In addition to the outdoor adventures, there are also escape rooms and restaurants on-site. Great place. Amount of team and individual games occupy your whole day. There are indoor and outdoor activities for all ages. Most of them around climbing, on a rocks on trees and also 32m controlled free fall. Highly recommended to visit when weather is good so you can enjoy all of them.

I'm writing this (April 2025) because we nearly decided to skip this place due to some terrible reviews on Google / TripAdvisor. Bottom line- it was absolutely brilliant. Perfect for a young family. We were here for a full day - kids aged 12, 10 and 4, and lucky for us the the sun decided to show up. There were no queues whatsoever on any of the rides. Ok, perhaps 1 or 2 of the staff here weren't overly friendly (like some other reviews are suggesting) but tbh, 95% of staff here were extremely kind and helpful. If I had one suggestion to the venue it would be to open the zip line for longer (it is only open for 2 hours). Otherwise, everything was on point. Also note, there's stuff here for toddlers but these attractions are naturally separate to the main features. And regarding the price, yes, it is slightly pricey at circa €50 a head... But imo, worth every cent. You get a full day here where you cannot complete every attraction, even if you try! In conclusion, the kids absolutely loved it and its also great fun for us adults. Definitely a place we recommend for anyone visiting Belgium!
Jonathan G — Google review
Great place for a visit with the family or colleagues if you like. Plenty of adventures to try out, all safe to do. Not so much for with a toddler but teens and up will have a great time. We visited Dino Mission with our toddler which was too artificial and not so interesting. Will come back with the teens only for the more daring things. Parking is plenty and close by, paid of course. Enough electric chargers available as well but not all of them work. Outside the parking there are better chargers.

We had a day here around Halloween. It was very nice for our 9 years old daughter but it was limited for our 4 years old daughter. We had to switch to do the adventure activities with my partner. I do not think getting full ticket for both partners should be necessary for families with young kids, since one needs to look after the younger child all the time. All in all, we still had good time.
Buket E — Google review
A huge playground for all ages, rock climbing, abseiling, treetop clambering, a maze, indoor playground, bars and restaurants. Food quality good. For two adults and two kids, a day pass for most activities will cost you more tha 100€. + a 10 euro parking fee
Marc S — Google review
The park is amazing the infrastructure is really nice. A serious damper is the often young and rude staff / students manning the attractions. As some were nice and competent others were constantly playing on their phone which should be forbidden or opening the attractions late given for example somebody had to go up to the fee fall. Also playing on the phone while kids are climbing poses a safety risk in my opinion. Not speaking Flemish as a foreign visitor some of those played stupid and only gave directives in Flemish while I pointed out that I unfortunately do only speak French or English among other languages… it’s sad to see how badly trained staff can ruin an amazing concept.
Gilles F — Google review
We went for the Christmas afternoon event. On several occasions tried to book tickets and was fully booked but when we eventually managed to book tickets the place was half empty. The children liked the tube slides a lot. The light path was interesting but waiting for Santa in the cold outside for long time wasn't. Still, it was probably overall nice for the children.
Kyr B — Google review
Interesting amusement park with some unusual attractions. There are three tickets: one for entrance without any attractions included, an adventure pass, and a fly pass, which includes all adventure activities as well as three additional flying activities, i.e. zip line, dead drop and the big air. It is very surprising that this latter activity is a jump onto a big air pillow, which is not insured as you need to sign a physical harm waiver.

The Topiary Park, located near the river Ourthe and offering a stunning view of Durbuy Castle, is a picturesque botanical garden featuring over 250 different topiary sculptures. These include various shapes such as animals, people, and objects. The park also boasts colorful flowers and serene pathways for guided tours. It's a great place to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and explore the beautiful outdoor park with its unique flora designs.
Thoroughly enjoyed this local park packed with a wide range of sculptures. Very peaceful... Enjoyed a gentle walk around and sitting from time time as benches Nd chairs made available. Unfortunately the Cafe is shut outside of the summer season but there were a small selection of drink from distribution machines. There is a small shop offering all types of souvenirs. In my case I bought a soft toy for my dog 😅 PARKING There is a large parking area in the front of the Park but you do have to pay. That said, you can easily park your car there all day and enjoy a leisurely walk up to the village. Only 5 mins aqay

Nice park …the tree designs are one part of it. Overall good place to spend few hours . The cafes are all around.

We recently visited the ISKCON temple in Durbuy, It was a truly serene and beautiful experience. The temple's peaceful atmosphere and stunning surroundings made it a perfect place for reflection. The temple food was delicious and served with great care. Durbuy itself was charming and picturesque, adding to the overall joy of the visit.

Much better than we expected, some great Topiary here.

An interesting park with many shaped box and other plants. Some of the plants are not in great shape because of age and disease. You can buy a combined ticket to reduce prices a bit.
Filip B — Google review
Small, but nice, relaxing, parking right in front door (payed), wc, restaurant available, only symbolic entrance fee, small souvenir shop, nice walkings around green statues, you can even see a small lizards, butterflies, bugs, have nice view at city center buildings, can sit for a while and relax, beautiful, clean, fragrant
Marek S — Google review
Quirky and an entertaining hour or two. Slightly down-at-heel - most topiary items in need of TLC and particularly weeding!! Seemed to be just one member of staff on duty for the whole site when we visited. Not many facilties open and a bit sad looking, but still enjoyable. Most hedges were recognisable 😊
Robin S — Google review
The park was nice to visit, the entrance ticket was a bit expensive for how small the park is, but at the same time it pays the mini-golf entrance, so that's alright. The terrasse is a nice feature to the park.

Domaine de Radhadesh, located in the outskirts of Durbuy, Belgium, is a unique spiritual center housed inside a fully renovated 11th-century castle estate. This Iskcon temple offers visitors the opportunity to immerse themselves in Indian culture and traditions while surrounded by historical Belgian architecture.
Beautiful and peaceful place with great facilities and warm hospitality. The vegetarian food was delicious, and everything was well-organized and clean. Easy to reach with good parking. A lovely cultural and spiritual experience – highly recommended!

I visited this beautiful chateau many years ago. They have done some wonderful restoration work and the place is even more beautiful than before. A credit to all the hard work and vision. I will be visiting again, but I won't leave it so long next time.

Amazing and wonderful experience to visit the Hindu Temple in a huge Castle complex with a Goshala, lodging, free meals service.....in a remote village of Belgium. Visited on Janamashti and found non Hindus of German French and Belgium adopted with diksha from Iscon doing seva,Kirtan joyously becomes a amazing spiritual experience. A must visit on Janamashti particularly when about 2000 devotees of Hindus and other nationals pay visit and also enjoy the vegetarian meals as prasadam prepared by the management. One of Belgium's hidden gems, Radhadesh is the largest Hindu temple in the country. The temple is the home of the beautiful Radha-Gopinatha deities. The property also includes an amazing vegetarian restaurant and bakery, as well as gift shop where you can buy amazing Indian products. There is also a wonderful Gosala with many protected cows and bulls. I highly recommend that if you happen to be passing through the area that you visit this wonderful temple!
Nimai T — Google review
Wanted to show something different for the kids to broaden their world view, thought this was a good option in a beautiful area. But you can only enter the temple if you pay a 1:15 hr guided tour, which is not something any kid would be interested in, so we left.
Tamara F — Google review
We did not stay over there but visited the temple, had some snacks from the restaurant, little one played in the small playground and visited the boutique. The temple - the usual Iskcon temple. Impressive to have turned this little castle into a temple. Everything is well set up, area to wash hands and feet, enough place to put shoes away, a friendly reception to guide those who want to see around. The restaurant- looks clean, the small things we ordered were delicious and price was okay. The boutique - quite expensive in my opinion but one can browse and look at all different articles: clothes, instruments, books, spices, statues, cosmetics and small things like keychains etc Goshala - the cows look happy and well taken care of. The person managing is very friendly and open to communicate and we could even touch the lovely cows.

Amazing place to visit. Would highly recommend if you're interested in spirituality and Indian culture. Beautiful castle and landscape. Great people working for the temple and surrounding shops.

Caverns & Caves
The Caves of Hotton, also known as Grottes de Hotton, were discovered in 1958 after an explosion in a nearby quarry revealed a small hole. These caves feature various galleries with stalactites and stalagmites, as well as an underground river. With over eight kilometers of chambers descending to a depth of 65 meters, the caves are hollowed out by this subterranean river.
We joined a guided tour of the Caves of Hotton that lasted about an hour. You walk down using the stairs and take the elevator back up. The guide stops at several points to explain the cave’s structure and history, which makes the experience both educational and enjoyable. The underground river running through the cave is absolutely fascinating, it gives the place a magical atmosphere. Since we had visited Parc Chlorophylle the day before, we received a discounted entry price of €42 for two adults and two children, which was a nice bonus. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!
Ahmet K — Google review
Was good i like it. But if you have small children, this doesn't make much sense because you have to hold them in your arms.Sometimes the stairs are very narrow and steep. And definitely wet and slippery places. It would be good to pay attention to shoe selection when coming. I think it is suitable for ages 4 and up. But it can be difficult and dangerous for children who cannot walk on their own. Because my little nephew was with me and we had a hard time. But it was still very enjoyable, it can be chilly inside, don't forget to take a jacket. But there is definitely a feeling of fresh air and open space. Despite my claustrophobia, I had fun. The guide makes the necessary explanations and beautiful views await you.
Muhammed A — Google review
Really cool cave to visit! Our guide was super enthusiastic about everything he told us. We loved it. The tour was just over an hour. Wear good shoes, as it gets slippery. Also, there are quite a few stairs, so it's not suitable if you have mobility issues.
Evert J — Google review
Caves of Hotton – very impressive place, especially at the bottom level of the cave (level 3). My experience was very good, and the English-speaking guide was great. Just in case you're planning to go, I recommend wearing non-slip shoes. A hat might be useful as well, and since it can get cold inside, bringing some extra clothes is a good idea. I believe a place like this should provide helmets, as there are some areas that could be dangerous. Otherwise – 5 stars from me. Thank you for the great experience!
Martynas K — Google review
Nice caves up till 65 meters under the ground. One hour trip, but time flies by, all with metal or stone steps. Bring a jacket or sweater as it's 12 degrees all year round.
Robbus B — Google review
Amazing caves with some beautiful structures. It takes about an hour to go round with lots of stairs, but it is worth it. Pity there is no cafe, only a vending machine.
David B — Google review
Deep caves with impressive stalactites and stalagmites, often joining in columns. The pathway and stairs to the bottom of the caves is made well with cement or metal flooring. The cave lacks a grand hall as many caves have, but still is very impressive and beautiful. Tour was not particularly informative but the guide had to give it in Dutch and French and there was a 3 year old child and baby with the same family that shouted or cried throughout. As another commenter noted, best not to bring kids under about 8 years old. Older children will love though.

Durbuy Anticline is a captivating geological formation located just a short walk from the old town of Durbuy. This natural wonder features an impressive rock formation with two anticlines, one of which is accompanied by a picturesque fountain. Visitors can admire the beauty of this attraction without needing any prior knowledge about rocks. The site offers the opportunity to enjoy beautiful views of Durbuy from the top after a relatively easy walk through Chemin Touristique and into the woods.
This town of Durbuy is full of character and quirky streets and local businesses. We walked past the Grands Palace where ever greeted by a rock formation. Quite impressive!! There has been a little pond in front of it full of Koi Koi fish. The fountains unfortunately were not active; Would be good if they advertised a time when the fountains are active so doubt it ould be worthwhile seeing. There is a short walk to a higher point, where you can enjoy the beautiful views of Durbuy at a height

The Riveo Centre in Hotton, known for its Rochers de Renissart (Rocks of Renissart), is a popular tourist attraction located just 1km away from the town center. It offers a variety of activities including fly fishing and normal fishing, making it an ideal destination for outdoor enthusiasts. The service provided by the staff was commendable, as they were helpful and accommodating. Visitors particularly praised the guide's kindness and expertise.
I organized a last minute day of fly fishing and normal fishing for Father's Day. The service was good and they were helpful. We were particularly happy with our guide, he was very kind. All material was included in the price. I would recommend!
Morgane G — Google review
Very small but informative museum! The garden is a bit less interesting.
Uno — Google review
We visited Riveo Centre with two adults and two kids (€24 total). The indoor educational section about animals was fun and informative for children, with plenty of interesting facts. However, some animal displays were placed too low, requiring even kids to bend down to see them, raising them closer to child eye level would improve the experience. After that, we moved on to the aquarium, but unfortunately, the outdoor tanks had very murky water, making it hard to see anything clearly. Since it was a rainy day, we didn’t explore the garden area. If you’ve already visited any partner locations, they offer discounted entry per person, which is good to know.
Ahmet K — Google review
We expected more of this place honestly... When we saw the large advertisement at the caves of Hotton about fish aquariums we expected a lot of aquariums... We first got introduced to go upstairs with the kids to search in the dark for night animals. This was fun for the kids and they learned some new things about night animals but also about light that makes our stars less visible etc.. Than when we went outside towards the aquariums we expected to see large aquariums... We found it very dissapointening and the kids found it boring as well. Not interesting apart from knowing that a fish had 700 teeth inside its mouth... I think it's a lot of money for what u get. The price should be lower. I would not recommend my friends or family to visit this place.
Tenshi — Google review
We were looking for something to do for a couple of hours as a family and came across this. It's a smallish venue, as part of a converted house and grounds. Our expectations were moderate and I'd say they were met and maybe a little more. The exhibition which takes up two floors of the house is well designed with various information boards and some interactive elements. All the information is available in 4 languages (FR, NL, D, EN). The exhibition about the concept of invasive and alien invasion species in Belgium (and wider) was thought provoking and raised a lot of questions with our kids (8 & 11) who are nature lovers. They were both able to understand enough to care about the challenge and, as a result, we as a family, had some discussions around why it matters and what should be done. I thought the way the exhibition made this accessible to them and communicated it helped make this possible and therefore was well thought out and interesting. The exhibition is not huge, it takes about 30 mins to walk round. The kids were excited for the aquarium, but this was a single room outside with ultimately 3 or 4 tanks with local species in. Again, interesting to see these species, but do not come expecting a large "aquarium" like you would at a zoo, this is a smaller area dedicated to bringing you face to face with native fish. The garden (of gardens, there are 3 themes across one large garden), were very charming and perfect for a sunny afternoon. You can enjoy your lunch in the garden and then take part in mini golf (extra fee for this). It's a quaint concept, with the course weaving itself though the whole garden, with 18 holes. It's not a flashy gimmicky course with big structures, it is relatively simple in design, but each hole comes with a unique challenge and some are quite clever. It is pleasant enjoyable fun in the garden, charming probably being the best word. Half way through the course enters a mini labyrinth in the garden, and a couple of the holes must be located by searching through the maze to find them. A bit confusing as they appear to get jumbled up, but once you get the idea, it is fun. The maze is not big and you can easily navigate through it. Overall, by the time we'd spent 3 hours there, everyone agreed it had been educational, fun, and relaxing. If you have a few hours to spare in Hotton and you're looking for a relaxing family time, this is a brilliant stop. Probably best to enjoy on a warm dry day to make the most of the garden as otherwise the inside bits will not take a great deal of time. The staff we spoke to at reception were very friendly and helped us, speaking in English when needed and making us feel welcome. Definitely glad we visited.

The Dolmen of Wéris, located near the village of Wéris, is a fascinating site dating back to 2000-1800 BCE. Just a short drive from Durbuy, this mysterious arrangement of giant rocks stacked on top of each other gives off an Asterix & Obelix vibe. The area also features megaliths thought to map out the stars.
Great place to see all aspects of the stones, take your walking shoes and give the place some time... it will pay you back

We did the 5km walk which was nice but a little disappointing in that there weren't that many dolmens to see.... 2 large structures and lots of walking between cornfields. The countryside was very pretty however. Maison de Megaliths café was pleasant and staff was friendly and helpful. Also not expensive. Possible to sit indoors or outdoors. Laser Game is a fantastic destination to visit with friends or coworkers. With three distinct rooms available for booking, each game lasting 20 minutes, it offers an affordable and modern gaming experience. The facility provides well-maintained equipment and even has a small counter for purchasing refreshments. It's advisable to wear breathable cotton clothing as the game can be quite physically engaging. Visitors highly recommend this venue and look forward to returning for future events and celebrations.
A really fun place to go with your friends! I had a lot of fun and would recommend to go there.

Bad experience, Edit, Instead of acknowledging your own shortcomings, you choose to blame your customer by commenting down like your reply below. Here is proof: we visited you on May 22nd, 2025, around 16:00. The reservation was made under the names Danny and ENES. We came as two friends. The way your staff—specifically that overweight employee—treated us was simply unacceptable. He clearly lacks basic customer service training and needs education on how to treat paying guests. As a result, I will never return to your laser game center. For context, I have played laser games in Poland, Berlin, and Istanbul, and I have never experienced such poor treatment as I did at your place.
Enes M — Google review
It is very spacious place and reasonable prices to have fun. Staff was friendly and able to communicate in English moderately. There was no changing and shower room, which l was able to know beforehand through my research Reason for giving 4 stars is that there was no soap in the toilet to wash my hands (there was hand dryer) and there was no mirror in the toilet or anywhere

A nice place until the moment your child falls heavily during the laser game, you go to staff to ask for some ice to put on the bump and they cluelessly answer that they do not have any ice, neither the artificial one (normally present in the little rescue boxes) nor the one you might use for drinks ... such a shame, as it could be a very nice place, but security rules should be duly applied when it comes to kids' safety.

The Bastogne War Museum, located near the Mardasson Memorial in Belgium, is a modern military museum that offers an interactive and immersive experience focusing on World War II and the Battle of the Bulge. Rebuilt and reopened in 2014, it features digital exhibits, short films, and a reconstruction of the forest battlefield to provide visitors with a deeper understanding of the conflict.
Spent a good 3 hours + here, so make sure you give yourself enough time. An immersive museum full of history, story telling and facts. Follow 4 characters as they take you through the years of WW2. Headsets available for an assortment of languages. Entrance ticket covers 3 sites and can be used over 7 days so no need to rush! Three ‘shows’ with 3D-glasses, special effects and wonderful animation really bring the whole period of WW1 and WW2 to reality. Sad tales are told so bring a hanky 🥹 The generation 45 production I found very interesting/emotional. Covers two soldiers journeys post war. I sadly lost my grandad in the conflict (buried in Belgium), so it really made me appreciate even more so what I lost from my life as his granddaughter 😢 Staff friendly, plenty of toilets available, cafe with hot/cold drinks and basic food has outdoor and indoor seating. Monument to the Americans quite powerful to see. We were unable to walk within it as it is currently being renovated. Parking flat and plentiful. Every vehicle costs £5 to park so a bit pricey for motorbikes, but it all goes to a good cause.

The museum was great as expected but what actually suprised me was the quality of food in the bistro. I expected it to be just a regular bistro not very good food and really expensive, the expensive part was true but I was really suprised that the food was actually good i reccomend almost everything on the menu exept for the sandwitches whitch are as expected bland but other than that its really tasty. If you are hungry after going through the museum dont waste your time trying to find a restaurant just eat there trust me you wont regret it.
Dag 5 — Google review
Great museum. Bring a sandwich and water because if you are interested in this topic, you will stay for over 3 hours. Excellent exhibition of vehicles, weapons and equipment, as well as other legacies. If you don't bring food, there are restaurants as well as a ww2 themed restaurant. The exhibition also includes films from the war period. A very comprehensive museum, it will not leave fans indifferent. It is not bad to buy tickets online, and there is also the possibility of buying tickets for 3 museums, which I recommend. Parking for a vehicle is 5 euros.
Radovan Z — Google review
Absolutely worth visiting. Wish we had had more time to be able to take in the whole museum. We had limited time as this was an impromptu stop. Make sure you have several hours to be able to spend here.
Verne D — Google review
Its good, some nice theatre settings. I was expecting more Bastogne/Foye specific, the details and notty gritty. It covers the whole war from 38-45 which is good if you don't know, then a secrion in the middle for the bulge.

A Must-Visit: The Emotional Powerhouse of the Bastogne War Museum Visiting the Bastogne War Museum was an unforgettable highlight of my trip, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. This museum, dedicated to the Battle of the Bulge, delivers a deeply moving experience that blends history, emotion, and education in a way that resonates long after you leave. From the moment you step in, the immersive exhibits pull you into the harsh realities of World War II. The museum’s use of personal stories, interactive displays, and authentic artifacts—like the chillingly preserved tanks outside—brings the Battle of Bastogne to life. What struck me most was the audio-guided tour, where you follow the perspectives of four characters: a soldier, a civilian, a nurse, and a resistance fighter. Their stories made the history feel raw and human, stirring emotions I didn’t expect. The museum doesn’t shy away from the war’s brutality but balances it with tales of courage and resilience, honoring the sacrifices made in and around Bastogne. The layout is intuitive, and the attention to detail is remarkable, making it accessible for history buffs and casual visitors alike. For anyone visiting Belgium, this is more than a museum—it’s an emotional journey into a pivotal moment in history. Plan for a few hours, as you’ll want time to absorb it all. I left with a deeper appreciation for the past and a renewed sense of gratitude. Highly, highly recommended!

Pretty pricy for a family of four, especially since there is very little for kids to do. There is mostly a lot of tales and films, less historical things to actually see and experience. I would have suggested kids under 12 yrs could enter for free. The additional parking fee is just over the top.

One of the best history museums I've ever experienced. Especially rooms with 10-15 minute sessions are amazing and getting better at every step. If you have time do not skip these rooms. With the same ticket you can also enter Bois Jacques, the woods and fox holes where an amazing episode of Band of Brothers covers.

Château Féodal de La Roche-en-Ardenne is a medieval castle located in the picturesque town of La Roche-en-Ardenne. The castle, built on a rock using local materials and special construction techniques, offers guided tours that provide insight into its history and architecture. Visitors can enjoy falconry displays and learn about the castle's ghost stories. The steep hill leading to the castle rewards visitors with stunning views of the city.
We probably came here on a wrong day for us, because it was overcrowded - weekend and a holiday season. I would still rate this place at 5 stars because it was a pleasant visit. Nice show, beautiful area and great views. Situated right at the city, it makes it a bit difficult to park but we enjoyed the walk through the city and on the way back stopped at the store for souvenirs. They don’t accept cards at the entry and inside the castle if you want to have a drink.

Visited for the second time this weekend, great to see, plenty to explore. The whole area is stepped on history and too is this Chateau. Will definitely recommend a visit and come again.

Nice castle ruin, easily accessible for families. The archery activity is nice and free. There is also a tavern, though it looked not well maintained or clean. The sight invites for activities, I assume there are more at other times. Good explanations in the small leaflets and posters. Could use some better maintenance, like cutting some weed. For the price, it deserves better maintenance .Great view on the city lower and the surroundings.

Great looking castle ruin in the middle of the town with a few activities to try and nice panorama to enjoy. Not that big so easy to explore. Some parts felt a bit barren while others more built-in.
Ádám H — Google review
A must-visit if ever in town, super interesting to experience and read about - we were stunned by some of the info! The prices are a bit expensive if you visit on a weekday where there is no bar or activities going on. On the other hand there were very few people on a Thursday morning! Student price is 8€ (0.50€ off)

This very old castle is build on a rock using materials from the area. The builders used a very special technique to put rocks together and form a stable structure. The place is worth a visit which lasts around 45-60 minutes. Entrance is open until 30 minutes before closing time. It's not expensive and worth the visit.
Luc K — Google review
The ruin gives a beautiful view over the city. There is a lot of information about the individual parts that still remain to this date. The addition of a bar and falcon shows makes the castle more livid. However the entrance fee is a bit expensive. I would highly recommend visiting this castle when in the city.

The Labyrinth of Barvaux-sur-Ourthe is a delightful family activity suitable for children aged six and up. It provides riddles for them to solve and a map to navigate the maze, allowing them to participate actively. Smaller children may find it less engaging as they can only walk around and watch shows. Additionally, there is an extra door maze available as a side activity. The entrance fee is reasonable, although the price of beer could be considered slightly high.
My first corn maze ever, and I had no expectations whatsoever. To summarize, I have to spend a great afternoon with my family. We have had fun chasing in the corn, solving witches quests, and trying to get out from an escape wooden labyrinth. Fun, fun, fun.
Jakub S — Google review
Pros: we parked for free (people said it is payed), wc available (very clean), huge restaurant, well drawn site-map, short performances, simple tasks for children, near to the city center (only 7 min away) Cons: quite high entrance fee for almost nothing, only French performances so we did not understand at all, it seems to be more focused on the entertainment and eating than on the nature, we have seen many places like this, nothing new, we spent there less than 2 hours, long enought...
Marek S — Google review
This is a pretty cool immersive experience. Basically it's a giant corn maze, which you don't see a lot in Europe except for during Halloween. The maze is neer Durbuy. Which is a lively village. During the 21-23 of juli there are some nice activities in the villages which are easy to combine it with the maze. The maze itself is enormous. You can literally spend the whole day there. There are two tiny separate mazes for the little ones and one big maze for everyone. The large maze is divided in two experiences. One is the mystery maze and the other has a theme. For us it was Pinocchio. We chose the Pinocchio maze I'm which you had to visit 6 different performance areas and find different clues to escape the maze in the end. The lady at the front gives you a map and will explain everything you need to know. The performances were in French and Dutch. The kids loved it and us as adults were also swept up in the story. There is a large parking lot and in the maze you can find different restaurant and relax areas. If your allergic to bees, you might not want to go here though.

A beautiful location and well equipped park.. with great local beer and helpful staff. I recommend it for the whole family... nice way to spend a Sunday!

Do not come there if you do not speak Dutch. Even though the signs are also in English (as can be seen in the photo), the activity/shows are not. Our girls were very disappointed... It was also extremely muddy, so make sure to bring boots. We went back after a while and asked to leave and get refunded, they were unwilling to give us money back, but did provide a vaucher for the adventure park across the street.
Aviv B — Google review
The maze was nicely made and big. But we visited mid-September where there were no shows, no employee's nothing. Then the 15€ entrance fee is very expensive. There was no one at the entrance, or at the resting place. It honestly just felt closed and abandoned (the parts were the shows were supposed to be were very rusty and dirty) I dont understand why they don't charge cheaper fees off-season. It was a bit disappointing at the end of the day

If you're interested in World War II history, this museum is an absolute must-visit! The collection is impressive, with well-curated exhibits and expositions that bring the era to life. Motorcycle enthusiasts will be especially thrilled by the wide array of vintage models. La Roche en Ardenne is an amazing little town with great restaurants and Vistas. We had no idea that it held such vital importance during the Battle of the Bulge in Dec 1944 to Jan 1945 lying on one of the German army Rollbans. There are many treasures here for the military buffs. The Musée de La Bastaille Des Ardennes is a tribute to one families dedication to telling the story from all sides. Well worth a visit.

This compact museum is a wonder - it’s been put together with dedication and a need to show what really happened in the war in this area of the Ardens. There is a power and emotion that comes through from these amazing diagrams that have been skillfully constructed, using great imagination and resourcefulness. Salt for snow on the guns looks convincingly real. -and the total destruction of the town due to the allied bombing at the end of the war, to remove the bridge. I can’t recommend this place enough!
Graham S — Google review
The museum was surprisingly big on the inside! There is a lot to see, you really have to take your time and don't rush to the exit. A lot of pictures of veterans who had visited the museum. There were also a lot of diorama's, and scale models! The museum looks a bit older than the most museums but that's the charm of this museum. It is definitely worth the ticket price.
Dinja B — Google review
This place is an absolute must for anyone that's an enthusiast of the Second world war. Not only is this museum ran by a single man with no aid nor support in running and maintaining it, but a grand majority of museums in the area frankly pale in comparison to this marvelous place, you could visit multiple times and still find something new you hadnt seen. In addition, as a British person, I rarely see so much of a representation of our units who fought over here in Belgium. His museum is an educational and interesting place, filled with interesting and rare artefacts. Overall, an absolutely brilliant tribute to British, Canadian, American and Belgian forces ran by a passionate man whom has dedicated his life to sharing this with the world.

Modave Castle, located in the charming town of Modave, is a picturesque historic site surrounded by lush woodland. Dating back to the 13th century with significant restoration in the 17th century, this grand chateau showcases high baroque architecture and offers self-guided tours with informative audio guides. The castle's interior is remarkably preserved, providing visitors with a glimpse into its past grandeur.
The audiotour worked very well throughout the castle and was very informative. It is very beautiful inside. We went late in december and each room was decorated for Christmas. Which we liked very much and looked very cosy. On the Castle grounds was a stall where you could enjoy hot drinks and food. Of which we got hot chocolate, crepes and in the Christmas theme mulled wine. The food and drinks were good, not bad, not great just normal good food.

Modave Castle is a great place to visit, with a very interesting part of Belgian history explained throughout the rooms. The parking is free and located right next to the entrance, which makes the visit very convenient. There are three levels to explore, each offering something different and well-presented. The surroundings are beautiful, and it’s also a wonderful spot to enjoy the sunset thanks to the scenic views over the valley. Definitely worth a visit!

Perched on a strategic rock high above the valley, this 17th-century Belgian château exemplifies Baroque grandeur. Its elevated position not only offered military advantage but also symbolizes the dominance and power of its aristocratic builders. The château's meticulously preserved interiors and ornate details reflect the opulence of the era, while the guided tours provide a rich narrative of its historical and cultural significance. The surrounding landscape, with its serene gardens, enhances the intellectual experience, offering insights into both historical land management and the aristocratic life of the time.

Fantastic day out at euro space centre with me my husband and 6yr daughter. So many interactive things to do to keep anyone of any age engaged. Learnt so much, great food for brilliant prices, the store was also cheap. Highly recommend! Spent 4.5 hours here and could have done longer.

A great experience and many different activities to select, play and learn. The set up is a bit chaotic and sometimes you do not know where to start and what to do but the staff is quite helpful there. It is a pity though that the best activities are only reserved for groups, as those who do not have 4 days to spend miss some great opportunities.
Nikos L — Google review
It's categorized as amusement park bit that's not really the case. They have a few rides but nothing really worth mentioning. There's usually a queue or it's closed. A lot of broken stuff too (you do see maintenance people walking around trying to fix stuff). The final straw was the Lunar-X where they simulate a rocket launch and you need to fix some parts in space. During the "space flight" two maintenance people walked and started looking at a broken screen - it really doesn't help the situation. I'm happy I finally visited this place (have passed by it so often) but it's too much money for what you get...
Tom C — Google review
We spent about 5.5 hours at Euro Space Center as a family and overall had a good time. The most interesting activities for me were the space rotor, free fall, and the Mars/Moon walk experience, all really fun and memorable. However, the VR space travel animation made me feel quite nauseous, and honestly, I wish I had skipped that part. Also, while most staff were fine, I noticed that two young employees seemed quite uninterested, almost like they were forced to be there. In contrast, one veteran staff member was outstanding, enthusiastic, helpful, and clearly passionate about his job. He took the time to explain everything at the Mars walk station to those waiting in line, which made the experience even better. A tip for visitors: If you want to avoid long queues for the Mars/Moon walk or free fall, you can try them after 4 PM. When we visited on a Monday, it was much calmer later in the day. All in all, it’s a unique and educational experience, especially for families with kids who are into space and science.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the experience my family and I had at your museum on November 1st, 2025. We attempted to book our tickets online in advance, but the booking system would not let us complete the purchase. The website indicated that tickets were still available, and there was no information suggesting the museum was fully booked. We tried calling the museum several times, but unfortunately, no one answered the phone. Since we were travelling from afar with our two small children, we decided to come in person, trusting that we would be able to purchase tickets on-site. Upon arrival, however, we were told that the museum was fully booked and that no tickets were available — not even for a later time slot. I tried to calmly explain the situation and ask for assistance, but the staff were unhelpful and, regrettably, quite rude. They repeatedly turned their backs, stated that no one could help us, and told us to “go.” To my shock, one staff member even threatened to call the police — for no reason other than me trying to understand what we could do next. I want to stress that I was polite at all times and did not block any queue; there was no one waiting behind me. It is particularly disappointing to experience such treatment at a children’s museum, where families should expect a welcoming and understanding environment. I kindly ask that you review this incident, address the behaviour of your staff, and ensure that your booking system and communication channels are improved so that other families do not go through the same experience. I would appreciate a response and clarification on how this situation will be handled

Awesome place for kids above 10 years and also adults. Lot of interactive installations, movies, quizzes etc. The mars and moon walk with VR is quite nice. Another VR game to collect gems on Mars. The planetarium is good. Small quizzes here and there are quite interesting. But the most interesting part was the Rotor with such a great velocity. The most amazing spinning ride ever. Would come again only for that! Just loved the whole experience. Totally recommended but for above 10 years of age as well as curious and adventurous adults.

Le Parc à Gibier de La Roche is a delightful wildlife park with spacious enclosures where animals accustomed to forest habitats roam freely. Visitors can purchase food bags to feed the animals, which are accustomed to human interaction and often come close to the enclosures. Despite its relatively small size, the park offers an enjoyable experience for families with children who will love interacting with the animals.
A semi small wild park. There is enough to see for an hour or an hour and a half, depending on how much you want to relax and take in the views. All animals looked healthy and they were doing some small renovations on the sign posts. There is also a small cafe and a place for your children to play. A fun (family) day and a decent price.

Usually as a wildlife enthusiast, I am not a fan of zoos and other places where animals are kept in captivity. However I wanted to make a visit here due to the numbers of positive reviews and good words I've heard of it. I was gladly surprised by the space the animals have in the enclosures. The animals behaved naturally amongst each other and seemed well taken care of. You truly notice that the park is made for the animals to feel comfortable, and not for the visitors. Also the staff is very friendly and helpfull. The space to eat at the beginning of the park serves some tasty/quick food to refill your energy!

Relaxed small park with local animals. Nice walk in a forest area where all the animals have a lot of free space (with the exception of the owls). As a result it’s not very crowded. Decent playground on site for the kids to burn off that extra energy. Even a small food stand for those in need of drinks or a pancake.

Very beautiful animal parc with options for a snack and a drink. Not all the animals are always visible, but that's because they have a large place to walk around. Also the people there are friendly and you can take your kids as there is also a playground.

Great place to visit with kids, especially because the large playground (for all ages) attached to it, is outside of the animal park and free! You can sit at a picnic bench or get food/drink at the café. The animal park itself is nice, with a variety of animals. Best to keep the buggy down below as it is a steep forest climb, but the walk around the park isn't too long for kids and it's nice and shady.

Maison des Mégalithes de Wéris is located in the charming historic village of Weris, known for its exceptional dolmens and menhirs scattered across the landscape. This village is one of the Plus Beaux Villages de Wallonie and offers a peaceful setting to explore prehistoric sites. The museum provides a well-designed overview of megalithic history, covering geography, geology, anthropology, and more.
This is a very cute and small Museum which educated about megaliths and the beginning of humanity. The signs are in French and Dutch, but at the ticket counter, they offer an English Translation of (almost) everything in the museum. They also have a little gift shop and a café. Parking is available behind the museum and is free.

Very polite and knowledgeable staff. The museum is small, but very educational. The film about the megaliths/dolmens is very nicely done. Well worth the time to watch it. Here you can also ask for the key of nearby church.

Small museum but nice. The wall around Wéris to discover the menhirs and dolmen is very nice (we did it on bicycles).
Alain S — Google review
Small museum but well designed clear, that describes many hypotheses without favoring one. A very good way to initiate kids to mégalithes!

Beautifull little museum. Some info is outdated but very informative if you visit the site.

Room Escape Games
Escape Room - Adventure Valley is an incredibly enjoyable and entertaining experience, albeit in the French language. It proves to be extremely useful for those who are fluent in French or possess the ability to read it. However, even if one doesn't fall into these categories, they need not worry as there were fortunately some colleagues present who could assist with translations. This captivating escape room center garnered immense praise from children who found it to be a truly outstanding destination.
Really good fun. Unfortunately in French. Handy if you speak and read French. I don’t. Luckily some colleagues did.
James C — Google review
you weren't allowed to touch anything, the worst escape room I've ever done
Jelle S — Google review
We did the Save The World room, finished it in 40 minutes, and most people in the group never did an escape room, so not too difficult for people who like science and math. It was fun, but the ending was disappointing.
Kristof H — Google review
Some buttons that were required to finish the room didn't work and other markings were faded to the point that they were impossible to figure out. Could have been good.
Tom V — Google review
20 euros per person for singsing escape room... lot's of stuff that we couldn't touch and that didn't belong. Too little energy was put into decorating the escape room and we only had to look for codes, no other puzzles. Had 1h to escape and we succeeded in 25 mins. We didn't even have to solve everything... Real disappointment.
Bauke B — Google review
No backstory, crew was not enthusiastic at all, cheap attributes, way to easy (escaped in 25 min), not challenging. We bought two parking tickets that were necessary. Do not buy them!!! And just don't go there!!!
Elisa P — Google review
Don’t go here.. It’s by far the worst escape room I’ve been to. Save yourself some time and money and go take a nice walk instead.

Fortress
Bouillon Castle is a majestic sight atop a hill, offering stunning views of the River Semois. The town of Bouillon itself is enchanting, with its fairytale setting and rich history. Visitors can explore the captivating castle and indulge in delicious local cuisine while enjoying various outdoor activities in the Ardennes. The castle's unexpected beauty surprises many, and visitors can take in breathtaking views from different vantage points for memorable photos.
Bouillon Castle is a must-see if you're in the area! The place is full of history and fun to explore. Walking through the old stone halls really makes you feel like you’ve stepped back in time. The views from the top are amazing, you can see the whole town and the river winding through the valley. It’s perfect for photos! There’s also a cool falconry show if you go at the right time. Overall, it’s a great spot for a day trip, beautiful, peaceful, and interesting. Tickets were 16€ per adult, kids pay a bit less.
Barcelos L — Google review
This is a small and charming tourist village. If you want to see the full view of the area, you can come here and enjoy it. Touring inside the castle is also worth doing once. However, it was disappointing that it wasn’t possible to buy only the castle entrance ticket — it felt like we were forced to purchase extra tickets we didn’t need. If you plan to stay overnight or spend the whole day in the area, the ticket package might be worth it, but if you’re just here to see the castle, I wouldn’t recommend it.
Heeny J — Google review
Relaxed atmosphere and several areas could be accessed via rolling walker. We enjoyed the falconry show at the end of the day. Would have appreciated a place to buy a cup of tea, coffee or an ice cream to enjoy while learning about the history of the castle. Happened to be there while they were setting up for a Halloween haunted house. Wish I could visit when it was completed. 🎃💀
Kari L — Google review
Bouillon Castle offers a fascinating journey through history, with highlights including the atmospheric torture chamber and rich insights into the First Crusade. The views are splendid on a fine day, and the bird of prey display is a delightful surprise. We’ll be sure to arrive earlier next time to take it all in at a more leisurely pace. Teachers, don’t forget your ID—entry is just €12 instead of €16.
Christine W — Google review
Fantastic castle and well worth the visit 16€ adult 12€ children admission (June 2025). Falconry display included in the price. Access via a stairway from ground level but very steep so not recommend for the walking impaired. Access by road and car and a large FOC car park outside the entrance to the castle. There’s also a cafe at the car park offering sandwiches and drinks
Bri R — Google review
It is more a former fortress than a former castle. If you are claustrophobic, this place is not for you as the walkways can be quite small and low. Definitely for history and architecture buffs. The view from the top was great, though.
Fara A — Google review
Very cool experience and easy to navigate/visit on your own. The guidebook definitely helps and there are birds and medieval music shows at specific times during the day.
Deeksha J — Google review
Such a lovely find. Car park right at the top. Was €16 per adult, but well worth it, gor to see a bird of prey show and so many different places to explore. Very glad we came here and paid to get in. Only problem was the toilets were not well maintained. However they did have toilets!

The office provides maps for exploring the town's attractions, as well as information on nearby events and activities. Additionally, the helpful staff at the office are known for going above and beyond to assist visitors, making it a must-visit spot in this charming village.
Very helpful staff. By the time we had finished our walk around the place and a short hike nearby, the bus service to the railway station had stopped operating. Cabs seemed disinterested too, as it was a Sunday evening of off season. The kind lady asked us to wait till the tourist office closed and offered to drive us to the railway station. She was truly an angel in our times of distress.

The absence of drones in a previous game enhanced its dynamism, resulting in a more exciting experience overall. This laser tag center is highly praised for its legendary status, being described as terrific and proving to be a memorable avenue for lasergame enthusiasts.
