Okay. So to be fair we came here looking for an East Side Mario's. My wife and her friend were reliving school days. But it has been twenty years. This was here instead. Here where it gets interesting. My daughter has been picky all trip. She hasnt really wanted anything outside what we cooked. My wife and mother asked the waiter what he would recommend for her. He said the butter chicken. The young man was right. My daughter sat up when the dish came and just started to eat. She couldn't finish it but she enjoyed the valiant attempt.

Massive menu with weekend brunch, cocktails for a reasonable price, attentive friendly service! I had the chicken, Caesar wrap and sweet potato fries (upgrade) and my mum had fish and chips but opted for onion rings instead. The place was completely packed when we arrived just after 1 PM on a Saturday- we were shown to a table and chairs that had seen better days but still very comfortable. There are a lot of booths. Interior is kept clean but could use some love. Blow up images of Renaissance art. Very family, friendly and decent portions. It is on the loud side when busy. There is a patio out front overlooking the parking lot and Yonge Street. Our server was wonderful. Would return.

I’ve been here a few times for their fabulous desserts, so I decided to try their lunch menu. Since it was a cold day, the restaurant wasn’t too busy. The decor is homey and inviting, modern with a Mediterranean flair, and the leather-style bench seating is comfy. I started with the side Caesar salad, which was fresh, crisp, cold and a good size. For my main, I went with the Chicken Parmesan - it was titanic. The massive piece of breaded chicken was topped with ooey gooey melted mozzarella and paired with an enormous portion of fettuccine in a rich, savoury meat sauce. It included a funky piece of tasty, angular garlic bread. It took me quite a long time to demolish it. After the main course demo, I had the Fudge Brownie cheesecake for dessert: cool, smooth, sweet, dreamy, creamy texture, and a lovely chocolate sauce drizzle. I can see why it's one of their signature desserts. It paired well with coffee. The service from Dorsa was friendly and attentive. I’ll definitely be back. My only suggestion to the manager is to fix the front door which is not hinged properly and keeps closing with a loud bang. P.S. Don’t forget that from December 14, 2024, to February 15, 2025, restaurants won’t charge the 13% HST, so take advantage while you can!

Delicious food always, service is relatively slower. Patio is great, inside seating is slightly smaller than other Evviva’s in town. Walked in on a Saturday for a brunch. Got seated in a couple of minutes.

The food was very fresh and tasty and our host Benjamin was very attentive to us. I’m glad we came and we will definitely be coming back. The ambiance is beautiful for pictures and dates, so definitely come dressed to impress. We did order quite a bit, but overall you get a lot for what you spend 😌

WORST brunch experience ever. Stay away from this place. If I can give 0 to a place, this is the one. Should have known when you see so many empty tables on a Saturday morning. I ordered a New York Steak and egg and my girlfriend ordered a Sausage, bacon, ham and egg. I asked for medium on my steak and look at the picture. It's more than well done and I found it super hard to even swallow. The yolk was broken on my gf's plate. I have never seen such quality control in any branch restaurant. Such obvious mistake and you still presented to your customer. WOW!! Service is also terrible!! Our waiter was sooo busy on tables inside+tables outside. Others were just chatting near the counter. Never seen him around until we asked him for the bill. No coffee refill (charge $6 for it), no asking on the food. The manager in a white shirt is the worst. She finally came after our bill came and asked about 'how's the food?'. I told her the steak is so well-done and what she responded is just a sorry. No solutions proposed. Ran away like she didn't know what to do. She also had no idea how to allocate tables evenly to people working there. So ridiculous.

This is a great breakfast spot no matter if your meeting friends, having a traditional family breakfast, or even a hanger over breakfast this is a good spot. Staff is welcoming and friendly. We sat out on the patio which has some great shading and space. We got the Blueberry pancakes, and the sunset special (sausage, eggs, pancakes, home fries) The pancakes were the best part. Honestly I would go back just for them. They were soft, airy, fluffy, fresh, crunchy on the outside (just the right amount) and truly a breakfast staple. The eggs I wasn't the biggest fan of...They seemed not the best quality...sausages were good and home fries were good. Would go again but I think next time I would just get pancakes.

Had a good experience here. The staff was very welcoming and the food came in quick. There’s plenty of free parking and the atmosphere is cozy. The hot chocolate was my favourite and while the food wasn’t anything special, it still tasted great and prices are affordable.

We've been going to this location since we move near the area and cannot stop coming back. My husband and I appreciate the family oriented vibe, wonderful atmosphere and friendly and respectful staff. My go to is always Sunny Super and my husband's is their omelets, we always share the servings with our little one and she loves every bite. The amount of servings for the price is worth it!! Horrible Christmas brunch. DONT EVER GO HERE. Came here today for brunch. Called today today before I went to ask if it was really busy they told us no. We went got seated right away. We ordered food and I asked for my potatoes to get well done they said we don’t do that. Which I thought was weird since I’ve been there so many times before. Then I asked to speak with the manger who was standing at the cash right I didn’t of me. I saw the servers tell him and he never came. Even when I saw he wasn’t busy. Which is VERY RUDE. At this point I was waiting for about 30-35 minutes nothing. The tables beside me finally started to get there orders so it gave us hope. I finally ask the waiter hey like honestly are we soon if not we can go. He said the cook put sausage instead of turkey bacon but he’s gonna replace it. I was revolted. I said I don’t eat pork and why would they not change the whole meal since it already was added to the full plate. Disgusting. If I wanted pork I would have ordered it. We saw them do it and try and change it before our eyes. We were sitting at table number 2. Even took pictuers. The other sunset grill at weston rd is amazing and the service. Never went to a Resturant where they tell you can’t order well done home fries or well done turkey bacon.

Just had our favourite breakfast! Our waitress Dana was amazing! She was so attentive and made sure our food was brought when it was hot! And boy was it delicious!, We enjoyed the scrambled eggs , homefries, and the bacon and sausage cooked to perfection! Our toast was warm and came with the meal! Sometimes it isn't! So I was very pleased! I highly recommend this restaurant because the food is always outstanding! You won't be disappointed! I'm off work this summer and intend to bring my family and friends too! Server was polite at first. Another worker asked us to switch seats 5 minutes after placing our order to make space for a larger group. Food was ok, potatoes seemed as they were precooked hours ago. When it came to payment, the waiter chuckled and made a comment about which one of us is paying when I turned the machine towards myself. Don’t think I’ll be coming back.

I never had a sweet and savoury breakfast before and Cora's Louis the Undecided (bacon, eggs and crepes with strawberries and nutella) was a revelation. I never wanted the toast but took it anyway. They give out free jams and a peanut butter spread (which other restaurants do not offer PB's). The whipped cream was a great addition and made me enjoyed the food more. Home fries is so-so. I loved my bacon and eggs. I love that their menu boast of healthy options and tried to include fruits on every entree. Will definitely be back to try other food in the menu. This breakfast place is more on a costly side (not cheap). I also like the yellow colour of the store as it brings out summer and has a homey atmosphere.

On a Sunday morning I was surprised to see how empty this location was at 10am. We did notice it was really cold inside my wife had to put on a sweater. We waited a little to get our coffees however the food came out fast of course. My waffle was great but the potatoes could be better. My wife liked her eggs and pancakes but she preferred my waffle. Not a bad experience overall.

This was my second visit to Cora, and it didn't disappoint. Though it takes a while for the server to take order, we were a group of 6, so that meant more time to chit chat before our order arrived. The food was good as usual with fresh fruit served with the dishes ( as per the menu). I didn't love the size of the gluten-free bread served along the meals ...refer attached pics...and yes would that they could have more options for chicken lovers ..had to substitute mine skillet order with turkey as they had no option for a chicken substitution for that particular dish. Rest, plenty of parking, friendly staff and all happy faces around.

If you’re nostalgic like me you’ll love this place, eating, gazing at old photos and listening to old 60’s music is just heaven. The Traditional bangers breakfast was a good amount servings of fried homefries it’s crunchy outside and soft inside but lacks of flavour, overeasy done right and choices of rye or white. Bangers was delicious but the eggs lacked of any seasoning and that’s why there’s salt & pepper. The coffee was proper and extra whipped butter can be requested. There’s two washrooms in the basement and no lift. There’s a small patio and also stools by the counter for extra seating. There’s two Staff works in synchronized manner. There’s also free wifi. Sadly not wheelchair accessible.

I just ate breakfast here today. It was the "Traditional Breakfast Special" that comes with free coffee! This is such great value and the food was delicious. Also, I got my breakfast in 5 minutes and the staff were awesome. I love the retro vibe as well.

It’s right on my way to work, and honestly, it's the only place I'll go for breakfast. I always grab takeout, but every time I walk in, the vibe just makes me want to stay. It’s got this cool retro feel, and they’re always playing old school bangers like, the kind that somehow makes you forget you're running late. But what really keeps me coming back is the customer service. The waitress is always smiling, super chill, never rushed. Breakfast is great, service is even better, and the whole experience just hits different. Highly recommend. What a very pleasant and beautiful restaurant. We drove in from out of town and chose Vaughn City Grill based on its reputation and reviews. We met Susie and John the owners and were served by Camilla. What an absolute wonderful experience. They are immediately friendly. Now to the food, The Big Breakfast, The Baconator, The Western Sandwich and The Meat Lovers Omelete are absolutely to die for. The home fries are mind blowing. The portion sizes are amazing. The value for quality is like nothing I've experienced in a very long time. Truly an amazing experience and restaurant. We will be attending again and again. Every now and then you come across someone and someplace extraordinary and that is the VCG!!!! Our server Alex was truly amazing - and Suzie and John made me feel like I was sitting at their kitchen table!!!! If you don’t go out of your way ( I came from tampa fl ) to visit the VCG - you will have left one of life’s little secrets behind!!!! I can’t wait to come back - to come back home!!!

The food here is always amazing and the fries are always fresh. The portion sizes are also great however, the prices can be a little expensive. Also, sometimes the staff are rude and very strict about offers on the Wendy’s app. Overall, this place is quite good if you want something nice to eat.

It has been a while since I ate at Wendy's, and now I know why. We stopped here for a bite to eat with the kids after going to WinterFest at Canada's Wonderland. There was heavy advertising for the Bacon Portabella Mushroom Melt, so I gave it a try. I get that advertising pics are never the same as what you actually get, but this was over-the-top. Check out my pics and see for yourself. I thought that I got one of the kids junior burgers at first, it was so tiny. In fact, my burger was smaller, with sparcer toppings, than their juniors. Their burgers were $2.50 vs. mine at almost $10. It was truly unbelievable, shame on you Wendy's!

Can't follow instructions for example -no tomatoes, they put tomatoes. -paid for extra bacon, they remove all bacon. -ask and paid for extra nugget sauce not one sauce was put in bag. These guys will find ways to mess up the orders, and non of the managers do anything about all these issues!!

Yesterday I have bought the new takis meal. I’m sitting on my toilet right now from how sick I feel. It was the worst sandwich I ever had aswell and there fries were even worse. Will never be attending here again. Service was terrible aswell

Menu is extensive and they offer vegan and vegetarian options too which is a rarity in breakfast places. The pancakes were perfect for my liking and on the sweeter side even the plain ones. I liked their sausage links. More meaty and saltier compared to other commercialized breakfast places. They also offer lunch and dinner options. Their homefries are crispy and addicting. They have a space for parties decorated with faux flowers and grass. The interior is more of a bar vibe. The service is fast and efficient.

This place is phenomenal! The food and the staff are absolutely fantastic. I had the pork schnitzel sandwich and the lentil soup, which were by far the best I've ever had. The servings were very generous, as I left full and with half a sandwich leftover. I highly recommend this place if you are in the area.

Came here for lunch, and this was probably one of the best Pork Schnitzel Sandwiches I've ever had! Was fresh and hot out of the fryer, sauce and slaw were amazing and the portion size was huge! Family run business, super nice, super friendly, always have a smile on their faces and food is priced great for the amount you get! I heard about the place on TikTok and here I am! It was a super hot day outside so stepping inside was perfect. The barista was super friendly and made my iced latte very quickly. Almost too quickly as it tasted like it was a very milk heavy concoction and no taste of espresso. The baking did shine through. The foccacia on the sandwich was soft and gave way to the pistachio, which was remarkably flavorful. The mortadella was a great choice and reminded me of the Bourdain sandwich in the best way. The pastries were super flaky and the pain au chocolate was extremely good, a solid filling and folded very very well with notes of butter. A really good option for baking but marred by its coffee!

I get the hype. Such a great spot with so many tempting treats and some sandwiches that look awesome for a savoury breakfast or lunch. The pastry in all of the pastry was soft perfectly cooked. Nice super crisp bite each time. I always opt for coffee and tea flavours and a nice coffee flavour in each pastry. And filled… literally bursting with each bite once you break that perfect exterior. It does get messy because of how filled it is, so ensure you have some type of plate or use whatever the pastries come in to keep all that filling from being wasted. Parking is not enough for how viral this spot has gotten since the pandemic. A steady stream of customers keeps coming and when the line subsides, another set of customers comes funneling in. However, they do go through customers fairly quickly. Service was great. Even with the amount of customers coming through, I was never rushed into making a decision. I would just let customers know I am still deciding and let them go first. Great job overall.

Best croissants I've ever had! Incredibly flaky on the outside and soft on the inside. Perfect amount of butter, and the flavors of almond and pistachio are strong. It's not overly sweet either. You can tell there's an incredible attention to detail in their work. It's the perfect croissant.

Just moved here from NYC and I’ve been in the hunt for my go to cafe. I have definitely found it I am a sourdough lover and baker myself so it’s great to have access to a place that makes it right! In addition to delicious treats! I have been a few times and have not been disappointed. The long lines and busyness gives it away as well! We love the iced vanilla latte and flat whites. Lemonades are also refreshing!

One of the best bakeries in the city!!! They offer an incredible range—from artisanal pastries and fresh bread to frozen cheesecakes, chicken pies, and sandwiches. Their Caprese and turkey sandwiches are both excellent. The cherry on top? They serve coffee made with De Mello beans. Expect a line on weekends, but it moves quickly. Absolutely worth the drive to Vaughan!

Lately though, we’ve noticed a subtle dip in quality: fillings seem less abundant, and that signature substance doesn't quite match past glory. Here's hoping they reclaim their gold standard soon and keep that original magic for their customers.

Their pastries totally lived up to the reviews! We had the almond twice-baked and the pistachio twice-baked croissants, and they were some of the best we’ve ever had. Can’t wait to try more of their pastries next time!

Went there for the first time as a visitor, and was impressed by the service and the atmosphere. Fun cozy place, with lots of room and fun design. I was there for breakfast, cause it was 8am, and it was good, but I’d be willing to go again try something else. Lots of fun decor that you’ll see and lots of booths which I love to tables. Makes the diner feel like one.

I recently visited Wimpy’s for breakfast, and while the food was okay, the service left much to be desired. Our waitress, an older lady, unfortunately, didn’t make us feel welcome from the start. She didn’t greet us with any warmth and seemed uninterested in providing a pleasant experience. This really stood out because the other waitress, a middle-aged lady, was the complete opposite—she was attentive, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about the customers’ satisfaction. It felt like our waitress might have been having an off day, but even so, when you're spending money on breakfast, you expect a certain level of courtesy and attention. Good service can really set the tone for a meal, and unfortunately, our experience was dampened by the lack of engagement. Breakfast is meant to be a relaxing and enjoyable start to your day, but this experience didn’t quite hit that mark. It’s a shame because a little friendliness and care would’ve gone a long way in making this a much more pleasant visit.

Been here a few times with my family. Food is good. Want to give a big shout out to our server, Leanne! She's fantastic! Always friendly and gives quick service with a smile. Makes sure we are happy with our meal, if we're not happy, she's quick to make it right. I really appreciate how she always talks to my elderly parents and makes sure they're ok. This is one of the most fun and lively diner chains in the heart of Thornhill. The food here is absolutely fantastic. I ordered the turkey club sandwich, which was hearty and delicious. The portion of fries is beyond massive and was served nice and hot. Despite having a hearty appetite, I could barely finish the meal because it was so large. The staff are friendly and attentive. The decor is 50s-inspired with a Marvel theme. It's a great place to go if you're hungry!

I came in craving their mussels, but unfortunately, they no longer have them on the menu. So we decided to try the fish tacos — they’re drizzled with Thai sauce, so I should have guessed they’d be just okay for my taste. What really made the visit worth it was our server, Darcy. He was absolutely amazing — super attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond with service. The highlight was how sweet he was in customizing my dessert exactly how I wanted it: just ice cream and strawberries, plus a waffle, no sauce, nothing extra. It was perfect. Service like Darcy’s is why I’ll definitely be coming back again. Thank you, Darcy!

Symposium Cafe's seafood pasta has been my go-to comfort food for 10+ years. And a decade later, it still hits. Was my first time at this location but it won't be my last!

The pasta wasent very tasty my friend and I both thought the pasta dishes weren’t tasty and that the sauces didn’t match well with the type of pasta it was. The dessert and lattes were amazing thought definitely would come back just for dessert and the spinach dip was also very tasty just presentation could look better but the dessert was immaculate and the presentation was spectacular I just wish the pasta dishes were also but overall I would say 4/5 the place was stunning amazing environment and staff everyone was very polite and friendly.

Went in for breakfast on a Thursday morning. They weren't that busy so service was really quick. Our server was really friendly. The meals are reasonably priced. And if you really wanna try something try the carrot cake. They serve really huge slices. I had 3 eggs breakfast meal. I didn't really like my hashbrowns although they were tasty, they were a bit on the hard side. They seem to have specials daily. I really wanna check out Thursdays Date night!!

We came here on a weekend for breakfast. The place is pretty spacious with lots of tables. We ordered the pancakes with fruits and Benedict 3 egg with goat cheese. Both were really well designed and fresh, however the pancakes were average in terms of softness and the benedict had too much cheese which outweighed the taste of the sauce. The coffee was very fresh and its refill unlimited. The table had all the sides, like jams and peanut butter and syrup. The lady who served us was super nice and cheerful. The service was really fast although it got packed very quickly. The good point is there is free parking outside.

Stopped by here for some brunch - decent food and good value, good customer service, and was able to find a table for two right away on a Saturday around noon.

I love coming here with my wife. This is an awesome and very relaxed place to have some breakfast. The only hiccup was right at the beginning. Unfortunately we weren't greeted when we walked in and had to ask for the host. While most folks won't make a big deal out of this, it IS important. It's good service and hospitality to welcome each of your guests and sets the bar for the service right at the beginning. Thst said, the remainder of our experience was wonderful. We were seated fairly quickly and offered coffee and menus right after. Our server was Amillia, probably one of the nicest and most genuine servers we've ever had. And not even here - at any of the hundreds of restaurants we've visited. She was awesome - pretty funny too 😂 Never let the cups run dry of coffee and got the food to us as quickly as it came out. The food itself was great too. Nice to have some fruit with your breakfast. Everything was hot and fresh tasting. Eggs were made to order. Bread was fresh and meats were grilled perfectly. The atmosphere was a bit drab honestly. Kinda felt like a retirement home or grandma's house. But given how many of those are in the area it makes sense. That said everything was clean and looked well maintained so that's a good thing to see. Overall it's a great breakfast spot, good service, good food and it won't destroy your wallet. Highly recommended and looking forward to come back.

Like the meal packages options- gives you an opportunity to taste a cross section of options and share it. We had the meal for 2 which was perfect. The choc chip pancakes were soft, not too sweet as was the waffle with fruit. I also appreciated that they were willing to replace the meat accompaniments (to the omelette) with a vegetarian option (red bean cutlets). Great service too

I had buckwheat crepes with cream cheese, apples and caramel sauce. Something was off. It tasted terrible. The caramel did not taste like caramel. The whole dish was not sweet, but off. I don't know why I did not return it. Perhaps I was too polite. I won't go back to that location.

I honestly have been to many different locations and if you are not into super sweet crepes there's nothing that really sets Cora apart from any other places. Price wise it isn't too bad compared to other places these days. There is a option to sort of make your own which is nice. The portions are decently sized. The coffee is okay but they keep coming to refill your cup which is great. Plenty of parking and services quick.

I was here for the first time in Canada Day, which I think made an exception for the lack of crowds here, because I am sure that on any other Sunday, this cute restaurant is always filled. the two drinks were standard, made fresh! the meals themselves were amazing fresh and tasty. I got the omelette with peppers, mushrooms and onions and it was so delicious. the bagel that came in the side is such a bonus, it was fresh and I got to choose the cream cheese to put on it. my girlfriend’s lox was also just as fresh and the diy bagel had a generous portion of all ingredients. we also shared the challah french toast because it is a must according to my gf and I will also be living by that - definitely a must, the challah makes it soft and the flavour is packed. a really good sweet side to have with a savoury bagel platter. I will definitely be visiting what a bagel again and if I can get a seat, the restaurant space was so nice and comfortable!

Amazing Breakfast & Fresh Bagels! I had breakfast with a fresh bagel, scrambled eggs, and salad—everything was fresh and delicious. While there’s no meat protein option full stop, the meal was satisfying, and the price point was spot on. The setup is great: one side is a restaurant, and the other is a grocery/bagel shop where you can grab freshly made bagels (they even make them on the spot!). If you're looking for a fantastic breakfast or just incredible bagels, I’d recommend this spot.

The eatery is located right beside the bakery so the bread or bagels that are ordered as part of one's meal have been freshly baked. The menu has a huge number of selections for all tastes. The food is delicious and prepared quickly, without long waits. Service is excellent, quick and efficient. Several salad options, with large portions, and very delicious. Coffee can be refilled as many times as one would like. Delicious custom omelettes. Wait times can be somewhat longer on certain holidays (eg. Father's day), or around lunchtime (there is a high school across the road), so you need to come early. You will often run into someone you know from the neighbourhood and surrounding area. A wonderful place for breakfast or lunch. Highly recommended!

I came here 2 weeks ago and Edita was my server. She was great, very nice, and provided fast service. I didn’t know what to order and she recommended me smoked salmon avocado toast and it was really great ! It was my first time coming to this location and I will for sure come back again.

I stopped by here for brunch and ordered the “threesome”. It came with two eggs anyway, two sausages, French toast, 2 watermelons and complimentary brioche toast. The presentation of the food was quite lack luster which is why I gave it the rating I did. With regards to taste, it tasted the way it looked. The food was okay. In total I spent 27$ which I don’t think was worth it. The ingredients weren’t anything special. There wasn’t any flavour, and it was definitely something I could just make at home. could spend the same amount at pür & simple for brunch and have better food, service, ambiance and flavours. The service was good but not exceptional. The workers were very kind to me! I was babysitting and had a child with me so he had lunch inside the restaurant. I also needed to charge my phone somewhere and they allowed me to charge it on the condiments stand. There weren’t any issues with the aforementioned things, which put me at ease. Typically, restaurants won’t allow that. With regards to ambiance, I appreciate good lighting so I wasn’t the most pleased and in good spirits for brunch to eat here. Overall, I wouldn’t go back or recommend it to anyone who also fancies a chic and refreshing brunch.

The food here was really good, but unfortunately the service left me disappointed. I ordered the Sunrise Smoothie, which was supposed to have strawberries, mango, banana, pineapple, and vanilla Greek yogurt. Instead, all I could taste were strawberries and yogurt. Smoothies are usually consumed with a straw, so you don’t always notice the flavor balance right away. When I realized I wasn’t enjoying it, I let my server know. She later informed me it couldn’t be replaced because I had consumed about half — but in my view, it wasn’t made properly in the first place. To make matters worse, the smoothie was overfilled and oozing out when it arrived, which wasn’t pleasant. It’s a shame, because I came in ready to have a great experience and possibly become a regular customer, but this left me deciding not to return.

I went to brunch here with my sister and it was amazing! A little bit of a wait for food but so so worth it! Our server Anna was incredible! Lovely crew there altogether! Their Eggs Florentine was delicious!

The food was super good, and my steak was cooked perfectly. I also like their bread and potato edges. The atmosphere was great and their patio looks fantastic! Boom is a charming place with very tasty food. An environment for those who want to meet up with friends, have breakfast with others or alone. The restaurant is next to Eglinton Park and has close access to the bus terminal and metro station, as well as an easy stop for taxis and other transport. The place does not have adequate accessibility for customers using wheelchairs or walkers, as there is no space for tables for chairs or space for walkers. Additionally, the lower hall has. a small staircase for access and access to the toilets is also provided by stairs, in addition to the absence of adapted toilets. For those with children, they have some highchairs for feeding. It is important to emphasize that it is not about arriving and entering. You need to wait a few moments for the tables to be organized and for the person in charge to come and guide you. For spring and summer days, they have a deck outside. Friendly and quick service at the table, and food is usually served very quickly! Tasty food, well presented and wonderful coffee. It's very worth knowing.

Slow despite being empty. Usually this place is great and have been coming here for years. Waited 30-40 minutes for food. Maybe a cook called in sick but i ain't coming back. The food was good, but not worth the wait. Probably overloaded with uber eats orders. And typically businesses prioritize the take out orders.

Service is fast and food is great. We usually get their "Build your own grand slam" when we visit on the weekends. Their pancakes are awesome - always. Have tried their cinnamon pancakes as well and they are delicious. I would say they do their breakfast and sweet items the best. Staff are very polite, willing to make substitutions and very fast. I especially appreciated their coffee service - they never let the coffee get cold. Prices are reasonable - we pay usually around $50 for two people with tip.

First time visit and I love it already. The atmosphere feels like you're in a movie and something exciting is about to happen. All the wait staff greeted me as I entered, felt so special, maybe it's the Canadian hospitality or maybe it's just the Gordo's Diner Way but whatever it is, I really enjoyed that. I have a personal bias for eggs benedict so I had to absolutely have that with hot chocolate. I appreciate being served water too. I would 10/10 come back.

I have been coming to this restaurant on a weekly basis for over 6 years. Most of their customers are regulars. The owners, Min and James, are the MOST wonderful people. The food is EXCELLENT, always delicious no matter what you order. The prices are very reasonable. The staff is friendly, efficient, and attentive. Food always comes out quickly and is fresh. I cannot say enough great things about this restaurant. As long as they are here I will continue to come and support them. Gordo’s is 100% amazing!!

me and my husband came to eat here when we went to canada’s wonderland and our hotel was right next to the diner so that was a plus. i had the inside out grilled cheese with fries and a milkshake and everything was just on point! i absolutely loved the fries and my husband loved his whole meal too. i 100% recommend this place it was awesome

Tried this place for the first time even though I always see it. I think I’d only go back to grab bagels but not necessarily for a sit down breakfast or brunch. The eggs were pretty overcooked for my liking. Bagel was good but I don’t think I’d get this option again.

I waited to write this review because I reached out to the owner who in turn did not respond: A group of us went to this restaurant a few weeks ago, sat down, got our drinks… so far, so good. All I wanted was a simple tuna bagel and a diet coke. No frills, no extras, just tuna inside of a bagel. Apparently, that was too much to ask. The waitress insisted I must order the full platter for $17 complete with onions, tomatoes, and cucumbers I specifically didn’t want. When I asked why it’s available for takeout but not for dine-in, her answer was basically, “Because that’s the way it is.” So, I pulled a plot twist: I ordered the tuna bagel from their takeout for $8 , sat back down with my group, to enjoy my illegal sandwich. That’s when the manager swooped in and told me I wasn’t allowed to eat my tuna bagel at the table and would have to eat it outside of the establishment. Yes … you read that right. I was threatened to get kicked out for contraband bagel ingestion. Honestly, this is one of the most absurd, penny-pinching policies I’ve ever seen. They’d rather ruin a group’s meal than sell a $8 bagel without a $10 side of unwanted vegetables. The chutzpah! If you like dishonest policies, hostile management, and overpriced bagels, you’ll love this place. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

I work across the street at Movement Sports Medicine + Physiotherapy and frequent this Bagel World often. The young gentleman at the front who makes my to go sandwiches is always so pleasant and accommodating as is the young woman who works the cash and also makes food at the front. The food is fresh and the staff are excellent. I'm always happy to walk in here for a quick bite between patients!

They cooked my scrambled eggs just the way I like, the vegetables/fruits beside my bagel were fresh, and my sesame bagel was crispy. Both myself and my guest really enjoyed the food here. The tea was also quite tasty, as they have sugar, brown sugar, Sweet and Low, as well as Splenda sweeteners.

The eggs are fantastic. I do not like the flat bagels, and honestly the regular bagels are too big and dry. Would much prefer a Montreal-style bagel.

Very good bagels. They have a different style than most bagel places in the area. These tend to be more soft and fluffy, especially their specialty twister bagel. Good value for the breakfast bagels as they will include sliced veggies with the bagel and cream cheese.

Went here for lunch with my girlfriend, was looking to grab a bagel in and out while having somewhere to sit and enjoy the weather. The older lady serving us immediately gave us attitude, which should’ve told me to get up and leave from the start. All we wanted was a bagel with cream cheese and lox, something that should take at most 10 minutes in take out. 30 mins after we order this lady brings me all the ingredients separately in a plate, then is upset when I have clarify what I had asked for. The nail in the coffin was what I had to pay for it all. Two bagels and a cappuccino cost me $60 with HST and tip (for extremely poor service may I add). For some reason you pay double when buying a bagel for dine in compared to take out- and they expect you to make it yourself! I talked to the owner and instead of offering me a fair price as the waitress failed to explain the pricing to me when I sat down, he told me that was that and offered me a voucher for my next time dining. Absolutely ridiculous service for mediocre food.

Got seated and waited for 30 minutes to be served at least the menu. Called the server and they brushed us off. Other customers were served after us. Neglect would be the word of the day. Poor service.

Came with the family before wonderland opened. We were greeted by a very friendly and sweet waitress name Tea. She recommended some dishes and our family loved everything. French connection, sunset super with the pancakes and I had the meat lovers wrap. Everything was absolutely delicious! They are so fast and efficient and we appreciate that with 2 young kids. We definitely recommend this spot and ask for Tea! Shes the absolute best!

“SUNSET GRILL” One of the best place for all day breakfast. Some of the best vegetarian options are Avacado Toast 🥑 Grilled Cheese Sandwich 🥪 Vegetarian Hash. All these dishes are served with home cut fries and Hash is served with veggies and guacamole 🥑 In desserts you can have Pan cakes (Chico chip and plain) and Waffles 🧇 Well, not too many options for coffee but overall a very good place to have breakfast or brunch.

Friendly staff and quick service. Very efficiently run. The food tasted good. Coffee could have been a little bit more fresh but arrived relatively near closing time so can't complain. Ordered the classic breakfast with hash browns, toast and sausage as well as the poutine. Surprisingly really good!

If you want to watch your food, sit on a hot plate while people who came in after you get served before you, this is the breakfast place for you! I ordered the Eggs Sunset, which is their version of an eggs Benedict, and well, the picture says it all. If I wanted hard-boiled eggs with back bacon and an English muffin, I could have done far better at home. When the manager was asked why we were waiting over 20+ minutes for our food while it was ready and waiting on plate warmer. He became hostile and did not maintain eye contact while telling the individual that it was "fine and not to worry about it." I gave the atmosphere 2 stars only because the patrons at this location were kind, not even the staff.

No frills type breakfast restaurant, very reasonably priced compare to nearby alternatives. Decent breakfast selections and servers were hospitable too.

If it wasn't for the nice and friendly service and other food items that were good, I would give this 1 star. We paid $15.45 plus tax for this "avocado toast breakfast" and the avocado was barely on the bread, it tasted sour, not fresh, and processed. The egg and bread was fine, but the home fries were not made well. Overall, I would not get this item again and advise either this location or Aroma overall to re-evaluate this item and the quality of it if they are gonna charge such a price.

This place has a serious hygiene problem. The floor dirty and Brocken, the washroom is nasty 🤢 Kids come there and do homework so it’s loud and crowded. They don’t clear the tables! I had to clear the plate that left from previous visitors, and all others that came had to do the same, that’s not normal! I rather go to Starbucks than this place. The was good but who knows what they do in the back of the front looks like that 😔

I went today to get my favorite drink; the iced chocolate. I was so excited and looked forward to it all day that I would get to go and get it because I love it so much. I got there and was met with rude staff, who refused to serve me and was looking on their phone. I am a teenage girl and was confused but then realized maybe they didn’t like me because I was a teenager. I didn’t let that stop me and i ordered from the machine, but then when they handed me my drink, it was definitely not what I had ordered. I sent it back for them to only give me the exact same thing and was met with a lot of attitude. The staff used to be so nice and I am very disappointed. I did not drink my drink and will be leaving a more thorough complaint.

This review is for delivery/takeout. I am a regular in store & never had an issue bc you can just complain about burnt food. I guess they like to send the cancerous stuff out to delivery customers who can’t just send it back to kitchen. This is the second time I’ve received burned sausages. Also don’t expect whoever does delivery to care to add condiments you request. Food is otherwise good in store. DO NOT GET DELIVERY.

I had an amazing experience at Sunset Grill. The food was fresh, delicious, and served quickly I especially loved the avocado toast and the perfectly cooked eggs. The atmosphere was bright and welcoming, and the staff were super friendly and attentive, making sure everything was just right. It’s the perfect place for a relaxed breakfast or brunch with friends or family. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great food and great service!

We ordered from Uber Eats. Calazone Salmon salad Two scoops of chocolate ice cream. Problems and why I gave two star rating: A. No cutlery - are we expected to eat ice cream or salmon salad with our fingers? B. Ice cream came in plastic container. Yes. No styrofoam. We SIPPED the melted ice cream and pretended it was chocolate milk. C. Salmon salad was salty with sesame. D. Calazone Was a nice size but burnt on top. Filling was ok, not "delicious".

A perfect location to catch up with friends and family. The staff are super welcoming/friendly and the food was a delicious treat! Loved the coffee with a lovely refreshing ice cream touch! I think you need to open a branch in Yonge and Eglinton!

Update:got severe food poisoning from here, been on the toilet for days now. Quality has gone way downhill over the years. Tastes revolting now. Didn’t even give us cutlery either with the food, had to go back. Pasta used to be good here years ago. Overpriced for bad qual.

Great kosher food options. They only have 2 servers, imagine having full dinein, and only 2 servers, it's hard to manage. They deserve a good tip, some restaurants minimum is 18%; good thing they still have the 15%. All servers deserved it, esp their pay is below minimum. That's the only benefit they have for working so hard.

Really disappointed in this cafe. I walked in with my daughter and her baby in a carriage. Guess how many ppl were there at about 2:30 p.m.? No one at all. So there's no excuses like "we were so busy" etc. My daughter and I sat. And sat. Two waitresses were having an animated conversation. From the kitchen we could hear a man shouting commands. After 6-7 minutes of waiting I called to one of the waitresses if we could receive menus. She brought one over plus a pitcher of water which was nice. As we studied the menus the man in the kitchen began ranting louder and louder. Now the two waitresses were shouting back at him. This was NOT very conducive to the fun Mother and Daughter Luncheon we had hoped for. We got up and left. Both waitresses saw us leave .

Kid friendly. Food was overpriced and did not taste good. They added a 15% tip for a 2 person table. Weird. Would never come back.

First time going to this restaurant, wanted to take my family out for brunch. The service here was good, but when we got our meal everything seemed to be fine at first asked for mayo on the side he brings a full bottle and there was a hair on it, at that point I was really turned off of everything I started looking at my food really hard to make sure I didn't say any hair. The french fries was amazing, no grease at all. The burger was okay different but okay. My son had the grand slam burger he said he liked it, my mother got the salmon and avocado in a skillet she said it wasn't bad. But when I was going to pay for everything at the end in my son coleslaw container why did I see another hair, it's extremely important to have on hair net or if you have hair on your arms to where long sleeve after that experience I will not go back, its so unfortunate I don't like giving bad reviews I like to help restaurant and the public but I have to tell the truth!

Amazing food, can’t count how many times I been here, took everyone I know here because the food is just great. Service could be very slow especially at peak hours. But overall it’s worth. Steak & eggs and Steak benny is my go to order. Desserts are great as well!

i'm obsessed with Kotsy's! every Sunday for over a two years now, i've been going to this gem and it's always a treat. the food is top notch, the service is lightning fast, and our server knows our order by heart, it's like family! what really impresses me is that they're open 365 days a year, even on holidays when everyone else is closed. the value is unbeatable, with generous portions at prices that can't be beat. if you're looking for a breakfast spot that's reliable and delicious, Kotsy's it is. 10/10 would recommend!

Our waitress, Kim, was fantastic, and Chef John did an amazing job with the food. The entire staff was friendly and courteous, always greeting us with a smile. The diner has a charming atmosphere that takes you back to the 50s and 60s, which brought back wonderful memories for me. The portions were generous, and everything was delicious. We appreciated how frequently the staff checked in to see if we needed coffee refills or if everything was okay. The place was clean and welcoming, making it perfect for families. Overall, we were very pleased with our meal and the exceptional service we received. Kotsy Diner is definitely a place we plan to return to, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great dining experience!

Great spot for breakfast. I stopped in by myself on a Saturday morning and was seated and served right away! I got the big breakfast which had the perfect variety of all the favourite breakfast options!

Came home after a long shift and just wanted to enjoy some food. Ordered a Junior Chicken McValue Meal with a Regular Chocolate Cheesecake McFlurry through Uber Eats. The McFlurry was completely missing, fries all over and the bag wasn’t even sealed properly. After a long day, this is the last thing you want to deal with. Uber Eats refused a refund, and McDonald’s clearly didn’t double-check the order. Really disappointing experience.

By far the most repulsive McDonald's location I've visited. I don't know how they pass their health inspections but I'll be reporting them. Washrooms and drink/condiment station were absolutely crawling with flies. Not just a few. Like hundreds of flies, everywhere. Trash cans were overflowing and the restaurant wasn't even busy. Floor and tables were sticky and obviously not clean. Fries were clearly re-fried and all crunchy. This location does not care. At all. I'm surprised corporate doesn't do anything about this.

It is one of the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Order off of the app and yet never get my order right. Order bacon egg McGriddle and get sausage egg McGriddle. The last time I went to the front counter - my app order number appeared on the screen when I arrived. The manager told her staff that they forgot to clear the screen. Must have good stats but who cares about service. My order number was wiped off of the screen but I had to wait another 6 more minutes for my order. The photo on the left was taken at 9:04am and the other picture of my order was taken at 9:10am. Manager more concerned about the stats than quick accurate service. And I forgot to check my order - I was missing my Egg BLT McMuffin. TERRIIBLE!!! Had to toss my coffee because I couldn’t drink coffee on an empty stomach.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience . I ordered a cheese and egger and specifically mentioned multiple times that I want cheese and egg. My order was confirmed three times – including twice at the window, yet I was still given a meat-containing product. This is completely unacceptable. As a vegetarian, this has caused us emotional and mental distress, and we take this very seriously. When we pointed out the mistake, the only response we received was a refund – no apology, no explanation, and no assurance that steps would be taken to avoid this happening again. We requested that the incident be investigated, if there is any way that you guys have recorders or cameras at the drive-thru. We want to know how such a mistake happened despite repeated confirmations. McDonald’s needs to take greater responsibility for dietary preferences and restrictions. This isn't just a customer service issue; it's a matter of trust, health, and ethics. Please address this properly and ensure it does not happen to anyone else.

Do not eat here! The dirtiest MacDonald's ever. There's napkins and straws scattered all over the floor, the tables are not wiped down and the drink station is in a really poor state and messy. And it's not even busy, so staff is chatting and laughing but no one comes out to clean the eating area. The washrooms are filthy and are missing toilet paper. I also noticed a staff member making burgers touching food with his bare hands, no gloves! This place needs to be investigated by a health department.

The person who took my order did not behave nicely. I wasn’t trying to be difficult; I just didn’t know how to order properly. Instead of helping, she showed frustration. Her uniform looked different from the others, maybe she is a senior staff member. I am not happy with her attitude.

Absolutely terrible service at this McDonald’s. We specifically ordered two ice creams—one caramel and one chocolate. I double-checked the order twice to make sure they got it right. Instead, they messed it up completely. We got one caramel and the other one was just plain ice cream with no chocolate at all. When we asked them to fix it, they literally dumped the plain ice cream into a cup, threw a spoonful of chocolate on top, and called it a day. We even have photos of this nonsense. Honestly, it was a ridiculous experience and a complete joke.

Toronto is a multicultural city with people of all language levels and accents, and everyone deserves respect regardless of their English proficiency. I visited this restaurant with my girlfriend, and when I placed my order with a staff member, she asked several questions. However, due to her heavy accent, I had to ask her to repeat some questions. Instead of being understanding, she responded with a dismissive look and a condescending head shake, as if to imply my English was the problem. She also raised her voice in frustration. I didn’t say anything at the time, but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a restaurant. I have no intention of returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Businesses like this should prioritize customer service and interactions. Additionally, the food quality was just average.

Very tasty, very nice. The iced coffee was great (and very nicely priced) and the barbacoa is delicious. The service was high quality and our food came out quickly. I liked the pancakes, the style is my ideal pancake.

Eggsmart was a big surprise to me. The food was delicious and the price was right. The fruit was fresh. The eggs amazing. All types of dishes to choose. Great place for a romantic down to earth date and or bring the entire family. Thumbs Up for sure. I will go back when I'm in the Toronto area. The service was top Notch like going to a fine done restaurant dressed in a suit. Here you can dress comfortable casual and feel right at home.

Went here on a Sunday, they were EXTREMELY short staffed. Given that it was a Sunday after the thunderstorm, they were probably busier than they expected. They had lots of dine in guests as well as lots of takeout orders because people were out of electricity in the neighborhood. The meal itself took a long time to come and the flavors were decent. We got the Trifecta, the French Benny and the Baja Benny. The amount of Pico on the Benny could be more and they should've served more than just a thin slice of cantaloupe with the breakfasts. The one server who was working was very efficient and did a great job trying to get everyone seated, taking their orders, serving coffees, serving the meals and taking payment. The way she kept her calm and kept going was very impressive.

They messed up our order and they didn’t even want to be responsible for it! The food was OK, but the service was terrible, I recommend a different location . This location doesn’t have many good employees.

Decided to give Faema Caffe a try while searching for a good Cappuccino or a latte. During my experience, I found their employees pleasant and welcoming. They attended our need's and were respectful. I would definitely recommend Faema Caffe if you're looking for some good Cappuccino or a latte. I also got a chicken wrap, which tasted absolutely delicious.

One of the worst cafe experiences I’ve had — avoid Faema at all costs. I went to Faema today with my mom hoping to enjoy a simple coffee and pastry. We ordered two coffees and a slice of loaf cake. As I was about to eat it, I noticed actual mold on the loaf. Disgusting. I told the girl working there (dirty blond hair) and instead of apologizing or even seeming remotely concerned, she casually said she’d give me a “fresh” croissant instead. Fine. Except 20 minutes went by — we finished our coffees — and nothing. No croissant, no update, not even a glance in our direction. When I finally went to follow up, she acted annoyed and rude, and literally just said “okay bye.” No explanation. No pastry. No apology. Just… bye. Absolutely unacceptable customer service, and serving moldy food is inexcusable. Do yourself a favour and go literally anywhere else.

I’ve been a long-time customer of this Tim Hortons location, but I’m very disappointed with the current state of the store. The place is consistently messy—tables are often left with trash, used tissues, and leftovers. When we asked a staff member if someone could clean a table for us, she rudely responded that it wasn’t her responsibility and told us to clean it ourselves if we wanted to sit!!! She raised her voice and didn’t even offer a simple apology! This is no way to treat customers. Basic cleanliness and respectful communication should still be a priority.

It was a pleasant place to relax while waiting family for the lab tests at the nearby medical centre. Things have been changed in couple of years. This place became messy. Tables are dirty and greasy. The trash boxes look like not having been cleaned for days. We are no longer see friendly people years ago. Very disappointed.

It was the kind of mess that makes you wonder if anyone here has even heard the word “cleanliness.” But the real disaster began at the counter. The server, instead of greeting me or taking my order, was yelling at another employee across the room. I waited patiently, hoping to be acknowledged, but was completely ignored for several minutes. When I finally tried to get their attention, they snapped at me as if I had personally caused the chaos, their tone so hostile it left me stunned. My simple order—a coffee and a sandwich—turned into an ordeal. The coffee arrived cold, the sandwich was missing half the ingredients, and when I pointed it out, there was no apology, no offer to fix it—just indifference. Meanwhile, other staff members simply watched the scene unfold, chatting among themselves and doing nothing to help. Management was nowhere to be seen, leaving customers to navigate this storm of incompetence and rudeness on their own. It was impossible not to feel disrespected, ignored, and completely unwelcome. This experience was more than just poor service; it was a full-on assault on basic customer decency. I left the store frustrated, angry, and astonished that a national chain could allow this level of chaos and hostility. I cannot stress enough: avoid this Tim Hortons at all costs. Unless you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience in a café of utter incompetence, find somewhere else to spend your money. This visit was, without exaggeration, one of the worst customer experiences of my life. All the workers who were acting up and being rude were indain.

I rarely write reviews, but this experience at Tim Hortons was absolutely unacceptable. The server at this location was ignoring me half the time I was at the counter and, out of nowhere, started yelling at me for no reason. I was shocked and completely disrespected. When I tried to ask other employees for her name so I could report this properly, they were unhelpful and dismissive. The level of unprofessionalism and hostility I encountered is beyond belief. I went to go buy 2 apple pies and pulled up to the window to collect them, and they informed me they had no apple pies left. They then told me they had apple pie and handed me my entire order. I left and when I opened the packaging it was strawberry pie. This is not what I paid for or ordered, and the fact that they lied made me more mad. I hope they do not lie to any more customers because this is dishonesty and people may have allergies. My teammate also ordered an Oreo McFlurry and it had bits of Skor in it. He has a lot of allergies so this could've affected him a lot. Besides that, the food itself is good.

Waited 20 mins on the drive thru after ordering my mobile order 10 mins earlier. Not that the order wasn't ready. Just because of a simple fact that I forgot to mention that my order is a mobile order at the microphone, my whole order for ignored by them. Got pulled up to the second window and was asked to order my whole order again and none of it was ready and I have to wait again. It's like they've been doing it on purpose just because I didn't mention my order at the microphone.

Very convenient place to stop by after any concert at the new Rogers Stadium. It is open 24 hours. It can get very busy right after the shows and the neighbourhood seems pretty desolate and sketchy but the food and service was great. I’d just quickly grab and go.

I dropped my coffee on my way out, so I asked if I could have another, and they gave it to me no questions asked. Thank you Vivek for making my bad day better.

This McDonald’s the best location ever We always come here to have very delicious coffee, and breakfast. They have offers as well so you can enjoy your morning with family or friends. I was doing uber june 7 at around 3.30am, i got two orders from this store, but i canceled bith orders. The staff was very slow, they took more than 15 minutes just to prepare two burgers. Worst experience. Just check the time when i message the store and after 15-20 mins they still didn't reply back to pick up the order.

My poutine was kind of cold with blocks of cheese sitting on top and of melting at all. I asked them to warm it up and they kindly did. It’s a renovated and clean branch.

Drive-thru wasn’t busy and all I ordered was a single coffee with 1 cream and half a sugar. The coffee I got was way too creamy and sweet, practically a double double. I don’t understand how some people can manage to mess up a single coffee, it’s really not that hard.

They have gotten my order wrong many times and they always take a long time to prepare the food (15min). I even asked the employee what’s taking so long and they said they’re waiting for the grilled chicken to be prepared. After the long wait they STILL gave me crispy chicken. I waited for nothing. I also paid extra for a different sauce and they did not include it. Horrible experience

I just wanna start off by saying this is definitely one of the worst experiences I had with McDonald’s, my large fries get filled up like they’re a medium & to top it off not only were they cold & soggy but the burger was cold it self as well. I wish I would’ve seen this while I got the food & gotten a refund. please do better.

When I asked them if they can honour the deal on Uber eats the cashier was like they can't honour that. She called over her coworkers and started speaking hindi with them in front of me. The manager Sukhman had an attitude and clearly didn't want to take her time and see how she can help me. She simply said complain to the head office and started speaking hindi to the employees over the headset. I won't be returning this location as they don't care about customers. If you were Indian and spoke their language then the treatment will be different.

My daughter and I went through the drive thru at this location. Food was served warm, and full of flavor.

Firstly, I wanted a McGriddle with egg and cheese. They gave me English muffin instead. I didn’t complain and decided to just eat it because I had already left the drive thru. I’m 74 years old, and let me tell you something: I’ve been eating McDonald’s since a hamburger cost 15 cents and came wrapped in something that looked like wax paper, not these weird little boxes that feel like they belong in a science experiment. So yes, I’ve earned the right to complain. Buckle up. First off, I only came in because my grandkids insisted. They wanted “nuggies” and “fries with extra salt.” I didn’t know what a “nuggie” was until I realized they were talking about chicken nuggets, which, in my humble opinion, taste like someone deep-fried regret. But I digress. I walked in, and I couldn’t even find the counter. You know why? Because everyone was hunched over like gremlins tapping on those giant TV screens on the wall. Apparently, they’re “kiosks.” Back in my day, we spoke to people. We made eye contact. We exchanged pleasantries. Now it’s just you and a greasy touchscreen. I tried using it, but the screen kept asking me things like “Do you want to customize your sandwich?” and “Would you like to upsize your meal?” I just wanted a plain cheeseburger, not a business meeting. And don’t even get me started on the staff. Some of them looked like they’d rather be anywhere else—understandably, but still. I asked a young man behind the counter (yes, I found the counter eventually) for extra napkins and he handed me two. TWO. I’ve sneezed more than that in one sitting. I remember a time when you got a whole handful, and they were thick enough to actually absorb something, not these tissue-paper-thin excuses. The food? Meh. My burger was lukewarm, the lettuce looked like it had just lost a custody battle, and the bun was... well, it was there. Barely. The fries were still decent—I'll give them that—but they forgot the ketchup. I asked the girl at the counter and she pointed to a little machine that looked like a soda fountain for condiments. I had to pump it myself like I was milking a tomato. And the ice cream machine? Still broken. I swear, that thing has been broken since the Nixon administration. Why even list ice cream on the menu? Just replace it with a message that says “Don’t get your hopes up.” The one saving grace? The coffee. Say what you want, but that McDonald’s coffee still slaps. It’s hot, strong, and tastes like it’s been through something—like me. Anyway, I’ll keep going back for the grandkids, and maybe the coffee if I’m desperate. But don’t expect me to like it. I’ll be sitting in the corner, loudly judging everything while pretending not to hear the music that sounds like a robot crying. I miss the ‘80s.

Quality of food is just getting worse. Drive though wait times are still long at non peak times. I should of checked my order before leaving. The kids burgers were dripping grease and how about filling up the fries next time? Pic of fries shown is considered full? And no fries fell in the bag. Very disappointing

The manager at the drive thru raises her voice and yells at paying customers. They have a terrible line set up at drive thru and make cars wait at the front window and expect us to squeeze past huge pick up trucks. How about serve people on time so cars dont have to wait in front? Any way, we dont appreciate being yelled at by the boss lady after we paid for our meal. If we had scratched the pick up in the drive thru we would be sure to blame her for forcing us to pass him. Be more efficient in your drive thru or make cars park in different areas and have a serve member walk out to drop food to the cars like other locations. Oh and.. dont yell at customers. Basic customer service if you understand canadian values.. but hey..

BEWARE! Owner operator, Managers, trainers, all should be ashamed of themselves. Terrible experience this morning on 15/April/2025 around 5:45am. Ordered 2 combos of sausage mcmuffin & everything bagel with large triple-triple coffees, and coffees were barely sweet, tasted old and bitter. Seems like no one calibrated sugar dispenser for long. Also, the crew member (little thin guy with glasses) at the drive thru was rude and arrogant, like I was bothering them giving my business. Sounded rude at taking orders, stick pos machine to mu face without even replying to my question about the amount and very arrogantly asked me “WAIT NEXT WINDOW”. What the hell, so impolite? There’s a word in the English dictionary written as ‘PLEASE’, crew should be trained to use such words. Morning coffee is supposed to start your day right—not ruin it. Definitely not coming back to this location anytime soon.

I go to sunset grills all over the GTA and a few regular im never disappointed until I ordered from here and was surprised by the difference in the portion of home fries , usually they load the plate.

Not super pleased with my Takeout order from this Sunset Grill. I’ve sat in at this restaurant before and the food + service + atmosphere was phenomenal. With my recent order however, the “avocado” toast was… lacklustre to say the least. Just look at the photos attached.

The atmosphere of this place is really clean and cozy, perfect for a breakfast get together , or brunch. the service was quick and our waitress was nice. We had the Three eggs, Blue berry pancakes were nice and fluffy, crispy bacon, and fresh fruits. will definitely come here again.

Cozy breakfast spot with great food and friendly wait staff! The food is a little higher priced than a few of my other breakfast spots but all in all a pretty good place to go. The omelette was hearty and made with 6 eggs. The veggies were fresh and the bacon and scrambled eggs went down quick for my 3 year old. So that’s a good sign of yummy food!!!

This location is fantastic. Our server was amazing. She gave lots of attention to our kids, especially to my six-year-old son, who walked into the place saying he did not want to eat here. She laerned his name and was checking on him all the time she would walk by. After we were done eating he said “daddy, give them a five stars review”. So this review is from me and my family. Service is awesome and food is delicious. Are you in the area and not sure where to eat? Come to this Sunset Grill! I guarantee you won’t regret.

They are definitely reheating their food. It comes out way too quick for it to be fresh and you can tell by how the potatoes are stale and the veggies and the spinach look as if they have been microwaved. It tastes just OK. Today they had a hair in my food which i discovered halfway after eating my food. Service is good and the lady who works the counter is friendly. Sadly, this will be my last time visiting this location.

Went to this place for breakfast. Got omelette with potatoes and bread toasted on the side. The taste was good. The place was clean and customer service is good and quick. Recommend this place.

Decent breakfast/brunch place. Our server was nice and food came out so quickly. The guac in my California benny was a little too sour for me, but the hollandaise sauce and poached eggs were cooked perfectly. Some of the home fries were also a little under cooked.

Went for breakfast this morning. Food was subpar. Waffle was lukewarm. Strawberry cheesecake French toast was just ok...looks so much better in the picture! Honestly, I expected a bit more from here, but I did get a recommendation to try Pronto about a year ago, so maybe something has changed. The gelato was very stiff, creating little crystal type chunks/pieces when put into the cup. I believe the freezer may have been too cold as all the gelato appeared to be like this. Typically, it is smooth and easy to scoop. The flavour was okay, but for the price, I would say there are better options in the area. The scoopers were friendly, but the man cashing everyone out seemed a bit 'over it'.

I don’t quite understand how this café has such a high rating. Maybe it's good compared to gas station coffee, but otherwise, it’s dreadful. The espresso was unpleasant, the coffee over-roasted, and the interior isn’t appealing either. Sorry, guys, but I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Came to try Gelato because there are so many reviews that praise the Gelato here. Let me start off by talking about my experience at this store. I don't know what's happened or happening at this store but there was no menu here, except for a single a4 paper listing hot drink items. And the owner or whoever it was, just stood there (no greeting) and waited for me to order. It gave me the impression that this place is not friendly to those who are new and/or unfamiliar to the store. Based on this impression, I figure you either order online or you know what to order when you get there because I didn't receive any explanation or guide on what they have on menu. I knew about gelato so I had to ask what kind of flavours they have. According to the guy at store, they have been selling only pre-scooped Gelato since November of last year. Roughly a pint. At the checkout however, he didn't even tell me what my total was. I only found out from seeing what he typed on the machine but it's unfriendly and simply poor customer service. I got three flavours for a total of 33$ so I assume a pint here is 11$. Now to talk about the actual product I bought from here. Got three flavours: chocolate, strawberry, and mango yogurt. To keep it short, they were all very disappointing and not worth 11$. Strawberry was the most disappointing of all. It did not taste like strawberries at all. Not even like strawberry flavoured powders. The flavour was very confusing, and it wasn't like Gelato or sorbet. It was confusing as to what they were selling. The mango yogurt tastes like mango, but it's subpar. Again, does not have a good authentic mango flavour but it at least tasted similar to what it was sold as. Lastly the chocolate. It is the best out of the three however, the other two are not even good comparisons to go by. And if you get chocolate wrong, you're doing something really wrong to mess up chocolate. Anyway, the chocolate tastes dark, mostly like dark cocoa powder and not very sweet. This might be a decent option if you want that really dark chocolate flavour (maybe 80% dark). All three were icy, in that there was ice crystallization to some extent. And because of this it's hard to call any of these as gelato. I wish I had some nice things to compliment this store but I don't have any.

Galaxy diner boy oh boy. I went for lunch there a couple of days ago, it wasn't bad or good they need to take poutine off there menu. The poutine is not poutining at all I'll tell you why, who uses shredded cheese instead of cheese curds the gravy tasted burnt, but there crispy chicken sandwich was so good. If I was to compare this with stacked. Stacked wins by 1000 there is no comparison at all. My son enjoyed his breakfast but like he said stacked was way better. Sorry galaxie you guys need lots of improvement. I think the seating is time to be updated wasn't comfortable to sit. I loved the wall with all the classic and vintage stuff.

The food was enjoyed once we finally received it. We were seated only for the server to take other's orders who arrived after us. Then forgot my side fruit salad which I was rushed to eat since it arrived near the end of us eating out meal. Also difficult to read the menu or move between tables to get in and out.

I can't believe I never knew about this place before! Lots of old school menu items! The food was so good and fresh! The portions are great and the prices are beyond reasonable. Our waiter was amazing, too. We'll definitely be back again and again for many years to come.

We went on a Saturday morning so of course it was super busy and packed but we still got seated with minimal wait and then the service was super fast and the food also came out quickly. Waited over 45 minutes for our food, only to revceive burnt pancakes (flapjacks). The child's drink was charged separately, even though it's included in the kids meal and they included a generous tip on the bill which didn't match the service quality.

Great Food and amazing service. The server was friendly, had a warm smile and was super attentive always. We called for a regular breakfast and a chicken dish. I will say the regular breakfast and the sausages were my favourite. Definitely a friendly, happy place for some yummy food! Highly recommend to visit it.

Today, I had the worst experience at this McDonald’s. The large fries were not filled to the top and weren’t hot. I found hair in the wrap, which was absolutely disgusting.

This location and EVERY McDonalds needs to do better. This is what I saw when I opened my lunch today. Are these people in a RUSH or something? Oh and the fries were EXTREMELY soggy as well. DISGUSTING... will never come back to this location again. How is it that EVERY time you place an order even for the smallest thing, you have to pull over in a spot?!? Had an everything egg bagel BLT today. Apparently the owner/employees are not following fresh food protocols. The bagel was not fresh apparently leftover from another day. Rest of the sandwich was ok. The employees were polite but I didn’t get a chance to complain about the bagel as i had my sandwich at work.

Ordered some coffees and a mcdouble, the burger was so greasy and disgusting it had to be thrown out. The bun was completely saturated and dripping in grease. Waste of time and money. Mcdonalds needs to raise their standards.

Orders are wrong more often then not. When you go through drive-thru, you almost always have to pull into a waiting spot. Even if it's just a cheeseburger and fries. How is that even possible at a fast food establishment. The restaurant is not very well kept. Food is often cold and sometimes not fresh at all. Overall, not a great experience and inconvenient when you want to pick something up quick.

I loved how they behave with the customers and it is one of the cleanest McD I have been to.

I got an iced coffee and it tastes like straight water this is so annoying and a horrible experience. How can coffee taste like straight water??

I ordered ice latte from drive through and was told to wait at the front. After ten minutes I had to park my car and get it myself. Before getting in one the staff came out and said here is your latte ( the drink in the picture). Since it didn’t look like it had any coffee in it I asked are you sure this latte?! It doesn’t look like one and she said yes we did an special order for you today. I got in the car and tasted the drink and yes it was milk on ice! Whan I confronted the lady she giggled and said ok we will give you another one. After 5 minutes they said sorry we can’t give you your order. You can pay the difference and get an ice cap which I said no and they returned my money. It is ok if their machine breaks and can’t make my order and that’s nice they would return the money immediately or suggest other drinks ,but lying to in hopes that I drive off and not noticing the difference between milk and latte is insane.

Absolute cheats these lot. Ordered a sandwich online through the Tim’s app and paid extra for the sauce and veggies, even confirmed before picking up that it had the extras. Got home and there was nothing. Was charged for the same and even Tim’s help is useless. Stay away.

It's a tim Hortons in a gas station, they get very busy and overwhelmed sometimes. Are my orders always 100% correct? No, are my orders ever 100% correct at any fast food place i go? Never. Are the staff here amazing , friendly and always greet me with a smile? Every damn time! Love it, I'll keep coming back 100% .

Great coffee shop ! I was taking an alternate route to work due to heavy traffic. Started going in a couple times a week to this establishment. Very fast quick on point servers and service. Didn't skid a beat! Cleaned a 5 customer line up in like 4 minutes. Fresh Great tasting coffee. Stop in and you will see what I am talking about.

Absolutely disgusting experience at Coffee Time in Vaughan. The washroom was beyond filthy—no toilet paper at all, just a random bottle left there to use water instead. Completely unacceptable in a public place. The overall cleanliness of the café itself wasn’t any better. Tables were dirty, garbage wasn’t taken out, and the whole place felt neglected. This level of hygiene is not only unprofessional but also a health concern. Management, if you care even a little about your customers and your reputation, it’s time to take serious action. Clean your store, stock your restrooms properly, and maintain basic standards of sanitation. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

This used to be one of my favourite places to go in the mornings. Extremely convenient location, WAS cheaper and better quality than Tim Hortons in my opinion. Over the past few weeks I've noticed the prices have significantly changed without any indication. Another reviewer mentioned the inaccurate prices and I can confirm the cashiers are going off a written sheet beside the register. My last straw however was going into the establishment at 2:56pm on a Saturday when online their hours say until 6pm. Yet when I entered, a newer cashier informed me they were closing at 3? - and still refused to take my order. Honestly so disappointed in the changes in recent weeks.

Came in Friday around 5:30 waiting for my car to be serviced. The sweetest man works here, he was very polite and friendly. I recommend trying the ham & cheese sandwich and chocolate chip muffin!

I visited the restaurant and saw it had a 4.8-star rating, and it truly lived up to the reviews. As a fan of all-day breakfast, I wasn’t disappointed. The place is clean and tidy, the staff are friendly, and the food and drinks are excellent. A must-try for any all-day breakfast lover!

Very beautiful restaurant with amazing food and great staff. We were served by Sheila, she was wonderful. The food came very quickly and each dish was amazing. (Especially the Mish Mash omelette!) The coffee bowls were delicious and quite large. We were worried about eating out for brunch because we had somewhere to be in the afternoon but service was quick and they brought the check right after we asked for it. Highly recommend!

Went to Pur & Simple with a friend and had a great experience. The service was amazing—super friendly and attentive. The food was really good, and even though it was pretty busy, everything came out fresh and delicious. Definitely recommend trying the smoothies—they’re incredible! I came to Pur & Simple in Vaughan for a Father’s Day lunch with a group of five. We didn’t have a reservation, but the wait was only about 20 minutes — very reasonable for a holiday! Our server, Crystal, was great — super attentive and friendly throughout the meal. We tried a few dishes and drinks: the D-Tox smoothie paired really well with the Chicago Benedict, both fresh and flavorful. I also had the Angus Benedict, which was tasty but a bit on the heavier side due to the steak. Another standout was the Cluck Norris — a solid choice for a classic, satisfying breakfast. Their new Iced Chai Latte was a refreshing addition to the menu and definitely worth trying. Overall, I’d recommend checking this place out — great service, solid food, and a nice variety. Plus, they have multiple locations if Vaughan isn’t convenient. Will definitely be back!

This coffee shop is decidedly average in every aspect. The staff leaves much to be desired in terms of friendliness, rarely offering a smile or displaying a welcoming attitude. The quality of both food and coffee is only average, yet the prices are relatively high, which doesn't seem justified. Unfortunately, due to a lack of alternatives in the neighborhood for a quick coffee meet-up with friends, this place manages to stay afloat. However, should a better competitor enter the market in this area, this coffee shop would likely lose a significant amount of business.

The biggest con of this place is the unfriendliness and even rudeness of the staff. We started to get really weird looks from them towards the end of our stay, which was 10 minutes before closing time, after getting two notices about it. Then as they were sweeping the place, we were “commanded” to put a chair back, and throw our cups away. The experience kind of killed our fun. We ordered drinks, tea was okay, coffee had been sitting there for a good while. The atmosphere and seating space were good.

I’m purely rating it from my experience. The food was good, and they were accommodating. However, I paid an extra $1.50 for avocado on my sandwich and it was never put into my sandwich. It was quite disappointing knowing that I spent 11.25 on a sandwich and an extra 1.50 for something I never got. Otherwise it was a cool place with great atmosphere.

I ordered off uber eats and there was mold On my bread. will not be ordering from this place ever again. EDIT: i’m changing my review because the manager seen the review and gave me a free sandwich and it was delicious and had no mould on it this time.

I ordered breakfast on UberEats yesterday and have been violently ill from food poisoning since. After seeing other reviews of mouldy bread and other quality issues, I should’ve known better. Me a a few friends were there yesterday. One friend had tiniest western egg in croissant $10.00, I had bagel with sliced cheese and a medium tea, almost $10.00. I regret not looking at my bill before taking a bit. Thts outrageous price!!! Overhead manu says bagel with cheese $3.99, BOTH me and one friend were being OVERCHARGED.

Me and my sister absolutely love country style, especially this location! We order on ubereats all the time as well and they never disappoint. Their donuts and coffee have been a pregnancy craving of mine and I’m always happy with their food :)

Haven’t been to a country style in a long time, kind of got excited… got the country bits, which were very tasty…. They didn’t have country bits the last time I came to one… that’s how long… The coffee though… not what I was expecting… tasted like water with some coffee flavouring… like they put way too much water and not enough coffee through their machine… I’ll probably get my coffee from across the street and get a donut from here.

This unassuming Country Style inside a Pioneer Gas Station is not your typical quick serve spot. They make their donuts fresh in-house and if you’re a fan of Sugar Twist donuts, this is where you have to get them from. I was surprised to learn that they make their donuts fresh, but they do! Their muffins and donut holes are also made onsite. Their sandwiches and wraps are also very good and full of ingredients. Would definitely visit again.

The coffee from this location is the greatest. I drink it black and it's great everytime, everyday. The ladies running the drive through in the morning are very friendly and cheerful.

I'm really happy with this place. Rohit and his staff are trained very well.. Food is at its highest quality and the donuts will speak for themselves as they are made from scratch everyday. I had pre-order a few donuts and they were presented so well I placed another order for next week. Amazing !

Tasty! Great service, nice and delicious simple food. I got coffee, Spaghetti and Meatballs (tho most of the meatballs were very cold still), and an amazing avacado sandwich I can't recall the name unfortunately. It was peaceful, nice and empty cozy late-night vibe.

My family got there without an appointment and had to wait for just about 3 minutes to get seated. Once we were seated, we were greeted, and the menu was handed. From there, all was nothing short of a great experience. Our food was great, the whole atmosphere was great, the staff were awesome and very friendly. Clean tables and floors. I can't complain about a single thing, to be honest. They made sure of that. This place is best suited for four people, but with reservations, they can set tables for large groups. There was a table with what looked like a sports team all dining together. Tables got a word search/puzzle sheet for kids. For wheelchairs, I'm not sure that i saw easy access to get inside or wheelchair parking. We'll be back for sure.

Great restaurant, the food is top notch for dinner food and breakfast. Always hit and fresh, never had any mix ups when ordering. The staff are friendly, caring and always on top of the job. Coffee is also pretty good, with endless refills. Our last visit was for breakfast at 1030am and it wasn't packed, but it was busy. Our waiter was great and the service was awesome. Definitely worth checking out if you like a good breakfast. They offer a wide range of selections for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of dining at Denny’s recently, and I have to say, Roxanne made it one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. Her warm personality and attentive service made all the difference, especially since we were celebrating my mom’s birthday. Roxanne went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. She was not only quick and efficient but also took the time to engage with us in a way that felt personal and sincere. She even surprised my mom by bringing out a robot playing “Happy Birthday” along with our food, which made the celebration even more special. As for the food, both my mom and I ordered Grand Slams, and everything was fresh, hot, and made to order. It was one of the best meals we’ve had at Denny’s. The entire experience—from the service to the food—was amazing. My mom enjoyed talking to Roxanne so much that she even said she’d come back just for her! It’s rare to find someone who truly loves what they do and makes customers feel like family, but Roxanne is exactly that person. If you’re ever at this Denny’s, I highly recommend asking for Roxanne—you won’t be disappointed. She’s the kind of employee who turns a simple meal into a memorable experience. I come here and play card games every week. It’s very nice. The vibes are good. That said, the food is just alright, so it’s best just to come for the service and the ambiance rather than the food. Elijah and Amit are very kind and helpful every time we see them :)

I came here with my son for some drink and bites. This location is on Yonge with a huge free parking lot which is a perk. We got the steak and egg sandwich and a strawberry quencher. The food is always fresh here. The place itself is pretty clean and it has lots of space to sit down and enjoy the food or drink. However, Its usually packed up and the trash is not managed propely, as It has been times during their rush hour, I noticed its overflowing. They have the ordering machines as well. The line clears pretty fast, even during rush hours. Staff is really nice and friendly and fast to serve the line. Washrooms are also clean, however needs more attention as often the soap is not refilled properly.

I recently visited this Tim Hortons location and ordered a Veggie Habanero Bowl. The estimated wait time was 5-7 minutes, but after 15 minutes, when I inquired about the status, the staff member wearing supervisor shirt with zero experience, responded rudely. Moreover, when she finally prepared my bowl, it contained only 2 spoonfuls of rice and was overly sauced.

Bought iced cap and chicken bacon wrap here before i went to work. As soon as i got to work, i had a bite of the chicken wrap, the chicken was raw in the middle. Pink, disgusting. Threw it out right away.

Omg you are better off going to another location! Extremely dirty and even service is just awful! The washroom is as it for many years they don't clean .I am sorry but I have never seen Any dirtier Tim Horton than this even the downtown where homeless people visit such Tim Horton that one is much cleaner than this.

I used to love this location but recently, they became so slow. Also, I don't see a diversity among employees, which is a warning sign. Only one older lady who has a very good communication skills. You can get Tim's anywhere. It is the matter of service and friendly staff that makes you choose a location.

Been here countless times and every time I come here I order with the tablet. They don’t follow an order so there can be people who walk in later than you get their food before you do even though you order 10 minutes before them. It’s not that they don’t make the food fast they just don’t have any sense of following any in line order. I also like to add that sometimes if you order from the tablet they don’t call your name and put your food around the are you’re supposed to pick up, not even at the front so you can see it. When I asked if the order is ready they responded to me rudely. They also previously mixed up my orders with someone else’s. Just today I was at this location and they took 15 minutes just to tell us they’re out of garlic bread! After 10 more minutes I got my order and they just shoved a piece of bread in the bag without separating it.

I visited during lunch today, and although one of the staff members was very unfriendly and made me feel quite upset, Susmita was so kind that she really turned my mood around. I truly hope only employees like Susmita are hired in the future. I want to express my sincere gratitude to Susmita. Thank you.

I visited this Tim Hortons location around 7:00 PM and asked for a wrap, only to be told that they had already cleaned the grill and couldn’t prepare it. This was quite disappointing considering the restaurant is open until 5:00 AM. It’s unreasonable to stop serving menu items this early in the evening. Additionally, the staff seemed uninterested and unwelcoming—no smiles, no effort to provide good service. The overall experience felt rushed and poorly managed. I hope management addresses these service issues and ensures customers receive a better experience going forward.

Oh my goodness what kind of service they offer this morning. Horrible and old and middle aged group ( spoken Tamil)! definitely having hard time to manage fast face systems. They behave inappropriate way. If this location have a manager please teach them or send them home!!. This incident happened this morning. One of the Tamil lady say that she doesn’t like me to come as customer this location ( 6161 highway 7). I could lead this to head office.

I always have the pleasure of being greeted at the window by either one of these 3 lovely ladies - Varsha, Yog or Sheetol. Their customer service is 5 stars and they always keep the line moving.

I absolutely love my local Tim Hortons! The staff is always friendly and quick, making every visit a pleasant experience. The coffee is consistently great, and their Timbits are the perfect treat. I especially love their seasonal drinks — they never disappoint! The drive-thru is always efficient, and the store is clean and welcoming. I go to tim every day at this location and noticed that the honey cou is extremely small compared to about two weeks ago it's the size of half of an orange, I spoke to customers service at the windows and she told me that she only served it and that she don't make it, great answer we need more people at the drive through like this it's a new generation thing where they don't give a scrap about guest service and that's a good thing Thanks.

Hi guys i just wanted to let you know that, i had great experience here ,the service was great , i just came from work and it was almost like 11:30 pm ,however i came to know that they close at 11:30 bur they warmly welcomed me and took my order with smile . After a restless work having such a humble welcome really made my day , I highly recommend other to visit it once .

Even when they are not busy they are quite slow . Ordered a Reese cookie(more expensive than normal cookie). And it shows up with no Reese cups.. they were on all the cookies when I looked and when I received my cookie there was none. Paid extra for nothing. Pretty sad that employees don’t take pride in their work or care for Tim Hortons rep… we used to stop here everyday for fuel and food before work.. gonna start going elsewhere now

Got a recommendation and I was not disappointed at all. Sarah was a great server and made our visit even better. Food had great flavour but the Korean Tacos were a little on the sweeter side. Additionally the cheesy potatoes as an add-on are a little underwhelming as its just grated cheese on top of the potatoes. Would be nice if it was a little melted. Another recommendation would be a little bit of latte art would be a nice touch. Overall great experience!

What a fantastic breakfast spot! Visiting from out of town for a concert, my family and I stumbled upon this gem and are so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, Carl made us feel incredibly welcome, promptly seating us and explaining the menu. He even brewed a fresh pot of coffee just for me, which was delicious. When our food arrived, we were immediately impressed by both the beautiful presentation and the generous portions – seriously, come hungry! Carl's exceptional service truly stood out; he even offered to take a family photo for us. Everyone absolutely loved their meals, from my great Western omelet to the fantastic pancakes and waffles enjoyed by the rest of my family. For an amazing atmosphere, top-notch service, and phenomenal food, this cafe is a must-visit!

This was our first visit to this location, and to this franchise, I definitely suggest going for the food. As you can see from the photos, the portions are great, the presentation is excellent, and the prices are reasonable. However, I was disappointed with the level of service by our server. She seemed disoriented and lacked any enthusiasm. Another unpleasant surprise was the washrooms. Before placing our order, we went to the washrooms to wash up. As soon as we opened the door, we were hit with an overwhelming smell of urine or urinal cakes. It definitely left an unpleasant feeling in our stomachs before we even started eating. If you have a weak stomach, I would strongly suggest that you don’t use the washrooms before you eat. I strongly suggest that the restaurant makes a better effort to ensure that their washrooms are clean and odour-free.

First brunch experience here and the high Google ratings lived up to the expectations. Carl our server was super friendly, helpful and professional. Will definitely come back and try other locations as well.

A great place for brunch. We all ordered different items and everyone enjoyed their food entre. The server was nice but she forgot few of the items but she got us those items once we asked her about it so maybe the service can be improved. Other than that, a good restaurant for breakfast. I definitely recommend this place.

we got the pesto philly skillet and burger it was amazing 10/10 would recommend. Mack was our server we’ve had her take care of us before she’s the best so attentive and sweet.

Me and my wife had a pleasant experience today. The food was delicious and the service by Kim was impeccable. Keep up the good work Kim and you'll see us again soon. By the way the smash burger and espresso pancakes are to die for
