Millstone is quite the bakery, the pastries are delicious, the fresh baked breads are a must, and the croissants are the best you’re ever gonna get. I’ve ordered 3 cakes and I have loved each one. The cake is moist and the details in the design are top notch. I recommend coming here if you have a celebration coming up and need some flavorful desserts or even for a nice hot mocha latte made with their delightful chocolate ganache. The manager and staff are very friendly and very informative. Two thumbs up to millstone bakery!

We popped in after lunch for a sweet and was pleasantly surprised how delicious all their cake slices looked. We got a slice of boston cream, German chocolate and Italian cream. My wife said the German chocolate was one of the best she’s had in a long time. They have a great selection and will definitely be back.

We used Millstone Bakery for our wedding cake in July. First of all, it was GORGEOUS. We wanted a vintage style all white icing decor on the outside and they nailed it. It was so pretty!!! Francesca was also super communicative and detailed, which made the process so easy. We went in for a cake taste testing, ordered it and they delivered it during the right time on our wedding day and it was so seamless. The process was incredibly easy and the cake was delicious. We had a two occasion weekend. We ordered two cakes. They were both amazing. Delicious. Well decorated. Loved them. What's impressive though is that we zoned out on ordering the second cake . With little time or notice Millstone staff came through! Very well handled and much appreciated. Missed taking pic of the second cake, which is a shame because it was also beautiful

Excellent service by the staff, making the spot a good outing spot for families. I regularly take cakes for all my occasions and my kid loves it. Special mention to mango moose cake, as it's our favorite.

Sweet Hut Bakery offers an open atmosphere that makes it ideal place to settle in for a productive work session or to enjoy a relaxing catch-up with friends. The interior providing plenty of room to spread out without feeling crowded. In this visit, we only ordered drinks, which were refreshing. The menu features a wide variety of beverage options. While we didn’t try any food this time, the Salt & Pepper Chicken Nuggets caught our attention, they seemed to be a customer favorite based on how often we saw them being ordered. The aroma coming from the chicken was tempting, and we’re definitely looking forward to returning to try more of their snack offerings. Overall, Sweet Hut strikes a balance between comfort and functionality. A solid choice for anyone looking for a spot to recharge or get some work done!

I’ve placed an order for delivery. And called to ask if happy birthday can be added to the cake and was told -sure! I’ve ordered a Black Forest Cake. It arrived not only without any happy birthday note but also there were no cherries inside! Not even one! Me, birthday person and guests were excited for this cake and we tried Black Forest before and knew it has cherries between layers. Not this one! It was embarrassing for me when we cut the cake and disappointing overall..It tasted like regular cheap supermarket cake but for much higher price! I never bother to leave bad reviews but birthday experience was in part ruined because of this. It was my first and last time shopping here!

his bakery and café is fantastic! The selection of baked goods is incredible! I wanted to try every single one. Each item is so beautifully made that it was hard to decide what to order. I also had the fried chicken (medium spicy), which was the perfect level of heat and absolutely delicious, along with a custard bun that was wonderfully tasty. I’ll definitely be returning often!

I ordered a mango refresher. It was made by some guy with curly black hair who looked like he was high. He spilled some of my drink as he carried it out to me. I told him to get me a new one but he didn’t understand. I took the drink home and found a couple of his long black curly hairs in my drink. Nasty and disgusting. Won’t ever order from here again.

Absolutely love the Japanese Cheesecake here. It’s very soft and delicious. The thai tea with lychee jelly was also very tasty. They have a wide range of pastries and bakery items.

Wow! Super delicious food, i am so glad i found this bakery, it will be my new go-to spot. Tried the meat pie, kishik, cheese and zaatar and all were amazing! The owners are very nice and lovely, we had a great time meeting them and getting to know them. We will be back for sure!!

100% recommended food is beyond expectation. We ordered one half half pie, one meat, one cheese with veggies and one zaatar with cheese. All were delicious, Fadia the owner is so humble and sweet she offered us figs and coffee. If you ever find yourself in Plano Fadia’s is the place to go!

Fadia’s Lebanese Deli & Bakery in Plano is seriously a gem! We tried the Zaatar & Cheese Pie and the Soujuk Pie — both came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The dough is soft but perfectly crisped at the edges, and the cheese is gooey without being greasy. They’ve got a great variety from Shawarma wraps to Fattoush salad, and even baklawa and maamoul for dessert. Everything tastes homemade. Nice staff and a cozy vibe — 10/10 recommend!

Used to be good, not anymore! I ordered what I used to order Akawi pie. When I took it home I see they put 2 little cheese bite, like finger snack. The price is high. Also they give the burned food.

I’ve been here twice and I wasn’t disappointed both times. Y’all have a returning customer for life, this is the best shawarma I’ve had in Plano hands down. The food is made to order fresh so it’s hot and delicious. The friendly Lebanese man and woman running the place or a joy to talk to. They have a plethora of Mediterranean groceries if you need.

A true hidden gem!!! Absolutely loved this place, stopped by for the first time today. Family owned and operated, has a real warm “sitting at a family dinner” vibe and the people working it are sweet and attentive. Had the shawarma, baklava and baba ganoush. Walked away with some basturma as well. Extremely well priced! Can’t recommend it enough!

Nothing beats a freshly baked manouche. It was excellent. Owner was very friendly and very affordable meal.

Wow. I had no idea Tiffs Treats had storefront locations. I’ve been ordering from Tiffs ever since I discovered them when I lived in Austin. The cookies were fresh and tasty and the staff is super friendly. I thought it was a nice touch that they put my cookies in a nice box and added a ribbon. 😄

Cookies are amazing, that's the only reason this isn't 1 star as the staff was far from good. I walked in, there were 4 or 5 workers, one of them walked in/out of the area with no acknowledgement I was even there, and when they did, finally, greet me it was just a "yes", no hello, no politeness at all. I had pre-ordered a dozen and 2 half dozen cookies. First time I'd ever ordered ahead of time. I wanted them in a dozen, and then 2 half dozen boxes. they were all together. The lady, rudely I will add, said if you don't stipulate that we put them all together. When I added that I have them going to different places she just said the same thing again, no offer to give me a couple of boxes so I could redistribute, nothing. Her tone was very apparent that I was an inconvenience to her afternoon. I highly recommend you use a different location as this one will never see another dollar and I'll be using it as my bad service example going forward.

I was coming to pick up only a few cookies on a Monday afternoon and the gentleman at the front was very kind to me. Extremely good customer service and speedy.

Very nice staff, professional, and clean place. I wish I took a picture of the box of cookies I got. The guy put a cute bow on it too and asked if I wanted my cookies heated and ice cream to go along. Very good selection and the friend I had given the cookies to said they were out of this world. I just received 2 dozen assorted WARM cookies delivered to my door for my birthday! It is 21 degrees F outside and the cookies were WARM! There were Chocolate Chip. Oatmeal Raisin, M&M Cookies, Snickerdoodles, and Peanut butter cookies.. They came in a smart looking bag ( see photos) and a card from my friend. The sharp looking box is foil lined to keep the cookies warm and there was a big "Happy Birthday" on the front. I am VERY impressed!

LARGE COOKIE OPERATION and friendly staff. They can handle any size order. I came late morning to order 4 dozen cookies and they got it! Don’t forget to check out special packaging and it comes with balloons! Got and fresh cookies everyone will love these cookies.

The bake shop is cute and has great atmosphere. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I ordered a hot vanilla latte, pesto Parmesan croissant and a peach cream pastry. Both were very delicious! Highly recommend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ La Casita Bakeshop is a true hidden gem in Richardson! We stopped by and tried two pastries — one traditional and one unique — and both were absolutely incredible. Flaky, buttery, and perfectly balanced in flavor. But the real showstopper was the Birria Brisket Croque Madame. For $19, you get birria-braised brisket and melty Oaxaca cheese between sourdough, topped with a rich Oaxaca mornay sauce, pickled red onions, a sunny-side-up egg, and a touch of salsa macha. It knocked my socks off — rich, flavorful, and worth every bite. We’re already planning our next visit to explore the rest of their breakfast menu. Do yourself a favor and check this place out!

Cute little coffee shop and bakery. The service is great and food is delicious, I ordered a hot chocolate with almond milk and the chilaquiles. The horchata needs improvement it was not really good, but aside from that everything was great, will definitely be back.

La Casita Catering was absolutely fantastic for our wedding! Elizabeth was so wonderful to work with — incredibly responsive, professional, and thoughtful in helping us curate the perfect menu for our event. The food was delicious, and the hors d’oeuvres were to die for — definitely a crowd favorite! I also can’t say enough good things about the cake and desserts they prepared. Everything was beautifully presented and so tasty that we hardly had any leftovers. I’m not a fan of fondant, so I especially appreciated the timeless and elegant buttercream design on our cake. It was truly perfect from start to finish. Highly recommend La Casita Catering!

Very nice bakery in Richardson. They make the best sourdough bread. They started as bakery and now they have all meals. It’s in a strip mall, parking is there but could be limited. Highly recommended!

Matcha was good. $8.6+ for a 16 oz iced matcha with cold foam. Not a fan of the cups, iced drinks + paper cup + Texas heat = truly doesn’t make sense. sipable area was melting off by the time I reached my 5 min destination.

My wife and I started eating the cookies tonight that I had ordered earlier in the day as a new customer. Found a long hair baked into one of the cookies that was not the same color of either of our hairs. Needless to say we lost our appetite. 🤮. Update: The customer service team did reach out to help make things right for us. I appreciate them going the extra mile to rectify an unpleasant experience and have adjusted my star rating accordingly

Very clean place. They acknowledge you as soon as you walk in, very friendly staff. Cookie recipes remain unchanged. My faves are the chocolate chip pecan and the white chocolate macadamia cookies. They've got brownies & ice cream too.

Normally I don't order from a competitor, but this was the special occasion to do so, and I am glad I chose Tiff's Treats. Ordering in store was extremely easy. Service was quick, and timely. Overall, great product and delivery. I would order again. Total price for a dozen cookies in "I love you" packaging, delivery fee, tip, and mylar balloons was $33.

Tiff's treats has some of the best texture tasting cookies. For those who love snickerdoodle and peanut butter cookies. This place is a must.

I am an avid supporter of Tiffs Treats and have been there atleast 2 dozen times over the last few years, ordered my usual cookie collection and got home, started eating a cookie starting with the yellow cake cookie and it was almost completely raw, said okay, stuff happens, took a piece of the next, Oatmeal Chocolate Chocolate, same, completely raw, then proceeded to check the rest of the cookies, and they were also raw and the rhe Brownie was hard, almost burnt on the outside and raw in the middle. Not sure what happened 😕 but definitely disappointed with that visit.

There were a number of people in line but that did not rattle the worker. She attended to each person as if they were the only ones in the store which made your purchase a little more special

Doing a triple back flip over the flavor. I wanted a unique cake and you delivered. They have over fifty cake flavors. I got a three tier, five inch, cookie dough, cake batter, and red velvet cake. The crafting and taste were right on. Highly recommending to my friends and family! P.S. the bakery smells amazing!

I’m thoroughly impressed by Sugar Ray’s bakery. I ordered 100 Lego themed cup cakes for an office party and not only did I get exactly what I was hoping for, but the cupcakes were very delicious as well! My coworkers kept asking me where they were from because they were so good and demanded I get more from this place next time. The flavors are prominent and the cupcakes are very moist. For this party I got chocolate, birthday cake, carrot cake and red velvet and all of them were spot on.

I’m obsessed with this bakery. I live across the street which is dangerous. I love popping in with my kids and grabbing whatever yummy cupcakes flavors they have that day. I’ve also ordered for birthdays and they’re always on time and responsive.

We stopped in to pickup a cupcake for a special treat for my sons birthday. The bakery smells amazing and the cupcake was delicious. He chose the vanilla bean cupcake and loved it.

Regular cake must be the best!! But if you are looking for eggless cake, then this is not your place to go. We ordered 3 cakes- Tiramisu, almond and black forest. The flavors were horrible. Cakes were lumpy , not properly baked and it had some weird taste. One guest stated’ “I will never eat Tiramisu cake again in my life”. Bad experience for me as all my guests were disappointed. They took a bite and threw dish in garbage. Had to throw most of cake in garbage. The pieces were also lumpy. I spent over $250.

I was told the coffee cake was freshly made today, but it both looked and tasted like it was a few days old. It was dry, lacked flavor, and certainly didn’t meet the expectations of a fresh bakery item. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place based on my experience.

Two Crazy Bakers did an amazing job on our wedding cake and grooms (cookie) cake! It is so hard to find affordable bakeries that provide beautiful cakes that are also delicious, Two Crazy Bakers did just that! The wedding cake was exactly what I wanted and the cookie cake was beyond perfect!! Highly recommend!

They've made my last 3 birthday cake, most recently was ironman with wonder woman.. they have always done a great job trying to create the way desired .. there was a little hiccup on the most recent cake - design wise, and I asked if we could make a few changes. With only a couple hours left before close, they worked with me to get the cake exactly how we wanted, without any conflict. Thank you!

I've had their cakes a few times and they never disappoint. I stopped by yesterday and requested a cake last minute. The staff were accommodating even though I didn't call ahead. Next time I plan ahead and make an order earlier. I definitely recommend this bakery for cakes. The cakes are soft and the icing is good too.

I was sitting here a year later, admiring the cakes made by Butterfly Bakery at my wedding and wanted to share, a great memory! I love to bake and had a pretty solid idea of what I wanted and they still made it even PRETTIER! The attention to detail on the pearls was incredible! The flavors were DELICIOUS! On top of that they had an easy and fun cake tasting! They were so sweet; my mom really wanted an in person cake tasting because so few things had been in person during the wedding processes compared to when she got married. Butterfly Bakery had a great peaceful atmosphere and let us eat our tasting there. The whole experience felt easy, then we finished the tasting with a conversation with the manager to place our order. It’s much easier for me to talk through it than type it so I appreciated the face-to-face interaction! They were one of the easiest vendors I worked with and they exceeded expectation! Will definitely be ordering again!

Butterfly Cakery is incredible. They did my wedding cake a few months back and both the presentation / taste were impeccable. A few months later I found out I was pregnant and we inquired about a gender reveal cake, we were lucky enough to receive our results back from the doctor earlier than anticipated, and Butterfly Cakery went above and beyond to have us a cake ready for our intimate gender reveal with family. We are so incredibly grateful and will remain loyal customers to this bakery due to their continuous commitment to excellence and their desire to go above and beyond in every circumstance. Each flavor we have tried has been delicious, and each cake we've ordered has been a work of art- my photo's do not do them justice! If you're looking for a bakery, this is the one!

Our cutting cake was absolutely BEAUTIFUL and everything I dreamed of. The flavor was delicious and the cake was still moist even picking it up the day before and keeping it in the fridge! The desserts for our dessert table were also delicious I'm guessing from how our guests scooped them up! I am only giving 4 stars because the commutation between the shop and I was hit or miss and I had to following a few times but the results was amazing

BEST CAKE I’VE EVER HAD! I was searching for a vintage heart cake in the Dallas area for my sister’s bridal shower and stumbled upon Butterfly Cakery. I hadn’t tried their cakes before and was blindly ordering from out of town. I decided to take a chance and boy oh boy– it was worth it! We chose a strawberries & cream cake– we got soooo many compliments on it. The cake was fresh, soft, and didn’t taste like artificial strawberries. It was perfect! Plus, we could smell fresh strawberries the entire car ride after we picked it up! 🍓 When we picked the cake up, they were so helpful and kind. They even helped carry it to our car. I would order from them again in a heartbeat. 10/10 💗 If you’re trying to decide whether or not to order from Butterfly Cakery, I would recommend doing so asap!

RACIST!!!! Me and my daughter decided to try this place for the first time today. When we walked in a chunky white lady with glasses came from the back. She didn’t greet us, she simply asked what she could get for us. I ended up getting 4 cupcakes because it was our first time trying. The lady rung me up and did not say a word. I gave her a $20 and she gave me back my change. I said thank you, and she just looked at me. She didn’t say a word back. She didn’t give us a good bye or thanks for coming in, nothing! On top of the treatment that we received with such a short encounter, I actually drove 20 minutes away to try this place and we were treated very poorly. If you’re doing a service for people you would think that you would provide basic customer service. PEOPLE OF COLOR, they don’t care for us and the cakes were not good at all. NO NEED TO WASTE YOUR MOMEY TRYING THIS PLACE.

I had such an incredible experience at Butterfly Cakery. I wanted a cake for my sister’s bridal shower. Brittany, the owner, spent so much time with me on the phone and in person to help me figure out what I wanted and designed it for me. She then emailed me all the details exactly as described to me in person. The cake was exactly as she had designed and described it and looked even better than I had imagined it. It was gorgeous and very tasty. Our guests were asking where we got the cake and gave us so many complements. Thank you so much to Brittany, and also Robin and other staff who helped make our event beautiful with their incredible talent and art. My sister also ordered her wedding cake from here. I placed an order for a gender reveal cake and accidentally got the date wrong on my initial request. I needed it Saturday and had set the pickup date for the following Monday instead. Day of the event when I realized the mistake I dared to ask if they could complete my cake that same day. And they came through! Thats customer service! Thank y’all so much - you have no idea what this meant to a first time mama. (Who apparently is dealing with some pregnancy brain!)

I paid for my daughter's first BD cake and clearly stated what colors the cake should have. Laura, the owner, added the color that I SPECIFICALLY told her not to add which is PINK! I told her to add golden color to the cake bottom. Instead she added yellow and pink. So the cake was white, yellow and pink. The cake looked ugly with all those colors. She didn't bother to discuss the problem with me and left me a message saying "I had to make an artistic decision and it was not practical to contact you to request permission. The pink on the sides is barely visible and in my opinion matches perfectly with your backdrop." So basically she gets to tell me what seems better and not better with the background I picked. I paid her for the cake and she gets to decides what is better or not. If so, why did I bother to pay for a customized cake. I could have gotten the cake from a normal bakery and used that instead. Now the next problem is that without my consent how did she manage to get to see my baby pictures from the studio where she delivered? This is very concerning to me. Two independent businesses and she manages to see the pictures to shuts me off. Laura, are you related to the studio in anyway? Laura, with this attitude, you should be running for President of United States. You get to decide what is best or not and others to keep shut. Another thing I would like to add is that the icing is WAY TOO sweet to give any adult diabetes. For child it is not safe to have that amount of sugar. When I told Laura about it, her response was that it's perfect for cake smashing. But MISS LAURA some babies eat cake during cake smashing. Do you not agree?

Laura is one of the sweetest person that I came across! We love her baked goods! Especially the cakes and macaroons! My kids love her moist chocolate cakes..she has done amazing cakes for our kids birthdays!!! I love her presentation! Name any theme and she adds her own style of signature to the cakes/cookies/cupcakes! She definitely sticks to the time lines! I would definitely recommend petite sweets!! I'll begin by stating w out an ounce of embarrassment, I enjoy sweets like no other. I have a very extreme sweet tooth and have my days where I crave my cakes, therefore I have tried many and plenty. Laura's baking is unmatched! I had never understood the difference with cakes and baking in general until my husband and I taste tested her cakes in anticipation for our wedding. We wanted a cake that would be talked about long after the wedding! Her flavors, the moistness of the cake and the sweetness of the frosting was something I had never had! I remember asking if I could purchase anything to take home just after tasting the flavors, she had laid out for us that we wanted in our wedding cake! My taste buds had cheated me all of my life it felt, I could have never known such amazing goodness until crossing paths with Laura's Sweets! Thank you so much Laura, we truly thank you for your beautiful work! The color of our cake was so perfect, the additional cupcakes you threw in unexpectedly for our guests for had nut allergies was beyond appreciated! You truly went above and beyond for our special day! Even shipping our son's airpod back to our home as he came to taste test with us and didn't realize he left it behind! Laura made my son's 6th birthday cake on short notice after many other bakers turned us down. She did a fabulous job on a ramen noodle cake for us. We couldn't have asked for better.

Lilac Rose Cupcakery made cupcakes for my daughter’s wedding and they were a HUGE hit! The cupcakes are the most beautiful and most delicious I have ever had! They are like individual works of art. There is no need for a wedding cake with these cupcakes!

Great chain place to get cupcakes. I had a banana one and it was moist and had a lot of banana flavor. My husband had the tiramisu and the chocolate cupcake was fine, but the coffee frosting was awesome. Good ratio of frosting to cake. Cute little place. Customer service was great! Had a walk up option and can order ahead. Would go again

I've had Fat Bottom Girl Cupcakes in Hot Springs, Arkansas. They WERE my absolute favorite!. It truly pains me to say that these cupcakes out rank them in both taste and appearance. You'll have to take my word for how pretty they were when they got here.

Bunny was super friendly and made me feel really welcome I've never been to a sprinkles before so I wasn't sure what the best pick would be but wow! they recommended the cookies and cream cupcake, and it was delicious!!! 😄 Great vibes, awesome staff, and delicious treats. Can’t wait to come back!

I truly love this place, and their cupcakes have always been my guilty pleasure. Naturally, I wanted to make my sister’s birthday extra special by ordering a dozen customized cupcakes. After investing a great deal of time, effort, and over $70 to create unique designs for each cupcake, I was disheartened to discover that four of them had been labeled with “Taurus” instead of “Leo.” We had no choice but to remove the signs before serving them to family and friends. It was disappointing, especially since I had put so much care into ensuring every detail was perfect for my sister’s celebration.

I always get the banana flavor and it’s so good. Tastes like an iced breakfast muffin. The staff there, especially Vernon and Candace, are so friendly. It’s def worth a try for those looking for a sweet treat!

They delivered my cupcakes to the wrong address said they dropped them off at front desk but sent a confirmation email of them on the sidewalk in front of a building not at the location on the ticket nor at the front desk as instructed. I have no idea who received them. I received my cupcakes... lemon blueberry had one blueberry and no lemon flavor at all, strawberry flavored was so subtle I couldn't tell at first, way too much icing. I really expected more, a lot more. They were very pretty but that's as far as I'll go.

My favorite flavor is the bacon and cheese. The other flavors are mostly misses for me. I got the cinnamon roll before and it was decent. Definitely visit before 8am for the best experience! I've never had an issue with the staff, they always treat me like a normal person. Also the place is always super clean. I have never sat at a dirty table

Usually, when I go to the kolache factory I have a good experience, however this time I ordered 2 bacon, egg, and cheese kolaches and they both came without egg. This was a really disappointing experience as I was looking forward to eating at one of my favorite breakfast restaurants.

I was just there at 1:15 p.m. when the lady rang me up I put my credit card into the machine and the machine froze. I gave the lady cash and said it was okay but I just got a notification from my Capital One credit card that I was charged. I just tried to call your store and they would not pick up the phone. It is not 2:00 yet, you are not closed and they should be picking up that phone. It is 1:47 p.m. you do not close until 2:00. Yes I am the lady that made a complaint and I think they recognize my out-of-state phone number and are refusing to pick up the phone. That is so disgusting. I will be calling my credit card company to charge this as FRAUD. SHE WASN'T GOING TO GIVE ME MY RECEIPT AND I ASKED FOR IT. I AM VERY GLAD I DID BECAUSE NOW I HAVE PROOF THAT YOU CHARGED ME FOR THE SAME THING TWICE. Cashier's name is Giselle from my receipt Called Capital One and all is taken care of, they will handle it.

This is my breakfast place after dropping off my sons at JP 2. I love their fresh baked kolache especially their Texas Hot kolache. Today, they ran out but did a freshly baked for me. Just a quick note, I’m not sure how long the soda ran out. I’m just picky. My Rating for my visit. 5 is very satisfy. Taste 5/5 Temperature 5/5 Attentive 4/5 attentive order taker but only 2 schedule. Understand this is a small operation. Cleanliness 2/5. The smell of sewage needs quick attention. That’s the first impression as soon as I arrived. Will I visit again? Yes. I love their kolache. Will I recommend? Yes.

The Kolache Factory is my go to for breakfast when I’m visiting family. Always tasty. However, I ordered a cream cheese kolache and received a quiche one.

They close at 2:00, I very much know that and it is 12:50 right now. I called and said I would like to place a small pickup order to come and get in the next 10 to 15 minutes. The lady told me "we close at 2:00". Why would you even bother saying that because I'm not calling you 10 minutes before close, I'm calling you an hour and 10 minutes before close. I told her I live about 7 minutes away I'll be there in about 10 minutes and she made a big sigh that I clearly heard on the phone and then said okay what can we get for you. I asked for some sausage and cheese to start with and she immediately said no we don't have it. As soon as she said she didn't have it I felt like it didn't matter what I asked for she was going to tell me they didnt have it so I just hung up. Thanks. I worked 14 hours yesterday and forced myself to wake up so I can come and get kolaches because I usually don't wake up till at least 3:00 in the afternoon. So thank you very much for being rude.

The kolaches are always wonderful! First time going to this location, they have a drive thru which is nice, definitely will use that next time.

I don’t go to Dunkin’ often, but I had a great experience during my recent visit. The service was fast and friendly. Ana stood out—she was kind, helpful, and made sure everything was just right. Great customer service!

Personally think 1 star is too much for this dump of a place. Ordered 30 minutes before closing and chose pickup time to be 10 minutes after. Arrived and they locked the door before we could go up. Didn’t even try to communicate while it was pouring rain. Ruined my new burks and they didn’t even give refund to food. Just told me to call corporate to which I sat on hold until the line failed due to “after hours”. DONT GO HERE!

May be the guy is not interested in serving us and showing us attitude since we entered and the cappuccino made was very average. I am not planning to be in this Dunkin anymore and will not get my friends too. Great location but with this kind of worst staff not sure this branch has bright future.

They just can't get the coffee right...asked for a hot vanilla latte and when I got home, it was something else. This has happened two times to me ordering in the drive thru - they either don't care about their customers or haven't properly trained their employees to prepare the customers' coffee requests. No more Dunkin for me!!

I am beyond disgusted with my experience at this Dunkin’ (7317 Parkwood Blvd Suite 193). I bit into my breakfast sandwich only to find a long hair cooked into the egg. It completely killed my appetite and honestly made me feel sick. That alone would’ve been enough for a one-star review, but to make matters worse, the bag with my donuts had crumpled, dirty-looking napkins tossed in like trash. This place clearly has zero standards when it comes to cleanliness or food handling. I don’t know how something so careless and unhygienic could happen in a professional kitchen. It’s completely unacceptable. I won’t be returning, and I seriously hope this location is held accountable before someone ends up with a worse health issue than just a ruined breakfast.

Placed an online order at 7:35 and paid — Arrived 10 minutes later to pick it up. The doors were locked, leaving us in the rain while the workers looked at us and continued talking behind the counter. One seemingly incompetent worker then pointed us to walk to the drive-thru window, rather than walking to the door himself. He did nothing but tell us to contact customer support for a refund, yet online hours had ended and we were unable to get money back. To close 15 minutes early and not be able to offer a refund is absurd.

Place is very clean. People are nice enough. Bagel was good and they got my order done perfectly. The only reason they loose a star is because these bagels are really overrated. Once you've had real handmade bagels in NYC, all others are just average.

Has items on the app they do not sell. Will not give you a refund. Didnt even tell me it was missing. Get to send in an email and wait 2 weeks to get your money back. Wouldnt even tell me how to request a refund. Its in tiny print on the apps faq section.

Great selection of bagels with awesome lunch bagel options. If you're late for work stop by here and pick up a bagel pack and cream cheese and no one will complain you are late. My favorites are the asiago and everything bagels. The everything bagel is so good they sell the spice online.

I ordered a gourmet toasted bagel. The bagel got stuck in the toaster and instead of starting again they gave me the burnt half, cut a new bagel, and microwaved the bottom half. Needless to say if I wanted a microwaved bagel I could have had it at home. I tried to take a bite and it was so rubbery I asked for my money back.

Ok so i am usually lenient in reviewing a place by overlooking negatives with positives. However this place was dirty with flies flying around everywhere. On a sunday morning when crowds usually come in. Check out the photos. service was ok but they need to clean this place up before a food inspector shows up.

This is filthy, unorganized and poorly managed. I came in early on a Saturday morning for bagels and wanted some chocolate chip bagels. The manager, Edith stated the lady who makes them had an accident and couldn’t make them. Well it turned out she was lying to me and was just making up excuses.

Consistently good food and coffee. I favor the Vanilla Hazelnut coffee and the Bacon Avocado Tomato bagel sandwich with one egg white; when I get two egg whites, it feels like one of them is always trying to escape the sandwich. 😅

I love Einstein’s but this location could use some work. This is the closest/most convenient location to me. I order the same thing every time: Ham, Swiss and Egg bagel. Today was the second time that the wrong cheese was put on the sandwich. The last time I was here, our order was somehow forgotten and we waited 30+ minutes before we figured something was wrong and went to ask about it. I would say that it’s usually done right, but after multiple issues happening within a short span of time, I’m feeling really frustrated with the service here.

recently visited Natalie Bakery and was absolutely delighted! From the moment I walked in, the warm, buttery scent of fresh-baked goods made me feel right at home. I ordered an ice cream cake for a baby shower that I was hosting. It was a custom order. Margo, the cake decorator, took the time to help me create a beautiful design and colors to coordinate with our theme. It came out perfect. Just beautiful! We chose the vanilla/chocolate fudge crunch. It was delicious. A big hit at the shower! I had to take a moment to compliment them on a job well done. Typical Dunkin’ location. We were there for donuts, so I can only speak to that, but we weren’t super impressed. The glazed donuts had that kind of melted look that usually indicates they are old and they seemed kind of stale. To be fair, we were there at 11am, but it seems like they should still be in good shape?

I've tried this Dunkin' Donuts branch many times. They are friendly and generous with ice cream. They fill the cup all the way. Good staff members. Good customer service. And a beautiful patio to enjoy your ice cream. Well managed 👍

Only the iced coffee was ready when I got there, it sat for over almost 10 minutes while I was there waiting for the rest of my order. Then when they gave me my bag of food said have a nice day, upon checking it in the car I'm missing my egg sandwich. Go back inside let them know they give me my sandwich but not the one I paid for. It was fixed but I wasn't the only one who was having issues. Not sure if they were having an off day or if this is normal for this location. My first and probably last time to go to this location. Mapleshade location is where its at in my opinion.

I had never tried Dunkin coffee. I decided to try it since it was highly recommended. Oh wow! I was happily surprised how good a standard medium coffee with 2 creamers of half and half with 3 sugars. Now the food was disappointing. The avocado toast with bacon was good and was on the upper end fair price. $4.69 without tax was ok. The crescent with Swiss and egg was a jip. Also for $4.69, the crescent was super small. It tasted good but way too small for the price. Service was low because the staff except for one cashier was not very friendly. It’s close to work so I may stop by to get coffee.

Ordered the all-nighter egg sandwich, which I have had before, and it was TERRIBLE. There was a half of a measly piece of bacon and so much cheese it was hard to eat. I usually love the bagels here and enjoy getting a sandwich every once in a while, but this was atrocious. This location is so bad, even the person taking the order seemed over it.

What used to be love has changed to like unfortunately. Over the years, the amount of cream cheese that is on bagels is just too inconsistent. Sometimes ordering with cream cheese it’s they wipe the cream cheese off of a knife onto the bagel less than a tablespoon for both sides of a bagel, but then other times when you ask for extra cream cheese it’s like there’s half a container of cream cheese on a bagel. I typically order a six cheese bagel but even that over the years seems to have changed. Now it seems to have onions or potatoes on top as well, I don’t know, just not the same. The cinnamon sugar bagel also seemed to just have cinnamon, which was also disappointing. Everyone is always nice though.

The best Cinnamon Apple bagel I have had!!! This is my first visit at this Einstein Bagels location. Very interesting observation,, I have noticed a total of six employees working. All male employees, two Hispanics, one white, one black, one Indian and the other Indian look like the manager. It's absolutely beautiful to see multiple cultures all working together at a Bagel 🥯 place. I recommend this place 😉

If you go there around 1:30 PM there is one guy who I believe is the manager who will tell you he’s only taking cash since the machine for the card reader is down. He’s been doing that for years now. I guess cause it’s near closing time he doesn’t want to process the order or he wants to keep the cash because if this was truly an issue with the card reader it would’ve been fixed years ago. Just close the shop at 1:30 PM instead of 2 PM if you don’t want to process orders after 1:30 because you know in 2025 barely anyone is carrying around cash. Others have complained about this too just look at the reviews below.

There were many types of bagels available. The only one I could eat was a plain bagel. I did buy an everything bagel for my husband. We had to get our bagel fix.

This place has really gone down hill with their quality and customer service!! Their portions are little to nothing and looks nothing like the picture they advertise. Customer satisfaction is not their priority. I’m happy to support my local restaurant but not when they get stingy on their food portions and still charge you the same price!!

Very close to our home, and the perfect place to stop and get and donuts and kolaches to go. We feel they do exceptionally well with their jalepeño kolaches, as well as their jelly filled donuts and traditional donut holes. Not much sitting room if at all, we prefer to grab and go. Always very fresh, and very fair priced. Staff will warm your purchase for you upon request. House coffee available from a carafe. Also, if you go close to noon (closing time) you’re likely to get a couple freebies.

Yum. Was there on a Friday morning at about 8am. Donuts were fresh- soft and DELICIOUS. Staff was super friendly. We ordered about 1 1/2 dozen- they were patient with me as I made all me choices. And helped to makes sure they were packaged and bagged for me. We have found our “go to” shop.

We had Sonny’s Donuts for my grad party and they were phenomenal!! They seriously knocked it out of the park!! Sonny’s is truly the best.

I've made a couple of stops and been very pleased w the donuts and the people! They carry decorated donuts if your little one prefers Hello Kitty or Minions. They fill donuts on the spot. She even fixed sausage wraps on Saturday before Noon...great small brunch snack while running around.

What a delightful place and they make great desserts. Cakes and cookies are ready to deliver. Wonderful salads, soups and sandwiches. Service is great and you will enjoy the food.

if i could give the cake i bought for 50 bucks a zero i would. everyone taste isn’t the same i know this. the cake i bought for 50 bucks my 5 yr old nephew could have done better. the 50 buck cake was hard and thick i believe cakes are suppose to be moist🤔. if i was you stay away unless you enjoy eating hard thick cake for 50 bucks.

Before I even opened the door the look of disdain from the woman sitting at the table who I believe may have been one of the owners was apparent. As I opened the door and walked by and up to the counter her gaze followed me. The man behind the counter didn't even acknowledge me. I guess some of aren't welcomed in certain places. I quickly turned and walked out my patronage is clearly not wanted and their bad energy will not touch my food. BE WARNED!

This is only for the cupcakes. The actual place is so cute. They always have such cute sweets on display so I finally decided to go inside and try something. We bought 2 cupcakes because they looked so good. They were pretty small compared to small cakes cupcakes but we still wanted to try them. Well unfortunately they were the worst cupcakes we’ve tried. They were dry, chalky feeling and absolutely no flavor. Oh and hard. Like Those cupcakes were made from days ago. :/ The food does look good so maybe we just tried the wrong thing. However for the prices we won’t be back, at least for cupcakes. ☹️

I ordered a Mango Pineapple Refresher and it was disgusting. It didn’t taste like anything. The customer service wasn’t the best. They weren’t rude but they also weren’t pleasant. I tried to call the phone number listed to see if they would remake the drink for me but the number is not in service. I would not recommend this location

I would honestly skip this Dunkin location and go to any other. Tried to place a mobile order and it said I was more than 2 miles away so I couldn't order as it would be ready before I got there. So I get closer and it let's me place my order for drive-thru. I get there 5 minutes later and sit at the drive-thru. Waited 5 minutes, no one there, I yell "hello?" No answer. I go to the drive-thru window, wait another few minutes there, there's literally no one working there. So I park and go inside the store. They literally have one oven that they can cook one item at a time. So if you order two sandwiches with hash browns, that's four separate cooking cycles you have to wait. I was standing inside for another 10 minutes (20 minutes later now) and then get my food. I see the one employee struggling to cook each item individually and then waiting. Can Dunkin not provide these poor employees more than one toaster oven? Don't offer a drive-thru if you don't have an employee working it. They told me they are forced to keep the drive thru open even if no employees are available otherwise management will yell at them. To be clear, these issues are a fault of Dunkin management, not the employees. They told me they are "fully staffed but always behind because they'll only staff 2 employees at a time". That's ridiculous, just hire more people, it's not like Dunkin pays a lot. And finally after getting my order, they say they are out of bagels for the bagel sandwich, so I pick another option and they then go back to the little oven to cook it.. Thanks Dunkin.

Horrible Experience! I took my girls inside to see if they had any fun solar eclipse donuts. Waited at the counter for several minutes before we were even taken care of even though we were the only ones in there. Asked about the special donuts and cashier just barked at me “how many?” I asked what kinds they were as I could clearly see there were three different kinds. She said there was only one. I said okay give me three. She grabbed two of one kind and one of the other. Skipping the third kind. She just stuffed them into a bag and asked if I wanted anything else. I said I also needed two coffees and she wanted to know what else I was getting. I planned on ordering more but the way I seemed to be an inconvenience simply by coming in I just got that. But when I got back to my car my wife said she wanted the specific solar eclipse donut that is filled and half chocolate/half vanilla frosting. So I went back inside and waited ten minutes and no one came to the counter. So I went back to my car and decided to use the drive thru. Didn’t wait to place my order because no one else was in line. I asked for that specific donut and they said they didn’t have that kind. I was just inside looking at it and they said they didn’t have it. I clarified to tell them the exact details of it so a toddler could understand but they just said they didn’t have it. So we left. Bonus! When we got home one of the donuts was missing the chocolate in the center. As you can see from the picture this is apparently the same donut. No differences at all

I went in for some coffee but I was a little confuse on how to use the Dunkin app with all the promotions and the staff were not that familiar with how to use the app as well. I would like to suggest that the staff is trained on the use of the app so they can be of assistance or at least offer local discounts. The coffees were strong and bold and no heavy cream was available. The donuts were good. Next time I want to try the Ice Lemon Loaf Cake

The service here is so much better than the first Dunkin I went to—oh my goodness! Whoever was working on June 23 at 8:30 a.m. deserves all the praise. The man in the back was incredibly sweet, and the lady up front was kind, playful, and had the best energy. I just love them so much!

The employees were very friendly and provided outstanding service. The coffee was very weak to the point it tasted like hot water. The biggest problem to me was the flies in store especially on donuts. This issue definitely needs immediate attention!

I haven’t tried their cakes yet, but their baked goods are always fresh and delicious. Everything is made daily, and the staff are quiet but very nice. Their buttercream bread is especially delicious! This has quickly become my new favorite place to grab something and enjoy it at home with coffee. Since they’re located inside K Mart, I can also shop for Asian ingredients and fresh products while I’m there. Highly recommend it!

I have been buying cakes here for years. Never got disappointed. You can order your cake with different flavors and sizes ahead. Or you can just come and get one if in a hurry. Cakes are always nicely decorated with fresh fruit. The taste is amazing, not too sweet but very fresh and moisture.

It may sound exaggerated but honestly this is the best cake baker so far I tried. I wanted a cake for our baby gender reveal and it was a sudden plan. Where everyone else refused to take order as they wanted order 72hr advance. However they accepted the order and made a cake with all the passion and perfection. Cake had a perfect balance of everything. No over sweet, cream was very airy and so soft. Thanks for making this moment special for us thanks.

The cloud cakes are AMAZING! We've tried Ube and Mango are both were light, airy, and the perfect sweetness.

They made a pretty dope cloud cake for my wifes mother’s birthday. Korean and French bakery very unique. Would definitely get something from here again!

I love coming here for the loaves with cream in between slices. It's been a minute since I've gone, they only had the regular bread with plain cream & another one with mocha cream, now they've got a taro loaf with taro cream. All 3 are delicious imo, but my fave is still the mocha version. They've got othwr pastries too and cakes by the slice or whole. Can't go wrong with any of the fruit flavored pastries.

Oh my God, I’ve never known this store, but if you’d like a beautiful bright cake this is the place and the excellent part of this is that all the cakes are so delicious not like other stores that they’re super sweet here it’s sweet, but not too too sweet just right love this place

J's Donuts is a gem of a donut shop that holds a special place in my heart. It's the cozy spot where my friends and I used to hang out, and I'm thrilled to say it's still the perfect place for that. The donuts are always fresh and delicious, and the variety never disappoints. The owners are incredibly nice and welcoming, adding to the warm, friendly atmosphere. Whenever I'm in the area, you can bet I'll be heading straight to J's Donuts. It's a must-visit for anyone who loves great donuts and a great vibe!

These donuts are dangerously good!! We bought 2 dozen for a business meeting. I had to exercise extra control to resist these tempting little devils 😂. The quality of J’s donuts are some of the best I’ve ever had. The freshness, texture, and frosting were undeniably some of the best I’ve ever tasted.

Placed and PAID for a custom order for a birthday celebration the day before and was told I could pick it up at 5 AM when they open. I arrived at 5:15 AM and was told they had not made my order because I ordered after hours (they close at 1:30 PM and I texted the number at 1:36 PM), but was TOLD (via text) the previous day that I could place the order and it would be ready. I drove 30 minutes only to be met with disappointment and they weren’t even apologetic.

Dude. I just went in. I dint realize they were closed. But the guy still gave me donuts and threw in some freebies. They were still Fresh!!!! Best cake donut I've had in a bit.

Another spot for decent donuts. Regular glazed must be good here bc they were out when we arrived. Settled for glazed donut holes instead. Pretty good selection otherwise. J's has friendly service here as well. Edit: I think 4 stars means I was satisfied... Does it not?

Not only did they come out PERFECT, J’s Donuts were able to help on less than a weeks notice and were very reasonably priced! My son decided he wanted donuts instead of a cake and in a Paw Patrol theme and these donuts were a hit! Thank you!

The donuts are perfect, tasty, lite, and not that sugary taste. 5 stars are too low for these donuts. The lady behind the counter was soooo nice too.

I have a love hate relationship with this location. I’ve come here many times because Crumbl is a hit with all my friends. Most of the time, we’ve had a great experience, but there’s been times where they’ve dropped the ball. There’s been a few occasions that I put in an order with multiple flavors onto to find that they were sold out of some of them when I arrive. The staff rarely greets you when you walk in and act like they don’t want to be there. I also wish there were a larger selection of flavors. There’s only six available at a time and one of them is always a Chocolate Chip flavor. With all that said, I’m still a fan as long as long as they keep some rotating in some of my favorites.

Crumbl Cookie is okay but definitely over-hyped, especially for the trendy crowd. The cookies look nice, but they’re just not worth the calories or the high price tag. The flavors are really limited, which makes it hard to justify going back often – it feels like there’s more hype than actual taste to back it up. That said, the service was fine, and the place had a good vibe. It’s not terrible, but if you’re looking for a mind-blowing cookie experience, Crumbl might leave you underwhelmed.

Was in the area and decided to stop by Crumbl as I’ve never been. Upon entering, there was no welcome or explanation of what was available. I ended up ordering, quickly, so I could leave. I purchased the three mini cookies (two milk chocolate chip, one caramel apple). The cookies itself were ok. I wont return to this location due to the lack of customer service but may try another one.. potentially.

I ordered crumb for my son’s signing day celebration at his high school when annother dessert maker in the area couldn’t perfect the color purple. Not only were the minis awesome , they were a fantastic hit!! We also ordered them for his grad party a month later !!

Dang my 6 pack did not look like the advertised cookies whatsoever…I was so excited until I got home and opened the box. You pay for taste & visuals and honestly my entire box was a mix of undercooked cookies and missing toppings/finishes, and drove home the point that this location is no longer worth it. I mean there looks to be zero quality standards 😞 it also doesn’t help that I walk through the door and overhear a conversation between employees where the F word is used so nonchalantly in a small, quiet shop. And the one who cusses ended up helping me out and prepared my order which then had nonexistent quality standards. Such a shame.

Crumbl has turned my sweet tooth into a weekly adventure. Every cookie is a hit, the rotating flavors keep things exciting, and the staff is always super friendly and helpful. Five stars without question!

First time going here on my granddaughter's suggestion. All I can say is SUPERB! We got several kinds of cookies, and they were all yummy! You can get huge or small cookies. Definitely recommend stopping by for a treat!

I’ll just say I don’t like the taste of some donut places that have an odd flavor or after taste lol this place doesn’t! I came in my birthday to get some donuts and got this super cute box which made my birthday feel more special. Everything I’ve had here is incredible! They always give me donut holes with my order for free which is super sweet. II’m not sure they’re policy on that and I don’t want to make it seem like you’re bound to get some because I did. The chocolate glaze doesn’t taste artificial like other places which is great. Anyway, this is a great choice for donuts!

The sausage rolls are dense and hard. I don't understand why there is so much dense bread around the small sausage ☹️. That's literally what I was craving on my chest day...The cake donuts are delicious though

The earlier you go the better the donuts...i love the chocolate donuts with the small sprinkles and the large sausage croissant... Now the coffee? Trash.... especially for $2.50 for a medium... do yourself a favor and make a cup at home or go to mcdonalds for the coffee.. and try to get ur donuts before 10am

Been goin to this place for years. Always clean and been getting great service. Best of all, the donuts and sausage rolls are delicious. The place has a decent variety of specialty donuts as well.

I ordered online and I had some of the same experiences I’m reading from those who have also ordered from this establishment. I was so excited to eat them the first too I had were good but as I kept eating them they were dry and had a strange vinegar after taste. I also have not been able to stop going to the bathroom and my stomach hurts a lot. Please think twice before ordering these not only did I waste my money but now I’m sick.

😍😃😍 These are the best macarons in Texas! I ordered online the 20 Mac Box and got to pick from over 15 flavors and my choice of a beautiful lavender 💜 box. After a little hiccup with shipping issues on my first order, they shipped out a replacement. They came today perfectly packaged and so wonderfully delicious 😋. Just received my heavily anticipated Fruity Cereal macarons all the way in West Virginia! The macarons are so soft and rich. They traveled 15 hours yet they taste like I picked them up in store. Packaging makes the experience that much more delightful. Will certainly order again!

I’ve gotten better macarons from the freezer section at Walmart. I purchased a box of 12 in an attempt to try out the many different flavors, but over half were rock hard and dry. The filling was flavorless and tasted simply like whipped butter. Not worth my time, money or the drive to Plano.

I have ordered from Chelles a couple of times for myself. My package has arrived on time, delicious, and the macarons are surprisingly in perfect condition everytime! I will continue to order from them in the future.

It’s been over a month now since my macarons arrived late and the package was damaged, which resulted in broken macarons. This is 100% FedEx’s fault but it still would have been nice to get back my $40+ dollars or at least new macarons. I contacted them twice and never got a response.

A large family group of us wandered over here to get cookies for the kids as a treat. The staff was patient with us and our discombobulated ordering and paying behavior! They also did a shout out to people who seemed to be in line behind us and that was good work. They made sure to recognize customers. On our visit it was just a couple of youngsters working so maybe that is why it all went well. In fact they seemed to take it all in stride. I thought it was fine. The kids had slushies or cookies and everyone was happy to choose their own special treat.

These people were awesome. Made my kid the cutest pig birthday cake ever. He was so excited. We went to get out of the car and dropped it. He was heartbroken and so were we. Luckily it was early enough for us to call and have another made. Got there to pick it up totally expecting to pay and they gave it to us free. Awesome kind people that made a little boy's day. Customer for life.

Staff was delightful! Ths Best fudge brownie, that I've ever had, in my entire life, is here! OH WOW, Umph. It was like heaven in my mouth! It's just like, Oh Wow! Malls are irritating to me. I believe this store is inside one. I had to be here, bc of work. I'm sorry, not sorry. Icing doesn't go on cookies. This isn't good. Also I usually look at overpriced stores, as this is a ripoff. For that brownie, take my money now. I just need to keep myself away from there. It's really that good.

I ordered a double doozie fully iced cookie cake for Halloween. My order was perfect and available for pick up on time. The lady that gave me my cake was friendly and attentive.

The man who works there is awful and that’s a nice way of putting it. He acted like we were inconveniencing him from the get-go. He rolled his eyes at me when my kids wanted a slushy and continued to act annoyed every time I ordered something. My son tapped on his window to point to a cookie he wanted (he’s two) and the jerk working there rudely told him not to touch anything. Once I told him he was being rude he took the cookies from my kids so we had to go elsewhere. This place is the WORST.

Growing up I loved Great American Cookies, but lately I have been let down by the quality, the shrinking size, and the rising prices of their cookies. $1.79 for the tiny cookie I purchased. They were never this size years ago. I have no reason to be a customer anymore. Customer service could use improvement as well.

Took my kids to get our free cookie for voting only to be told this franchise doesn't participate. My kids had been looking forward to it all day and were very disappointed. This franchise does not live up to its name!
