A warning to the owner or owners of this business FIRED PIE at Glendale outlet stores, every time I have come in to eat, the entire dining area, yes around all the tables, is always dirty, floor and tables, yes the staff never worries about keeping it clean, today everyone who sat down to eat, cleaned their own table. Totally unpleasant to eat here again, I hope the kitchen area is not like this. I share it with you and the BBB. And what is that under the pizza??? Has to clean the ovens too.

Cheaper than a combo meal at McDonald's, but way better and more delicious. I got pepperoni, ham, bacon, shredded mozzarella, fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, olives, green bell peppers, artichoke, and pineapple with fresh grated Parmesan for $10.99. That's two meals for me.

I have always loved Fired Pie and this was my first time to this location. Service was great and of course the pizza was delicious! I always do the pesto and oil pizza with chicken and bacon. However, like another reviewer referenced I also had a TON of black char on the bottom of my pizza and it’s not even Noon so my gut tells me maybe the oven just wasn’t cleaned all the way? Outside of that GREAT PIZZA ALWAYS!!!

We often go eat at Fire Pie while shopping, I mean there are no other options beside pretzels. Besides the tables always being dirty despite them not being busy but rather gossiping the food has not been an issue until 7/13. The pizza crust/base was sooo thin when we lifted it up it ripped it was a mess and nasty, super oily and the salad I ordered was dry and mostly lettuce. I told the young lady and she said "what do you want us to remake it" I said yes and was told it would be about 30-min. THEY WERE NOT BUSY. us and 2 other people there already eating. We threw it away and left.

The pizza was tasty and I like the concept. However, we ordered one pizza and two kinds of appetizers - the pizza arrived after 20 minutes and after finishing it we ended up waiting another 15 minutes for one of the appetizers and another 10 minutes for the last appetizer. Definitely not worth the wait.

I honestly went to have a cheese pizza with cilantro, but they were out of cilantro. *sad frijoles* I ended up getting a pizza with the garlic sauce, mozzarella, and artichokes. Which was so good. It was light and delicious. The crust reminded me of a tortilla which I love so it was a total bonus. My husband got the Mediterranean pizza and talked about it the whole way home. Woulda been 5 stars if they had cilantro.

We've been customers at Fired since the (I believe) first location opened in Chandler on Ray/101 years ago. It was always amazing. Then one opened closer to us on Ocotillo and Alma School. We were there for the grand opening. Then we moved a few miles east and went less frequently. My daughter and I decided to go to the Tanger Outlet Mall today and make a day of it. When we saw Fired, we were both very excited. We weren't too hungry, so we decided to split a pizza and a salad. We walked in and told the employee what we were having. She pointed out that there was no iceberg lettuce, only spinach/mixed greens, so we opted for just a pizza and things went progressively downhill from there. They were out of basil, they were out of all cups, except large (I reluctantly took one large, instead of two mediums and figured we could share), then the employee (pink tips in hair who may have been new) didn't ask me about rewards, so I pulled up my app and asked how to use the new app. She said she didn't know. I said it was fine, but how could I still get my reward points and she said she didn't know. She left to ask another employee, who also seemingly didn't know or didn't indicate that she knew. So, I said, could I just get a receipt and contact the company to add the points. She didn't know how to give me a receipt, so she called someone else to come out and print one. Printer was out of paper. She refilled the paper and then couldn't print the receipt anyway and told me she could email it. That was fine, so I did that. I went to the soda fountain with my large cup and saw Gatorade option had a sign that it was out of order, so I went for the Diet Pepsi. I got water. I went back to the counter and told them there was no Diet Pepsi and she told me she would check. She came back out to tell me they were out and brought me a bottle of it. Nice gesture, but still, it's not just one thing- it's a hundred at this point. Fast forward to me waiting at the counter for my pizza. The young lady doing the baking was going between making pizza, cutting it, working the register, and pulling up her pants and scratching her arms- all without gloves and without washing her hands 🤮. I figured I was invested already and tired and just wanted the pizza. So it comes out and I ask for the basil the first employee told me to ask for at the end. No basil!!!! You can't make this up. So I asked for half a Buffalo sauce swirl and half a balsamic swirl. They had both, but see the pic of the balsamic sauce. Idk what that was. Not a dark, rich, thickish texture. It looked like vomit. I was totally over the whole experience by then. I understand that this is a busy location, likely few regulars, as people pass through going to CA or to events next door or just traveling there to shop and nobody will probably care about this, but it was a travesty honestly. I felt completely ripped off.

I’ve been here twice so far when visiting from out of town. Once in January and once this week of June 10, 2025. Everything I’ve eaten here tastes delicious and fresh. The chips and salsa are warm and good. The house margaritas are delicious with a punch. This is one place I like to visit when in town from now on. Visiting Arizona from California makes me miss the California food but this place is good.

Amazing! Customer service. We were in a rush and placed a delivery order via the Grub-hub app. Either the app didn't have the option or we missed it to pick chicken or beef. The Caramba's called us up immediately and went the extra mile to complete our order. We will be coming back for sure. Great Food, Great Service! Thank you.

One of the MUSTs in Phoenix! Come here several times when I visit Phoenix. The food and margaritas are delicious, large portions, and great prices. You won’t be disappointed. Favorite foods include huevos ranchero, green tamales, fajitas, and salcapon salad. Their chips and all the salsa at the salsa bar are perfectly salted and spiced. Yum!

Juan the manager and Jake the bartender are the best. The food is great and prices are very reasonable. The drinks are delicious and Jake will take care of you in the bar with excellent service. A definitely great place to go for Mexican food and drinks. Highly recommend Caramba's

Was a little taken aback when I questioned why I was charged more for my tacos than the posted price? She just shrugged her shoulders and started taking the order of the next person. Thinking of looking for another Mexican restaurant. Don't think I'll be going back. Which is sad because I do like their food

The food and the service are really great here. Perfect, even. The only thing that needs to be improved is their soda fountain. There's a horrible aftertaste with any drink or water you get from it. Awful! The machine needs to be taken apart and cleaned or replaced all together. The weird taste of the fountain drinks was just so unexpected. All I could think about was the bacteria, etc, that must be in the hoses, etc, on that thing. It's a bit of a damper on an otherwise perfect vist.

Greasy!!!! Run away. Horrible. Covered in so called butter. The bread was flat and soaked in oil. 3 patties. What a laugh. Looked like 1 fat patty put together. Thats why i got 3. Also what happened to the onions? I couldn't really see any. My mother's fish and chips was also Greasy. The fries taste green, not rip also were semi hard. First and last time ill be going. I dont understand why people come here.

If I could give this place a -0, I would. All the floor counter staff were unpleasant and unfriendly. Not one greeted or thanked me, or anyone else who was in store waiting. Cashier Klana didn't even bother to look at me when I placed my order. Duty manager (young male kid) & another cashier girl were talking spanish amongst themselves. Another cashier went on break,paid for her custard and then went back behind the counter to add more toppings to her cup..isn't that theft?... My burger was slapped together & missing the tomato,which I didn't ask for. Mixer was runny & soupy, barely soft set. They give priority to drive thru & don't care making customers inside wait, very slow to get served & then get your order. I will never dine at Culver's again, over priced and bad service. They need to realize no customer = no job. Save ur $ and go across the street to In & Out or Shake Shack...

Save yourself the trouble and don’t go to this Culver’s. Ordered an ice cream on the drive-through was told $5.50 went to the window was not given a total charge. My card was charged 6.82 asked for a receipt I was charged for each mixing that was put in the concrete mixer, Asked to speak to a manager who told me that that was normal and that they charge for every mixing. owner came over and told me it was a mistake.

I ordered an Oreo and salted caramel mixer, I got something with almonds instead which sent me to the hospital. It wasn’t an issue of cross contamination, I could specifically taste them. I’d love to discuss this issue.

I do not care what anyone has to say about Culver's. It has been one of my top five burgers places since they came to Arizona and remains so to this day. This morning, after I got off work, I stopped in and had the bacon double deluxe combo. It did not disappoint. Fresh never frozen beef that melts in your mouth and seasoned oh so delicately. Real bacon without tomatoes and onions for me. Crinkle cut fries that are always piping hot awaiting the ketchup. Lol. You can never go wrong here, and if you need ice cream, they have that covered as well. I recommend eating in as it can get a little messy trying to eat all of this deliciousness in your vehicle. Enjoy!!! Sorry, but I had already eaten most of the burger before I took the picture.

Dazzo's Dog House is a delightful stop for anyone craving a taste of Chicago in Glendale, AZ. Located at 6143 W Glendale Ave, this charming eatery brings back fond memories of classic hot dog joints. On my way to a rental listing in Peoria, I felt a wave of hunger and decided to treat myself at Dazzo’s. The atmosphere instantly reminded me of the vibrant hot dog restaurants back in Chicago, filled with nostalgia and warmth. I ordered a Polish sausage, a beef hot dog, and a large Coke, which came to a reasonable total of $17.15. The meal was absolutely satisfying, bursting with flavor and authenticity. After enjoying my delicious food, I felt energized and ready to assist my client with viewing the rental. Dazzo’s truly hit the spot!

I had a delightful experience at this replica of a Chicago hot dog stand. The French fries were amazing. I could tell they were cut from real potatoes, and they weren't greasy. They were just right. I also had the Italian beef, which was better than Portillos. I'm from Chicago, and this brought me back. It's very reasonably priced as well.

This place is great! We found it on accident and what an accident it was. The gentleman man behind the counter was so nice and accommodating. We went for the hot dogs but ended up taking the burger and Italian sausage sandwich home after our hot dogs to try and oh my god everything is amazing!! Also try their Italian ice We did the cherry one and there was pieces of cherry in it. We will be back for sure!

I got the Polish Dog and my lady got the Chubby dog. I love hot dogs and this place seems like it's been around forever and I can see why. They've got their flavors down. The fries tasted fresh, too. My wife and I always trade bites, and while I definitely enjoyed my polish dog, I think the Chubby has the edge. The "cash only" was a little bit of a hassle since I hardly ever carry cash. It has stopped me from going here a couple of times. Overall, for the price, though, I'd say it was worth the trip👌🏼

That's how you do an Italian beef sandwich. I order mine "hot n wet". They've been here since 1979 and btw they only take cash. Always friendly. Always delicious. Prices are reasonable. They serve Italian beef sausage fries wings tamales burgers and chile sodas and tea. Pro tip on parking is to go to the vacant lot across the street. They also have a drive thru.

Great hotdogs the cheap little red burrito is definitely a tasty little snack. I love the chili cheese dog and chili cheese fries here. Also don't sleep on the snow cone. It's not your normal hard little Ice rocks with syrup. It's like perfect temperature ice with flavor and real fruit chunks in it and the ice just melts on your tongue. Great flavor not overwhelming with fake flavor. Just the perfect amount of flavoring and the perfect temperature for the texture of the ice to just melt on your tongue. Trust me you need this in your life. Also cash only but they have an ATM. You can easily take a $20 bill and feed yourself and one other person. The prices are still in the 90's and not only do I appreciate the price. I try to freak when here anytime I pass by and they're open I believe they're closed Sunday Monday. Try this place out you won't regret it!

A friend recommended Dazzo’s to me, and today I made it a point to try them for lunch. They’re closed on Sundays and Mondays; so today was my first opportunity to come here. I was a bit enthusiastic 🤩 looking at the reviews. I made it in good time from Surprise. There’s adequate parking, and a drive thru. If you come to dine-in, be aware there are no bathrooms. I checked out the menu asking a few questions. They don’t serve a true Chicago style hot dog 🌭. What they dress on their Vienna beef franks is onions, relish, mustard, and hot peppers on a poppyseed bun. Fries are included with each hot dog. It’s like Gene & Jude’s back in Chicago; only no pickle. It’s a cool place; with a lot of history. The owner was there to show me a few photos. He has an uncle who was a professional prize fighter… bantam middleweight (?). I’ll have to Google 🔍 more, and return to try their Italian beef. The food is pretty good for the price. The only thing that disappoints me is no bathroom. The distance is not too bad, and coming around 3:00 helped to avoid traffic. Total after tax my bill came to $16.85. An overcharge that they rectified the following Thursday. Nice to know they show integrity in doing the right thing. Give them a try if you’re in the area.

Hello all, This business is recently practicing SHRINKFLATION. I posted a photo of my meal, I got a 3 finger combo and they barely put fries or anything in it. I went at 10:30am no line or no wait. This isn't okay, do not support businesses that practice shrinkflation, they charge the same but give you way less. Good to know this Canes does that, go to another Canes they are all individually owned.

I love Canes, but this place is getting ridiculous. The prices keep skyrocketing, while the portion sizes get smaller and smaller. $18 for a caniac combo that comes with chicken fingers that are laughably small - one of mine was literally the size of my thumb. The fries were scarce, too. We paid $51 for what felt like three kids' meals. Their fountain drinks were out of order, leaving tea and lemonade as the only options. And, of course, the lemonade costs extra and they expect you to still pay the upcharge. It's unacceptable to charge more for drinks when their machines aren't working. With prices that high, they should be giving you regular sized chicken fingers. The size they were when they first opened and they were reasonably priced at only $10. Recently we came here and they left out chicken strips from our order and I told my husband it would probably be our last time. Tonight's experience sealed the deal - with sky-high prices and small portions, we're done.

Love me some Cane's Whenever im in the mood for juicy chicken tenders then this is my go to place. Everything taste great here and the prices are great for the value you receive. The service is fast and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is always clean on the inside. The food was amazing, as expected. This was our first experience at this location. I believe regional management needs to play the place a visit. The tables are dirty, the floor is filthy, and the staff are quite unfriendly. I only had interactions with two of them, and they seemed irritated that they had to assist us or take our order. This is not a typical experience at a Cane’s restaurant.

The manager was on top of everything. He took a count of everyone coming in, he cleaned the drink station, he was keeping the tables clean and even cleaning the window sills on the outside. The order came out promptly, thechicken fingers were hot, not at all greasy. It all tasted delicious. Great experience and seeing the manager taking such care was refreshing.

This is my third time me and my family going to get food there. I keep giving canes the benefit of doubt. you cannot be taking our money and giving these small portions. Everyone’s going through the same thing with the economy not just you guys not just canes. You cannot take peoples money and not produce what you should.Canes is not the same. This is the third time we went through there and get the same results. Something has to change and the customer should not have to get the low cut of it. People work hard for their money.

They were nice, but I went to the drive through for convenience, they had me pull to the front because it was taking a bit longer, after waiting 10 minutes I went inside and asked and saw they forgot about my order, basically took up the time of a whole lunch break not including the time it takes to eat.

I went to get a meal from this place not that long ago , and I ordered a 7 pc shrimp and chips , and only received 6 shrimps and 1 of them was bitten off of and really took me off guard I didn't want to go back and confront them about it, despite one of the gentleman that works in the back he had the head set on, was already acting some type of way towards us for no reason. I dont Lin point any fingers here, but it just makes sense to me this behavior is really unacceptable, and I really love Pete's fish and chips. You guys have been here since I was in diapers, I would hate to not want to go back over one of your employees being mean to customers. But over all the food was still great and the lady at the window was fantastic and hospitality was amazing

Just came home looking forward to eating my corn dog just to find it hard and rotten. Never going back. The drive thru cashier girl was also rude. Total was 13.83 gave her 20.83 she said I was short 10 cents which I wasn’t still gave her the extra 10 cents then she didn’t give me my remainder change of 7$ when I asked for my change she gave me 6$ told her the change was 7$ still missing a dollar handed me the dollar without apologizing like I’m in the wrong never again.

I've lived in Phoenix for over 30 years. I've gone to Pete's several times. There are no good fish and chips places in Phoenix. Their food is average. UPDATE I just went to Pete's today. The food SUCKS! ADDITIONAL INFO: I couldn't eat any of my orders and threw them away! GARBAGE

I love Pete’s! Remember it’s cash only. They have an ATM, but it’s better to grab some cash on the way. Their fish is served crispy in square filets served on top of a nice helping of fries. I get a 3 piece combo and an extra 4 oz cup of sauce. The sauce is like a perfect blend of spicy ketchup. I can’t get enough of it. Sometimes you want a burger, and theirs are great. I also enjoy their corn dogs. (Perfect in Pete’s sauce too.) They have only outdoor seating with plenty of misters.

Great fish and chicken tenders. I've become a fan of their Pete's double monster burger with cheese. It reminds me of my childhood! Service is quick. The only down fall is I just wish their fries where crispy. Their Tartar sauce and all food tastes so much better on Mondays.

Well very disappointed with the shrimp 🍤 we pay so much money for the meal to only get a popcorn size shrimp inside cut in half to make it look bigger you bite into it and only get breading not cool might have to start boycotting Pete's sad because I grew up eating Pete's

Pete’s Fish and Chips has been our go-to comfort food spot and we still love their classic fish and chips. Some things have changed over the years, but their sauce is still my favorite and keeps us coming back.

The prices have gone up but this place is still sooooo delicious 😎❤️❤️ The hamburgers are thin and crispy, it's better to get a double 😋. All of the associates were so helpful and friendly. I enjoy the shakes very much , so yummy ❤️❤️ The orders came out fast and fresh . They only have Pepsi products , but it's better to get a shake anyway 🥳

Menu board down, out of Root Beer, bathroom dirty, eating area dirty. Long line to order and one person at register. So disappointing been there many time and have never seen it like this... won't last long without changes.

They saw I had my dogs in the car and graciously offered me pup cups without having to ask. I didn't even know they did those! My dogs were stoked, lol. My cali burger was great too. ☺️

I am truly enjoying this place. This time I tried the onion rings. I love that it is made with real onions. I want a jar of their pickles. It is that scrumptious 😋. I like their option that we can order dessert while ordering our food because you can ask for a "custard hold" and when your ready for dessert they make it for you.

The food is decent, but the service is a bit lackluster. The employees don't hide the fact that they would rather be somewhere else. The restaurant is pretty plane. It's an alright spot for a quick burger.

By far one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I have been too. Easy menu and medium priced. Lots of seating and lots of condiments. Lots of parking and well lit. Outside seating. Kid friendly. Staff is pretty well trained and service is amazing. Lots of deserts and big meals. Highly recommended.

I like Freddy's, the food is delicious but the wait to order is way to long. The night we were there it was extremely busy and I understand the company trying to keep payroll down, but really when your busy 2 cashiers would be great.

They have patio and indoor seating, as well as a small bar to sit at. Their food and margaritas are delicious. I highly recommend the Carne Asada Burrito. There's a fresh salsa bar, which pairs nicely with the free chips they give you 😉🌯🌮🍹🍻

It was very empty during lunch. The cashier was no where to eb found and there was a couple in front of us. The cashier eventually came out and didn't recognize that he had done anything The food was typical. We ordered a carne asada burrito and a chicken torta. They charge for refills on fountain drinks. I like the salsa bar, just wish the cups were a bit bigger to hold the salsa. There were no lids for the beverages. The complimentary chips were bad either. It's definitely fast food and not a table service unless you sit at the bar where you can get some beer.

Stopped by for breakfast while getting my car charged at the Electrify America station next door. I had huevos rancheros which was delicious. The salsa topping is a nice mix with just a hint of chili powder. Three potatoes and refried beans were even better with the rancheros sauce. The music and atmosphere is great. Not too loud, and the place is very clean. Highly recommended.

Bless the salsa fresca bar for saving a flavorless meal. It takes a special skill to turn freshly made food into something that tastes more like cafeteria steamer tray fare, but they somehow managed it and it made me sad since I wanted so much to like this homey little spot with a cute thatched roof bar (unfortunately only bottled beer but the margaritas did look great). The cashier was busy on the phone and should've at least given some eye contact acknowledgment that she'd be with us shortly but it was as though we weren't even standing there waiting to place our orders. In contrast, another woman was busily cleaning off the tables and helping people at the trash who were trying to place the trays and push open the bin, so we left a generous tip in the jar for her sake. The sides of rice and beans were small and bland, the chicken burrito had nice pieces of chicken but where was a flavorful sauce? The green corn tamales were not in corn husks like in the pictures and were almost all masa with scarcely any corn to be found. The raspberry tea was dark and over sweetened, but was pleased it wasn't in styrofoam but paper--we need to reduce plastic use, so the tiny little plastic cups at the salsa bar should also be switched over to paper. Ample outdoor eating area with misters, but right along shopping center entrance so lots of traffic and no plants to add atmosphere or walls to buffer noise. Plenty of room for improvement overall so am surprised that a local chain with years of experience just didn't work for me.

Caramba is my favorite fast Mexican food place. I love very near the now closed surprise location so this is the next closest one. 10 miles from me. But. It's worth the extra drive. Why? It's delicious. It's affordable. Caramba is the only place I know of locally that uses shredded cheddar in their cheese. The only place I know of that has delicious pico. And is the only place I know of that puts green onions in the lettuce mix. I really dislike shredded iceberg but the addition of the green onions is appreciated. I am very hopeful that a new surprise location opens up soon and is just as convenient as the other location. Until then, I'll make the drive to this place.

Service is good just make sure they understand your order and check before you leave when you get it to go. I ordered enchiladas with extra olives they just threw them on top instead of cooking them in. I also ordered 2 carne asada street tacos with cilantro (soft) and got one hard taco with unmelted cheese.🤢 Unfortunately I can't take it back cause I'm at work😞

Always amazing. No matter how packed they are, the food is always great. My wife loves their primo margaritas and they have some of the best horchata. I always get the mini chimis cause they are bomb. Their crunchy tacos are also fuego! Mix the medium hot sauce with the pico, it's a games changer. Their little bar is pretty good as well.

This fun little restaurant was my brother's favorite restaurant when he attended Midwestern, which is just down the street. I love eating there anytime I'm in this part of the valley. I describe it as Chipotle with Flair and fun flavors. They make some pretty good horchata.

First visit to this place and had a very great experience, food is made fresh, cheaper and lighter compared to Chipotle in my opinion. You get the best value for your buck, the staff here are very friendly and I had ordered the Ramba Burrito 🌯 with a side of chips and salsa. Definitely will return in the future! (Red enchiladas) pictured as well with my grandma she said it tasted very well done.

"Chipotle style" restaurant where you pick your ingredients and they build your item in front of you. Ordered the Rumba Salad (Fresh cooked flour tortilla bowl filled with your choice of meat, beans, rice, corn, leafy greens topped with cheese, salsa, and tortilla strips. Roasted tomatillo ranch or cilantro lime vinaigrette served on the side) Tortilla was regular Tortilla like they use for the burrito so it's not a fried shell, wife enjoyed it. I got the Enchiladas (3 corn tortillas rolled up with your choice of meat. Smothered in red or green sauce with rice and beans) with Shredded Beef and red sauce, was really good. Beans were also good with the salsa that was on the side, salsa is very mild. Will definitely be back.

I don’t like leaving pessimistic reviews, but this was the most bland Mexican food I’ve had in Arizona. Got the Baja Tacos expecting to have something special, but it was just okay. My friend in town wanted Mexican food and it was not what we expected. Good thing they have salt packets and hot sauce. Y’all really need to step the game up.

This is a best kept secret Mexican food spot! Never had anything I didn't like. Meat is juicy and mango salsa is delicious.

First time eating here. After 1pm, lunch rush, only 1 person behind counter taking orders, and the line was long, about 5 minutes or more. I noticed employees in back kitchen area standing around. Once I placed my order, it took almost as long to get it. Btw, when I placed my order, I mentioned to the person behind counter that I want the order to go. When my order came on a tray, a person called my name and asked; do you want this order to go? Really, ah well.... yes I replied. Prices seemed a little on the high side for all the dishes. I ordered a dbl chicken bowl, $11.19, and a side of guacamole and chips, $4.29; (that's high priced!!). I left. Opened the bag and the containers to eat. It was alright, guacamole was very good, but the Chk Bowl, just okay. No spice, lacked flavors of grilled Chk. I hardly ever give reviews lower than 4 stars, but my first time here and I wasn't impressed.

Tried to use coupon for flan after eating out mains & was told I had to buy something. I already did. We won't be back. Chipotle is a lot better.

Just have to say my family craves El Pollo Loco here and there but this location will definitely have us returning more often now! Will be sure to update with photo next time I go! We got a family meal and all of us loved it very much! Also have to add the customer service & the place also being clean was what also made the experience good as well as fresh cooked food! Specifically asked for flour tortillas on my order and once again received corn. I will no longer be going to this location since they can't get it right. At least the chicken and everything else is good which is why I gave them 2 stars.

This location recently opened. It is a legacy business and I have not eaten at one in a few years. My chicken was a little dry and the cuts were pretty small. Flavor was decent and the manager was friendly. Decor is in-progress. I'd go back, but the grilled chicken at Ranch Market is better.

Food is very consistent from one location to another. We don't visit this location often but food was great and price is very good as well, just like other locations. Only negative is they just did a remodel here and you'd think they'd solve the odor issue. It smelled a bit off when we walked in but not enough to turn us away. We sat at once table and it was so cold we moved to different table. Otherwise; all was great, as we have come to expect from El Pollo Loco.

Normally we love Freddy’s but tonight I came thru the drive thru w/ 5 min to close (still people on inside fyi). The girl was polite and she read back my order correctly but it came out wrong and the meat WAY over salted like it was done on purpose for coming in late. I mean I worked fast food and theres no reason to ever treat people this way. I have included what we could eat if our burgers, even what was spit up due to too much salt. Also i paid extra for large fries and got small.

First time at this location. My burger was great but my comment is meant for our experience with the cashier. I wish I had asked his name (he’s a big guy, black hair and has braces) because he was perfect. My friend and I are over 80 and very often people our age become invisible to people his age. He went beyond expectations in the service gave us. He actually brought our food to us. I’d like to see him get a commendation.

This place has definitely taken a turn for worst. The sundae didn't have any custard, only sprinkles for toppings, and I had to beg for extra bananas that I had paid extra for. They were to cheap to put the cherry on top. When I took it up to ask for more toppings I was told, "that is all you get for a mini sundae that is a PBC." Are you kidding me and then charge me almost $7 for that. Definitely lost a loyal Freddy's customer. Save your money.

I go a lot during my break cuz I work at the mall and every time everyone is super nice and sweet. I really appreciate being able to come here and not feel like a nuisance for wanting to get just fries every time lol

Great food, little cool from order and pick-up, 21.03, handed bills, just turned away, still holding .03. He said your short 3 cents! I'm still holding it out, he doesn't even respond to visual cues, just "your short 3 cents".

The wait can be a little long sometimes but the service is awesome. The employees are extremely nice and joyful which makes it worth the wait. Kindness goes a long way and that's why I'll keep coming back to this location.

This is a 1st time binge food run for me. To be honest i really just thought it was just another burger joint. I was completely wrong. I like their menu very easy to navigate. Team members are very helpful. Indoor and outdoor seating. Menu is higher priced but worth it. All safety covid protocols are in place. Plenty of parking and well lit. I would like to see their outdoor cleaned a little more. Food is fantastic and good portions. Fries are a little to thin and small cut though. Great desert i like the pictures of the owners and their background story. I highly recommend this place for more of a old school classic burger place atmosphere.

Great place to eat Hot Dogs. I like how they have a big variety of hot dogs to pick. When I tried the "Banh Mi Dog" it does taste like a Banh Mi sandwich. The sausage on all the hot dogs are really good. The Nacho cheese on the fries is really good. But I have to say that the "Sonoran Hot Dog" it just taste like a regular hot dog, because I have tried the real Sonoran Hot Dogs and they have a specific taste on the buns, beans and the sausage. But overall it is a really good place to eat Hot Dogs.

Yesterday was National Hot Dog day, so I did a search for local dogs and found this place. Great find!! I had a NY dog, and Sophias choice, and they were ridiculously good! Everything popped with taste, the dogs are high quality and the buns were soft and tasty. Highly recommend! They have craft sodas, and the smiling counter girl was very cool and friendly.

¡Ay Carumba! This restaurant is amazing. Admittedly you came here because you want a hot dog, but there is SO much more! You can get polish dogs, bratwurst or Italian sausage and the options to put on your choice of meat are excellent quality. Today we ate La Colombiana, Seattle and Aloha. The group decided immediately that we would be back to sample the rest of the menu and probably try some of our own inventions! I highly recommend Dogolicious if you want to eat from a bun!

This place is great. It is family owned and operated. The family is nice and helpful. They make sure the place is clean and the food is fresh. They have a good selection of dogs, brats and even a few sandwiches. If you want a great dog at decent price this is your go to place. I have tried seven different dogs/brats here and they are all exceptional so far.

Love this place. There is a huge selection of delicious hot dogs. Owners are very cool my favorite is the Sonoran hot dog. I tried Chicago dog and Street dog as well. It's a little hard to find it's next to a Chevron but it's worth the search. If you get a craving for a delicious hot dog then you must go to doglicious.

I have only been there twice, and I had the Chicago style polish, and then the Italian beef with the hot peppers both was pretty good. I rated 4 stars because I felt that it's a little pricey.

From the second you're inside this dogolicious gem of a hotdog house, the sleek and modern design while boasting a well orchestrated and excellently presented menu let's you realize this house knows how to home a sausage between buns...(No pun intended, I simply couldn't resist 🌭). Whether your taste be ravenous yet precise or more bold and particular; it comes with little doubt their well prices hot dogs will please your tastbuds as well as your tummy. And, oh my goodness my family and I left stuffed and very much superbly satisfied we found this foodie hotspot for the future.

Great decor. It has a 50's diner retro feel Excellent food. The beef and Italian sausage was nice and moist. The grilled chicken was flavorful. The minus star was due to how loud it is in the restaurant. It was a very busy lunch crowd and it was difficult to have a conversation without yelling. Not sure how that could be remedied.

Just like Chicago...da best hot dogs 🌭 and shakes 😋 Tried the polish sausage and it was delicious. Think I'll come back soon to try their seasonal spice cake shake. Really enjoyed the music and comfy booth seating 👍

I hadn’t been to a Portillo’s in years and I’d never been to this location - but I stopped in with my family for a quick dinner, and it did not disappoint! I forgot how cute these places are! And convenient! AND, affordable! They have self-order kiosks for your convenience or you can still go to the counter and order face-to-face. The interactions we had with the staff were pleasant, our food was ready quickly, and the overall facility was pretty clean. I didn’t give a full 5 stars just because there were some spills and crumbs at a few different tables but it still didn’t feel “dirty” and there was plenty of available seating that was tidied. My daughter really enjoyed reading all the signage and looking at all the fun decor. Lastly, my husband is (in my opinion) a picky eater and he said their Italian Beef was “actually really good.”

As someone from Illinois, I do get homesick very often. Portillo’s is definitely a comfort place in Arizona. I love coming here for the garden dogs and French fries. I also love their pickles. The food here is always good quality and fresh. The employees are wonderful and do an amazing job at keeping the lines going and getting food out. My family and I love this location.

Hot dog is very snappy with every bite which I appreciate, flavor was okay better than somewhere like weinerschnitzel. I ordered a classic hot dog with ketchup, mustard and relish. The topping ratio wasn't the best, not a lot of ketchup or mustard but a ton of relish. French fries were pretty average in taste but unfortunately pretty stale. I can tell they have been sitting on hold for a while.

2 best items on the menu are the Italian Beef and the Maxwell Street Polish Sausage. Grabbed the beef today. Dipped. Added sweet peppers. So good.

10-29- 2025 around 6:53pm my husband clearly ordered the breaded chicken sandwich because we love it so much normally - we got a hamburger instead - this is the second time this has happened through the drive-through at your Glendale office in Phoenix / I spoke with the manager he gave me his first name only JAELIN and he said he can't do anything even though we told him we had just been there - $18.58 & 38 minutes ago on his Credit card& my husband had the windows open and the ticket must've flown out the window or she didn't include it - very disappointed in your customer service the first time we got an extra charge for extra breaded chicken on a salad and it came with grilled chicken that was dry. I had to throw it out. I won't be going through the drive-through anymore I don't even know if I'll eat there anymore.

Yet another update... this time the Meatball Calzone!!! OMG! THIS IS THE BOMB!!! It's crazy delicious!!! Best I've had out here in AZ! This place is amazing and again the customer service? We stopped here after a long day at hurricane harbor and I tell you what I understand why this place has 4.6 Stars everything was excellent the wings were just the right amount of crispy the dough on the pizza was perfectly hand tossed to perfection and the service set the bar high I will recommend this place to all my friends and family

First time here and we had a pizza and calzone. Pizza was very good, calzone was tasty as well. We just moved to this part of Arrowhead and this will be our new go to pizza spot.

Beyond disappointed and confused by other reviews. How they have one good review blows my mind. Our food looked like it came from a different restaurant than the pictures in reviews. We saw good reviews tried it and what a waste of money. By far the worst pizza and wings I’ve had in as long as I can remember. Costco pizza ranks higher. The pizza was greasy, hard, flavorless, cold (we picked up exactly on time) and truly had no redeeming qualities. The wings were dry the sauce was just sitting on the bottom of the box I dipped into and it just tasted bad. Extremely disappointed by this, it was shockingly bad like I truly couldn’t believe it. My husband picked up inside and said they were nice at least

This is a great LOCALS restaurant. They have great staff that treat you like family. The pizza is some of the best, but do not be fooled, this is not just a pizza place. The meat sauce is great with any of their pastas. Wings are amazing and the beer mugs will freeze your beer!

Let's start off with business... parking is completely adequate being located in a strip mall. Seating seemed to be plentiful (we were here new year's eve afternoon). They had football on the TV which gave this a comfortable feel inside. Now for the food. We ordered the New England clam chowder first since they claim to have the best 😊. It was delicious with just the right ratio of potatoes and clam. I've had better in Boston but this was pretty good for a desert restaurant 😉. Our pizza came hot to the table with pepperoni, sausage (thinly sliced not crumbled), ham, bacon and extra cheese. The sausage was very good but it didn't quite seem like extra cheese to me. The crust is homemade so it definitely has a chewy texture with the right amount of air bubbles. The sauce was nothing special with little taste. I've had better pizza around the states but this was one of the better pizzas I've had in Phoenix.

We had stopped after our eye appointment next door for lunch. We got a single and two doubles with fries and a drink.

Before I say anything, I want to clarify that I do enjoy coming to Habit. I've enjoyed them in the past and will enjoy them in the future. With that said, this location was not up to par. Right out the gate, I already had issues with the cashier trying to get my drinks. What I ordered on the kiosk was not displayed properly to them so they tried to short me a drink. Minor issue. The big grievance was the food. Some parts of my burger did taste a little burnt as well as the ranch dips being extremely runny. The worst of it was finding a hair in my french fries. The hair wasn't just sitting on the fries but fried into them. That is just simply inexcusable. If you're in the mood for Habit, look elsewhere. There are far better locations than this one.

The vibe inside is super cute and they do have really good teas. The service was subpar, it took several minutes to be acknowledged when several employees (including a manager) stood by the register when we walked up. That’s fine, it’s not great but whatever. The food however was way below our expectations. By the time we got our food and ate it the buns/ burger were soggy. The bread does not hold up against the moisture in the wrapping. We probably won’t be going back, which is sad since my husband used to love habit burger.

We had a great experience at Habit Burger today! The food was hot, fresh, and very enjoyable. A team member named Ava was especially helpful—she was friendly, attentive, and made sure our special request was handled perfectly. Great service and quality food—we’ll definitely be back!

Food definitely has a unique and great taste. I came for the burgers, but surprisingly, it's the salad that left the biggest impression. We had the sesame chicken salad and it was awesome! Parking lot sucks if you're not already heading east on Bell, but other then that, no complaints.

Not bad but the bun taste/reminds me of Burger King. The onion rings are good. They give you ranch with it. I got a regular burger. You can order thru the app or instore. They have chairs to sit outside too.

We showed up here close to closing and we were told that they close in 15 minutes which is fine. Thanks for the heads up. Then after we ordered a worker locked the doors about 10 minutes before closing and proceeded to give a 5 minute warning that they were closing. I have never been to any fast food restaurant or casual dining restaurant where they lock the doors 10 minutes before closing and give 5 minute warnings that they were closing. Very unprofessional in my opinion. It also took about 15 minutes for us to even get our food. I know we came in close to closing but it felt like we weren’t welcomed and they were pushing us out. I get wanting to go home but that is very unprofessional. Don’t know if I will be coming back to this location.

Came in right before close desperate for something to eat and didn’t have cash to tip. The workers here were very kind and considerate even though we definitely inconvenienced their closing. Made the food fast and well too!

This used to be a solid five-star rating for me. Why in the world did you change the recipe for the picante salsa? It was one of the things I looked forward to when going to rubio's. Whatever that black spice was, you have removed it and have removed the one thing that made that salsa taste so unique and amazing! Bring back the old recipe!

It's Impossible! The impossible burrito, bowl, and salad are here! I can't eat Beyond, (it doesn't agree with me) so I was very excited to hear the Impossible was making a showing at Rubios. The presentation is spot on, and the flavor is amazing! They seasoned it perfectly! It doesn't taste fake or tacked on like Del Tacos beyond ground. I am in love! I now have another place that I can go eat without killing an animal.

My Fish Tacos were good as usual. The team had my app order ready for me on time and it was accurate. I did a complex nachos order with items on the side, and they got it right!

Did an online order with double steak, even tipped the crew, and was shorted on portions.

A chicken bowl with extra meat and a drink was $18.50... that's outrageous. Maybe I haven't eaten out in a while but that's nuts. Also, I'm not sure why this location can never get the rice right. It doesn't taste like anything and it's always a bit soggy which is not typical for chipotle. The meat is always good and the veggies are always fresh, location is clean and the staff is very friendly. They just need to get the rice right. The price of the meal was not included in the over all score for my review.

Went in, Ordered the kids meal for my daughter. She put 1 scoop of the chicken and then shook the container to get like half of the chicken out, why!?? Then ordered a side of Queso and was 3/4 full. I gently asked her to fill the cup. I’m paying full price, I want a full serving. She agreed it was light and obliged THEN, on my way out the door, I slipped on wet floor before reaching the exit. When I looked back there was an anti slip mat but the bottom was full of water seeping out… Not a good experience at this location

I ordered a steak bowl and was really disappointed. Almost every piece of steak was just fat—most bites were pure fat instead of actual meat. On top of that, the rice was undercooked and hard. After biting into so much fatty meat, it ended up grossing me out and upsetting my stomach. Definitely not what I expected.

Hi folks, I ordered a salad on the app and was met with disappointment when I opened my bag of food. There was hardly any lettuce and the bowl was half full. Lettuce is the main portion of a salad why there was almost nothing is confusing to me and unacceptable. Not to mention on my steak there was an excessive amount of fat trimmings. Absolutely distasteful. Lastly I asked for extra sour cream however that doesn't mean to put an excessive amount to the point where I can't see the other ingredients in my salad. Very disappointed. The presentation of the salad was lacking, is too much to ask to at least make it nice looking.

Food was pretty good. Only complaint was howbdirty it was getting. And the trash bin was overflowing.

I usually order from the Tacos Tijuana on 51st & Peoria, but since they were closed on Wednesday, I went to this location instead and placed my usual order: two carne asada burritos and two al pastor tacos for myself and my girlfriend. Unfortunately, neither of us could finish the carne asada — and I always finish my food. The meat tasted off, left a foul aftertaste, and seemed spoiled or like it had been left out too long. We called and left a voicemail the same night but received no response. I called again the next day, and the manager refused to do anything about it. To make matters worse, both of us woke up with stomach aches the next morning. Thankfully, we didn’t eat more of it. Having worked in restaurants for nearly a decade before COVID, I know how customer complaints should be handled — and this was a shameful response. The manager said, “No one else had issues last night, so we’re sorry.” That’s not how you handle food safety or basic customer service.

Walk in and had a horrendous smell that I had to get my food to go couldn’t eat there I ordered six street tacos three El Pastore and three Carne Asada tacos. The El Pastore was really good but the Carne Asada had a weird taste tasted like chemicals. The lady at the cashier was very nice. I don’t know if I’ve ever returned there. Very dissatisfied

Stopped by for lunch at 1pm on Tuesday, not too busy. Service was very friendly and tacos came out quick. I ordered 2 pastor and 2 asada with cheese and my buddy ordered the same, no cheese. Typical small corn tortillas. Meat and sauce tasted excellent and toppings were finely chopped. Very good tacos. Bonus that the price is right. Simple, no frills, just really good tacos. Would definitely go again. Thank you!

3.5 stars 11/13/18 Dinner Atmosphere: it is a bit weak as others have said. Super plain but if the food is good it really doesn’t matter right? Price: there are better prices for the same tacos at other locations, like the one on 19th ave and Glendale, with larger menus with a salsa bar and more toppings. Food: the carne asada is NOT BAD but nothing to knock your socks off. It’s slightly better than Frederickos, not as chewy, but lacks great flavor. The pork is GREAT. The flavors are unique and are worth every penny! IMO the flour are MUCH MUCH better than corn tortillas.

The carne asada burrito is really exceptional. I love the salsa too. Prices, for what you get and the size of the portions are great. The only reason I don't offer 5-stars is the lack of air conditioning. It was stifling hot in the restaurant. Service was super friendly and fast.

I tried a flour & corn carne asada taco. The corn was definitely better. I wasn’t too crazy about the meat. The customer service was great and the restaurant was very clean. Not somewhere I’d want to try again though.

Best pizza in North Phoenix, hands down! My order was ready in under 20 minutes—medium sausage & pepperoni, 12 wings, and garlic knots. The pizza tasted straight out of New York with perfect crisp-chewy dough. Wings were amazing, and the garlic knots… buttery, garlicky perfection. Compared to other pizza spots in the area Stevie’s Pizza is very affordable and for all that food it was under $50!!! Can’t wait to order again!🍕

Great Pizza! Great Prices, perfect for date night or date lunch. Cashier was so helpful and kind, and the kitchen seemed eager and excited to share the amazing food! Will be coming again! We got a pepperoni slice with mushrooms and white sauce pizza slice both were cheesy and incredible!

We enjoyed our Super Bowl pizzas. It was our first experience here. Crust was a tad bit sweet, but still very yummy. Love the truly hand tossed pies. Staff was super friendly. Very clean in the dining area. Happy they are near my house. Will go back.

This is a small little mom and pop type place. They have reasonable lunch specials. The are a decent size too. I had a salad and 2 item slice. My friend had a ham sandwich and was full after eating half. The salad is a basic/ generic garden salad. The pizza wasn't bad, but nothing to go out of my way to eat at. The resturant was clean and staff was nice. They have signs up limiting each customer to 1 refill when you purchase a fountain drink which I thought was odd since it costs 25 cents ish to make a soda.

Went last night (3/9) and looked like they didn't have the usual crew working. Pizza and wings just weren't their usual good stuff. Apparently New York Style crust on Sunday's is thick crust now. There must be shortage of wing sauce as well, wings were dry with no sauce. Pictures show what $46.51 will get you. We only order a medium cheese and 12 wings with 2 small drinks. I ordered a large supreme pizza, requested no green bell pepper and substituted black olives. I didn't double check the pizza before I left and got home and the pizza was prepared normal with green bell peppers. The substitution was requested due to a food allergy. I hope someone reads this review and makes this error right since the pizza went to waste and $27.00 wasted. I called the next morning and politely spoke with the manager on duty. I had explained the situation from the night before and he found my order. It was written down correctly however those specific instructions failed to make it to the kitchen. He apologized and offered to remedy the situation by giving me a full refund or credit for a future order or giving me a replacement order today. I took the 3rd option and picked it up after work. This time around both pizzas were perfect. Both cooked well done and tasted delicious. The crust was not soggy in the center and no issues or concerns. Thank you to the managers making things right and ensuring the pizzas were cooked to near perfection. I will give Ray's another visit in the future.

This was a takeout order. Pizza was cool temperature. It tasted as if it were reheated. The wings (mild) were on par with most local places. I had ordered a large antipasta salad and it was missing from my order, though they refunded the cost relatively easy. The fried mushrooms were small but tasted good, again on par. I did a take out order so didn't really get to enjoy the atmosphere but a game was on and looked enjoyable. Service was prompt very quick interaction. I would suggest trying it, but I will probably not return.

I went for the lunch special 2 slices and a soda which is usually $7.65. And on Fridays they have Sicilian slices. But that’s not included. Now. But the slices are 650 each what a rip off. Look at the slices. Stay clear of this place

I got the two slice supreme pizza. At first it thought it was expensive for only two slices until it came out. The slices were more than generous with its size and toppings and the crust was so crispy. I couldn’t even finish it, so it was worth it. Angelina served me and she did a really great job.

World class atmosphere, stunning NYC artwork on wall, and service was topnotch! Sandra served our table with very hungry kids and they tore up their spoons it was soo good. I use to go to this location when I was pregnant with my kids and it's just as spectacular. Highly recommended and good prices!

Got the supreme. The sauce was almost nonexistent. The toppings were VERY excessive. I've never had so many toppings on a pizza before. It was piled so thick that the toppings didn't even seem cooked all the way. It was like eating raw vegetables put on the pizza after it cooked in the oven. I have had their peperoni while at friends and it was amazing. They really gotta learn how to cook a supreme though lol. If I were rating just the supreme I would give it 1 star. But since I know they make a mean pepperoni I will add a star.

Pathetic is all I can say. Almost $10 for a sandwich and there is almost NO meat in it. I'm done with Jimmy John's. They also forgot the cucumber AND didn't cut it in half and the bread is under cooked for the 2nd time in a row. Again, I'm SO done with JJ. Truly a HUGE disappointment

It took an hour and 20 minutes to get my order. When it arrived, nothing was correct. I ordered the Sicilian pizza sub, substituted oil and vinegar for marinara, added lettuce, basically making it a trad Italian sub, cut in half. I got lettuce and cheese, not cut. (see pic) I also ordered a pickle cut in half, got a whole one. I'm just glad that nobody was harmed in the making of this sandwich.

Other than the bread being a little hard, my sandwich was good. However, the lady who took the order was not friendly. No smile, no welcome when I entered the store, and no response when I thanked her. It was almost like I was interrupting her day.

The turkey on the sandwich doesnt even cover the entire bread. When the manager was asked about it, he was like well... yea it's folded and weighed. It doesnt even cover the bread at all. They wanted to charge me over 2 bucks for mustard but then have me like 5 packets in my bag. And the military discount was $1. The young man at the end of the counter was the nicest employee. About 5'5 blonde hair. Everyone else there was horrible and could care less.

I placed an order at 11:27 a.m. for two Picklewiches (the Pickle Ranch), along with cookies, for delivery. I usually do pickup since I live just three minutes away, but with the anniversary of my daughter’s passing, I’ve been feeling depressed and decided to pay the extra charge for delivery instead. After 30 minutes with my order still showing as “received,” I called the store. They explained that they only had one driver who was backed up, but that my order would be prioritized once he arrived. Another 20 minutes later, the app stopped tracking the order, which usually means it’s been delivered. I went to the store, and they told me the driver had already picked it up. I went back home and waited another 10 minutes, but the delivery still didn’t arrive. I called again, and they said the driver told them he was on his way and would be there shortly. I waited another 15 minutes—still nothing. I ended up going back to the store and had to request that my food be remade. In total, it took over an hour and a half, plus I paid extra for delivery and even left a tip for a service I never received. I wasn't going ask for a refund on the delivery fee because the cashier already looked defeated or as if he was having a rough day himself but they still left the cheese off the sandwiches! Like I don't understand! Overall, this experience was extremely inconvenient and added unnecessary stress to an already difficult day. Update: I shared my feed back as requested. The GM immediately reached out and provided a sincere apology. They offered to remake the order and issue a refund. I am very appreciative and satisfied with the resolve. I've discovered Jersey Mikes and Port of Subs since my last Jimmy Johns visit and I can say that while the other two are similar to one another, JJ is a little different. My sub, the Gargantuan, is extremely meaty. More so than the others. The bread is also different. It is more dense. They're all delicious but it's nice to have some differentiation. One place where JJ can get an extra point is to be able to sprinkle more vinegar on my sub without it having to the the oil and vinegar mix. The amount of vinegar I'd want would make my sub an oily mess. So when I really need to have a more tart sub it'll likely be Port of Subs. But for an otherwise awesome meat-filled monster, bring me my Gargantuan!

Check your employees, they are so rude. Did not greet us, horrible customer service. 3 hours before closing and they are out of bread??

I was told about this place by a student last school year. He kept asking me if I had tried it. I was driving by and decided to stop in, just so I could say I had. I am so glad I did. This place is wonderful for a comic geek like me. The decor is amazing with plenty to look at. The cashier was super helpful. The food portions are large and very tasty. If there are healthy options, I'm not interested because the diner-style burgers are savory. I will frequent this place more often. My only critique is that there wasn't enough Venom or Deadpool decor.

If you're a marvel fan this restaurant is super cool. Me and my uncle visited here while we were over in America and we both agreed it was a great place. Food was quite good, fresh ingredients which is always appreciated. Service was good, greeted by a really friendly lady. The milkshakes were more like thickshakes.

The customer service here is so amazing 🤩👍🏼 so kind and very welcoming. Pictures and videos do not do this place justice there is so much to see EVERYWHERE. Food wise it was average quality but really well priced. Overall this is a wonderful place to visit w the family can’t wait to go back. 💕

Loved this place will definitely come and again. Kiddos loved the free arcade games and the decor is awesome. Food was really good and staff super friendly.. Had a friend recommend me Wally’s years ago but since we leaved to far (Buckeye) we had not had the chance to visit.. now we leave down the street and will be our spot for sure.

Absolutely a great place to take the kids! The food was cooked and made fresh. While we sat at a table they had DC/Marvel movie(s) playing on the the TV. They had life size figures from Batman to Wonder Woman that you can take photos with. And they had Free arcade games for everyone to play. I highly recommend Wally Burger. And they even have some good desserts too! 😎👍👍 5* AAA+

Mike, the owner, is a very nice, awesome man, AKA The Hulk was very nice; he greeted me when I walked in, and he explained his menu, and all the action figurines of DC and Marvel are amazing. I highly recommend this place, and the food is just as good.

Cute place. Great for kids, adults, and birthday parties. Excellent customer service! Instantly greeted and she helped explain the menu. Husband enjoyed his burger and they made me a special vegetarian salad. So impressed that you can play the video games for free. And they have a movie playing.

I came in and ordered a large he put a giant together. I let them know when I was paying for it because I noticed the price was twice the price. So the guy came over took my sandwich out of the bag took half the sandwich out re-wrapped it and gave it back. I don't care what business you're in that was so unprofessional and I have to use the word ghetto. If I screwed up someone's order and made it larger than it supposed to be and then when they're going to pay for it realize there's an error you charge them for the amount that they ordered. When you realize you messed up you do the right thing and just give the entire sandwich it's called common Sense customer service versus ripping the sandwich and half in front of them and giving them that not even cut correctly. I will never come back to this Jersey Mike's I have been going for years. Seriously extreme unprofessionalism. On top of that after he took half of the sandwich away looking me straight in the eyes he just threw it away. I didn't do anything to accept the guy in any way he wasn't upset. Just completely unprofessional and he should be working at McDonald's in the back making nuggets. Seriously the guy tore my sandwich in half and then handed it to me. I didn't make the error he did. Instead of doing the correct thing I'm sorry sir will charge you for a large since you asked for a large. And I won't unwrap your sandwich tear it apart and put it back in a bag halfway messed up. You have an employee who doesn't have common sense. If you mess up you own up to it and you take care of the customer instead of embarrassing them. To make it worse it was my free sandwich with my points didn't even know that get to the cash register he knows that. And could have just said sir for an extra $4 you can have the job. And I would have said no problem. And you wouldn't be getting a bad review.

Did some research and this location consistently fails health inspections. Avoid this location like the PLAGUE. Dirty, and unprofessional slack jaw crew. Walked in for a family night out, no greeting. While we were ordering, the other employee was sweeping and dragging the chairs on the floor so we couldn't really hear while ordering. They didn't have rosemary bread which we wanted. Neither employee washed their hands. Had to ask three or four times for heavy handed portions. They had a virtual order they were making at the same time that came in after we walked in, but they prioritized that over us. They didn't ask if we wanted anything on our hot sandwich, and it was like pulling teeth asking the employee for veggies on the sandwich. I always try to avoid this location because of prior bad experiences with other crew members during all hours of the day, but my younger brother who flew into town wanted Jersey Mike's, and this was the closest option. I tried to ask the family to go to another location, but they didn't listen. The service here is so strikingly awful with every employee I have encountered working at this particular location. Food is great as usual aside from stale bread. Like the stale bread makes it so sad, made it a worse experience overall

Used to come here for years not anymore absolutely terrible unprofessional behavior. I sent in a online pickup order went to the store and was told they were working on it. After 15 minutes of them not making my order which was a number 7 with only mayo real easy to make. I asked Eli the shift manager to cancel my order to which he tells me I have to cancel because he won't I told him there is nowhere on the app to cancel a order to which he replied im not canceling it and he had another employee come and cancel the order. That employee was the only professional I saw in that whole crew. Avoid this establishment like the plague, oh I did some research and this location consistently fail health inspections.

Giving 4 stars even though I didn't like the Cheesesteak that I ordered, should have stuck with my usual #13, which is always good. Meat in the Cheesesteak was meh, was cut too thick for traditional Cheesesteak, asked for Jalapeños but only had a couple on the entire sandwich. Wife enjoyed here Veggie sandwich, will definitely be back just going to to stick with the cold Subs.

I like Jersey Mikes, but my last experience was not so delightful. The service was good…however it was empty when I arrived. The giant cheesesteak I got was not good at all…there was hardly any steak in the sandwich (please see photos) Which is sad when you are paying over $17 for the sandwich!!! That was ridiculous!

Called this shop to have 2 99's made in advance. Picked up with no delay. Got home, finished half and decided to tell you about a "99!" If you want a 20 dollar loaf of bread this is your sub shop. Over the last 2 years this chain has raised prices and cut quality to the point there's no reason to keep going. I received the smallest amount of meat in a sub (that cost 20 dollars) in my life. Truly a shocking example of shrinkflation. Anyone sending this sub out should be ashamed. One star because Staff is friendly and quick at making the subs.

The wings are super good, especially their ATL dry rub sauce. It is not really dry dry which is what I loved! The fries are amazing & the staff was super kind. I will be returning soon.

I ordered a large 6pc honey bbq BONELESS wing combo. I waited 45mins for my order just to receive the WRONG order!!! On top of that they close at 9! Spent $16 on a meal (with chicken) I can’t even eat!!! Irritated is an Understatement!

Wow I walked into this place for the 1st time and I fall in love at 1st sight everyone was so welcoming, the manager Adam made sure I was well informed of all the specials. I also notice everybody had a smile on their face. This place made my day 5 stars! hell no! I would say more like 10 stars. Great food great people. I am most definitely coming back and bringing my whole family next time.

Very disappointing experience here. Wings were good sized, but overdone and bland tasting. Fries were pretty good. Ranch and blue cheese had strange taste. Kool-Aid was just right. Prices are really high. Too many homeless hanging around outside. Good customer service. Just not what I was expecting overall. ATL isn't for me it seems.

I ordered through DoorDash from this location. I ordered a sweet tea, Garlic Parmesan sliders with ATL fries, and the fried biscuits. The sweet tea was awful, even if it was accidentally made as unsweet... it tasted like pool water. I wouldn't necessarily call the sliders, sliders, they are more like boneless chicken bites stuffed in fried dough. The flavor profile was great, but they are very tiny. The fries were solid, nothing too special. The ranch was only a tiny amount, not proportion to the amount of food. The fried dough had cinnamon and powered sugar. It was not sweet but still a nice treat. Solid 5.5/10

Tylar was a great cashier, they helped us out a lot. The service was great, and very clean. The wings were delicious and the Koolaid drink was so refreshing. Justin the manager was very friendly and knew a lot about this store and it’s food. Love this place, I would definitely come back.

went here for the first time last saturday on a whim. Never heard of it before. Orders some wings that were truly amazing. On top of that older gentleman (owner?manager?) came out from the back and asked if it was my first time here, he brought me out two ATL style wings to sample. You don't get customer service like that anymore. Truly amazing. Safe to say, i've been back 3 times this week already because of the food and service. i'd give it more stars if i could. Highly recommend.

Went specifically to try the Colorado hot dog and it was pretty darn good. Messy, but good! The Nashville hot fries were pretty lacking, not very seasoned and just sitting in oil. Ehh. Service was fine, but the table was sticky and it was just kind of a boring vibe inside. Not a bad visit but I'm still gonna stick to not frequenting this place very often.

Food is always good, personal favorite double smash burger with jalapeños and the tatter toots they Are delicious, service was excellent as usual, Maddie was great very attentive and friendly great customer service, the atmosphere was okay floor a little dirty but understandable is Sunday 3 pm

My first time at Smash Burger. Chris was professional and friendly and the restaurant was clean and inviting. Food was served hot and tasty. I think a bacon chili cheeseburger should be an option at least on the build your own. Other than that I will definitely will come back again.

The food is always delicious. Today was no different. I like it when a restaurant lives up to my expectations. There are many options on the menu. Smashburger used to have haystack onion rings, but they're no longer on the menu.

Burgers are crispy outside and juicy inside. Toppings are fresh. Fries come out crispy and hot. It's all around quality food. Special thanks to Chris for helping work out an issue with app ordering! He is a fantastic host and absolute gentleman.

I came in with my son. He ordered his burrito and I wanted a bowl. I got rice pinto beans and wanted steak. The steak was black. Burnt! I said no I want to chose something else and the girl that was waiting to do toppings said that’s not burnt it is just well done. I said I didn’t want it because it was burnt. She kept on about it being well done. So when he made the other bowl I chose chicken. She then asks what I wanted on the steak bowl. I again said I didn’t want it because it’s burnt. She then argues that it’s well done right in front of my son. I had to over talk her and say you have your opinion and I have mine and to me it is burnt so I don’t want it. She then cuts her eyes and turned her back to me. When we go to pay she says burrito and two bowls one chicken and one steak. I got angry and said LOOK I TOLD YOU I DONT WANT IT!!! She then turned and said “so ridiculous”. Once we got home my son came to me and asked was my rice okay and I said let me taste it and the rice was no where near done! I also opened up my bowl and the chicken I asked for was less than a regular scoop! We will never go to that location again. I hate writing reviews but my son was so upset because he used his card from Christmas to treat me to a meal.

I have eaten at Chipotle's more times, than I can count and I have never had a bad experience. Today, was an exception. Our two bowls with Carnitas was a big, glob of fat. In addition, they were out of Pico, sour cream, Adobe ranch, and the grilled veggies! Bland bowl. We purchased 2 bowls, 1 burrito, and a kids quesidella meal (which was excellent). The picture shows the big glob of fat...no bueno!!!

This is the worst place so far. The server discriminated against female and male portions. She/he( I don't know this person is Asian). She gave me a little rice from the beginning, and when I asked for a bit more chicken, she refused by saying I needed to pay for double portion. Once again, I asked a little bit more additional meat, not a double portion. No luck. When I saw my next customer, which was a guy, his portion was hugh compared to mine. I can even tell how small of my portion today was by no leftover at all. Also, there was a foreign subject in my food, which was not chewable. Chicken was so salty compared to another location. And when she/he put beans, she gave beans water/juice too, so my rice became watery. The other disgusting thing is that the two servers put fallen food back to the food basket and gave back to customers, such as rice cheese and vegetables. That was so dirty. You need to throw away contaminated food. Horrible and dirty and again horrible. Also, the workers were so loud playing with each other. Only the cashier girl worked hard, while others were laughing and made loud noisy. They were too louder, while customers were eating quietly. Horrible place. I love Chipotle, but I am not coming back to this location. Updated: The headquarters team contacted me and gave me an apology a few days later. I was surprised how the team handled the situation quickly. He made it sure that my complaints were heard. Also, he promised the issues would be discussed and corrected. Thank you for taking it seriously. I hope others do not have similar experiences from this location.

The service here was terrible. I asked to put all cold food on one plate and hot on another. They did everything as I asked until I came to the check out. This lady told me repeatedly that I should have told the servers what I wanted, otherwise they would have to charge me double. Then she took half of my plate and replaced with a bunch of small containers. Afterwards, I checked and I was missing so different food, such as carne avatars and so many sides. I told them and they replaced. When I came home, I realized my order was missing beans. Bad experience. I'm never going back to this place.

Great service, love the new carne asada- and queso too. We did buy a coke in a glass bottle and forgot to open it before driving off. We ended up going back to open the bottle - and they were super kind when we returned. Love this brand!

How you going to charge me one whole dollar for a sauce that’s less than half way full in this small sauce cup? Also look at the side of salsa.. less than half full. Also no utensils in the bag.

Ordered ahead a salad with chicken, rice, black beans, corn, salsa, fajita vegetables, and cheese with the vinaigrette on the side sour cream on the side when I got home and opened it. I literally got a rice bowl and there was maybe eight pieces of lettuce and a salad the chicken Was hard and not edible. Usually, I can eat on the salad from here 3 to 4 times and it was like they gave me a half portion on everything I could scoot everything to one side and it would be half the bowl. I will never order from this one again. I would suggest the same.

Ordered from Uber eats tonight. My wife had a craving for pizza. What we got was a box that had her label but a completely different pizza inside. Contacted uber eats in regards to the mishap. They were so generous and gave us a whole $1.80. When the pizza was $11. It’s a shame we have to play roulette with ordering out and hope it’s perfect or just have to deal with it. I don’t live close so I would have spent more money just to come get it handled. Really just disappointed

The design of interior looks like fired pie but more cleaner. Decorations are nice and looks comfortable. Very nice pricing because of one price all toppings. Price per pizza is actually cheaper than Pizza Hut. But the quality of the pizzas are a lot better than other same price range pizza shops. However, one thing to notice is that the pizza is pretty thin. If looking for thick pizza this is not the place.

I ***still*** hope mod pizza fails as a business model. Got gifted a free pizza business card from a coworker. Tried for the first time over 7 years ago, under similar circumstances, making this worthy of a poor review. I’d be so angry if I actually paid money for this attempt at pizza. So bad, my god. No life, more unironic character can be found in a hospital ward. Support a local mom and pop then if the pizza is trash the money might stick around.

The costumers at this store were completely rude and childish. WAY too many toppings and an unbearable amount of oregano, salt and pepper. And, due to being a former employee, they intentionally decided to mess up my pizza alone out of simple pettiness. I dont think this will be a problem to other costumers, but im simply addressing this so this situation can hopefully bring light to the constant unprofessionalism shown in this establishment

Very disappointed to get my $8.99 side salad looked too small & sad, it was basically an up charge online but little thought in the kitchen. The pizza I ordered was missing it’s pesto drizzle & 2 pieces had no topping due to puffed up dough. My husband’s meaty, thicker crust pizza was fine.

Came in because my son loves this pizza, but we were met with this young girl with glasses who was disrespectful. Not only didn't she not greet us she completely ignored us because she was doing what appeared like an online order. Then she proceeded by asking how many pizzas all rude. I will not come back to this place if they can't teach their employees professionalism and respect. She was wearing grey sweat pants and purple shirt and black boots. If you don't like your job maybe you should quit. My order was today 7/10/25.

I've been in the Drive-Thru line now for 30 minutes. Either you need to hire some more people or get your crap together this is ridiculous. If I would have known I'd been waiting this long in a Drive-Thru I would have went somewhere else

Overall one of the worst experiences I've had in a long time. From having the guy taking the order being almost unintelligible wth a mask on. To our fries being cold. Getting home to my daughter's cookie being smashed then my burger being a single instead of a double. We will NEVER go back to this place again!

The counter girls hair was hanging down onto the food. Wear a hair net or put long hair up. I'm a DoorDasher and I can guarantee I won't eat at this Carl's Jr. It was so disgusting her hair is hanging down and when she reaches in for the food it's touching the food

These workers are lazy as hell. I waited 15-20 minutes at the register to pick up an order. The 2 guys are having a full conversation in Spanish and I even asked/called out "Are ya'll open?" and was ignored. 6/15/2025 @ 12pm

I went through the drive up and ordered the Breaded chicken sandwich with fries and a coke and had to wait a little for my order. Not a problem because they were busy. Once I got my order I drove to my daughter’s and was so hungry and couldn’t wait to eat. First bite, dry. Second bite dry and a bit tough. I thought it may have been one piece but it was every piece. I couldn’t eat it and had to throw it away. Very dissatisfied. I like Carl’s Jr. but experience was not a good one. Hopefully it will be better next time.

Place is ALWAYS CLEAN. Staff super courteous, helpful and great people. Food is exceptionally great! I'll keep coming here time n time again. A pleasure dining here. Thank you

Normally you guys are on it aside from waiting in order pick up parking after placing a online order 20 mins prior regularly and then having to wait another 5-10 on a lunch break. But today was not cool. Not full and too burnt to eat fries. Please bring back fresh fries.

I used to really love this location. It was reliable and the food was always fresh. However, over the past few months I’ve had continual bad experiences here. The food is old, cold and most the time their systems are down. My most recent experience was with an old, short, white female night manager. She was incredibly rude to me and tried to charge me $16 for an order that should’ve only cost $10. She literally stood there and argued with me about it until she realized I was not going to back down. I had a code and they tried telling me the code wasn’t working and she just kept trying to over charge me instead of making it right for me. Absolutely terrible customer service and poor management on over night shift. Sadly I will have to take my business to another location because this location has disappointed me too many times. This was my final straw.

someone literally clearly ate out of our McFlurry we ordered lmao and there’s clear spoon marks and the cup was half full. We called management to complain and she hung up on us ?? She tried to tell us it was melted like…no it’s not. We saw how it was before it even melted. Y’all are wild to be eating customers’ food at the drive thru😭

My wife grabbed a quick couple of 5 dollar meals on her way home. Food was cold, half the sodas were unavailable and the Dr Pepper they had was almost entirely just soda water. I'll make the trip down to happy valley for McDonald's going forward

Quarter pounder was good. Fries were a bit under seasoned. I ordered my meal via Uber Eats. I made my meal a large, specially for my soda, which I did not receive. 🤨 I'm sure more orders have drinks included, than not. So, I'm willing to bet that it's easier to "forget" to include a drink when it's for pick-up. No repercussions, right? It's OK to serve poor customer service, which I'm sure none of your employees would appreciate, if it were reversed. Something to think about 🤔 A positive change would be appreciated by all of us... your paying customers.

Consumer beware of the so called 24hr sevice!!! If you come here from 12am to 4am there servers are always mysteriously down. They only accept cash. no mobile orders work either. This has happened to me the last 2 times. Before this was never an issue. Also if you do get your order in at night expect to get soggy cold fries and a raw quarter pounder! Also there food during the day lunch hours are a either hit or a miss. Placed an order at 4:54pm for 2 chicken strip baskets 6pc. Should have came with 4 gravy’s in bag. They finally had the order done at 5:25pm. Keep in mind, I was inside the lobby. Well, after waiting 30 minutes, got my food home, no gravy’s in bag! The gravy is the main thing I want with chicken tenders. Ridiculous service. I called them to let them know there was no gravy, but they didn’t care. They were busy she said. The food is already way overpriced, at least get the order right. My goodness.

The cashiers just stare at you, they don't take your order inside, they only give priority to those who order outside and you have to tell them to please take your order, otherwise they don't even speak to you to take it, they have a big face.

I placed an order through UberEats, but unfortunately, the temperature of the food wasn't up to par upon arrival this is not the fault of the store. I ordered two signature stack burger meals, and I must say, they were quite messy. There was an overwhelming amount of ketchup and mustard, making it difficult to enjoy as both burger buns ended up soggy. Additionally, there were no napkins provided, which made the situation even messier. To top it off, I felt shortchanged on the fries – receiving what seemed like only a half order. Disappointment doesn't quite capture how I felt about the experience. While I understand the lunch rush, the overall quality left much to be desired.

I went there about three weeks ago I know they hired new employees and I can understand they are new and trying their best to keep up with the orders. Mark was doing great with helping them with the job and making sure they were able to get the blizzard and food out on time and sometimes they were so busy that they fell behind I can understand that. I went in last week and they got a new gm manager her name is Kelly she is rude one of the new employee he was making a shake they messed up and was making another one when Kelly walked up and took the cup out of there hands and she made it herself and explaining how to make it to the point I can see the employee being upset and uncomfortable with her behavior. I can understand that the new employee is trying to learn how to make the food and blizzards work hard to get it right and help customers feel good about there experience with the company and just yesterday I went in and asked them for a backyard bacon ranch burger it took fifteen minutes to get my food. I can tell the employees were not happy and they were trying their best to get the food out and later on I found out one of the new employees was fired after working for a couple weeks in the store. I don’t know if the other new employees were still working or not but I can tell you Kelly is not doing a good job and she is very rude

So sad, I know we got there late, but if you work in customer service, it is imperative to have a good attitude. We were at the counter for about 5 minutes without being acknowledged with 4 individuals behind the counter. Noel, the supervisor, took our order, but she was not pleasant at all. The way she asked was very rude, and the way she delivered the order was also rude. at the end, all I had to say was, guys, a smile goes a long way. It is so easy to be courteous. If there is a store manager, it would be great to ask the employees to acknowledge customers as they walk in. It doesn't take much to say, please wait a minute or I will be with you shortly....

Multiple times being here and every time it’s a 30 minute wait for 5 cars. Efficiency is not this locations strength. If you are on a time crunch or just in general don’t feel like waiting as long as you would at an actual restaurant, I’d go elsewhere.

For fast food, the burgers and chicken taste fresh made on the grill. Went inside for take out and was very clean and nice set up if wanting to eat inside. Friendly servers.

JJs is always one of my go to quick lunch choices, fresh bread, crisp ingredients and of course Freaky Fast service. My 4 stars this time was the cleanliness of the sandwich bar and the sofa fountain station was sticky and messy.

I had the pleasure of Miss Jewelle taking my order and making my sandwiches today! Jimmy John’s is always good. It’s usually pretty consistent, but this woman made it a great experience.! She was incredibly personable, absolutely hilarious, and was just an absolute delight to be around this evening. I will now be going out of my way to go back to this specific Jimmy John’s because of her! She was an absolute sweetheart! If she isn’t the manager, then she needs to be, and she needs to be given a raise!!!! At least a couple bucks raise! She is giving the company a good name! And good customer service is hard to come by nowadays! I went in about an hour to close at that, and usually people are tired and want to be left alone when they are trying to get ready to close down for the night- but not Miss Jewell! I felt like I was talking to an old friend! 20/10 recommend !

I walked into this Jimmy Johns expecting a sandwich at least something equal or better than its competitors. Boy was I wrong. I ordered the beach club. There was supposed to be avocado on the sandwich... what I got was as if someone breathed over gently in the air a scent of avocado. The rest of the toppings and meat had a very artificial taste. The bread was hard and stale. The atmosphere was cold and clinical. The employees clearly hated their jobs and were miserable working there. Hey, I get it. I would be too if I worked there.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I just had an amazing experience at Jimmy John’s! I placed a catering order this morning at 10:30 for 48 sandwiches, and to my surprise, they were ready exactly when I arrived. The general manager, JT, did an outstanding job putting everything together in such a short amount of time. The service was not only professional but also personable, making the whole experience enjoyable. I will definitely be ordering catering from them again! Thank you, JT, and team!

Not sure how you add mustard to something that doesn’t say mustard anywhere on the order?

I went to Jimmy John's to get their new Fudge Chocolate Brownie because it looks so enticing in the commercial. Now, I won't lie, I was expecting to order some freshly baked brownies and was a little disappointed that they simply come in a plastic package and sit on a stand with their other treats. My first impression when looking at the brownie in the package was "is this the same deliciously moist-looking brownie they advertise?" Why? Because in the package they brownie looks the opposite of moist! I bought a few anyway and I'm so glad I did! After putting the brownie in the microwave for about 30 seconds (wrapped in wax paper) the brownie I saw on TV was right in front of me! Lol! It is delicious, and it actually tastes like a Fudge brownie, it's not just sweet like other sugary treats. I'm glad I gave it a chance because it did NOT disappoint! If you have a chocolate craving, grab this brownie...it's soooooo good!

I'm a sides person, especially at chicken places. I ordered a small mashed potatoes and small Mac n cheese, and a biscuit. Instead of the Mac n cheese I got the beans and rice. Went though the drive through again and they let us keep the beans and rice plus gave us the Mac n cheese we ordered. The mashed potatoes were very good, especially the gravy. The Mac n cheese was questionable. I mixed it before taking the photo but there was just a solid disk of firm melted cheese on top that couldn't really be mixed in so once the noodles were gone it kinda just remained a clump at the bottom of the bowl. The Mac n cheese is okay, not great. The beans and rice my husband ate which he said was just okay, very salty. The biscuit was also very salty and dense. I probably won't come back here again.

I come to this Popeyes so often because I live right next to this location. I Just wanted to take a moment and compliment the young man in the drive through tonight @ 8pm he was the best I’ve seen @ this Popeyes other than the other young man I usually see from time to time. He was so respectful and kind! I hope to see him more! Please show him some recognition for how amazing he was to us!

The chicken was very dry and the workers don’t even care, the service sucks. I ate here with my mom last year and we both agreed the chicken is so dry old, and it still is to this day. This place needs to be looked at and fire the people who don’t do a good job at keeping the chicken fresh and good. Other Popeyes locations have better tasting chicken than this one.

The food is terrible here. A family meal that I ordered had a mixture of fresh and also old chicken. The old chicken was dry and stale and the bread was dark. I also ordered the chicken wings and the bread was also dark and the chicken wasn't fresh. It came with a side of fries and the fries were old and cold. When you look for a table most of the tables are dirty while the staff sits idly by. There are also no napkins and you have to ask for napkins, which is the paper towels from the hand wash sink. It took over twenty minutes to receive the food and half of it was old chicken. Do yourself a favor and don't even come here, it will close eventually. Go visit Twiss Chicken on Thunderbird instead and get freshly fried chicken every time. Yuck.

I had the greatest experience today ordering my food! The manager was very sweet and professional….i should’ve asked his name. The other young man taking my order was just as polite with such great manners!!! So glad we still have great people in the world. I never leaves reviews unless an issue has happened enough times but this is ridiculous. On 3 separate occasions over the course of 2ish weeks I have ordered from this location both on DoorDash and in person and each time I ordered a boneless wing combo; and each time received a bone in wing combo If this only happened once or twice I wouldn’t care, but 3 times, and it happened under every avenue you can order from here (drive, walk in and mobile) y’all need to learn how to read a ticket, plain and simple and managers need to make sure that their crew members are reading their tickets properly because it looks like I’m not the only one with this problem at this location.

The only reason I go to Popeyes is for spicy chicken the server understood that I wanted spicy tenders as we talked about the comparison to boneless wings. I didn’t check the receipt. When I got home I discovered that my tenders were the ordinary ones. I can’t tell you have disappointed I am The sad part is I went in to order to make sure my order would be correct.

Came here after a long day of work two shifts payed 20$ two drinks a large nacho fry and a box. I work in fast food so I understand how some things go but let’s be for real your charging people 3.19 for nacho fry’s and can’t even fill the container up it looks like the small nacho fries if I would’ve known would’ve just purchased those instead and seems like you don’t have people who want to be there working that’s cool I get it you want to go home but at least give the people what they pay for especially when you are over charging

If you are going to charge for a cup of cheese, please fill it more than 1/3 full. Both the cup that came with my nachos and the extra cup I ordered don’t even make a full cup.

Friday night and it was busy in the drive-thru. I got my food in a decent time and the girl running the window was nice even though it was busy. 1/3 items in my order was absolutely pathetic though… which is on the cook. I had a Crunchwrap Supreme that was neither appealing nor appetizing… it had almost nothing in it and looking at it made it worse but it was dinner after a 15 hour shift. Thank you to the cook for not taking the time to make my order correctly and leaving me with a disappointing dinner after a long shift. 😒

My experience here was horrible there customer service was the worst I ever seen and Taco Bell was my first job . First off the food I ordered came up to 25 I tired to pay with a 50 they couldn’t make change on a Saturday night . Then went back up to the counter the workers just ignored my friend while one girl reads a book and the shift manager sit there a lolly gag wit the other employees the absolute worst customer service in the valley and I have had some bad but this was the worst ever . So if your wondering why it’s so slow on a Saturday this is why

I ordered the chicken enchilada burrito. It’s the most disgusting thing I’ve ever had! The rice seemed like I was eating plastic. Extremely hard and crunchy. I don’t know why they call it a chicken enchilada when there is very little chicken in here. It seems like I was crunching on plastic. It’s mostly tortilla.

I went to this location today and ordered 5 soft taco's no lettuce? It had lettuce. I went back and she gave me 5 more tacos with lettuce. While in drive thru the manager Christina was very rude and short with me. The service was very bad. I called to make a complaint about my order. Christina was very rude and argumentative over the phone. She hung up on While I was still speaking. If you don't like your job you probably shouldn't be working there.

Baja blast tastes good, the food is almost always fresh when I come in. Pintos n cheese are nice and creamy. Doritos loco tacos melt in my mouth. The quesadillas are nice and saucy compared to the other ones.

I got a #2. First time I came through. I was missing a side. I go back they fix my sides. I get almost done with my sandwich and pull out something from my mouth. I realized it was a piece of parchment paper. I take my sadwich apart and realize they never took the paper off of the slice of cheese. So I ate a square of parchment paper

Last Sunday I came here to eat and seen only one worker doing everything alone while manager was sitting out here doing completely nothing. Where is the management when needed? It takes so much responsibility and time but only seen such small effort into this Popeyes.. why is that ? This location needs better management.

Long story short, I ordered and paid online for hubby to pick up, he got there waited 25 minutes for them to tell him they gave our order to someone else, mind you my husband is pretty upset at this point and told him to give us a refund. The kid shrugs it off like no big deal and walks away. So he called me and told me to call and get a refund. I tried 6 times and let the phone ring and ring and nobody answers, again I called the next day and nobody answers. I ended up calling my bank to file a claim. I will never go to this location again. If I could find out if the owner owns any other locations I would make sure to not go them either. Very poor management.

Never again will I return to this location. We ordered our food online & after being told it would be 8 minute wait it turned into an hour. When we finally got our food it was even worse. Fries were cold, hard and definitely reheated. Chicken was drier than the Arizona Desert! & the biscuits were also hard. The food was just gross ! We spent over $100 for our family of 8 and this was just money down the drain! So Disappointed.

Placed an order for pick up, when I arrived door was closed. Drive thru was open, pulled up to the window only to be sent to park at the front with an 8 min estimated wait. Wait was over an hour Chicken was cold, french fries were cold,biscuits were hard as rocks cold. The only thing that was hot was the mac & cheese. 0/10 do not recommend. Never again at this location. It was a very bad mistake not checking the reviews of this location.

This is the second time this month that they have messed up our order. I ordered a classic and spicy chicken sandwich meal. Both times they just gave me classic. This second time, I checked the bag to make sure they got the order right and even told the guy at the drive through that one of the sandwiches was not marked as spicy. He said that one of them are but they were too busy to mark it. Got home and both are classic just like the first time. Not going back out in the 109 degree heat just to get my correct order. This is frustrating considering that I even asked before driving off. After reading most of the reviews, it looks like the owner really doesn’t care about what people are saying. Nothing seems to have changed about orders being wrong.

When we walked in, the cashier was unprofessional. Yelling out before we ordered, we are out of large cups. My elderly friend asked for coffee. She stated we don't sell coffee, that's why we have Starbucks behind us. I ordered #7 Shrimp and Tenders combination. The tenders were hard and cold, and the shrimp looked and tasted like it reheated. I also ordered a frozen strawberry lemonade. They gave me a strawberry lemonade with ice. I know next to ALWAYS ask for my #7 combo meal to be fresh.

This store is crap. I spent 30 mins waiting on line for my food patiently on a order I called in. Only to be told they did not have the food I requested in stock. Instead of apologizing or handling professionally they gave me attitude the whole time while I waited another 20 mins for a refund. When I asked for their manager name I was asked to leave the store instead. This store is the worst don't come here if you want half assed prepared food not even cooked or prepared with clean hands. 4:20 pm 12/6/2024. Those girls spent more time talking horsing around than any work.

Last Subway for me. Limited bread options. Scarce protein on the bun. No cookies. Soda machine out of carbonation. Two employees but only 1 working. Two 6 inchers, bag of chips and drink for $21. Ridiculous ! No mas !!!!

Fountain machine was out of order. No cookies, out of most chips. And “restrooms closed” the worst subway I’ve been to in the valley. Only herbs and cheese bread available.

Did a mobile order and they messed up all my sandwiches. None of the veggies were right, everything was skimped out on and just straight sad. I get it gets busy but Jesus at least put in some effort to read the ticket correctly. Do better ya’ll

Ordered a turkey sandwich for my son and a drink for myself. He enjoyed it. Clean store, nice customer service.

They put a little amount of ingredients inside the subs. Even a footlong is too small for me. Subway has gone downhill and the fountain was out of order.

I regret either should have read the reviews. But it was late. Not clean place to have food. Look at the pics. I spoke to the lady incharge their about same. But she did not take any action even after I asked her to clean my table.

The worst location of ever been to the two employees working here are honestly incompetent of making a single Subway sandwich besides asking me the same questions multiple times the inconsistency of Toppings is beyond ridiculous I've got a shortage of meat but enough banana peppers to fill up 3 subways overboard on onions and no sauce when it came time to making a simple fold of a sandwich and cutting it into she just picked up everything and rolled it these are the pictures that I took as I opened it after a 10-minute drive to my house very disappointed especially spending $21 on two Subway sandwiches stay away from this location. All the vinegar and oil seeped out of the bag so that the napkin is literally stuck to the bread the bread is soggy and unproportionate or the whole thing just fell apart.

Very disappointing lunch. Only two people working behind the counter at 11:45 AM, at the height of lunch hour. Only three other customers in store as we walked in--I hoped we would be eating soon. Much confusion behind the counter as the crew tried to prepare several online orders, while we stood and waited. The three other people already inside were standing around and waiting to pick up their online orders, and were responding to questions about what they wanted on their sandwiches (isn't that supposed to be done in advance online?). After waiting for more than 15 minutes we finally PLACED our order. During the preparation of our single footlong sandwich there were more delays while both workers dealt with the confusion of the online orders. It took another 5 minutes to actually prepare our sandwich. Once we finally GOT our sandwich and began eating, the bread virtually exploded and fell apart in our hands. I had a hard time cleaning my hands with the SINGLE napkin I was provided. My wife asked for a fork so she could finish her half of the sandwich while I went to wash my hands in a disgustingly dirty restroom, only to find there was no soap! While the one male employee who made OUR sandwich may be required to WASH his hands before returning to work, he obviously isn't REQIRED to use SOAP! (I informed the staff of the deficiencies as I returned the restroom key) I probably just made my last visit to Subway... Certainly my last visit to this location. PS Witin a few weeks of this review THIS location has CLOSED. Not that I had anything to do with the closure. I just think they were on the way to closing, and we got substandard service, knowing they would not be in business much longer!

This Subway is closest to my home, so this was my go to Subway. I don't know what it is about this specific location, but every time I go in there, the employees are rude and seem annoyed to have a customer. I have been here 5+ times and every single time, the employees just look irritated to have a customer. No greeting or anything, just "what do you want?" if they say anything at all. Then they just sloppily throw the sandwich together, say the total, take your money, and walk away. And it's not just one employee, I've been there at least 5 times with different employees every time and its the same thing. And it's not like they're just rushing, the store is always empty. It's too awkward to get anything to eat there, because you get the vibe that your presence is an annoyance to them. I'll drive the extra mile to another location from now on. The food is fine like any Subway, but for whatever reason, the employees at this specific location are unnecessarily rude every time.

They are so nice here. Just from sitting down I could hear the friendliness in their tone and the way they treated customers. They offered deals when customers order and such. I’ve never seen such friendliness at a subway. Trust me I write reviews on well deserved or not so well deserved places. Place was clean too !!!

Ordered buy one get one via subway app. Order was prepared on time. This location does not have the veggie patty even though the app says it does. Oren, the one who helped me with my order, did everything he could to make up for not having the veggie patty. 5 star for the great service and courtesy. The store was clean and had no line. I recommend ordering through the app to avoid any potential lines.

I come to this Subway quite often and it is always a great experience. They always make my sandwich just the way I like it, the staff have a friendly and kind attitude all of the time! Restaurant is also clean and we'll kept. Would definitely recommend!

First I tried to cancel my online order and the girl working said that she didn't know how. So I had my boyfriend go and pick the sub up when he got back the sandwich that was supposed to be hot was cold and sloppily put together and to top it all off i ordered a meal which comes with two cookies and they gave me 1. Ive worked at subway and I can understand how crazy it can get with 1 person working but this was just laziness. Next time you don't know how to do something, call your manager and ask for instructions. Such as changing the soda. Your employees need way more training before you let them work alone. I would suggest going to a different subway. They are all over the valley.

Stop by after work to grab a slice and very happy i did. The cashier was very helpful and the pizza was amazing! I loved the atmosphere and music. Great choice.

Been thinking about going here for a while because the reviews are great. This place is garbage. I ordered the meat trio pizza and 10 medium wings. Nothing about it was good. Never again.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Wetzel’s Pretzels. The staff showed clear favoritism toward certain guests, giving them special treatment while the rest of us were ignored. I stood there waiting for help while employees just looked around and didn’t bother to assist. To make things worse, the prices seemed to change depending on who was ordering. I watched them give a lower price to one guest, only to charge me (and others) the full price right after. That’s not just unprofessional it feels dishonest. Between the lack of customer service and the inconsistent pricing, this location left a really bad impression. Definitely not the kind of service I’d expect from a big brand like Wetzel’s Pretzels.

I find it near impossible to walk past Wetzel’s Pretzels especially when their doors are open and the smell is wafting out. I had came to the outlets for some specific items and had to stop in for some pretzel bites. I added the jalapeño cheese to go with it. Service was great and I was on my way. The secret is to come early so there’s no wait and everything tastes so much better.

Honestly our pretzel bites were a little bit old I think. I would have taken them back but we were far enough away that it wasn't really worth my while. I'll still be back to wetzel's.

Bought some mini corn dog or whatever it is; and got really bad food poisoning not only myself my two kids and mother.

The pretzels really aren’t all that good. The employee was disrespectful because I didn’t give her a tip for grabbing a bag of pretzels out of the case and handing it to me. I told her I didn’t want the receipt and instead she threw the dirty paper into the bag on top of the open pretzels.

We don’t come here very often; honestly I’d say this is the first time in over a year. Before that probably a decade. I can’t even remember, but someone in my family was craving a chili dog so we headed over. Service was great and food pretty good, but when I say this place needs a makeover I mean it. Think 90s but with things breaking down and falling apart. On top of that we had to ask a table be cleaned and the floor definitely needed picked up as food was all over. This place definitely needs some help or more staff to keep up on the lobby and such.

Went to Wienerschitzel for the first time about a week ago and it was delicious!! I got a sea dog, chili bacon ranch fries and of course the jalapeno poppers! I even got a hat as a birthday gift for my boyfriend!! Everyone was so nice and I can't wait to go back!!

Overall service from employees were great. Building was kept very clean and the food was hot. I ordered a number 1 and is it was very lacking and just looked sad to eat. Could do so much more with very little changes.

The friendliness and courtesy of the staff here is amazing! I have never had a bad experience or a mistaken order from this location. The team is so welcoming and on top of everything. The restaurant is well maintained and the food comes out quick!

The line in the drive through was pretty long. We expected to be there for a while. However, to our surprise the line moved quickly. Placing our order was smooth, the order was accurate and the customer service was excellent.

Wienerschnitzel is my one guilty pleasure. My wife and I are organic. We grow our own food for the most part. I grew up eating Wienerschnitzel and love their basics. Corn Dog, Chilli Chesse Dog and Large Fries. This particular location well managed. The staff is younger folks who in today's environment you wouldn't expect much from. But these kids are awesome. I usually use the drive through but go in on Veterans Day every year and am always impressed with the condition of the facility.

There is absolutely no reason for my order to be wrong, it just feels like it was done on purpose at this point honestly. I asked for a breakfast burger WITHOUT BACON & guess what’s all over my food? Bacon. Some people literally cannot eat bacon, why do that?! It was made fresh, we waited there for almost 20 minutes waiting for the food to be made & the receipt says NO BACON. pretty sure this was spitefully done. It says breakfast is until 10:30, we ordered at 10:25 am, there are times set for a reason. I am a busy working mom, i wanted breakfast for my kids & myself for a little less stress & i do mot work so hard for my money to be wasted like this. Its disrespectful. The wrapper even says “special” indicating it is not made per usual. Now they won’t answer my phone calls. The number on this google page is disconnected & the store number on the receipt also does not work. Cashier Silvia took my order. & this isn’t just as easy as you think it might be, i can’t “just take the bacon off & eat it”, so whoever did this with ill intent, congratulations on being wasteful.

Sad for the price. Edit: The lady at the counter brought the mad his food on a tray while I had to walk up and mines was in the bag. She was too focused on the guy. It was probably because they spoke Spanish and I didn’t. Service and atmosphere went from 4 stars to 0 if I could. Horrible service and prices!

Ranch robbery. Apparently, Carl’s Jr. thinks ranch dressing is liquid gold. You get 3 sauces, then it’s 65 cents PER extra ranch. Really? At this point, they should offer ranch financing plans. I paid $45 for 2 meals and an burger and was told an extra sauce would cost me more — like I’m negotiating for dipping privileges. This is fast food, not a five-star steakhouse. Do better.

So the Drive-through was completely empty. The inside of the store was closed and when I pulled up to order, the lady took five minutes to come onto the speaker and then said she had to change the battery to the microphone and proceeded to tell me that she told me it was gonna take a minute that she was changing the battery ( A voice with an attitude )As I was waiting at the window, I watched her roll her eyes and get smart with the people ordering behind me. She was also yelling at the young man that was mopping and took the mop from him to show him how to do it properly so she said. Just total bad experience and this lady who I believe was the manager is in the wrong profession she has no patience. I could only imagine how pissed off she gets when her store is actually busy. I believe her name was Imealda.

I visit this location about three times a month. Every time I go in the store is always clean and the people are always smiling. Sylvia seems to be the one who takes care of me the most and she's always very accommodating and pleasant to speak with. All the food and service at this location is top notch.

We got a fiesta pack and every single taco was DRENCHED in oil, to the point where they were basically inedible. The burritos were fine but some of them were definitely missing sauce. The employee was kind though, just the food was awful and a regretful waste of money.

Hits the spot I can't count how many times I ate here over the years. Mostly were positive experiences. It really depends on who's working here at the time. The food still taste good as ever. But the prices have gone way up. The inside is always clean and welcoming. The staff are friendly. Visited for first time in a long time and kiosks were prominent. I was trying to get free milkshake I got an email about. Staff noticed I was frustrated and offered to help. Gentleman behind counter was very helpful and very pleasant. He helped me with the app on my phone and scanned the QR code to make sure I got the best deal. Customer behind me didn't want to use kiosks and he helped her as well without issue. He was also running the drive thru and was busy, but still helped those at front counter. Great employee & milkshake was good too.

Food + service is rapidly going downhill. Why are the tacos and quesadillas SOPPING wet?? staff is touching walls + their hats/clothes/face then the food without washing their hands and NO gloves in sight. NO handwashing occurred the 45m I was fighting for a refund despite cross contamination. No gloves were worn or changed between food prepping. Bad attitudes and they will talk ab you right in front of you, despite half the city speaking Spanish. If you use the mobile app, know that you FORFEIT the ability for a refund - including points + rewards. If you pay in person, know that they can and WILL charge your card multiple times and then tell you to call corporate for a refund. Who of course tells you to call the store. Who then claims there's "no manager overseeing the store at this time". What a joke.

First I want to start with the service. I went in to get some tacos to go because I needed to use the restroom. This afternoon when I went in and was ordering the fish tacos and I told the guy but the counter that the last time I came in for those fish tacos they were really good did not expect them to taste that good. He agreed that he's been to places restaurants before I didn't have tacos. Good. Didn't get his name but he was very polite very congenial. I like the little bit of crunch on the fish. I forgot to get some of the sauce in the condiments. As I was leaving I saw a picture of the avocados. I should have added some avocados on their they put a piece of lime in each taco. I like lots of lime on my tacos.

This is a Great location. They extremely follow all safety covid protocols. Lots of parking and well lit. Indoor and outdoor seating. Very clean and great atmosphere. Very easy entrances. large menu easy to read. Medium priced. Lots of specials and tuesday and thursday extra specials. Online wen menu and curbside and delivery. Easy going staff. Well worth drive. We pass two del tacos to get to this one. Highly recommended

Homie slammed the drive thru window in my face and ran somewhere into the back after giving me my order, had to flag a the cook down to get some extra napkins. Haven't returned since and I've been going there for years.... :( :(....

Worst dunkin ive ever been to. I walked in and it looked closed aside from one person sitting in the dinning area. I didn't pay any attention to him until I heard a loud burp.... as much as I should have turned and looked at this person. I did not.... shortly after, this person walks behind the counter and proceeds to make the food I just ordered from the first guy who took a good 8 minutes to notice I was there at all. I felt like dunkin opened a shop from the show Ozarks and they were really waiting for someone to order a dime bag.... but I'm in N. PHX next 1.5 million dollar homes... had i not watched the guy prepare my food i wouldn't have eaten in. You do you do boo boo... in the privacy of your own home....

Service is beyond terrible. There was not one customer in the store and I waited 4-5 minutes to get the girl to wait on us. She was talking on her phone the whole time and it was not a work call. I got the same service on Sunday but decided to give them another chance but this will be my last visit.

Severely understaffed, which leads to long wait times. Came in for 2 donuts, left after 10 min without any. Cashier is running the register, packing donuts and making the drinks. Other employee is busy with the breakfast items. Only 2 people to run the shop during the busiest time. And the cashier takes a lot of time trying to upsell you on the meal deals which puts just more strain in their whole operation. Unfortunately for us the moment was ruined

Worst freaking service. Like when you order mobile order it's NEVER ready. I make sure to order 20mins ahead of time so you'd think it should be ready correct? WRONG! We order ahead to grab and go not come and freaking wait 30 mins for an order that not only should've been ready but ready right.

How can you go wrong with Dunkin? This was a large DD but thr dime in and the outside patio are still closed. The staff was friendly and working hard but they must be understaffed, it was over 20 minutes to get a drink and bagel and they were out of all butt 4 kinds of donuts. Check them out and see what you think.

Ordered donuts to go. They packed two muffins and two donuts in one bag. Needless to say the donuts were all but flattened and the icing was everywhere except on the top of the donut it was supposed to be on.

We ate at this burger king and they took 30 minutes to bring us our food. They were not busy at all. Our food was sitting in the heater and my husband told the guy in front counter that we have been waiting for our food for 30 minutes and the dude said I'm sorry. We had 3 sandwiches. One was a cheeseburger completely plain when we finally got our food the plain cheeseburger had everything on it and a whopper was suppose to be no onion so I took the 2 sandwiches up to fix them and when I got the whopper back they put no ketchup on it. All I asked was no onions on the whopper I wanted everything else. So not only did we wait 30 minutes for our food, our food was messed up even after getting our sandwiches fixed. They all had one speed and one speed only. Slower than molasses. Worst experience ever. McDonald's could have done better. We should have just went to McDonald's instead. Do better!

David said the picture are just advertisements not the real amount of what you will receive. He also stated that they are not taught to make. False advertisements then? Also spent $70 dollars and we always did in this fast food establishment and yes; I should have asked if in my water cup would it be ok that was all ice and 2 mL of ice tea but David rudely said that's not water, and it was going to be my second pounding because I just had got nasty cream from my cinnamon rolls, he said rudely "that's not water"! I understand it's not water but we just spent lots of money in this place to be treated as thieves who never purchased one thing, so I asked him to charge me for more ice than tea, although he said it's okay, no I refused I told him to charge me 3 more dollars. then to get mistreated and given poor presentation of food" this is absurd! MAKE SURE TO REMOVE THAT HEAVY DOOR TO THE PLAY CENTER TOO, IT'S WAY TOOHEAVY FOR CHILDREN! OTHER CHILDREN MIGHT GET INJURED LIKE MY CHILD DID! So the first pictures of every ice-cream is on their display and the second pictures what they made my children! And that nasty sugar cream

Went through the drive thru and ordered a #1 with a 4 piece cheddar bites. Didn’t receive the cheddar bites so went in and told the front guy David. He said yes I did. So I walked out to the truck to retrieve my bag and shocker not in there. Than Elizabeth the GM of the store said yes it was in there. All this back and forth over $2.49. Instead of maybe just maybe they were wrong. Normal people don’t go through a drive thru pay wait the 15 minutes it takes to go through the drive thru to then go inside of get $2.49 my time is worth more. Bad bad management would rather have an argument than just get 4 cheddar bites. $2.49 this review is over. Pretty sad that workers don’t care about a reputation of a business

This is my go to location for over 16 years now. Majority of the time where good experiences. The restaurant is always clean and organized. the bathrooms are usually clean as well. The staff are always helpfull and friendly. The food most of the time is fresh. Sometimes at night or weekends you'll get cold fries. This rating and review is only based off of my visit today. This is the Burger King I frequent the most in the area and it’s my favorite one. I feel like it’s gone a little down hill over the past months since it seems the usual manager I was used to being here either doesn’t work here anymore or maybe move to the night shift but I’m convinced he just doesn’t work here anymore. What should usually take about 5 minutes, not even, to get my order seemed to take closer to 15 minutes today. And the chicken sandwich I usually get was just not tasting right today. Won’t stop coming here though. The people who run it are still great, I just don’t think it should be taking 15 minutes to wait for a dine order of one chicken sandwich, fries and a drink

The burger was okay, could have been put together better though. It was a sloppy burger but oh well. The chicken fries were overcooked. The fries were the only decent thing. The soda was almost flat. The service was okay, I could hardly hear on the drive-thru speaker and I heard attitude in her voice when I told her I couldn’t hear her and asked to repeat what she said.

I rarely eat fast food but I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the kindness of the staff. A very nice establishment and great play place for kids.

Decent option I ordered here from online for pickup. the pizza was ready in 10 minutes from when i placed the order. The staff were nice and restorant looked clean. 4/17 10pm night crew was amazing! These women made my night with their amazing attitudes and made my food fresh and delicious 10/10 service from them two I wish I would have gotten their names!

Workers are not educated at there job and don’t understand basic English no offense. They can’t get my order right when I order a basic pizza with pepperoni and tell her garlic crust NOT STUFFED she simply can’t understand and they will not allow you to talk to manager over the phone. Don’t waste your money

Horrible experience. If I wanted a pizza with no toppings I’d make my own! Very skimpy. Ordered it well done and it wasn’t. I won’t order from here again.

There is a wide selection of pizza parlors in the area and I’ve had them all. Tonight was my first time ever having Papa John’s. Gotta say I’m VERY impressed. The pizza is delicious. The creativity of their menu is awesome. What stood out to me though was the service!!! As soon as I walked in I was greeted.Dave greeted me and shared his passion for customer service and SHOWED me how they’ve ranked 69 in the nation. I will definitely be back and if you’re on the fence about trying Papa John’s tonight take this review as a sign. 10/10🙌🏽💪🏽

I just ate a few slices from here tonight and I found ANOTHER fly in my pizza. This is not the first time. It’s disgusting and I will never be eating from this establishment again from here on out because this should not be a requiring thing happening with your food. NO STAR IN REALITY.

Hands down the best hidden gem I've found in the Glendale/Phoenix area. If Google had a 6-star option, this place would absolutely deserve it. From the moment you walk up, you know you're stepping into something special. It’s an old-school diner located right on the Sanderson Ford property, and the vibe is spot-on. Before you even sit down, you’re greeted with a warm smile and a solid cup of coffee by Kara, who makes you feel right at home. The interior feels like a trip back in time—in the best way possible. Classic, clean, and full of character. But let’s get to what really matters: the food. On my first visit, I had “The Fiesta”—an all-meat combo breakfast burrito with two sides of Bruce’s salsa. That salsa should honestly be sold by the 50-gallon barrel—yes, it’s that good. Easily the best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had, and I don’t say that lightly. I also tried “The MKX” Philly cheesesteak. The bread is baked in-house, and after chatting with Bruce and Paul (the chefs behind the grill), I found out most of the food here is made from scratch. You can taste the care and pride in every bite. And here’s something that makes this place even cooler: almost all the burgers, sandwiches, and breakfast items are named after Ford trucks and cars. It’s a fun and fitting nod to the location—and somehow it just adds to the whole experience. Since that first visit, this place has become my go-to. I came back again and tried “The Model A” mushroom and Swiss burger—another knockout. And yep, I grabbed another “Fiesta” burrito to go because some things are just too good not to repeat. The portion sizes are generous, the prices are almost unbelievable, and the quality? Top notch. I challenge you to find anywhere else around here offering this kind of food, at this level, for these prices. One thing to note: they’re only open Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. So get in while the griddle’s hot—you won’t regret it. This place is a SECRET GEM! You feel transported in time as soon as you pull up to the building. The 50’s and 60’s music and magical customer service is the cherry on top of the initial experience. They serve classic All American breakfast and lunch menu items. We were all happy with our food. Eggs were fluffy and fresh. The omelette had a sky high cheese pull and the hash browns had the perfect crispy crunch. The Chicken fingers are lightly breaded and flavorful. I got three pieces and they are thick pieces of white meat with a side of fresh cut french fries that will cross your eyes! We got to chat with our server Kara about the business and the novelty of the restaurant. We were taken care of like we were family and laughed and enjoyed our interactions. She helped us get a family picture that we will treasure with our baby. She had us try the cookies and I would have regretted not getting one they were heavenly. We Will definitely be back.

This is my go-to spot for the perfect breakfast burger, but honestly, every single item on the menu is incredible. The burger names are FORD callouts. It’s a classic 50’s-style diner that perfectly captures the nostalgic vibe with its retro décor and friendly atmosphere. The staff here is great. Always welcoming, and always attentive, making every visit enjoyable. This is located on the Sanderson Ford lot. It’s a great place to stop by whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or settling in for a relaxed meal.

This place is a 10/10 for me. Was not expecting it to be this good. A true hidden gem. I had lunch and would love to come back to try their breakfast. Service was also amazing along with the atmosphere.

This place is a hidden treasure in Glendale, ordered the French dip and the bread is home made with an au jus that is packed full of flavor. The gal who took my order, I dont know her name it was so incredibly friendly and upbeat made the experience even better! Next time I’m definitely trying one of their breakfast options…

Terrible experience, the waitress was very nice but the rest of the staff makes you feel like you don’t belong there. No one greeted (other than waitress) - nothing. Cold and standoff-ish ambience. I went up to order and greeted the lady there, she IGNORED me and continued entering something on the POS system , even after she was done , she didn’t say hello and with a confrontational voice said “want do you want” . Once she answered that way , I decided to leave. I’m not spending my hard earned money at a place that makes one feel unwelcome . Employees stared us down for some odd reason , just an all round terrible experience. I’ve heard a lot of good things about this places food but this place makes you feel VERY uncomfortable once inside . Shame on this place . Learn how to speak to customers as they keep the doors open. Word of mouth travels fast and I don’t plan of recommending this place to any of my friends or family.

Was in the area with my daughter. Stopped in for a brunch and place was clean. Lady at the front was super nice. Food was good and cheaper then I expected. Worth it if you are in the area.
