Spa and health club
Tea Tree Spa at the Holiday Inn Melaka is a relaxing and therapeutic haven that offers facials, beauty treatments, and spa treatments for both men and women. The therapists are highly qualified and offer special express tension relief massage as well as foot massages to help relieve stress. This venue is perfect for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Four of us tried the Tea tree origin spa n all our masseues are good n skillful We enjoyed the spa scrub n aromatherapy massage for 90 mins. After massage given a cup of ginger tea which taste good.
Helen S — Google review
Can only describe the whole experience as crude and unrefined. The place was mended by a man who can't speak any English initially and he later explained he's the pool attendant. Masseuse was sub-par, rushed and had zero desire to make sure you feel comfortable.
CL S — Google review
Impromptu decision by husband and I. We chose the traditional Thai massage and booked for the session at the same time so that both of us can go together. Luckily there was a slot the next day. The massage place was beautiful but quite rundown. Perhaps it is time for a new renovation or something. Anyway, there was a mix up with the payment. They accidentally double charged us but the person in charge, Yuning was so helpful and kind in helping us refund the matter. Thank you so much! 💕✨💯

There is happy hour from 10am to 4pm for weekdays only but it’s a really good offer only RM100nett for traditional oil massage 💆🏻‍♀️ Need to book for the appointment during MCO for avoid any crowds. Receptionist will answer for your FAQ and arrange a massager for bringing to another place with a room to serve you. Need to shower and keep your important belongings into the locker before start to massage. The aroma oil fragrance is really nice to smell and make me feel comfortable. The massager will ask you about pressure during the massage process if is too pain couldn’t handle she will adjust for us.
Shereen C — Google review
Disappointing! My husband and I came 15mins early for our session but were only ushered to the room 2mins before our session. We changed our clothes and waited again before one of the therapist came about 5mins later. She washed both of our feet, it appeared like a rushed process. My husband started his massage first and I waited for mine for another 10mins. We opted for a deep tissue massage but felt like an aromatherapy massage. We definitely started 10mins later and I waited for about another 10mins for my therapist to arrive. However, the session ended on time without any extension. After the session, both therapists left the room, we had to find our way back to the reception area on our own (it was dark by then!). No drinks were served to us after the session. Both therapists were no where to be seen and there was no one at the reception. So we just left feeling confused about the whole experience! My husband complained that his therapist had long fingernails and I was shocked to see a few red lines on his neck and shoulder! Will never come back.
Rose J — Google review
Went for the Indonesian exotic massage this evening, the spa is located at 3rd floor of the hotel. Plenty of outdoor car park spaces for guests in front of the hotel. Receptionist and masseuse were nice. The massage room is also nice and unique, in a hut rather than the typical room. Service-wise is ok, just that for the price of RM300 there is no welcome drink like ginger tea so I think 3.5 stars rating is fair.
Firzan A — Google review
Had a good “head to toe massage” with Syaqilla and it was very therapeutic and relaxing. Probably the best massage therapist in Malaysia. Strongly recommended.

The deep tissue massage therapy was amazing and the ginger tea was super refreshing after the massage

First time here and honestly I’ve never done massage or spa in my life but after coming here, I feel like coming again! Kak Ika shared so many tips for facial beauty while Kak Zura gave lots of advice for women’s inner health. I've learned so much form them and they’re super generous with their knowledge. Thanks Kak Ika & Kak Zura 🫶 May you both together with the shop owner, always be healthy and blessed with lots of rizq. If I get the chance, I’ll definitely come again..maybe with my mom soon, inshaAllah 💕 thank you for the gift🥰

If you are looking for the best massage in the city, just walk in here! Ask for IKA ( therapist ) .. She will zero in on tension areas and smoothen the knots like a pro! She guided me from the moment I entered. Her knowledge of each therapy was extensive. She helped me select the right massage after understanding my requirements 😍 Thank You IKA 🥰

Best experience today accompanied by kak zura n kak ulfa guiding me to do sauna n mengurut. It's so satisfying and relaxing on how they especially kak ulfa treat me like a friend and explain one by one what I'm going to experience throughout the day. It was my first time experiencing a sauna and it exceeded my expectations. The smell of herbs was relaxing and good for my hidung tersumbat 🤣. They accept me to watch K-dramas while doing therapy. Also the best part is the mengurut. One body depan belakang and kak zura is professional in her works. Definitely will repeat to mengurut with her next appointment. My body felt very light and the cramps were all gone. Better than other spas i had experience. The interior was so beautiful, it was just that my camera could not catch up with the prettiness hahaha. Last but not least, they even serve me with tea halia and cake when i want to go home and also they give me herbs for rendamkan kaki at home. I felt so blessful with the treats. 🥰. Worth every penny. Recommended for those who wanna try to treat yourself especially women.

Assalamualaikum n morning, very disappointed with staff name IKA. Requested arrangement for birthday massage for my mother but she refused to give good co-operation. Make a lot of excuses to arrange slot today and tomorrow. Initially she said slot available tomorrow at 2pm..after discuss about 15 mins on package available she went to another staff at the back n claim there's a customer book slot for tomorrow 2pm. She came to me n slumberly said 'sorry dah tak de slot hari ni n esok'. So weird n nonsense. Unacceptable. Wasting my time. Buang masa. According to IKA hari ni spa buka pkl 9 tapi first customer pkl 11 pagi. Esok tutup pkl 6ptg tapi cleaning spa utk tutup pkl 4 ptg. Tq for being so nonsense.. siap suruh I pegi anggun spa. Owner please take note.
