I told Lou how I enjoyed this museum more than the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego but he was part of the reason why I enjoyed it. Less than 4miles roundtrip. Budget for 2-2.5 hrs with short breaks here and there because there are steep sections. This is an out and back hike. You hike up to the highest summit point and still continue on till you see the end of trail sign. Then turn around on the same trail back to the trailhead. The trailhead has restrooms and water fountains. Trail is very well maintained with mile markers and tree identifiers. There's no shade though so plan to complete the hike accordingly in the summer. I didn't give it five stars because the trail is extremely crowded and you can't enjoy the proximity to the nature due to all the noise (people chatting and listening to loud music while hiking). It affects parking too, almost impossible to find a spot if you arrive later in the morning. In general, great exercise to get your heart pumping in a couple of hrs.

I do wish Voyager was less geared towards kids. The recordings that played at each "stop" were very juvenile. Also, the gift shop was way too kid-oriented.
