But this place will make your order and let it sit or arrive cold and gross. The insides of the containers were sweating and I ordered mozzarella sticks. You have to pay more for those as a substitute and mine arrived super cold. So 39 cold nuggets, with cold fries, and cold mozzarella sticks that are like chewy soggy jerky for 41.14 bucks. I Gave a proper tip because im not a jerk but I wished i had made the girl wait at my door as I open up the items and make her take them back without cash in hand. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but was badly let down as a customer. If they treat their customers in this way I highly doubt there is much benefit in calling the store over it. When we first walked in, it felt like no one knew what to do or where to seat us. We stood around for a bit, then once we finally got seated, no one came to check on us for about 15 minutes. We ended up deciding to just place a to-go order, but even that took another 20 minutes. By that point, we were debating leaving because other tables who sat before us still didn’t have their food yet. When we finally got home and opened our order, the fries tasted like they came straight from the freezer…. I actually had to re-fry them in my air fryer just to make them edible.
