I questioned her how is that possible since staff already packed up my order and why is the backpack included but not the matching water bottle, she stated I could get a new backpack as many times as I wanted but it does not include the water bottle because it was on the “spirit” side of the store. This is false because the water bottle was listed on the bookstore section online. I was also charged for it as well. While I’m asking her the genuine question she is walking away from the register and putting the item back on the shelf dismissively. I never received a refund for the water bottle.
