Thats why the name is Hawa Mahal ( Palace of winds). It is open at 9.30 am and closes 7.00 pm. The closing time varies on season basis. Entry fee is 50 rs for Indian citizen.

Though the tickets are slightly on the higher side, the experience and the elegance of the palace make it worth it. A must-visit for anyone wanting to immerse themselves in Jaipur’s royal past!

A part of the Jaipur king's palace is open to visitors as museum. Ticket rate of 300rs per person. Wonderful museum. Most of it is covered, so okay to visit during daytime with high temperature. We visited in September 2025 Current descendents of the King reside in a part of this palace, which is not open to regular visitors. There is a private tour of 4000rs (if I remember right) per person, to view 4 rooms in the section where King resides. Anyone wanting to get a pic in the famous blue-white design room famous in social media - this is one of these 4 rooms available through the 4k rs ticket - don't be disappointed like me 😅

It's a beautiful place where the royal family lives. We buy a ticket for 300 but it was for very limited access, for entire palace the ticket was of 4000 which is huge. Even spending 300 for museum was not worth. The palace is definitely a good place and carrying a great history but spending 300 for visiting museum for 45 minutes is costly. Definitely a place to visit but cost is also royal.

The blend of Rajput and Mughal design is beautifully maintained, and you can easily spend hours exploring and clicking photos. Truly one of Jaipur’s finest landmarks. That said, a small word of caution about the shops inside the palace complex. Many items are marketed as “authentic”, “royal”, or “handmade”, but the prices are heavily marked up. You can find very similar items — textiles, handicrafts, accessories and souvenirs — outside the palace for a fraction of the cost. A special mention for the perfume/attar shops inside: they narrate long stories about rare fragrances and royal formulas, but most of it is just regular attar being sold at extremely high prices. There’s no harm in browsing, but it’s better to buy perfumes and handicrafts from trusted markets outside. Overall, City Palace is an incredible place to experience the heritage of Jaipur, but be mindful of purchases inside the premises. Go for the architecture, culture and history — they’re 100% worth it!

We went here with my friends on a school trip. There was a little difficulty in parking as we had to go upwards using a different kind of jeep, but man oh man, what do I say? This was one of the best forts I've seen so far, situated in slightly hilly terrain that offers stunning perspectives from every angle. The fort itself is massive, covering a vast area, and exploring it is an adventure in itself. It is divided into several sections and forts, such as the Jaigarh Fort and the Amber Fort (Sheesh Mahal) and most of it is preserved and maintained very well. Walking through its courtyards, gates, and ramparts, you can truly feel the grandness of its design and the careful planning that went into every part. A visit here leaves you with a true sense of the historical importance of how skillful and creative the ancient Indians were who built this fort. The sanitation and the overall holding up of the structures over decades have really blown my mind. Every corner seems to tell a story of the past, and the perfect scale of this architecture is admirable. I highly recommend this place for anyone who appreciates our ancient heritage. The overall blend of natural landscape and architectural brilliance makes it a truly unforgettable experience that reflects Rajasthan’s royal past in all its glory.

Visited Nahargarh Fort in the morning and really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and panoramic city views. The fort is beautifully built on the hilltop, offering a stunning view of Jaipur from above. Unfortunately, the Padao Restaurant was closed when we reached, so we couldn’t try it — it would have been nice to enjoy breakfast or tea with that view. Still, the fort itself is worth visiting, especially in the morning when it’s quiet and not crowded.

Amazing place. The Fort is amazing, great architecture, detailing and history. But, Be aware of monkey's here. And parking space is such a mess. No ground leveling, hard stones all over. You can skip the food from Padao Café. The free coffee is probably the worst coffee I've ever tasted. The scenic beauty is the only thing people go there. And you have to pay Rs.200 per person just to visit that cafe. Free coffee is included. Other than that, it is a beautiful place to go with friends and family.

There is a restuarant by Rajasthan tourism dept at the far end of the fort, from where you can witness absolutely beautiful sunset over the Jaipur city. Half of the good seats were already reserved, and we got the last remaining good seat because we reached very early. There is a cover charge, the food is also decent.

Panna Meena ka Kund in Jaipur is honestly one of the coolest and most underrated spots I visited. It’s a very calm and peaceful place, away from the busy tourist crowd. The first thing you notice is the beautiful stepwell design with perfectly arranged steps that create a really satisfying pattern. It’s the kind of place where you automatically feel like taking photos because every angle looks amazing. Even though visitors are not allowed to go down the steps anymore, the view from the top is still worth it. The structure is clean, well-maintained, and feels like a small piece of history hidden in a quiet corner. It’s around 400 years old, but still looks strong and impressive. The yellow stone architecture gives it a warm and traditional look, which blends perfectly with Jaipur’s vibe. I also liked that the place is not commercialized—no noise, no rush, and no entry fee. You can just sit there for a bit, relax, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. It’s also very close to Amber Fort, so it’s easy to add it to your plan without needing extra time. Overall, Panna Meena ka Kund is a must-visit for anyone who enjoys calm places, good photos, and a touch of heritage

I visited Panna Meena ka Kund while on the way to Amber Fort and it was great. The stepwell is made up of multiple symmetrical stairs which is a unique piece of architecture. Entry to the location was free and it's easily accessible using stairs. Highly recommended activity to do while in the area.

Need more maintenance and cleanliness as the water is dirty and needs treatment. Its a pity that common man has no access to the palace. You will be hawked by photographers offering to take snaps in traditional rajasthani dressing. Bargain well if you want to engage their service.

We visited Albert Hall Museum, it turned out to be one of the most memorable parts of our Jaipur trip. The museum is a stunning example of Indo-Saracenic architecture, the building itself is so majestic that it feels like stepping into a royal era. It’s located right in the heart of the city near Ram Niwas Garden and looks especially beautiful in the evening when it’s illuminated with colorful lights. There were lot of photoshoots happening there when we visited the museum. The museum has an excellent collection showcasing the rich heritage of Rajasthan. From ancient coins, royal costumes, miniature paintings and traditional musical instruments to sculptures, carpets and arms, every section tells a fascinating story about India’s art and culture. The Egyptian mummy and old jewelry section were among our favourites and it was amazing to see how well everything is preserved and displayed. The entry ticket is quite reasonable for the experience you get and you can even take a combined ticket if you plan to visit other monuments in Jaipur. The museum is well maintained, clean and informative, perfect for families and anyone interested in history and art. We spent about 1.5 to 2 hours exploring the exhibits and it was truly worth it. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience the cultural depth and artistic beauty of Rajasthan. Don’t miss the night view, the illuminated museum looks absolutely breathtaking!

Don't let the weather stop you! We explored Albert Hall during a heavy rainstorm and still loved it. The building is an architectural masterpiece, and the collections inside are wonderfully diverse. The highlight for me was the Sheesh Mahal (Mirror Palace). Standing inside, I couldn’t help but imagine how it must have looked centuries ago when lit with just a single lamp, making the whole hall sparkle like the night sky. The view from the fort overlooking Maota Lake is equally breathtaking and gives you a sense of calm despite the crowds. It does get a bit busy, especially on weekends, but that only shows how loved this place is. If you can, visit either early in the morning or stay for the evening light and sound show it really brings the history alive in a magical way. Overall, Amer Fort is not just a monument, it’s an experience you carry with you long after you leave.

A must visit if you are in Jaipur! A fort with a lot of history. Divided into 6 sections, each with its own gate and courtyard. The courtyards are stunning and the grounds are very clean. Cool tunnels to go up and lookout, and tunnels that lead to other forts (which are prohibited). We took the elephant ride up to the top, which was not the most comfortable ride but I feel like one has to do it. What’s really annoying, and unenjoyable is the constant hawkers. They start when you arrive, while you get on the elephant, and the ENTIRE trip up to the top-not taking NO for an answer! Once at the top, we tipped our mahout and apparently that was not good enough for him-even tho a big sign said “no tipping”. Stay away and say no to the photographers, they hounded us from the exit all the way to our car and even in our car!! We even had one show up the the restaurant when we walked out-simply RIDICULOUS! All in all, the fort is beautiful and spacious and clean, it was the extraneous bits that were extremely annoying!

Jaigarh fort is a must visit if you have a historian within you and you need to know extra about the history of Jaipur. Well planned fort again but if you are in a hurry can be skipped. This fort houses the world’s biggest canon, which was hardly used except for testing. You will also like the 40 feet deep tanks which were constructed to store and supply water. Does not take lot of time. You can cover this fort in 45 min.

The overall experience was great! The place has a stunning look with a beautifully designed interior that instantly lifts your mood. The vibes and aura are just perfect — calm, welcoming, and aesthetic. Their service was also really good. The only thing I missed was finding Americano or any coffee or tea options although available in the menu. I visited in afternoon.

This is probably the most iconic bar in Jaipur. The OG that made bright Blue walls decorated with White motifs so popular. The pretty interiors and the classy outdoor sitting space is complimented by artistically crafted drinks and delicious food. They have a delightful cocktail menu. They do their innovative cocktails as well as they do their classic ones. A bit pricy, but worth it. I’m also a fan of their pastas and pizzas. Clean, simple flavours executed well, every time! Go there for the views or the food, you’ll not be disappointed.

Greattt place, it was pouring outside when we got there and in desperate need of a drink and the bartender was on it, asked me how i liked my martinis and got it in the first go and after that the drinks kept flowing, we had a pizza which was great and the other food was great as well the martinis were so good that i barely remember what we had, just 1 note wish they had phone charger so i could charge my phone. Super cool place! The design is amazing — it really feels like a blue palace. The vibe is elegant but chill at the same time. The food was alright, but the service was excellent and the staff were really kind. Overall, we had a great time and I’d totally recommend it. We ordered two pizzas and two pastas — both were tasty. Definitely a must when you’re in Jaipur!

Good food, both the starter (lamb kebab) and the Penne al Arrabbiata, and good service. Food reviews seem to be mixed - maybe it’s inconsistent, but no complaints from these two former Italian residents 🤷‍♂️ the seating outside is more for lounging and not super comfortable for eating, and the Italian wines by the glass were not available, but otherwise great! 7,200Rs for two people including drinks, not crowded on a Tuesday night.

It was used as a royal cremation ground for male members of Jaipur royal family There are several cenotaph built in this place commemorating royal members. The structures are beautifully sculpted and carved including various paintings and motifs of animals and objects.Also motifs includes subjects that reflect the personality of royal member to which cenotaph belongs. The common visitor ignores the architectural beauty and are just interested in clicking pictures. This place is ticketed less than rs 50 This place has beautiful garden surrounding the cenotaph. Spend at least 1 hour to truly rejoice this place.

This place was absolutely jaw dropping. It is the crematorial place for all the old maharaja's and the impeccable detail into the structures is breathtaking. I still don't understand how they were able to carve into the marble and sandstone with such utmost precision.. and to the point where it has lasted 250 years. This place is also very serene in the mornings and with less crowd. 30rs/person for indians!

Such a beautiful place if you love historical places. People usually come for photos and to see the beautiful, intricate architecture. Not a place where you can stay for long as I felt bored after 20-30 minutes. The toilets here are really bad. Keep yourself fresh before going here. Also there are no place to eat or quick bite. Overall, beautiful place and deserve the place in your Jaipur Itinerary list.

I visited Gaitor Ki Chhatriyan today and it was great. This is where you'll find the cenotaphs of most of the Maharajas in Rajasthan with the area being split to 3 sections from children, parents and the first Maharajas. The intricate carvings on the cenotaphs is unique and must be seen. Entry costs INR30 and can be bought at the gate but do carry cash.

Awesome place to spend some time in Jaipur. This is the royal tombs. Very cool to sit during day time. Not a popular tourist spot like other famous spots, so wasn't crowded when we visited in an afternoon. There was a film shooting going on that day though, so about half area was not accessible.

Walk and have the more nice experience! So I walked there from the Galta Gate which took around 30 mins. Its many nice view points on the city, the sun temple and also some other small temples and shrines, its like a pilgrimate path so you dont wanna miss this part by going with the tuktuk, car or bus and arriving to the other side of the valley. So warning: If you do so it is only half beautiful and takes away the best part, so not being lacy and walking will reward you with more nice fotos and view points and some temples and shrines! I guess if you do it with the car like most indians its not special at all and that is thevreason the place has not a 5star rating. So by walking you will pass some small temples and beautiful plants in many colours and arrive through the valley to a small pool with a dam where its already the first pack of monkeys! After it is possible to walk down the stairs and come to the main bath pool withba small waterfall from the dam. more down its another big pool and some beautiful buildings, also it will be more monkeys! After following you will come to another beautiful shive temple with a very friendly baba.

Beautiful place, the monks are taking well care of the place. One monkey got a nice hat for the sun, and the other his favourite meal. For a really fair price you can even swim in the monkeysheit-lake. 100% recommended

I thought it was really nice. Monkeys were cool to look at and the temple was really nice. Just don’t get any guide or anything like that. Take the 15-20 minute treck from the gate and enjoy some peace and quiet. Note: yes there will be people hassling you, that’s unavoidable in India.

I was shocked to see this place had a 3.7 at my time of arrival. I really enjoyed this place as it was a good way to get away from the noice and the “beep beep”. The fort is one of the beautiful forts i have seen but if you are visiting this fort, you must wear sport-shoes as you have to walk around 8-10 km within the fort. Also, as the fort is having history with jodha bai, i recommend to take guide with you(200 rs charges). Also, elephant ride is available at the starting point to reach to the main gate of the mahel i.e chand pole.

went to amber palace, taking a jeep to get to the top of the castle. the visit was truly amazing because i had no expectations. there were lots of couples shooting for their wedding. there are so many hidden photo spots. the garden was beautifully managed and the castles (esp sheesh mahal, the mirror castle) were very intact and fascinating. if i had to choose only two spots to visit in the northern india i would choose taj mahal and amber palace.

Busy place, but really beautifull. To many people try to sell you stuff, be your guide or want to take pictures for money. Pretty annoying, you could not take one or two steps without being bothered, so -1 for that. The place itself had a lot of information signs, beautifull corners and places to Explorer or take pictures. But it was way to busy. We sometimes had to wait before we could walk up a stairs and taking a picture was not possible in some places. -1 for that. (Probably better if you can avoid the weekends!) The price was kind of alright 500 irp for International tourist. 100 per person for Indian, 20 per person for Indian Students, 150 per person for Foreign Students. In the end a place with great history and beauty.

Absolutely stunning place to be. It literally gave me goosebumps when i took the first glance at Amer Fort. Parking area is clean, helpful people there. A pro tip, please wear sports shoes as you have to walk a lot. Also, hire a guide if you really wanted to know the history of the Fort and king. Otherwise it's fine to roam around, click photos and adoring the historical architectural beauty. Don't try to go to Jaigarh from secret tunnel. It is 1.5km long and you will feel drained after that. Just go to Amer and then visit Jaigarh and Nahargarh by car. You need whole day for these forts, so plan accordingly.

Amber palace is the best and must to visit place in Jaipur. On weekends there is heavy rush on this fort. It took us almost one hour to reach parking area of fort. The fort ia very nice architectural monument. The Diwan e Khas or Shish mahal is the main attraction of Ambet fort. There are other areas like Diwan e Aam, King's bathroom, various rooms are also nice to see.

The magnificient Amer palace looks majestic on top of a hill. The view from below the hill is mindblowing. The road to the palace is narrow and crowded,but the palace is worth the time spent navigating and reaching the palace. You will get to see the kingly palace, its gardens,fountains, huge halls and hallways, the kings bath etc etc. Be ready to spend good amount of time here. Its the main attraction of jaipur city. There are enough gaurds and security to help us around with directions. Hire a good guide if you wanto explore the history of Amer palace.

The staff are nice and polite but it seems they have less staff to manage the peak crowd. Even the hot sauce was subpar. The service was also disappointing. We had to repeatedly ask for basic amenities like water and Schezwan sauce, which should have been provided promptly. Let’s talk about the food — mediocre at best. 90% of dishes are priced between ₹400 above, but the taste and quality don’t even come close to justifying the cost. You’re not paying for a meal; you’re paying for a selfie spot. If you're expecting good service, prepare to be disappointed — the staff is indifferent and borderline rude, completely lacking in basic hospitality or courtesy. Another absurd policy: if it rains, you're automatically moved downstairs, where the entire charm of the "view" evaporates, leaving you with soggy food and frustration. So essentially, you're held hostage to the weather, poor service, and inflated pricing. Incredible ! This restaurant is a really nice place to eat. You pay 250 roupies for each person, then it’s deducted from your bill, because the rooftop have the best view to the Hawa Mahal Temple ! The staff takes care of people, understand what you want, and they are gentle, listening to our needs and they are perfectly reliable. I recommend to everyone to discover this place, you will have an unforgettable memorie ! A big thank you to Nawal Singh, a great captain who advises you and will take care of you from start to finish for an extraordinary experience! We ate 4 times in 3 days, and we'll comme back as soon as we get back here !

The location is good. With a lot of shops and food stalls but there is lack of maintenance. But the view is so good. At the centre of the lack there is jal Mahal. You can see the mountains around. Waste float on water with foul smell. And the prices of the things are so high with respect to other places of Jaipur. Lack of washrooms No water facility All the facilities are not working.

Government of rajasthan and city of Jaipur knows how to make a beautiful iconic historical place a dump of garbage and filth. Absolutely no civic sense. Garbage everywhere, the bathrooms are nasty and you can’t even enter it. People keep trashing the lake with plastic bottles everywhere. A shame to visit this place as an Indian. Who is responsible and where is all the government funding going??

Lake is awesome with one of the best scenic view in Jaipur.... Early morning & Evening is been the best here... Large & wide Jogging track makes the lake very beautiful... You will always find people & tourist here having relaxing time....

Beautifully restored Jal Mahal monument located in lake Man Sagar of Jaipur.Lake also harbours different kind of fishes released to keep the lake clean and to add to the food chain of fish eating birds. Trees have been planted on the islands where these water birds make hundreds of nests. More than 200 bird species have been recorded here so far. A judgement on a legal issue is delievered it would be opened for public .

It's okay. Mostly all locals go here. Almost no foreigners. They do have camel rides. TRASH EVERYWHERE!

Oh, you have to hear about this place I visited the other day! Jaipur was amazing💕 but so hectic💢, and I was just craving a bit of quiet. Someone suggested Sisodia Rani ka Bagh, and honestly, it was the perfect escape. The moment I walked in, it felt like the city noise just switched off. It’s not a massive, grand palace, but this incredibly charming, multi-level garden that feels like a hidden secret. What really got me was the constant, gentle sound of water from the fountains and channels—it was so calming. I spent a while just looking at the old murals on the pavilions, the ones showing the stories of Krishna. You can really feel that this place was a gift of love from a king to his queen. It has such a peaceful, romantic vibe. Seriously, if you're in Jaipur and need to just breathe for an hour, I can't recommend it enough. It was a beautiful, quiet reset.

This garden is not very well known as the information is available, but not marketed well. It is a actually a hidden gem in Jaipur which has 3-4 tiered gardens with amazing architecture and paintings. It's a go to place if one is looking for some quiet and beautiful place. When we visited, it was not crowded at all and only a few tourists were there and everyone maintained the sanctity of the place. The different Jharokhas are the perfect place to get your pictures clicked. There's an entry fee of ₹55 for adults and ₹25 for kids. Definitely, a go to place with family and friends.

Best time to visit this place is in the monsoon (July to September) and winter (October to March) seasons are the best times to visit, as the garden is in full bloom.

The temple is a gorgeously located near a hilly area and hence there is no access to the main shrine. You will find monkeys lingering around in enormous numbers. A wonderful experience is ensured. It seems difficult to get a cab here. Hence it is recommended to take necessary precautions. The premises were not very clean during my visit.

Amazing geography and architecture, the temple is set in between the mountains. Vibe is immaculate - people singing and playing music and swimming in the holy water. Great place to see and feed monkeys (they're Macaques). Paid entry and you can get a guide. It was also very cool here as the breeze flows between the mountains. Note that the monkeys are given so many bananas that they sometimes won't eat them. Our guide used salty chips, which the monkeys loved.

Unfortunately would not recommend. While it was lovely to see all of the monkeys roaming around, for a popular tourist attraction the temple was not well looked after and there was trash everywhere, arguably the most littered temple I’ve been to so far in India. Quite sad to see all of the monkeys and other animals eating the rubbish that was in the river, which ruined the entire experience. The people that work here are only there to get your money, they commented that the rubbish situation was awful but had no incentive to clear up. There were no bins anywhere either, which would have significantly helped. There is an additional charge to take pictures, which costs more than the entrance ticket and is an outright scam!. Hope someone with authority sees this comment and decides to take action. Very disappointing.

This was one of my favorite sights in Jaipur! We came early in the morning at sunrise and it was a magical experience. We were the only tourists and it was a magnificent sight. The sunrise was beautiful and the swarm of monkeys that suddenly came was cool. The monkeys were adorable and very playful. I can recommend this place to anyone that want a great experience! The cost is 50 INR for each camera you bring. Same price for foreigners as for locals. Word of warning: The locals will try to get you into their shrines there is scattered around and then pressure you for money.

The temple is crowded of people and monkeys. And the monkeys are a little bit friendly and it's better to bring something with you for them and have fun with monkeys. But, the temple isn't Clean and it's a noisy place. And there is no connection there so it's better to go with your driver

The monkeys here for the most part are very friendly. They may climb on you to get food so only carry small amounts in hand at a time. Peanuts are sold outside the temple and right before the entrance. You will typically be asked for an offering to see the different shrines within the temple, 50-100 rupees for each of the 6 or so shrines is enough, but you can of course give more if you wish. View from the highest shrine is very nice, and if you're short on time they will bring you up on a bike which will save you the hike time. In the first main pool try to catch the monkeys doing cannonballs from the roof down into the water.

A spectacular structure, this magnificent temple is built in pink sandstone, amidst low hills, and is structured to look more like a palace or 'haveli' than a traditional temple. The Galta Monkey Temple has a back-drop of gorgeous landscape and Aravilli Hills. This impressive building is ornamented by painted walls, adorned by rounded roofs and pillars, which is unique in its own. Unfortunately, the premises is not well maintained or much preserved; sadly one can find litter/trash scattered around.

It's good for events . I don't go too often but its good . Like recently I went for the shopping but its not as trendy and good . To be very true the building is good and the restaurant inside is really beautiful and the food is too good but the fairs like sales and all are very cheap and costly too yet being outdated .

Despite being a smaller town, we found clean, comfortable homestays and eco-resorts, along with simple yet hearty Maharashtrian food served with warmth. The locals are welcoming and always ready to share stories about their town, making the experience all the more authentic. Whether you’re looking to unwind in nature, explore offbeat trails, or experience tribal culture up close, Jawhar offers all of this without the touristy chaos. It’s peaceful, picturesque, and has a distinct charm of its own. We left Jawhar feeling refreshed, inspired, and already planning a return trip. It's an amazing place for artist, (it's a governmental place, so no resistance for visiting), it has a library which is paid, else mostly visiting is public, you can go visit, enjoy alone vibe, people with different culture & mind, and a public area vibe u will get. There webseries also shooted and a one in front of mine( you can watch the shoot freely but without disturbing anyone, people will he coperative) and many more interesting places are there. I love alone vibe and calm, public area, so it's great to visit. You will find girls boys and everyone, you can meet girls too and talk also boys, i think you should visit once and spend time visiting around all area.

A very quaint, aesthetically pleasing cafe that I'd love to revisit. Cafe Palladio was on my list for quite sometime when I finally convinced a friend to join me for a coffee. I heard about this cafe from a friend as I wanted to have some Italian food. It’s located in a beautiful area clean & on a wide road but if you’re not alert you will surely miss the cafe gate as there is no board or signage. It’s beautiful from inside with a big courtyard. All is good till you sit & order..poor service, food not up to the mark for the price they charge may be it was a bad day. Still would suggest to visit once. 🤞

I visited by accident, I was just contemplating the sun light on its facades from the outside, thinking what a beautiful building, later on I discovered it was a museum and stopped for a while to visit. We were lucky to be advised to go inside by a government worker who told us about the history of the building and future plans for a restaurant. It's an oasis of calm and beauty away from the madness and dirt! Top class examples of local art, jewellery, textiles and ceramics. Downside was that the employee tried to secure a tip afterwards, tsk!

Amazing artwork and sculptures. Museum started in 2017, and every art, wooden sculpture and stone sculpture is a beauty in itself. They told us they will be adding more to the collection, but a place worth visiting. Would totally recomend to check it out.

The architecture of the chhatris here is very beautiful. It is a wonderful blend of Rajput and Mughal architecture.

I always skipped watching movies in this cinema, as they usually showcase family dramas and all mushy movies. This time my friend forced me into it, watched Malik here, the theater is all upgraded in sound and video quality. Loved the traditional sitting arrangement of Dress Circle, Balcony, and Box. The price is on the costlier side, but maybe it is because it is more of a tourist destination than a cinema. They have a locker (cloakroom) facility, which is very helpful for people who are there for shopping.

The step well is beautiful and deep but it is not well maintained as the water is green due to eutrophication.The step well was created to collect the rain water from all parts of the fort and use it for various other purposes,its an excellent example of medieval rain water harvesting.

On the Nahargarh fort this stepwell is very old. It was used to store water in earlier days. Few years back a complete restoration work is done. It is not so deep as other stepwells in Rajasthan. You can have a good view of Jaipur city from the adjoining fort wall. Good place to visit and enjoy. Parking available. You have to pay common parking fee and entrance fee to enter in Nahargarh fort. The fort is a must see spot in Jaipur and very popular among tourists. You can visit it any time as it is outside the fort.
