Truly incredible experience at the Pumpkin Spectacular! We booked tickets for 8 pm. Arrived with a fast moving line, which had no wait. Check in was a breeze and for a Saturday night it was packed but didn’t feel like so as the trails are wide enough to accommodate a crowd. The pumpkins are amazing to look at, especially the artist carved ones. One of the coolest and most do October bucket list items in New England! We parked above the zoo which was a 10 minute walk to the entrance as it was free. The lines to park were long and do create a wait. Parking is free or you can pay $15 for premium parking which the lot was quite empty for. Bathrooms are available and food trucks of fried dough, adult beverages, snacks etc. Definitely an awesome date night or a fun night out with the family

The area with the planetarium is still a work in progress it looks like with many empty display cases. My favorite was the space area. There was also a Polynesian looking room we were calling the "Moana room". The changing planet room with the huge taxidermy polar bears was interesting. We did not pay extra for the planetarium show and at about 1 hr, the kids were done and ready to leave. Overall I'd probably not visit here again unless we were trying to kill some time or maybe watch the planetarium show. Definitely worth the first visit.

There was trash including a dirty sweatshirt outside of the front doors that multiple employees likely walked by to enter the building and didn’t pick up. The bathrooms were dirty and smelt bad. We played some of the arcade games and there was even somehow trash inside the arcade games. The basketball court wasn’t inflated well. You sunk to the ground. There wasn’t much presence from the staff either like there used to be. It’s a fun idea to bring kids to but for the money spent per jumper, isn’t worth it. They used to do the toddler time on the weekend which was a plus and now it’s only during the week which really doesn’t seem that convenient for working families. Hopefully this review will encourage them to clean up so it’s a good place to take your kids again.
