My recent stay at the Four Seasons Denver was nothing short of exceptional. It was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, not just in Colorado, but anywhere. I got food poisoning during my stay from the poolside food service. I ordered the club sandwich and the bread had mold on it. I noticed this halfway into the sandwich. Shortly after I experienced gastrointestinal discomfort and distress from the mycotoxins. I informed our waiter who then asked if I would like to order something else. I had asked for a green juice in the flush out the mycotoxins. As my symptoms worsened, I requested to speak to the manager who then sent someone from security because he didn't know how to handle the situation. The individual from security was insisting on calling the paramedics to come and assess the situation. She then said it could take a few hours for them to come. This was on 08/11 during a 90+ degree day. I asked if I could receive compensation for getting an IV from a local place, both the manager and individual from security said they could not do that (yet were willing to call 911). I left as I did not want to wait in the sun for hours while I was ill. Also my juice never came.

Great service here. I expect the service to be decent whenever it’s a four seasons location and this one didn’t disappoint. Would stay again.

First and foremost their front desk is horribly rude , believe me when I say for what you pay and what you get from this hotel don't bother ! Go to the rally in McGregor square , trust me you'll be glad you did. I wrote everything I personally had go wrong at this hotel but after reading I decided to delete everything due to the fact you wouldn't believe me if I did, that's how bad my first experience went . Anyway its a shame . You guys truly need some type of training classes every month on how to act like you enjoy what you do for a living if not your in the wrong business. As an owner of a company that provides a service you guys are failing horribly . Thanks for reading

This hotel is amazing! We had dinner at Palace Arms while staying at a different hotel and decided to switch or room to the Brown Palace the next morning. Upon check in, I was highly impressed with the front desk staff. We decided to try out the afternoon tea right when we checked in (likely looking like we had been dragged through bushes) Tina at tea time was amazing! Super knowledgeable and gave us a lot of great recommendations! The beds were very comfy. The architecture is beautiful and truly a must see. I completely forgot the girls name at the spa, she had black hair with red streaks. She was lovely, super helpful and pleasant. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. I highly recommend trying the peach bellinis, eggs benedict and the croissants. Ask for Jenny if she is there! She made our breakfast one of the best I've had. I will definitely be back!

To be totally clear, the only thing four stars about this hotel is the outrageous price they charge people to stay here. We had booked for two nights, left after the 1st night. The experience starts pleasant enough, Clint the Valet was welcoming and polite. And then it all goes downhill. The extemely young manager behind the counter was just plain confused as to how to handle Marriott Bonvoy members at this Marriott hotel. Her cohort behind the counter, was quite rude to us and the guest before us as well. Its like the owners hired kids fresh out of high-school, certainly not what you expect from a so called, 4 star hotel. The rooms are about what you would expect. Small, outdated, noisy as heck from street traffic, and you're stuck waiting 30 minutes for the shower to even get lukewarm. It will eventually get hot, but not before a good 40 minutes of waiting. The AC thermostat look like something from the 80s, don't know if it even works to be honest, only has two settings, On and Off. Our room was already at a comfortable 67 degrees from the 50 degree night and with it off, so we left it alone. For amenities; You will get some shower body gel, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer... And that's it. The towels are your average rough hotel towels. The bed in the room wasn't very good, lacked support and was overall uncomfortable. Pillows were too soft. We couldn't try out the Shipwreck Ravern at the hotel because there was a private event that had booked it clear through the evening and into closing hours. One of the staff suggested the second bar on site, which low and behold was a cigar bar. Great if you like cigars, not great otherwise. We decided to try it anyway. The drinks were good, the food was expensive and bland. Now one could argue that this is an old hotel, and I shouldn't have expected much. The hotel was built in 1892, and yes that is quite old, but I've also stayed in a number of very old establishments before including hotels and bed and breakfast spots all throughout our great nation and none of them have sucked like this one. The good anecdotal way to look at this hotel is to look at the fountain in the lobby which is supposedly connected to a natural spring of theirs 700 and some odd feet below ground. On our visit, nothing came out of the fountain. Not even a drop. The same way nothing good springs forth from this hotel anymore. Save your cash and look at a newer hotel, there are plenty in the area.

I stayed at The Brown Palace recently and was extremely disappointed. While the lobby is undeniably beautiful, the experience went downhill the moment we stepped into the elevator. It was dirty, with what looked like old spills down the walls and sticky, stained floors that had clearly been neglected for some time. Once upstairs, the condition of the hotel was even more disappointing. There were random electrical cords everywhere, and nearly every section of the ceiling showed water damage. I understand this is a historic property, but for the price charged per night, there’s no excuse for such poor upkeep. Our room wasn’t much better—peeling wallpaper, water spots on the ceiling, and an overall feeling that it just wasn’t clean. The shower was dirty and the bathroom vanity practically fell apart when you touched a drawer. The food was also shockingly overpriced for the quality. For what they charge, you’d expect at least a decent meal, but it didn’t come close to matching the hotel’s reputation or cost. Honestly, the only reason I didn’t walk out was because I was using my Marriott Reward Points and only had an hour before going to see the Lion King. Had I been paying cash, I would have never stayed the night and just driven home after the show. The Brown Palace may have a grand lobby and rich history, but beyond that, it feels neglected, tired, and not worth the hype or the price. Quite honestly, I think I should get my points back, there is no way this hotel is worth $500+/night.

We came for the Halloween masquerade party. We had dinner in the restaurant, Palace Arms before. We had THE BEST experience. Our waiter .. and table side chef were amazing . Best service I’ve ever had. Food was great. Table side bananas foster was so fun ! The party was fun - hotel is beautiful .. overall had a great night and will for sure be back !!

Ok, debatable. We are CO natives, we have been here many times for events. The tea parties are top notch, all the others…. TBD. We came to the champagne cascade for the first time, the organization was confusing, the “cascade” was only 4 out of 5,000 glasses filled, we didn’t get a “keepsake” as our reservation said, VIP benefits and GA were nearly the same, we ended up at the Tavern just to get seating and actual drinks. Don’t waste the money on VIP, not worth it. A historic hotel worth visiting but do not recommend the events. I do understand it was a charity event but with better organization, more people would’ve paid for VIP.

I’ve heard about The Brown Palace for years and expected a classy, well-kept historic hotel. Unfortunately, that’s not what we experienced. The lobby looks great at first glance, but once you leave that area, everything starts to fall apart. The elevator was grimy with stains on the walls and sticky residue on the floor. It felt neglected and unclean. The condition of the hallways and ceilings was even worse — water damage everywhere and random cords hanging down. I get that it’s an old building, but for what they charge per night, there’s no excuse for that kind of disrepair. Our room wasn’t any better. The wallpaper was peeling, the ceiling was spotted, and it just didn’t feel fresh or cared for. On top of that, the food prices were outrageous compared to what was actually served. The only reason we didn’t pack up and leave was because we were using Marriott Reward Points. If I had paid cash for that room, we’d have walked out immediately. This place trades on its name and history, but it’s in serious need of maintenance and management attention. Definitely not worth the money.

This hotel is a wreck. 1. Ordered the rotisserie chicken pot pie at The Ship’s Tavern. It was cold slop. Coffee was burnt and horrible (coming from someone who is fine with drinking room temperature Costco cold brew out of a can.) 2. When I arrived at the room, the thermostat box was black. Called the front desk and apparently there is no room temperature control in the rooms. Slept in my sweatshirt. 3. I couldn’t get hot water so I called the front desk. They told me it’s an old hotel so expect to wait about ten minutes for hot water. So much for water conservation? 4. Walls are super thin - I can clearly hear conversations and it sounds like the barking dog is inside my room. 5. Super dated and dingy.

If I could give this hotel a 0 rating I would! I was in town for a business trip and choose this hotel due to the vicinity. Bad choice! I stayed 1 night in a planned 4 night stay. Valet parking did not retrieve my bags. It was pouring raining, they were very rude! When asked if I could check out early I was told yes and there would be no additional charge. Today I’m looking at 2 separate charges one for the first night and another for the other 3 nights I didn’t stay!!! Called and spoke to Andrew! Completely rude! Packs customer service! Told me his team would never say such a thing! Basically called me a flat out liar!!! Why would I check out knowing I’m going to be charged for all the nights? I would have definitely sucked it up! He claims he spoke to the man who told me I would not be charged and he said he doesn’t recall the conversation. That is a fitting line when someone is not honest! I wonder if he recalls telling me the hotel and racist and I should leave! Umm 🤔 Also, the hotel temperature conditions were horrible! Completely freezing, doors had a two in gap so the draft was ridiculous and I had to put a towel under the door for privacy and comfort.

The hotel is beautiful, with beautiful decor and very nice staff. The complimentary bourbon tasting was very nice, and the adjacent Cruise Room is a very special speaker-easy style bar with gorgeous aesthetic. The continental breakfast was great too. The mattresses are a little soft but otherwise the bedrooms were also nice. All in all, the location and everything was wonderful. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful, historic hotel with lovely rooms full of character and friendly attentive service from everyone we spoke to. Lobby breakfast was high quality and plentiful, with lots of variety (smoked salmon, bagels, pastries, cold meat, yoghurt, fruit etc) - the perfect start to the day for us. Simply the best place to stay in Denver in my opinion. We would definitely visit again.

We had a great stay at the Oxford Hotel. The location is great and is a block from Union Station in LODO. Service from everyone we encountered was friendly, attentive and welcoming.The continental breakfast was better than most hotels that include breakfast, my only comment would be to include a few more gluten-free options (and label allergens). The highlight of the stay was the evening bourbon tasting in the lobby. I'm convinced we witnessed paranormal activity but that story is for another day. ;) The only con of the stay (and why I didn't give it a 5-star review) was one of our two rooms was not totally clean. There was a very dirty glass in the room, random hairs in the bathroom (in the sink and the tub) and carpet didn't seem vacuumed. The bedding seemed clean but for a 4-star hotel (and the price) cleanliness of the entire room is very important and what makes or breaks a stay. Overall, I would give the Oxford Hotel 1.5 thumbs up and would likely return given the opportunity.

I was excited to stay in this historic hotel due to its location and history. However, I was disappointed in the level of service and temperature of room. Upon check in I requested a fan which didn't arrive till 6 hours later and 4 request. The room air conditioner did not work properly. Upon check out I was charged for an item in the mini bar area. After calling, it was refunded. I never touched the mini bar area, double check your charges😥. The only great interaction was valet. Both of the gentlemen I encountered were both friendly and accommodating.

The Oxford is a Denver icon for all the right reasons. Quiet, central, upscale and yet not pretentious. The decor is charming and nostalgic, but not outdated or stuffy. Front staff are friendly and helpful, as are all the housekeeping and back of house staff. Big shout out to the bellmen Mr. Dave and Mr. Toby. They are such gentleman who seem to genuinely enjoy their roles in making the Oxford experience a wonderful one. Be sure to check out the Cruise Room and Urban Farmer as well to complete the whole Oxford adventure.

Friendly, efficient staff. Clean rooms. Comfy beds. Spacious bathroom. Excellent complimentary breakfast, quality yogurt, fresh fruit, homemade granola, bagels with cream cheese, lox, mini quiche plus breads and excellent coffee. Very convenient to Union Station.

My husband and I stayed at The Crawford and were blown away! The room was gorgeous (two story glass wall and ceiling, very quiet, comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms) and every single person we interacted with was so helpful and kind. I also loved how we could use our hotel credit at a variety of different vendors and got free perks like ice cream and coffee. I would never come to Denver and *not* stay here.

Amazing central location, same building as the train station, lots of activity. Great rooms, historic building. Staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. Minor issues with getting our room cleaned and had to call multiple times for same requests. Front desk staff excellent. Room wasn't as clean as expected when checking in and had to call each day when hadn't cleaned after being out all day. Otherwise excellent stay and would go back again. Nice discounts at coffee and bar downstairs.

One of the best and friendliest front desk welcomes I’ve experienced in a long time. Staff were helpful throughout entire stay. Room was really nice. I was concerned about staying in Union Station, but it was incredible. Multiple restaurants, bars, and shops, including a Tattered Cover book store. Super walkable, plus hotel provides transportation within 2 mile radius. Noise was minimal. Highly recommended.

I would give 10 stars to the security guard that worked tonight. He looked Hispanic/ (maybe white ) i don’t know with all due respect but he was watching the whole building tonight making sure everything was all good!! He was very helpful, I was lost and he guided me. I wish I got his name. He deserves a raise for the amount of effort he puts in his job and especially tonight! I highly recommend that security guard all day all night! Thank you Crawford hotel, the security guards make you feel so welcomed and safe!

We had an amazing time! We have always wanted to stay in the Crawford and somehow staying here exceeded every expectation we ever could have had. I think the number one reason was the people working at the Crawford, especially Alicia and Melanie who went above and beyond to make our experience special. They listened to us, answered all of our questions, and then made sure to go the extra mile to recognize our special occasion and to exceed our expectations. After that, it's hard to find a more perfect hotel...location is great in the heart of downtown in a historical building but the rooms are very quiet with perfect soundproofing. There are tons of great food and entertainment options in the hotel itself but the possibilities are endless outside the hotel also. It's easy to get there via public transportation or parking via a car like we did was also very easy. You can tell they take great pride in the hotel in all of the attention to small details, the perfect decorating, and the spotless rooms. Thank you Alicia and Melanie!

I loved my stay at the Crawford Hotel. The bookshop and coffee shop so close by are such a nice touch. They also offer free water which is such a plus along with free Lyft rides within 2 miles of the hotel. The room was unique and very clean. I felt completely safe there and really enjoyed my 4 night stay!

Wow, recently I stayed at the Crawford hotel and the service was incredible! There is samplings in the lobby, luxurious rooms and great service. Elroy was the nicest valet I’ve ever met. Super helpful and knows everything about any car. I really enjoyed my experience here and would highly recommend!

The hotel is in a great location, the marketing and design team did a great job creating a nice vibe with lots of nice and unique touches. Staff was friendly and professional. Room service was a little off, fairly weak breakfast menu, didn't bring any water with meal or salt and pepper, and must order from expensive brunch menu on weekends. Main issue with rooms was the mattresses are very soft and you sink into each other. Checked with the night manager on our first night and asked if all the rooms had the extra soft mattresses and he said yes, pretty much. Pillows are very large, so double whammy of putting your neck in a bind if you are side sleeper which was surprising based on room cost + valet costs.

A hidden gem! This hotel has everything right in the heart of Cherry Creek. Walking distance to everything including the mall. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The restaurants were awesome. We had the best lasagna in our life at their Italian restaurant. I’d definitely recommend. Their rooftop bar and pool area was exquisite with a wonderful ambiance. The Rare Bird, which is their rooftop bar with a little pizza kitchen is a MUST. The rooms were clean, eclectically decorated and well appointed. It had a safe, fridge, and Keurig. The bed was great, bathroom and shower were nice and the air conditioning was phenomenal. We like to keep it cold. The TV had a very nice channel selection with all the sports channels, paid movie selection and a built-in Netflix. The rooms were well thought out with a lot of nice touches. For instance, the record player with several albums to choose from. All in all, I give this place a solid 5 out of 5 and we can’t wait to stay here with our friends.

Our experience here was just lovely. Most of our interactions with the staff were with Mike and he went out of his way to make our experience so wonderful and memorable! From helping us out at check in, to serving us afternoon happy hour drinks and morning lattes, he had all of our needs covered and with a smile! I travel weekly for both business and pleasure, and I’ve stayed at everything from big-name brands to quirky independents across the country. That said — Halcyon in Denver honestly stands out as one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The vibe is super chill but still upscale, and the service was on point the entire time. The rooftop is an absolute gem — great views, good drinks, and just a perfect spot to unwind after a long day. But let’s talk about the pizza. Seriously... the pizza oven on the rooftop? Game changer. I had the taleggio pizza and it was phenomenal. Pro tip: ask them to throw some sausage on it — you won’t regret it. One of the best pizzas I’ve had in a while, no exaggeration. Can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend for anyone heading to Denver, whether you're in town for meetings or just want a solid getaway spot.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What a charming boutique hotel! The interior is beautifully designed and full of character. There are plenty of amenities, including complimentary coffee at the front desk. With two on-site restaurants and a bar, plus the convenience of being able to walk to the mall, the location couldn’t be better. Lovely spot great for a weekend or business.

Sooo this is a very nice aesthetic hotel, comfortable bed, clean rooms and very customer friendly amenities. Was I wowed, unfortunately no but that doesn’t mean it’s not a nice hotel. The air in the rooms is not very powerful which is a big con for me as it is getting warmer. Positives for me is the welcome mats at every door, access to glass bottle to fill hot or cold water for yourself and the room layout is very comfy. The BEST thing is the record player with actual vi to records in the room. Now that is just fabulous. The weather was poor so I did not get to enjoy the pool but it was kind of small from what I could see but looks inviting. Overall stay was very nice, staff was very very pleasant and the stay was pleasant.

I stayed at The Ramble for two nights with my little sister for a much-needed girls weekend, and it could not have been more perfect. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are stunning and thoughtfully designed, and the overall vibe is so good. Having Death & Co right in the lobby also brought an amazing energy—stylish but still cozy and welcoming. The location was also a huge plus. We were able to walk to tons of great restaurants and fun little shops, which made exploring the area super easy and enjoyable. But what really set this hotel apart was the service. I mentioned in passing to the front desk team—Jess and Melissa—that we were in town to cheer up a friend after a tough breakup. To our total surprise, they sent a bottle of champagne to our room to help us kick off the weekend. It was such a thoughtful and kind gesture, and honestly made our stay feel that much more special. It’s rare to find a hotel that nails both the aesthetic and the heart. The Ramble does both effortlessly. I’ll absolutely be staying here again and recommending it to anyone heading to Denver!

We had an amazing 3-night stay at The Ramble! Every staff member made us feel remembered and cared for. Felix at the coffee bar gave exceptional service, and Eli at Death & Co. impressed us with his deep knowledge of the drink menu and spot-on recommendations. Melissa and Nate at the front desk always greeted us warmly, while Dawson and Matt at valet went above and beyond wrangling bags and recognizing us right away—they truly seemed to love what they do. The beds were firmer than expected but I slept better than I have in months. The location is fantastic—steps from great restaurants, walking distance to Coors Field, Mission Ballroom, and so many food and music spots. We also showed up with pure enjoyment and delight in being there, and the staff met us with that same energy. Highly recommend The Ramble for both comfort and outstanding service!

The absolute best hotel I think I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms are beautiful, the service is above and beyond and death and co was unbelievably delicious. We went here as a part of our honeymoon and during the entire stay the staff remembered us and that we were celebrating. Management and front desk were also top notch. A 5-Star Experience Thanks to the Stellar Staff!! From the moment we arrived at the Ramble Hotel in Denver, we knew we were in for a treat. The atmosphere was a perfect blend of sophisticated luxury and warm, welcoming comfort. The hotel itself is impeccably clean, and the decor is absolutely stunning. Our room was a perfect sanctuary, and the drinks at Death and Co were nothing short of sublime—truly on point! While the luxurious accommodations were outstanding, what truly elevated our stay from a great one to an unforgettable, 5-star experience was the phenomenal staff. The team at the Ramble Hotel has a knack for making you feel right at home, and their friendliness and helpfulness know no bounds. A huge shoutout to Felix, Coco, and Nate, who were all so incredibly friendly and made every interaction a delight. Their positive energy was infectious! We were also incredibly impressed by Melissa, Matt, and Dawson, who went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met with a smile. It's rare to find such a lovely and personable team. The staff at Death and Co are also just delightful. Maddie and Eli were so lovely, ready with drink recommendations and genuine smiles. What a treat! The Ramble Hotel is a true gem, but the staff is its crown jewel. Their outstanding service and genuine warmth made us feel like honored guests, and for that, we can't recommend this hotel enough.

This chic hotel in the heart of RiNo District has exceptional service, impeccable cleanliness and overall amazing quality stay. This was absolutely the best night’s sleep I have had while traveling across Colorado. Valet parking took the guesswork out of check-in. We were provided a personalized iPad in the room, which allowed for room service, valet, music, even telling us the weather. The room overlooked the roof top bar, which was in full swing when we checked in on a Friday night. For a second I was worried the noise would keep me awake, but the sliding glass door on the balcony is shockingly soundproof! They did an amazing job building new construction that really feels antique, but with all the modern amenities. The room was spacious, with so much extra room in the shower that I joked we could sublet it. The only suggestion I had was a towel bar and hooks within the shower. I really liked the separate makeup counter with great lighting. The towels were large and soft, and I was more than impressed with their signature Rosemary Mint shampoo and conditioner. The neighborhood is very walkable with lots of trendy places nearby. Plus the downstairs bar serves incredible lattes and fresh-squeeze orange juice. I can’t wait to stay again!

The hotel is nice and located in a vibrant area. The rooms are small but comfortable. We ate at the restaurant and the food was excellent. Best pasta dish we've had in a while. Big ups to Carola for helping us with some billing issues. She went above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of.

Barn-style bathroom doors that don't close. Enjoy not having any privacy while you use the toilet. There is only one slow moving elevator and you can't access floors from the staircase. The only parking available is valet.

Very helpful and friendly hotel staff. Check in was easy and the desk clerk did everything to make our stay nice including upgrading our room. The hotel is walkable to public transit and the cultural district (museums, library, etc). Room was nicely appointed and comfortable. There was only one hook in the bathroom to hang towels and stuff and there was no full length mirror in our room. Little things that would have been nice. The one negative was the HVAC system was very noisy and often woke us up at night

This is a great hotel in an awesome location! There are several parks, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. The Denver Art Museum is right next door, I highly recommend checking that out! The staff here was stellar, especially at the rooftop bar! Great food and drinks there as well! I would definitely stay here again

The location was perfect — close to everything and easy to get around. I especially appreciated the complimentary transportation service within a 2-mile radius, it made exploring the area super convenient. The hotel also has a fun candy bar in the lounge area, which was such a nice touch! The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely stay here again!

The Art is lovely. The detachable shower head convenient. The bed comfortable, but the street noise kept us awake. We appreciated the water bottles as part of the resort fee, though I’m not sure why there was a resort fee. The hotel has no bellman service. Probably fine for people who want a casual feel vs a full-service hotel. Both the television and the bathroom door had to be repaired. There was repeated confusion between oatmeal and oak milk through room service. The restaurant is a pleasant space but the menu is very limited and the food is fair. The people are nice, with the exception of an older hostess with long gray hair. We named her “ The Sunrise Ruiner.” She insisted on closing the shades while customers were admiring the magnificent sunrise. When asked to please wait a couple minutes, she refused stating she would be too busy to close them later when the sun would be bothering people. Very surprised at such an attitude. The front desk staff seem overworked. No one even bothered to ask if we enjoyed our stay when we were checking out or inquired if everything was ok. We chose this hotel because it’s easy walking distance to the art museum. But there are unhoused encampments along the path to the museum and drug addicts lingering near the hotel entrance. Nasty graffiti on the walls of a parking-garage next door. The room was more expensive than The Meridian, which would have been a short Uber ride to the museum. It has been years since we’ve chosen a Hilton and this experience reminded me why. There’s always something that seems to go awry at a Hilton Hotel.

I ❤️ The Art Hotel Denver. Truly, it was everything I needed. And more than I expected! Felt totally at home in my guest room. Even more so at my corner of the FIRE bar to eat, drink, and do a bit of work in the evenings. And not surprisingly, curiously curated art. Eagerly, I look forward to returning...next time, with my wife. A SHOUT OUT to Tyrell at the Front Desk who expedited access to my room when I arrived early. Also bartender Fabiola who crushed it with her attentive service and insightful descriptions of menu items. Plus, the dining credit to offset a mandatory Urban Amenity Fee is very much appreciated.

Rooms were very nice, especially when compared to many in the area. They were very new, spacious and clean. Room had a great bathroom with large shower. Nicely decorated with in-room amenities like that fancy italian coffee pot. On-site FIRE restaurant was surprisingly amazing. The smoked chicken wings appetizer was crazy. I want to know how they make them. Steak quesadilla was also a favorite. Joán was super! Very willing to get what we needed and kept us up-to-date and took care of us even though restaurant was super full and kitchen was busy. Would go back to Fire when in Denver again!

Dissapointing super basic and dated rooms for 4 star hotel. Daily $25 amenity fee for a fitness center and "minibar" with two water bottles and two small cans of coke is outrageous. Housekeeping only does your bed and replace towels, nothing else. A little piece of paper that was by the bed was still there after they cleaned our room. $60 for valet parking is insane, when you can park at the SP Garage next door for $35 overnight (that's were they park the cars anyway). I'm glad our stay here was short.

Stayed at the Kimpton Monaco recently and overall had a really nice time. The hotel itself is super stylish — the interior design is gorgeous and definitely gives off a cool, boutique vibe. I loved the nightly happy hours (such a fun little perk!) and it was surprisingly quiet for being right in the city. The staff was also amazing — every single person we interacted with was friendly and super helpful, which really made the stay feel special. On the flip side, a few things could be better. The hallways and our room felt pretty warm, even with the AC turned way down, which wasn’t the most comfortable. I also noticed it could use a deeper clean in some spots, and the bathroom wallpaper was starting to peel from humidity. Not a deal breaker, but worth mentioning. All in all, still a solid choice if you want great vibes, friendly people, and a cool atmosphere — just a couple small details away from being a 5-star stay.

Beautiful spacious rooms in a good Downtown location. One downside was no tea or coffee in the room. Although there are tea provided in the morning down in the lobby, this is not there the whole day. If they had tea and coffee station downstairs the whole day, this would be much better. Also, during the two days that we stayed there, there two main lifts were not working so all guests had to use the service lift which created some delays during peak times.

Elevators malfunction and produce smoke in the cab... management doesn't seem to care. After trying to solve this without legal action, I suspect that is next. Here is our crazy story! On September 15, 2025, we and four other guests were trapped in a malfunctioning elevator (#3)between the 6th and 7th floors. The elevator shuttered violently, attempted to ascend, then stalled between the 6th and 7th floors. Visible smoke and a burning odor emanated from a ceiling light fixture inside the elevator which made breathing near impossible for all of the occupants of the elevator. We had to force the inner doors of the elevator open and pry a small opening in the outer door to the seventh floor to get air (see photo). The in-cab emergency call system was functionally ineffective: the voice on the other end was faint, background music made communication difficult, and hotel staff requested information (elevator number) not posted anywhere inside the cab (see photos). Hotel staff did not provide timely assistance. Ultimately, another guest in the disabled elevator called 911. When the Denver Fire Department arrived, no hotel personnel met them at the door and were slow to provide clear guidance to the affected elevator. Our colleague, who was present in the lobby, had to personally meet the firefighters and work with your staff to direct them to the affected elevator. We remained trapped for approximately 30 minutes scrounging for air out of a crack in the door before rescue by the fire department. When the fire alarm was finally initiated, multiple guests reported that the fire alarm system was not audible inside guest rooms, only in hallways. This meant that some guests did not evacuate the hotel, a very large risk in the event of a larger fire. This incident follows a similar, widely reported elevator entrapment event at your property in 2023, demonstrating prior knowledge of hazardous elevator conditions. Legal Violations The hotel appears to have violated multiple duties under Colorado law, including: 1. 2. Elevator Safety Act, C.R.S. § 9-5.5-101 et seq. – requiring that all elevators be properly maintained, inspected at least annually, and removed from service if unsafe. Colorado Conveyance Regulations, 7 CCR 1101-8 – requiring that every elevator have a valid Certificate of Operation, posted inside the cab and visible to passengers, with inspection and maintenance records available on site. Denver Fire Code / International Fire Code (adopted locally, N103.10) – requiring accurate records of each elevator’s rated capacity, travel, and identifying information to ensure emergency responders can quickly and safely access the affected conveyance. Colorado Premises Liability (C.R.S. § 13-21-115) – requiring owners to exercise reasonable care to protect guests from hazards known or reasonably knowable. In your property, no elevator identification number, weight capacity, or Certificate of Operation was posted within the cab. This lack of posted information delayed first responders and contributed to a life- threatening situation. The fire alarm system’s lack of audibility inside guest rooms further compounded the risk. After 6 weeks have passed and multiple phone calls to IHG and the Hotel, there has been no response to this situation. The Case number means nothing to IHG apparently.

Absolutely horrendous service, so I checked into another hotel after one night - and the hotel doesn’t even seem to care to lose guests. My room had a window facing a wall so almost no light. When I asked for another room, the front desk said “what do expect to get when not a loyalty member, and it’s Saturday and the hotel is fully booked” in a super condensing tone. Would never recommend anyone to stay. I went to the renaissance next door with a whole different experience - they care about their guests

I arrived at the front of Hotel Monaco early in the morning around 4:30 AM to pick up a guest for an airport transfer. When the guest didn’t show up, I went inside to speak with the front desk to make sure I was waiting in the right place. The young Black woman at the front desk, who preferred not to share her name, was extremely rude from the very beginning of our conversation. I politely explained the situation and mentioned that I understood she couldn’t provide any personal information about the guest — I simply wanted to confirm that I was at the correct pickup location. Despite my polite and respectful tone, she was dismissive, unfriendly, and unnecessarily rude throughout the entire exchange. In the middle of the conversation, she even told me to “please wait further away,” basically asking me to leave, even though there was absolutely no reason for that kind of behavior.

Hotel is outdated. Spent three nights in a prison cell of a room staring at a parking garage - no view whatsoever. There are no coffee pots in the rooms. They offer coffee in the lobby starting at 6am but not good for an east coaster that wakes up at 4am. The connecting door in the room had a faulty lock and literally nothing was stopping the person next door from walking right in. Staff is helpful but can’t make up for the shortcomings of the property.

Really good location. Friendly staff. However asked for a pet free room as allergies are high and the room had Pet hair, felt we could look past this as I know the hotel allows dogs. BUT there was dried blood on my pillow and sheet stains we found I brought up the blood on the pillow and asked if housekeeping could change the sheets and just got a I’m so sorry . Which yeah but I don’t know for blood maybe be more apologetic. I don’t even think they switched the sheets just removed that pillow.

We stay here after driving from New Hampshire. Honestly, the best thing about this hotel is hands down the staff! Ashley, Millie and Bora at the front desk were a huge delight. Professional, knowledgeable and always super happy to see me. The rooms are big, clean but nothing crazy exceptional. Very few amenities on this one. The club level is am extra charge that would only make sense if you are spending your day at the hotel. Overall not a bad place, just not quite what I was expecting.

By FAR the best place to stay in Denver! Novella and Nicole at the front desk are so delightful and made me feel like my stay mattered, even though it was only for one night. The following night I planned to stay in Colorado Springs and 100% of the reason I made the drive back to Denver was to stay at the Ritz again was due to the way they made me feel appreciated. I can’t remember the last time I felt appreciated at a hotel, oh wait I do know… it was the last time I stayed at the Ritz Carlton in Denver 3 years ago. I’ll post pictures later when I check in.. again.

We has our daughter's wedding at the Ritz-Carlton Denver- October 25, 2025. It was a wonderful experience working with Kennedy Eiland - meeting and special events manager along with her assistant Justin. Thank you both for the great day. Front desk was helpful and made one feel at home. 16th street mall was 2 blocks away with places easy to walk to for guest staying at the Ritz for the wedding. Highly recommend the Ritz for anyone to stay visiting Denver.

This hotel just feels like a slightly more upscale Marriott property that’s in need of an update. It doesn’t even come close to comparing to the Four Seasons, which is comparable in price. The room felt dated and not much about it stood out as special. While we didn’t have poor service, we never received great service. The highlight of the property was Elway’s restaurant in the hotel and that was excellent dining for brunch. The lobby was nice and did feel welcoming. We won’t return since there are other more luxurious hotels nearby for the same or even lower price.

We stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Denver and had a wonderful experience. Every staff member we met was warm and professional. A special thank-you to Nicole, Rochelle, Shasta, and Julie in the Club Lounge—they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable with great conversations and local recommendations. Their hospitality truly made our trip special.

The Denver Ritz was a perfectly fine upscale Marriott experience but it for sure seems time for renovations. Setting aside the less than stellar immediately surrounding area, the rooms had substantial visual wear and tear and the amenities in the building were limited compared to other domestic Ritz properties. With that said - it was still a clean, relaxing, and higher end stay at the property. But for the Ritz branding/expectations I'd say it's time for an investment.

I had the most amazing stay at The Ritz-Carlton. Kate, Jason, and the entire team made me feel so welcomed from the moment I arrived. Everyone went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made my stay truly special. I’m so thankful for the wonderful service and can’t wait to come back.

Vincent at the front desk was AMAZING and so accommodating. The room we had (the innovator) was clean, big and spacious. There was a nice guy at the bar, sorry I can't remember his name. I will definitely be back to stay here when I come back to Denver.

Location is great if you’re doing anything downtown, especially, Coors Field. Atmosphere and decor is very chic and modern. Rooms were nice with spacious bathrooms and very quiet! The service from everyone was amazing! 5 star experience all the way around!

We loved our stay at The Maven and will definitely return! First, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Luca was a star during the check-in process, helping us to select a quiet room and describing the hotel's many amenities. Also, Sydney was super friendly and answered many questions about the surrounding area. Second, we took advantage of all of the amenities, including free churros, happy hour cocktails, local car service, and discounts at the surrounding businesses. Finally, you can't beat the location in downtown Denver. The hotel is a short and easy walk from Union Station, where you can take the A Line train to and from the airport. We found the hotel to be very well-insulated, and our 8th floor room was very quiet with the windows closed.

This hotel prioritizes the chic hipster vibe over practical function in the room. For example, there’s no where in the very spacious shower to put any toiletries, one nightstand had no power outlets, toilet paper was on a free standing holder that swiveled around when you tried to pull some off. If you’re going for the location and aesthetic, great, but know that the functional details are lacking.

I’ve stayed at The Maven twice and held a business conference there as well. The venue is unique and fun, with interesting rooms. The location is great, especially of you like to watch >100 loss baseball. Food at the Kachina was pleasant, with a neat food court option as well. If you are traveling to Denver, its worth a stay.

Everyone was very helpful and nice to us during our trip. The valet team was awesome and were always ready to help us out, Day help us unload and reload our luggage when we were there and it was super helpful. They also had a car we were able to be dropped off within two miles of the hotel which worked perfect for what we had planned.

We used The Maven for our wedding hotel block, and we are so glad we did. The hotel itself has great design, a moody bar with good cocktails, and its location is perfect. The hotel staff was amazing--we had several guests who had to change rooms or add rooms to the hotel block, and the Maven team made it as convenient as possible. Thank you, Maven!

This is an eclectic place for a Hilton branded hotel. It's in the downtown Denver area right across the street from the opera house with the convention center about 2 blocks away. The theme of the whole place has a campy vibe. The 13th floor was decorated to be the Horror Floor. It's not your generic carbon copy typical hotel. My room was decorated like a cross between the 1960s and 1970s. No complaints about the bathroom, especially the shower with plentiful hot water. The bed was comfortable and the TV was large enough to see from the opposite side of the room. The chair at the small desk was a bit odd since it was a fixed bucket-style chair that didn't rotate, raise, or move. It's not the kind of chair and desk you'd work at for long periods of time but it's good enough to check emails and go about your business. I tried to eat at the in-house restaurant a couple of times for breakfast and lunch, but the wait was too long for my schedule. The bar looked nice. The elevators are a little on the slow side at times when the hotel is full. If you have some place to be or an Uber to catch give yourself an extra couple of minutes if youre on an upper floor and going down during a peak exit time. I stayed there about 6 days and found the front desk staff was superb and extra friendly. They were an enjoyable bunch to chat with.

Cute hotel and each floor has their own whimsical theme (I.e. My room was on the 14th floor and it was legos, the 13th floor was spooky theme...etc) My only major complaint I have is how slow the elevators are!! There are 4 elevators but it can take up to 10 minutes for it arrive on your floor and it will stop at every floor going up or down even when nobody is there to board.. it was very annoying

Gold member w/ Hilton.. Business trip x3 days. Rooms are ok, but the walls are very thin. Can hear my neighbor on the phone in the next room, and he's speaking at a normal tone. Showers have zero water pressure, that's just something to be aware of. When your spending a couple hundred for a night, these are just no go's for me. People and staff are nice, no issues, very kind. Great location.

I stayed at this hotel and attended a conference hosted at the hotel. The staff is very nice. The elevators are dreadfully slow, like wait 5-10 minutes every single time, and you could not take the stairs. This was worsened by "getting upgraded" to a room on the 15th floor. The restaurant did last call for food and drinks at 8:45pm. The ice machine did not work for my entire stay. The water pressure in the shower was low. The hotel was not inexpensive to make up for these problems. so, if you are considering this hotel, I would consider staying elsewhere. If you are attending an event in this hotel, you will probably find it quicker to stay at a different hotel and walk to this hotel, given how slow the elevators are.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Frustrating stay at the Curtis Hilton You’ll quickly notice a major issue with the elevators. There are five elevators but only three controls, and they aren’t synced. Every floor ends up pressing multiple buttons, so you stop on nearly every floor for people who already got on another elevator. Everyone was talking about how bad it was. Taking the stairs isn’t an option either, since each floor is locked and only leads out to the parking lot. If you want to go to breakfast, you’ll have to exit the building and come back through the lobby. The restaurant was closed for a private event, and room service was also unavailable because of it, which made no sense. On top of that, guests were lined up at the desk complaining about no hot water and no heat. Staff kept moving people to new rooms, but each one seemed to have a different issue. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly, but that’s about it. Between the elevators, locked stairwells, and constant maintenance problems, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

**EDIT**: 5 minutes after posting this review, my Wife went down to the front desk. She then tried to go back to the room on elevator 4 and the elevator GOT STUCK she was trapped inside with claustrophobia and had to have the fire department come to the building and get her out of the elevator!! She tried the "call" button, but there was no response. Fortunately her phone had service in the elevator, so she was able to call the front desk. It's extremely dangerous and upsetting that the features of the elevator that are meant to signal for help are also non-functional.** We stayed at The Curtis DoubleTree Hilton in Denver from October 29, 2025, and it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve had. When we checked in, we were told the hot water would be shut off at 10 AM the next morning for about 4 hours due to repairs. Annoying, but we adjusted and even canceled our dinner plans so we could work around it before going to a show at Red Rocks. What we didn’t expect was hours of loud sawing, clanking, and banging pipes echoing through our walls, making it impossible to relax. At one point, all water (not just hot) was turned off completely. The only “apology” offered for all this was a complimentary water bottle. When we got back late that night around 11 PM, the hot water still didn’t work. We went to bed assuming it would be fixed overnight — but it wasn’t. No hot water again the next morning. When we called the front desk, we were told they could “send someone from engineering” but weren’t offered a room change, refund, or even basic empathy. To top it off, the shower drain cover isn’t even attached, leaving a gaping, unsanitary hole that shifts around underfoot. For a Hilton-branded property, this level of service and maintenance is unacceptable. Between the lack of communication, failure to deliver basic amenities, and total absence of hospitality, this stay felt more like a budget roadside motel than a reputable downtown hotel. Would not recommend staying here until the plumbing issues are fully resolved and management takes accountability for how guests are treated.

We stayed here early November to attend a theatre show nearby. The hotel is charming, clean and across the street from the Denver Performing Arts Center and in the middle of the arts district. Great location and highly recommended.

Easy to walk to from the airport. Great walking space around the outside of the hotel for exercise. Lovely, clean pool and spacious hot tub! Our group of 300 homeschool moms stayed for a week amd were fed plentiful, fresh food. So tasty!!! Beds were soft and plenty of pillows, soft towels, and space to hang up clothes. No freezer compartment in the mini fridge. Complimentary coffee amd hot tea in room. Enjoyed our stay and would 100% recommend!

Great location. Easy access to airport. Staff were very friendly and check in was very easy. The front desk saw I had a lot of luggage and sped up check in for me. Room was nice and quiet. Love they allowed me to stream on the tv. Room service was nice. Only gripe was that the drop off area was chaotic and hard to navigate with my car and such.

We enjoyed our stay here! 10am flight was easy when you can just walk right into the airport. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Plenty big enough for a family of 4. Gym was great too!

Extremely convenient location making airport accessibility so easy & hotel room was very clean. 4 Stars because the night we checked in there was some sort of contained fire on the first floor which disabled all the elevators & other technology-driven operations. Power was not restored for hours which led to frustration & guest inconvenience. However I would like to give a shout out to Adrion Rivera (Ass. Director of Front Office) who was under significant stress that evening (he was the only highest ranking manager on the property that evening) for his outstanding customer service, calm demeanor, grace under pressure & sense of humor. He truly deserves a bonus for his professionalism that evening for how he interacted with his staff as well as the hotel guests. I hope that he gets the company recognition that he deserves!

If you have an early or late flight at DIA, this hotel is THE place to stay for convenience. Our teen son had to board a flight at 4 am so we booked this hotel to make it easier on all of us. Not only is it super convenient, but it’s also really fun to watch the planes land and takeoff right from our hotel room. Our room was comfortable and the blinds did a great job of fully blocking the light. They must use high-quality noise blocking building materials because our room was very quiet even with all the airplane traffic.

I really hope I just stayed there on a bad night. The room was comfortable and spacious. My issue was that the elevator was broken when I got there so I had to carry my luggage a good ways up the stairs. A few hours later, I was hungry so I went down to the restaurant for dinner. They told me the elevator would be fixed within 15 minutes, but it still wasn’t. I got back up to the room with my food and the fire alarm went off. I go downstairs and they tell me it’s a false alarm so back up the stairs, I go. They did apologize so I guess there's that.

We stayed at Hotel Teatro for the weekend in Denver for a music festival. This hotel was perfect for what we needed and definitely will be coming back next time in Denver. Location is great access to downtown and walkable. They offered a complimentary drink voucher upon arrival which was a nice touch. The hotel is very clean and pretty overall. 24hour complimentary coffee was clutch and the food options were decent as well as well flavored. Service was top notch and able to use a car to take us to Coors Field area. Very impressed how smooth they made everything during our stay. My one suggestion is to be more competitive for parking. We had a car for the weekend and had to park around the block in a different lot which was a bit of a learning curve. If the hotel could offer parking for the duration of the stay to come and go as you please instead of pay for each enter/exit would make things more enjoyable if possible. Looking forward to coming back to Denver and staying at the Teatro.

My wife and I had our wedding at Teatro this past Friday and they went above and beyond. The rooms were beautiful, our wedding was stunning, and the service was the best we’ve ever received. We had our wedding catered by the hotel restaurant, The Nickel, and got rave reviews on the food and drinks. They were in constant communication with us from the day we put down our deposit until the second our wedding ended, and didn’t spare any details with each interaction. If you want a special place with impeccable service and incredible food, Teatro is the place you’ve been looking for. Shout out to Taylor and her team, Lei, Blair, the front desk, and honestly every single employee we came into contact with. You made our day so special and we can’t thank you enough. 💗

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for a long weekend for a conference. Suffice it to say, the experience was pretty disappointing for a hotel that advertises itself as a boutique hotel and comes with a pretty heft price tag. For starters, the first room they gave us had a broken AC unit. The room was extremely uncomfortable and the staff had no solution aside from fans which just pushed around the hot air. I tried to address this with the front desk the following morning since my partner had to go to a conference and I had activities planned, and we were running on no sleep due to the heat in the room. The front desk was unapologetic to our concerns and simply just said "Cleaning Service does not come in until 8am". While we were eventually moved to a room that had a functioning air conditioning unit and the first night was comped (which I would argue is the bare minimum that they could do to make this right). Our new room wasn't that much better. The shower water never got hot and the water pressure was essentially a trickle. On top of that, the TV remote didn't work, which I guess wasn't a huge issue, just emblematic of the myriad of issues that were present in both rooms. At this point, I did not have the patience to deal with the front desk since that experience was already exhausting. I guess for the pros, the bed was all right, the location was good for the conference, and the complimentary car service was appreciated. So to sum things up: this place is all style and no substance,

My family spent two nights at the hotel. The old building is a charm. I loved the old yet beautiful details of the place, with just the right amount of luxury and modern touch. I’ve had my fair share of hotel stays, but this one stands out because of their friendliness. Every staff member I met was warm and helpful, making the hotel experience truly memorable and leaving me with a very pleasant first impression of Denver.

Definitely not worth the price and had better experience at a hotel 25% of the price of Hotel Teatro after checking out. From check in on, there was just issue after issue. When I checked in, I was informed that my room I booked did not have AC and there were no other rooms to move to, and that the temperature in the room was currently 78 degrees. At the price point, this was completely unacceptable and the swamp cooler they provided did not adequately cool the room. I had to call down again as the swamp cooler ran out of water. The lady I was originally dealing with at the front desk was dismissive and condescending about my frustration. Additionally, the shower temperature was only able to get to lukewarm and after calling down to the desk, was informed they would have maintenance look into it the next day so I took a cold shower. Their excuse was that they were the oldest boutique hotel in Denver and thus the building is just old. My coworker staying there checked out early as there was so much noise in her room she could not even sleep. They did move my room for the second night but when I followed up on the hot water issue, they had not noted the issue or my coworker's issue which were both brought to the front desk. The second night was more pleasant, but when I woke up the second morning, they had run out of the coffee that is charged in their resort fee as nobody had brewed a backup carafe. A minor inconvenience but shouldn't happen at the price point being charged. At the price point and stated quality, I expected much better service and experience. While the manager did end up trying to make it right, the discount given didn't come close to matching the experience staying there. I would not stay here again.

Stayed here for a convention nearby and was presently surprised at the kindness and friendliness of that staff. The room felt a bit tight but it was a nice comfy stay. The front desk staff accommodated us several times throughout our stay which was a bonus. I would stay here again.

Very close to Convention Center and Shabbat- friendly. Able to get a low floor, has a non-electronic front door, stairwells easy to access and staff always easily available to open room. Also helpful for Shabbat: small fridge in room with no light, no automatic light or temperature control sensors. Beautiful, spotless, modern, comfortable room. Nice work area. Warm, friendly staff and lobby/bar area.

Saw this hotel on Expedia and the rooftop view/bar/pool area looked super cool. Decided to book. We were notified at check in that the rooftop was completely closed, yet we’re still charged an amenity fee? Red flag #1. Our room was spacious, but the ceiling was concrete and there was a piece of dried gum on the ceiling above the bed. Kinda felt like we were staying in a cinder block basement- Red flag #2. Lastly, the location was a bit sketchy. I had a lovely view of two homeless people sleeping on the sidewalk outside. Red flag #3. Won’t be staying here again.

Family stayed here while visiting from out of town. We enjoyed the overall modern design of the hotel and rooms - everything felt spacious and functional. Still, the biggest highlight was the excellent set of restaurants available in the market hall downstairs. The location is also favorable for those spending a lot of time around North Denver. Main downside was that nearly all amenities were unavailable due to construction, which made the nightly rate and resort fees unjustifiable. Hallways and elevators were also under maintenance. I’m sure it will be nice once finished, but we’ll probably be trying somewhere else next time.

Major kudos, and I mean major kudos to the extraordinary Nichole, Ketchelmann, and Dylan Mayhew for their untiring efforts to ensure that my extended stay was smooth sailing with love, and compassion. Be sure that these two individuals get the flowers they deserve while they’re here. By the way, this hotel is bad ass!

Thank you Supervisor Rodriguez (Tania), your exceptional professionalism, in response to my overlooked complaint of work noise running from 6pm to 730pm the evening of my second night, truly made me feel heard after not receiving any communication back on resolving the matter (that night) even in the three attempts from me calling and two visits to the front desk on the ground floor. Supervisor Rodriquez, you have my gratitude and deep appreciation for the concession provided. I will most certainly recommend you, and the Source Hotel for the great hospitality! Cimera bar and restaurant was excellent What an awesome time at this with restaurant and bar! I've been the so many bars and restaurants and this place is top notch! Kaylee was an excellent server, and chef Cox and his kitchen👍

We loved our stay at The Source Hotel. We enjoyed the sophisticated simplicity of the rooms and enjoyed the view of the city and mountains from our room. The restaurant on the roof top was closed for renovations, which was disappointing but understandable. The pool was smaller than we had thought but it did the job. The area was getting renovations so, I imagine there will be some updating to the deck and pools themselves. My only complaint was that the hot tub was a bit confusing to get working. The Market Hall was a very cool experience too. Smok was delicious but Safta's brunch is a high we will be chasing for a while. It was amazing. There were buses in front of the hotel and the train is a short 15 minute walk away. There is also a pedestrian bridge a few blocks up to take you to the other side of the tracks.

The hotel itself was fine and in a convenient location. However, we weren't notified until two days prior to our visit that the rooftop pool, gym, and bar were all under construction and wouldn't be available for the duration of our stay. Despite this, we still had a $25 'amenity fee' added onto our bill that was on top of what we paid for the room, despite these amenities not actually being available.

These are some of the nicest rooms ive stayed in for a business trip. Some nicest touches with both a chair and chase to relax on. A desk chair to get some work done at the desk. Cool see through front glass fridge. Bathroom amenities were plentiful, and the front desk even had complenatray shaving cream. There's a clock with alarm setting, and plenty of connectivity for your devices.

The staff here is FANTASTIC. Every single person from valet, to check in, to getting coffee at the lobby market, were incredibly warm and lovely. My room was clean and spacious. I travel a lot for work and in bigger cities where I’m unfamiliar - this one is review worthy. Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends and colleagues!

Overall, the hotel is good; however, many things need to be replaced or repaired. With such a high standard expected from this type of hotel, it was disappointing to encounter torn chairs and a nearly non-functional hairdryer. While these issues were not critical, staying in a well-maintained room would have made the experience much more enjoyable.

Good location! Staff was amazing, valet guys were extremely understanding when I came to pick up friends from the hotel didn’t feel rushed and loved that they have open conversations with me while I waited. Made me feel valued even though I wasn’t the guest. My friends were getting married there last weekend and I can see why they picked this location. Amazing all around 10/10!

Lovely hotel in the heart of Denver with nearby restaurants. Room / bathroom nice. Customer service good. Rooms lovely and well maintained. Valet parking fast and friendly ( if a little expensive). Breakfast was excellent. Would recommend.

I can’t stress how incredibly the guest service is, at valet, front desk, restaurant. They are exceptional and kind, super accommodating. The management creates the best hospitality experience. Clean room, great amenities. Food was great and our server, Lore was efficient.

Water pressure is like a light trickle at best. The beer at the bar was sour and tasted like the lines haven’t been cleaned in a while. Hotel itself is pretty nice and location is in a great spot so I was pretty shocked to have these issues so far.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The decor is elegant and very well curated, with a stylish aesthetic throughout the property. The bar located just below the lobby is a great touch, with a nice atmosphere and solid drinks. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, which made the stay feel extra comfortable. The location is fantastic, putting you within easy reach of everything. Service was good overall and made the experience smooth and enjoyable. The only downside was that only one of the six elevators seemed to be working, which caused some longer wait times — especially during busy hours. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a well-designed hotel in a great area (just bring a little patience for the elevator).

Gorgeous hotel. Best pillow and mattress situation I have ever had. Fantastic staff, helpful, friendly. Pet friendly hotel. Fine appointments. Downtown Denver, easy walking to everything you could need from a pharmacy, dispensary, bars and restaurants. Easy access to public transportation. Parking is extra, $35-40 depending on whether you choose valet service. If you have a large vehicle, we drive a big pickup truck, the parking is very tight but possible in the next door parking garage for $35 for 24 hours. Across the street the parking is easier for larger vehicles.

Whenever anyone asks where to stay in Denver, I will always mention the Magnolia Hotel. I had a scary experience with another guest that the hotel staff handled so professionally. Because of someone's intuition and safety protocols put in place, their team was able to prevent someone from wrongfully entering my room to cause me harm. Roseanna took precautionary actions that could have saved my life. And I am very grateful to this team for that. While eating dinner at the lobby bar, a man sat next to me and began talking to me. Being friendly, I engaged in conversation, which he felt was an action of sexual interest. This man attempted to follow me to my room, coarsed me into texting him in front of him so he had my number, and proceeded to call me multiple times and send me multiple unwanted sexual messages. I finally shoo'd him away in the elevator and exited on the wrong floor on purpose to get him away from me. I blocked his number, and I thought that if I just avoided him, that would be the end of it. I woke up when the phone in my room rang at around 230am. Rosanna, the hotel concierge, called me to see if I was okay and to tell me that a man claimed to be my husband and wanted a key to my room, but he couldn't remember the room number. This sent chills down my spine. Rosanna didn't give him a key, didn't tell him my room number, and called me to make sure that I was okay. After I explained that this man was creepy and scary, she put an alert on my profile so that staff during other shifts knew, and said that if he attempted anything again, they would call the cops. I cannot express how grateful I am for Roseanna. There is a reason that hotels want you to put down the name of all guests in a room, and that is for your safety. Had someone not followed thst protocol, not used their instincts, not followed up by calling me and just gave him a key .... that couldve led to a very dangerous situation for me. Thank you, Roseanna. It is that kind of compassion and professionalism that makes tourists feel safe in your city. Thank you so so much.

We had such a fantastic experience at the Magnolia Hotel Denver for our anniversary! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcomed and valued. A huge shoutout to Marisol at the front desk she went above and beyond to ensure we were upgraded and sent a complimentary amenity! Another big plus was the valet service, super helpful and accommodating, especially since our truck didn’t fit in the parking garage. They made sure everything was taken care of smoothly, and it made the whole experience stress-free. We only had one night to celebrate, and choosing Magnolia Denver was absolutely the right decision. The location is fantastic, the atmosphere is charming, and the service was top-notch. Highly recommend staying here especially for any special occasion. Thank you, Magnolia team, for making our anniversary one to remember!

Location wise, the hotel can't be beat. I was willing to overlook the exorbitant valet price ($64) after reading the rave reviews about the customer service. However, the level of customer service was subpar and more akin to a two star hotel. The AM valet was the best though; he was way better than any of the front desk staff that I interacted with. It would also be nice to have actual drink ware rather than paper and plastic cups since it is supposed to be a 4-star hotel. This was probably my least favorite Marriott that I have been to.

My wife and I checked in to this hotel at night and were greeted by friendly staff. We were told by staff that Valet was gone for the evening but for us to park our own truck (and still get charged the Exorbitant valet day rate). I decided to try to find parking adjacent to the hotel to find The neighboring streets and parking packed with drugged out homeless people. My wife was waiting to be buzzed into the lobby and was approached by a deranged and obviously intoxicated homeless man when I was trying to park and she felt really unsafe. Shortly after returning back to the hotel, I went up to the room. The room had very uneven floors (looks like they covered damaged floors with carpet) that creaked terribly and overall the room looked very dingy and dated. We spoke to the front desk right away and requested another room. The young lady at the front desk was very polite and let us know that she had heard similar complaints about the rooms on that floor. We were given another room and when we entered, it smelled like mold and dingy, as if nobody had been in that room for quite some time. We ended up leaving the hotel without staying that evening not longer than 10 minutes after checking in. Unfortunately, we booked this through Expedia, so the refund was not given. I travel often and this is one of the worst hotels I’ve been to. Total misrepresentation and felt totally unsafe and dirty. Lesson learned…we were totally catfished by this hotel.

Great location, staff was friendly and attentive, the room was clean, and appreciated the restaurant located inside on the first floor. There isn’t a free buffet but we opted for the breakfast coupons with our status which gave us $50 off a meal at Harry’s. Location was great with a Walgreens, Starbucks, and restaurants in walking distance. The area felt safe, and there was a trolly that went down the center of one of the streets. The hotel was about 15-20 minutes from most places we went to. I’d definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful experience at The Jacquard using a Resort Pass for a day of fun. The rooftop pool and hot tub were perfect for beating the 100° heat! We really appreciated finding shaded lounge chairs, even though our umbrella malfunctioned (thankfully, I had a backup!). The rooftop space is a little more compact than we anticipated, and additional seating would be a definite plus. The service, however, was outstanding, and our server was incredibly kind. As expected, the prices were on the higher side, but the quality of the food justified it. While the downstairs lounge area is small, the hotel's overall ambiance is lovely. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Hotel in great location and staff of hotel are great. Great people at Valet parking. But rooms are unacceptable to live in. Rooms so small that our two DB bed one was attached to window with no space. No coffee table or table next to bed to put your phone or something plus not normal closets it is like big box in side room. Bathroom door is glass and even inside toilet all doors are glass. Have no hanger to put your towel or clothes while shower. No mirror for shaving. Worst was sheets on bed and cover so old felt rough and they do not change it at all. Front desk said they will but we put mark on cover and see it was not changed. In lobby there is no chair or sofa so if someone come met you can seat and talk. To me impossible to go back there. Their location is great. By the way can see window had no curtains and even this had to be roll up and down by hand.

This hotel is really nice. I brought my husband here for his birthday. We had an issue with our room and couldn’t get in until about 5:30. The hotel was kind to us in that regard and made sure my husband enjoyed his stay. I liked the rooftop pool in the morning when it was quiet and I could enjoy my coffee and read.

Great location and a beautiful hotel. Service was fast and friendly, rooms were clean, staff is professional and happy to assist. The only issue we had was the air conditioning, which was lacking in our room. We had someone up to check it and work on it, but the air flow was definitely subpar. In fairness it was 90+ while we were in town, and the a/c temp was good but just not enough flow. The rooftop pool is a great perk and the bar in the lobby is modern and great. Valet at $65/day seems excessive.

Stayed a night this past weekend as we were visiting from Alaska for a wedding. The location is unbeatable in Cherry Creek, walkable to great shops and restaurants and the Gates Tennis Center for tennis or pickleball. There also appeared to be bikes available at the property for guest use, though we did not take advantage. The property was nice, clean and aesthetically appealing and the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming upon arrival. As a Bonvoy platinum I was able to check in early based on availability and check out late which was much appreciated since flight times from AK are unreasonably early and late. We were disappointed as it seemed like the rooftop pool was open to the public for day pass use? It is smaller pool area with limited seating and cabanas, we were not able to get a chair in time in the morning and the cabanas were all occupied by bachelorette type groups. We were disappointed because the pool was what we were most looking forward to before heading back to Alaska (and the reason why we booked the hotel in the first place). We spent the day walking around Cherry Creek Park instead. When we returned to the room we found that a significant amount of water had begun dripping from the ceiling over the desk so much that small pieces of drywall were falling down with it. Since we were checking out that day the hotel staff decided not to do anything about it despite it soaking our personal items and computer that was below the leak. We really wanted to love this spot, but the experience was interesting to say the least.

We were in a handicap accessible room for my husband. The bathroom was outfitted appropriately. However the room was so small his walker barely fit. A wheel chair would never make it. The room was very small by any standard especially for the price. There was not a comfortable chair to sit in. We were booked for three days. Very uncomfortable the whole time. It was very difficult ( hour in the phone ) to get the 30 dollar comp. We were to have complimentary breakfast and it was very difficult to get this billed correctly. I would not stay there again. Our daughter booked this for us and expected so much more. There is a very limited menu in the restaurant.

I’ve stayed at this location several times & love where it is conveniently located. It’s down the street walking distance from the Cherry Creek Mall. The area is beautiful & we live grabbing scooters to cruise around. The staff at this hotel is very friendly & Accommodating. The Restaurant food & service is great. It’s a pleasure leasure to be welcomed by the friendly Manager.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Warwick Hotel in Denver, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! Our suite was absolutely incredible - spacious, beautifully appointed, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the major attractions and amenities the city has to offer. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was nothing short of fantastic. I particularly loved the amenities and services offered by the hotel - from the fitness center to the excellent dining options, everything was top-notch! If you're looking for a luxurious and hassle-free stay in Denver, I highly recommend the Warwick Hotel. It truly is a gem, and I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Great Stay, But Disappointing Service at the End I really enjoyed this hotel overall! The room had lovely sliding doors that opened to a spacious balcony—being able to get some fresh air is a rare luxury in a good hotel these days. The gym and rooftop pool were both impressive, and the complimentary drink for each night of your stay was a nice touch. Unfortunately, my experience with the reception staff left a sour impression. I needed to see extend my stay by one night and was initially quoted a very reasonable rate. However, when I called to confirm, I was told the rate had increased because my room type was no longer available. I agreed to move to another room at the new rate, but when I arrived at the front desk, the price had inexplicably gone up again. After a frustrating back-and-forth with Cici, a manager who was surprisingly rude and dismissive, she finally (and begrudgingly) honored the second quoted rate. Ironically, my original room was still available, so I didn’t even need to switch rooms after all. To top things off, at checkout I was hit with an unexpected “urban retreat fee,” which pushed the final price up again. I was told it was something that is usually waived, but was not for me. It was a very disappointing end to an otherwise great Denver stay.

Staff was great, our bedroom was clean and had a nice balcony. The bed linens were crisp, pillows comfy, and good location. Bed was very, very soft (good or bad depending your preference) The place is very outdated and a little shabby (old carpets, odd DIY-feel to bathroom) but overall our stay was great and I'd stay again. It was easy to find unmetered parking spots nearby, a huge plus Bartender Brendan was great in the attached restaurant Didn't get to use the balcony much because some neighbors were smoking, but it's definitely a nice feature

First off - I was welcomed by Kayla; one of the nicest hotel representatives I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Her positive attitude and cheery disposition provided me with a great experience right off the bat! The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and the onsite restaurant - Gattara - was fantastic and very convenient. Menu options were excellent and the food, delicious. There's metered parking on the street, as well as valet, however there is also a parking garage right next door that offers a secure place for parking your car. I stayed for business during the IACP conference and will make certain that when I'm in Denver again, Warwick will be my choice.

I was at the Warwick for a business meeting in which we used the 15th floor lounge. James was in charge of our service there, and he was excellent. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed, and anticipated each person’s needs. He was friendly, courteous, and observant at all times. The bartender in the hotel restaurant was also fantastic - witty and quick and competent. I would love to have another meeting at the Warwick. Bonus - there is an Orangetheory within a very short walking distance.

We had a great stay at the Warwick! Kayla, Jamie and Chris at the front desk were all very welcoming and accommodating from check in to check out. Kayla in particular went out of her way to give us a room upgrade because she found out it was our anniversary, which we really appreciated!! The rooftop pool bartender Z was fun to talk with and made great drinks for us. Poolside playlist was a vibe! We’ve been coming to the Warwick for over 20 years and will continue to because of the wonderful staff!

Warwick Place is the best hotel! When we arrived they were super busy with one gal at the desk. She was going through each person with a wonderful smile on her face. Once we reached the desk she was so cordial with us I felt right at home! Great job Kayla!!! You are a 5 star host!! Thanks Warwick! But most importantly thank You Kayla!!!

It was okay - would explore other options for hotels next time we visit Denver. We went to the front desk at ~2pm on Tuesday looking to check in. The hotel was busy and stated they would put a rush on our room but wouldn’t be ready until check in time which is 4pm. That was fine but when it came time to 4pm, the room was still not ready. We checked back again around 4:30pm and it was still not ready. We were exhausted from catching an early morning flight. We then just asked us to put us in any room that was ready. The front desk was able to find a different room. Well, that room was next to the fitness/pool entrance where you can hear EVERYTHING. We could hear all the foot traffic and conversations and doors opening / closing. There was a bright light from the pool deck that shined in our room. Inside the room was nice, bed was comfy and had a lot of space. We then went to have breakfast on Wednesday and I noticed my water glass had a chip around the rim of the glass - it was pretty large and was surprised the waitress didn’t catch this before serving to me. The location was great - we could scooter to everything but the start of trip at the hotel didn’t start off the best. I also couldn’t understand the destination fee - why not just bake this into the room price? I will say Carolina from valet was hustling - running to get every car; always had a sense of urgency which was great to see.

Overall, we had a great stay at The Westin Denver Downtown. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the city—and our luxury suite had a beautiful view of Union Station. We really appreciated that we were able to book the suite at a discounted rate through our wedding room block, and the chocolate-covered strawberries and champagne waiting for us from the staff were such a thoughtful touch! We also really enjoyed working with the room block coordinator. She was attentive, responsive, and kept us consistently updated on how many rooms had been booked. I also appreciated that we didn’t have to pay for any rooms that went unfilled, which made the process easy and low-stress. That said, a few of our guests did experience some maintenance issues—things like no hot water, no AC, or needing to switch rooms. In our own room, the faucets spat out water when first turned on, as if they hadn’t been used in a while. Our out-of-town guests were also charged a tourist fee, though it did come with nice perks like free coffee, beer from the bar, and local discounts. When we checked out, there was a leak in the lobby with buckets collecting dripping water, which caused an unpleasant smell—thankfully, most of our guests had already departed by then. Despite those hiccups, we were very happy with our overall experience. The location, comfortable rooms, and great service—especially from the room block coordinator—made The Westin Denver Downtown a wonderful choice for our wedding weekend.

Jess at the front desk was very friendly. Checked us in quickly and went over everything thoroughly. Pool was nice. Valet staff were engaging and friendly. Orlando at the bar was fun had a great personality. Can't wait to go back.

A little disappointed with this luxury hotel. The room was nice, although had a few dirty spots that we were able to ignore for the most part, and had a great view of the clock tower. However with this advertised as a “luxury” hotel in the top luxurious hotels in downtown Denver, there was no bellhop, no robes or slippers, room service was delivered in to-go boxes, valet seemed annoyed with their job, and dry cleaning showed up hours after it was scheduled to even though we were required to pay extra for the timeframe it was NOT delivered in. Overall, these are all things that can be looked past, but underwhelming for the price that is supposed to reflect luxury. We experienced better service in a Marriott Courtyard, which was very disappointing.

As a long-time Platinum Elite Marriott member, I’ve consistently had positive experiences across Marriott properties. Unfortunately, this most recent visit with my family for a five-night vacation was by far the worst. Of the five nights we stayed, housekeeping only came once. Despite sending a message to the hotel about this, no one showed up the next day either. Strangely, housekeeping did arrive—at 8:30 AM on the day we were checking out at 11 AM, waking our entire family. When we told them we were checking out, they asked, “What time?” This level of miscommunication was incredibly frustrating. Shouldn’t the hotel already know our check-out time and plan accordingly? Why not clean the room after departure rather than disturbing guests so early? To add to the disappointment, we ordered room service one evening and received what was hands down the worst French onion soup we’ve ever had. It was inedible and not what you’d expect from a Westin property. This hotel did not provide the restful, elevated experience we were hoping for, and I would not recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing escape. Marriott usually sets a higher standard—and this property, unfortunately, missed the mark in a big way.

I've only ever written one hotel review in my life before. That was a positive one. I have never written a negative review. This one could not be worst. Arrived at 3 PM. My wife and I arrived separately. Intended to check in, shower, go to Broncos Game. Rooms weren't ready. Ok. No explanation, but come 4 we were just told, "we'll let you know as soon as they are ready." No estimate. No apology. 5 PM--nothing. Game starts in an hour. By 5:15 we changed in the lobby rest rooms and headed to the game. At 6:45 (30 minutes into game) we get a text. It didn't say our room was ready. It asked how our room was. Answer: we don't have one. No response. At 7:45 we received a call that our room was ready. Turns out the Cincinnati Bengals had to used the hotel. They didn't check out until 3/4:-00. Basically, The hotel had double booked all of their rooms. This is not an honest or understandable mistake. This is the sleazy of practices. They knew rooms wouldn't be ready. They didn't notify us before hand (we'd have gone somewhere else), they didn't tell us at the time (they just kept saying, "we are making up the rooms"). they gave us no estimate. No explanation. No policy. Rude staff, even when we returned after the game to finally claim our room. No note from the manager. No mention of it in the morning. They wasted our time sitting around waiting for a room that wasn't coming before the game. We went to the game uncomfortable and grimy. We went later than we would have, had we known. And it was all 100% intention. The management of this hotel should be fired for a dozen different reasons. I would never trust this hotel again. You shouldn't, either.

It’s ok. Recently updated so things were clean because of that. But fingerprints everywhere in our room. Also had a weird check in experience. It was resolved so I won’t dwell on it. But what stays with me is that they told us breakfast timing making it sound like there was a lounge because we have high status and then they also said there is a business center. There is no lounge, no breakfast for lounge access members and no business center without paying for a room. What makes me even more frustrated about this is that there are signs everywhere saying “business center” but everyone you ask says it doesn’t exist. I finally got an answer from someone at the front desk that said you have to rent it in the conference space. So don’t call it a business center and take that off the signs! We had planned to travel and one of us worked in the room and the other in the business center which changed our plans. So that was annoying. Final review is it’s fine, but expensive and needs adjustments.

My stay was just one night as I had to attend a dinner in downtown Denver. Check-in and check-out was so fast and efficient! The lobby is small but I found the staff to be so efficient on checking guests in, the lobby is very welcoming and have many spaces available for you to work on your laptop, have a drink/coffee, etc. The rooms are small, just like any hotel in big cities, but are very well equipped with everything you will need for your stay. The room was super clean and it had a comfy bed. The hotel is located in a great location, walking distance of everything and not too far from the airport. They have an awesome rooftop bar with amazing views of the city. Overall, even though I only spent one night here, I really enjoyed my stay at Le Méridien!

It was nice and clean. Maybe a little overpriced for what it was, but still nice. Our king size room was compact. Luckily we were just there for the one night to meet up with friends. But if I had been here on a business trip, it would have been inconvenient given the small size of the desk. Either way we had a good time. The service was great. The valet was nice and convenient. We will probably be back, if anything for the rooftop bar alone

I'm from Australia and work in Colorado. I was in the area for a conference and visited the bar/restaurant. First night Morgan was amazing. Her recommendations were spot on and her attention to detail and care was amazing. So much so I returned the next night and was served by Sophie mainly although Morgan was there for part of the time. Their energy together was fun to be around and Sophie's service, recommendations were equally as good. Both are valuable assets and live what they do. I enjoyed both nights so much I'll definitely be back.

A great time to go to this hotel due to price. Spent one night, 16th floor, which was good because fire engines, ambulances were running on Fri and Sat; request a higher floor. The reviews of this hotel topped those of all the surrounding ones and while "boutique" is a stretch, the hotel has more personality than other chain hotels. Excellent service (both reception and valet) very clean, comfy bed-ask for a pillow that isn't quite as tall as those provided. Fifteen minute walk to Denver Art Museum. Outdoor parking garage a few steps away, ($45) valet runs $65. Rooftop bar is definitely worth going to, whether staying at hotel or not. Bring a jacket. Great drinks, very hospitable staff.

Such a great experience. I had issue with locking my safe and “Aaron” came to the rescue. He came promptly and was very thorough explaining the operation of locking and unlocking! The location is amazing and rooms are comfortable and clean! Definitely recommend!

I cannot express how grateful and thankful I am for Kassie Elmore. She went above and beyond for my group meeting this past week. She kept me updated daily, I was not on site, and she checked in with my team and ensured nothing was needed and that all was going smoothly. I wish we had more Kassies! She also connected me with Megan Moss who was great in supplying a whiteboard for my team to use. Overall it was amazing! Truly! Thank you ladies for the patience and great communication! You can really tell when someone isn't just great at what they do but they love it as well! Will always come back to you when in Denver and will recommend to all!

I got to the hotel after having a one situation after another with the airlines in that horrible Denver airport that’s obviously broke. To get to this suppose an awesome hotel. The key system is not even working and I wanna wait for an engineer to come in. Then you go to valet They want over $60 for the valet per day. Rules are ridiculously small. I paid out for four view. I have like no view whatsoever it’s of the street a few stories up and all you hear is the noise from it of course. It’s a very shabby sheak tacky hotel.

Came out for a few days to see a concert at Red Rocks. The hotel was very nice and clean. Service was very good and the staff were friendly, especially Yeves. He gave us some great tips to get around the area. The gym was nice and had newer equipment. The breakfast (though they didn’t have the vegan yogurt for my wife) was very good and the bar was a great place for a nightcap. Location was perfect and we loved exploring the cherry creek area. They have a car that will take you within a 3 mile radius but it wasn’t available the time I asked. My only issues: we reserved a king room and was put into a two queen room the first night. We had to move into the room we reserved the next day. Not that big of a deal but still a bit annoying. We also had to call down to have our room made up one afternoon because housekeeping skipped us for some reason. It was made up when we returned from dinner. The beds were a little soft for my liking and the shower water pressure was a bit weak. But otherwise the rooms were a nice size and clean.with plenty of outlets. We would definitely stay here again.

Let me just start with how amazing this place is. Especially the staff. My wife and I flew into town for a quick trip. Had a rough travel day with flight delays etc. Courtney guest relations manager was on top of our stay days before we arrived. We lost out on precious time and plans and Ivan upgraded our room. The hotel is quiet (sleeping quarters), amazing friendly services from the bar to the breakfast table. Everything is clean and perfect. It’s in an awesome location with lots of shopping and dinning around. I’ve travel a lot and stay in a wide variety of places. You can not go wrong with Hotel Clio! Do yourself a favor and book it!

Stayed here for a work conference. Everything was excellent. Rooms are nice, great food and friendly staff. Steve was super helpful, kind and very knowledgeable! He explained the menu and provided some really great recommendations. Also, the bar has the best margaritas!!

Forbes Five Diamond Service and Incredible Location in the Heart of Cherry Creek Denver, CO I can’t say enough about the exceptional team overall from the Clio Hotel!  The front desk team, especially Jean and Mari, are incredibly helpful and friendly and go above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful visit. I would have to say that most of the team including the leaders must have gone through some style of Ritz Carlton service excellence.  Very rarely do you see a staff that is empowered to make decisions based on what is best for the guest to create a wonderful experience, and that all starts with leadership. Definitely check out the on-site restaurant (Toro) for breakfast, dinner, or after dinner drinks and desert. Erika is an exceptional addition to the team at the bar and the assistant GM of the restaurant (Jonathan), who is about as good as it gets in the hospitality industry. Whether you’re planning a romantic weekend getaway, girl’s weekend, or running a small conference or company meeting, I highly recommend this property! Hotel vibe and location: Very chic and modern and with extremely comfortable and spacious rooms plus a GREAT fitness center. You’re within an easy walk of all the cool shops, bars, restaurants and high end entertainment in downtown Cherry Creek.

Stayed here many times and overall a great hotel and very good location. Lately the fees are really high for this hotel, $35/day ‘resort’ and $65/day parking. That is 30-50% of room cost which is really crazy cost structure. I would ask Marriott Bonvoy to have reduced rates for valued members!

Stayed for a conference for 3 days. Lovely restaurant in the hotel with great polite service. Clean and quiet room. Great gym with multiple choices and multiple of the machines. 24 hour open.

The Rally Hotel was an incredible experience! We were in Denver for 4 nights but loved it so much we extended our vacation and choosing The Rally was the best decision. The location is perfect, the staff is amazing, and Audrey at the concierge made the booking process effortless. She gave us great recommendations and we were lucky to stay on the 11th floor with a stunning view of the big screen. Everything about our stay was seamless, comfortable, and memorable. Can’t wait to come back!

The Rally Hotel is outstanding. The hotel is in Mc Gregor Square which offers 66'X20' Led Screen for viewing sports right in the center of the square, which can be seen from your hotel rooms. The restaurants inside the hotel and right outside are top notch. Rooms have very nice Bathrooms that are very large. There is one of the largest toy stores located right past the Starbucks in the hotel. Service was above and beyond Excellent, and the Rooftop Plunge Pool and Hot Tub had spectacular views of the city and very nice set up with plunge pool, hot tub, and a bar with snacks. If you are planning or partnering with the Rocky Mountaineer, this is the Hotel I would choose without a doubt. It is an outstanding place with fabulous amenities and the staff is welcoming and the staff is more helpful than ever.

Amazing baseball themed boutique hotel just steps from Coors Field. Hotel has great amenities like welcome bubbly or draft beer, ice cream happy hour, s’mores kit and a convenient, easy entrance to Coors field. Giving only 4 stars on the room as the one we reserved was not available due to hotel being overbooked but we were notified of this at check in. And the reception staff were apologetic and extremely nice. Hotel decor is great… Call Me Pearl was great for after game drinks. There are also many great restaurant options within walking distance. We will definitely return to The Rally!

What an amazing hotel with such a cool and fun atmosphere. Right at check in, we were offered a fresh, cold Coors Light right off the tap at the front desk. The front desk representative, Noah, was super friendly and told us about all the great perks the hotel and surrounding venues had to offer, with discounts for staying at the hotel. Then, there was a free Rockies helmet sundae bar every day at 4 pm and they even had s’more kits for the kids. We also had a Nintendo in our room which the kids loved! The location is perfect for catching a game or going to many nearby bars and restaurants. We were also able to catch a ride in their courtesy vehicle to the nearby Denver Children’s museum - shout out to Kyle for the ride and great conversation! The rooftop pool was amazing too. Overall, this hotel is one of a kind and will be remembered by us as one of the greatest hotel experiences we have ever had. We will be visiting again soon!

Professional staff. Rooms are nice. The location is the main attraction though. Absolutely phenomenal area. Really nice part of downtown. Safe, walkable, and near the metro that will get you to and from the airport (and other areas) easily. There’s a huge courtyard with bars and a giant “tv” that will play sports and other things so one can eat, drink, and enjoy some sunshine in a relaxed. and semi-enclosed environment

Valet Parking and staff were good service oriented! Enjoyed our stay because of the staff and service. The valet made it worth spending the extra they also went that extra for us when I called for bell service the young man came and helped us personally because there was no bell carts that morning. The only downside is the price for not much view and a small room.

Stayed here last weekend—we got a Two Queens Bedroom with City View. Check-in was easy, they gave us each a welcome drink of sparkling wine. The hotel itself is nice and clean—so was our room. Room had the usual amenities: safe, fridge, snacks (for charge), robes, some toiletries, etc. The small fridge was stocked with drinks (for charge) so there wasn’t much space to put our stuff, unless we took theirs out. They did have complimentary bottles of water and a coffee machine. Overall, the room felt too dark, not enough lighting—and the wall is painted an olive green so that didn’t help. The room gives off a cabin in the wood vibe. The bathroom is nice, shower is great, but the sink is structurally odd—the faucet doesn’t extend out into the sink far enough so you’re splashing water all over the counter. And there are no rails to hang your hand or bath towels, only hooks on the wall. Also, the bathroom doesn’t have enough lighting either, the light behind the mirror was too dim. Lobby level they have a restaurant and bar, both were enjoyable. Had $60 credit for breakfast each day—Chez Maggy was delicious! Bartenders at Bar M made great cocktails, and it’s an energetic vibe in the evening—but they close fairly early, winding down around 11pm. Overall, it’s a good hotel. And valet service ($64 overnight) was great!

Excellent stay! The hotel is gorgeous and I love the decor. Very centrally located near lots of walkable shopping and restaurants. The room was clean as well (I'm VERY picky about this). And I loved the attached Ludo Lefebvre restaurant. What was above and beyond was the service. There was a nor-easter affecting my return flight back home to NYC, and the Thompson let me extend my stay not once, but twice. They were able to keep me in the same room and made the whole process seamless. They even calculated how many points I would need to extend, since I purchased the original reservation with points. It's not often nowadays that you get old school great customer service, but Kimberly in particular was extremely helpful. I would absolutely come back here on my next trip to Denver! Huge thanks to the whole staff for making me feel right at home when I wasn't able to get home. :)

This was just a wonderful experience, from check-in, to the Valets (bit pricey but guessing normal for downtown). The rooms were great and modern, clean and comfortable. We loved the location as it was so close to everything, was able to walk everywhere. Staff was friendly and helpful; just an all around great hotel in a nice location.

Stayed at the Thompson Denver, by Hyatt during our recent stay in Colorado. We enjoyed everything about our stay. We were here for a total of 5 days. The people at the front desk were always helpful and very nice. We got an upgrade to the 9th floor with a city view that we really appreciated. Very nice gym, very nice restaurant on site and the amenities in the room are great. It was nice that your keycard had to be scanned in the elevator to access your floor as well. The location is very central to everything you need in downtown Denver. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a very nice hotel. It is situated right at a great location in 16th Street in Denver. The staff here is great give a shout out to the front desk they very cool. They also have a very nice lobby bar here to get some good drinks and some small bites. The restaurant is also very good, but could use a few more breakfast items. They have a lot of nice chairs and couches to sit in the lobby hours. I would definitely say one thing they can do better is they need more dresser furniture for people that stay more than a couple of nights to put their clothes away and also electrical outlets most of them are in the worst spot and they don't have very many. There is a lot of wall space to hang up some cabinets.

Thompson Denver has potential on paper. Modern styling, central location, the kind of place that should feel elevated. But the execution is not there. The bar was the first disappointment. Cocktails look the part, but the pours are extremely weak. Aperol spritzes in particular were basically sparkling water with orange coloring. If you are positioning yourself as a premium lifestyle hotel, the bar program needs to actually deliver premium drinks. This did not. The rooms photograph beautifully and seem upscale from a distance. Once you settle in, details fall apart. The bathroom had broken elements, surfaces felt dusty and gritty, and it generally felt unmaintained and not deeply cleaned between guests. Housekeeping attention to detail falls short. There were multiple small issues that make you question overall standards. Overall the aesthetic is good, but the upkeep, cleanliness and hospitality execution were not. This hotel needs a reset in quality control if it wants to match the brand image it markets.

The Thompson Hotel Denver is our home away from home. The staff is amazing and super polite. This is the best Thompson compared to others in different locations. Shout out to Jake and Meena, who go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome.

We had a fantastic stay during our first visit to Denver from Portland for a 4-day weekend. Check-in was seamless—quick, helpful, and efficient. The location felt safe and was perfect for exploring the city’s main attractions. Our room in the Tower building was a bit dated, but very clean and comfortable. The pool area was busy but well-maintained despite the crowds. Housekeeping was consistently on point, and the food and beverage options exceeded our expectations. We especially loved having Yard House right in the hotel—great beer selection! We’d absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I arrived for check-in at 3 PM, after a long flight that started at 8:30 AM. Despite having Titanium status, I found myself in a rather frustrating situation. The hotel had two check-in lines, one for elite members and one for regular guests. To my dismay, the elite line had only one person working it, while the regular line had three. This resulted in the regular line moving much faster than the elite one, which contradicts the purpose of having an elite line meant for expedited service. I ended up having my wife stand in the regular line while I waited in the elite line, which was the only way we got to the check-in counter, because the elite line never moved. When I finally reached the desk around 3:15 or 3:20, the staff member informed me that my upgraded room was not ready yet. I explained that I had a meeting at 5 PM and a dinner shortly after, so I needed the room to get ready. She responded that check-in wasn’t until 4 PM and that my room would be ready at 4. I found this response quite unrealistic, as it seemed unlikely that all rooms would magically become available right at 4 PM. Furthermore, I was concerned about having to wait in line again to pick up my key once the room was ready. When I expressed this concern, she reiterated that I could use the elite line, which, as mentioned earlier, was inefficient. She them said that the staff needed breaks (as the reason for there only being one person working the elite line), which is understandable, but it points to a management issue of inadequate staffing rather than a guest's problem. Upon receiving my room key, I noticed that the lady checking me in did not acknowledge my status or ask the usual questions regarding if I wanted credit versus points, where the lounge was, etc. I had to inquire about these details myself to ensure I received the points I was entitled to, as well as how to get the complimentary breakfast. While she appeared professional, her actions did not reflect the level of service expected. Entering the room, I found it quite small but was relieved to have a place to rest. However, the toilet did not flush properly, and we discovered trash from the previous guest in the closet. This raised concerns about the thoroughness of the housekeeping service. I spent that first night in that room, then asked to be moved to a new room the next morning and they gave me the upgraded suite room, but it was with two queen beds instead of a single king. This was fine with me, as long as the room was functional and comfortable. This new room was quite large and very nicely set up. The rest of the stay at this property was actually quite nice, as the staff members we encountered were helpful and friendly. We really only seemed to have the single issue with the lady who checked us in, she didn’t seem to match the level of service provided by the others. Additionally, this property is very easily walkable to many sites in the area, such as the convention center, the 16th Street Mall, and many restaurants and bars. It wasn’t until we went to check out that I opened the safe to see what was in it and found lip gloss from a previous guest (shaking my head over this)… Not sure what is up with housekeeping and management at this location, but those seem to be an issue. I also feel that it’s such a large property (at 1380 rooms, it was once the largest hotel in CO, it’s now second largest behind the Gaylord) and they’re so close to a large, popular convention center that they don’t care. There are many other properties in the area, lots more are closer to the convention center. Next time I’m in town, I’ll choose one of those instead.

Room was not bad, but the bed was obviously old and the mattress was worn out and terribly uncomfortable. The air conditioning does not have any ducting to the bedroom and the fan system they have installed to overcome this was very loud and did not cool the room. It was difficult to sleep with the bedroom door closed because the room was just too warm. There was hair in the shower and on the bathroom vanity top. All in all, it was a well appointed room and the hotel is in a great location, but the cleaning staff obviously was not doing the deep cleaning you would expect before a new guests comes in. The bedroom was borderline unacceptable with the uncomfortable bed and lack of air conditioning. For the price, I would expect a lot better bed quality, level of comfort and cleanliness.

I really hate to even write this, Thought it’s a nice hotel my experience at the Sheraton Downtown Denver left me feeling racially profiled and uncomfortable. I was in town for work and staying at the hotel. After coming back from lunch, I found a housekeeper in my room. She spoke little English so we communicated in Spanish. She asked if I wanted the bed made and I politely said no because I was checking out the next day and still had work to finish. She smiled, said thank you so much, and left. About ten minutes later, I heard loud banging at my door like the police. When I opened it, two men were standing there, one who said he was a manager. They claimed they received a complaint that someone was smoking in my room. I was shocked. I asked if they smelled or saw any smoke. They both said no. The manager asked if he could check the bathroom and I agreed right away. The door was already open and it was clear there was nothing there. He looked, apologized, and left. Even though it ended quietly, the whole thing left me uneasy. The way they knocked, the way they approached, and the fact that there was no real reason for the complaint made me feel targeted. It ruined what had been a good stay up until that point. As a professional guest here for business, I expected respect and hospitality, not to be treated like a suspect. I truly hope Sheraton takes a look into how situations like this are handled and trains staff to communicate better. No guest should ever feel profiled or singled out while staying somewhere that is supposed to feel safe and welcoming.

Great location right on 16th Street Mall—everything downtown is within walking distance. Rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable, clearly updated from the recent renovation. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is huge though, so expect long walks between towers and slow elevators at busy hours. The rooftop pool and lobby bar are nice touches, even if the “rooftop vibe” is more cityscape than resort. Overall, a solid, stylish stay and one of the better big hotels in Denver.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. I loved the full gym and lots of restaurants within walking distance. We did have to request a microwave be brought to our room because it was not included.

Horrible front desk service on our arrival. The staff was very rude. Something I was very surprised by. Very disrespectful front desk staff. But kudos to the bell staff for their kindness and hospitality. Very helpful and shared information on how to get around the town. Food is very pricey.

Very nice hotel that is using a historic bank building. Very neat to explore the area around those giant vaults remaining there from original bank. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very clean hotel with a wonderful location in downtown close to everything and definitely a walking distance to Coors Park. Concierge manager Gayle is friendly and helpful. Only thing that took a star down is the room service since they did not clean our room until end of day when we decided to stay inside and it was so late to do any service. I enjoyed the snack bar and access for sodas anytime.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our wedding guests to stay and us! The entire staff was so friendly especially the Valet- accommodating, and genuinely went above and beyond to make our weekend special. From the moment we set up our room block, the process was smooth and organized — communication was clear, and every detail was handled with care. Our guests had nothing but great things to say about their stay — the rooms were clean and comfortable, the service was exceptional, and everyone felt well taken care of. The front desk and event teams were especially wonderful, always ready to help with anything we needed. Thank you to the entire team for helping make our wedding weekend stress-free and memorable. We’re so grateful for everything you did!

The location of this hotel along with all the usual competitors hotel was very convenient to everything downtown. I and my wife attended a friends wedding checking in 8/29/25 and leaving 9/2/25. Our friends negotiated a special price with the hotel as they expected at least 15 rooms or more to be rented as well as actually having the official wedding there. Both staff and accommodation was fine for a luxury hotel and expected. My wife's birthday was 9/3/25. We decided at the last moment to extend our stay and celebrate in Denver. I would imagine the additional guest rooms for out of towners, renting space for the actual wedding and both the bar and restaurant at least $30,000 was spent. We changed our reservation to check out 9/4/25 and at the time there was no problem as there was many rooms available. Our original room rate was $169.00 without all add on. For the extra 2 nights without add on the rate increased to $305 one night and $440 the next night. Both of us felt insulted that staying in the same room when they had plenty of vacant rooms was a slap in the face to us and the friends that chose that facility. Next time in Denver I will never stay at the Marriott again. If it is a company policy to rip off guests changing their policy needs to happen. If you are traveling to Denver pick a different hotel.

It was our first time in Colorado and the team at the downtown Renaissance ensured we had a excellent experience! A great Bonvoy property that is anything but cookie cutter with its historic Bank of Colorado architecture both inside and out. Our only critique would be the hot breakfast offerings in the lounge could be elevated slightly from the standard over cooked scrambled eggs and sausage links. In addition, an automatic espresso machine always trumps a standard coffee urn. A special thanks goes to Eric on the Valet team who reccomended we take the Peak to Peak highway on the way back from Rocky Mountain National park. A MUST drive and great way to end the day. Cheers

We had an excellent experience at this location. The staff was welcoming, especially Tyler (front desk) who answered our many questions and assisted us in an allergy scare. He was friendly, informative and efficient. The hotel is beautiful, we enjoyed drinks at the bar, the pianist, ate chicken and crab cakes at the restaurant. The evening restaurant manager was accommodating, engaging and professional. I can't recall his name. The only issue is the standard king room was a bit small to walk around for the week we stayed, so we'll request a suite or larger room next time

It’s like stepping out of the ordinary and into a world where customer service actually means something. Unlike many other spots around Denver, this hotel truly makes you feel at home. Every interaction was on point, and you can tell there's a high standard being upheld throughout the property. While the parking isn’t free, the overall experience more than makes up for it. Without a doubt, this is one of the best places to stay in Denver. The value, the comfort, and above all—the people—make it absolutely worth it. Highly recommended.

The bathroom has a barn door, which is awful. Someday, hotels will have to spend millions of dollars replacing those with real doors. This is a beautiful building. Our room is on the small side, kind of tight. We are on the second floor. Thing get loud at night, both inside and outside. Update: this is our last night here and I just realized the air conditioner doesn't work. Room and service both lose a star. If you are here for a convention, the location is great.

The hotel and staff were very nice. We only really had 1 issue, but it was fairly off-putting. Our A/c in our room wasn't working and our room was 78 degrees, so a maintenance guy came up immediately and determined that a full replacement of the unit was needed. Fortunately, the hotel must stock some units, because he was able to grab one and install it in about 1.5 hours. While this in itself is a little unfortunate, because it is just a little awkward while you sit there watching TV and the maintenance guy is working away for that long. But it's still understandable and what other options do they really have but to fix it ASAP. After he replaced the unit, the A/c worked like a charm until about 1am, when we woke up and it was 80 degrees in our room again. It was too late to get up and try to move to a different room, so we informed the staff the next morning and asked if there was some form of partial refund or compensation they could offer. Their response was less that stellar. They essentially said if we had notified them at 1am, they could have moved us to a different room, but because we didn't let them know at that time, there was nothing they could do or offer. Again, hotel itself was fairly nice and most of the staff were friendly. You likely won't have a room with a faulty A/c, so probably worth still staying. But, know that if something does go wrong with your stay, their policies don't always put the customer experience first.

Let me start off by saying if you book through booking.com you will be charged extra fees after your stay that they don’t tell you about! If I would have known that I was booking for 2 nights which is $300 plus fees after the stay of $136, then I would have never booked this place. If you have a vehicle, parking per day is $45. The hotel lobby looks upscale but the rooms are just okay and definitely could have been cleaned better. Not worth the price at all. And the parking garage is a bit of a hassle plus the 2 different elevators. The hotel elevators are extremely fast and shut after literally 1 second. We did not try the restaurant that was attached because the reviews were not good. Last time we were in Denver we stayed at the Slate which was 5 stars all around. If you need a recommendation, stay there! Plus this hotel claims to be right next to the Rockies stadium but is in fact not, it’s down the street from it.

Loved our stay. Just one night, but rooms large. Quiet central A/C. The toilet was not very roomy and may be difficult for someone that's plus size. But extremely clean. Beds were so comfy. My husband and me slept for 10 hours straight. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel and the pancakes were delicious. Would definitely stay again

Of all the disappointments with this hotel, the most vexing is that they allow guests to keep unattended dogs in their rooms, even after receiving complaints that the dogs bark incessantly when their owners are absent. When I made my reservation - and when I checked into the hotel - I made one request: a quiet room. I had to wait 45 minutes after the regular check in time for my room to be ready, apparently because the front desk “trainee” didn’t think to alert the housekeeping staff to expedite the cleaning of the room for which I was waiting. The room was generally quiet apart from mechanical noises (A/C and an occasionally clanking pipe). But before too long that quiet was replaced with the sound of a barking and crying dog. I called the front desk, but no one answered, because the hotel clearly is understaffed. So I went down to the lobby. When I told a different front desk clerk (who identified herself as the supervisor) about the dog, she said she would call the guest whose room it was and tell her to return to the hotel. Apparently, the guest, knowing of the dog’s behavioral issues when unattended, had given the desk clerk her cellphone number. Within 15 minutes or so, the guest returned to her room and the dog, thankfully, stopped barking. But the same thing happened the following afternoon. The hotel staff, knowing of the dog’s barking problem, again permitted the guest to leave her dog in her room unattended. It was a virtual certainty that the dog would bark and cry again, disturbing guests in all of the nearby rooms, but the hotel staff apparently did not care—or at least didn’t think the matter through. After conferring with other unhappy guests on the floor I called the front desk again. The same supervisor I spoke with the day before told me the hotel is “pet friendly” suggesting they care more about pets than human guests. It was over an hour before the guest returned and barking stopped. One final issue—the hot water dispenser in the lobby dispenser water with an unmistakable coffee flavor. I can’t drink coffee, and I could not enjoy a cup of tea. It is not difficult to keep the hot water container and mechanism free from coffee, but Hotel Indigo was incapable of doing it. I would not stay at this property again, even at no charge.

Stayed here for a one night stay-cation with my homegirl, and it has been such a nice night. We went to a show at ball arena which is just a quick 12min walk from here. As an IHG platinum member and possibly a slow season I was upgraded to a beautiful view of downtown Denver. As a local I love going high to get a different view of the city whenever possible. Before arriving I called in and Oscar helped me find the best parking near here and when I arrived he also helped me get checked in. Everything else was perfect bed, view, service, and location.

My first time visiting Denver and hotel indigo made it a terrific experience. Their location so close to the train station is perfect, their in-house restaurant is amazing, beds were super comfy and Oscar on the front desk is a 5-star professional. Thanks to all for a great stay 👍

If you have a truck park across the street, it will not fit in hotel garage. Room ac works well, beds good. Didn't care for food from amber but ordered from a place called good times which was good

Service was excellent and the stay overall was great! The check-in staff were very patient and helpful while I sorted out some credit card issues. Valet service was also top-notch—friendly and efficient. I stayed here for a concert and wish I had more time to explore the hotel and surrounding area. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was quiet—no noise disruptions at all. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful hotel. Our room had a wonderful view and was lovely. We did a staycation and had such an incredible time. Very comfortable bed and nice amenities. We had a few minor issues: - we found trash under the bed (tissues and an empty water bottle) -food was amazing, however, some service issues at the restaurant -part of our order didn't come -we had to ask for a pen to sign the check and waited about ten extra min - had asked for a box and the waitress never came back -had a late 4pm checkout - I went down around 12 to get us coffees and my key no longer worked so I couldn't get back in the elevator with the coffees. An oversight for people who are taking advantage of late checkout system - I left my phone charger in the room and called right away. I got a call back that it would be left at the front desk under my room number. I called probably 5-6 times after that and no one could effectively communicate with one another or knew what I was talking about until the last person I spoke with who found it in a safe. I wasn't getting called back or followed up with. At the end of the day, I left the charger and got it back but was surprised at the lack of follow through at a hotel like this. Overall, a beautiful hotel with stunning rooms and we would stay again.

Terrible customer service despite a nice hotel and good location. Our company booked a large block of rooms for VIP directors, and even though one requested early check-in well in advance, the hotel did not honor it. When we asked if they could at least use the gym while waiting, that was denied too. After a long international flight, our director was left sitting in the lobby for hours, along with several other frustrated guests. This is unacceptable. Maybe the hotel should invest less in expensive art on the walls and more in housekeeping staff and customer service.

Prime location, just steps away from Union Station. Close to several really great restaurants and grocery stores if you just want snacks. Everything was clean and pristine, staff is very kind. The ambiance is very warm and cozy! I think I've found my new go-to stay whenever I'm back in Denver.

The room and service were amazing. I would say that the value is not really there for me considering parking and a “destination amenity fee” increased the cost by almost $100/night on top of the cost of the room. I’ve never paid so much for overnight parking anywhere in my life. There also aren’t really any “amenities” that seem to correspond to the amenity fee. It’s almost like it would be called a resort fee if they had a pool or hot tub… but they don’t have these things. We enjoyed our stay but the hidden fees really added up.

Nice hotel but lacking in a few critical areas. The pillows were absolutely terrible. Why do modern “luxury” hotels all use the same horrible, paper-thin down pillows? Destroyed my neck all week. Mattress was average to below average. Considering sleeping is like the main thing you do in a hotel, pretty disappointed, especially for the cost per night. The room had a fridge but no room to store anything. That’s fine for one night, bad for multiple nights. Everything else was great, nice hotel and staff was fantastic. Conference spaces were great, food was great, location is prime downtown. However, I can’t look past the bad sleeping conditions. Bad sleep really puts a damper on the whole trip.

We love the Limelight. Located in downtown Denver by Union Station, it's a great place to stay for symphony nights, Avs/Nuggets games at Ball Arena, and any place that the RTD can take you. Ajax restaurant is really good and there are a ton of other restaurants nearby that are great as well. The fitness center has 2 Peloton bikes which was a plus. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Charming Boutique Hotel in the Heart of the Arts District This little hotel is a hidden gem nestled in Denver’s vibrant Arts District. It's about a 50-minute walk from downtown or just a quick 5-minute train ride, making it super accessible. You'll find yourself surrounded by great food spots and a variety of local breweries. The hotel itself is clean, stylish, and full of character. The staff are friendly and generally very helpful. The lobby has a modern, trendy vibe with a self-service kitchen and an innovative self-check-in/out system that adds to the laid-back atmosphere. Breakfast is included and while it's nothing fancy, it's fresh and satisfying—perfect to start your day. A tip: stick with the complimentary drip coffee; the machine-made upgrade isn’t worth it. Our room (a Junior Suite) was lovely—spotlessly clean and thoughtfully designed. It’s quite compact, though, and a bit snug if you’ve got more than one suitcase. The bed is also on the smaller side. That said, we loved the unique touches, especially the in-room projector which made for a cozy movie night. We’d definitely stay here again—just in a slightly larger room next time!

Swanky, smart and so much fun - We Loved Our Stay at Catbird! This modern gem located in the heart of the RiNo Art District does not disappoint. Walking in the front door the vibe is immediately modern, fun, and welcoming. The design is creative and stylish without sacrificing comfort—every detail feels intentional. The rooms are thoughtfully laid out with hidden surprises & storage solutions throughout which made it feel more like a chic little apartment than a typical hotel room. The rooftop lounge has stunning views and a great vibe. With cool perks like bike rentals and a gear garage, Catbird nails both style and substance. Highly recommend for a unique, upscale stay in Denver!

Absolutely love the uniqueness of this hotel. The whole atmosphere was artistic and beautiful, from the rooms to the lobby and hallways. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we would have loved to have stayed longer. There were only 2 things that caused us to not give 5 stars. The options for parking were to self park at a lot not near the hotel or valet at over $50 per night!!! The other, not so big issue was ordering a specialty coffee that is one size only, which is small, but paying the same amount you would pay for a large at starbucks. We will say however, the coffee was good.

The BEST hotel experience we’re have ever had and we have stayed at A LOT of fancy hotels. First off, this is not a “fancy hotel”. This hotel is “a vibe”. Mid century modern, eclectic, homey yet elevated. The room was stocked with everything you could need. It was clean modern and really fun with the elevated platform bed. The rooms come with a projector. Unfortunately ours didn’t work but we didn’t spend much time in the room so we didn’t mind. We were surprised to find out they have a complementary breakfast that was not your typical hotel breakfast. It was burritos of sandwiches fresh off the grill with a cooler full of fresh fruit yogurts and granola, eggs, overnight oats and more. The coffee was great and they had fresh juice as well. The check in was self service so that was different but it wasn’t complicated. They also have complimentary vespas!! We were so busy we didn’t get to try them but we will be back for sure! Lastly, the parking situation isn’t the best. We chose to find street parking since it was free and we were able to find a spot only about a block away even on the weekend. We love this place and can’t wait to come back!

Hey, it’s Alexa Mojarro - Applegate. I stayed this weekend with my husband for one night, we arrived around 3 o’clock and left yesterday at noon. I’m curious why I have two $50 Charges for valet when we were there less than 24 hours. $102 For valet seems incredibly steep. The staff was friendly, great atmosphere in the rooms were clean. Only complaint I have here is bring headphones / earplugs The hotel is extremely loud, it’s not the hotel’s fault, but the girl next to us was screaming and throwing stuff around her room all night (don’t worry we called security) until three in the morning, and then began again screaming, and crying at 9 AM the following morning so we didn’t get any sleep. Being right on the corner of Larimer and Walnut will bring a lot of road traffic noise

The food. I can't get over the food. Nice room, nice location, nice lounge etc but they need to be in jail for allowing that lady to serve this food from the roof. This was carnita nachos, look at the pork. Pork especially is not a meat you can play with. Mess around and have everybody sick. Nice stay just don't eat the food from upstairs.

Beautiful, historic building. Friendly staff. The owner is present and engaging. He gave us all kinds of suggestions and shared some of the interesting history of the building. Breakfast was great. Our room was great. The bathroom was updated and nice and clean. We'll be staying here every time we're in Denver. Highly recommend.

We loved staying at the Patterson Inn. The place is historic and well-maintained. The breakfast is delicious and the chef, Brandon, was super friendly and accommodating. Our room was well thought out with all the necessary amenities. We will definitely be back here if we are in the Denver area again!

It's hard to put into words what a wonderful experience I had staying at the Patterson Inn. The entire building is beautiful, full of wood & a gorgeous stained glass window. The staff are kind, attentive & always willing to answer a question. The included breakfast is prepared fresh with a unique savory and sweet option each day. The attached bar has the feel of a cozy pub. The owner is passionate about the place & wants to keep improving it. If you are able to, I highly recommend staying here. Staying here was such a treat from beginning to end & I cannot wait to come back to Denver to do it again.

Called to cancel a few min after reserving the room due to pet sitter telling me they couldn’t watch my pet after all. Would not work with me to refund anything 0/0 would not recommend. This was after they first told me they would refund me which was a lie. I did in fact call booking.com and they not only told me they sent them an email where they could refund me, but I also called the hotel back and told them to be on the look out for the email which they told me they would. So no it’s not my fault or on me. Edit: here’s photo evidence.

I never stayed at a INN before I definitely had an amazing experience. The building is beautiful, the rooms are very nice quiet. Breakfast was an A+. Chef Brandon is so kind and very easy to talk to. I would recommend this place.

This was my first time staying at the Clayton and I was seriously impressed. From the moment I walked in, the customer service stood out - everyone from the bellman to the front desk was friendly and welcoming. Huge shoutout to Nate, who was a total ray of sunshine after a long day of travel delays and unexpected changes. My husband had an unexpected work schedule change and there was a possibility he might be able to get a layover in Denver. With this news, I asked about the possibility of upgrading my room - Nate handled it immediately - super professional, incredibly kind. The hotel itself is beautiful - clean, thoughtfully designed, and has a modern, chic vibe without feeling stuffy. You cannot beat the location. Will definitely stay here again!

The entire Clayton hotel/club is an exceptional experience. From the phenomenal valet service, which is always friendly and spot on efficient, to the rooms and roof top pool…the Clayton is a top notch experience! Highly recommended!

I'm so grateful to be a part of Clayton Members Club. The spaces are beautiful, the events are curated and the sense of community is lovely. What makes it stand out, though, is the people - especially Annabelle, Meghan, and Claire. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care for both the club and its members are felt in every interaction. They go above and beyond to create an environment that feels both elevated and welcoming. Highly recommend Clayton for the experience, the setting, and most of all, the people who make it feel like home.

Went here for a networking party with Series Fest. Great cocktails. They had live music and the food was good. Would like to see more seating available. They layout is easy to navigate if you have mobility issues. Elevator available. Parking is a challenge recommend getting dropped off or using valet. I would recommend this place for a party or other social gatherings.

My room was bizarrely designed - you walk into the bathroom. The bathroom is like a hallway to the actual room. Very weird. And incredibly poor lighting in the bathroom. I had to put on make up with the full length mirror by the window. Very cute though and I liked the location. All was well until the undue harassment by the valet. Bizarre overreaction to a relatively small issue and then when I completed the survey sent by the hotel, they accused me of blatantly ignoring hotel policy. Again, very weird and when I tried to respond, they blocked me. Will never stay at this hotel again. Perhaps a little too bougie for me.

Nice restaurant on the 6th floor. However, the food was sub-par. It took too long to get the meals when only 3 tables were occupied. The trout was absolutely tasteless, with poor presentation and some arugula on the top. The burger was very dry and overcooked! The requested overeasy eggs were overcooked. The appearance of one of the servers who took the drink orders was absolutely a turnoff, especially for a high-end hotel/restaurant! This was a nice place to visit, but not for meals. We wouldn't eat there again!

Absolutely loved our stay here! We got married while staying here and they were able to upgrade our room! We also tried the Alteńo while staying here and the staff was just next level and the food is a must try.

My husband and I stayed at Life House hotel and had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The self check-in was super easy and intuitive, which made arrival smooth & stress free. The hotel itself is stunning, thoughtfully designed with a boutique feel that’s both stylish and comfortable. A personal favorite touch was that the bathroom was stocked with luxurious Le Labo products. Another highlight was Wildflower, the restaurant located right downstairs. Dinner was absolutely outstanding, seasonal dishes full of flavor and beautifully presented. If you’re not able to snag a reservation, I highly recommend grabbing a seat at the bar. The cocktails are delicious,well crafted & balanced, with a menu that complements the food perfectly. Sitting at the bar actually ended up being a great experience in itself, the bar staff were wonderful. Between the beautiful accommodations, convenience, and the top tier food/drink at Wildflower, Life House is a true gem. 10/10 would recommend!

Book this hidden gem today!! This was our first trip to Denver (family of 5) and we were blown away!! This hotel was so well done, from the decor and style, to plush bedding, high ceilings (3rd floor), built-in bunk beds for the kids and a luxury vibe - honestly even after 4 days, we didn't want to leave. On top of all that, the restaurant was outstanding - delicious dishes to explore with a high-end dining feel. Location was great - coffee shops nearby and other fun local spots. We were able to explore the city and go hiking within a 15 min drive and visited Pike's Peak in 1.5 hrs. Absolutely loved this hotel and can't wait to go back!!!

I’m not sure why you’d elect to stay at Gravity Haus over all of the other hotels in the area and Denver. The check in process is confusing, and the amenities are even more confusing. The website advertises “steps away” from the Gravity Haus cowork space and gym but it’s 1.5 miles away. As a non member, are you able to access the cowork and gym? Still unclear on that. Very thin walls and floors, you can hear everything above you and the rooms over. Guests above me had loud screaming sex, stomped around and were up to the wee hours of the morning. Not their fault of course, just thin walls but I could hear everything. For the price you pay as a non member, you’re better off in a traditional hotel. Not sure why I elected to stay here, but probably wouldn’t do it again. I’ll toss a pro in here that the room itself is great. Giving 2 stars as an accurate reaction of my feeling after my stay and spending $500 across 2 nights. Wish my stay was as pleasant as the couple above me - they had a wonderful time by the sounds of it ;) ….

My wife and I stayed here with our three kids for three nights. I couldn't have been more impressed with the value this boutique hotel brought. The room was clean, comfortable, and very luxurious. Kids loved the bunk bed and the towering 20 ft ceilings in the room. When we needed extra towels, toilet paper or a toothbrush, we didn't have to call the staff because everything we needed was down the hall at a free self service kiosk. The staff was very friendly and the place was very quiet. Will book again next time visiting Denver.

My family had an excellent stay. The rooms/decor was absolutely beautiful with very comfortable beds. My children loved the bunk beds. The location was also walking distance from many good restaurants/shops/cafes along with the Wildflower right downstairs.

Stayed at life house for 2 nights with family of 4. Bunk beds were perfect for kids. Saw some complaints of check in process, since there is no one manning a desk, but online check in was smooth and making key cards was easy. There’s no close designated parking, but street parking was fine. Location was in a relatively quiet neighborhood, some nearby construction, but overall it didn’t get in our way. Wildflower restaurant was excellent! And restaurant across the street acova also convenient and yum!

No water fountains that i saw.Disabled parking fills more than an hour before game starts.Very well organized and courteous people.$23 parking and easy to get out in first 15 Minutes.Bus to transport inside parking but there is a line.One side of stadium be third baseline had shadow whole The rest was baking hot.No long bathroom lines! Very expensive beer $11-15.Ne careful what seats you buy. Disabled people have personal assistants and for those using a walker is very difficult cu hold on to bars when descending on stairs because of wrong spacing of bars.Please Avoid the stairs if you have a cane.

The park was clean and comfortable. All seats provided excellent viewing. Multiple vendors offered a variety of services and prices that were reasonable. I would highly recommend this park of you love baseball.

Coors Field is one of the best ballparks around! The atmosphere is always incredible - from the mountain views to the energy of the crowd, it’s such a fun experience whether you’re a big baseball fan or just there for a great day out. The stadium is clean, the staff is friendly, and the food and drink options never disappoint. As a local real estate agent in Northern Colorado, I love spending time here with family and clients - it’s a perfect example of what makes living in Colorado so enjoyable. If you’re in the Denver area, catching a game at Coors Field is an absolute must! ⚾️🌄

Very nice atmosphere and the baseball stadium was perfect too have a concert at, no drinks are allowed taking in or food, have to buy their. If wearing a purse, I will suggest a fanny pack, not easy to loose, plus always bring a sweater or something light long sleeves to wear, so you can actually enjoy the concert, like we did.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing park. Amazing experience. ⚾️🍺 This time we actually picked one of the games the Rockies managed to win this year 🎉 (rare, I know). I’ve been a lifelong Rockies fan, but let’s be honest… they suck right now 😅. Honestly wish someone else would buy the team and run it better. But the experience of Coors Field? Always amazing. The energy, the mountain views 🏔️, the atmosphere, and just being there… it’s unbeatable. Even when the team struggles, the park itself makes it worth it every single time.

We went to The Warning Track for a work party and had a great time. Only downside was that it was 100F outside so naturally it was very warm. The bartender had a great attitude as did the bouncer. Food was constantly replenished and was pretty good for stadium catering. There were 2 bathrooms within the room so we didn’t need to go in and out. We had a good time!

Plenty of nice seats when team is at the bottom. Beautiful stadium. Food prices are a bit pricey but there was a 2 for 1 hot dog special. Buy your parking online. I scored parking by the stadium for $8 online. Parking lot attendant not pleased when he wanted $45!

I attended a conference at the center. The building is impressive in size and design. However, it lacks simple amenities to make it a welcoming space. There was not enough seating in the common areas outside of the conference rooms. Food options within the area were also inadequate. The concessions available ran out of food on a daily basis. Initially, there were not enough staff to provide information. However, that improved in the latter days of the conference. For such an impressive venue, more efforts could be made to make the space more welcoming.

Great American Beer Festival was a success. Good job to the workers making it easy to get in, know where to go, and keeping the place clean. Tasting was spread out in various areas, so nothing got way too busy. For 4 hours, $95 to get tiny samples was more about the event and being with friends than the beer itself. All of the beef and spirit vendors were gracious, shared info on their beverages, and made it easy to get samples. I do wish there were more food options there. Some folks were smart and brought homemade necklaces of pretzels, candy, and snacks to munch on. Just not enough food vendors and they were on the edges of the room. Some seriously ignorant and belligerent people there, since sampling quantity isn't monitored much. I get that people want to get their value for the money they spent to get in, but I witnessed guys threatening workers on the way out just to instigate a problem. The workers handled it well, though.

Good place to use the restroom. The rude man at the front said no restrooms, but it's a public building, so just say you are there for the event if they ask, since most events are open to the public. Enter near the big bear and the bathrooms are straight ahead down the steps and down the hall. Restrooms are cleaned and well maintained. Nice building with fun events. Eventually the city will learn that you shouldn't have an unwelcoming party to confront you when you visit a public building. It really paints Denver in a negative light. But for now I think it's best to ignore that flaw and enjoy this beautiful city.

What can I say? It’s a great conference center. I came here for the Psychedelic Science 2025 conference, and the space handled a huge crowd without feeling too cramped or chaotic. The layout is easy to navigate, with plenty of room for talks, exhibits, and all the side conversations that make these events special. Parking isn’t perfect.. like most big venues - but it’s decent and gets the job done. Once you’re inside, everything is clean, organized, and set up to bring people together. Overall, it’s a solid place to host a large conference and create a sense of community. Five stars from me.

Went to Fan Expo. Had a blast. Even found good parking even though it was so busy. The only complaint was cell service but that wasn't their fault. There were too many people too close together.

Every experience is different depending on the event. I've been here a couple times for the Denver Fan Expo and had a great time each time. Crowded but tolerable. The staff were helpful with information on where to go and help find things. They kept the bathrooms decently clean. Overall chill experience!

This place is huge! The escalators are in strange places and it’s easy to get lost in all the through hallways. The staff was all nice that I interacted with. The rooftop terrace was an amazing feature!

Loved this place. Food was fantastic- loved the eggplant, the octopus was tender, the endive salad was delish. I did not love the risotto - I found the corn added too much sweetness. (I have less sweet and salt tolerance than the average person). The bread basket of Hawaiian buns was also perfect! Warm with a thin shiny coating of butter. Servers were knowledgeable, they can even compile a menu for you if you won’t want to think too much about it. Space and ambiance were peaceful, beautiful lighting abound from the tall ceilings. The furniture generally looked like natural materials. Accessible from both inside and outside union station. Michelin mention for the year!

We were here for the happy hour while in Denver one afternoon. It’s located inside Union station. We sat at the bar and got the Mercantile High-five, a couple non alcoholic beet mocktails along with the peach and arugula salad. Everything was delicious! Our server was wonderful. Their menu options for food is quite good. Will definitely stop by when in the vicinity the next time around.

Mercantile is exactly the kind of place that turns a simple dinner into a night out. We visited for date night and left already planning our next visit. The menu is on the smaller side, but every dish feels dialed-in and seasonal - true “quality over quantity.” The standout was the Sakura Pork Chop: perfectly cooked, deeply flavorful, and paired with thoughtful sides. Do not skip the warm bread service with cultured butter, it’s the kind of simple luxury that sets the tone for the meal. What really made the evening, though, was the team. Everyone we met was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun to chat with. You can tell this is a chef-driven restaurant that cares about its ingredients and its guests. A bit of background: Mercantile lives inside the beautifully restored Union Station and blends a restaurant with a European-style market - a nod to its roots in celebrating Colorado producers and seasonal cooking. Whether you’re planning a cozy date night or grabbing a quick, high quality meal downtown, Mercantile delivers. Bonus: being in Union Station means plenty to explore before or after dinner. Highly recommend. I visited during lunch time on a weekday to take a customer out to lunch. As it was a business meal I was looking for a place where a conversation is possible, food is good, ambiance is nice, and service leaves nothing to desire. I am glad I landed on Mercantile. First off, the ambiance is perfect for a business meal. It’s not too crowded or loud and it’s nice and airy. There’s also outside and inside seating. Food was great. I liked the 2 course lunch options a lot. I opted for the poke and strawberry salad. They were both very well-prepared and without it being heavy. The salad had just the right amount of dressing and the poke had great proportions. I highly recommend bringing your customer, or whoever, to Mercantile for a nice lunch. I’ll definitely be back.

Where do ya start? This place was top notch. Tried the lunch prefix menu That comes with a starter and an entree for $35... Tried the autumn brussels and the broccoli caesar. Both did not miss. Perfect amounts of acidity on the brussels! Main course did the millers chicken and the kewpie burger. The dessert... Now that alone is worth coming for by itself. Churro bread pudding. Insane meal over all, service was amazing as well.

For an unparalleled dining experience in Denver, look no further than Mercantile inside Union Station. Their service is impeccable, and the food is simply outstanding. I've never had a mushroom dish that blew my mind quite like theirs did. And the pork chop and duck? To die for! I'm already counting down the days until I can go back.

The wife and I were celebrating 21st wedding anniversary. We sat at the counter and had 4 courses served by the manager. The GM popped by to say hi as well. I was very impressed, black cod was incredible, gnocchi fluffy as a cloud. We did order the wine pairing and that was a great compliment. Incredibly professional kitchen. A+

This place was incredible! It’s right by Coors Field, so stop in if you’re exploring. Bruce runs the whole show and you can tell he’s passionate about baseball. There is so much to look at here, and some really cool baseball artifacts. (We especially appreciated all the Cleveland artifacts!) We would definitely return here!

What a great little place stuffed with so much ballpark memorabilia. Every space outside of where you walk is filled with things to look at. They have seats and bricks and other pieces from long gone parks. Its really a celebration of the old parks built in the early 1900's of which only two still remain. They have plenty of fenway stuff there along with Wrigley field and Old Yankee stadium. If you're in Denver with an hour to kill check this little museum out. Its awesome

What a fun way for a baseball fan to spend an hour in Denver. Full of memorabilia specialized around the 14 original classic ballparks. It was cool seeing seats, turnstile, bricks, and more from these ballparks.

Absolutely worth the visit! This impressive collection takes you on a nostalgic journey through baseball history, featuring everything from stadium seats to usher uniforms from the 14 original ballparks. We enjoyed it so much, we walked through twice! Bruce, the owner, is incredibly passionate and eager to share his love—not just for baseball and architecture, but for the people and stories that bring the sport to life.

I enjoyed my experience overall. One of the workers was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of information as I walked around the museum. It is small, but there's a lot to see. If you're not that into baseball, I wouldn't suggest going. Even if you are into baseball, I think the $20 per person is a little expensive for what it is. Still glad I went though!

WHAT a museum!!!!!!!!! like wow!!!!. we went middle of the afternoon and to get in you do have to call a number but there was gentleman there who opened the door right away. the cost is 20 dollars for adults kids are free. so much memorabilia! bats and pictures, pendants and uniforms, turnstiles from stadiums long gone or renovated. its off blake street pretty close to coors field and definitely can not miss it. i never did catch the gentlemans names but they were both very knowledgable and hospitable both giving off a vibe of old world and very well versed in baseball history. these two you could see were the "sandlot" kids. the kids playing ball all day everyday trading cards and staying up to watch the game on tv. truly a gift to lodo.

My goodness this place is a must for all baseball fans. The amount of historical memorabilia that lies within this building is unmatched. From original pieces straight out of these ballparks to clothing and even a section highlighting the Negro Leagues. I recommend anyone visiting for a Rockies game go check it out. The owner is such a wealth of knowledge and he has attended some historical games throughout his life. He is a gem and so is his collection

Had to try this place out before they closed at the end of the month and I’m sad to say they will be missed! The Blue Moon feature of beers are delicious, most of the beers I tried I’d have again and I c ant say that about most breweries. I actually thought the food was also great. I had a pretty basic burger, and I’m not sure if the cooks were on it or something today, buts it’s one of the better thick patty burgers I’ve had in the city. Very simple but very tasty. The atmosphere of the place is also cool and top notch. Really great to take friends and family to. This spot will be missed.

The staff here was nice and attentive. The place was pretty spacious with plenty of seating. Parking lot was decent. I was surprised by how many options there were to choose from. Everything I got tasted great and I will definitely be coming back. So much to try but so little time. We didn’t get to try the food but all the alcohol tasted good. Highly recommend this place

1st time in Denver and I was recommend this place because I love blue moon. Come to find out they're closing at the end of the month! Tragic! The fig flatbread was absolutely delicious! The wings are fire and last but not least the bison burger was a Dime! Beer is fantastic and they have a huge selection! I highly recommend this place!

I don’t recall coming here before ever- and I usually remember if I have been to a place long time ago when I am there so for me it is safe to say that I really enjoyed my first time here!! My boyfriend wanted to come as they are closing at the end of this month and he loves a specific beer here. Besides all the minors around (teenagers not kids, although of course there were some of those too) the ambiance was nice given how big the dinning area is inside. Waited about 20 mins for a table for just the two of us as we had no reservation. The service was good over all. We tried the Beer chips with the queso, the Bison burger and the Fig flatbread. They were all good. I didn’t care much for the chips as they are not my go to for appetizers but I surprisingly liked the queso. I had a bite of the burger and I liked it because it had a sweetness to it. I didn’t know what to get and my boyfriend said he had gotten the fig flatbread before and liked it so I got that and thought it was pretty good. A little too much Arugula I would say but I just picked some out. Good size portions as well I could finish the flatbread myself. My favorite part was the beer flight I got but sadly I’ll probably never have those specific beers again after this places closes down. I might be being a little biast BUT the Mexican Luna Axum was my favorite and the Mexican Chocolate yes dark and heavier but smelled delicious and you get the after taste for a min of that chocolate.

I was in town visiting my youngest son and his wife and they know I love a good brewery and beer flight. So here we are. This place was really ice. Atmosphere was sweet. We had to wait about 30 min on a Thursday night but it was worth it. We ordered nachos for a starter and they were delicious. I also ordered a beer flight which i loved. All three of us ordered burgers which I can say were great EXCEPT when serving a burger with tomato I would suggest it serving the top part without taking out the stem butt 😒 The service was great and I of course bought some merch because they wouldn’t be a brewery if I couldn’t buy some of their merch. All and all I would come back and recommend

Beautiful, well designed space. Ample parking. High ceilings. 360° bar. Fascinating, circular concrete encased booths. Ceiling fixtures are one of a kind. Great beer selection, especially the barrel aged Chimp at 12.5% alcohol beware! Friendly, engaged, staff, clean restrooms. Safe and well traveled location. The menu is interesting, and it would be great to see more attention to healthy, whole food, plant based selections.

Blue Moon is a great spot to grab beers with friends, but we were really disappointed by the food. The space is beautiful and there are a lot of great beers to choose from. I also appreciate that they have 4oz options, which is great for people who just want to sample beers or not drink too much. However, for food, we ordered the Spent Grain Pretzel Bites, Ahi Mango Ceviche, and the Vegan Green Curry and, found it all low quality and overpriced. For example, the Pretzel Bites were $12 and they gave us a measly little bowl of bites that were not very good. The Green Curry was also disappointing, with one small scoop of rice and a few bites of tofu. It all felt like very bare bones bar food. So fair warning, it's a great spot if you want beer and don't mind if the food isn't very good.

5 stars all around - if I could give it 10 stars I would! The food was incredible. We had the gnocchi (OMG SO GOOD) and the bread & butter as table apps. Service was impeccable & the atmosphere was beautiful & great for a happy hour with friends or colleagues. They have a few happy hour drink selections (I had the marg). I’ll definitely be back for the gnocchi!

Stunning building with an upscale ambiance with a low key vibe. Our bartenders were top notch - attentive and welcoming but not over the top, even giving our party a complimentary round of champagne to celebrate a birthday (they just noticed when checking IDs). The food was delicious (even with special requests) and the other patrons were friendly.

Tucked away on the second floor of the station, this bar has a cosy vibe despite it being rather open concept. Drinks are good and you get to have good conversations without distraction.

Wife had never been to Union Station before. So as we were walking in and around this seemed like a cool place to grab a drink. Glad we did it was a cool little spot to grab a beverage or hang out before you board your train or grab on coming off. Staff is great and very helpful. Food looked good but that was from us looking around at what others had ordered. Will be interested in going back and trying their food.

We only came here for a quick drink but we plan to come back!! The cheese plate looked so awesome. Bartenders were awesome too.

Overall, it’s a fun, lively place with a great beer selection and a welcoming environment, whether you’re inside or outside. Street meter parking is $2 an hour, you can only pay for 2 hours at a time. There is an open air parking lot just up the street from it, that cost $12 for 8 hours.

Typical brewery bistro setting. Loved the vibe. I loved the beer flights. I could make my own. The Duck Fat Fries are d’bomb. We ordered them as an app and then again with our meal. What is that white sauce? ♥️ Loved it. The Brisket Tacos spoke to me. The Farmhouse Sandwich was unique bc of the grilled flavor and the goat cheese. Classic burger. Delicious smoked wings. Good times.

Great place to come to work, or hang out with friends after work. I frequently come here as I live so close and it never disappoints. Bartenders are quick and kind and always has a lovely food truck. My favorite neighborhood spot. And super dog friendly.

Busy on a Sunday at noon. Great options with a shaded, misted patio. They offer something for everyone. From seltzer, slushies, lemonade, beer, cider, and non alcoholic options. I really appreciate the variety.

I was visiting from California and loved this place. We had been looking for a flight of local Colorado beers and Carson took excellent care of us. The beer was great and Carson was friendly and very attentive. I highly recommend!

Had a great time! Very large selection of craft beers, with a nice open space and even heated inside/outside seating. Big selection of games for groups and dog friendly! The staff was friendly and the location was surrounded by great shops and food, coffee, and tea spots that you were allowed to bring in (for those non-beer drinking buddies). Also a food truck immediately outside for quick bar snacks!

Good fruited sour on the sour side, but not the heavily fruited or even smoothie style sour was hoping for. Had one of my favorite local beers from ratio at another bar which I passed on at the brewery first sounded odd, but the saison w carrot was a real winner glad I ended up trying it. The tender there said it use to be even more carroty and liked it even better and I wouldn't have been opposed to that too. Nice large outdoor area, although big inside too

loved this place. came on Wednesday for comedy show, which was free and funny. it happens in the brewery back which is really charming. came back next day just because they have a food truck outside, and you can bring the food in. the carrot beer is so tasty. music is good but it's not dancing music. still, very nice place to hang.

Ratio never disappoints, and is one of my go-to breweries in the RiNo area. While by no means empty - at 1pm on a Saturday, we easily found a shaded spot on the patio. It was a low-key spot to to begin a day of brewery hopping.

First timer here and it was incredible. I paired it with a homemade quesadilla and it hit the spot. Crisp and light how I like it.

May 11, 2024 Amanda, Kali, and I went to Rino Art District in Denver for Ricks Birthday. We got a drink at Ratio Brewing, Finns Manor, Gold Point, The Block Distillery, and American Bonded! We even got to enjoy amazing Hibachi Burritos from Mile High Hibachi! Drank here 9/2/2020

I don’t know how I haven’t rated this place before but I have been multiple times with friends and enjoyed it every time! Excellent beer, dog-friendly patio spaces, and so many food options in the vicinity. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and are happy to help you figure out what to try (even if it takes answering a lot of questions). Highly recommend!

Stopped in here while visiting CO. Great little spot with a good vibe. Decor was cool, and the place was very clean. Beers tasted amazing! Had a great outside area as well.

Huge airport… it can easily take 30 minutes just to get from one terminal to another, so give yourself extra time. There are tons of food options throughout, so you won’t go hungry. The newer B and C terminals are especially nice: modern design, plenty of light, and lots of comfortable seating.

One of the best airport in USA 🎉🎉🎉🎉 one of the biggest airport in term of size in USA . One of the most diverse airport in USA as people from all across the world are working in harmony . Gateway to the Rockies mountains and all across the other states in the western USA . Conveniently located in middle of USA and have connection to across the USA and most of the countries in the world also . One of the best airport made with the traffic ease going in or out of airport . Separate departure and arrival floor make one of the unique airport in the country . And the rental places and taxi have there own floor so one don’t get mix when arrived . Lot of nice resturant at the ticket counter and all 3 concourses. Easy and convenient connection of the concourse by the train and very helpful staff all around . I would say it would made one journey so nice at the denver international airport .

Very packed for a relatively large airport. Staff is okay but the TSA agents are as rude as NY. But it is during the gov shutdown now so maybe it is understandable. Good selection of foods, stores, etc. gate seating is good with plenty of outlets.

Cool airport. The Southwest Terminal (C) is extremely nice and clean. The plane train has a cool jingle for each stop. The new east security was very quick and efficient and clean. My recommendation is to walk down to the end because the line will be shorter. Definitely something ominous and weird about the place but that’s probably because of everything happening underneath the airport. If you don’t know just look up the airport on YouTube. Overall good place though

The airport is huge, with a beautiful white tent-like roof. There is a dedicated subway connecting the terminals, a very convenient modern facilities. Shuttle subway is fast, convenient and clean. There are a lots of charging ports at all gate, so friendly to passengers.

Super convenient to get public transportation including the Red Line Train to the city. $10 for a 3 hour pass. Takes about 40 minutes to get to Union Station. Airport is clean. Very busy airport!

Great airport, we have traveled to and from. I really like the exhibits that they have on the bridge leading to A terminal. There are many different restaurants and shops within the terminals. Some airlines use ramps others you have to walk onto the tarmac to board your plane. We have seen people talk all breeds of dogs into the cabin. Shops are very pricey.

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed at in a while. Fresh, clean room. Nice updated bathroom. Really good water pressure in the shower. Beautiful views from the upper floors. And really beautiful common spaces. I was here for a conference, and the conference food was very tasty, much more so than usual with hotel catering. I would definitely stay here again.

Probably the nicest experience I've had traveling for work ever. From the minute I was dropped. The valet guys opened my door with a very warm welcome to the front desk where they were just as nice and professional. Went to the market and people were awesome. The room was perfectly designed with lots of charging stations, and power all over the room. The bathroom has everything you need. It was just a real pleasure to stay someplace where you're appreciated as a business traveler and everything is thought of. First Class!!

The hotel could be perfect. It’s beautiful and the location is perfect. The main reason people come to a hotel is to sleep right? Well they obviously invested the budget into everything but the most important part, the beds. Our room had beds with springs popping through. My body actually hurt from them. Prob one of the worst beds I’ve ever slept on. Time to upgrade the beds! The other grip is the body wash and shampoo. You get basically a 1/4 of an ounce of each per room. Barely enough for 1 person. It’s like a sample size. If they upgraded their beds, I would definitely stay again in the future but the beds are a dealbreaker.

I was impressed with the service that was provided during my business stay while attending a local conference. Zelva, Sophia, and Alexous (bar manager) were personable and helped me make my stay comfortable and easy. Would definitely recommend being a Hyatt member and also relying on great staff like them for any questions or accommodations.
