Even though it's buffet, the service staff is on their toes checking for feedback and even customised a few dishes for us. The location of the resort is awesome with the best views you can have and even if you just need to be at the resort it is absolutely relaxing. The food at Upper Deck is amazing with some very good choices in veg as well as non veg options, this is very different from some other resorts where they do not offer either enough veg or non veg options. There is a live counter daily for one food item and then multiple roti options , I thoroughly enjoyed the naans and parathas straight from the flame to our tables. Room service is prompt and excellent , hence I am unsure why some of the reviews mention otherwise. There are so many more add ons that really make UDR an excellent choice for an all inclusive vacation in the calm and serene surroundings the resort has to offer.
