I live in a property that they do maintenance on and I had my car washed and when they used the blower, they put all the sand on top of my car.

They take no responsibility for what their workers do. One of the workers threw dirt and mud on my car at my apartment complex. I watched worker take his hand and try to rub dry mud off my car. In process scratching my back passenger door all up. Jose who I talked to at the office didn’t sound to concerned. Good to know y’all could care less the damage your employees cause

We live on the ground floor at St Marin and we have asked the office staff to relay the message to the workers to not blow dirt & grass onto our patio. They continue to do this every time.

I am delighted with my experience with Charles and his team. I They were on time, they communicated every step of the way. Today, I wasn’t sure the sprinklers had run because there was no water on the sidewalks, street or my patio, it was all on the grass, shrubs and flowerbeds! I wanted to wait a few days after they completely overhauled my sprinkler system to make sure it wasn’t too good to be true. It’s perfect! Now I have peace of mind knowing my beautiful landscaping that I have worked so hard on will be well taken care of with my new wifi app on my phone that allows me to track the weather and make sure if I need to, I can run my sprinklers from wherever I am! Thank you!

When the workers come to our property, they leave dirt in the hallways and dirt on the sidewalks, please swept after yourselves.

We walked around downtown. Loved the feel. Walked around the exterior of the interurban museum , we did not go in due to timing. Outside displays were interesting, I learned a lot. Downtown has a great vibe. Again, everyone is so friendly. My grandson has a Sumner job in Plano, he says everyone is so nice and proud to be from Plano and Texas. I think that comment goes a long way. Have fun.

Pretty downtown with good eateries. We enjoyed the rooftop of urban pizza and matcha at fourteen eighteen. It doesn’t have as many shops as I would’ve liked though. All in all a cute spot to walk around.

Cute little historic downtown. The boutiques and eateries were stuffed with great retail items and wonderful menu options. Spend a few hours enjoying history with the owners of Main street shops and restaurants. Purchased a handbag, earrings, summer shawl and a wonderful recipe book for newlyweds at Lyla’s and enjoyed coffee and pastries from the local bakery.

One of my favorites areas that I’ve found in the Dallas area since moving here two years ago. Good restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and other shops, with more than one public parking lot so plenty of space to park within a max of a block or two to walk if street parking for a particular place full. My favorites are: 32 Degrees (rooftop bar above urban crust pizza), 1418 Coffeehouse & Better than Sex (dessert shop). There’s also a plaza area and frequent events there. The whole area is cute and feels well kept and safe to walk around. My favorite time to go is during holiday season when everything is decorated and lit up😊

This is an awesome place for dates or to hang out with friends. Easily accessible by train and lots of locally owned businesses to support. Or if you are looking for a free date, the park is beautiful. There are also events and community theater performances on occasion, so check the downtown plano website for the calendar.

Beautiful place to walk around with fun events year round, with plenty of easily accessible parking. The square is also wheelchair accessible. We visited this weekend to see the Dickens Christmas event! Carolers, Christmas-themed ballet and hip hop performances, and theater performances. Everyone was friendly and the shop owners in the district are always happy to chat and give recommendations. Definitely stop by for a few hours if you’re in town!

I had a blast at downtown Plano! They were having a Halloween festival, and my family love the time we had there. Definitely will be going back to try several restaurants down there.

2025-06-29 - Overall 4 Stars Very nice mall. One of the nicer ones out there. Great mall and staff! 5 Stars For the Vendors, signs that have “items marked firm excluded”. 3 Stars and that’s being generous. There were SO MANY sale signs that stated that today it made it EASY to Skip searching for anything else in that booth. Your loss!! As shoppers, we are much more inclined to linger when we feel like there’s room to talk or discover a good find. Too many ‘firm’ signs make it feel like the deal’s already dead and move along to the next booth.

I love Antiques, since the day they opened, “High Street Antiques” has been my favorite place. I have attended several events there, I recommended it to everybody I know, and have taken several friends there, for their first time shopping for antiques. Lots of the furniture and decor for my home and daughter’s home I bought there; same as presents for friends and family; and most of all, I love having lunch at the Tea Room! BUT lately I have noticed a big change! The ladies working at the front are showing a bad attitude and in a manner that is not respectful to customers! Never a smile, never a thank you! Maybe they feel entitled and superior because the Mall became popular! or maybe because they are all just too old and they were never educated or trained to treat customers with respect and consideration! Half an hour before closing, these old ladies go crazy kicking customers out in a very rude way! Announcing thru the speakers is not enough, they actually go to each customer and tell them “it’s time for you to leave!”. Last time I was there, this old short black lady, came to me and said it to me in a very condescending way! She looked at my cart, and said “you haven’t bought anything yet, why are you here? we are closing!”. I responded, “I heard the announcement, I have 30 more minutes to buy the present I’m looking for! If I don’t have enough time today, at least I know where it is located in the store, and I’ll come back tomorrow to buy it, I live really close, just a few blocks away!” Next thing, the old lady took my purse and put it on the floor, and started to take my cart away! Of course, nevertheless, this action made me very upset and took me by surprised! I told her she doesn’t have the right to treat me so offensively and asked her “do not touch my purse!”. I immediately went to the front desk asking if this lady is the owner of the store and if she has the right to treat customers so badly just because she owns the place? Well, as to be expected, all the other old ladies, responded as rude as their co-worker, defending her and saying it wasn’t possible! They stated that when it’s time to leave, even if there is 1/2 hour before, we should just leave! Not one single apology! I am very sad, this beautiful, clean and peaceful place has changed so much due to the bad manners of its employees! I realize all employees want to leave their work shifts on time in order to go home, but if it is at the cost of mistreating customers, this nice mall, will come to an end! If they are so desperate to leave their job, then maybe they should not work at all! Nobody wants to go shopping and being bullied by the employees just because their store is popular, well-liked and in demand! I hope this review helps to improve this situation and this place go back to be the friendly place it used to be!

Good place if you’re looking for more of the same things than hunting for a niche. it can make for a calmer store experience, and it wasn’t busy so it was great. I liked looking at colorful, shiny things without being overwhelmed. Assortment is much of the same, but there is some variety. prices range between fair to very high. 75% of the store is locked cases or cases in general which isn’t totally inviting to the eyes unless the vendors make a nice display shelf. no music, which I really liked. seems that some of the vendors hang out in their spaces which felt pleasant and friendly.

We had so much fun walking around high street antiques! Lots to choose from. Be prepared to spend some time there. I loved it. It even has a tea room and piano player. Which was a lovely surprise. Bought a few pieces. Would definitely return when we are back in the area. Also, got expert advance on tweaking my grandfather and regulator clocks. Worth a visit. A trip done memory lane and beyond.

This is an upscale place with most items in well lit glass cases. The aisles are a bit narrow as they wind around. The restroom was older but well taken care of and clean. The employees were friendly and not pushy.

It's 5:45. They close at 6. They wouldn't take my cash because they already 'cashed out' I stood at the counter to check out for several minutes waiting for service for this bitter lady to step up finally and ask the people behind me if they were ready to check out. My fiance went to the counter and the same woman took cash from him and apologized to him because 'she got so mad'. Of course I did. You were rude, you mouthed off "that's why we call y'all up here" "ya, but I was at the back of the store" "card only" why? Because y'all decided to quit working early? I won't be back and we've been going there for 2 years. It's a shame. But, I'm not going to be spoken to like I'm an inconvenience while spending my hard earned money.

What a great antique mall. Once you walk inside you are blown away by the amount of merchandise and vendors in this mall. It takes hours to see everything. There is something for everyone great antiques and collectibles. Plus a tearoom for lunch or a quick tea and sweet treat. There is no way I ever leave without finding something that warms my heart or a gift for those I love. Friendly cashiers and sales staff answer questions and help.

Underrated place, great kids bento box with various options. Usually not busy

Worst restaurant I’ve ever been in. We waited an hour and a half for our food which ended up being served cold. We spoke to the waiter who escalated to the manager. The manager, whose name is Josh, told us we “didn’t need to keep complaining” about our meal. He proceeded to say we were the worst customers and to “get the F out of the restaurant”. It was supposed to be a Mother’s Day celebration and turned into an unbelievably disrespectful experience due to the manager being unable to manage.

1st time here love the atmosphere. My food was not seasoned very well the steak was just OK but the sushi was great. Our server could have did a better job on coming back and checking on the table it was not that busy.

This is my second time visiting this establishment and I thought I would give them a second chance after the last failed experience. It was better but only by a little bit. The server was nice and friendly and really tried to keep up. However the bar ran slow and we again received our food before our drinks. I believe that management and scheduling were a factor. I noticed for happy hour there were not enough staff to meet the demand. Waiters were being double and triple sat (two and three tables sat at the same time) all over the bar area. Obviously not enough servers, too big a section, or inexperience in hosting could have led to that problem but I watched our server go from table to table without much time to get to the next before another was sat. We did get waters at least before the food arrived but our drinks still had not. We finally received our beverages but had to order our next round from the bar directly since we hadn't seen our server. It wasn't like he was not working hard because he was. I feel for a place that highlights happy hour it should be happy and not frustrating to get a drink. Never once did I see a manager greeting tables to see how things are going much less see one at all. The food and drinks were good and fairly priced but don't expect to be pampered. Definitely don't be in a hurry. Order your next bar beverage when you get your first and maybe you'll get the next one by the time you need a refill. For a restaurant that has the potential to be a great spot it was a very disappointing.

Thank goodness the food is good, cause the service is very slow and unattentive. The host girl at the front was rude when sitting me down and when leaving. My waiter did not come to wait on me for almost 10 minutes. When I got my order he never came to check on me. Service that day was not the norm, very bad experience I informed the manager cause I've been here before where it was 5 🌟 excellent service. So a bad day of service no worries just an off day as long as the food is good, you can tend to look past the service. But trust me that's nothing I want to experience again so my choice may be not to come back to that location for a while if those current people are still working there. The manager was very accepting of the information and again the food was great!

They have a variety of funny Texas themed items as well as random items for sale. There is a small clearance section against the back wall of the store.

This is a cool store. They have shirts that are witty and subtle as well as in your face, so everyone can find something they align with. Best thing though is these are quality shirts for a reasonable price. Incredibly soft and comfortable and the fit is perfect. Staff was friendly. Just a cool store if you’re in grandscape.

Such a cool shop for souvenirs and gifts! We love the limited edition releases, so we keep going back to see the latest designs. Their stuff for the state fair is always really funny. Can't wait to see what they do this year!

This is a tee shirt shop in Grandscape, in The Colony, Tx. Many designs featuring local themes, funny sayings, and some “off color” stuff. I love the old truck that functions as a display area, and blocks the view into the storeroom. This is a very cool space, and worth the visit.

Stopped by in grandscape to check it out. The employees weren't friendly, then saw that they sold Fauci and Vaccinated t-shirts. Not really a "Texas" place when they have politically charged merchandise.

It’s very big outlet with many brands. But there is no WiFi available from owners of the Outlet Mall. Also Public Restrooms signs are not displayed that are visible from distance.

The parking situation is out of control! Getting off the main road and into the parking lot was a nightmare. After spending an hour to park (not an exaggeration) we hit up only the stores before we were completely over it. The only store I had issue in was Converse. The guy (employee) with the shoulder length dreads wearing a white shirt needs to be checked. Dude was way too close to my niece (6 years old) the entire time we were in the store. No other employee followed us around like that. Watching the store and coming to every single spot where I was standing and being THAT close to my niece are two completely different things. He has serious creeper vibes. I couldn’t shop in peace for trying to watch him. It was such an uncomfortable experience. On the flip side, I bought my niece and myself three shirts and two packs of socks each plus a pair of shoes for $120. The sale definitely wasn’t a problem. I could have gotten more if I’d stayed longer though.

This place has an amazing selection of stores from designer brands to great deals on everyday favorites. Everything is clean, well-maintained, and easy to navigate. I found incredible discounts and got exactly what I was looking for. The atmosphere is relaxed and enjoyable, with plenty of parking. The staff in every store were friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. If you love shopping and great deals, Allen Premium Outlets is definitely worth the visit!

I live in Michigan but was visiting friends in Texas so I stopped in here on a Sunday afternoon. The place was packed. There are much better stores in this outlet mall than we have in Michigan. I found a lot of great deals. I’ll visit again if in Texas again.

I have been coming here for almost 5 years when I moved to the area. They’re good, especially Kim(left) and Lila. I tried a few other places around but didn’t quite appreciate their services. Picasso is a good place to get nails and other services done. Nice and clean environment, snacks drinks and very loyal and respectful staff. I would recommend this place to my loved ones.

The ladies at the Kay's Jewelry Outlet are absolutely amazing! Not only did they help with a technical issue with picking up my order that my fiance placed online, they also helped me to get something they had in stock but had to be ordered online and still be able to pick it up before I left their store. They were absolutely amazing and I'm very grateful for them. We will be returning for all of our jewelry needs in the future!

It's a walk around outlet mall with reasonable prices. If you're on the spectrum, come here on a Monday or Tuesday. It isn't as bad nor as busy. Plus parking is readily available.

I can't report on the food as I didn't eat there due to my allergies, but I wasn't there for food anyway. I was there for the last performance by tribute band Forever Mac! They were amazing, and Legacy Hall's sound production was incredible. I can definitely recommend the live music!

Have been here before but never for a Music event. We came to see the Chris Stapleton tribute and it was awesome. We enjoyed their music, the set up, the food options and how organized it was. I just mention we paid for a table and there seemed to be some people that were just I. The area and stayed., we literally had a family dancing around with their kids right in front t of us (not in the dancing area). We missed a good part of the initial intro of the concert 🎶 Eventually they weren’t anywhere to be seen so it made us think they just were hanging out without admission. After that their whole experience was great. We really enjoyed the whole event. Will definitely return.

Legacy West gets a four-star rating from me. It's a cool, trendy place with the best restaurants, offering amazing food of all types. My only issue is that it has basically little to no seating, which can be a hassle. Despite that, it's still a fantastic spot to enjoy great meals and a lively atmosphere. 4 stars!

Legacy Hall is known for their fun events! They really go all out. I went to their Mardi Gras celebration and it was a total blast! Live music which was so amazing, face painting for the kids, lots of great food choices and just a great vibe.

Foodie Heaven with Live Vibes 🎶🌮 Tried Velvet Taco, Vegan Vibrationz, and Chilangos Tacos—and every bite delivered! The place has an amazing atmosphere, with tons of food options no matter the time of day. Big win? Order with a QR code and they bring your food to your table! Tables were cleaned quickly, and the staff kept everything running smooth. The outdoor area had live music, and the indoor space is super kid-friendly with plenty of room. Trendy, family-friendly, and full of flavor—definitely coming back to explore more stalls!

We spent here a very good time during a Elthon John tribute. The guys who were performing here were amazing. They made all people to be singing despite the rain menace. A very nice show. A very good moment with family. We bought tickets in advance and it was easy and fast. There are other tributes planed during the year. You should come and enjoy this high quality musical shows.

OMG! I came here for the first for Saturday Brunch . From the time I walked into the door, the service was AWESOME! Our waiter Ryan was AMAZING! He was attentive and funny! Great sense of humor! The food was DELICIOUS! I had the Chicken Tenders with pancakes! I had them dip the tenders in the hot sauce they use and it was AMAZING (thank me later)! Y’all gotta try this place!

Whistle Britches is awesome! Excellent food, great service and the atmosphere at this Dallas location is incredible! Now, they are known for their chicken dishes - the tacos are simply the best…and so are those chicken and pancakes - but I also tried the smash burger and that was great too! Very good sweet tea and biscuits too.

I am definitely coming back! I appreciated the customer service. The buffalo cauliflower was delicious! And the Mexican street corn 🤤🤤🤤🤤 The chicken and biscuit was alright. I LOVE fried chicken and to me, the batter wasn’t as flavorful. The biscuit was a bit hard. The mashed potatoes taste like butter (which was not all the way bad but could use seasoning.) Otherwise, it was good nonetheless.

This is a solid brunch pick, you can’t go wrong with the Chicken N’ Waffles and the Three Cheese Mac. 🤤 The Pickled Jalapeño Pimento Cheese is pretty good, and the deviled eggs are decent but you could probably do with them. I feel like we all liked the Buffalo cauliflower and corn fritters, but my minds a little fuzzy on those. Overall, a great pick, service has been good at each visit and the foods always hot and fresh.

Everything was chicken based, but they do offer meatloaf and fried catfish! Food was decent, our waiter was great! Very patient guy. Fun first time experience, not sure if I would go back. I placed my order with the table and didn’t receive it till 15 minutes into everyone already having there’s. Which wasn’t a major issue because the table was willing to share.

Some average to good fried chicken. The pancakes were huge and there are 3 of those, the tender came with it were good. Although the fried chicken on the chicken benny came warm-cold, which I don’t understand, did we got a dish someone canceled? Also the booth I sat in was so unstable, that I was interrupted by the people sat on the other side all the time, which was 100% not their fault. The dinning experience was just very not good.

It's a shame this place seems to be overlooked. The C.F.S. was beautifully seasoned and put together. Make sure you order some extra gravy though. The beans are seasoned with rosemary&thyme. The Happy Hour is Monday to Friday from 3-6pm. I can only recommend the Killer Bee. It has a nice strawberry puree flavor and quite a kick. I love sitting on the patio, there's plenty of shade under the scorching sun. The servers are always friendly and helpful. Such a treat to go here!

Huge restaurant with a nice ambiance. Had a (very overpriced) tuna poke bowl at the bar. The service was good and the food came out quickly. But for the price the portion size and flavor were really lacking. Disclosure: The poke bowl IS listed in "The Lighter Fare" section of the menu, so I expected it wouldn't be large. However, the server told me The Lighter Fare items are still quite sizable portions. So for the $25 price ($32 total with tax and tip, no beverage), it was wayyy too small. It was average in taste. I don't plan to return.

Clean, quiet, enjoyable dining experience! I got the poke bowl and it was delicious. It didn’t make me feel sick after eating because it was a good portion size. It had really good flavor and they really piled on the toppings! It was super refreshing with great flavor. The burger was really juicy and the fries had great crisp! Definitely give this place a try!

The 3 course meal was impeccable and the service was amazing! The steak was cooked perfectly and they brought me a special salad dressing because I didn’t like what was offered with original selection. They had some of the freshest sushi I’ve ever had. The wine that was provided was delicious and the espresso martini was 10/10!

The aesthetic of Kona Grill may draw you in, but unfortunately, the food and service don't follow through. We ordered a medium steak and received a well-done one, with maybe two bites in the center that could generously be called medium. When we brought it up, the server’s response was, “So, you need it cooked longer?” Absolutely not. When the manager finally addressed it, their comment was: “Well, it looks like you have one good bite there.” That statement was not only unprofessional. It was insulting. I didn’t pay for a scavenger hunt. I paid for a properly cooked steak. My husband and son walked in hungry and left the same way, after spending $200 on dinner. One had a sliver of salmon that looked more like a garnish than an entrée. Honestly, Salata serves more salmon on a salad. Small portions, overcooked proteins, and dismissive service. And to top it off, the non-carpeted floors were sticky from the front door to our table, and there was a strong musty carpet smell in the air. The ambiance may look upscale, but the cleanliness, timeliness, food, and service didn’t match the image. Kona Grill is all style and no substance. We won’t be back.

Stay far away. Especially for happy hour. I never would have thought Kona would rip people off. But this is what’s happening at this location. Their happy hour menu HORRIBLE. A small child would still be hungry after consuming. If you can’t afford to feed your guest just close. I literally had to get up a leave. There was no way I was about to be ripped off.

Fun and energizing atmosphere! Great for a chill date or group of friends. Our server was great and went above the standard service. The happy hour menu here is great. A lot of options for great prices. We got the angry edamame and it was fantastic! The Kona frozen margherita was also very good. The sliders I thought were just okay. I ordered the tuna and salmon poke bowl and it really hit the spot. Very fresh fish and toppings! I do wish it was a slightly larger portion for the price, but the quality was there. Also... It mentioned macadamia nuts in the menu description, but I think they simply forgot them on mine. Still good though! The fish tank at the entrance is very cool and fun as well.

This mall is one of my favorite places to shop and hang out. The roof is designed like a giant sunroof, letting in lots of natural light and creating a bright, open atmosphere that feels really inviting. There are plenty of well-known brands to choose from, so whether you’re shopping for clothes, electronics, or gifts, you’ll likely find what you’re looking for. The food court is large with tons of options, making it easy to grab a quick bite or enjoy a full meal with friends or family. Another big plus—lots of free parking spots, which makes the whole experience even more convenient. Definitely a great place to spend a few hours!

Stonebriar is one of the best malls in the Dallas area — and honestly, what else are you gonna do on a Sunday besides blow money on things you don’t really need? They’ve got just about everything: big department stores, a cinema, kids’ play zones where little ones can burn energy, plenty of restrooms, and a huge food court (probably the weakest part of the mall — the smells get a little “experimental” down there). There’s even a Barnes & Noble for people who still enjoy real paper books. Overall, it’s a clean, diverse mall where you can easily spend a few hours wandering around and touching stuff just because you can.

Stonebriar Centre is truly one of the finest shopping destinations in the area, combining a wide selection of stores, diverse dining options, and an overall pleasant atmosphere. The mall is impressively spacious, clean, and modern, making it easy to navigate even on busy days. It's a pretty busy mall, and under some construction while I was there. Other than that, a good place to go shopping or for a bite to eat.

This was a nice mall. I didnt spent much time outside of the LEGO store or Kidzania but we did walk around the whole thing once. We ate at the food court. The food in the Japanese restaurant (forgot name sorry) was almost flavorful. It tasted like it was missing something but I dont know what. There are many stores, most though I'm not interested in. But definitely a nice and busy mall.

Highly recommend this Mall. My family and I came to the Samsung store. We walked around and felt comfortable in the environment. Very spacious and clean. I give it a 10/10.

BLAND. 75% of what we got had no flavor. Appetizer was the bruschetta, the cheese was good, the toast was actually decent but the tomatoes had no flavor, just mushy bursts of slime. Did have olive oil but had no coarse salt to complement, no balsamic drizzled or offered. I ordered the orecchiette so so so basic and bland I’m super happy with simple food and simple flavors but this was poorly executed in highlighting flavor. Ever heard of salting the pasta water?! Boyfriend got the salmon with risotto, the salmon was cooked well actually but again lacked any seasoning. Risotto was the only exception to the meal; very flavorful, peas pretty and bright green, al dente so cooked properly. All in we were $80 in for a lunch. On top of the food being blah service was reflective. When we walked in we waited a while to be seated, no urgency to get us seated, dirty tables unattended to, had to ask for a refill with obviously empty glasses. Overall do not recommend; grab some pasta over at Eatzi and call it a day. Oh yeah, dirty water glasses.

Delicious dinner! My husband and I had pasta. He tried the special with lobster and loved it and I tried the cacio e Pepe, both delicious. Enjoyed calamari to start and ended with their apple dessert. Cocktails were great too! I enjoyed my aperol spritz. Thank you Kenneth for taking great care of us.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but I honestly think I’m being a bit generous giving it an overall three stars. The service and atmosphere were fine. No complaints, but nothing special. The prices were high, but that was to be expected as my husband and I wanted to go to a nice restaurant for Valentine’s Day. The problem was, it was expensive for food that just wasn’t good. Extremely bland. It’s hard to mess up a Caesar salad and somehow they still did. A few strips of romaine hearts covered in dressing with some parm sprinkled on top. Definitely not worth $13. We hoped it wasn’t going to be telling of our main courses, but they were unfortunately flavorless as well. They looked pretty, but for a $36 entree the portions were small, which again would’ve been fine if it had just been tasty. I took mine home and added my own sauce and seasonings, much better.

Danielle made our experience so fun. She suggested all the entrees we chose and we were not disappointed. House salad was the most fresh salad I’ve ever tasted, salmon was top tier and molten lava cake chefs kiss! We will most definitely be back and we will 100% ask for Danielle.

What a cute spot!! Melissa is hands down the sweetest server I’ve met and we had the best time! We came for drinks — an aperol spritz and limoncello and had a great time in the patio. The bread assortment was absolutely delicious and I wish we had more space in our bellies to try the food here!!

Our first time here! Atmosphere and staff were very welcoming. The food was delicious. We had a hiccup with my son's pizza being burnt however, the staff brought a new one pretty quickly.

I have had the sandwiches and soups. This isn't my favorite place for sandwiches. North Dallas has so many good sandwich places. The bread and veggies where good on the sandwiches. The Po'boy is not a traditional one. Which is odd, because I am used to a traditional Louisiana type of po'boy. (I am not from there) That's where the sandwich originated from. I also had a chicken sandwich. The chicken is dried cooked with no seasoning, so it only taste good in the sandwich. I tasted the chicken alone. It was very nasty. The soups are good. I have not tried their pizza yet or desserts. I would go back to try, but if they prep there sandwiches with the same meat. I question how it is. Alot of good pizza places as well in the area. The competition over here is good! Update: I got the cobb with chicken. It's so nasty. It's just boiled chicken with no seasoning. The rest of the salad is good. I just don't see myself coming back. Not even for the pizza.

We couldn't make up our mind where to go for lunch so this made a good choice. Spoiled with so many places to eat in Collin county. Not too long ago we ate at the Frisco location and it was great. So we needed to do errands in the area and this place fit the bill and our stomach. We both got salads, generous I might add, so we had plenty for leftovers. Good service. See interior photos. Nice to have another salad place in town.

Ordered a wrap and a soup. The lobster bisque soup had an oily layer on top and the wrap was horrible, vegetables were not fresh and wilted, wrap was all cracked, and the cold cuts tasted as if past expiration.

I always loved this place but it's far from my home so I stopped by when I was in the area. The experience was great! I ordered on the kiosk but couldn't find the new drinks on the menu so I ordered a tea. I asked the lady at the counter if I can just replace the drink and I would gladly pay the difference. The believe the young lady that was the manager, just replaced it without any issue. These are the little things that make a difference to me. I appreciate her understanding and willingness to help with a good attitude. Thank you again and I will be back to this location!!!

Was at the hospital with my husband and didn't want "hospital food" so ordered from Newks right up the road. When I got there, the line was out the door but I walked right in and picked up my order off the shelf and was on my way back to the hospital. Great sandwich and potato salad!

Yes, I was there to do a big pickup order which was costly for a company.Just felt like people that work.There should be more helpful and welcoming. When people show up for a pickup order, find out who they are.Why they are there?Because time is everything.That's why usually I prefer to deal with a general manager who cares about the bottom line. The idea is to get the orders out fast.So food will not get cold or customers.Won't change their mind

But for a slightly more upscale approach, Mexican Bar company provides the staples and classics of Sunday brunch after church, but with elected options and more refined flavors. Chips and salsa are brought out to everyone, but with pork rinds and a more classy rather than classic salsa. All the other brunch options bring Mexican flavors to skillets, bowls, and even French toast. Something a little nicer and different than the traditional, but still feels the same as when you were with your family as a kid

This was my first time here, and already I'm planning my return visit! When you first walk in the eye catching decorations are fun to look at! The collection of bottles behind the bar is really an art piece in itself. The staff was friendly and engaging. Hats off to the manager, Ivan. He was fun to chat with, and full of information. The food was great, my wife ate off the happy hour menu, I had the fajitas... Mmm so tasty! Hats off to the chef! They have lots of fun activities during the week. Salsa night, Mariachi night, and more. If you haven't been, do yourself a favor and go try it out! Oh and have a tequila infused espresso shot... It the 💣 !!

Really great service here, Toni our server was super nice!! Engaging, fun...the energy...FANTASTIC!! The chicharon and chips alobg with salsa roja and verde great compliments to start our meal. I had the chicken enchiladas and my husband had the Chile rolleno. For drinks definitelytry the seasonal watermelon margaritas on the rocks!!! Been a minute since we'd been here. Loved everything about this place! I had the Chilaquiles and they were absolutely delicious—so flavorful and cooked perfectly. Our waiter was top-notch, honestly some of the best service I’ve had in a long time. The vibe and ambiance were amazing, with beautiful artwork all around that made the space feel so vibrant and authentic. I also found out they have a DJ on the weekends and a dance floor, which I’m super excited to come back for—I love dancing! Great food, great service, and a fun atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back!

We started with all three ceviches—each one was fresh and flavorful. For the mains, no one went heavy but everything was solid! I had the queso birria tacos and they were legit 🔥—the consommé was next level. My wife had the mushroom tacos, which she loved (though they packed a little extra spice 🥵). We wrapped it up with a delicious tres leches cake that was the perfect sweet finish. Then came the dancing—such a fun, unexpected highlight! We had an absolute blast with friends learning salsa and moving to the music. Between the food, drinks, décor, and dancing, this place is a gem in Plano. Went as a 20 party family dinner outing on the occasion of my cousin's birthday. The food was so delicious. The saffron chicken curry was to die for, along with the gyro. The saffron rice n pita bread was so good, too. Also had the lamb chops, which was very tasty too. I will try to go to the restaurant again. The atmosphere withik the restaurant is beautiful, but right outside, there's so much of the general sitting area to enjoy as well!!

We love Terra! Terra is located in The District outside the Willow Bend Mall. The ambience of the restaurant is welcoming, the food is delicious, and the staff are friendly and attentive. My husband always orders the Lamb Burger. The burger includes a generous amount of feta, arugula &, cucumber with an even more generous side of fries. I ordered the Kafta kabab. It comes with a generous side a saffron rice and a pile of sautéed vegetables. Exquisite. We started with deep-fried calamari. That too was a very good and a very generous serving. We took a lot home. The draft beer selection included local craft beers so that is what I ordered. Highly recommend Terra for an enjoyable evening out in no small part because of the restaurant staff. Update: We visited again this weekend and ordered our usual fried calamari for an appetizer. Wonderful (and filling). Then we both ordered the Kofta kebab for our entree: Three skewers that come with sautéed vegetables and pilaf. Pita bread comes with every meal. The kofta is delicious. It has a little heat so keep that in mind if you need to stay away from spicy foods. Otherwise, it is flavorful and perfectly grilled. We visited again because we really like Terra and because Terra was a participating restaurant in this year’s Taste of Plano benefiting the Hendrick Scholarship Foundation. It is important to us to patronize local businesses that give back to the community. We chatted with the owner and thanked him for supporting Hendrick. He said that Terra has been a supporter for several years and he plans to continue to participate in future years. We love that. Highly recommend this wonderful restaurant.

Had a great book club meeting/dinner here. We received great service and a nice big room with plenty seating for 20+ people. Outside of the hummus, and saffron rice, I was pretty disappointed in the saffron chicken it was extremely watered down and tasteless. Like no flavor or seasoning in the curry at all, but the rice was delicious! I’d come back and just try something different. The ambiance was nice and the service was good so it’s worth coming back. Update: The foods still very mid; but once again we received great service. 12/12/23

Great Mediterranean food! There are plenty of choices for free drinks. The most important thing is that the waiter's service is very good. The environment is bright and clean. This is definitely a restaurant I will come back to

Good food, not so good service. We ordered a bunch of food along with couple of drinks. The drinks itself took around 30 minutes to come. The appetizers were good however we found a hair in the calamari. Once we reported the hair to our server, she apologized and later on brought the entree. The entrees were good and nicely portioned. We had the saffron chicken and chicken kabobs. They did charge us for the calamari!

The good: the restaurant is pretty well located, and it has a beautiful atmosphere. It’s in like a courtyard with a bunch of other places, really nice. It has both indoors and outdoors seating. The patio is beautiful and they played live music (it was a Friday). Seating is very convenient specially for big parties (+10) the patio seating is smaller I would say the tables are up to 4. Prices are very reasonable specially for a place that nice (see menu attached). They have a good selection of wines and cocktails. Restrooms are in the small size, but clean. We made a reservation and he literally zero waiting time. Food was tasty specially the appetizers. They have complementary parking, or you can park in the mall public mall parking, and the walk is actually enjoyable. The not so good: the food took a bit too long to arrive, we were full of pita bread by the time it arrived 🤪. Plus, mine was on the overcook side. They don’t have a kid menu. The verdict: really nice place for group dates or family night out. The are makes the place very charming. Thumbs up! You should certainly try it!

My family and I visited during buffet hours. Our food and experience was incredible, well worth the 10-minute wait for a table. The place was jam-packed, and I can see why. They have a large array of vegetarian options which made me quite happy, as I am not big on meat. Their moussaka and stuffed grape leaves were both extraordinary, and all of their sauces and dips were perfect when paired with a pita. My only complaint would be the sheer volume of olive oil on some of the salads.

The service here is outstanding—not just from the manager, but from every server we encountered. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and made every table feel truly valued. A special thank you to Lisa for her wonderful service—she was absolutely amazing and so nice! The fajitas were incredible—my husband and I both agree they are the best we’ve had in the area. Onthe Border has good food at a good price with helpful staff. The Chicken or Beef Quesidillas are really good. There are several kinds of Enchiladas, but our favorite ate Cheese Enchiladas with chili con carne. Happy hour offers reduced price drinks, including $5 Grande Margheritas that are really good!

We had Skirt steak fajitas which was so delicious, I did not like how it served and the nacho and salsa was not what I like but overally the food was good. The skirt was a game changer so juicy and delicious!! I also think they can improve their rating by changing the dishes and serving style and get a real salt shaker!! It does not feel a good health place when I see Corona's bottle as a salt shaker! The waiter did not take our menu after we ordered

I honestly feel this is a first for me. I actually left the establishment hungry. The food and service was that bad. I honestly perceive it as simply bad management. It was the 4th of July, and when walking in, I saw no staff what so ever. I waited maybe 7 minutes and a nice young lady came out and was pleasant. Unfortunately that was the highlight of the experience. Lets start off with the Chips. The only seasoning the chips was thst of a thin coat of grease. Extremely bland. The salsa tasted as if it came out of a can. Not fresh at all. I ordered the Dos XX Tacos and it was supposed to be Tempura however the fish was soggy. After being disappointed, I thought, let me try the Tres Leches Cake. Tres Leches translates to 3 milk cake. This cake wasn't moist at all. I took one bite and pushed it to the side. As a final insult, I explained to my server I wasn't happy with the cake. She apologized and said she would remove it from my bill. As you scroll through the pictures, you will see she never took it off. Unfortunately this was one of my worst dining experiences:(

The services is normally decent, and I like the food. Last night, as a party of 4, we were sat, and that was it. Nobody ever came by, despite it not being remotely busy. After fifteen minutes of waiting, I asked the host who should be serving our section - he said he didn't know. Bruh, YOU ARE THE HOST... I asked the server at the adjacent booth if he knew who our waiter should be. Nope, he has no idea who handles the booth next to the one he is at. I don't know what is going on at this location, but it was by far the worst OTB experience ever, and has to be in the running for worst restaurant visit ever. This location needs a top down shakedown and staff revamp. Can't recall such poor, unaware service, really ever... EDIT: We gave this location another try - and what a difference a month made. We were greeted by Kennedy, who was friendly, professional, and took us to a perfect booth, told us her name and to ask her if we needed anything else. Then, our server Elizabeth came, and she took tremendous care of us - friendly, attentive, with a perfect demeanor. Our food was very good, as it usually is at OtB. So a 2 star review goes to 4+, as it should be, and it often is at this location. Kennedy and Elizabeth are assets, keep them at all costs!

Knife promises a lot and they deliver quite a lot. The dry aged steaks are their specialty, but their dishes are definitely of a shareable style. Opt for the 45-day to keep it safe but the 240-day is a nice experience. Pastas are great as well, generous portions and nice ambience. Recommended.

We were so excited to try this place out during the restaurant week. Upon walking in no one was at the host stand. Then a lady showed up to greet us and sat us down to find that she would be our server. Not very happy looking, unifor had stains and just seemed off. OK. Lets move on. Restaurant week menu was a disappointment. I mean presentation was OK but food was just bland. Caesar salad had way too much parmesean cheese. Soup was soo hot you can melt your spoon in it. Appetizer Brussels sprouts with cauliflower was tasteless and just bland. Steak sandwich tasted like days old strips of steak reheated in microwave. It was so dry I took 1 bite and that was that... fish was cooked OK but again no flavor.... We were really rooting for this place to be good so that with the willow bend mall closing down it would survive.. I would hope they would add some lunch menu options and really make it through this hard times..

After a night out with my wife at a Candlelight Concert event we decided we wanted to stop for a cocktail. We remembered The Knife and how we always wanted to go. My regret is that we waited this long to give it a try. We loved the atmosphere and the service. Not to mention our espresso and chocolate martinis were excellent. We are already planning a return trip. It is also nice to hear that The Knife will remain open through the Willowbend remodel.

We got the 75 day aged steak and 45 day. It was tender, juicy, and adequately aged. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Especially with the chimmichurri and salsa verde sauces. The service was excellent. The vanilla crème brûlée was delectable. Everything was made to order. Will definitely come back. Thank you!

Halal options here include the fish-based meal - a recommendation is the line caught salmon. Ordered this well done and it was crusty at the top and well cooked inside - tastes amazing. Didn’t try the mac and cheese but I heard it was good. Had a taste of late spring tulip and it was good too. The meat may not be halal or kosher - so I’ll recommend to ask. The ambience was nice - given that we had a private dinner arrangement. The service was a bit slow though but not sure if it was because of the arrangement, so I may be wrong.

Food was amazing. Highly recommend the aged steak and the bacon tasting board. Only complaint was the live music was so loud you had to basically yell to try to have a conversation.

First time here with my girlfriend for early valentine's day dinner and it was great. Each steak cooked to perfection. Sides were amazing as well. The Mac and cheese and asparagus were excellent. The waiter was very knowledgeable about the steak, apps and sides. Definitely a great and romantic spot. Will be back again for sure. Thank you for the great evening

Denny’s is always a guarantee of tasty, well-served food. The service was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. The shakes are a must!

The waitress here was the most sweetest lady. She kept coming by making sure my drink was full. She was very nice. The food was really good too! I’ve been to other Denny’s locations, but the service and the food are never as good as this location.

I love the way Dennys makes their pancakes! Last time I was there I ordered the all you can pancakes. They start you with 3 pancakes and give you 2 pancakes with each reorder. I ended up getting 2 reorders for a total of 7 pancakes. Since I am a AARP member I get 10% or 15% off the cost before tax of you order. (It is cheap to join and there are many benefits). I usually like to sit near the front as I found it is easier to get a waitress to let them know I need more coffee, more pancakes, the ck, etc. I always tip on the amount before the discount. When they are busy and your sitting in the back, many times you have to be proactive to get great service.

Good Food, Good Service. We came here for brunch and were greeted shortly after walking in. There were only a few other diners inside. Our server was great, she was friendly and welcoming, however we did wait quite a long time for our food. The server told us that there was only one person cooking and apologized for the wait. She kept our drinks full, and gave updates on our food as we waited. Our food arrived at the table hot and fresh. There were three of us eating and everything tasted great. Although the cook worked alone, I think they did a great job on the food. I’d definitely come back again.

I came in during the morning mid-day shift and the customer service wasn't so great, waitress walked past me and never asked if I needed assistance, the vibe was wack, HOWEVER, I decided to come back later so I returned at 3am only to be be greeted by a nice and friendly waiter by the name of Andy. He was very helpful and showed excellent customer service. The cook that night was also very nice they were very patient being I couldn't make up my pregnant mind - I appreciate the hospitality guys only will return to this location because of them!

Food: Pancakes taste as if they were cooked and sat under heat lamp ..hard on edges.Servuce was a bit of a wait evethough they were 5 waitress and front end person. Didn't even try calling in Denny's has really went down haven't been in a year but decided to get breakfast for dinner

She takes pride in her job which you can tell by her dinning room clean, her work stations were clean and she was in the best mood... She was amazing, we laughed and she completely started my day off right.... Girl thank you so much for the best experience at this location I have ever had... I cant wait to come back and actually be able to sit and enjoy your energy...

Good tasty food reasonably priced. Take out and delivery available. Order at the counter food delivered to table. I enjoyed the lunch special of Mongolian chicken with an egg roll. Restaurant is clean and casual with friendly staff. There are locals who are regular customers and know the staff when ordering their regular.

I have been missing Lovers since the one off of Coit closed. We were headed to PotBelly when I saw the “Lovers Egg Roll” sign. Sooooo happy I found this one. Service was so great and the lady up front was the sweetest. The food was just as good as the previous location I would go to. We’ll be back!

I ordered through grubhub my food here at Lover's Egg roll. Easy pickup honestly. The food I would say is standard. Got the sweet and sour chicken which was ok. The egg roll was pretty good.

I've been going here ever since I was a kid and I have to say it still holds up to hit that Asian food itch. Would recommend the low mein with some fried rice and sweet + sour chicken.

We were craving Lover's Egg Roll and went to the restaurant on Coit but they closed. We could have settled for another restaurant but instead drove to this Lover's to get our fix. Tasty as always with really good portions. Best local moogoo gai pan with lots of fresh vegetables. Still under some COVID procedures as they provide everything in to go boxes even if you are dining in, but since they give you more food then most people can eat that's a win-win.

Ordered Kung Pow Beef and Combination Lo Mein and they were delicious. Each one had enough for two servings! Very good value for the price.

So disappointed at this location. Gave them so many passes. But enough is enough. There are so many times I ask them to cut the sandwich in half and this is what I constantly get ….it’s pathetic. How can you not do such a simple task. Also, on the app I had a free cereal bar but the indian dude at the window said it wasn’t available despite it being the last day for the promo. Having to rip the sandwich because it can’t properly be done is annoying.

We have visited this Einstein Brothers location several times and as others have mentioned, given them several passes. We ordered online and showed up to pick up our order and they did not have the bagels we wanted for our sandwiches. We requested a refund and were told that there was no way to process the transaction and receive our money back. We asked if we could get a gift card for the amount of the order and they refused. This is unacceptable customer service and hospitality, and we won’t be frequenting this location again.

I am honestly pretty disappointment. Went there 10/12 at 11am and got a turkey sandwhich and asked for extra turkey. All the workers were making fun of me and talking about me like I wasn’t standing right there. The manager or whoever it was like “do they not know that’s gonna be 12 slices, that’s a lot of turkey” and then proceeds to laugh. No sir I don’t know how much they is on a slice i don’t work there. The fact that they were all laughing at me and i was literally right there is truly upsetting. i really just wanted to walk out of embarrassment but I already paid. Glad i didn’t leave a tip.

The Einstein app was majorly glitching today so the restaurant did not receive my order. The employee at the drive thru (who is always very kind and helpful) did their best searching for my order and tried to help me. It was busy in there today so I felt bad and didn’t want to cause an issue. After they couldn’t find my order, I showed them the receipt on my phone and they very quickly helped me get my order. Thank you for the great service!

The food was good but the man we ordered from was very rude. He snapped at me and rushed me when I was trying to clarify the order options, and when I misheard him when he told me to pay at a different register, he yelled at me. I was shaking for 5 minutes after, extremely stressful. He’s the same middle-aged man with glasses that other reviews have mentioned. I’ve see negative reviews about him that go back months but it seems he’s still acting the same. Please put him through additional training on how to act towards customers. I always try to be kind and polite toward employees and it’s unfortunate that it isn’t being reciprocated.

I’ve been coming here for a few months now, and the guy who takes the orders is consistently rude. He makes you feel stupid for asking questions and rushes you to place your order. At first, I gave him the benefit of the doubt—maybe he was having a bad day, not feeling well, or dealing with a difficult manager. But no, this man is just plain rude. I only kept coming because this is the closest location, but I’m done. I’ll drive the extra distance for better customer service.

Bad customer service is probably an understatement. Dude working tonight (4-20-25) had a jacked up attitude because people were expecting him to work at his job. Probably will not go to this location anymore because I did not feel welcomed and he got pissy because I was interrupting his meal time. If you didn’t wanna to do your job then why are you there?

It wasn’t. It was red-eyed fruit flies — and I had already eaten some before realizing it. I immediately vomited. Taking a bite out of flies is like taking a bite out of everywhere that they have been. Flies are filthy. I’m a licensed exterminator, and I can positively identify these insects. In my professional opinion, the flies were most likely dead and came from a contaminated red wine vinegar bottle used to season the sandwich. While it may have come from any of subways sandwich building components it’s still a major health risk. I tried calling the store, but the number listed online, and on their website, and on the receipt was invalid. I also tried emailing info@subway but their email was invalid. This isn’t about being upset — it’s about public safety. If this happened to me, it could happen to anyone. ⚠️ Possible Food Safety Violations: 21 U.S.C. § 342 – Federal law prohibits serving adulterated food (includes insects) TFER §228.186 – Food establishments must be free of pests TFER §§228.107 & 228.141 – Equipment must be clean and safe FDA Food Code 3-202.15 – Food must be protected from contamination Texas Health & Safety Code Ch. 341 – Public health nuisance if knowingly served Absolutely unacceptable. Very terrible place. The mexican man who made our food was the only saving grace for the establishment. He made them quality. His coworker the tall skinny gentleman with the glasses was giving very uneeded comments while we orderd to what i could assume was his family while we were getting our order made. I definitely wont be coming back after the poor poor way he carried himself. I strongly do not reccomend this place. Eat anywhere else but here people shouldnt be shamed while they order.

I have ordered from this location 3 times with in a month and they never seem to get my order right. Never giving the door dash driver all of my items or my food is made wrong. Today I was supposed to get 2 footlong made incorrectly, 2 Pepsi’s only got 1 and 1 Vicki’s chips in which i didn’t receive.

First of all. We walked in and it was dead silent. But that wasn't really the issue. I asked for the champ which comes with rotisserie chicken. The guy ran out of chicken and substituted eggs. 🧐🤔 So I'm a spontaneous girl so I went with it. My boyfriend sandwich, the guy just threw it together. At the end, he put the sauces toppings on, barely cut it in half and just wrapped it. The sauce was all over the paper, he didn't even push the sandwich toppings in the sandwich. Not to mention my rotisserie/ egg champ sandwich that I didn't ask for was subpar. Let just say I won't be going back to that location.

I went today and there was a few people inline. Daisha was working but there was another employee, female, just sitting at a table talking on the phone. I don’t know if she was on break but if you see a line and your co worker is doing it all alone get up and help. Is there no teamwork anymore? The owner needs to look into this. I gave service 5 star since person actually Daisha working was great.

Handed a coupon for 2 for $12 to the woman at the counter, acted like it was the worst thing in the world to make two sandwiches for a customer and then didn't process the coupon and charged me normally. Will not return, enjoy the $8 hope it was worth it.

A Hidden Gem for Antique Lovers I absolutely love antique stores, and this is by far the best one I’ve ever visited. I even brought my brother and my parents from New York to check it out, and they were just as impressed. Everything is unique, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully curated. Some pieces even brought tears to my eyes, reminding me of my childhood, it was a truly emotional and nostalgic experience. If you live in Texas or are visiting for the first time, this place is definitely worth a stop. You won’t be disappointed.

Went here for the first time the other day and absolutely loved it!! The store is HUGE!! You could seriously spend hours here. Every booth was different and filled with unique items. I found multiple things I’ve been searching for and got them for really great deals! The employees were also very kind. Can’t wait to stop back by soon!

The Plano Antique Mall 🛒 used to have great deals. Now things are super overpriced like 👍🏻 eBay. Overall it’s a general waste of time to shop here. If you want affordable try antiquing at garage sales you will often find much better deals for goodies from the past.

Update: I phoned the manager of this location who was extremely nice and apologetic after explaining my experience. She mentioned the cashier in question was autistic and had issues being able to filter her comments. While I can understand and be empathetic, I can say that not knowing this in advance of the comment made it difficult not to have a negative reaction. Original review: The place is an amazing place to shop with lots of neat stuff. However, the staff is extremely rude. While approaching the counter to check out, I saw the wall of shame where people had shoplifted. I said, “oh my goodness”! The cashier responds and says, “yeah, and you’re gonna be on it too if you stole something!” as if she was accusing me of stealing. That’s probably not the best thing to say to say to paying customers. It was very rude and accusatory.

Large, a lot of items are reasonably priced. There are a few hyper cluttered booths but most of this place is shoppable. The staff is friendly and efficient and no one following you around while you shop.

First time at the Plano Antique Mall and it was great. My husband and I walked around looking at all the widely different selection of stuff in the Mall and we were very impressed. We bought a few items and wil definitely return. The staff were helpful and friendly and the vendors were pretty friendly too. Definitely recommend a visit to the Plano Antique Mall.

This Subway location really surprised me in the best way. It’s a bit tucked away — you might not spot it right away if you’re not specifically looking for it — but once you find it, it’s totally worth the stop. The place was clean, well-organized, and had a calm, welcoming vibe. It wasn’t overly busy when I went, which made for a really relaxed experience. I was greeted right away, and the staff — especially the sandwich artist who helped me — was incredibly friendly and polite. They took their time to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it, and you could tell they actually cared about getting the order right rather than just rushing through it.

My order is always incorrect. Either it's something on my sandwich that I didn't request or if it's something I requested my sandwich is drenched with it. This will be last my time at this location. This was the cherry on top. Guacamole was added to my sandwich & I didn't request it. The sandwich looks horrible.

I, at first saw a bunch of kids running around the store , which happens but then they started running in the back where the food was to be made. They were touching everything which I should have left then cause I’m sure that area is not sanitary after they were touching things. They Grabbing cups for drinks . It was so bad . Ordered a Deluxe Ham & Turkey. This is how it arrived - drowned in Chiptole sauce, no extra meat, and it was not even cut in half. This is not the first issue I've had at this location, but it's the last. Avoid this place.

I was in the Colony for a business summit with a group of constitutes. They were staying at the Hilton, and this was one of their mainstays for this weekend. I was held up in a private residence less than a mile away. So, we converged on this establishment multiple times last weekend. They really enjoyed the venue because of their passion for cigars! But I do not smoke but still had a favorable time here at this establishment. This is very new to me being in establishments where you are permitted to 💨. Hailing from the great state of "Michigan," this activity is 🚫. The ambiance is nice, and having a D.J. that plays good music isn't bad either. My only disappointment is that the outdoor area was not in service. The dry cleaning bill will be worth the time spent to renew my "priceless" wardrobe 'pieces' from this experience. In conclusion, if you are a cigar smoker and want to have a good time in an 'urban' setting? This is the place for you.

I have been a loyal customer for many years and have always appreciated the atmosphere and service. One of the main reasons I have continued to come back—especially during football season—is because you’ve always offered the NFL package on your TVs. This year, I was extremely disappointed to find that despite having 20 televisions, the NFL package was not available. As someone who has consistently supported your business and spent both my time and money there, I feel it is unfair to no longer provide something that has been a key part of the experience for so many loyal customers. I sincerely hope you reconsider bringing the NFL package back. Not having it significantly changes the value of coming in during football season, and it may affect my decision to continue visiting.

Came from cali and this was the best cigar lounge my husband and I have been to!! The selection of cigars was phenomenal, the people were so nice and welcoming, not to mention it was hype AF!!! It was a Thursday night and they had a dj, drinks, people were dancing, it was just overall such a vibe! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Hey Y'all, I went here today to grab some cigars and C.I. would not honor the purchase cards with all 12 stamps for the $25 discount. They said, "corporate froze them." There is no disclosure on these cards whatsoever. They just backed out of their end of the agreement. I walked out. I urge anyone to keep this in mind when they want to go buy cigars. A company is only a good as their word. Go buy from the local shops, the small business owner. They might be more, but they will honor their agreement. C.I. will NEVER see another dollar from me. Love this place! First off, they have a HUGE humidor with practically every cigar you can think of. Well stocked, well organized and comparatively priced. Then up front they have a full service bar with plenty of lounge seating to enjoy a drink with a cigar. There’s a nice patio too if you get the rare cool day here in Texas (there are big fans though so they help). Definitely worth a stop if you are a cigar person!

This is a review of the location and not the Walmart itself! I encountered what could potentially be a human trafficker. He tried to speak with me and asked me if I worked there when I was back form a wedding wearing a dress and a jacket on top. He followed me around, timed his check-out with my check-out despite me having over 20 bulky items and him having 1 item. I asked an employee to walk me outside and there he was lingering outside with his empty cart. When he saw us, he looked to the floor then walked away to his car. He lingered in the car and the employee stayed with me until he left. It is worth noting there was a cart station right by his car so he did not need to be lingering outside the exit. Please be careful out there and ask an employee to walk you outside.

Visited Grandscape with the family and had an amazing time! We kicked things off at The Puttery, which had a really cool, upscale vibe and fun mini golf courses. After that, we caught a movie, then wrapped up the evening with a live AC/DC tribute band rocking the outdoor stage. The energy was great, and the whole space is super family-friendly with tons to do. Grandscape is a must-visit for a full day of fun, food, and entertainment!

Great stage. Lots of room for chairs and blankets. Plenty of room for kids to play. Cool vibe. Although, I wish all the businesses weren't closed and they had more food drink. Still, good times!

Parking was close and free. Parking area was easy to find. Point of view during the event is amazing. Didn't like the camera switch everytime the action got upclose and personal but it was still awesome. Sound system is going to be no better than what you problem have at home which is a huge draw back. If youre looking for a theater quality dolby 9000 experience... this aint it! This is drive in movie theater quality at best. Food was undercooked and overpriced. We were given the chip crumbs, cold queso and Drinks were skimped on. The glasses, silverware and plates all had makeup and old food as if they were lightly rinsed prior to service instead of cleaned. The seats were full of crumbs as if they didn't clean between showings. We were disappointed there's no merch stand for Wrestlemania but I'm not sure that's something the venue can control. Outside of the additional point of views and stadium like atmosphere, there's no benefit. If the audio was upgraded and the area was cleaned bettef I would reconsider coming back. Charging $250+ a seat you expect a higher quality experience. First responders buy your tickets on GOVX for a discount. It'll save a few bucks.

My wife and I were first time visitors to the store. We had an amazing time in the store and we had fun spending money in the store. It was a variety of things being offered in the store. We met a really awesome salesperson in the store. Her name was Devyn. She was totally awesome to work with. She helped my wife pick out some really cool outfits. Give her a promotion! Huge store with a wide selection of sporting goods. I ordered online and picked up in the store. It was seamless and easy. There were a lot of employees around happy to help. The store has everything from hunting and fishing gear to typical sporting goods. They are dog friendly.

I think they had everything in this store kinda like buc-ee's but sporting goods store. Dallas Cowboys I hear getting beat up on and got some of the freshest gear I've ever seen 👀🤯👀🤯👀🤯, Their gun and ammo section was incredible 👀🤯👀🤯👀🤯 but that exhibit up top with all of those different animals up there just took the cake. Bellagreen is an excellent restaurant! They had four different salmon dishes, and it just so happened that our table of four got one of each! Delicious! Yummy desserts, too!

I felt a lil racism from this store they passed on my Louis Vuitton purse they claimed it had a “unusual smell” I went to pick up the purse it absolutely smelt like nothing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING I’m really lost and upset because they had gave me a offer on the same bag before , I also seen them pass on another black woman she had some gorgeous Tom ford heels and they passed on her for a small tiny thread from the shoes literally a small thread you can barely see smh , I never seen them pass on anybody white! I've been to this establishment before, but it has been a while. The last time I went there, I really enjoyed it the experience. The clothes were very organized into categories and there were a lot of clothes to choose from. Lots of men, women, children, teenagers etc. But, when I went there again there seems to have been a lot of changes. For example there were no categories anymore. Under the sign that read "MEN", there were no men's clothing there. In fact there were a mixture of men, women, children and infant clothes all on the same rack. And that was the same throughout the entire store so there were no categories like before. The positive; we went on a Monday and it was $1 for everything in the store. But that's it. Even the fitting rooms were closed off, and there were clothes rack standing in front of it. It was very different this time. I don't like going there anymore, in fact I didn't spend anything on this time.

My Tuesday Experience at Family Thrift. Tuesdays are 50 cent day. I was trying to take lots of pictures, but I don't know if it's allowed, so I was trying to be discreet. First off, I was the first one in the parking lot. I hate when people show up 5 minutes before the store opens and jump out and stand in front of the door. People! Have some respect for those who were there before you and NOT get in line FIRST! So freakin' annoying! I appreciated the woman who got there after me, parked right next to me and we both waited in our cars. This is my second visit here on a Tuesday, so I can't comment on what the other days are like. On my first visit, when I walked in, the place was half EMPTY! This time I got photos. They had been stocking clothes a little when I arrived there early today, BUT this shopping area was yellow taped off meaning you CAN NOT shop in those areas - NOT at all. The same for this visit. On my first visit, I was looking for an Army and Air Force logo t-shirt for Father's Day. This time I was looking for jeans for my husband, King sized fitted sheets, and just looking around really. First I want to say I KNOW this is thrift shopping, not mall shopping, but I do expect some cleanliness. A lot of the clothes were stained and really dirty, like a lot of dog hair, cat hair, and unwashed! My hands felt so gross! Second, there is little organization. Baby clothes mixed in with all sections, women's section in the same aisle as men's section, lingerie and pajamas randomly in different sections. I'll show pics and explain. They don't have furniture and practically no household items on this day. There ARE dressing rooms, BUT they blocked off with racks of clothes and ARE TAPED OFF, CLOSED, NO ONE CAN USE THEM! Rehang your clothes, take the clothes out of the dressing room when done, and don't shoplift! I'm sure they would use them IF people were MORE CONSIDERATE while shopping! Speaking about shoplifting, they DO have security cameras. The first time I was there, the kids were running all over playing chase and hide and go seek, which is not allowed. This time there weren't any kids there. I have read the reviews on the employees. On my first visit when I checked out, I asked the cashier a question and she was a little rude and unconcerned with her response. This time one person was waiting in line and there was no cashier. We waited a few minutes and really didn't see anyone near there. Sometimes I like to ask questions about how they restock, when is the best day, return policy, etc, but with these employees, I don't think they would have the correct answer at all and would probably ignore me altogether. Again, that being said, I don't know if they have return policy or public bathrooms. Also I'd HIGHLY RECOMMEND you remove the hangers from own clothes BEFORE you go to the cash register! They don't care and will just yank the hangers off your items! I think she snagged a sweater in TWO places, even though I had already removed the hanger! Lastly, their website truly sucks! It is absolutely horrible! They need to update it and make it crystal clear on what stores offer what prices! I had heard about this thrift store last year from a well known YouTuber and when I went to another in the location in the DFW area, NONE of the information given from the website or YouTuber was correct! AND what makes it worse is the employees are so horrible, you could be getting ripped off because they are such rude and hateful employees who would bully you into not asking questions about the prices! YES, this at this location and another location from Family Thrift Center in the DFW area. I wouldn't recommend shopping here, but if you're on a really tight budget, you can spend hours searching just to find some decent adult items.

NO LONGER HERE! CLOSED! I loved this store! Before the pandemic they had dressing rooms Available and open. Then it turned into an outlet. The set price days were amazing. Wednesdays everything was a quarter! Not really sure what happened- online says "temporarily closed"- but they even peeled their hours off the windows and the neon red letters are down, gone. I don't think they're coming back ...hope this helps.

After Wednesday, June 8th this place will be permanently closed. I just noticed this fantastic resale place for clothes three weeks ago and wished I knew it sooner. While clothes are not organized they do have places where most clothes are worn for. Their inventory is awesome since they have the 2.00 sale on Thursdays when people would wait outside 30 minutes before they open at 7. And 25 cents on Wednesdays were awesome. I am in the hunt for finding a new resale place.

Went on a Monday so items were $1. I do agree that it was disorganized. However, stuff was mainly in sections(women, children, pants, shirts etc.). I feel like a lot of it was probably people just putting stuff back wherever and employees not being paid enough to go back through the racks after stuff is mixed up. This is an outlet, not a traditional store. For the price I feel like it's an OK trade off.

Closed permanently summer 2022. Old review: Now an outlet. Nothing costs more than $2! On Wednesday, everything costs a quarter, but it closes at 11:30 so they can bring in all new-to-the-store stuff. Very unorganized, but there's SO much stuff! If you want a little organization, then go on Thursday ($2 day), but get there early (7am) for the good stuff. Lots of reseller regulars come out to scope the treasures then.

Prices seemed better than Goodwill. Unsure of how items are organized but the men's clothing seemed unorganized in terms of sizing. They seem color coordinated though. The fitting room by the electronics, the lock doesn't seem to work. I went in for a fitting and thankfully I was already dressed when the door flung open by another person wanting to use the room. So just an FYI. If the item doesn't have a tag, they won't sell it to you.

The prices are ridiculous. They will say that they are pricing these items with the consumer in mind but they don't. They are only considering their side of the equation. Lower the prices and people will spend more. I took my son to look for dress shoes and they were all priced at $39.99 at a thrift store. Even ones with the pleather paling off! We had a good laugh about it and left. We bought nothing because of principle. I will not be coming back. You should also know that mom's talk about how bad the pricing is at this store. They also talk about which thrift stores to frequent. This one is often mentioned as the do not go because of pricing store.

Huge selection on clothe baby’s, women’s and men’s clothing ,tons jewelry, shoes, miscellaneous, pots, pans, books, tvs, electronics, records. Tons of furniture. They have dressing rooms. They do have men’s and womens restrooms..Everything is color coded on miscellaneous on items..This place is a must of finding cool stuff.

I was definitely curious. Talk about colorful they had a very diverse selection of clothing. Although I didn’t purchase any it would be a great place to pick up a few pieces for most occasions. The artwork looked very interesting. Priced $4.99 to $49 on this particular day. A few pieces of furniture and it was 50% for that day. I didn’t find any toys oddly. Why no toys? Check with their sale schedule be sure your getting the best deal. On the other hand, if you find what you need don’t wait, it might not be there when you return. Dropping off at this location was so so easy just pull up right side of store to their truck trailer They will unload for you. I’ll have to check back here for sure.

Not much misc clothing organization is horrible. Makes a good used furniture store. Shoes are the same price as retail outlets

This store is clean and organized, the items are very pricey, whoever is pricing needs to pay attention. Some items are cheaper at Target. I didn't buy anything because of that. I'll still go back cause you never know

I've called the Plano location multiple times with no answer. All I need to know is do you senior night and what nights are half price.

I try to visit this thrift store every 6 months. They never disappoint, with a wide range of sizes and a wide range of other household goods. I was very pleased that the prices have not increased like other thrift stores or charity stores I shop. Great job at rotating stock and keeping a great selection of current clothing choices. Who doesn't like paying $1.49 for a great find. This store is easy to find with a big parking lot shared with other stores. It is very easy to find.

I wouldn’t recommend shopping here. It’s not that big. I was looking for dresses for the summer. I didn’t see the dresses against the right wall at first. I saw another set of dresses that weren’t that great and seemed to cost just as much as a new dress from Temu or Walmart! The used glasses were just as much as new glasses you can get at Dollar Tree! I found two summer dresses and a new with tags windbreaker from Reel Life.

Decent selection of mens T- shirtsand shorts, a little lacking in the nicer array of clothing. Occasionally you can find a great deal, I found a wool sport coat for $3.99, and everything was 50% off. They are very clothing heavy. So, if your looking for plates, cups, mugs, toys, or books, or anything else non- clothing related, they don't have a huge selection. However, I did fine a neat coffee mug. It's relatively clean, although I'm pretty sure not everything has been well washed. The employees are constantly working to keep everything in order, but the parents who won't control their kids and the purely lazy people make that almost impossible. The registers moved rather quick. Prices are typical of a decent thrift store, and they run occasional sales that knock the prices down even more. There are other thrift stores I would recommend more, but this is definitely a good location to keep in your rotation. As with and thrift store is always about inventory and stock rotation. They're large enough and busy enough that if you come back monthly you should always be able to find something.

Usually decent prices, and overall a clean store. Not as crammed with clothes on the rack as some other stores which is nice but means the selection is smaller so pros and cons to it. Overall worth a visit. Found some hiking shoes for my kids here and a couple of laser disc movies which was a fun throwback.

The down side is of trying on clothe is this place does not have fitting rooms.. or bathrooms.. they do have good item so treasure seekers will find items at this place.. 4 stars I put on this place for no restrooms or no fitting rooms..

I enjoyed this place and ended up spending a little over $50. They had a good selection of men's clothing with great ties (I got 6). I also bought 3 pairs of shoes for my 7 year old because the shoes were fairly new and well priced. I've gone to this place before but the first time I didn't like their selection but several years later, I had a good experience and bought stuff. I like this place to pop tags at! :) They have a digital payment system so that I was able to use my phone to pay with Samsung pay.

My electric bill is $160 this month with my A/C on 78 degrees. Think about it... When you move to Austin Ranch you get what appears to be Black Mold, A/C that doesn't work because it can't cool your apartment below 80 degrees and runs all day long and neighbors who are drug dealers with little to zero help from management. The Police have been most helpful. My neighbor literally came over and knocked on my door and asked if I wanted weed, xanax or aderol. I can hear everything. ***Update 20th April 2020*** The staff at Austin Square are amazing. The maintenance crew is phenomenal. Truly one of a kind here. The building I live in... I like the floorplan. Be prepared to pay lots and lots and lots of money for having your aircon/heat on due to little insulation and windows not opening up. I keep my thermostat on 76 degrees for aircon and 68 for heat. No lie. My electric bill was in the tripple digits. I rarely have lights on or fans and non-essential appliance are kept off. It's crazy the temperature swings in my apartment during 1 day. This leads me to believe there's little insulation The parking is 1st come 1st serve. What would Be best is if they had marked spaces for parking so people don't take up two spots. And the next person take up two spots and so forth. With everyone working from home parking is at a premium right now and there are no spots. ***Update*** 7 March 2020 I'm here. I love it. My street is filled with people walking, people walking with their dogs who are gracious and stop to let me pet them. The sales staff constantly drive potential residents around that I get to say hello to and think I'll start telling them how much they are going to love it when they move in. It's close to everything. I'm 25 minutes from church on Sunday. I'm 6 minutes from work. I'm 7 minutes from Target and Aldi. I'm 9 minutes from Walmart and Tom Thumb. You name it... I'm close to it. The people are friendly and someone said "Welcome to the neighborhood" the 1st day I was moving in. I love Texas. I'm over an hour away from Fort Worth... I am starting to have a lot of events to attend in Fort Worth. Two next week alone back to back! In a Jeep that's some serious gas. My View from my balcony is included in the update. It's gorgeous. I do love it here. Love that I'm close to the nature trails. I already checked out the trails here and people are walking everywhere here up and down "The Hill" can't wait for "Free Time" to check it out! My neighbor works for the same company I do. She's amazing. Can't wait to get to know her better. The drawback|trade off is there is zero storage where I live. Z.E.R.O. The garage door noise is significant and wakes me up when my neighbor downstairs comes home at night. There is no ceiling fan in the living room and with 20 foot ceilings it's needed. The heater rarely shuts off unless kept at 65. There is no light switch ***Update*** 8 March 2020 Austin Square performed strong in their attention to the issues I mentioned above. I have heat. My ceiling fan is fixed. I put the HVAC ticket in as emergency given the (I was going to write temperature but this is Texas and We are cold if it's below 80 degrees farenheit) situation and it was fixed today. I put the ceiling fan in as low because they could have gotten to it this week sometime. I walked in from church to both being fixed. The on-call tech called before like I asked in the req. Best Chiropractor! Both Dr. Temple and Rebecca are amazing! They really care about their clients. The adjustments are AMAZING! You come in feeling tense and come out feeling relaxed! Austin square is great. Parking is confusing at first. Shops are all a bit too pricey for me but I appreciate the convenience of having them.

Milk tea is good and staff is friendly. I wish the music was a bit quieter. Customers have to speak up when placing an order. If it wasn't so loud there I would have stayed to enjoy my drink but instead felt like I had to leave as soon as possible.

Great place for a fun, cold drink! The employees were super helpful and friendly! Great variety and customizability on the menu. I ordered a Taro and Vanilla smoothie and it was so so good! Would definitely go back! Cute little sitting area that’s not fancy but casual and has some board games to the side that can be played. Excellent activity or shopping break!

Good service, foul tasting milk tea. Ordered the chai and taro milk teas with boba. Boba was good. But the “chai” had no hint of chai flavor and instead tasted like a mix of sunflower seeds and wheatie cereal. The taro tasted like an indescribable fake syrup not like taro at all. Both teas were undrinkable unfortunately and I am not a picky eater/drinker. Not coming back again

That always gets a star knocked off for me. Overall, this is a decent place to hunt for clothes, but because they do not have a return policy nor do they have dressing rooms. There is absolutely no way for me to fully know if something's going to fit or not. I am 100% not going to take a risk on a piece of clothing I cannot return.

Large store. No dressing rooms for a store that's 3/4 filled with clothing and all sales final policy! Rudeness is abundant with all employees! (Not just the cashiers) Helpfulness forget about finding at this establishment. Prices are ridiculous high for items gifted to help out our community in this thrift store!! I found an adorable two-piece Victoria's secret pajama set and really thought that I hit the jackpot. I got up to the front and they said that they could not sell it to me because somebody had ripped the price tag off. Some of the price tag was still visible and there were multiple other tags still attached. Why on Earth are you not able to sell items to someone that are in your store? And if you can't sell it to me, then why not price it again so that I can buy it, or maybe even simply just give it to me? I don't know. But I ended up leaving behind the other items that I had too and just walking out of the store. These are used items. It's not that serious. I certainly won't be back.

I loved the selection here! I came here for the first time today and left with a full cart. A little pricey but still a good deal for most of the items. My only major complaint is that a skirt I wanted to buy did not have a price tag on it so the cashier would not sell it to me :’( it was a maxi white pleated skirt and I would still love to buy it so if you see this managers pls save it for me!!

prices are actually wild. found a set of plates (not fine china, just plates) that at any other thrift store would be MAYBE $20. here, it was $90. Plus, they write their prices with marker ON the home good products. I’ve personally tried to get it off certain objects, and it won’t come off. I just don’t see the logic behind the pricing or the display of the pricing. Buy some stickers!

Lots of items, good prices, mostly clothing with plenty of kitchen items. Line was long, though, even somewhat late on a weekday evening. It went pretty quick so not too bad.

Walked in the store today and my sister seen a dresser that she wanted to buy and my mom called a lady from behind the counter that we wanted to buy the dresser. So a worker walked over and asked "what do we need", not once but twice. Not how can I help you but "what do you need". You guys need to train your workers on how to talk to people(customers) properly.

This place is the best for clothes! It's much cleaner and better organized than most second-run clothing shops. There are two dressing rooms with full length mirrors for trying things on too. I scored a cashmere sweater there today for $9. Also good for home goods (knick knacks, serving ware, etc.). They sell factory-direct mattresses. Very small selection of furniture, but that category seems to turn over quickly. Check their sales. Sometimes clothes are 40% off. All proceeds go to support an excellent charity.

I love St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store of Plano. They have specials daily. I received a text message when they have an extra special. The store is clean and well organized. One visit, I was overcharged by one item. I didn't catch it until I was away from the store. I had not contacted the store about it but the clerk who had waited on me gave called me on the phone to apologize that she had made a mistake. She felt so bad but said they would make it right. I returned to the store for a refund on the item. I was so impressed that she took the time to call me. She didn't have to do that.

Love this place. They have a lot of new or almost new clothing, including good name brands. Certain days, they offer 30% or more off certain departments (clothing, housewares, etc). Friendly staff. Large selection of books. Don't forget to sign into Yelp for an additional $5 off any purchase of $10 or more. If you go on a 30% off everything day (usually on weekends) and get at least $10 worth of stuff, with the additional $5 off with the Yelp coupon offer, you can leave with $15 worth of items for around $5, and their prices are good to begin with.

This store did not give what it was supposed to give, sadly. I made the 40 minute trip to check it out since I saw a woman on TikTok hyping it up. She told nothing but lies, because this thrift store is not it. Majority of the clothing is $3.99, with the exception of some rare items either being marked up or down. They do have a $1 section that is designated for useless tshirts that events give away for free. The shoes are all in different prices, but they’re still too expensive for a thrift store. The selection is limited, the clothes are mostly for women. I didn’t care for the furniture and other items being sold. I think the prices are ambitious for a thrift store and I understand why they must price it higher. Resellers have ruined it for those of us that rely on them. However, I will not be returning back.

Great unique activity! We booked ahead of time which is necessary for the scarves. They were a little smaller than we thought and you aren’t able to change options for the scarves without notice so definitely be sure of your sizes and book accordingly. They also have other options to choose from that don’t need advance notice and lots of color options. The person who helped us out gave a very detailed tutorial and helped talk us through design ideas before we even started which was helpful. They also provide a book with color combo and pattern ideas. The whole process only took about an hour and they send you home with your scarf (wet) and care instructions. Definitely a good choice for a fun activity!

Had a private party with adults and kids and had a wonderful time! They were super helpful, kind and informative. Outcome was great and didn't realize how much fun it would be.

Had a wonderful workshop date with my hubby! The staff was so helpful and the choices of what we could dip were pretty neat! The option to add a print while we were there was totally worth it! That you for such a great time, I can’t wait to go back and do it again!

I took my daughters, a friend and her daughters here to try water marbeling. It was very fun and simple. We loved picking our colors and making our designs. They explained things well and helped along the way. We made the smaller scarves.

This was really cool. We went for a birthday party and I fully expected to leave with something that looked bad because I’m not super artsy. The team was so knowledgeable and explained things so well that I ended up being able to make a design I was really happy with and get it transferred onto some coasters

Five of us attended this class, three in which were teenagers. The teenagers were skeptical at first but this turned out to be more fun than anyone expected. The staff was very flexible and accommodating from the day I booked the appointment. Scheduling on-line was easy and my questions and concerns were quickly addressed in a response to my email. Our class instructor was super friendly and easy going. She laughed and joked with us and made us feel right at home. She gave us simple directions with a demonstration and then let us make our designs as we wanted. She was always right there to help when we needed it. There was such a large variety of items to choose from and almost every color you could want. In our four day trip to Dallas, this turned out to be everyone’s favorite event. I would recommend anyone thinking about it to just go do it. It is something we will do again when in the area.

Great activity with the friends! Lots of different items to choose from. Pretty good explanation of the process. I recommend getting there early to look at patterns and colors. One thing they don't tell you that you don't think about the first time is that unless you are doing paper, scarf, or something else flat, the design you make is not what you'll end up with. My only other issues was that we had offered to return to pick up our items after going to eat, but they dried them "good enough" and paint from my planter came off onto the bag it was in.

Hope’s Door Resale Store has moved! It moved across the parking lot to a corner space formerly occupied by the Texas DPS. The new space is bright, uncluttered, and inviting. I’ve visited my share of thrift stores. Most are cluttered with merchandise, have a musty old smell, and are simply not conducive to shopping. Hope’s Door has inviting displays of collectibles, home dec, children’s books, jewelry, shoes, and clothing (of course). Most items appear to be never worn or rarely worn. Prices were good! Highly recommend.

Love this place. Donate here often. The pin for the address/ location on map is incorrect. It is in same general location as before, but has moved into the old TX Drivers License office. Find the Olive Burger location and you will be close.

What a beautiful new location! All items are quality, Pricing is very transparent and incredibly reasonable. They have lots of designer brands and everything is good quality. Renee was so friendly - and it’s for charity!

Pros: Two jeans and a tie for a bit over $3. Cons: Extremely unprofessional cashier. Laughing on the phone instead of communicating with customers, mumbling prices and getting snarky when I couldn't hear it. ("$3.75." "Sorry, I didn't catch that." "Do you want $3.75 or $9.75?"). A lot of variety (books, games, clothes, decor), but I'm not going back after that.

We are from the Houston area. We often come to the Plano area to visit family. Once we heard that Hope was having a Moving Sale, we decided to drive up for the weekend. Hope Resale is definitely one of The Best resale shops that we have ever encountered in our shopping adventures! We just LOVE shopping here!

Two stars for the merchandise being organized by size and condition the clothes are in. I found a great linen shirt, only problem is a hole was punched through the fabric with the price tag. Linen is a delicate woven fabric that will unravel when washed if damaged. It will have to be repaired by a professional. At checkout I asked for a discount. The cashier blamed special needs workers for the hole and said that the business won’t hold themselves accountable for their work.

You will always find something. Kind lady Brownie is knowledgeable & always helpful. Everyone that works there is solid. Shop for an amazing cause! Each visit a delight!

Fabulous place. It’s about 1/2 clothing and 1/2 knick nacks, all good quality fun stuff. There’s a deviated maternity room and man cave with the respective type of products in each. Furniture, electronics, toys, etc. The cashier explained that everything is tested on arrival; she also offered me her personal umbrella with the understanding I could bring it back in a couple days ❤️. Shop here, you’ll find something cool I promise. Wonderful experience. I look forward to visiting again.

What a great place!!! The book section is SUPERB and really organized! I can’t wait to go back! And I love that my money goes to our troops and the military. They were so welcoming when I came in too and explained the layout of the store. Absolutely love this place!!

It's not bad. I didn't find too much of a men's selection there. There were a lot of handbags which is nice for women. My daughter enjoyed this place and bought several things here. It's clean but smells musty. I did however like the little furniture area off to the side. For a small location, she had a lot of good looking furnishings. Lots of wall decors that I know my wife would enjoy.

We love this thrift store! Lisa and her niece are always so kind when we stop by. Prices are about average thrift store pricing. They even have a “home good” section on the side. They occasionally have tag sales, but depend on the color. There are however, no fitting rooms and no public bathroom as a heads up!

Not the biggest thrift store but it has its perks. I personally really only thrift home decor and movies. So I do not go onto the other sections so I can't comment on that. But each time I have come I have found something so it's a win for me! I don't go out of my way to come here but I make sure to stop by if I am in the area!

A hidden gem! Store, staff and stuff are just great as is their donating cause! Prices are amazing and I've donated here along with purchased items for our short term rental and our home staging business. The cute little dresser was perfect for one of the bedrooms at the rental and the old "medical" military blanket (laying on the sofa with a burgundy stripe) was featured in the DIY Network show Building Off the Grid which we filmed in east Texas. You'll never know what you'll find but a good time looking is guaranteed!

Prices are decent, 99 cent sweatpants, and even found some dresses with pockets, downside is a lack of a dressing room, some stuff you can eyeball it compared to jeans, but for stuff like jackets and shirts you could probably just put it over your current outfit if you're not dressed too heavily. Wish the closing time was extended a bit more but the store's small enough to where it shouldn't take you too long to find stuff if you enter in the middle of the day.

The best thrift store in Plano hands down! Prices are very reasonable. The owner talks so sweet to her employee, and even with their face masks on, I can see their beautiful smiles. Definitely coming back.

Firstly, I appreciated the variety of stores available at Collin Creek Shopping Center. From popular clothing brands to specialty shops, there was something for everyone. I particularly enjoyed browsing through the selection of home decor stores, as they offered unique and stylish items. The center also had a decent food court with a good range of options, making it convenient for a quick bite to eat. However, I found the overall atmosphere of the shopping center to be lacking. The layout felt a bit confusing, and it was not always easy to navigate between stores. Additionally, the center seemed to be in need of some updates and renovations. Some areas appeared outdated and worn, which took away from the overall shopping experience. Furthermore, parking was a bit of a hassle. The parking lot was often crowded, and finding a spot close to the entrance was a challenge. It would be beneficial if the shopping center could provide more parking spaces or implement a better parking management system. Overall, the Collin Creek Shopping Center has its pros and cons. While it offers a decent variety of stores and a convenient food court, the overall atmosphere and parking situation could use improvement. With some updates and better organization, this shopping center has the potential to be a more enjoyable destination for shoppers.

how sad. i remember the mall from my youth, with saks fifth avenue, sanger harris, dillard's , playing games in the arcade, looking in the bookstores like b.dalton and waldenbooks, kaybee toys.......and the river walk that was in the middle was so unique. now its all gone.

With the mall gone, shopping there just isn't the same

This place is a calm and very kid-friendly environment. The play area has soft carpet flooring, and children are required to take off their shoes, which makes it cleaner and safer for little ones. The space is large, comfortable, and usually not crowded, so kids can enjoy playing freely while parents relax.

All the shops at Willow Bend are really great!! Macys, Equinox are my favorites! Tea shop, crayons, cell Dr, etc . all are amazing!! The entrance of the mall has an awesome design and great interior ambiance and amenities, well equipped and maintained. Clean, tidy, and looks great!!

I visited this shopping center on a Sunday afternoon, and it seemed not that busy. The environment is spacious, clean and nicely decorated. There is a big playground for children and families, and it is right next to the stores selling snacks and ice cream. The choices in food court are quite limited, and many popular fashion brands could not be found here. I quite like Club Monaco and J.Crew, neither of them is here.

Great mall! Got a few speciality shops. While there is a lot of stores not open or empty this is a very great place to visit for unique items and events. There is also a community of people that use this mall for morning walks due to hot weather in this area. Highly recommend a visit and a walk around to cool off

The weather was perfect to be outdoors. What a lovely place to shop and enjoy great food ,yummy drinks and delicious desserts.

Legacy West is a fantastic destination with a great mix of shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The atmosphere is modern and lively, making it a fun place to walk around, whether you’re grabbing a bite to eat, shopping at high-end stores, or just enjoying the vibe. There’s a great selection of restaurants, from casual spots to upscale dining, so there’s something for everyone. Checkout their website for events all year long. Parking can get a little crowded, especially on weekends, but it’s worth the visit. Overall, a great place to spend an afternoon or evening!

Love, love, love this outdoor shopping mall/center. The kids and I enjoyed our stroll and shopping. Highly recommend Legacy West. You will not regret the location, the restaurants, the view, the shopping, and overall experience. Shop, Dine, and Stay just as their advertising says.

Awesome place for some shopping or a bite to eat. Many dog friendly stores too.

This is a nice area with a decent number of quality shops and restaurants. The dancing water fountain in the center of the shopping strip is a fun concept; however, it has not been operating for a very long time. They may be able to improve the experience if they could stop loud cars from the garages and the street itself; they are not only very disturbing, they could even be potentially dangerous. Since there are apartments there, the businesses are not open too long on weekends. There are also not enough businesses to bring folks back regularly.

It's a great spot to visit at night, offering a vibrant atmosphere and good vibes. The place features a few branded shops, making it a nice destination for shopping as well. December is the perfect time to visit, especially in the evening, when the place comes alive with lights and energy. It's also a fantastic location for a photoshoot, with some scenic spots. Whether you're out for a leisurely stroll, some shopping, or simply to capture some great memories, this place is definitely worth the visit.

The Target in West Plano is a pretty nice Super Target with everything you need. The store is clean, well-organized, and the staff is cool and helpful. It's generally a solid place to shop with a wide variety of products that cater to most of your needs. However, I'm giving it four stars because of a disappointing experience with their donuts. I wanted to grab a donut, but the one I picked was old, stale, and overpriced at $3. To make matters worse, it was covered in flies in the display. Aside from the donut issue, everything else about this Target is solid with no problems. Just steer clear of the donuts, and you should have a pleasant shopping experience.

A big Target store with big selections in a clean environment. Enjoyed being able to shop peacefully during a weekday. Target is always adding new things and putting old, mismatched, or overstocked things on clearance at end caps of shopping aisles, so keep an eye out for savings beyond the weekly ads or your loyalty program. This visit I got half off a cute orange vase, bought an ice cube tray with storage bucket and scoop, and some other random things. It is always worth a stop if you have the time.

Great place for beautiful stuff. I went to this store looking for closet space ideas and they have lots of beautiful selection. I love everything about target 🎯. Clean store and they have self checkouts but also regular checkouts that is a plus. It has a Starbucks so I can shop with energy. Lol 😂 I will definitely be coming back

8-1-24: Visiting this store has become incredibly and increasingly frustrating. Despite having 20-30 registers and self-checkouts on both ends, they only had one open register, (Register 1) and one open self-checkout area with 4 self-checkout registers, both on the grocery side and right next to one another. This meant a long walk for anyone parked on the home/pharmacy side as no registers were open on that side of the store, adding unnecessary hassle to the shopping experience. If the store can't manage its registers effectively, it would be better off with a smaller location or reconsidering its operations altogether. It is obvious that the Target management at this location is incompetent. If the management team can't handle running a store of this size, they should consider downsizing to a smaller, more manageable location. I will be contacting Target corporate over the extremely poor conditions of how this store is being poorly managed. ——————————— All these registers and they don’t get used. They need to be replaced with Self-Checkouts. Especially when they only have 8 self checkouts and one of the stations is out of order. It’s ridiculous how long it takes to checkout at Target 🎯. When Walmart has 50-60 self-checkouts to Targets 🎯 7.

I came in very tired from a long day and Michael assisted me at checkout. He was very kind, patient, knowledgeable and made everything easy for me. I asked if I could pay with my target red card through my app, and he taught me how and helped me set it up correctly since I didn’t have my physical card with me. I appreciate his time, kindness, and assistance. :)

I enjoy shopping at target. I consider myself as a Bonafide Target Shopper. I enjoy going down each Isle. Especially the fruit section, just love it. Just love it.

Check the expiration dates on EVERYTHING. at this store. We used to love this store on Sunday morning, but now they have had just two people at checkouts every time, and we’ve noticed expired food over and over again. Horrible. Beware. There were at least five of these on the shelf that were expired. There were two other items expired in other aisles before I thought about taking a picture. Updated: Following week having to wait even longer to checkout. Horrible. Will be finding a different store.
