Millstone is quite the bakery, the pastries are delicious, the fresh baked breads are a must, and the croissants are the best you’re ever gonna get. I’ve ordered 3 cakes and I have loved each one. The cake is moist and the details in the design are top notch. I recommend coming here if you have a celebration coming up and need some flavorful desserts or even for a nice hot mocha latte made with their delightful chocolate ganache. The manager and staff are very friendly and very informative. Two thumbs up to millstone bakery!

We popped in after lunch for a sweet and was pleasantly surprised how delicious all their cake slices looked. We got a slice of boston cream, German chocolate and Italian cream. My wife said the German chocolate was one of the best she’s had in a long time. They have a great selection and will definitely be back.

We used Millstone Bakery for our wedding cake in July. First of all, it was GORGEOUS. We wanted a vintage style all white icing decor on the outside and they nailed it. It was so pretty!!! Francesca was also super communicative and detailed, which made the process so easy. We went in for a cake taste testing, ordered it and they delivered it during the right time on our wedding day and it was so seamless. The process was incredibly easy and the cake was delicious. We had a two occasion weekend. We ordered two cakes. They were both amazing. Delicious. Well decorated. Loved them. What's impressive though is that we zoned out on ordering the second cake . With little time or notice Millstone staff came through! Very well handled and much appreciated. Missed taking pic of the second cake, which is a shame because it was also beautiful

100% recommended food is beyond expectation. We ordered one half half pie, one meat, one cheese with veggies and one zaatar with cheese. All were delicious, Fadia the owner is so humble and sweet she offered us figs and coffee. If you ever find yourself in Plano Fadia’s is the place to go!

Fadia’s Lebanese Deli & Bakery in Plano is seriously a gem! We tried the Zaatar & Cheese Pie and the Soujuk Pie — both came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The dough is soft but perfectly crisped at the edges, and the cheese is gooey without being greasy. They’ve got a great variety from Shawarma wraps to Fattoush salad, and even baklawa and maamoul for dessert. Everything tastes homemade. Nice staff and a cozy vibe — 10/10 recommend!

Used to be good, not anymore! I ordered what I used to order Akawi pie. When I took it home I see they put 2 little cheese bite, like finger snack. The price is high. Also they give the burned food.

I’ve been here twice and I wasn’t disappointed both times. Y’all have a returning customer for life, this is the best shawarma I’ve had in Plano hands down. The food is made to order fresh so it’s hot and delicious. The friendly Lebanese man and woman running the place or a joy to talk to. They have a plethora of Mediterranean groceries if you need.

Nothing beats a freshly baked manouche. It was excellent. Owner was very friendly and very affordable meal.

The food was very fresh and delicious, we had the zaatar and cheese and hummus. The owner was so friendly and nice, but the best thing was the Turkish coffee. We will definitely come back!

We love this place!! We consider it a family favorite. My husband is in love with the mhamara pie, if you're looking for something a little sweet and savory and a little different. If you are a fan of sausage, check out the Soujuk pie. The seasoning is so so good. Other favorites of ours are the spinach pie, kibbeh, and the Chicken Shawarma wrapped in the Akawi Cheese pie. Their baba and tabouli pair very well together. I always get the garlic sauce because I love to use it with so many things on the menu, and I use it as a condiment for other things we eat at home. And their baklava is out of this world!! If you've never eaten here, definitely check them out. The owners are very kind and generous, the place is clean shelf stable and refrigerated items for sale, and the prices are reasonable. You will love it!!

Great choice of bakery - cakes and sweets. Awesome atmosphere with work booth stations. Great coffee, good variety of cakes and splendid ambience. Excellent service by the staff, making the spot a good outing spot for families. I regularly take cakes for all my occasions and my kid loves it. Special mention to mango moose cake, as it's our favorite.

Sweet Hut Bakery offers an open atmosphere that makes it ideal place to settle in for a productive work session or to enjoy a relaxing catch-up with friends. The interior providing plenty of room to spread out without feeling crowded. In this visit, we only ordered drinks, which were refreshing. The menu features a wide variety of beverage options. While we didn’t try any food this time, the Salt & Pepper Chicken Nuggets caught our attention, they seemed to be a customer favorite based on how often we saw them being ordered. The aroma coming from the chicken was tempting, and we’re definitely looking forward to returning to try more of their snack offerings. Overall, Sweet Hut strikes a balance between comfort and functionality. A solid choice for anyone looking for a spot to recharge or get some work done!

I’ve placed an order for delivery. And called to ask if happy birthday can be added to the cake and was told -sure! I’ve ordered a Black Forest Cake. It arrived not only without any happy birthday note but also there were no cherries inside! Not even one! Me, birthday person and guests were excited for this cake and we tried Black Forest before and knew it has cherries between layers. Not this one! It was embarrassing for me when we cut the cake and disappointing overall..It tasted like regular cheap supermarket cake but for much higher price! I never bother to leave bad reviews but birthday experience was in part ruined because of this. It was my first and last time shopping here!

his bakery and café is fantastic! The selection of baked goods is incredible! I wanted to try every single one. Each item is so beautifully made that it was hard to decide what to order. I also had the fried chicken (medium spicy), which was the perfect level of heat and absolutely delicious, along with a custard bun that was wonderfully tasty. I’ll definitely be returning often!

I ordered a mango refresher. It was made by some guy with curly black hair who looked like he was high. He spilled some of my drink as he carried it out to me. I told him to get me a new one but he didn’t understand. I took the drink home and found a couple of his long black curly hairs in my drink. Nasty and disgusting. Won’t ever order from here again.

Absolutely love the Japanese Cheesecake here. It’s very soft and delicious. The thai tea with lychee jelly was also very tasty. They have a wide range of pastries and bakery items.

Tom Thumb is my go-to grocery store for quality and convenience! Please do something to address the safety outside your store. Quite often I walk to the store because it's not far from my apartments. Twice in the last week and a half I've had to walk by homeless people. One morning they were still sleeping. This morning it looked like one of them was rolling something up. Today I told the manager on duty as soon as I walked in. Ten minutes later they were still outside, and I had to walk by them again on my way home. You've been formally notified in the store twice, now have this post, and I've contacted corporate. They have been hanging out/sleeping around the corner where the shopping carts are The two stores next to yours are empty, and they are in the corner where GNC and the CashStore used to be. As the flagship, I feel it's your responsibility to help maintain safety and cleanliness in that area. Please do something.

The pharmacy is outstanding. Willie is an absolute gem. I won't go anywhere else because they are so great. They really care for everyone they serve.

Store overall clean and well stocked. However, they don't seem to throw out expired stuff, but still try to sell it to you. It is July 1. Of this mozzarella several expired June 11 and were visibly spoiled. The rest expired June 25. Not a single one was unexpired. Update one month later: situation has not improved. Still a bunch of expired products on the shelf. And today the store was not even clean.

Dusty was my cashier and he was so helpful, friendly, professional and caring while bagging my items. I have an issue with one of my shoulders and he was so kind that he even put my bags in the shopping cart. Last week I purchased a cake and I believe there was a form of miscommunication because something wasn’t right with the order. Also, the day that I picked it up, The bottom border area of it on one side of the cake was smashed in, but I was in a rush, so I had to take it that way because it was someone’s birthday and it was very important. Nonetheless, I called to see what could Be done about it and when I spoke to customer service, she said and I quote I don’t know what you can do about it. I’m gonna transfer you to the cake department. The bakery did not answer, so I called back when I called back. I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor that of which, at that time, whoever I had initially spoke with was a lot nicer this time when I asked to speak to their higher up when I spoke to the manager or supervisor, whatever he was, I believe his name is Geronimo. His voice showed lack of concern and came off as if he was very annoyed. He finally told me that he spoke with the people from the bakery and that he could issue me a $15 gift card and that I had to be there before 8 PM because he was gonna leave by then. I have a torn meniscus so it’s hard for me to move around so the day before yesterday I went in, which was days later to get the gift card and I had to park the motorized wheelchair that I was in on the side area where the Starbucks is because there’s not really an area for people that use wheelchairs Near the customer service desk. Anyhow, he finally issued me. The gift card didn’t come off as he was too enthusiastic about having to do it and upon leaving I decided to shop around and grab some things when I went to the deli area. There was a dead fly on a box of chicken, that of which I uploaded a picture to the Google reviews for this store. I’m very displeased with the service I received here.

Good selection and service. Lacks people on the lanes. Same with other grocery stores these days. Either get bigger self-checkout areas like Walmart did or hire staff to avoid 12 people waiting in one line for 40 minutes while ONE clerk rings them all up.

This is a delayed review but I just want to say thank you to the staff because when that one really horrible storm hit Carrollton last year and houses were damaged and power was out for days I came to this tom thumbs Starbucks and there was a man who was pulling out folding tables from the back in order for people to be able to come sit at and work. It was amazing to see when the community was in a crisis and I am still very thankful for them.

Needed tags for my car and people forget that this location in Carrollton Tx is also in Denton county and they were the only location to have them when I called all locations in Lewisville and even Coppell who reminded me of the Carrollton location and sure enough they had plenty!

Not a fan of self checkout when making a big purchase, a few items not a biggie... I've never walked in and had a register open in spite of there being 4 or 5 employees visible. Their rewards program is a pain, especially if someone had your phone number and used it at their store, you'll never be able to register your number to your account. Not worth the hassle when Trader Joe's and Kroger always has their staff available to help you in addition to competitive if not better prices and products.

I am in beyond disbelief with the customer service I got from Samantha. I was waiting at the customer service desk for a couple of minutes waiting for someone to attend me. I had to get another employee to go get someone. When they went to go get help, I saw a woman in the back just sitting there doing nothing. I was told she will be out shortly but I had to wait 10 minutes for her to come out. Once she did, she gave me the most monotone attitude and didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. This is unacceptable behavior!!! Never coming back here again

Leila is the Best!!! Most perfect and beautiful cakes, and she decorates or customized with a smile!!! These are the best cakes and desserts in town, please come to this Flagship location here at Preston Rd. And Frankford instead of tollway or Plano location!!! Came in on a Saturday to do my weekly grocery shopping. There was not a single checkout lane open aside from self checkout. And there were 3 employees in the area just standing around talking. I dont mind self checkout for a few items but not for a week's worth of groceries. There are other grocery stores that are fully staffed and have lower prices.

Pharmacist was pleasant, and helpful. She recommended I get my pneumonia and flu shot which I did, was very quick and painless.

regularly out of items when "on sale" when not on sale no problem, especially in deli and produce. regularly leaves wrong/out-of-date price tags on shelf hoping customers don't notice at check out, cashiers regularly ignore B.O.G.O or discounted tag and charge full price and if corrected say "I can only do what it rings up as" especially meat and bakery. managers will lie to your face about fixing issues when you can come in a week later and nothing has been fixed, i.e. wrong price tag on same item for a month, deli claiming to be out of sale item every months this year but only when it's on sale.

The guys at the meat counter are amazing if ever I can't find the perfect piece of steak on the shelf they will special cut one for me! Thank you Oasis, you're a great man 😁

My wife and I started eating the cookies tonight that I had ordered earlier in the day as a new customer. Found a long hair baked into one of the cookies that was not the same color of either of our hairs. Needless to say we lost our appetite. 🤮. Update: The customer service team did reach out to help make things right for us. I appreciate them going the extra mile to rectify an unpleasant experience and have adjusted my star rating accordingly

Very clean place. They acknowledge you as soon as you walk in, very friendly staff. Cookie recipes remain unchanged. My faves are the chocolate chip pecan and the white chocolate macadamia cookies. They've got brownies & ice cream too.

Normally I don't order from a competitor, but this was the special occasion to do so, and I am glad I chose Tiff's Treats. Ordering in store was extremely easy. Service was quick, and timely. Overall, great product and delivery. I would order again. Total price for a dozen cookies in "I love you" packaging, delivery fee, tip, and mylar balloons was $33.

Tiff's treats has some of the best texture tasting cookies. For those who love snickerdoodle and peanut butter cookies. This place is a must.

I am an avid supporter of Tiffs Treats and have been there atleast 2 dozen times over the last few years, ordered my usual cookie collection and got home, started eating a cookie starting with the yellow cake cookie and it was almost completely raw, said okay, stuff happens, took a piece of the next, Oatmeal Chocolate Chocolate, same, completely raw, then proceeded to check the rest of the cookies, and they were also raw and the rhe Brownie was hard, almost burnt on the outside and raw in the middle. Not sure what happened 😕 but definitely disappointed with that visit.

There were a number of people in line but that did not rattle the worker. She attended to each person as if they were the only ones in the store which made your purchase a little more special

Doing a triple back flip over the flavor. I wanted a unique cake and you delivered. They have over fifty cake flavors. I got a three tier, five inch, cookie dough, cake batter, and red velvet cake. The crafting and taste were right on. Highly recommending to my friends and family! P.S. the bakery smells amazing!

I’m thoroughly impressed by Sugar Ray’s bakery. I ordered 100 Lego themed cup cakes for an office party and not only did I get exactly what I was hoping for, but the cupcakes were very delicious as well! My coworkers kept asking me where they were from because they were so good and demanded I get more from this place next time. The flavors are prominent and the cupcakes are very moist. For this party I got chocolate, birthday cake, carrot cake and red velvet and all of them were spot on.

I’m obsessed with this bakery. I live across the street which is dangerous. I love popping in with my kids and grabbing whatever yummy cupcakes flavors they have that day. I’ve also ordered for birthdays and they’re always on time and responsive.

We stopped in to pickup a cupcake for a special treat for my sons birthday. The bakery smells amazing and the cupcake was delicious. He chose the vanilla bean cupcake and loved it.

Regular cake must be the best!! But if you are looking for eggless cake, then this is not your place to go. We ordered 3 cakes- Tiramisu, almond and black forest. The flavors were horrible. Cakes were lumpy , not properly baked and it had some weird taste. One guest stated’ “I will never eat Tiramisu cake again in my life”. Bad experience for me as all my guests were disappointed. They took a bite and threw dish in garbage. Had to throw most of cake in garbage. The pieces were also lumpy. I spent over $250.

I was told the coffee cake was freshly made today, but it both looked and tasted like it was a few days old. It was dry, lacked flavor, and certainly didn’t meet the expectations of a fresh bakery item. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place based on my experience.

Two Crazy Bakers did an amazing job on our wedding cake and grooms (cookie) cake! It is so hard to find affordable bakeries that provide beautiful cakes that are also delicious, Two Crazy Bakers did just that! The wedding cake was exactly what I wanted and the cookie cake was beyond perfect!! Highly recommend!

They've made my last 3 birthday cake, most recently was ironman with wonder woman.. they have always done a great job trying to create the way desired .. there was a little hiccup on the most recent cake - design wise, and I asked if we could make a few changes. With only a couple hours left before close, they worked with me to get the cake exactly how we wanted, without any conflict. Thank you!

I've had their cakes a few times and they never disappoint. I stopped by yesterday and requested a cake last minute. The staff were accommodating even though I didn't call ahead. Next time I plan ahead and make an order earlier. I definitely recommend this bakery for cakes. The cakes are soft and the icing is good too.

I was sitting here a year later, admiring the cakes made by Butterfly Bakery at my wedding and wanted to share, a great memory! I love to bake and had a pretty solid idea of what I wanted and they still made it even PRETTIER! The attention to detail on the pearls was incredible! The flavors were DELICIOUS! On top of that they had an easy and fun cake tasting! They were so sweet; my mom really wanted an in person cake tasting because so few things had been in person during the wedding processes compared to when she got married. Butterfly Bakery had a great peaceful atmosphere and let us eat our tasting there. The whole experience felt easy, then we finished the tasting with a conversation with the manager to place our order. It’s much easier for me to talk through it than type it so I appreciated the face-to-face interaction! They were one of the easiest vendors I worked with and they exceeded expectation! Will definitely be ordering again!

Butterfly Cakery is incredible. They did my wedding cake a few months back and both the presentation / taste were impeccable. A few months later I found out I was pregnant and we inquired about a gender reveal cake, we were lucky enough to receive our results back from the doctor earlier than anticipated, and Butterfly Cakery went above and beyond to have us a cake ready for our intimate gender reveal with family. We are so incredibly grateful and will remain loyal customers to this bakery due to their continuous commitment to excellence and their desire to go above and beyond in every circumstance. Each flavor we have tried has been delicious, and each cake we've ordered has been a work of art- my photo's do not do them justice! If you're looking for a bakery, this is the one!

Our cutting cake was absolutely BEAUTIFUL and everything I dreamed of. The flavor was delicious and the cake was still moist even picking it up the day before and keeping it in the fridge! The desserts for our dessert table were also delicious I'm guessing from how our guests scooped them up! I am only giving 4 stars because the commutation between the shop and I was hit or miss and I had to following a few times but the results was amazing

BEST CAKE I’VE EVER HAD! I was searching for a vintage heart cake in the Dallas area for my sister’s bridal shower and stumbled upon Butterfly Cakery. I hadn’t tried their cakes before and was blindly ordering from out of town. I decided to take a chance and boy oh boy– it was worth it! We chose a strawberries & cream cake– we got soooo many compliments on it. The cake was fresh, soft, and didn’t taste like artificial strawberries. It was perfect! Plus, we could smell fresh strawberries the entire car ride after we picked it up! 🍓 When we picked the cake up, they were so helpful and kind. They even helped carry it to our car. I would order from them again in a heartbeat. 10/10 💗 If you’re trying to decide whether or not to order from Butterfly Cakery, I would recommend doing so asap!

RACIST!!!! Me and my daughter decided to try this place for the first time today. When we walked in a chunky white lady with glasses came from the back. She didn’t greet us, she simply asked what she could get for us. I ended up getting 4 cupcakes because it was our first time trying. The lady rung me up and did not say a word. I gave her a $20 and she gave me back my change. I said thank you, and she just looked at me. She didn’t say a word back. She didn’t give us a good bye or thanks for coming in, nothing! On top of the treatment that we received with such a short encounter, I actually drove 20 minutes away to try this place and we were treated very poorly. If you’re doing a service for people you would think that you would provide basic customer service. PEOPLE OF COLOR, they don’t care for us and the cakes were not good at all. NO NEED TO WASTE YOUR MOMEY TRYING THIS PLACE.

I had such an incredible experience at Butterfly Cakery. I wanted a cake for my sister’s bridal shower. Brittany, the owner, spent so much time with me on the phone and in person to help me figure out what I wanted and designed it for me. She then emailed me all the details exactly as described to me in person. The cake was exactly as she had designed and described it and looked even better than I had imagined it. It was gorgeous and very tasty. Our guests were asking where we got the cake and gave us so many complements. Thank you so much to Brittany, and also Robin and other staff who helped make our event beautiful with their incredible talent and art. My sister also ordered her wedding cake from here. I placed an order for a gender reveal cake and accidentally got the date wrong on my initial request. I needed it Saturday and had set the pickup date for the following Monday instead. Day of the event when I realized the mistake I dared to ask if they could complete my cake that same day. And they came through! Thats customer service! Thank y’all so much - you have no idea what this meant to a first time mama. (Who apparently is dealing with some pregnancy brain!)

I paid for my daughter's first BD cake and clearly stated what colors the cake should have. Laura, the owner, added the color that I SPECIFICALLY told her not to add which is PINK! I told her to add golden color to the cake bottom. Instead she added yellow and pink. So the cake was white, yellow and pink. The cake looked ugly with all those colors. She didn't bother to discuss the problem with me and left me a message saying "I had to make an artistic decision and it was not practical to contact you to request permission. The pink on the sides is barely visible and in my opinion matches perfectly with your backdrop." So basically she gets to tell me what seems better and not better with the background I picked. I paid her for the cake and she gets to decides what is better or not. If so, why did I bother to pay for a customized cake. I could have gotten the cake from a normal bakery and used that instead. Now the next problem is that without my consent how did she manage to get to see my baby pictures from the studio where she delivered? This is very concerning to me. Two independent businesses and she manages to see the pictures to shuts me off. Laura, are you related to the studio in anyway? Laura, with this attitude, you should be running for President of United States. You get to decide what is best or not and others to keep shut. Another thing I would like to add is that the icing is WAY TOO sweet to give any adult diabetes. For child it is not safe to have that amount of sugar. When I told Laura about it, her response was that it's perfect for cake smashing. But MISS LAURA some babies eat cake during cake smashing. Do you not agree?

Laura is one of the sweetest person that I came across! We love her baked goods! Especially the cakes and macaroons! My kids love her moist chocolate cakes..she has done amazing cakes for our kids birthdays!!! I love her presentation! Name any theme and she adds her own style of signature to the cakes/cookies/cupcakes! She definitely sticks to the time lines! I would definitely recommend petite sweets!! I'll begin by stating w out an ounce of embarrassment, I enjoy sweets like no other. I have a very extreme sweet tooth and have my days where I crave my cakes, therefore I have tried many and plenty. Laura's baking is unmatched! I had never understood the difference with cakes and baking in general until my husband and I taste tested her cakes in anticipation for our wedding. We wanted a cake that would be talked about long after the wedding! Her flavors, the moistness of the cake and the sweetness of the frosting was something I had never had! I remember asking if I could purchase anything to take home just after tasting the flavors, she had laid out for us that we wanted in our wedding cake! My taste buds had cheated me all of my life it felt, I could have never known such amazing goodness until crossing paths with Laura's Sweets! Thank you so much Laura, we truly thank you for your beautiful work! The color of our cake was so perfect, the additional cupcakes you threw in unexpectedly for our guests for had nut allergies was beyond appreciated! You truly went above and beyond for our special day! Even shipping our son's airpod back to our home as he came to taste test with us and didn't realize he left it behind! You are such an amazing person at heart as we can tell, and we look forward to having our cakes made by you and sharing your name w everyone we can! Laura made my son's 6th birthday cake on short notice after many other bakers turned us down. She did a fabulous job on a ramen noodle cake for us. We couldn't have asked for better.

This was my first order with Laura but certainly will not be my last. Ordered a delicious cookie bouquet. My guests all commented on how good they were. So excited to have discovered Petite Sweets!!

What a fantastic experience with Laura and her bakery. I ordered 9 dozen cake pops for my son’s “I Do BBQ” rehearsal dinner. Not only were the pops fresh, delicious and a huge hit, they were so cute!! Everyone commented on how much they liked the taste and the cute designs. Lilac Rose Cupcakery made cupcakes for my daughter’s wedding and they were a HUGE hit! The cupcakes are the most beautiful and most delicious I have ever had! They are like individual works of art. There is no need for a wedding cake with these cupcakes!

Wanted a coffee (9am)on Main St..but the shops that Google Maps search came up with were CLOSED??? As we were walking we spotter the Mai St Bistro and saw it was open and to our surprise inside the “Bakery” , but Next Door..was a full blown Coffee shop They need a sign on the outside to let customers know they have COFFEE😎 It is a VERY small seating area, 3 tables only. But there’s is outdoor seating…it was very hot and humid outside. We timed it perfectly, just as we finished ordering a table opened up. We had a RASPBERRY Croissant 😳😳😳😳Wow!!!!!😍😍😍it was amazing!!!

Main Street bakery is one of my favorite places to visit in Grapevine on Main Street. This is near Vine Street, which is close to the Grapevine library which eye door as well. I always enjoy their breakfast there on this day. I had oatmeal with fruit. They also have a great quiche That you should try. The bakery right next-door inside the restaurant always has fresh baked goods. I enjoy coming here with my laptop and getting some work done in such a pleasant comfortable atmosphere a lot of times I am served by a bartender named James and Roscoe. Both of them are very thoughtful and very attentive. I highly recommend Main Street Bistero & Bakery visiting Grapevine Texas. You can’t go wrong with anything on their menu. Everything is made from scratch. And I think they’re pricing is very reasonable. They’re serving sizes are also a good size stop on by and enjoy also their chocolate martinis.

A bit hit or miss. Sausage bread was decent. “Opera cake” tasted good but it was really a black forest, almost nothing in common with opera. Coffee and croissant were subpar. The croissant tasted quite bready, while the coffee was so burnt to the point of being undrinkable for someone who’s used to lighter roasts.

I love this place.Y family has been supporting this venue for over 20 years when they first opened. They have the best pastries and they're always so welcoming. We usually come for lunch/brunch or early dinner. The bartender-James is wonderful! He's always so welcoming and is wonderful with recommendations and etc.

Amazing little bakery! The croissants took me back to Europe! Cant wait to visit Grapevine again! This will definitely be a stop we make when we are in town!

Overall, I cannot recommend Main Street Bistro and Bakery enough, and I encourage everyone to ask for Alex when you visit. Friendly, accommodating staff plus a wide selection of tasty cuisine makes this Eatzi's a top choice. Alex showed great patience in crafting our roast beef sandwich. He surprised us with his expertise pairing the right breads with the variety of meats. Who knew. Also, a few feet away when we asked for "the crispiest bacon, we got it -- and was it tasty! It may not be appetizing in the photo, but you have to try it to enjoy it. This was a Saturday morning visit, so the bacon may not always be available.

Eatzi's Market & Bakery offers a mixed bag of experiences. When it's good, it's great - the food can be delicious, and some of the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. However, consistency is an issue. There are times when the staff seem lazy or irritable, and the food quality can vary drastically, from excellent to inedible. Every visit feels like taking a chance on whether it will be a pleasant experience or a disappointing one. If they could maintain a steady level of quality and service, it would be an easy 5-star spot last but not least the ambiance is quality.

We just catered a party using party trays from Eatzi’s catering department. We ordered an antipasto tray, the beef flank steak tray, a chicken Cesar salad tray, and a fresh seasonal salad tray. The food was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so impressed with it at the party. I will definitely be coming back to order more catering for other events. Thank you so much Eatzi’s for helping out with everything! Also, David in management had taken our order and was very helpful and patient with us kudos to him as well.

This place is amazing for yourself, team , group or family meals. I love grabbing “fast” food here because I know the quality and food is going to be delicious. Also, if I have to bring a “dish” or “beverage” to an event I know that it will be available and everyone will enjoy. Plus, if I do not want to make dinner then I know I can go here and satisfy everyone and get a great drink. Some people may not about the red dot sale which they place on sale the last 15 minutes of store closing which is awesome for the late nights working. The General Manager, is always at the front or walking around to make sure all the customers are happy. thank you as always

Came in just earlier with my mother at 1:20ish, no more than like 15 people in the store, two cashiers. When we got in line there was no one behind us. We got some pastry’s for my fathers birthday today, a salmon meal, and hot soup, so not too much to scan. The young lady who checked us out was going way too fast and had an attitude of “pay and get out”. My mother was still trying to put her card away and I was checking our items to make sure they were bagged well (thankfully or our items probably would have been ruined on the ride home), and the young lady had already started to ring up someone who walked up to pay. Even though there was another cashier totally available and my mother was still standing like right in front of her and hadn’t moved to the side yet. When I checked our bags before picking them up, I realised the young lady put our hot soup container upside down on top of our pastries. When my mother asked for another bag because the lady put the container like that on top of stuff that will melt, she was very curt and rude and just said ‘there’s some right there’ and didn’t bother to acknowledge her mistake, apologize, or help. The other cashier who my mother spoke to about the incident didn’t care too much either and was trying to brush the incident off. She said something like ‘well some people don’t like their items separately bagged’. Um okay, I’m pretty sure all people don’t like the items that will spill hot liquid, that will also stain, stored upside down on top of things that should be cold to room temp. It was honestly distasteful how this was handled, if the store was actually busy and more than just one person was lined up to check out, I could maybe understand the shortness they had. But this was just bad customer service for the price of the items, I expect to have good customer service when I come here and to have my items bagged in a way that’s not stupid. I love the food here and would come pretty frequently for tea and a meal for lunch, but I’ve not had such a bad experience at this location before so I’m genuinely disappointed.

I was looking for a place that sold pastries and I happened to find this place on google maps. The staff was super welcoming and helpful, the Gentleman and Lady who were working the kitchen explained their daily menus. We ended up getting some chicken fried steak, a whole rotisserie chicken, a bunch of deserts, some amazing butter. I felt like I had stepped into an Italian store on the east coast. They had some opera playing in the back ground, it was just an amazing experience. It’s a little bit on the pricier side but that is expected when you want quality. I will be coming back regularly.
