Nestled in 100 acres of woodland along the Humber River, the McMichael Canadian Art Collection offers a unique fusion of art, culture, and nature. It is dedicated to celebrating Canadian art, featuring works from the Group of Seven, First Nations, Inuit, and Metis artists. The gallery originated from the private collection of Robert and Signe McMichael and now houses nearly 6,000 pieces including those by Tom Thomson and other influential artists.
Amazing museum that houses Canadian art and detailed art history in the country, and a lot of focus on aboriginal and Inuit art. There are two floors and a few sections for different focuses and we spent almost the entire afternoon in the museum. It was a good walk and we learnt a lot about the art culture, history and scene in Canada. The complex also houses local artist that holds open houses, and large sculptures and installations that were in the park. We would have loved to spend the whole day there. It’s a bit inaccessible but it provides an area large enough to spend the whole day so I’d say it’s pretty worth it to go for the whole day. Would love to visit again!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The McMichael Canadian Art Collection is absolutely stunning! I visited recently and was amazed by the depth and beauty of the exhibits. It’s not just an art gallery—it feels like walking through Canadian history. The collection highlights Indigenous history, culture, and traditions in such a thoughtful way, with incredible displays of clothing, artwork, and storytelling. Every room felt meaningful, and the paintings and artifacts helped me connect with the history on a deeper level. It’s the kind of place where you leave not only inspired by the art, but also more educated about Canada’s cultural roots. I highly recommend this museum to everyone—whether you’re an art lover, a history enthusiast, or even someone training to be a teacher. It’s both beautiful and educational, and definitely worth the visit. A true treasure in Ontario! Such a beautiful and meaningful place! I borrowed a pass from the library (a great tip if you have a card—you can get in for free!) and the visit was so smooth. The staff welcomed us right away, and inside the exhibits were breathtaking. The museum shares so much about Indigenous history, art, and culture, and every piece felt powerful and inspiring. Definitely worth visiting if you love art or want to learn more about Canada’s past. ❤️😍🇨🇦👍🏻📚

A beautiful gallery nestled in a forested area, the McMichael Canadian Art Collection in Kleinburg, in the city of Vaughan, Ontario, Canada, focuses on Canadian art, especially the Group of Seven and Indigenous artists. The space is peaceful, well laid out and full of natural light with a great mix of classic and contemporary works. There are walking trails just close to the gallery. A relaxing and inspiring place to spend a couple of hours, it is perfect for art lovers or anyone looking for a quiet escape. Besides the exhibits, the museum often hosts special shows, artist talks and workshops for children and adults. There's also a small cafe and a gift shop with art books, prints, and handmade items. One of the highlights of my visit was the Morrice in Venice exhibition - a glimpse into the work of Canadian artist James Wilson Morrice and his time in Venice. The collection captures the light, colour and mood of Venice in a way that feels both dreamy and grounded. The Morrice in Venice exhibition runs until September 25, 2025.
Ravindran P — Google review
We visited the McMichael Gallery for the exhibition of Canadian artist James Morris and his Venetian cycle of paintings. The show was fairly compact but beautifully presented, with many works on loan from private collections. There was also plenty of additional material about the creation of the paintings and the artist’s biography, which made the experience even richer. The gallery itself always has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The gift shop is excellent, and I enjoy the café as well. You can also take a walk in the surrounding park - it’s easy to spend a whole day there. I usually buy an annual membership that lets me bring guests, and it’s a wonderful place to meet up with friends.

Can easily spend 2-3 hrs here, hike outdoors or admire the art indoors. Also recommend their Cafe the Cabin, the food is amazing. I had the squash soup and it was very creamy.
Jennifer S — Google review
It's a bit of a trek from downtown Toronto, but the selections are incredible. There are a couple exhibits, including over 90,000 drawings from Nunavut West Baffin Co Op. There are many group of seven painters in this collection. The Morrice collection is fascinating, and it has many study paintings. This helps to understand the creative process.

Had a wonderful time exploring this gallery! Definitely worth a visit! I went with my partner and 8 month old daughter and it was a perfect place for an outing! The art was unique and beautiful, the place was stroller friendly, and the staff were all so friendly! We went though the outdoor sculpture area after and we went on the grass for a couple minutes and my daughter got a tick on her. I was pretty shocked for how early in the season it is. They do warn about ticks I was just surprised and wanted to give a little warning to those walking around the grounds to dress appropriately for ticks and check your clothes after! Will definitely be going back and probably getting a gallery membership!
Siobhan — Google review
A lovely place to spend the day. The gallery building, the grounds, and the trails are beautifully maintained. The cafe serves tasty light bites. The artwork is, well, spectacular. The history of the gallery as a private home and the collecting passion of the owners are very interesting. Well worth the drive from Toronto.

Nestled within 325 hectares of unspoiled woodlands, Kortright Centre for Conservation is a nature reserve offering an array of activities. Visitors can explore hiking trails, participate in educational programs, and enjoy seasonal events such as maple syrup festivals. The center also hosts innovative sustainable education programs and events, making it an engaging option for those seeking fun and educational experiences.
I assisted with two weddings here, and it was one of the most magical, scenic, and private feeling wedding venues I've ever been to. The couples have options for ceremony and reception spaces, with back up rain plans if needed. The coyote alley evergreens made for a stunning outdoor ceremony spot. Tons of great photo opportunities. Feels very calm and private. Excellent food. Tons of parking. The only drawback I saw was the accessibility of the venue for elderly wedding guests. The ceremony space in the forest is a fine walk for most people but may be a challenge for some guests. Just be mindful of this and help your wedding guests plan ahead.
Forest F — Google review
Trails are accessible and not too long. Beautiful views, both meadows and forestry. A bit disappointed with the closure of the centre for rapine birds, hopefully the space can be refurbished for something else. Beautiful visitor centre. I strongly recommend this reserve if you want to hike not far from Toronto.

We have a TRCA membership and enjoy going to the Kortright Centre regularly for nature walks, and enjoy taking our grandchildren here to events such as "Kreepy Kortright". All the kids seemed to enjoy themselves. Next year we will bring some snacks to enjoy at the bon fire.

I've been here often just to walk the trails and they're beautiful. The trails are generally well maintained though they do have some less official trails which can make for a fun adventure to explore. It's great for a picnic or just a quiet day in the woods. It also connects to the Boyd Conservation area giving you additional space to check out but it'll be a very long walk so come prepared *if* you choose to do that.

This place is amazing in that is riddled with all the amazing solar tracking and renewable energy tech and experiments. Also a great biking area to go through. Visiting this place is nourishing experience altogether!

What a beautiful place to be for walk and trails. Had great experience. Definitely highly recommended for all groups. Great trail and event services available.

Came hear for the maple syrup festival with the kids. Nice walk around the area with the kids to learn how to make maple syrup. 5$ parking. A cool way to spend the day. Restaurant line up was long and slow. Prices are reasonable but you won’t get 5 star restaurant food served on a porcelain plate with silverware. Pancakes have a generic from a box vibe. One section of the walking path is steep and a bit challenging to go up with a stroller and baby, while doable it does get your legs and lungs burning at the end. Most of the path is stroller friendly though. The interactive syrup making sessions are informative and staff are enthusiastic and helpful. If you become a member of the conservation area (~135$ for a family membership I recall), it is cheaper.

LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Toronto is an exciting indoor attraction nestled within the Vaughan Mills shopping complex, just a stone's throw from the city. This vibrant destination is a paradise for LEGO lovers of all ages, featuring ten thrilling rides and attractions that promise endless fun. One of its highlights is the MINILAND exhibit, where visitors can marvel at intricate replicas of Toronto’s iconic landmarks crafted entirely from LEGO bricks.
Been there a few times as we have an annual pass. Kids love it. Movie time is great and you can watch four different ones. The rides are fun and Lego building class is also good. We usually spend around 2.5 to 4 hours here depending upon if kids want to stay longer. The food, though limited options is fine.
Mateen K — Google review
What a joyful experience! Legoland was full of color, creativity, and smiles at every turn. The staff were kind and welcoming, and the atmosphere was perfect for both kids and adults to feel like little adventurers again. Everything from the rides to the Lego builds was so well thought out. We made some beautiful memories and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend for families looking to spend a magical day together!

LEGOLAND Discovery Centre has been on our to-do list for a while now, and we finally visited it! We were not disappointed. First, we were surprised by how big it was, considering it’s part of the mall. Second, there were so many activities to choose from. The admission includes a laser shooting ride, a jump around ride, four rotating 4D short films, a large play structure with slides, and many Lego stations. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!
Dave C — Google review
Our visit to LEGOLAND was absolutely fantastic! It’s a great place for kids and families to enjoy together. From the moment you enter, you're surrounded by vibrant colors, incredible LEGO creations, and a fun, creative atmosphere. The rides, building zones, and themed areas were all well-designed and super engaging for the kids. There’s something for everyone — from exciting rides to hands-on building stations and 4D movies. It’s not just entertaining but also sparks creativity and imagination, making it a perfect day out for LEGO fans of all ages. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience feel smooth and enjoyable. Our kids are already asking when we can go back! It’s definitely worth the visit, especially if your child is into LEGO. The only downside is that the price is a bit high for a single visit, particularly for bigger families. It would be great if there were more affordable ticket options or passes. That said, the memories made there are priceless. If you’re considering going to LEGOLAND, we highly recommend it — it’s fun, creative, and perfect for a family day out. We’ll definitely be back!
Sam S — Google review
I highly recommend visiting LegoLand in Canada. It takes around 3-4 hours, but it’s worth it. You can eat there, but I saw people bringing their own lunch boxes. They also offer Starbucks. I recommend buying your tickets in advance, as you can get one adult ticket and get one child free. We participated in the workshop, don’t miss it! Good luck! - we went a PA Day (Friday)

The ONLY reason NO LEGO store shall EVER get a full 5 star review from me... $400 for the Zelda set?!? Are you out of your minds!?! Do you hate children THAT much, Lego??? ...otherwise, nice place, nicer people. And hey, adults can go to the theme park side on Halloween this year if they choose, so... you do you.

We had a fantastic time with the Autism ontario event. Was great that we got to go in for 2 hours before opening and had a quiet room. So much fun was had

We went on the Adult night and had a lot of fun. The murder mystery, silent auction and the fact you served beer was great! I even climbed throuh the indoor play centre 🤣. Movies, V.R. and lots and lots of lego to play around with. We had a really fun night!

Boyd Conservation Park is a spacious natural setting perfect for picturesque hikes, picnics, and sports. It's open on weekends only and offers serene paths winding through lush forests and along peaceful streams. The park features 17 designed picnic areas and large green spaces for lounging, making it ideal for families or small groups. Visitors can enjoy a leisurely stroll or pack a picnic to spend the day in this picturesque setting.
Really really nice place. Not busy on a Friday as well. Great to bike and take in nature. One thing I would like to add is that there is a no campfire policy. So no open fires. (I don’t know how we didn’t realize this). Kind worker told us. We then tried using an ash bin to make a fire for smores but, you can’t to that as well. So just know if you are coming here you will need to bring your own grill because, from what I saw when I was there they had none. The washrooms were clean too and overall great experience will definitely go again with a grill this time 😅.
Unas O — Google review
Large park with so.much nature to enjoy. Entry charges are applicable for vehicles. Wooden benches are worn out though (as of May 16, 25). Hope the park authorities will fix them before summer activities. Parking space is limited at the entrance. However with the entry ticket, you can drive in.

Boyd Conservation Park is a peaceful spot in Vaughan, perfect for a weekend escape into nature. The picnic areas are spacious and well-kept, with plenty of tables and even some barbecue grills, making it great for family gatherings or casual hangouts. There are 17 picnic sites spread across the park, so you’ll likely find a quiet corner even on busy days. The washrooms are clean and located in solid brick buildings, which is a nice touch when you’re spending hours outdoors. It’s also a good place for kids to run around, and dogs are welcome too. Parking is pretty straightforward, with accessible spots available. Just keep in mind the park is only open until 8pm, so plan ahead.

Boyd Conservation Park in Vaughan is the perfect spot to enjoy the beauty of fall. The trees glow with golden and red leaves, creating a stunning backdrop for a relaxing day outdoors. Families were gathered around picnic tables, grilling delicious food on the barbecue and sharing laughter. Children ran across the open fields, kicking footballs and playing games while parents relaxed nearby. The park is clean, peaceful, and very well maintained, with convenient washrooms and plenty of parking. It’s also dog-friendly, making it ideal for pet owners. Whether you’re after a quiet walk, a picnic, or family fun, Boyd Park feels truly special in autumn.

Very nice area. Apparently quite popular too. I could see lot of families using the walking trails. You can book picnic spots with sheds. There is a fee for bringing in your car.

We had our wedding in the Spruce Ridge picnic area. The staff were extremely supportive. Unfortunately, we were running late and they cooperated with patience, the picnic areas are well maintained.

I always walk in the park but I was there for the Festa d' Italia Vaughan, It was the first year and I think they did a great job, it was free, the vendors were friendly, the food and ice was amazing and the entertainment was good, there were tons of people with dogs, all had fun and no trouble

I was there last week and Boyd Conservation Park in Vaughan is a peaceful retreat nestled in the Humber River valley. This expansive 401-hectare park offers a variety of outdoor activities suitable for all ages. Visitors can enjoy hiking and cycling along well-maintained trails that wind through lush forests and alongside serene streams. The park features 19 designated picnic areas, some with shelters, making it an ideal spot for family gatherings or group events. Amenities include accessible washrooms and ample green spaces for relaxation and play. While the park is open seasonally from late April to early October, it's advisable to check for any specific opening dates and hours. Whether you're looking to immerse yourself in nature, engage in outdoor activities, or simply unwind, Boyd Conservation Park offers a tranquil environment just outside the city.

Canada's Wonderland is Canada's largest theme park, spanning 134 hectares and offering over 200 attractions, rides, restaurants, and shops. The park features popular attractions like Planet Snoopy for the little ones, as well as thrilling rides such as Windseeker and Skyhawk. With 17 roller coasters including The Bat with its stomach-churning corkscrews and loops, there's something for everyone.
Countless thrill rides to choose from, all fantastic. A fast pass ticket is highly recommended if you are exclusively looking to ride everything. Otherwise, plenty of food and good vibes await. Only downside was the lack of drinking fountains around the park. Could only reliably find some at the front entrance.

I have been going for a couple of years whether it be with family or friends and I always have a great time. This year was the first time I went in the fall — for Halloween haunt and let me tell you the vibes, decoration were way better. (Also fewer line ups) this year I went to the conjuring limited edition maze and I loved how interactive and fun it was. They did a great job. Do recommend
Marjan S — Google review
Cons: Overpriced and overrated. Parking is expensive, and food options inside are mostly unhealthy and way too costly for what you get. The overall experience doesn’t match the high ticket and food prices. Definitely not worth it for what’s offered; 1 out of 5. Pros: I visited Canada’s Wonderland this past summer and spent a full day enjoying both the rides and the water park. It was a hot day, so I started with Splash Works; the water area was lively but not overwhelming. There are several pools and slides for every age, and it’s a great place to cool off. The wave pool was a highlight, and there were plenty of shaded spots and chairs to relax between rides. After the water park, I explored the rest of the park and went on a few of the main roller coasters. The sight of the massive tracks and loops from a distance still makes the park feel impressive every time you visit. The atmosphere is energetic but family-friendly; with lots of music, food stands, and people having fun. I ended the day near the main fountain and mountain area, which looks especially beautiful in the sunlight. The water and landscaping give it a resort feel, and it’s a perfect spot to take photos before leaving. Overall, it was a great summer day; well organized, clean, and full of energy. If you plan ahead and arrive early, you can easily make the most of both the water park and the rides.

My husband and I went for the first time during Halloween Haunt on Halloween because we purchased a gold pass from a different amusement park. We got to try a Beaver Tail - Avalanche flavor and it was delicious! The level of detail that went into designing the Halloween Haunt was impressive. The decorations were awesome, there was specially named and unique food options, and there were different themed areas with actors dressed up in scary costumes. One area there were all zombies and another had clowns. The actors were clearly having a good time scaring people and it was sometimes entertaining to just watch them scare other parkgoers. It was also possible to bypass these areas if you didn't want to get scared. There was a freak show, a fire spinning show, and music performances throughout the night. We didn't opt to buy the extra pass to enter the haunted mazes - mainly because I'm not a fan. I rode a few coasters because there was no wait, but it was quite chilly. It was still exhilarating and a lot of fun. We will definitely be back when it is a bit warmer.
Sarah M — Google review
Canada's Wonderland is probably one of the most famous Staples in Ontario to go visit, it's lots of fun. Great place to go spend time with the family. I have memories from this place from when I was a kid and now I bring my own kids, Roller coasters are always my favorite and they have some of the best roller coasters I've ever been on. While this place does get very busy and crowded I have yet to found a good day to go where it's not very crowded Prices are very expensive for tickets and if you don't want to wait in line then you have to pay an enormous amount of money in my book for speed passes and then if you want to ride the big roller coasters for the speed pass you have to pay even more money for on VIP speedpass, The water park has lines just as long as the rides. It is very crowded and busy there as well in the summer, Halloween haunt was lots of fun when I was a kid but after covid everything's changed and from what I hear now you have to pay and buy a special pass just to go into all the haunted houses now because the haunted houses were the favorite part of this event in my book. Although riding a roller coaster in the dark is pretty fun as well
Brian S — Google review
Amazing and fun roller coasters! The only downside was the long wait times, We had to stand in line for more than 1.5 hours for most rides. If it’s your first time visiting or if you’re a tourist, I highly recommend getting a Fast track pass. Overall, the experience was so thrilling, full of adrenaline, and totally worth it. Pro tip: keep your eyes open during the rides that’s how you’ll enjoy the most!
Hirod B — Google review
Visited on Sunday, August 31, 2025 – and it was packed. The park was overwhelming with people, and the top rides had queues of at least 1 hour. In total, we managed only 5 rides for the whole day. The new ride (opened Summer 2025) had a 3-hour wait all day long, so we skipped it. The shows are just okay for adults, but kids will probably enjoy them more. We bought the all-day dining pass and it was 100% worth it. Almost every food spot had a special menu item included. I’ll attach the list of eligible dining locations since it was confusing at first to figure out which places accepted it. On the downside: while the “no line-jumping” policy is fair in theory, in practice a lot of people went in and out of the queues. No staff were managing this issue, which made the waits more frustrating. Tip: If possible, avoid weekends to really enjoy the park without extreme lines.
Ann K — Google review
Canada’s Wonderland is fun for kids, but the experience feels more like a money trap than a family park. The atmosphere is designed to highlight thrills and fun, but underneath it’s clear the priority is profit, not guests. Parking is $39.99, food and drinks are overpriced, and water access is limited to old fountains or dirty sinks. You can’t bring in much from outside, yet security checks are inconsistent—sometimes too strict, sometimes too lax, raising safety concerns. Customer service is lacking; staff rarely smiled or welcomed guests. Ride wait times stretch 1–2 hours unless you pay $179.99 per person for Fast Lane Plus, which doesn’t even include all rides despite the marketing. My kids had a great time, but they weren’t the ones paying. For what I spent in one day, I could have taken a family trip down south. The park succeeds at creating a “fun” image, but in reality, it’s a polished price-gouge. If you want true value and enjoyment, a small-town festival will give you more smiles, less stress, and far better bang for your buck.

The Village at Black Creek is a captivating 1800s reenactment village in Toronto, offering an immersive experience of the region's history. With over 40 historic buildings, 70 rare animals, and 10 heritage gardens, visitors can explore the authentic setting of the 1860s. The village features costumed guides who showcase trades and crafts from that era, along with entertaining programs suitable for all ages.
:::MUST VISIT::: Today was our first visit. I got excited to book the tickets after seeing the high ratings. This place is amazing. The village is so beautiful with wonderful staffs to explain everything in detail. It has farm animals like hens, sheep’s etc. This village is an educational tour not only for kids but for the adults as well. It has enough public restrooms, pavilion cafe and a gift shop with a great stuff. The parking lot is huge and requires additional parking ticket. It’s not included in the admission ticket. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place in this summer.

I recently had the opportunity to visit The Village at Black Creek, and it was a truly memorable experience that blends history, charm, and community spirit. The staff were knowledgeable and incredibly friendly—always eager to answer questions and share stories that brought the village to life. One of the unexpected highlights? The freshly baked cookies and white bread—absolutely 10/10! Delicious and authentic, they added a warm, homey touch to the visit. It’s a great spot for families, history lovers, or anyone looking to experience a bit of the past in an engaging and welcoming setting.

Amazing experience overall. Place is huge and well maintained. Staff are friendly and wearing traditional clothing dated back to 1800-1900 timeline. They have events to add cultural value and we were lucky enough to experience Spanish dance and Drumming performance. There is paved and unpaved parking however it has a fixed fee (approx 9$) We will surely visit this wonderful historical village again when whether settles a bit. Keep minimum two hours to enjoy every attraction. Presto card holders get a small discount.

I’ve always loved places that preserve history and make you feel connected to the past. Black Creek Village is one of those spots that does it beautifully. The staff, dressed in period costumes, really add to the authentic atmosphere. They’re patient, friendly, and genuinely eager to share their knowledge about the village’s history and daily life in the old days. It’s a perfect place for a one day visit, relaxing, and full of charm. If you enjoy historical sites and a glimpse into the past, I definitely recommend it.

The Village at Black Creek is a wonderful step back in time! The historic buildings, costumed interpreters, and hands-on activities make it feel like you’re truly experiencing 19th-century village life. Every corner has something interesting — from the working blacksmith shop and print shop to the schoolhouse and general store. We enjoyed strolling through the peaceful grounds, chatting with the interpreters who shared fascinating stories, and seeing the heritage gardens in bloom. The attention to detail in both the buildings and the demonstrations is outstanding. It’s educational, fun, and beautifully maintained — a perfect outing for families, history lovers, or anyone looking for a unique day trip.

Awesome place for having a fun day with family. A old but live village from 200 years ago right in the heart of Toronto. I was there twice and both times I enjoyed and learned a lot. People who worked there (I don’t know if they are stuff or volunteers) are nice, kind and knowledgeable. Give it a try and make lots of great memories.

I recently visited The Village at Black Creek and had such a great experience! The place is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and offers a perfect blend of community and comfort. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and everything from the landscaping to the amenities shows how much care goes into keeping the place in great shape. It truly feels like a warm and inviting community highly recommend checking it out!

This is a historical place worth seeing. I was surprised by the location . I’ve passed this street by car so many times and never knew about it! You’ll feel like you’ve gone back to the 1800s and get to experience life from those days for a couple of hours. The bakery was great. I got fresh bread made in the traditional way. Be prepared for a long walk!

Wet 'n' Wild Toronto is a sprawling 45-acre water park offering a diverse range of attractions, including a movie theatre and driving range. It's the perfect destination for families seeking a safe and clean environment to enjoy beach-like fun without the hassle of sand. The park operates daily throughout July and August, as well as most weekends in June. Visitors rave about the awesome slides and recommend taking advantage of season pass options for multiple visits.
I went to Wet n Wild with my daughter and friends and it was amazing. I had such a great time enjoying all the water activities—especially the lazy river and the wave pool! Both were incredibly fun and relaxing. I ended up getting a season pass because I know I’ll definitely be coming back again. It’s such a perfect way to spend the day, and the season pass makes it even more worth it. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t as warm as we had hoped that day, so my daughter felt quite cold, especially after being in the water for a while. Because of that, we didn’t get to stay as long as we would’ve liked. But we’re already planning our next visit on a hotter day so we can enjoy it to the fullest! The water slides were hands-down the highlight of the trip. They were thrilling and so much fun—my daughter and her friends couldn’t get enough of them. They kept going back over and over again and loved every minute of it. It was such a joy to see them having so much fun. Can’t wait for our next trip back!

Get there earlier if you real want to enjoy the place so that you enjoy the most interesting rides before those rides will start getting long queue (30-50mins on the line). Anyway, it's a fun place for both Adults and children, groups and family. Very smart, observant and active guards. Cool your body in a very sunny day and you can never get tired till get home to have a very sound sleep.

Amazing Family Fun! We had an absolute blast at Wet'n'Wild Toronto! The kids loved every minute, from the thrilling slides to the relaxing lazy river. The park was clean, well-maintained, and had plenty of fun attractions for all ages. Highly recommend for families looking for a fun-filled day in the water. 😊🌊

Lots of space and li especially moved quickly! It was also nice to step away for a picnic lunch under a tree! We will be making a return visit soon!

We had a fun day at Wet’n’Wild Toronto! It’s definitely a great place for kids to have a blast, with lots of attractions to keep them entertained. One downside was the long lines for the slides—the wait times can get pretty long, so it’s best to arrive early and plan ahead. Overall, it was a good experience. If you're a family of four, I recommend getting the Platinum Season Pass—when you buy two, you get two free, which is a great value and worth considering if you plan to visit more than once. Food inside the park is a bit pricey, but it’s convenient and less hassle than going out to eat. As for the souvenir shop, the items are quite expensive, and I honestly don’t recommend buying anything unless you really want a keepsake. If that’s the case, maybe just grab one small item as a memento. All in all, a fun and memorable day for the family!

Never again - this is our 2nd time & let’s just say “fool me twice, shame on me”. I should’ve known better. It’s so waaaaaay over priced for what they have- like not just ohh that’s pricey but straight up criminal - a bureau should assess this places quality & prices. All the water was gross, which ok it’s got lots of ppl - but even the walls in the change rooms were dripping black - it was like someone rubbed coal all over the walls. Some of the slide were black too. Also Their hrs mean open door and close doors not just operational - so basically you can’t get it until after 11 and at 20 minutes after 5 o’clock they start walking around & telling you to leave so they can shut the door at six. I assumed rides would shut down at six and we would clear out. We wanted to buy some stuff on the way out, but at 540 we were already not able to buy dippin’ dots & they were already closing the doors to the gift shop, which was stupid because lots of people were wanting in & would’ve bought a lot more on the way out like shirts & hats & hoodies. Their gift shop prices for certain things were ridiculous like a pair of tiny goggles that you get at the dollar store for two dollars they wanted like $$22-$28 some crap like that- like I understand you can get a high profit margin because you’re a private park but they go too far and it is crazy. Slides definitely look like they need some maintenance. Some of them didn’t have enough pressure to even push the tinniest kids down. One of them was anchored to the staircase that went to the slide & it just blew around in the wind & when anyone was going down. Be prepared to see rude people on a whole other level. I don’t know if it’s my age & times have changed, but people are confrontational & aggressive, & a lot of people, butt the lines. One group of eight, butted the line on one slide for us & on the same slide during the same wait, a little boy butted the line & kept scurrying up, & then his dad and sister would come & stand with him & then the boy would run off & go Butt ahead again & the dad would go up later “ohhhh , I’m looking for my son”. Finally the last time he tried to do it I spoke up & I said no this isn’t fair like you’re cutting in front of other people’s kids who’ve been behaving well and waiting longer & he started to argue that it wasn’t a big deal so I was like What makes you better than them? & that’s when people in the line, all started yelling at him, apparently he had been doing it all day, & everyone was sick of it, & it ended up starting like this huge thing where they almost came to blows.(I felt bad at that point for saying anything because I felt like I had started it, but I was politely trying to just correct the situation. I didn’t realize he had been doing it all day & making enemies everywhere.). It was really disappointing to see a grown man teaching his children to lie & cheat & then when he was called out on it, to threaten people & get in their face & be abrupt, I felt so bad for his children but I hate to say … you know they’re gonna grow up to be terrible people just like him because he’s teaching them this- so yeah next time I’m gonna just go to an indoor waterslide maybe in Niagara or go to Ottawa because I am never giving them a single dime of my money again. On a sidenote, I would like to say that the staff of young kids that work there seem to be pretty attentive & had good attitudes. I got the strong impression that they were shortstaffed that particular day. Ohhhh ohhh I almost forgot - the carabanas you can rent are so small like sooooooo small - & what’s weird is they offer some with fridges but why when you cant bring anything into the park except sealed water - so what’s it for - the only thing I can think is if you have baby formula/milk or you want the drinks you buy there colder - like what are thinking - don’t worry it’s only hundreds more to rent a small tent with a fridge . God they better hope no one comes along to build something better or they’ll be done permanently.

In need of updates. Kids section never has both slides working which backs up lines for children. Limited amount of smaller toddler slides. The little frog is always packed. Dirty! Garbage everywhere. lots of staff but no one is cleaning. My child loves the place and I want it to thrive, but really needs to allocate funds into better places.

The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Vaughan Mills is a popular dining spot in Vaughan, known for its elegant yet relaxed atmosphere and delectable classic steak and seafood offerings. With a solid reputation and various dining options including curbside pickup, takeout, and dine-in, it's a go-to choice for those seeking a remarkable meal experience. The menu features starters like Caesar or iceberg wedge salads followed by an array of prime rib and steak selections served with sautéed field mushrooms.
We are regulars at this Keg location, and every time it’s a wonderful experience. This time, we came for my birthday and Farzad took care of us. He was fantastic! Very attentive, checked in on us, gave my mom a wine sample to help her decide and remembered my birthday cake. Props to him! Food was delicious, our reservation was ready and everything as great- as always. We ordered off the seasonal lobster menu, which as AMAZING!
Alexandra L — Google review
3 stars means ok. The crispy Calamari is ok. There are a couple of pieces that stick together by the batter. So it is just ok. The Caesar salad is ok. We ordered the 18 Oz prime ribs to share, and they split the order into 2 plates. The prime ribs are ok. It is medium rare, which is what i ordered. But the spices are really strong on the skin. It is very very salty. The funny thing is that I ordered the double baked potato as side. They really split the baked potato into 2. Yes, that is the order. But how much is a baked potato without any topping? $2. Yes, that is what they entitle to do. If I am the waiter, I will give a full potato for each plate so I can have a chance to receive bigger tips. ........ but the worst is the lighting. They put us into the corner, the far end of the restaurant. The lighting is so dark that it is like eating in the darkroom. The overall keg experience at Vaughn Mill is subpar compared to other kegs in the Toronto area.

I feel like the Keg never disappoints. I’ve been to different locations and each time I’ve had a good experience with no complaints whatsoever. When I went this time it was no different. The foods were really good the staff were all very nice and friendly and overall really good atmosphere to talk and have gatherings. It’s a really good restaurant for celebrations there were at least 4 people having their birthdays when I went.

Busy location but the the front staff within the 20 min window. Our server was fast, courteous and attentive. Food was ok not the best from the keg but still good.
Amarjit D — Google review
They serve hot bread with butter which is always appreciated when a restaurant offers that. We had the fried calamari. It was good and crispy, can’t really go wrong with that. For the mains, we got the top sirloin which was delicious, and the peppercorn new york, which had way too much pepper for my taste. The pepper was burnt and left an un-desiring taste, also that steak was more of a medium well than a medium rare. The server was kind and very attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. She even offered us the signature cake which was yum!
Jeffrey H — Google review
We come here once in a while when we’re craving steak. The steak quality is still very good, and the service is always on point. The only difference for me is the atmosphere—it doesn’t feel the same anymore. It’s much louder now, likely because the place has gotten busier..
Eric D — Google review
I’ve been a loyal Keg guest for years, dining at least once a month, but my recent experience at the Vaughan location on September 10th was disappointing. I ordered my usual rib steak, medium. It came out rare—bleeding on the plate. I sent it back, and when the manager personally returned it, I cut into it right in front of her. Instead of acknowledging the issue, she told me it was “the lighting” and walked away. I was shocked by the dismissive response. In the end, I barely touched the steak and only ate the sides. They discounted the bill by $25, but that hardly makes up for the poor execution and service. The only positive was our server, who worked hard to make up for the situation and really tried to salvage the evening. The Keg used to be my go-to for a consistent steak dinner, but my past few experiences—including this one—have made me seriously reconsider. My husband and I went to the Keg to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We always go to the Keg for our anniversary, knowing we are going to have a great meal and great service. We have been going to the Keg for more than 20 years. The food has never disappointed, and we typically finish our meal with the complimentary Billy Miner Pie, which is always offered on special occasions. The restaurant knew we were there for our annual special occasion. Well, the server was not on his A game at all. We ordered wine, and he spilled it onto the table. He did not attempt to wipe it up so I used my napkin to clean the table. I left the soiled napkin at the edge of the table hoping he would replace it immediately, but he did take his sweet time. It wasn't a busy Wednesday night, yet he took forever to take our order. He did not ask us how we liked our meal, the salt and pepper was nowhere to be found, and he did not ask if we were celebrating anything, which is a typical question when we dine at the Keg. Needless to say, not a great experience. We will have to go to another Keg next year for sure.

Reptilia Vaughan is a large reptile and amphibian center that offers daily shows, feedings, and a gift shop. It houses Canada's largest collection of reptiles, with over 250 unique species from all over the globe. The 1,400 square meter indoor zoo provides a toasty environment for visitors to interact with cold-blooded friends. It's an ideal place for families and groups to explore and learn about fascinating animals not found in other Canadian zoos.
Hosted a birthday here in April, and came back this past weekend. Party host/staff were great with a big crowd. The private show was a huge hit with both kids and adults. The zoo itself is well maintained. Washrooms, party rooms, zoo, playground, and gift shop/lounge are clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking. All the staff we interacted with on both trips, were knowledgeable, courteous and polite. The theatre shows are a great bonus, sometimes with live feedings too. A staff member was returning a snake to her enclosure, and stopped to discuss the type of snake, some facts, and let us pet her too. You can see the care the staff have for these reptiles. The fact a majority of the reptiles are rescues, solidifies the love they have for all these creatures. Thank you another wonderful trip, and I’m sure we will be back again!

Our family recently visited the Reptilia Vaughan , and it was an unforgettable experience for the kids. If you’re searching for fun things to do with kids or a unique family-friendly attraction, this place is a must. The highlight of our trip was the educational reptile show, where the staff introduced us to snakes, lizards, and even a crocodile. The kids were thrilled to touch some of the reptiles while learning fascinating facts about them. The interactive setup, complete with a volcano display, made the whole experience both fun and educational. What I loved most is how it combines entertainment with learning, making it perfect for curious children. If you’re planning a weekend activity or looking for the best family attractions in the area, I highly recommend visiting the ReptileOne Center. It’s a place where kids can learn, explore, and have fun all at once.

My 3 year old and I had a great experience here. Staff was friendly and helpful. The layout of the place is very practical. There is a fun play area for kids that my kid couldn’t get enough of. I was worried it might be busy due do it being a Sunday but there was plenty of room and wasn’t over crowded. Also parking was a complete breeze. Recommend for sure.

We had the most amazing time at Reptilia in Vaughan! Our 3-year-old son had the time of his life exploring and meeting all the “creatures” — he was completely captivated from start to finish. The animals are clearly well cared for and loved, and the entire facility was clean, welcoming, and super family-friendly. One of the highlights for us was getting to feed and hold Mushu for a photo — such a memorable experience! Even at just 3 years old, our son was completely engaged thanks to the incredible zookeepers who took the time to explain and teach in a way that kept his attention. A huge shoutout to Anthony, who truly went above and beyond to make our first visit unforgettable. His kindness, knowledge, and enthusiasm made the experience even more special. We’ll definitely be back — thank you, Reptilia, for such a magical day! ❤️🦎🐍

We had an okay time here, but it’s a very quick walk through… Many of the displays here were either very dirty and/or the animal was missing and off exhibit entirely - it’s a little upsetting to pay $22.50 for a 45 minute walk through where 1/3 of the animals were off exhibit. We also couldn’t help but notice that many of the enclosures had their water features completely empty - leaving animals land locked so to speak. The play area was extremely dirty and there were some children screaming the entire time, banging on enclosure windows, etc. not a single staff member in site. We took in the educational show, but it wasn’t at all educational. Over a dozen questions were asked by the audience and the presenting staff member didn’t know the answers to any of them.

We had great time at Reptilia. Perfect opportunity to watch various Reptiles getting fed and also to ask questions about their diet. You can also feed them yourself. Make sure to attend interesting and different theatre shows every day and touch animals. We had a chance to meet a ball python carried by a guy on his hand. It is a great place for families to visit. @eva.eva8 YouTube

Belsito Trattoria is a modern restaurant located in Kleinburg, offering a comfortable dining experience with traditional Italian cuisine and a selection of wines. The restaurant features a spacious indoor seating area along with an outdoor patio for al-fresco dining during the warmer seasons. With a capacity to accommodate private events, Belsito Trattoria also provides catering services. Known for its friendly service and excellent food, it's a popular choice among visitors exploring the nearby McMichael Canadian Art Collection.
Belsito is a quaint yet fantastic establishment. The menu has many options for those who prefer meat as well as vegetarians. The lamb chops were exquisitely cooked to medium rare topped with delicious chimichurri sauce served on a bed of mashed potatoes and carrots. The potato gnocchi had a rich tomato sauce that tasted very organic. Our waiter was kind enough to recommend us a great red wine to pair with our meal. This is a fantastic place for couples and small parties to enjoy their meals together. Highly recommended to all.

There’s a reason why this place is always booked. The food and the vibe are awesome, but what I cannot speak highly enough of is the service. They give you a warm and salty focaccia to start with which is very delicious! We got the calamari and shared a pizza as appetizers which were my favourites of the night. The pizza crust is thin and the sauce and cheese is delicious! I ordered the sausage and mushroom gnocchi for my main which was decent, the gnocchi was pretty bland I would not order it again. I’d rather order one of their other pasta and pizza dishes instead. The other people in our party got the carbonara pasta which was good. We also got a lava cake and tiramisu for dessert which were pretty yummy, the portions were just so tiny for how much it cost. The dessert is not really worth it in my opinion. Overall we had a good time and the atmosphere and service was nice. I would come back for the focaccia, calamari, and pizza!

What a great experience, theidea of a different menu every month . From different regions is absolutely fantastic. Today was the region of "Abruzzo". Some pictures I will share from the delicious food. Service on point, super service. We were a table of 14 and is difficult to get everything correct, but for us was just perfect. Tha ks so much for the team. Cocktail are pricey but worth it. I have a paper plane and my friendsartini expresso. Worth every penny you pay for the food. Will be back for an special occasion.

Tried Giro for the first time & it did not disappoint. Caught the last day of the Lazio region menu, which is my favorite. The Rigatoni Alla Zozzona was incredible - perfectly al dente. The Amatriciana Sbagliata pizza was also an excellent appetizer - very thin and flavorful. Looking forward to trying the monthly region specials next time!

The place is a hidden gem! Outside of the store definitely doesn’t represent the atmosphere inside. It’s a nice authentic restaurant. You can spot a beautiful pizza oven and the kitchen from were you are sitting. They handled a group of 10 perfectly. The sitting was nicely done. What I loved the most about it is that the menu represents different part of Italy. They have a monthly theme on their menu. This month’s was Sicilian cuisine. Everyone loved their food. I personally DID NOT like the LEEK as vegetable on my plate… it should be killed off of the menu…you cannot bring cake from outside as there is an additional plate fee if you do so however our waiter Marco was great and he didn’t charge us. The bills were handled perfectly and no mistakes were made for a large group. Great experience and I highly recommend this restaurant.

I m a huge Napoli pizza fan! Giro has great authentic pizza, which made me been here twice during one week! The blu mare pasta is excellent! Only thing I m not very satisfied is the sangria, which was little bit watery, like too much juice or spritz instead of wine. But overall I love this restaurant, will def come back again!

The Richmond Hill David Dunlap Observatory, established in 1935 on a 189-acre estate, boasts Canada's largest optical telescope. The observatory is a hidden gem with its unique spherical roof and historical neighboring building. It offers stargazing opportunities and hosts various astronomy programs, speaker nights, and family events. Visitors can explore the universe through the impressive telescope and even book group events at this distinctive venue.
I found this observatory on a random google search and it ended up being one of the highlights of my trip. The location is gorgeous, the observatory itself is fascinating, and the volunteers were without a doubt the most passionate and kind I have met. This was an extraordinary experience and I cannot thank the volunteers enough.

Great experience going through this wonderful historical site, we went during the 90th anniversary so everything was free. Went during the day so we didn't look through the scope but it was still fun! Recommend going during night so you can see through the scope itself. Still a nice experience and recommend going before it becomes paid again

An important piece of history. We found this by chance while looking at the Atlas Obsura app and we were only 20 mints or so away, so we went to check out out. Very cool. Very impressive what has been discovered with this very telescope during its career. Even more impressive it still functions. We're hoping to be able to look through it one day.

Nice old Observatory in Richmond Hill which is no longer in use. Open summer time in the afternoon with free entrance. Quiet and beautiful environment. Worth a visit.

I got married today, My wife and I have been planning on taking pictures at this location for months. Upon arrival a blonde woman came out and started screaming at my wife and our wedding party, as I approached to ask what the problem was the woman looked at me and yelled the words "no permit no photos" My photographer went into the observatory to ask her if we could purchase a permit and she wouldn't even speak with him. My wife was in tears, and there was nothing we could do. As we were outside with the wedding party trying to come up with a gameplay we saw Richmond Hill city staff taking pictures of us. On our way to the bus I was speaking with my best man and he looked at the gentleman taking pictures of us and simply said "thanks for ruining my brother's special day" The gentleman in a hi-vis richmond hill shirt looked at my best man, laughed and said "sucks" This is disgusting and I hope the city of richmond hill takes action immediately.

Went today with the family for the 90th anniversary. We loved it. The staff was so nice and were so amazing with all the information they shared with us. Very nice experience for the kids. Parking lot is small but we got lucky and found a spot quickly. Will definitely be back.

I really wanted to love the David Dunlap Observatory experience, but the website and booking system are just so poorly designed! It made the whole process incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. It’s such a shame, because this could be an amazing, fun way to plan a family trip and explore space together!

This is a local community trail, aka Bartley Smith Greenway North, north to Teston Road and south to McNaughton Road. There are a few ponds and a creek along the trail. The length of the trail in the loop is about 7km, takes about a couple of hours to complete. It was a grey Sunday, it was not busy.

3 words…..HOT!! HOT!! HOT!!!!!!! It should be illegal to have a sports centre without any air conditioning and poor air flow. It is absolutely STIFLING in there. Easily reaching indoor temperatures of over 30 degrees. Add that to 4 courts of basketball and at least 200+ spectators. I wish basketball clubs would stop supporting this venue. The athletes cannot perform to their full potential in these conditions. Don’t get me started on the spectator seating because there is virtually none for courts 3 and 4. Make sure you bring your folding chairs. To top it all off you can’t get a decent cell phone signal inside. Please CYBL, COALITION, OBA and other basketball leagues, stop supporting this venue!! Your athletes and families deserve better!!! **UPDATE… today one of the athletes got sick on the court due to the heat. It took staff about 10 minutes to casually stroll over and half heartedly clean up with his feet and bare hands. No regard or concern for the sick child. Parents and Referees were so fed up with his nonchalant attitude so they cleaned up themselves. Absolutely appalling. I wish I could upload a video. STAY AWAY FROM THIS VENUE.

Last Straw Distillery, located in Vaughan, Ontario, is a hidden gem just 30 minutes from central Toronto. It's not your typical fancy distillery bar but rather the operational headquarters of one of Vaughan's first distilleries. The owners are known for their heart of gold and are passionate about sharing their knowledge and love for spirits. Their hand-crafted spirits such as Gin Twenty One and Blackstrap Rum have received high praise.
Purchased two bottles of whiskey which were suggested based on my taste, and both are fantastic. Highly recommend the "sCorn" whiskey to fellow Bourbon loving Canadians. ALSO as and edit to this review, "Darker Side" makes for the absolute best old fashioned I've ever tasted. You won't be disappointed.

I was on the hunt for Mandakini, which I could only find through LCBO online, but Last Straw Distillery had it in stock with multiple flavour and options at 40%, 46%, and even 65%. To my surprise, they also have Taika (Nadan Charayam 46%) ! This is the only place where you can find all varieties of Mandakini in one spot. Just make sure to give them a quick call before heading over to confirm availability. Their customer service is top-notch,Nicholas was incredibly helpful and made the whole experience smooth. Highly recommend!

2025 May 4★ A decent mall and can be quiet during weekdays but certainly worth checking out. A fair amount of stores, movie theater, supermarket and now bowling alley & arcade just recently opened. Pleasant to walk in. There's plenty of parking and it's transit accessible with the Viva terminal nearby.

I haven't been to this mall in 4 years. The mall is dying, and I am pretty sad. When my kids were growing up, it was our go-to mall. Im glad T n t still there. There once was an old navy, h and m American Eagle, lululemon, Atriza, garage, and dynamite. You literally didn't need to go shopping anywhere else's. A lot of stores have closed down. A lot has changed. I hope it will be vibrant again. I did see a sign that there will be a good life fitness coming into the mall. I'm excited to see this happen. Hopefully, they can bring back some good stores again. Plenty of parking spaces and the mall were nice and quiet. I did get some stuff from the bath and body work. That was plus no lineup. Hopefully, when I visit again, something may have changed.

Not the biggest mall in the world, but it has a nice food court and movie theatre. If you want a quiet place to go shopping then this mall is for you. The third floor is very quiet and quite cool to walk around the hallways.
Max N — Google review
It’s an okay mall, nothing special about it. Not as busy compared to other malls and has loads of parking space. Has a great variety of stores for your one stop shop.
Diana — Google review
Not a bad place for people who don't like crowded mall, some of the sections and shops look a bit slow on traffic, the mall could use a boost in advertising for the shops there, maybe include a cinema in the upper levels to attract crows . Most attractions are in the lower levels at one side of the mall, but I went in with my wife to play some bowling, it was way too expensive for just one hour (65$) and for 2 people (it would make sense if we were more people), there was no option to play just one round and also bowling shoes were mandatory at a price. It can be less expensive. I also noticed pickleball courst in the lower level which looked like fun, also the food court was very clean, not crowded and had many options.

The venues are clean, the staff is generally friendly, and features like glow-in-the-dark lanes, laser tag, or mini-golf vary by location. Went to Splitsville for a day out with friends and colleagues and we had a great time! The vibe is super fun—bright lights, upbeat music, and a good mix of people of all ages. The bowling lanes are well-maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we had an issue with the scoring (they fixed it right away). I did not order any food but the food menu was pretty solid for a fun spot - typical pub-style eats, nothing gourmet, but it hit the spot. The nachos and wings were solid according to friends, and the drinks came out fast. They also have arcade games and pool tables, so there’s more to do if you’re not into bowling the whole time. Perfect spot for casual hangouts, birthday parties, or even date nights if you’re looking for something chill but fun. Prices are reasonable too. Would definitely go back!

Dropped by with a friend to kill some time before watching Sinners. I grabbed a card first, and my (equally indecisive) friend joined me a little later... we ended up spending quite a bit of time figuring out how to use our points. Roselle (👋🏽) and Kalaen kept us company the whole time, chatting with us whenever they weren’t busy helping other customers. Honestly, they made the whole experience way more fun (and a little harder to leave). We left with snacks for the movie and a ball gun we still play with to this day. Highly recommend this place, whether you're on a cute date or just hanging out with friends, it’s a good time with good people.

This was my first time doing glow-in-the-dark mini put and it was very fun. My party of 3 enjoyed each hole and the challenges between the holes kept the game exciting. I also enjoyed the game going up to a second level in the building. The arcade games out front looked fun as well. The staff were friendly and helpful

I visited on a weekend, and the wait time was around 15-20 minutes. The mini-golf setup includes 18 holes, with a maximum of 6 attempts per hole and up to 4 players per group. We received our scorecard and got started right away. The courses were enjoyable, featuring a variety of creative mechanisms that kept things interesting. For our group of three, we completed the course in about an hour. The glow-in-the-dark elements added a unique and visually engaging touch, and I was thrilled to score a hole-in-one! While you may overlap with other groups since everyone plays at their own pace, the atmosphere was relaxed and no one felt rushed. Everyone was friendly and considerate. The pricing was fair and reasonable, making it a great choice for a casual outing. However, keep in mind that lockers are available for an extra fee, so I chose to leave my jacket in the car. The staff were welcoming and helpful, adding to the positive experience. There's also an arcade attached, providing additional entertainment while you wait. Plus, there are a few restaurants nearby if you want to grab a bite after playing. Overall, I had a great time and would definitely recommend it for a fun, short outing!

DP Lazer Maze Inc. Laser Tag, located at 31 Gaudaur Rd in Vaughan, offers laser tag games for all ages. The arena is open on various days of the week with flexible hours to accommodate visitors' schedules. Prices range from $7.50 for a single 20-minute game to $20.00 for three games totaling an hour of playtime. Additionally, York students can enjoy a discounted rate of $6.00 for a 20-minute game.
I recently attended a corporate team building event at Lazer Maze in Vaughan, and it absolutely blew my expectations out of the water! From the moment we arrived, the staff made everything seamless, super friendly, organized, and genuinely excited to host us. The laser tag arena itself is top-tier. It’s massive, multi-level, and incredibly well-designed with glowing neon lights, fog effects, and a layout that keeps you on your toes. Whether you're into stealthy strategy or all-out action, this place delivers. Everyone on our team, from seasoned gamers to first-timers, had a blast (literally!). What made it even better was how well they handled our group. Timing, equipment, and safety were all on point, and they even helped coordinate our game modes to keep things competitive and fun. There's also a great lounge area where we could relax, laugh about the battles, and grab a drink or snack. If you're looking for a high-energy, team-building experience or just want to feel like a kid again, Lazer Maze in Vaughan is where it's at. I’d 100% recommend it for corporate events, birthday parties, or just a spontaneous night out with friends. Already planning my next visit!

Had an amazing time during an impromptu visit with my family. The front desk staff was so nice that she convinced me to join the kids and I dong regret it. Very cordial, very polite and respectful staff. Inside the maze the action was exhilarating- had so much fun! But the entire experience was awesome because of the people running the place. We were lucky to have a friendly group of strangers in the maze with us and it made the activity do much more fun. Definitely worth a visit.

By far the worst birthday party we had for our 9 year old. The Bubble gives much more value and it ain't even cheap!. The party only includes 2 games which lasts only 10 mins each. Kids were so sad because they mix the games with professional players where kids will get followed and bullied by the 'regulars'. Not only do I have to bring my own food for this price, they do not let you in early to setup! They said they would but they don't. The venue is more run down that it looks. I rushed through paying for this because it was the only place that accepted bookings . There's a reason why people don't book parties here. The video games are extremely out dated. Kids were very bored because of the minimal game time you get. Please compare prices with other venue before booking as I did not do my home work. This place is only acceptable if you have teens that are relatively good at lazer tag. Smaller kids or less experienced don't come here. Edit: This is not a fake review, booking was under husbands name (email confirmation attached) It's an opinion based on my experience. The fact you corrected me on the 15 mins game time is interesting. Once kids go into the room to receive the agressive lecture on rules etc that eats some of the play time. Your employees have no patience for kids, similar to your response to my feedback. My point about the food is not that I want to be restricted, it's the fact I pay so much to get no food included. It's a hassle to bring your own food to a small kid birthday. Just because you have marshals and you allowed mixed players since opening day does not negate the fact that small kids were targeted by big kids. Your venue lacks convenience (bringing own food only), kindness (mean staff to kids), value (overcharging for what is given and outdated venue and video games that are not included). Please don't think that a one star review is fake because you want to downplay with my experience.
Sam W — Google review
We visited for the first time, and I must say it was quite warm—around +20 outside and even warmer inside, possibly due to a malfunctioning air conditioner. We were all a bit drenched, and the kids emerged clearly showing how hot it was. While there were some strict rules in the kids' area, the staff in the room were excellent, providing us with pizza and drinks. Overall, it was a memorable experience, but will not recommend this place in the summer time.
Yan — Google review
Place is a big rip off. For 600$ you get: 1. Two 15 minute laser tag games. 8.50$/player if you want another game. 2. An arcade where each game is 1$/2$ extra. 3.A phone number so you can order your own pizza (not provided 🤯🤯🤯). 4. A nice small party room for 10-15 kids to squeeze into and be bored out of their minds for an hour and half. 5. The whole place is a broken down sauna. Be prepared to sweat. Bring extra clothing. We won't return and don't recommend. Our son is disappointed. 🗑 they need to fix their system to be fair for what they're charging. I'm sure we aren't the only ones who recognized these things.

They don’t have a kitchen or a bar, so it’s allowed to bring your own food and drinks. If you’re booking for a large group (more the merrier) then you can do it online as well. Walk in times are also available to see on their website. You should wear comfortable attire with comfy closed shoes. You can park around the perimeter for free. They have one toilet. The prices are very reasonable and I’d recommend this place to everyone looking to de-stress or to celebrate! Can’t wait to go back and throw some more axes!

Went on a date here on a Sunday afternoon during a walk in session for our first time. Mark was our coach and we were lucky enough to have the place to ourselves. He was great! Fun and informative..he even helped us fix our forms and we definitely improved by the end of the hour. We had an amazing time and will definitely come back and recommend. It’s different and fun, great choice for date night.

Took my two boys for some father and son bonding time. Bad axe didn't disappoint. We had a great time. Something satisfying about throwing an axe and having it stick! Mark was a great host. Taught us the basics and then would suggest modifications to increase the skill level as our confidence and accuracy improved.
André B — Google review
It was my first time Axe throwing, we had a group of 4 booked, you are able to walk in but I made reservations and pre-booked for two hours. We had a lot of fun, the host played some games with us and you are allowed to have drinks just not hard liquors.. so coolers and beers are what they say “bring your own drinks” it is covid so be aware with bringing food because your hands are dirty touching the axes and such and you can only take your mask off if you are activity eatting or drinking anything and that would have to be done at the tables. You must wear your mask at all times and just an FYI it does get hot as you throw the axes & it 100% is a workout but we all enjoyed it, great music, it’s like your own private space which was nice. During covid was one of the first locations to open so def recommend for date activities or even a small birthday group gathering.

We came here in a group and had a lot of fun! Our coaches, Steve and Anthony were amazing. They were really good at teaching us how to do axe throwing. They made axe throwing really enjoyable and fun. They were really helpful and nice. We played a variety of fun games. You can organize your team or family or corporate events here. They allow you to bring your food and drinks here. They also have sofas and seating. I would definitely recommend you to go here. It's really fun and you will definitely have a good experience here!

First time doing this not in the backyard and it was amazing! Very professional staff and safe facilities, makes you comfortable considering you are throwing an ax. We were provided good training on multiple techniques so we could decide individually what suited best. Ran some warm ups to get familiar and then the staff guided us through some tournament style games. Great activity for groups or dates, will definitely be visiting again to sharpen (haha) my skills. Give the 2 handed log splitter a try and don't be embarrassed if it takes a few tries.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Highly recommended to literally anyone who enjoys having fun with friends. I booked 3 hours as part of my best friends bachelor party and everyone had a total blast! We got to drink, play our own music, eat snacks we brought and just had an all around great time. Our coach was Anthony and he went above and beyond what was expected. Approachable, relatable and very helpful with instructing. He helped us practice and organized games for us to play all throughout and it was just a great experience overall. I cannot recommend this place more! Lots of fun, great atmosphere, good workout and a reasonable price. Thank you, Bad Axe Throwing for making my friends bachelor party unforgettable!

Our coach was Mark and he was amazing! I booked this last minute as well for 6 people and they were able to accommodate! I cannot recommend this location enough. If you're lucky enough to have Mark as your coach it's a definite fun time!!!!! It was 2.5 hours long and it was well worth it!

Bindertwine Park, located near Islington Avenue in Kleinberg, is a family-friendly park with plenty of green space, a baseball diamond, and a soccer field. It offers a well-maintained trail along a serene stream for leisurely walks. The park also provides access to the scenic Humber Trail and the McMichael Trail, which runs alongside the Humber River. Visitors can enjoy picturesque landscapes with beautiful birch trees.
An park though green good, leads more to the William Granger Greenway-Humber trail entrance. This park offers side playful activities and has closed enclosure for same. Not experienced more of this park as straightaway went for the trail. Enjoy.
Hiten R — Google review
Very nice fields with beautiful surroundings. Parking is pretty good but the nets on the soccer fields are ripped. Not sure how expensive soccer net is but that would make a big difference.

Nice park. We were looking for something quite park and trail to explore near Vaughan and found this place. It's quite and nice trail. You can explore the different pathways along with Humber river. Have seen people are coming here for picnic. People come here with dogs for walking too. Nice picnic spot as it is huge and nice place. Free Parking is available on site.Great place for a nature walk.
Atit P — Google review
Not much to say, nice trail, seems to be well maintained, etc. I did see that it said there was no winter maintenance so keep that in mind.

Great weather for a hike and a little exercise. I love biking on this Humber River Trail in the summer. However, it was nothing less than majestic on the Christmas Day after the snowfall. While keeping distance we wished and received many blessings for the holidays. I hope next year will bring many good things to you too. Happy holidays! Park trail runs along Humber river and is very easy to navigate. There is plenty of parking at the head of the trail. Enjoy!
David B — Google review
Good open trail, easy for beginners bc it’s not hard to get lost & it’s not too long. Not too many bugs but still wear bug spray & sunscreen as there aren’t many shady areas. Flat wide for walking with stops along the way to rest. The views are nice. Good amount of parking space also (concrete lot). Enough space to have a picnic / outdoor activity. Pretty busy trail.
Meera A — Google review
Beautiful scenery. Beside the park, there are stores (if you go up the hill) and a beautiful Art gallery. Would recommend going to this place on a weekend or the evening because it was a little busy today. Enjoy!
Andrea C — Google review
My new favourite park. Easy to get there and a bit interesting trails to get 10k steps a day. Seems many people are only enjoying trails.

Lots to do at this park for everyone. The kids playground is on the smaller side so it's good for small kids. There's a small skate park with a quarter half pipe roughly 4ft. high. Basketball court, baseball field, soccer field, splash pad, lawn bowling.
Racy N — Google review
This is a great park with walkways thru-out, also the soccer field has artificial turf, there is a baseball diamond, bocci courts, playground, skateboard area and a water park for the little kids... the only problem is the litter in the park is horrible
Frank S — Google review
Absolutely gorgeous park 😍 Kids will definitely love this park.

I love this park 😍. The spalsh pad design is cool too
Lorde F — Google review
Had my daughter's 5th birthday party here. Everyone loved it! The splash pad is one of the best in the city, padded floors and lots of green area to sit and watch the kids. The playground is in the same vicinity, so the kids run from one place to the other without any concerns. The bathrooms are also very clean
Claudia C — Google review
First off, this park is the best park of all the parks I've gone to over the years. The Basketball court is amazing, the Football field is nice and big and so is the Baseball diamond. I've been going to this park ever since I was a kid and I went to this park yesterday after around 10 years and it still holds those nostalgic vibes and relaxing vibes. So to sum it up I love this park in general and would recommend it to everyone :)
Jabeer K — Google review
Mostly clean. The kids were not bored for a second in a 3 hour visit.

Very nice park for family with kids. It has a water splash pad, playground, field and picnic areas with washrooms. My kids really enjoy coming here.

Waterpark and playground area nicely designed. Lots to keep the kids busy while having fun. No sort of maintenance has been done to this area for some time as the ground in the play area have massive holes everywhere. This could be very dangerous with little ones.
