Just had dinner here the other night. Wow! White table cloth experience. Being right on the beach made the sunset extra special. Plus the service and the food was amazing! Some of the best seafood dishes I have had in Key West. If you are looking for a romantic evening, you should check out Southernmost Beach Cafe! I will be back to check out their happy hour menu!

A great open-air restaurant on the beach. Went for breakfast (twice) on wet, rainy mornings. The food was good though they only have heavily seasoned breakfast potatoes and not hashbrowns (our favorite). Server was good though very soft spoken and spoke only basic English. Happily surprised that they have gluten-free bread.

Food was good. I had the poke bowl which could have used more sauce because it was a little bland otherwise but everything was cooked perfectly and the presentation was nice. Can see the water easily though the beach does have a lot of sea grass (which is fine since it’s important). They only had fans so if you’re looking for AC don’t think this is the place but for dinner it was cool enough. Staff was very nice. Pricing is more affordable than some of the other places nearby.

2025 Key West Caravan with Central Florida Corvette Association (CFCA) friends - we come every year. This year we discovered the Southernmost Beach Cafe- Very Nice... Great breakfast feast, great service and a wonderful atmosphere looking right out at the beach.

Beachfront, open restaurant💜It was early June & weather fairly mild (mid 80's). Went on a Sunday abt 5:00 & the place was sparsely populated except the bar area which had 10-12 people. We had to ask for directions bc it's tucked away from street & we didn't see signage. Chickens & pigeons (chickens are protected by city ordinance) wandered through the restaurant which we loved. Wait staff was very good, & we'd consider returning if we make it back to Key West.

We went out and got a bunch of lobsters and speared fish with captain Jimmy with conchlife charters. #chefceyenne took our bounty of fish and lobsters and prepared a custom dish just for our table with Hawaiian Japanese fusion mix…. Usually I take a picture of my food, but I was too hungry and it looked delicious. We ate here for breakfast and I ordered eggs your way with bacon. The bacon was cooked perfectly and the proportions were well worth the money. I dined with four other people who ordered a variety of items from the menu, and no one was disappointed. Quick service, outdoor seating and an overall great experience.

We’ve walked by Bagatelle so many times and finally decided to make a reservation, and we’re glad we did. The ambience, service, and food were all incredible. We had the tomahawk steak, crab cake, grilled asparagus, and their creamy mac & cheese, which was one of the better ones I have ever had, easily in my top five of all time. Will be going back and the location right across from Mallory Square makes it easy to catch a sunset.

this is one of the best dining experiences i’ve ever had. service was fast and attentive, but nothing extraordinary. where it was really at, was the food and the atmosphere. we got the mussels, lobster fettuccine, and meringue mile high key lime pie. the mussels were creamy and so good. the lobster fettuccine was exquisite. it doesn’t state it on the menu but i could tell it was homemade pasta. it was the perfect amount of sauce and great to share. the key like pie was paired with a strawberry sauce and it was the perfect way to end the night. also i had the cucumber cooler cocktail and that was great as well. the absolute sweetest cherry on top was the live music across the street from hog’s bar. we sat on the balcony next to the street and it was a perfect view to the bar and the live music really made the night so perfect. if you visit or live in this area, you must visit bagatelle. thank you bagatelle for a great experience !!

It was a very pleasant experience for a late lunch/brunch. The food was good with big portions. So you get value for your buck. Host was welcoming and explained the menu to us. Service was good. The atmosphere and weather were perfect to sit on the patio and people watch. It's worth the time.

The best restaurant we tried in Key West! Our server, Tammy, was such a sweetheart, incredibly kind and helpful. The food was AMAZING, the cocktails were AMAZING, and we loved everything about this place. Please go….you won’t regret it!

What a gem! We stopped by twice and both brunch and happy hour (pm, they have two happy hours!) were excellent. The food is top notch and the cocktails are well made. Eric was our bartender and a lot of fun!

We loved this place! Came for brunch and had the southern eggs Benedict and WOW it may be the best cornbread I have ever had. Moist with a hint of lemon. Out of this world. We will be back before the end of our vacation to try their dinner menu!

We were looking up good places to eat and this one popped up. And it didn't disappoint. Food was good and plentiful. The server we had was the greatest, wish I caught her name so if someone goes there you can ask for her. She informed us on the difference between the lobsters 🦞, just anything we ask she had a answer. Right by the water just too. While we were waiting for our food, two guys was cutting up fish right on the dock. Will return, atmosphere was awesome too.

If you’re looking for a place that captures the true taste and spirit of Key West, Conch Republic Seafood Company is an absolute must-visit. Start your meal with their Calamari, Crab Cakes, and Stuffed Mushrooms Martinique, all three are exceptional and set the tone for an amazing starters. For the main course, the Local Snapper Fillet and St. Kitts Pasta are standouts fresh and flavorful. You really can’t go wrong with this combination. We visited while on vacation, eager to try new places, and this one quickly became our favorite for both lunch and dinner. There was no wait time during either visit, which is perfect. The sunset views from the restaurant are absolutely stunning, creating the perfect backdrop for your meal. Don’t miss out on their frozen drinks, especially on a hot Key West day they’re very refreshing.Overall, I’d rate this spot a solid 10/10 a must-try when in Key West.😍😎🌅

Amazing waterfront location! Location was packed and we still got a table quickly. Huge selection of menu items to chose from and they all sounded delicious, including the fresh fish of the day specials. We had the fish dip with jalapeno, the swordfish catch of the day special, and the island salad with blackened Mahi. We loved all of it! We saw that dessert menu on the table and couldn’t resist. You gotta get the warm pineapple upside down rum cake with ice cream….my favorite dessert ever!

What a gem in Key West! Conch Republic Seafood Company is perfectly situated on the marina with stunning views of the yachts and water—such a relaxing vibe. We loved the spacious indoor/outdoor seating options, which made it easy to enjoy the breeze. The fresh seafood was spot on: the lobster was tender and flavorful, the mahi-mahi grilled to perfection, the fish salad refreshing, and even the chicken tenders were a hit with the kids. We spotted plenty of folks raving about the cheeseburgers and other dishes that looked mouthwatering. Convenient paid parking right nearby made it hassle-free. Popular place and for a good reason!

This is one of the coolest places to chill in Key West! The vibe was cool, drinks were amazing, especially the Mojitos! Omg, I needed a nap when we were done here lol its also boat week so alot of stuff going on! The food was delicious and our server was a great guy and took good care of us. Will definitely be back this week.

Was on one day trip to Key West and wanted to explore good food with lively ambience. This place was just perfect. You have a wide choice of items on the menu including a delicious salad. I wish I was into sea food, would have definitely enjoyed it. I am more of a chicken and vegetables person so my reviews are around that. The chicken dish we ordered was delicious and the salad was fresh. It has clean ambience and well maintained restrooms...specially needed if you are traveling extensively.

We truly enjoyed our dinner here. My goal was to find some good seafood and I had done my research before we went to Key West. Our waiter was experienced, knowledgeable, attentive and quick. He made it a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. Everything we ate and drank was perfect. Wish the Conch Republic Seafood Company was in my hometown.

This food was excellent especially for the prices! The dates, bread pudding, braised short ribs were our favorites. Service is great and the lighting inside is dim and sets a mood! Heads up parking is very limited!!!

Visited this place for two reasons: the reviews online and tapas ( I love tapas). Oh boy I was not disappointed. Food was exceptional. The mixture and balance of ingredients were perfect. Wife and I returned the next day to try more food. If you are in Key West, make your reservation and visit this place. I also want to say that the service was 10/10! Very cordial and friendly, the best I had in Key West! I can’t wait to visit this place again!

Santiagos is a tapas style dining venue. They only have beer, wine and sangria but I must say the sangria was delicious. They had specials, but in general you order tapas and they come out as they are made. Even though they are tapas, you can very full as its so much food. Our server was wonderful and the atmosphere was exactly that of a bodega. We tasted so many wondeful tapas, my favorite being the saganaki, it was a houlami cheese in a brandy sauce and fired tableside, amazing! And for dessert we had the croissant bread pudding, omg yum!!If I had more time we would def come back.

Fantastic little restaurant. Placed in a little less desirable of an area with limited parking nearby at least at the time of my visit, the restaurant is on the smaller side so this doesn’t seem to be an issue. Arrived around 4:30 to a nearly empty restaurant. Sat quickly, provided menu, list of specials and given recommendations based on preferences. Incredibly attentive service, food came out very quickly. I can’t remember the fancy name but the special of chicken potstickers was very good. Sweet but not overly so Sparkling Sangria was a nice addition the Short ribs were the most flavorful and exciting dish I had, I would absolutely recommend this dish. The shrimp and chorizo was alright, it was not bad by any means but the dish felt flat with not a lot of excitement, if you’re looking for something that feels very light this might be a good choice. Lastly the bread pudding croissant and ice cream was great, croissant was nice and hot with the contrasting ice cream melting with a bite of each. Tapas style restaurants are not known for large portion sizes or value for portions so I wouldn’t expect to be stuffing yourself off of them. If you want to try a few variations of different dishes with small to moderate size portions (traditional tapas style, recommend 2-3 dishes at a minimum, dishes range from ~$10-20 a dish)I would definitely make this a stop on your journey

Nothing but great things to say. Food and atmosphere are always amazing. The dishes were superb, did not disappoint - shrimp bisque, prosciutto-wrapped dates, saganaki flaming cheese, tenderloin with blue cheese butter and carpaccio - all were fabulous! The only negative was we were seated under a very cold AC unit and asked to be moved to another table. They accommodated but when they did, we got a server that was just ok when the original one was great.

Really nice place with a decent selection of tapasand an excellent wine list. All the dishes we tried were very well prepared - the tuna ceviche was exceptional. The bar area can get a little loud, so opt for the dining room or outside seating if you're looking for a quieter experience.

Opening google maps, I found Santiago’s Bodega. After locking my bike, I entered the restaurant to indulge in Spanish food. I had the ceviche with the local beer named Crazy Lady. The following day, I returned and sat at the bar to meet an acquaintance. We had a variety of tapas and the local beer named Crazy Lady. This is a nice spot for seafood dinner. The oysters are reasonably priced, and I really enjoyed the combination with black caviar. You can choose to sit either inside or outside, and the place is usually quite busy. I wouldn’t call it a full restaurant, more like a cozy cafe.

We had a good time at Alonzo’s … just into Key West, walking the Key West Bight harbor area, watched the tarpon feeding out front, and viola, it’s happy hour! Cocktails good, oysters good, mussels a bit spicy but good. Staff friendly and great! Fun place to stop for a cocktail, time it for the 4:00pm tarpon feeding! Recommend Alonzo’s!

We stopped in at Alonzo's to take a break from the sun. Nicole was are bartender and made the best key lime pie martinis we've ever had. Bar/restaurant itself is classy, clean & comfortable. Happy to see gluten free options on the menu, we look forward to returning for food and cocktails. Cheers 🍸

Great oysters including the sides. Sean the server is beyond exceptional. But the selling point - the mussels I've never had mussles this good. Perfect spice, tomato base only without wine or overpowering other stuff.. I'm trying to buy the recipe from the waiter

Great location on the water. Our service was great by Deborah. We went for happy hour and tried the conch fritters. Unfortunately they weren’t the greatest with the filling quite mushy.

Good food. Enjoyed the outdoor seating near the water. Staff was quiet but polite. Drinks were decent. Wasnt super loud so it was easy to talk but they did have music playing.

Overall, a very good restaurant by the dock. Food overall was excellent. Seasoned and cooked almost perfectly. Their oysters were fantastic, some of the best I’ve ever had outside of the east coast. Mussels were also excellent. They also offered to cook your catch. We’d brought our mahi which we caught earlier in the day, and they cooked it 3 ways and it was fantastic! However, they charged us $25 per person which I thought was a bit on the high side. Anyways, I highly recommend this place.

If you’re in Key West, Blue Heaven absolutely lives up to its name — it’s a little slice of paradise on a plate! We went for Sunday lunch while on vacation, and even though the place was super busy (we waited about 1 hour and 20 minutes), it was totally worth the wait. The vibe is pure Key West — open-air, al fresco dining, colorful decor, chickens wandering around, and live music adding to the laid-back island feel. I ordered the Surf and Turf Benedict, which features Filet Mignon and Lobster — and wow, it was phenomenally good. Perfectly cooked, rich, and absolutely unique. My friends’ dishes were just as amazing: the BLT Benedict (where the “L” stands for Lobster) and a Shrimp Omelette that was loaded and flavorful. Of course, we couldn’t leave without trying their famous Key Lime Pie, and it did not disappoint. Tangy, creamy, and just the right amount of sweet — easily one of the best I’ve ever had. Whether you’re a foodie or just want the quintessential Key West experience, Blue Heaven is a must-visit. I’d recommend it to anyone heading to the island — just go early, be patient, and enjoy the tropical atmosphere while you wait.

As always a fun and amazing place! Breakfast was amazing on a Saturday! My crew and I got there nice and early just a little after open and walked right in. Certainly filled shortly after. Still all good because they open the bar across the street to get your vitamin c on. Most of us got the Lobster grits and BLT Benedicts which were delicious! Service was amazing!

Numerous recommendations and hype for Blue Heaven. Did it live up to my expectations? Absolutely! We arrived at 11 am and had a 15 minute wait. We had our 2 pups with us and had a bowl of water immediately provided to them. If your dog has issues with roosters/chickens, it may be a challenge but worked out well for us. Let’s just say our plates were returned empty and no take out boxes. I had a chicken salad sandwich with a side of potatoes (some of the best I have had), some fruit and a limeade. My wife had shrimp and grits, banana bread and some fruit. And to finish it off, some key lime pie, of course. Staff were great and watched the hostess skillfully handle an obnoxious whiner. Will definitely eat here again and recommend to friends and family.

This is a very unique, Key West-esq place that is a lot of fun to be at. Unique foods, decor, and facility as well as great people. We had and awesome breakfast and still topped it off with a slice of their amazing Key Lime Pie. As with any place on the island, parking is very limited, so be prepared to walk a bit to get there if you're driving.

Very pricey... i suggest you review prices before going. One cocktail and the scallop appetizer was $40 without tip. Now ask me if the scallop appetizer was good? It was amazing! Left hungry so, I headed a block away to Rams Head for dinner and really nice music :)

In a word, stellar. There was a one hour wait for a table for 2, but the hostess suggested if we wanted we could sit a the inside bar (first come first served). We took her suggestion and were able to sit down immediately. The bartender (Darla) greeted us quickly with menus and waters and was super friendly. I got the BLT (bacon, lobster, tomato) Benedict and my husband got the breakfast sandwich with bacon and a single pancake. The Benedict was one of the best I've ever had. Sweet lobster, savory bacon, and acidic fresh tomatoes with a perfectly poached egg and rich, creamy Hollandaise sauce. The breakfast sandwich used the same amazing bacon with a fried egg and incredible sharp white cheddar cheese that still managed to be creamy. The pancake was also very good and was served with real maple syrup. Overall an excellent breakfast.

By far the best dinner I've had on the island. I've been twice, it gets busy and it's a large restaurant. Outside seating is the nicest part. Ate the Grouper and Jerk Chicken with the scallops appetizer. The drinks are also very good.

Nestled in a peaceful side yard of a historic old Key West home, underneath the shade of mature trees, plus tropical palms and other vegetation. They have a nice sized menu with food options for all day. We went for breakfast which was wonderful, and enjoyed some live soft acoustic guitar music. Everything is just a little more expensive than you may be accustomed to in this remote island city.

Rating def. 4.5-4.75. Our oldest son didn’t like his tortilla shells only reason we didn’t give it a 5/5. Food otherwise and service excellent and cool vibe. The cocktails are fantastic but slightly over priced. We would eat here again and is family friendly. We recommend.

We tried this place on our visit to Key West. It was storming pretty heavy, but the outdoor area was well covered and the rain added a nice ambiance. There were chickens running around that we really enjoyed, but we're RUDE! 😂 We started with some Conch Fritters, a Watermelon Mojito and a Strawberry Daquari. For our Mains, I ordered the Cuban Sandwich and She ordered the Fish Tacos. This is where the chickens became rude... They hoped on our table shortly after I took our food photos and stole the top of the bread from one of my sandwich halves and a piece of fish right out of her tacos! The waitress was quick to apologize and although we said it wasn't an issue, she brought us out whole new orders! We just chalked it up to our own carelessness in guarding our lunch, but the extra food was much appreciated! We would love to return during a sunny dry day and try some of the other tasty looking items on the menu our next time we're down here!

Had a delicious dinner ar Rams Head Sunday night.. We had a large group and opted to eat inside. Waiter was fantastic! Tried some apps, dinners, and sandwiches. Everything was outstanding. Highly recommend

Fun place to visit. We just had drinks and nachos ( it was a huge plate filled with nachos and topped with … well everything! Truly tasty). Bartender made my husbands a virgin pina colada which was delicious. We sat at the bar and the bartender was friendly yet not intrusive.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!! We recommend the veggie burger and shrimp blt rap! The Caesar salad was spectacular!! The price is great for the huge portions!!

We really enjoyed our recent dinner at First Flight while on vacation. We started with their DI PARMA flatbread which was phenomenal. I chose their fish tacos for main dish. They were a little spicy but tasted great. My husband had their swordfish & was very happy with his choice. The atmosphere is so enjoyable & they have a beautiful outdoor seating area. Service was a little slow off the start, but I didn't have to cook or wash dishes! There was a wedding taking place upstairs which was neat to watch. Definitely recommend a visit.

Loved the outdoor seating, Sitting under banyon trees. We opted for appetizers for a light lunch. Smoked fish dip was so good, and was the tuna poke. Great service, not rushed

A quintessential Key West go-to. We’re frequenters on the Island and this is a place we stop nearly every time. Located a few blocks off Duval, it’s worth the walk. There’s semi-indoor seating for when the heat is too much, and a beautiful courtyard under the trees when it’s cooler. The service is always great and the food delicious. They have some of the best Mahi tacos with a tropical mango salsa flair. Of course you’ve got to try a flight of beer. Highly recommend.

Definitely a key west vibe. We sat outside and only had appetizers. It was wonderful atmosphere here and the food was awesome 👌. They serve cucumber mint water when you are seated. We ordered jerk wings, crab cakes, and the best tuna poke stack I ever had. I would definitely come back. ( the place looks small on the outside but it's absolutely huge.)

Seriously the best fish and chips ever! Crunchy outside and tender inside local mahi mahi and a delicious vinegar Cole slaw. Fish not heavy or greasy! Very good juicy Beach Burger. The key lime pie supposedly is the best on the island. Home run on the food. Laid back Island music sets a great vibe to relax out of the heat. Friendly staff served food hot and quickly. Another place not to be overlooked for more popular spots.

We had the BEST experience at Kaya Island Eats! We brought in mahi-mahi we caught earlier on our fishing charter (the captain Sam of cowboy charters recommended this spot) , and they cooked it up for us three different ways!!! every single one plate was incredible. So flavorful, perfectly cooked, and came out so fast! Huge shoutout to John, our waiter!! he was amazing! Ask for him when you go. Super friendly, full of great recommendations for things to do around the Keys, and suggested we try the Mai Tais (thankfully we did because they were delicious here at Kaya’s). Couldn’t have asked for a better meal or service. Highly recommend this place. 10/10 experience all around!

We visited Kaya Island Eats twice during our stay in the Florida Keys and were not disappointed either time. The food was incredibly fresh, served hot, and absolutely delicious. You can really tell they put care into every dish. The service was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the experience even better. We also tried their cocktails and wow— the Mai Tai was great and the Mojito was downright stellar. Perfectly balanced, refreshing, and exactly what you want in a tropical setting. The whole place has those laid-back island vibes that make you want to relax and stay awhile—exactly what we were looking for. If you’re in the area, definitely put this spot on your list. We’ll be back next time for sure!

Food is crazy good / delicious. Plus they cook your fresh catch in one of 3 ways. The Bang Bang style and the Asian style were so delicious that my kids who do NOT eat fish decided to eat half my meal. It is that good. Gonna try the 3rd style aka Cajun style asap. Plus the folks are super chill and friendly. Two Thumbs Up. Highly recommend to folks who want a good meal and a chill atmosphere.

Wow! What a great dining experience at Kaya's Island Eats. The food tasted very fresh and was flavorful, a mix up between Hawaiian and Caribbean cuisine. For an appetizer we had the tomato/moz/basil tower. For entrees, we had the blackened fish tacos and poke bowel. Prices were reasonable and our service was top notch (Thank You, John!). Even though we were full from dinner, we had to try a slice of their Key Lime pie, which was definitely worth it. Enjoy!

Would give 10 stars if I could this place is incredible. We got the Jamaican jerk chicken and Hawaiian kahula pork, which were both perfect. Note, they do come with lots of cilantro which we love but not everyone does, just request it removed. Service was fast and friendly and atmosphere was perfectly island in the outside seating area. Their key lime pie was to die for too, best we’ve had in the keys so far.

Found this little restaurant while walking around Key West and decided to pop in for dinner, spoiler alert: best decision ever. The Peruvian scallops were delicious as well as the clam chowder as appetizers. They had the most delicious crab raviolis as special, they should put it as a permanent plate because they where out of this world and the key west pink shrimp with the gnocchi and edamame where delicious as well. If I could only ask for one thing is that they make their portions a bit bigger because the food is so good you always need more.

Smallish dining room, a selection of beer and wine. Oysters Rockefeller were very nice followed with local yellowtail snapper on fettuccine, and diver scallops. The poached pear was a nice finish for the meal. Casual, friendly service. A bit off the beaten path.

We happened to stumble onto this place on our walk back to the hotel. Very cute inside, kinda of dark loungey vibe. We sat at the bar, and were served by the bartenders. They were attentive. Not particularly friendly, but they served us well. The food was definitely delicious the Mac and cheese croquettes are a must try!!

Great happy hour and EXCELLENT oysters. My wife says these are the best oysters she’s ever had. Narragansett brews a beer for them, pairs well. I’d skip the Mac n cheese croquette next time and just get more oysters . The ceviche is made with a white fish that’s very good too.

Enjoyed a lovely dinner. Waitstaff was wonderfully attentive, and it was quite full for a Thursday evening. Spent about $170 for 2 drinks, appetizer and 2 mains and tip. Seating at the bar looked cozy as well, but our table for 2 was comfortable and intimate. Clean bathroom with changing table and themed art prints. Highly reccomend the short walk off Duvall street, especially if looking to escape the bustle and tizzy of the main thoroughfare.

During our trip to Key West, we had the pleasure of meeting the owner of the establishment. He was incredibly generous with his time and willingly shared his expertise with us, discussing both wine and the ingredients used in his dishes. The staff were all exceptionally attentive and professional. And the food itself was simply spectacular!

This place is new to me, though their other restaurant, Antonia’s, is a long-time fave. And I say that not knowing if they have more than these two. Lunch today was fresh fettucine with lovely peeled (and maybe confit?) grape tomatoes, which I assume are San Marzano, topped with a perfectly pan seared grouper. Super light cream sauce. Side of their garlic bread. All excellent! As good as or maybe even better than any lunch at coastal spots I love throughout Italy, France, and coastal USA. And the place is casual-cool. Quaint without being stuffy. Lovely staff. Tiny, which is another plus. Yummm!

Whew yall, where do I begin 😍 we pulled up to the address thanks to Google, and we were certainly confused by The Neighborhood surrounding this phenomenal Cuban restaurant. Parking was scares but you can always expect that at the beach. We were greeted kindly and our drinks order taken while we contemplated what amazingness we were going to taste for dinner. My husband chose the ham and cheese sandwich with a side of yucca fries. We also ordered a T-bone steak with a side of white rice which came topped with grilled onions and fried plantains. The third meal that was ordered was the Cuban mix sandwich complemented by an imported Palma Cuban beer. Other drinks at the table were their pink lemonade (UNIQUELY delicious), a can of Jupina (stunningly good), and cafe con leche (no words to describe the level of delicious this brings, make sure you get the sugar with it, The sugar gives it such a lift). We shared a slice of key lime pie (real whip cream on top and tangy in all the right bites). it was all beyond delicious, and theres many reasons why this icon of a restaurant has the reviews it does 👏👏👏👏 Our waitress was on point with how she showed up for our table. She was paitent, so very kind as we couldn't decide on what we each wanted. She gave us great advice on what dishes were and which, and what is the most authentic. Yall, Definitely put this on your list to visit because the atmosphere, the food and the people who work so hard to give each table the experience of Cuba, deserve your money 👏👏👏👏🥳🥳🥳

We discovered Cuban cuisine for the first time, and it was love at first bite! The Delmonico steak, coconut shrimp, oxtails, yellow rice, black beans, white rice, and avocado salad were all authentic and mouthwatering. Paired with their sangria, it was the perfect meal. We visited 5 times during our week-long stay, and the staff were consistently efficient and friendly. Special thanks to Belkis and Albert for making us feel welcome on our return visits. The flavors, textures, and affordability made for a great dining experience. We'll be back for more!

Must try in KW. They have another location on one of the other Keys. Food was inexpensive, flavourful and plentiful. The sangria was also very tasty. Thursday special is ribs and they are really great!

Last night in Key West, and we decided to visit El Siboney, and it was once again delicious. We had #7, with traditional rice, beans and sweet plantains…so good, and the grilled bread yumm! Sorry for the half eaten plate…we dove right in!

Read a review that said “best skirt steak I’ve ever had” and I second that. Tender and flavorful. Yummy sides of plantains, beans and the white rice was soooooo good. Heck best white rice too. Delicious key lime pie and rice pudding for desert.

Went for the first time with my wife Kris. We split beef a couple of empanadas and a Cuban Mix sandwich. The food was excellent! Empanadas and the sandwich were both large portions. Food was not expensive and the atmosphere was great. Our server was Albert and he was very friendly and helpful! We will definitely return and recommend you stop by when you’re in Key West!

I had seen this restaurant on a few YouTube videos. The videos were of the Stock Island location. I was happy to find that there was a Key West location. We had dinner one night night about 8:30. The customer service was great and the food was delicious! The portions are huge for the price. It’s definitely a great deal. We had the chicken with rice and black beans, grilled shrimp and a Cuban sandwich. The hot bread that’s brought out before your order is delicious. We will eat here again!

Service was excellent. Food was good. Live music was there in the evening and the band was entertaining. The pina coladas were fine but in the lower echelon of all the pina coladas I've enjoyed. Location is superb, being within short walking distance to Duvall street. Indoor and patio seating available. We sat indoors. Our server was excellent and I ordered a fish sandwich. Pretty good- especially as I was really hungry- but I have to say that I've had better in the Keys. Certainly not a bad dining experience- it was fine so I believe 4 stars is a fair rating. However, its not an establishment I would go to again in the area.

The better breakfast place. Everything we had was hot fresh and we could tell cooked to order. Definitely more expensive than the other breakfast spots. Expect about $20/per person with beverages for breakfast.

This was a highly recommended spot in all the research I did before our week in Key West. We stopped in for Brunch on a Friday morning and they were busy but we had a just a short wait. It's an old place that's been expanded a few times. The tables are small and tight but that adds to the atmosphere of the small town family diner. There's a bar in one room and we had live music to go with our meal. There was some nice AC in that room as the patio was pretty muggy. The food was good, the key lime french toast served as a nice sweet treat. A little on the expensive side, but not out of line compared to other Key West prices. If we went back and wouldn't feel like I had to go there again, but we had a great meal and I'm glad we stopped in on this trip.

Amazing food! Everything tasted so good. The service was excellent - fast and waiter was knowledgeable about items. Steak was very tender, jambalaya was better than in other places, lobster combo was delicious. Totally recommend this place for nice atmosphere, good food, and fun with karaoke 🥰😁

Glad they have parking available. Parking is a booger in KW. Service was AMAZING. Food was good. Place was clean. Bathroom was clean. Great corner location. Too much bread crumbs on the Oysters but they were delicious. Everything was fresh out the grease hot. I actually loved the cups. Genius. Great price point. Would recommend.

Ok. So Fogarty's is definitely worth the visit but this place outranked them in food and atmosphere. Service here was professional and attentive just not as personalized as Fogarty's. The food was best we had in our six days. The band The Shanty Hounds played wonderfully. And Paulie adorable. Lol. Made our last night, the best one. Just a short walk from Mallory Sq.

We had lunch, here, on our first day in Key West. The food was good our server was pleasant and available, even with it being crowded and very HOT that afternoon. The atmosphere is what one would expect in Key West. Everyone in a good mood and enjoying their meals and drinks. I give them 4 stars only because they keep the tables quite close to one another and they use plastic patio chairs and the table (at least our table) was quite small, even for 2 people and with it being busy, I just felt like we were all just packed in there. They were a little pricey but it was quite good eating (I had shrimp tacos) and I recommend them, just be aware of the seating.

What a fun cafe! We enjoyed breakfast with biscuit and gravy with scrambled eggs added. The biscuits and gravy were delicious and everything you expect them to be! In addition to that we got the French toast special which has a strawberry sauce. While I loved the French toast, I was not a fan of the sauce. I will try the eggs Benedict next time.

What a hidden gem! This rustic, slightly divey spot has so much charm and character. The food portions are huge and absolutely delicious — every bite felt homemade with love. And the key lime pie? Hands down the best I have ever tasted — creamy, tangy, and unforgettable. Definitely a must-visit!

Our first stop in Key West was Pepe's Cafe. We had chosen our destination well in advance... and we weren't disappointed. The service was very friendly and professional. We were served delicious coffee and a great American-style breakfast. The place itself has a unique atmosphere and a strong sense of time, as evidenced by the photos of its guests hanging around it... including Ernest Hemingway. It's worth a visit for a coffee and a trip back in time.

This is an iconic place as this is the oldest restaurant in key west. However, it is not for me. The sandwiches werent as tasty and I even ordered the special of the day. I think what affected my rating too is because I had set a very high expectation on this place.

If you look at this place from a certain angle, while trying to avoid the Gulf Coast sun from blinding you, it almost looks like it is closed. It wasn't until we got really close to it that we realized that it was fully functional. As we got closer, a friendly voice welcomed us in and directed us to the bar. Once we got there, Katie Mae simply knocked our socks off with her sense of humor, conversation, and knowledge of the island. Of course we ordered the $1.75 oysters and my friend ordered what's considered the best Mojito in town. My beers were cold and frequent. We truly enjoyed our two visits to Pepe's during our Key West adventure.

Out of the 6 dinners we had in KW, Pepes was our clear favorite. Unpretentious, friendly, quick, fresh and fish so tasty we're still talking about it. We sat at one of the hightops in the bar area. Luke ran the section and we followed all of his great recommendations; pepes style snapper and blackened snapper with a slab of keylime pie that was supposed to be eaten in the morning. The pie didnt survive the short walk back to the hotel. Its with good reason this place has been around longer than any restaurant in Key West. EAT HERE!

A Key West institution! They will cook your catch here, so we brought lobsters freshly caught that morning and enjoyed them with 2 sides, cocktails, a round of delicious appetizers, and key lime pie for dessert. Amazing.

Half shell was our first stop in Key west and we had a great time there! The mussels were delicious and the garlic bread, omg. So good! Fish and chips was good. Beer was cold and service was okay. They have non alcoholic drinks! The place has an incredible vibe. You can see it’s a place with great memories and make people happy. Love the decoration! Plus, you can have a beautiful view from the pier. Go for happy our. Prices are great! 😉 Definitely recommend!

Love coming here. I had lobster egg rolls and my husband had batter fish with fries and coleslaw. It’s our third time coming here for lunch…Food is excellent here!!!!Not so crowded at lunch time. We sat next to the marina. I got to see all kinds of tropical fish next to me. This was the highlight of my afternoon!!!! Omg!!!! Even the chicken was closed by…🐓 Go see it for yourself….🐠🐟🍤🦞🍺🍷

Love love this spot. Come for happy hour and sit by the bay. Must get: Gulf oysters. So fresh. Get at least a dozen Clam in a bucket. So fresh and tasty with white wine sauce SOLID: Conch fritters. Worth trying given that it's a big deal in keywest but it's decent. SKIP: Steamed mussels: we sent it back given that it was rubbery. Viognier by the glass was excellent.

I think this is the best happy hour we found in Key West, maybe the best happy hour I’ve ever had. Everything was so good, the blackened snapper was the star for me. Had a nice seat on the water, lovely

10000/10 highly recommend and would come again! This place is absolutely wonderful! Quality food, service, and premium atmosphere! We had a large party of about 25 people with 14lbs of fresh fish to cook. We also had an hour delay due to personal issues… Not only did they have the best spot to sit a large party in a private section of the restaurant, but they were so kind to accommodate our late arrival with zero fuss. They had the best service and were in top of all the orders for such a large group. The waiter Danny was so even keeled through the chaos and had the best customer service I’ve experienced in years. The BYOC (bring your own catch) was reasonably priced and they will fry, blacken, and grill it up for you. It was absolutely delicious!! Also, they have some of the best oysters in town. Definitely get the garlic baked ones!! Can’t wait to come back!

While touring the area, had a chance to go to the Half Shell Raw bar, I last visited 43 years ago🤗 Atmosphere was hopping, being since we were in the area was in the middle of the Offshore Powerboat Races😲 Had a waterview seat, good food in a timely manner being since the place was busy w/ boat race teams and spectators.

Great food, great people awesome music and great atmosphere. We had conch chowder, 12 oysters, key lime pie and virgin rum runners. The best part is they welcomed our Weim Nala with a bowl of ice water and a treat on a very warm day. Thank you everyone! We will definitely be back.

We had a great time at Schooner Wharf Bar in Key West! We ordered a dozen oysters for $26 — they were huge, fresh, meaty, and absolutely delicious. We also tried two soups: the clam chowder and the conch chowder. The conch version had a spicy kick and a rich tomato base — definitely something unique. Although they were out of draft beer during our visit, the lively atmosphere more than made up for it. There was live music with guitars playing, which added a really nice touch. We came on a Sunday, and the place was packed — it’s clearly a popular spot. Service was a bit rushed and not very chatty, especially when we asked questions about the menu, but we understand it was a very busy night. Overall, the vibe was fun and the sea breeze made it even more enjoyable. Definitely recommend — great value for the quality!

The food wasn't great. I ordered the Jerk Chicken. It was pretty dry and nothing special. But my virgin Piña Colada was delicious. Nice and thick. The real highlight was the live music and atmosphere. After a long day in the sun, it felt so good to relax and vibe out. Ross Brown was performing when we were there, and he sounded amazing! I'd definitely come back just for drinks or a small bite, enjoy the music, and hang out with the mix of tourists and locals. For that alone, I'm giving this place 5 stars!​

Both myself and my partner had dinner at Schooner Wharf bar whilst our visit to Key West. I had a burger my partner had mozzarella sticks which was really good. Service was good staff were super friendly. There was plenty to choose from their menu, they had live music which was good too. Location was good right on the marina close to gift shops etc. So if you visiting Key West and feel a hungry i highly recommend Schooner Wharf Bar. Both with a side of fries. The food was excellent & plentiful. Highly recommended for lunch/dinner or just drinks. Either way you won’t be disappointed.

This place was awesome! The folks greet you at the door and they exude positivity! The bar is just what you'd expect for being on the beach, but is perfect! The food is delish and portion sizes are healthy. Got the lasagna and the yellow tail snapper. Both were awesome! Parking is plentiful on days when the beach isn't crowded. Highly recommend!

First time trying Salute on the beach and it was great! Nice beach view outdoor seating and atmosphere all around. Mark the Host was so friendly and fun, he’s the best! Jesus was our server and he also took great care of us! Literally everything we tried was soooooo delicious! The fresh bread they bring to the table started off our meal the right way…so fresh and tasty! You can tell the chef put a lot of thought into these menu items. You gotta try the calamari! Might be the best I ever had; it’s sautéed instead of breaded and has a spicy red sauce, we loved it! Make sure you get the key lime pie for dessert! Thanks for an awesome time!

The food was amazing. We ordered the muscles in the white sauce it was to die for! The fresh fish was so yummy and tender the sauces on both of our fish dishes were amazing! The food made me dance. It was so delicious and filling, I had the yellow snapper and my husband had the grouper. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was very relaxing and romantic we sat pretty much on the beach. This is our favorite restaurant in Key West hands down!

Random stop, and was so happy to stumble upon those place. Ordered the sautéed calimari with marinara - which was fantastic! Order it! It was super fresh, plentiful for the cost, and was perfectly satisfying. The marinara had a nice little spice that elevated the dish to the next level. I will definitely Salute this location, and when back in Key West, I will make this a hit!

We've gone here a couple times before and always loved it! This time I had a migraine so we got it to go. The calamari portions are half of what they normally are, we got fettuccine Alfredo one with just chicken and one with shrimp and chicken and the one with shrimp and chicken has hardly any chicken in it compared to the one with only chicken, as well as the portions for the pasta, being a lot smaller than when you eat at the restaurant. Stood for ten minutes waiting for the lady at the bar to ask us what we needed continuously walking passed us without so much as a “one moment please”. Paying $100 for this throw together food is very disheartening.

Went in with a reservation on a Saturday evening to a nearly empty restaurant. Not sure why it was empty because our food was absolutely amazing and the service was great as well! Steak was cooked perfectly and literally melted in your mouth. Calm atmosphere and unique decor. Would highly recommend.

Spent some time in Key West over the weekend and stopped in for dinner. Ambience was unique and the food was incredible. Between my wife, my daughter and I, we ordered the chili, bacon wrapped scallops, grouper, Szechuan beef noodles, and fried bananas with ice cream. Every dish was outstanding but what stood out was the managements accommodations. When we arrive we were seated inside with a few other customers enjoying their meals. Unfortunately our 3yr old daughter was being a bit loud/rambunctious leaving me to take her outside a few times to avoid ruining the other patrons meals. While outside, a gentleman who I believe was the owner, asked if an outside table would help us. We agreed it would and he immediately sprung into action rearranging the outdoor furniture for us. He also brought out a few of his “action figure” rubber duckies for my daughter to play with. Above and beyond!! Highly recommend not only for the extraordinarily good food, but the top notch service.

Juan was THE BEST server! The best vibes. The best food. The best service here in Key West. A truly hidden gem in the Keys and will be coming back. The owners and the energy were superior. The wine selection is extremely vast and many choices to pair perfectly with your food.

There are not enough stars in the sky (or on the internet) to give to this restaurant so, sadly, I must award them only five stars. My spouse and I ate at this restaurant 2 years ago on our last trip to KW so when we came back and experienced the same level of hospitality and delicious food to say I was delighted was an understatement. Brian and the rest of the staff are the real gems here. If you want a mix of genuine humanity and humor then please make a reservation for this KW original. The ambiance, decor, and cuisine are not to be missed either. (I strongly recommend the bacon wrapped scallops.) With so many restaurants to choose from on the island I hope you will stop by and experience what the staff works so hard to offer; good food and great atmosphere. We had dinner here on a weekday night in November. Our server Ryan immediately made us feel right at home. Super friendly and very accommodating. My wife had the spinach salad custom made to her preference, and without our even having to ask, he had the kitchen split the salad that I shared with her brother. The menu is very creative with lots of choices. The grilled shrimp starter came with six grilled shrimp and was enough for a dinner portion. The entree trio was amazing--filet mignon with blue cheese butter, three grilled shrimp, and lobster Mac and cheese, with a heaping portion of mashed potatoes. An absolutely amazing dish. The filet mignon was so tender and tasty. One of the best I've had. While there are no cocktails, the beer and wine selection is extensive. Lots of interesting desserts. We chose spicy quesadillas with chocolate sauce and a dish of vanilla ice cream on the side. Very tasty. All our food was expertly prepared, fresh and delicious. Service was superb, and the ambiance was very nice. The restaurant is relatively small inside. Perfect for a romantic dinner, special occasion or just a relaxing evening. We will definitely return the next time we vacation in the area. If you want a terrific dining experience, this restaurant is the place to go.

Small, quaint, quiet restaurant off Duval Street. Good service and nice wine selection. The food was amazing! We had spinach salad, bacon-wrapped scallops over mashed sweet potatoes and lobster mac and cheese. Décor is a bit eclectic. Wish we lived in Key West, we would go back more than once!

Not sure what all the hype is about or why this place shows up as a 5 star restaurant. The appetizers & dessert were good, but that’s where it stops. The fish was overcooked and the banana/pepper topping tasted like it came out of a can. The worst part: during dinner a lady walks in with a dog & has a seat at the bar. Not just her, the dog too - sitting in a chair at the bar. When we asked our waiter about it, he said well behaved dogs were allowed in the restaurant. I could understand if it was a service dog sitting quietly on the floor, but this dog was actively barking and sitting in a chair! As a restaurant owner this violates so many health code violations and is in no way acceptable.

One word... Superb! Lots of outdoor seating on Duval. The best conch fritters I have ever had. Every bite had loads of conch. The Snapper dinner with shrimp sauce was divine.

Sat outside was nice atmosphere. Waitress was great along with food and drinks.

Don’t know why this place is not rated higher. It is excellent. The seating is very comfortable, quiet even outside. The food is cooked to perfection and presentation is fantastic. You know that they take pride in their place! I got the snapper, which was excellent, highly recommended. My husband got the burger, wanted something other than seafood! And it was very good! We also had the smoked salmon, delicious!

I’m so sorry for not taking a picture before eating, but this pasta must be celebrated. The truffle shrimp penne is insane. I ate every bite. Top 3 pasta I’ve ever had anywhere

I’ve dinner at Grand Cafe last Sunday. Great atmosphere, I was seating right in front of the fountain which I founded as a nice touch. My server Nina was incredible! Great recommendations, super attentive and friendly. My expresso martini was great! We got the beef carpaccio which I highly recommend, the cheese board that has this sweet walnuts that were so yummy! My beet salad was amazing! Overall great experience.

The Grand Cafe went above and beyond to provide an amazing rehearsal dinner for my family. Maria, the owner, made it easy from start to finish, from menu options to making her restaurant a welcoming place for everyone. The service and the food were excellent. Thank you Maria, Shannon (server) and all of the staff for a nice evening.

We ate dinner here, a party of 4. The food was decent, I had the seafood pasta, not spectacular but good. It contained 3 shrimp, 3 mussels, 1 scallop and 1 very small lobster tail. It needed more seafood! My wife had the Mahi which was very good. The waitstaff was just okay, not much engagement or dialogue. What makes the place is the wonderful ambiance.

Based on reviews, we decided to try Moondog during our visit to Key West. There was a long line of people waiting outside. Luckily, their process was efficient and we were sifted in around 20 minutes. We ordered the BLAT ( bacon, lettuce, avocado and tomatoes). It was delicious. The lettuce was fresh and crisp. Avocado was the right ripeness. There was abundant amount of crisp bacon. The wait staff were friendly and attentive. We ordered key lime pie to go. It was so good! We have been doing key lime pie tasting on the trip. This one was the clear winner. We definitely will be back on our next trip to the keys . Highly recommend.

It is my pleasure to recommend stopping in this neat cafe and bakery. The server, Danielle, was such a welcoming person. We went at happy hour and mainly went for the dessert! I wanted to try their unique Key Lime Pie and it did not disappoint. We also enjoyed the pot stickers. I feel confident to say this spot is Very Good! The atmosphere was inviting and it was time well spent. There is indoor and outdoor seating .Enjoy!

Stopped here to meet a friend in on a cruise ship. We picked it because it was close to Hemingway House. We will be back because of the food, service, and price! Everything was excellent! Several people had breakfast and others had lunch. The pancakes were light and fluffy, the salad was huge, and the burger was flavorful and juicy!

We had a very nice lunch at Moondog. Place is fun and funky, like crazy Key West. Staff were all super friendly. A little crowded, so we opted to sit at the counter. Lattes were good and hot! Tarragon chicken salad and avocado toast were both winners! Lots of really good fresh baked stuff in the display counters, lots of otter good things on the menu! Baker on site, working away while we were there! Full bar too, lots of specialty drinks. We go back! Recommend Moondog!

Absolutely amazing; food & service! Coffees were great too. Would recommend asking for the check in advance though lol in case they have their hands full you are able to leave when you are finished. Please tip well, everyone works way too hard and they provide such phenomenal food and service, they deserve it!

Came in late afternoon, not busy and second the counter yet still took 15 minutes stood for the waitress to make a coffee. She didn’t seem to have a clue what she was doing, initially started making a cold latte and then I reminded her it’s hot, so she put it in a hot cup and then handed to me. Forgotten to froth the milk and apologised, then took it back poured my caramel coffee with oat milk back into the jug and then used the steam wand on it…. This was a coffee for about $7-8. She handed it back and it wasn’t even warm so asked her to make it again properly. Coffee machine either dirty or not dialed in as it was very bitter. Ley lime pie was mid - just presented like this as it looks cool in photos. Best part was after spending $25 on a coffee and piece of pie, I asked to sit in as she’d given it to me in a takeaway cup and was told the seats inside and out the front were for “service tables” only and there was an area out the back I could sit. Was the 18% gratuity not enough to sit in one of the 50 empty seats actually in the restaurant? This lovely area I was assigned to is essentially a back door for service to the kitchen and a panoramic view of kitchen staff cooking and where the ac units all feed in. Nobody out here and sat feeling like an idiot. Honestly the amount you are charging for a slice of pie and then the default tip option was like 25% or something stupid. Tourist trap avoid!

We decided on Moondog Cafe for our breakfast while docked in Key West for the day. We are happy with our decision. Key West has so many great places to eat and Moondog came highly recommended after doing some research. We got off the ship early and walked straight there because I did see that it can get very crowded. We got to the front door about 8 am and wasn’t crowded yet fortunately. We were seated at a nice cozy table for my wife and I right by the window. Service was very good. Food was wonderful. There is a large mural painted on the wall that is very unique. I highly recommend Moondog Cafe if you’re in Key West.

Food was excellent!!! As someone who doesn’t eat fresh fish like this often, when I asked the girl working for help it somewhat seemed like an inconvenience to educate me on the different fish, but I ended up with the blackened snapper tacos & it was great! 2 people in my party had stone crab & they were thrilled. Outdoor eating was perfect!

Every time we visit Key West, this place is our first stop because the food and outdoor seating are amazing. The lobster is incredibly fresh and delicious, as are the crab cakes.

Fried conch strip basket: The conch was good, though a little chewy, but maybe that's how they're supposed to be? The fries were cooked perfectly, crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. The coleslaw tasted sour in a bad way, like it's old. The local chickens are great dining companions. Outside seating only. Counter service; order in the inside.

I got a cold lobster roll with coleslaw and it was STUFFED with amazing fresh lobster. They have cold or hot options. 10/10 will be going back when I get a chance to go to Key West!!

Good spot to stop for seafood. Lobster roll fantastic as described by my sister. I had crackers, stone crab dip which was also excellent. Food was quick and delicious!. Outdoor seating was ok.

Eaton Street Seafood Market is one of the best seafood restaurants that I have been too. Its portions are huge and the service is lightning fast. After placing our order, the crab chowder arrived almost immediately. It had a substantial amount of crab and tasted great with the saltine crackers that came with it. Shortly after, the rest of our food came. For only $29, the lobster roll was HUGE. It had twice as much lobster and was half the price of the lobster rolls we’ve gotten in New England. It also tasted just as good, if not better. The fries that were served with the fried shrimp and fish basket were also some of the best I’ve had. They were fried to a perfect crisp, and so were the fish and shrimp. The plantain chips that came with most of the meals also were pretty good. The restaurant had a good vibe and the bathrooms were also clean. 5 stars.

TLDR: Dinner amazing, delicious and totally worth it! Breakfast, very average and disappointing. We ate at Café Marquesa twice while staying at the hotel Marquesa. The 1st time was for dinner and we very much enjoyed our experience. Service was friendly, we didn’t have to wait long for our drinks and food, the plating was very pretty, the restaurant setting is intimate and charming but most importantly, everything we ate and drank was delicious. They even accommodated my special request on one of the dishes. Also, they definitely have one of the best key lime pies in Key West. Unfortunately our 2nd meal was not nearly as pleasant. We went for breakfast on our last day, wanting to keep the “best for last” since our expectations coming off our previous dinner was quite high, but we were disappointed. The service was not as welcoming, the food was very average compared to their dinner plates that showed creativity and excellent execution. They also don’t even have fresh pressed orange juice or fruits. Overall the dinner deserves 5* and since I think everyone should eat here I am going to give 5* on Google but the breakfast truly deserves a 3*. That being said, if you are in key west, you must book your dinner here, you will not regret it!

This was our first time at Cafe Marquesa and will be honest was the best meal/experience ive had in key west so far. We started out with the special which was caviar an let me tell you it was delicious. I had the tuna tartar an it was out of this world. The yellowtail snapper and triple tail fish was beyond amazing. The staff and chefs were amazing and 100% recommend coming back again and again. I could go on for days on how amazing this place was.

Every trip to Key West couldn't possibly feel complete without dinner at Cafe Marquesa. We love this restaurant and consider it one of the best on the island. Our server Stephanie was excellent, highly attentive and professional. And of course the cuisine is always expertly crafted and plated delectable. We had dinner here to celebrate my birthday, and everyone took such good care of us, highly recommended! Can't wait to return again,

Fine Dining That Delivers—Without the Fuss or the Foam If you’re wandering through Key West wondering whether true fine dining exists somewhere between flip-flops and frozen daiquiris; it does, and this is the place. The menu is beautifully balanced, clearly crafted by someone who respects both flavor and Florida’s unrelenting heat. I started with the hot and cold foie gras, and honestly, it was a beautiful surprise. The pear element? Game-changer. Sweet, elegant, and the perfect contrast. Who knew summer heat and foie gras could get along so well? I followed it with the pan-seared potato gnocchi, which had just the right mix of pillowy comfort and crispy edges, and the prime beef carpaccio, thin, tender, and full of flavor. For my main, I chose the swordfish, which was fresh, light, and perfectly cooked, basically, the culinary equivalent of a chilled linen shirt on a 90-degree day. No heaviness, just flavor and finesse. Service was attentive but relaxed (Key West style), and the setting matches the food: elevated, but not trying too hard. You’ll feel fancy, but you won’t need to fake an accent. Highly recommend, especially if you're tired of deep-fried everything and just want a real meal that reminds you why dining out can still feel special.

Our waiter, Wilson, was excellent. His knowledge & description of the food & cocktails was extremely helpful. He was attentive & the spacing between each course was perfect. The food (tuna tartar, craywfish & pasta, the black grouper, swordfish & dessert sampler) was excellent, as were the cocktails. This restaurant is our favorite in Key West; best food on the island. We will definitely eat at this restaurant again when we return & we'll be telling our friends about this place.

We had a nice dinner at Martin’s. Ordered Maine lobster, ribeye, and the yellowtail with sides of grilled vegetables and mashed potatoes. The food: the lobster and the fish were great. Very fresh and delicious. The sauce on top of the yellowtail with the crab cakes was delicious. The ribeye was okay. The temperature could have been a little warm and bit more seasoned. The service: it was terrific! Our server was Xander (I forgot when he mentioned his name but saw it on the receipt so I hope its the correct name) He was very knowledgeable and attentive. Atmosphere: we sat outside and there were chickens attacking us 😂 the falling leaves and bugs that comes hand in hand sitting outside. other than that it was pleasant.

Our dinner at Martin’s was amazing. This was one of our favorite restaurants while on vacation here in Key West. The fish is incredibly fresh—straight from the fisherman and never frozen. You can really taste the difference! The cocktails were expertly crafted and perfectly balanced, and the dessert was the perfect ending to the meal—rich, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Highly recommend if you're looking for a memorable dining experience in Key West!

Great service, very accommodating. Risotto is a must order. Beef Wellington was tender, cooked perfect, but bland. Lobster bisque was full of lobster, loved it.

We had an excellent meal here. Nice quiet atmosphere with amazing service. Food was excellent. We had the beef wellington and the cowboy ribeye special. The peppercorn sauce was delicious and both were done perfectly. We had a very enjoyable date night. We will be back the next time we are in town.

I am a local and this is one of my favorite happy hour spots. From 4-5pm all tapas (appetizer/small plates) are half off and all martinis are $7. We always sit at the bar with Sarah. She is friendly, attentive and makes the drinks with love. Our favorite martinis are the espressotini, chocolatini and dirty martini with blue cheese olives. The best tapas are the lamb chops and shrimp and scallop skewers. The ribeye entree is the best steak we have had in Key West to date. Cooked to perfection and seasoned just right. We will continue to be regulars here and try more new items on the menu each visit. One of my favorite restaurants in all of the lower keys.

My first time having beef Wellington and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff also surprised me with a surprise birthday dessert. The waiter was very kind, attentive and made suggestions that were helpful.

Martin's is a must-attend happy hour!!! Excellent tapas menu. We had the German potato soup and Tropical Waldorf Salad - both were very good. Had a few very good drinks, too, including a Lemon Drop martini, Key West Sunset martini and Key Lime martini. Excellent food/service at excellent prices during happy hour!

The coffee here is delicious, i recommend the caramel iced latte. My friend and I split the Bacon omelet and the bananas foster waffle. The omelet was perfectly cooked and cheesy. The waffle is soft and delicate, fork tender. The bananas are delicious and the almonds give a good crunch. Would definitely get again.

Let me tell you about a nifty little restaurant on Duval Street. The breakfast and the lunch on another day was outstanding! This is a must visit to eat well and for something a tad different. Service was perfect, and the atmosphere wonderfully relaxed. I loved that I could talk with my husband without having to raise my voice over music or a boisterous crowd. Food is generously portioned and delicious. I loved the art decor! I even love their unique animal cleaning crew, no need to feed. This is a must stop in and try while you are there. Eclectic, tidy, and relax the way a restaurant should be when living the easy life in the Florida Keys.

Cute casual place. Had dinner here a few nights ago. Food was yummy at reasonable prices. We had the Grouper, stuffed pork chop, tea, and a Bellini. No room left for crapes :( but will go back. Service was friendly, prompt, and attentive. Food was prompt, great, and portions were large. Decor was fun.

We came here for lunch the other day. Here is what I thought. Atmosphere: I’ve been to the Banana Cafe on a previous trip to Key West and I was so excited to come back! The cafe is located near the southern end of Duval Street. The place is quaintly decorated. It had indoor and outdoor seating. Restroom: I used the single stall restroom upstairs. It was nice and clean! Service: Our service was great. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Food: We loved our food. I got their ‘BLT Sandwich’ with friends and my husband for their ‘Shrimp Salad Sandwich’ with sweet potato fries. We both thoroughly enjoyed our food. It came out quick and was fresh. This is a great place for a quick, delicious breakfast or lunch. They definitely had some unique food options. We love the Banana Cafe and will be back on our next trip to Key West!

We had breakfast at Banana Cafe on Duval Street. The place is spacious and has a nice, airy atmosphere. The menu offered plenty of options that matched our taste, and the food itself was flavorful and well-prepared. However, our overall experience was disappointing. Our breakfast took more than 30 minutes to arrive and was served cold. The lemonade was extremely sour, and the prices were quite high for what we received. The final bill came close to $200, including a 20% tip automatically added to the check — which we felt was not deserved given the very slow service. On top of that, they charge an extra 3% fee for credit card payments, which we found unreasonable. In summary, while the food was tasty and the atmosphere pleasant, the slow service, high prices, and hidden fees took away from the overall experience.

Best breakfast spot in Key West! Banana cafe is a very cute and quaint French inspired local restaurant, with big flavors. The crepes are a must try and the key lime pie was my favorite from all the others that we tried on the island! However, be prepared to sweat if it's hot outside, even with fans and coverings we still broke a sweat on the balcony, but we didn't mind it for the great food and service we received.

Very chic and compact brunch with a delicious menu. The savory crepe brought me an appetite for their desserts and it was totally worth it. Great option when vacationing in Key West.

We had a fantastic fast lunch at DJs clam shack. My friend had the shrimp tacos and he said is the best thing he had in our whole trip to Key West. I had the shrimp and garlic butter toast, and it was phenomenal. And my friend with a child’s taste buds ordered the split grilled hotdog and thought it was amazing. You sit on the back patio or the front porch on Duvall Street. As quick counter service and the food was great. Highly recommend this.

The clam chowder and lobster roll were both incredible. Those are two of mine and my husband’s favorite foods and we both thought those were some of the best executions of those dishes that we have had. Both were loaded with seafood and seasoned perfectly. We also got the garlic steamed clams which were very tasty as well. The staff were also super friendly.

This restaurant was a great find. My family ordered two lobster rolls and the fried seashells with fries. The food only took about 5-10 minutes to come out, and the decorations were fun and colorful. Cashier was friendly and customers were too. The lobster rolls were soft and delicious, while the seashells were warm and filling. The fries were crispy, and we enjoyed the food. Definitely recommend coming here, as the food is delicious.

The best lobster rolls in Florida! It’s a must have if you go to Key West. It’s very fresh sweet lobster, and a whole lot of it. Rolls are buttery. The fries are very fresh and perfectly crisp.

My spouse and I came into the Hard Rock Cafe almost close to closing time. Laura, the bartender was absolutely phenomenal. She greeted us with a smile and even though she pulled a double she was happy vibrant and absolutely amazing. Thank you hard rock for having an amazing bartender such as Laura. She absolutely loves her customers and loves her job. She made the best that I’ve ever had

2025 Key West Caravan with Central Florida Corvette Association (CFCA) friends - we come every year. We visited the Hard Rock Saturday and Sunday and Bota took care of us with a small and a large group. Food, Drinks, Service and Atmosphere is always 5 stars..Bota every help with a specal birthday treat for Duane ..

We had reservations on Christmas Evening at the Hard Rock in Key West. We were able to be seated right away. I liked how much quieter this location was than others I have visited. I saw a sign about live music, but there wasn't any the night we were there. I had requested a gluten-free menu for myself and my son. They were ready for us and I was happy to see there were many choices! I had a chicken sandwich and he had a cheeseburger. They were delicious! We are inside, but I think it would have been fun to eat outside to watch everyone walking by.

This was a really unique Hard Rock with indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoors you could have patient, sidewalk edge, or the chute little Keys flair bar seating. Indoors was an old island home turned into the Hard Rock. The legendary memorabilia you've come to love hung throughout. It was a timeless feel to a classic place. The staff were all so very kind and welcoming. This one was unique and I'd definitely love to go back for the island flair and unique feel of this Hard Rock. The food was what you've come to love about it. The classics.

Typical Hard Rock, always delivers. Good variety and one of the few locations in the Keys that has vegetarian options on the menu. Service was great and very welcoming. Live music is played on some nights and it was very good. No complaints. If you are looking for typical HR fayre you can’t go wrong.

We came during fantasy fest, so super busy there. Nicole was our server and while she was super busy and likely short staffed the service did not suffer from that. She was hospitable, quick and when she was going to be an extra few minutes always communicated that to us. The food was great too! Thank you!

Lots of interesting dishes especially if you are vegan. I only had the opportunity to try the vegan key lime pie, as the night we planned to have dinner here it was pouring rain. The key lime was ok - I’ve had better dairy free pie before. It wasn’t creamy enough -very solid. And no gluten free crust which would have made a big difference. The service was wonderful, very friendly. The inside was beautifully decorated. But as in most key west restaurants, no a/c, at least not turned on. It’s often so hot in the key west restaurants. I would recommend though. Wish I could have tried more things!

A gem for vegetarian eats in Key West! The kale caesar is next-level—crisp, flavorful, and totally crave-worthy. Their noodle bowls are just beyond, fresh-pressed juices are pure sunshine, and the ordering process is a breeze with quick, seamless pickup. Every visit feels like a little burst of joy—always fresh, always delightful. We live in the middle keys and it's always on the schedule when we are in KW- My son says "the waffles here are better than lego-land"....that's a big deal! Vegan options! WOW the food is really tasty. They have lots of vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options including desserts! We went for lunch. I had the "Chicken" salad sandwich with the bean salad - both were delicious! My husband had the Ceasar Kale salad which was a generous portion. I got the Fresh limeade (also very good). I saw they have breakfast/brunch options too so will definitely be back!

This place was a fantastic surprise. Went there as a group. Every single dish was absolutely delicious, fresh and full of flavor. Even the coffee is amazing, haven’t had a good cup of coffee like that in a long time.

Great choice for vegetarians and vegans! Delicious food that was very filling. My entire family was able to eat without having to worry about the ingredients! We had the quesadilla with vegan cheese and sour cream (super rare for restaurants to offer vegan options like that!), the grande burrito, BBQ un-wing dings (super crispy), and more. Amazing service as well, was checked on plenty but not intruded! Would highly recommend!

This cute little restaurant is a great option for an affordable and tasty lunch/dinner off Duval St. I came in on a rainy day and they were very busy for dinner. They have tables indoor and outdoor. They also have rail seating. We were sat on the rail and given the menu promptly. Our waitress was very sweet and explained everything with care. I ordered the beef bowl and a side of chips and (hot) salsa. I was so happy that the chips are made in-house and tasted so fresh, also that hot salsa is actually hot/spicy and had a great flavor. The beef bowl was delicious and a great big portion. Truly would come back here soon if I lived closer.

My family went for dinner & it was great! Not too long of a wait and food was pretty good. I got the grilled chicken bowl and it was good. Lots of food and very filling. Very fun atmosphere, great for people watching. Not too far from Mallory square as well. Got to see a great sunset afterwards. 10/10 recommend.

This cute little restaurant is a great option for an economically affordable and tasty lunch off Duval St. I visited on a rainy day late afternoon. There wasn’t much of a crowd. Good for me! 😉They have tables indoor and outdoor. I requested to be seated outside and was accommodated. Everyone I encountered was nice. I received a menu promptly and placed my order. I opted the bean tacos and asked if I could have veggies added. The server said yes. I ordered a corn she’ll and from tbe looks and taste of it, the corn shell was made in-house. It was bland, but tasty with the added ingredients. After completing my meal and receiving the bill, I noticed an unexpected charge of $3 for the vegetables. Although I was surprised by this additional fee, as it was not indicated on the menu and I was not informed by the server, I chose to overlook it, particularly since the restaurant offers resident and tourist specials. I appreciated the establishment's efforts to accommodate a diverse clientele and found the experience satisfactory overall. I look forward to returning in the future when in town.

Had a great late evening meal and Sam was wonderful. The fried fish tacos and the grilled fish tacos were amazing. Carne Asada needed some help that late in the day.

I enjoyed the tacos here but they don't bring salsa with the tacos and since my waitress never came back to check on me - I didn't get any salsa so I ate them anyway - they were a little dry, so ask for the salads upfront. The tacos would have been much better with some salsa and I would go back but be sure to ask for salsa. I had a veggie taco and a black bean taco both were tasty. Canned beer options are good. No draft beer. Service could be better.

This place was busy and for good reason. Got conch fritters and filet mignon kebabs for starters. Got catch of the day and the fish fry combo sampler for mains. And key lime pie for dessert. From start to finish, everything hit the mark. Food is fresh. Delicate balance of flavors and crispiness of the fry and even the vegetable medley was delectable. And plus beautiful view of the harbor during sunset. Highly recommend!

Stopped here for lunch when we first got into town. Such a great place to stop by and enjoy the view! They do have plenty of fans running, so it's not too uncomfortable when dining out in the heat.

Great place for brunch..I had the lox eggs Benedict..the homemade hollandaise was very tasty..the wife had pancakes which she described as the lightest she's had!. And the bottomless mimosas and bloody marys!! Are you kidding me!?!?! Very friendly staff with great service to boot.. Very highly recommended if you visit Key West

Great selection of small plates for Happy Hour 4:20 to 6:30pm It is a great place, just make sure you have less than 5 people in your group, otherwise they will refuse to split up your checks. They say it's policy, but everything was fantastic. Thanks for another great evening at the Boathouse 🙂👍

Take advantage of happy our special. We got an enormous amount of food and three drinks for like a hundred bucks. Lobster bisque, counch chowder, pink shrimp, coconut shrimp, lamb pops, and of corse conch fritters. Got a couple semi sweet wines and a mojitto.

Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. ✨ Must-tries: The crispy calamari with sweet chili sauce, peanuts, and green onions – perfectly crunchy with a sweet & spicy kick. Tempura zucchini fries – light, crisp, and addictive. Loved the creative twist! Beef skewers – tender, flavorful, and glazed with sesame goodness. Shrimp & Grits – rich, creamy, and comforting with a fresh corn topping. Bruschetta – so fresh and vibrant, perfect light bite to start with! The happy hour vibe is fun but chill, service is still fantastic, and the prices are super reasonable for the quality and portions. Definitely one of my favorite places to treat myself after work or bring friends visiting Key West. 🌅 A true local gem that keeps getting better.

We are visiting from East Texas and thought we would try the Bottomless Wine. My wife got the Merlot and I got the Pinot Noir. It is $15/big glass and totally worth it. The glass is large and the wine is okay. We are sharing a Beef dish on the Shareable menu. The beef flavor is good but the steak was a bit chewy. I still like it though. On my second glass now. We shared the last glass.

Incredible food! Awesome Happy Hour! Great service! Two nights in a row and going back! The shrimp and grits are delicious. Coming from Charleston, I'm a shrimp and grits snob, and these are the best I've had!!! The calamari are tender, crisp and not greasy! Perfect. Happy Hour martinis are fantastic. Update: Still Fabulous!! Have made it our first stop for Happy Hour 5 times so far, have 3 weeks to go!! Can't say enough about the great service and Boyko the bartender!! Did I mention the shrimp and grits? Love this place!!!

My son had the best dish, lobster, shrimp and scallops with noodles. My other son loved the crab cake over lobster, but the lobster lacked butter and salt,.it was unseasoned, like straight off the grill. Other then that, everything was good..

Im actually mind blown at the lack of service at this place. Then reading through the reviews and seeing how the OWNER responds to complaints really sealed the deal for me. Its all public, just look. Let's get into it though. Upon sitting at the table the glasses were all dirty and the man filling out water proceeds to tell us they blow off the patio while the doors are open and it gets blown into the resturant. THEN I go to the bathroom and the ceiling is leaking straight into my UNDERWARE. My head and legs too. Dont know what the water is from, but... GROSS. I ordered a bloody Mary and took one sip and it tasted like water that looked at a tomatoe and then drank a bucket of pepper. Idk if the bartender knows how to make a bloody, but it was NOT good. So I waited 15 mins for our waiter to come back, but he never did. So I went to the bar and waited 1 minute while the bartender stared at her phone. Someone else who works there had to tell her to pay attention because I was standing there waiting. Then I was greeted by the most annoyed look like whatever was on her phone was WAY more important than her job. When I told her I didnt want my drink she shrugged her shoulders and said ok, then right back to her phone. Everytime I looked up at the bar she was on her phone. The food was subpar and customer service was ALMOST non existent. I say almost because the host James was WONDERFUL. He seemed like the ONLY person inside that resturant who cared about the customers leaving happy and full. The owner needs to take a serious look at his staff and make some changes. This place has alot of potential but lacking customer service is a business KILLER. Will not recommend or return.

I really had high hopes for this place but it was slightly disappointing. There was a renegade rooster running around the restaurant which is typical Key West but they really made no attempt to catch it lol. The service was Meh to where I actually had to double think the tip I would leave which I never have to do. The gentleman at the front door was also rude. The only saving grace to this restaurant was the food. The mahi sandwich was delicious but that's about it. Based on the service I probably wouldn't go back. Oh and they also overcharged my mom when she looked at her credit card statement FYI...they put in their own tip when she left cash at the table.

Went with some friends for brunch (offered every day) and had a great time! The Bottomless Mimosas were inexpensive and truly bottomless, and we all had way too much! We never had to ask for them to be refilled. The Lobster Mac & Cheese was the best I've had, and the Potatoes that came with the Bacon Omelet were outstanding! Our server was very polite and attentive, but not in a distracting way. Overall a great experience that I would definitely recommend.

Dante's Pool Bar and Grill is a fantastic spot for both partying and relaxing! On weekends, enjoy a lively atmosphere with a live DJ, great drinks, and tasty food by the large pool. During weekdays, it’s a family-friendly place to chill. The pool area has free lounge chairs for sunbathing, shaded spots, two bars, and plenty of tables for dining. Conveniently, there’s a parking garage right next door on Grinnel St for $5/hour. Highly recommend!

If you're in Key West and looking for a place to get out of the heat and humidity, Dante's is a solid option. We went and there was no cover fee to get in, though locals mentioned that during busier seasons or for events, a charge can sometimes apply. My advice would be to arrive when they first open so you can secure a lounger, as it can get pretty packed out. Dante's features a large pool in the center of the area. There's a sailfish water fountain and a waterfall that goes over rocks in the background. While there is a good amount of seating, much of it with shade, getting there early is key to getting a good spot, especially during busier times. It's a good setup for relaxing and staying cool. The food we ordered was good. We tried the Bang Bang Shrimp, the Ceviche, and the Conch Fritters. Our waitress was Lexi, and she was very busy, running drinks to everyone and keeping up with orders throughout our visit. She clearly worked hard to make sure guests had their food and drinks. They had a DJ playing music, and the restrooms, located upstairs, were clean. If the heat and humidity in Key West are getting to you, Dante's provides a comfortable place to spend some time and stay cool.

Dante’s was incredible! We brought in the fish we caught on the Cora Beth fishing tour and for only $12.50 per person they cooked it up—half fried and half blackened. Hands down the best fish I’ve ever had, and the blackened seasoning was out of this world. Huge compliments to the chef! The poolside atmosphere made it even better—laid back, fun, and perfect for enjoying fresh fish in Key West. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Bruschetta Francesca's? What can I say. The moment I walked in, I was wrapped in an atmosphere so wonderful and inviting, it felt less like a restaurant and more like a trap set by the world’s most charming family. I was greeted, seated, and made to feel instantly "at home" in this fun split-level establishment. I think they might have checked my coat for weapons, but I was so cozy I barely noticed. Our server, Jimmy, was fantasti, even though he refused to tell us the secret recipes. The Bruschettas were a great appetizer to start, but then the Mama's Trio arrived. That's when things got serious. The star of this show was the 5-Layer Lasagna. Friends, I don't know what kind of black magic they use, but every single bite was better than the last, which, if you think about it, defies the laws of culinary physics. It made me instantly nostalgic for my dear, old Italian grandma in the Bronx... Let's not forget I am not from the Bronx, and am I not Italian, but I was suddenly ready to sell my soul for her lasagna and meatball recipe. We finished the meal off with the Tiramisu. It wasn't just fresh; it tasted like it had been freshly invented right there at the table. I simply cannot recommend this place highly enough. It's so good. Go Now

This place was super fun! Waitress was very rude, though. I sat my things down by the pool and instead of “Welcome in! I’ll be your server.” It was immediately “you have to start a tab to sit here”- literally no hello or anything just attitude right off the bat. Decided to give her the benefit of the doubt, maybe she was having a bad day. Will give them another try, but hope the service is better next time.

It's July in Key West, which means its hot, like hot hot. We stayed on Duval so we walked everywhere in the sun, yikes. My daughter is the one who discovered Dante's and suggested we go there and enjoy the pool. Upon walking in to Dante's, it immediately felt like a oasis in the middle of all the surrounding concrete and buildings. There is no cover charge or entry fee to visit Dante's. All you need to do is just enjoy some libations munchies from the bar area. The pool is filled with crystal clear water and is so inviting, and there are cascading waterfalls flowing over a series of cliffs right into the pool, creating a tropical backdrop. The entire oasis is surrounded by Tiki bars, chaise lounges, and lounge dining with umbrellas overhead to keep you cool while eating and drinking. The moment we sat, a very friendly server came over and took our drink orders, there were so many to choose from. The drinks and eats: We went for Key West Lemonade(vodka & pink lemonade) and the Poolside Daydream(mango, coconut, pineapple, guava, rums, mixed with tropical fruit juices). Both of the drinks were delicious and refreshing, but the Poolside Daydream, really hit the spot (several times, lol). For the eats, we had hot pretzel bites, super nachos, and the chicken tenders. Your typical bar fare, but very good and satisfying. We stayed for a few hours, enjoying the pool, floating games, having some drink and eats, and just chilling and relaxing at the oasis we call Dante's.

We took our freshly caught mahi mahi to Dante's and they prepared it for us. The fish was perfect as well as the coleslaw and fries. Our waitress was wonderful and did a great job taking care of us. We had such a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Dante's to everyone.

Caesar salad was $11 with a tiny piece of snapper for +$19 — barely a meal. Chowder tasted like watered-down tomato sauce. Service was acceptable, but there are way better options in the area. Unimpressed overall.

I had an absolutely amazing time during happy hour at this place! I ordered the mussels and a few beers, and both were spot-on. The mussels were fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection—easily some of the best I’ve had in a long time. The miller lites were icy cold. But what really made the experience stand out was the service. My server, LAURA! She was incredible—friendly, attentive, and just all-around awesome. She made sure everything was perfect and added a personal touch that took the whole experience to another level. Really enjoyed our conversations. Between the delicious food, great drinks, and outstanding service, I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend stopping in for happy hour—you won’t regret it!

The food was delicious, and atmosphere was old Keys had a burger and fries that was really good. The real highlight was our server Becka! Great energy and made our visit fun 🤩

Alysia is the best, she was kind, professional, and incredibly attentive the entire time. She made amazing drink recommendations (key lime martini, etc.) and even remembered our additional preferences throughout the night. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests and takes pride in her work. Her energy and service completely elevated our experience, will be back!

This was our first time eating here, and I just have to say not only was the food Idelicious, but our server Becca was amazing!!! She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and she was super fun!!! It wasn't just a great meal it was an excellent dining experience because of Becca! She was the best server around! By the way get the conch fritters to start and the burger! You will not be disappointed! I can't wait to come back!!! A+++

My wife and I stopped in at the White Tarpon yesterday for cocktails. Alysia was super personable and a pleasure to speak with. The Key Lime Martinis were excellent.

Stopped in for dinner and drinks in our first day in Key West. The service was great and Laura was great to talk to. Really appreciate the friendly atmosphere. Very chill way to start a weekend.

We sat at the bar and Kendra was so friendly and had the best personality. We went back the next night and Okemo was there also. They made our night fun and we loved the mini beers and martinis. Oh dinner was awesome too, loved the steak and empanadas

The food was impeccably prepared! Alfredo is an excellent Host and his hospitality is second to none while Kendra makes the best drinks in Key West!! Isabella Stefania and Bahama Mama graced the stage and made sure the tunes were playing and kept us all entertained!!!!

I had a phenomenal time at Viva's last month! I worked with Angela Luna for a very special event, an after wedding reception. We are from Maryland and Angela went absolutely above and beyond in assisting us from afar. In the planning stages, she always gave a timely response, answered ALL of my many questions in great details, gave us various catering options to help stay within budget, and allowed me to coordinate on behalf of the bridge and groom. We couldn't have been happier with our experience. Every single guest, bride and groom raved about how excellent the reception was. The decorations/entire section were so beautiful, the live band was 10/10!!, food was absolutely delicious (we went with the tacos and tapas - great choice!!), the servers were quick, kind, and helpful, and Angela took care of it all so that we could truly just enjoy ourselves. She even handled the wedding favors table with signs and received the wedding cake for us! The atmosphere was incredible and while it was quite the last minute reservation, you never would've known! I'm also grateful to Viva's and the band for staying open a bit later than close. We didn't expect that at all but that goes to show the excellent service you will get here. We partied like it was no one's business- if only we could add videos to reviews.... lol! Viva's went all out and I would highly recommend you to consider them for all special events! Next time we visit the Keys, I'll be sure to visit. Thank you Angela and all the Viva's staff who helped ensure this was a special night!! We will never forget it.

Just finished a wonderful dinner at Viva Argentinian steakhouse on Duvall Street, in the heart of the keys. The ambience is unbelievable. Our server Juan was incredibly friendly and very efficient (highly recommend you ask for him!) Probably one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. All in all a great experience. They also have live music every day of the week. Come check them out!

We stopped by Viva Bar for some drinks and had a great experience! The service was excellent — very friendly and welcoming staff who made us feel right at home. We only had drinks this time, but they also serve food, which looked really good. Definitely planning to come back to try it next time! Highly recommend for a relaxed vibe, good drinks, and great service.

My wife and I sat outside for an early dinner, and the place was fairly empty. For some reason, it took about 40 minutes to get our food. My steak was okay, but I had higher expectations bc of the restaurant's name.

I absolutely love the Tiki! Kendra is the best bartender and I highly recommend the Shiitake mushroom risotto!!! it is fabulous. We just had a local Red Grouper dinner, couldn’t eat at all. It was amazing.!!!

Stopped in for lunch on Tuesday after searching for sandwich shops in key west. I was glad I chose to come in for a burger and fry. Location has been there since 1978. Fran waited on us. Wow. Beautiful, funny, and professional. Food was great. They have a little seating area for a couple people too.

Found this place after a Reddit recommendation for lunch saying it was a good hidden spot. It was true. The sandwich with fried chicken was tasty and well made. Tried the café con leche and it was good too. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly and kind. Definitely recommended for a good sandwich bite.

It's been years since I've been on island, but 5 Bros is always a good spot to grab a cheese bread and colada (Cuban espresso). This family owned establishment has been a Key West staple for generations!

When we travel, we have to taste local authentic taste with lovely great people. “Bean with Rice” is awesome. Cuban coffee and Cuban sandwiches are also extremely good!!! Don’t miss plantain along with Bean and rice”. Great place to sit relax, eat authentic food and chat with lovely local people.

My wife and I have the good fortune of knowing good friends. They lived around the corner from 5 Brothers from 1994 until 2019. We’d visit them sometimes 3 times a year and occasionally rented our own place if it was a longer visit to Key West. Our mornings would almost always begin at 5 Brothers with at least coffee but also quite often a breakfast sandwich. Pepe knew his regulars. They didn’t have to order. On the other hand we as visitors would sometimes go 6 months or more then we’d be in every day for 10 days to a month! We’d go back after not being in town for a while and the first morning he’d kind of give a look of recognition then after that it was walked in, greetings exchanged and decide whether it was a sandwich day or not. Pepe and Maribel ran a terrific Key West institution. They more than earned their retirement. We were happy to hear their daughter Francheska and her husband have stepped up to continue this tradition. My wife and I dropped into town this week for an all too brief visit. Hit here all 3 days and on one day I did have the opportunity to meet the new boss. She is beautiful, smart and a credit to her parents. Key West is constantly changing. It’s a pleasure that places like this still exist there. If you’re visiting treat yourself to 5 Brothers. If you go before 10 am be prepared for the locals, including many Key West police officers, getting their fuel! It’s an experience not to be missed and we do miss it, until we’re there!

Best place for breakfast! Coffee is amazing and hot! The cheese toast is fantastic. Service cannot be beat! Definitely you can tell this is a locals spot, but as visitors we were treated very well too! We enjoyed this place every morning of our trip! Phenomenal establishment.

Great place off the beaten path to cool down and get a nice cold drink! They welcomed our 3 dogs gave them water and served us cold beer. We heard the bacon Mac n cheese and grilled cheese were great so we gave them a try. They both were good and filling. The best thing was the frozen Irish coffee with Oreos on top. If anything just go there for the frozen coffee!!!

We saw Mary Ellen’s featured on a video some folks did of a Key West pub crawl. This place is really awesome. From the minute you walk in you take in all of decor, the wall of beer cans, the lighting on the ceiling and all the eclectic artwork. It’s a really cool little spot. We had a couple of drinks and the grilled cheese is fantastic. We will be back.

This place is off on a side street from Duval. The bartender was friendly and attentive. We split a steak sandwich that was really good. The gave a frozen coffee drink that is a must get. We were here on 10/17/25.

It’s dark in the bar, so these pictures aren’t going to look great but this is a good spot to have some “munchies” food. I thought the wings were great. I eat wings more often than I’d like to admit and these are really good, wasn’t expecting to find that here as I know people talk mostly about the grilled cheese, which I didn’t try.

We stopped here multiple times during our week in the keys - everytime we did the bartenders were super friendly and on point! The grilled cheese was one of the best I’ve ever had, fish tacos were amazing, pickle fries were perfect! Wish we had more time to try more food. We did music trivia (I’m assuming that’s what it would have been) one of the nights and it was pretty fun - it’s all off your phone which makes it very easy to participate when you want. The drinks were strong but that’s what we’re there for! Bloody Mary’s were money! The bad reviews on this place are stupid and I love the responses even more! Totally worth a stop!

If you don't have the Jerk Chicken Quesadilla, you are missing out. The best I've ever had. If you're not paying attention, you'll miss this gem off Duval. The service is fantastic. The food is great. And the prices are reasonable for a tourist island.

Such a great bar, from the outside it doesn't look anything special. We had two great evenings here, there's always something going on. The chicken tenders and quesadillas are to die for. If you don't drop in, you're missing out!

We needed somewhere for lunch and hadn't researched any Key West options ahead of time. Despite the touristy look and location, we took a chance and were pleasantly surprised. The food was pretty good. The dolphin fingers were a favorite. The service was pretty good - friendly and efficient but not very personal at all. Prices were as expected. Portion sizes were good. It was a fun atmosphere being on the busy road. Bathrooms were clean.

This is the only place I eat at when in Key West. It's a great location and the food is great! I always get the Boston lettuce wraps which is an appetizer but is a full meal in itself. Cool, crunchy and with the protein of your choice makes it the perfect lunchtime meal that's refreshing, not heavy. Finishing with the Key lime pie is also a must! Oh and there's chickens too 🐓

The food was delicious. We all ordered the shrimp po boys. The shrimp was cooked perfectly. We ordered dolphin fingers for appetizers but was given conch. This disgusted us because we did not know it and did not want it, which is why I'm giving a 4 star rating. They did comp for the mistake, though, which I appreciate. My husband also ordered the eggrolls and he enjoyed them. Service was great other than that. There was an unpleasant smell in certain areas of the restaurant, but after moving tables, it wasn't as bad. It didn't disappear, but at least it was milder. The heat can be overbearing, but they have fans with mist that help tremendously- the place is all patio dining. Many birds and chickens loiter around as you eat and they aren't ashamed to fight for scraps under tables.

The next time you visit Key West you must stop at Caroline's Cafe for lunch, I promise you will not be disappointed. We had a group of 8 peeps and they seated us right away. The server immediately brought us water, which is the most important thing a server can do for customers, especially walking around in the summer sun. The seating was outdoors under a huge canopy and thankfully there were huge fans blowing a cool breeze just inches from our table. We were visited several times by the locals - a few roosters and some chickens, pecking their way through the restaurant. The drinks and the eats: We were in a drinking mood, so our table ordered Key Lime Mojitos - filled with Key Lime Rum, Fresh Mint, Lime, and Soda. Perfect to get our palets ready for yummy food. My family started off with chicken wings, which hit the spot! They were crunchy and covered in the most delicious buffalo wing sauce. A few of us ordered the Boston Lettuce Wraps with grilled chicken, carrots, coconut curry noodles, bean sprouts, and cucumber salad with peanut and spicy red chile sauces. I am a vegetarian and I ordered mine without meat, and it was so satisfying and delicious. The rest of the family ordered Shrimp Po’ Boys, which came with a fried shrimp, lettuce, tomato, and remoulade served on a toasted roll. Everyone at my table was very happy with their food and would def visit again the next time we visit Key West. Caroline's Cafe is located at 310 Duval Street in Key West Florida.

We did a Breast Cancer ride to Key West on motorcycles we where looking for a spot to eat someone overheard of conversation and recommended Caroline he stated it was the best in Key West so we took his advice and I must say yes I totally agree the food was amazing will definitely recommend. I'm looking forward to go back for some good food

Visited for dinner during our stay in key west. We parked in opal resort car park, $7 per hour for parking. Online had advised that parking is validated by the restaurant but they advised this stopped in 2023. Instructions to find the slip aren’t great but essentially it’s directly behind the Opal Key Resort. Your reservation time is your boat time over, it’s a quick 10 minute lovely boat ride over. Gorgeous views for sunset. Food was delicious, cocktails were delicious. Definitely on the expensive side but a lovely treat.

We were very excited to go and check out this beautiful place, and really it is gorgeous. But dining experience wasn’t so great as ambiance. Service seem to be very slow even it’s hard to believe since it’s still off season and it wasn’t very busy. Also, “mistake” by our server Atash, ringing the Snapper entree from the dinner menu charging us $48 instead of Lunch entree (we were there for lunch) which was $36. That was very suspicious and seemed like trying to scam us. Saying that “they changed the price but didn’t change them in the menus”… very unprofessional. P.S. on the menu on the web site you could clearly see that the prices were transparent and correct. Food was big dissapointment, odd combination of flavours and chicken on the cobb salad was extremly dry and overcooked, impossible to eat. Snapper was just okay as well as Lobster bisque. It is a big shame for the establishment like this.

We went here for my birthday. As residents here we know how getting a reservation can be difficult because they’re so busy. I planned ahead, and made my reservation well in advance. When we arrived, it was a beautiful day so I knew the sunset would be beautiful. I was hoping for an outdoor table. We actually had the best table outside. A few people said that as they walked past us. The food was amazing of course. But the atmosphere and the sunset was just spectacular. I got the Key West pink shrimp carbonara and my husband got the grilled center cut tenderloin. We both started with the French onion soup. Our server Alanna was also excellent. She regularly checked on us and was very sweet. Just a beautiful experience. We will definitely be back!

This beautiful restaurant is probably the best point of Key West. If you want high quality dining, nice atmosphere, delicious food and nice experience in Key West, I can say Latitude at Sunset Key is the best point. A ferry takes you from the pier and brings you to the restaurant within 5 minutes. Prices are in the normal wedge but considering the quality of what you’re eating, I think it is lower than the average in the Key West. I also appreciate for the excellent service by Kate, she really made the experience special.

We took the ferry over for lunch at Latitudes Sunset Key. We had a wonderful time. Ended up spending three hours at our beachside table. Enjoyed delicious food, and drinks. The Ahi appetizer was best I’ve had!

We had a lovely dinner at Latitudes Restaurant. The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the sunset made the evening even more special. Seating is available both indoors and outdoors. The indoor areas are divided into several rooms, all with glass doors, so you can still enjoy the view no matter where you're seated. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout the night. I had the chicken with whipped potatoes and spinach — it was well-prepared and flavorful. After dinner, we moved to the outdoor bar and enjoyed a delicious lavender cocktail to end the night.

Someone that I met at the Kinky Carnival party took me to Latitudes bar for a martini in the afternoon.He was a guest at the Sunset Key Cottages, splitting the cost with his friends. On the day that I was returning home, I made a breakfast reservation online using my phone. The Key West ferry took me to Sunset Key with the breakfast reservation. I sat outside to enjoy the outdoor scenery eating my Blueberry Pancakes and coffee. I cannot afford to stay at Sunset Key Cottages but I can indulge myself there eating breakfast. Vhuntermassage LLC

Cool atmosphere with a lot of character and Cuban vibes. The outdoor seating area is spacious and has a nice setup. The food was okay — not the best I’ve had, but decent. The fried whole fish looked impressive, but the flavor was average. Dessert was also just okay. The biggest issue was the service — it took a long time to get our food, which was frustrating. Overall, worth checking out for the ambiance, but be prepared to wait.

What a fun place!! Great place to enjoy live Cuban music and enjoy the vibe while watching the sunset and eating great apetizers! The Scallops are a must as they are seasoned well with a butter sauce. Planting chips are good and add to the atmosphere. The Shrimp were on a another level and some of the best we had in Key west! Go for the atmosphere and enjoy the food while listening to some great Latin music

Get the #80. You wont be disappointed! My husband and I always share this one when in town. Delicious variety and love the atmosphere! The location is perfect to end your evening with the Mallery square sunset! Beautiful!

At first I was skeptical because of the previous ratings BUT we ordered the # 69 and the relleno appetizer with our mojitos and let me tell you it was delicious. The pork was tender and marinated just right. The mojitos were strong and minty. The server was super friendly and helpful! The ambiance was very authentic inside the restaurant and out.

Very busy place! But thankfully, we got seated in no time! Service was fast ...! You get free cuban bread as a starter. Dipping sauce was good. I liked the spicy one better. Entree was of generous servings! The drinks i loved! Not too much alcohol added ... it was just a perfect amount so I have enjoyed both my food and my drink!

The most terrible experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Our server Jose was the most disrespectful server I’ve ever encountered. First he took the order for appetizers and after that took forever to come back and get our order for the meal, by the time he came back he had to tells us that they were out of white rice and arroz Moro which is what we planned to order. We didn’t mind and made our order and actually had to go one by one saying what we wanted and substituting the sides for fries. When the food finally arrived it was completely wrong. Basically all the sides were supposed to be fries and 2 of the orders had yellow rice and black beans, which we never would have ordered together and we mentioned that to our server while he took the order. The worst part is that we ordered 3 churrascos and only got one. The server Jose realized the mistake and started blaming us very rudely, saying we should have been paying more attention while ordering which was extremely disrespectful and rude. He started fighting back and forth on how it was not his fault the order was wrong when it was him who should have realized that we were six at the table and he only had 4 orders. After that he never came back to our table until we went up to him to get the bill because all we wanted was to leave. Everybody saw the way he spoke to us because he was very loud, rude and condescending and no manager or anyone intervened. I included pictures of the state of our table when we left. The plates from the appetizers were never picked up and we ordered multiple mojitos and the empty glasses were all there. Also the food was not good at all the black beans we never ordered were grey and and watery. We thought it was a sauce at first. Overall terrible experience, would not recommend and will not be going ever again.

AB Lobster in Key West is a must-visit for both the food and the setting. The view while dining is absolutely incredible—breathtaking scenery that makes the whole experience unforgettable. The food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The dessert was delicious and a sweet finish to the meal. The drinks, however, were a bit of a letdown compared to everything else, especially given how high-quality the food was. Still, the overall experience was wonderful. Between the fantastic seafood and one of the best views in Key West, I’d happily return to AB Lobster for the food and scenery alone.

Everything was absolutely delicious. Our service was amazing. Michael won us all over with his suggestions and as I was torn between the lobster and the scallops he made it happen that I got both. The espresso martinis were on point in the old-fashioned which is their house drink was fabulous. The creme brulee was outstanding and the key lime pie was the best we have had so far. Delightful experience dining at A&B Lobster House in Key West this week. Don’t be fooled by the low rating, dragged down by odd reviews! Beautiful location overlooking the marina in the Key West bight. Pavel was our waiter, did a fantastic job, helped us navigate the menu. Attentive but not intrusive! Dinner was excellent, cocktails followed by Pinot Grigio, grilled scallop with caviar, crab cakes, and triple-tail catch of the day, rare menu item … all delicious! Great location, fine dining! Ambiance awesome. Highly recommend!

Absolutely phenomenal! We had the absolute BEST time eating here during our family vacation. We started with the Oysters, which were so delicious. We each got a mixture of food and tried little bits of each, between the Tuna Steak, Alaskan King Crab Legs, Surf & Turf, and more.... Every single dish was perfectly cooked and plated. The staff was also just as pleasant as the food and are very attentive as well. Im also obsessed with the old-school type bar/bathroom in this place as well. Its a Key West GEM! We can not wait to come back!

I had an amazing dining experience here. I ordered the filet mignon and a truffle risotto, and both were absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. The meal started with warm bread and butter shaped with the restaurant’s initials, such a thoughtful detail. We sat in the outdoor seating area, which was lovely and made the evening even more enjoyable. I also tried the Espresso Martini, which was excellent and tasted like a coffee dessert. Highly recommend!

We were Key West two weeks ago celebrating our 35 Wedding Anniversary. My husband made reservations at another restaurant, I wanted to be surprised. We got to the other place and we're VERY disappointed by just the atmosphere when we walked in. We had asked our concierge to recommend a really nice place for this special evening. We wanted three things for sure. Lobster and steak, Lobster Bisque, and a view of the water. We got there and NO table with a view. The menu came and it had NO Lobster anywhere on the menu. We left.. Pretty upset because it's our anniversary. But the concierge there(it was at a hotel)helped us and we found an even better place! We ended up at A & B Lobster House and let me tell you from the second we walked in we were extremely impressed! Greeted immediately!! The whole vibe was amazing! Great atmosphere! They had our reservation and we were facing the water at Sunset! Amazing! We were quickly greeted by Nicholas who would be our server for the evening!! Fantastic customer service! Polite, funny, and ok new the menu perfectly! Our meal started with the Lobster Bisque, divine! I had a martini and my husband had their special Old Fashioned both did not disappoint! For our main course I had the Grouper and he had the Steak and Lobster both were cooked perfectly and we ate every bite. Nicholas checked on us several times throughout the meal and took a very nice photo for our Anniversary! Then he surprised us with a special dessert of their in house homemade Key Lime Pie!! Soooo good! Overall and absolutely amazing experience and they really made our Anniversary dinner so special! Highly recommend!!2

So make a reservation like a week before. That’s key to get in here and get sat. We had an great server who looked exactly like Julia Roberts. She was amazing!! We sat on the balcony over looking the marina, where they were feeding the huge tarpons. For the appetizer we had a king crab, crab cake. Holy moly was that packed with crab. We had some cocktails with the appetizer. Tito’s n soda and my girl had a mojito. Both were bangin. The main courses were the surf n turf awesome! My girl had a fat spiny lobster tail! Both were great. Dinner was pricey, $280 with a tip but it was really worth it.

Surprised to find the food here really well presented and delicious, the grill octopus was done just right, the chickpeas was savory and warm. My friend wouldn’t stop raving about the seafood soup! Highly recommend. Excellent service

I had the whole snapper and it was delicious! Spicy margaritas were a great touch. The servers were all amazing and very attentive. My husband had the lobster ravioli, he felt it was a bit salty but we aren't big salt eaters anyway. Everything was prepared beautifully. It began storming and the patio was well equipped with measures to keep us dry while still enjoying the patio. Oh, the zucchini fritters- MUST ORDER!

I love good suggestions, and when she told me I was really going to enjoy this place tonight, she knew she was going to nail it. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and the staff made us feel right at home. I started with a jalapeño margarita, which sounded exciting but didn’t quite hit the mark for me, so I switched to a local beer that paired nicely with the food. Speaking of food—the bacon-wrapped dates stole the show at our table. They were such a hit that we ordered a second round. The mussels, beet salad, octopus, and ribs all came out well prepared and flavorful, each one offering something different to enjoy. Everything was satisfying enough that we didn’t even have space left for dessert. Overall, it was a memorable evening with a mix of flavors, great company, and plenty of reasons to come back.

This was a really good spot, we came after the beach and the pastas were all so delicious and light and well portioned. The crab ravioli was yummy, and the paperdelle usually feels heavy but this one was soo good and light somehow. The truffle sauce was so good too and the KEY LIME DESSERT OH MY OH MY. That took the cake literally it was my favorite key lime of this trip. Oh wait the zucchini fritters are also a must.

Out of this world dinner this evening at Nine One Five! Service great, food and beverages amazing, ambiance chic Key West. It’s not a big place, but that’s the key! Found online from reviews, and so glad we found it! Dani was our waitress, 10/10, thank you ma’am! Cocktails (martinis) were great, followed by a great Pinot Noir… solid wine list at this place… best we’ve seen in Key West so far! Appetizers include the mussels, from New Zealand… HUGE and delicious! The ahi tuna carpaccio was equally delightful! Entrees include a full fish yellow tail and the filet with fries… both amazing! Best fries we’ve had in years! Dessert was the key lime bar, different but perhaps the best key lime presentation in Key West! Highly recommend Nine One Five!

The waiters were attentive and kind, and the whole vibe felt cozy yet elegant. Definitely one of the best dining experiences in Key West!

3rd time there over the years and did not disappoint. 2nd floor of restaurant is first come first serve and always great people watching and enjoying the balcony. The pink and smoky is always nice for those who like a mezcal cocktail. Ahi tuna gravlax is always delicious to start with. The wife had the bolognese and I had the grouper special. It was amazing. Fish was cooked perfectly hot moist with nice crust. Always a favorite when we are in key west.

A nice Carribean restaurant in the middle of Duval street and has a nice ambience. The outdoor seating and indoor seatings provide customers the choice of where they want to be seated. The bar area also has bar seatings. The service is nice and food is good overall. The best was the pineapple salad I love it. But cauliflower tajin was a bit disappointing. The rest of the dishes were up to the mark but nothing outstanding. However, overall it was good overall with quick service and food was value for money.

Great location and decor, I feel like that’s about all the good I can really say. Outdoor seating is really cute especially on the patio and in the back area with all the plants and sculptures. The bad - our food was really lacking. I’ve had a lot of avocado toast on the island and theirs was pretty bland which surprised me for island cuisine. I liked the bread it was on but there wasn’t enough flavor. It needed more olive oil, maybe some garlic, and sea salt flakes or some sort of seasoning. The chicken and waffles my boyfriend got honestly seemed like a joke. The chicken was one thin breast lightly battered… idk maybe we are both expecting Southern fried chicken like big pieces of chicken and that was wrong to think but that was probably the most disappointing chicken and waffles he’s ever had. And then there was the service. Our server, older white woman, acted like she was doing us a favor and never once cracked a smile. We are friendly people, my boyfriend being a server himself… we don’t have super high expectations by any means but we felt ignored and a bother to her. Everyone in Key West is usually super friendly and their hostesses definitely were. Definitely not a restaurant I will plan to return to unfortunately.

Carrion restaurant, beautifully decorated. They were setting up a DJ area when we were leaving. The pineapple salad bowl is the most interesting thing on the menu. We were actually looking at a menu online (from a photo, not the website) that had a lot more options than what we’re actually available when we visited in person. So just a PSA to always check the actual establishment’s website menu, not just photos of the menu that Google reviewers post .

We enjoyed happy gour from 4-6pm with nice food and drinks. The live band was great and interacting with us, the crew tried their best as well but a clear separation between waiter and front desk personell was difficult to understand. We came back the same evening for a drink and the next das for another happy hour. Recommended!

We passed by this island cuisine restaurant during our trip to Key West and I am glad we decided to go for dinner one night. Lively vibe, good service and decent food. We tried the special appetizer Mussels & Clam, it was pretty good. The Pre-Conch Republic Chowder was delicious. Watermelon Salad Toasted Rosemary Focaccia was refreshing for a hot weather meal. Hubby went for the Wagyu Double Smash Burger which was okay. It’s definitely a cool place to grab a bite, drinks and chill.

Great atmosphere with a live band! We had a great time and the skirt steak and jerk chicken were delicious! Definitely one of the better restaurants in downtown Key West.

Everything about mangoes restaurant is absolutely phenomenal except the host was so weird. She didn’t even seat us when we stopped by yesterday. We waited out there forever as she ate her orange. Our waiter was awesome he got us our seat!!!

When I tell you this is the best Italian food I’ve ever had, I mean it — and I’ve eaten Italian all over the country. Hands down, the best lasagna and gnocchi EVER. The sauce is incredible, everything cooked to perfection. If you’re ever in Key West, you have to come here. This was our second time, and it was just as good as the first — if not better.

The best pizza in Key west at a slightly secluded spot to get away from the crowds. The happy hour menu provides simple quick bites perfect for sharing. The traditional Italian styled pizzas are tasty and leave you wanting to come back for more!

We’re visiting Key West for a bachelorette party, and for our first night here we wanted pizza from a local restaurant rather than a chain. We saw the reviews of Onlywood and decided to get two pizzas and focaccia bread delivered. While I understand paying for the convenience of having it delivered, the pizza was rather underwhelming for the price. They were much smaller than anticipated (we were feeding 5 people), and the focaccia bread tasted burnt/did not taste good at all and was not worth $10. The flavor of the pizza was okay, but not great by any means. Perhaps it’s better to go in person rather than have it delivered…

I met the "owner" Selvestrino (Italian for Selvestor). Pistachio Pizza was quite unique (creamy and nutty) of course it is Brick Oven so how's that wonderful mix of sweet Savory with a little bit of that Woodfire bitterness that makes this type of cooking so great.

Great food and atmosphere at this authentic Italian pizzeria trattoria. We had a Margarita pizza and wine and really enjoyed the meal. Onlywood provides a complete menu, not only pizza. This restaurant is tucked away down a pleasant alley we traveled to get to our rental apartment (Soul of Duval—also great). It is just off Duval street so look for their sign. Well worth finding. We sat in the outdoor patio which is covered in overhead vegetation. Very pleasant.

We made our way here for lunch. It is on a side street off of Duval, so you have to actively look for it. It was the only Italian restaurant open for lunch in the area on a Saturday. The restaurant is very cute. It has a couple of tables indoors with a small bar. They also have an adorable little courtyard outdoors with tables. They have an extensive menu for pizza, and a solid amount of options for pasta dishes. They started us off with a basket of bread with a little bowl with oil and balsamic vinegar. There was one waitress and a helper for the whole restaurant during lunch time. They did a great job of keeping us happy. I ordered the vongole. So good!! It comes in a light white wine sauce with a healthy and delicious amount of garlic. My mom had the Amatriciano. She loved hers as well. Do try the tiramisu, made in house, and very light and delicious.

This place has GREAT vibes. The singer was phenomenal. The food? AMAZING. Definitely stop here in key west when you visit

It's definitely a fun place. Lots of great music in a typical key west eclectic vibe. Great lunch place, too. It's one of the best hamburgers of my vacation.

A great historic bar and restaurant in the heart of old town Key West! Great draft beer, cocktails and food! The bartender was phenomenal and very efficient. Lively atmosphere, live music and all around an enjoyable time! A must stop bar and restaurant when site seeing around Duval Street or bar hopping during the day and night! Plastic souvenir cups are yours to take home with you!

If you are visiting definitely stop by! Music is great! Happy hour is good. When the wings are done right they are the best in town. No hot sauce needed, just eat them the way they are served. Just did Olga’s slow roasted pork tacos. Amazing flavor! Had to be marinated for a long time!!

Stopped in a couple of times, great place for apps and cold drinks. Wings are awesome! The lobster dip with fried wontons are delicious 😋

Spent a stupid amount on dining throughout the keys. This was one of the few places that was a great value and exceptional. Service was excellent, appropriate music level and great vibe. I will return and you should go.

We chose to have dinner here, it is right out of Duval street so we thought it'd be nice to have some quiet from the busy touristic street with live music as well. We chose the Tuna sandwich and the catch of the day, we tried the conch fritters (really good!) and the ceviche (so fresh!). We were overall pleased with our dinner, having little emblematic Roosters roaming free around us. The bill came with an automatic set amount of gratuity which really threw us off. For a party of 4! I would understand if we were a large group, but the waitress cleared marked off the suggested gratuity to add her own amount. It literally ruined our 1st night as we felt scammed.

Great spot! Our waitress was phenomenal - super sweet. She even volunteered to push our 6-month old in the stroller to keep him from crying! We all enjoyed our food. I had the blackened shrimp salad - very fresh and liked the mango, bacon and nuts on it. Our party also had the jambalaya with pasta instead of rice; the conch fritter appetizer; chicken sandwich with plantain; fish sandwich with beans and rice. It’s all outdoor seating, so I recommend coming in the evening to not get so hot. I’d recommend! And they have free parking !

We've stayed here for the last week. We have loved every moment of our time here. The house boats are a must to rent for the week or weekend. Loved the atmosphere, being able to watch the manatees swim and play with each other. And also watching the nurse sharks eat. Next time we come, we will definitely be staying here again.

We went here for a quick bite to eat because it was late and we were tired. I got a side salad with grilled chicken and my husband grabbed a burger and fries. Both were really good. The only downfall is getting bug bites. There was plenty of parking but wasn't sure where to go into the building as it has several entrances. The waiter we had was great and it was quick service. I would return!!

Omg this food!! Service was fantastic- portions are huge. Yellow snapper blackened in tacos and as a meal and my little one had chicken nachos. Of course we took the key lime pie for dessert for later! 100% recommend. Cool vibe!!

Nice restaurant with great atmosphere! Jambalaya was good, but the Cajun Pasta was top level awesomnes! Regarding the Key Lime Pie, don’t even think about leaving this restaurant without trying it. Nice drink options and very quick and friendly service. While waiting the food, you can watch to the water since there are lot of different fishes etc.

Nice little spot, came here because wifey & son wanted their fresh catch prepared, from the feedback that tasted great, they overall ambience is ok, it's 100% outside and there are lots of flies (at least where we sat) our server was friendly and cool, I don't eat seafood abd while the nachos weren't bad, I was told that the "non seafood" is also prepared in the same fryer(s) as the fish (big no no). But overall if you're a seafood lover you'll likely enjoy this spot.

This place is a hidden gem as it’s a little far from the main areas of Key West. The service was great and we enjoyed the views of the marina. I started with a local Florida beer (thanks to the rec of the server) and it was very good! I chose the blackened catch of the day with roasted brussel sprouts and it appeared with enough food for two! The people that I was with ordered the shrimp basket and it was also a very large portion. You will not leave hungry! My snapper was perfectly cooked and the brussel sprouts were perfect! We were so full that we took out key lime pie to go, but it was worth the wait! It was very creamy and one of the best on the island for sure!

The Sunset Pier restaurant is located on the oceanfront with a beautiful view. We ordered shrimp and a lobster roll, which turned out to be a hit, very good. You can enjoy both the view and the excellent food. I highly recommend it.

Great little spot on the waters edge. Awesome views all around..service was good, though they were busier than usual our server did an excellent job staying on top of everything and was polite and friendly. The Lobster Rolls were excellent and fabulous key lime pie (cheesecake esque). Only complaint would be the bizarre location and walk to the bathrooms. But I recommend this spot for drinks, food and live music.

One of the best places to hang on Key West. Incredible views of the water and passing boats, usually live music on the stage, TVs, vibrant colors, fans to keep cool, feels like paradise! We loved sitting at the bar but also walking up and down the pier near the water on the path. It could almost seem like a hidden gem with less of a crowd than Duval! Bartending service was great as were the drinks, snacks, and memories!

So, I was fortunate enough to be in Key West for a few days and stopped by the Sunset Pier while I was there. My lady and I enjoyed our time. There was a band playing some soulful old school music. The food and the service were great. And the view! Watching the sunset while listening to good live music, enjoying good food and drinks with my lady. It'll be hard to find a better way to spend an evening. Hopefully I'll find myself back in Key West before too long and when I do, I'll be looking to revisit.

The view from here is absolutely amazing. It was a bit hot, so I had a cold drink next to a big fan to cool down. It was an awkward time to visit, so I didn't order any food. But it's a great spot to relax and enjoy the lovely sea views in a really chilled-out atmosphere. I'd definitely like to try the food next time I get a chance to visit. Anyway, I'd highly recommend it. It's an absolute must-see.

Meh. The burger was OK. My husband got the tuna poke bowl and the rice was an overcooked glob of mush. Ruined the whole dish. The rest of the poke bowl was bland and flavorless. Not worth the money. The view was great. We went mid-afternoon, no wait.

My wife and I visit the Sunset Pier every year (for the past 20 years) on at least evening during our annual Florida Keys vacation because it's literally the best place to watch the sunset and have a cocktail at the same time. We've occasionally eaten at the bar here (for lunch), but the food is not really the major attraction, because there are so many other places with better food on the island. It's the view and the atmosphere that is the hallmark of this place. It's changed somewhat over the years, and we noted on this visit they'd set up a pretty large band stand for live music acts. On our most recent visit (July 18, 2025) they had a great three piece band that played hits from the 60-80s. A few hits into the start of their sunset show, this older Black man who looked to be in his late 70s or early 80s (who the other band members called "The Soul Man") shows up in electric wheel chair and started singing like he was Ray Charles, Marvin Gaye, Sam Cook, or Otis Redding reincarnated. We weren't even sure if he was a local "amateur" or a full-time member of the traveling band. He had an incredible voice and we stayed for several hours listening to him. During New Years Eve, they usually close the pier off for a gala event that they charge steep prices for, but all other times we've been here its always been open to everyone on a first come first serve basis. If you do plan to dine here, then I'd recommend arriving at least 90 minutes before sunset to ensure you get a rail-side table with an unobstructed view of the harbor. If the weather is sunny, you will probably wear out your camera taking 100s of pictures of the sunset and all of the beautiful old schooners that sail up and down the harbor during this magical time of the day when the color of the sky changes so dramatically in a 90 minute period.
