LocoLanding Adventure Park is a family-owned amusement park in Penticton that offers a wide range of activities for all ages. From go-karts and an 18-hole mini-golf course to bumper boats, high-level ropes courses, and inflatable games, there's something for everyone. The park also features unique attractions like Monkey Motion and Aeroball, providing endless entertainment for families.
Loco landing, an iconic park! So many things they offer now: -mini golf -monkey jumpers -bumper boats -go karts -rockwall -r/c boats -ropes course Prices are fair, fun for younger and older kids. Not a lot of shade available but they have misting stations around as well as a small concession with ice cream and cold drinks.

We had a great time. It's a well laid out park; everything is close together but spacious that each activity isn't on top of the other. It was very quiet when we went so the kids had free rin of the park, no lines for anything. But I could see it being very busy. Definitely worth checking out with kids. The stuff were all friendly and helpful.
Kelly H — Google review
We stumbled upon LocoLanding Adventure Park while killing time in Penticton, and it ended up being the perfect spot for our kids to burn off some energy after an afternoon of wine tasting for the parents! The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and there were so many fun activities to choose from. Our kids especially loved the bumper boats and go-karts—they didn’t want to leave! A fantastic family-friendly spot that we’re glad we found. Highly recommend if you’re in the area with kids!
Davin G — Google review
LocoLanding Adventure park is a decent option for Penticton. We found the park to be clean and offered some nice attractions like bumper boats with water sprayers. Cons: - no water misting units to keep guests cool with 30degC weather - long line up for the high ropes course and after you got harnessed up, the lanyards are attached to a 1-way line which means you can only go 1-way. The staff stayed on the ground while young children were not following these 1-way paths which caused bottlenecks. There is no time limit either, which made the lineup longer. - small pools of water in the large bouncy house that is open to air and got wet during the rainstorm the previous day which meant the kids' socks got soaked - unenthusiastic, young staff. None were rude, but most acted like they didn't want to be there. - only 1 staff member at the attractions booth when there should be at least 2 or have a kiosk where we can buy more attraction tickets Overall, we probably won't return to LocoLanding and will pick the beach or channel to float down instead.
D M — Google review
Just a great way to spend the day. Bumper boats, mini golf, giant bounce house, sky course, go karts, rock wall, and fun bouncy thingy. Prices might seem a little high at first, but you gotta remember it's based on spending the whole day there
Kevin A — Google review
This place was a lot of fun for my family and child. The pricing seemed fair and there was multiple activities to make it a day of fun. If you have children and you’re in the Penticton area I think it’s worth a stop.
Olim82 — Google review
We mini golfed. Everything was good: staff, parking, location, and the cool layout of the course in general. I'm picky about the hole layouts and here, it seems like there was no attention given to the way the holes actually play. Lots of strange starts, no tee mats, and lots of unused areas on each hole.

Amazing place for both kids and adults. It is absolutely a must for visiting - family fun is guaranteed! Super friendly staff - very helpful and caring.

Rothchilds Family Garden, also known as Ikeda Japanese Gardens, is a serene and picturesque escape from the city life. The garden features winding pathways that lead visitors through vibrant greenery and ponds filled with colorful koi fish. Surrounded by mountains, it offers a tranquil setting for relaxation and photography. The garden is situated on the traditional territory of several Indigenous tribes.
Came here in March so weather was a little damp still and not quite blossom season yet but the park was cool. It takes about 3 minutes to walk through the whole thing. It's quaint. I bet you it will look a lot nicer when the flowers and the koi fish are there.
Wing C — Google review
Beautiful Garden with kai fish and flowers around. Its close to the lake which brings a breezy air in a hot day. Its open 24 hours.
Rajveer K — Google review
It’s a small but peaceful garden. There’s plenty of parking available, and it connects easily to other lakeside areas, making movement very convenient. The gentleman I met by the pond and the ducks that adored him were absolutely lovely.
Jackson J — Google review
Small garden next to Art Gallery, beatiful trees and plants, koi fish, ducks, pond, few benches to sit and enjoy the lake and mountain view.

The Ikeda Japanese Garden in Penticton is a wonderful little slice of peace and beauty. It’s a perfect spot to unwind, enjoy some quiet time, and take in the stunning, calming scenery. The garden’s peaceful vibe and lovely details make it a fun and relaxing place to visit. It’s a short but sweet little spot.
M — Google review
Such a lovely place for a walk! Ducks swimming in the pond, all the beautiful landscape peaceful and well-taken-care-of. The view from the bridge looks like a postcard! Kinda jealous of people who live nearby and can came here every day for a peaceful walk.

Small little garden beside the lake in Penticton. The large pond houses a few fairly large koi fish. Something quick to do when walking around Penticton's lakeside.
Steve W — Google review
The gardens are good. I just wish it was bigger, lots of Koi in the pond and some baby ducks at the bridge. Overall, I recommend a quick stop here for a peaceful wander.

Beach
Okanagan Lake Beach, located in Penticton along Lakeshore Drive, is a must-visit spot in the Okanagan Valley. With a kilometer of sandy beach and breathtaking views of the lake, desert hills, and mountains, it's no wonder this beach is popular among locals and tourists alike. Visitors can enjoy swimming in the clear waters or simply relax under the shade of trees.
Beautiful place, the beach is a great place to go day or night. Great views of the scenery as well. Worth taking the drive if in Penticton.

One of my favorite beach in BC - summer vibes
Cece D — Google review
A wonderful beach! Clean, peaceful, and ideal for a fun family day out. The gentle waves make it safe for kids, and the mountain views are just beautiful. We’ll definitely come back!
Joy C — Google review
Picture this, sunbather extraordinaire. Imagine a scene straight out of a travel brochure – a beach stretching out like a golden welcome mat, the sand warm enough to wiggle your toes into without complaint (and maybe even build a sandcastle worthy of a moat and a drawbridge). The Okanagan Lake itself? A dazzling turquoise playground, shimmering under a sky so blue it looks like someone spilled a giant vat of blueberry Kool-Aid up there. Sailboats glide across the water like majestic white swans, their sails catching the breeze and their occupants living the ultimate #lakelife dream. The air is thick with the sweet scent of sunscreen and summer freedom, and the only sounds are the happy shrieks of children building sandcastles, the rhythmic whoosh of beach volleyball games, and the occasional squawk from a particularly disgruntled seagull (who clearly didn't pack their swimsuit). It's a scene so idyllic, so quintessentially summer, that you might even start humming a beach-themed tune under your breath (bonus points for choreography with a beach towel). So, ditch the stress, grab your swimsuit (and maybe a good book for some light shade-induced reading), and get ready to soak up the Okanagan sunshine and the picture-perfect vibes at Okanagan Lake Beach. Just remember, sunscreen is your friend – nobody wants a lobster-red vacation memory (unless it involves a delicious lobster roll, of course).
Tylor H — Google review
Beautiful looking beach. Plenty of restaurants bang opposite the shoreline. The walk path is pretty. Sand beach is at both the ends, not in the centre. You can also find some vendors, ice cream shops etc. 4 or 6 wheeler bikes can also be rented for some fun or exercise. It's a 15 min walk to cover the stretch. At the end you will also find a ship. All in all a must visit if you happen to be in Penticton.
Tiara — Google review
This a wonderful sandy beach with breathtaking views. A wide walkway shared with bikes and scooters. From the edge with an old ship to the far edge (Marina) could be walking around 20 min. You can enjoy by soaking in the water, BBQ, rent a 2, 4 or 6 peraon 4 wheels bikes or just walk and watch or take some photos. Many shops along the shore serving foods, ice cream or treats.
Mehrdad A — Google review
The natural beauty of the surroundings is simply breathtaking, with clear water that sparkles in the sunlight and a majestic mountain range that provides a stunning backdrop. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a fun family outing, this lake is definitely worth a visit.
Carolin C — Google review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Okanagan Lake Beach is an absolute paradise! The pristine sandy shores and crystal-clear waters make it the perfect spot for a relaxing day out. Whether you're swimming, sunbathing, or simply enjoying the stunning views of the surrounding mountains, this beach offers something for everyone. The atmosphere is peaceful, the area is well-maintained, and there are plenty of amenities nearby, including picnic spots and cafes. It’s a must-visit destination for anyone in the Okanagan area—truly one of the best places to unwind and soak up the natural beauty!

Festival
Penticton Peach Festival is an annual event that takes place in the South Okanagan Valley to celebrate the peach harvest. It has been a tradition since 1947 and is considered the largest free family festival in Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest of the United States. The festival features a variety of free family entertainment, including a parade, music, food trucks offering diverse cuisine, and engaging exhibitions. The event spans five days with activities for all ages and concludes with an exciting Sunday night finale.
The best place to have a great day. This is my 1st year attending Penticton Peach Festival. The parade was above expectations & was a lot of fun. Many friendly faces & interaction. The food trucks & fair were great. My granddaughter & I loved it :) Nightly entertainment was the best. Loved the live music. Next yr, we will come back for the full Peach Fest! We are bringing the whole family this time! Cannot wait.
Barendina S — Google review
Peach festival has always been great. Where else can you get free entertainment every night for 5 nights. In years past the artist have been very good as I'm more of a classic rock person. This year the artists weren't bands that I listened to as much so I didn't go to the shows. Hopefully next year brings bands I'm more familiar with again.
K ( — Google review
We were actually expecting the peach festival to be a bit... more? Went early to secure free parking. The peach fest parade was late and kind of disappointing. Not much shady areas and lots of people lining the sidewalks. When the parade finally arrived, there really weren’t any parade "floats"... mainly just people driving regular cars and promoting their businesses. Had an occasional group of people walking along the float route. The ice skating/dancers seemed a bit tired from the heat. Wouldn't go out of my way to wait and see this.
Penny S — Google review
It's always a nice time to go down to Preach Festival. From the vendor's to the different musical guest or presentations you will like something. Note it can get busy and you are expected to bring your own seating. So plan for a walk from whatever parking you can find to the site itself. Also note that this is a free event and you can come and go add you please.
Andrew Z — Google review
What a great event this year! Men Without Hats were the greatest Highlight for me. I hadn't seen them since the early and mid 80s and they are still going strong! Peach Fest is always great fun! 🍑🍑🍑🍑🍑🍑🍑🍑🍑🍑🍑🍑
Ben C — Google review
Rant peach festival...is the point of making the rides super expensive to keep population control or is it really fair to charge 1.50 for ride tickets and make every ride 3+ tickets so as soon as you get a family with a couple kids theyre strapped we got a loan from speedy loans for unrelated reasons and they told us that there was a crazy amount of people getting loans so their families could enjoy some rides and food.. but between ride prices and 20 dollars for 3 chicken strips? the fact the loan place openly boasted about your event putting pressure on families to go into debt so their kids can enjoy a fair like we used to. is it appropriate to put families in positions like that? what community event harms the community if you dont think theres a problem thats disgusting. I get there was free entertainment but youre really breaking the hearts of parents and children who are enjoying the ways of our country's economy. How is this okay to you penticton. I know this problem follows the fair around and it isnt a penticton problem but it is devestating to hear people got out loans so their families could enjoy a fun filled weekend. Greatful my kids a baby but id like the community i live in to be a friend to families not take from their wallets so their kids can enjoy childhood
Kianna N — Google review
I live in Kelowna and have attended and enjoyed Peachfest for many years. In 2025 I was left with a sour taste to attend anymore as I got a $100 parking ticket from the city where about 40 vehicles and I were parked on a vacant lot close to the activities, as obviously parking was hard to find. saying it would goto collections if I didn't pay. I thought it was poor PR for those of us that travel a fair distance to attend your event and won't be coming back! Greedy Penticton government😈
Kelly C — Google review
Penticton Peach Festival was started in 1947 - so 2019 is the 72nd year! It's the biggest free family festival in Western Canada - and in the Pacific North West of the States as well. It's incredibly well organized & run - especially considering all the directors and staff are volunteers. Peter's Brothers Construction & Paving is the key sponsors. Amazing generosity! They definitely make it doable for such an amazing free festival. This year I met people from Alberta, Saskatchewan, Washington, Oregon & all over BC. Come check it out! I don't know what they'll do next year to match or beat what they did this year - but they always seem to!

Nature & Parks
Skaha Lake Park is a 21-acre park located in Penticton, Canada, and has been recognized as one of the best beaches in the country. The park features a sandy beach perfect for building sandcastles and offers various amenities such as picnic areas, playgrounds, sports courts, a waterpark, and a duck pond. Visitors can also enjoy Tickleberrys famous ice cream from the concession stand.
Beautiful beach setting with a walking path around. Clean sand. Lots of places for lounging. There are a couple slides in the water. This beach is the ending point for the Penticton channel (offered by Coyote Cruises) there is a large hidden current in where the channel meets the lake and it is *EXTREMELY DANGEROUS* stay out of the area. There is a nice playground steps away from the beach that offers two slides and a Small ropes course that can offer a challenge for kids ages 5 to 12. They have Beach volleyball court steps away from the parking lot. With year-round washrooms and change rooms available nearby. There is a Tickleberry's concession just beside the playground, so if you are not traveling into Okanagan Falls, you have the experience to visit in Penticton.
Meghan — Google review
My dog and I love walking around this park. The views are beautiful. There is lots to do here. The beach is lovely but dogs aren't allowed on the beach. I was very disappointed my last visit, however, as my disabled friends walker was stolen as soon as we left the park. When I drove back to retrieve it, was gone.
Charmaine E — Google review
Are you having a rough day? Do yourself a favor and walk along the beach. If it's not the scenery, that never fails. It's the people, and don't forget the fury family members that are walking around with smiles, I kid you not. They take care of the park So you can take care of you. Let go of the problems that aren't serving you at the entrance, and take a deep breath. Welcome.
Andrew B — Google review
Such a beautiful place to go walking, and enjoy the beautiful views. I loved the exercise equipment, and how clean the bathrooms were, I greatly appreciated the heat in the bathroom. ❤️ This will definitely be one of our go to walking spots, when we visit family.
Sof — Google review
Nice facilities. Seems like a more secure lot than in post with the gentleman thats posted at the front with park info. Trails are great, views are great. Some property lines are not marked well with signage, possibly can walk onto private land if heading towards lake direction.
Miguel L — Google review
This park is awesome! Was here for an outrigger race event. Lots of space and big old trees for shade. The washrooms are pretty good. They have a snack shack by the washrooms. Parking is plenty. There's a spray park for the kiddos. The beach is fairly steep as there's a sharp drop off from shore. Highly recommend for an outdoor gathering.
Kandoo O — Google review
Great park and beach. Some bonfire pits, volleyball area, Mexican food and Tickleberry's Ice Cream shop. Gondola, out door workout machines, basketball courts, playground, dragon boating, boating launch, soon to have Dragon Boat Pub, paddleboard/kayak rental spot. Lots to do and great place to relax for a bit or the day.
Jana P — Google review
Park is nice and clean. Sand here is better than the okanagan lake. It's peaceful here and you can find some water activities during the weekend. There should be some rides or playarea for the kids.

Penticton Museum & Archives is a must-visit attraction nestled between Okanagan Lake and Skaha Lake, offering stunning views and a plethora of water activities like fishing, paddle boarding, and kayaking. The area's beautiful beaches are perfect for relaxation and water sports. Additionally, the museum boasts an array of captivating displays including one dedicated to Penticton veterans. Visitors can expect interactive exhibits suitable for children as well as valuable historical information about Penticton and the Okanagan region.
Myself and my 3 yo toddler went to the museum today and I was just pleasantly surprised. The Dino dig and the foam block were a hit. He also enjoyed the telephones with animal sounds!

Greatest time for the whole family, it's by donation and lots of fun history to see.
Karen B — Google review
An excellent local museum centrally located in town with other amenities. It might be one of the best laid out museums I have been to, exhibits were well done and organized to great effect.
Kyle C — Google review
This museum is worth a visit. Lots of historical facts and artifacts of the Okanagan and of course Penticton. There is also a section of hands on learning for the kids. As interesting as it was to see the displays of the the antiques of the settler's, perhaps it would be more appropriate to include even more information and storytelling about the first people's territory this museum is privelaged to be on. Some truth about the genocide and colonization might help.to remind people about what really happened to the sylix, and other bands in the Okanogan. Also I have to mention the live rattlesnake held captive. Honestly it is EXTREMELY cruel, and unnecessary! There are many other ways to teach about this native species. This is an old and barbaric practice. Please do better!
Tami M — Google review
So so worth visiting this place. Lots of interactive things for kids and learning done.

The Kettle Valley Rail Trail offers a fantastic biking experience, with the option to use a shuttle service from Hoodoo Adventures in Penticton to Myra Canyon for a full day adventure. Alternatively, visitors can take the shuttle to Chute Lake for a shorter trip. The trail features thrilling vistas and wide pathways, passing by private property hosting art installations and offering great views of the Penticton sign. It's an easy walk with spectacular scenery, making it suitable for all skill levels.
Rode from Princeton to Rock Creek in 4 and a half days. Was incredible. Met loads of wonderful people along the way, saw lots of wildlife, beautiful scenery and challenged myself each day. The grade never gets to be more than 2%, so there are no steep hills. Chute Lake Lodge is a must stop for beers and food. Myra Canyon is incredible. This is the BC that I love so much! I really recommend it to anyone.
Tony D — Google review
Kettle Valley Rail Trail is a fun way to enjoy breathtaking scenery, learn a little history and get a workout. A newly opened addition to this ride toward Chute Lake is the Adra tunnel. Adra tunnel was built mostly by hand in the early 1900's. It is 483 meters, dark with some motion sensor lights and motion activated train sounds. The trail is rough in some places, however is worth it. We highly recommend this ride.
Janice L — Google review
Lovely historical place to visit! you can spend the entire day here but we chose to be here for over an hour only! You can sense tje train chugging along ages ago and marvel at the labour put in! The trestles were destroyed in 2003 fire but rebuilt by the community! Do not miss!
Neerja T — Google review
What a fantastic bike ride. Definitely worth using the shuttle service provided by Hoodoo Adventures in Penticton to Myra Canyon and making it a full day. Or if you are short on time you can take the shuttle to Chute lake and go from there.

Stunning trail around the lakes which I think got even better (I did a short ride!) Lovely wineries for views and tastings along the way
Debbie H — Google review
Some parts are great but other sections are extremely sandy and impossible to ride your bike. BC government seems to be very proud of this rail trail and they say it’s suitable for bikes, but the sad reality is they are letting ATVs and motorbikes in the trail, which destroy the the ground. As long as these motorized vehicles keep running in the trail, the ground will become getting worse and worse.
Jorge A — Google review
Recommend the Kettle Valley Rail Trail. Know what section you want to go one as some sections can be a challenge.

Township 7 Vineyards & Winery on the Naramata Bench is a must-visit destination for wine enthusiasts. Take a scenic drive along Naramata Road and soak in the breathtaking views of Okanagan Lake. The winery offers impeccable wine tastings, with bold Naramata Bench flavors that are sure to impress. Visitors rave about the well-managed COVID protocols, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
Two beautiful terroirs merging into one stunning story. Founded in 2000 and named after the original 1800’s community “Township 7 Vineyards and Winery offers wine lovers spectacular bubbles to graceful reds. Among the first wineries in BC to create méthod champenoise, Township 7 focused on showcasing its similar terroir of Champagne in the Fraser Valley with allowing Pinot Noir and Chardonnay to shine. Adding to the story, is the second purchase of their Okanagan vineyard located on the world class Naramata Bench in 2003. Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Merlot, Malbec and Petite Verdot represented here. Tying both together with her expertise is award winning Sommelier and Winemaker Mary McDermott (Brock University, Inn on the Twenty, Stratus, Cave Spring Cellars, Trius) whom transplanted from Niagara to the Okanagan in 2014. Undoubtedly, one of BC’s premiere bubble house winning Best Canadian Sparkling wine at Champagne & Sparkling Wine World Championships in London 2019. 🏆🥂🍇 Had a marvellous time seeing WM McDermott and warm hosting from Kelsey!

I got the Lamb paired with the Cabernet Sauvignon. It felt like every part of the dish pulled everything together. Also the service was amazing, everyone greeted me with welcoming smiles.

We attended a tasting - sparking wine and deep-fried chicken which was OK but I'd have preferred smoked salmon or something more traditional. The wines were great, especially the sparkling Viognier. We tore ourselves from the garden and had a regular tasting inside with Stéphane who was a fountain of knowledge on their range of still and sparkling wines. (Do try the NBO). It was our first Okanagan winery and a very memorable visit.

we we guided through a tasting by Kelsey. As we were there early on a Monday morning, we had the place to ourselves. They specialize in sparkling wines, and won the award as the best Sparkling wine producer in the 2025 NWAC. We tasted a few, and they were excellent. We also managed to snag one of the last bottles of their gerwurstraminer.

Township 7 Vineyards offers a great tasting menu for their bubblies, and we absolutely loved it! Their wines each have such unique character, and the staff were wonderful. Our host was attentive, fun, and knowledgeable — she guided us the whole experience incredible! Loved tasting in the small cute garden too.

Our tasting was amazing! We’ve done a lot of tastings and they were very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and they were SO engaging. We had SO much fun just chatting about life with them and enjoying ourselves. We had our tasting with Laura and Cathy.

Laura was an absolute delight. She was extremely accommodating and cheerful. The Muscat was extraordinary. It has a fab patio where one could order outside food or bring a picnic basket. We highly recommend trying their wines. Suzanne & Paul Stickler and Eleanor Livingston from West Kelowna.

Okanagan Lake Park is a picturesque spot along the 1.7-kilometer paved path from Marina Way Park to the SS Sicamous. The park features the Penticton Ikeda Japanese Garden and offers a quiet picnic area with a large lawn and beach. Visitors can also enjoy various activities such as visiting the iconic Peach, exploring the historic SS Sicamous, or indulging in ice cream treats.
Okanagan Lake Park left me absolutely stunned. The way the snow-capped mountains seemed to converse with the lake was nothing short of magical. The view was breathtaking, offering a serene and almost otherworldly connection between the landscape’s elements. It’s a must-visit spot for anyone seeking natural beauty and tranquility.

It's a beautiful Lake Park with lots of grass to have picnics on. Sometimes they have picnic tables and chairs. Lately they've been putting outdoor seating so that people can enjoy the outdoors during the summer. The beach is beautiful, expansive and wide. It's relatively clean and there are garbage bins around the park. Dogs are meant to be on leash. A lot of owners take their dogs here to play. A lot of locals walk around this beach park. One time I saw on homeless man sleeping on the beach. There is a Japanese sister joint project which is very beautiful. The Japanese garden is definitely a must see!

Okanagan Lake Park is located on Lakeshore Drive, on the shores of Okanagan Lake and near the downtown. It’s a beautiful park with large grassy area, variety of trees and many benches along the path. An amazing place for people of all ages, very well kept, clean with beautiful sandy beach. Walk path is nice and wide, interesting artwork along the path, good signage. Lovely views and lots of shade on a hot day. Dog friendly.

always a go-to hangout for our family ❥ most times we go down the car and take a walk to the end of the path, either towards the SS Sicamous or The Peach.. sometimes we just park and stare at the lake, just chill highly recommended to anyone visiting Penticton 🫶
Sharmaine M — Google review
The dog beach is a nice place to let your dogs run a bit of beach and swim, but it's a pretty small fenced in area compared to how much relatively un-used open beach there is at this end of the Lakeshore, as it's certainly not a popular beach for sunbathing etc. I think the only people I have ever really seen here are with their dogs so I think the off leash fenced in area could easily be expanded. Parking is pretty limited as well

Just came home from viewing some excellent singing artists on stage for Country Night at Peachfest. Great venue, great artists, good music, lots of mini-donuts, french fries, iced capps, ice cream, tacos and... well, you get the picture by now. Lots of boats pulled up on shore of Okanagan Lake listening to the music. Lots more people sprawled on the grass or lounging on lawn chairs (like we did). Four days of the best entertainment, all free. Nothing else like it in Canada.

Beautiful spot. Some nice beach with good sized green space behind. Penticton Creek trail starts here which is a great walk for 6 km round trip if you want to go that far!. There is also a fenced off dog beach where you can take your furbaby for a swim.

Movie theater
Landmark Cinemas Penticton is the go-to place in a smaller city to catch the latest films, even those that are popular in bigger cities. It's known for showing a variety of movies, including Christian films. The online ticket purchase process is smooth and efficient. They offer hearing adapters and close caption readers for an inclusive experience, although not all films are adapted. The staff is attentive and responsive to any issues that may arise during your visit, ensuring a pleasant overall experience.
It's a good cinema place.. if only the people in town are movie people as well. I feel like all the convenient features they have are underappreciated. Coming from a movie cinema-cultured country, this is how I feel. 60% of the time we come and see movies, there are barely any people with us. Still, keep up the great work, Landmark!
Sharmaine M — Google review
Attempted to use the self serve ticket purchase kiosk, but it kept timing out on us. So we went to the counter for fast, friendly service. Fresh popcorn was served up. Nice to see/partake of the "more butter" pumps located alongside the self-serve, endless drink stations. The theatre has comfortable seats and is kept quite clean. Parking was challenging due to unclear paint markings. Still unsure if there is an overflow lot and we just missed it. (Next time we might take transit. ) *There are no other entertainment sources (ie games/foodcourt) found at the location.
DD W — Google review
Good service, definitely worth a visit I do wish they had the larger-style seat's. In my experience, it's usually undersold. So I figure less seats but larger more comfortable ones would make it a 10/10
Lukas F — Google review
Clean space, comfy seats, friendly staff & fresh popcorn. The paper straws are good quality, too, lasting through the movie without going soggy. If only there was a bit more space between the rows, we wouldn't have to stand to let people by or kick the seat in front to cross our legs.
Rita F — Google review
I went there to see a movie, it was the worst movie ever. I went up to the front counter to ask if I could get a rain check for another movie as it was quite late, well of course the kid said he had to talk to the manager... Well the manager made me feel like they we're going to take it out of this paycheck or something... It was never a big deal anywhere else!!
Handsome G — Google review
Moved to Penticton about a year ago and have come to see 4 movies here. Every time, the picture sucks. I have always assumed that I just happen to be in a smaller theater, so it’s not their best screen, but I’ve come to the conclusion that they don’t have any HD screens/projectors, which is just unacceptable. Just went to see Nosferaru last night. The movie itself was great, but one of the best parts of any Robert Eggers film is the cinematography and imagery. It was like watching this movie on VHS. I’m not exaggerating. The picture was too dark and the entire showing was blurry. This is exacerbated by the fact that they play the previews with the lights on so you can’t even see what’s happening in the movie trailers lol because everything is blurry and dark. This is just not a good place to go see movies. Make the trip to Kelowna and see it in a good theater with updated projectors if you care about film at all. This place sucks. From now on I’ll just be waiting and watching new films at home on my big screen. They don’t even have any food here. Just popcorn and candy. PASS.

I wanna Thank Nick and Lola for being kind and helpful and making our visit great. Top notch service. Thank you so much.

I had an amazing time at Grape Escapes Wine Tours! I attended a birthday party and it was such a unique experience compared to my usual outings in Kelowna. It felt like being a tourist and I loved every moment of it. Bob, our guide, was fantastic - he was knowledgeable and kind throughout the tour. What impressed me most was the variety of dietary options provided by GrapeEscapes.
We booked a wine tour for my friend’s bachelorette over the long weekend, and it exceeded every expectation! From the moment we were picked up to the final drop-off, everything was thoughtfully organized, fun, and seamless. A huge shoutout to Rod Strike, our driver, who was absolutely fantastic! He was not only professional and punctual but also so warm, friendly, and genuinely invested in making sure we had the best time. He kept the energy high, made us feel totally taken care of, and even snapped a few group photos for us at the vineyards—such a gem! The wineries we visited were beautiful and well-chosen, each offering something a little different. And lunch was phenomenal—fresh, delicious, and so well-presented. It felt more like a curated experience than a tour meal. Everyone in our group was raving about it! If you’re planning a bachelorette or a special group event, this tour is a must. It struck the perfect balance between laid-back and celebratory, and we’re still talking about how much fun we had. Highly recommend!

What an unforgettable experience! From beginning to end, we had an absolute blast. This was my first time doing a guided tour, and I can confidently say I’d 100% recommend Grape Escapes Wine Tours. Our driver, Rod Strike, was amazing—friendly, attentive, and made the whole day completely seamless. The tour itself was relaxed and effortless; Rod took care of everything so we could just enjoy ourselves. Lunch was delicious, and we were always well-hydrated with water on hand throughout the day. A truly fantastic experience!

We had a super wine tasting tour with Grape Escapes last week in Summerland as we celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary! We visited four wineries and were very happy with the ones that they chose for us. We bought wines at each of them, which are not available in our BC liquor stores. Our guide, Mel, was amazing! He’s very knowledgeable and was attentive to making sure we had a great wine tasting experience at each location. Our group had only four in it so it felt very personal. I highly recommend Grape Escapes!
Denise D — Google review
This is the number one place to book with. The professionalism is top notch. Mel, our driver, is the best guy ever - really knowledgeable and knows his wines. The lunch was amazing, everything tasted fresh. Words cannot even describe how much we had fun on this tour. We be back next year!

We had a private wine tour from Penticton down through Oliver and Oysoyous and was a great tour and highly recommended. Our tour guide Rod Strike was so informative not only on each winery visited but on the entire Okanagan and its history. We would definitely do the tour again and request Rod as our guide again next time. Definitely a 10/10 for the tour and 12/10 for our guide. Thanks from Kevin & Wendy
Kevin J — Google review
My gf booked a tour for her and I with Grape Escape and, boy, was that the right move. We had 4 days in Penticton and without a doubt the best one was wine tour day. We expected to be on the tour with a bunch of drunk idiots (like us) but instead we were treated to what was essentially a private tour as we were somehow the only ones to book that day. What a score - especially since we got to spend our day with Garth. I’m seeing a lot of love for Mel and Rod in the reviews here but I’m here to shout out my boy Garth 🙌🏼 He took us to four dynamic wineries with incredible staff and equally impressive wines. We learned the ins and outs of this hyper specific industry - some information was gleaned from the winemakers and pourers but most was from Garth himself. He took the time to educate us as we drank yet clearly understood boundaries and left us to drink and yap and enjoy the best the Okanagan had to offer. 10/10 would have a glass of wine with Garth outside of work hours and without a doubt will book a tour with the organization the next time we’re anywhere near the bench.

Awesome wine tour experience for my hubby's bday. We went with friends and also ended up sharing the tour with 4 other wonderful people, a couple from Australia. Our tour driver Rod Strike was amazing! Good conversation, recommendations and laughs!

Grape Escapes arranged a fantastic day of wine touring for our group of 6. Our driver/host, Rod was an excellent source of information and local history. He entertained us with great stories and had a wealth of information regarding all of the beautiful vineyards. Rod was especially helpful in contacting the vineyards when we were running a bit off schedule (due to our party being very chatty at each stop!). We highly recommend Grape Escapes to plan a wonderful day among a variety of wineries and of course ask for Rod as a guide!

Pier Water Sports is one of the top choices for water activities in Penticton, offering boat and waverunner rentals. Visitors can also enjoy the unique experience of Splash BC Wibit Waterpark on Okanagan Lake or opt for a more relaxing time with SUP or kayak rentals from Hoodoo Adventures. The area boasts two lakes within a 5-minute drive from downtown, making it a hub for water sports enthusiasts.
We had such a great time renting seadoos from Pier Water Sports in Penticton! The whole experience was smooth and super fun from start to finish. Tasha and Anders were incredibly helpful and friendly; they made everything clear, and we felt totally safe and looked after the whole time. The lake was absolutely beautiful, with lots of space to zoom around — it was the perfect way to spend a sunny Saturday. Booking online was really easy and convenient. Just a heads-up: fuel costs are extra and charged on-site, which we hadn’t noticed when booking. Overall, a fantastic experience and we couldn’t recommend renting jet skis from here enough. We left very happy and will definitely be back!

We had a very frustrating experience with Pier Water Sports. Despite booking ahead, we waited over an hour past our scheduled time because staff forgot about us while helping others who arrived later. By the time we finally got out on the water, the weather had changed, cutting our time short. When we raised our concerns, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful. After some pressure, they refunded only 30 minutes — far less than what we lost—the sun and good time in the water. Very disappointed with the poor service and lack of accountability. Would not recommend. And the wrong attitude.

We went Penticton last year for Okanagan Hockey Academy summer camp. We had fantastic time there. After hockey camp, my boys wanted to learn wakeboarding, and Pier Water Sports was perfect. Greg was super nice, funny and great instructor. My boys learned so quickly. They succeeded at 1st try. We ended up riding banana boat as well. Super fun! While we were staying at Penticton, we went back to Pier Water Sports for Jet ski. That was wonderful experience, too. I strongly recommend this place.

We will definitely be back....😊🙂 Thank you for making our first seadoo experience such a wonderful memory for me and my friend.

If you value your life, maybe just swim instead. Renting a boat from this company was like voluntarily stepping into a floating coffin. Safety? Never heard of it! Life jackets were either missing, moldy, or looked like they were last used in the Titanic era. The “safety briefing” was basically: “Here’s the boat, good luck!” Our boat looked like it was held together with duct tape and broken dreams. The steering was so loose I thought I was playing Mario Kart on expert mode, and the motor sounded like it was begging to be put out of its misery. No radio. No emergency contact instructions. No flares. Not even a whistle. Honestly, if anything had gone wrong, we would’ve had a better chance sending a message in a bottle. And the best part? A thunderstorm rolled in, and we were told, “you’ll be fine, just get back when you can.” Like we were taking a leisurely stroll and not sailing into a lightning rave in a bathtub with an engine. 10/10 for thrill-seekers with a death wish. 0/10 for literally everyone else.
J A — Google review
We had an amazing ride on the banana boat, which in my opinion is the best value of any activity in Penticton. It was a splashing bouncy ride and fun for us all and we can't wait to do it again. I had a mildly sprained wrist at the time and I had no trouble riding the banana, nor any trouble getting back on when I was thrown off. My wife and daughter had a little more trouble getting back on than me but I was able to help them. At the end we felt we had gotten way more than our money's worth of fun. Great job Pier Water Sports, and thank you for the fun vacation memories!

Thank you, Pier Water Sports! Despite being closed for the season, Greg and a staff member took us out on the water for the Banana ride! He absolutely did it as a favour for us, as we didn't read the business details to realize they were technically closed for the season. We had the best time! The ride was fun, and the equipment was in great condition. Greg was on the mic pumping us up. The music was great and gave a real party vibe to the experience. We are looking forward to getting back on the banana next season!

Penticton Cycling Pump Track, located on Naramata Road, is a popular spot for bike enthusiasts and families. The track offers a fun experience where riders can go around without pedaling, making it perfect for kids. The park provides water stations and tools for cyclists' use. Additionally, there are steep hills that challenge experienced riders while still being enjoyable for beginners. Families appreciate the clean and well-maintained facilities, including an outhouse in the parking lot.
This is a perfect place for the kids. So much fun. There are some shade trees and 2 picnic tables. Even an outhouse.

This place is amazing my daughter had her birthday here! Staff are exceptional! And very patient.

I recently visited this VR studio, and while the experience inside was enjoyable, finding the entrance was quite a challenge. There was a lack of clear signage, which led to us wasting 15-20 minutes just to locate the entrance. Improving this aspect would greatly enhance the overall experience for future visitors. Once inside, the staff was friendly and the VR setups were impressive. However, better entrance signs are essential for a smoother start to the visit.

So my son and I were trying to find something fun to do around town. Pool was close... Bowling alley was closed... So we found a virtual reality studio! We book an appointment outside of the studio and we were 1 hour and 20 mins early. My son wants to wait! 1 hour and 30 mins go by and no one is here to open the doors for our appointment. I call them and they laugh and say ah sorry I never got an email for your reservation, you will have to rebook. Mind blown...

If paying 0.50/minute to be in a small crowded room with no AC, and no permitted drinking water, is your style this is your jam!! I don't know why it says 2-6 people, because they only gave us 2 flashlights, so the rest of the team just sat uselessly in the corner waiting. This was a zero star experience for me, but I know they're a small business and probably make a lot of people happy. I'm not here to trash them, only to warn others to wait until it's cool outside and heat stroke isn't as likely.

Ruby Blues Winery is a funky and laid-back artisan winery located in the South Okanagan. The winery's tasting room is adorned with local artwork that is available for purchase, adding to its quirky charm. Situated on the picturesque Naramata Bench, Ruby Blues produces wines that showcase the unique characteristics of the region's terroir. The winery has gained rapid popularity among visitors to the area.
This was one of the wineries that we visited on our Naramata Bench wine tour. The staff member that we had the tasting with was very informative. She taught us not only about the wines/how they are made but also shared information on how we go about tasting the wine. The vibe of the winery was very down to earth. I would recommend if you visit Naramata to stop by this winery.

The wine is sweet, but the comedic delivery of the presentation was dry. Came here on a reccomendation from a couple I met at Lake Breeze yesterday. Instantly one of my new favs! I'm taking a 4 pack of their bubbles to go.

Ok absolutely best winery on Naramata bench. The staff are out of this world kind and passionate and beautiful. The view and care put into the space is immediately recognizable. You can tell the owners here have been doing this for a long time and are very passionate about what they do.

The best winery in Naramata. Great drinks. Great vibes. Beautiful views. The owners have been working this valley for over 30 years. Tastings are free. Wines are very well priced. You gotta go here.

Stopped by for a tasting. The woman who helped us was warm and welcoming, and ensured we had a tasting in view of the vineyard and their sitting area, where my daughter went to colour. Wine was lovely, neither the best nor worst I've tasted. Highly recommend stopping by, the atmosphere is casual and welcoming of all levels of wine tasters (I'm barely beyond beginner myself!)

I stopped in here today to buy a bottle of wine, but was encouraged to do a small tasting, and was glad I did. Many of the Naramata Bench wineries manage to create special worlds on their properties and Ruby Blues is now one of my favourites of these. Lovely premises and vibe plus delicious wine. What more could you want?

Live music venue
The Dream Cafe is a well-established eatery that offers regular live music performances and an extensive menu in a charming and cozy setting. This unique venue in Penticton is described as a sanctuary where friends, delicious food, and live music come together. The founder, Pierre Couture, has created a versatile space with the calming ambiance of a church, expertly brewed coffees made by knowledgeable baristas, delightful snacks to satisfying meals, and a diverse range of musical talents gracing the stage regularly.
What an absolutely incredible gem! If you want to recharge your soul this is the place. Every inch just radiates with good energy! The sound quality was out of this world amazing. The artist delivered an experience nothing short of spiritual. I could not recommend this venue enough!

I’ve grown up in the Okanagan and wish I knew about this venue sooner. They have a fabulous list of artists and shows they bring in. I attended for one of my favourite artists Luca Fogale. Upon arriving the staff were very friendly. They moved us seats as someone was sitting in our seats. They have a large selection of drinks. The food was really delicious. I recommend arriving an hour before so you can get settled and have a bite to eat. The acoustics in this building are quite remarkable. And the sound quality too. Would definitely recommend checking out a show here. And I will definitely be back in the future. Thanks Dream Cafe.

This is one of the most Iconic, beau tiful venues available.... where we can ALWAYS be sure to see and hear virtuosos!! I always left gobsmacked and in awe with the quality of musicians and music that passes through The Dream Café !! Brilliant evening last night with Julia Malishke and Don Ross!?❣️❣️

A true gem in Penticton! We are lucky to have such a cool local spot to see amazing live bands. Really enjoyed Rum Ragged! Great night out and will definitely be back.

What an amazing venue! It was my first time there and it was perfectly intimate and cozy with two-tiered seating to optimize the view of the stage. Steve Marriner put on an incredible show!! Kevin, who runs it was very social and informative. It was a pleasure speaking to him afterwards. The only drawback was the menu. Nothing jumped out from the appetizers or dinner choices, so I went straight to dessert. Thankfully the browned butter cheesecake was divine. I can't wait to go back

Fantastic brunch. The Mexican fiesta, sushi bowl and avocado toast were absolutely brilliant! Great job guys! Keep going! Best wishes

We have been to the Dream Cafe for many shows, and have recommended this venue to friends and family for years. On our recommendation we were to meet friends from Vancouver, for a show on Sept. 12/25. We are driving from Blind Bay. Sad thing is, they are closing their doors on Sept 6/25. No notice, no refund. They are still selling tickets, gift cards on their website. The Dream is now a nightmare.

I've been here mutiple times, its not my favourite venue in town but they have an amazing atmosphere to see some incredible artists. It just sucks you are not allowed to get up and dance. The seating is also tight making it dificult to even get to your seat sometimes. The food is strange but the service is stranger. Portions are expensive and very small, especially for a young man. Last time I went I had to order 4 meals which came to a hefty bill. I have always had the same server but trying to figure out what the bar serves is a challenge. My girlfriend tried to order a tequila sunrise but got told they can only make simple highballs. She ordered the worst vodka and cran either of us have tried and then the table across from us got served a margarita. I'll be back but only for the artists, expect you have to order food when you go here. Artists absolutely love coming here. The staff take very good care of them fron what i hear, showing them around our city and supplying instruments like drum kits if they need. I may not be a big fan of the service but I'm glad they take care of the artists.

Bench 1775 Winery, located in Naramata Bench, is a popular lunch spot known for its stunning patio views. After a period of offering only charcuterie boards due to the pandemic, the winery's bistro is now open again, serving small Asian-themed dishes from Thursday to Sunday. The winery boasts an ever-growing selection of wines and offers a warm ambiance with personable staff.
We loved this place. From the view to the food and wine we had nothing but great experiences! The staff and manager Joshua were so friendly and this is a spot we’ll visit regularly. Make sure to try the whipped feta!

We stopped in at Bench 1775 Winery later in the afternoon and had such a great experience! Even though they were busy and we hadn’t booked ahead, the staff was welcoming and provided excellent service. The wine tasting was fantastic, with some truly memorable pours 🍷, and we stayed for dinner at the bistro. The dim sum and charcuterie were both delicious and paired perfectly with the wines. Beautiful spot and definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area!

WOW! What customer service! I was on a girl's weekend trip (my 40th birthday!) and we came across Bench 1775 Winery. Not only is their wine fantastic *love the Pinot Noir!* the customer service was also top notch. We came after the summer season and even though there wasn't food service the owner knew how hungry *and cold* we were from our bike ride so he served us DELICIOUS Dim Sum, wine, and even surprised me with mini cheesecakes and sparklers and everyone sang me happy birthday. I was truly amazing and I hope to be back! Talk about a Canadian welcome! :)
Kelly R — Google review
Yes, the view is stunning, but the service leaves much to be desired. When you mess up the bill, you should at least apologize and offer a compliment instead of asking for more money. If you want to be ‘high-end’, you don’t let service workers and builders check the surroundings while people are dining on the patio. Those are basic rules. The owner is unfriendly, resembling a strict teacher, and her granddaughter rushed us to pay the bill before we even finished eating, despite plenty of free tables available. It’s no surprise they are empty on weekends. This place has so much potential because of the view and facilities, but the lack of basic knowledge of hospitality principles ruins it.

Many silent disco events , amazing food and even better wine! Love taking my family here whenever we can. The view is spectacular and the staff are incredible! Especially Josh and Ezit. Always feel welcome and very taken care of. Highly suggest the shrimp!

Attended a Silent Disco fundraiser at the winery a few weeks back. It was so much fun. The winery staff were super friendly and kept the food flowing! I had the rosé and it was very yummy. The views from the patio and tasting room are amazing. Side note: I lost an earring and emailed Joshua who responded very quickly saying he would notify staff and then a few hours later let me know it had been found. Thanks Bench 1775 Winery Team!

Our party of ten had an amazing tasting experience at Bench 1775! Joshua treated our party to a wonderful experience after a long bike ride, and even pulled out all the stops with a dim sum lunch and cheesecake for the birthday girl. We loved the wine and the view could not be matched. We’ll be back!

We had such a great experience here! When we arrived, we were disappointed to find out there wasn’t food available — we were all hungry and had a bike ride ahead of us. Josh went above and beyond to take care of us, tracking down some incredible dim sum so we could eat before getting back on the road. The food was amazing, and the hospitality was even better. Everyone was so kind and accommodating, and the wines were excellent too. Truly outstanding service — thank you for turning our day around!

Their award-winning spirits, brandy, and liqueurs are handcrafted from locally grown Okanagan fruit, grapes, and wine using European traditions. The tasting room and patio are open for tastings Tuesday to Sunday from 12pm to 5pm, with reservations recommended.
An amazing distillery. It may not be the largest around, but they make up for it with the history and quality of their spirits. They are accommodating and happy to share the knowledge they have. If you like the strong stuff or just the sweet, it’s a place everyone should try. Can’t say enough about how fantastic this place is.

What a treasure and a pleasure to find during our Victoria Day weekend in Penticton. While out for an afternoon cruise my wife spotted the sign out front offering "tastings, $10.00" and said you'd like that wouldn't you? Heck ya...one you turn later, we met Jorg and Anette Engel. He's the craftsman who's award winning products simply speak for themselves. And what a story they tell. Well actually, it's Anette who tells the stories. What a great way to connect with your clients, sharing history and mini shots! Thank you for a great experience Anette. I highly recommend the tasting and the products. I bought the Genie Gin and the Cherry Liquer.

What a treasure! So glad we found this place on our trip. The liquors were just wonderful, unique and thoughtful flavors using local fruits and ingredients! Not only that, the owner gave us a tasting experience and it was my favorite. She was genuine, friendly and welcoming. We had a great time learning all about the love they clearly feel for their business! Absolutely wonderful, thank you! I think everyone else should visit at least once!

We went for a tasting at the end of August after being introduced to their spirits at a local event last year and had an absolutely incredible experience! We would highly recommend going and buying a few of their bottles. It has a gorgeous view over the lake to make an amazing pairing for some tasters. Thank you for the amazing experience!

Absolutely a must book place if you need a break from wine, or have a non wine drinker. Everything we tasted was amazing and the staff are so friendly. Do not believe me take a look at the awards, they are not faking taste. We will be back next year to get the more and enjoy a tasting of great products with an amazing view. My advice is book online as the are not a massive shop. You will not regret it.

Anette and Jorg are lovely people, and the spirits they produce are delicious! Definitely different then what else you'd find in the area, which makes an experience with them all the more unique. Plus, the venue is along the beautiful Naramata bench so the view from the property is beautiful. It's always a treat to pay a visit to this place!

Moraine Winery has made it to my top 2 favourite in BC after one visit. Kim was phenomenal: she laughed with us, made us feel right at home, and gave us an amazing wine tasting. Their wines were truly so good, all achieving something different. It was hard to not go home with more than 2 bottles! We will definitely be back because of the amazing wine and because of Kim! Thank you Moraine Winery! PS spectacular views too!

SO LOVELY. We had the best time! Kim was an absolute gem. We called to see if we could walk in and just have a few glasses of wine- she said "of course!" and was so excited to see us. She walked us through the menu and was so lovely to us. The Riesling was the best I've ever had. Everything was just delicious. Thank you Kim !!

Recently I attended a tasting and was treated like Royalty. Superb wines, view and interactions with all the staff. Owner Oleg even made a point of stopping by to say hellos. Jerry our sommelier did an incredible job of both educating us and entertaining us with his knowledge and sense of humor. Highly recommend.

One of my absolute favourite wineries ! I’ve visited this winery multiple times over the last 4 summers and Tanya has been the absolute best ! I brought my sister and friend here basically just for Tanya ( and the wine , but mostly Tanya ). I highly recommend visiting earlier in the day / afternoon to make it for a charcuterie board before they sell out ! Try the new aperol popsicle spritz

We showed up with 30 minutes to close, and we're able to have a full tasting. Tanya was super helpful and even knew what wine would be the perfect for each person. Great experience! We will definitely be back.

A surprising great winery. We had never heard of this winery before. We stopped in and were greeted immediately. We sat outside on the balcony and did a wine tasting. Nice wines which went well with the cheese board we were served. We came away with some wine. The only minor flaw was the dispute between the two ladies there. The older lady was very snippy and snarky towards the younger gal. The younger lady ignored her and kept on smiling and doing a great job. I feel that if you have a dispute with someone discuss it with them in private. Don't let the public see. It just gives a bad impression to the business and hurts them.

Visited for the first time yesterday and had a perfect experience! Location is beautiful, gorgeous pet friendly patio, wine was great (love the pinot noir) and the staff were so so incredible. Maureen and Jerry (I think I got their names right) were the absolute perfect hosts: friendly, informative, helpful, and very accommodating (of our 3 dogs!). I actually signed up to their wine club because I was so impressed! Highly recommended.

Cherry on Top Shake Shop is a popular spot known for its crazy shakes and insane ice cream creations. Visitors can even make their own shake. The shop's aesthetic has been improved, making it a picturesque place to visit and take photos. Customers rave about the deliciousness of the desserts, with one mentioning the creativity of having a slice of cake on top of the milkshake. The portions are generous and filling, making it worth the cost.
This place is located near the beautiful lake beach area downtown Penticton. Very creative ice cream, very Instragram friends and tastes great! Waffle cone was just okay, but the toppings and presentation was sensational.
Harv G — Google review
Such a cute store and the kids working are friendly and creating some unique treats! We sampled the deluxe cones, milkshake and the simple soft serve cone! While the presentation of all were exciting and decadent the flavours lacked definition and kind of all smoosh together. Price is quite high for the quality of the product. However if you want an amazing picture worthy experience all around, this is the place!
Lisa S — Google review
Too much sugar for a shake! It was much sweeter than a usual shake. I asked for mix of two for the shake but wasn’t really tasting like that.
Arman — Google review
Sensational store. Fantastic presentation and decorations. Every treat here looks amazing. But be sure you have enough in your savings account as things can get pricey quickly. They did not have the pineapple soft serve option - so that was disappointing... but the littles were able to find something they liked and I kept it simple with a screamer.
MISTER L — Google review
vv cute place, with tons of ice cream and shake options (although the cake shakes were limited, but good, nonethless). 4 stars only bc the cake tasted a little stale and artificially, like its been sitting there for days, might j be me but didnt fully enjoy the cake. right next to the beach, just rlly vibey. Id say its a must visit if you have a sweet tooth and youre around the beach. staff was really sweet and nice! be prepared to finish the whole cake shake in one go because theres no way for you to take it for takeout, and those are humongous!
Mallika S — Google review
Yum! The biggest complaint I have is how long it took me to make a decision on what to order lol super cute Cherry Decor 🍒 and so many things I want to try in this shop and the other Ice cream shop it shares is space with. Cherry shop on left are all soft serve options whereas the ice cream shop on the right is hard serve (needing to be scooped).
T J — Google review
The coolest place to get ice cream or milkshake! The sweet treats are a bit pricey, however they are very large and can easily be split between 2 people. The ice cream are not only picture worthy but also tasty. Definitely wroth checking out next time your passing by!
Savannah — Google review
Everything tasted fine. The issue I had was with how the server added the toppings. My soft serve was barely dipped in the chocolate (maybe 1/2 to 2/3 of my ice cream was till showing) and then for the Skor bits, she measured out the amount I was supposed to get in a cup then poured it on the cone over the garbage can and then shook the cone for the excess to fall off - again, into the garbage! If you want just soft serve with no extras - go here. Don't bother paying for anything extra.

Additionally, Pier Water Sports at Okanagan Lake offers rentals for water sports equipment such as Seadoos, speed boats, kayaks, paddleboards, and even party barges for a fun day on the lake with friends and family.
Kids loved it. Stayed there from 10 am till 6:30 pm! Its fun, challenging and addictive experience and take lots of energy as you should balance while running around. The only things to be careful is when playing there , at any time someone can slip and tackle on you 🫣 Usually its more busy in the morning and became quieter and less people in the afternoon.even you dont know swimming its fine as life jacket is mandatory for everybody.
Naser — Google review
We spent a day in Penticton so the kids could play on the Wibit. There are 2 prices - $35 all day or $25 after 5 pm. Life vests are included and required for everyone. The kids went out several times and gotten wiped out repeatedly. However, you should see the smiles on their faces at the end of the day. The best part is that you can stake out a place on the beach to recuperate and enjoy some sunshine before doing another round on the Wibit.
Victor L — Google review
The 5 and 9 year old boys we took one evening had a great deal of fun. They needed an adult with them, so I, a fairly fit 60 year old, volunteered for the job. I was unprepared for the swim out (quite far and over my head) and mostly by how slippery the wibit was to walk on. In fact, I could only crawl and then sit. Needless to say I couldn’t follow the children closely. Once out there I discovered that some older folks had grippy socks on and I wished I had been told of this possibility when we were paying.
Anita S — Google review
I want to share a warning for other families who might be planning to play here. I’m a woman in my early 40s, and after about 1.5 hours of playing, I unfortunately injured my knee. The surface is quite slippery, and when I fell, I pulled a muscle. I ended up having to visit the ER — definitely not how I imagined my vacation would end. My kids (8 and 10 years old) had an absolute blast, so they really enjoyed it. However, I want to let parents know that it may not be the safest place to play, so please be cautious.
Christine N — Google review
It was okay. It was too rough for my 9 year old and my 7 year old so they stopped doing it very quickly. My older two played longer but not really long enough to justify the cost. Too many of the older visitors were playing really rough. When we were told that if other visitors where too rough and violating the rules to inform the life guards. They sort of took action if you really pointed it out, but otherwise didn’t do their job very well. My older kids got tired of trying to get their attention to get the other kids to play according to the rules. We left. We wouldn’t come back. Oh and by the way your safety form that you sign uses the wrong word, “insinuating” instead of “extenuating”, which is so lol given the rest of the experience. You should get a lawyer to re-review it, probably someone other than who wrote it, because if that little bomb exists in there what other fun does.
Brad D — Google review
It is huge, with nothing much to do. So hard to keep track of my kid, I felt like the lifeguards didn’t really watch the swimmers. It was so far out. Honestly my kid hated it, the one in Osoyoos is so much better and he loves it.
Raindrop L — Google review
Buy tickets online in advance. Lots of life jackets there or bring your own. Kids love it, but need to be strong swimmers as the lake gets very choppy at times. Toddler area too, but need to have parents close by especially when the waves pick up
Jackie M — Google review
Today's wibit was good . 3 stars for ok 30$ for access per person no family discounts . The configuration could use some improvements. There is one area that if you fall into has no way of getting out unless you have help . Some of the sections were deflated when I was there which made using the wibit difficult. Kids had a good time.

Outdoor Activities
Three Mile Beach, also known as a nude beach, is a popular swimming spot on Okanagan Lake between Naramata and Penticton. It's situated on a narrow peninsula, making it perfect for activities like swimming and sunbathing. The beach is relatively secluded with limited parking, but it's an ideal place to relax after touring the nearby wineries in the Naramata region. While clothing is optional at this beach, visitors are advised to be respectful of others enjoying the area.
Great nude beach. When I went it was mostly men (some women) but no one was creepy and it felt very natural. There is a main beach area at the beginning where you can relax and if you keep walking up there are plenty of semi-private spots if you'd rather be more secluded. Edit: Went for a second visit. 50/50 men & women. Still no creeps and the "crowd" was small. Maybe 14 people in total along the whole beach. Both times I went was during a weekday.
Spencer M — Google review
Beautiful beach ! I don’t directly realize it was a nude beach and makes it more fun !
Cece D — Google review
Nice quiet beach, perhaps due to clothing being optional. Limited parking but if you want a more quiet beach to swim at it seemed nice.
Daniel S — Google review
I love to go when I get the chance. It can be a little shy of parking. However, most the faces are full of smiles. Clothing optional. The first time I went I was a little shy. Now, I don't care. It has a few spots where people can feel eyes are watching. It s a bit of a pick up spot some days. If u go early and know where to pick u can have nearly full privacy.
Rachel B — Google review
We had a freeing and relaxing afternoon at Three Mile Beach. I wish there were more nude beaches in BC and Canada. Parking lot was small and it wasn't clear where to go to get down to the beach but we figured it out.
A F — Google review
Nice secluded beach that is located through a small access road. Perfect place to relax after going through a wine tasting tour on the local wineries that are found all over the place. The beach is a little rocky but as long as you are aware of it, it should not pose an issue. Word of advise. Be respectful of the place and the people.
Jani D — Google review
Yes this is a clothing option beach. Will you see older people naked? Yes. But you will not See dog and probably no kids. The next best thing is it has a good wind break so it’s nice on a windy day. I will be going back

Visiting from Vancouver in July 2022. It is our second time dealing with Skaha Marina. Last year we rented Wave Runners and this year it was Crest Pontoon boat for 2-hours. It did not disappoint! We were two families (8 people) and it was just the perfect size. The boat looked brand new and very clean inside. Our teenagers really enjoyed riding on the 3-seat floater that was attached to the back of the boat. Adults couldn’t resist the ride either. We stopped in the middle of the lake and swam a little. The boat had Bluetooth connection so we played our music. Customer service and safety training before the ride was great! Will definitely be back for more fun.

We rented a pontoon boat and it was very last minute. The lake is alot quieter then the other side. We had spotty service so we had to drive there to see if they had a boat but it was quick to get everything set up have the run down and head out! Even had a changing station in it! Over all it was a good experience

Great marina. Jan and Justin were great. The mechanics got our boat back on the water during our vacation in no time at all. Customer service was excellent. Got fuel the next day and had them check a couple other things and we were on our way. Highly recommend! And thank you.. our boat gets used a lot for the 2 weeks we are here. Can’t say enough.

Fantastic experience. Justin was very professional and great to work with. He had the boat ready and cleaned for me every time we showed up, which was almost every day while we’re there for three weeks. He was happy to answer any questions we had and gave us access to all the water sports equipment we asked for. We’re already discussing next year and we will definitely use the rental services again.

Three Sisters Winery offers a non-refundable tasting fee of $5.00 per person, which includes 5 pours. The pourer, though young, was described as informative and fun. The winery's bottle prices range from $19.00 to $45.00, with taxes already included in the displayed prices. Visitors have noted that the winery can be surprisingly busy even in early April and praised its beautiful views, great wine selection, and friendly and knowledgeable service.
We had a fantastic experience at Three Sisters Winery! We stopped in with our three young daughters, and it was the perfect balance of fun for them and relaxation for us. The girls loved their delicious non-alcoholic cold treats while my wife and I enjoyed a wine tasting led by an incredibly knowledgeable and friendly wine pourer. The wines were excellent—each one offered something unique, and we appreciated learning about the different varietals. The atmosphere was relaxed, welcoming, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. A great spot for both families and wine lovers—highly recommend!

First appearances were beautiful. The layout is lovely and they have very nice merchandise available. We were fortunate to experience the wine and chocolate pairing. Our tasting guide was very personable and knowledgeable, giving us an adequate break down of each wine.

Lei Lei was amazing!!! I showed up with an impromptu tasting tour with my family and the three sisters accommodated us with no reservation which was awesome! Lei lei did our tasting and she was sweet and funny and perfect for our group and told us about the wines and tasting notes perfectly! Will be back again (The Rebecca sparkling is TO DIE for)

Just visited Three Sisters Winery with my husband, our two kids, and our dog — and we had the best time! On this very hot day, the kids had plenty of shaded space to play and a whole selection of games to keep them entertained — giant Jenga, Four in a Row, chalk drawing, coloring books, and even Yahtzee. Everything was so thoughtfully set up for families. Our dog was treated to a refreshing bowl of cold water, the kids enjoyed fresh, delicious slushies and pops, and we got to relax with some wonderful wine. It’s one of the rare places where you can spend the afternoon tasting wines while your kids (and pup!) are happy and comfortable. Highly recommend!

This was our last stop of a wine tour and my favourite! Loved the story of the winery, staff was great and the whites were my favourite of the day. Highly recommend!

I loved my experience here! Stopped only to pick up a bottle of wine but I ended up grabbing 5! Love all the white wines from the tasters - Ellen was very helpful and attentive :) Thank you, I am definitely coming back next week!

It doesn't have an astonishing view like others but their wines are exquisite. Loved the Pinot Gris and the Sauvignon Blanc.

Three separate visits this past week for tastings and a glass of wine. Jasmyn is always the ultimate hostess, friendly and welcoming. Wine is great, atmosphere as well and wonderful toasties prepared on site, no doubt we'll be back often!

The Summerland Trout Hatchery & Visitor Centre is a remarkable destination where kind-hearted individuals have transformed a non-profit organization into a valuable asset for the environment, community, and local wildlife. This establishment also plays a crucial role in British Columbia by providing fish to more than 300 lakes, which contributes significantly to the region's well-being. The center's efforts are commendable as they help keep these lakes stocked with fish.
Very interesting to learn all about the process taken to stock the lakes for fishers!

We participated in the learn to fish program and we found Ethan and Jacob to be so good with the kids and great at teaching them
Erin K — Google review
My kids (8 &11) and their adults spent some lovely time here. Jacob gave us a tour of the facilities and answered questions from the curious kiddos while Ethan taught the kiddos how to cast with a fishing rod. A shame that we got a tour of the facility and learned about the learn to fish program and how the facility is able to stock all the various lakes for sport fishing. The facility was clean and staffed with friendly individuals. Would recommend the visit to other families.

Roll N Stones Fun Centre is a fantastic place for family fun, offering a variety of activities suitable for all ages. The friendly and efficient staff warmly welcome guests and provide excellent service. Visitors can enjoy normal bowling, laser tag, 5-pin/10-pin bowling, indoor glow-in-the-dark mini golf, arcade games, dart boards, and pool tables. The food is delicious and reasonably priced, with the option to enjoy alcoholic beverages while playing.
This place is great!!!! Old school vibes, it has a bar, billiards, games like air hockey, lots of dart boards, mini golf and bowling. We did mini golf this time which tbh exceeded my expectations. At the end I told them that it was pretty cool back there and they said the artist did work for Disney so that’s neat. Bowling and Beers are great! Haven’t had a chance to try the food yet but I’m sure we will one day! Great little gem in town!
Chantellylace E — Google review
What an amazing night! Our hotel was right beside this place so we came in one night for mini golf and pool and it was perfect. The staff here is what made our night! I thought I lost a lipstick in the golf area so the staff thoroughly searched for it for me which was much appreciated. Turns out I left it at home. 🫣 Had some great chats with the bar staff too, will definitely be back next time we're in town. Thanks guys!
Lisa L — Google review
We came here on Family Day and we had a blast with the full package! It wasn’t too busy, so we had a good amount of space. A downside is you have to continuously extend your bowling session every 15 minutes so you may not get a full game in time. But the staff were very understanding and helpful. We did the black light mini golf and took our time going through the course. We didn’t have to wait for anything.. Lastly, we went to their small arcade section which was great bang for your buck! I would highly recommend!
Jacob C — Google review
great fun, be it black light mini golf or laser bowling. The birthday party we had there was great! super welcoming and friendly. The menu is great and not outrageously priced. They also allowed us to bring in our own cake / cupcakes. We have been there a couple times over the few years living here and its been wonderful.
B S — Google review
My friend and I from America came to Penticton to visit and we decided to stop here and we are glad we did!!! It was extremely fun, they played great music all night, we played darts in the bar room where the bartender was very kind and enjoyed our passport card ids lol, and all the arcade games were funny and we had a great time!! All the little gumball machines and stuff were also greatly priced, everything about this place is a million times better than our local one back home, id take another trip up to Canada just to play here again!
Nina B — Google review
The only decent thing about the place is the golfing. The owner had a nasty temper when we told her that the price she was charging us was not the same price as the menu and she threw the menu in my dad's face showing him the fine print that said price is subject to change. So if you plan on going here you better pray she isn't there. Also the bowling alley was showing pins being knocked down when they were still up
Cold W — Google review
Fun time, love the disco laser lights. Staff are nice and helpful. Great place for a birthday party if you're 5 or 55. Nice to do something active.
Kat A — Google review
Showed up on time for our ten pin lane. They said wait 25 minutes or wait 15 for 5 pin but offered no discount and had a drug user running the bar and were rude when we asked for a discount. Would not recommend the lady running the till was beyond rude and would not recommend dealing with her ever do not take your kids or friends here over priced and not worth it

The area boasts a wide variety of dining options and accommodations, with a staggering 214 restaurants to choose from. Additionally, the region is home to remarkable wineries that offer the finest cuisine and wines in Canada and beyond. One of the highlights for families visiting Penticton is the Okanogan Lake water park at Lakawanna Water Park, which provides a fun-filled experience for kids.
Great playground with lots of shade as well as a splash pad. Additionally it's fenced to keep the little ones contained. The kids loved it.

This park is most ideal for 5+ I’d say.. lots of shade, benches, splash park near by. Id say this is the most boring park lol My 3.5 yo can only do so much without my help. There are better parks for smaller children in the area.
Chantellylace E — Google review
We came the week before July 2018 long weekend. This is the week before official Summer / High season here, and we had the beach nearly to ourselves. The water is still a bit chilly this time of year, but it's usually sunny and warm, and if you can handle a cold dip, and the sun's out, you can get toasty and dry in no time. Lots of great eateries, cafes, and ice cream stands nearby. There is a floating waterpark / slides type structure for the kids moored just off shore. Also nearby are public washrooms, and the Pentiction Japanese Gardens is just a short walk up the promenade. Great amenities and all around great fun for all ages.

It's a good spot to go. Closed in playground and splash pad, a couple water cannons and water park things to run through. A couple tables to eat at, bunch of benches to sit at and some grass to lay out a blanket.

Lots to do here for our 3.5 year old! Great little playground that felt safer due to the surrounding gates and distance from the main road. Plenty of free parking, a splash pad, and a really nice little ice cream shop with seating just around the corner. Highly recommend! Only drawback- one questionable public washroom stall was all we could find.

Visitors have praised the friendly and accommodating staff who provided clean and luxurious boats. Guests felt safe with experienced hosts like Jordan and appreciated the stunning views of Giant's Head Mountain. The rental process was seamless, with knowledgeable and professional staff providing thorough instructions and recommendations for safe swimming spots.
Had an amazing time in the lake for my sons birthday! We had a great experience renting the boat, and even got a cheeky little upgrade because the boat we had rented wasn't in top form. I cant remember the guys name that helped us, but he was super friendly and answered all of our questions. Was happy to joke with us as well. We will definitely be back!!

R&B Andersen and visiting family, enjoyed a wonderful 2 hour boating and tubing experience here at Skaha Lake. Memories that we will never forget. Staff was very informative and professional and all went well. We were very disappointed that the bluetooth boat speakers / pairing, was not working. Staff handed us a hand held speaker that did pair , however, all of the summer songs that I had in queue, were inaudible. July 30, 2-4 PM: Boat rental outing.

We stayed here for a family event 3 nights! We rented a sea doo for the kids and it was awesome. The machine operated very well, no problems at all. The staff were very good with details. They did a safety briefing with the adults and teenagers as we were taking turns going for a ride. We were provided several lifejackets of different sizes to fit everyone. It just took time doing all the paper work for everyone but that was ok! Thank you and well done!!

We had Timi as our driver for our boat rental yesterday—second year in a row—and he was absolutely incredible! Hands down the best and most fun. He helped us learn to surf and tube, and was just great company all around. He even encouraged some of us to step out of our comfort zones and have more fun. Can’t wait to see him again next year! That man definitely deserves a raise. Thanks again! – Derek, Jade & the fam jam

Rented a boat this past week. Our boat had something wrong with it and they were able to arrange another boat right away and extended our time by an additional 30 mins to cover the time we lost. Process was easy and the damage deposit for the boat was returned the same day! Only rating 4/5 because it was disappointing to have the original boat we rented inoperable but happily pleased with the excellent service to get us into something that worked!

I’ve experienced the lazy rivers in Victoria, BC, and Toronto, ON, and can compare all three. This one was way too slow 🦥 — only the swimming ducks provided a bit of entertainment.
Yana Z — Google review
This was a wonderful and relaxing 2 hour float on a 4 person tube. You could easily do it without getting anything other than your feet wet. You need the paddle to fend off the shore periodically, but otherwise is a zero effort needed activity.
Tom B — Google review
This is a fun thing to do when in Penticton. We could have used our paddle boards and it would have been a faster float. There are parking areas at both ends to drop a car for pick up. However, we rented a 4 person tube and got two paddles. We bought the cooler and bluetooth speaker and just made it an event. It is a nice, easy float. Staff were great. Very friendly. And pick up was a breeze at the end. We had a nice time. Float was around 2 hours total.
Julie B — Google review
Super relaxing and fun. Took 2 hours to float it.
April C — Google review
I was trying to be nice when describing my experience. So let's start at the beginning with all details. Arrived parked in front of a bus in the bus zone to inflate kayak and get help to the stairs. One vehicle in the 2 spots filling an inflatable already. While parked the bus driver honked horn a couple of times when backing up and leaving. Then 4 ladies in pj's pull into bus zone driver and rear passenger get out go to a line up at coyote cruise. A bus pulled up honking the horn several times. An employee comes out and I stated to him women in pj's is driver. She came moved her car. A young girl approached me and my roommate. Stating you can't be here she never said anything to the other driver just me. She said you are in a bus zone I said no I am not. That as soon as we were done the car will go. Her response was again to say I am in a no parking spot. I responded we are not parked just unloading. My roommate was bit short with her after that. She was the one who started yelling then walked away. I can only assume they came out yelling because of the bus honking which had nothing to do with what or where I was. This is a public space and available to all even if not renting an expensive floaty. I do not have to pay you for floating the channel. As we proceed to the stairs a young man filling the big floats adjusted and I tripped. Without even an apology so we carried on to then have a guy cut me off trying to move a large one and stack it by himself. Noting that they had more than 12 ready to go taking up a large area. Then outside doors another 12 some filled some stacked and then a pile to inflate. Happy now to be in the water and enjoy life. Picking up a bag of garbage and cans as part of helping keep it clean for many reasons. Like the ppl paying you to float wildlife and skaha lake. When I reach the end same as description on previous review. Several young men goofing around. I wasn't going to mention this but now you leave me no choice in being kind. A dewalt vacuum cleaner was left behind. I contacted coyote to inquire if it was there's. After texting with someone they said yes and would appreciate it if I could return it. I made plans to return it and ended up with some bug. Leaving me back and forth to the washroom which is no fun. Next thing without texting me to see what happened I get a text from the rcmp. Text stated reaching out in regards to the theft of a leaf blower. Who steals something reaches out to the possible owner to return then ends up accused of stealing. You could have reached out to hear my side of the story. Next time I leave a review I will be sure to include every detail.
Candy Y — Google review
Every time I drive by the channel and see all the floaters I have to laugh. There is something they fail to mention to the tourists. Just before the mid way point you will float by a sign that says underwater pipe. That pipe comes from the sewage treatment plant across the parkway and that is where the city dumps the treated sewage into the channel. And to think all those floaters float right over and through it. Something to consider before you float.
Edward W — Google review
We love the Penticton Channel! We recommend renting floaties from Coyotes Cruises. It's $20 a person for a a floaty and a ride back to the parking lot. Last year we took our own floaties and paid for a $30 Uber back up the river... Bring a life jacket if you can't swim and be prepared to be in there from 2.5-5hrs depending on the wind. On slow days they open up the halfway point if you are cold/bored/etc. A must see if you are in the area!

Cascades Casino in Penticton offers a delightful dining experience at Matches Eatery & Public House Rooftop Lounge. The friendly staff, including the exceptional bartender Rowan, provide excellent service and attention to detail. Guests rave about the delicious burgers and crispy chicken wings, although some suggest adding more tables for busy nights. The casino also provides a welcoming atmosphere with accessible amenities and free coffee and drinks upon entry.
Super friendly place and great service! But don't expect to win at slots, machines rarely payout, and bonus spins normally don't pay much. Fun place if you don't get carried away.

Got asked for government ID at the door and was told it is the law in BC now. So basically they wanted to scan my ID into a database and then steal my money? Screw that, I left and saved myself some money and the Casino didn't make any money off me. This is the only province in Canada to do this. Do better BC.

Horrible machines. Set to the tightest possible, I’ve lost my savings account thanks to this place. I’m not the one with the problem……… the machines are extremely tight, when things used to pay at a certain time they take longer to get the reward now. Also thanks for removing a bunch of machines that people actually enjoyed and let people play. All these machines take $300 just to get a bonus, thanks for the $5 back. It’s your loss, I won’t play here again EVER! I’ll go to 12 tribes over the border, or actually I’ll wait for West Kelowna to get their casino in a few years, worth the wait rather than this place. If i was allowed to swear about Penticton casino on this review i totally would. Staff members really have no respect for anyone, they couldn’t care less, also shouldn’t take 25 min to wait for a reserve so I can go to the bathroom. Only 1 slot attendant on the casino floor…..wow what does that tell you, obviously no machines to be paying out. I feel bad for the winter coming up as no tourists will be in town, only the locals will be supporting this casino & the word has gotten around this is the worst casino ever, why would people play here if you won’t let anyone have any fun. Shouldn’t take $300 to get a bonus. Also please don’t respond to this review with all machines have a random number generator. This casino removed them in all machines, and totally are set to take with no return of a certain percent which casinos are legally required to give back a certain percent……however this place is being under the table illegal & they are getting away with it. You say we strive to do better, & you take these matters seriously, THEN BE BETTER!
