Casa Filipina Bakeshop And Restaurant is a cozy mom-and-pop shop that offers a delightful combination of traditional Filipino meals, breads, cakes, and pastries. The restaurant serves homestyle classics of Filipino cuisine, including dishes like papery-crisp lumpia and tortang talong. Donut shop
Quirky source of create-your-own donuts offering a variety of glazes & toppings.
Love the concept of this place. Super friendly service and Loved the donuts! The salted caramel, maple bacon and French toast were my favs. I'm craving more! Kind of pricey but you won't be disappointed.
Alicia G — Google review
I like this place a lot. The doughnuts are made fresh and they have a lot of topping options and varieties to really make it your own. The doughnuts are a little thin though. We asked them to cut it in half like a sandwich so we could put coldstone ice cream in the middle and they both just crumbled apart cause they were to thin. Another thing I would suggest.... Adding over cream as a topping.
Gena E — Google review
Used to be good but now the donuts are smaller than store bought now for the same price, reduced the amount of flavors to just a few, and got rid of all the premium toppings! This place was the best but this new management totally ruined it. I mean it's now the most expensive donuts but smaller than Krispy Kreme. Even the service is slower it seems. I used to spend serious cash here for the best donuts with the most combinations but now there are half the options. I can fit two fingers through the hole of these donuts. There as thick as a small thumb..
Leonard M — Google review
Definitely fresh warm doughnuts that are just as enjoyable to eat as they are to look at . We got the Maple Bacon , blueberry , death by chocolate, and chocolate buzz doughnuts. They are definitely worth trying . The blueberry didnt exactly look like the image portrayed in the picture, but I'm sure it was still just as good .
Catherine O — Google review
Bacon Bomb and Blueberry Hill were amazing. Light cake donuts with plenty of toppings!
Jessica J — Google review
The most unique donuts in the valley. Loved the bacon bomb. The coffee donut was okay but I was expecting more coffee flavor.
Brad S — Google review
Many combinations of donuts, premade or make your own. Warm donuts are the best!
Steve W — Google review
I don't often go to donut places, although I do enjoy donuts a great deal. This place lets you customize and build your own donuts. They're a very pleasant texture, have a full-bodied taste, and are definitely worth the price. If I were over in the area more often, I'd definitely stop in more.

Nestled in the heart of the community, European Bakery and Cafe is a charming family-run establishment that specializes in an array of delightful baked goods. From scrumptious cakes to delectable cookies, pastries, and artisan breads, this bakery truly caters to every sweet tooth. Their customized cakes are particularly popular for special occasions; many patrons rave about their exceptional taste that sets them apart from other bakeries.
Wow this place is soo good!! Hidden gem! Gelato is on point and the espresso, 👌. Love it!!! We stopped here for dessert and an after dinner coffee. Did not disappoint.

Great hazelnut ice coffee! Deserts all looked delicious but I was too full to have even just one bite of them. I shall be back!
Tzuying C — Google review
I got the honey cake it was 8$ so more on the pricey side. It was VERY VERY DRY. I don’t think I’ll come back for this again which is why I came in. It tastes like 3 days old. All the cakes looked amazing but at least this one was lacking. They have ice cream and make normal birthday cakes also. Kinda disappointed but the staff was nice. They where also out of forks which was weird when they are right next to a dollar tree and can easily stay in stock
Ryah — Google review
My Romanian (in Europe) wife was disappointed. The cakes weren't bad, but they didn't stand out as any different from typical American cakes. The quality seemed about the same as from a grocery store--not bad, not special. No complaints about the customer service, and the shop was clean.
Brady B — Google review
We ordered a Boston Cream Pie for our 98 year old mother. It is her favorite cake and we have not been able to find anyone who bakes it. I ordered this 2 weeks ago over the phone as I was coming in from Florida. I spoke with Julie and she couldn't have been more helpful. The Cake was huge!!.. It was absolutely decorated beautifully! The flavor was THE BEST Boston Cream Pie I've ever had. It was not sickening sweet. The Cake texture was light and the Cream inside was delicious as well. The chocolate topping was hard/crispy? which was a lovely way to top it all off!! We highly recommend this lovely bakery and will visit again when in town. Thank you for making our 98 year old mother surprised and so Happy!!!!! Well worth the round trip 40 minute ride!

Very bad experience. I'm a customer for 7 years.Every year I bought a 6-8 persons customized cake for my boy birthday. In the last 3 years I noticed that the quality went down and the price went up.Last year I ordered the cake all white(price 120$).My wife bought fondant and we customized. Customer service skills almost nonexistent.Everytime when I went there they showed up with an arrogance attitude. I moved on so far. These days I talked with them to make a customized cake for the same number of persons(6-8). I sent them a picture and they said the minimum size is for 25 persons and will cost me 5000$.No typing mistakes here. I considered this price insane for a few reasons: Difference between a plain cake and a customized one is too much in just 1 year (120$ to 5k is huge) In 2018 I bought a 3000 sqft house and I used 6k as down-payment from my personal money Last year I bought a suv from 2017 for 6200 and you guys wanted to charge me 5k for a cake. If you guys want a customized cake that isn't on their list be ready to be robbed or just go somewhere else. Below is the design that I wanted.

Very warm and welcoming owners. The bread and pastries are amazing. The sandwiches are made to order as well as specialty coffees. Definitely has that "homemade" taste.👌I cant believe I have never been in this bakery before and it's in my neighborhood!! Definitely check them out!

Great food ! Family run business. Sandwiches are all made on fresh baked breads and the meats are cut right in front of you. The baked cakes and pastries are out of this world. So fresh and so good ! Go and try this place. You will be happy you did.

Panera is my all-time favorite place to eat. I could eat there every day. My husband and I have had lots of lunch and dinner dates at this location. We've tried the Prasada location and it is nice as well, but this location is a lot bigger. The food is always delicious. I miss the fruit punch that they used to have at the soda fountain, but I'm sure that was a decision by Corporate to remove it. Aside from that, I definitely recommend Panera and all of their high quality menu items.

Maya is a really sweet friendly and very professional. She’s one of the first faces I love to see every morning when I come to Panera. Please give her a raise she deserves it

If I could give 0 stars I would. Save your money and go elsewhere. This is a photo of what I ORDERED and what I RECEIVED! Absolutely no advocado cheese or peppers and hardly any chicken. Practically $30 for 2 “sandwiches” of bread!!
Amanda B — Google review
We came for here for a goodbye lunch, as my staff really enjoyed this place. The parking lot is super busy and not enough space. The staff inside were great despite being busy. You can either order from the cashier or the iPad. There are a ton of seats even for our large party, which was nice. Most of us ordered the 2 item mix and match lunch special. I ordered the cheddar broccoli soup and the turkey avocado blt with chips. Great items were very filling, I could eat the soup year round. I decided to spice it up with the blood Orange charged splash and a dessert chocolate chip muffie. The food is fresh and quickly made. Very clean, and the staff were constantly trying to accommodate everyone. If you are going to want to eat here, I'd suggest ordering ahead just to make it a bit easier.
Kristina H — Google review
Panera Bread is a pretty mediocre experience. The menu is fairly broad, but it's a bit of a hit or miss with what you order. The sandwiches tend to be heavy on the bread and a tad light on the fillings. Similarly, if you're hoping for a hearty salad, set your expectations a bit lower. They often come across as more garnish than meal. The soup, while decent, won’t have you singing praises either. Ambiance-wise, the Surprise location boasts a good-sized space, which could have been a plus if it were better maintained. On my visit, cleanliness seemed to take a backseat. Unserved tables were a common sight, and food debris scattered not only in the dining area but also alarmingly near the kitchen, made for an unsightly view. I do like the self-service order system, which is efficient and the pictures make for a user-friendly menu navigation experience. It streamlines the ordering process, particularly during peak hours. Price point is where I find a bit of contention. Given the quality of the food, it does feel overpriced. For similar rates, I'd much rather recommend the local Wildflower Bread Company chain. If you happen to be in Arizona, it's a treat not to miss. Their offerings are not only generous but also burst with flavors, making the dining experience truly worthwhile. In conclusion, Panera in Surprise, AZ is alright for a quick bite, especially if you're on the go. But if you're in the mood for something more delightful without denting your pocket, there are better local alternatives around.

Lauren was extremely helpful in the drive thru, going above and beyond to make sure I received what I ordered I had ordered a fruit cup and the location was out of them, so she made one for me on the spot.
Bryan C — Google review
I am following up on an issue I recently reviewed. Panera says a pickle comes with a full sandwich and a bag a chips unless you request an apple instead of chips. The pickle has been a hit or miss and my last review was because of the no chips and no pickle. If your not sure of the pickle put on your website you might get a pickle or u might not it will be a surprise. This review is to recognize Dawn as she handled this issue and I feel confident the issue for future orders will be corrected. Thank you Dawn and look forward to my future orders at your location.
Dave A — Google review
We usually go through the drive-thru, which goes very quickly. The cashier was nice and friendly. We only ordered drinks, and cookies. I must say, I do love their drinks and salads. Typically, the drive-thru doesn't take very long. However, there was a vehicle, before us, and it was at least a 10 minute wait. We pulled up, and the cashier gave us our order, free of charge, due to the long wait. We didn't expect that, but that was super sweet of her to do.

La Purisima Bakery is a long-standing establishment known for its assortment of pastries, cakes, and cookies, including Mexican specialties like pan dulce and tortillas. The bakery's products are highly sought after due to their use of fresh ingredients, resulting in a constant stream of customers eager to indulge in their delectable treats. Despite the bustling atmosphere reminiscent of a fast-paced baking factory, patrons can expect an extensive selection ranging from authentic Mexican delicacies to seasonal sugar cookies.
They had the freshest and softest concha’s I’ve ever had in my life. I grew up in Phoenix and never had conchas like these. So delicious, would go perfect with a cup of coffee, tea, or milk!
Sherlynn T — Google review
La Purisima Bakery at the Glendale location, did a phenomenal job on crafting a beautiful birthday cake for my mother's 81st birthday. They worked closely with us to create a cake to our exact specifications that was much appreciated by all our guests. Not only was it a beautiful cake, but was delicious as well. The staff supporting these efforts were patient and kind and exceeded expectations! FYI, had the opportunity to sample several bakery items on our numerous visits and were never disappointed; Delicious empanadas, cookies!

I love coming here for the cream or rice pudding filled donuts for my girlfriend. The service here is always welcoming and kind. Today I made a stop here for some, and I had some cash to pay part-way, but my card declined. The front cashier, without hesitation, decided to pay the rest off with her own cash. Another time, a worker saw a beggar overheating, and decided to give them some water. This establishment has excellent service and an even more excellent atmosphere and employees.

They were a little busy, but absolutely worth the wait! The tamales and fresh flour tortillas weren't pictured, but they were amazing. Can't wait to come back!

This is easily one of the best Hispanic bakeries in town, and the line of locals outside says it all. They’ve got tasty burritos, a huge selection of sweet breads and pastries at great prices, quick service, and even cakes. Totally worth the stop!

Always come here! They have the absolute best pastries and breads. They also make fresh tortillas and sell red/green chili burritos and on the weekend menudo. All tastes amazing 🤩. This is the go to spot. Staff is always so friendly and quick. You gotta try it out.

If you want some authentic Mexican deserts then this is a must try! Place is packed on Sunday afternoon. And it is definitely not your hangout and take selfie kinda place. Get your stuff and move on. The ladies at the counter are super nice and helpful. They went to all the trouble helping me out to get what I want despite my non-existent Spanish skills. Awesome deserts, awesome service.

Our favorite Phoenix-area Mexican bakery, La Purisma, is located near historic Downtown Glendale. While we don't know the name of everything we purchased during our most recent trip there, everything was excellent. Plus we enjoy ordering - "I'll have one of these and two of 'dem!" Great prices. Nice people! We will continue to make La Purisma a favorite Glendale stop

Nothing Bundt Cakes is a bakery chain that offers a variety of bundt cakes, ranging from small to large sizes. The store has a visually appealing and well-maintained interior, with extensive decorations and ample space for walking around. However, parking can be challenging due to limited entrances, so it is advisable to park at the back for easier access. The menu is easy to understand, and the staff members are friendly and helpful.
Love coming in here with my family, and many choices of these 😋 sweet treats. I love their bite-size cakes and I usually buy the assorted dozen. The best ones we love are the Red Velvet and Carrot Cakes 😋
Pattie C — Google review
Want a bite of a cake that melts in your mouth? That has a creamy frosting that doesn't taste like the usual sugary lard that seems to be everywhere today? Then Nothing Bundt Cakes is the place to go! What a charming and clean shop with attentive staff. The only difficult part is trying to decide which flavor to try, especially since there are different ones to try regularly mixed in with the favorites. How does one choose between snickerdoodle, lemon raspberry, cookies and cream, strawberries and cream, chocolate-chocolate chip, carrot, confetti, and more! Plus, there are even a few gluten free options. The bundlet size is just a perfect size for some special tea or coffee time to self-indulge; I chose the red velvet and I'd certainly get one of those again, but still need to work through the other flavors. There's also bundtinis that can be ordered by the dozen. Great for gifting too since the regular 8" and 10" sizes are adorned with a decorative flower perched atop and there's a tiered version too. Join the loyalty club and you'll score a bundlet on your birthday! If there were better signage from Bell Rd., this place would be standing room only with lines around the block....
J.F. F — Google review
I came in for my annual birthday Bundt and the woman working was so incredibly sweet. She also informed me that they had gluten free options which I was completely unaware of yet so excited to hear. I wish I would have gotten her name because I’d tell her manager that she deserves a raise for the excellent customer service. The store was very busy and they were about to close but she helped everyone that walked in with a smile on her face and a good attitude. She even thanked me for waiting even though I wasn’t waiting very long. The interaction I had with her really turned my day around. Yes, sometimes something as small as a kind employee can make someone’s day. I got my gluten free chocolate chip bundles and will be back year round now that I know there are gluten free options!

Location : 59th Ave Bell Road- 9/26/25 Unfortunately, the Bundt patrol was in action refusing to honor a birthday email when my 13 year old niece went in. The “owner’ went all in asking for ID for one single one. Her mother had also went in and she still refused despite showing her an ID! Why give out these birthday emails when they won’t be honored! This Karen and she knows who she is needs an attitude adjustment! What kind of customer service does this company run???
Jennifer G — Google review
It is my birthday and I went to pick up my cake but also get my free bundtlit. When I asked about my free cake the cashier asked if I had an account. I wasn’t sure but quickly found out I actually do. When she asked what my phone number was, she said I didn’t have an account (which I do). I did get an e-mail from nothing Bundt cakes telling me happy birthday and instructing me to go to the store to get a free cake. I showed her the e-mail and she acted like she didn’t see it and continued to ask me for the phone number. I gave her the phone number and she instructed me to sign up for an account to get my free bundlet. It felt like she wasn’t listening to me because I already told her I might have an account (which I do and it is connected to my phone number) and showed her the e-mail. I have been coming here for years and always showed my ID and got a free cake. She was not willing to accept this and continued to tell me I had to create an account. She said I can come back up to 7 days to get my cake once I complete the registration and get the e-mail (which I already had and showed her). When I told her I won’t be able to come back because of work she gave me a sarcastic “awww that sucks”. She was super rude and was unwilling to give me my free cake. I left feeling u heard, frustrated, and without my free bustle cake. I plan on telling all my family members who come to this location with me to not bother and go somewhere else. I shouldn’t have been treated this was especially on my birthday. Please do not go here! Go anywhere else
Isaiah G — Google review
I recommend trying their Red Velvet and Carrot Cake. The cakes are very moist. The frosting is a Cream Cheese frosting and that is the cherry on top. They make you feel welcome as soon as you enter. No order necessary, cakes are ready to purchase.

I had went in an ordered 3 dozen for my birthday. Told the girl what i had wanted. And when people were eating them on the day of my party I saw there were not what I had ordered. So I called to complain. I was told they couldn't do a refund, but give me a credit at first I sad no. Then I thought yes I would take that credit and the manager said no. It had ruined my birthday. Not very happy.

Dunkin' is a beloved establishment that has been delighting customers for years with its iconic breakfast offerings and an extensive selection of coffee beverages. Whether you're in the mood for a hearty breakfast sandwich or craving a refreshing iced coffee, Dunkin' has something to satisfy every palate. This chain is perfect for those looking to kickstart their day with delicious flavors and energizing drinks, making it a go-to spot for breakfast lovers everywhere!
The Meh Dunkin I've been here a few times, and it's ok. The doughnut options are fewer now, and the ones they have run out fast. The doughnuts still taste good, but the prices seem to be skyrocketing. almost 10$ for half a dozen. The staff are kinda slow, but they are friendly. The place is clean and spacious. I also wished they had a drive-through, but you can't have it all I guess. I consider this place more of a coffee shop than a doughnut place. not sure if I'm ever returning. ***If anyone likes my honest reviews then please like my post and follow my google account*** -Thanks

Worst dunkin ive ever been to. I walked in and it looked closed aside from one person sitting in the dinning area. I didn't pay any attention to him until I heard a loud burp.... as much as I should have turned and looked at this person. I did not.... shortly after, this person walks behind the counter and proceeds to make the food I just ordered from the first guy who took a good 8 minutes to notice I was there at all. I felt like dunkin opened a shop from the show Ozarks and they were really waiting for someone to order a dime bag.... but I'm in N. PHX next 1.5 million dollar homes... had i not watched the guy prepare my food i wouldn't have eaten in. You do you do boo boo... in the privacy of your own home....

Service is beyond terrible. There was not one customer in the store and I waited 4-5 minutes to get the girl to wait on us. She was talking on her phone the whole time and it was not a work call. I got the same service on Sunday but decided to give them another chance but this will be my last visit.
George B — Google review
Severely understaffed, which leads to long wait times. Came in for 2 donuts, left after 10 min without any. Cashier is running the register, packing donuts and making the drinks. Other employee is busy with the breakfast items. Only 2 people to run the shop during the busiest time. And the cashier takes a lot of time trying to upsell you on the meal deals which puts just more strain in their whole operation. Unfortunately for us the moment was ruined
Emir E — Google review
Worst freaking service. Like when you order mobile order it's NEVER ready. I make sure to order 20mins ahead of time so you'd think it should be ready correct? WRONG! We order ahead to grab and go not come and freaking wait 30 mins for an order that not only should've been ready but ready right.
Daryan B — Google review
How can you go wrong with Dunkin? This was a large DD but thr dime in and the outside patio are still closed. The staff was friendly and working hard but they must be understaffed, it was over 20 minutes to get a drink and bagel and they were out of all butt 4 kinds of donuts. Check them out and see what you think.
Brian G — Google review
Great food but they are really understaffed. Gotta wait 30 minutes for breakfast here

Blue Corn Cafe & Bakery is a delightful local spot known for its freshly baked goods and inviting aroma. Their chocolate chip cookies strike the perfect balance of chewy and crunchy, while their blue corn muffins offer a unique twist. The pear & cardamom muffins boast an intriguing flavor combination, and their coffee cake is simply exceptional. Visitors rave about the impeccable service from the friendly staff, who often provide samples of newly baked treats.
Stopped by with a group for takeout lunch. I ordered a tomato quiche slice, and it was so good. Really smooth and delicious. The bake handed out samples of the bread which was very tasty. He also handed out a sample of a chocolate muffin which, again, was amazing. I'll definitely be back for lunch and plan on trying other ones of their sandwiches. Highly recommended.

I can’t wait to come back again and again!

Moment you walk in you are happily greeted with great energy. They give you a sample while you decide what to order. Their Sourdough bread is delicious! I have never had a quiche before, but I ordered one because it was requested to have one at the baby shower. I was able to try a quiche before leaving and it was absolutely amazing!!!! Nick, the owner, who is just the most kindest person told me the process on how they are made and you can just tell the amount of care that goes into them. This place all around is just a good and necessary place to visit in downtown Glendale.

I died and went to heaven today when I walked into Blue Corn Cafe. Service was phenomenal, and even though the line was long they were so quick. It is the day before Easter and they were cranking out treats left and right. We tried a cheesecake tart and it was seriously one of the best desserts I have ever eaten. My husband who is not a sweets fan ate so much of it ha ha. He could not stop saying how great it was. I’m kicking myself for not trying one of the quiches. We also ordered a hot Americano and an iced honey lavender latte. Both were phenomenal. Location isn’t huge, but bright clean and has a good amount of seating to enjoy your treats there with a friend or two. We cannot wait to come back. So dang good!

First off, Glendale doesn’t deserve this place… This place is actually really nice! When I walked in I was immediately greeted and offered a sample of carrot cake. The sample was amazing and not too sweet either. I saw they sold macarons and I am kind of a connoisseur of them so I thought I would try. At $15 for 6pc it’s not a bad price if they are good but after sitting down and opening the package and sampling a couple there wasn’t much flavor and almost no filling. So at that price it felt like a rip off I went and told the owner and I expected him to be insulted be he actually was extremely kind and friendly, he asked what was wrong not in a “what’s your problem” type of way but like “how can we improve.” Anyways, he gave me my money back and then warmed up a chocolate muffin and gave it to me. This was AMAZING customer service!! This was my fault for choosing the macarons when they don’t specialize in them. Their other desserts were amazing just to look at I definitely want to go back and make business here. Seriously amazing and beautiful pastries and wonderful customer service!!

Such a cute bakery and the foods amazing! My mom and I had two different quiche and agree that it was better than the one we had from France. The staff was so nice and welcoming. I highly recommend stopping by!

One word AMAZING! Super friendly! The owner is incredible! The soup to die for! Cookies OVER the top! An don't forget the sandwich Holy cow! The bread is OUTSTANDING! You HAVE to try the quiche! Absolutely heavenly! Top ten on my list! What are you waiting for!? TRY THIS PLACE! I'm in love!

I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, and it was immediately clear that his passion for the craft runs deep not only in the way he speaks about his work, but in the creativity and care he brings to every pastry. I attended an event where I sampled an array of his creations, including muffins, macarons, quiche, and cheesecake. The greatest compliment I can offer is this I’ve never finished a slice of cake in my life until his. I could’ve gone back for seconds. Thank you for the unforgettable experience. I’ll definitely be returning soon.

If you're on the hunt for a delightful bagel experience, look no further than Einstein Bros. Bagels! This charming spot serves up fresh bagels made in-house daily, ensuring every bite is delicious. The friendly staff creates a welcoming atmosphere where regulars are greeted by name and treated like family. Their vanilla lattes are a must-try, often hailed as the best around.
This place is awesome. The customer service is outstanding. The restaurant is super clean and the workers are amazing. The food was really good as well I definitely recommend this location stopped around 12:50pm on July 7th

Very disappointed was not able to try the new Bagels and gravy . Was told sold out hours ago. Tried to put in early order and were not accepting online orders. Place closes at 2 but 1:30 pm lights were deemed chairs on tables. I asked if I could order something else said they were out of bagels had a handful of sesame bagels . I asked if I could order something . I said the same just different bagel. Lady said just have it on me which was very nice and unexpected . Unfortunately I did not eat it because the young guy that prepared the bagel burped so loud that even the young lady turned to look at him that made me grossed out that your food preparer does that in front of you what do they do behind the scenes. I mention Pablo the old manager never let bagels run out but I guess company needs to save money . I always did the surveys for him for his great service but this time it was a disappointment .

I’ve been here a few times before my appointment at Palo verde Cancer specialist. I eat my breakfast while getting treatment I always get lightly toasted but when I opened it today it was burnt as a crisp.

5/5 I recommend Texas egg brisket sandwich. Food comes fresh and tasty every time I’ve ordered from here. The hashbrowns are decent but pretty small. This location has consistency with accuracy and quality.

I went into this location on Sunday 9-14-2025, around 10 am. The line was a bit long but I realized they only had 3 workers working that day, 2 were making an serving the orders (a tall ginger and a short brunette) and the other one named Amber was not only taking the orders and making drinks she was also grabbing bakers dozens, and helping the dashers grab there orders. It did take a bit longer for me to get my order but it still came out pretty fast a with no mistakes and with only 3 employees I applaud them!!! I even sat and ate there and when there weren’t any customers in line they were tidying up the place, not once did they complain nor stop smiling, I will for sure be back!!!
Anderson C — Google review
The manager, Spencer helped me who was very nice, super helpful and patient. I was able to place my order quickly, and it came out just as quick. They also had plenty of bagel options still available close to closing time which never happens lol Plus, this is literally the most ideal situation ever! It’s in the same building as Starbucks- you just walk down the hall! Definitely coming back.
Randi K — Google review
The staff is amazing. They are always so friendly even when customers are rude to them and the bagels are always fresh and so soft. I love this place. I truly go here every day.
Molly M — Google review
I go to this bagel shop almost every day. The bagels are made fresh in-house every day. They are delicious, and the baker is nice & friendly. I also have a vanilla latte, and they are the best of any coffee shop I've been to– and I've been to most of them, having been born and raised here 71 years ago. Always been a west-sider. The staff always greet me coming in and tell me to have a good day when I leave. They know me by name by now. They are ALWAYS happy, friendly and professional. Especially with each other. They have worked together a long time and perform like a well-oiled machine. Yes, the place gets crowded, but they get the orders out pretty fast. Yes, the floor behind the counter can get messy, but it's because they are extremely busy, and they can only concentrate on orders until it eases up, after which they promptly begin spot cleaning and taking out the garbage. I have seen rude customers get snarky when they have to wait, but the staff remain friendly and patient. (That was a Saturday and 3 workers had called off.) Yes, they occasionally run out of bagels on very busy days, so you just go to “Plan B” and choose from what's left, but that is a rare occurrence. Yes, they start to clean up & put chairs up on tables when it's close to closing time and customers coming in have slowed to a crawl. I can't say enough good things about this bagel shop and the fabulous people who work there! I came in a bit sad a couple of times and Sara wrote a special note on my latte lid to cheer me up. It did. These are very special people who work hard at their jobs to give good, friendly service. If you get good service, leave a tip. They earn it. From your forever “Regular Jo”.

La Fama Mexican Bakery is a charming, counter-service eatery that specializes in authentic Mexican baked goods and delicious comfort food. Known for their exceptional green chile, homemade flour tortillas, and crispy chicharrones, this bakery has become a beloved spot for locals. Many patrons rave about the quality of the food at reasonable prices, often reminiscing about childhood memories tied to family-owned establishments like this one.
Delicious food. Reasonably priced The only thing I don't like is when they serve all that onion on their chicharron con salsa Verde. I've been coming here for years. Also the chicharron at the counter needs be be fried differently. But this is just my personal opinion and experience here.

Don't waste your money going here. Food had no flavor. I was so disappointed. You're better off going to Food City for a better Chile Verde or Chile Colorado burrito. $7.00 for a little burrito with more potatoes than meat. And no taste. Please save your money and go somewhere else.

Came all the way to this bakery from Phoenix to Glendale. Not a very good experience. Have to wait an extra 45 minutes for the food to be done. And to top it off, pay $45 for Manuel for them to say there is no onion or cilantro. Still have to wait another 40 minutes for the tamales to be done and. And a little chunky lady was not very friendly. All she said was that's it? I'm sorry, wow. Will not return and will not recommend.

Cinnabon is a fast-food chain that offers a variety of baked goods and specialty frozen drinks. While their prices may be higher than other options like Dunkin' or Krispy Kreme, the quality of their products is undeniable. Customers consistently enjoy their delicious cinnamon rolls, which are a popular guilty pleasure. The customer service at Cinnabon has always been satisfactory, ensuring that customers have a positive experience every time they visit the bakery.

Manager Kianna was rude at the register and over the phone. She acted like I was an inconvenience for even ordering there. I said please, thank you, have a good one regardless and she rolled her eyes and walked away with an attitude. Okay? Went home, tried one of my Cinnabon rolls and it was raw in the middle so I called to get a credit for one. She asked if I could come back, I said no, then asked if I had a receipt I said yes, gave her the number and she told me I couldn't get a refund unless I brought it back. I said so the receipt didn't even matter? She huffed and said to call back in 30 minutes to talk to the Gm tianna. I did and was told she wasn't working that day. What was the point of calling back if you knew that? She told me Tiana had said I couldn't get a refund unless I brought it back. Ive never as a food service worker have asked someone to do that, so it strikes me strange during a pandemic to bring back already handle food. It's unsanitary and unprofessional. I feel sorry for the company that this is how they are represented by a manager no less and their customers are treated poorly when it's on them that their food quality standards were not up to par. I recommend getting your cinnamon roll craving elsewhere, 0/10 will never recommend.

Out of all the nice food stalls in Arrowhead towne center, I chose to get 2 orders of the minis for myself and my wife. Unfortunately, I was given 'STALE' products which tasted a couple of days old. I just returned the unconsumed and told the staff about it and did not even bother to get a refund. Soo disappointed. Common Cinnabon...this is no way to survive current competitive market.
James N — Google review
Honestly for the price I'd rather a regular bun over a half dozen donuts from dunkin or Krispy Kreme. Yes Cinnabon is pricey but there's no mistaking their good quality and it's worth it.

I had an incredible time at Crumbl Cookie in Westgate. The staff were extremely friendly and made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. The store was well-maintained and exceptionally clean, enhancing the overall positive experience. Most importantly, the cookies were delectable! I tried various flavors, and each one was baked perfectly and tasted fantastic. If you're seeking a delightful treat in a welcoming and sanitary environment, I highly recommend visiting Crumbl Cookie.
First Crumbl location I’ve been to. Absolutely in love! Staff is so kind. They put love into their cookies and service. Thanks Jada and Arrianna!

We came in to get cookies and waited a long time while they worked on online orders despite being the only ones in the store. The store had self service down and was super dirty. When we got up to order, they told us we couldn’t have the ones we wanted because they were holding those flavors for Uber orders for the night. We then ordered through the Crumbl app and picked up our flavors five minutes later.

I finally tried these famous cookies I heard so much about. Price was a little high for me. But if you have a sweet tooth like me, then these cookies will definitely satisfy your craving. The presentation of each cookie is appealing to the eye. The service was great, and I was in and out with my cookies in under 10 minutes. You will definitely need some milk, almond milk, coffee, or some water. They have different flavors each week. The taste for each cookie was delicious, and I loved the crispness around each cookie 🍪.

The cookies are soft, extremely flavorful, large, moist, rich in flavor but not too rich, and tasty! My first time in this store and I felt at home! The cookies are ideal and cooked to perfection. The cookies have a depth of brown sugariness, lightly toasted on the outside, and mysterious flavors combos into editable goodness. The quality and the quantity is exceptional.

After watching a Cookie Crumbl taste testing on YouTube, I stopped by the Glendale Cookie Crumbl shop, 05-18-25 thinking I was going to buy a couple of dozen of cookies, but luckily my intuition told me to tell my friend to leave his wallet in his pocket because of the stink faces of the two Caucasian female employees who were low vibrational, unprofessional and impolite towards me and my friend, a gorgeous Caucasian man. Whether race or jealousy played a part in the attitudes of the female employees, my opinion is to keep your evil and judgments out of the workplace and treat everyone equally and with the utmost respect. We as consumers, are keeping your lights on and food on your table. Never forget that. :-)

Dunkin' is a well-established chain that specializes in serving their famous breakfast items and a wide selection of coffee beverages. Despite occasional dryness in some of their doughnuts, the overall quality of the food is good. The staff members are friendly, helpful, and provide excellent customer service. Although they may be understaffed at times, they handle any issues with orders professionally and efficiently. The drinks are consistently tasty and made quickly.
A few days ago, and was having the WORST DAY, so wanted to get a yummy matcha to treat myself and bring my day back up, and as soon as I pulled in, I noticed the line was terribly long and I was so frustrated!! I decided because I went all this way to get one I waited, and it was worth the wait. Valerie was an absolute angel, and she spent so much time to show how much she cared about me as even just a customer, but as a person. I wasn’t sure what to order so she surprised me by making her favorite drink, and it was so delicious!!! Sugar chunks in the iced coffee was definitely not the best decision Dunkin made, but hiring Valerie definitely was!!! Thank you Valerie for a wonderful experience, and making my day so much brighter. I will definitely be coming back, specifically for her!!!

I have been in horrible pain all day because of my neck I can't turn my head I can barely sit I walk into this location and almost break my neck because there are literally soapy puddles all over the floor with not a single wet floor sign in sight thank God I caught myself because I am already in soo much pain I bring it up to the employee and he just acts like it's no big deal I told him I wanted a free coffee because of this and not only would he not do that I had to pay 55 cents for a cup of water when it's over 100 degrees outside!!! Who mops like this???!!!! I have worked in the restaurant industry for most of my life and I know the extreme importance of putting out a wet floor sign when there is water on the floor this is insane!!!! You guys are very blessed that you don't have a lawsuit being filed because of lazy incompetent employees He said his name was Brandon **** Would like to add that it was around 5:20 pm on a Thursday and there wasn't a single customer there so there's absolutely no excuse not to have small tasks like this taken care of!

I ordered a matcha and the first one I got was super bitter, when I went to ask about it there was only one employee who really cared. Horrible customer service lately. Other than the early morning guy that was there this place has been awful. 25minutes for my mobile order of munchkins and a coffee…I only got it because I kept bugging the staff and I was ignored numerous times. Nobody said hello or good-morning. I stood at the front counter for over 5 min while everyone just did their thing. Then I used the restroom and opted just to order online so I didn’t have to bother them. It said not to pull the door to hard and at 9am the trash bin in the restroom was full of tampons telling me it wasn’t taken out from the night before. Everyone was dressed In baggy t shirts. Multiple people were serve before me not even knowing if I had been helped or not. This place is a joke. Paper signs everywhere instead of just fixing things or making a real sign. I haven’t even gotten my food yet while writing this. Hopefully it’s at least good food. The manager had to come out for an escalation and he wasn’t very pleasant. Also the umbrellas were just lying on the floor not in the tables outside. Not inviting at all. And to top it off my to go order was just sitting on the back counter no way to get notified through the app nobody called my name

Came in on a Sunday, this place looks awful. No napkins, the soda machine was broken down, no ice available. Out of literally everything! The counters were sad and empty. Looking behind the counter was the smell of dirty rags and the area they make your “gourmet “ coffee was disgusting and dirty and smelled of sewer. This place is definitely a health issue. I feel bad for the employees. This manager really needs to step in, this is a community hotspot why r you allowing to fail your employees this way?? Those kids were working hard with literally nothing to work with. I blame management. Won’t be coming back. Get someone who can run this place right.

Food was good but they didn’t really have any stock of anything they were close to closing though hour and half till close when we walked in. They didn’t have any napkins which I was informed that the manager did not want them to put them out. No coffee either with an hour till close. Seating areas hadn’t been wiped down even though all employees were standing around when we got in and there were only two customers in the place. Afterwards more people came in just before two and were informed of no coffee and very few options because of no stock?? I got the Texas brisket they didn’t have any jalapeño bagels left so I got the Asiago and they added a jalapeño cream cheese it was 🔥

I have quite the sweet tooth, and I've been known to frequent all of the local pastry/brownie/ cookie places, this place is absolutely a favorite. I stumbled across them a while back at a farmers market, and have always kept an eye out for them, but I recently found out they have this regular location, which is great news for me! All of the reviews are spot on. These people are very friendly, brownies are amazing, and they they offer samples, which made the decision to get the variety pack much easier 🙄 although if you know what you want, they sell full size brownies for a reasonable price for how how huge it is. I believe they said they have 40 flavors on rotation and they offer 6 per week, all of them are delicious, so I'll definitely be back soon. 10/10, definitely recommend for anyone who likes brownies/cakes, or anything sweet.
