Shopping mall
Shopping
Ealing Broadway is a vibrant destination in London, known for its contemporary mall, the Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre. The center features a mix of brand-name and independent stores, as well as various dining options. It also boasts a spacious atrium that hosts events throughout the year. Additionally, Ealing Broadway serves as a major transport hub and offers convenient access to other attractions such as Walpole Park and the Questors Theatre.
Full of the shops you'd expect. Covers a wide area and has alot of entrances and exits. Useful as a shortcut, but you have to know your way around as getting it wrong can really add to your walk!
M C — Google review
Ealing Broadway High Street Walk offers a vibrant blend of convenience and culture. The pedestrianised stretch is lined with familiar high-street brands such as Primark, TK Maxx, Boots, and Morrisons, complemented by independent shops and cafés . Midway through, you’ll find Wagamama, known for its fresh Asian noodles, ramen, curries, and healthy juices—open until late evening . Just around the corner, Turtle Bay brings laid-back Caribbean vibes with jerk grills, tropical cocktails, and weekend DJs . A leisurely stroll here passes street trees, heritage architecture like Christ the Saviour Church, and easy access to Walpole Park and Pitzhanger Manor—ideal for a pause between bites and browse . Whether you’re shopping, dining, or soaking up local flavour, Ealing Broadway is a charming West London hub.
Ashish A — Google review
Small size open shopping center with plenty but expensive parking spaces. The selection of shops are ok. Many restaurants surround the shopping centre. Traffic in Ealing is horrible.
Phil S — Google review
Ealing Broadway is not far from where I live and I come here for the shops and restaurants. Ate at the Saturday food market today, which was excellent— enjoyed Jollof rice and a freshly squeezed pomegranate juice. Great to also support local businesses.
Tara J — Google review
Very friendly was busy but good coffee. Only two toilets so bit of a wait as one out of order on visit. Clean tidy lots of different seating and outside seating available as well
Dawn B — Google review
This shopping centre isn’t the biggest but it has a lot. There are tons of shops to look in and check products in. The place is great and has lots of shops with lots of tasty food. It has a Costa Coffee, Tesco and many more. I recommend visiting this shopping centre
Rahimbro — Google review
Loved visiting the mall - good places to eat, shop, art store, the library, gyms and if one wants to go for a walk, Walpole Park is just a hop, skip and jump away. So well connected as well by tube or bus.

Ealing Broadway has really improved recently, it’s a lovely, vibrant area with plenty of shops, cafés, and a great atmosphere. Definitely one of the nicest parts of West London now.

Event venue
The Ealing Project is a vibrant destination offering a mix of entertainment, including live music, sports screenings, and family-friendly movies. The newly opened cinema has garnered positive feedback for its cozy atmosphere, comfortable seating, and attractive membership options. However, some visitors have expressed concerns about accessibility due to the lack of elevators and numerous stairs. Despite this issue, the project provides ample parking space and amenities such as bike storage and easy access to independent stores and dining options in Ealing Broadway.
It’s a great place, I’ve been there a few times for the cinema. Staff is always polite, and I can enjoy the movie without any distractions as audience is always very focused on the movie!
Ieva Š — Google review
Great local cinema. It is Ealing project. Nice place. Very original. It feels like a local cinema. Very friendly staff and a lot of things going on apart from screening. I saw people sewing on machines in lobby space:) I bought member for 50£ wich is bargain. I support my local cinema for whole year. There is nothing like EALING PROJECT
Mariusz W — Google review
We went to the cinema for the first time and we were shocked by how dirty and stinky it was. The floors were sticky and covered in black dirt, the seats yucky, full of stains and crumbs and old dust, that made us very uncomfortable to sit on. We kept our coats on all the time to minimise the contamination. The seats on a public transport seem cleaner. And I’m not talking about rubbish - it’s just a dirt that hasn’t been cleaned for days/weeks/ or maybe even months. And we were on the first screening of the day! The toilets also full of “souvenirs” from previous customers and taps falling off of the sinks. And no soap. There’s absolutely no excuse for the lack of cleanliness. The staff seem friendly, but the venue has a total lack of management, it should not be acceptable to let people be in such conditions. There needs to be a permanent cleaner hired or a routine in place where current staff members are responsible for keeping certain areas cleaner and regularly supervise these areas. It’s a common sense! Not mentioning the leaking ceiling/AC - whatever that was - half of the lobby floor was covered in buckets to catch the water leak. And the corridor leading to the screening rooms felt like a dirty alleyway. It’s such a shame that having such a great location and idea behind it the place isn’t looked after properly at all. A good start is a bucked and mop and warm soapy water. The only reason we didn’t leave straight away was our child - we did not want to spoil their day out. I feel sorry that I had to write this but someone must wake up and manage the place appropriately!

What an amazing space. They've rescued a large abandoned underground space in a local shopping centre. They have 3 large cinema screens showing all the latest blockbusters and indie films. What a treat to have a cinema in the heart of Ealing again with extremely fair ticket prices! They have coffee and drinks of all sorts and an area to display local art. A real community feel. There's free WiFi and you can go down there just to hotdesk or hangout. Comfy sofas, chairs and tables to work from. Definately 5 stars ✨
Alan — Google review
Lovely local feeling cinema. 5 mins of trailers then into the movie. No adverts, no faff. Screens are the ideal size for the number of seats. Nice alternative selection of drinks or beer rather than Pepsi on tap. Nice quality sweets as well as standard popcorn. A variety of popcorn sizes would be nice, like a larger one for sharing. Will be my go to cinema from now on.
Chris W — Google review
Local community cinema and events space built in basement of former shop. Three reasonable sized screens showing current releases with comfortable seating, excellent facilites, good choice of food snacks and beverages at bar. Well worth becoming a member for free tickets and 20% discount at the bar. Friendly helpful staff, enjoyable visit with relaxing atmosphere.
Philip W — Google review
Four screens cinema with comfortable seats and reasonably priced tickets. There is a cafe on the ground level then further snack counter on the basement level where movie screens are located. The ticket was about £10 each.
Poom S — Google review
Ealing should've had a new cinema many years ago, for many reasons...but it's got one at last(!!!) just not in the spot where anyone was expecting... It opened a few months ago and launched with reduced ticket prices and some nice founder membership options. A good start. The large bar area is a fantastic, cozy space- with lovely comfy sofas, fast WiFi and lots of food and drink options. There’s space for events so it’s very flexible too. Tiny bit annoying that a staff member has to unlock the doors to let you into the screens, but that's a minor bugbear. (also if you need the loo, you will need to be let back in.) The seats in the cinema were really comfortable with plenty of room between rows. Very well designed. It's nice to see some proper 'craft' beers in the fridge and some nice looking wines. Some more craft beer on draft would be a welcome addition. I noticed a Siren Gluten Free Lager on my recent visit. Really hoping there will be at least one proper craft beer line on all the time. Fingers crossed! The coffee from upstairs was pretty good and we got some member discount which was appreciated. It's early days of course, and I hope that more people in the area support this cinema and that the owners can make a success of it. I'll endeavour to go as much as possible and can’t wait to visit again soon.

Primark is a popular discount fashion chain that offers a wide range of clothing and accessories for all ages, as well as homewares. It's known for its varied selection of casual clothing with modern artwork, patterns, and designs that cater to nearly everyone's tastes. The store is praised for its affordable prices and good quality items. Customers also appreciate the diverse range of products available at Primark, making it a great place to shop for clothes and fashion wear.
This is my local Primark, and I always enjoy shopping here. They have a great range of products, from clothing to home essentials, all at affordable prices. The store is well-stocked, and I can usually find what I'm looking for. The staff are friendly and helpful, making the shopping experience even better. Highly recommend!

Very affordable with a wide range of trendy clothes and accessories! The store is always well-stocked, and you can find great deals on fashion, home goods, and beauty products. It's a perfect place for budget-friendly shopping without sacrificing style. Definitely a go-to for anyone looking for quality items at low prices!
Basil — Google review
Great store, well stocked and lovely staff. There has been recent renovations, which look great. My only issue is that they seem to be phasing out staffed checkouts in favour of self service checkouts, which I find a bit of a pain and prefer the human interaction of a traditional till. However, the staff are very friendly and happy to help.
Jenson M — Google review
Always a treat shopping in this branch of Primark. Lots of variety and options to choose from. Always had discounts and reductions on many items. Only problem its very busy and crowded, if this doesn't bother you then very good place for shopping. Staff are very busy most of the time and hardly bothered with assisting you.

I would like to say a big THANK YOU to Jyoti at Ealing Broadway store. I was desperate to get one of Paula's cardigans. I arrived at the store before 4pm today, all the colours I wanted were sold out. The only ones left were the cream ones which I didn't really want. I wanted the charcoal or brown. Jyoti went out of her way and found me a small one in charcoal, I was estatic as I had rushed from work to get it. Keep up the good work Jyoti, exceptional Customer Service. I will be back soon to get more from Paula's collection, Pat (very happy customer)
Pat C — Google review
During our visit to a primary store in Ealing on 27th September 2025, a distressing incident occurred involving our 4-year-old autistic daughter. My daughter, currently taking prescription medication and feeling unwell, suddenly needed to use the toilet urgently due to bladder discomfort—something new for her. The mother asked a staff member for help, explaining the urgency and requesting to use the toilet as an exception. The request was escalated to the store manager on duty, (Albert), who denied permission. This decision caused significant discomfort and distress to the child, resulting in her wetting herself. Such situations highlight the importance of empathy and flexibility in customer service, especially when vulnerable children are involved. Reasonable decisions can prevent unnecessary distress and demonstrate understanding, which is essential for creating a supportive and considerate shopping environment.
Elias M — Google review
The new refurbished Primark in ealing is awful! Their payment payment BEFORE was far far better and efficient! There used to be a long line of tills which are now replaced by self service which only 2 work! Changing rooms are disgusting! There's women and those in between genderless woke stuff which are always empty which we are told we can use too??? How confusing I complained to a staff member who agreed and told me it cost primark 3M!! What a total waste of money! Rarely go in nowadays since this terrible idea of a so called refurbished. If it's not broke don't fix it!!!
Surj S — Google review
I have no clue why some people think it’s a good idea to change layouts and make these unnecessary fixes to stores. They have reduced the changing rooms, there were probably too many before but now there are too little. The tills are right at the back of the store, the nightwear/lingerie/accessories section fills up a large portion of the store and I feel as though there aren’t as much clothes anymore. Really don’t like going to the store anymore I probably won’t be either. It’s all weirdly placed

If you're on the hunt for stylish brand-name apparel, shoes, accessories, and home goods without breaking the bank, look no further than TK Maxx. Known as TJ Maxx in many parts of the world, this discount retail chain offers a treasure trove of discounted designer fashion and unique home decor items. You can find everything from chic clothing to top-notch bedding and kitchen essentials—all at prices that will leave your wallet happy.
TK Maxx Ealing is a fantastic shopping destination! The store is spacious, well-maintained, and always stocked with a great selection of items. Whether you’re after stylish clothing, home essentials, or unique gifts, there’s something for everyone at unbeatable prices. The layout makes browsing easy, and the staff are friendly and efficient, always ready to help with a smile. I’ve found some amazing designer pieces here at a fraction of the cost, which keeps me coming back. Located in the heart of Ealing, it’s convenient to pop in while running errands or for a dedicated shopping trip. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality and value!
Ebbie A — Google review
It’s a medium-sized TK Maxx. Not easy to find what you need. I suggest buying tops or some home stuff, but not shoes or makeup up
Saba G — Google review
This is probably the worst TK Max in all of London. This store has been suffering from leaks for at least four years, ever since I became a neighbor. However, the current state of the store is unacceptable—it should be closed for repairs. See the attached pictures. You should be ashamed to subject both your workers and customers to conditions like this. On a positive note, your staff is amazing—no complaints there. That’s the only reason I gave an extra star.
Jesus M — Google review
This was my first visit to the store, and I had a great experience! Husaien and Yasmin were incredibly helpful and friendly, they made my shopping smooth, enjoyable, and fun. Excellent customer service!
Ricky M — Google review
Popped in to buy some watches yesterday... Picked very nice ones, the cashier started packing them,I was waiting..and getting ready to pay... I was looking around while she was packing the boxes and suddenly she says:What are you waiting for? I suppose She meant:I got the machine ready you can tap the card... Please, you never say to customers:What are you waiting for...,you can attract attention in a more professional way:The machine is ready, you can tap the card. You are required and must act in a respectful way to customers.Keep the standard, otherwise find another job.
Leo P — Google review
TK Maxx used to be a great place to find quality and luxury items at affordable prices. Unfortunately, it feels like the standard has really dropped. The store is often disorganised, and the clothing quality is now quite poor, much closer to fast fashion than the unique, well-made pieces they used to offer. I hope to see improvements in the future, as it was once one of my favourite places to shop.
Sandra R — Google review
This is quite big TKMaxx, with a really wide range of different products, however there are periods that a lot of shelves are empty and there is not enough stock to choose from. Cosmetic / skincare and kitchen departments are the biggest, just after clothing. You can get good quality suitcases, a bit of furniture and high end premium fashion brands. What I dislike in this branch are queues to the tills. There are never enough staff to cover this section. I dont understand, if this is persisting problem, the management arent doing anything about it. Overall... its a good store, worth of visiting every now and then.
Magda — Google review
It was the worst experience in my entire life with store manager. On Tuesday I was trying to return shoes which I bought 3 days before which came out that both are different.(really similar but still different design) she accused me of wearing shoes which are not even my size!! One of them it was clean and another one has 2 stains on the bottom. She refused to take my return. I called customer service and made a complain. Manager (she gave me her name Tamana) she asked me why you want to return shoes which you wear but how you can wear completely different shoes 🤣🤣🤣 terrible experience i hope main customer service of tkmax is going to give her some advice about how to serve people. Btw. Problem resolved. Shoes returned and got full refund:)

He patiently and politely addressed all my queries, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I'm thrilled to have purchased the Riverside Touring 520 touring bike from them. Highly recommend Decathlon Ealing Broadway and a big thank you to Mr. Valeri for his outstanding assistance!

I regularly shop at Decathlon in Ealing Broadway and it’s easily one of my favourite stores for sports gear. The prices are very reasonable, and the quality of the products is surprisingly good for the cost. They carry a wide variety of items for all kinds of sports and activities, so I can always find what I need. The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, which makes the shopping experience even better. Whether you’re just starting out or more experienced in a sport, this place has something for everyone. Highly recommended!

I went into Decathlon for one bike basket and left with two baskets and a mobile phone holder—all thanks to Artur! From start to finish, he was absolutely amazing, providing honest advice without any upselling, just genuine care and expertise. Josh was also incredibly helpful in assembling my bike, and the store manager was so kind. The entire team had such a positive and happy energy, making the whole experience a pleasure. Highly recommend this store for both the products and the fantastic customer service!

Best and freshest and wide selection of fruits and vegetables... Pretty much ever. Always a treat to get things here. Great selection of Persian breads in the back, Halal meats, spices, tinned goods. Go there!

I heard of this recommendation through the Food Review Club on Facebook. They were very enthusiastic about the 🍓 strawberries. Especially the size of them. I bought a small box and I was quite impressed. I used to live in Ealing and I always enjoyed a lot of fruit to eat. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

One of the best shops in west London, it has fresh bakery, fresh butchers, fresh fruit and vegetables and loads of products worldwide. This shop has been running for 20 years and i go in 3 times a week and honestly they are the best.also there cheese and spinach pies are delicious.
Amir A — Google review
If you are of African descent, I would not shop at Cudi. I have been racially profiled and harassed at this shop on numerous occasions by the older man that is usually outside by the entrance wearing a grey military cap, and a blue and orange jacket. Due to this behaviour I will never spend another penny with them ever again, and regret all of the purchases I ever made there. Several times I noticed this man would treat me with suspicion even though I had never been seen or accused of stealing in over 10 years of shopping at Cudi. On the last visit, I basically got harassed for just shopping and picking the fruit I wanted to buy. As I have an autoimmune illness, I use nutrition to improve my health. Owing to this I often make modifications to what I eat. Because of this, I often have to visit shops in person to research pricing and availability of certain items I am considering adding to my nutrition plan, especially when the shop does not have a website with pricing. This also means that I often do not find what I am looking for, or do not like the pricing. Cudi does not have an online shop, so I would have to go in person to do my research. I often went, did my research, and left without purchasing anything, but on many occasions I did make purchases. The last time I went to Cudi, I was looking for plantain, I was moving plantains out of the way to find ones that I wanted to purchase. The man I described earlier came over and asked me what I was doing. It was obvious what I was doing. I was shopping. I indicated that I am shopping for plantain. He then became belligerent and said I could not take the time to find the plantain I wanted. I said I would put the plantain back when I had found the ones I wanted. He became even more belligerent and then another man approached and became physically threatening. I was basically racially profiled and harassed for selecting fruit. Shopping! The older man then said that he has watched me on camera and that I never buy anything. He did not say you have stolen, or I have seen you stealing, he just said that I don’t buy anything. I opened up my bank app, pulled up my transactions, I had at least 6 purchases from Cudi in the last month and many more over the last 10 years. He ignored what I showed him and continued to act in an ignorant and belligerent way. The older man, by saying that he has watched me on camera numerous times, just proved that he racially profiled and singled me out to monitor, even though they have never once seen me stealing. Someone has shopped at a shop for 10 years, and never been found or accused of stealing, but they still feel the need to monitor and harass you. The only thing he had to go on was the way I look. Beware of this shop. I really wish I could get every pound back I ever spent at Cudi. I am so glad that there are plenty of similar shops in the area that are not rude, belligerent and racist that treat me with respect when I spend money with them. To assume that every single time someone steps in your shop that they are going to buy something is unrealistic, arrogant and ignorant. Pricing and availability checking are part of the shopping process. Many times I would research items, and then come back and buy them later. Many times I made purchases at the same time. I regret every single purchase.
Hiro R — Google review
This shop is selling fresh and vegetables and meat every day serving customers 24/7. It has all types of products all around the world. Arabic, Turkish, Iranian, Romanian, Bulgarian, afghan, Iraq, Greek, Kosovo, Albanian, polish, macedonia and many more It is an family oriented shop, the boys there are all willing to help any time. Products are better quality than other store around, they won’t hesitate to put stuff in the bin and that’s why they are always the best. Butchers are very helpful and serving the spring lamb, fresh chicken all year around. Also they do a lot wholesale to banquet halls and restaurants, also every year they donate to charities. Their lamb is very tender and soft, great place for family shopping. Shop has great products, every corner of the shop is full stocked and well looked after. Seen the boys clean the fruit and vegetables isles twice a day by washing it. Everyone inside the store the store can speak fluent English not like the other places where I have to translate myself, honestly gold mine Five star reviews all year round, well done guys.

i just asked for 3 baby chickens and i specifically asked for the guy to clean them and then got home found out that the chicken was still full of feathers and i remember even asking him again brother did you clean it properly he said yes and i got home discusting chicken full of feathers Never again

The best fruit & veg shop at ealing, they also sell meats bakery items (Turkish) they have a wide range of cheese all is fresh and the price is a bit more expensive but for what get it’s an amazing price, there are no cues and the parking s right behind the house, I happily support this shop while in lockdown.

I love this supermarket. Visit every Sunday for fresh fruit and veg and this place never disappoints, you’ll struggle to come here with a list and get everything you want-bit if you are flexible in your cooking it’s a great place to try different cuisines. 25 pound for a weeks worth of veg is definitely a steal. Nestled in the heart of London, Farm W5 is a beloved local gem that champions a farm-to-fork philosophy. This delightful eatery prides itself on crafting wholesome meals from scratch, ensuring every dish is made with top-notch ingredients free from added sugars and artificial additives. The menu features an array of delicious options, including king-sized wraps bursting with grilled chicken and garlic aubergine yogurt, alongside fresh organic fruits and vegetables.
I cannot recommend Farm W5 enough! The food here is outstanding, always arriving beautifully presented and tasting incredibly fresh. It's clear they prioritize quality, and it really shines through in every bite. Their fresh juices are a game-changer – so much better than anything else out there. The fantastic food is only matched by the incredibly friendly and efficient staff. A truly superb dining experience! I highly recommend it

Fantastic little place. Really lovely staff with a great vibe. The bread is absolutely delightful with a real rustic feel. Doesn't matter what filling you get, you will not be disappointed. I had some smoked salmon in mine. my friend had the vegetarian option.bith awesome. Always be sure to check the special menu as they can sometimes have great options. My friend enjoyed the spicy potatoes with chicken in a wrap very nice!!!. We all had a smoothie. I opted for the immune boost. I always try to have something with ginger once a day. Did not let me down very tasty. Have to add that the salad dressing was really scrumptious. Will be coming here again when on Ealing.

We used to love this place, were regulars for food and drink and always recommended it to friends. Now their milkshakes have gone up to £8 (didn’t check the price before ordering as we go so often but was shocked when we paid) and they’re incredibly watery (far off the quality they used to be). Unfortunately we’re unlikely to come back despite wanting to support local.

I liked the local vibe in the cafe! Loved to be by the window and looking at the street. Although the food is not top-notch, they are reasonably priced. Surely it is a nice spot to catch up with your friends or for family lunch for locals :)

After reading excellent reviews I decided to go. The first impression Flat customer service- sarcasm hostile Almost used to customers showing up regularly they took the basics for granted. - food- BEIRUT BOX they probably could have made a better if warmed up heated better if I’m taking away the food will go cold and check with customer how hot they want it and put a bit more flavour. Generally speaking I would not go back due to customer experience

This place is a hidden gem❣ The food was so delicious, rich in flavour & very generous portions. There is a great variety to choose from. Nice atmosphere & clean environment. Excellent service & super friendly staff. Highly recommended & will definitely be coming again. Thank you! 😊

At 11 I was here for the firsts time i wanted breakfast and that was not a problem. Very clean including toilets overall clean. I ordered a toast with salmon and coffee great portions and taste this restaurant deserves 5 stars but I’m giving 3 because the person that was making the food went in the garbage and did not washed hands than put on gloves and made me food. If he had not taken the gloves I would 100% leave I hope I don’t see that again. My wife liked the atmosphere and great service

Food was excellent. Tasty, good sized portions and reasonably priced. Had the chicken hummus wrap with salad which came with a fresh juice for 6.75. Food tasted fresh, was very tasty and plenty of seating. Service was a little muted and have driers didn’t work in toilets so when I asked for a towel was given napkins which food preparers then took back with their food serving gloves on, not hygienic at all I’m afraid, so only 3 stars, real shame as food was great.

Men's clothing store
H&M is a popular chain retailer known for its trendy clothing, swimwear, accessories, and shoes. It's a go-to destination for fashion-forward individuals looking to update their wardrobe with the latest styles. The store also offers a variety of options for kids' clothing and footwear. Customers have praised the exceptional service provided by staff members at various H&M locations, highlighting their helpfulness and dedication in ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
The worst customer service I have received at H&M to date. The blonde slim lady working in the children section behind the till this morning, disgustingly rude. Short answers, unhelpful and clearly hates her job. The lady also, with brown curly hair/leather trousers also very rude, finally after two helpful members of staff, tried to sort out my problem, the brown curly haired member of staff made a comment about the transaction. I asked if there was a problem and she just ignored me. Very passive aggressive. H&M sort your staff out.
Ashleigh R — Google review
Poor customer care. Close changing room 30 mins before closing and won’t let you try on one item.. obviously don’t need the sales.
A F — Google review
The most depressing branch. You go into it and want to walk straight back out. The lighting is dimmed, there is nothing exciting about this store whatsoever. The whole shop is in need of a revamp, it looks dated. The workers are lovely and really do try their best during busy times, with only two tills available and long queues.
Caroline J — Google review
Went to the Ealing H&M branch on the 12th November to donate bags of clothes. I was confronted with a rude store employee by the name of Nina who told me that if I donated my bags of clothes it would only account as one in a very condescending tone. She told me that all my bags of clothes would count as one and that the company was a charity and was losing money etc. I asked her what the standard bag size was and she would not tell me until I asked her two or three times. I wanted to know what the standard bag size was as I knew my clothes would account to more than one bag. She then told me the standard size of a bag to donate was one black bin bag which had to be full of clothes. I knew that this was not the case as I’ve previously donated carrier bags of clothes in a normal Tesco / Sainsbury’s grocery bag and they would always amount to more then one as opposed to one bag and I’ve had no problem whatsoever. She was very aggressive and rude in her tone and when I tried to explain and she did not give me the opportunity to explain. Luckily the manager came and she started to complain to the Manager and tried to mock the amount of clothes I had in the bag saying it would be one bag. I asked the manager what the standard bag size was as Nina (the rude employee) told me the standard bag size was a black bin bag. The Manager told me this was not correct and gave me a H&M bag to put my clothes in and said this is the standard bag size. I walked away with two vouchers and managed to donate two bags instead of one. In the end I told the Manager that her colleague Nina was very rude and aggressive. I was then told that she was having a bad day. We all have bad days however if you are working in customer service you still need to speak to the customers politely and with respect no matter what and this shouldn’t be an excuse. Either way avoid being served or approaching a lady called Nina she is not at all polite and I guarantee you won’t have a pleasant experience. H&M Ealing please do better I’ve read the reviews and seems like you have to work on your customer service skills which you are majorly lacking !
If A — Google review
Was followed around by security as if I'm stealing because I had a big shoppers bag...felt so humiliated and upset. I went today to discuss this with the manager but the managers nowhere to be seen and only one person working. I was ready to show my bag and show them they shouldn't assume stuff. Never going to that h and m ever again!

H&M in Ealing Broadway is an absolute disgrace. I’m extremely frustrated. The staff are terrible: slow, inattentive, and seem to have no idea what they’re doing. Instead of helping, they just stand around looking confused, as if they’ve never seen a customer before. There’s only one till for cash payments in the whole store. And of course, someone was doing a massive return at that very till, while I stood waiting — with no other option to pay in cash. It honestly felt like a joke. The store is a mess: clothes are scattered everywhere, it’s dirty, and there’s no sense of order. No organisation, no customer service, and definitely no respect for shoppers. Customer service is non-existent. I left with nothing but stress and disappointment. I absolutely do not recommend this store to anyone.
Emilly 7 — Google review
Worst H&M. I've always liked shopping in H&M stores, and other than prices and good quality what usually brings me back is how well the stores are organised. However whenever I came to Ealing branch I end up getting frustrated. Baby section feels like a second hand store, there's literally one of each item, all mixed up, so you can't find what you need in size you want and way too many clothes crammed in one rack, makes shopping impossible. And all of it is full price items, I would totally understand this for the discounted racks. Store looks nice when you walk in but whichever area I end up in is always a mess. Avoid!
Rain F — Google review
There was no obvious sign for the queue in this branch, specifically for self-service. I saw nobody waiting there, so I went to pay. While I was scanning, other customers started shouting loudly that they had been waiting for a long time. The reason was the lack of customer service, as two staff members were laughing and having a long conversation with one of the customers.

Delizia is a charming Italian cafe and deli located on Northfield Avenue, run by Marzia and Nicola. Since 2020, they have been serving authentic Italian coffee and homemade treats to locals. The cafe offers a great outdoor garden space where you can enjoy your espresso during the summer. In addition to their delicious coffee, the deli also offers slices of mortadella and burrata. The staff is known for being friendly and helpful in making menu recommendations.
Delizia is such an awesome Italian cafe. Very friendly and talkative staff which helpful in making recommendations from the menu. They have a great breakfast and lunch menu with plenty of options. I’ve popped in a few times for a coffee and light bite and it’s now a firm favourite in the Northfields area. They have a really nice patio garden to sit in on a nice day. Definitely worth a visit when you are passing by.

A Delightful Tea Time Experience at Delizia I always enjoy visiting Delizia for a relaxing tea time. Their cappuccino is delicious, while my wife loves their red berries tea, which comes in a generously sized teapot with a rich, full-bodied flavor. Our usual order includes Black Ink Squid & Salmon with salads, a light yet flavorful choice. The staff here are always welcoming, with warm smiles and helpful recommendations. Unlike traditional Italian restaurants with large main courses like spaghetti, Delizia is perfect for a light lunch or afternoon tea, offering a great selection of Italian food supplies as well. During my last visit, I picked up a bottle of balsamic vinegar, thanks to the staff’s helpful suggestions. Though I’m not particularly fond of Italian food, I truly appreciate the friendly service and cozy ambiance here. It’s a wonderful spot to take a break, and I find myself returning regularly for a short, relaxing tea time.

I visited this coffee shop today based on a friend’s recommendation. The space is cozy, well-furnished, and stocked with a great selection of Italian products. The owner was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional, which made for a pleasant first impression. We ordered two coffees, a pistachio-filled brioche, and a jam cookie. Unfortunately, the quality of the pastries was disappointing. My cookie was inedible—stale and rock hard—which was a real letdown. While the ambiance and service were excellent, the food quality could use some improvement.

When i need a real good coffee this is my choice. This place is cozy and familiar. It’s a bit tiny but has one table outside and like 9 inside with 2 tables on the window, so I think it’s enough. Food it’s so nice simple but delicious, good for a quick breakfast. Lovely place and really nice service.

I had an amazing experience at Lush London! I got my roots redyed, a Versailles weave installed, and a silk press, and my hair has never looked better. My hair feels soft and sleek! I highly recommend Lush London and Sinead to anyone looking for top-quality hair services. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Whitney at Lush , South Ealing ! My child has autism, hair days can often be a challenging experience for him . From the moment we walked in, Whitney created an environment of calm, understanding, and kindness that put both of us at ease 😌. She took the time to explain every step of the process to myself and Aiden , making us feel safe and was incredibly patience throughout. She never rushed even though it had taken more time than anticipated and allowed my child to Express his emotions freely . Her compassion and genuine care made what is usually a stressful experience into a positive and even enjoyable one. The hair itself was fantastic—exactly what we wanted. I am beyond grateful for the thoughtful, professional, and inclusive service. Thank you Lush hair for providing a safe space , for going above and beyond for our family. We will definitely be back!
Chika N — Google review
I visited this salon for the first time to get a silk press done by Whitney, and the result was good. I get my hair done every other week, so I’m quite familiar with salon routines. Two days before my appointment, I emailed to reschedule but received no response. Thankfully, I was able to rebook through Treatwell, so it wasn’t a big issue. On the day of my appointment, I was delayed due to major Elizabeth Line disruptions. I absolutely hate being late, but I take full responsibility for it. I texted the salon 5 minutes before my scheduled time to let them know I was running 10 minutes behind, no response. Unfortunately, I ended up being 20 minutes late. I called at 11:10 to say I was 10 minutes away, and that’s when I was informed I’d need to pay a £20 late fee, supposedly stated on their website (which doesn’t seem to exist). I’ve never heard of a fee like this before, £5 or £10 would make sense, but £20 for a £55 service is excessive. What frustrated me more was that the stylist then said she’d need to check if my appointment could still go ahead, which ended up causing even more delay. While I understand and respect businesses have policies, this fee wasn’t mentioned anywhere I could find, and it wasn’t communicated at the time either. Nevertheless, I paid the fee. Later, I checked Treatwell and found no mention of this late fee policy. I followed up via text but, unsurprisingly, received no response. They may have gained an extra £20 from me, but they’ve lost a potential repeat customer. I won’t be returning or recommending this salon to anyone. Edit: as I clearly need to provide proof. Please see enclosed the email. Also, I agreed to the fact that you said there was a late fee policy as stated on your website. I was not in a position to check there and then. Because IF it was stated on your website and Treatwell as you said and I booked through those services, legally, I automatically agreed to your terms and conditions. Then when I had a chance to look after the booking to see where this policy was mentioned, it was no where to be found. So if it was made up there and then, it is actually even worse. Also, I texted 5 minutes before hand as mentioned above. It is a bit concerning that you try to paint me as a liar while I can post everything on here. I contacted you after as well to explain my concerns plus asked where I can find the policy you said was on your website, and no response there either. So the situation remains unchanged.

I booked in for a silk press with Sinead after reading a lot of good reviews and wasn't disappointed! I had a protein and Moisturising treatment, a silk press and trim. The scrub during the wash and condition felt amazing. Sinead was lovely and took good care with my hair. the trim made my hair look so much thicker and it felt so soft and healthy. would highly recommend!

Best hairdressers in London! The owner is fantastic with treating all hair. Caring for the general health of each strand. Hair treatments leave hair healthy, revitalised & strong. Box Braids look fresh & stay neat for a very long time. Silk press is done effortlessly & hair feels/looks amazing. Trims are perfection. Salon is always clean with a relaxing & calm atmosphere. I have bra length 4c type curls & Sinead has helped to grow & maintain length. Very knowledgeable. The only hairdressers that I trust for over a decade. I've been to many & nothing like Lush London.

I went to Lush London for a Keratin Treatment and trim and I love the results! My hair felt very soft and smooth, and it’s been a month now and my hair has not gone frizzy once! I visited this jewellery shop few months ago and was thoroughly impressed. I had already trawled the jewellery shops on the broadway but was impressed with this one - being established for so many years you could see the difference in their display . They had exquisite range of designs-elegant and unique ones for a variety of occasions. I was served by Raj and other friendly knowledgeable staff members who made the experience even more enjoyable. Their warm and helpful approach made me feel welcome and well taken care of. I bought a beautiful unusual gold set, pearl chain and a layered diamond necklace . Highly recommended anyone looking for beautiful jewellery at reasonable price and excellent service!
