It was a night filled with unforgettable hits, expertly delivered by a remarkable quartet serenading the audience. Their performance was superb! The venue itself was also lovely, perfectly complementing the musical atmosphere created by Imagine Dragons.

This is a lovely historical building beside the park in weisbaden. The restaurant attached is not cheap however the food and service was excellent. Just remember that the city charges 5 euro per day (city tax) to stay in a hotel.

This beautiful building, although it doesn’t look like a casino (closed during Easter weekend), is detailed with such stunning dome shaped ceiling, and grand lobby that it was worth the visit nonetheless. The restaurant in the building was open and has good rating. Right outside this building, you can enjoy a nice walk in the beautiful park like setting with lake.

Visiting the Kurhaus Wiesbaden was the highlight of my day! Historic building in a great city. It was awesome to play roulette with such an interesting group of people. Recommend you check hours and dress code. Entire staff was friendly. Will be back.

Whatever the old purposes maybe. The reason why it's famous now is because of exhibitions and the Casino. The Casino there is definitely one of the biggest in Germany and make sure you are dressed well if you intend to pass inside. Fun too of you are drunk and around this place just go inside to use the toilet. It comes handy trust me

An extremely diverse museum! Ranging from animals, nature, and physics, to jugendstil and expressionism! It even had some contemporary art, and paid tribute to female artists. At the time of visiting there was a great exposition on bees going on. Combining history and art to give a full experience to all audiences.

Its a easy walk through so you can see everything. Nice to spend 1-2 hours looking around.

Great place - hidden gem for Wiesbaden! With the current and constant art nouveau exhibition is the most complete collection for this period I have seen - striking! Be aware to get all in full and good depth - one need at least one day!!! It is not usual district museum - it is world class!

Kurpark is a wonderful park located in the city of Wiesbaden. I love walking in the park everyday. It brings me joy, rest and peace every time. The variety of flowering trees and fauna is awesome. Oh I forgot to mention a few lakes and creeks you would find there as well. If you are in the Wiesbaden area do not miss the opportunity to take a walk and you will become convinced that you will be having the greatest opportunity to walk in the best park the city of Wiesbaden has to offer.

This park was a highlight of my trip to Europe. It is stunning and filled with people who are enjoying life. The beer garden set- ups where you can get food and drink are such a nice addition. The Casino is pretty. Keep walking and you reach the city alleys of hundreds of shops and restaurants.

The spa park of the Hessian state capital Wiesbaden was laid out in 1852 in the style of an English landscape garden. Well, this park is just lovely! Ducks, birds, and so many glorious sounds from the wildlife, calling this home. Right in Weisbaden, so easy access to so much. Pretty paths, benches to relax. I noticed everyone there, was just soaking in the beautiful serenity of this park. The ducks was quite entertaining to watch..could sit there all day 🦆 loved it

The Germans know how to make a kurpark! We loved visiting the local city parks when we have traveled in western Europe and this one was no exception. We got up early due to jet lag and were walking before the city came alive for the day. Our hotel was right near the park so we walked the bowling green with the pretty statues and fountains. I’m a garden gal and the plants and layout was just lovely! There was a wide and level walking and biking trail that is ADA accessible. Most of the other people up that time were locals getting their exercise by jogging, biking or walking the dog. It was a very safe place—no vagrants, hardly any trash or tagging. No bathrooms open though. Many of the trails were along the houses which were extremely beautiful and well-kept which added to the ambiance of the park.

The fountain smells a bit odd due to the minerals but have never seen a natural thermal fountain like this in Germany! Surrounded by a lot of good cafés and restaurants

The place is a family friendly place and is highly recommended for tourists. There are other nice touristy areas in the surrounding, like the Evangelical marker church and the Kurhaus. It is also near a very old but beautiful hotel.

This fountain looks and smells odd due to the mineral content in the water, but that’s part of the celebration! At this plaza is an interesting children’s playground with beautiful murals of wildlife. This is a very active plaza but we got there early in the morning (don’t you love jetlag).

Top of the mountain is a very nice place for a picnic. The ride was pleasant! Try to get an outside standing spot because the cart is hot inside. Overall a very nice experience.

Great little open air trip up to the top of Wiesbaden, Germany!!! About 8 minutes to get to the top, and the same coming back down the trolley. The sights and adventures at the top is well worth the trip for sure!!!💯🙏😍🙏💯

Cute place to visit. The ride was short and bring you up high to the hill where you can find an beautiful green picnic place and enjoy the view of Wiesbaden from top.

It was a nice scenic quick trip up the hill. Next time we will ride up and walk the trail through the forest back down. I enjoyed the tiny museum as well.

The Nerobergbahn in Wiesbaden is an excellent choice for a unique and memorable experience. Great value for money: The ticket price is incredibly reasonable for the enjoyment it provides. Unique and historic: As a water-powered funicular, it's a fascinating and rare piece of engineering that adds a special charm to the ride. Stunning views: The panoramic vistas of Wiesbaden and the surrounding area from the top of Neroberg are absolutely beautiful and well worth the trip. This charming railway is a must-do for anyone visiting Wiesbaden.

Historical Tram which operates with waterpower and gravityforce. There are Limited places to stay at the front and enjoy the View while riding uphill.

Great public area with lots of history and vendors. They had an awesome bike check to reduce the congestion.

My friend from Australia and I just Loved strolling through the streets of Wiesbaden, and couldn't have enough of the beauty of it. The architecture, the greenery, the cafes and the tram connectivity added just the right amount of value and comfort to our day. I am happy I didn't miss visiting this. Not every other place I feel like visiting but this one was on my wishlist!

Such a beautiful theatre with an amazing neo-baroque foyer. It displays the old and historic grandeur of pre-war Germany. The performances are fantastic as well and so affordable. If you want to enjoy true European culture it is a must.

Wiesbaden theatre is one of the beautiful theatres. It is elegant and stunning inside. It held amazing shows inside. Had an honours to see the preview of the musical show Follies. This shows will be there till next year. It was amazing 👏 bravo to all the actresses and actors.

very pretty, the opera house is real pretty from the inside. But the snacks during halftime are too expensive... Additionally I personally think that these modern interpretations aren't of to much quality. They embarrassed themselves. They played random animal videos with gold glitter as the background. In the Opera I visited one singer wore a 10 euro amazon jumper with Egyptian pharaohs on it. This didn't fit the theme at all. He was some henchman in "papageno"...

Gorgeous venue! Saw a ballet with orchestra, excellent sound & visuals of the stage. Look forward to visiting again.

We saw il Trovatore here recently. We were really surprised about the quality of the ensemble, both the orchestra and the singers are fabulous. The architecture of the theatre is a real pleasure as well.

Excellent theater! The most beautiful theater I have been in my life! The seats are very comfortable. The acoustics are phenomenal. The main hall is a piece of art. You can't miss it if you are in Wiesbaden!

Beautifully curated museum with several original printed books, specially 3 bibles. A very good printed demonstration, from the making of the letters to the final printed page, both in English and German with a replica of the printing machine. Negative: A very unhelpful large and seated guardian next to the interactive picture box, most interested in moving people along than in helping with the experience.

You are given a card that lets you activate some of the exhibits, and at the end you can print your photo in the style of block printing onto the card. There is a demonstration of printing and the presenter gave interesting facts and was very knowledgeable.

Awesome experience of the Gutenberg museum and in excellent opportunity to see one of the Gutenberg Bibles. Actually four of them. It's absolutely amazing that these were the first books printed by the Gutenberg press. A worthwhile experience to visit this historic place. Highly recommend visiting the Gutenberg museum and seeing the original Gutenberg Bible. They are absolutely priceless books as every single one of the 47 of them are different because they were sold as separate pages and made into books by the buyers after they purchase them which we understand is the price of a home to purchase the pages back when they were newly off the press

It's a small museum but very well done. When I visited in Nov 2025 they had the word "Moved" in the name to emphasize that it's final location is under renovation and it is just temporarily adjacent to the natural history museum. Indeed I almost wandered into the natural history museum trying to find it. The first room had a 3D table of Mainz and narrated a story of his life (both in English and German). Indeed in spite of what some past reviews said, the museum seems to have stepped up their game and most descriptions were in both German and English. The main attraction, the two original Bibles we're well displayed and surprisingly uncrowded. I was able to go back two and study them.

1.5 hours was NOT enough. Didn't get to the demonstrations upstairs. (I visited the "Moved!" version in June 2025.) Anyone in graphic design, journalism or communications will appreciate the overarching themes and attention to detail. The Bibles themselves, and the additional works displayed alongside them, were presented very well and in an interesting manner.

The Gutenberg Museum is a fascinating and well-worthwhile visit. While I was a bit confused by the natural history aspect, I soon discovered that the main exhibition is temporarily located inside the Natural History Museum—a detail that, once understood, didn't detract from the experience at all. My primary interest was learning more about Johannes Gutenberg, and the museum did an excellent job of that. The exhibits are fantastic, especially the chance to see some of the first printed bibles up close. I also appreciated the use of modern technology to make the history more relatable, particularly the fun machine that lets you create a selfie with a printed page. My only regret is that I didn't get to see a demonstration of the printing press in action. Overall, it's a great experience and excellent value for money.

It is a must see. Less than an hour away from Frankfurt airport. Parking is an issue. So plan your trip. The ticket is €10. Very nice shop and staff.

Beautiful Russian Orthodox Church

In the middle of Wiesbaden, and with only a few signs to point you in the right direction, this monument must be considered with the wall on the other side of the road. It records all of the names of those Jews who died (either directly or indirectly) as a result of the Great War. The information board is in English and German, and there is a bench under a tree nearby if you wish to sit and reflect/contemplate on it all for a time.

So sad how we people treat each other. Have we learned that everyone has a right to believe what they believe, but treat each other like we would like to be treated 😓

It is hard to image the tragedy in such nice small town.

Well of course what is a memorial anyway. It amazes me to no end that may memorials seemed to have been desigbed by people who had no inspiration at all.

I really enjoyed walking around Schloss Fruedenburg today, and if I had seen a donation spot I definitely would have given to this little hidden gem. If you have small children I think they would love all of the activities available for children. It was just fun walking around the Schloss and looking at all of the things they have built for climbing, touching, looking, and experiencing. Looking forward to going back there this spring.

We went there on a public holiday with our 4-year-old son and our baby daughter, planning to have coffee and cake while letting our son run around. We were surprised when we were asked to buy tickets (17 EUR for adults and 7 EUR for kids), even though we had no intention of visiting the villa inside, or using anything else than the café and the playground. Since we have a 5-month-old baby in a stroller, we couldn't even if we wanted to. So we bought the tickets, paying 41 EUR for a few hours of sitting in their garden and a few turns down the slide for our son. I wouldn't recommend it for spontaneous visits, unless you plan to spend the whole day there and use all of their amenities, which would make paying this price worthwhile. Parking was also a problem, since the only option is to park along a road where cars drive 50 km/h. Getting kids in and out of the car is risky and stressful. Two stars in the end: the second star is for the beautiful setting in the nature and polite staff. But they should really work on better informing visitors (who are not insiders already) of what the rules are and what this place is about.

So, this place is a little weird but in a good way. There are large bowls filled with water, and you can rub your hands around the rim and try to make music. There are pots with random things inside them and you reach in your hands and try to focus on how these those things feel. There are violin bows that you can strum on pieces of metal to make patterns in the sand. There are gongs, shadow puppets, and lots of other interesting things inside the castle! There also many things found in the garden outside of the castle, including a barefoot park and two large swings. The garden is also just fun to walk around! We spent several hours here, and really had a great time. It’s expensive for us, so we probably won’t be back again. There were also some weird times when my kids were having fun, but then were scolded by the people that worked there for having too much fun.

Geared toward the under 12 crowd. The exhibits are interesting and for the most part, hands-on. The booklet one receives upon entry is decent and its explanations are rudimentary. All-in-all, it kept the grandkids occupied for 3 hours, hence the 4 stars.

Experience of a lifetime. Had so much fun experiencing about my senses and was able to understand more about physics than I did in high school, lol. Great adventurous place and you will rethink all day about the events that took place there. The man who explained to us everything was very friendly and convenient. Would highly recommend it.

Best place for the kids to learn the physics with Fun 😊. You can spend the whole day over there no problem for parking for car and also there are some restaurant or cafe where you can get the basic food.

Followed the signs on the footpath. In the woods, the paths looked nothing like the map, no clear straight way ahead and we hardly found the castle, when we'd already walked past ist.A few signs here and there would help. Till then, don't park on the parking lot.

Wasn’t expecting much from Taunus Wunderland but was so impressed by how good it was! We were there for Halloween, and the decorations and theming were amazing. Rides were exciting and even the ones that require a bit of your own sweat were great fun. If you’re a family looking to entertain a little one for day, Taunus Wunderland is perfect!

Really nice and clean amusement park for the family. I would say that the rides and attractions are aimed at 12 years of age and below not saying others can’t have fun but they could get bored quickly. The entire park is super clean and easy to walk around in and throughout the park.

Our 3 year old enjoyed it a lot! She was allowed on most of the rides because of her height and she even went on the roller coaster and water slide. This is good for 3+ year olds. We spent the whole day and plan to visit it in winter too.

I purchased the ticket online and entered. I waited for about 5 minutes and scanned the QR code myself to enter. I was able to ride all the rides within 10 minutes. Although it is a small amusement park, it is a place where families can have fun, and I plan to visit again soon.

We are fortunate to have such a lovely theme park in Hesse near us. Today was our first visit, and we were in the park from opening at 9:30am until 2:30pm. There are many nooks with rides for little ones, but also a couple of rides near the back for older visitors. My daughter who is five years old needed me to ride with her on 4-5 of the rides, but my brave seven year old was happy to ride on his own. Aside from the rides, my children loved the area with trampolines, and also the big slides and playground. We ate pizza, popcorn, and ice cream during our visit, and they were okay. The WCs are east enough to locate. Employees were actively sanitizing frequently touched surfaces. The park was not very crowded during our Monday visit. Two things that make me question the frequency of our future visits to this park are the number of wasps around the food areas that literally swarm you as you try to eat, and the absence of mask-wearing guests. I estimate 80-90% of guests did not wear masks with any consistency, and 50-60% of guests did not adhere to the social distancing policy. These two aspects of our visit made me uncomfortable. Nevertheless, we had a fun day, and my children are anxious to return.

I really liked this park, there are many attractions and entertainment options, it is very well thought out. All the attractions are close together, as well as cafes, restaurants, and small food pavilions. Everyone will find something they like to eat! The child was thrilled with the park and so were the adults, nobody will be bored in this park! I recommend visiting with the whole family.

Beautiful church in the heart of Wiesbaden. Went to mass while visiting. It was in German but it was easy to follow the mass. Loved the shopping area that we explored after.

This is a church. Very simple and yet very peaceful place. I'm there to pray and not for photos taken or a tourist place. Beautiful layout and the Sunday Mass is very full. The Sunday evening Mass is also full. Outside is on construction at the moment but you can still go inside through the side door.

This is a should go place when you are in Wiesbaden. Easy to find and to park. The palace is next to a huge park where you can enjoy peaceful walk and soak yourself into sunlight during summer day. Definitely love it.

Loved walking around the grounds. They were filming inside so we weren't able to go in. Normally, there is a café that you can eat at inside. A lot of great spots to eat along the Rhine though.

I didn't visit the Palace, (I'm not sure if it's normally possible), but the park is superb. Beautifully laid out, and lovingly kept. I visited in August, and should imagine it's a gem in Autumn. Plenty of free parking on Am Parkfeld.

By far one of the most beautiful places we have stopped on our visit to Europe. Easy to park and walk up, a gorgeous park to walk in and a beautiful palace to astound our American eyes!

Schloss Biebrich is a beautiful palace right on the banks of the Rhine, and it’s one of those places that instantly catches your eye. The building itself is elegant, with its long red façade and lovely gardens that are perfect for a quiet walk or a picnic. It has a calm atmosphere, especially in the evening when the light reflects off the river. Even if you’re not into history or architecture, it’s a great spot to relax and enjoy the view. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in Wiesbaden.

Biebrich Palace is awesome! The building looks amazing, and the gardens are super chill. Great spot for a walk or picnic by the river. Definitely check it out if you're in Wiesbaden!

Have never actually went inside the palace itself, but I love taking a walk in the huge park behind it. Beautiful scenery, great for picnics and usually not too crowded. Also nice views of the Rhein.

Very pleasant place. Not crowded, clean, refreshing water, free parking with enough lots. Do not count on umbrellas or sunbeds, but there is enough space on the grass and in the shade of trees. Some food and drinks are available in the cafeteria. And of course fantastic view on Wiesbaden.

I’m lucky to visit such lovely places, this is another jewel in Wiesbaden’s crown! Lush green lawns under shady trees 🌳 where one can lay down and relax. Go have a swim after a while it’s just like an infinity pool with grand view’s. Enjoy a snack hot or cold and maybe a good glass of wine… one thing is for sure you’ll have a good time here.

Love this place! Here you can swim 🏊‍♂️ at the pool, go to the hot sauna, and eat at the bar or restaurant in the same place! Also good to bring your children! It is such a great place to enjoy the sun, the water, and relax. Highly recommend. Unfortunately, the pool closed on September 10 this year, 2023. But for next summer ☀️ you should go!

Amazing views of the city. Pool was not crowded at 5p when we went. I am not sure if this was a norm or not. It is very well kept and worth the pricey entrance fee in my mind.

Amazing view!!! That's why you pay a little too much on the entry!!! Good size pool with way too many guests because it was a very warm day! But you can always find a spot to lay down your towels!

Beautiful pool in an amazing setting. Hard to get to and not very kid friendly. A good portion of the pool is dedicated to serious middle aged lap swimmers with Olympic training regimes. The staff does not speak English nor seem to have any desire to cater to non German speaking customers. The restaurant owner looked at me like I had two heads when I walked in barefoot. “Why would one do such a thing at a swimming pool?” After we were here for a bit, we realized that you can rent chairs at the entrance. That made the experience a little better. There is also a kids slide that kept our kids entertained for about an hour. Overall it was a mediocre experience that could have been much better if we did a little more research and the staff was a little more accommodating.

Big sized portions probably intended for hikers but also very tasty food and super kind staff. A great choice if you're looking for great food outside the hustle and bussle of the city. The blueberry cheesecake desert was to die for!!

Amazing place. Inside you have part of the walls. You can also go stairs up to get an amazing view of the forest. I've been there for an after-conference-event. They served really good food, which was splitted over several stands. On each food stand they cooked the meal fresh. We also had music and cocktails this night. The cocktails were okay, nothing too special. Thanks for the experience!

The place was more than noisy and completely overcrowded. One was not allowed to bring food or a drink of water, but the staff at the food place was absolutely disinterested and slow. The bouncy castle wasn't filled properly. It actually collapsed partly when some overweight little boys leaned against the front wall. I feared for the safety of my grandchild, and I will never go there again.

I have been here a few times with my young kids and it is a nice place so long as it isn't too crowded. Lots to do, they sell food, snacks and water luckily since you can't bring any in. My kids like this place a lot and always have fun. Staff is nice and speak English. Place is clean and taken care of. I will come back.

We were charged full price for a 10 month infant, an 11 month old infant and two 18 month old infants. I really don't know what some of these people here are complaining about! The place was fantastic for having fun with the little ones. It was fairly big (not everything needs to be "airport terminal-sized"). The staff were friendly to us (I can imagine sometimes you end up with bad staff and it can be beyond one's control at times). People are literally complaining about having to wear socks (well, excuse them if they want to maintain a level of hygiene...especially given that some people may end up there with infectious feet diseases). Too expensive? I don't think so. If you want cheaper facilities, ask your government to make investments out of your tax money. It is their business and they have the discretion to charge what they want. I do not think it was too expensive. Not cheap either, but certainly not expensive! And from what I witnessed, the facilities were maintained quite well. Being a businessperson myself I am experienced with the "lot" who only like to complain...sometimes for unimaginable things to unimaginable extents. I had fun there with my little family. And I saw most other children and their guardians were having fun too. I am doing away with 1 star from the rating because of mainly one aspect of the complaints which I find was reasonable and it also resonates with my opinion. So this here is FEEDBACK for the management: 1. Restricting food is something I can understand because I know they have to make money. But going as far as restricting water is absurd. I, for instance, like to feed my family water out of glass bottles instead of plastic. Sometimes there may be other requirements. So this is the management going a bit too far. On the food front there are people who don't eat meat (like my family) and some may (like myself) not even fancy eating at a place that handles meat because of the possibility of contamination. So, ideally, food (at least snacks) should be allowed as well. However, I can be understanding of the discretion of a business policy and hence prepare my visits accordingly. Having said that, once again, there is a difference between food and water... 2. I can see how footwear isn't allowed in the play area. Nevertheless, perhaps, you could provide slippers for visiting the toilets! I don't want to walk into a toilet facility where I know people (at least in the men's toilets) drip urine all over the floor...

We went back on the day they reopened. They didn't have all the inflatables up until about 1.5 hours later. They did add a new structure and removed one of their large inflatables. My son still loves it there. We stayed for 3 hours sand he still didn't want to leave.

Had a great time bouldering this morning with my 4 year old daughter. The guy was very helpful and friendly despite my lack of German skills! The shoes I hired for her were good and we had a lot of fun in the special kid's area. We also climbed in the main area. I found the range of problems good both in terms of difficultly and variety - not just steeper = harder. Really big venue, lots of space, good quality walls. Will definitely come back. Today 24.11.2024 are alot if people such that you even feel lazy to stand in the line waiting to go Inside.. But the place is beautiful to spend sometime with family and friends.

Average pool experience from a veteran swimmer. The facilities consist of 3 outside pools, one for small kids, another for adolescents and another for inexperienced/experienced swimmers that is 50m long. I was looking forward to try out the 50m pool as I was a former competitive swimmer, however it was constantly invaded by kids and adolescents that were not there to swim but only to fool around. The pool watchers were also too lax, as only when people got mad at those kids that they did something. This is a very good facility to go with friends and spend a good afternoon sunbathing and dipping in the pool sometimes, but not for any serious swimmers. Additionally, the lack of strict rules when it comes to wearing a head cap leaves the pools full of hairs, which is not pleasant.

Kids loved this place so much. We celebrated birthdays here and just in general a great swimming pool with seperate pools for kids and laps. Kids pool goes from a dew inches to a few feet with a water slide. Diving borads and jumping platforms with a super deep lap pool. ( the roof is heightened to accommodate the highest jump platform. Quite impressive.

I love the steam room and full size Olympic lap pool. It can be crowded at times but, most people who are in the lap pool follow pool etiquette and stay to the right to avoid other swimmers. Also, unless there is a class going on, there is a single lane dedicated for faster swimmers. Overall, this is my favorite place in Wiesbaden for my swim workouts.

No parking: poor sound quality: and no seat levitation between rows. Even if the tickets are free please don't go to this theater to watch a film. Old fashioned and there was no levitation between seat rows, if two tall guys sat before your row you needed to watch the film between their ears. The movie theater is older and smaller compared to new movie houses. You do have more leg room for seating and they have cute double seats in the back rows for "date night". The toilet is not the cleanest. Ticket prices do seem to be cheaper here then other more modern centers.
