay anyone who gives good service since it's hard to find these days. Definitely coming back! Was very much worth every dime, penny and dollar.

The all you can eat isn't worth it. They don't have much of a variety and the only thing that changes is whether they add cucumbers or avocados with different sauces. The rolls they give you has Soo much rice. It feels like they put so much rice to try and fill you up faster.

Pita Land Maple is a popular Lebanese restaurant in Toronto. Though the servers can be immature at times, the food is consistently good. The only qualm some customers have is with the server's tendency to divert her attention away from them and chat with her coworkers instead.
Absolutely delicious! The wrap was packed with flavor, the fries were hot and crispy, and everything tasted super fresh. What really made it stand out was the generous extras they gave us extra sauces and pickled veggies for free, which is so rare these days! The staff were genuinely kind and welcoming too. You can tell they care about their customers. Definitely coming back!

One of my handi places when it comes to dinner is Vaughan Pita Land and this place never fails to impress. The food is incredibly fresh and flavorful, with a great variety of options to suit all tastes. The shawarma is especially delicious, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. The staff is friendly, efficient, and always ready to help with a smile. The restaurant is clean and has a welcoming atmosphere, making it a great place for both quick bites and sit-down meals. Highly recommend Vaughan Pita Land for anyone craving authentic and tasty Mediterranean cuisine!

I always have a fantastic experience at Pita Land! The service is outstanding, and everyone is so friendly and attentive. The staff makes sure we feel welcome from the moment we walk in and are quick to assist with any questions. Highly recommend this spot!

Food is usually good, but the last few times I've gone the wraps have just fallen apart. This picture was taken immediately after I took the paper off of the wrap. Can't eat it with my hands, because everything is falling out. What happened?

I usually order pita box with rice and chicken twice in a week. 14$ understood. Today around 12pm i asked the girl to give me just rice and potatoes where she put just 4-5 piece of potatoes and tzatziki charged me 14$ for that. Feels like i got scammed. It’s really sad. Heard so much about this location and now i feel disappointed. 14$ for plain rice and 5 pieces of potatoes?

this place is amazing and the food is perfect. I am a vegetarian and I ordered falafal wrap and Falafel plate with rice. The portion size is huge. me and my husband ordered 2 combo- One wrap+fries+coke can (2 of these=40$ in total) but we couldn’t finish it. The staff was super friendly and took care of our special requests. Special thanks to Rajvinder Kaur ji, who gave us amazing food and extra ketchup and tray when asked for. I would give it10/10. Would definitely recommend!! I will come again with my husband’☺️

Today I was intentionally over charged by a male middle eastern staff. He walked over and changed the bill after it was done, the other employee was confused and didn't understand what he was doing. He had to change it twice, because the other employee changed it back. I didn't have the energy to correct him. $49 for the Chicken Family platter, he charged me $60. Right when I left the store we joked I can't believe he did that, the same order we been making 4 times, the first time. But whatever, just never coming back. It's a shame, the other employees were very nice all other times.

Italian restaurant
If you find yourself in Vaughan, make sure to stop by 9baci, a charming Italian restaurant nestled on Keele Street. This stylish venue is not just about the food; it’s an experience that combines delectable antipasti with expertly crafted pizzas and pastas. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply enjoying a night out, 9baci goes above and beyond to ensure your visit is memorable.
We hosted our sons baptism at 9Baci this past weekend, and it was absolutely perfect. We dealt with Alivia, in regards to all the planning (menu, decor, etc) she was amazing. She provided us with her phone number and was always a text away. She kept us in the loop, and made sure every last detail was accounted for. The day of, we had 4 incredible servers (Stefanie, Matthew, Lauren & Giovanni) they did not skip a beat, they had the restaurant decorated (with the helpful guidance of Alivia) and ready to go. They were always there for any assistance and very friendly and professional. They served the food in a timely manner and were able to navigate through all the tables, commotion and running children with ease (very impressive). Adele was great, weaving her way through our guests making sure they were enjoying themselves and all needs were met. The DJ and live entertainment were phenomenal and did a great job keeping our guests entertained and involved. Aside from the amazing service and atmosphere the food was WOW! We've come to 9baci for dinner in the past and the portions and quality of food were always great. But even for an event, the portions were very generous (most places cut the portions in half). Everyone raved about the food, the portions and the presentation. Everything was absolutely delicious. You won't be let down if you decide to host your event here. We also requested to have their pastry chef make a puff tree for us, and it was soo delicious and fresh! I can go on forever about our incredible experience that I am so thankful for. I also had the pleasure of meeting Cathy that day and she was an absolute delight. Please disregard negative reviews and check them out for yourself.

I walked into this place on a whim today and I was immediately treated like family by Jason and his team. The warmest, most welcoming place to happen upon. The menu is beautiful with classic pastas and pizzas with house-made sauces and lots of other options. The angolotti in rosé sauce was delish, as was this gorgeous cappuccino. And they have a Latin night with salsa and bachata lessons and dancing once a month, and other events throughout the week. I love this place. You will too. Come here and support these fabulous people who have made this a very sweet place to land. 💗 Edit: one of the chefs just walked by singing La Donna Immobile at full voice and then another staffer joined in across the resto. Just singin' while prepping for dinner service. This is a happy place. 💖

We hosted my future sister-in-law's Bridal Shower at 9Baci & we cannot say enough good things about the experience. 9Baci made it so easy by providing the linens, sweet card, backdrop & champagne wall. Along with those items we also got to pick which chargers, glasses & utensils we wanted for the night. We brought in our own flowers by all the decorating was done by the staff so when we got there as hosts, we just got to sit & enjoy! The food, as always, was next level. The Bride & I are both Celiac & the staff went above & beyond to ensure that we were safe to enjoy our meal. There was never a moment that there was an empty glass, a dirty dish on the table or anything wanting anything. The service was exceptional. Thank You to Cathy & her team for truly making this an unforgettable night.

I’ve driven past 9Baci almost every day for the past few years thinking, “I really need to try that place.” And I finally did! My boyfriend picked it for our dinner date since he’s mentioned it a bunch of times and had nothing but good things to say. We showed up on a Saturday evening, walked in, and quickly realized we accidentally crashed someone’s engagement party. We turned around to leave, but Jason (the owner or manager) caught us at the door and said they were setting up some tables for walk-ins. He asked if we could wait a few minutes, and honestly, he was so friendly about it, we were happy to. We started with the Prosciutto & Fior Di Latte Grigliata, and wow… that was so good!!! Milky cheese wrapped in prosciutto that was slightly cooked, giving it a subtle smoky flavour, and the balsamic drizzle added a sweet, tangy kick. It was simple but SO good. I already want to go back just for that dish. For our main, we shared the Prosciutto & Arugula pizza. Thin crusted, with generous amount of prosciutto and arugula, and just enough shaved parm and balsamic to give it that little extra something. Everything just worked together perfectly. Totally satisfied my pizza craving. They usually have specials on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and even weekends, but Jason let us know they didn’t have them that night because the kitchen staff had been working events all day and needed a bit of a breather. Totally fair, and everything we had was still great. The date was already lovely, but then came the sweetest surprise... they brought us Cinnamon Sugar Baci on the house!! Fresh fried dough tossed in cinnamon sugar with Nutella on the side as dip. The dough was soft and pillowy in every bite. So satisfying! And just when we thought we were done, they brought us cappuccinos, also on the house. What a sweet way to end the night. The food was fantastic, but honestly, it was the hospitality that stood out the most. Jason and the team made us feel really welcome. I’m so glad I finally got to try this place, and I’ll definitely be back!

For day 2, if you don’t mind the extra trek, today covers more off the beaten path places like Yorkdale Shopping Centre. Not quite as popular as McMichael Canadian Art Collection, but still highly rated among many travelers. Yorkdale Mall is one of the best shopping centers in Toronto. It’s clean, modern, and has an amazing variety of stores — from luxury brands to everyday shops. The food court is big and offers many options, and the atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. Parking is usually easy to find, and the mall is well-connected to public transit. A great place to spend time shopping, eating, or just walking around.

Very nice mall with a great selection of well known brands/labels. It is a very clean place and offers were going on in quite a number of the shops. The food court had a good selection of places to eat and was also very clean. Easy access from Toronto airport by bus.

This mall is the closest to where i live, Yorkdale Mall is hands-down my go-to luxury destination in Toronto! ✨ From designer boutiques to everyday essentials, it has the most stunning mix of high-end stores — everything feels so curated and elevated. The Pottery Barn here is my absolute favorite (their displays are pure home inspo!). And with Earls and The Cheesecake Factory right there, it’s always a perfect day out — shop, dine, repeat. Truly the best mall experience in the city! 💫
Isha B — Google review
Really nice and high end looking mall. Parking lot is a bit small so be prepared to loop around to find parking. You will find everything you need here from food, drinks, shopping and entertainment. Now if they can get security tighter with all the robbery going on. It does make shopping here feel uneasy. Makes you wonder if you have a target on your back as you never know.

Yorkdale Shopping Centre is a beautiful, high-end mall with a wide variety of premium outlets. From sports shoes and designer bags to restaurants and international brands, the selection is impressive. I specifically went for Sephora and Alo and was happy to find exactly what I needed. We also had lunch at The Cheesecake Factory, which was a great experience and added to the visit. The mall has a polished, upscale feel and is definitely one of the go-to spots in Toronto for shopping and dining. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a mix of luxury and popular international brands in a stylish setting.

A huge shopping mall in Toronto!! Almost all the brands, be it fashion , electronics, and many others have their outlets there inside this centre. I felt list in its enormity: the vastness, wideness and it's grandness !!! Even Tesla has found a space there to showcase their models. There are food courts on upper level and many food chain outlets scattered through the main floor. something really grand 👍

Attended the Canadian Tennis Open tonight and every year I am amazed at such a great job that they do. The staff and volunteers are always friendly and helpful and it is a delight to attend. Mohib K — Google review
I cannot recommend this university to students. The administration is unprofessional and communicates poorly. I was suspended without any prior notice or warning, and there was zero information provided during orientation about suspension policies or procedures. When I tried to get answers, I was met with bureaucratic runaround instead of clear explanations. Not to mention the strikes and it’s effect on us students The academic environment is equally frustrating. Some professors seem more concerned with optics than actual education. I’ve witnessed instructors openly question “what will I report to higher ups?” simply because students performed well on assessments. Instead of celebrating student success, they treat good grades as suspicious. This creates a hostile learning environment where achievement is penalized rather than encouraged. Grading practices are arbitrary and punitive. Points are deducted from assignments for seemingly no reason, with little to no constructive feedback provided. It feels less like education and more like an exercise in finding reasons to mark students down. Communication barriers are another major issue. Several instructors have such heavy accents that lectures are nearly impossible to follow, yet the university provides no additional support or resources to bridge this gap. Some professors refuse to share their lecture notes with students, treating us as untrustworthy rather than as learners who paid for an education. This creates an atmosphere of suspicion instead of collaboration. Most insulting of all is during a devastating earthquake back home that killed over 100,000 people which were my neighbors and community. I volunteered every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday helping with relief efforts. I missed half my Friday statistics classes because I was helping survivors of this humanitarian crisis. When I requested consideration for the missed classes with legitimate documentation of my volunteer work, they denied it simply because I had done well in other courses. They valued attendance in a single statistics class over my participation in earthquake relief efforts for my home community. This university showed zero compassion or flexibility during a tragedy that devastated the place I’m from, revealing they care more about bureaucratic policies than human lives or developing compassionate, civic minded graduates. For the tuition charged, students deserve far better. Look elsewhere immediately. Also keep in mind that I am psychology graduate but my diploma says bachelor’s of art, make it make sense.

Registrar's Office: I've had a relationship with the school and its community since 2006 and it has been a wonderful experience. The staff and faculty are very helpful. Student advising in both my departments was wonderful... Contacting the registrar's office, however, has been impossible, and I can say that after nearly 20 years of being associated with this institution, this remains true to this day. I tried to call today when the office opened. It is noe 12:56 pm and I am still getting "The customer you have called is unavailable; please try again later". This means the line is busy! I graduated in 2022 and the line has been busy since then. As one of the most important entities, there needs to be a solution. Students and Alumni should not have to reserve an entire day for dialing in hopes that they get through before the office closes.

half of the professor here do not know how to teach. this school is under financial stress, staffs here go on strike every couples of years, people working here are underpaid, they don't care what you do here. you won't get a job if you only rely this institution. 3rd level professor woking here, some of them do not even reply email. and they will simply vanish after term end. ofc there is no social, become no money support.

The Village at Black Creek is a captivating 1800s reenactment village in Toronto, offering an immersive experience of the region's history. With over 40 historic buildings, 70 rare animals, and 10 heritage gardens, visitors can explore the authentic setting of the 1860s. The village features costumed guides who showcase trades and crafts from that era, along with entertaining programs suitable for all ages.
:::MUST VISIT::: Today was our first visit. I got excited to book the tickets after seeing the high ratings. This place is amazing. The village is so beautiful with wonderful staffs to explain everything in detail. It has farm animals like hens, sheep’s etc. This village is an educational tour not only for kids but for the adults as well. It has enough public restrooms, pavilion cafe and a gift shop with a great stuff. The parking lot is huge and requires additional parking ticket. It’s not included in the admission ticket. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place in this summer.

I recently had the opportunity to visit The Village at Black Creek, and it was a truly memorable experience that blends history, charm, and community spirit. The staff were knowledgeable and incredibly friendly—always eager to answer questions and share stories that brought the village to life. One of the unexpected highlights? The freshly baked cookies and white bread—absolutely 10/10! Delicious and authentic, they added a warm, homey touch to the visit. It’s a great spot for families, history lovers, or anyone looking to experience a bit of the past in an engaging and welcoming setting.

Amazing experience overall. Place is huge and well maintained. Staff are friendly and wearing traditional clothing dated back to 1800-1900 timeline. They have events to add cultural value and we were lucky enough to experience Spanish dance and Drumming performance. There is paved and unpaved parking however it has a fixed fee (approx 9$) We will surely visit this wonderful historical village again when whether settles a bit. Keep minimum two hours to enjoy every attraction. Presto card holders get a small discount.

I’ve always loved places that preserve history and make you feel connected to the past. Black Creek Village is one of those spots that does it beautifully. The staff, dressed in period costumes, really add to the authentic atmosphere. They’re patient, friendly, and genuinely eager to share their knowledge about the village’s history and daily life in the old days. It’s a perfect place for a one day visit, relaxing, and full of charm. If you enjoy historical sites and a glimpse into the past, I definitely recommend it.

The Village at Black Creek is a wonderful step back in time! The historic buildings, costumed interpreters, and hands-on activities make it feel like you’re truly experiencing 19th-century village life. Every corner has something interesting — from the working blacksmith shop and print shop to the schoolhouse and general store. We enjoyed strolling through the peaceful grounds, chatting with the interpreters who shared fascinating stories, and seeing the heritage gardens in bloom. The attention to detail in both the buildings and the demonstrations is outstanding. It’s educational, fun, and beautifully maintained — a perfect outing for families, history lovers, or anyone looking for a unique day trip.

Awesome place for having a fun day with family. A old but live village from 200 years ago right in the heart of Toronto. I was there twice and both times I enjoyed and learned a lot. This is a historical place worth seeing. I was surprised by the location . I’ve passed this street by car so many times and never knew about it! This place is amazing, the experience was immaculate. The food came pretty fast, however you might wait a bit for the cashiers. Food tasted amazing, was clean inside, spacious and usually not much people during rush hours. Easy quick grab and go or dine in. Would be better if it have bike stand lock, or any place to lock your bike.

I went to go buy 2 apple pies and pulled up to the window to collect them, and they informed me they had no apple pies left. They then told me they had apple pie and handed me my entire order. I left and when I opened the packaging it was strawberry pie. This is not what I paid for or ordered, and the fact that they lied made me more mad. I hope they do not lie to any more customers because this is dishonesty and people may have allergies. My teammate also ordered an Oreo McFlurry and it had bits of Skor in it. He has a lot of allergies so this could've affected him a lot. Besides that, the food itself is good.

Waited 20 mins on the drive thru after ordering my mobile order 10 mins earlier. Not that the order wasn't ready. Just because of a simple fact that I forgot to mention that my order is a mobile order at the microphone, my whole order for ignored by them. Got pulled up to the second window and was asked to order my whole order again and none of it was ready and I have to wait again. It's like they've been doing it on purpose just because I didn't mention my order at the microphone.

The workers should be changed. You just lost my entire families generation customers. Workers need to be changed.

Excellent service with delicious food. Came here to celebrate birthday and Angelina was great taking care of our table. She was very thoughtful to remind my friend to get less sweet for her cocktail, gave us a complimentary birthday cheese cake and asked the kitchen to remake our onion soup (also took it off the bill) as it the cheese was a bit burnt. Great experience, will definitely go back again.

Chop Steakhouse has a beautiful ambiance — the birdcage-style chandeliers and warm, modern décor create a lovely setting. The service was excellent from start to finish: attentive, friendly, and professional. It’s the kind of place that feels perfect for drinks and a quiet conversation with a friend or loved one. But the food was a major letdown. The baby back ribs were drowned in sauce — so much that the portion of actual meat felt minimal, and you’re essentially just eating sauce for the price you pay. And it wasn’t just the ribs — everything on the table was dripping in sauce, overpowering the flavors and making the meal feel heavy and one-note. The pistachio-crusted cod lacked seasoning, and the French onion soup was average at best. The only thing worth coming back for was the sticky toffee sundae — genuinely delicious and well-executed. Bottom line: Great service and vibe. Come for wine and dessert, not the food.

Firstly the restaurant was very very cold. We all changed places around the table but every single seat felt like it was under the air conditioning going full blast. I sat with my fingers under my legs trying not to move like a statue to try to hold onto any little bit of warmth I had. This was our Father’s Day dinner so there were three meals. One meal was the rib dinner which my husband found was fine but nothing to repeat. My son got the steak and ate all of it but only had a few bites of the potatoes and left all of the vegetables. I had a few spoonfuls of my rice and eat one of the beats that was raw in a big chunk that was difficult to eat unless you cut it up in small pieces. And the cod was obviously pre-frozen and the method they cooked it was poor because it was a dry brick with some type of crusted nut over top that looked like a granola bar out of the package. It was completely separated from the fish. I removed the layer that looked like a granola bar all in one piece and I tasted the fish which was inedible in my opinion. We got our bill we were paying and as my husband was paying I mentioned to the waitress that this was the worst frozen fish meal I’ve ever had in my life and I just wanted to let her know this is what they were serving. She took the pay machine from my husband, and took my meal off the bill. We were ready to just pay for the whole thing it was Father’s Day we didn’t want to cause a fuss. So she removed the meal from the bill and we added the meal to our already generous tip. I would not repeat this experience nor would I recommend this restaurant to any of my friends however the staff and the service were excellent. The standard of food and cleanliness of the restaurant is not

Beautiful restaurant with an amazing atmosphere! From the moment you walk in, the variety of chairs, tables, lighting, and wall décor really makes the place stand out. The interior design is stunning, and honestly, even the restroom is worth mentioning – the little fireplace, decorative lights, and wall ornaments make it feel unique and cozy. We ordered two salads, one with grilled chicken and one with grilled steak. Both tasted good, but personally, I would have preferred the dressing served on the side so I could add it myself, larger chunks of cheese for more flavor, and soft drinks served in bottles instead of only with ice. The staff were super friendly, full of energy, and made the experience even better. The location has great parking, so you can stay and enjoy without any stress. Overall, I recommend this place – it’s perfect for business meetings, events, or evening gatherings with friends. With just a few small tweaks to the menu options, this spot could be absolutely flawless. 👌

A good friend and I had the distinct pleasure of dining at the Chop Steakhouse in Woodbridge, Ontario for lunch on August 26 2025. It was a thoroughly enjoyable dining experience from start to finish. The two hostesses were delightful and found us an excellent table in the dining room as requested. We started with a superb French onion soup. I would have liked a little more shredded onion, and a crouton in the soup, but the broth was the best I have tasted anywhere. My friend had a perfectly cooked filet mignon with French fries, and I had a beautifully plated delicious roast prime rib of beef sandwich au jus, with a house specialty, “Furious Fries”. Not a crumb remained!! Our excellent server, Alice, provided friendly, engaging and attentive first-rate service. She was a true pleasure to deal with and greatly enhanced our dining experience. We are looking forward to our next visit to this fine dining establishment. Thank you to all at Chop Steakhouse for the great meal and great service in a super location with a cheery atmosphere. We had a great evening at Chop Steakhouse with a few standout moments and some room for improvement. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and our server was truly wonderful—friendly, attentive, and made us feel well taken care of. I ordered the Avocado Super Bowl and was pleasantly surprised by how fresh and flavourful it was. The ingredients were beautifully balanced and everything tasted so vibrant—it was light yet filling, and definitely a dish I’d come back for. My boyfriend went with the steak, and while we had high hopes, it unfortunately didn’t deliver. It was quite tough and lacked the depth of flavour you’d expect from a steakhouse. Considering it should be a signature item, we were a little disappointed. That said, the highlight of the evening was hands down the espresso martini. All in all, a nice experience with some delicious moments, especially thanks to the great service and cocktails. With a few tweaks to the steak, it could easily be a five-star spot.

I recently enjoyed a meal at Chop Steakhouse & Bar, and my 10 oz top sirloin was absolutely delicious—cooked perfectly as requested, tasty, and moist! The sautéed garlic shrimp and Yukon gold mashed potatoes were excellent accompaniments. The home-style garden salad and appetizer chilli garlic shrimp were particular highlights, and my custom-made strawberry lemonade was perfectly refreshing. The dining experience itself was smooth, thanks to the reservation made. However, I did notice a couple of things from my vantage point near the kitchen area that gave me pause regarding hygiene. I observed staff adjusting their hair (even combing it) while prepared food was being brought out, before proceeding to serve customers. While I appreciate everyone wanting to look their best, I'd gently suggest prioritising hygiene in food service above all else, perhaps by ensuring hair is consistently tied back. This kind of personal grooming shouldn't be done where food is passing; it would be more appropriate in a washroom area where proper hand washing can follow. Another excellent alternative could be to have meals covered until they reach the guest, providing an extra layer of protection. This is especially important in the dining room, though perhaps there's more flexibility at the bar. Overall, it was a great experience, and I thoroughly enjoyed the food.

It was my first time here. Everything was amazing 😻 I'll definitely come back. Thanks for our server Iris 🥰🥰🥰 She was very attentive and kind :p My boyfriend and I didn't know much about wine, and our server Iris recommended it. That wine was really good🍷🍷 I appreciated it ❤️ Also mesh potato was fire.

Sandwich shop
California Sandwiches is a modest establishment that specializes in hearty Italian sandwiches. Their veal sandwich, in particular, is exceptional and lives up to the reputation of the chain. The delectable veal cutlet is breaded and tender, served on a fresh bun with your choice of toppings (I would recommend the deluxe). It's important to note that this sandwich can be quite messy to eat, so it may not be ideal for a first date.
Stopped by here for the first time. Italian style sandwiches. Toppings are extra cost but well worth it. No tap to pay available, COVID shields are up at cash register. Had the breaded veal sandwich, spicy with cheese, mushrooms and onions. Good amount of sauce, came out nice and hot. Sandwiches are cut in half and a large portion. Would go back again!

Food was what I usually expect and enjoy, however, I walked in and was not greeted. I stood there for maybe around a minute before asking a staff member if they were open after being blatantly ignored whilst they were chatting. If they weren't open they could've just let me know and I would've Gladly waited. Definitely feel there is room for improvement with the service, the food is unreal and I have no criticism on that. After spending around $50, you would at least expect average service at the bare minimum.
Ty ( — Google review
Very overpriced. Sausage sandwich was bland. The sautéed onions had virtually no flavour. The meat was flavourless. It is a big sandwich and if you order it medium or hot spice level they bring it with the jalapenos. For the price I would honestly rather get a footlong from Subway. This was a very underwhelming experience.

I’ve been going to California Sandwiches for decades even back when it was just the original on Claremont. Generally the food is decent and can vary a bit from location to location but Chesswood seems to have gone downhill in quality and certainly low in value. For $14 you’re basically getting a giant bun with a couple slivers of heavily breaded meat. These are very very thin pieces of meat almost paper thin. So it’s breaded meat on a hunk of bread with sauce and hot or medium peppers or none at all if you want “sweet” or mild. Years ago you actually got sweet peppers. Now if you order sweet you get nadda. Just sauce. Unless you’re desperate for a sandwich and like a thick bun with little inside or have deep pockets then I’d pass. I’ll never go back and I’ve been here since they opened!!! You’re getting very little for your money . Sorry never again.

Came here and got 3 sandwiches, As i sit here finishing my sandwich, which was good, im looking over at the staff and watching them how they interact with the customers. 6 staff working, nobody made eye contact, smiled or even remotely looked happy, especially the girl with the red hair. I just finished reading all of the reviews and most of the customers arent happy with their experience they also seem to be talking about the same person as well. 1/5 stars. Maybe actually hire people that want to be there!
Vanessa S — Google review
2 words. Shrink flation! I used to love California sandwiches. You used to get 2 chicken fillets that were thick and they were bigger than the bun. It used to be delicious. Now the chicken slices are so thin and small that all you can taste is the breading that they dip the chicken before being fried. Not worth the $20!!! For that price you might as well go to McDonald’s. But McDonald’s is also a rip off.
Dante A — Google review
One of my favourite sandwiches. However the price keeps going up and up and the sandwiches are getting smaller and smaller. I know the times are tough but please try and keep the sandwich size consistent for the price. Thanks 😊

LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Toronto is an exciting indoor attraction nestled within the Vaughan Mills shopping complex, just a stone's throw from the city. This vibrant destination is a paradise for LEGO lovers of all ages, featuring ten thrilling rides and attractions that promise endless fun. One of its highlights is the MINILAND exhibit, where visitors can marvel at intricate replicas of Toronto’s iconic landmarks crafted entirely from LEGO bricks.
Been there a few times as we have an annual pass. Kids love it. Movie time is great and you can watch four different ones. The rides are fun and Lego building class is also good. We usually spend around 2.5 to 4 hours here depending upon if kids want to stay longer. The food, though limited options is fine.

What a joyful experience! Legoland was full of color, creativity, and smiles at every turn. The staff were kind and welcoming, and the atmosphere was perfect for both kids and adults to feel like little adventurers again. Everything from the rides to the Lego builds was so well thought out. We made some beautiful memories and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend for families looking to spend a magical day together!

LEGOLAND Discovery Centre has been on our to-do list for a while now, and we finally visited it! We were not disappointed. First, we were surprised by how big it was, considering it’s part of the mall. Second, there were so many activities to choose from. The admission includes a laser shooting ride, a jump around ride, four rotating 4D short films, a large play structure with slides, and many Lego stations. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

Our visit to LEGOLAND was absolutely fantastic! It’s a great place for kids and families to enjoy together. From the moment you enter, you're surrounded by vibrant colors, incredible LEGO creations, and a fun, creative atmosphere. The rides, building zones, and themed areas were all well-designed and super engaging for the kids. There’s something for everyone — from exciting rides to hands-on building stations and 4D movies. It’s not just entertaining but also sparks creativity and imagination, making it a perfect day out for LEGO fans of all ages. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience feel smooth and enjoyable. Our kids are already asking when we can go back! It’s definitely worth the visit, especially if your child is into LEGO. The only downside is that the price is a bit high for a single visit, particularly for bigger families. It would be great if there were more affordable ticket options or passes. That said, the memories made there are priceless. If you’re considering going to LEGOLAND, we highly recommend it — it’s fun, creative, and perfect for a family day out. We’ll definitely be back!

I highly recommend visiting LegoLand in Canada. It takes around 3-4 hours, but it’s worth it. You can eat there, but I saw people bringing their own lunch boxes. They also offer Starbucks. I recommend buying your tickets in advance, as you can get one adult ticket and get one child free. We participated in the workshop, don’t miss it! Good luck! - we went a PA Day (Friday)

Honestly, awesome place! Staff is super friendly with the kids, they have a cafeteria, they have a toddler section, enough seats for everybody, and the whole place is well child-proofed. Also love that they play Disney classics on the stereo or sometimes old school tuned instead of these modern songs.

We celebrated our son’s 9th birthday at Jungle Land today, and it was absolutely amazing! 🎉 The place was almost empty, so it felt like we had our own private party 🤩. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and our room host, Eliana, was fantastic! She assisted us with everything and made the day extra special. The pizza arrived a bit late, but the team handled it very smoothly and even offered us extra time to make up for the inconvenience. It definitely didn’t spoil the party—everyone had a great time! Our son is already excited to go back again. Fun fact: we also celebrated his 7th birthday here, and both times were wonderful! 🥳

Reptilia Vaughan is a large reptile and amphibian center that offers daily shows, feedings, and a gift shop. It houses Canada's largest collection of reptiles, with over 250 unique species from all over the globe. The 1,400 square meter indoor zoo provides a toasty environment for visitors to interact with cold-blooded friends. It's an ideal place for families and groups to explore and learn about fascinating animals not found in other Canadian zoos.
Hosted a birthday here in April, and came back this past weekend. Party host/staff were great with a big crowd. The private show was a huge hit with both kids and adults. The zoo itself is well maintained. Washrooms, party rooms, zoo, playground, and gift shop/lounge are clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking. All the staff we interacted with on both trips, were knowledgeable, courteous and polite. The theatre shows are a great bonus, sometimes with live feedings too. A staff member was returning a snake to her enclosure, and stopped to discuss the type of snake, some facts, and let us pet her too. You can see the care the staff have for these reptiles. The fact a majority of the reptiles are rescues, solidifies the love they have for all these creatures. Thank you another wonderful trip, and I’m sure we will be back again!

Our family recently visited the Reptilia Vaughan , and it was an unforgettable experience for the kids. If you’re searching for fun things to do with kids or a unique family-friendly attraction, this place is a must. The highlight of our trip was the educational reptile show, where the staff introduced us to snakes, lizards, and even a crocodile. The kids were thrilled to touch some of the reptiles while learning fascinating facts about them. The interactive setup, complete with a volcano display, made the whole experience both fun and educational. What I loved most is how it combines entertainment with learning, making it perfect for curious children. If you’re planning a weekend activity or looking for the best family attractions in the area, I highly recommend visiting the ReptileOne Center. It’s a place where kids can learn, explore, and have fun all at once.

We had the most amazing time at Reptilia in Vaughan! Our 3-year-old son had the time of his life exploring and meeting all the “creatures” — he was completely captivated from start to finish. The animals are clearly well cared for and loved, and the entire facility was clean, welcoming, and super family-friendly. One of the highlights for us was getting to feed and hold Mushu for a photo — such a memorable experience! Even at just 3 years old, our son was completely engaged thanks to the incredible zookeepers who took the time to explain and teach in a way that kept his attention. A huge shoutout to Anthony, who truly went above and beyond to make our first visit unforgettable. His kindness, knowledge, and enthusiasm made the experience even more special. We’ll definitely be back — thank you, Reptilia, for such a magical day! ❤️🦎🐍

We had an okay time here, but it’s a very quick walk through… Many of the displays here were either very dirty and/or the animal was missing and off exhibit entirely - it’s a little upsetting to pay $22.50 for a 45 minute walk through where 1/3 of the animals were off exhibit. We also couldn’t help but notice that many of the enclosures had their water features completely empty - leaving animals land locked so to speak. The play area was extremely dirty and there were some children screaming the entire time, banging on enclosure windows, etc. not a single staff member in site. We took in the educational show, but it wasn’t at all educational. Over a dozen questions were asked by the audience and the presenting staff member didn’t know the answers to any of them.

We had great time at Reptilia. Perfect opportunity to watch various Reptiles getting fed and also to ask questions about their diet. You can also feed them yourself. Make sure to attend interesting and different theatre shows every day and touch animals. We had a chance to meet a ball python carried by a guy on his hand. It is a great place for families to visit. @eva.eva8 YouTube

It was a great place to eat while taking laps around the mall. I met a friend. Edit: Did not give me a fork had to eat it like an Indian with my hands. And no napkins so I smell like one too.

Went there with my grandpy to try out some New York-style fries from Canada, and compare them to New York-style fries from the USA. Gladly, I was in New York City last week, so I do know how they taste in New York. Well, according to my honest reviews and good taste, this place was better than New York itself! Ordered 23 types of fries, and finished them all with my grandpy! Hope to visit this French New York-style fries place again!

Very excellent poutine at the New York fries here in Vaughan Mills! Delicious and super friendly staff, but it can get crowded at times because Vaughan Mills is a super popular destination. Excellent excellent excellent food!!!!! Right now, it is closed, but they say they will open it soon. Hopefully it will come back even better than before!!!

Barbecue restaurant
Meron To Go is a delightful casual Middle Eastern eatery that brings the flavors of the Mediterranean to life. Known for its traditional meals, this restaurant also offers an enticing à la carte selection of kebabs and sides, making it a perfect spot for any occasion. The inviting atmosphere is complemented by wheelchair accessibility features, ensuring everyone can enjoy their dining experience.
Amazingly delicious restaurant MERON TO GO. You can eat on site or order food to go. Shawarma, shashlik, schnitzels and fish on a hot frying pan. Nothing too complicated, since the place is very simple, but delicious, you can just eat your brain. They opened in another place, then moved, and people followed them. This speaks of trust and quality. Highly recommended! Thank you, dear owner and staff! ❤️👏

Heard great things about this place and expected to better than most shawarma places but its nothing special/unique about this place and their flavours. Every other places does the sane thing. The worst part for me, was the laffa was from a supplier and not freshly made like Me Va Me or Doy Box. If your charging me extra for a laffa I expected it to be made fresh, not just because its a larger piece of bread than the others. Lamb was ok, but again nothing special or unique as i've had similar taste from other places. And one piece of lamb was raw. This place is not for me, when there are better places around the GTA, especially for a laffa.

Fresh, hot, fast, healthy, tasty food. Consistently... over 10+ visits over years. Free cabbage, pickles, and/or carrot preserved plate. Exceptional value for money. Friendly service. Very clean at all times.

Amazing food at good prices. The food is freshly made and quick too. Highly recommend it. Only downside is not enough light, beyond that the restaurant is lovely.

My “Go To” place when I want to eat out. Food is always great. The chicken shish kebab in Laffa bread is huge with delicious choices of vegetables and dressings. The cooks, cashiers, and staff have always been nice.

If you like Mediterranean food you MUST try their food 🥰 Everything here is amazing, I tried Falafel 🧆 platter and shish kebab for the second time and every time they were great👍 Unfortunately each time I called in to order for takeout they were sold out of shawarma. Babaganosh is out of this world too. I will go back soon to try more menu items! 😌 Update: I went back today to try Shawarma and also ordered French fries, it was so good and filling, I loved those crunchy pieces of chicken from the top layer of the shawarma. So delicious 🤤 now I can call myself their regular cause I order at least ones a week and each time I feel amazed from their quality and the taste!! 🙄😁 I should mention that their customer service is great, they are so sweet and polite 😌

Ordered delivery for the first time and was super impressed! Everything was delicious, even the leftovers the next day. And we fully intend on ordering from them again soon as I can’t stop thinking about it!

This place is consistent. Been going there for years and the food is always fresh and high quality. Great staff and super clean environment. Nice atmosphere too. On top of everything the value is probably the most impressive thing considering you WILL likely get lesser quality for double or even close to triple the price at other places. Always feels good walking out knowing I had such a beautiful meal for such a good price and I think that’s what keeps me going back there. Full transparency, I’ve never tasted better Shawarma anywhere else in the city. Highly recommended! 💯

255 by Alta Rossa is a chic Italian restaurant that serves pizza, pasta, and classic Italian dishes. They've been in business for over 35 years and their experience has affected the quality of their food and service. If you're looking for a delicious meal with great service, 255 by Alta Rossa is your go-to spot!
My recent dining experience at Alta Rossa was nothing short of extraordinary, largely thanks to the remarkable service rendered by Giulia O. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were enveloped in a warm welcome, and Giulia attended to our every desire with genuine grace and professionalism. Her expertise in menu recommendations was truly impressive, as she guided us toward a selection of delightful dishes that elevated our meal to new heights. The generous offering of freshly baked bread, accompanied by a zesty pepper dip, was a delightful surprise that added a touch of magic to our dining experience. Throughout our visit, Giulia maintained an impeccable table, swiftly clearing away finished plates without us needing to utter a word. Giulia O made each moment more enjoyable, ensuring we felt attended to without ever feeling rushed. Whenever we made a request, whether for an additional drink or a specific dish, she responded with alacrity, making us feel cherished and valued. In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend Alta Rossa for its delectable cuisine and, most significantly, its outstanding service. Giulia O truly transformed our visit into a memorable occasion, and I eagerly anticipate my next return! The owner, Patricia, was equally fantastic—her pleasant demeanor and genuine kindness added to the overall charm of the establishment.

If you’re looking for a fresh Italian culinary experience in the heart of Vaughan, 255 by Alta Rossa is a must visit! Opened in April 2016 by Patricia Tatangelo a Vaughan culinary teacher/legend, this spot brings Chef Gabriella’s acclaimed Italian classics with a fresh and exciting twist, and let me tell you, the food does not disappoint. Their fresh PEI Mussels are a must-try appetizer, bursting with flavor. We also ordered the Caprese Salad, which was incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. For mains, we had the Ribeye 12oz (highly recommend getting it medium rare you won’t regret it!) and the Agnolotti Rose, both prepared to perfection. The service was impeccable, and the bartender crafted some outstanding cocktails that elevated the whole experience. The ambiance was lively, warm, and inviting. Without a doubt, I’ll be returning! Apps we ordered: - PEI Mussels - Caprese Salad Mains we ordered: - Ribeye 12oz (medium rare) - Agnolotti Rose

My family and I had lunch here and we truly enjoyed everything about this place. From the service to the food. It was such an amazing experience. They serve large portion and it is well worth the price. Everything was delicious!!! I would highly recommend this restaurants.

I came to this restaurant with my friends because we were told how great the Italian food is. I got the margarita pizza and it was delicious. The portion was a perfect size, and the taste was amazing. When we walked in the atmosphere and the restaurant were amazing. Such a great design and concept however when it came to actually getting service. It was very strange and somewhat chaotic. One of my friends asked if the Coke Zero refills were free and the waitress had advised that it was free, we later found out that the Coke zero refills were not free and the waitress charged us every single time we asked for a refill by the end of it. if we had that little information, we would’ve made a different drink selection, but it really comes to show that their lack of communication and mistakes made us pay financially. Additionally, we would ask for refills of water and napkins, and it would take multiple people to have a simple task completed. It was a very unique experience. I just don’t think I would ever come here again. Again the restaurant seems to be like a great atmosphere for people who are looking for Italian cuisine. It was just not for me because I do not value miscommunication and lack of attention to detail.

Dear Alta Rossa Team, I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience my guests and I had during our recent visit. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The service was exceptional—Luana, our server, was attentive and friendly, making us feel comfortable throughout the meal. John at the bar crafted delicious drinks that perfectly complemented our dishes, and Manuel, the busser, ensured everything was seamless and smooth. Most importantly, the food was absolutely fantastic. Every dish was prepared with care and skill, and it truly exceeded our expectations. It’s clear that your team is passionate about providing a top-notch dining experience. Thank you all for going above and beyond to make our visit memorable. We look forward to returning soon! Warm regards, Francesco Rizzo

Best Italian food I had so far..we have tried gnochhi pasta with rose suace. We were confused like which sauce we should try then the person who was taking the order (can’t remember the name) have suggested us for rose sauce.. and drink was also good… not much sugar syrup.. tasted natural… highly recommended place for Italian vegetarian food.

Got the Chicken Supreme and it was a Supreme let down. Menu states it's served with mash potatoes how ever it is not. Sauce reduction was tasty how ever I would recommend sticking to pasta if you order here. Veggie portion is pretty sad as well.

The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Vaughan Mills is a popular dining spot in Vaughan, known for its elegant yet relaxed atmosphere and delectable classic steak and seafood offerings. With a solid reputation and various dining options including curbside pickup, takeout, and dine-in, it's a go-to choice for those seeking a remarkable meal experience. The menu features starters like Caesar or iceberg wedge salads followed by an array of prime rib and steak selections served with sautéed field mushrooms.
We are regulars at this Keg location, and every time it’s a wonderful experience. This time, we came for my birthday and Farzad took care of us. He was fantastic! Very attentive, checked in on us, gave my mom a wine sample to help her decide and remembered my birthday cake. Props to him! Food was delicious, our reservation was ready and everything as great- as always. We ordered off the seasonal lobster menu, which as AMAZING!

3 stars means ok. The crispy Calamari is ok. There are a couple of pieces that stick together by the batter. So it is just ok. The Caesar salad is ok. We ordered the 18 Oz prime ribs to share, and they split the order into 2 plates. The prime ribs are ok. It is medium rare, which is what i ordered. But the spices are really strong on the skin. It is very very salty. The funny thing is that I ordered the double baked potato as side. They really split the baked potato into 2. Yes, that is the order. But how much is a baked potato without any topping? $2. Yes, that is what they entitle to do. If I am the waiter, I will give a full potato for each plate so I can have a chance to receive bigger tips. ........ but the worst is the lighting. They put us into the corner, the far end of the restaurant. The lighting is so dark that it is like eating in the darkroom. The overall keg experience at Vaughn Mill is subpar compared to other kegs in the Toronto area.

I feel like the Keg never disappoints. I’ve been to different locations and each time I’ve had a good experience with no complaints whatsoever. When I went this time it was no different. The foods were really good the staff were all very nice and friendly and overall really good atmosphere to talk and have gatherings. It’s a really good restaurant for celebrations there were at least 4 people having their birthdays when I went.

Busy location but the the front staff within the 20 min window. Our server was fast, courteous and attentive. Food was ok not the best from the keg but still good.
Amarjit D — Google review
They serve hot bread with butter which is always appreciated when a restaurant offers that. We had the fried calamari. It was good and crispy, can’t really go wrong with that. For the mains, we got the top sirloin which was delicious, and the peppercorn new york, which had way too much pepper for my taste. The pepper was burnt and left an un-desiring taste, also that steak was more of a medium well than a medium rare. The server was kind and very attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. She even offered us the signature cake which was yum!
Jeffrey H — Google review
We come here once in a while when we’re craving steak. The steak quality is still very good, and the service is always on point. The only difference for me is the atmosphere—it doesn’t feel the same anymore. It’s much louder now, likely because the place has gotten busier..
Eric D — Google review
I’ve been a loyal Keg guest for years, dining at least once a month, but my recent experience at the Vaughan location on September 10th was disappointing. I ordered my usual rib steak, medium. It came out rare—bleeding on the plate. I sent it back, and when the manager personally returned it, I cut into it right in front of her. Instead of acknowledging the issue, she told me it was “the lighting” and walked away. I was shocked by the dismissive response. In the end, I barely touched the steak and only ate the sides. They discounted the bill by $25, but that hardly makes up for the poor execution and service. The only positive was our server, who worked hard to make up for the situation and really tried to salvage the evening. The Keg used to be my go-to for a consistent steak dinner, but my past few experiences—including this one—have made me seriously reconsider. My husband and I went to the Keg to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We always go to the Keg for our anniversary, knowing we are going to have a great meal and great service. We have been going to the Keg for more than 20 years. The food has never disappointed, and we typically finish our meal with the complimentary Billy Miner Pie, which is always offered on special occasions. The restaurant knew we were there for our annual special occasion. Well, the server was not on his A game at all. We ordered wine, and he spilled it onto the table. He did not attempt to wipe it up so I used my napkin to clean the table. I left the soiled napkin at the edge of the table hoping he would replace it immediately, but he did take his sweet time. It wasn't a busy Wednesday night, yet he took forever to take our order. He did not ask us how we liked our meal, the salt and pepper was nowhere to be found, and he did not ask if we were celebrating anything, which is a typical question when we dine at the Keg. Needless to say, not a great experience. We will have to go to another Keg next year for sure.

Wet 'n' Wild Toronto is a sprawling 45-acre water park offering a diverse range of attractions, including a movie theatre and driving range. It's the perfect destination for families seeking a safe and clean environment to enjoy beach-like fun without the hassle of sand. The park operates daily throughout July and August, as well as most weekends in June. Visitors rave about the awesome slides and recommend taking advantage of season pass options for multiple visits.
I went to Wet n Wild with my daughter and friends and it was amazing. I had such a great time enjoying all the water activities—especially the lazy river and the wave pool! Both were incredibly fun and relaxing. I ended up getting a season pass because I know I’ll definitely be coming back again. It’s such a perfect way to spend the day, and the season pass makes it even more worth it. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t as warm as we had hoped that day, so my daughter felt quite cold, especially after being in the water for a while. Because of that, we didn’t get to stay as long as we would’ve liked. But we’re already planning our next visit on a hotter day so we can enjoy it to the fullest! The water slides were hands-down the highlight of the trip. They were thrilling and so much fun—my daughter and her friends couldn’t get enough of them. They kept going back over and over again and loved every minute of it. It was such a joy to see them having so much fun. Can’t wait for our next trip back!

Get there earlier if you real want to enjoy the place so that you enjoy the most interesting rides before those rides will start getting long queue (30-50mins on the line). Anyway, it's a fun place for both Adults and children, groups and family. Very smart, observant and active guards. Cool your body in a very sunny day and you can never get tired till get home to have a very sound sleep.

We had a fun day at Wet’n’Wild Toronto! It’s definitely a great place for kids to have a blast, with lots of attractions to keep them entertained. One downside was the long lines for the slides—the wait times can get pretty long, so it’s best to arrive early and plan ahead. Overall, it was a good experience. If you're a family of four, I recommend getting the Platinum Season Pass—when you buy two, you get two free, which is a great value and worth considering if you plan to visit more than once. Food inside the park is a bit pricey, but it’s convenient and less hassle than going out to eat. As for the souvenir shop, the items are quite expensive, and I honestly don’t recommend buying anything unless you really want a keepsake. If that’s the case, maybe just grab one small item as a memento. All in all, a fun and memorable day for the family!
JEMMAYEL R — Google review
Never again - this is our 2nd time & let’s just say “fool me twice, shame on me”. I should’ve known better. It’s so waaaaaay over priced for what they have- like not just ohh that’s pricey but straight up criminal - a bureau should assess this places quality & prices. All the water was gross, which ok it’s got lots of ppl - but even the walls in the change rooms were dripping black - it was like someone rubbed coal all over the walls. Some of the slide were black too. Also Their hrs mean open door and close doors not just operational - so basically you can’t get it until after 11 and at 20 minutes after 5 o’clock they start walking around & telling you to leave so they can shut the door at six. I assumed rides would shut down at six and we would clear out. We wanted to buy some stuff on the way out, but at 540 we were already not able to buy dippin’ dots & they were already closing the doors to the gift shop, which was stupid because lots of people were wanting in & would’ve bought a lot more on the way out like shirts & hats & hoodies. Their gift shop prices for certain things were ridiculous like a pair of tiny goggles that you get at the dollar store for two dollars they wanted like $$22-$28 some crap like that- like I understand you can get a high profit margin because you’re a private park but they go too far and it is crazy. Slides definitely look like they need some maintenance. Some of them didn’t have enough pressure to even push the tinniest kids down. One of them was anchored to the staircase that went to the slide & it just blew around in the wind & when anyone was going down. Be prepared to see rude people on a whole other level. I don’t know if it’s my age & times have changed, but people are confrontational & aggressive, & a lot of people, butt the lines. One group of eight, butted the line on one slide for us & on the same slide during the same wait, a little boy butted the line & kept scurrying up, & then his dad and sister would come & stand with him & then the boy would run off & go Butt ahead again & the dad would go up later “ohhhh , I’m looking for my son”. Finally the last time he tried to do it I spoke up & I said no this isn’t fair like you’re cutting in front of other people’s kids who’ve been behaving well and waiting longer & he started to argue that it wasn’t a big deal so I was like What makes you better than them? & that’s when people in the line, all started yelling at him, apparently he had been doing it all day, & everyone was sick of it, & it ended up starting like this huge thing where they almost came to blows.(I felt bad at that point for saying anything because I felt like I had started it, but I was politely trying to just correct the situation. I didn’t realize he had been doing it all day & making enemies everywhere.). It was really disappointing to see a grown man teaching his children to lie & cheat & then when he was called out on it, to threaten people & get in their face & be abrupt, I felt so bad for his children but I hate to say … you know they’re gonna grow up to be terrible people just like him because he’s teaching them this- so yeah next time I’m gonna just go to an indoor waterslide maybe in Niagara or go to Ottawa because I am never giving them a single dime of my money again. On a sidenote, I would like to say that the staff of young kids that work there seem to be pretty attentive & had good attitudes. I got the strong impression that they were shortstaffed that particular day. Ohhhh ohhh I almost forgot - the carabanas you can rent are so small like sooooooo small - & what’s weird is they offer some with fridges but why when you cant bring anything into the park except sealed water - so what’s it for - the only thing I can think is if you have baby formula/milk or you want the drinks you buy there colder - like what are thinking - don’t worry it’s only hundreds more to rent a small tent with a fridge . God they better hope no one comes along to build something better or they’ll be done permanently.

In need of updates. Kids section never has both slides working which backs up lines for children. Limited amount of smaller toddler slides. The little frog is always packed. Dirty! Claireville Conservation Area is a suburban conservation area located at the border between Brampton and Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Covering 343 hectares of land, it features wetlands, valleys, forests, grasslands, and the Humber River. Visitors can enjoy bird watching and explore the natural landscape while hiking and cycling trails throughout the conservation area.
A beautiful conservation area, located just outside the city. Small free parking located at the entrance. We hiked the full loop which is under 4km and takes less than an hour. There are sections of fields, mature forests and a portion overlooking the creek. A great spot to spend an hour out in nature.

There are three entry points with parking spaces (no fees, and this one has adequate space even on Sunday as the trails open to the surrounding Neighborhood). In general, you will be all right if you follow the map (other hiking site could be wrong as no return loop once you crossed the concrete bridge to the parking lot when you travel along 407). Plenty of things to explore and more enjoyable once you are away from the main road.
MikeColumbia — Google review
There isn't a great deal of garbage on the actual trail but in the parking lot, there is quite a bit scattered around the ground. It seems most people who come to clairville opt to just sit in the parking lot than actually go hiking. Cellular signal is spot at parts. Averaging 2/4 bars of signal. The parking is free and usually isn't full during the week. The east parking lot is smaller but the west side has quite a big parking lot with a bike station with some tools.

Nice trail for walking with friends and dogs. Things could be marked a bit better, and there’s quite a bit of walking on the hot open road before you get into the forested areas. Do yourself a favour and bring bug spray, and watch for poison ivy, and you’ll have a very good time here. There are nice views and scenic areas to walk through.

Claireville Conservation Area is one of the best natural escapes in the GTA — I’ve been there many times for hikes and bike rides. It’s huge, with wide trails that wind through forests, fields, and wetlands, offering a real sense of peace away from city noise. It’s great for walking, cycling, horseback riding, and even wildlife spotting — you’ll often see deer early in the morning. The park is clean and well-marked, though some trails can get muddy after rain. Parking is free and easy to access. A must-visit for nature lovers.

My favourite place ever to go for a nice walk. I really appreciate everyone who maintains this space for us to enjoy. Please be respectful and clean up after yourself, there is lots of wildlife here and this is their home so we need to respect that! Also, just clean up after yourself as a basic human rule!

Have been to this park so many times and it never fails to amaze me. So many different trails and paths, and it’s very quiet and peaceful. Around fall all the leaves change into beautiful colours and it’s great smell the fresh air and see all of the wonderful trees and plants. They also have horse back riding, i’ve never been before but it seems worth checking out.
Ari D — Google review
A peaceful spot with wide trails, forested paths, and wetlands—great for walking or birdwatching. It’s surprisingly quiet for being so close to the city. On the downside, signage is minimal and some areas feel a bit neglected. Parking can fill up fast on weekends. Still, it’s a solid escape if you’re nearby and want nature without a long drive.

Boyd Conservation Park is a spacious natural setting perfect for picturesque hikes, picnics, and sports. It's open on weekends only and offers serene paths winding through lush forests and along peaceful streams. The park features 17 designed picnic areas and large green spaces for lounging, making it ideal for families or small groups. Visitors can enjoy a leisurely stroll or pack a picnic to spend the day in this picturesque setting.
Really really nice place. Not busy on a Friday as well. Great to bike and take in nature. One thing I would like to add is that there is a no campfire policy. So no open fires. (I don’t know how we didn’t realize this). Kind worker told us. We then tried using an ash bin to make a fire for smores but, you can’t to that as well. So just know if you are coming here you will need to bring your own grill because, from what I saw when I was there they had none. The washrooms were clean too and overall great experience will definitely go again with a grill this time 😅.

Large park with so.much nature to enjoy. Entry charges are applicable for vehicles. Wooden benches are worn out though (as of May 16, 25). Hope the park authorities will fix them before summer activities. Parking space is limited at the entrance. However with the entry ticket, you can drive in.

Boyd Conservation Park is a peaceful spot in Vaughan, perfect for a weekend escape into nature. The picnic areas are spacious and well-kept, with plenty of tables and even some barbecue grills, making it great for family gatherings or casual hangouts. There are 17 picnic sites spread across the park, so you’ll likely find a quiet corner even on busy days. The washrooms are clean and located in solid brick buildings, which is a nice touch when you’re spending hours outdoors. It’s also a good place for kids to run around, and dogs are welcome too. Parking is pretty straightforward, with accessible spots available. Just keep in mind the park is only open until 8pm, so plan ahead.

Boyd Conservation Park in Vaughan is the perfect spot to enjoy the beauty of fall. The trees glow with golden and red leaves, creating a stunning backdrop for a relaxing day outdoors. Families were gathered around picnic tables, grilling delicious food on the barbecue and sharing laughter. Children ran across the open fields, kicking footballs and playing games while parents relaxed nearby. The park is clean, peaceful, and very well maintained, with convenient washrooms and plenty of parking. It’s also dog-friendly, making it ideal for pet owners. Whether you’re after a quiet walk, a picnic, or family fun, Boyd Park feels truly special in autumn.

Very nice area. Apparently quite popular too. I could see lot of families using the walking trails. You can book picnic spots with sheds. There is a fee for bringing in your car.

I always walk in the park but I was there for the Festa d' Italia Vaughan, It was the first year and I think they did a great job, it was free, the vendors were friendly, the food and ice was amazing and the entertainment was good, there were tons of people with dogs, all had fun and no trouble

I was there last week and Boyd Conservation Park in Vaughan is a peaceful retreat nestled in the Humber River valley. This expansive 401-hectare park offers a variety of outdoor activities suitable for all ages. Visitors can enjoy hiking and cycling along well-maintained trails that wind through lush forests and alongside serene streams. The park features 19 designated picnic areas, some with shelters, making it an ideal spot for family gatherings or group events. Amenities include accessible washrooms and ample green spaces for relaxation and play. While the park is open seasonally from late April to early October, it's advisable to check for any specific opening dates and hours. Whether you're looking to immerse yourself in nature, engage in outdoor activities, or simply unwind, Boyd Conservation Park offers a tranquil environment just outside the city.

Sugarbush Heritage Park is a serene and picturesque forest located in the Thornhill Woods neighborhood, on the border of Vaughan and Richmond Hill. The park features beautiful tree-covered paths that are perfect for leisurely hikes throughout the year. The trails are well-maintained and offer a soft, cushioned ground thanks to the tree canopy covering them.
Great place for coming with kids and family. If you like walking in woods this place is definitely for you. Don’t forget bug repellent or us Off. It has free parking and great playground for kids. And place for dogs. The washrooms were clean. Highly recommended.

Beautiful outdoor space we had a great time at our pet Halloween costume contest huge success. Leash, free dog park for both big and small dogs is amazing and the different paths in the forest are serene and beautiful. Very lucky to be part of the Thornhill Woods community!

Very nice and quiet area. Lot of Maple trees and I believe it's beautiful in fall. Highly recommended : mosquito repellent applied when you walk trails in the woods.

Beautiful park. There’s excellent hiking trails here, and an awesome dog park.

Busy community park and wood! Noise since it's beside HWy7. A lot of unleashed dogs and irresponsible owners. Of you want to do a leisure walk after dinner or in the morning it's fine. Not ideal for a serious hike or walk.

Awesome place for a small family hike close to your home. Clean air and quiet place in the middle of the busy city. Trees are starting to turn yellow. I hope the peak is coming in a week or two.

If you've driven along 407 and marveled at the fall colours in this beautiful patch of trees on the intersection of Bathurst and 407, being inside and walking the trails is a much more beautiful experience. The fall colours this year in 2022 are stunning all over and this place was blooming. Trails aren't very long but very enjoyable.

Oca Nera Fine Italian Cuisine, located in Woodbridge, Vaughan, is a renowned dining destination that seamlessly combines traditional Italian flavors with modern Asian influences. With over two decades of culinary excellence, this hidden gem offers an intimate and serene dining atmosphere perfect for special occasions. The restaurant prides itself on using high-quality ingredients to craft delectable Italian and seafood dishes while providing attentive service.
The atmosphere was wonderful, the food even better. I had the best ribeye and they have these incredible fries. Normally I'm not one to say the fries are amazing but my god they were incredible.

Decided to try this place for a mini treat night. First time here, we made reservations for a saturday night but was not too busy. They gave us free bruschetta along with the apps. I highly recommend the pork belly ceasar salad and the honey truffle fries. Salad was out of this world! The appetizers was definitely better than our pasta entrees. I got a veggie pasta with olives and tomatoes, it was overwhelmed with an olive taste. The wild boar gnocchi was good, however tasted like an italian beef bolognese you can make at home, definitely was not worth $36 a plate. We requested for a side of bread with our pasta and it never came but that is okay because it was plenty of food. For dessert the chocolate ravioli was warm and tasty. I would come back for the apps and I heard they do oyster nights .

Always an incredible meal. They treat you like part of the family! Beautiful restaurant with awesome selections. You'll always find something great on the menu with very reasonable prices! I didn't expect that from such a hidden location!

My friends and I went for dinner recently. The food was delicious, especially the seafood pasta. They have a great wine selection. What stood out most to me was the amazing service. I would most definitely return to this restaurant just based on the servers we had the pleasure of meeting.

Visit this restaurant today everything was good we are 5 adults and 1 child. This was located in a plaza with a gas station...One lady server doesnt know the special. Another gent had to come and explain what they have that wasnt on the menu. Price came to $455 + tips. A little on the pricey side given the fact that only 3 of us got a glass of wine, but I gave this a 4 stars for the overall exp.

Simply the best. Unassuming restaurant location, but the food is the highlight - they pay attention to the food. Everything is delicious. We had a sardines appetizer that was perfectly prepared, boar gnocchi that knocked it out of the park, and their lamb is one the best I have ever had. Don’t miss out.
Sam S — Google review
Invited to dinner with work associates. Had a separate area. Started with group appetizers. Shrimp, out of this world, artichokes...Wow, rapini salad. Great. Some people had gnocchi either wild boar sauce....I had the lamb.....really really great. Service was top notch. Met the owner Correy. Great guy. You will not be disappointed.

If you're looking for a place to eat in the area, Cafe Landwer is definitely worth checking out! They've got a variety of Israeli-inspired dishes on the menu, and their food tastes great overall. Just be aware that their portions can be a bit pricey, and their desert might not be everyone's cup of tea - but all in all, they're an excellent choice for an evening out.
This cozy spot offers a wonderful dining experience with a diverse menu that caters to all tastes. Whether you’re in the mood for a hearty breakfast, a fresh salad, or a comforting pasta dish, there’s something for everyone. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, making it perfect for both casual meals and special gatherings. The service is attentive, and the staff are always friendly, ensuring a great dining experience. Whether you’re meeting friends or enjoying a quiet meal, this place delivers delicious food and a welcoming vibe every time. Highly recommended for a delightful meal out.

Food and coffee are great! However the service is not able to match with the food quality. Has been to this location a few times, each time has the same issue—service is slow, not pay attention to details. For example, we ordered egg benedict and omelet, when food arrived, we need to ask servant to provide fork and ketchup. When need take out box, we have to ask twice to get the proper take out container. If you pay attention to what food is left on the table, in my case is untouched bread and big portion of potato, I think it’s common sense need a bag for bread and a box for potato. However we only got one container and we have asked again to get a bag. Small things like that really impact the overall dinning experience. We appreciate the kitchen provides amazing food. However very disappointed the servant asked how you like your dining experience but don’t mean to care at all.

Cafe Landwer is a nice, cozy spot, great for catching up with a friend or spending some relaxed time together. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, which makes it a pleasant place to sit and chat. However, when it comes to the food, I find it to be pricey for the quality offered. There are definitely other places that offer better value and higher quality dishes. Overall, it's a charming place for the ambiance, but not necessarily my first choice for a meal.

I had a great experience at Landwer! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the food was fresh and flavorful. Our server, Diba, really stood out—she was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her service made the meal even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful visit. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because there’s still a little room for improvement, but I’ll definitely be coming back.

We are regular visitors. We still enjoy and recommend but I have to say something has changed. Not sure if it's changed ownership or management but it has definitely dropped in the last year or so. First it is really really off putting that in the last 6-12 months they have started telling you the minute you walk in the door that there is a 90 minute max you can stay. Regardless of the time of day or even if the place is half empty. It feels most unwelcoming and sours the visit before you even sit down. I mentioned this to the hostess and she said thank you for your feedback. I think they should put this policy on their menu and not shove it at people as they walk in. Secondly the food is still good but depending on what you order, not everything and the portions have gotten noticeably smaller. It's also odd that they now run out of staples at times like pita bread or hummus. Has happened to us 3 times. Not sure if they are actually cutting corners but that's how it feels. Staff is very nice but feels very new and inexperienced. No plates, wrong beverage, no Parmesan for pasta. Didn't ask if we wanted dessert or anything else when we were done which is probably a good thing since that would have put us over our 90 minute maximum. Staff is very pleasant, certain dishes are still consistent and really delicious and they have excellent coffee however it really doesn't feel like the same value is there as before and I hope they consider this. I'm sure I'm not the only one who's noticed.

This restaurant offers delicious Italian food that is authentically made. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food arrives quickly. The only downside is that they don't wear masks during Consuming Occupation Season. I highly recommend this restaurant!
I was there with a large group, celebrating a 2 year old family member's Birthday... What amazing service and food! The Staff were fantastic, they kept the food coming and beverages readily available... I love Italian food, so this was the perfect venue for me, for everyone in attendance. I'm looking forward to the next special occasion we celebrate here!

It is one of the better Italian restaurants in Woodbridge. Food is not disappointing and served in large portions. You will not leave hungry. It is recommended to make a reservation, as it usually is quite busy with repeat customers. There is a maximum of two bills per party dining. Groups of 5 or more have an 18% automatically applied. The atmosphere is plain with rows of tables. Music is low, and customers' conversations are loud. Service can be slow at time and a slight rush feeling when a meal is over. Definitely recommend this restaurant and will revisit it. You can order gluten-free stone oven pizza if requested. Price is on par with other places ($240 for a group of 6. This includes tips and 1 litter of wine).

Two of us went there on a week night and it was really busy. Luckily, we had a reservation, although it still took a while before a server greeted us and seated us. The service was efficient and friendly once seated. Food was very good and portions are generous. The sea food pasta stands out with lots of fresh and delicious seafood with the pasta. We got some desserts as take-out (as we were too full to enjoy them at the restaurant) and found them to be a bit too sweet for our tastes.
Bob L — Google review
Honestly I would give this place a 5 star of my last experience cause I had a blast for my birthday, but when I went again my perspective on this restaurant completely changed. First of the service was terrible, we didn't receive any of cutlery, bread, utensils or anything until after our meal, not to mention when our food arrived the food was not hot either. We had to ask for all the stuff to be brought to us, which was a bit frustrating, having to ask the server constantly. It's pretty disappointing that we didn't have a good experience because last time I went I would consider it my favourite restaurant. Its okay and I understand that they are very busy, but we felt very unwanted. Overall food was okay, and tasted okay, but as I mentioned before it was cold.

The first time I was here, we went with 4 of us, what a fabulous place. Our waiter was wonderful. His name is Michael. The food to die for
Lil S — Google review
Our experience wasn't that bad, but no need to rush back with so many great Italian restaurants nearby. The lasagna, rigatoni arrabiata, rigatoni allá vodka and the bruschetta were good and generous portions. The best part was the food and portions. It was hard to get our servers attention, we weren't even offered dessert, which we found it funny given the name. And unfortunately the toxito cake, carrot cake and tiramisu tasted store bought to our surprise.

Make sure you have reservations for the weekend...always busy and good food!! I been here a few times and never have had bad food or service, both for parties and for dinner. They do it right !!! They will even make something not on the menu... I really enjoy a seafood linguine dish, and they made it for me...delicious!!! Nestled in 100 acres of woodland along the Humber River, the McMichael Canadian Art Collection offers a unique fusion of art, culture, and nature. It is dedicated to celebrating Canadian art, featuring works from the Group of Seven, First Nations, Inuit, and Metis artists. The gallery originated from the private collection of Robert and Signe McMichael and now houses nearly 6,000 pieces including those by Tom Thomson and other influential artists.
Amazing museum that houses Canadian art and detailed art history in the country, and a lot of focus on aboriginal and Inuit art. There are two floors and a few sections for different focuses and we spent almost the entire afternoon in the museum. It was a good walk and we learnt a lot about the art culture, history and scene in Canada. The complex also houses local artist that holds open houses, and large sculptures and installations that were in the park. We would have loved to spend the whole day there. It’s a bit inaccessible but it provides an area large enough to spend the whole day so I’d say it’s pretty worth it to go for the whole day. Would love to visit again!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The McMichael Canadian Art Collection is absolutely stunning! I visited recently and was amazed by the depth and beauty of the exhibits. It’s not just an art gallery—it feels like walking through Canadian history. The collection highlights Indigenous history, culture, and traditions in such a thoughtful way, with incredible displays of clothing, artwork, and storytelling. Every room felt meaningful, and the paintings and artifacts helped me connect with the history on a deeper level. It’s the kind of place where you leave not only inspired by the art, but also more educated about Canada’s cultural roots. I highly recommend this museum to everyone—whether you’re an art lover, a history enthusiast, or even someone training to be a teacher. It’s both beautiful and educational, and definitely worth the visit. A true treasure in Ontario! Such a beautiful and meaningful place! I borrowed a pass from the library (a great tip if you have a card—you can get in for free!) and the visit was so smooth. The staff welcomed us right away, and inside the exhibits were breathtaking. The museum shares so much about Indigenous history, art, and culture, and every piece felt powerful and inspiring. Definitely worth visiting if you love art or want to learn more about Canada’s past. ❤️😍🇨🇦👍🏻📚

A beautiful gallery nestled in a forested area, the McMichael Canadian Art Collection in Kleinburg, in the city of Vaughan, Ontario, Canada, focuses on Canadian art, especially the Group of Seven and Indigenous artists. The space is peaceful, well laid out and full of natural light with a great mix of classic and contemporary works. There are walking trails just close to the gallery. A relaxing and inspiring place to spend a couple of hours, it is perfect for art lovers or anyone looking for a quiet escape. Besides the exhibits, the museum often hosts special shows, artist talks and workshops for children and adults. There's also a small cafe and a gift shop with art books, prints, and handmade items. One of the highlights of my visit was the Morrice in Venice exhibition - a glimpse into the work of Canadian artist James Wilson Morrice and his time in Venice. The collection captures the light, colour and mood of Venice in a way that feels both dreamy and grounded. The Morrice in Venice exhibition runs until September 25, 2025.

We visited the McMichael Gallery for the exhibition of Canadian artist James Morris and his Venetian cycle of paintings. The show was fairly compact but beautifully presented, with many works on loan from private collections. There was also plenty of additional material about the creation of the paintings and the artist’s biography, which made the experience even richer. The gallery itself always has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The gift shop is excellent, and I enjoy the café as well. You can also take a walk in the surrounding park - it’s easy to spend a whole day there. I usually buy an annual membership that lets me bring guests, and it’s a wonderful place to meet up with friends.

Can easily spend 2-3 hrs here, hike outdoors or admire the art indoors. Also recommend their Cafe the Cabin, the food is amazing. I had the squash soup and it was very creamy.

It's a bit of a trek from downtown Toronto, but the selections are incredible. There are a couple exhibits, including over 90,000 drawings from Nunavut West Baffin Co Op. There are many group of seven painters in this collection. The Morrice collection is fascinating, and it has many study paintings. This helps to understand the creative process.

Had a wonderful time exploring this gallery! Definitely worth a visit! I went with my partner and 8 month old daughter and it was a perfect place for an outing! The art was unique and beautiful, the place was stroller friendly, and the staff were all so friendly! We went though the outdoor sculpture area after and we went on the grass for a couple minutes and my daughter got a tick on her. I was pretty shocked for how early in the season it is. They do warn about ticks I was just surprised and wanted to give a little warning to those walking around the grounds to dress appropriately for ticks and check your clothes after! Will definitely be going back and probably getting a gallery membership!

A lovely place to spend the day. The gallery building, the grounds, and the trails are beautifully maintained. The cafe serves tasty light bites. The artwork is, well, spectacular. The history of the gallery as a private home and the collecting passion of the owners are very interesting. Well worth the drive from Toronto.

Great weather for a hike and a little exercise. I love biking on this Humber River Trail in the summer. However, it was nothing less than majestic on the Christmas Day after the snowfall. While keeping distance we wished and received many blessings for the holidays. I hope next year will bring many good things to you too. Happy holidays! Park trail runs along Humber river and is very easy to navigate. There is plenty of parking at the head of the trail. Enjoy!

Good open trail, easy for beginners bc it’s not hard to get lost & it’s not too long. Not too many bugs but still wear bug spray & sunscreen as there aren’t many shady areas. Flat wide for walking with stops along the way to rest. The views are nice. Good amount of parking space also (concrete lot). Enough space to have a picnic / outdoor activity. Pretty busy trail.

I assisted with two weddings here, and it was one of the most magical, scenic, and private feeling wedding venues I've ever been to. The couples have options for ceremony and reception spaces, with back up rain plans if needed. The coyote alley evergreens made for a stunning outdoor ceremony spot. Tons of great photo opportunities. Feels very calm and private. Excellent food. Tons of parking. The only drawback I saw was the accessibility of the venue for elderly wedding guests. The ceremony space in the forest is a fine walk for most people but may be a challenge for some guests. Just be mindful of this and help your wedding guests plan ahead.

A bit disappointed with the closure of the centre for rapine birds, hopefully the space can be refurbished for something else. Beautiful visitor centre. I strongly recommend this reserve if you want to hike not far from Toronto.

We have a TRCA membership and enjoy going to the Kortright Centre regularly for nature walks, and enjoy taking our grandchildren here to events such as "Kreepy Kortright". All the kids seemed to enjoy themselves. Next year we will bring some snacks to enjoy at the bon fire.

I've been here often just to walk the trails and they're beautiful. The trails are generally well maintained though they do have some less official trails which can make for a fun adventure to explore. It's great for a picnic or just a quiet day in the woods. It also connects to the Boyd Conservation area giving you additional space to check out but it'll be a very long walk so come prepared *if* you choose to do that.

This place is amazing in that is riddled with all the amazing solar tracking and renewable energy tech and experiments. Also a great biking area to go through. Visiting this place is nourishing experience altogether!

What a beautiful place to be for walk and trails. Had great experience. Definitely highly recommended for all groups. Great trail and event services available.

Came hear for the maple syrup festival with the kids. Nice walk around the area with the kids to learn how to make maple syrup. 5$ parking. A cool way to spend the day. Restaurant line up was long and slow. Prices are reasonable but you won’t get 5 star restaurant food served on a porcelain plate with silverware. Pancakes have a generic from a box vibe. One section of the walking path is steep and a bit challenging to go up with a stroller and baby, while doable it does get your legs and lungs burning at the end. Most of the path is stroller friendly though. The interactive syrup making sessions are informative and staff are enthusiastic and helpful. If you become a member of the conservation area (~135$ for a family membership I recall), it is cheaper.

Great event space in a beautiful environment! Very helpful staff and very accommodating. I highly recommend this venue if you are looking for something a little different from the usual hall type venue.

It’s a nice big park with a big area dedicated to splash pad. There are swings and slides and a lot other fun things for kids to do. I was there as a vendor this time but I’ve visited many times before. It’s a great spot to families.

Such a beautiful park. We love going there. My daughter and I enjoy there so much. It’s clean and so nice. Very gorgeous.

Nice park with 3 soccer fields, a large playground and water play area. The washrooms have a change room and there is a ton of parking, especially wheelchair parking. There's about 15 spots for wheelchair parking.

Great place for kids to enjoy outdoor time. We have been invited for a birthday celebration and had used a picnic area to set up tables and chairs. My boys really enjoyed!!

This is a local community trail, aka Bartley Smith Greenway North, north to Teston Road and south to McNaughton Road. There are a few ponds and a creek along the trail. The length of the trail in the loop is about 7km, takes about a couple of hours to complete. It was a grey Sunday, it was not busy.
Patrick X — Google review
This park is absolutely amazing. Lots of fun for the kids and there’s an awesome soccer field and little splash pad to keep the kids cool in those hot days of summer.

Restaurant
Milano Bar Ristorante, located in Vaughan, is a renowned spot for authentic Italian cuisine. The restaurant offers an elegant setting and is perfect for business meals, special occasions, and group gatherings. Their menu features dishes crafted with the freshest ingredients to ensure true Italian flavors. Despite some mixed reviews on certain seafood dishes, the restaurant's pan pizza has received high praise for its fluffy and chewy dough.
My first time dining at Milano, and it will not be my last. The service & food is amazing. Most dishes we ordered were cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. If you’re looking for Italian food with a twist, this is the spot. Some of my favorite dishes were the Madai Crudo, Grilled Calamari, Zucchini Chips, Shrimp Tempura, Indivia Salad, Whole Roasted Chicken Special and the Crème Brûlée. Carmelo made our night unforgettable. Service was 11/10. Will be returning soon!
Sabrina Z — Google review
Love their pizza! it’s totally different from your typical Pizza places. It’s thicker, with a generous layer of mozzarella, and tastes amazing with a great crust. Service was good, although it took a while for our two pizzas to arrive, which might be because we ordered close to closing time. The atmosphere and design of the restaurant are beautiful. If you don’t want to go downtown and want a nice date night without traffic or parking issues, this is going to be your spot. Definitely recommend it. 9/10, cheers!
Hesam E — Google review
This is a tough one, we went there for a birthday. The area and atmosphere gave a more downtown feel for such a small town. We were greeted promptly and didn't have to wait to be seated (We did have reservations). Upon sitting down a very charismatic gentleman by the name of Rob greeted our table and made us feel like we've been there before. Went through the menu with us and answered all questions we had. When it came to the apps, the feelings were split. I felt my beef tartar was not bad but meh, while my friends raved the Burratta was the best they've ever eaten. When we get to the mains, the opinions split. My Swordfish was quite nice, while their bore chop was dry and lustlacking. The other knock is in the sides, they aren't tailored really to the dish and seem like an afterthought. None the less, the meal wasn't the regrettable but nothing special either. What really made the night was Rob. He even offered to sing happy birthday. He is literally one of the best servers I've had in a very very long time. As Milano, the drinks are strong, the food is decent, but the service is world class.

I visited Milano on a Tuesday evening around 7 p.m. We had made a reservation in advance for the dining room, so the seating process was seamless. We were greeted by the hostess upon entry, confirmed our reservation, and were promptly shown to our table. The ambiance was stylish with an upscale vibe. Our table was located in a cozy corner with a sofa that could comfortably seat two, plus a chair for a third person. I appreciated that the table was spacious, with plenty of room for our food and drinks. Menus were already placed on the table when we were seated. Milano offers a standard menu with regular items and a smaller, rotating menu that changes daily, as explained by our server. In terms of pricing, it varies significantly. Most mains start around $30, though I did notice a steak priced at over $200. After we had a moment to review the menu, our server came by to ask about drinks. We requested water and were offered a choice between flat or sparkling. We chose flat, and the server opened a bottled version, which we later discovered cost $10 per bottle. Surprised, we asked if they had regular tap water instead, and the server kindly replaced it for us. As for the food: I ordered the Mushroom Truffle Pasta, which was absolutely delicious. The pasta shape was very enjoyable, though a bit tricky to eat gracefully because of the sauce. However, the abundance of sauce is also what made the dish enjoyable: it was rich, flavorful, and creamy. The portion was satisfying - filling without being too heavy. I especially loved the variety of mushrooms used. I also sampled my companion’s Spicy Rigatoni, which was equally impressive: nicely sauced with a bold kick that added depth to the flavor. All in all, a wonderful experience. My sole complaint was the noise level, as I had a hard time hearing my company throughout my meal. As a result, we often had to repeat ourselves. However, it's not really something within the control of the restaurant staff.

I’ve visited this Milano restaurant many times and always found both the food and service excellent, so I was surprised by today’s experience. Server “Francesco” seemed put off when I asked for tap water right after being seated, he poured only enough for a single sip—unusual since I’ve always been able to get full glass before. We went on to order drinks, appetizers, and mains. The appetizers came in good time, but waited over 30 minutes or so for our main dish. Though I didn’t dwell on the delay, it set a tone. After finishing the main dishes, we requested the bill—but waited another 45 minutes while Francesco repeatedly attended to the table next to us and asked if everything is going good with them. He didn’t ask us not once how our meals were going. Eventually, we asked again and he responded immediately. When we asked to split the bill into three separate payments, he said the restaurant doesn’t allow it, which felt odd because I’ve done it here before. We paid the bill and he didn’t bother to say thank you or have a good night. He just grabbed the money and went on with his evening. Throughout the evening , his demeanor was cold and detached, making what should have been a pleasant evening feel rushed and inattentive.

The atmosphere was high end and the staff was professional and very friendly. The food was amazing with great quality. I highly recommend the zucchini chips.

I am writing this review as a vegetarian who went to Milano for trying mainly their pasta and pizza. I had higher expectations for their spicy rigatoni. The funghii pizza was good. The burrata was okay too, nothing great, in my own opinion. There are other Italian restaurants in Vaughan that do better burrata. Wine was great. Ambience was fantastic . And our server was amazing. They check on you often and you don’t have to look around to order things. Would return to try other things on the menu.

We had an excellent experience last night — both the food and the service were outstanding. Our party of eight included two young children, and the staff took care of them right away. They loved their meals, which made the evening even more enjoyable for everyone. Our server, Pino, was fantastic — friendly, attentive, and spot-on with his cocktail, wine, and food recommendations. We started by sharing a variety of delicious appetizers from both menus, and for my main course, I had the veal chop with mushrooms and truffle. Absolutely incredible! Highly recommend.

Andrea looked after us and was absolutely superb. The ambience was excellent, and he essentially ordered for us—the food was spectacular. It’s about a 40-minute drive from where we live, but well worth it. We’ll definitely be back, and this spot is now officially in our rotation! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Extremely disappointed place, service and food - would not recommend! Visited this restaurant with friends today at 12:30 PM. Despite the dining room being half empty, the service was painfully slow. We spent almost three hours there, and the entire time it felt like we were a burden to the staff. Our server acted like he was doing us a favor every time he came over, never smiled once, and was nearly impossible to flag down. At one point, he even leaned over and bumped into guests at the table with his stomach to reach items, all without a single apology or even a hint of a smile. It was shockingly unprofessional and uncomfortable. Basic service expectations were completely ignored. No one offered us bread, olive oil, vinegar, or even lemon for the water - not even as a paid option. In an Italian restaurant, this is the bare minimum. The lack of attention to these details just added to the overall feeling of neglect. The food was just as disappointing. Each dish took about an hour to arrive - even the simple ones. The grilled calamari was overcooked and bitter. I ordered a whole grilled sea bass, but was served a pile of skinless, boneless fish fillets swimming in oil on a large plate. It looked messy and tasted just as bad - greasy and flavorless. The spaghetti with crab was a tiny portion for $68, with only a little crab that was still in the shell. My friend had to dig it out with a fork herself. The fried calamari and shrimp tasted boiled rather than fried - the batter was soggy and soft, with zero crispness. To make matters worse, several girls felt sick on the way home, which really raises concerns about food safety and quality. I dine out frequently and never write bad reviews, but when an expensive restaurant in Kleinburg delivers such subpar service and food, it deserves to be called out. Strongly do not recommend. Total waste of time and money.
Rita S — Google review
A charming Italian restaurant with dedicated and capable staff that enhance the dining experience the moment you arrive! The pastas are wonderfully dressed in the sauce and are quite rich. Every bite of the meals that were brought on the table brought smiles to everyone's face. The appetizers were good portions to share so were the desserts. This would be a great choice if you'd like to treat someone for a special event.

Fast food restaurant
At Wendy's, customers can enjoy delicious burgers and sides at a fraction of the cost of other dining options. The restaurant is comfortable and accommodating, with knowledgeable and caring staff. In addition to its burgers, Wendy's offers natural cut fries for customers to order at no additional cost. The restaurant is also featured in a 2019 campaign encouraging the use of face masks to protect buyers during outbreaks of the flu.
I stop by Wendy’s every now and then, and it’s honestly one of my favorite fast-food spots. The burgers are always fresh and juicy, and I love the fact that they use square patties—it’s a small detail but makes their burgers stand out from the rest. My go-to is the Dave’s Single, which has the perfect balance of beef, cheese, and fresh veggies. The menu has a nice variety beyond just burgers. The spicy chicken sandwich is one of the best among fast-food chains—it actually has real heat and great flavor. I also appreciate that Wendy’s offers baked potatoes and chili, which you don’t usually find at other places. And of course, you can’t go wrong with their Frosty. Dipping the fries into a chocolate Frosty is a must-try combo. Service here is usually quick and friendly. Even during busy lunch hours, the staff manage to keep the line moving, and my orders are almost always correct. The dining area is kept fairly clean, and the prices are reasonable, especially with their value menu. Overall, Wendy’s delivers exactly what I expect from a fast-food chain—fresh, tasty food that’s affordable and consistent. It’s not fancy, but when you want a satisfying meal on the go, Wendy’s is a solid choice.

The food here is always amazing and the fries are always fresh. The portion sizes are also great however, the prices can be a little expensive. Also, sometimes the staff are rude and very strict about offers on the Wendy’s app. Overall, this place is quite good if you want something nice to eat.

It has been a while since I ate at Wendy's, and now I know why. We stopped here for a bite to eat with the kids after going to WinterFest at Canada's Wonderland. There was heavy advertising for the Bacon Portabella Mushroom Melt, so I gave it a try. I get that advertising pics are never the same as what you actually get, but this was over-the-top. Check out my pics and see for yourself. I thought that I got one of the kids junior burgers at first, it was so tiny. In fact, my burger was smaller, with sparcer toppings, than their juniors. Their burgers were $2.50 vs. mine at almost $10. It was truly unbelievable, shame on you Wendy's!

Located near Aloft Vaughan Mills in the heart of Canada, Southeast Sandwiches is a hidden treasure from Asia that combines Southeast Asian flavors with Western fast food. This restaurant offers a unique dining experience where customers can personalize their meals by selecting from a variety of bases such as buns, brioche, salad bowls, tacos or fry bowls. Their menu highlights include the famous taco trio which consists of three different proteins like tofu, holy shrimp and KFC Korean chicken.
Great sandwich! Good protein options. The bun was soft, definitely had a crust, but it didn't attack my gums. The portion of fries as a side, was huge and much appreciated. I do recommend it.

Visited them on a Tuesday and enjoyed their Tuesday taco and Tuesday nachos (chicken). Was delicious. But if you are health conscious steer away from the nachos as they are deep fried. But otherwise the taste was great and it had awesome guac on the side.

In the past I’ve always ordered take out. Food was okay bc it wasn’t fresh by the time it got to eat it but always wanted to once day dine in bc I knew it would be even better fresh. Today my family and I were in the area and had about 45 mins to kill so we decided to dine in today. And it didn’t disappoint. Calamari was good but def needs to be fried just a tad bit as it didn’t have that crisp I was looking for and a bit soggy for my liking. Brioche Trio ( big belly nelly, KFC, and holy shrimp) Taco trio ( holy shrimp, oh my cod, and moogolgi) All great but the moogogli taco was one of my faves. Loved all the trio’s we got. Cant make up your mind? This was a great way to try a bit of everything.

Very delicious and great portions. There is a variety of ingredients and the workers know what is best paired with what, so I just asked them to decide of the toppings. The tacos I got were gone in a flash. The poppers have a great cheese string pull effects and was paired very well with the cause they give you. The sriracha fries were also delicious and if you are not good with spicy food, they are not hot, it is more tasty spicy than hot spicy. The pork belly sandwich was very filling and everything blended quite well with each other. I would highly recommend coming if you like trying food the fuses cultures together

Do you like fresh buns, tacos, and more? This place definitely got it. Food was great, staff and service was awesome. Lots of great sandwiches and taco options from pulled pork, to beef, to chicken and to seafood. Highly recommended.

Wow. Those fries are to die for. The sandwiches are good. But the fries? Need to just be called Southeast Fries. I don't even have a photo of the fris because I ate them all omg amazing
Chris N — Google review
We decided to try the tacos and the KFC chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich came with a sauce that was super salty—almost like they mistook it for seasoning instead of a condiment. It was a little much, but I managed to power through. On the other hand, the tacos were pretty good! The Holy Shrimp tacos were definitely the highlight of the meal—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Definitely worth the try if you're into seafood. The service, though, was top-notch. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel at home. Despite the hiccups with the chicken sandwich, the overall experience was enjoyable thanks to the great atmosphere and friendly service.
