Parking is located in the back or curbside I wouldn’t recommend leaving anything valuable because it is a high traffic area for homeless people but they didn’t bother us at all. I recommend anything on the menu, but I loved the red beans n rice with the fried pork chop and washed it down with some swamp water. It took over 30 minutes for a Crawfish Pho. The pho itself was a 3/5, it was more in the sweet side for me and the brisket I added wasn’t the best quality but overall it had all the right ingredients and had good taste. The rest of the meal– oyster po' boys and a shrimp and oyster basket– was devoid of seasoning and the oysters tasted old, according to my kids and hubby. Crumbs etc off the tables meanwhile he was cleaning were left on the floor afterwards no he did not sweep or pick it up. Steak was a joke, I ordered medium well and I got an over done and tasted like nothing. If the floor and ceiling tile were replaced and they painted certain areas, it definitely would look better. Although the service, tables and murals were alright we will not be coming back this place is VERY MID. They thought it was funny did not open any doors or anything when asked they said the exhaust was broken and laughed. However this is a major liability. If I get a cough I know where it came from as I will be contacting them since things are funny. We see what kind of inhumane working environments this is on top of a liability for the customers. The customer service was great but the food was absolutely DISGUSTING. It took about 5 minutes for our food to come out once we were seated, which says a lot about the freshness of the seafood. The waitress brought us the 2 fish meal with rice and a dry crusty piece of white bread and shrimp that tasted like they bought it from Walmart and stored it in their freezer for 6 months before serving it to us. The fish was dry and looked like that microwaveable crap in the freezer aisle. Please do not eat here. It was dirty and the food was terrible. I didn’t even touch the rice it looked so nasty. It is not fresh food. It is clearly refrigerated food from Walmart or something. I was truly disappointed and bewildered at how many ppl lied and gave this place a good rating. Nice people, terrible food. If the owners read this, you can do so much better. You are disgracing San Antonio, Texas with microwaveable seafood on a paper plate. DO NOT EAT HERE! You will be disappointed and leave sick to your stomach. People, please stop lying about this place. It is hands down the worst seafood I’ve ever eaten in my life. The food is great. But it's very expensive. Especially for what it is. Drinks are up there. Maybe I went at a bad time or maybe not but it just didnt appeal to me personally. Ahi Poke Tuna nachos are delicious but wish it was a bigger serving. Oyster Chowdah is amazing. Micheladas are delicious. The artichoke was a yummy snack too and great to share. This place is a hidden gem! Perfect date night especially right when the Texas sun goes down and the summer nights outside feel soo good. It's like a eating off the coast at a beach house.

Located not too far from The Pearl on East Grayson St, this place has an eclectic vibe similar to an oyster shack you might find in Port A or down on South Padre. You really get that island vibe when you are in here despite being right in the middle of the concrete jungle. The inside is kind of small and most of the seating is centered around the bar. They have large open windows, and this is what makes it feel like you are on island time. They also have a large outside patio with plenty of tables to hang out at. You can stop in for a cold brew – they have 8 beers on tap. Or you can stop in for a brew and some really good food. Choose from a crawfish boil, or a catfish fry, homemade deviled eggs (made right in front of you at the bar), and much more. No parking lot that I was able to find but plenty of street parking. You might have to walk a couple of blocks though. The food was good, the beer was cold, but the staff hospitality could have been a bit better. I was surprised it wasnt as good as i thought it would be. Our server was great and super friendly but the food was bland. We started off with the boudin balls and at 1st they came to us still frozen in the inside. The mgr and server quickly resolved our issue in a professional manner. The balls ended up being good, then ordered the cajun stirfry with blackened catfish by which has no flavor and tastes bland. So they give you a sample gumbo plate which is a really good idea saves you the energy of not liking something to reorder. The Beignets were good get them hot.
