Shop opens at 10am but if you want kidneys with your noodles, you must wait till 10.30am for it to be served. So you see a lot of customers sitting there waiting for their kidney noodles. But it was worth the wait. The kidneys were cleaned and deveined properly, so no funky taste, just crunchy. I added a tiger skin egg (deep fried hard boiled egg) instead of my usual fried egg and ordered a separate serving of braised chittering. Very tasty breakfast. The noodles were amazing & I really loved how savoury the sauce was! Cutlet was also really good. The auntie helped me mixed my noodles & they were really nice. A must visit if you’re in Shanghai!
