So at times I will email the cafe/restaurant before to find out these things. But most have toilets downstairs, plus I saw how BIG your establishment was and thought you certainly would have a bathroom downstairs. But all is good and next time we will ask for the bathroom which is downstairs. Thankyou. But YES more signage needed so we can find that bathroom and am sure some with frail parents or even with kids, would find it easier to go to a downstairs toilet. I’ve been a few times and there are always lines on the weekend. I recently got to try the pandan croissant and it really surprised me. The flavour was definitely sweet but didn’t feel heavy.
