Firstly, this place does Italian food really well. I've been lucky enough to travel around Italy quite a bit and this is comparable. That is a pretty epic achievement. Service is also pretty comparable, so a little spikey on occasion. The restaurant is light and bright. All told very good. Would recommend although it's not cheap so good for special occasions.

It's difficult to find a restaurant that serves good pasta. Pasta Remoli is quite good. You can choose you sauce, pasta and cheese. The pasta was cooked to the perfect firmness. The waitress was very noglegale on this and gave a good suggestion. I will definitely return here.

Loved this place. Agata our waitress was absolutely brilliant. 10/10 service. Give her a raise already. Lovely lady. Made us feel so welcome. The food was amazing, can’t fault it. Definitely will come back again.

We had a fantastic family dinner at Pasta Remoli Ealing Broadway and can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the ambiance was lovely, warm, relaxed, and welcoming. A special thank you to Megan for her excellent service and spot-on recommendations, and to Head Chef Dario, who kindly explained each dish and even let me observe him preparing some of his creations. That personal touch made the evening feel truly special. We started with the Bruschetta Toasted Focaccia with Tomato, Garlic & Basil simple, fresh, and bursting with flavour. A perfect appetiser to kick things off. For mains, we enjoyed a variety of dishes, and each one was a standout. I went for the Ajo, Oio e Peperoncino—a beautiful blend of garlic, chilli, parsley, and Italian extra virgin olive oil, served with spaghetti. Simplicity at its best, and done to perfection. We also had the Seafood Pasta, which was packed with flavour and took us straight to the seaside! The mix of shell-on prawns, mussels, and clams with garlic, chilli, and fresh tomato sauce was fresh, vibrant, and satisfying. My wife chose the Truffle & Mushrooms Ravioli in Creamy Mushroom Sauce and absolutely loved it. The sauce—made with stewed wild mushrooms, onions, and thyme—was rich, earthy, and comforting, pairing perfectly with the delicate ravioli. My son also went with the Truffle & Mushrooms in Creamy Mushroom Sauce, opting for tagliatelle as his pasta choice. You can see why the creamy mushroom is their best seller. His dish was packed with flavour, and the tagliatelle held the sauce beautifully. My youngest picked the Margherita pizza, which was cheesy, classic, and had that perfect crisp base. A definite crowd-pleaser. What we really loved is how the whole concept works: Choose your sauce, Add your preferred pasta, Top it with cheese, if you wish. It’s a brilliant idea and makes the meal feel personalised and fun for all ages. To round off the evening, we enjoyed some lovely gelato and, on Megan’s recommendation, shared a slice of the Torta della Nonna. The creamy custard and pine nuts were the perfect end to a memorable meal—light, sweet, and satisfying. The service throughout was impeccable—friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the food. The team made us feel right at home, and it’s clear they care about the full guest experience. If you’re in Ealing, do yourself a favour and visit Pasta Remoli. Say hello to the amazing team, especially Megan and Chef Dario, and enjoy some delicious, authentic Italian food. the vegan parmesan was sooo good!! some of my fave alio olio i thibk i’ve ever had.. not all the pastas are vegan hence why i had these big tubes (& not classic spaghetti) but it was super al dente and tasty

Our group ordered various pasta dishes and all were thoroughly enjoyed. Service and waiting times were good. Staff were very helpful and understanding with dietary restrictions. The venue has inside and outside seating; our outside seating was comfortable and not noisy. Coincidentally, we were also able to avail of the lunch deal which was good value for money (main + side + drink).

The menu has a variety of sauces with different shape of pasta, all fresh. It also recommends which pasta suits better for each sauce. The food was good at first but the flavours were intense and it was hard to finish. The starters were good. What really disappointed us was the fact that we had to wait for 50 mins from the starter to our main and we were in a hurry.

Booked a table through the fork, I told them I'd reserved a table but they didn't seem to understand me. Nonetheless they had free tables so my group had no issues getting served. Ordered a bunch of starters and were underwhelmed. Lamp chops were slightly tough and overdone and lacked flavour. Chicken wings were okay, chilli paneer average. Onto the mains and the curries lacked punch and flavour, they maybe used to western palates as I like my spice. This place is overpriced for what it is, you do have the option of paying by cash and getting 20% off. Why can't they just price their food normally, very odd. Worst of all, me and my friend had upset tummies the next morning and needed the loo a few times so I question the cleanliness of the place.

I just had dinner at this amazing restaurant, and I can't stop raving about it! The cuisine was absolutely delightful, and Khalil, made the experience extra special with his warm and expert service. The ambience was perfect – cozy decor, ambient lighting – creating a memorable setting for a fantastic meal. Highly recommend!

AMAZING. Blown away by this place. I didn't really feel that anything about our meal could have been improved so I really wanted to leave a good review. I'm actually vegan and it's very hard to find Indian favourites that are vegan. I can't remember the last time I had a good korma before today. We got the vegan korma, vegan massala, a side of pindi channa (chickpea dish), rice and chapati. I think this will probably become my new fav restaurant in Ealing.

Really enjoy the Sunday buffet here. Food excellent and varied. Good value. friendly staff. Don't know why it is not more popular

Best chicken saag I’ve had and I’ve had a few over the years from around the world. Not sure what spices were used but it worked perfectly. I ordinarily would prefer thigh over breast but the meat on this occasion wasn’t too dry. Had the spicy wings for starters….bang on! Khalil made every effort to make sure we had a good experience. Coming back for sure.

First time I ordered from this place and I was appalled by what I had delivered. I eat alot of Indian food and this was the worst I've ever tasted. I ordered a samosa chaat and I couldn't even eat it as it was swimming in oil. The chicken tikka masala was watery and lacking flavour. The naan was not fresh it was chewy like it had just been warmed up. Overall I'm disgusted I wasted £36. Will not be ordering from here again.

Based on my experience I would rate 3.5 star. Clean ambience , adequate taste, tasted more like Bangladeshi than Indian. Strange incident: a man from street walked in to our table and started conversation, restaurant folks tried stop but the man started threatening them. He asked our group to listen to one of ourselves and left. Nobody have any idea what's happening.

One of my goto asian options in Ealing - especially if you want to be close to the tube and main bus stops. Food is excellent though service is sometimes slow when they ar understaffed. Portions are a little small for the price but good food overall. Recommended.

Staff were attentive and friendly. Went for lunch set as i was passing by, £15 with 10% service charge. Food was good, the marinade or velveting for the beef was not really to my taste. It was slightly on the sweeter side, generous portions of beef. Toilet super clean 👌

I’ve been ordering from here for a while and usually enjoyed the food. Today was my 25th order from Deliveroo! However, I’ve noticed recently that the portion sizes have got smaller. The container size has reduced and it’s not being filled up like before. For the price, it doesn’t feel like good value anymore. Disappointed, as the food has always tasted good.

This is a nice place if you want a relatively cheap but satisfying food. It's overall good but it would be even better if they paid attention to some details. The duck and rice bowl is good but the greens were stone cold - from the fridge. Cold veg isn't a big issue as some Asian side dishes are served cold, but for it to be served as part of a hot dish is jarring. Most duck slices were plump, moist but some were crispy and dry. The difference between them was huge. If they tweaked a few things, it would change the customer experience a lot. The FOH staff were polite and respectful and regularly offered top up on tea.

Been visiting this branch over the years, reliable place for a quick bite to eat and they have loads of different offerings from East to South East asian (specifically Thai) cuisine. The chicken yakitori was great with the distinct smoky and sweet flavours and the sushi tasted great. Yaki udon is my usual go-to order but found that over the years theres less and less toppings and slightly more soupy with a lot of sauce left over. The beef lo mein was good but also pretty salty with a lot of watery sauce left over but I would still recommend this place as an entry level restaurant into Asian cuisine. The service here is reliable, quick and accommodating and definitely is the highlight.

An all time favourite. Lovely staff, lovely atmosphere and the food always hits the spot! All their dishesh are nice but W ould highly recommend the Tori Katsu Maki , it's an explosion of flavours in your mouth. Delicious!

Love, love, love this place! Every dish is perfect, every time. I've been coming for decades. It's my favourite pan Asian. I also go the Chiswick one which is also perfect. The service is so refined. Cannot recommend highly enough. Absolutely delicious!

Super bakery！！！ I visited this shop this morning at 11am！ Dont want miss anything！ The smelling in store is sooo delicious，I really wanna buy everything, but I only have one stomach:( Super delicious, especially I got hot baguette as it just came out from oven, it tasted so good. The red bean bun is the best in London I have ever had. I WILL DEFINITELY BACK FOR MORE BUNS!

Lovely Japanese bakery, with few delicacies! The veg curry bun was nice. But ti would return for the honey crust toast! OMG!

Absolutely fantastic! We are so lucky to live just up the road so have been many times to this small treasure of a bakery. Everything is delicious! The owners seem incredibly kind and polite. Such a bargain for the quality you get. It’s tiny and always busy so get in early. An absolute must☺️ As evidence please see my picture attached. I dropped in to grab ‘one small snack’ and arrived back home with this sack of goodies as I just couldn’t make up my mind😂

The buns were delightful. I selected the vegetable curry savoury one and the chocolate lemon sweet one. The texture of the chocolate lemon was spectacular. There were so many other options that tempted me, and a nice drinks selection too, including matcha.

Amazing Japanese bakery, have been going here for almost 10 years and I love it! Bread is baked fresh every day so it’s great to go when it’s just opened. My favourites are the Japanese sausage roll (more like a hot dog because it’s bread not pastry), tuna and sweetcorn bun, curry bun, and their sweet brioche buns (lots of flavours like raspberry/strawberry/chocolate/matcha and they’re mixed with a creamy filling).

Nice Japanese bakery with a good selection of breads including both traditional, savoury and sweet options. I had the mushroom and Azuki Bean pastry. Both were very nice and tasty. Service is friendly and efficient. Would come back.

Finally managed to pay a visit to Tetote factory ! Tiny shop with very nice buns and pastries. Everything look yummy and it’s homemade. In a time where local businesses needs our support more than ever, Tetote factory is of the one you should pay a visit as they deserve it ! Recommend and will come back even it’s long way from East London 😅

This cozy restaurant is located on Ealing Broadway and is very easy to find, just about a 10mins walk from the underground station. The atmosphere is fantastic, featuring a bar counter and a fireplace, which makes it very cozy, especially on cold days. Sitting near the heater was really comfortable! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the different types of beers. Besides the mac & cheese, everything else was quite good. I’ll definitely come back to try more dishes!

If you're heading to BrewDog Ealing, the best value for money is definitely the Glazing Menu — most dishes on there come with chips included, so don’t get tricked into ordering extra chips on the side! That said, the regular burger prices are on the steep side. Burgers start at £13 and up, don’t include chips, and a portion of fries alone will cost you around £4. Add a soft drink for another £3–4, and it quickly becomes an expensive meal. On the bright side, the food tastes really good, and the vibe inside is great. The music adds a nice atmosphere, and the overall setting is chill. Just keep in mind that it’s a bar, so alcohol is served — which might not be for everyone. If you're going, go for the Glazing Menu and enjoy the food without breaking the bank.

So we went there on a Friday evening and all outdoor tables were busy as most of the inside ones had reservation notes on them, but we manage to sit We ordered fries and beers and decided to try the chicken wings, but they were soaked on oil, literally you could squeeze them on paper before eating, not a good experience! I believe it was the herbs sauce they put on it, but definitely not a good combination, would recommend to get something else!

A nice local joint for good variety of drinks. Enjoyed our lager and ale. Buffalo wings definitely had a kick. We also tried the fried Oreo for dessert which was quite nice but unfortunately, it took over 40 minutes to be served.

We visited our local BrewDog for the second time, hoping to recreate the great experience we had during our first visit. This time, we ordered two burgers: the Buffalo and the Cluck Norris, accompanied by two sides. The sides were just as excellent as before, but unfortunately, the chicken in the burgers was very disappointing. Despite being coated in breadcrumbs and sauce, it was immediately clear from the first bite that the chicken was not fresh. For a place that charges premium prices, this felt unacceptable. While using subpar ingredients might cut costs and reduce waste, it risks compromising the overall experience and long-term customer loyalty. Initially, we thought we’d found a spot we could confidently bring friends to or drop by regularly, but this visit has made us reconsider. On a positive note, the beer and sides remain excellent, but the quality of the mains—especially the freshness of the chicken—needs improvement.

Wonderful restaurant and one of the best steaks I’ve had in the UK. Atmosphere is great, loved the jazz background music, nice decor and all of the staff were so friendly. Service was overall great, initial order was taken quickly but after our plates were cleared it did feel like we had been forgotten for a good 40 minutes - we were quite happy as we were finishing our wine and gave us time to be ready for dessert, but I wouldn’t dine here if I were in a rush, anticipate a more relaxed pace of service. The staff were all very busy and we had to eventually flag them down to take our dessert order. Steaks were incredible, as were the desserts. The sides were a little disappointing, especially the Mac and cheese - I think it was made with more of an Edam or similar, so it looked promisingly cheesy and melty, but lacked the cheesy flavour and tasted more plastic-like. Overall absolutely wonderful meal and we will be back!

We have visited Steak on the Green several times, and we keep coming back because both the food and the service are truly exceptional. Everything here is of the highest standard — the staff are warm, attentive, and always ready to help, the dishes are beautifully presented, and the whole place feels spotless and inviting. The interior is elegant and cosy, with beautiful exposed brick walls, a great selection of wines, and a romantic, atmospheric charm that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment you walk in. It’s truly a beautiful place, full of warmth and character. Every starter we’ve tried so far has exceeded our expectations, and every visit leaves us just as impressed as the first. We wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy excellent food and a genuinely pleasant, memorable experience.

Food is pretty good but service is with attitude. This is our second visit. First visit we didn’t eat, just walked out because the waitress was rude to us. This time, we finished the dinner however the waitress (different from the first time) has a bit of attitude. When we order, we have to order according to ‘their way!’ which is all starters have to be ordered first followed by all main courses then all sides. I find this weird as most restaurants take order person by person.

Very good spot for steak, the restaurant felt very nice and fancy. The food is amazing. I would like to thank the staff who were so kind and helpful, we went with our baby and they were so nice and friendly.

I was meeting a friend for dinner here and it did not start off smoothly. I made eye contact with several staff members who walked right past me and never even acknowledged that I was there. I stood, and was walked around for nearly 5 minutes. However, Bianca stopped and ask if I had been helped and she immediately remedied the situation. Once seated at a darling spot drinks were prompt. My friend and I both ordered the fillet, chips x 2 , and an order of smother on butter and garlic French beans for health. Steaks were both cooked promptly. Chips are shoes string and crisp! Beans were flavorful. We even stuck around for dessert! They do have halal menu that my friend ordered from, all you need to do is ask. No issues at all! An absolutely charming place. I would come back again! Bianca you are a gem!

Had amazing visit for my 10 year anniversary with my partner. Amazing service and great atmosphere also staff was very friendly steak was absolutely amazing and my partner said was the best pudding he ever had for crème brûlée yummy

We love this place and our experience this week made it more special. Not only were the steaks epic, as usual, but they comped us a dessert for our anniversary. I don’t know if this is normal, but it was certainly a very nice gesture. The dessert itself- a new menu item called ‘floating island’ was divine!

Came for my sister’s birthday on a Sunday. The main guy, so lovely and attentive. The other waitresses, didn’t seem to be as friendly. There was an error with the order but they very kindly sorted it quickly and gave the table an extra calzone. as a vegan my pizza was delicious. I love they were more adventurous than just a vegetable pizza. I had bruschetta to start, bread was a bit too hard but was nice.

- Al Filetto margherita (asked for it with tomato sauce) - San Vincenzo - margherita with melanzane parmigiana and Parmesan crisps - Tiramisu The Al Filetto was meant to have smoked mozzarella but arrived with regular buffalo mozzarella. I mentioned this to the waitress who offered to take the pizza back to the chef to “put in the oven for longer to get smoked”. No I don’t want it burnt thanks, just acknowledge the kitchen error. I ate it as it was still enjoyable and I reiterated this again to the same waitress once I’d finished and was offered another pizza but by this time I was ready for tiramisu. What came was a slither of a slice, and although tasty, was a smaller than average portion. Overall happy with the food quality but getting fobbed off about the mozzarella left a bitter taste, a bit like the espresso.

I order Margherita pizza on the Deliveroo app. I pay for extras. Double mozzarella + £1.95. Add Fior de latte mozzarella + £1.95. Add tomato sauce + £1.00. And the restaurant delivers this meager pizza with no cheese and the usual amount of sauce. Please review the options you make available to customers on the app because you're not committing to delivering what we pay for. This order was yesterday, October 17, 2025. I order from the same restaurant frequently, and every day that passes, I'm more dissatisfied.

Santa Maria is for me the best place for vegan pizza in town… great price, amazing taste, nice environment and friendly team. Everyone I bring in always wants to return again. Their blood orange drink is the one you need to try. Top place for your pizza cravings 🫶🏻

Santa Maria Pizzeria in Ealing continues to be one of our favourite family-friendly pizza spots in London, and our latest visit proved exactly why. The restaurant has recently been renovated, and I must say it looks even better than before. The space feels brighter, more inviting, and very welcoming for families and groups. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and attentive. Every member of the team made us feel at home, but a special mention must go to Sana, our waitress, who looked after us with genuine care and a friendly smile throughout the evening. Yannos (I think that was his name), the manager, also came over to check on us and offered some excellent recommendations. That extra touch of hospitality made the whole dining experience stand out. We started our meal with the Mozzarella Garlic Focaccia, which was absolutely delicious. Light, fluffy, and full of flavour. Yannos suggested we drizzle some of their chilli oil over the top, and he was spot on. The spice from the oil balanced beautifully with the soft cheese and garlic, lifting the dish to another level. It set the tone perfectly for the rest of the meal. For the mains, my children went straight for the Santa Margherita pizza, a classic made with Mozzarella Fiordilatte, tomato sauce, and parmesan. The pizzas were cooked to perfection, with that authentic Neapolitan-style crust that Santa Maria is well known for. Lightly charred, soft in the middle, and packed with flavour. The kids loved it, and it was clear why this pizza remains a timeless favourite. We also tried out a selection of dips with the pizza. Each had its own character, but our favourites by far were the Garlic Mayo and the Slow Cooked Tomato & Onion Sauce. The garlic mayo was creamy and smooth, with just the right amount of garlic to complement the pizza without overpowering it. The tomato and onion sauce had a deep, rich flavour that paired perfectly with the crusts. It was the kind of sauce you just want to keep dipping into. No meal is complete without dessert, and Santa Maria did not disappoint. I had the Pan di Stelle, which was a treat both in taste and presentation. The combination of mascarpone and Nutella mousse, topped with the classic Italian biscuit, made for a dessert that was rich yet light enough to enjoy after pizza. Every spoonful was indulgent and satisfying. My son chose the Nutella Doughnuts, and his reaction said it all. They arrived warm, dusted in sugar, with a generous Nutella filling that oozed out with every bite. He couldn’t stop smiling and declared them “amazing.” It was the perfect sweet ending for him and a dish we will definitely order again. Overall, Santa Maria Pizzeria Ealing offers more than just great food. It’s the combination of quality, authenticity, and service that makes it one of the best pizza restaurants in London. The team clearly cares about the experience of every guest, and it shows in the small details. The newly renovated setting adds to the charm, and it feels like the ideal place to enjoy a family meal. We will absolutely be returning soon, and next time, we plan to bring along the rest of the family so they can enjoy it too. Overall a borderline 5 star place, good given it’s very local. The aperol spritz portion was a bit small but the concentration was good. The burrata in a bruschetta was not very authentic and the texture was more like cream cheese. I did not like bruschetta to be honest. The Santa Filomena pizza was good - the sausage was tasty and prominent although I could not taste any truffle. The pizza dough was tasty. The staff were fine, the atmosphere is just okay, the place was busy on a Friday evening even at 9pm

Is this what you call Italian pizza ??? After a long day at work and not having the energy to cook. Me and my partner have decided to treat ourselves on a pizza. It was very disappointing opening the pizza box after the excitement I had. Whoever made this specific pizza needs to be spoken too, I have had better pizza’s there before but this is completely disappointing and badly made. Now I have big piece of bread that was supposed to be pizza that I will use to make a sandwich. But I would have preferred it to be pizza. I have attempted to call them but their extension number doesn’t work.

I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Da Moreno, and I can honestly say it was the best pizza I’ve ever had! The flavors were perfectly balanced, the crust was baked to perfection, and every bite was just bursting with freshness. On top of that, the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a meal with friends or family. I’ll definitely be coming back – highly recommended!

Da Moreno has been our favourite pizza place for years, it’s a weekly staple in our home and hands down the best pizza around. The quality, flavour, and consistency are unmatched, and we always look forward to our Friday night pizza ritual. That said, one ongoing issue has been the sudden, unannounced closures. There have been multiple occasions over the years where we’ve called on a Friday night, only to receive no answer, and this has sometimes continued for weeks with no updates or information available anywhere online. For long-standing, loyal customers, a quick post on social media or Google to let us know when you’re closed (and reopening!) would go a long way. We’re currently missing our beloved pizza and just wish we had some way to know when it’ll be back. Still, absolutely the best pizza. We’ll be back the moment you reopen!

Great antipasti platter to share.Fresh ingredients.Wood oven baked pizzas. Original Italian flavours, please can you make sure that you avoid adding salt on the top of each pizza as well as grated parmesan because it makes your pizzas flavour too salty, and looses it's great flavour. I had to drink 2 big bottles of water after I did consume the pizzas.The 3 stars missing reflects the humongous ammount of salt added on each pizza. Update: minus one star for having my pictures removed from the review.

Small little pizzeria with 5-6 tables inside and 2-3 outside so reservation is recommended. The wood oven pizza was delicious. My capricciosa was on the pricier side compare to other pizzeria (£15) but tasty. I would definitely go again.

Very good pizza but there’s no telling when this place will be open or closed, been burned more than once. Website doesn’t pre-announce closures and the menu and prices are several years out of date. Wish they’d take heed of this feedback to make things more predictable for their customers

If you're looking for a truly authentic Italian dining experience, look no further. When I walked in, I was immediately struck by the fact that both the staff and the customers were speaking Italian. It was like being transported to Italy without leaving the UK. The pizza was absolutely delicious. The service was also good and very fast. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. The food, the service, and the atmosphere were all top-notch. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a taste of Italy in the UK.

We have been going to Retsina & Mousaka since 1998, and I am not sure why I am posting a review only now. We love the food and the atmosphere, and each visit is like a party. The owner is lovely and always has time at the end of the meal for a little chat if you feel like it. Hidden gem in Ealing. Highly recommend. Pictures are from take-away.

Very cosy nice Greek restaurant with good food. The seafood special for 2 is a good deal with lots of dips, calamari, grilled prawns and a fish of the day.

Ordered traditional Greek meze this was very underwhelming. 4 starter dips (most places minimum 8 some even 12) No Kalamari, prawns or sea food of any sort like other places. Food received was nice and cooker well, but unfortunately many items missing from a traditional meze seems like cost saving tactics are being applied (no sign of olives too) also no Greek music or atmosphere within the place means I have to unfortunately leave this a low 3 stars.

Great tasty Greek (Cypriot) food. The place is small but cosy and has its own charm in a way. Very genuine. Food gets served in a reasonable time and the staff is very friendly. The portions are generous and the price is not too expensive for what you get in other places in the area. Recommended! I wouldn't mind going back again.

Always a good meal whether it's to eat in or takeaway. Mixed starters are enough to feed a family and all really tasty. Portion sizes for mains are huge. Great service every time.

Good quality food. We had a platter for 2 as starters. The plating was a feast to the eyes. Very classic Thai tastes with matching sauce for each kind of starter. Tom Ya Soup contains a good amount of ingredients and prawns cooked to the right degree so that they were not dried or tough from overcooked. Green curry was served with a choice of different rice. At first we had sticky rice to go with it but the curry was in such a good portion and so tasty that it’s a waste to throw away after the first bowl of rice. So we had another bowl of coconut rice to finish the remaining curry. Very glad that we had lunch there!

Taste like Thai home. I always enjoy Noi's cuisine. It tastes genuine and characteristic. She is friendly and caring. You can eat in the pub. The choice is simple and yet you have variety. What's better? Definitely recommended 👌.

It was my first time having the Tai food in Ryan's as I always heard people say how brilliant it is, so I was keen to find out for myself. I had the green curry and chicken wings both were fantastic 😋 and very filling. Noi was lovely and friendly when taking my order, I'll definitely be having her food again next time I'm in Ryan's.

I found Noi’s kitchen via Facebook and heard so many good reviews. Went to try today, totally lived up to the expectations! Massamam curry is the best I’ve tried so far in my life (even better than what I’ve tried in 🇹🇭, but heard the chef is from Thailand herself). Food was very authentic and great attention to presentation of the food. Noi was very thoughtful and friendly, customer service is great! The pub was also very decent and clean! Will come back again! The place exudes island charm with rustic wood accents, bright lighting, and Jamaican icons like Red Stripe and Wray & Nephew setting the tone. We ordered Curry Goat (slow-roasted with garlic, ginger, green seasoning, and scotch bonnet — an iconic dish), Jamaican Brown Chicken (braised thighs with garlic, thyme, tomatoes, and peppers), Sweet Plantain (add-on), Curry Channa & Spinach (spiced chickpeas, aubergine, and spinach), and Tamarind Pork Belly. Sadly, the curry goat wasn’t available, so we swapped it for Chilli Squid. The food was wonderful — our first encounter with Caribbean cuisine, and we’ll definitely be back!

From the other Google reviews we were looking forward to a visit to this restaurant. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. The music was so loud that we couldn't even begin to have a conversation. On request, the volume was kindly reduced a little. The food itself was good - but every dish was extremely spicy. We ordered 6 dishes and all were so spicy that 2 of us could barely eat them - unfortunately this was not clear from the menu. Our waiter was not very attentive, stood at the counter with other colleagues and looked at smartphones instead of serving the guests or offering drinks. The non-alcoholic cocktails are not really alcohol-free as syrup contains alcohol.

I had the mixed seafood and half chicken at Turtle Bay, and it was delicious! The seafood, especially with the coconut curry, was amazing and felt healthy. The staff (Chisel and Chanel) were super friendly and the atmosphere was perfect. Highly recommend

We visited Turtle Bay Ealing on a buzzing Friday night and left full, happy, and slightly tipsy – just how it should be! The atmosphere was vibrant from the moment we walked in, helped massively by the live DJ running some riddims all evening! It really set the tone and gave the place that extra kick of energy, perfect for a weekend wind-down. For food, I went for the Bay Burger with Jerk Fries – the burger was juicy, well-seasoned, and the jerk fries had that addictive smoky heat that kept me going back for more. Mrs had the Chicken Roti Wrap, which was full of flavour and generously filled. We also couldn’t resist trying the Rum BBQ Ribs – messy, sticky, sweet, and worth every bite. Now for the drinks – hands down the highlight of the night. As it was happy hour (which lasts impressively long), we went all in: 4 Strawberry Daiquiris – fruity, icy, and dangerously easy to drink 4 Reggae Rum Punches – strong, tropical, and perfectly balanced 4 Passion Fruit Mojito Royals – refreshing with just the right fizz and sweetness A few wary shooters – because, why not? 😄 Honestly, the cocktails were top-tier, well mixed, good strength, and beautifully presented. Service-wise, the staff were lovely and attentive when they could be, though it was a little slow at times – but it was getting busier, so not entirely unexpected. Overall, Turtle Bay Ealing delivered a fantastic night with great Caribbean flavours, unbeatable cocktails, and a brilliant party vibe. I have been coming here for years. They have changed prices and menus over time but recently it has become an issue that affects my experience. For example, I adore the garlic prawns. The best part was have the small bread underneath that soaked up that garlicky sauce. You would even ignore that the prawns were slightly overcooked. Now that already small beard (around the size, if not smaller than the part of your hand) is cut in half snd used for 2 orders. I also ordered the brown chicken that now the included rice and pes coat 4 pounds more for a very small portion. It’s too much to ask in my opinion. I would rather support the place on leeland road (who gives food to the homeless) and make my own margaritas than feel like the establishment I frequent is rinsing me.

Our recent experience at Turtle Bay’s Bottomless Brunch was not just disappointing — it was genuinely unacceptable on multiple levels. Over the course of the two-hour bottomless brunch, we were served just three drinks. Staff were barely present, and we had to constantly flag someone down to get any service. For something advertised as a free-flowing experience, it felt like we were being ignored. The situation got worse when our food arrived — we were served raw chicken wings, which is a serious health risk. When we raised this with the staff and asked to speak with the manager, the response was shocking. The manager appeared completely unbothered, offered no sincere apology, and instead gave us a “20% discount” to make up for everything. Even that turned out to be misleading — when we checked the bill, it wasn’t a true 20% off (only £7 was taken out of our £82 bill, shocking) This was supposed to be a fun, relaxed outing, and instead it was a stressful and concerning experience. Between the lack of drinks, being served raw food, and the dismissive attitude from management, we left feeling incredibly let down. Turtle Bay needs to seriously review their standards — this isn’t just a bad brunch; it’s a health and safety concern, coupled with terrible service and dishonesty.

I was recommended The New Inn via my friend’s neighbour. What can I say but it was amazing. The customer service was excellent. There were no tables as we did not book. But the beautiful owner found a table and advised us to order quick as I few big tables had just arrived. 😜 The food arrived we had a Sunday toast which was divine. 🎉The food was delicious and the roast chicken was seasoned well and moist. I will be back. Great friendly place and cosy. 🥳

This is our favorite place to go on a Sunday. If youre ever nervous about ordering a Roast because youre not sure how the meat is going to be etc, Id recommend The New Inn. Their beef roast was excellent with no fatty bits and just nice and tender. The roast potatoes were pretty perfect and everything else was just the right amount and absolutely delicious. We had a great table and the service although a few moments it was slightly slow it was ok as they were fantastic and to be honest, thats the feel of a pub, very relaxed and chilled so it wasnt a problem. Very nice experience.

We booked a large table for a get together after the Ealing Half marathon. Bearing in mind this was an extremely busy day, the staff were incredible. Our table was ready when we arrived, the staff were friendly and attentive, the food arrived quickly and was delicious.

Beautiful pub. We were in a lovely private room. We had the Christmas menu but the normal non-Christmas Sunday roast option looked much better and came with a Yorkshire pub. Service was fine but the main person made us feel like it was our fault and an inconvenience that they'd incorrectly accepted our booking for a Sunday.

The spicy noodle soup was bursting with flavour – rich, aromatic, and packed with the perfect level of heat. The broth had layers of spice that warmed you right through, and the silky noodles were light yet filling. Every element of the bowl worked in harmony, making it one of the most satisfying soups I’ve had in a long time . Truly comforting and satisfying!

Great and authentic Vietnamese food and definitely would recommend to anyone in the area looking for some pho chin alongside great summer rolls. We ordered the king prawn summer rolls which was accompanied with some peanut sauce that was rich and flavourful. I really enjoyed their pho here with their rich and hearty broth alongside their tender pieces of brisket. The portion was great value for money and definitely didn’t disappoint. The service was really quick and accommodating and enabled us to really enjoy our time here. I think this place is definitely one of the better pho branches in the area and would highly recommend to anyone within the area to come check out their amazing and extensive ranges of Vietnamese food.

Ordered 3 starters. All tasty but in small portion. I had the King prawn pho. Perhaps for cost saving they cut the prawns into half so as to look like more prawns on the pho. Beef fried rice is good but oily. The spicy noodles was too soft. Overall it’s ok.

Very authentic, good price (2 starter, 2 main and beer less than £50) and very tasty. Definitely come back. Revisited in Jun 2024 for Sunday lunch. The food is fantastic and the service is great. We ordered 3 starters and 1 main noodle, it was enough for 2 people to share. They don't have parking but you can park on the road for free on weekends.

Great good and lovely staff! Came for dinner with friends and the staff were very accommodating. Child-friendly, as we were provided a high-chair and an easy place to put a baby buggy. We didn't have pho, but we did order spring and summer rolls, golden pancake, fried rice and wok fried flat rice noodles - all very good! Also, would recommend the Vietnamese iced coffee :)

Came for the first time yesterday, and as a viet myself the food tastes authentic to the region . Was so good my partner and I decided to visit again today . A very pleasant first visit! I had a Sunday roast which was nice. Some parts of beef was slightly over and dry but most of it is still tender (wish there was more beef though) cauliflower cheese was one of the best things I had that day! All the veggies were tasty too. My partners burger and fries were good as well, would defo revisit

Family meet up for Sunday breakfast. Table reserved for 11am. Front of house staff very welcoming and friendly. Shown to an outside seating table with parasol. Offered water on arrival - nice touch especially as it was extremely warm. Great selection of dishes and beverages. Our orders were well presented and all tasted delicious. Had my birthday dinner here and food was great and venue very nice and intimate. Food wise, the only thing I did not enjoy was the beef, and although the Calamari was very nice, I personally don't think it matches with the mains menu, maybe change it for some fancy pigs in a blanket or something. Also, I had a few timing issues with a couple of meals, but it was resolved quickly, and the service was very good. It was a horrible wet day, and they allowed a smelly wet dog during dinner times, which I think is not cool at all (and I like dogs). But overall, it was a lovely night

Nice setting for a restaurant / bar. The first I came here for dinner I wasn’t so impressed with the food. But I recently returned for brunch and it was delicious. The sweetcorn has was great and we also ordered a side of bacon and sausages for the table both of which made the meal perfect! Staff were really friendly, very relaxed vibe. Would return for brunch again.

Had a Sunday roast here earlier today. The place has a nice vibe however the wait staff were very indifferent bordering on rude. Overall now attentive. Roast was ok and nicely presented however the meat was cold and the rest of the plate was room temperature which was disappointing.

I've gone 3 times now and each time, I've had a wonderful experience. The food here is high quality, the staff are polite and friendly (and when I've brought younger brothers with me, they've engaged with them and made them feel welcome). The cocktails are also really well made and high quality

Great place to have alfresco dining. The brunch menu has a good variety of innovative dishes. We tried the sweet potato has with salmon, chia and peach pudding bowl and the mushroom and truffles on toast. All were tasty with great balance of flavours and freshness. Only downside, was that the hash was partially burnt and the mushroom toast needed more truffle flavour. We all agreed that the chia pudding was sublime. Great service, with the right amount of attentive without feeling to obtrusive. Have returned several times for lunch and dinner and they never fail to meet our standards of service. The burgers and cocktails are ones to try also

Absolutely Delicious! I recently tried the Pav Bhaji here and it was fantastic — rich, buttery, and full of flavor. But the real star was the Vada Pav — easily one of the best I’ve had in the area! Perfectly spiced, crispy on the outside, and soft inside, served with just the right chutneys. A must-visit spot for authentic Mumbai-style street food. Highly recommended!

It feels like they’re misleading customers. I compared the prices between ordering through the table QR code and ordering directly at the counter, and surprisingly, it costs about 20% more at the counter. When I asked why, no one could give a clear explanation. I was simply told to order through the table QR code if I didn’t want to pay extra — so I did. After waiting for 20 minutes with no update, I followed up and was then told there was an issue with table orders and I’d need to reorder at the counter. Even though my order was confirmed and payment was deducted, they refused to serve it unless I paid again at the counter. Be cautious — this feels like a scam.

Very nice experience at SKVP today, the food was very nice and warm especially the vada pav, pav was crispy on the outside and super soft inside. The samosa chaat was also very tasty and plated very nicely. Special thanks to all the staff, they are extremely polite, welcoming and professional. My takeaway order had some modifications and they were super friendly to meet those requirements. Overall, i would recommend it as the food is served super quick and delicious.

Hounslow Nandos is a cosy and busy restaurant. Customer service at this place is always great and prompt. As usual, the nandos food great. As it was on high street, finding a parking is very difficult.

Worst experience at Nando's Hounslow! The manager made incredibly harsh comments and was highly unprofessional. The lady in issue, along with other management (attached image) male manager with a hoody one, all managers failed to provide with their name and stated, visit customer service experience if you have an issue with us and  began to chuckle and did not fix the matter when it was discovered that the manager was aggressive and made statements to its customers that embarrassed them and made them feel extremely uncomfortable. A detailed complaint has been logged with Head office Nandos regarding this matter, the female manager with glasses on should be re-trained in how to deal with customers especially difficult situations and how to make effective decisions with un-happy customers as opposed to stating, visit the customer experience hub. Very poor Nandos Hounslow, I will be letting friends and family/work colleagues know to avoid Nandos Hounslow at all costs. Very very disappointed.

Aditi ruined our celebration and the special day for us ZERO STARS IF I COULD Went with my family in a group of 10 people for a birthday celebration, gave a massive order worth £160+, received one order wrong- got thighs instead of butterfly chicken, politely told the staff to pls change it Was rudely told butterfly chicken is expensive, was happy to pay that barely £2 difference but was told to place another other. Further on the aditi woman was very ill mannered, said I probably gave the wrong order but the fact that she wasn’t even present when the order was made and neither did they ask the man who placed the order what actually happened. She went on questioning me how can I be so sure the order was placed wrong, BECAUSE I WAS PRESENT AND SHE WASNT, she basically told me I was lying while having an attitude all the time. Absolutely ruined our evening, regret going there so much, it’s a shame when people go to eat spend and celebrate and all they are left with a bad mood. everyone was upset at the table and did not enjoy food. I can’t stress on how rude she was, very highly unprofessional.. definitely need some training on handling situations She lacked basic manners, the tone was terrible.. we could have escalated it but can’t argue with a shameless person AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!!!

The interior is quite spacious and cosy at the same time, the artwork is also very unique. The staff was also friendly and vey welcoming. And of course, the food was absolutely delicious 😋 The new BBQ and garlic chicken is definitely a must try, it was also well cooked and they were very generous with our chips too. Will definitely be visiting again soon!

I have visited Casa De Goan several times in the past, but during my visit this weekend, I was surprised to see its renovated look and feel. It’s much better than before, although the improvements come with a price increase. This restaurant is a must-try for all seafood lovers, as it offers an authentic experience and taste of Goan cuisine. We tried several dishes, including Tangy Chicken Lollipop, Chilli Squid, King Fish Masala, Goan Fish Thali, and Prawn Fried Rice.

I visited Casa de Goa this afternoon and ordered two thalis: one Chonok thali and one King Fish thali. The atmosphere and interior were really nice, and the staff were polite and friendly. However, the portion size and quality of the food didn’t quite match the price. The Chonok thali especially felt disappointing for £3,(total £13 or £14 pp) as the portion was very small and not worth the value. When I mentioned it to the server, he acknowledged that other customers have also raised the same concern and said he would let the owner know. I hope they improve the portion size or quality because the place has a great vibe and potential.

We went for dinner on Friday night and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Being big fans of Goan seafood, we ordered mostly prawn and fish dishes. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. The staff were very friendly, making the experience even more pleasant. The ambience was warm and cozy, and the evening had a delightful surprise — karaoke night! The host / singer was fantastic, moving from table to table taking song requests and encouraging guests to perform on stage. He even sang three of my favorite songs, which was a wonderful personal touch. Overall, a great dining experience with amazing food, friendly service, and lively entertainment.

Taste was Best, but I felt the thali was a little less in quantity with regards to Okra Veg, Shells, and the Sweet Dessert. Chonok Fish was great.

Casa de Goa is my go-to spot in the UK for authentic Goan food. The dishes taste just like home, prices are reasonable, and the service is always friendly. Highly recommend!

The food at this Goan restaurant was really good — flavorful and enjoyable. Our waiter, who served us at the table, was very sweet and attentive, which made the dining experience pleasant. However, my experience changed when I went to the counter to pay. The waiter had asked me to settle the bill at the till, where an older gentleman (around 40) was handling payments. Unfortunately, he was quite rude and unprofessional. He asked me to pay without even providing the receipt first, so I couldn’t confirm if I was being charged for the correct order. Only after I asked did he hand over the bill, and his attitude remained grumpy throughout the interaction. I believe he really needs to work on his communication and customer service skills. It’s also important to remember that, while this is a Goan restaurant, not every customer will speak the local language — people from different backgrounds and ethnicities come to enjoy the food and culture. A little politeness and inclusivity would go a long way in improving the overall experience.

Excellent service. My man from Shiraz is the best host. The food was delicious. The ash reshte was in line with a home cooked one. The mixed grill plater was very large and enough for 3. 🚽🚨 very clean. Probably the cleanest I’ve seen in any Iranian restaurant.

20/01/24 Update - the restaurant forced us to pay high service charges which they refused to remove from the bill - I thought was unfair. The food is not the same as my original review, they warmed up old bread for the starters which was not fresh. Also, the restaurant was completely empty of customers when we went there on a Sunday evening - a bit of a red flag tbh. Food - excellent Persian cuisine, the temperature was perfect, the kebabs (chicken and lamb) were succulent, soft and rich in taste. The portions were extremely generous ! Pricing : Definitely value for money given the high quality and quantity of food. Presentation - the king size plates held the generous amounts of food edge to edge ! The cutlery was clean, and if good quality. Service - friendly, polite, efficient, and responsive. The staff really complimented the ambience of excellence, they are an absolute credit to the brand ! Decor - contemporary Arabic writing on the wall, minimalistic and not too busy. The warm lighting and very comfortable seats makes one feel relaxed and distressed. Perfect if you have a large family with kids ! Washroom facilities - well lit, clean and readily accessible. No issues at all ! Ambience - wonderful ! Really relaxed, with a wonderful view of Ealing. The music well selected and volume not over bearing at all. I love the marble finished tables, they felt solid and did not rock or move. Parking - pay as you go car park directly opposite else free parking available after 7pm when the single red line deactivates. Summary : wonderful, elegant, value for money and delicious. Had a lovely evening last night with my partner who is Persian and my mom and his friend. As we entered the restaurant the staff were friendly and welcoming. We ordered the mix grill for four and it was more than enough for all of us. My mother thoroughly enjoyed the meat and the rice. The Persian tea after dinner was tasty and well presented in the cute teapot and beautiful glass cups. We all had a wonderful experience and would definitely be back.

Nice find! We ordered the smoke aubergine dip and bread as starter and it was amazingly good. The bread was really tasty and original. We ordered a mixed grill, lamb shank and a momtaz (chicken fillet and mince lamb skewer) as mains. The lamb shank sauce was a little too liquid but the meat was great. Everything else was really tasty and we particularly enjoyed the lamb and the chicken fillets. The marination is what made the difference. Thave a good selection of drinks and also fresh juices. We finished the meal with fresh leaves mint tea. Really satisfied. Definitely recommended 👌

Had a lovely lunch here at Eram Shishlik! The koobideh and Jujeh kebab tasted fresh and was cooked perfectly. The khoresht bademjan was amazing, tasted very homemade and not oily - would have loved more aubergine as it was so good! The service was also super friendly and speedy so will be definitely coming back again 😊

The service is excellent and the girl was extremely welcoming but the food can be improve. We ordered the 2 people menu with all the options and one of the lamb kofta wasn’t really tasting and I’d say meat tasted “old”. The other ones were great specially the chicken which was full of flavour. The restaurant was a bit cold as they leave the door open to invite people in. The salad was also low-average. The rice and the chicken saved the night but I really doubt I’ll be back. Price isn’t cheap either.

Great food and friendly service with great prices, a must to try if you're in the area. The olives to start with a crushed walnut and cranberry mix is insanely good. The rice is great, the meat is indulgent.

Had a fantastic time at this pub! We went as a group for Easter Sunday lunch, and it turned out to be a great experience all around. The service was genuinely warm and welcoming—one of those places where you immediately feel comfortable. I tried their Sunday roast, and it was actually my first ever roast. Even with my palate, which isn’t exactly used to traditional roasts, I found it genuinely delicious. The flavors were rich without being overwhelming, and everything was cooked just right. One thing I really loved was the indoor seating area—it had such great natural light that it felt like you were almost sitting outdoors. It made the atmosphere so lively and refreshing, adding to the whole experience. They also have a solid selection of beers and ciders, which paired perfectly with the meal. Good drinks, great food, and very good service—can’t really ask for more. Definitely a place I’d happily return to when I’m in the area!

🚇 South Ealing 🍺 £7.10 Cruzcampo The Rose & Crown is located on a quiet side street opposite St Mary’s Church in South Ealing, West London. The nearest tube station is South Ealing. The site of the pub is believed be the site of a 17th century coaching inn called The Oliver Cromwell. By 1823, the pub was described as “the first inn on the road from Brentford”. This spacious two-bar pub blends traditional decor with stylish contemporary touches. The main bar, on the left, features a long servery that runs the length of the bar. It starts narrow at the entrance before opening into a seating area at the back. To the right of the entrance is a cosy bar with traditional tables, chairs, and a period fireplace. Just off the main bar is a dining area which is flooded with light from overhead atriums. Throughout, the pub’s decor combines boarded and parquet floors with panelled, wallpapered, and boldly coloured walls, comfortable seating, and walls adorned with historic photos and mirrors. At the rear lies a large beer garden with covered areas and plenty of benches. This Fuller’s pub offers a familiar selection of beers, a couple of craft options, and four cask ales including Fuller’s ESB. I opted for a Cruzcampo — an excellent pint, though the price was on the high side. The food menu features British pub classics, Mediterranean dishes, and Sunday roasts. I dropped in just before 2pm on a warm, overcast Saturday afternoon in August. When I arrived there were a couple of locals sat in the main bar and about a dozen or so people enjoying the beer garden. The atmosphere was really laid-back, almost like being in a village pub out in the sticks. The service was spot on too — I had a great chat with one of the management team, who took the time to tell me about the pub and even showed me an old photo of the pub. Visiting The Rose & Crown was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Beautiful pub in Ealing. We had the Sunday roast with beef, a side salad and halloumi fries, and of course a pint of Fullers London Pride! Dog-Friendly, gorgeous garden, fast and friendly staff and service. Would highly recommend and will be back.

This is our local pub so we're here a lot! Friendly staff and great food, plus a huge garden. Reliably excellent place to spend an afternoon or evening and a huge asset to South Ealing.

Went in today for Sunday lunch and had the beef which was lovely, good portion size and was filling. Also had a pint of Cornish Orchards which is my favourite cider I like to have when in a Fullers pub, staff were friendly and welcoming. I would pop in again as it's a great pub with a really nice beer garden outside, prices are standard for a Fullers and in my view reasonable 👍

It is September. What is happening with the weather? 😆. It is a lovely pub here in London. What a pearl, and you have to try it once at least.

A year ago I was saying it was the best Polish restaurant in London. But after the last time Disappointment is not enough to describe what I feel. A plate that costs almost £300 contains food for 2 people. But the worst thing is a quality, I am happy to pay more but I am expecting good quality. Chicken soup was tasting like it was made from the cube, the salad was terrible and the duck was disgusting!! With feathers sticking out!! One star for coffee, it was good but served after we finished cake.

Food was good but overpriced for the value. When we entered the restaurant, the staff were singing/rehearsing for an event. It was unbearably loud and felt like you are having dinner at a nightclub. No one else was in the restaurant but they didn’t stop singing when we came in and ordered. Very unprofessional. The meat and steak were nice but the sides were not up to standard.

Excellent standard in both food and service. Wine & whisky selection is very good. We can heartily recommend them to anyone who loves European food.

This place is just amazing. Michelin star food for great prices. Definitely coming back - staff great, food truly awesome! Puts Soanes kitchen to shame as charges same prices and food is at least twice as good.

The Djs' Are rasists!!!!! I wanted to leastn ukranian group, but they sing in russian, and the dj's said to me that they hait russions and will never put the song in russian...Its really rasism!!!! Because i am not from russia, i am from moldova, but i like songs in any languages!!!! I will complain i every place wich i could complain for their rassism!!!!! And the food was not very nice..for their ukrainan and polish stile!!!! I will never revomand this restaurant!!! There are many more restaurants in London without rassism!!!!!

Disgusting greasy food! Terrible music! There was a party hall booked for a family party and it was a waste of money!!! In addition, putting politics on restaurant windows is embarrassing!!! 👎 I don't recommend! If you like good, tasty food, avoid this place! The prices don't match the quality of the food. My dog ​​wouldn't eat it. Even the soup had a thick fold of fat!!! 🤢🤮

Love this place! Will always pay a visit when I’m in Ealing. Amazing atmosphere and helpful staff. Incredible selection of craft beer on tap and by the can, there is something for everyone. You truly are spoilt for choice here. 10/10 recommend!

A place where you can have a really good beer. The staff is very friendly, too. It's nice to be close to the station.

Easy to miss place that's deceptively big inside. Good variety of beers and a very chilled vibe to the place overall. Service isn't too bad either. I think the biggest selling point is the selection of beers available. Location is a bit of an annoyance but that can easily be overlooked.

We were a group of 8 and we had excellent service. Many unique beer options available and it was sort of fun to try out different flavours. Some were okay but some didn't go well with us. But that's okay anyway! No parking provision. They have toilet provisions. We didn't order food, but had beers. No concerns to mention.

Fairly basic beer bar, with indoor & outdoor seating. Interesting range of draught beers, and a range of bottles & cans. Handy for Broadway Station. A little broken down in general feel, but fine for a pint or two.

Ace keg selection - as a dark beer lover in a world of trendy pales it was nice having a non imperial stout on tap! Guys in here are amazing as well, really friendly - place has heart! Hard to find these days Pizzas great, you can maybe get away sharing 2 between 3 but they can box up anything you can't bear to leave behind :)

I'm very grateful to the pub staff. From the day we booked until our activity, they were always ready to help us and answer our questions, very kindly. They made us feel comfortable. It rained heavily that day, and they offered us other options, which made me feel even more confident. All our guests were very happy with the bar service, the food, the facilities and the baby shower event in general. I would definitely choose this place again 🥰

We stopped for lunch at this pub after diverting from a Capital Ring walk from Osterley Lock to Greenford area. We are delighted that we chose this venue. The food was very good and included many vegetarian options. There was a great selection of drinks. The staff were attentive and courteous and service was very quick. We sat outside in the enormous beer garden in one of the huts which was cosy and warm enough to stay in even when it started raining. There's plenty of parking in the car park at the front of the pub. Buses E2 and E9 run past the pub from Greenford to Ealing Broadway. Definitely a great find and we will return when we are in the Ealing area again.

I really enjoyed the garden! I came here with my aunt and was really surprised how big and nicely decorated it was. The staff were really nice and attentive. We got the loaded chips and the feta dip. We really loved both of them and would highly recommend.

Been here a couple of times, with kids and family for lunch. Perfect pub for summer and outdoor vibes. HUGE beer garden with kids small play area and climbing frame. Outdoor Ping pong tables and gaming tables (bring dice!). Really fun for kids. The food is top notch, large portions and delicious. This is beyond pub-grub. There is a kids menu too, but the Mac n cheese was not good - and the Cumberland sausage may be a bit too herby for kids. Stick with fish n chips or burger. Delicious gravy, proper mash. Excellent service and staff attitude, very friendly. Nice beers, with good selection of bottled ciders too. Absolutely a 5* and will return again. Free car parking available, around 12 spaces so can get full quick! Beautiful traditional pub building and decor.

We booked here for a family gathering and got a good large table for ten in one of the smaller rooms. It was a Sunday so most of us went for the Sunday roast, but there were some other choices as well. The food was fine, typical pub fare, and nicely served. It was busy but we were served reasonably quickly by friendly staff. The prices were average for pub meals, though the beer was a little on the expensive side. They had some interesting displays on the walls, one of which was covered with old cutlery.

Went to this pub with my family for the first time i want to praise grace as our server from someone who works in hospitality and how hard sometimes it can be i can say how she handled my family was superb . The roast poateos was uncooked and not roasted but she immediately dealt with the situation and got us new ones not only that the check backs was great from her and few other staff very welcoming and there garden is amazing will definitely be coming back. Otherwise the cocktails was amazing

He served us one of the most delicious burgers we’ve had, along with a great salad and wine that paired perfectly. First time visit for me to this Ealing burger joint. My partner and I both ordered the smash burger straight up, with sides of ranch coleslaw and halloumi fries. When the food arrived I noticed the halloumi fries were missing and pointed it out. Our server, Deniz, apologised that the order must have been accepted in error and they were out of halloumi fries but immediately offered an alternative side on the house by way of an apology. Since we couldn't make our minds up he sent us a mix of chicken tenders and onion rings. Fantastic and professional way to deal with a problem, hence I'm on here applauding what a great time we had rather than complaining. Well done Deniz. Our burgers were delicious and came with a massive portion of tasty chips. The ranch coleslaw was fresh and creamy and tasty. We also ordered a jug of mint lemonade between 2 and it was plenty for us throughout the meal. I would have made it 10% sweeter but I have a sweet tooth and it was probably just right for most people. Altogether I can't fault the service, food quality or atmosphere at this place. We joined the loyalty club before leaving because we will definitely be back. Thanks.

Second trip to Honest Burgers, but more my local one, in a week with family. Really lovely burgers, and great value. The mint lemonade was so refreshing - but everyone enjoyed their meals which was the important bit! I went for a smashed burger, delicious 👌🏽

Good place to eat, not given 5 stars just beacuse of the chips, half of them left overs, otherwise burger was good. On this occasion i would like so suggest: Add 1£ or £2 to chips but please serve in eatable conditions and for sure will gain more in the future. I salute everyone. Cheers

Had a lovely family meal here tonight, firstly the service was absolutely fantastic, the staff were so kind and considerate, very friendly and welcoming. As for the food it was delicious, the homemade onion rings!! Yum yum and That bacon gravy was amazing. The fresh burgers were just as lovely to and cooked to perfection. A good fair priced menu too. Highly recommend

Honest Review for Honest Burgers. Very small burgers, one priced at £14, was the same size as a £9 burger, making it feel overpriced. They did serve what felt like three portions of fries, likely to fill me up. However, being given a butter knife instead of a steak knife made eating the burger unnecessarily difficult. On the positive side, the staff was friendly, the food is homemade, and the atmosphere was great with good music and ambient lighting. However, with a £3+ service charge, the total came to £33 honestly, for that price, we could dine out twice somewhere else.

If you want a great local experience, then this is your place. The staff are polite, friendly and helpful. There is some lovely banter between staff and regular locals. The food is excellent and very well priced. We loved it and will be back.

Well established in a lovely corner of Ealing. The Ealing Grocer is a treasuretrove of fine food. It's the ultimate local shop where you will be warmly greeted. Advice is on hand should you need it. Owner, staff and customers swop ideas and discuss what's on offer. Buy raw ingredients, freshly prepared foods or settle down for a snack or even dinner if you join the supper clubs. The quality and passion of all involved will be disappoint

I had a disappointing experience here. The owner was unfriendly and seemed irritated, making us feel quite uncomfortable throughout our visit. We were overcharged by £7 due to a supposed 'mistake,' and an additional £2 was added for a piece of bread that wasn’t listed on the menu. This felt unfair and left a poor impression

At The Ealing Grocer I experienced some of the warmest customer service I’ve encountered in recent memory. The joy and passion with which this business is run is evident by their recommendations and their interactions with their customers.

This is a lovely independent grocers/deli. Fresh fruit and vegetables/excellent cheeses/jars and packets of all sorts of deliciousness/wonderful baked goods and interesting soft serve are all available along with many other wonderful products. It’s a great place to go to for something special for yourself a gift for others or to impress at a dinner party. I would highly recommend following their instagram account as they post a video every weekend giving the weeks lowdown on the newest arrivals and exciting products. It’s the kind of place that makes you excited about food again. Like a little borough market……but without all hustle and bustle of the tourists.

The fish itself is good quality the oil is clean however the chips are very very bad and the fish batter is so thick no crispy and light. We are very disappointed as this place had been recommended a while back so we thought we would try it. This is not fish and chips. I’m sorry to have to write such damming review but I’m enraged really. Some people may like this type.

The cod father has always been a family favourite I’d say the last 5-6 years maybe more from the time the old owner who used to own dream cafe down at the white hart had it I forget his name. Since he has sold up or left or what ever he has gone the food has gone so down hill the last 4-5 times we’ve had issues tonight was the last straw food was terrible! The batter wasn’t cooked properly on the sausage it was dripping in fat and soggy not crispy the chips were soggy and anaemic looking. All for the price of £7 I’ve had me over for the last time codfather! We shall not be returning

Highly Recommend! Not sure if this business has been taken over under a new management, but didn’t see the owner nor his photos on the wall… Used to be my local fish & chip shop returned and got a large chips, 2 battered sausage, beans and mushy peas! Very nice indeed!! Only down side was the batter was a bit excessive and sloppy not that crisp but it was the end of the day and I guess everyone wanted to get home!! Will return, great value for money!

When this place first opened the standard was high. Both service and quality of food was exceptional. Still very good bit slipped ever so slightly. That warmth and friendliness is what set you apart so please maintain. Similarly the food was top quality.The value for money is excellent. Chips used to be outstanding being cooked in ground nut oil. Not sure if same cooking process used as don't taste as good as they used to. Overall still a very very decent chippie. You set the bar high at the start and that's all.im measuring against .if you measure against other chippies this place it really decent. Thankyou guys

The worst service I've ever experienced - the food was cold and the order was incomplete. When I called, the guy stupidly asked what my problem was. You owe me money. I waited an hour, and the food ended up in the trash. And on top of that, the drink I ordered was missing.

Newly opened in Harrow on the hill. Our group of 5 friends visited this place recently , for a get together.We ordered chole bhature , coffee, tea, dosa , uttapam etc. I would say taste wise all the above dishes were okay. Staff was courteous. Ambience good. We had one issue though, there was a couple sitting 2 tables away from us , the man directly came to us and was like you guys are laughing & talking and they r kind of not enjoying it. I mean everybody in the restaurant was talking and having fun. I don't know how we caused trouble 🤔. I just said sorry and the man went away. When we raised it with the staff that if someone has a problem, they should inform the staff and directly come to us. The staff just smiled at this. I mean this experience ruined our get together. Would I go again, not sure.

Been here only once and had the Mysore Masala Dosa. I thoroughly enjoyed it as it was spicy, but not blow-your-head-off spicy. The Masala with the veg was very tasty and satisfying. The staff are friendly, but one of them forgot what my order was when it was only 2 items. The decor is basic. The fresh passion fruit is delicious, and I want to go back for the beetroot and apple juice. I'm definitely coming back to try the other dishes.

Just now received food from crispy dosa greenford, please see the attached photo to see the quality of food delivery and such a poor packaging I have never seen. I called the restaurant the lady don't what to give her name however confirmed this is their standard of food delivery. I ordered dosa for my daughter and I have throw this away. The vegetable rice came as combo is spoiled 😡 Please don't waste time with people who don't take food business seriously - food is something we eat and they should respect it. Very disappointed 😞 Following the review, the Resturant apologised and redelivered today @26.07 , I must admit the dosa was fantastic, came in right package and also parotta with gravy was delicious. I'm impressed that Resturant took the review seriously and changed the package, definitely as good as saravana Bhavan. I have attached the pictures as well. I wish the Resturant will keep the same standard and keep the consistency. Thanks for catering manager to sort things.

Authentic South Indian food in London! Totally loved it and definitely gonna visit again.

Great food! Very tasty! We all enjoyed it when visiting the restaurant in Watford. The uttampum, dosa and Medhu vada were delicious! Masala tea tasted weird and we weren’t keen on that. I liked how they have so many options and lots if options for Uttapum too. We used them for catering and friends and family thoroughly enjoyed the food! So tasty! It was nice how they made all of the food fresh at our event and according to peoples specifications. Nutella dosa was a hit with the kids! And they made me a pepper and cheese Uttapum just how I like it! Great restaurant and would definitely eat there again and use for future events!

Update: After bad experience with small portion of sambhar we still ordered few times and added note for bigger portion of sambhar and we were not disappointed as they do take feedback seriously and work on it.happy customer now. Ordered 4 Dosa and 1 portion of mini idlis. They call this as 5 portion of Sambar. Ordered previously and got more than double sambar for 3 dosas.Called them but they insisted they send 5 portions. Good taste but very inconsistent. Sambar was cold however dosa were warm. Would recommend Saravana Bhawan over this.

2nd time here small little resturant 100%veg I had been puri and schechwan noodles. Good portion size and good value.

Now this attempt was definitely more closer to the cherished memories of the legendary 'Bridge Walleh'. Firmer and slightly chewier in texture than their rivals on 108 meant that these didn't disintegrate in a hurry once all that sauce was poured over the top. More importantly, they had that meaty-cum-smoky aroma and taste, alongside a chilli sauce which had both the heat and that tangy edge we remember. But, their Large Kabab Roll (3 bar) is the most expensive of the three at £4.90!

I bought 2 kebab rolls. I specifically told the workers not to put the sauce at the top because 3 times now when you open up the foil it leaks everywhere. The way they wrap the foil is pathetic, you have so much foil you have to get through, then when you finally got to the roll, you have chilli sauce everywhere falling out, then you have loads of onions. I don't want the first thing I'm eating to be onions when I take a bite. The naan was so soggy because of the chilli sauce. Even when I told the staff politely, please don't put extra sauce, he just acted like he didn't care and replied "ok ok ok". The reputation of the restaurant is being let down by these staff, management please get your house in order, find an appropriate way to wrap these kebabs for takeouts and give these guys proper training and if they don't listen replace them, your business is more important than this. Also, you say in every review, oh it's a different branch - firstly this is the branch a few doors away from KFC. Secondly, be responsible and take ownership of your mistakes. I love coming here and having kebabs from here, but please sort this out immediately.

Disgusting, Gave Me Food Poisoning ! I had the worst dining experience of my life at Shahi Naan Kebab. After eating dinner here, I suffered extreme food poisoning, diarrhea, and vomiting—clear signs of unsafe food handling or spoiled ingredients. The illness was so severe that I had to miss work, incurring £500 in lost wages due to their negligence. No restaurant should make customers this sick. The food may have tasted okay at the time, but the consequences were unbearable. I strongly warn others—do NOT risk your health by eating here. Poor hygiene standards and irresponsible food practices have ruined my trust completely. Avoid this place at all costs! Ate dinner here and got severe food poisoning—hours of vomiting, diarrhea, and misery. Ended up losing £500 from missing work. Their food is dangerously unsafe. Never again. DO NOT EAT HERE!

Only customer at lunch. Tried the house specialty and they were kind enough to let me try the excellent shawarma/döner. Really good chilli sauce. VERY inexpensive at <£6. Bathroom a bit dodgy but at least there is a dining area to enjoy your meal.

Words can not describe the taste of the food here. Highly recommend the rolly polly. Love the food here and very friendly staff.

This place would get a 5 star rating was it not for the arrogance of the staff who actually seem very disinterested in serving customers. The food, from the Kebab and Chicken Donor is absolutely finger licking good, including the special sauce (chilli + garlic). They do not accept cards in the 21st century which is a let down and also don’t really have an effective queue system. Manners do not cost anything and please/thank you goes a long way.

Good sitting area. Tikkas and kababs were nice. Doner is not nice at all. Eating from 2005 but now from last 2 years doner is not tasty as it was before even I had stomach problem so now I don't eat doner from here. 2019....

I revisited this place after ages, and it felt nostalgic stepping in. Not much has changed, which is a good thing. The falooda here has always been a favourite of mine, even 20 years ago. I'm glad they haven't tinkered with the recipe too much (rose syrup was a little heavy compared to before) and the classic polystyrene takeaway cups, straw, spoon, and bag were also kept! It brought back great memories. The service is excellent, with a family running the place. It's personal and they accept card payments. I used to enjoy their chicken tikka rolls, and looking at the menu, the price of £7 for a large roll seemed reasonable, as did the £4 faluda. There is parking outside if you can make the permit parking work to your advantage. Well done on preserving the best aspects of the business. Here's hoping you continue to improve where necessary.

Good food but the lady taking orders has serious attitude issues she needs to learn some customer service skills !! 🙄 Ordered sweet lassi and it was ridiculously sweet and only mentioned to her she said next time you must say less sugar. Then my mix paratha is served literally without any butter and asked her reply was there is already butter on it. I think she forgot that I am the customer and I was going to eat it not her 😒

DISGUSTING - there are plenty of excellent Indian restaurants in Southall don’t waste your time and money going here - New management have trashy decor and equally tasteless food. Music is excessively loud and offensive. Staff (including what looked like the owners) looked rattled and were aggressively talking to each other in their own language and then calmly talk to you in English in between arguments - straight out of an Indian Fawlty towers - was told food would be 5 minutes - had to wait 25 minutes without any updates. Took one look at the kebab roll and threw it in the bin. They don’t use naan (instead an overly greasy fried roti) and the meat looked worse than dog food. While I was in the restaurant - I gradually realised something didn’t seem right so thought I’d check out the reviews - my only regret was not reading the reviews before I ordered. These guys shouldn’t be running a restaurant, they have a lot to learn. I’ll go out on a limb and say this is now the worst Indian restaurant in Southall.

Lady working needs serious customer service experience, looks at you when you walk in and does nothing to be attentive to customers. I don't blame her, the manager dude at the till does not care either being on the phone and no attention. Used to be great back in the days when the old owners! Won't visit again. Ever.

Fast Friendly Service, cheap price for a kebad roll, but sadly disappointing. Kebabs were dry and not tasty. Cooked well beforehand and left in the refrigerated counter, microwaved when ordered. No fresh nan. Fills a hole, but better tastier places in Southall around.

LOVE this place. Some of the best food I had in Southhall. Very inviting staff, lots of fun different flavors in each dish. Garlic nan was the best nan I have ever tasted. The chicken and lamb were also both amazing. 10/10 would go again and bring friends!

Waiting time for a starter was too long it seemed like they purchased the ingredients soon as we.orderd. Served potato fritters like a run-down chippy and branded them as allo tikki. It was freezing. I sat with my coat on and no background music, cutlery was old n tired! I may come back and give them another try if I'm desperate, but tbh with the local competition, these guys need to step their game up. The new owner said it wasn't officially open when we complained at the end. Regardless, it shouldn't have served us. We didn't finished our food as it was bland as disgusting, the owner/manger reduced the bill but we still payed around £11 for 2 spoons of hard oily tikki and 2 gol guppe that had the same horrible toppings (bland yogurt food and green food coloured sauce) Heard this place was the best back in the day, I hope this comment makes changes as I could spend the same and get quality indian food from prince of Wales down the road.

Just got hit by a McDonald's partner exiting this venue. And coffee all over my clothes. He didn't even apologize. Complained to the store manager and she replaced my coffee cup but wasn't able to offer much else. Clearly a health and safety issue. Put railings to partition customers leaving the venue and partners leaving this other entrance or simply install transparent glass.

Although food was hot, it took ages to get and that was going through drive through. Car park is too small and blatant ignorance of moped riders. What are the massive floodlights all about?? Far too bright for when driving along the payment/collection part of drive through.

I ordered delivery from McDonald’s Brentford shop via Just eat. When we received the food, one of the chicken nuggets looks like some one bited it. By the looks of it. They delivered someone returned box. So disappointing, my kids cried for chicken nuggets.

I ordered breakfast two consecutive days from this branch and in both days they got it wrong (sausage McMuffin instead of bacon and egg). The second day I checked my order and indeed I had the wrong item again. The staff replaced it and apologised but getting an order wrong twice is unacceptable. Avoid or make sure you check your order when it arrives.

Missing and wrong items for the order. I specifically asked for no mayo in the McCrispy, which wasn’t for me it was for my mother who is allergic to mayonnaise. It’s a good thing that she didn’t bite into it otherwise I will be writing this review from A&E. I’ve got Coke zero instead of Coca-Cola and I’m missing a medium chips. The lady who served me didn’t even want to give me sauce, she made some excuse about what meal I ordered as the reason why she can’t give me and then she ran off. Terrible experience, clearly the people that were working the lunchtime slot didn’t want to be there, which is probably the reason why the packaging for the burgers was falling apart in the bag. Approach with caution as a last resort.

Crew members are absolutely lovely! however, on *multiple* occasions, management have been rude or inconsiderate. Getting frustrated easily, and projecting that onto me. If it wasn't for convenience id never come here again. Also it always takes 5-10 mins for my order to come through.

The worst McDonald's I have been to, wrong orders, a bad and disrespectful manager and some of the staff actually raise their voices and intimidate you if you start to complain about your order, which is wrong to begin with. Staff was gossiping with eath other, i was waiting to give order near counter for 5-7 min they just ignored me and i call them twice to make my order eventually they came and i ordered 2 portions of half kg sweets total 1 kg ,which I suppose to be £13 for 1 kg and they charge me £14.44 and when i ask them why did you charge me extra money and she said it will come up & down that was not a reason and not even a right logic they should have to train their staff !! Last not even least i paid by card and they made a cash transaction i don’t how it came cash transaction on my receipt and they don’t even mention the product aswell i also attaching receipt as a proof!!

I’ve been coming here since I was a child (25 years) and the samosa’s used to be incredible. Now they have shrunk to a third of the size and barely have any pastry around them. Service used to be very good, but that has fallen off as well with rude abrupt staff. They had forgotten to include chutney in our order of samosas and only realised when left the restaurant. When asked was told I need to buy it. Ordered a dual Mikanhi which was only half filled in the container. I’m afraid the place the majority of us used to love has changed in a way it’ll struggle to come back to.

Still the top place to go for somosa. Always busy for a good reason. Always cocked fresh to order. Spring rolls are lovely too.

Very poor service and mediocre quality of food. Waiting over an hour for 2 aloo parathas and 2 chais. Not enough salt in the parathas and ok chai. No update or apology if they were running late or busy even though they can clearly see people who have been waiting (standing) for a long while. Food quality is not what it used to be. Poor staffing and management. Very disappointed.

My family has been buying samosas from here for decades. We’ve noticed they’ve recently changed the recipe and it’s just not as good any more. Pastry is chewy and has an odd stale texture, the filling is seasoned differently, and the chutney is not as uniquely delicious as it once was. Disappointing. Why change something that was perfect. Please go back to the original recipes.

Ive been coming here for years. Its finally lost its magic. Somasas both Aloo and Paneer tasted similar to before. However to much saturated oil its wasn't like this before. Staff was not in care when taking the order. The sauce was as before and the chaat samosa was good. Im very disappointed, if you try and fry to many at the same time you will have saturated oil. Sorry I will try again in a few weeks and edit the review if you improve.

I recently ordered tandoori roti with butter, but unfortunately, the butter was applied very lightly—almost as if it was just done out of formality. It didn’t feel like a proper butter roti, especially considering the extra charge. I mentioned this at the reception, but the response I received was, “We can’t do anything.” I was a bit disappointed by the lack of assistance or willingness to address the concern. I’m sharing this feedback with the hope that it helps improve the service. A small gesture like properly buttering the roti can make a big difference in the overall experience.

Visited on Diwali and purchased a beautiful selection of sweets for a great price. Everything tasted fresh. Particularly delicious Pista Barfi. Will return to eat savoury food 😋

Today me and my friend visited delhi vala at Southall. It was amazing experience I ever had. The staff named Keshav and Jashan were so friendly and helpful. All the services are fantastic there. First time coming here and would definitely come back. I was conscious as it’s a 20 min walk from southall Broadway it might not be worth it but I was so wrong! Service wasn’t great. I ordered tea and never received it until I had to ask again. The place doesn’t smell very fresh when you walk in, which isn’t the best first impression. The staff were polite but quite slow. The food was just okay, nothing special. I asked for extra achar and ended up waiting so long that I’d basically finished my kulcha and paratha before having to ask again. The can of Coke wasn’t cold, which was disappointing. The tea was actually good, but then again, anything tastes decent with enough sugar. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, but definitely not somewhere I’d rush back to.

4th visit, always busy so usually have to wait for food, however, in my opinion the best fish and chips I've been to so far in my area. Fish is boxed, which helps maintain crispiness of batter, and both cod and haddock are delicious. I especially like the chips, even when wrapped for 10 minute drive home wont become a soggy mess, crispy outer and fluffy on the inside, just how i like my chips!

Disappointed as I took my friend here. I have been before and it was ok. Ordered sausage and chips and beef and onion pie. Saveloy looked under cooked and off. Friend ordered pie which he said tasted soggy and looked soggy. The good part is you can eat in and price is good but the food really needs to improve if that’s going on a plate to the public.

Tried it on recommendation and was not disappointed. The fish and chips were cooked fresh to order and were very tasty. The place is kept clean and hygiene rules are followed.

A great McDonald's. Staff are friendly and even say hi now and then when they recognise me. The food here is ALWAYS fresh and I give them huge props for that, I been to many mcdonalds where they pile up the popular burgers like big macs or cheese burgers and you can taste they have been sitting there for ages but here, in my experience, its always been fresh made and tastes the best McDonalds can. I visited this McDonald’s with my family on 27th March 2025. We ordered food, sat down, and ate inside the restaurant. Shortly after ordering, I handed my car keys to my family and left for a short time due to an emergency. The vehicle remained parked at the restaurant while my family finished their meal and then left. A few days later, I was shocked to receive a penalty notice claiming the car was parked without using the restaurant. When I contacted the issuing company and requested evidence, they refused to provide any proof and insisted that I had not visited McDonald’s. This is extremely frustrating and unfair. We were legitimate customers who used the restaurant as intended, yet I was still issued a parking fine. It feels like a trap set up to catch unsuspecting customers and penalize them even when they have done nothing wrong. I strongly urge anyone visiting this McDonald’s to be extremely cautious with their parking. Based on my experience, the system they have in place is deeply flawed, and customer service is unwilling to acknowledge or resolve legitimate concerns.

Worse experience ever. What a pathetic customer service. Visited the Wembley high road branch to get grill chicken take away. Went home to find out chicken is fully burnt. Went back to pepes and showed it to the manager who said what is wrong with it is it burnt ? I said what do you think ? She said yes it is burnt and asked what do you want ? I asked for food. She went back to the kitchen guys and said customer is complaining it’s burnt. Instead of the speak to their staff she threw food in the bin right away and asked to make another order. No apologies or what so ever

I think I just found my favourite new pizza place. Service (by Albanian guy didn't get his name) was great and accommodating. He made my pizza very quickly and I ate in. Pizza is amazing. Made fresh, hot, thin and crispy. Honestly it's amazing. Only downside is this place is only pizza place I've been to without chilli flakes as an option to sprinkle on your pizza. Please work on getting these so I don't have to bring my own which is a bit weird.

This place is a must go. The pizza we ordered was phenomenal. Probably the best pizza I have had in the UK and I have been to quite a lot of pizza shops. We ordered the pizza which was made by the special Mirela who also served it to us. I have to say asides from the taste the service was amazing. We really felt welcomed a the Mirela made it a special experience for us. I cannot say enough how lovely she was and I would definitely come back here just for the service. She is a true gem and is what makes this place special. This is our second time here and will be here again. Thanks again for the service and the amazing pizza! 5 stars for food and 5 stars for service and hospitality.

If you want authentic Italian pizza this is the place. Don’t ask for chips because there are none,and rightly so. If that is what you want, go to your local kebab shop where you can get both, usually of poor quality. Love this place !!!!!

A quirky little pub! Cosy, small and when we attended, an elderly gentleman playing away on the piano was so good to see. The pizza here is very good! The base holds up to the toppings, even as these pizzas have more cheese than other similar ones across London. The dips were also very good. Will be coming back!

I absolutely love this little London pub. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. One of the few pubs where you can still watch live music. You must try the pizza by their resident pizza chef Dr Dough Pizza. It’s the best in London and that’s not an exaggeration. I recommend booking for the pizza as it absolutely flies out of the kitchen and you wouldn’t want to be disappointed if they run out. I recommend the pepperoni with hot honey drizzle!

We hosted our wedding celebrations (speeches, cake cutting, band and dancing) at the Brewery Tap after our registry office ceremony. They could not have been better! The staff were friendly, helpful, and Annie (the landlady) just made it such an easy and calm experience. The band and the lady who baked our cake both commented on how accommodating and helpful the pub were in set up. There was a quiet area at the back for the parents with babies to get comfy, a room where people could sit and chat, outside with all the lovely sparkly lights and of course the dance floor and bar. Would recommend to anyone for their event (a few guests have already commented that they want their next big party there too!) The photos sum up the blurry joy of the night.

A hidden gem in a quiet spot at the back of Brentford. We came for pizza (on multiple occasions now) and stayed for the ambiance and friendly community vibes. The pub is family and dog friendly, so expect to see a few cute puppers around! They have great indoor and outdoor space (the outdoor space is to the front of the pub) and is particularly pretty at night with the overhead lights. Their new pizza residency has delicious new york style pizza. You can get two slices for £7 or a 18" starts at £24 for a Marg (when sharing between 2 people makes for a affordable option) There's a variety of add ons and dips to choose from to make it your own - The maple chipotle dip being my favourite. They can also accommodate for half & half on 18"s too for the best of both! Great pub and playlist to match (with live music on specific dates)

I just ordered veg deluxe pizza adding BBQ souce with “just eat”. No doubt delivery was on time but pizza was definitely not so good. BBQ souce was too sweet. Pizza was uneatable because of that. My expectations with the taste was really high but it couldn’t make it that good. It was my first and last order! Thank you.

I am vegetarian 🌱 and I love their paneer wrap and paneer pizza and don’t forget to try curly fries 🍟 . They have the best pizza’s 🍕 ever and generous amount too.

The mix doner wrap, which I ordered was lukewarm from the inside. The doner meat was at room temperature, the chicken was dry and cold. I Had asked for extra sauce, chilli and garlic in the wrap, instead they put very little amount of sauce (all most no sauce) and they put the wrong sauce, a very odd sweet testing. It was very dry, it was a a workout for face muscles. Having around three bites of dry meat and bread i had to leave it, realising they had pre prepared the meat, and chciken some time back, as it was all stale, forget being fresh. Around 45 minutes later, I had to throw up and throw out. The customer service was poor, no thank you, no Hi. The communication between staff was not good as when I was ordering, the gentleman taking my order was shouting the instructions to his colleague at the back, the only issue was there was no one at the back. In the photographs you will see the dry chicken no to none salads, and definitely no sauce. I hope they improve as this was my go to shop after school many years back.

First time ordering at this place which is very close to a 120 bus stop in Southall. This takeaway name Rockys is well known to the sister branch in Cranford due to its success however this branch doesn’t meet the quality nor standards of that branch. Meat isn’t Halal so I placed vegetarian. I ordered two regular pizza and one large veggie pizza pan base. Waited 15mins and got my pizza to take home which is 2mins away. After having the Pizza despite having lots of toppings it wasn’t cooked well and the temp of the pizza was ok when it should’ve been more hot. The base was well cooked though, just wished the toppings tasted better too. The customer service is ok no common courtesy thank you etc. disappointed really as I was hoping for that service. Despite this the shop is clean, can take card payments, meat options available and prices are clearly labelled hence the generous 2 star rating. There is side parking to get your order but I won’t be visiting again.

I placed an order for takeaway for beef rice box and they gave me burnt food. We called them so they can deliver us the proper food but they said they can’t do that. They also didn’t give me refund for my food. I don’t understand why they burnt the food and still gave it to me. They could have told me to wait so they can make it again. I paid the money for food so I need proper food and not burnt food. I didn’t get the food for free. I paid for it so I don’t deserve this food. This type of burnt food is also a health and safety question. They clearly fail to follow the food standards so they should close the shop and I want my refund please. Like how can you pack this food and serve it to the customer??

I recently visited Roosters Piri Piri in Southall, and the food did not disappoint. The burgers were very tasty – packed with loads of chicken, cooked to perfection, and full of fresh flavour. Every bite felt satisfying, and the freshness really stood out, leaving us wanting to order more. Beyond the burgers, their chicken dishes were equally impressive. Tender, well-seasoned, and beautifully presented, the chicken had just the right balance of spice and juiciness. I ordered a burger, but it came with a spicy sauce that I didn’t ask for. When I pointed this out, the team kindly offered to remake it — but unfortunately, the replacement burger was undercooked. I even showed the staff that it wasn’t properly cooked and explained that I couldn’t eat it. I left feeling very disappointed, not just because of the food quality, but because this isn’t the standard I’ve come to expect from Rooster’s. I hope you take this feedback seriously, as I would love to see the quality and care return to what it once was

The best roosters ever, the workers were really kind and going the extra mile for us, tending to our needs constantly. The food was also delicious. I am very happy with my purchase at the restaurant and I am definately coming back to this place.

The loaded fries are a must-try and the signature sauces take the flavours to another level. Desserts like the Biscoff cheesecake make the perfect sweet ending. Clean and always nice food, friendly staff

I ordered pizza today at 1846, after the pizza being over an hour late and calling the place twice, i was told that it was only a few minutes away. Upon arrival of finally getting my pizza I saw that the box was crushed, the pizza had slid to the side and it was cold. I called the pizza place, they refused to give me a refund, refused to let me speak to a manager and then told it wasn't there problem and I can just email customer service.

Not all McDonald restaurants are the same. They are franchises and this one is the worst you can get. Ordered just over £30 worth of food in restaurant. They prioritise drive through orders so it took 10mins to get my order. The nearly £5 McChicken sandwich looked like a mayo chicken sandwich from the saver menu. It looked like it was put together by an untrained child on work experience. The fries were soggy and the staff stuffed everything into one bag squashing everything. It takes years to build a good reputation and a fraction of a second to convince a customer never to order from the establishment again. McDonald’s prices have increased and the quality and general attitude of workers to customer services at this branch has nose dived. Will not be getting anything from this branch again.

Macdonalds Review I was only passing by to get a quick coffee. It's Difficult to fault the technical application of fast food here. It was quite early in the afternoon. So not very challenging for the staff. Saying that, there are minimal staffing levels. God help you, if you have a question to ask or need to speak to someone. The quality of the food is ok. Temperature always seems to be a challenge for mcdonald's Seating was less of a challenge this time. Also, our drink arrived surprisingly quickly. The staff were so focused on ticking all the right boxes, they often forgot to smile. Mcdonald's are clearly not interesting in customer feedback. As it doesn't seem to affect their bottom line. This will also be confirmed by no response to what I have just written.

We had fillet of fish and it tasted disgusting, like cardboard - so disappointed. Will not return. The service was slow and a lot of shouting coming from the back, the poor lady on the serving counter had far too much to do!

You have to wait a very long time if you order food inside the establishment. After my last visit I try to eat elsewhere. But when I order food and coffee without leaving my car it was a little faster.

Impossible to get any service from staff when ordering inside the restaurant, seems they have shifted the entire restaurant to focus on drive thru orders. They regularly forget to include cutlery, especially annoying for breakfast items like porridge, which obviously needs a spoon to be eaten. They have also often left out items from the order, which is inconvenient when in a rush and you have to get out of the car to go in and get the correct order...

Absolutely appaling service, manager unable to explain why just a standard coffee order took 48 mins to complete. There were about 15 customers waiting inline to pick up. Server had no name badge & served the drink as she is doing a favour to me.

Right, I’m not usually one to complain ,however after today I just cannot keep quiet , after I waited absolutely AGES for my food and I am on the way home I taste my Diet Coke which I have been waiting all day for .Not even 1 minute after I get out the restaurant mind you there’s no ice , my drink is so disgustingly warm and it genuinely tastes like straight syrup . I was utterly disgusted and disappointed I felt like throwing up . I am NOT happy with my experience here !!!

We were walking by this restaurant, and it turned out to be one of the best meal we ever had during this trip to London. The chicken shish were roasted perfectly. The chick was very juicy and tender inside. Very friendly staff. That's something we will always miss.

Delicious food and drink, courteous and happy customer service. Especially welcomed and looked after by Suzie, making Jenny's a pleasure to visit. (Even the customer toilet is one of the cleanest I've seen in any cafe.)

I ordered the mixed grill from Fatima and it was absolutely delicious! Everything was cooked just right and full of flavor. Fatima was also incredibly generous and welcoming such a lovely experience. Definitely coming back again. Highly recommend!

This is in relation to delivery. Food is cold, drinks are warm as they are packed with the hot food. The chicken was dry as a bone and the chips have clearly been fried in very old oil. Awful, food quality...

Rats are found in the store the manager and staff abusing to customer and communication with each other in another language unprofessional staff, also they didn't follow safety protocols to much rude staff

I called the Brentford branch ahead of ordering on Uber eats to check if specific food was available and was greeted rudely by a man called Shankar. I was told I would need to make the order on Uber eats prior to checking, which I explained has never been done before as I typically call before placing the order to avoid being charged for food which is not available. I proceeded to ask for his name to issue a complaint due to the unnecessary difficulty, he then stated ‘Go on, you can make a complaint about me’ and was very dismissive. There was no effort to assist me in a general request which would have taken less than a minute to check. Very appalled by the service displayed from this member of staff.

Food is ok and looks fresh for few times I visited them, the only issue with tako out only note showing on self service while there are plenty of spaces, tables and chairs to sit and enjoy Cracking a smile on customers won't hurt you guys, just smile and be nice.

This was my first time here and the food was horrible..the chicken in the zinger burger was not cooked at all, the fris were stale and had an odd taste.. i orderd today 28.04.23 at around 1:15pm, order number 4035.

Ordered on just eat mighty bucket for one. On arrival my meal was handed to me it bits as the paper bag had split open. Before I could hand it back the delivery person had gone. On looking at the contents the chips were cold and soggy where the cold drink was on then the rest was warm and edible. Extremely disappointed with the service and delivery.

This is not a franchise Dixie workers wearing no Dixie uniform unhygienic. Chips smells of old oil . No Dixie sauce interior not clean avoid this branch

Used to be coming here from an alternative age point, far in time before. Not sure how it is now, that's why I'm writing a review without even trying it, because that makes complete sense. Owners have since changed trifold and so have people in the area and that live in the houses and underground. Will definitely can make sure to insist on trying in the very near sighted future. Rubbish service ever. Too long waiting for order to be delivered. After such long wait, no result found. Also I have noticed that 2 delivery drivers waiting for their order since more than 40 mins. Unexpected waiting time ever for customer and also for delivery riders. Hope staff can understand customer's and rider's waiting time and co-operate politely with less waiting time for order :((((

Took so long to deliver the food. Burnt the pizza 🍕 had to make another one 😋 which I didn't mind. The chips were cold, paid over £3.pounds for PERI PERI CHIPS got hardly any peri peri... like a pinch on the cold chips. So, pissed off waited up to an hour for my delivery. Pizza was okay... the second bag of chips were so Dry and Cold. The chicken wings were half warm. NOT WORTH MY HARD EARNED MONEY OR TIME. order at your own risk. ; ( this place has gone down hill.

Went for the hot wings and chips, and as usual tasted amazing. Having had fried chicken from many other establishments I have to say that the food here is in the top 3. They had a good queuing system in place ensuring no more than 2 people allowed in at any one time. My only criticism is that not all staff were wearing masks/gloves. In these challenging times I think it is vital that we all follow the guidelines.

A cozy place for delicious halal turkish food. Had a large shish kebab meal. The portions are generous for 2. The owner is kind and friendly. He gave us some doner meat to taste too. Definitely recommended !

Coming from New Orleans, LA I was on the hunt for the perfect kebab shop and I found it! Notting Hill Kebab is everything I was looking for, the most beautiful and delicious food in a space that feels like all kebab shops should. Worth any tube ride to get here!

I loved it. Old-school kebab shop, no frills, professionals, neat and tidy, clean, fast, they know their craft. You just know it’s going to taste good. Chilli sauce delicious. Not that catering style sweet stuff, chilli delicious with a kick, tastes as though made in house. Lovely mouth watering lamb döner.

Popped in for a quick lunch while in the area for work, wasn't expecting greatness as I'm a creature for what I know. Firstly price was impressive 8.50 for a large donner, a bloody good donner at that, perfectly cut perfectly cooked, fresh salad and the home made chilli sauce it's no wonder David Beckham himself has frequented the establishment, the Angus 1/2 pounder is a challenge to eat which is a nice suprise the burger was huge and kept it flavours while being grilled, cans were ICE cold a perfect treat on a hot day like we've been having, I often work in Holland park and will be back when I'm next in the area, over all I'd give this place a solid 9.5 out of 10, once I've tried other meats I'm sure to update it to a solid 10
