公平起见，我不把这家和中国或者墨尔本悉尼相比（众所周知阿德的中餐水平不及这些地方）。但是这个北京烤鸭真是一场骗局，是我在阿德吃过最难吃的北京烤鸭，简直给北京烤鸭丢人，上来全是鸭皮，服务员解释说中国传统烤鸭就是这样。拜托，骗谁呢？真是给北京烤鸭丢人，让阿德本地人误以为这是传统的，简直是侮辱中国美食。我太生气了，希望商家可以改良。

Every visit has been consistently impressive and the food is always beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. While it is a little on the pricier side, you truly get what you pay for: quality ingredients and dishes that are packed with flavour. Aside from the Peking duck, my personal favourites are the fish fillet with beans and the salt and pepper eggplant – both done to perfection. We also love their San Choy Bao, and the sizzling beef never disappoints. Wah Hing continues to be one of our top picks in Adelaide for Chinese cuisine. Highly recommend for a satisfying, flavourful dining experience.

Google review was 4.4 stars (not that we totally trusted it but it was a reference), so we thought it was probably okay at least. After we sit down, the first thing I noticed was the round metal chopsticks on the table. Anyone from East Asia would know that Chinese don't use metal chopsticks, only Koreans do. Both Chinese and Japanese use wooden ones with rectangular handles that are far better in every way. But this is another topic entirely, so I'm not gonna go into it. My point is it raised my suspicions. So I looked across at another table that's already been served, and noticed that the food was contained in a couple of western style bowls. Immediately I thought don't tell me this is one of those westernised Chinese-fusion style restaurants because they're never any good and always expensive. Another thing I noticed was that there were no Chinese sitting there eating except us, usually that's not a good sign in case you're wondering. But still I decided to give it a try. So we ordered a soup, a couple of dishes and some rice. Pretty quickly they were served and my worst nightmare came true the moment they arrived at the table. As you can see from my photos, that was literally the amount of food they gave out and the status they arrived in!! And they have the audacity to call them food and serve them to customers!!! If you go on their website and click on any of the menu links, it takes you to a third party page that's full of ads and click baits (yeah, that's how professionally low budget they're, so always check their online menus first). I highlighted two of the dishes we ordered. Now, go back to the other photos and tell me which one is "Red Pepper Kangaroo Fillet 回锅袋鼠肉"？Does it look like "回锅肉” at all？In case you don't know what the Chinese name says, it means "twice cooked". Also, does it look anything like their official dish photos which I also posted?? (not the same dish, but should look similar right?) About the soup, usually soups are served in big bowls in large quantities for at least two or three people. NOT in a tiny bowl that's barely large enough for the spoon you're using. And even if you do single serves, you need to tell your customers, yet nothing on the menu and nothing from the waiter too! You know sometimes you encounter fake Japanese restaurants that run by Chinese. And I have to say they're pretty freaking bad (not just to Japanese, but to anyone). This is the same thing, only that it's a fake Chinese restaurant run by people who obviously haven't got the faintest clue about Chinese food, however somehow this place miraculous gained 4.4 stars on Google?!! That just shows you how accurate the ratings are and who puts them there. If I maybe so bold, probably by people who also have no idea about Chinese food (or edibles in general). That was just the food, I haven't even started with the environment yet. The restaurant was not big at all, yet like many restaurants, they just mindlessly play loud music that's not suitable for the place at all. The interior is all black, yet the overhead lights are so dim that you can barely see the food on the table if you're away from the window during the day (and at night?). Again, it was nothing like their official photos AT ALL! Lastly the price. For "all that good food" (let's just call it that for now), we paid $88 dollars. For the same amount of money in real Chinese restaurants, you can literally eat 4 times and each time get more food in way better quality. I'm not exaggerating one bit, walk around and see for yourself, there's no need to believe me. So the moral of the story is that, if you walk into a "Chinese restaurant" and find metal chopsticks on the table, leave right away; if you see western style bowls containing food instead of plates, leave right away; if you see no Chinese sitting in a Chinese restaurant, leave right away, because it's probably FAKE!!

闲日中午来吃饭，点了五个菜，时蔬炒虾松只有1 bunch的菜心三片木耳8片虾松，19．8刀，鱼香茄子煲大概1只茄瓜15.8，蒸生蠔拿出来时已无热气一打28.8潮式煎蠔饼19.8面粉比蛋多蚝只有8，9只所有菜品份量超级少。客人虽然未满，但餐堂的侍应已经乱套了，不帮加饭，一个小时后樟茶鸭居然忘记了，侍应建议取消。埋单时人头饭2．2刀一个，茶位1．5刀一位我们一行五人，其中一老一小，居然吃不饱，只好另找一家。一颗星是比面香港顶好酒家，与其无关。

广东人可能真的不太讲究服务态度，但是想对比东海确实是要好点儿的。装修不错，人非常多，外国人不在少数。 传统点心像虾饺，肠粉，烧麦还有鱿鱼须之类的我认为没有东海家好吃。但是它们家的叉烧包（包在面包里的那种），还有芒果布丁真的非常好吃。

鸡爪还挺好吃的，肠粉有点厚但是也还不错，炸两很好吃，虾饺是大家熟悉的味道。最后的芋泥酥有点无味道不建议点，我一个广东人我都觉得口味太清淡。

自助的想法很好，让我想起了多年前在国内的早茶自助 菜品分量多，海鲜那些也是给的足，比如炸鱿鱼（满满一小碟），话说阿德这种小地方价格还是便宜，在珀斯的点心店，一盘炸鱿鱼就得10澳币，照这样，3、4盘炸鱿鱼就回本了）虾饺那些里面也都是满满的虾，但是菜品的味道很普通，不是特别难吃但是也说不上好吃 餐厅的环境也是有点老旧了，不是很干净，桌子餐具有些不干净 最让人失望的是，我一共吃了两次，但是每次吃完都会拉肚子，而且是隔几个小时就去的那种，严重影响了我的行程。我吃了第一次就腹泻不止，过了好几天才缓过神来。结果回来的时候又吃了第二次，又出现了同样的腹泻反应，只能说明食物真的不干净

不推荐来吃自助，上菜出奇的慢，点一张单以后就没有以后了，加单后等了半个小时一个菜没上，服务员出来拿着你的单子说弄乱了。让你重新点。。。我的个无语。。。。

相比较花费50元吃两个汉堡薯条套餐，我宁愿选择这里的中餐。点一荤一素一个炒饭，两人吃撑，也就四十几。店堂比快餐店干净太多了，还有服务，赞！

I was blown away not only by the service but by the food as well. It was amazing. We opted to have our food baquet stlye. We had chicken & sweetcorn soup, prawn fritters, spring rolls, chicken satays & Dim Sims for entrees. For the mains, we had sweet & sour pork, mongolian lamb, lemongrass chicken, sizzling mongolian beef, Peking Duck, steamed rice & special fried rice. For dessert, we had creme brule, deep fried ice cream, hazelnut roche icecream and chocolate mousse. For drinks, we had French coffee, iced coffee, coffee & Chinese tea. I really was struggling to finish my desert, but I couldn't leave it as it was amazing, like the entire meal. I found the prawn fritters a bit oily for my taste, but they weren't bad. My favourites were the satay chicken, special fried rice, mongolian lamb, lemongrass chicken & the hazelnut roche ice cream dessert. If you want to park closer to the restaurant due to mobility issues, I recommend you come at 6 - 6.20pm as they fill up fast.

She said sorry and tried to dismiss me because this happens sometimes with other customers. We were not offered a discount on our next order to make up for the false and misleading claims on their website. They also didn't not give us a refund to honour the prices advertised on their website. My friend went into the restaurant the next day to see if they could actually check that we were even charged correctly and they dismissed him just saying sorry again. This service isn't acceptable. I have reported them to the ACCC for false and misleading claims as it is illegal. A business should honour what they advertise and then seek to fix/resolve the problem so it doesn't happen again.

This place is trash. The worst food going around. The rice tastes 2 days old. The Mongolian Lamb tastes like it came out of a can. The chichen and cashew is bland. This place used to be the Peacock room about 15 or so years ago and was the best. We stopped going after the standed dropped when new owners took over. After 40 minutes i enquired as to where our order was. 5 of them all wandering around looking for the printed docket. To not find it. Quickly cooked our order and we left after a 50 minute wait. Get home the food smelt awful and the few mouthfuls we had tasted awful too. All got thrown in the bin , didnt even let my dog eat it. We have never experienced such bad smelling and tasting Chinese food ever, to the point where it was un-edible. We will obviously never return and waste another 1 hour and over $60. Extremely disappointed!!!!! I dont even want to give 1 star !!!!!!

The photo didn't look like it & everywhere else I have gone ita not creamy, unless mentioned so. Sent the steamed rice back as it was hard, ordered fried rice instead. It was bland & didn't seem 'fried' at all. It looked like the same steamed rice mixed in with shrimp, red onion & what looked like cold pieces of Spam that had been chopped up. It was terrible, it got sent back too. Overall the 3 items were all horrible....& the beer was warm. Waitresses were lovely....food average....won't return

Overall the service was exceptional by all the staff at the restaurant. Clearly undermanned and run off their feet they worked to keep our water full and help in anyway possible. The wait for our food was well over 2 hours. The entrees taking 45min to come out and then not having the duck ready for the set menu was a little disappointing. Some of the food was a bit greasy but overall not to bad. Our chicken soup came out cold. Flavour was there and the staff did work to make the experience enjoyable. I believe we had a one off experience as the overall vibe of the place was pumping and well received by almost everyone there. It's seemed our dishes were the only late arrivals. Will be coming back.
