I haven't been here in years. It has changed so much! It's so easy to spend 2+ hours in here. There's a little bit of everything for everyone and highly recommend coming here on a free day! ☺️

Great mall, excellent food court and a lot of stores. It has a lot of outlet stores too. They also have a place that can duplicate keys and program key fobs for cars. This mall is just like the Katy Mills Mall in Houston.

Grapevine Mills Mall is my second favorite Mall in the DFW area. I have been there numerous times. But my favorite is still The Stonebriar Mall, I just don't live close enough to the Stonebriar, to make it there more often. Anyway I like the numerous Cologne and Perfume stores that they have there and have purchased a few different colognes in the past few months. Recently I visited the Aquarium with my sister and that was fun. So it has a lot to see, a decent food court of course lots of parking space etc. It's visited by both locals and a lot of people that you can tell have just arrived from the nearby DFW airport. So it's definitely one of the hot spots for the DFW area.

Better than the Galleria in Dallas. This is my opinion. Down to earth stores. Brands I like and buy.

Grapevine Mills Mall has become one of my favorite places in Grapevine, not just for shopping but also for walking. My family and I often come here simply to enjoy a long stroll indoors, and it’s amazing how much ground you can cover without even realizing it. The wide, bright walkways make it a very comfortable spot to stretch your legs, especially when the Texas heat makes outdoor walks a challenge. What continues to surprise me is the variety of stores. Every time I visit, I notice another unique shop that I hadn’t seen before. From big-name outlets and fashion retailers to specialty shops, toy stores, and even some fun entertainment spots, there’s truly something for everyone. The mix of high-end brands with affordable options keeps the experience fresh, whether you’re looking for a deal or just window shopping. The food court is another plus—lots of choices, and it’s always lively without being overwhelming. I’ve also found that the mall is well maintained and feels safe and welcoming, even during busy hours. The staff and security do a great job of keeping everything running smoothly. For locals, Grapevine Mills isn’t just a shopping mall—it’s a destination. Whether you’re walking for exercise, grabbing a bite, or browsing through an incredible range of stores, it’s an experience that keeps you coming back. Five stars from me, without hesitation.

Favorite mall to explore with my kids. We love all the food court options and that there are so many stores for each of our interests. Hot topic, box lunch, earthbound, round 1 and the custom t-shirt kiosk are some of our favorites. Its cool there is five below and Boba tea options also. When we're feeling fancy we spend forever in bath and body works and I take a walk through Victoria secret. Legoland, the movies, sea quest, meow wolf and rainforest cafe are all super fun! Overall like I said it's our favorite mall.

Fantastic store, very innovative, organized as an antique shop - with individual booths for different vendors - but all merchandise is new and beautiful.

This place is a goldmine for any sort of gift for literally any occasion from something touristy, silly or something quite beautiful to be treasured. They have it all. Huge footprint, clean, brightly lit and the kindest people work there too! Was visiting from out of town and this place is a shining star in Grapevine!

Bought a T-shirt from here and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and even recommended some great local spots to eat — really helpful for an out-of-state visitor like me.

I love this store for getting most of my favorite and most used british items! It is a bit high priced because of the importing, but I am able to find things quickly instead of waiting for an online british shop. They have lots of british cook books and gifts as well. And a freezer section with pasties and the like. The candy selection is wonderful. Watch for the biscuits section because there are some expired items and this might affect the quality of the item.

My lashes have never looked better!! The keratin lash infusion is the best form of a lash lift I’ve ever gotten, I recommend it to everyone. (It’s also a great treatment between lash extensions to keep your lashes strong and healthy). Same with brow lamination it really takes your natural beauty to another level!

I’m a local and this is my street! Much better than other small towns like Fredericksburg because it’s not a busy street with trucks. I actually shop in the stores on a regular basis and spend most weekends at the restaurants and wine bars all up and down Main. Always live music somewhere or a farmers market.

Just walked in and I will never go back. They claim to be dog friendly. The lady at the front desk saw our dog and because he is large she’s like oh my God no! Our dog is an Alaskan malamute in a retired grand champion. He is the most well-behaved train dog I’ve ever seen. That lady has no business being behind the counter. If she is the owner shame on her. Do not advertise dog friendly if you’re going to act that way.

The mini villages were so fun to see and explore! This is a well put together shop and we enjoyed our visit

What a magical place! We walked past it over the weekend and it was like peeking into the North Pole. If you want to hype yourself up for Christmas and get cute ornaments, trees, models of houses for your display and many more, you must come here.

While browsing at some cute ornaments, I told my friend I was with "aww, I think this one is a pilot" the older brown-ish haired woman at the counter (old enough to be mother), made two very strange remarks to me. The woman said this: "oh, that's no one you would know. Definitely not in your demographic either" I did not respond because I was shocked the woman felt compelled to say something so unnecessary. I'm a 3rd generation Texan and my grandfather served in the Army and Navy as an aircraft mechanic. I would proceed with caution while entering this establishment if you are any shade other than w Hite.

Small but amazingly packed store with displays in the back. The Halloween villages had tons of details. Kids will enjoy checking those out.

Stephanie was super helpful with helping me pick out some fun, useful and unique gifts! I'm a soon to be uncle and had no idea what things I should be looking for. Stephanie helped me find just the right gift for my brother and sister-in-law's big day. There was even the option to have it all gift wrapped right then and there! Definitely would recommend stopping by and taking a look and feel free to ask for advice/recommendations!

I recently visited this children's boutique and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The customer service was incredibly lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, which made the shopping experience unpleasant. To make matters worse, the store has an extremely short window for returning gifts— which is far too limited, especially for gifts that might not be opened right away. When I inquired about this policy, the staff was dismissive and didn’t seem willing to offer any flexibility. It’s frustrating when a boutique that should be focused on creating a positive experience for families falls short in such important areas. I won’t be returning, and I’d recommend shopping elsewhere if you're looking for better customer service and return policies.

Precious boutique on Main St in Grapevine. We have appreciated the quality clothes they carry. While we love to support small businesses, the clothing does tend to be a bit overpriced compared to other boutiques that carry the same brands. But the staff are friendly and the boutique is precious!

Cute little children’s place. Had tons of unique finds. The buyer has awesome taste. Only complaint is the whole time we were shopping we weren’t welcomed by the staff and instead of helping the customers they had in store they were too busy having conversations that really should stay off sales floor.

While they have lots of super cute stuff, they are wayyy overpriced. Many of the items in store were 2x-3x the cost I’ve seen them in other stores. It’s unfortunate because they have so much adorable stuff, I just can’t bring myself to spend $75 on one outfit for my baby that she will grow out of in a month that I know I can get at half the cost at other retailers.

The cutest clothes and they did a pop up with Christmas gifts for my MOPS group! Love everything I have ever purchased from them!

We here a couple weeks ago. My friend had his kids birthday party there. We had a private room to celebrate and have fun activities for kids and everyone. It was pretty nice just make sure you know the rules first we wasn’t aware we couldn’t separate to go to the aquarium until we were done with the birthday but it all worked out anyway. The people there were nice and helpful. When we went to the aquarium, it was pretty nice and bigger than expected. Just know there are other kids there so it can get crowded at times but in the end, it was still fun. In case you looking for it it’s next to the Lego place.

I had a wonderful time here! We celebrated my granddaughter’s 1st birthday party here. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We loved the atmosphere and aquatic attraction they have here. You don’t expect it to be as big as it is by the way it looks from the photos. We were shocked by how big it was and talk about beautiful, you can tell that they take care of there fishes and other species. I give it a 10 out of 10.

Was okay. Was super crowded, so we couldn't get to see well or enjoy the exhibitions. But they have the tunel,with sharks and etc...that was a +A and the sea turtles..."I love love, love them ". Kids had fun,so my goal was completed. We found a dead cockroach!! -100 on that Gift shop was okay as well and the staff was nice. Nothing bad for a aquarium inside the mall.

It was amazing. The only thing that I would say is I think it's a little overpriced but it blows away the one in Dallas. My daughter went to the one in Dallas when she saw these pictures she said wow where's this one! I really liked when you're walking What looks like through the water that was really awesome and my grandson loved it. I just think it should be a little bit cheaper but it's beautiful

First time to visit and would definitely do it again. The kids had so much fun. Since I do have a special needs daughter, I look out for our community. Sea Life Grapevine is wheelchair friendly. Everything is open inside for all to see. The peak through tunnels are the only issue inside, as the child has to be removed from their chair if possible to look through, but you can the fish without doing the peek bubble. Handicap bathroom is large, but only has a changing table for babies. I added the $7 tour behind the scenes. Our tour guide was amazing and what we saw was worth the price; however I wouldn't buy it again it. Tickets were less on their website compared to Groupon. We had 3 adults, 3 kids, 1yr old who was free. I ONLY paid $179 and this included behind the scenes. It was a fun-filled day with my kids.

I was impressed by how big this aquarium actually is. I was not expecting to see such a large aquarium in a mall. It was really cool to walk around. A fun family time, especially on the hot days! Highly recommend.

Nice aquarium with a variety of sea life in their tanks. Lots of photo ops. There is a small touch pool exhibit and a cool walk-through tank. It is tight getting around. There are staff stationed around for asking questions. It didn’t take long to go through it, appropriately two hours.

So glad my wife made a reservation. I had the fish tacos. WOW! They were amazing. The fish was so tender, the flavor from the slaw & sauce; just wonderful. Melted in my mouth. Makes my mouth water writing this. The best fish tacos I've had in a long time. The black beans were ok, definitely had better. Just not a lot of flavor, needed a bit more. The rice was under cooked & zero flavor. The tacos were the star of the dish. My wife really enjoyed her shrimp platter. Loved the portion sizes, plenty of food. Glad they do this since all dishes are a bit pricey. We ordered the volcano brownie for our boys. It was delicious. The brownie was to die for. We loved our experience. The balloon animal guy made an elephant & a sword for our boys. That was a nice touch, very thankful for that; they really enjoyed them. The picture guy also took a great pic of us. Again, great experience. Service was awesome & food came out fast & hot.

Our server, Violet, was fantastic! She walked us through the menu with ease and always kept our drinks topped off. The whole place has such a lively, family-friendly atmosphere. The gift shop is definitely a highlight, so many unique things to look at! As for the food, it’s not exactly groundbreaking, but the playful names on the menu add some charm. Honestly, you’re paying more for the overall experience than the actual dishes, but it’s still a great spot for a family outing. Every half hour, there’s a fun little “thunderstorm” ⛈️ that adds to the excitement, and a photographer makes the rounds offering keepsake photos starting at $20. The restaurant was spotless, fully stocked, and well staffed. I’d recommend everyone try it at least once!

Cool place with great customer service. The menu was pretty standard American foods, so the price is from the aesthetics. We really enjoyed the spinach dip, which initially we felt would not be anything to brag about. I'd actually get that again!! Love the theme of the restaurant, and the kids enjoyed their experience!

This was our first time going. Today was my son's birthday. It was a very interesting experience. The food was really good. We weren't able to finish it. I like that the alcohol drink come in souvenir glasses and you can get a brand new glass when you leave. It was six of us..Bill was pricey but it was worth it. I got Caribbean trio, ribs, shrimp, and chicken. The only bad part was the menu was VERY overwhelming. They give you three different menus.

I love the atmosphere and decor totally on par with the lifelike wildlife and fish aquarium scene was great . Did I mention the Pot Roast was 100% yummy perfect balance of roast and vegetable and spices. As well as the appetizer with the spinach and artichoke dip I love the egg rolls mmmm mmm mmm …I totally recommend trying this place out, you won’t be disappointed.

This place is so unique to dine at. I didn’t expect good food just because these types of establishments typically lean on their looks rather than their kitchen but everyone has a good meal. To top it all off Violet our server was great. She was funny and had a good personality.

We decided to have dinner here after Main Street Fest, so it was very busy, but we were seated immediately. We ordered the Mason & Dixie Trio, Brisket Sandwich, and Sunday Pot Roast Everyday. The staff was friendly and attentive. All of our dishes were nicely presented and absolutely delicious. We started off with egg, chicken and Pimiento salads-all were superb and light. My brisket sandwich was perfect-the meat was very tender, perfectly seasoned, and the bread was nicely crisp. The pot roast was extremely tender, served with perfectly cooked green beans and the best biscuit I’ve had. The biscuit was light and buttery with a touch of caramelized honey-my favorite part of the meal. Additionally, I loved the decor-it is so pretty but cozy. Everything here was fantastic. This restaurant is now my hands-down favorite in Grapevine—it has my highest recommendation. If you are in the area, you should definitely check it out!

My wife and I were looking for a place to eat around 11:00am and Google Maps said it wasn't busy. The restaurant was about 80% full. We arrived and it took ten minutes for us to be seated. We awkwardly waited at the hostess stand while multiple employees walked by. Finally, a young lady said she apologized about the wait and that she just started her shift. She said she didn't know what was going on. All good. Whatever. Everyone is short staffed now. We ordered our food and it came out relatively quick. The food was great and it tasted good. The Tomato Basil Soup was very pink and sweet. There is probably a lot of cream in it. Wasn't my favorite soup. We also had my two year old with us. They didn't have high chairs and they had glass mugs. I didn't see any plastic cups. I wish they would have had some kids cups. Not a huge deal, though.

Went here for a birthday brunch. Most of the food was good, a bit pricey but that comes with main street grapevine. The bathrooms are single toilets so if you don't use the men's you'll be stuck waiting in a long line. Cute atmosphere and really nice staff.

My friend and I wanted to try this out, (we watched a TikTok), so I drove all the way to grapevine to give it a try. We entered through the back door and the server was there, so we asked a table for two, she sent us to the front door. One young girl came to us after 15-20 minutes and asked us to wait for the other one, so we waited another 10 minutes for the other lady. I will understand if they’re busy but the time we got there was empty. (We were the only ones waiting for a table). Finally, we ordered and it took another 20-25 minutes to get our food. My friend’s sandwich was ok but my brisket sandwich was salty. Still I ate half and forgot the other half but didn’t go back to take it, I won’t eat it anyway. The bread pudding was delicious. Two servers for spring break or busy hours is not a good thing.

Mason & Dixie on Main in Grapevine is a true gem! A must do when you are in Grapevine. Do not miss out! You must dine here! We celebrated my mom’s birthday here with late lunch on a Saturday. This cafe/eatery is a French take on Texas Cuisine. A couple tips. Do park in back. Street parking in front is hard to come by and a bit challenging. Even if you think it is not necessary, make a reservation for your meal. We did not and it would have been easier if we did- just go online and do that before you head over. Patience is a must! There really isn’t a hostess, the wait staff have to make time to help seat you. The place was busy and I gather it is usually like that. So you might go standing by the front for a bit before they can get to you. Servers were nice, but had a lot to do. There is open seating at the counter too. There was a large 20 to 30 person party going on and they were preparing a large catering order too when we were there! Sit back, relax. Drink the must-have peach tea and munch on the savory salsa with crispy tortilla chips- so good! Trust me the food is worth the wait! We had an appetizer of cucumber cantaloupe gazpacho soup. Fresh and light for an August day in Texas! Do get the Croque Monsieur French hot sandwich! My, oh my! Rich, textured and fresh - even beautiful presentation! Dad said it was just like he had in Paris. Mom had the salad trio. The pimento cheese, that was a great surprise! I liked the egg salad too! I ordered the Ruben Sandwich. Perfect dressing to sauerkraut ratio with a mild blend of cheeses. The pumpernickel bread was crisp, but not overdone. Our dessert stole the show! Best Bread Pudding we have had in ages! Perfect texture, rich, with an almost crème brûlée buttery glaze in the dish. You could share, but why? Take it home if you cannot finish! Takes a few minutes after you order it (remember, be patient!) but oh so good! This is a place where you might need to throw out your manners and order dessert first! We met the woman behind this wonderful dining experience! Beth really cares! Every item on the menu has her vision & stamp on it! The menu had a lot of choices, we were a bit overwhelmed. Even though they were very busy, I anticipate with food this good that will continue, our server and food were excellent. The prices were reasonable given the quality and quantity provided. We will be back! Great place to have a party or celebration. Did I say they cater! Oh yes, they do!

Update: 6-9-22 Went to dinner for the first time last Thursday night ... 3 of us got the meatloaf meatballs and mashed potatoes and it was DELICIOUS!! I'd love to have that meal again!!!! The other person in our party got Mac-N-Cheese with brisket on top. We split a regular bread pudding a blueberry bread pudding with lemon sauce.

THIS CHICKEN is 2x thicker and 2x longer than any I’ve had before. It can easily feed two, maybe even three people!!!! The chicken still tasted crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The chicken fried chicken came with homemade mashed potatoes and the BEST biscuits I’ve ever tasted! They were the perfect texture, flavor, and temperature. My favorite dish that complemented the chicken fried chicken was the Mac and Cheese 🤤 it was HEAVENLY (see third pic) We came here for dinner and this was a dining experience like one I’ve never had before. I felt like I walked into someone’s home. The atmosphere is rustic and welcoming. There was live music too! It’s interesting that they didn’t give a dinner menu, as their daily items change every night. Overall it was a unique experience with some hearty Texas-sized portioned meals 💯

We had so much fun! This place is very hands on and interactive. We went on a Monday and the crowds weren't bad at all. Minimal waiting in lines for rides. The staff were great! Alexa (staff with braids) was so interactive with all of the kids and helped them have so much fun! The 4D movie was cold so not ideal if your child gets cold easily, but you could bring in a blanket. The splash pad is fun, don't forget a towel! The food was good, but pricey. You could always eat at the Mall food court and come back. Overall, a wonderful experience and we will go back for sure!

Took my 4-year-old on a Friday and was pleasantly surprised, no wait times for rides or activities at all. I purchased tickets online the day before for $22 each, which felt like a great value. It’s a fun spot for families with younger kids, with plenty of activities to keep them entertained for hours. There’s even a splash pad included in the price, though it was closed for the season during our visit. The staff was friendly, energetic, and really made sure our kiddo had a great time. Inside, there are lots of stations for different LEGO builds, a 3D movie, a couple of rides, and even a VR experience (for an extra fee). The LEGO displays of DFW are especially impressive and worth checking out. Overall, it’s a great indoor activity for a laid-back day. My only complaint is that it feels a bit small, I just wish there was more to explore!

We did almost miss out on all the incredible art by their master Lego maker in the back, so definitely make sure that you've explored every nook for all the different things Would we pay full price for this experience? No idea. But it definitely made for a solid morning and a very memorable time!

Legoland was pretty cool overall, and I think the price of the tickets was reasonable. The atmosphere is fun and very family-friendly. However, the rides weren’t very exciting, especially for older kids or adults. Most of them felt slow and more geared toward younger children. It’s a great place for families with small kids, who will definitely have more fun, but if you’re looking for thrilling rides, this might not be the place for you.

Lego land surprisingly has a lot to do for the kids. We spent about 3-4 hrs there on a discount ticket for a weekday ($19). I think you can get $17 tickets at Costco. They had little missions to do around the place. There was a spinning wizard ride, build a car, indoor playground, 4D movie that was pretty cool. They have a little ride where you have to shoot at stuff but it was a little run down and some stuff doesn’t work well. They have race cars, but only two can go at a time. Splash park is half open, other side looks like construction. Overall, kids found it fun and it was a good way to spend time.

Legoland is really a fun place for kids age 2-12!! I've read other reviews and what I gather is this -plus I've been here at least 3x! The best time to go to avoid crowds and really enjoy is when they first open! And arrive early that way you can spend all day there if you choose and ride the rides first! Plus you can ride the 2 rides as many times as possible if you want! Kids can literally be here hours on end! We got the package deal with Aquarium and Peppa pig and we were there from 1030am until 3pm with 3 toddlers!! This can be a full day thing if you want it to be!!

25$ per ticket whether child or adult. So just to get in was over $100 for a 2 year old, 5 year old, and parents. FOR THAT COST I would expect no additional costs for entertainment. Not much to do either, definitely feeling like this was a waste of $$$. I guess if you have a kid that is obsessed with building legos and that’s all then yea, bring them here and they can build legos all day. My local library has Lego build day for free, I’ll stick to that. Just not cool enough for the price. I say it is more fitting to charge $10 a person here.

Even though we live several miles from this park, my pups and I chose to visit this site fairly regularly. We actually prefer to walk the paths that run through and around the facility. As us typical for these excursions it is not uncommon for one or several of my pups to relieve themselves while we are there. I am always respectful and prepared to pickup any droppings that may occur. Unfortunately, and after multiple, and when I say multiple I am talking about at least a half a dozen times, with multiple agents of the park system, I have requested additional trash cans, or at least one, stationed near the middle parking lot to have a place to respectfully discard the bag of droppings. Each time I am assured the matter would be addressed with management but here we are over a year later and still no trash can. There is a new picnic table but still no trash can. There used to be an old 55 gallon drum that was used for trash prior to all the upgrades and changes. But not that ever has been completed that trash can has been removed. As a frequent patron of your facility I humbly ask that a trash can be placed near the middle parking lot for those who need to discard are picked up droppings. Please! Please! Please!

Very sketchy! I was approached my a homeless man or maybe he was a meth head. Either way I won't be going back to that shopping center. Not a safe place for a woman alone to be.

Although the store is big and appears to have lots of inventory in the shoe department, that is a bit deceiving. The store is organized by shoe size. In my shoe size there were not a lot of selection but a lot of repeats of shows that were undesirable. The store is well organized. There are not a lot of places to try shoes on. There are about 5 very small tables to try shoes on spread through out the area. There is a good selection of apparel. There are shoes for kids as well. The prices are fair. They allow military discount.

Awesome store! This Nike clearance store in Grapevine Mills Mall is amazing! Excellent selection! Great prices! And friendly staff! My husband and I left with three pairs of ladies' shorts, a pair of women's shoes, and three men's shirts for under $200! Highly recommend!

I bought shoes for my sister, but they were too big. When I went back to return them, they said no returns — something no one told me at checkout. The sign at the entrance is also very unclear. At Steve Madden, they clearly said no returns, only exchanges, and I respected that. But Nike didn’t inform me at all. The manager was rude and unhelpful. I’m really disappointed with the service. This is the last time I shop there. ⸻

Poor In-Store Experience and Request for Management Support I had a very disappointing experience at your store. I came in to return or exchange a pair of kids’ shoes I purchased just the day before, as they did not fit. I requested an exception to allow an exchange, but this was refused. I spoke with Rico, who was unhelpful and unwilling to escalate my concern. When I asked to speak with higher management, he declined to provide any information and instead told me to call customer service. This raises the question—where is the in-store customer service when a customer needs immediate support? At this point, I have paid for shoes that my children cannot wear, and I have been left without a reasonable resolution. This feels unacceptable and unfair. I respectfully request that higher management review this matter, take accountability, and assist me in resolving this issue. I am simply asking for a fair solution. Great place for true deals however there are no returns at this location what so ever even if you purchased online no returning your items here. For shopping I highly recommend but you must be a true hunter!

Unfortunately today was not a nice experience, I was at the line and 2 employees LD with the other lady employee next to him, got laughing when a lady costumer walk out after he check out her and she was really upset , when was my turn, LD the cashier guy didnt even said good afternoon or asked me if I was finding everything good like normal greet, instead I said good afternoon, he was again with his actitud like look at me like crazy and I said to him dont laughed about the costumers everybody deserved respect , the lady next to him was involved without me talking to her and she said have a great day lady but laughing about me. To be honest I dont know why employees are doing this to hard workers costumers with families that the only thing that we want is to feel good going at any store to buying things. Thay are only employees, they feel powerful because they are young or because they have the job, but let me tell you one day could change and probably you won't get that bless just a simple thing to get a job. Hope the person in charge talk to to employees and hire really people to care about bring business to the stores and not destroy loyalty costumers like you LD and your co-worker.

Had a good variety of clothing, but the only shoes available in bigger sizes (13+) are cleats.

They're so rude. Being our last stop we had plenty of shopping bags in out hands from Saks and Coach etc yet the lady implied a shoe I wanted to try on was too expensive. Should of done a "Pretty Woman" moment but I don't like spending my money with people who don't treat me well. What a shame. I'm out a pair of shoes *temporary* they're out of 5 customers *permanent*

I’ve been a loyal customer of Neiman Marcus for over 25 years, frequently shopping at both regular and the outlet store. Unfortunately, my recent experience at Last Call has left me feeling disappointed and disrespected. I made a long trip—nearly an hour—to the store with the hope of finding some good deals. I selected over 10 items, including a pair of summer sandals clearly marked with a sticker indicating 75% off. However, when I reached the register, the associates refused to honor that discount. Instead, they attempted to remove the sticker and claimed it was only 50% off. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told the discount was 50%, and I was even told that stickers are sometimes placed by customers to manipulate pricing. In the end, I purchased everything except the shoes, but the experience left a very negative impression. After so many years of loyalty, I’ve never felt more disrespected as a customer. I truly hope the company takes this feedback seriously and reconsiders how it handles these situations in the future.

They say they always have problems with their computers and kept me at the register for a long time. What really bothered me was the manager's attitude, she was rude and she doesn't seem to know what customer service means.

While I appreciate the quality of the clothing it still seems to expensive. I find very nice clothing and far better pricing at Nordstrom Rack.

Come on, y'all. After reading the reviews I was scared to shop here! But. Glad I did. Found some radical and amazing clothing in every department and all the "in the magazines" fashions, jewelry, accessories, etc. right there and ready to be enjoyed at on-sale prices. Now, I will say that my sister who was shopping with me felt somewhat dissed and looked down upon, but I don't know where or why she felt that. No sales person was mean to either of us. Maybe, like she said, it was just "a look." They may have been "busy" chatting with each other instead of offering to help us, but when a coworker (or team lead or manager, whatever he was) asked one of them to snap to and help us, the employee immediately did so and without any hard feelings on either side. In fact the salesperson was quite delightful once we got to chatting. I know, shopping is about buying stuff. It is also about how you feel, not only about the stuff you're purchasing, but about the store, the surroundings, the sales staff. You can't enjoy that new outfit if the staff was busy ignoring you or looking snippy down their noses at you. So this visit is a 4 star because we had to seek help, rather than be welcomed. Otherwise...I adore this Last Call concept and I am thrilled to have found a fun bargain shirt. You can find something, too. Just be prepared to take ownership of your shopping experience!

A pretty nice selection of truly clearance items mixed with the usual ready for outlet wear can be found here. I noticed lots of designer special occasion dresses and a ton of fine jewelry from designers like David Yurman, Ippolita, and Konstantin. Just check your deep discount clearance items for shop wear, because they are truly the last off the racks...some picks, pulls, and threads were a common sight today. Bags with refurbished marked on the tags as well...but these treasures are deeply discounted, so some of that can of course be overlooked!! Nice staff and big fitting rooms make it easy to find your treasures and try them on. Definitely a must visit in Grapevine!!

If you want to visit England, go no further than Grapevine, Tx., and come to the British Emporium. This establishment has been here for approximately 34 yrs according the employee working there. This place is very inviting cozy and quaint. It has all kinds of goodies from teas, coffee, candies chips and other knick knacks. Come on up and visit this store. Cheerio, see y'all there.

Excellent little British grocery store. Plentiful on choices and selection. Found everything we were looking for and so much more. Service was awesome as well. Ex-pat mother in law will be happy to see we got everything she wanted!

Great store for British food, snacks, mugs, etc. They have quite a nice selection of items, and I spent a good amount of time just looking around. I picked up some chocolate and crisps, and the prices I felt were reasonable since the items were imported. I purchased 7 snack items for $19. I expected it to be around $20, so I was okay with the price. The cashier was friendly as well when I checked out. I'd shop there again.

Great little store, has all the British favorites I love to visit and buy the treats I grew up with in England as a kid. Has nice souvenirs as well as mugs. A must visit for Grapevine!

The store hours say 9 o'cloc for closing, but at 815 a short lady with black hair and glasses was RUDE, saying the closed and no register is up and we had to leave that they were already closed and we shouldnt notbhave come in... The gate was not closed.. guess the employees can make up any hours they want and treat people like trash.

The place was a complete mess, floor is dirty and covered with clothes. I understand it's a busy weekend and it can be overwhelming but the level of disorganization is crazy.

Stopped here shopping for a couple of gifts. For 5-10 mins there was NO one at the registers and a line of 10 people -at 5:45pm. I was ready to set down the items and just walk out, then suddenly 4 people came out. Very strange.

Oh, my word. This place is a disaster! I was very worried a customer would strip on the HUNDREDS of hangers on the time floors and end up with a busted head. There were only 2 cashiers, and no one else in the store that I could see. In response to the danger to customers the cashiers just shrugged their shoulders. Not that they could do anything, since the line was long and there were only 2 of them.

I don't know if they are understaffed or just lazy. The entire store is a mess with clothes strewn all over the floor blocking the isle. Nothing was organized I couldn't find two of one thing on the racks. The racks were overfilled with clothing practically falling off of them. I wouldn't shop here. You are best finding clothes elsewhere.

I checked out at 3:30pm today. I was browsing the small items in the checkout line waiting to be called. There was no one in line behind me. I was having a conversation with my fiance when suddenly one of the cashiers yelled out at us, looking me in the eyes yelling, "We said next in line!" It wasn't a friendly she-didn't-hear-us yell, it was a hurry-up-you're-a-problem yell. It was loud and it was rude, and it made me feel shocked and embarrassed as other customers turned to look. I'm a quiet person who hates confrontation, so I didn't say a word as I checked out with the cashier to the right of the cashier who yelled at me. I never got any apologies or explanation for why she yelled. Like if they just said, "Sorry to startle you, it's just so loud in here, we had to yell," I would have spoken up and said "Sorry I must have not heard you the first time you called!" We'd be cool. But that didn't happen. Anyways I've never been spoken to like this by a cashier, so I was really offended. So much that I'm still thinking about it now, hours after this exchange. I'm probably taking this too personally, but I still don't have any desire to return to this store's location if the staff feels they can yell at customers like that. I do like my clothing purchases though, so I won't go below 3 stars.

Horrible customer service. Went in on 11/11/2013 to buy my wife a skirt that was on a 40% off rack and was told I could not get 40% off. The girl behind the counter with all the piercings was very rude and when I asked her if someone was going to correct the false advertising she said not right now. Another girl waked out from behind and I asked her if I could speak to a manger and she told me it would be a minute but instead of calling for a manager she instead went over to the other girl and then got onto another cash register to avoid calling for a manager. All they would have had to do is get a manager to talk to me and A fix the problem or B show me if I misunderstood the 40% promotion and then problem solved but no these girls were rude and provided worse than wal-mart level customer service. Will not shop here again.

The staff was not at all helpful and lacked basic courtesy, which made my shopping experience disappointing. I was ready to make a $200 purchase, but with that kind of attitude, I decided to cancel and got what I needed from Tanger instead.

Worst experience!! Left an item I bought from another store while shopping at this store. When I went to pick up-the item I left after confirming they had it-they had thrown it away. We were never told by the call center(since you can’t reach the store) that you only have 7 days to pick something up. They tout themselves to pe “earth conscious” but literally threw my brand new shirt in the trash oh & you get charged for a bag-which as a retailer, -they are supposed to provide. Will not shop here again.

I’d give this place 0 stars if I could, solely because of the cashier I dealt with around 1–1:15 PM on 6/4/2025. I came in for a simple online return, smiling and polite, and was met with the rudest white woman alive. I wish I caught her name, but her behavior was unbelievably weird. She looked me dead in the face, rolled her eyes like I’d personally offended her ancestors, and took an aggressive sip of water—ignoring me completely, like I wasn’t even there—all while I was still greeting her. After a few moments of silent attitude, she tossed her phone at me to enter my email. Not handed, not slid—tossed—followed by a condescending, “You can type it in.” I wouldn’t have minded if it weren’t for the energy. It felt like I’d asked her to do my taxes or hand-sew me a custom dress shirt, not return one. She was all smiles with the customer before me. The only visible difference? I was wearing my cultural attire. Draw your own conclusions—but the energy shift was loud. Bad day? Maybe. Racist? Possibly. Either way, the energy was rancid. Do better

They charge for bags now???? Insane. I know it's only like 10 cents but it's the principal of the things. Just another greedy way for corporations to pass on all overhead costs to the consumer

Disappointing experience. One of the staff members was extremely rude, repeatedly telling me to put the hangers on the clothes, even after I had already started doing so. It felt unprofessional and unnecessary. Not the kind of service I expected.

One of the cleanest stores in the mall. Rarely you’ll see items on the floor or not folded. Prices are reasonable for some items - search for the best quality. Got a suit for work here and I’m pretty happy. Be careful with tops - some whites are very see-through and not soft at all, so they are not suitable for work. Also - cheap basic t-shirts!

4/23/2025 ⭐⭐ Sadly, Levi’s Outlet doesn’t carry 2X sizes for women 😞, and when we asked, the staff mentioned they never carry 2X. 😔 My wife couldn’t find anything to buy, which was a huge disappointment 💔. The store did have a super cute jean dress 👗 on display in the window that caught our eye, but that was about the only positive part of the visit. 😅✨ It’s frustrating when stores don’t offer a wider range of sizes, especially when they could be more inclusive 🙄. Hopefully, they’ll reconsider and make more options available in the future! 🤞✨

As a mother of two teenage boys it can be challenging to shop for them. They know exactly what style and brand they want. Along with their thought process of, “Mom you don’t know about style.” Yet, today was different because of your employee Cody. He was beyond helpful and knowledgeable of the questions we had. Additionally, he suggested some styles, educated us on the jeans fitting. What made me feel great was my bundle of joys were listening to all the information. Which, helped them make their selection along with leaving the store HAPPY. Which, in return made the rest of trip at the mall an enjoyable one. Also, the ride home was quite pleasant and I was a “cool mother”. Thank you Cody for all your hospitality and making my day an unforgettable one. I will definitely be back!!!!!

Actually I was totally disappointed when I went there last week, prices were so high and employees were so rude and not helpful at all literally pick a fight with me as they didn't understand the style I was looking for and just wanted to push me outside saying we can order it online , totally different a year ago they were so friendly, helpful and made me but 2 pairs of jeans I won't go there ever again especially that prices not worth it anymore

Store is very very clean! They have great deals and you can even order online and pick your items up at the store. The manager Eric is extra nice and has a great personality.

It's always hot in there, so get ready to sweat. The waitress had her routine and let me sit after bringing the water. She finally came around and asked if I was ready to order, although I was ready when I sat down. When I asked about the lack of anything in the hot n sour soup, she was defensive and said it's free, so you don't get to expect anything, which I didn't feel was good customer service. She could have just said lemme see what I can do. I left feeling unserved and will not return

This is my GO TO Chinese food restaurant. I have been a customer for over 15 years!!! Their food is always hot and delicious!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Its a great experience, not the absolute best food but price point is on for food, service and atmosphere & I'd reccomend as a family place.... if your craving Asian dishes in a family friendly environment with service.

The food was good... But ask for it to be cooked fresh if you go through the drive-thru... The wait is worth it , but if you go inside they will make it fresh as well... The young lady in the front that waited on me needed to stay off her phone because I had to tell her twice how I wanted my order .. 🤔

I usually judge a Chinese place on how their Mongolian Beef is, as that's my goto entree. Here, it was very dry. The best places I've had it, it is saucey and the white rice collects all of that and it's perfect. Here, the white rice stayed white, the onions were well cooked but not drenched in sauce. I just was not a fan. They may have other dishes that are fine, but if you're going for the Mongolian Beef, I can confidently say it's the worst I've had in DFW

We only go here for dinner at Empress of China, but parking is decent and there are lots of shops and service based business like insurance agencies and salons.

I unfortunately had a terrible experience at this location yesterday. The manager on shift, who refused to give me her name, gave horrible customer service. I went in to try and return a few items and see if I could receive store credit. While one of them was past their 60 day return time, the other I had bought less than 30 days ago and was in perfect condition. The manager outright accused me of trying to return already worn items to cheat the system and raised her voice at me in the store. She then continued to embarrass me in front of an entire line of customers and ask each of the cashiers if they thought I was lying. I understand needing to enforce policy, but this woman was way out of bounds. Customer service is so far from her strong suit and I really hope that she turns her attitude around. After I left, I contacted customer service and received my refund that “I was lying about”. So disappointed in the lack of leadership and the immaturity displayed today with this manager. I hope they replace her with someone who is kind and enjoys their job.

If you love Under Armour, then this is your place! This store has a wide selection for the whole family. They are always a lot of new items to choose from. Every time I’ve come here the staff have been absolutely amazing, and super friendly. It’s good to go to a place where people love their job instead of just going through the motions. This store is always clean and well put together. Most of the time there are very good sales going on, so it’s totally worth the drive to come here.

Dec2024: 5 ⭐: I stopped by this location as a result of getting a coupon online and wanting to see what they had for the end of year sale. Most of the items I found at this location were pretty decent and worth the trip to this mall location.

After going to three different Nike locations and not finding the help I need I ran into under Armor and found Angelica asked her about football soccer and cheerleading cause all my kids are in sports and she knew everything I mean almost everything she knew more about soccer then anything so if you need help for soccer equipment she’s your women a soccer dictionary dont even ask for anybody else she all in one great personality awesome customer service and general seem like she care needless to say all my money for sport equipment and gear will be from under armor I will be going to her first here on out didn’t get attitude from her because I needed help like I did form nike I will know longer be shopping at Nike and will be moving my stocks somewhere else she showed more leadership then Nike leadership I see that lady being in a leadership for them soon if not already didn’t talk to under armor lead team so I can’t speak on them store was well taken care of other then customer purposely not putting stuff back but Angelica would go right back behind them and clean up there mess and keep a smile on her face thank you Under armor for hiring the people with the right knowledge

Overall I am not as impressed as I used to be with Park Place Lexus. They make recommendations on replacement of equipment without even knowing if it's valid. They told me I needed to change my windshield wipers which were less than six months old. They told me to do a wheel alignment even though I had one done at another location six weeks ago. I find that they're doing too much upselling and I'm not pleased

Is love dining around here and shopping while dry cleaners in the area golf Galaxy is a great edition and even the corner liquor store or Mini market if you would like to call it the donut shop is fantastic and there's a new restaurant that just moved in from North Richland Hills and it's delicious also and you will find a pet supply at the end of the little strip mall area also a dentist

Just moved near here recently, And was fortunate to discover Amanda at Great Clips. Read reviews on her and jokingly said to her it looks like she walks on water. She comes close - Lol... I have a lot of cowlicks, and she figured them out first try...

We went to Thai riverside restaurant and it’s awesome

The staff, the doctors where great. Very friendly nice. The thing that got me was the price and the only option for hearing aids, which I found out that I needed, was 5300.00. That's it. That's all period. Zip, zilch, Nota nothing else, except good bye have a nice day. Wow. I felt let down.

Extremely happy with my visit. Dr Lee listened to me, examined me thoroughly and even helped me with concerns about my allergies. The results of my exam were good and she scheduled a follow up exam to make sure. Best Dr visit ever!!

This was my first visit with Dr Lee. I found her to be knowledgeable, laid back with a personality that puts you at ease from the get-go. She keeps a very neat, orderly office with professional and friendly staff. She was attentive and considerate of my concerns and was thorough in her examination. I highly recommend her!

Dr Nikki Morgan really helped so much today. She adjusted my hearing aids, assisted us with an extra listening device, and the results were great! She was very receptive to my current issues with hearing and hearing aids and everything is so much better!

I was very pleased to meet Dr. Mettman. She came highly recommended by my allergy doctor. She listened and extensively discussed my sinus issues and the various types of treatment that I have received. She performed an in-office procedure on me, and it was extremely comfortable. So, not only is she up-to-date on the latest treatment options, but I could tell that she has the skillset and experience to be a very good surgeon.

Affable, extraordinary intelligence and incredibly knowledgeable Otolaryngologist. The Fixer, fixed my ears in 3 minutes. Highly recommend Dr. Mettman for any and all ENT issues!

Pearl is a lovely oriental restaurant. Big servings low low lowwww price. Tommy tamale is very friendly staffed ! Dollar tree has gotten much better customer service than in the past and very clean good job guys.

Tommy Tamales is fun, yummy place to eat! The owners interact with the customers. Tamales are made fresh at their facility. The portions are more than enough! Homemade flaky crust fried pies made locally! Salsas, jams, tortilla chips, and souvenirs available. Don't miss this taste experience!

I drive clear across town to go to the vet at Northeast Plaza. My pet is well taken care of. People who work there are always friendly and very accommodating. They really know their stuff!

I went here today and there are several stores. If you like antique stores and thrift stores there are a few over here. They also have a sports/pokemon shop, Dollar General, and a few other stores. It is definitely worth going too. They also have several parking spots which is a huge plus!!

It's an older shopping center that means a lot to our family. Our vet is here at Northwest Plaza Animal Hospital. Truly the BEST there is!

These were the most stunning pieces I have ever seen in my life, there was nothing that I didn't like. The uniqueness, the precision, the designs felt nothing short of luxury and royalty. Wade Gill was absolutely amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, awesome, approachable person working in store. The quality was next to none and visually it was just absolutely captivating. I could easier spend hours upon hours in this store just looking at stuff and putting it in our home. My husband and I immediately thought of doing up our bedroom and other bits and bobs in the house with some of the items from this store, ooh my so many great designs and features to choose from. I discovered Reilly Chance on Pinterest about two years ago. What caught my attention was the gorgeous animal print table runner trimmed with feathers that was displayed on a console table and decided to order one for myself! When I received the table runner, it surpassed my greatest expectations in quality and beauty! Had a wonderful experience purchasing an item long-distance. Cyndy was so very helpful with every aspect of my purchase! I live over 1,000 miles from the store and the item I purchased could not be shipped, so I combined a family trip with plans to pick up the piece and transport it home myself. The only time I could make it to the store was a Sunday afternoon, and Cyndy met me that afternoon and helped me load the item into my vehicle and I was on my way after less than 15 minutes! Good customer service! I stopped by to make returns of J.Crew and J.Crew Factory items purchased online and had no problems despite what the website says. (Yes, you can return both J. Crew and J. Crew Factory to this Factory Outlet location.) I didn't spend any time shopping in the store but the customer service was on-point.

The customer service here is phenomenal, and that says a lot about the management here. So many outlet stores treat their consumers as if they were walking into Wal-Mart. NOT HERE. TIM the store director gave me 110 percent of his undivided attention while I shopped in his store, better yet the whole staff did. I will be driving all the way from Addison just to shop from this store!!!

Excellent customer service! Went in to buy an item that I knew they would not have in store, but Lela helped me track it down at another location which was already closed for the day. I called the other location the next day only to find out they were closed for remodeling. I called the grapevine mills store and spoke to Lela again. She remembered the exact item I was searching for and called a few more locations until she found it and got someone to hold it for me. A lot of work for a sale going to another store - Thanks Lela!

I had such a great experience with the Store Manager here at JCrew in Grapevine Mills. His name is “Tim,” and he was so exceptional. I don’t write reviews but this one needs to be seen by upper management. Tim told me to come back when they are having a good sale and i dont know why I listened to him but i did. So I came and ask for his opinion about the shirts and dresses i was buying and it was just a great deal to me. Love his taste and his honest opinion on style. It's 6:35pm and they have the gates closed. This store always has its own agenda! Drove 25 min to come to this store, online says closes at 7pm and they are closed at 6:35pm. I'm finally at the point to where I had to write a bad review!

The staffs there are not helpful at all. I don’t know why they want to work there if they are not happy. Not greeting , not giving a smile or even felt annoyed by being asked questions about inventory or helping to get to fitting room is definitely a no or negative attitude for this store. I suggest the brand manager check who they hired to represent.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT BY AMANDA: Bear with me while I explain the appalling behavior. I use to love this shop, when I was shopping though the store I found an item that was very nice, I saw that they possibly had a promotion going on with it so I checked the other side of the rack, that’s when I saw that the skirt was 60% off. I went up to the front desk to check out, when the cashier rang me up it was only coming out to 40% off. I told the lady that I saw a sign in the back that said 60% I lead her to the place and she said yup, that looks to be right and that they would honor the 60%. She didn’t understand why it was ringing at 40%, she was new to the store and proceeded to get her coworkers to which they said that the sign was in a misleading area but that they would honor what I saw. They needed a manager to over ride the system, when they got the manager Amanda, she was snarky right off the bat, saying that she would not honor that price. She said that the items must have been placed there by mistake, and I said that didnt make since, she then went back to check the sign. With a smirk and condescending tone she said well the sign says off select items. I told her that it’s wrong to place a misleading sign, she then acted like I’m the one wrong. I said that it’s bad business that she refuses to honor the price when it was misleading. She got very defensive and was rolling her eyes smirking and grinning. Her attitude was absolutely appalling, I had to educate her on how to behave like an adult and how she was representing the company she works for. My husband stepped in as he was very upset at her behavior towards me, and told her how she was acting was completely out of place. She began to roll her eyes at him, and saying she’s not doing anything wrong. The employees around looked absolutely embarrassed by her behavior, that’s when I said let’s leave. As someone who has worked in this environment, that is not how you talk to customers, and that is not how you run an establishment. Very disappointing and Childish behavior from a grown woman, Amanda was dreadful to deal with. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!

I purchased a sweater dress and when the receipt was about to print, the monitor of their computer crashed. The cashier was apologetic and called the guy associate to help her. The guy asked if the charge went through so I showed them the charge in my account. I waited patiently there because I wanted my receipt , it’s not showing in my email and they keep looking for it so he kept asking me my number 3x to find the receipt and asked me if it really went through in my account !!! that’s where I find it ANNOYING ! I don’t appreciate the tone of the voice of the guy and as if I am lying ,while I showed him again that it really it went through, at that point I felt like I don’t want the dress anymore but I just want to get out of there because I been standing for a long time while they trying to figure it out. I got more frustrated so I walked out of there not ended up not getting my receipt and lost my precious time. It’s their fault but I felt like I get blamed from their incompetence. Customer service was awful!!

This is the only store where my wife can come in and be stress-free, feel good about herself, and then get all the positive words or encouragement and affirmations from the ever so helpful staff. Even though I can't shop for clothes for me here, this store is the epitome of happiness. Highly recommend it!

Came to the store yday with my sister. Was rudely approached by store staff, Glenda. I was in the fitting room and I heard her telling my Sister to put the 2 strollers we had to the side. She could have said it nicely but we did it anyways. Then she came back flabbergasted and told us to put them outside. We were moving the strollers outside and she rushed us by pushing my stroller out while I was doing it. I told her not to touch it. She then ran to the cashier to talk about us on our way to the cashier. I told her to please not talk about us. I complied to what she requested both times. No need for negative talk. She ran to the next store associate and talked about us again. Terrible person. Management please teach your associates on how to handle situations. Could have been done nicely.

I loved Nikko Blu Boutique! I really liked the selection of clothes and different styles they had. My mom and I both found some really cute items. Their items are high quality that are so unique. There were... 3d printed dinosaurs, Rubber ducks, "Beak Loaf" was one, (singer Meat Loaf), Schematics of the Death Star, Loads of clothes, Framable drawings of college football stadiums, Cups, tumblers, insulated cups with almost anything on them you can image, Custom woodwork of all sorts, Collectible dolls and figures, Candles, Oven mits with dogs on them, Jewlery, Religious t-shirts, Childrens books, Sketch books and journals with custom made covers, Pillows and paintings, Chocolate, Shoes, hats of all kinds, Metal sculptures, Wireless chargers with custom designs on top. I didn't buy anything but I made a contact for something. It was worth the time to go in and look. It was clean and uncluttered like some of these booth-type stores can be.

I visited Ooh La La today in Grapevine and was initially drawn in by some of the cute items they had on display. However, I ultimately decided not to make a purchase due to the disappointing customer service. Grapevine is known for its charming small businesses and warm hospitality, so I expected a more welcoming experience. There were three employees in the store, yet not one acknowledged me, welcomed me, or asked if I needed help, even as I walked directly past them. It was noticeably uninviting. In contrast, the boutique next door greeted every guest with a smile and offered assistance right away. That’s the kind of service that makes you want to shop and support local. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to Ooh La La.

I was in Ooh La La, Grapevine, Texas yesterday. The store has so many new, fabulous items. The denim jeans with lace in white, denim and black are fantastic - and with the sparkly boots - so cute. The new College and NFL merchandise that your team was putting out yesterday is so great as we start Texas football season - the sparkle on the tops and jersey's are the best assortment I have seen in Texas. The cute "bubble" pajamas, slippers, accessories are so cute and perfect for girls sleepover (or just at home:) The tech accessories started me thinking about holiday gifts. Thank you for such a great experience in your store. I am excited to see what is "in store" for holiday.

I came down this street to buy souvenirs and I honestly wish I never walked in this store . An older tall caucasion lady 60's or 70's , im not sure if she was the owner but she was watching me my husband and 5 yr old everywhere we went in the store even though their were more families also in the store but the difference was is that everyone else was caucasian and me & my family are latins. She approached me twice asked if I needed any help . I told her I did not but yet she continued to watch me shop . Very uncomfortable but I still bought a my item and left . I regret never saying anything about her inappropriate behavior to her and also purchasing something from there . The next store I went to was next door the Texas General Store . Lovely kind lady in charge. Better prices and much great items . The lady also was caucasian & treated my family so well and let us shop in peace . I made sure to add proof I was in your store because I wouldn't want you to say I was not in your store just as you did to Jackie Torres. In response to the "owner" it was most definitely intentional. Me and my family were there for less than 10 minutes and she approached us twice and watched us only, and you can go back in your cameras and see just that . We were not the only customers in there but the only latins . This is the second review to your store about racism. Jackie Torres stated " if you are not white and you walk in there you will be looked at crazy" and that is exactly what happened September 23. You may be Cuban but your employee was white as hell & for you to have been discriminated before why would you ever allow yourself to have this employee work at your store. You allowing this to happen in your store is disgusting. I will make sure to never recommend this store to anyone.

Great customer service and amazing unique clothing. Staff were very helpful checking for sizes and recommending clothing items. My aunt was visiting from Connecticut and was blown away by the unique clothing and charm this store had to offer. The staff member with black glasses/blonde short hair (not sure her name) had a great sense of humor and made the shopping even more fun! Will definitely be returning when I visit grapevine again!

Tonight December 4, I had a disapponting experience at this store. The customer service was far from welcoming. The staff seemed to assume the worst of me, giving me judgmental looks and acting as if I might steal something, which was both offensive and unnecessary. Additionally, their behavior felt discriminatory, making me feel very uncomfortable throughout my visit. Good customer service should make all customers feel valued and respected, regardless of who the are. Unfortunately, this was not the case here. I hope management takes action to address these issues, as no one should have to deal with such treatment.

Super cute clothing shop with comfy and fashionable stuff, caters to a young-20s feminine crowd, soft boho-chic aesthetic. Great for both summers and winters! Also sells some jewelry to compliment their outfits, and will even show suggestions on the mannequins.

This is a very clean boutique that is well organized and nicely set up. The employees are so sweet and helpful. There is a wide variety of things to shop from. Sunglasses, jewelry, clothing and shoes are some of the items I browsed while shopping here. The prices were reasonable for the quality items. I would shop here again.

The candles smell delicious. I, 23 yo Ukrainian f, LOVED their selection. It didn't feel too country and I got a really cute top and flared jeans that matched my 70s vibe. Overall, GREAT service and cute store. Prices are typical for a Grapevine boutique but they also have a nice but tiny selection on the sale rack (got my top from there). Did not see a big selection for anyone over a medium size when it comes to bottoms.

Love Lambert Home! Sarah designed our space master bath and bedroom based on what we said and how we love our life. We wanted updated and clean neutral designs and love the results! Their contractors are professional and on time. We look forward to working with them again to complete our home renovation.

Lambert Home was exceptional from the first design and timeline meetings where they worked seamlessly through our time constraints and budget issues to the final install day where the tiniest details were dealt with the utmost importance. The construction was efficient (which I feel is rare these days) and 99% of the time there was a head contractor on site to manage all sub contractors. I feel it is important to mention that our project spanned 7 months and to have a contractor on site that many days was not only instrumental in creating our final result but also streamlined the construction process so there were fewer issues and miscommunications. I would highly recommend Lambert Home and will be using them for my home remodels in the future!

Sarah, Katie, Don and Madison and the rest of their awesome team gave us such a great experience with our bathroom remodel! My wife and I had heard many horror stories about home remodels gone bad, so I entered into the project with dread and concern. It turned out to be one of the best experiences we have ever had. They turned our ho-hum dated home into something very up-to-date and beautiful. Everything they delivered met or exceeded our expectations. Katie and Sarah are the perfect team, Katie handling all the business/ordering/pricing stuff and Sarah the artist designer. Don was in our home almost daily as the work was being done to ensure everything was going as to plan and making sure the workers had everything they needed. The guys that do the work for them, (plumbing, electrical, tile, flooring, trim and paint), are like part of the Lambert family and are the best. When they said they would be at our house at 8AM the doorbell would ring at 8. There were never any surprises, we finished the project almost a week ahead of schedule, we always knew what would be happening each week. Katie provided us a schedule right at the beginning that detailed everything and the project went according to plan. Oversight and management of each aspect of our remodel was done with excellence. Working with Katie, Sarah and Don was a true pleasure. We love our new home. Thank you guys.

Our house desperately needed a backyard patio. The Lambert’s really came through for us! They helped us pick a design that would look great with the rest of the house and were in constant contact regarding the upcoming schedule. This was great since we always knew what to expect in the upcoming days. During our patio build, we decided that we really liked their work so much that we would go ahead and book them for a flooring and kitchen remodel. We absolutely love our new kitchen and floors and plan to work with the Lambert’s on future projects!

I have done several home improvement projects with Lambert Home and LOVE the end result of every project! Some large and some small. Any project in your home is a big deal and, for me, working with a team that I enjoyed and trusted made it all so enjoyable...! They are very organized and shared their project plan and even the notes for their subs. I had to travel during our Master Bath remodel and in the evenings my husband would send me videos of the progress each day, and I would email my questions to Sarah and Katie, they were so accommodating. I even had Sarah and Katie meet with my then 8th grader to determine how to accessorize her bedroom and they totally hit the mark, she loves her room!! And they updated the upstairs bathrooms which they made effortless for me and they are beautiful!! The whole family loves Lambert Home!! I highly recommend them!!

I love this great boutique in Southlake Town Square! Their brands, accessories and layout are great but what really sets them apart is the service. From the first time I stopped in I felt welcomed and catered to, they really go above and beyond to greet you and help you find what you're looking for. I loved how they would change the windows every week even when they were closed during COVID, it just shows how much they care. As soon as they reopened they started virtual shopping parties and shipping or porch drop off for locals - amazing! I really like how they cater to multiple age groups and styles plus they have great sales. If you're shopping on the square definitely check this place out!

I prefer to shop in boutique stores and small businesses. I started shopping at Scout & Molly's about a year ago and I absolutely love them! The attention to detail and the care they take for each client is above and beyond. Rosie is fantastic at styling. You will look and feel your absolute best after shopping with her. I have been shopping at Scout and Molly's since Cathy opened last summer in the Town Square. I have found this ladies' boutique to be a great place to shop for a variety of dressy and casual ladies clothing not only for myself, but for my daughters, ages 21 and 23. We absolutely love Scout and Molly's and with their frequent specials, events and sales, its been very affordable and fun to shop there. I love visiting Scout & Molly's in Southlake Town Square. They have the latest fashions that are classy, comfortable and affordable. I love that I can walk in, let the sales staff know what I'm looking for and they immediately provide options without hard selling anything. Best part is you feel like family. What an incredible place!! A friend took me shopping here for office decor and I’m so glad she did! Word art is my JAM and I scored big! The service was outstanding! This store has the most fun, unique items. Also, their classes are WAAAY too fun. We just completed a Charcuterie Class tonight and got to take home our own boards FULL of cheese, fruits, nuts, meats, and gourmet crackers. You can find special gifts for those hard to shop for. I would not shop at Gabby Southlake Texas. The customer service and understanding of how they go to market is off. I ordered two patio chairs and had to pay almost $200 for shipping . When 30 days passed and I didn’t have the item I stopped in the store and Nina was extremely aggressive on how they have to wait to fill up a truck to ship to Dallas from Atlanta. I explained that I paid for my shipping a very large sum and she looked it up in the sales book and then set me straight that in fact I had only paid &179. I called the company customer service line asking for the Southlake manager Chris to give me a call- never happened. I received the chairs ordered on Aug 26 last week but never again. I hope I save someone the challenges for information and service. ( I am shocked that anyone would call a crack At the seat of a chair a blemish. A Crack is NOT a blemish! In fact it’s very dangerous to have hairline crack in a seat of any sort and NOT a blemish.). The response validates my rating!

Their designs and construction are fantastic, and the design consultants are extremely knowledgeable and help with everything throughout the entire sales and delivery process. If you are in the market for luxury home furnishings defiantly make plans to stop by.

Didnt like the atmosphere when we walked in. It took the ladies a while to greet my fiancé and I. They didn't say hello until after I said something and thats not how customer service should be at all. Neither lady ask if we needed help or if we were looking for something in particular. It was a very unpleasant feeling and we will definitely not be back.

The newly renovated showroom at Sally Lynn Home is fantastic! Everything is so unique! And the merchandising and store layout is warm and inviting. Highly recommend.

My wife and I can't thank you enough of how everything was handled. I'm a little difficult and super busy and they were so easy to work with. I drove about 45 min to their store and from their the staff was very friendly and professional. I would recommend them to everyone. They did my master bedroom, dining room, family room, game room, and media room and we are very pleased with everything. Not to mention that we weren't able to be here the day everything was delivered and everything is to perfection. Thank you once again Oscar, Ragan, and staff from the Basilio family.

My sister in law Abbe Byers (who has made purchases before) stopped in on Saturday afternoon 6/23/18. We walked in and neither of the women sitting at the counter acknowledged us. We walked around because she was looking for some specific items and the two employees just sat there eating their hummus and chips. Abbe finally asked one of them if they had a smaller cabinet she liked, Skyler got up looked at the cabinet and said "uuuum probably not, but if you tell me the dimensions and your BUDGET, we can look" then went and sat back down. We kept looking and while doing so several other people walked in the store and the two employees acknowledged every single person with a "HELLO" ! My sister in law and I looked at each ocher each time it happened and just smiled like really. Then my sister in law asked if this moss product was for sale because it was in several vases and she liked it. Skyler said "Oh you can purchase some of that from Michaels with your 40% coupon". My sister in law purchased over $200.00 in orchids for an arrangement for her table. I took them over to the counter and sat them down and neither of the employees looked at me or asked me if we were ready to check out they just ignored me. We looked at each other and she walked up and paid and we left and they continued to say hello to people coming in. After we left she said I should take these back for the way we were treated the more we thought about it the more it made us upset. I don't even know what to say but we were not dressed like bum's - we both have very nice decorated homes. We were both EXTREMELY disappointed in how were treated at your store.

Never made it in because when we pulled up at 11 am, someone came to the door and put up a sign that said back in 5 mins. There was no missing us right in front of the door! Apparently they don’t need any business.

It seems like the ladies here either love you or hate you as a costumer. There are usually 2-3 staff members, they are either too busy eating or gossiping about the customer that just left.... Quite disappointing. Most of their merchandise can be easily found on the internet at a fraction of their price. Good luck!

Vetro Glassblowing Studio does beautiful work. The pieces have beautiful color, shape, and artistry. The outstanding staff is super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. We got a great deal on some beautiful pieces that are going to be a wonderful addition to our home.

What a find!!! I watched the artisans at work. What a treat! I really enjoyed shopping there as well. The manager was delightful and taught me so much about glass. I bought a beautiful high ball glass for my bourbon. The manager wrapped my glass with loving care. It made it back to Virginia beautifully. I wish I wasn't flying back to Virginia because I would have bought SO much more, the prices were amazing. I will be back!

Really cool place! I paid for the pumpkin-making class and thought I’d get to do a little bit more, but it makes sense that I was only able to do the bare minimum given how dangerous and difficult the actual process is. I’d love to make another one next year, too! 😊

So we here to do a help create dreamless wine glass for me, my sister, and my mom. It was a Mother’s Day gift. I will say, that three tickets for the event was pricey. But no different than a nice dinner out. The main shop is small, but clean, and had so many fun little glass blown items to look at with local blown art. The ladies that checked us in were very prompt, and polite. The main studio is hot. There are some bleachers set up where you can wait your turn. Your turn is based upon the time you checked in. So 10 people might sign up for the 10 am slot. But the person who signed in at 9.45 am will go first and so forth. The people who do the help create events are super knowledgeable, polite, and respectful. You can tell they do this ALOT. The whom actual process took maybe less then 10 min? You got to pick your color, and help create the item, with fun facts about the process. You pick up your item in about 2 business days. They have the items wrapped soundly and snuggly in nice wrapping. The stemless wine glass we made is SOLID. It is heavy and thick. It won’t shatter in the sink type of situation. I would absolutely do this again. Maybe closer to Christmas when they do ornamentals

It was cool to have the glass blowing class. The staff were friendly and made sure nobody got burnt.

What a hidden gem we found! Huge treasure store! Anyone who appreciates antiques or vintage items would love this place. The cherry on top is the music store on the second floor. Some beautiful mother of pearl adorned guitars! The gentleman there is such a texan hearted person! There is a coffee shop at the entrance too! Thanks for the awesome experience!!

Love this store. I get my car serviced in grapevine and shop there every time I'm in the area for my car service. It's a little pricy but still worth it. Must try the little cafe they have inside. It is fabulous.

The quality of the home grown produce here is outstanding. So much better than you will find in your local grocery store. Love the local honey too. They even have tamales!

I went yesterday (a Tuesday) for the second time and basically bought everything in sight. Lol. There is an infinitude of produce, nuts, frozen tamales, candies, and many, many other items in this small, inviting space. The fresh, colorful produce is, of course, the main attraction. The service, too, was attentive and kind. I got jarred candied jalapeños, strawberries, blueberries, banana pep, yellow bell pep, (HUGE) Brussels sprouts, buffalo hummus, red plum, and 20 flour tortillas for $3.49!

We loved this little farmers market! The peaches and nectarines are fresh and delicious. All the fruit looked really good. We each tried different honey, we loved the Elderberry. They have samples if you are unsure. They also have plants there if that’s your thing!

Most amazing BlackBerry fried pie I’ve ever had!! Just did a full shopping trip with local home-made, jam, speghetti sauce, hummus, chicken, eggs, milk, bread, cream, butter. My friends I have found gold!

So far my work with Holder Dane has been related to packing and shipping precious art, and they do an amazing job. I tried the conventional route of FedEX and UPS but was terribly disappointed, so I was thrilled to find someone who knew, appreciated, and cared for my art as much as I did. It was not that the art was so valuable to anyone else, but it was valuable to me - family heirlooms and memories. Excellent is all ways - now I am ready to shop their lovely store as well.

Hello to all my 7.9 million people who view my pages and view my content !! Let’s talk about it !! So first off let me start by saying Customer Service is NOT HERE at all.i am new to this area as of TODAY And I was needing a new living room set . The guy that came to help me Dan was no help. I asked him about purchasing some couch’s and how the delivery system worked. He couldn’t answer or tell me anything about it. Said we give you a number you call and do it yourself. I’m like wow . Okk so let me see if you even have this set , They only had the couch not the love seat, which is fine. So I asked could he call and see if another store had it or maybe he could look online and order it or see if it’s in stock , NO no ,no? his answer was no to all the above. Why even SELL furniture if your not willing to help your customer find it the rest of what your missing but advertise on the floor , so I wanted to see if it was even in in stock or at different location. Then I asked about the 2nd couch set. Again it was same thing, they have one and not the other. Didn’t Know when it would be in and he can’t help or tell me anything. So here comes the “ furniture manager “ to I guess assist him on not giving me ANY information or trying to make a sell. So then I asked could I just buy the floor model. Again NO. we don’t sell the floor models unless they are clearance. Like REALLY. So you don’t want to make 1309$ cash. You would rather dismiss me and tell me nothing nor be helpful. Unreal. I WILL NOT. Be going to this store since there is no help no customer service. No going out of the way to go above and beyond for customers. They are just here to collect there check and leave. WHO wants to make a sell. Clearly not them !! THE Worst

This place is a complete rip-off. It's no wonder they're going out of business. I decided to look at some vacuums thinking I'd get a good deal being everything is marked down. The same vacuum they had marked down 15% @ $124.99 was $89 regular price everywhere else. When I asked if they price matched, the representative seemed offended and said everything is marked down to it's lowest price. Bye bye BigLots!

I went to do some quick shopping, and I almost got run over by a young worker a few times. I guess she was stocking, etc. She also checked me out and was not very helpful at all. I wanted to sign up and get $10 off my purchase, so I sent the text.. when I didn't receive the text, I asked her about it and I felt completely disregarded by her. She literally told me "I don't know then.." I was very disappointed by her and the lousy service she provided. I left telling myself I won't be back to this store.

We went to get a mattress set and it was really nice it's a silly set and they were very comfortable we just got them for my mom and she's using them and we have no complaints NFL sky helped out a lot and he was really good at what he does

Big lots exceeded my expectations yesterday when they had buy one get one coffee. That was an amazing deal. Probably the one that best suited me over all the years I've shot there. As a person who buys their coffee on a regular basis, this was a great opportunity for my mother my sister and my spouse and I to all be able to take advantage of this deal since we all have accounts with Big lots. Buy one get one free. Please do more of these big lots I would love you just that much more. My only thing is that you guys are raising your prizes to be more than some of your major competition. Hopefully this is why you're doing specials and deals.

Pretty good selection living room furniture options compared to other locations. The prices are pretty reasonable too.

This Big Lots is nice. It has little unexpected things in there. Great prices on beds and other furniture. If you are really lucky they have great deals on appliances but they go fast. I got a huge air fryer for $80 I priced it on Amazon and it was $130. Score! Check out the candy and food Isles too because they have different things that you won't find in just any store. Also to my surprise they have some really pretty wall art. Know your regular prices on everyday items to make sure you are getting the best deal on toilet paper and laundry products.

Stop by this location while we were at the mall to look for some gifts and we found several that were quite nice. We enjoy coming to the Marshall location here as we always find decent clothes at a decent price. We also found some other stocking stuffer fillers and some of the aisles and at the front checkout counter. The cashiers greeted us at the counter and were very nice and folding our clothing and putting them in the bag.

The store wasn’t so organized on the Wednesday that I went. But they had some great deals. Cute short boots for only $24.99. And Some Steve Madden shoes for only $29.99, unfortunately they didn’t have they in my size so there was no point in purchasing them.

Okay guys...Hear me out, I've been going to this mall since 2007 and I've always gone to this Marshalls, it never disappoints, low low prices and amazing deals, I always shop here ever weekend💗💗💗, only problem is that I got upset since it's gotten more and more infested with resellers and they abuse by taking large quantities of merchandise and just hogging it for themselves, I can find some hello kitty items here but someone told me that there's people that wait until they open, rush in and take all the good hello kitty items and other merchandise for themselves, they should be banned if I'm being honest, it's unfair for the daily customers....Oh well, Anyways, still love this marshalls, my favorite since forever, I love Marshalls it's the besttt

Today, July 23, 2024, I visited the Marshalls. It's weekdays, but was very busy. Especially in the middle of corridors, I saw vendors with small stalls. They were sellings different items, like jewellery, hats, souvenirs, flags, watches etc. There were various brand stores, kike, Levis where you can buy authentic 501 jeans, Converse store, Sketchers Store are few to name.

I’ve spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars at this location and have never had an issue. I love Marshall’s! However, I went to purchase a sweat shirt. It happened to be tagged incorrectly by $5. Instead of eating the $5- Spencer, the store manager, made a NEW tag with no other sweatshirt to support his claim of the “real” price. He couldn’t even face me like a man, and had the sweet lady at the register deal with his mess. I bought it anyways. It wasn’t the $5 that was the issue, obviously. It was the principal and I feel like the stores mistake shouldn’t have been the customers burden.

Marshall’s always has nice deals! Fun place to go!

The best outlet of Burlington I have been to. Items are neatly arranged, affordable, wide variety of items and amazing selection. The seasonal decor is best here at great prices. The lines are always long for billing, may be they can improve on that.

Great experience. Store was well stocked. Left with something I liked. Will not hesitate to stop in again.

This place clothes smell like bad breath. Everything was unorganized. Customer service was terrible. My car was on the next aisle and the worker didn’t care, she placed all my items I had in my cart back on the rack. She stated it was unattended but I was right by my cart. If she was there long enough she would have known it was my cart and was not left unattended!! I am furious and don’t believe this was good quality customer service. I walk right out of this place. She didn’t empathize with me at all. Black folks never get recognized for supporting white businesses. She was probably racist because I was literally the only person closest to the cart. Please have a manager contact me if more detail are needed. And yall can run them cameras back too! 9/9/2025. Approximately @3p-320p. Never have I be called the n word at this place. Don’t shop here for the sake of your mental health. The items were dusty in some places as well and sticky stuff on the floor. See for yourself if you want to.

This store has a good mix of items

Love going to Burlington, they have the best stuff. Sometimes the store is a little chaotic and needs a little bit of cleaning, but I just look at it as a treasure hunt. Totally worth it.

Burlington is located at Grapevine Mills, and it has vast options for all home requirements and clothing and shoes. It has a great option for this winter season. Also, very good options for shoes and upcoming Christmas decorations. I have visited the place with my colleagues and done shopping with them. Price is really decent, not expensive, and worth the money you spend. Must try jacket section, shoes section, and perfume sections. It's really good with price points and varieties.

Burlington is grapevine is a must visit place, even tho the store in general got smaller, they always have the best selection in clothing and room essentials.

Multiple times I tried to give this store some hope literally every time I come here someone's always following me around the store. This time it was this guy I asked the cashier. Did he work there? She laughed it off and said no. but knowing damn well he's probably part of the loss prevention/ security. I Literally come here every Friday just to shop and look at the new stuff they got in every week. I will stop coming to this store. Please ban this store do not come here. Management sucks. Can't shop in peace

The workers here have no customer service skills whatsoever, even down to management. It’s like it tortures them to just say hello & thank you to their customers. Nobody ansk yall for 5 star service but basic hospitality NEVER HURTS! Inventory is high key trash as well. You can say im always window shopping here, everytime i go explore to see if it might be something i like nothing changes. ALWAYS disappointed. Their inventory ain’t like how it used to be. I don’t shop out of here unless i really needed something. Smh do better.

I'm shocked at how many people review Ross stores... This one is pretty great. I've found decent stuff for my kitchen and some great Christmas gifts here as well. The staff are faster at this Ross than most other Ross stores. For that, I'd highly recommend going here.

This Ross was really good. Huge selection of clothing that was also very organized. Only section that needed some work was the dress section. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Lots of cute, novelty clothing too like this Toy Story shirt I got. Only thing is these kinds of casual, thrift store type shirts were $8-$10. I feel like $5 would be more appropriate. Otherwise, really good location!

This review is specifically for Ti in electronics. Absolutely amazing customer service skills, she was approachable, friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with what I was looking for. I cannot stress enough how much of a fresh air it was and how welcoming it is to be approached like that. Ti, if you're reading this, your joke about sweet tea to remember your name absolutely worked, thank you again.

I live near this one. More than once, I've bought expired food. That do not do a good job of removing expired inventory from shelves. Check dates if you buy food here. I'll give them 2 stars because their CVS pharmacy has the best staff ever...which has nothing to do with Target, not shocking, and their bathrooms are always in decent shape.

Have been here multiple times. Employees are always patient, nice & polite. Never had any problems. Will continue to come back. Store is always organized & clean too.

I love this target, I come here every day during my off period, this place is such a paradise. The workers are nothing short of delightful, and claire who works are starbucks is the sweetest. I wish I can give them a 5 star review. My family has been shopping at this location for a long time but today this associate Megan started racial profiling since we had our ESA dog with us inside the store. The associate gave us a dirty look and asked to leave the store since we had our dog. In addition I asked to speak to the manager to file a complaint about here. Hope the corporate and the Manager needs to do coaching with her and teach her how to go treat the guest and showing more respect. It seems instead of doing her job what she was hired for, she was more of worried about my ESA dog and racial profiling!!!!

I have been going to the target for several years today was the first time in 20+ years that we had experienced and associate who was very rude to me and our family for bringing our ESA dog who is registered her name was Megan and she told us your dog was barking and it’s disturbing every customer and all the associates who are working on the floor, so you need to take the dog out since the dog is not registered, but I had told her and I explained to her that the dog is registered to he’s like we in Texas all dogs are registered. It doesn’t matter if he’s a ESA dog or not and my husband was getting upset so I had told her to ignore him and she goes rudely to me as well that I will ignore you as well. Don’t worry I’m getting the manager. You guys to delete the store immediately because your dog is being very disruptive and causing issues she calls the manager or the manager walks to her and speaks with her and my husband decides to go talk to the manager and the manager did not do anything and there is a policy that says dogs are not allowed if they are a dogs or special ability dogs they are allowed in a store which my dog is registered as a ESA dog, but she was. I’m not sure what was her issue if she was having a bad day or she was just being racist towards us, which is very disturbing. I will not be shopping at that target anymore due to the experience that I had with an associate her name is Megan.
