We came here in July for our honeymoon/babymoon. I was 6, almost 7 months pregnant during our stay, and let me tell you it was probably the most comfortable, peaceful and beautiful place we’ve ever stayed at before. We were right next to our favorite bar the Green Parrot, we even got the best room closest to the bar! My husband was able to go get a few beers while I napped in the afternoon but still close enough to check in. We swam in the pool every night we were there. The property is so well kept we never wanted to leave. Alexis at the front desk was another huge highlight of the trip. Not only was she a wonderful hostess, I feel like I gained a new friend! She made sure we were taken care of and addressed all my concerns before the trip. She is a gem of a person and next year when we come visit (not stay there because they are child free which was another nice bonus haha) we are making a special trip just to say hello to her. If you’re looking for a place to stay, trust me this is it. Can’t wait to return someday!!! 🩷🦩

We had a great experience at Coco Plum. The location was amazing and central to everything. We rented bicycles and it was very easy to get around from there. Alexis at the desk was so kind, welcoming, and helpful with great recommendations. Breakfast was delicious, the pool was great, and I loved having the ice and refillable cold water readily available. Plus the room was nice and relaxing to come back to for a midday nap! If we come back to town, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great trip!

Wonderful bed and breakfast in the heart of Key West. A charming old bordello next to a bar, built when Hemingway roamed the streets. Hardwood floors, big windows, high ceilings, and all the history of old Key West. The room (#5) on the second floor was accessible by stairs and faced Whitehead Street. It features a king bed and large walk in shower. The room has lots of natural light. It is right next to Green Parrot which features live music until midnight so if you are a light sleeper, take note. Breakfast is provided and that was a special treat. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay at Coco Plum Inn early September! Great location. Comfy clean rooms. Delicious breakfast and the most friendly, kind, helpful staff! I will definitely book with them in the future!

The Coco Plum Inn was so wonderful! Excellent customer service! Alexis is very friendly and easy to communicate with. She made us feel like a priority. Property is well maintained and quiet. Room was cozy and clean!! Breakfast was so yummy! Each morning it was something different and made fresh! Perfect location to everything! Stayed at Coco Plum for our honeymoon and now again 10 years later for our anniversary. The breakfast is good, the staff is very friendly, the rooms are nice and clean. The location is perfect to walk to most everything. We'll definitely be back again!

5 stars!! My husband and I went there this past weekend for our anniversary and we had a wonderful time! We stayed in room 10 which has balcony access to the pool and had a large upgraded bathroom. The AC worked perfectly and the bed was very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and their dedication to providing exceptional customer service was outstanding. Each morning there is a delicious breakfast of croissants and other local pastries. Plus your normal breakfast choices. There is complimentary water and sodas in the refrigerator in the lobby and this was very nice as we were able to grab a water before heading outside. Highly recommend and we hope to come back! Amazing stay! The house was just beautiful and exactly as described. The location was the best as we walked everywhere and felt like we were in the middle of everything. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Loved having my morning coffee and light bites on the front porch watching the roosters! Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

I would HIGHLY recommend Marrero’s for anyone (over 21!) coming to Key West. The rooms were extremely comfortable and well-appointed, the staff was delightful, and the location great for walking to just about everything. You’re near the action, but the house itself is quiet and we were never bothered by crowd or traffic noise. There is a great pool that is mostly shaded which is a fantastic place to hang out for wonderfully relaxing afternoons. It truly felt like a ‘home away from home’ and we will absolutely stay here the next time we come to Key West!

Perfect location for doing pretty much anything! The place was gorgeous and unique. Very peaceful at home experience with privacy. Had everything we needed for a day at the beach or a late night beverage! The breakfast was amazing and the staff was super friendly! We rented a car but I think we would do a golf cart next time! Parking was a little slim! Absolutely loved our trip and will be back in a couple months

We came down to Key West to celebrate our anniversary and are happy to have stayed at Marrero's! It's in perfect location in the heart of Key West---everything is super walkable. Even being a block off of Duval Street, the property was quiet and very relaxing. The building itself is a great mix of funky decor and historic architecture. It's even included as a stop on one of the local ghost tours! We really appreciated all the included amenities---especially access to bottled water and drinks since it was very warm during our visit. The best part though were the super helpful staff! Everyone made us feel right at home and Laura gave us great recommendations for restaurants, bars, and activities to try out on our first trip to the island.

Marrero’s was so unique and quirky! The decor was amazing and everything was clean and organized. We appreciated that non alcoholic drinks were available 24/7. We froze water bottles and took them with us on our sandbar tour. The included breakfast was great! There were these cute little pastries , so yummy! We spent 7 nights at Marrero’s and spent time at the pool almost daily. It was never crowded. Room 5 was great!

My mom and I love everything about this hotel. Thank you everyone who works here! What a calming, lovely vibe & experience with fantastic workers and nice amenities everywhere. Will come back for sure. Easily one of my favorite hotels and the owners have 8 properties I heard - the lady is an amazing decorator.

Loved the decor and ambiance of the house! It was a great overnight stay! They had happy hour from 4-5 with wine, hard seltzer, soda, crackers, meat, cheese and olives. Breakfast in morning was eggs, sausage, bacon, tater tots, pancakes, fruit, pastries, coffee and mimosas! It’s one block from Duval street and a couple of blocks from Mallory square!

Wow! This is a beautiful bed and breakfast! From the moment we met Lisa who welcomed us with such joy we knew this was THE place for us! Absolutely beautifully kept, Shawn, an amazing employee had such pride in the house, too! We stayed in the Anne suite and it was so perfect, the bathroom is gorgeous, the AC was great, the bed so comfy ! The breakfast and happy hour were perfect ! We will be back !

Just got back from a 5-night stay at The Artist House in Key West. Fantastic place and we will definitely stay here again next time we’re visiting! Great complimentary breakfast and happy hour daily. Beautiful house/property and well-maintained. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. The location is excellent- just 1-1/2 blocks from Duval St. and not more than 10-15 minutes’ walk tops from just about anything you might want to do in Old Town Key West. There are only 7 guest rooms in the house, so there aren’t a bunch of people coming and going all the time. Just a very relaxing, quiet and comfortable setting. There is nothing either my wife or I could say that was negative. We loved sitting out in the back garden area and on either of the first or second floor balconies/porches. Highly recommended!

Lisa was so welcoming and the place is awesome! Shawn, the manager, was wonderful and so friendly!! We stayed in the parlor room. So cool! The breakfast and happy hour were great, along with all of the amenities. They had a cabinet full of all the things you might need like sun protection, off, alka seltzer etc! We stayed for 3 nights to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary!! 🩷

Lovingly furnished house with many details; old fashioned, but a unique character. Our Tourret Suite was ideal for 3 people, only a little noisy due to the location facing the street. Nice team, always approachable - own bikes for hire. Breakfast is not extremely plentiful, but perfectly adequate for a good start to the day.

Our stay at Andrew's Inn & Garden Cottages in Key West was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a sense of calm and luxury. The inn has a beautiful, resort-like atmosphere - lush foliage, charming pathways, and peaceful surroundings that instantly make you feel like you've escaped to your own private paradise. Our room was cozy, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully appointed with incredibly comfortable beds and soft high-quality linens. The bathroom was clean, refreshing and offering a stunning view of the Hemingway House that made our stay special. The amenities made our stay even more enjoyable with fresh continental breakfast and a delightful daily happy hour by the pool. The free bike rentals were a huge plus, allowing us to explore Key West with ease. The location is perfect - tucked away just enough from the hustle and bustle of the main street to feel peaceful and private. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always checking in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Andrew's Inn truly felt like a hidden gem. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxurious, intimate escape.

I don't have enough great things to say about this place. I'll try to keep it short and sweet! Biggest plus, the location. It was truly unbeatable. Surrounded by some of the top attractions in Key West, the southern most point, Mallory square, the Hemingway House, which is right next door. This place is right off Duval, so everything was walking/biking distance, including all of the shops, bars, and restaurants. Yet, because it was down a small ally way, it was still quiet and peaceful as well. The place was beautiful and very clean! The bed was incredible and very soft, and even the shower had good shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Not the cheap stuff. They even allowed us to bring in our electric bikes and park them in the fence since I accidently left my lock. Very accommodating. The happy hour they had was such a neat and cute addition to the stay. Check in, check out, and all other instructions/info was effortless and convenient. 10/10, guys! You won't regret it!

This place far exceeded my expectations. It is an oasis of the best kind! The beds were comfortable, the breakfast and happy hour were a treat each day. And the bikes were helpful in exploring all Key West had to offer. We will definitely come back to this slice of paradise!

Andrews Inn in Key West is nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived for a 40th birthday, we were greeted with warm hospitality and an inviting atmosphere that truly sets this place apart. The location is ideal – tucked away in a lush, tropical garden yet just a short walk from all the action on Duval Street. It felt like our own private oasis in the heart of Key West! One friend drove in from Miami and there was a parking space available for him although no one else had a vehicle and didn’t feel like we needed one. The rooms were impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and full of charming touches that made us feel right at home. Our group was large enough to occupy the entire hotel so I got to see each room and one was cuter than the next! Some had private balconies/outdoor spaces too! The pool area was a definite highlight – surrounded by greenery and incredibly peaceful, it was the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The evenings were beautiful with all the uplighting around the pool. The team at Andrews Inn went above and beyond, offering great recommendations and always being available to help. They truly made us feel like part of the family. If you’re looking for a unique, intimate, and unforgettable experience in Key West, I can’t recommend Andrews Inn enough. It’s a hidden gem, blending the charm of a boutique hotel with the warmth of a bed-and-breakfast. We can’t wait to return!

A quiet slice of paradise! Met some fun people had a relaxing time. We only had a small complaint about parking, but that wasn't due to the property itself.

Wonderful experience! The room and location are great. It’s a small oasis very close to all the bars and shops. The included breakfast and happy hour daily was a nice feature, and perhaps the best part of the experience was the friendly service, especially Isabella. Thank you Isabella!!

Our family had a 10/10 stay. The poolside cottage was spacious, clean, beautifully designed, and just steps from the pool. It was the perfect private (and pet-friendly!) getaway. The free breakfast was a great bonus, and the staff was warm and welcoming—can’t wait to return!

Our second time staying at The Gardens Hotel, and it never disappoints. We stayed in Cottage #4 on the second floor and it has all of the feeling of home with the charm of Key West. Having our own kitchen and essentially our own pool were the highlights. Although don't discount the breakfast, which every morning was something to wake up and look forward to. Whether it was Annette or Jorge taking care of us, it was always excellent, and of course having a afternoon cocktail with Dr Philgood was a great way to relax poolside. Special note to Lucy and the Tortoises for some great wildlife viewing while strolling the property with a glass of wine. We will definitely be returning, but not soon enough. Highly recommended for couples to enjoy a serene and safe environment with all of the comforts of home.

Stayed at The Gardens for a long weekend to celebrate my birthday in June 2025 and we LOVED it. It's a beautiful, intimate hotel with gorgeous rooms and even more beautiful space. The Gardens is very close to Duval and the hustle of the northern part of Key West while also being quiet and peaceful. It really feels like you're in a little secret garden, hidden away from the rest of the hustle and bustle. Loved seeing the turtles, birds, fish, and tons of beautiful plants. The pool was amazing, surrounded by gorgeous trees and never very busy because it isn't a huge hotel. They also have a bartender working all day who was very attentive and helpful. Plus, the self service wine bar was such a blast. Really fun way to try a bunch of different wines before committing to an entire glass. The service was really personal and amazing. They checked us in early when we arrived, spent time walking us through great options for restaurants around the neighborhood, and even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine for my birthday. I think our favorite part of the hotel was the breakfast. It's totally complimentary which we didn't realize and was AMAZING. The pancakes we had one day were one of the best things we ate the entire time we were there. Ultimately, we LOVED our experience here. However, I do have a 2 notes about staying here that I personally did not really think took away from the trip but would have liked to know: - Sound carries between rooms. It's not crazy, especially since you share walls with very few other rooms. But finding this out at 3am was not ideal. Because this isn't a party hotel, it really wasn't a big deal at all. - It seems like smoking is allowed around the pool. It wasn't a huge deal but multiple times men were smoking cigars around the pool. Just not ideal.

We stayed here for a week in July and had a truly memorable experience. The room was perfect (spacious and with everything we needed) and the staff were so nice. In particular, Anette helped us with fabulous dining suggestions, allowing us to maximize our Key West experience. We will definitely return to this jewel.

A fantastic hotel. The gardens are beautiful. The staff very accommodating. The Tree Top room was excellent. Even though I didn't get to try it, I was really impressed with the self-serve wine bar. Nice touch! If I had any constructive criticism it'd be the breakfast. It's simple, which is fine, but a little bland. That said, it's made to order and comes out hot and fresh. I would definitely stay here again!

We stopped in with our daughters for a drink at the pool bar. Fantastic music, and definitely entertained by the bartender, Annette. She’s awesome! except for her choice in NFL team. lol! Beautiful grounds to walk around and fantastic wine to choose from. Hidden gem in Key West! By the way, make sure you bang the gong and say hi to the turtles for good luck!

We had a wonderful 4 night stay in cottage #3. The room was beautifully decorated and had a real Key West vibe. The location is ideal, situated midway between the southernmost point and Mallory Square, and less than a block off Duval. Everywhere you want to go is a15 min or less walk away.

This place really surprised us and not for great reasons, very mixed experience. The bones of the place were great as goes for many places in key west that have been around for a while but the fit and finish were just terrible on this place considering the price. The night we stayed I looked it up and it was $700 for the night. For that price this place is a shame. The size of the room we got and the huge balcony overlooking Duval street was great but the NOISE at all hours from the street and the air conditioning unit were just unbearable. The bed and pillows are very uncomfortable, the advertised breakfast is croissants and yogurt. The pool is very small, shaded and not heated, was ~65* and no towels were provided for the pool. Everything like tiles, exterior floors, walls, ceilings, fans etc need cleaning/scrubbing. Honestly confused how this place has such high reviews. I would not stay here again unless prices were cut by 75% or so. The only positive was the staff was friendly, so there was that, very nice people.

This was my hubby and mines first getaway from the kids in a LONG time and everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The lady at the front was so nice and attended to us as soon as we came, she gave us our room key although we were a bit early which was huge for us since we did not have a car and were carrying our luggage. It was quiet during our stay, our room was spacious, everything was clean, the ac was older but worked great, we also had a fan, we had a huge mirror in the bedroom, the shower was really small but we did not mind as it all worked really well. The hotel itself is SUPER cute and felt romantic for us. There was a restaurant downstairs called the "old tavern" which makes the best chicken sandwich called "the chicken banh mi". There's beautiful trees and plants all around the restaurant and front "lobby/office", which helps your room feel secluded and private. Our room was upstairs so we have a beautiful view of the trees and felt very private. In the room, we also had double doors that led to a balcony which was so peaceful after my hubby and I spent the night out. One night it rained and it was so peaceful to sit there and hear the rain and watch the people walkng by (they had two porch chairs and a small table). The cleaning lady came made our beds, refreshed our bathroom &towels while we were gone. They also had complimentary KW sea salt oil in the bathroom for your hands which was really cool. They've got free cold lemon water at the office. Of coarse, it's literally in the middle of all the fun and restaurants, so location is a given. From beginning to end, this place was perfect for us.

I loved the location, and the staff was so friendly, my only disappointment was there is no coffee maker in the room and breakfast is not served until 8 am. I was visiting town on a trip to Dry Tortugas National Park and had to be at the Ferry Terminal by 7 am, so I had to really make do for my morning coffee addiction (I ended up using hot tap water and some dehydrated coffee packets from Starbucks). The room was clean and the location would be impossible to beat. The bar downstairs is great too. Special shout out to the girl at check-in, she is very good and super helpful.

We started out for a day ride to Key West and decided we needed to stay. A quick check for available rooms steered us to this little gem right in the heart of it all. Walked in, and there were 2 rooms available. The desk clerk offered us a spot to tuck the bike away and suggested the room that overlooked where it was. Room offered us everything we needed. It was clean, dinner and a hockey game at the attached pub, coffee in the morning. We will be back. Next time for more than an overnight.

We stayed at Casablanca in Dec 2023 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean with a large balcony facing Duval street. The hotel location is perfect to explore the most of the attractions and restaurants on foot. The staff was wonderful and super helpful. The complementary breakfast was delicious. As our room faced the street, the loud noise at night bothered us sometimes but otherwise everything was great.

Rooms are small but cozy. Ear plugs available in rooms #1 and 2. Can be a but noisey since you're close to the street plus trash and recycling come at 6:45am Monday thru Friday which you hear all the cans being dumped into the trucks.

First, I wanted to say the staff at this property is very warm and welcoming. However, in my subjective opinion, this place is very overpriced for what it is and breakfast could definitely be improved. In peak season expect to pay over $300 a night. For this price, I think customers deserve more than food that could be purchased at your local gas station. They also nickel and dime you with a junk $25 destination fee per night. Again, this may be worth it to some, but in my opinion, there is better value to be found elsewhere such as Philippines, Bali and Thailand where beautiful 5 star beachfront resorts can be found for less than $200 a night. Overall major disappointment and by far the most overpriced place I have ever stayed at.

Unfortunately we were extremely disappointed with our experience. The room was NOTHING like advertised.. the bed was completely broke and we felt like we were half upside down because the head of the bed was so low.. there was no hot water at all for showers.. the bathroom floor was filthy.. for the amount of money we paid.. we were very unhappy and most definitely will not recommend this place.. the HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS that we stayed in the night before was MUCH BETTER and only $100

Extremely disappointing customer service – rude and completely unhelpful over the phone. Due to a personal emergency, I tried to cancel my reservation 48 hours in advance, but they still charged the full amount without offering any flexibility or partial refund. They had more than enough time to rebook the service. It’s unfortunate to see such lack of empathy and professionalism. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

The hotel isn’t bad looking, but you will spend at least an hour trying to find management. Furthermore, they will refuse to offer a receipt and will charge you an addition $25 fee on top of the $100 in taxes on top of the regular room cost.

The "Old Florida" Guesthouse is in a safe neighborhood. Restaurante and shops are nearby. We found it best to use Uber and Lyft to go to shops and restaurants since there are only six lots in front of the guesthouse.

We chose The Grand Guesthouse because we were looking for a place a bit off the beaten path and didn't want a "resort" atmosphere for our first trip to Key West. We were so pleased with our stay and definitely plan to book here for future visits! The communication beforehand was fast and efficient, we reserved two bicycles to explore the town and other questions answered within a couple of hours. Upon arrival, we walked up a couple of steps of the cutest front porch to the office and were greeted with a friendly smile, checked in, given an overview of the town, offered reservations at certain restaurants, recommendations of fun things to do, and shown our room. We noticed immediately the cleanliness and tasteful decor, and a chilled bottle of wine waiting for us in our room! Our room was the perfect size for the two of us with a mini-fridge, two small bedside tables with drawers, a space to hang clothes and a lovely bathroom and shower...exceptionally clean!! The courtyard is lined with beautiful plants and comfortable seating for coffee and breakfast each morning. I especially loved that the coffee was available all day...for those afternoon pick-me-ups we needed! The breakfast bar included bagels, toast, English muffins, and some homemade muffins and banana bread, fruit, yogurt, juice and coffee/tea. The bike rental was PERFECT for getting around and we had so much fun exploring for two full days. It was nice to stop by to change and grab a towel for the beach, each time being greeted by the amazing staff. Whenever we popped back in we enjoyed visiting with staff and then off for another adventure! We were close enough to all the action of Duval Street yet far enough away to enjoy getting away from it when we were done. I can't express enough how wonderful the staff is...so accommodating, relaxed, kind and helpful. We can't wait to go back!!

**“Peaceful Birthday Getaway with Old Florida Charm”** We stayed at The Conch House in March to celebrate my birthday, and it was exactly what I was hoping for—peaceful, charming, and just the right touch of special. The property is absolutely beautiful and has such a calm, quiet vibe. It felt like a little hidden gem tucked away in the middle of everything, but without the noise or crowds. You can really tell it’s lovingly cared for. Every corner had a relaxed, tropical feel and the whole place was spotless. The staff were fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and really went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to find that kind of genuine hospitality these days. One of the best parts was the location. It’s an easy walk to Duval Street, so we got to enjoy all the fun of the shops, bars, and restaurants without needing to drive or deal with parking. We stayed here for our honeymoon the past two nights and The Conch House was the PERFECT place. We’ve traveled all over the world and we truly LOVED this place. We arrived early in the morning and were warmly welcomed by Hilary and she stored our bags while we explored Key West. Once our room was ready, Hilary was so kind and upgraded our room. We stayed in an upstairs room with a bathroom and it was perfect. The AC was so nice especially since it was so warm outside. We got to control the temperature which was lovely. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed it next to the pool in the morning. We also enjoyed their balcony areas as well. I can’t say enough good things about the Conch House everyone was so friendly and warm. If we come back to Key West, we know where we’re staying. This is a great place for couples!

My husband booked our stay at The Conch House for our Wedding Anniversary and my Birthday. The accommodations were amazing along with the staff. Our continental breakfast was unlike any other you’d get at big chain hotels. They had fresh baked goods brought it every morning fresh. I’m still raving about how quaint, private and close but far away enough from Duval St. We will definitely return to The Conch House!!!!!!

Although this review reflects a stay from last summer, I have no doubts all will be outstanding for an upcoming stay this summer. In a recent conversation with Carol at the Conch House, I remembered that I never got around to writing a review. She shows such wonderful hospitality and such an enthusiasm to show off the pristine property that she represents. We felt an immediate comfort and welcome upon checking in, and given the tour. She even went out of her way to supply us with some of very tasty bread for breakfast since we would be leaving very early in the morning to catch the Dry Tortugas ferry. Carol was a very memorable person of our whole trip! As was the cleanliness, comfort, property, and condition of the Conch House. Repeat customers coming back this summer!

My husband and I stayed here in March and had the loveliest time! The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed eating breakfast every morning by the pool. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The Conch House is close to Old Town so we were able to walk everywhere.

We have been staying at the Conch House at least once a year for over 20 years and wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else. It’s truly our home away from home. The staff is super accommodating, the location very convenient (you can walk almost anywhere) and the rooms and grounds are spotless. Looking forward to our next stay in December.

Terrible maintenance and no hotel personnel. Bathroom sink had no stopper. Shelf missing in the bathroom. Peeling paint everywhere outside. Water pressure was terrible. Water wasn’t warm enough. Electrical plugs were broken or not secured. Receptacle plates were missing. Blinds don’t work. Dirty carpets. Exterior Wood trim coming off on various spots around the property. Storing luggage in the public dining room is ridiculous when no one to protect your stuff. Wallpaper in the main building coming off. Termite and powder post beetle damage in the fancy woodwork that should have been repaired in the main house. Room needs painted. The room I booked online with pretty woodwork and wood floors was far from what I got. Our room was in the adjacent building with carpet and painted woodwork. Not even close to how we were misrepresented or bait and switch with the room. The picture online of the room we booked wasn’t even close to what we got. I should have read the reviews before I booked. Run fast. Way more places better than this for the money. Terrible room for my birthday. Will never stay there again.

Abysmal. Curry Mansion has a lot of history. I stayed here in the 90’s with my parents when it was a family-friendly bed and breakfast. Those days are long gone. Now you’re lucky if you don’t get woken up in the wee hours by trashy people fighting over who-knows-what (drugs? money? baby momma drama? Take your guess!) by the pool. The location is convenient, but I’d personally rather go somewhere better (and cleaner) farther out for the same price. I should also mention that there isn’t any staff to help. You’re on your own, or you can email and wait about a day for a response.

Having previously stayed twice at the Curry Mansion Inn when it was still owned by the Curry family, my husband and I had no hesitation in booking a deluxe king room with balcony for our recent trip to Key West. What a disappointment on this occasion. The room itself was not clean and I found some maggots in the corner of the room. The door to the balcony would not shut and the sink in the bathroom was rusty and not cleaned properly. There are no staff on site except for a lady that serves coffee and a couple of items for breakfast over in the main house, which you have to pay separately for. Previously, breakfast was served round the pool and included in the price as was a happy hour 5-7 every evening. The rooms are not cleaned at all during your stay . The staircarpet to the first floor rooms looked as though it had never been vacuumed and was filthy. I would certainly not recommend people to stay here any more.

Check in was simple, but if you were expecting a representative on site surprise no one was available. The good news was text messages worked and became very import as our stay progressed. The mansion is impressive, but our room was discussing the carpet had not been vacuumed in a long time and was badly stained. Do not walk on it in bare feet!! and then to our surprise a extra large sound stage was set up outside our room and during sound checks our room vibrated severely. We checked out and found another hotel for our stay. top price for crap. I will never stay at the Amsterdam Surry Mansion again.

pros: Central. Walking distance to sunrise pier and other restaurants, bars and pubs.Neat rooms. Restaurant on site was nice but basic, and service was good. Service was shocking. Booking is done through an offsite agent. 10am check. Doors lock up and we could not get back in to pack. 3am fires alarm woke everyone. No Apology or explanation. Eventually someone arrived to open our door so we could pack up. Definitely lacks service with a smile…

This was not a perfect place but it was clean . Convenient to everything. Would like to see this place back to what it was. Not a aibnb. This place needs love and care. Don't like how know one is there. If I owned it I have it the way it was supposed to be. I will stay there again. Thank you. Not much parking so be prepared.

Very cool hotel, just steps off Duval. Its tucked away and very private. A great place to enjoy Key west. Dogs allowed too which is awesome.

If I could leave a 10 star review for service I would! We were celebrating our daughter's birthday and booked an ocean view, her request. We had an issue with the room and the manager offered exemplary service that you often don't see anymore. The hotel is beautiful, you can't beat the location, the view, and the pool. We've been to Key West dozens of times and this by far was the best! 10 out of 10 highly recommend! We will definitely come back and thank you Craig for making her birthday so very special. She was so very happy, which in turn made us very happy. Much love!

We had a great experience at Ocean Key Resort! Extremely nice rooms, ours had a good view of Mallory square and the ocean. Excellent location to explore KW without needing to drive. Even as a local I enjoyed staying here and plan to again in the future for events happening in KW so we don’t have to drive back up the keys. Staff was all very friendly and everything seemed clean and well kept.

My fiancée and I were recently there (booked under her name).The service at Ocean Key Resort & Spa was great; very responsive room service, good food and drinks, friendly staff, and a helpful team overall. Unfortunately, our stay (which happened to be during Fantasy Fest) was ruined by what was allowed to occur at the pool. When we went to the pool two days in a row, several groups of 50-60+ year old swinger-types were hanging out topless, swimming and sun tanning. It was tacky, and honestly just plain gross. No one (except "those people") want to see those nasty, old, sunbaked fake boobs. Management didn’t seem to care at all because they did nothing to stop it, despite a handful of kids being near the pool. When we left the pool early, the bartender even said, “Oh, you guys are leaving? That’s too bad. You two are the most normal people here!” That said everything. Great staff, but the lack of management's intervention made this stay a huge disappointment. Ocean Key is a relatively expensive place and I was hoping for higher standards. However, the gross stuff that was allowed to occur there significantly cheapened the overall experience. I wouldn't stay here again until management gets this under control.

I can only give the hotel three stars. It has nothing to do with the people that work there. Overall, they are lovely. It has everything to do with the owners (the resort company) trying to gouge you at every turn. They stock the room full of things that you can have, but only for a price. I'm not just talking about the minibar. I'm even talking about a cute stuffed animal on the bed for $30 (parents, be warned). First off, the resort itself has had a paint job but needs a true update. It is not as pretty as the pics make it. It's quaint and cute but not spectacular. The Opal next door is far more stunning and cheaper. What Ocean Key does have is an amazing restaurant (which anyone can go to with a reservation) and a lovely spa (which anyone can go to). But we didn't receive any special discounts or treatment for being a guest. My wife's birthday was listed. But all we got was a happy birthday when we checked out. Turndown service was listed as part of the resort fee. But after two days with no service, we were told we had to ask (never mentioned in any communication) and that policy had recently changed. And while the bartender at LIQUID is amazing, the pool itself is very small by resort standards. I hate to knock it down this low. But it does not feel like a luxury resort while charging luxury prices. That's the sad truth. Beds were super comfortable at least, and the location is great (but very loud).

I stayed with my mom for one night to celebrate her birthday, and we had such a wonderful experience. We were upgraded for her special day, and the location was perfect—right on the water with the most beautiful sunset views. The room itself was gorgeous, and we truly enjoyed every moment. The staff was warm and welcoming; Nina at the front desk was especially kind, and the manager Craig went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Our shuttle arrived in town at noon, and they allowed us to check in even though official check in is 4pm. Shouna at the front desk was pleasant. We loved our room, very clean and spacious. We got turn down service at 6pm though we asked them to come back at 7:30 while we napped. Hotel is right in the heart of Duval square activities so we walked everywhere. They are under renovation until December 2025 so there was ongoing construction during our stay, but we didn’t mind because they treated us very well. The next day Craig sent us a text that the pool was closed from 9-11am, but he allowed us to extend our checkout to 1pm so we could enjoy the pool. They even allowed us to leave our bags with them to continue enjoying the pool until 4:30 when we had to leave, and allowed us to shower in their temporary “lobby” shower. They helped me find a power outlet in the courtyard to briefly charge my work laptop for a meeting. The pool attendants were amazing, bartenders and beach chair attendants alike. We will return.

Went to stay here with my partner and if you are looking for luxury, look no further! Between the service (shoutout to Craig, Mitchell, Maya, and Steve), location, pool, views, and amenities, everything was sensational. I've been going to Key West since I was a kid and this was the first time going without family. I will make sure everyone stays here from now on as I don't think I can settle for anything less! Thank you Ocean Key for a wonderful experience; we will be back!

Best location when in Key West! You can walk everywhere and retreat to a quiet place that feels away from the hustle. The rooms are clean with robes and slippers that make you feel like you’re at a luxury destination. We had an issue with our keys, but the hotel manager solved the issue right away and compensated us for our trouble. The beach is small but nice, with all the amenities of a big resort. I would definitely stay here again.

⭐ 2/5 We chose Pier House for our 15th wedding anniversary, as we normally stay in Key West twice a year at The Marker and wanted to try something different. After this experience, we will be returning directly to The Marker. Check-in was smooth, and the room was adequate, though it could use updates. The front driveway constantly floods, requiring guests to walk through water that smells strongly of sewer. Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by a $500 smoking violation charge. No one in our party smokes, and I have a respiratory condition that prohibits exposure to smoke or strong odors. The front desk communicated with me several times via text throughout our stay and never mentioned any issue. I was asked on Friday night to text them my email address the next morning once we had left our room for "express checkout". So once we had left the hotel and was heading to the airport, I texted them and minutes later I received an itemized receipt including this charge, with no explanation. Had I not carefully reviewed it, I would never have known. The hotel cited a FreshAir sensor alert, but it’s puzzling that it was triggered only once. It seems highly unlikely that someone would smoke just once in a room they stayed in for six days. Environmental factors can sometimes trigger these detectors. Attempts to resolve this with the property went nowhere. While the property is in a nice location and the staff were polite, the way this charge was applied and handled raises serious concerns about transparency and fairness. It’s not worth the risk, stay elsewhere.

Pier House Resort & Spa - A Perfect Key West Sanctuary! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A wonderful stay! We loved our serene ocean view room 🌊. The full body massage at the spa was divine 💆‍♀️. Dinner at the on-site One Duval restaurant featured amazing seafood 🦞. Exceptional service throughout. This is the perfect peaceful escape from the busy Duval Street. Highly recommend!

My husband and I booked our stay at Pier House as an emergency beach vacation to destress. Pier House was perfect for this. Within the walls of the resort you would never know that the activity in the tourist area is there. It is very quiet and peaceful with lush greenery and water features surrounding the pathways, pool and private beach. We upgraded our room from a standard king to an ocean front dockside room. We have no regrets at all! We were lucky enough to get the corner room so we had views of the ocean and the beach. Despite the close proximity to the beach and restaurant, our room was very quiet. We couldn't hear any noise from neighbors or outdoors. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable enough. The beach and pools had plenty of loungers and umbrellas and were also kept clean. There was only one day that the beach seemed overly crowded but I suspect that this was due to guests checking in and out crossing paths because the next day it was back to normal. We were surprised by how good the food was at the resort. We aren't really breakfast people but the cappuccinos were nice. We ate lunch at the beach bar each day and never grew tired of the parmesan fries or the berry, nut and goat cheese salad. We only ate at One Duval one evening but that experience was pleasant and I was happy to find several vegetarian options. The staff is actually what really made our trip amazing, not just great. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly and kind. We always had a drink in our hands when we wanted one at the beach or pool (Linda and Nick are the best!) and the women at the front desk were helpful with making restaurant recommendations and providing directions so that we could enjoy quieter walks and avoid the action on Duval. The servers at the beach and pool work sunrise to sunset it seems and they hustle but with a smile on their face! I didn't see or overhear any negative interactions. I had some questions about my invoice at checkout and Chuck, the manager, called me after I returned home to graciously explain the details (the misunderstanding was completely on my end). The people alone are enough to bring us back. We felt welcomed, comfortable, and safe throughout our stay. I am usually a fairly tough critic but I cannot think of anything that I would improve or change about our stay. I look forward to returning when we need another emergency beach vacation!

A Beautiful experience! This place is more than amazing. It’s private, quiet, relaxing & the staff is friendly! The landscaping🌴 is like walking through an enchanted forest! It has mini waterfalls & ponds with turtles🐢 & goldfish🐡! Watch out👀…chickens🐓🐓 are walking around freely. They don’t bother you at all. This property has its very own private beach 🏖️ with hammocks for lounging. It’s a bar🍹 by the pool so convenient! The food is tasty! The spa 🧖🏽‍♀️is TOP tier! I got a facial that knocked a few wrinkles out!! We rented a chart to drive around the island. You really don’t need to leave for anything. I would definitely return!!🎉❤️🌴

My husband and I stayed at the Pier House for our anniversary and it was the best vacation we have had in years! Every step was perfect! From check in, drinks by the pool or the private beach, dinner at One Duval and our spa treatments with Mike and Courtney! I would highly recommend staying here for everything that the hotel provides as well as the location. This will be the only place I will stay when I visit from now on!

We just returned from a 5-day stay celebrating our 20th anniversary, and I can’t say enough about the wonderful experience we had. The staff was incredibly attentive throughout our visit, and a special shout-out goes to Tequila when we checked in and Stephen who assisted us with our luggage. They went above and beyond to make our anniversary unforgettable. One of the standout features is the small beach area they’ve created which is perfect for relaxing with a drink in hand while floating in the water. It felt like our own little paradise, and we even had the joy of seeing a manatee swim by almost every day! Snorkeling right from the property was another huge plus, especially since we didn’t have to book an extra charter boat to enjoy it. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. This place absolutely deserves 5 stars, and we’re so grateful to the team for making our milestone celebration so special.

Me and my friends loved our time at this hotel! The rooms were so clean, the front of hotel staff is so hospitable and helpful, and the pool and jacuzzi is just perfect! Also, the bike rental service is so easy and accessible. I plan to come back here soon! Also, the free breakfast was just what we needed every morning!

After I booked the hotel I read the reviews and was a little bit concerned, but after staying here all I can say is this place is awesome. Anthony on reception could not have been more helpful such a nice guy. 3 swimming pools and a hot tub were clean and very nice After a very a very hot day at the keys. Room was clean and the AC was quiet. I would definitely recommend staying here. I will definitely be coming back. Close to all amenities.

BUGS!!! Beware of bugs in every bed! I’m not even a customer that typically writes reviews, especially complaints. However, if I could give zero stars I would, this was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I was a returning customer to this facility, but never again. We visited last July (same time of year) & everything was great. Upon our return we could not have had a worse experience. This hotel should be ashamed of the staff that they employ. Rude, dismissive and unhelpful. Being a tourist destination, hospitality should be the bare minimum and this place is a poor excuse. The staff hides in the back office instead of addressing the problems at hand. All employees also divert to Michael who was apparently management, but not available after multiple attempts of visiting the front desk. At our arrival there were bugs present in every bed. When I went to the office to report the bugs I was told these conditions are normal for Florida and there is nothing they could do except for send housekeeping in and “spray” the next day. I was told that infestations happen and maybe it won’t happen the next day... but there was no way for them to know. I was laughed at when confirmed by staff that their cleaning and spraying wouldn't fix the problem. The staff even stated that this is a common occurrence for their property and that nothing would be done. I was offered a $45 refund for “daily amenity fee” from their management- Michael. What a joke, we got the amenity of free bugs in our bed. When housekeeping was sent in, sheets were changed, but there were multiple bugs still present. When I addressed the problem again I was dismissed by the office staff, who proceeded to leave the front desk and sit in the back office unless he saw other customers enter on the camera. I was offered no refund or offer to change rooms. Please think twice before ruining your vacation and booking with such an atrocious establishment.

Brought family down here. Room was fine. Never cleaned. Had to ask for clean towels. Garbage never collected after 4 days of being here and the hand out states rooms are cleaned after 2nd night. Nope. No parking. The others here are frat kids. So the pool has discussions you may not want your children to experience. The breakfast is always yogurt, boiled eggs, apple and OJ, milk and almond milk. There is a coffee machine in the lobby. For what you pay, you may want to look elsewhere unless you are in a frat-party mood. It is not family friendly. If I could have given it a 1/2 star or a no star, I would. Mold growing in room?

Location wise it’s good, short distance from the ferry. Cleanliness and customer service not great. The room was fine at first until the bugs came out. They were everywhere on all four beds. Couldn’t sleep after that. Had to shake everything off and sleep in a hardwood chair by the wall, so uncomfortable! When we approached the concierge, they were well aware of the situation before we even said anything about it. Then they tried to take it back when we requested a refund. All they could do was waive the resort fee (about $40 only) for a $400 Presidential Suite room charge. Unacceptable!!! I would’ve gave zero stars but it wouldn’t allow me to!

Cheap hotel should have less amenities but not be a ruin. Almost everything is either dirty or in state of decay. Some things like shower handle, or dirt on the bottom of the pool are so easy to fix, but probably management of this place does not care. Breakfast was an assortment of cheapest foods. Service was in accordance with the whole vibe, no clean towels, well, who cares? I do understand that key west is a tourist destination, but charging 100+ usd per room and offering a refuge shelter with a swimming pool is scam and shame.

Room in Avalon are pretty small, no seating, but still comfortable. For me we were just sleeping in the room.

We spent 4 nights The Guesthouses at Southernmost Beach Resort. It's a beautiful resort in an amazing location - literally, the southernmost end (the quiet end) of Duval Street. Breakfast was very good, with a chef onsite to cook omelets to taste. The afternoon refreshments were very tasty. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again. We had issues, however, with the electronics in our room, and the fire alarm falsely went off on 2 separate nights. The General Manager credited a portion of the cost back to our credit card as a result. All in all, it was a great stay. A perfect way to feel like you're in the Caribbean without leaving the US.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was very cozy, comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast on the front porch was great. Good variety each morning and very relaxing. Location was perfect on the southern end of Duval Street. A lot more quieter and relaxing. Close to beach, restaurants, shops and bars. We found our home away from home when visiting Key West. We will definitely be back.

This is our first time here. We were very pleasantly surprised with the staff and their attentiveness to all of our needs. Front desk Keith was incredible and went out of his way to accommodate our simple requests, which included toothbrushes. The room although small, was very comfortable and served its purpose. We had breakfast on the premises during our stay and the servers were very very attentive and pleasant. The only disappointment was that room service is not done daily, and the air conditioning unit was a bit noisy; however outside of that, it was a fantastic experience and we will visit again!

Highly recommend! Simple and comfortable. I’ve never slept as well at any other hotel or resort, almost better than at home. Every member of the hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. Gary and Keith at the front desk were great and made us feel so comfortable and welcome. They have cookies everyday which was a great treat. Myself and the three other people I was with were impressed with the cleanliness and upkeep of such an old building. The breakfast included was great and had plenty of options. Because the building is older sound travels between rooms. This wasn’t an issue until our last night when a large group checked into the room next to us and were roudy and loud. Besides that one group all the other guests were very respectful of noise and their surroundings. I can’t wait to visit again!

What a great find. This little gym is super comfortable and cozy. The room I had (Havana Vieja) was on the ground floor and was wonderfully appointed. The main house is well decorated and cozy. The pool area has plenty of seating and towels. The pool itself was clean and very relaxing. They have filtered water for you to drink and pitchers to take it to your room. The rooms are super comfortable and very clean. From this location, you can walk to all the fun KW things to do.

A great spot away from all of the noise but close enough to walk to Duval street and the beaches. Quiet pool setting and being an adults only made it personal and calm. We will be staying here again. Thanks Liz😎❤️

Loved it!!! Will definitely be back. Location is great: centric but with some distance from the party blocks on Duval St. Such a beautiful property. The managers are great and super helpful and available to help. The shared amenities were pristine at all times and they had a lots of coffee and tea available. The pool was immaculate and the rooms were squeaky clean :) Our room had a mini fridge and everything to make our own coffee and tea, if we didn’t feel like walking 10 feet to the kitchen or leaving our room. There is a grill on the property and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook meals while you are there.

In total the home is very nice. Well maintained and clean. Room was nice although very small with no room for a chair. Prices on Key West are very high so be prepared. Two small nits. The A/C was so loud you can't really watch TV without the volume up pretty high. Weren't planning to watch much anyway. Other is the outside lights are very bright sometimes making us think the sun was up and time to get up. Didn't rate the service as that's not part of the fee.

We had a great stay in the Fuente Suite at Azul Key West. The location is walkable to main attractions (15–20 minutes), and check-in was easy. We appreciated the on-site parking, clean pool, and community kitchen with filtered water, coffee, and tea. The room was spacious, spotless, and included a mini fridge and Keurig. The host was friendly, responsive, and clearly committed to a great guest experience. Highly recommended!

Wife and I stayed here for 3 nights around 4th of July... it was amazing! Used their online concierge service to book ourselves a golf cart and a fireworks sail. Worth every penny! Very much enjoyed the pool, onsite parking, kitchen area, constant supply of fresh towels and cold water! We will be back!! My only complaint is about the lighting in the pool area / courtyard. While dual-layer curtains are provided for every window, they do not block out all the light. For sleepers who like it dark, I think upgrading to blinds would be appreciated.

This place was perfect! The location is close to all of the places we wanted to visit. The small pool was great to relax in! The room was a good size and having access to the house and kitchen was perfect. I can’t wait to return!

Our room was terrible, sadly. It had a terrible musty smell that we reported twice. They never offered to move us, just sent maintenance to spray a deodorizer that didn't help at all. The AC unit in our room was malfunctioing and made a terrible "clicking" noise multiple times in a row, every 20 to 25 minutes that woke us up multiple times a night. The fabric covered headboard had gross stains all over it and we found ants and other crawling bugs in our room every day. Our room was also directly across from the ice machine that ran a drain cycle every so often and was so loud, it sounded like someone was showering in our bathroom- also waking us up multiple times. The hotel is located at the very end of Duval Street, but not the lively part, so if you are seeking a quieter location, this would be it. The more active bars are at least a 15 to 20 minute walk down Duval. They have two pools with bars where we had great service and drinks. Don't count on entertainment- the regge band packed up 30 minutes after starting because of rain, despite the rain stopping 15 minutes later, and they were scheduled to play for a few hours. We learned that the newer rooms were on the beach side and our friends didn't have the issues with their room we had. So, if you ensure you are in the newer buildings you may have a better experience. For the price, there are better options on the island from our discovery. We wouldn't recommend this resort unless you could guarantee being in a new room that seemed to be better maintained/cleaner.

We (Mum, Dad, 2 kids aged 9 and 11) spent a night staying at this hotel in October 2025. Good things about this hotel: -Good facilities - games, pools, etc although unfortunately kids are not permitted in the coffee bar. - Location of buildings on the southern side of the hotel is wonderful - right next to the beach and the iconic southernmost marker in Key West. This means you can have breakfast on the beach or sundowners at the pool (which is adjacent to the beach) and easily move between the two. - Plenty availability of towels - Lots of parking - Friendly and good service -Quiet by Key West standards, despite the central location Bad things about this hotel: - The hotel complex is very large and spans across many separate buildings. There is even a public road (with traffic) bisecting the hotel complex which is not ideal if with kids. - Hotel is EXTREMELY over-priced. We are from the UK (where hotels aren't cheap) and road-tripped around Florida Keys getting a good idea of the costs of hotels. Our 1-night stay cost $690 (beware all the hidden charges at US hotels - sales tax, occupancy tax, parking charges + taxes, ridiculous resort fees + taxes etc). The room was basic (two queen beds, no sea view) with a parking lot in front of it (more like a motel than a luxury hotel). -The breakfast food is quite good but they can only serve American filter coffee so capuccinos / espressos / lattes etc are not available for breakfast which was really quite poor. In summary, if budget was unlimited, I would stay here again, but based on poor value-for-money, if I return to Key West, I will probably stay somewhere else.

Nice pools and location. Plenty of outdoor bars. Employees are nice. Popular place. Love the outdoor hammocks. Cool architecture and rooms are accommodating. A/C didn't work in our room and they happily moved us. Will return.

This was our second time staying here and it has been great both times. We stayed in the ocean front rooms so our balcony view was unbeatable. Easy access to multiple pools, beach (underwhelming, but still a beach), and Duvall street. Its on the quiet side of Duvall street, so it's a little more peaceful with only a short walk to the mayhem. We stayed in October so the temperature was warm (~90°), but not horrible.

Let me start by saying I almost cancelled my reservation due to the reviews I was reading BUT I'm so happy I didn't. This resort is beautiful, our room was spacious and had a great view of the ocean. While yes, it was disappointing the beach was unusable, I realize the seaweed is a seasonal thing that is out of their control. The pools are nice at while at times busy, we always found chairs and never felt crowded. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. We ate at the cafe twice, dinner & breakfast and the food was very good. If you want to see the Southernmost Buoy, I suggest going in the morning, we were there at 8 and we were the only ones there. Also, the roosters are fun to watch and I was never bothered by their singing :)

Please don’t waste your money on this glorified motel. It is not a 4 star hotel as stated and is completely overpriced. My husband and I are frequent travelers and have traveled to places all over the world and have never had such a disappointing experience. We stayed at this dump last year and fell for the immediate upselling, money grabbing scheme that you are hit with while checking in. After paying an extra $100 per night, we are supposed to feel honored and privileged to stay in the room that we initially booked. After speaking with other guest, if you don’t fall for this scam, you will be tucked away in a mold, roach and ant infested, undesirable cell like room only to be told there are no other options. We certainly did not want to be punished in that manor, so we bit the bullet and payed the extra money. We ended up having a great stay last year. Upon check out, we were hit with yet another money grab tactic. We were asked if we wanted to make a $500 deposit, to guarantee the same rate next year. After hearing more horror stories from other guest, I asked the salesman, if we made the deposit could we be guaranteed to also stay in the same room? With no hesitation at all, she answered yes and stated she would temporarily block the room off for the same dates as our previous stay and asked us to call a month before to confirm the reservation, in which we did and also confirmed that the room we requested was available and would be blocked off for our stay. When we arrived we were greeted by the most unprofessional, rude and argumentative lady I have ever met in my entire life, Ann Marie. I have no idea why anyone would think someone with such a horrible disposition, would be considered to be the face of their establishment. I took the time to read other reviews and her name was mentioned several times as being problematic. First impressions are everything! We have never been yelled at and berated this way by another human being in our lives. Every time I would try to explain to her and show proof of our previous discussions, she would talk over me and totally dismiss our request. After an exhausting, embarrassing and unproductive battle, I guess Ann Marie won. We were stuck in one of the janky mold, roach and ant infested rooms with no balcony and a phantom fan that comes on with the light randomly in the middle of the night. After speaking with another worker at the hotel, the room we requested is one they use for upselling. If asked we would have paid extra as well, to avoid the tiny, disgusting room we were forced to take. Like many other people mentioned in their reviews, we and our group of 4 other couples that come here every year, will be planning our next stay at the Hilton as well.

Stayed for 4 days to visit Keys for the first time. The staff was very accomodating helping me with needs during my stay and concierge desk was very nice suggesting and setting up a scooter rental for day and restaurant suggestions. Room was nice and enjoyed my stay. Will definitely be back.

Overall I would say it was an okay experience. When we arrived we were a bit shocked by the chicken reviews but even though the hotel provided us with ear plugs we didn't need them. Our room was relatively sound proof and we couldn't hear the chickens. I don't know if it was just luck or if the hotel took some measures. There is also a free shuttle to the center of key west which departs every hour. The shuttle makes frequent stops but since parking is a nightmare in the center it was a nice amenity. The room was quite expensive and didn't offer as much as we had hoped for. You have to pay a hefty tax resort fee of about 50$ a day. For me this was high because all it included was access to the pool and the gym. Furthermore we had to pay for parking which cost 15$ a day. I personally feel that at least parking should have been included in the room price or the resort fee. All the staff except the receptionist weren't really friendly and treated me like an inconvenience. Overall I would say it definitely wasn't the worst experience I had in a hotel but for the price i expected much more.

The room was great! Hotel structure is also very good, pool was clean and pool area is beautiful with the iconic rooster of key west. The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel was the breakfast. There is no buffet, you have to order from the pool bar.

We stayed here recently for four nights, and my impression was not the best. Overall the hotel deserves a good review. The rooms were recently renovated to a beachy theme, they were light and comfortable but not much thought went into some things. There is no desk but there is plenty of room for one. Only two outlets in the room and one is used up by the mini fridge under the TV. The other outlet has a multioutlet accessory plugged into it giving you a whopping two extra outlets and only two USB ports. We stayed in a boathouse the night before and it had EIGHT USB outlets. The stairs were rusting out and had holes where I can see a small child (or someone with small feet) getting their foot stuck. With that said, the staff was always friendly and willing to help. The beds were very comfortable as well. The roosters weren't a problem. I think they are more prevalent with a pool view, which we had. But they still didn't bother us much. The pool was nice, and bar was inviting. However, I feel that for the money, this hotel did not reflect the cost. Resort fees plus daily parking fees are excessive. The shuttle to downtown was nice though, but I didn't see anything about that when I was booking the hotel. They need better marketing. They were recently acquired by Blue Flamingo so maybe that will help.

I stayed here first week in February for 2 nights. I nearly cancelled due to the reviews, so glad I didn't. Rooms were clean and everything worked. The shuttle was very handy indeed. Pool was warm, food from the truck was nice and staff were friendly. Real novelty with the chickens roaming around. They supply ear plugs, I guess they worked for me as I slept through the crowing. Definitely stay there again.

Wife and I booked this hotel online for vacation. As soon as we got there they informed us that our king bed was unavailable, this was frustrating. I called 2 different times before we flew down to confirm our bed and was PROMISED a king bed. The room we stayed in had potential to be nice but was not clean the floors were very dirty , the door lock in the bathroom and the main door was broken and the phone did not work. The hotel walkways and stairs were not clean as well….the outside area pools and game areas were nice the pool was keep clean and it was very pretty we did enjoy the food at the gates and then the food at the other hotel as well. All the staff were very nice and helped us with any questions we had. They seem to be putting the 2 hotels together and making them one there was some construction but was not in our way…….this hotel has potential to be a very nice get away I believe they just need to take care of the rooms better and figure out a better booking system. The stay did not ruin our vacation by any means and as long as you don’t understand what you’re getting it would be ok. Definitely not a 4 star hotel tho. From this stay I do not recommend the gates hotel for the price they charge I would recommend you spend a little more money and go so where els.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. While the facilities were nice, the service was lacking. My husband ended up cutting his foot on broken glass that was in the grass, and the staff did not have the appropriate first aid kit nor did they follow up with us as promised—especially concerning since there were kids playing in the area where the glass was located. Additionally, the room amenities were insufficient, as we were provided with too few towels. I went to the front desk to request more towels, and while the lady there assured me that two additional towels would be sent to our room, they never arrived. Overall, our stay was stressful instead of relaxing, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The room was nice but they charged a ton of extra fees that are not disclosed when you make the reservation. The fees made it 1/3 more expensive. And some of them were incorrectly applied and I had to tell them to remove them. The room also had a smoke detector that flashed a bright green the whole night. Pool was warm and nice and the chickens were cool but I would never go back. Checkin and checkout takes forever and they gave us keys that didn’t work even after another customer complained that their keys didn’t work. When we returned they just shrugged and said they had technical problems. Also there was a lot of loud noise from young students even very late at night and it’s not possible to control the fan separate from setting the temperature in the room.

We had a great stay at this property. The location was great for us to bum around Key West for a couple days. The staff was great, loved the 2 pools, and the breakfast was great! Rooms are a good size and the air conditioning was awesome. Everything was clean and well maintained that we saw. Would stay here again!

We loved our stay here! The bungalow style set-up made it feel like our room had a private entrance and private pool since it was only shared with a few other rooms. We hardly saw another guest except when we went to breakfast or to the outdoor bar (which was just a quick walk. 150yds, maybe?). Everything was clean and fresh. Also just a couple blocks off of Duval, where lots of fun bars and restaurants are located, was perfect. We could hop back and forth without feeling like it was too long of a walk. We can't wait to stay here again. (Not pictured, the huge bathroom. It was great too!)

My uncles suggested this place, and it was great! The atmosphere is unbeatable with meandering paths to the pools, bar or private bungalows, and it's walking distance from the amazing restaurants and shopping of Mallory Square. The only drawback was in the small bathroom in our room. Although the shower was large, the sink area was not, and the shower door opened out instead of in, so my wife hit her elbow on the shower door multiple times before deciding to give up getting ready in the bathroom. This issue can easily be remedied by changing the shower door to open inward, as there is plenty of room in the shower. This will keep our ladies' elbow in tact! Great experience overall, and we'll be back the next time we're in Key West!

Absolutely wonderful! Beautiful grounds, rooms and pools. Staff was excellent! So friendly, helpful and welcoming. Gave lots of suggestions and helpful. The beds were SO COMFORTABLE!! Very close to everything. The staff reserved bikes for us but we only used them once bc we were able to walk to everything. We will be returning and suggesting Winslow to everyone!

Will return! Pools both got great sun. A live musician played during mid morning. There’s a lovely lounging deck near the bar/breakfast area. A microwave, water and ice were available 24/7 in the breakfast area. The only change I’d make is upgrading to a larger room. #61 was a “Winslow room” and didn’t give much space, but it worked. We really enjoyed coming here

We had a room close to the main pool which is quite convenient. The little front yard gives the room privacy. The hotel spent a lot of money on the renovations but the AC units didn't break the bank. They are older, make a lot of noise and blow right onto the bed. I would strongly advise earplugs. Bathroom is poorly designed and somewhat claustrophobic. That said, the whole place is gorgeous, the mail pool incredible by Key West standards, the outdoor bar amazing. Breakfast could use some work, everything is clearly precooked and store bought from savory to sweet. Will we go back? Absolutely because despite what I mentioned, it remains one of the best hotels in Key West.

This hotel really impressed me from start to finish. At check-in, I was offered a complimentary drink, which immediately made me feel welcomed. To my surprise, they also upgraded my room after learning that I had a terrible stay at a different hotel before arriving. That gesture alone showed how much they care about their guests. The upgraded room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Everything about the property felt clean and well taken care of. The staff went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, and their friendliness made the stay even better. I’ve stayed at many hotels, but the service here stands out as some of the best. I left feeling relaxed and appreciated, and I’ll absolutely be back the next time I’m in town.

The Duval House is awesome! This was my husband and I 1st Fantasy Fest! All of the people there were extremely nice and readily to help you with anything. The breakfast was good and it's in a Great Location. We loved it so much, we booked for next year Fantasy Fest before we left. Definitely recommend!

The entire property was clean and inviting, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and professional. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations in every way. Fantastic location right in the heart of Key West! Absolutely wonderful vacation that was made possible by the great staff and atmosphere at The Duval House. Very welcoming and prompt communication, the free drink at check in is a great way to start your down time. Breakfast has an assortment of pastries, fruit, home made yogurt parfaits and be sure not to miss the waffle! The cabana rooms are quite small but the square footage is covered when you book the room, it was just a bit of a shock. Regardless of the size the bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, and at the end of the day it's just a place to sleep and shower, the grounds of the property are where we spent most of our time while at the hotel. There's all sorts of hidden treasures here, fish ponds, the huge courtyard tree, a hammock and a covered gazebo, and a few cats running around as well! Thank you to the staff for a great vacation!

A happy accident! Came down to Key west on a whim and to my surprise was this event called fantasy fest. I struggled to find a room and let they get a open one to let me know, to my surprise they actually called me back. I stayed in two different rooms on the property, I found both of them to be a nice quality and very clean, much of the furniture is also antique or Art Deco. The layout of the property makes the rooms feel quite private and dispersed, definitely a nicer feel than a typical hotel or beach motel layout. Really enjoyed the landscaping, lush trees along with the wonderful muffin man breakfast in the court yard with the water fountain. Staff was five stars, just a wonderful non corporate field to this place and they were so friendly. For being right in Duval street I found both the rooms I had here to be quiet enough while still being right near where all the events/action was. Enjoy.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful my stay was here. The front desk team greeted me with a free drink at check-in, which was such a nice surprise. They even upgraded my room after hearing about the awful experience I had at another hotel before arriving. That small act of kindness really turned my trip around. The upgraded room was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything I needed. The whole hotel was kept extremely clean, and every staff member I met was helpful and friendly. It’s rare to find a place that combines excellent customer service with such clean and comfortable accommodations. I’ll definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family, and it will be my go-to whenever I’m in the area!

Will definitely make Eden House our go to whenever in Key West! It's such a cute boutique hotel with very friendly staff! Upon arrival, we were offered a beverage, alcoholic and non alcoholic, and also were personally walked to our room! The 24hr coffee in the lobby was great and helped to keep me energized for the duration of our trip! The hotel was kept clean and the yard very manicured! The only complaint I have, which is none other than my own is that our room's shower didn't have a door to separate it from the main room. ( I was traveling with my teenage son )This being said, we improvised and hung a towel wall from the shower door. As far as convenience, the hotel was within walking distance to everything we wanted to do or see while we were there! Wonderful hotel with great staff! Can't wait to visit again!

This was our first time visiting Key West. After looking at dozens of places online, I chose Eden House and I'm so glad I did! My wife loves this place! We have been so happy here. We were only here for 4 days but this was one of the most pleasant stays we've ever had. The staff is beyond amazing! From Jenna at the front desk to all of the staff who are there in a moment if you need them. The property is maintained in pristine condition. The pool is spotless as is the hot tub. There is music playing at a comfortable volume all day long. We asked to see some of the other rooms that were unoccupied. Each room here has its own distinct flavor. Nothing is the same. This will make return trips more exciting and more distinctive. Staying at this hotel has been the highlight of our Florida trip. The next time we book a trip to Key West we will definitely be staying here! I couldn't recommend this any higher than five stars. For the amenities and the staff, the location and the price, you couldn't ask for anything more.

We loved our stay 819/25-8/22/25. We requested a change in rooms due to pool speaker in front of our room. We were quickly assigned a different room and loved our stay. The grounds and pool are wonderful. The location is great and the staff are friendly and helpful. My wife and I will definitely book our next stay in Key West at the Eden House.

Our stay started out really well - we arrived early and they were able to accommodate an early check in - but once the excitement of that wore off, we realized the room we were in (a tiny room with a shared patio and feet from the pool bar) was not the room we reserved (a much bigger room on the second floor on the opposite side of the hotel with a porch). When I made an inquiry about it, the guy at the front desk tried to convince me that the room we paid for and the room we were in, were the same room. I showed him pictures of the two from the site -- he still tried to say that they were the same rate - but he promised to look into it. After about 24 hours, they did switch us to the room we originally reserved. They also sent up a bottle of wine and a note of apology, which was nice, but we didn't end up drinking it - for me, it just reminded me that we'd had to raise a small fuss about the mistake. We *should have* made a thing about staying in a room for a night that was definitely a lower price than what we paid, but at that point, we just wanted to move on. The whole thing wasn't terribly conducive to relaxing but we managed to let it mostly go and enjoy ourselves. In any event, the bed was comfortable, the AC amazing (and needed in the mid- August heat) and the pool (and pool bar) very enjoyable. I don't think we'd ever return to this property but it is a nice place - as long as you double/triple check that the room you reserve is the room you actually get (and are charged for).

I took my wife to Key West for her 50th. When they realized it was her BD, we arrived to our room and was greeted to a complimentary bottle of champagne which was a nice little touch. I bought their smallest room, which was small of course, but we didn't plan on spending much time in the room so that wasn't important to me. The room was very clean and it was certainly nice and well cared for. The whole property was nice and clean as well. the pool was clean and there were always fresh towels and water coolers for filling up our water bottles which we used frequently and very much was appreciated. The price was right and I'm really glad I chose this place and I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Key West. Thank you Eden House!

This hotel is a scam. They advertise rooms with queen size beds that are clearly full size at best. I actually measured the bed and it was far smaller. On top of that the room is almost closet sized with an exposed shower and sink which makes it feel very humid in the room. There's barely enough space between the bed and wall to walking into the room. The shower also hadn't been cleaned with a piece of old soap stuck to the floor and bug crawling under the pillow when i moved it.. I brought it to the attention of the man working the front desk who first told me it was a queen. The GM came on later that evening and admitted that it wasn't a queen and offered us a slightly larger rom but same size bed. Again the sink was in the room and it was stuffy and humid which made it hard to sleep more than four hours. I canceled the room after one night and tried to get my money back, but they've refused. Do not stay at this hotel. This is basically a hostel with hotel prices, $260 a night in my case/

Dawson & Sammy were fabulous! They took such good care of us. The complimentary Belgian waffle for breakfast every morning was a real treat, as was the yogurt parfait. Staying at this Bed & Breakfast was quaint & charming. We enjoyed our morning breakfast conversations & our pool side chats. Everything was within walking distance, but if it wasn't they offered bicycle rentals, (with baskets for any purchases). We will definitely be returning & this will be our go to spot. Now if we can just get Sammy to fulfill the role as cabana boy & serve adult beverages at night poolside 😏

Oh my goodness. I don’t really want to review The Garden House as I would love to keep it as my own little secret. 😉 The owner Sammy Miami could not have been any more accommodating and helpful. We stayed in the Tiny Queen Room which was perfect for our one night stay. Beautifully appointed, the whole place had a true Key West feel to it. We booked it first and foremost for its convenient location to downtown Key West but this ended up being secondary to the value of our stay there. Breakfast, made by Sammy himself and served on the beautiful outdoor balcony, was delicious. A dip in the comfortable body temperature pool was delightful after a day in town and we really couldn’t fault anything here. Thanks Sammy for giving us such a great experience. The Garden House – Key West I only stayed at The Garden House for one night, but I’ve rarely experienced such warmth and genuine care for guests. Sammy is simply wonderful – the kind of host you dream of. The house and the rooms are decorated with so much love and attention to detail, it immediately feels like a home away from home. The location is perfect, and the pool? Absolutely amazing. I’ll definitely be coming back next year. Thank you for such a beautiful and memorable stay!

Loved this spot and the accommodations! This is a quaint traditional guest house, with clean, comfortable rooms surrounding a nice small pool and kitchen type common area for congregating. We enjoyed meeting fellow travelers over the continental breakfast each morning and around the pool in the evenings after a long day of walking and Key West activities! The staff (aka Sammy Miami!) was super helpful with anything we needed and made great recommendations for meals, activities, etc. The location is walking distance to pretty much everything or a 5 minute uber ride! We would 100% return here and met several couples who come back regularly! Thank you!!

We had the best time with our stay. The staff was extremely helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about the area. The room was perfect and exactly what we reserved. The location was close to old Town but not to close where the noise would bother us. We plan on staying here again when we go to Key West. A special thank you to Sammy! The service was excellent, everyone we met was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, it was waffles, yogurt and Orange juice. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Key West. We were able to park right in front of the hotel and we didn’t need our car at all to enjoy all the activities, restaurants, and sights around town. The rooms are small but have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The property is a bit old fashioned.

Our stay at the Marquesa hotel was 10/10. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. The bathrooms especially were gorgeous. There are two very nice pools and plenty of chairs and it didn’t feel crowded at all. The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable with any questions. We also had breakfast and dinner at the cafe and the food was incredible, the gnocchi in particular at dinner was some of the best gnocchi we’ve ever had. We will definitely be back!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the Hotel Marquesa in Key West! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like VIP – incredibly engaging, warm, and attentive without ever being overbearing. Every interaction felt genuine, and they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The rooms are absolutely luxurious – beautifully designed, spotless, and equipped with ice-cold air conditioning that was an absolute lifesaver in the Florida heat. Coming back to the room after a day of exploring Key West felt like stepping into a private oasis. And then there’s the pool… simply heavenly. Boutique hotel, centrally located. Staff is very friendly and service oriented. Problems with the TV in the bedroom that the Tech staff could not resolve. Living room TV was fine. Could not figure out the high tech telephone in the suite...neither could the desk clerk who came to our room. Grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Quiet atmosphere is like a private oasis.

This is a review of the Marquesa Cafe not the hotel cause I didn’t stay here just stopped by for dinner. Let’s start with the service, it was amazing just peak of the peak. The restaurant was so accommodating too, I came in thinking I could get the 7 course experience but they informed me it was only available for parties of minimum 2. My server talked to the chef and the chef said she would make an exception. Now for the food, it was phenomenal, just fabulous. Everything tasted so fresh and the flavors were just so amazing. I have pictures but I won’t include them cause this is definitely something you should go try for yourself. No sneak peeks!

We only spent one night at this beautiful accommodation, but it left a lasting impression. The first thing that caught our eye was the stunning garden — lush, peaceful, and full of charm. It felt like a hidden oasis where time slowed down, inviting you to relax and breathe. The house itself was immaculately clean and filled with character. Every corner seemed to tell a quiet story, and there was a subtle scent of history in the air — not old or dusty, but warm and authentic. The blend of historical touches with modern comfort created a unique and welcoming atmosphere. The location couldn’t have been better. Everything was within walking distance — whether you wanted to explore local sights, find a good restaurant, or just wander through the area, it was all just a few steps away. Even though our stay was short, we felt completely at ease. It’s rare to find a place that manages to combine beauty, comfort, and convenience so effortlessly. We would love to return for a longer visit and soak up more of the peaceful atmosphere this place offers. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a charming and relaxing getaway.

We stayed three nights as a family of five. The location was perfect - quiet, a walk away from everything but not smack in the middle of it. The space was great inside and out. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and such, the porch was wonderful. Have zero complaints or unfulfilled wishes. Plan on returning someday in the future. 10/10.

We didn't stay at the hotel as the kid didn't like the old house. I find the property one of the coolest places I have seen in a very long time. Don't expect luxury, but history and the vegetation around the proporty is awesome. The room did have a slight chemical smell. The folks managing the property were very nice.

So we originally booked the hotel next door Key West bed and breakfast we went to check in and there was a note on the door saying we had to go next door when you're slipping your bags around after trying to find a parking space while other hotel guests are fighting with residents in the street over parking spaces you don't really want to take your bags and go looking for a place that you need to check in so we have to walk next door with all of our bags through the entire property all the way to the back where their offices I'm not sure why you would have your station where you greet your guests in the back of your property that really doesn't make much sense to me but okay the guy gives us our keys and we go back with all of our things we open the door and the smell hits you in the face as soon as you enter it was so absolutely horrific I couldn't even believe that they were letting us check in here so we go up the stairs because our room is on the third floor and as you go up higher and higher the heat is unbelievable now they have bathrooms with the doors open it smells like somebody just went to the bathroom it was so absolutely horrific I didn't know what was going on we had to hold our noses as we were walking up the stairs the doors were open to the outside so I'm assuming they knew something was wrong because it's a hundred degrees in Key West and you have doors open to the outside we opened our room door the third floor balcony and I couldn't even tell you what the room looked like because the smell was so horrific that we had to shut the door and run back downstairs mind you we have all of our things for our week vacation now we've just walked them all the way up the stairs now we have to walk them all the way back downstairs go next door and walk all the way through the property to tell the guy the room smells like their pipes just burst in their bathroom so after a few minutes of them calling around they say okay you can stay at Island City house so we go to the Island City house the room is decent it's not really cozy it's just a room with a kitchen and a bed it's nothing spectacular the furniture is really old and kind of falling apart fine they have a nice little sitting area outside so it's not private just so you know people will walk by you all day but at least you have somewhere to sit outside so now comes the night time there are the brightest lights you can ever imagine outside of our balcony and there's no way to control them they have lace curtains so you can see straight through so if you're trying to get a good night's sleep this is not the place it is so incredibly bright during the night that you would think that it's the daytime and also in room 24 the AC vent shakes so much when it's on it sounds like there's a plane overhead so to say we had a relaxing vacation sorry but we didn't I probably would not choose this hotel in the future they really need to revamp where they greet their guests and also go in the rooms and see that there are not cozy there needs to be changes made to this property so people can feel comfortable when they go to sleep at night I would give this place three stars and that's being generous.

We stay at Alexander’s Guesthouse every time we visit Key West, so when it came time to choose accommodations for our wedding week, there was no question—we had to stay here. Where do we even begin? From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by familiar, friendly smiles that felt like coming home. The staff consistently went above and beyond throughout the entire week. A sweet, unexpected moment that stood out was when they discovered it was my birthday at check-in and later surprised me with a cupcake and candle to celebrate. Little gestures like that show just how much they care. This trip was all about our wedding, but staying at Alexander’s always feels like being part of a close-knit family. We shared conversations, called each other by name, and genuinely cared about how each other’s days were going. That warmth and connection is truly special. And the rooms! They’re so comfortable and beautiful, with personal touches everywhere you look—no detail is too small. It’s the perfect blend of charm, comfort, and thoughtful design that made our wedding week even more memorable. We honestly can’t imagine staying anywhere else when we’re in Key West. Alexander’s Guesthouse isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a place we love to come back to, time and time again.

I took my 75 year old mom to Key West for the first time and we both loved staying at Alexander's Guesthouse. The staff was super friendly, kind, and welcoming. The location was great because it is in a quiet neighborhood yet close enough to walk to the popular tourist areas which we did all weekend. We especially appreciated the attention to detail of the staff restocking the coffee in our room since my mom and I are both coffee lovers and drink a cup early in the morning so we never had to ask them to replenish it. Both my mom and I's favorite part of the whole place was the tranquil pool area. It was great to spend the morning exploring and come back after lunch just to relax and cool down in such a beautiful setting. We will certainly be staying here again upon our return!

Staff is kind, engaging, & attentive. Beautiful property. Rooms refreshed daily-without even having to ask! People are out cleaning and refreshing the property every morning. Breakfast is good, lots of options, and served daily until 10:30. Who doesn't love a fresh, made-to-order omelette?! Pool, hot tub, lounging area, and bar are all great! Daily 1-hour open bar for happy hour? Yes, please!! Wonderful experience overall! You must visit and see for yourself!

It was a great place to stay for a quick getaway in KeyWest. The staff are polite, friendly and helpful. The service is top-notch as well. The weekend we went was quiet and peaceful. The neighborhood is clean and close to the social scene. It was great to be able to rent bikes and ride around town. We hope to be back soon!

Michael is a life saver. We were in need of help during locals parade at fantasy fest. Michael had all the tools and was so very helpful. Being a local and knowing Alexander’s well from the many events they sponsor, we thank them for their awesome care for our community!

Alexander’s is a perfect place to stay in Key West. The house and grounds are well appointed and very island stylish. Our room was spacious and very clean. Pool is the perfect size for friends and laughs. The real gem here is the team, Tim, Olga, Bautista and everyone we interacted with knew us by name and anticipated anything we could want. 10/10 for the team at Alexander’s. We will be staying here again.

I have stayed at this guesthouse 5 times now, and more planned in the future. What a lovely place, a good distance from Duval so you get quiet. The staff is lovely, the ambiance is very key west. 10/10 will return at least a few more times.

We just got back from a five night stay and could not be happier with the service we received, the cleanliness of the rooms and the location of this property near Duval St. After a small booking error on my part with our date of arrival and leaving both Genevieve, and Drew were extremely helpful in securing a room for us during our entire stay. The front porch was a nice place to eat the breakfasts they provided and the back upstairs belcony was a fun area to enjoy happy hour each afternoon. All of the staff went above and beyond, making sure that we were content. It was a perfect spot for a perfect getaway.

Absolutely recommend this spot to stay in Key West! Lovely and very welcoming host at the front office, and made to feel like exactly how a guest house should be, homey and inviting. It’s right in the center of town but on a quiet street so it’s the best of both. Room is very comfortable with a well working AC and breakfast is a very generous nice spread, with excellent locally sourced bagels that are delicious! Happy I chose this spot and recommend you do if the price is right. I will just say two minor inconveniences, the wifi in most of the hotel is very good, but in my room itself it was very weak and kept going in and out of signal. The other thing is there was no chair or table in the room if you need to work or eat, there was a very comfortable couch though.

The location is perfect! We walked everywhere! Super close to Duval and Fort Zachary, and Southernmost Point was only a 25min walk. But the best part of stay was Drew! He met us outside upon our arrival and took out luggage in. He wrote out a list of restaurant suggestions, and put a bottle of wine and glasses in our room for our anniversary with a sweet note. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely book again!

It's my last night staying at L'Habitation for an anniversary trip. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The gentleman at the front desk, Drew, was an amazing resource for best places to park, and recommend amazing restaurants. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes walking distance to almost everything you'd want to do in Key West. Really close to Duval and all the action, but still feels quiet and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful rooms and cozy beds await! Close enough to Duval to be convenient, but far enough away to be quiet. Also, much gratitude to the owner! Our car broke down on the way causing us to arrive much later than expected. Although the office had closed for the night, he made sure we had everything we needed once we arrived - keys, lodging notes, a list of restaurants for dinner, and a map to find parking in an otherwise crowded area. Hotel went above and beyond with their service. We were able to check in early and leave our stuff in one room (we booked 2). They called when our 2nd room was ready. They allowed us to leave our stuff at the hotel when we checked out. Nice, clean room. Lite continental breakfast. Happy hour. Enjoyed hanging out on the front porch. Very centrally located, 2 blocks off Duval Street.

Our stay at the Knowles house was fantastic. The location was great with places to eat and drink all very close to the house. Inside the rooms were spacious and i can’t believe we found a rental with this many bedrooms and bathrooms all in one place for such a good price. All of the common areas and rooms had fans to help with the heat and humidity since our trip was in mid August. Would definitely recommend.

We recently stayed at the Knowles House Cottage in Key West. The property was wonderful - great location, parking, clean and well-appointed for 2-4 people. Sokha, property manager, was terrific before, during and after our stay. Answered all questions and offered suggestions for us while we were there.

Best place to stay in Key West!! I have stayed all over the island, but loved this hidden gem. There is a beautiful pool and patio area to enjoy the beautiful weather of Key West. The accommodations are perfect and include plenty of room for our party. It is in a great location on the island, in close distance to the major points of interest in Key West. There is also a great bakery across the street, lunch spot next door, and the famous 5 Brothers Cuban Coffee and Sandwich spot just two blocks away. Would highly recommend and can't wait to stay here again!

Knowles House Air BnB in Key West has a charming ambiance and excellent hospitality. It’s in a prime location, it provides easy access to the vibrant local scene, including restaurants, shops, and the beautiful beaches. The rooms are tastefully decorated, blending modern comfort with a touch of classic Key West flair. Each space is clean, cozy, and well-equipped, ensuring a relaxing stay. The outdoor areas, including a lovely pool and garden, are perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. What truly sets Knowles House apart is the attentive service from the hosts. They are warm, welcoming, and always ready to offer recommendations or assistance, making guests feel right at home.

This was our first bed and breakfast experience, and we certainly picked the right one. Christina has a bright, energetic, fun personality! The house is very pretty. Loved the courtyard and pool. Happy hour was held over because we were running late. Beds and pillows are awesome. Breakfast was very tasty. Super nice place to go, we would do it again in a heart beat!

My experience at the Knowles house was so wonderful and it has mostly to do with the Pam and Christina the amazing women that run the house. Upon entering you feel like you are visiting relatives, that is how they treat you.... Both the sweetest.. and will do anything for you. They have the best personalities, Christina was always there offering a drink during the day or gluten free options. The space is beautiful especially the roof deck and the pool area. The breakfast was great to start the day and the location was fabulous. I adore the keys and I adore the Knowles house.. Thank you ladies for making our trip the best it could be.. will be back soon I hope !!!

We love this quaint bed and breakfast. I would say the hospitality's outstanding and even better than our experiences at hotels. Ms. Christina was such a lovely lady. Breakfast was delicious!! The Knowles house has such a friendly and cozy atmosphere. We'll definitely stay here again when we come back.

Lovely little hotel right in the heart of Truman Annex. Room was nicely equipped, though the bed was quite tall. Lovely host during daytime hours. Breakfast was basic, but all you need to grab a quick bite before heading out for the day. The only hassle was our evening check in required us to first stop at the sister property to get keys, then drag our suitcases on the 15 minute walk. It would be nice if the larger property would drive you in a golf cart. Again, that was the only misstep of our stay. Parking was excellent and just steps from the hotel in a private designated lot. The location was ideal and everything was walkable.

We enjoyed our time overall, but there were a few areas of disappointment. The location of our room was inconvenient, as we had to climb stairs with luggage, which made arrival and departure more difficult. Additionally, we were under the impression that we would be receiving a room with a private balcony and a four-poster bed, which was not the case. That said, there were many positives. Kimberly was outstanding—her warm conversation and excellent recommendations truly enhanced our experience. The property’s location within Truman Annex was superb: it was quiet, beautifully maintained, and close to everything we wanted to do. Having the golf cart rental was also ideal and made exploring the area very easy. Overall, while the room itself did not meet expectations, the service, location, and amenities made it memorable.

We were looking for quiet and comfortable in a great location for our first trip to Key West and man, did we hit a home run. We opted for the deluxe king and were certainly not disappointed. Large spacious room, wonderful veranda, and plenty of tropical surroundings. Breakfast every morning included a selection of locally made croissants we fell in love with. The location within the Truman Annex provided a quiet environment but with easy access to everything the city had to offer. And Jen, part manager, part tour guide, part friend you love catching up with, even if it was our first time meeting her. We loved our stay.

Planned a last-minute trip to Key West and happened to find this wonderful place. The staff were unbelievably kind and flexible, letting us park and check in early and leave our car parked after check-out while we kept on sightseeing. The room was spacious with strong air conditioning which was a must after being in the crazy heat. The bed was comfy, big bathroom and shower, and all the essentials you need in the room. This B&B is also affiliated to the Opal Key Resort, which has a huge and cooled swimming pool and towels at the pool, which we used because it was very hot out! A lovely little to-go breakfast was provided with coffee and water available at all times. The neighborhood is a really nice respite from the big party street and busy areas at night, feeling calm and safe getting home late. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

We are frequent visitors to Key West and stayed at the Weatherstation Inn recently for the very first time for four nights. I cannot speak more highly of Jen and the whole staff, they were fantastic. The location of the Inn is absolutely perfect, in the beautiful, quiet Truman Annex, yet it's within just a few minutes' walk of the restaurants, bars and music of Key West. Our room was well-appointed and lovely, and now that we've found it, I can't imagine us staying anywhere but here next time we're in town.

We enjoyed our visit at the weatherstation. As a disabled senior, I appreciated the elevator to our room, and the ramp from the parking lot to the hotel. The accessible shower was a huge plus, and the continental breakfast was more than ample. The pool was clean and offered shade where necessary. It was no more than a 10 minute walk to duval street. Neat, clean, friendly and historic. We will be back

Perfect location about 2 blocks from all the fun. It was great to have a light breakfast until you found the restaurant you wanted to hit up for brunch. Rooms were clean and cozy. Even had slippers! Our shower was massive and water was hot right away.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Mark and Gail were wonderful hosts and made sure that everything went smoothly for our stay. The rooms we stayed in were beautiful and the property was so pretty. We even had a private pool to use! The rooms were stocked with snacks and other necessities. On our next trip to Key West we will definitely call to stay again!

Suite Dreams was great. Mark was easy to work with and helped us book the best activities in Key West. The location is on a quiet, cozy street still only minutes from downtown. Highly recommend renting the bikes for a very low cost. If we're ever back in Key West we will almost certainly choose Suite Dreams again.

We stayed Saturday November 23 - 27, the weekend and week leading up to Thanksgiving. The room size was good. Had all the essentials needed for a stay, king size bed, bathroom, closet, small fridge, microwave and coffee pot, along with some essential kitchen items like silverware and dishes as well. The hotel is quaint and quiet, which is exactly what we wanted. We wanted to stay away from the crazy and business of Duvall street. There's parking right outside of the hotel, which is a huge plus for Key West! The inside of the gated hotel garden area is filled with plants, trees, and a small soaking pool which makes it feel very tropical. A cute cat resides there too. It's located in a residential area and is very close to the Southernmost Point, Higgs Beach, and the White Street Pier, where we did a lot of fishing. The hotel is older and a little outdated, but has a lot of history to it. The owner Mark was extremely nice and welcoming and provides a lot of good information about Key West, attractions to visit, restaurants and good happy hour places.

We stayed Jun. 12-14 with our 8 year old son in the Old Town Suite. It was the perfect size for the three of us. The hotel is quaint and quiet. We loved the cocktail pool! The hotel is within walking distance to the Southernmost Point marker. It's also in a quiet part of town. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed from November 6th- 10th and we came in late on the 6th and immediately after settling in and getting ready to go to bed we spotted 6 palmetto bugs on our first night. I immediately texted the host at 2 o’clock in the morning to inform him, and I was pretty calm about the whole situation even though there’s no reason for those to be in a suite. I also had hopes that the host would take care of the problem the following morning his approach to the situation was to give me bug spray and spray the cracks all around the wall and floor with peppermint air freshener, and proceeded to tell me that it’s inevitable because it’s a Florida thing, But I live in Florida and I spray the exterior of my house in Palmetto bugs don’t come in. Then again the host wife was explaining to me how harmless they are but again I shouldn’t be in a suite with five or six palmetto bugs crawling around the floors and or walls. We didn’t see any on day two at least that I know. Now here comes day 3 We are starting to go to bed I get up turn the light on on to give my kids a drink and there and 2 more on the wall and one crawling around the floor. So moral of the story is this place has an insect problem clearly and the host does little to nothing to address that issue. I would say the only good thing about this place is the location. We tried to use the grill and it had propane or was waterlogged. It’s advertised that it has two pools but the only one available to the rooms is the cocktail pool. And for the people reading this review that don’t know what Palmetto bugs are they are huge cockroaches that jump and fly. So I would suggest if you have the money especially if you plan to bring kids stay elsewhere unless you don’t mind cockroaches, crawling around the floor in walls.

What a wonderful gem in Key West! We stayed with my parents and child in the Hemingway Suite. Mark was very helpful in securing our reservation for visiting Dry Tortugas National Park and gave great recommendations for dining in the area. The Inn is a comfortable walking distance to the southernmost point bouy. Rooms are clean, pool was warm even when the weather was a bit cool/rainy for typical Key West in February. We had large umbrellas to use for one stormy night and delicious snacks provided that we took with us to the National Park. I will definitely recommend and hope to stay again in the future!

Suite dreams inn, we stayed in the Hemingway suite the nicest you have to offer. Our stay here unfortunately was not the best. It started out with a late check in because apparently the people who stayed there before us had a late check out causing us to not be able to check in on time. The owner offered no compensation for the late check in. There were no check in instructions causing us to have to call and wait for someone to come to the rental. Communication was difficult as the owner was out of the state and his son was the one doing everything. We rented bikes one day, the price ended up costing more than what we were originally told and what was put in the suite dreams info booklet inside of our rental. The showers are extremely small and not fit for a larger person. I thought it was unprofessional when the owner had me cancel my reservation through Expedia and make the reservation directly through him. Expedia held $100 of my money because of the cancellation and would not give it back the owner didn’t offer any compensation either. If you are reading this on Expedia go ahead and save yourself the trouble and just book directly through their website. Other than that the place is not terrible. They provide you with towels, soap, body wash, and snacks. If you’re staying in the Hemingway suite the pool is nice the pool deck definitely needs to be replaced though. For the amount they are charging to stay here I expected better hospitality and professionalism.

Unfortunately, this place does not match the photos. It urgently needs maintenance. The carpet is old and damaged, the shower has no water pressure, the windows are dirty and need painting. I do not recommend it. The housekeeping is ok but the cleaning also leaves something to be desired. The location is excellent.

Kona Kai is a great place to stay in Key West. You're on the end of Duval so it's a little more quiet, which is great. This property has completely contactless check in and out processes. This worked well, but because we landed before check in we had to leave our bags on the side of the porch because there is no office on the property. Not a big deal, there is a key coded gate and everything was safe. Not really a ding just putting it in the review so others are aware. The room was nice and big enough for 3 adults and a kid. We had a room with a kitchenette (mini fridge/freezer, sink, toaster, keurig, and microwave) and that made is easy and convenient for light breakfast of bagels and coffee. Very conveniently located to 2 Duval Loop stops and the Thirsty Rooster bar/liquor store. My only minus is there is no ice machine/ water station on the property. You can go across the street to the Southwinds motel (which we also stayed at a pervious trip) and get water and ice there, but one on the property would be nice. But that's it. Kona Kai is a good place to stay, and I'm sure we'll be back again on a future trip.

We had a great time here! The property was exactly as described. The staff was incredibly helpful when we had a couple of questions through our stay. The location is on a quieter street but an easy walk to Duval.

This place is in a great location and the room was mostly nice. However, the coffee machine in our room was broken and we could hear the couple in the room neighboring ours arguing at all hours of the day/night. We also had difficulty checking in, as they don't seem to be able to communicate with people with phone numbers outside of the US.

All of the reviews for here did not match up to my experience at all. I loved staying at Kona Kai! I love the location it’s only 10 minute walk to the beginning of the main area of Duval but the options for food and drinks that were close by to here were perfect! My room was so clean, the pool was small but it’s all you need for a quick jump in chill in with a book. Sit on the front porch with coffee or a glass of wine. I would definitely stay here again!

Find a room of a similar size capable of accommodating a family of 5 in the same area for a cheaper price then in all honesty you probably won't be staying here. We kind of knew what we were expecting but the rooms in the photos do look bigger than what they actually are not to mention the one very small and very in need of renovation bathroom. It was very cosy in there, fairly dated but was clean and more than suitable for a few nights stay. You do get the sense the rooms are very well used and things are well worn and they also seem to allow people to bring their pets and you are left with the feeling that someone's dog was probably sleeping on that well stained small sofa on the corner of the room. That being said our main reason for staying here was for the location and with the parking included in the rate you will be really hard pushed to find anything and anywhere better than here. And the whole house itself (divided into 5/6 separate rooms) looks quite charming. We were very lucky arriving around 1pm that our room was ready and they graciously allowed us to check in to it early from lady working at reception who was fabulous and helpful. They made it clear in the booking information that the check in location was different to the staying location as there are a number of properties managed by the same company. There are a couple of parking spaces at the check in location which we were able to utilise without issue. We were only in Key West for a night and staying here with the early check in really did allow us to maximise our time. It was so great being able to park our car outside the guest house and walk down to the local beach or a block to Duval Street and the Southern Most Point landmark. Parking seems to be a lot more restrictive, limited and expensive than it was when we first visited 20 years ago (always the way it seems these days!). I doubt we'll ever visit Key West again now but if we did we would still absolutely consider one of the guest houses like this rather than the overinflated hotels. You can find hotels cheaper but you'll have to look further out of the area then have to way up parking charges (can be $20 for a few hours) or transport back into the area.

Was a great location, great room, the pool is not a pool it is a hot tub

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you’re looking for peace, value, or comfort. The room and terrace were constantly noisy due to loud poolside music starting at 07:30 and continuing for around 14 hours — every single day with the same playlist. Plus you have an air con unit next to you belting out hot air and a loud fan noise. It was relentless! Transport was another letdown. We weren’t informed that the shuttle bus needed to be booked in advance, and it only runs a few times a day — not in the evenings when you'd actually want to use it. This made getting around quite expensive with Ubers and the hotel location being out of town. The hotel itself feels tired and in need of a refresh — a good clean and a fresh coat of paint would go a long way. Meals are served on plastic plates and drinks in plastic cups, which really cheapens the experience. There’s no indoor bar open late, which limits evening options. To top it off, the $30 daily parking fee is excessive and adds to the overall poor value for money. Disappointing stay.

We loved our stay at Parrot Key Resort! The property is gorgeous with lush landscaping, peaceful pools, and clean, comfortable rooms that made it easy to relax. The staff were welcoming and attentive throughout. Special thanks to Manager Ashley, who helped us quickly resolve a problem with genuine care and professionalism—she turned a potential headache into a great experience. Between the beautiful setting and outstanding service, Parrot Key is an easy 5 stars. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful. Clean. Deluxe. Everyone from the front desk to the valet and mangle were exceptional. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable. The only thing I would say is that the AC was not working but it wasn’t hot in the room because of the fans in the ceiling. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

After a two-and-a-half-week road trip through South Florida, Parrot Key was our second-to-last stop for one night. Looking for relaxation? Then this is not your hotel. Party music early in the morning by the pool, gardening work at 6 a.m., and very noisy rooms (we could hear the footsteps of the people below us). Looking for decent rooms? Then this hotel, or apartment 55B, is not for you. The carpet in front of the fridge was soaked, the living room carpet was disgustingly sticky in one spot, the furniture and walls were worn out, light switches didn’t work, and bulbs in the bathroom were defective. The location is in a commercial area. Without a car it will likely be expensive or exhausting to get to the tourist spots. The valet parking is basically a joke, since the parking spaces are right next to the hotel. For the price, we expected more and were glad we had only booked for one night.

Cute little place, 3 pools. If you stay anywhere other than the 1st floor, you have to go up steps. They give you a glass of champagne when arriving. It is about a mile from Duvall Street and they offer a shuttle that's free but only at certain times

Booked a room here and got a confirmation number only to drive 4 hours and for them to tell me the card declined and they tried to call me. I checked my phone and had no missed calls. The room then cost almost double the $299 plus tax confirmed with my confirmation number. I used to stay here a lot and book all my employees rooms here. Won’t be back. See photos for proof

Parrot Key is great if you have lots of money to spend and don't care about value. To summarize my review: book a fancy king guestroom with a water view or don't book at all. My partner and I were mistakenly assigned a one bedroom unit with two queen beds at first, rather than the one king bed that we booked. This gave us the chance to see the basic furnishings and groddy bathroom (that others have noted in their reviews) up close. Later in our stay, we heard other guests complaining about cleanliness as well. I could not imagine paying over $300 a night (including all fees) in the off-season for this room. The front desk very kindly reassigned our room and actually upgraded us to the 2 king room referenced above. The cleanliness and quality of this unit was top notch-- I felt like I was at a different resort, and we had a great stay. My second caution to readers is that the resort fee is high (~$57/day) and we got nothing out of it, other than: a small shuttle that runs infrequently, a beach that you can't swim in (gross water), and comp drinks by the pool that you can only claim with a voucher from the front desk (not mentioned until checkout). The food and drinks served by the hotel bar/restaurant were great, as was the service, but more expensive than some of the nicer restaurants in town. To end this review on a positive note, Steve the Concierge was the only employee we interacted with that seemed to enjoy his job. He was a pleasure to talk to and he set us up with an in-house golf cart rental which was one of the highlights of our trip. Thanks Steve!

Enjoyed a short but great stay at the Hampton Inn Key West. The rooms are clean and spacious. The shower head was fantastic making for great showers at days' end. We enjoyed complimentary drink at the Cheekie Hut. The waitresses and waiters were awesome. Good drinks and conversation. The free shuttle to downtown every half hour of so was a great addition. Highly recommend the Hampton Inn.

I rented waterfront view room and it was soooooo worth it!!!Newly renovated rooms due to the 2024 hurricane season. Please be respectful to the room you rent. The restaurant inside the Hampton has the best cocktails and coconut shrimp I have ever had in my life! The shrimp is beyond fresh!! I know shrimp is just shrimp but just wait until you try their's! You'll say the same thing, that gives a whole new outlook on "shrimp is just shrimp" oh!!! and the sauce!!! Ohhh my goodness!!! If I could buy that by the bottle I would be the happiest person in the world!!!! Breakfast was very hectic and you're better off getting there when breakfast first starts, otherwise, it can and may make for a shoulder bumping experience, in a good way. other than that breakfast was hot, fresh and a wonderful variety! The fruit and veggies are so fresh you swear they have their own fruit farm there! I truly love this place and I highly recommend this hotel, cocktails and the food!! Just go to the tiki hut bar where the pool is. I spent most of my time at the hotel and pool. 😂🫣 I enjoyed it that much!! Sooooo relaxing to chill poolside and stare at water across the street

Our stay at Hampton Inn was fantastic!! The rooms were bigger than most hotel rooms and very clean They had a great free breakfast every morning to start your day! The pool area was awesome and to have a bar there made it even better. The whole staff were very friendly and helpful. A big shout-out to Cleon, the shuttle driver, he was great! The hotel was very clean and spacious. The shuttle service runs from early morning until 10:30. Cleon was a phenomenal shuttle driver. He was so personable and gave us suggestions for dinner. Both suggestions were fantastic. He made our trip memorable

We came in town for the beginning of Fantasy Fest. It was amazing that there was a shuttle (our awesome driver was Cleon) that dropped us off just a couple blocks from Duval. Cleon was very knowledgeable about the area. The Cheekie Hut was another highlight with great drinks from Dennis. There is a airport very close with planes flying over. I can tell you as a light sleeper, it didn't bother me at all!

The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool area was lovely. The free shuttle was a great perk and made getting around easy. The AC was unusually loud, which was tough since I’m sensitive to noise—we had to turn it off at times. Also, we’re still waiting on a receipt due to a double charge for a resort fee. We booked through a third party, so the mix-up wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but the front desk staff said they’d take care of it. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few bumps.

Google is misleading. This is in no way a 4 star hotel. It is close to Duval st and offers free parking. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They deserve 4 stars ! The surroundings are rather quiet which is nice. The small pool is clean and the equipment fairly comfortable. The rooms however are not particularly comfortable. They are spacious but the beds were not comfy, the furniture seemed a bit old and the AC was much too noisy to have a good nights sleep. The breakfast area is very small, breakfast runs for only 2 hrs and it is pretty basic, little to no change in the menu. They do have an omelet stand though which was a plus. Overall I would recommend it, it’s situation is ideal and free covered parking is a major asset. It is also cheaper than many other hotels. It’s just that you should not expect the 4 stars Google claims the hotel is.

This is where we will stay when we visit from now on. There is no need to go anywhere else. We loved it, so clean! Breakfast was wonderful everyday! The pool is beautiful and well maintained. The staff were wonderful! 100%

I recently had a business meeting in Key West. I made my reservation based on location and price. I was pleasently surprised by both. This boutique hotel is a gem. Just off Duval St yet close enough to walk. Covered parking is a luxury most hotels do not have. I highly recommend checking this hotel out if you are planning a trip to Key West.

We had a wonderful time at The Capitana. The property was beautiful from the lobby to the room to the pool/outdoor areas. All of the staff that we encountered were kind and helpful to anything that we needed. The waterfront views were lovely. It was close and easy enough to get to several places, but far enough from the high traffic of Duvall and other popular areas on the island that it was its own oasis. We would definitely stay at The Capitana again!

Beautiful hotel! We stayed over the weekend and had a great time. The rooms were immaculate. We loved waking up each morning to the beautiful view of the pool and ocean. We were just 10 minutes from downtown key west. We enjoyed visiting the busy part of the island but going back to the quiet hotel. We loved ending our day in the pool. Can’t wait to come back! Our standards are very high and this place is pretty amazing. Room are absolutely beautiful. This hotel has a sandy area by the water , giving a very beach feel but not a real beach . This is next to a bar place to eat , all exceptionally nice . This hotel is VERY family friendly, and wheel chair accessible . If I had children , that were good swimmers I would come to this place . All the children seemed to be having a GREAT time . And the place is not so big that you could lose them . We did not rent a car very easy to Uber . Mark the manager was extremely nice , looking after all guest well .

Really enjoyed our stay at The Capitana. The pool and facilities are great, and the staff are very friendly. However, the breakfast is quite basic for the price — I was expecting a bit more. The only drawback is the location: it’s not within walking distance of restaurants or shops, so you constantly need to drive. A shuttle service would make a big difference. Otherwise, a lovely stay overall!

The beach is beautiful, so is the pool area. Wings from the bar were delicious. Loved the outdoor pool table! Staff were all friendly and attentive. Having breakfast buffet included was so convienent! Uber rides ranged from $10. to $14. & arrived in 1 minute. We will be back.

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and beautiful this hotel is. Check-in was a breeze, and I appreciated the complimentary cold water available on every floor. While the gym is on the smaller side, it does the job. The breakfast options are limited, but they certainly suffice. The pool area is well-maintained, featuring a generously sized pool, and there's a private beach right by it with breathtaking views of the Keys. The tiki bar is a highlight, serving delicious drinks and even better food. The staff were exceptionally friendly! I'm really glad I chose to stay here and would definitely recommend it.

It's hard to put into words the feeling of excitement you have arriving and the feeling of sorrow when you have to say goodbye. We stayed in Monet cottage and it was perfect. It was a beautiful location. It gave off vibes of being in Hawaii completely different than the vibe in Key West. Key West is very tourist oriented and there was a cruise ship in port every day. Masses of people and hard to escape them. We were so happy we chose to stay at Sunset Key and not on Key West. We enjoyed day trips over to take tours, but enjoyed even more returning to our Sunset Key cottage and amenities. We had every need met and those we didn't know we had. The morning basket of goodies was perfect to start the day. The afternoon ice cream available by ice cream cart and finally the evening turn down service with water and sweet treat was added services that we never expected. Latitude's offered many options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Everything was fabulous. If you are looking for a special place to celebrate a birthday, anniversary, engagement, honeymoon, etc. This is the place. Heck, even if you have nothing to celebrate you deserve the pampering.

Another fabulous day at Sunset Key Cottages! Beautiful property located on a secluded island offering a large, peaceful beach area. Caesar is the best when it comes to drinks by the beach, towel service and even bringing over a raft to float on. I can’t say enough about the food, which is consistently delicious. Our server Eva was fantastic. The pool is stunning and Thomas the pool bartender is the best. He is so kind and his drinks are the best- try the Key Lime Colada with a graham cracker rim! We love our time at Sunset Key and thank you to Chris who runs everything so well- you won’t find a better property or better service anywhere else. Well done, Chris!

Amazing experience!!! This property is where we will be same time next year with more family. The times if the ferries back to the mainland are a minor inconvenience compared to the tranquility of the island. Matty at the bar was a very professional and gracious host. Paige at check in was amazing and the staff regarding check on and check out were very nice. I look forward to next year.

This is not a family resort in our opinion. For the price you can take your family somewhere else. They have a small pool. The little private beach they have has rocks and seaweed. Careful when closing the doors in the cottages. The door jams are positioned weird. You can easily jam your hand/fingers when closing the doors. The private beach doesn't look like the pictures on their website. Overall they only have the small pool and the small private beach.

I checked in late after a long flight and everything nearby was already closed. When I asked the front desk if there was anywhere to grab a quick bite, instead of just saying no, this gentleman went above and beyond, he said, “Give me a few minutes, I’ll make you a turkey sandwich.” That kind of kindness and initiative is rare these days. It truly made my night and left a great impression of the hotel. Big thanks to him for showing what genuine hospitality looks like! 👏

Great solo stay- perfect location, a few minor issues: I stayed here for a week and found the rooms small but comfortable and suitable for my needs. The location is excellent, within walking distance to Duval Street and other key spots. The grab- and - go breakfast was thoughtful, though it could use more variety for longer stays because on day 4/5 it was monotonous. *** Be aware: if you book through a third party, you might be charged additional resort fees at check in. These resort fees are standard in Florida, but not clearly stated in third party bookings. Call the resort and double check! Highly recommend doing that. The front desk was helpful in sorting it out for me. Another helpful hint to the hotel staff would be to have towels at the pool! Honestly, how can you swim without a towel? There were never any around when I went swimming. I’m still giving it five stars because it really was a charming little place to stay in a solo trip for comfort, convenience, and helpful staff.

This was a really great place! Super clean and the pool area was perfect. We had an issue with a facet and they had maintenance there in about 1/2 hour. Easy walk to the waterfront and 15-20 minute walk to Duval Street. There is no on site parking, but we were able to get on street parking within a few blocks easily enough. Really enjoyed our stay. If your getting 2 beds ask for room #24. It's on the top level and has a cool isolated rooftop deck.

This place is convenient if you are taking the Fort Jefferson ferry, as it is located just down the street from the ferry terminal. It’s a nice but small hotel court built around a small pool. All of the rooms have at least a few steps up, which makes it difficult if you are limited mobility. The bathroom door, and our suite was on a slider rather than hinges. That was a little annoying. But the beds were very nice and we appreciated our room.

Nice Hotel in Downtown Key West. 5 Min walk to the Marina and 15 to Duval. Breakfast is small but good quality and is served in a bag to be collected at the reception. There is a Coffee Shop 2 min walk in Case you want a good Cappuccino... The Pool ist small but nice for a cooling-off. The rooms facing the Pool are also very quiet ..

I booked this on a whim through Priceline the day before going to key west. I cannot express how lovely of a stay it was. The counter girls were so sweet and made me and my friend feel right at home. They actually made good conversation with us, which is nice when you are traveling and out of your comfort zone. The room itself was amazing. Super clean, comfortable, and modern. The shower was to die for. The bed was immaculate. I haven’t had this good of a stay in a long time.

Lesson 1: don’t book through a third party. Lesson 2: don’t stay at the Fitch Lodge. Very disappointed. The place is ok. Rooms are small, but not terrible. We booked our reservation through booking.com, paid in full in advanced. When we arrived at the property we were told there was a 50$ per night fee for amenities (adding to 200 in our case). We explained that our reservation explicitly said “all amenities and fees included in this price, nothing to pay at the property”. They kept changing the concept of the 200$, initially was amenities, then incidentals, then taxes… we requested to get an invoice with the actual concept of the extra payment, eventually they said it was the amenity fee. After a lot of back and forth, they asked us to call Booking.com, which we did… the Booking.com representative spoke with us and them on speaker, and sent us and them an email with details and proof that everything was paid for. We thought everything was clarified. At the time was check out nothing happened, and a few hours later we were charged “the amenities fee”. We called back and were told “there is nothing we can do to help”. We had to come back to the property (at this point it was a matter of principle and not feel like we were been scammed) one more time at the front desk we explained the situation and everything that had already happened on check in day. One more time they went with the “this are taxes, not sure which state your are from but we charge taxes here” very rude, very condescending, not helpful at all. We told them to check the email from Booking.com, eventually the front desk called the manager and after 30 seconds on the phone they refunded the fee. Not sure why this happened, but it did to 3 of us in the same trip. Lesson 1: don’t book through a third party. Lesson 2: don’t stay at the Fitch Lodge.

The staff was great and the issues we had weren’t with them. Any request we had they met. The building is just old and not well taken care of. One of the rooms we had had a leak. The rooms didn’t really seem the cleanest. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable! They served a wonderful fresh breakfast With juices and hot fresh fabulous coffee.. Eggs bagels cream cheese , breakfast burritos,yogurt fresh fruit cups Bananas oranges oatmeal The pool was beautiful and clean. The staff made sure there were clean towels. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I do recommend this place.. If they had valet service would have been nice for my handicapped family member. They had 4 parking spots. But not guaranteed if you left and came back. Someone else would take your spot. They did have another parking lot a couple blocks away.. But everything else was wonderful..

Stayed from 7/20-7/25- staff at front desk when I arrived, incredibly welcoming and helpful. Whoever the man is who is at the desk/hotel in the evening is incredibly rude. Seemed to be more concerned about his dog than his guests. I asked for a late checkout and was rudely told it’s likely not an option and would only be granted until noon. The day of check out I was met with a much nicer response from other staff and a later check out time. Bathroom had ants despite me telling the front desk multiple times Bar staff - very very sweet! Made great drinks! Not the place to relax as construction noise was constant starting at 7:30am. Hotel landscapers are constantly around you at the pool with their leaf blowers- not exactly sure what they were cleaning but literally right on top of you! Despite this- it was a safe location as a single traveler despite the evening rude front desk staff. I would still come back but be aware of this. The night staff seemed more annoyed with me than helpful.

We had a very comfortable stay here. The property is beautiful, the rooms were cozy, and breakfast was excellent. Parking was a bit of a nightmare (as it often is in Key West), but the staff was very helpful in explaining our options. The pool needing to be closed for deck repairs wasn’t a huge issue since we spent most of our time at the beaches anyway. What I took issue with was being charged the full amenity fee even though the pool and bar area were closed for a good portion of our stay. Aside from that, everything else was great, and this could easily be a 5-star experience with a little more attention to that detail. Will likely return in the future and update my review.

A gorgeous place to spend our time in Key West!! The perfect place to walk just about anywhere. Very quiet and tucked away. Friendly service, though you may have to request housekeeping because we ran out of towels a few times and they only came once to take the trash out and make the bed even though we never had the Do Not Disturb sign out. Ultimately, that may have been on us for not asking but I don't recall them saying it was "by request only." But the rooms were unique and clean, very quiet, very clean, and the bartender was so fun and always checking if we needed anything while out by the pool!!

Had the opportunity of staying at the lighthouse hotel for our wedding this past June. We selected the Hemingway suite as the bridal getting ready room which was spacious and packed with all the required amenities. We also leveraged the lighthouse hotel for our wedding block which was a breeze. The lighthouse hotel had a great breakfast and it's proximity to downtown without being right on Duval was a hidden benefit. The entire property was great for getting ready photos and provided a beautiful backdrop for pictures! Would highly recommend anyone visiting Key West to stay there, and fir aby bride to get ready in the Hemingway Suite!

We booked a 3-night stay at the Lighthouse Hotel Key West, but our experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, the front desk seemed to have issues finding our reservation, and unfortunately, things only got worse. After our first night, the hotel mistakenly checked us out without any notice. We only found out when another guest was given a key and walked into our occupied room — an extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable situation. On top of that, our reservation was for a pet-friendly stay, which was supposed to include a dog bowl and a welcome “pupcup.” None of these promised amenities were provided at check-in. For the price and reputation of this hotel, the service and organization fell far below expectations.

The Lighthouse Hotel was perfectly located—just steps away from Hemingway’s House. The staff were respectful, professional, and made our stay smooth from start to finish. After a day of exploring, the pool was a peaceful and refreshing retreat. The hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable—everything we were hoping for. We would absolutely stay here again!

I enjoyed my 4 night stay here. My friend brought his boat, so it was good to be close by his marina. I rented a scooter to get around, but it is walkable to Duval St, and other local attractions. I enjoyed the pool. It's nice and shady in the later afternoon, and still quite warm water. The room was clean and newly renovated. Very nice place and a great value. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the quieter part of town, where all the nice houses are. They had a Continental breakfast, which the staff was busy refreshing. I would walk a block down to Peacados to get their Colata (Cuban espresso drink).

Front desk was closed when we arrived at 8:45 pm. Could not get in and hotel refused to refund the night. They said they emailed instructions but that did not happen. Beware! Update. Priceline refunded my stay. The hotel is now threatening to call the police (this is a civil matter). The hotel also admitted they were not sold out so clearly we didn't keep them from renting the room. These people are ruthless! All over $150.!

Check in was easy. All the staff were friendly and helpful. It was clean and well maintained. Great location. Bike rental available on site, we got bikes one day to easily get around to many of the Old Town areas of interest. Would stay here again.

1st time staying here. Very affordable, clean, cute 'hotel'. Pool area is very nice. Tiki bar. Walking distance to Duval about 1/2 mile. Very friendly staff. Comfy bed n pillows.

The hotel is very beautiful and the rooms are lovely, but unfortunately, smoking is allowed everywhere — including around the pool. The pool itself is quite small, and the fact that guests are allowed to smoke cigarettes and cigars there makes it uncomfortable for non-smokers. It’s disappointing, as it discourages many people (like myself) from enjoying the pool area. In my opinion, smoking should be limited to designated areas and not permitted in shared spaces like the pool. This issue significantly impacted my experience, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again for that reason.

This place was Absolutely Fabulous not one complaint. Not only were they clean but super attentive to our ever need. We loved the pool and the beautiful atmosphere. Matilda and Awl in the office went so above and beyond from the minute we checked in until we left. I would definitely stay here again and again. Thank you all so much you made our time in Key West the Best.

Excellent service, great amenities, very helpful and hospitable staff. We enjoyed our time. Pool was well maintained! Walking distance to most of the places and they can arrange for rental golf carts or scooters on premises. Only concern was the sofa which was slightly worn out but negotiable.

If there is a negative to staying here, I haven't found it. Staff is amazing, rooms are kept clean and stocked. Location is excellent, literally a 10 min walk will get you to any number of bars, restaurants, shops and attractions. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay. Will, the bar tender, at the pool bar was very accommodating and entertaining. The entire staff did a great job and exceeded our expectations. Turn down service, muffins coffee pods and Dove ice cream bars every day. Very clean. Pool was very nice as well. We would definitely stay here again

I recently stayed here and was warmly greeted by Azul when I entered. She was very helpful with answering questions about the area and food options. The resort is located near Duval street, but on the quieter end of the busy area. There are some wonderful restaurants within walking distance too. The facility is clean and quiet. There are chilled water bottles available by the pool and in the rooms. The unit I stayed in was well maintained, immaculate and comfortable. I look forward to staying here in the future.

Staff was awesome, (Al, bartender at pool was great with helpful information to offer for the area. Rooms very clean, love the daily muffins, water, and ice cream. Good location to walk to most everything. Lots to see and do. I was a little disappointed that restaurants are unreal expensive. Would definitely return and stay here.

Let me preface this review by saying that we enjoyed our stay and this review has nothing to do with any problems with service. We stayed in the detached suite building. Room was beautiful, cool and updated. The grounds and surrounding area is gorgeous. Location was within walking distance to downtown/activities. However, the outside of this hotel is in bad disrepair. Needs a major renovation on the exterior. Also the staff was using loud construction equipment right outside our door. There must have been a wedding booked, because they were building a trellis of some kind. We walked by power tools, cords and woodpiles. That is really our only complaint. Main house was rich in history and beautiful inside. Wonderful staff and service and the complimentary breakfast was perfect for us. Pool was heaven!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My wife and I stayed at the Southernmost House for our anniversary, and it was absolutely perfect! The property is right on the water with the most amazing views—such a relaxing place to unwind and soak in the Key West vibe. The house itself is stunning, full of history, and so well cared for. On top of that, the staff are amazing—you truly feel right at home from Dean at the front of house to Alex the Manager. Their hospitality is top-notch and made our stay extra special. We can’t wait to come back again!

Absolutely loved this place! We hosted a surprise 30th birthday for my brother and rented out the entire property for the weekend. The service was truly exceptional - the staff made it feel like our own home. They went above and beyond, helping us place gift bags in each room and decorating the house for the celebration. We spent the day by the pool and had the main party in the afternoon/evening. We set up a tent and stage for a few bands, and the whole setup was gorgeous - plenty of space for our 60+ guests, right on the water. The staff were incredibly accommodating, letting us bring in coolers for drinks and catering from local restaurants. Everyone had an amazing time in such a beautiful setting. I can’t recommend Southernmost House enough for private parties, weddings, or any special event. Huge thanks to the entire team for an unforgettable weekend!

This place has everything you need for a perfect trip to Key West. We just returned from our honeymoon and we would go back in a heartbeat. The location is perfectly located near Old Town, right at the end of Duval. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our trip was special. Elio had our room decked out with champange and roses when we arrived and gave us countless recommendations for food and things to do. We also loved the bar and cafe located at the resort. The lobster pizza was delicious. The complimentary breakfast was also delicious with fresh local baked goods. The pool is by far the best pool on the island. Clean, beautiful view of the ocean, and the occasional chicken and iguana crossing. We cannot wait to book our next trip back to this resort!

Had a beautiful sunset dinner here, service was fast and the staff were so friendly and had great conbersation with them. The lobster biscuits are amazing! Its right on the water so you can get amazing pictures of the sea and the sunset.

Why 3 Star, because it’s rates a 3 star property, just a really expensive 3 star. You’re paying for location, pool and damn good pastries. We’re staying here right now (Night 1 of 3), We got moved from a King size partial Ocean View to a Bungalow. We were not told our upgrade was a Queen (pretty lame lack of communication tbh). Our first impression of the Bungalow was not great. The door barely shuts, the lights out avice the door and it barely locks. It has a dated kitchen and lack of detailed cleaning; think dirty old vents and build up on the vents. Not sure about this place tho. Hoping to be charmed by breakfast. Update Day 3 of 3. We decided to stay and not move, due to the fact we’re lazy, and we like the pool and quiet end of Duval. That said we did worry that we had a mold or mildew on our ceiling, the wash cloth holder comes off the wall. Get the picture? A lot of stuff like that. All in all a cool place just seems dumpy compared to nearby properties and other places we’ve stayed.

Such a wonderful place to stay. The staff are the most helpful I’ve ever experienced. The location is great, bed is comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic. If you come to Key West, I’d urge you to stay here if you can.

First off, location cannot be beat. It is close to everything! Easy to get in and out of. Cute and fun breakfast and happy hour every day was nice. However, the cleanliness of the rooms and the outdoor area needs some major work. The pool needs some serious cleaning around the waterfall and the floor. The rooms need some major TLC. The shower and bathroom needed the most care. Especially the shower. The water pressure isn't great but it's an island so I get it. The beds were very comfortable though. No one in my party had issues sleeping, thankfully. Duval wasn't too loud even though it was so close. All in all, this place is so so close to being absolutely amazing. It just needs to be deep cleaned!

Wonderful stay! We stayed at The Cabana Inn in Key West this past weekend and absolutely loved it. The location is perfect—close to everything, yet peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the pool and garden area felt like a hidden oasis, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We’d definitely come back again! Highly recommend for a charming Key West getaway.

We stayed here Friday night and the staff was great. Mozar checked us in and he was friendly and polite. The room and the grounds were clean. There is no parking included. You pay extra for that and it fills up quickly. I had to pay $63.00 to park on the street for 10 hours. There is also a $45..00 resort fee that you pay when you check in. So, it was an extra $108.00 that I had to pay that I wasn’t expecting. One big complain that I have is that there was no cable. Seide came to try to fix it for us, to no avail. He went above and beyond to get it working. It never did work. I was up most of the night because I need to fall asleep to TV. I was exhausted the next day and had a 1:30 pm snorkeling trip planned and had to drive home 5 hours after that. Also, the hot tub wasn’t working. I did leave a message for the manager to call me before leaving this review. 2 days later and no call.

This place is great! Location, amenities, and the coldest pool in Key West…an absolute must-have here in the summer! Patrick is hands down the coolest and a great guy. You’ll never meet a better consierge than him. Will stay here again and again!

We stayed there 8 nights. Perfect location and very quiet area.Patrick was wonderful and very welcoming! Great breakfast and delicious coffee available anytime. Rooms could use a deep clean and big time update!!!!! Our bathroom was not very clean.Door frames in bathroom need a good scrubbing! Housekeeping staff and maintenance seemed to be always hiding in an off corner texting on their phones.One housekeeper insisted on sweeping the floor in the breakfast room while people were eating!!! Not good!! We watched a maintenance worker that was supposed to be sanding down a bench that goes out front.He sanded about 2 minutes just to look busy then on his damn phone. This went on for 30 minutes. The older lady in the office right next to the coffee machine was awesome! She was always busy and picking up after the guests,seemed like the nucleus of the team! Loved her!!! We watched a gentleman in housekeeping go into the room next to us when it was vacant room 222. In and out even after it had been cleaned. Seemed strange!!! The pool was decent but needed a good cleaning! I might stay again??? For the money it was just ok! Place needs a ton of work and rooms need attention big time! But like I said for the money and the way prices are in Key West it was tolerable.

I really want to be fair that you get what you pay for, and we were spoiled that our first trip to Key West was a high bar with a stay at Almond Tree. But we wanted to save money on our lodging and found this instead. I believe this was a good value and would maybe go back for the price and location. But I considered this for 3.5 days during our short stay—there are things within their control and things that are not. It is unfair to critique the things that they could not change, given the price point and location. With a few tiny tweaks, this could go from a three star to a five star review. The bathroom curtain is growing mold, and there are broken tiles. I did not take pictures because I didn’t have time, but for some people, they would be grossed out. I wanted to wear flip flops in the shower, it didn’t feel super clean. Our sheets had a stain, I didn’t want to think too hard about that either. I didn’t ask to change the sheet, I knew intellectually it was clean. But if it can’t be bleached out, throw it away. There are no curtains on the windows, I would expect a black out shade because light came in our room window at night and the sun early in the morning. There are no decent shelves in the bathroom, although there is this little ledge that worked ok. There just wasn’t much room for getting ready. I think they could easily address these items and one would be hard pressed to complain about the room at all. It was super cute, I loved the pool and location. I thought the size of our room was fine. I was so thankful for the Nespresso pods in the morning, as we didn’t eat the continental breakfast, but I enjoyed the coffee in my room very much. We never did the happy hour, but free wine is a nice touch. I was not overly impressed with the manners of the staff but they weren’t necessarily rude either. Just brisk, and maybe busy, because there were times we had a hard time finding people. Again, it’s the little things, and our service at Almond Tree was remarkable. Feeling welcomed is an energy without a price tag. Overall, I think it’s worth it if you understand that this is a trade-off in many ways but it’s not a bad one. For a short stay, it served its purpose.

Our stay at Simonton Court was truly delightful. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a charming two-bedroom, two-bath Conch-styled rustic cottage complete with a front porch. It provided the perfect retreat after exploring Old Town Key West on hot, humid days. The property boasts lush tropical vegetation throughout, multiple swimming pools, and a bar that serves both drinks and breakfast. We especially enjoyed the complimentary happy hour drinks and the varied breakfast options available. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for restaurants and local attractions.

So much to like! My cottage room was cozy but not cramped. The location was ideal, in the heart of Old Town but not at all noisy. The grounds were lovely, and the multiple pools were all inviting. But most of all - the service! Everyone was wonderful, particularly Jonathan and Heather, who went beyond expectations to make my stay a happy and comfortable one. I hope to return soon!

We absolutely loved our stay at Simonton Court in Key West! Our room was adorable and cozy, with a super comfortable bed that made it hard to get up in the mornings. The entire property is beautifully maintained, with four unique pools tucked among lush tropical gardens—it truly felt like a hidden paradise. The location is perfect, just a block from Duval Street, so we were close to all the action yet felt like we were in our own quiet oasis. On-site parking made everything even easier. The staff was outstanding. My wife had wonderful conversations with Violet and her husband Jonathan—both were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. A simple but very cool breakfast was included and added a nice touch to start each morning. We’re already looking forward to coming back and exploring some of their other rooms. Highly recommend this gem in the heart of Key West!

Such an adorable spot hidden in Key West! This historical property offers an array of different room types. It also has four pools, free breakfast, and adult beverages during Happy Hour! Plus it’s super close to Duval Street, where there are over 100 bars and restaurants! The staff was so kind and constantly checked in to make sure that our stay was perfect! We highly recommend one of the cottages as you feel like you’ve rented your own home!

Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful property with wondering gardens. Continental breakfast plentiful, glad they have choice of hard boiled egg for a protein. Grateful for bike rentals to sight see after first day walking everywhere, so get them to begin with. Our room MA2 old world charm has a bed too high for small stature people and no foot stool, had to climb in bed using a chair. The people above us apparently don’t know hotel etiquette and stomped around like a herd of elephants late at night, so we didn’t get the rest we expected. The hotel needs to address this at historical hotels where walls and floors were not built for rude visitors.

Amazing property, breakfast is included and there are 4 glistening pools to choose from. We got a great rate for the room and they didnt charge us a penny more (no extra taxes or fees!) The room was clean and cozy, and the staff was kind and accommodating. The only con is that parking is limited, do if you have a vehicle you may need to park offsite. Other than that, I'd give this place 10 stars if i could!

They care about their guests! I cannot say enough about this gorgeous bed and breakfast. It's very private and romantic with cozy rooms and guest cottages. But more importantly, the staff members are so kind and accommodating. Even before I arrived there was a mix-up with the parking and they found a solution right away! HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Great place to stay for people who are coming to Key West to endorse Old Town Key West. Nice rooms that are well appointed and clean. Very historic design that has been modernized for easy stay. One word of caution… make sure to understand the extra charges that are applied for room stays - they are not fully transparent so you may feel like they are nickel and diming you which can be frustrating from a customer service point of view. The pool is a nice amenity with towel service at no charge. Easy walk to Duval street. The bus stop is near the front of the inn so that makes it easy if you don’t want to walk. Parking for our golf cart was $30 per day so be aware of that fee. Breakfast is brought to room each day at a charge. It’s a nice breakfast and one basket can easily last 2 days. The hotel staff is very nice and we found them to bed helpful in planning dinners and excursions. We will stay at Ella’s again the charm and friendly staff out weighs the hidden charges.

If you saw this listing on Airbnb and the host is "Florida Stays", do yourself a favor and stay away from their listings. They have 5 different locations in Key West. I initially booked the location at 1030 Eaton Street. If you arrive past 5 pm, you will have to call/text the number on their door and wait for someone to come and check you in. The nightmare started during check in when the desk person told us we had to pay an extra $50 for hotel amenities fee that was not listed on the original Airbnb listing. I of course didn't agree because I felt they were not transparent and should have mentioned that in the listing. The reservation was cancelled and I was left scrambling to find another stay for the night. Eventually found another Airbnb listing "Ellas Cottages" and walked in to find out that it is owned by the same owner "Florida Stays". At this point, I was exhausted from the travels and bit the bullet to stay. Of course, there is an extra hotel amenities fee that I had to pay and there is ANOTHER fee for just parking at the hotel as a guest of $40, not $30 like is listed on the Airbnb site to this day. The room is small, no fridge, and the bathroom is tiny. When you sit on the toilet your face is a foot away from the wall. The breakfast is brought to you in a basket and includes little snacks and a choice of bagel or croissant. There is no breakfast room/buffet. I will say that the pool area is nice if you plan on spending your vacation at hotel. PLEASE save your money and find another hotel/Airbnb that is transparent and honest with their fees.

Our first time staying here and certainly not our last. We decided before we left that we would return. Dwight and the front desk staff made us feel welcome and continued to interact with us and make us smile during our entire stay. Beautiful deck area, small intimate pool, loungers, and umbrellas surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden really made Ella's Cottages fill like a little piece of paradise. Location was just as described and very walkable. The morning hand delivered breakfast in a basket with juices, immunity shots, baked goods and cheeses (so much more too!) was hands down the best "breakfast included" ever! Where to start? Amazing experience!! The receptionist Dwight Hobbs was incredibly professional, respectful, his energy was super uplifting!! The room was quaint, the BED and pillows was the most comfortable bed in any hotel or suite in the world! Location is 3 minutes to Duvall and 10 minutes anywhere by foot. Parking was plentiful and the experience was just amazing! We will be back!

Great location centrally located in Old Town Key West with a bus stop right outside the entry. Pool was on the smaller side however having access to the other pools inside the resort group was a nice to have- Winslow has a bar nearby their pool. Dwight and the service team was spot on and always friendly to interact with. There were a few cosmetic issues with the rooms and not having A/C in the living room made it important to keep bedroom doors open to condition the space. Overall, great time while in Key West and would recommend to others in a heartbeat.

The cottages are beautifully kept. The grounds are so pretty & very relaxing. The room we chose was very small. We would choose a larger room on our next visit. Something to think about when you decide to stay. The room overall was very cute & was clean. We were served a breakfast basket to our room each morning. It had a very good selection. The bagels were even warm. There was also afternoon iced tea & goodies offered to the guests. We would stay here again. 😊

We stayed here for two nights on our trip to Key West and I have not ONE negative thing about the place. The rooms were clean and perfectly sized (we had a king suite for two). Two pools with one heated and despite all the guests using them they were never crazy busy or crowded. All the rooms are very close to both pools and breakfast. Served a light breakfast everyday which is perfect with how expensive everything is. All in all very pleased and we will absolutely be back!

Westwinds is an excellent living area. I’ve seen some people try and trash talk them (of course) because not every place meets the standards of high maintenance tenants.. it’s everywhere. There will always be those people. There will always be crime where people live, their will always be unhappiness by people who don’t get their ways or can take accountability for their own actions. All and all,it is a good place to live. The management go above and beyond to provide safe clean and a stable living environment to their tenants. Maintenance is top notch. There at the snap of a finger. These people live and breath this property. They have committed theirselves to the best service they can provide. Don’t let the words of a few disgruntled people push you away. You never know what they may have done to become so bitter? 😊👍 5 star, highly recommend

We enjoyed a nice stay at Westwinds with our most recent stay in Key West. The staff is friendly and the property was in great shape. A huge bonus (especially on this cooler than normal trip) was the amazing heated pool! Even though it’s a couple blocks off Duval it’s still easily accessible with a quick walk or short bike ride. Also, check out the amazing bakery next door (their breakfast sandwich is crazy good).

We travel to Key West a couple of times a year and stayed at Westwinds once because of a last minute planning snafu and needed somewhere for just a couple of days. The location is good if you plan to go to the boardwalk or marina for boating activities. The hotel was cute, nicely maintained and clean. Our room was ultra small, but we don’t know if all the rooms are that tiny. This is probably the only place we’ve stayed that had a laundry facility. We met some other couples at the pool who had mixed experiences at Westwinds.

Stayed many places in key west and this was my favorite. Extremely close to the marina where cuban coffee queen, pepes, and half shell are. Close to the duval loop bus stops. The hotel grounds were very clean, an incredible staff, and very comfortable beds. I 100% will be back.

We just got back from the weekend at this hotel and I hate to say this but we were extremely disappointed. We booked a suite but it was just a room with an extra room attached to it nothing special the bathroom was so tiny that the door hit your knees when you sat on the toilet my husband did not even fit in the bathroom the bathroom was so tiny that the sink and mirror were in the bedroom which I don't care for. The floors were ripped up and extremely old they needed to be redone the furniture was old and literally had a piece of tape on it and none of the windows opened in the room. The pillows in the room look like they came from the dollar store and we're extremely old at least by pretty pillows if you can't afford to redo the hotel.. we went by the pool to use the towels and they smelled like cigarettes. The grounds were extremely old there was giant cracks by the pool in the ground the pool was dirty the fountain going into the pool was so dirty this whole entire place needs a makeover we spent over $1,000 staying here..not worth it!!! I would give this hotel one star I don't really know what everybody is talking about when they say it's wonderful because it's not and if you go there you'll see what I'm talking about the breakfast was also not great the coffee wasn't good and there was just cereal and a couple of muffins I've stayed at another place where they make waffles bacon juices ... the other thing is it's on a very busy two lane Street and if you know Key West it's very quaint and beautiful and quiet in the town and I like to stay on a quiet street but this was not quiet you could barely even pull out of the place parking is also a nightmare in the parking lot is $50 a night that is down the street from this hotel the only good thing about it was they let us Park our golf cart there so we didn't have to look for a spot every nigh. Would I stay at this hotel again absolutely not there are so many other beautiful places to stay and I honestly do not know how anybody gave this five stars maybe they like tape on the furniture ripped up floors and run down buildings I don't know?

My husband and I came to West winds for our first key west trip to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary and we couldn’t have asked for more. The West Winds grounds are just a hidden gem. If you are looking for modern, new style rooms, this isn’t it. The rooms are older, old AC units but don’t give up there! The rooms are kept COLD if you like. The DAILY turnover service is incredible and the bed is comfortable. The grounds of the inn are just magical and so well taken care of. Two pools, one heated. There is a continental breakfast in the cutest spot, poolside. Nothing fancy but just enough to give you the morning snack and a cup of coffee. Perfect!! On the corner there is a bakery with delicious options and then on the other corner is the bike rentals. Don’t be turned off by the parking. My husband I were there 6 days and moved the car a few times and NEVER had an issue finding another spot! I could go on forever! This place was perfect and we can’t wait to come back ❤️

It was a great place to stay for a few days or even a week. The place is old but recently remodeled and very nice. There are only 7 rooms so don't think about booking it for too long!!! It's located towards the end of Duval near the farthest point in the US. The Rum Bar is fun and there are nice places to sit out front. If you smoke you can outside. We plan to go back!!! 😎

We had a wonderful stay here in Key West at the speakeasy and rum bar. Check-in was a breeze, the room was comfortable and Will appointed. And the bar downstairs was a blast. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Key West. Location, location, location!

The Speakeasy was the perfect vacation getaway. The staff were wonderful and helpful. Rooms are incredible. Very clean with every amenity you need. The Rum Bar was terrific. Drinks were perfect ( nothing watered down)!! I would definitely recommend this Inn and look forward to stay there again in the future.

I could not have asked for a better first time stay in Key West than the one I had for 4 nights recently at the Speakeasy Inn and Rum Bar. The staff was great, very friendly and informative. They insisted on helping me upstairs with my luggage (not necessary but appreciated!) and gladly held them after checkout before a late flight on my departure day. My room (1C) was very clean, spacious and well stocked with a kitchenette, refrigerator with bottled water, microwave, sink and coffee maker with a fine selection of coffees and teas. The bed and multiple pillows were ultra comfortable. The bathroom was also well stocked with toiletries including makeup remover wipes (nice extra touch). The closet held beach chairs and towels and extra bedding if needed. I had occasion to visit the Rum Bar a couple of times and the bar staff were all excellent, knowledgeable and adept at their craft. I think the resident cat, Captain, keeps everyone on their toes.The bar was lively but not too loud and an easy place to get into conversation with other travelers. There is seating indoors and on the lovely front porch as well which was ideal for soaking in the atmosphere. Definitely try the Painkiller. As for the location, it was unbeatable, walkable to all attractions and beaches, galleries, more restaurants and bars than you could visit in multiple trips, and great shops. This end of Duval has much to offer and yet is quiet enough for good night's sleeping. One end to the other, Duval St is likely about a mile and a half, making it very easy to travel back and forth throughout the day. The only time I was in a vehicle was to and from the airport. Otherwise, every place I visited was easily done on foot. This was my first trip to Key West and will not be my last. It's great to know I won't need to do hours of research for a place to stay for my next visit, as The Speakeasy Inn will easily be my first booking. Thanks for the great stay!

I hit the rum bar every time I am in Key West. On a hot day, the air conditioner works so nice. Check out the hundred or more rums they have from around the world. Every bartender I have had over multiple visits knows their business and produces wonderful drinks.

We stayed here for a wedding at Fort Zachary. We came all the way from PA. Perfect location for everything. The people in office are great as well as the bar (though we didn’t get a chance to stop in for our drink). We had the private room in the back was perfect for 2 people at an unbeatable price.

Favorite of all bars in KW. Fantastic drinks and service. Always easy to make new friends there. Very fun place. And the infamous bar cat "Captain" is a must see. Everybody loves Captain!

My husband and I stayed at The Porch for four nights and it is by far the best place we have ever stayed in Key West. The room was beautifully done and extremely clean. The small attention to detail like the sound machine, ice maker and dehumidifier in the room were great extra amenities. The Porch was peaceful, and the garden was beautiful and relaxing. Daily room refreshing and towel replacement was optional and you just had to put the hanger on your door. Their housekeeper does an amazing job. The Porch has a great location and is walkable to many great restaurants and attractions. Communication with Jeff was phenomenal and check-in was very easy. This will be the only place we will stay for the rest of our visits to Key West.

We absolutely loved staying here! Louise communicated with us frequently from start to finish. There were no questions left unanswered and no details left unchecked. The room was so quaint and had a nice patio where we could eat our take out or drink our morning coffee. The historic home is located in a nice little neighborhood with a coffee/sandwich shop within walking distance. Highly recommend checking out Porch on Frances!

The service was phenomenal. Great communication and very friendly. The bathroom was updated. Nice having a coffee maker, refrigerator and ice maker in the room. The room was very clean. The only thing that might be a negative is that you could clearly hear your neighbors. But that is what happens in an old wooden house. Great location. We did not have to drive at all. We walked everywhere. I would definitely stay here again. It truly is a beautiful place with the old Key West flare.

My husband and I absolutely loved staying here. The property felt like home. Our room was cute and clean. The service and communication was excellent. This was also a great location. We walked almost every. One of the main streets (Duval street) is a popular has lots of shopping, tours and eateries. We had a nice sized Queen bed and private bathroom. We also had a huge front patio to sit at. Our room was equipped with a safe, coffee, Keurig, water and an ice machine, which was perfect for our needs. I would highly recommend this location and inn.

We recently stayed at The Porch on St. Francis in Key West and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. We weren’t sure what to expect going in, but this place truly exceeded our expectations. One of our favorite things was being able to access our room directly from the porch – such a charming and convenient setup. The room itself was spacious and perfect for two people, with plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring. Another big plus was the free parking right across the street – a rare find in Key West! The location was also ideal, just a short walk to Duval Street, but still quiet enough to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. The staff were incredibly kind and easy to reach if we needed anything. Overall, The Porch on St. Francis was a perfect blend of comfort, charm, and convenience. We’d definitely stay here again!

Excellent, beautiful venue with fabulous staff. Highly recommend and we will for sure stay again. Short walk to Duval street, but far enough away you don’t get disturbed by the noise.

Great, quiet place but still close to everything. Last weekend was our second visit in the last few years and the standards are still excellent here. Upscale but still a great keys feel in this super chill location. We will be back soon!

The Inn on Fleming is an interesting concept to book for your Key West vacation. Rooms have a lockbox outside the door and someone texts you a code upon arrival to get the key. The pool and back patio area is largely shaded, nicely appointed, and great for relaxing. There is a large kitchen for guest use and filtered water is provided. We stayed in the Gato room which is on the second floor. Queen bed, refrigerator, coffee maker, pleasant decor - nicely appointed room overall. Mattress was average, the slope on the bottom of the tub made it difficult to stand, and the lighting in the bathroom is terrible. The online listing promised a social/ happy hour where you’d meet the other guests and beer/ wine are provided. That did not happen on any of the days we were there. Breakfast was also promised in the listing. That did not happen. There is a Keurig machine with pods, but the only food was a jar of pickles someone left in the fridge and a couple oranges in a bowl on the counter. No yogurt, bagels, or anything else others have mentioned. Don’t arrive expecting it. Final note is that while Key West seems like a relatively safe town, the front and back doors of the Inn do not lock. The door to your room does but it’s a simple, residential style handle easily bypassed. There is also a deadbolt on the room door but our key wouldn’t lock it when we left. Not much protection if someone decided to make their way in cause trouble. Wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re traveling alone.

TLDR; new management seems to lack care and attention to meaningful details. I wish there were specific categories for ownership and atmosphere. Other reviews list the same question I have, “where’s David?” This is our first time visiting since Dwell took over and it gave off the sterilization of a mgmt company after the buy out a private landlord. Much of the antiques, eclectic decor has been replaced by shabby wayfair products. Further, it felt like we were living through their renovation for half of our stay. Planks on the back deck had caved in by the lounge chairs, and so the entire area was blocked off for the majority of our stay. They also had an enormous ceiling leak right outside our door (Mallory room), that took three days to resolve—I understand that this is clearly an urgent matter to fix, however, it wasn’t even acknowledged by the mgmt until about two hours into loud plumbing work outside our door at 9:00 am. on day 3. The owners were absent throughout our stay, except when guiding the contractors completing repairs, they didn’t make any attempts to build rapport with those of us staying there until we were leaving to go home. This place has been a family favorite for over ten years—the friendliness of local staff who provided great recs for around town, the homey kitchen with ACTUAL coffee (let’s be honest about the generic K cups), and the adorable coolers and happy hour fridge when you want a beverage by the pool are all gone. It felt like a house going through a renovation, not a home. The waterfall on the pool was out of order, and the jets were barely working…nothing was offered to us as a consolation for the constant renovations occurring, not even our bicycle fees. I’m sad our favorite place has changed so much, as the location is perfect IMO, and the labor staff are phenomenal. We will have to find another place to love.

This place is great. David is the Hotelier and runs a great house. Very hospitable and friendly. Very clean and comfortable. There is a small soaking pool in the back when it gets too hot. Complimentary beer and wine during happy hour. It is right in the heart of where you want to be in Key West. Just a few blocks to the action, even closer to nice restaurants and shops. A gorgeous neighborhood. Oddly, it was the most cost effective lodging on the island that day. Lucky me I suppose. This place was great.

Wonderful hotel with great amenities and staff. The manager, David, is very nice and helpful. We arrived earlier than planned and he was still able to get us a room. He is also great for advice on local attractions. David also rented us bicycles directly from the hotel which is very convenient. The hotel is an old home converted into a hotel. I had the Mallory suite which is conveniently located on the first floor near the kitchen. The suite is very comfortable and plenty large for a couple. The bathroom functioned well with plenty of water pressure and hot water. The backyard and pool are a perfect place to relax. The Mallory suite has another door exiting directly to the backyard with a sitting area next to the pool. The location can't be better. Fleming is a One way street and is very quiet compared to a lot of the other streets. It's very walkable to get to the point of interests in Key West. Bicycling makes it even easier. When I return to Key West I will definitely stay at The Inn on Fleming. I highly recommend it to everyone.

We had an amazing time celebrating my husband's birthday with a large group at Inn on Fleming. We booked out the whole Inn for 4 nights of fun. David was a pleasure to work with from start to finish with coordinating rooms for 19 people total. The beautiful historic building was charming and still very comfortable. Everyone enjoyed spending time on the back patio and in the dipping pool. Great location on a quiet street but still walking distance to great attractions and beaches in the area. I would definitely recommend to anyone for a romantic couples getaway or for a larger celebration.

Beautiful old home, but that’s the best I can say about the hotel and amenities. We were given a room on the first floor. The inn is small and tired, so had fewer guests, but since you heard every movement anyone made it might as well have been Grand Central Station. When they came in at night walking down the wooden floors, up the stairs, across the floor upstairs. The front porch had a sitting area directly outside of our bedroom windows so we listened to folks chatting and laughing about their plans - there was no peace to be had. The kitchen was open 24/7, so they’d be coming and going, talking loudly as they walked right outside your room. I know the management can’t tell people to be quiet, but closing the kitchen at 10 pm would be a nice start. Just so you know, this is not a peaceful sort of place. Staff was very nice, continental breakfast was hit or miss. Our upholstered headboard wasn’t something I wanted to put my head anywhere near. We did have to leave early to tend to a family emergency, but we had no expectation of a refund of any sort, and did not even inquire about it. For David to have claimed this was the reason I gave a poor review is flat out false and an effort to discredit my experience. I was being generous with 3 stars!

So enjoyed a four night stay for a girls' getaway! David is a warm inn keeper and so full of wonderful recommendations for wonderful dining and experiences most within walking distance. Our 2 room suite was on the third floor with a great seating area overlooking darling KW cottages. We definitely would book again! Margaret and Jaye

The fort itself is pretty neat. Ocean Breeze making the heat more tolerable. Be careful in the water and be sure to check the color of the flag indicating level of hazard. If you swim next to the Rocks you will see a lot of colorful fish. Several times I would see a dozen go by and sometimes some very large ones as well. Had a pelecan land by me about 3 feet away and chilled next to me. If water is rough though it can push you into the rocks and scratch up so be careful. Lots of shade with picknic tables. 2.50 a person by bike.

In Key West, many people miss visiting this hidden gem — a perfect combination of beach and historic fort! The white sand and peaceful surroundings make it a wonderful place to relax and explore. While the water isn’t ideal for swimming, the scenery and calm atmosphere are worth the visit. The fort is fascinating to explore and offers spectacular ocean views. The beach is peaceful, with clear turquoise water perfect for swimming or snorkeling. There are also plenty of shaded areas to relax and enjoy a picnic. It’s the perfect spot to spend the day, learn a bit of history, and take in the natural beauty of Key West. 🌞🏝️📸

This was my first time at Fort Zachary Taylor—I really enjoyed everything about it, from the shaded picnic areas to the beach. Fort Zachary Taylor itself was fascinating to explore, with lots of history to take in. It’s also a great spot to watch the sunset. There was plenty of parking and the restrooms were clean and well-maintained. A peaceful, scenic place to spend the day in Key West!

Great beach area to relax and enjoy. Chair and umbrella rentals available. Full snack bar serving a multitude of lunch items and drinks. Snorkeling right from the beach on several rock reefs; many great fish swimming on the reefs.

I had a few hours in the afternoon and wanted to get some snorkeling in before sunset. This beach was less than 10 minutes away from my hotel on Duval by bike, and the gear rental crew in the beach had me in the water in no time. I had no idea that such a complete beach experience with fantastic snorkeling was so easily available. The site is complete with beach rentals (chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, etc), a food stand, picnic tables, souvenirs, bathrooms, and outdoor showers. There a fee for using the park, but it very reasonable ($2.50 for one in a bike). In the water I saw arguably nearly as many fish on the rocks as in did scuba diving in the reef. As a matter of fact I only saw a shark and ray here as opposed to the reef. The bulk of the fish were found in the west rock pile which is close to the edge of the beach and nearer to the boat traffic and possibility of more current, so practice caution if you don’t have much experience in the water. The current can also force you into the rocks if you’re not careful, so better to stay to the east if there is any concern. If you time your day right you can stroll over to the sunset beach when that time arrives, but that the park closes after the sun drops.

We visited funds that, so the only thing we did was play in the ocean and watched the sunset. So I cannot comment as to the for or other things on the premise. However, this speech was definitely the most beautiful on the entire island of Key West. It was very blue and clear highly highly recommend checking out this beach! It does cost $2.50 per person to enter via a car, and the ticket guards stay there until 8 PM when it closes, so don’t expect to come a little late to get in for free.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The lady at the front desk was very friendly and nice. The room was spacious and very clean, with a microwave and a fridge. Great location, away from the noise. Free breakfast and plenty of free parking. The pool was excellent. We’ll definitely come back!

Front desk staff was extremely rude to me, my sister and my daddy. My family booked a total of 3 rooms. Stefan was the only one who was nice and helpful. Stacey did a great job with the daily breakfast. Housekeeping went above our expectations as well.

I was honestly a little worried about how this hotel would be because it was priced so much better than most of the other Key West accommodations but was so pleasantly surprised upon check in. The room was immaculately clean and spacious with cold a/c, and the rest of the property was also very well kept. The pool area was small but very nice, plenty of pool chairs while we were there but I do imagine if it’s busier it might fill up and be hard to find a seat. The breakfast was well stocked with many great options for everyone. And the location can’t be beat, just a block from Duval and very close to the Southernmost Point. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a wonderful hotel in an excellent location—offering everything you might need at a very reasonable price. It’s just a short 3-minute walk to Duval Street, yet tucked away in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean—truly spotless, with nothing to complain about. There was just one minor issue (which I believe the hotel can easily address): small ants near the bathroom floor and on the drawer in the room. Perhaps it’s a common occurrence due to the climate, but it would be great if the management could look into it. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and I never once regretted choosing this hotel. Thank you to the staff—you’re doing a fantastic job keeping the place in excellent condition!

First off, I don’t do reviews. I never do reviews, but I had to do a review. We stayed at the little but quaint Hibiscus Motel in Downtown’s Key West. I would like to give a special thank you to Sttephan Who is a very friendly young man. Tasha’s who checked us in who was also extremely friendly. We were Extremely surprise of the up taking and care that they do here at the Hibiscus motel. Our room was very clean and it looked like they gave a motel room the modern look of a hotel room. Everything was nice from the palm trees, the pole and the breakfast . It was a continental breakfast but everything tasted a lot fresher . we sat pool side and had our breakfast. The breakfast was really good plus free parking and one block three minutes away from the famous DeVaul St. If you’re planning on coming to Key West check this place out I don’t think you will be disappointed. If you're looking for a nice hotel that's close to Duval st and a quick walk to the Southernmost point, this is truly a great option, especially for the price. It has free parking, a large, clean pool and free breakfast. Rooms were nice and you are within walking distance to so much. It's not a fancy hotel, but it has just what you need. We'd definitely stay here again.

We chose this place because of the chain and location to Duvall Street. The location was great because we were able to walk to all the bars, shopping, beach and excursion. The staff were ok but not overly friendly. We had toilet issues and they were quick to send someone out. However, this morning we left earlier than anticipated because my husband woke to something crawling on him. Turns out our bed was covered in ants. Very disappointed and totally disgusted. I mentioned it when we checked out and the woman didn't seem to be surprised. This was very disappointing. We will not return to this Best Western location.
