Bodies of Water
Twin Lagoon is a must-visit destination in Coron, Philippines. It's part of island hopping tours and offers a unique experience. Visitors can enter the lagoons through a small cave or climb a ladder over the top. The lagoons feature a mix of salt and fresh water that creates an intriguing natural oil slick effect underwater.
Love this one, we were the only ones there for a bit so it felt like a lagoon paradise. The second bit is harder to get to, you either go through a tunnel at low tide (wasn’t there when we went), or go up and down a steep set of very dodgy ladders/steps. There is not much room so you have to go one by one. Once the crowds came it was really hard to leave as people kept on coming down into the second lagoon. There are jet streams of warm water in the lagoon as well which was cool. Saw lots of people kayaking but to be honest it’s better being in the water.

I'm pretty sure there is a vortex around here. My drone got pulled towards the rocks and lost camera footage. luckily I pulled it off by return to home button. Nice and mysterious place thou.

A relaxing lagoon that we visited duting our tour. It has a picturesque view that visitors will definitely enjoy and relax. While visiting this place, a boat will be provided which can carry up to two people. The natural view is amazing which is not common in other places. The waters are calm and the weather is not too hot because of the large rocks surrounding the lagoon. Tour guides are also helpful when visiting the place as they can take photos or even help with moving the boat to the other lagoon.

Part of island hopping tours of Coron Islands (inside calamian group of islands). The island is Part of tour B and ultimate tour. Best if you have kayak here, kayaking and swimming area as well. Good for family. It has a great view! You should visit this if youre going to coron since this is one of highlights of the tour. Entrance fee is Php 200. Well maintained. You can snorkel and swim here. Water is warm and cold. Brackish water

Twin Lagoon in Coron, Palawan, is a stunning attraction with two beautiful lagoons connected by limestone cliffs. Visitors can swim or kayak between the lagoons, enjoying the clear, calm waters and scenic views. A small grocery store nearby offers drinks and light snacks. It's a recommended spot for those looking to explore and relax in nature.
Dewan A — Google review
Am amazing place for it's after beauty. What a lot of people don't realize, sadly, is the vast amount of dead coral that seems to have been blasted by dynamite fishing😢. Nonetheless, there still decent coral cover despite the destruction. Drone pics look awesome!
Ace M — Google review
Enjoy and forget everything else, take a kayak, go for a swim and do some snorkeling. The environment is absolutely stunning.
LP L — Google review
This is one of the most visited places in Coron by boat tour. You have the option to rent a kayak and paddle from one lagoon trough a small opening in the rocks to the second lagoon. With the kayak you can see more of the lagoons and even the Green Lagoon (or hidden lagoon) on the other side, otherwise swimming all these distances would be a bit too long and hard with all the shallow coral reefs. The Twin Lagoon is very beautiful with its contrast of blue water against these very high rocks. Definitely a place worth a visit!

Bodies of Water
Kayangan Lake, located in Coron, Palawan, is a picturesque mountain lake renowned for its clear waters and stunning beauty. Surrounded by impressive limestone cliffs, this crystal-clear freshwater lake has gained internet fame due to its iconic appearance in travel photos. Despite being a popular tourist spot visited as part of tours, it remains a must-see destination. Although it may not offer solitude due to the influx of tour groups, the experience is still remarkable and provides an opportunity to meet new people.
Kayangan Lake offers the famous Coron view, but to get there, you’ll need to hike 360 steps half going up and half going down. The trail can be a bit slippery, and the stones are sharp, though wooden stairs have been installed to make the ascent easier. The view at the top is absolutely worth the effort. Along the way, the tour guide will pay a local fee for tourists, and as visitors, it's important to respect and follow the area's rules. You'll also encounter some dogs along the path while they are used to people, they can be a little intimidating, so be cautious, and hopefully, the owner will be nearby. Locals also sell drinks and snacks, so it’s a good idea to bring money in case you'd like to purchase something. Kayangan Lake's water is 70% fresh and 30% seawater, so be mindful while swimming. Always stay close to your tour guide for safety, as the area is considered sacred by some locals who believe in spirits, or "engkanto," that protect the place. Avoid venturing too deep, especially since it's not entirely seawater, and you may not be able to ascend as quickly, similar to Barracuda Lake.
Pink M — Google review
Very nice lake. Cool boardwalk leading up to the beach and the bottom of the staircase. There’s a map that shows you the rest of the island (I love a good map), and key points of note like where to see giant octopus. Stairs up and down (~350 altogether). It’s not that bad. Stairs leading down to the lake are a bit more carved out than the ones leading up to the nice lookout. Go early and you won’t be swimming with many people. We were there at 7:45am and barely saw anyone.
Rachel R — Google review
This is is a very nice place to visit while on Coron Island. It is part of a tour you can do while staying in Coron. You get to see amazing views and also a cave after you climb appropriately 100 steps. I would recommend visiting this as part of your stay.

Beautiful natural lake...worth the hike to go see this natural wonder in this beautiful island setting.

If you're looking for one of the clearest lakes in the world, Kayangan Lake in Coron is a must-see. Surrounded by dramatic limestone cliffs and crystal-blue water, it feels like stepping into a postcard. You can swim, snorkel, or just float and take it all in—pure paradise! 🏝️✨

Kayangan Lake, Coron: Where Nature's Masterpiece Meets My Heart's Canvas Kayangan Lake in Coron isn't just a destination; it's an experience etched into the very core of my travel memories. Often lauded as the "cleanest lake in the Philippines" and a poster child for Palawan's unparalleled beauty, it lives up to every bit of its reputation and then some. For me, it's a place where the grandeur of nature truly humbled and captivated, leaving an indelible mark. I can still vividly recall the boat ride through the towering limestone karsts, their jagged forms rising majestically from the turquoise sea, hinting at the wonders to come. The anticipation built with every gentle sway of the boat. Then came the short, somewhat challenging climb up the wooden steps, a small effort that was rewarded tenfold. Reaching the viewpoint at the top, the iconic panorama of Kayangan Lake unfurled before my eyes. It was even more breathtaking than any photograph could capture. The deep emerald green of the lake, nestled amongst the dramatic cliffs, felt like a secret gem revealed, perfectly reflecting the sky like a giant, pristine mirror. But the true magic began when I descended into the lake itself. The water, a mix of 70% freshwater and 30% saltwater, was incredibly clear – so clear that you could see the intricate underwater rock formations, almost like a lunar landscape beneath the surface. Donning a life vest (a mandatory and sensible precaution), I plunged in. The initial coolness of the water was invigorating, and then the pure joy of simply floating, surrounded by such surreal beauty, washed over me. I remember swimming slowly, observing the shafts of sunlight piercing the water, illuminating the otherworldly formations below. It was a moment of profound tranquility, a feeling of being utterly at peace with the world. More than just the visual spectacle, Kayangan Lake holds memories of simple, yet profound, experiences. The laughter shared with travel companions as we navigated the wooden walkways, the quiet moments spent just observing the small fish darting about, and the sheer awe of being in such a perfectly preserved natural wonder. It's also a place where you truly appreciate the efforts of the Tagbanua indigenous people, the guardians of this sacred place, who have meticulously maintained its pristine condition. Their respect for nature is palpable, and it adds another layer of appreciation to the experience. Yes, Kayangan Lake can get crowded, especially during peak season. But even amidst the throngs of visitors, there are always pockets of calm, moments to find your own slice of serenity. It's a place that demands you put down your phone (after getting those obligatory, stunning photos, of course!) and simply be present. Kayangan Lake is more than just a beautiful swimming spot; it's a testament to the raw, untamed beauty of Palawan. It's a memory I revisit often, a reminder of a time when I felt truly connected to the natural world, and a place that continues to inspire wanderlust and a deep appreciation for our planet's hidden wonders. It will forever be one of the brightest jewels in my collection of travel memories.

Breathtaking view of Kayangan Lake in Palawan—crystal-clear turquoise waters surrounded by dramatic limestone cliffs and lush greenery under a brilliant blue sky. A serene paradise in the heart of Coron.

Just a lake, beaches are more interesting. If you accompany elderly people. I bet most of them cannot go upstairs. But the view below was amazing and relaxing. Great for sight seeing. There are few food shops also

Malcapuya Island is a serene and picturesque destination known for its stunning white-sand beach lined with coconut trees and clear aqua waters, perfect for snorkeling. It is often considered the highlight of island-hopping tours in the area, along with Bulog Dos and Banana Island, due to its breathtaking scenery and pristine surroundings. Visitors can enjoy various activities such as basketball, beach volleyball, swimming, hiking, or simply relaxing in a hammock.
Amazing you should try not to miss this One negative note: the beach was very dirty and full of plastic garbage. Local communities should be more proactive in cleaning !!!! It’s not tourism responsibility because most of the garbage is left by local workers / guides. That’s very unfortunate
Maurizio M — Google review
This place is great. Beautiful white sandy beaches, quite long. There are a few small eating places for fruit juices and shakes and baked banana with caramel. I recommend all of those. There are tables and chairs and also a toilet. It's not too full with tourists. A must go place for anyone visiting Coron.
Jan P — Google review
We went there with the Island Escapade Tour, it was the most crowded spot but still okay compared to other places in El Nido or Coron. The beach and the water are absolutely incredible, we even saw 2 turtles close to the beach. There is a little shop for buying smoothies.
Franziska V — Google review
Malcapuya Island is a true slice of paradise with its powdery white sand and calm turquoise waters. 🏝️ It’s about 1.5 hours by boat from Coron town, but the scenic ride is worth it. The beach here is wide and uncrowded, perfect for swimming or just lounging under the shade of coconut trees. There are basic cottages and a small store, but no electricity or fancy amenities — just raw, stunning nature. This was definitely the highlight of our Coron island hopping trip!
Joan G — Google review
I stayed here overnight and did stargaze. It was absolutely stunning!🤩 There were full of stars in the sky. This island is a private island so you need to ask the owner for permission. There was solar power electricity so it was a bit blight but it is worth to stargaze😎
Moku M — Google review
Favourite island on Island Escapade tour with JY tours . Perfect white soft sand , clear waters perfect for swimming and snorkelling . We saw giant clams . Good amount of shaded areas for sitting , and a small shop for beer and snacks , fresh coconut water
MNML J — Google review
Very scenic beach far away for main island. We took the island escape tour and the tour is really worth it. White fine sand, clear water and can see fishes swimming around.
Joseph G — Google review
Just wow! The place was breath-taking. It was noon when we arrived at the island and there were some tourists but not really crowded. Beach shore was clean (thank you for the locals and tourists for keeping this place clean). There were already some fish swimming at the shallowest part of the water. There were huts/cabanas available for free to put your stuff or if you just want to hide from the sun 😁. There was a small store which offered Turon, refreshment drinks (softdrinks or fresh coconut juice) and other snacks. Some merchants were selling authentic south sea pearls ( harvested from the pearl farm near the island). Price of the pearl jewelry were from 2000 to 8000 pesos. What I liked about them was that they were happy to show their trade but they were not insistent that you buy one from them. Very polite. Of the 3 islands we visited that day -- this was my favorite. Wished we could have stayed there the longest. Sadly we only had an hour. Our Kuya tour guide told us that the island was bought by Boracay Regency. So once they start the development, this will be off to non-paying public.. So if you're planning to go to Coron anytime soon, make sure to include this island in your itinerary

Islands
Bulog Dos Island, located in the Malaroyroy Peninsula near Bulalacao, is a popular stop for island-hopping tours in Coron. Visitors can walk on a sandbar and enjoy breathtaking tropical views. The island features pristine white sands, clear turquoise waters, and colorful marine life. Despite its remote and undeveloped nature, it offers stunning natural beauty. A short climb to the top of a small cliff provides magical panoramic views of the surrounding private islands and crystal-clear waters.
A day long visit to just three islands. And as a private trip before the more crowded join a group boats arrival meant there was just 4 people across several strips of stunning white sand beach and seas of multiple shades of blue on Bulog Dos. Picture perfect with opportunity to stroll around, except the stretch of private beach, and have a relaxing swim.
Kevin S — Google review
This is not a report from a sour grape...it is simply the bare facts and truth that I myself and hundreds of other foreign tourist have experienced recently about the terrible destinations being pushed by local authorities in Coron Palawan! Be aware that several islands are being included in an island hopping tour from Coron. One of those islands is Bulog Dos Island. You have the option of taking a group island hopping tour for 1,900 pesos each, (about 20 people per group). Or take a private tour for 5,000 pesos per person. The organizers will tell you it is about an hour and half travel time, one way, to the first island in the tour, but the truth is it will take every bit of 2 hours plus! Then after paying 10,000 pesos for a private tour for two people traveling 2 hours in a pump boat, you arrive at Bulog Dos. The second island in the tour is nothing more than a sand bar, (Ditaytayan Island), and the third island is a local garbage dump, (Malcapuya Island). Now don't get me wrong...on Bulog Dos there is a very small, narrow stretch of white sand and the water was amazingly beautiful...(like hundreds, if not thousands of other beaches in Coron)...but other than that, there is absolutely NOTHING at this island! OK...let me get this straight...I paid 10,000 pesos for two people to sit on a hard wooden seat in a little pump boat, for more than two hours of travel, (one way), passing up dozens and dozens of other beautiful beaches with great swimming and snorkeling just to go to Bulog Dos Island and find absolutely nothing there, along with stops at a sand bar and a trash dump...nothing special, no great views, no special attractions, nothing...just places to stop and swim next to all the dead trees and trash for large amounts of money paid? An island hopping tour is supposed to be a small group of islands with special or unique destinations or attractions that offer one of a kind memories...not just another swimming hole Don't be a victim!!!!! There is nothing wrong with island hopping tours but in my vastly experienced travel around the World, Bulog Dos was the most worthless island destination of all time!!!!! The people who operate this island will probably not like this review...but I tell the truth no matter how painful it might be!
Rick B — Google review
This island located in Coron along with the bigger island is famous for its clean beaches and it's pure waters and is also home to some well known resorts such as two seasons resorts and it's great when you want to relax but keep that in mind that the stay here is very expensive about 24K pesos per night so it's not good for the people who on a budget but there are some areas of the island that have resorts that cost less. This is part of the island hopping tourist package which include seeing a couple more tourist attractions but the boat is pretty noisy (recommended to bring your own noise cancellers ) and to enjoy the beauty of Coron Overall the place is nice for relaxing in the waters and enjoy the beaches but not for budget trips (recommended to go to cheaper beaches
Kyle_58 — Google review
Visit during low tide so you can see the sand bar. The island itself if beautiful and perfect for picturel taking. Theres a viewing deck up the hill to capture the scenery. We did some swimming here and enjoy the sandbàr.
Aimee L — Google review
You can walk from the Two Seasons Resort. The entrance fee is 200 pesos, but they don't ask for it, but if you ask for it, you will get it. The atmosphere of similar islands in many countries is similar, but it is different and better when you visit again. I hope it is not developed. Aqua shoes are essential. It is a resort of healing and killing.
Manila M — Google review
This island is so beautiful with white sandy beaches, a beautiful sandbar, crystal clear water . Really a paradise island by itself. This is almost 2 hour by boat from the main island of Coron. My family rented a tour boat and its nice because you have your own schedule . When we went there there's pretty much not a lot of people. We snorkeled and the water was so clear and a lot of fish and corals. Our tour guide even prepared our lunch for us with fresh seafood and vegetables typical Filipino dish. A beautiful island worth visiting when you're in Coron, Palawan, Philippines..

Nice beach spot (duh!). The nice thing about this beach is that there are some nice additions for taking photos like strategically placed benches and swings. The snorkeling was also enjoyable as well, though nothing to write home about.

Mount Tapyas in Coron, Palawan is a 689-foot peak that offers stunning views of the town and harbor below. Accessible by a steep 720-step trek, it provides an opportunity to immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the area. The climb is not overly challenging due to well-paved steps, but the hot weather can make it demanding. The journey to the top rewards visitors with breathtaking panoramic vistas, making it a must-visit for nature enthusiasts and adventure seekers alike.
Good hike. Awesome view. A must do in Coron.

The 700 steps each way were all worth it. Beautiful view at the top. We visited here as part of the Town Tour which only starts at 4PM in the afternooon. No man made shade nor benches at the top.
Luwian M — Google review
I enjoyed walking up to Mount Tapyas as it is a challenge. You will be walking a lot of steps so I suggest bringing water to quench your thirst. Reaching the top feels like a success but the view is a wonder. It is one for the books if you want a bit of challenge. The stairs are well made so it is safe and not steep. I would not recommend this for kids and the elderly as it may be too challenging for them unless if they are fit and healthy.

CYC Beach, also known as Coron Youth Club Beach, is a serene and laid-back destination that offers a perfect retreat after island hopping adventures. This tropical paradise boasts stunning white sands, crystal-clear waters ideal for snorkeling among unique fish and coral, and lush mangrove trees that back the beach. It's an excellent spot to set up camp and spend the night while enjoying breathtaking sunsets and stargazing opportunities.
CYC Beach is a nice place with clear water and not too crowded, but the space is limited and there are no chairs, only stones. There are plenty of stones around, so it's best to wear proper shoes. The view is stunning, and it's also great for kayaking

It's a popular stop during island-hopping tours, offering a peaceful and scenic experience.

This was our last stop in our Super Ultimate Coron tour. It’s plainly a beach, with some mangrove trees on one side, and plenty of other tourists basking under the sun or swimming in the shallow shores. It may not be as striking as other spots in Coron (especially the lagoon), but still brings happiness to those who visit it.☺️
Eizen B — Google review
Nice beach and snorkeling, well worth spending a whole day with a private boat from Coron, which is only 15 minutes away. I recently had the pleasure of visiting CYC Beach, and I must say, it was an absolute paradise. From the moment I set foot on the soft, powdery sand to the time I reluctantly left, I was captivated by the beauty and tranquility of this stunning destination.

Coron Island is a rugged and captivating destination known for its popular dive sites, including WWII shipwrecks, caves, and reefs. The island features pristine lakes such as Barracuda and Kayangan, offering clear mixed fresh and saltwater environments with visible thermoclines and abundant aquatic life. Surrounded by tiny white sand beaches, limestone cliffs, and extensive reefs for snorkeling, the island is managed sustainably by an indigenous tribe to prevent pollution.
Coron is must see in the Philippines please have your trip managed by some who know the area. We stayed at the Zuri Resort, I recommend this place.

A stunning collection of boat rides in Coron Island, Palawan—gliding through crystal-clear turquoise waters under brilliant blue skies. Majestic limestone and lush island mountains frame the scene, accompanied by the soothing sounds of paddles, motor boats, and gentle splashes of water.

Lagoons, lakes, coral reef, water so clear it is unbelievable. Snorkeling the Reef was amazing. Beautiful fish and coral. Tropical escape on a private tour. Includes Barracuda lake, hot lunch and soft drink or water. Tour guide, boat pilot, deck hand, 5-6 destinations. You're gonna love it! P.S. The coral shown in these pics of this particular review is NOT the coral you will see if you snorkel the reef. The Reef is much nicer! Have fun!
Ed S — Google review
One of the most beautiful islands we visited and is rich of natural resources and clear waters. We loved the place as the islands, coral reefs and lakes were protected and well maintained even with the number of tourists visiting the place. The trip going to the airport could take a few hours which is a hassle and we even noticed how restaurants/cafes are expensive because of how high their service charge is. This is the best place to do island hopping, snorkeling or even diving which is best for adventurous people. The people are kind and tour guides were full of energy making our experience more fun. The place might be difficult for the elderly, persons woth disability and children because of how tiring the activities can be. Staying on the town proper can also be a bit boring as there is not much to see. That is why it is best for island tours.

Coron Island in the Philippines is a breathtaking paradise that left me in awe. As a tourist, I was amazed by its crystal-clear turquoise waters, dramatic limestone cliffs, and hidden lagoons. Kayangan Lake, with its unbelievably clear water, was a highlight of my trip. Snorkeling and diving around vibrant coral reefs and World War II shipwrecks was an unforgettable experience. The island’s natural beauty is truly untouched, and the boat tours offer a perfect way to explore its many gems. The locals were warm and welcoming, adding to the charm. This was such a beautiful island to visit, there are many unique and beautiful sites to see. Lots of beach time and if you rent a boat you can go shopping for ingredients and they will cook it up for you. This was such an amazing experience and visiting this island was definitely worth it. Check out the pictures it’s a really cool spot to visit during your trip. Would recommend it.

Exploring the stunning Coron Island Tour is an unforgettable experience, as much of its breathtaking beauty lies on the water. The best way to soak in all that this destination has to offer is through a series of boat tours or multi-day boating expeditions. Each tour allows you to visit various attractions, each with its own entrance fee, so it's wise to have cash ready for your adventure.
we loved our experience with Coron Island Tours!! The owners Cindy and Tom were wonderful and were able to accommodate our group of 22 people (kids and adults). Our boat crew was also amazing! Rona, CJ, Raymond, Timothy, Kenneth were a very helpful and funny boat crew. Food was included and super delicious!! We booked the ultimate tour which was much more affordable than other agencies we found. They even picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel which other agencies didn’t offer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for your all inclusive Coron Tour experience!

We booked the Super Ultimate Tour - the night we arrived (for the next day) - and it was honestly nothing short of an incredible experience!!! Nemo our tour guide was capable, funny and informative and all the crew were super friendly and helpful. The boat was traditional, simple and comfortable, a gorgeous turquoise colour to match the ocean. Recommend renting a kayak for the day - well worth it, (and you don’t really need a crystal see-through one unless instagramming). The whole day felt like a carefully curated adventure from start to finish - every stop gives you something different so you never tire! Lunch was spectacular served in a floating bamboo hut. Perfect end to the day watching the sunset from CYC beach and in no rush to get us home - very chilled! Honestly the best tour option of all :-)

Bodies of Water
Barracuda Lake, also known as Cayangan Lake, is a one-of-a-kind diving and snorkeling destination in the Philippines. This tranquil lake is enclosed by cliffs and is famous for its unique feature of varying water temperatures at different depths. The lake's underwater landscapes are fabulous with mineral formations that make for a truly unique diving experience. It's an inland body of water fed by freshwater from rain and springs, intruding from deep subterranean cracks.
Really nice place, You can see great things under water just need to snorkel a bit and what you see is magnificent. Water is very clear, don’t forget to take go-pro
Kanak S — Google review
A brackish water body or lake consisting of a mixture of salt water and fresh water combined to make this unique and favorite swimming hole in Coron, Palawan!
Rick B — Google review
Awesome! Getting in was a bit funky, lots of boats were already taking up the boardwalk space so we had to park a bit further and swim to shore. Also the path in and out is narrow, had to wait for everyone in front to move before we could. Boardwalk on the other side where the lake is is also cramped, especially when groups of tourists are there. This spot is known for free diving, however you can also snorkel here (though not as much to see besides the cliff faces under water).
Rachel R — Google review
I’m new to freediving, and Barracuda Lake was amazing! The water is super clear and calm, making it easy to dive. The coolest part is the thermocline, where the water changes from cold to warm as you go deeper. The underwater rocks are really unique, even though there aren’t many fish. The guides were friendly and helped me feel safe. It’s a perfect spot for beginners and anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful dive!
Eduardo J — Google review
This is a unique lake in Coron. Due to different salinities the temperature of the water changes quickly depending on the depth you are swimming. This makes the lake ideal for freediving. When at the surface you get an eerie feeling when looking at the limestone formations disappearing in the depths. Fortunately, the lake is only inhabited by barracuda who are not dangerous for humans (although they are not seen very often) and small bottom feeder fish. If you do a boat tour this lake is worth a visit!
Sam H — Google review
Barracuda Lake is located at the north shore of Coron Island in the Philippines. This location offers one of the most awesome diving experiences in the world. Occasionally referred to as Luluyuan Lake by locals, its crystal blue waters hidden between majestic rocky formations does not actually have barracudas and other wildlife. Instead, divers can experience a thermocline and halocline unlike anywhere else. Starting out on the surface of the lake, divers, swimmers, and scuba enthusiasts can expect temperatures around 82 degrees Fahrenheit. But as you descend into the depths of the lake, around 45 to 50 feet down, the temperature drastically changes to just over 100 degrees Fahrenheit (to put that in perspective, most people keep their hot tubs at 104 degrees, so it’s best to forego a wetsuit here).
Adrielle O — Google review
Such a gem in Coron. Clean, blue-green, and captivating. The tall rock formation will greet you above, and the inviting waters will get you excited for a dip! The funny thing is that I haven’t seen a barracuda during my visit 😅 This is part of the Super Ultimate Coron tour.
Eizen B — Google review
One of a kind -Best views and crystal clear water! Highly recommended. One of the best spot in Coron Palawan. The lake is few minutes hike from the boat and challenging paths like small wooden steps above big sharp rocks. It is not very safe for people have mobility and balance issue. If you are going island hoping bring cash with you because theres some snack stands in the island that sells everything from all kinds of beverages, alcohol, hot bananaque and fresh coconut drinks.

Siete Pecados Marine Park is a renowned snorkeling destination near Coron town proper, featuring seven small islets with a rich marine life and biodiversity. The name 'Siete Pecados' translates to 'Seven Sins,' originating from the legend of seven sisters who drowned here, forming the present-day islets. Despite its eerie backstory, the park offers fascinating beauty and vibrant marine life.
This place is out of this world! I wouldn’t recommend it more. Feels like you’re inside of one ocean documentary!! We saw three turtles and soooo many starfish. The corals are beautiful and rich. Joel was our captain for the tour and he guided us inside of the water the whole time. He showed us the most beautiful places in Siete Pecados! Look for him during your day tour :) he’s awesome.

It is composed of 7 islands. Part of tour A , ultimate tour. This is a snorkeling site, great corals, there are also sea turtles here, and well maintained. No docking area where you can go down. Boat is just floating in the middle. Entrance fee is Php 150.

The best place to snorkel, 1000 peso for a boat rental and you get a helper who can help you find great places to snorkel. We got Vincent and he was amazing guide on where to find the best corals. Starfish, urchins, beautiful corals, name it and you have it here.
Auld S — Google review
Siete Pecados was one of the most breathtaking places I’ve ever experienced. As soon as I plunged into its crystal-clear waters, I was surrounded by vibrant coral gardens and schools of fish weaving effortlessly through the currents. It felt like stepping into a hidden, living masterpiece—where the ocean itself tells stories through its beauty. The tranquility and sheer wonder of the place made me lose track of time, just floating, marveling at the underwater world beneath me. If you ever get the chance, dive in—you won’t regret it!

Banana Island, also known as Dicalabuan Island, is a small tropical paradise located 1.5 hours away from Coron town in the Philippines. Shaped like a banana when viewed from above, this island offers palm trees, hammocks, and crystal-clear waters perfect for snorkeling around the nearby reef. Visitors can stay in seafront bungalows or camp on neighboring Araw beach while enjoying the friendly and attentive crew who organize meals and provide comfortable camping equipment.
Lot of services and very enjoyable for a lunch break. Definitely recommended as part of your tour

Unlike Malcapuya Island, which is located just across from Banana Island, Banana Island offers shaded areas where visitors can take shelter from the intense sun. Additionally, the island features a small store for basic necessities, though the owner may not be particularly welcoming, as she rarely smiles at tourists. For those planning an extended stay, overnight accommodations are available, powered by a generator. I’ve captured a video of the beachfront—feel free to watch it and decide for yourself whether the destination is worth visiting.

Beautiful island! We stayed here for one night during our coron to el nido expedition. Great place to watch the sunset with hammocks and swings around the island.
Christa L — Google review
According to the guide, the name Banana Island is because the island is shaped like a banana leaf and not because it has banana trees. What it actually has are coconut trees! The island has white sand and crystal clear waters with benches and picnic tables to eat from. There is also a small store here - their version of a 7-11 😄 The area is kept clean, there are also trees here and Bermuda grass. Look out for ants though close to the tables. Very peaceful, quiet and idyllic, I love it here!

Banul Beach is a small, secluded white sandy island beach in Coron that's popular with boat trippers and snorkelers. It's an ideal spot for a leisurely lunch after activities like freediving at Barracuda Lake. The beach offers a long stretch of pristine sand and crystal-clear waters, making it perfect for relaxation and water activities. Visitors can enjoy the unique rock formations along the shore, providing stunning photo opportunities.
The beach is beautiful with crystal-clear water, making it a stunning spot to visit. However, there are quite a lot boats around, which can be a bit disruptive. It's more suited for a short lunch or quick visit than for a relaxing day of chilling on the beach. Still, the scenery is gorgeous and worth experiencing!

One of the best beaches on Coron, very clean clear blue water with fine sand beach. There could be too many boats parking at the beach during lunch time.

We visited this beach during one of the boat tours from Coron (Nice in Paradise), but there are many other operators who visit this place. It is generally used as a place to eat lunch under the shaded tables. You have great views over the white sandy beach and the rock as a back wall. There are Some small shops at the beach and there is also a primitive toilet available at the right side up the stairs. A very nice place for a short visit!

Our ' Ultimate ' island hopping tour included Atwayan beach which was a clean beach with heaps of native style shelter sheds for the tourists to enjoy their meals in. There is a small store where you can buy snacks and cold drinks including very cold beers. Well worth visiting this island beach. All of the tourist came on organised tours. The meal prepared by our boatmen included several small tuna which were cooked on the boat during the morning and served hot on Atwayan beach along with cold chicken and pork dishes and hot vegetables and some cucumber and local seaweed ( Lato ) salad which tastes great with vinegar.

Atwayan beach isn’t the place for diving but a place for some much-needed leisure time. Cozy picnic huts can be seen everywhere and they’re a great spot where tourists can take their lunch break while taking in the pristine sights around the location. During my recent adventure, I gathered with friends for breakfast and decided to explore the stunning Marcilla Beach. While many from our hostel were eager to join, we learned that the roads leading there could be tricky. So, opting for a boat ride seemed like the best choice for most of us. Nestled on Busuanga Island, Marcilla Beach is a hidden gem that feels like a slice of paradise—untouched and serene.
The road to the beach isn’t the most pleasant, and we actually tried both available routes. Starting from the center of Coron, we took the road through Borac and made a stop at the Seven Falls waterfall. The drive was long but enjoyable—except for the last 5–6 kilometers, which were rough, gravelly, and full of rocks. On the way back, we tried the alternative route, which is often said to be worse. In reality, both roads share the same final 5–6 km stretch (which is the roughest part), but the rest of the second route was in better shape and significantly faster overall. As for the beach itself—it’s absolutely amazing. The sand is fine and soft, and the water is crystal clear. You can walk about 100 meters into the sea and it’s still only knee-deep, which makes it perfect for relaxing or just floating around. Just before the beach, there’s a small local eatery that’s both charming and very affordable. We mostly enjoyed cold beers and a couple of burgers there—simple, but just what you need in that setting. I definitely recommend this beach. It’s easily one of my top picks in this part of Coron.
Petya T — Google review
it will take some time to get there and it will not be easy, but if you have a whole day to chill and relax, then this is the beach you will need to visit. roads are what they are, potholed and macadam. you have to be very careful. but it is beautiful and not crowded. you can lay down in the shadow and read a book, or walk around. you will have to walk a lot to swim due to low tide, but water is clean and worm. bring snacks and water, there is no bar. but there is a shop 5 minutes with your bike. would recommend to visit but with caution.
Kaja Š — Google review
Maybe this is a nice beach. I don't know. I wanted to go there by scooter but cancelled the trip half way as it could be quite dangerous to drive on the road even when you're driving slowly. The road is made of gravel and stones. Very bumpee and partially high elevation going up and down quite steep. Just the view on the hill was quite nice.
Kevin B — Google review
The beach is okay. Nothing like that would be worth taking the bad road. Some sections were dangerous with the scooter. I wouldn't recommend going.
Denes J — Google review
It will take an hour of bumpy motorcycle ride from coron town to marcilla beach. I suggest renting a dirt bike going here since there would be a lot of uphill and downhill rough road.
Donna O — Google review
A great and peaceful place to visit despite the road is not great but it deserves to be visited if you are willing to be an adventure driver. There's an incredible hot water.
Massimiliano M — Google review
One of the nice beaches which is accessible through land travel from Coron town. Good motorbike handing skills and fast reflex necessary. You'll be riding on dirt roads with loose gravel prone to causing tires to slide off. Watch your speed when turning on sharp curves and not fall into a ravine as there are some parts where the road has collapsed/eroded. There are also steep downhill parts, be extra cautious. Best to take a dirt bike but it's also possible to get there on a scooter but choose the ones with a good ground clearance (like Honda Click). The beach is serene, has fine white sand, and clear water. Just be prepared to step on sea grass and don't freak out 😊 And also... views en route to Marcilla is amazing. Enjoy!
Charisse N — Google review
Yes, you can go there on SCOOTER. The route is 70% asphalt and 30% gravel and earth, it takes me 1h30min going and 1h coming back (cause knew the way) Recomendation to go on scooter: Asphalt 60kph at max Gravel 15 - 25 kph at max Need going slowly on gravel for precautions, many ups and downs in the way. Beach beatiful, quiet and alone. I rented a medium scooter, cause i went with my girl, 700php at may 2024.

Malcapuya Island Beach Resort is a breathtaking destination just a short boat ride from Coron Town. The beach boasts picture-perfect white sands and clear, green, and blue waters, offering a serene escape with only a few small hotels nearby. Visitors can enjoy swimming and picnicking on the pristine beach, with the option to purchase snacks and drinks at the small store.
Malcapuya is the highlight of Tour C in Coron a beautiful white sand beach perfect for relaxation. The boat will be left on the other side, so you’ll need to walk. It’s best to wear proper shoes because there are many rocks, and the path is a mini hill with only a few steps. There’s a small community on Malcapuya Island, where you can see the locals enjoying drinks, but they are harmless and kind. They even sell coconut drinks with alcohol. During the rainy season, be careful of jellyfish, though we encountered some even in November. It would be helpful to have a sign for safety and at least vinegar in the area or something as the boat is far from the shore.
Pink M — Google review
I was a little disappointed with this stop as part of an island hopping adventure in Coron, Palawan. You would think that collecting taxes from tourist attractions and businesses PLUS the super high 200 peso per person "Environmental Fees", collected from each and every Barangay you enter, from each and every visitor to Coron, local government units would actually spend all that money trying to keep the top visited tourist sites pristine and beautiful for the millions of tourists that arrive here! But what you will see when you arrive at Malcapuya Island is a hideous local trash dump and garbage site, right were all of the boats dock. (Please do not take my word for it...see the attached photographs and videos). Such a waste for such a potentially beautiful area! After walking past all the trash and garbage, there is a 150 meter hike past all the dead trees and dead vegetation on an unmaintained trail before you finally arrive at the swimming beach where you will find nice white sand and crystal clear water for swimming...but nothing special! Just another swimming beach. I love to swim and snorkel but I am not sure this location is worth a 5 hour round trip boat ride...just to go swimming! (2 hours to Bulog Dos another 30 minutes to Ditaytayan Sandbar, and 30 minutes to Malcapuya Island, and finally another 2 hour boat ride back to Coron!). So ask yourself...if you want to spend time swimming and snorkeling in nice locations...is it really worth passing up 100's of pristine beautiful beaches, much closer to Coron, and spend a minimum of FIVE HOURS traveling on a boat, just to go swimming on 3 mediocre beaches with absolutely NOTHING spectactlar or unique to offer? Sorry if anyone is offended but my responsibility to Google Maps is to record and report the truth so that people can make their own informed decisions when visiting areas.

The color of the water is just amazing!

Very beautiful beach, the water crystal clear. Definitely one of Philippine best beaches in my opinion. Amazing Sandbar there u can walk far into the ocean from the beach the water is still turquoise. Luckily I was there when there was low tide. Not far away the have also very nice corals and a lot of fishes. I recommend to rent a private boat to spent more time there, we go there by a joiners group and spent only one and a half hour, definitely to short for this place, even when a private boat coast more try to share it or when u can't found somebody still worth to go on private there. By a joiners group u will spend half of the time to take videos and pictures.

One of my favourite spots for a day trip from Coron Town Proper. It took roughly 2 hours to get here - I’m not sure whether we lucked out or if it’s the norm but the sea was very calm and the trip was a breeze. There are some ok snorkeling spots, though the main draw is the sandbar itself. Island entrance fee was 250 pesos per person. The sandbar has limited shade if it gets too crowded but we were able to find a nice spot under a tree. There’s a very basic public toilet available if needed, though it’s in relatively poor condition, so adjust your expectations accordingly.

i had lived in Coron for some years and had been to most of the tourist attractions the Calamianes region had to offer. But this island seemed the perfect getaway for me since it does not get the usual traffic Malcapuya gets on a daily basis. Also, the cost of enjoying this piece of paradise has yet to go up so best to take full advantage! i plan on doing an overnight camping here for my next trip!

Highlights include tours such as Super Ultimate, Hiking Mount Dalara & Tour Escapade, which have left guests feeling safe and well taken care of by knowledgeable guides.
We had an absolutely amazing experience with Experience Coron Travel and Tours in Coron! From the moment we inquired about the tours, Erica was incredibly kind and helpful, even accommodating us despite arriving late at the office. She went above and beyond to make sure we got the best private tour experience. Our guide, James, was fantastic - super knowledgeable about the islands and made the entire trip so much fun. The sights were breathtaking, and everything was perfectly organized. Whenever we’re back in Coron, we’ll definitely book with them again. Highly recommend!

I want to thank Erica for answering all of my questions regarding the tour and helping us customize an unforgettable experience for our group of four. The total cost is ₱16,800 + ₱2,000 for food. Here is the cost breakdown: 4500 - Private Boat 700 - Tour guide 1200 - Kayangan Lake 800 - Barracuda Lake 800 - Twin Lagoon 2000 - Pukaway Cave 600 - Siete Pecados 600 - Banol Beach 600 - 4 fins 3000 - 2 clear kayak We were guided by James, who was just as entertaining as he was knowledgeable. His witty jokes kept us laughing throughout the day, and he always made sure we were safe and comfortable. He was attentive to our pace and needs, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The food his team prepared during the tour was abundant, good and tasty. Overall, he and his team were great and we are thankful that he made our Coron trip memorable.

Great crew very helpful to experience the most beautiful day I have had on the water. Gosh the guide was great as well as the captain and the mate. Spring for the private trip. They get you to the spots before all the others come. Take their suggestion on where to go, you can’t go wrong anywhere but they will make sure it’s not too crowded. The food was really well presented and delicious!! I could do that same trip 3 days in a row and still want more. Make sure you rent fins and snorkel as it’s some of the best snorkeling ever. Also get the clear kayak. It’s a big up charge but worth it.

I booked a private tour with ‘Experience Coron Travel and Tours’ and I’m glad I did. Thank you for the great guide Cj and the boat crew. Everyone was kind, respectful, friendly and made my trip memorable. An experience I will never forget and will share with my family and friends back home. And thank you reservation team for helping me book this tour. Your assistance and recommendations is appreciated.

Had two great trips - the island escapades tour & dugong tour. First was SO chill, we were first to arrive at the first beach and had it to ourselves for a little bit so got perfect serene paradise island!! The whole day was relaxing and we were super well fed. The dugong tour was unforgettable honestly it’s more expensive bc of the distance and park fees but so worth it!! Joel our guide was so lovely and looked after us so well. He helped get amazing photos and videos and was great at encouraging us to try to dive down, and the dugong was quite shallow so it really wasn’t far and we saw him so clearly even though we were snorkelling not diving! He came up to breath quite often. :)

The private island hopping tour with Experience Coron Travel and Tours was one of the best days of our trip to Philippines! Booking was super easy with quick responses from the owner. They even picked us up right from our hotel, which made everything very convenient. The islands were absolutely stunning — each one felt like its own little paradise. We had plenty of time to swim, snorkel, explore, and just relax without feeling rushed. That was thanks to Stephen, our guide, who was seriously the best. He was so kind and patient with us, never in a hurry, and made sure we were having a great time the entire day. You could tell he genuinely cared about making it a good experience for us. If you're heading to Coron and thinking about doing an island tour, go with these guys. It felt personal, easy, and unforgettable from start to finish.

Best Experience ever! From start to finish, I was organising this with Ms Cindy to arrange a private tour with my Family for my Mom’s birthday. Great organisation and great communications! The ladies from the agency (apologies I didn't get the names but they were both so friendly and made great recommendations, even though we got there in the evening.) As for the actual tour itself, how can I put into words how spectacular it was! Our tour guide James was super fun, friendly, accommodating and most importantly looked after us well! He was knowledgeable of all the places we visited, definitely loved every single one of them! If I were to recommend, go for the ultimate tour! All the places were breathtaking and James made it really special for everyone since it was our first time in Coron. He also made sure we were on time for all the stops and most of the time we had the places to ourselves! It was a lot of swimming, snorkelling, some climbing but worth it! Would definitely recommend to hire snorkels and also aqua shoes. Shout out to the pics and videos too! Food was delicious!! Super filling after all the activities! Thanks to Chef, and also captain Charlie who was taking us to our destinations! Overall, this was an amazing trip, and definitely one to come back to! ❤️

We had a wonderful experience with Experience Coron Travel and Tours. Our guide was incredibly kind and thoughtful, especially towards our 2-year-old daughter, which made the whole trip even more enjoyable for our family. The boat crew was also amazing: friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The food was well-organized and delicious, with great care taken to accommodate our preferences. Everything was easy and quick to arrange, and the price felt very fair for the quality we received. We visited beautiful spots and truly felt guided every step of the way through the highlights of Coron. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stress-free and memorable island tour!

Island
Busuanga Island, part of the Calamian Group of Islands in Palawan, is a serene destination known for its picturesque bays, hiking trails, and crystal-clear waters that attract divers. While often referred to as Coron due to the town on the island, it's important to note that Busuanga is the main island. The highest peak in this group of islands is Mt. Darala, offering a challenging hike with stunning views.
A heaven on earth. This island is so peaceful. This is the base island for Coron visit. City is very nice, people here are good. You can do shopping in genuine rates. You can buy wooden mask, handcraft items which is famous here. You can also do massages here, which are cheap and good.

A serene view of the port in Busuanga Island, Palawan—traditional boats gently docked along calm turquoise waters, with lush green hills in the background under a bright blue sky. The perfect starting point for exploring the stunning islands of Coron.

JK — Google review
We stayed in Coron. And the islands that we visited were stunning. The airport is really small and not well maintained.
JessicaM P — Google review
Busuanga is the northernmost of the three major island groupings of the Calamianes Group of Islands. As such, it is also unique in that Busuanga sits at a latitude high enough to place it within the "typhoon belt" which cuts through the upper part of the Philippine Archipelago - significant also is the fact that in November of 2013, super-typhoon HAIYAN (locally known as "YOLANDA") exited the country passing squarely over Busuanga, leaving in its wake a lot of destruction of natural and man-made property. Busuanga is such a beautiful island, and until quite recently, not well known to travellers. Not many would know that Busuanga is in fact the name of the island whose capital, Coron IS, world famous for being the jumping-off point for the many daily tour boats which ferry hoards of tourists the short, 15min trip to neighbouring CORON island (from which the town gets its name). Do a separate search for CORON ISLAND - I plan to soon write a review about this gem of an island. Busuanga is divided into two municipalities: Coron to the east, and Busuanga to the west. There is an airport (Francisco B. Reyes Airport) located centrally, at the northeastern extremity of the Busuanga territory. A 25min van ride gets air travellers from the airport to Coron Town - where most of the more budget-friendly inns and hotels are located. Coron Town is tiny, and quite cramped, easy to get around by just walking, or, jumping onto a local "tricycle" for a few pesos. Not very picturesque, nor what I would describe as "quaint", Coron, as a central hub, does manage to get the job done. Population, approximately 30,000. Busuanga Town, and the neighboring "Old Busuanga" Town, are located on the southwest corner of Busuanga Island, a more rugged and picturesque side of the island. A new road cuts through the west-central mountainous region to shorten the travel time to the airport. Both Busuanga towns are far less developed, but much more pleasant, should one decide to get off the beaten path. As is obvious so far, I have spent a lot of time travelling all throughout the island, and have visited every small village scattered throughout, on the coast and within the interior. Rent a motorbike and explore, - no way to get lost on this small land mass, you'll always somehow find your way back to your hotel. Enjoy Busuanga. I can't get enough of it! 😀

Banana Island, also known as Dicalabuan Island, is a romantic getaway with isolated bungalows over the water and swings hanging from old trees. Couples can snorkel hand-in-hand and explore the reefs together. The island offers stunning blue waters along its coast and visitors can walk around the entire island in about ten minutes. It's part of popular island-hopping trips from Coron and has more amenities for overnight stays.
Banana island located in Coron is famous for its snorkeling it's clear waters and it's relaxing landscape in the beaches I stayed there for one night and the place was great snorkeling was my favorite the corals and the fishes and wildlife were all beautiful showing nature's untouched Beauty the clear waters and the landscape was serene and feels like its not real. There were lots of tourists here and this place was really famous with lots of different people the staff were friendly and the rooms were beautiful and magical the wooden building here suit with the magical aspect of the island although a abundance of people makes it not beautiful. This is part of the island hopping tourist package which include seeing a couple more tourist attractions but the boat is pretty noisy (recommended to bring your own noise cancellers ) and to enjoy the beauty of Coron Overall the place is nice for relaxing and chill and to see the beautiful fishes and corals although I recommend being there when it's not crowded

Banana Island, the second stop for that whole day island escapade. The others are Bulog Dos and Malcapuya. This was the best for me, as perfect for swimming. There’s a lot to see for snorkeling as well. Imagine locals living near who can just take their boats and spend the whole day here. There’s enough room for a lot of people.

Super quiet overnight stay (just two of us, and the habitants of the island), the beach hut is basic but you have a very pleasant experience overall. The owner is welcoming, and prepared us a good dinner even thought we didn't let him know in advance (you should as the place is so remote!). Contact them on Facebook to organise your stay.

We had a lovely time at Banana Island with my family. We visited in June 2023, and could only stay for 1 night due to limited time in Qatar. I would recommend 2 nights minimum OR a day pass. They were late checking us in to the hotel which was quite inconvenient due to the limited time we had, however, they offered us a later check out the next day and we were able to make use of this. It was really family friendly, the kids club was great and the water slides were enough to keep the child entertained. When we needed milk for the baby they would come and drop this off. It was lovely experience and I would recommend it, especially for families. I think it could get boring after a few days.

This is part of the Super Ultimate Tour in Coron Palawan. It is just a small and white beach surrounded with stunning view and crystal clear water. This is where we've had our lunch. If you are on a shared tour, be sure to bring foods as the lunch meals for shared group are not really satisfying and they mostly served local Filipino cuisine. Everyone is given a limited time to spend time here after taking lunch meal.

We had our wedding photos here but bring your own water and food, because there is nowhere to buy anything. Great views, though, and nice place 👌

My favorite beach in Coron! Usually not part of tours, used to be not part of it but if you’re on a private tour this is the usual stop for lunch. White sand and private worth the entrance fee. I rented a kayak one time and kayak to the next beach which is pretty accessible from here. You can swim, snorkel or just lounge by the nipa huts when you’re here.

Small beach that can get crowded easily. Beautiful beach other than that. Most tours stop here for lunch. We got here as everyone was eating which was good timing because otherwise there would’ve been no room on the beach!

I can’t believe anyone would give this place any less than five stars. The boat ride coming into the beach was just stunning and it really makes it worth the trip. The place was very clean and well kept, and I am sure it can get crowded but that doesn’t mean you should give it a bad review. I would definitely recommend having your lunch there if you get the chance!

The beach is primarily known for its peaceful swimming spots and as a perfect place to enjoy lunch. These wooden structures provide a relaxing space to sit back, soak in the view, and share a meal with friends or family. No surprises how the lagoon got its name: beautiful emerald green water surrounded by steep, tree covered cliffs. It doesn't have a proper beach, but it's still an interesting place to explore snorkelling or by canoo, if only for the hidden cave. We did the Super Ultimate Tour in Coron and had the most amazing day! It was a full-day tour packed with stunning spots, and the whole experience was made even better thanks to our incredible tour guide Joseph. He was funny, informative, and answered all our questions with a great attitude. Dave was also fantastic – both of them went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and having a great time. They really took the time to help us get the best photos at each stop, never made us feel rushed, and allowed us to enjoy each place at a relaxed pace. We also really appreciated the help from them and the rest of the boat crew when getting on and off the boat, especially when it was a bit tricky. The views were absolutely breathtaking – this is a must-do activity if you’re in Coron! Highly recommend this tour and crew!

We went on a super ultimate island tour with Calamian travel and tours on Sept 24, 2025. They were very organized. From the hotel pickup up to the end of the tour, nothing was left to chance. Although we were 18 in the group, strangers to most others, no one felt left behind. Francis, Jason and Jerry saw to it that everyone was having fun and they kept an eye on those needing assistance. We enjoyed every site we went to like the Kayangan lake, Barracuda lake, Secret beach and the twin lagoons. We never felt hurried. The tour fee we paid was well worth it. There are many tour agencies in Coron but Calamian gave us such top notch service that by any chance we get back to Coron, it is still Calamian we will look for.

Cabo Beach in Coron, Palawan is a quiet and peaceful spot about 8 km from Coron Town. It's good for relaxing, picnicking, and swimming without needing a boat trip. The beach is simple, not crowded, with small huts for shade and basic facilities. Nice beach. Lots of locals hanging out, playing music, and swimming. The road is rough to get there but the view from the beach is worth it!
Pia R — Google review
It needs 50 to enter that place which turns to be the dumbest decision I’ve made ever since the beach is full of trash, plastic bottles and garbage. And the road to that place is very bad, it’s very easy to fall from the moto after raining because the road is slippery.
Cc W — Google review
50 pesos to get in. There is a karaoke bar and individual beach huts for picnicking or just hanging out. The bay is sheltered and the sea floor is stony and covered in sea grass so the water is not really blue but it is clean and clear. A great place to come with kids
Siobhan B — Google review
I would not recommend to go hear. Maybe just for 15 minutes to enjoy the beautiful view on coron. However, small dirty beach, very crowded and everybody is playing their own loud music - really annoying! In addition the water is quite dirty. Just go for island hopping to enjoy clear water.
Kevin B — Google review
With low tide it's dirty, no soft sand and rough bottom. This place is more suited for sunset parties rather than chilling at the beach

If you're planning a trip to Coron, consider booking the Coron private island hopping tour services. These tours offer a variety of island-hopping experiences and can also include land activities for days when you want to take a break from the water. The guides are knowledgeable about the area and will ensure that you don't miss out on anything during your tours. Additionally, they can provide valuable information about where to stay in Coron and other travel tips for visiting the area.
We did a 1 day private Ultimate tour with Rolly and his team of two boat crew members. It was an amazing experience. The additional price that we paid for the private tour was absolutely worth it Rolly personally swam with us at all the snorkelling locations to show us the best areas of the reef and we could not have done such an extensive amount of guided snorkelling in a group tour. The food prepared by the boat crew on boat was fresh and delicious. I had never seen such a good spread of food in any of my previous boat trips.
Mukesh S — Google review
100% would recommend. We booked Rolly and his crew privately for 2 days to explore everything we wanted to see around the island. They are well spoken in English, but most of all friendly, trustworthy, helpful, and motivated to give you the best experience. They know best when it’s busy at a certain spot and — if asked upon — will show you around where it’s quiet with just a few (or no) tourists around. Thanks to them we had an amazing holiday. We rented an optional kayak to see a little bit more. The kayak was simply transported with his boat. Thank you Rolly and team!

We had great time with Rolly and boat crew we did 2 day trips and would highly recommend. Friendly professional and full of laughs. Avoided the bigger crowds when he could. The food was amazing both days. Great comfortable boat too. Rolly also speaks English really well which made things easier. We just booked through FB messenger as was easy process. Thanks heaps guys.

Coron private super ultimate tour with Rolly was a great experience. It started in the morning at the Coron Market, where we chose the food to be prepared for us on the boat. We paid 6100 PHP for our two-person private tour, plus whatever we spent on food at the market that morning. If you are thinking of choosing between a group or private tour, choose private, as it is not much more expensive, but you have the boat and crew for your own use, and also You can choose the islands/places You want to visit. If you have any questions, message Rolly on WhatsApp; he will tell you all the information you need, with all the costs.
Martin K — Google review
Rolly is honest and dependable. We hired him and his crew (JR and Christian) for 2 days and I’m thankful that I did. I live in California, and my family and I had not been to Coron, and had no idea how to go about seeing those amazing islands ourselves. A friend recommended Rolly and I went with my gut. Did I mention I’m thankful I did? If you are thinking of island hopping, might as well go private. Believe me, the extra cost is worth it. You control the amount of time you spend on each island, get to choose what to eat (they will cook for you), and get good advice from Rolly on islands to visit. Coron is beautiful, and you have to believe me when I say that such a magical experience—yes it is magical—can be easily ruined by a bad boat ride. Suffice to say, my family and I had an amazing time at Coron. When we come back, I will hit up Rolly again 100 percent.

Spend the day island hoping with Rolly and the legendary Jay Jay, super awsome day and crew. They took us to all of their favourite spots to dive and explore, then finnished off with a amazing meal they cooked for us on the beach. Amazing experience, highly recommend

Amazing private boat tour with Rolly. We did a full day hopping tour, and we started early to avoid crowds. Rolly can totally costumize the itinerary based on what you wish to see, but let him suggest to you the best spots 😉. The food was also so good 😁. Absolutely recommend 👌
Valentina P — Google review
My experience booking a private tour with Rolly was great, he was very good at messaging me on WhatsApp and getting a plan together. As for the tour, that was also fantastic! Rolly and his crew were super friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They brought us to spots when there were no other tourists around and really knew how to make the experience the best possible. The crew also cooked an amazing lunch for us which we had on the beach. Would definitely recommend Rolly’s services!

Beginnings of January we did the 3D2D Expedition with Tropical Paradise and had the best trip ever. Our crew (TP5) was amazing and the chef cooked the most delicious food and snacks ever. They were all super friendly, funny and attentive. The camps on the remotes island we stayed on were super cool, with fireplaces, basketball & volleyball courts and cute huts. The other attendees were also very nice and we all had a really good time together. I can highly recommend this tour :))

Did the 3D2N expedition from Coron to El Nido! An experience I will never forget, one of the best trips I've ever done! Very well organised, the spots throughout the day were amazing with no other boats around for most of it! The food was outstanding and the team was great! Highly recommend!

My girlfriend and I had the most amazing time on our 3-day, 2-night boat trip from El Nido to Coron! The crew was super friendly and made us feel right at home, the food was absolutely delicious, and every stop on those deserted beaches felt like a dream. The snorkeling was awesome—so many colorful corals and fish! The whole vibe on the boat was super chill, just good times with great people with also a lot of rhum 😂😍. Honestly, such an incredible experience. 10/10, would do it all over again! 🤙

One of the best trips I have ever been on! Amazing tour from Melvin and the team it was an incredible experience from snorkeling, cliff jumps and visiting a fishing village to learn about how the tribe live! The food was amazing, don't know how the chef produces such good quality food in that quantity on a boat! Such a truly remote and beautiful experience.

Especially the 3D2N Tour is perfect to get aside to all the touristic places and enjoy the beauty of the Philippines almost by yourself. Sleeping places and toilets are kept easy, but super convenient. We had a great time and would recommend it to anyone, who plans a trip to the Philippines 🇵🇭 Thanks again Joel & Team 🙌🏼

The area is ideal for snorkeling, boasting an abundance of coral reefs and diverse marine life. Visitors can enjoy sunbathing, swimming, and snorkeling in the crystal-clear waters while taking in the picturesque surroundings.
Basically just a sandbar, but an absolutely stunning place. It's just sad to see someone will still leave trash here.

Located near the tip of Culion, this beach has soft sand, gentle waves, and a peaceful vibe. It's much less crowded than other tourist spots, making it ideal for those seeking serenity. There are no vendors or facilities, so bring your own supplies and take your trash with you. Truly one of Palawan’s hidden gems.

If you like dipping by the beach, sunbathing and snorkeling, Ditaytayan Beach is for you! This was included in our island hopping tour and was our last stop. We were fortunate to be the only boat that docked and we have the entire sandbar to ourselves. We also enjoyed snorkeling in the corals just beside the beach area. There are so many fishes! One thing to note though, the trip back to the Coron town will take 2hours at the least.

Island Hopping in the Philippines is a must-do activity, especially in popular destinations like Coron and El Nido. These tours offer the chance to explore numerous stunning islands, each with its own unique beauty. Island hopping packages typically include fees, snorkeling gear, and a delicious lunch featuring fresh fish and tropical fruits. In Coron, island hopping is the best way to experience the area's top tourist spots.
The best experience of my life!! I wanted to surprise my girlfriend with a special engagement in beautiful El Nido!! Melasel arranged everything for me and had so many great suggestions and knowledge of how to make this a magical day! I was super worried because it is difficult to arrange such an important event when you live on the other side of the world! But Mel was amazing and understood exactly what I wanted! And went out of her way to accommodate all my requests! She even had a clever story to tell my girlfriend to cover the photographer being with us all day! On the day the weather was very rainy with many showers. Mel and Rene were in constant contact with me with plan B and even contacted our hotel to discuss options of hosting the proposal there. Completely above and beyond what I paid for. Luckily in the end the weather gave us a small window and Mel set everything up beautifully on a sand bar floating in the middle of crystal clear waters surrounded by limestone islands with stunning rocky formations. Island Hopping in the Philippines somehow peered into my brain and delivered a perfect replica of the proposal I had in my head. It was simply perfect down to the smallest detail! Thank you so much, I cannot recommend you guys enough!!
Kevin W — Google review
I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful and memorable proposal location! The entire process Mel was very helpful with getting everything planned out. Gilbert was nice picking us up from our Airbnb and guiding us to where we needed to be and making sure the day went perfectly. Even after booking I was a bit nervous and just hoping for the best because even I didn't really know what to expect. The results and beauty of everything blew us both away! Such a beautiful day that both of us will remember forever!

What an unforgettable experience! We did a two night (3 day) island hopping tour from Sibaltan to Coron. Everything was so well organized and the boat crew were amazing and really made sure we had a great time. The accommodation was rustic, but added to the authentic experience of the Philippines. Karel always responded to any queries we had promptly. Our boatman, Albert, was the most amazing chef and we enjoyed every meal. The crew taught the kids how to fish with a line which was their highlight of the trip. They took us to the most unbelievable snorkelling spots along the way. Would highly recommend this trip.
Kate B — Google review
Wow, what an incredible experience! The group planned everything perfectly, from the romantic trip to the proposal. Mel and her on-site staff thought of every detail, from the videos to the tour of the most beautiful places to the moment of the proposal, making the most special day of our lives even more magical. The location was enchanting, the service was impeccable, and the surprise was perfect. Everyone was always ready to help! We couldn't have asked for more! If you're looking to make your romantic moment special, don't hesitate to contact this group (it costs money, but you pay for quality). Thank you so much to the whole team for making our dream come true! ❤️💍 Giulio and Genedy

Thank you Mel for your all your help in preparing for the big day. Your prompt responses put me at ease that you had everything under control. A big thanks to Melson and the crew in El Nido for taking care of us on the day and taking us to spots that were nice and quiet and to Mark and the photographers who did an amazing job at keeping things under wrap. The Philippines were already a special place with my partners Mum from here, however this now makes it more special and El Nido will always be extra special, we cant wait to come back. I would not hesitate to recommend this way to propose to anyone. Thanks again, Marcus and Fi

We especially booked a spearfishing trip and asked for equipment to rent. The rates for the equipment were totally overpriced and the equipment was terrible quality. Especially the speargun, the most important part, was in terrible unusable condition. So we just had a trip around islands without a real spearfishing opportunity. It looks like the tour operator is just hiring some locals to make some trip without actually knowing much about it himself. We were really dissapointed. The trip itself is not that bad and enjoyable if you don't plan for a specific experience. But still not okay from the tour operator to promise a spearfishing experience and then offering the worst spearfishing experience we had in our whole life... He offered to refund just the rental price for the speargun, but I didn't care about this small amount of money, because the whole trip was built around having a good speargun...

Want the most beautiful surprise proposal in paradise? THIS IS IT! Every detail was perfect!! I tricked my girlfriend to think we were doing a nice photo shoot because we were in the Philippines. The whole crew was in on it. They picked us up from the hotel and boated us to a private island where they took incredible shots of us together and solo. While she stayed to take her solo pics there, we went to the other side of the island to “take solo pics.” They had set up a beautiful proposal area, a candle lit dinner in the sand, and had the most incredible bouquet of roses. I proposed immediately before sunset and the pics/vids are phenomenal. Best part is that Mel and the team were able to set this up for me in 3 days from when I messaged them. Worth every penny!

Away from the bustling tourist hubs, Coral Eden offers a tranquil and peaceful experience for snorkeling enthusiasts seeking rich marine diversity in a pristine setting.
The trees & flowers blossoming on top of this little Eden islet, the simple sight of it is heavenly! The photos can’t capture this feeling I sensed when approaching it.
