Family restaurant
Shaam Nights restaurant offers a Middle Eastern dining experience with its ornate Syrian decor, including stained glass, bronze lanterns, and intricate tiled flooring. The menu features authentic halal cuisine influenced by Arabic, Persian, and Ottoman flavors. The restaurant is known for its charcoal-grilled kebabs and a family-friendly atmosphere. Guests praise the delicious food, friendly staff, and lovely ambiance.
I visited Shaam Nights during Ramadan and, despite being late for my reservation due to traffic, the staff were completely understanding and kind about it. As it was time to break my fast while I was ordering, the food arrived in less than 10 minutes—perfect timing! The food was absolutely delicious with generous portions. I also really appreciated the spacious prayer area, and the entire place was spotless. The staff were warm, welcoming, and made the experience even more special. May Allah bless this business—they truly deserve it!

Absolutely amazing food and service. We got the platter for two with rice each which was plenty of food for both of us and so tasty! We had amazing service too, and were given complimentary sauce, mini desserts and mint tea! Could not fault the experience at all, definitely a great place to visit! And amazing value for money too, a must-try for anyone in Cardiff!
Caitlin G — Google review
Absolutely lovely restaurant, service and food. Firstly, the restaurant was impeccably clean and hygiene standards extremely high. The restaurants owner and head chef greeted us and took our orders. He was a lovely and polite man, and was extremely accommodating of our needs. The food came in good time, and tasted beautiful. They except cards and or cash, they're are also toilets on site too. Parking is difficult due to being situated on a busy main road. Therefore, it's best to arrive early and find a side road to park on. You can make a reservation online very easily. This restaurant exceeded my expectations and it will for you too. It's fantastic and the staff make sure you are looked after. I am so pleased I found this place, as I will be coming back. Thank you for a lovely time.

Had the pleasure of dining here during our visit to Cardiff. Received a warm welcome when we arrived and the service was second to none. The food was amazing and delicious (ended up ordering more than initially planned 😋). Would come here again next time we pass by.

Best on City Road (with hot competition!). Friendly service, amazing food, great atmosphere. Platter for 2 outstanding.
Marc B — Google review
It was a nice and clean venue. The service was fairly fast. Portions are big. I just couldn’t get the taste I was expecting. Lamb and chicken dishes did nit taste too different than each other because they were both dominated by the spice in the mince. I appreciate the nature of Syrian cuisine but as a person who’s familiar with another cuisine, it didn’t feel the same with the taste. Patatas Barras was very good. Just like patatas bravas but Syrian version, a bit more spicy 🙂 Platters for 2 was quite enough for 2 people. Surrounding of the venue wasn’t very easy to find a space for parking. We found a place on the street behind the venue but honestly it didn’t look very safe there.
Hüseyin B — Google review
We booked a table for two but later realized it wasn’t necessary unless you're a bigger group—though some tables were reserved, so it was still a good idea. We ordered the mango lassi (refreshing and not too sweet), the Shaam Night's Mezza Mix for starters (great variety and plenty to share), lamb biryani (Syrian-style, tasty but quite different from the usual biryani—more herby, less spicy), and the mixed grill, which came with rice and was very generous in portion. In fact, we had more than enough food for two! The whole meal came to around £50, which felt like good value. The staff were friendly but not very interactive, just professional and efficient. The decor is beautiful—stylish and modern, with a nice ambiance. Overall, a pleasant experience. Would come back, maybe with a group to try more dishes!

Cafe
Coffee shop
The Plan Cafe Bar, located in the heart of Cardiff's Morgan Arcade, is a laid-back and friendly cafe-bar that takes pride in its local sourcing and scratch-cooked menu. The Victorian shopping arcades house this gem, where the stripped-back wooden interior showcases the architectural details of the grade II-listed building. The menu offers a variety of dishes from organic chilli or aubergine curry to filled jacket potatoes, with an emphasis on quality ingredients.
Calm and quite enviroment for enjoying tastey food with friends and family. We enjoyed tastey Traditional English Breakfast and Omlett here. Special menu for vegan also available. You can choose toppings for omlette as well. Accepting card payments. Staff and service is awesome. Toilet available.
Nikhil R — Google review
Always find this place to present themselves as an upmarket cafe, when their food badly under delivers in terms of cheap ingredients and using a lot of short cuts. Nothing except the cooked breakfasts are properly cooked from scratch. A lot of disappointing experiences in here. Pancakes are ruined by being warmed up in the microwave - would’ve expected a cafe like this to have at least grilled or fried rice them. Very poor quality & standards.
Julia D — Google review
Quite nice food. My husband and I had planned to go for brunch for some of their breakfast items, but unfortunately we were late, as they serve breakfast menu until 12 (we arrived 12:05). Since we were already there, we stayed and chose other items, which were surprisingly tasty. Spanish eggs which were essentially three fried eggs in a spicy tomato stew served with toasted bread and butter; and a toast with bacon, brie and some sort of jam, which came with a side of salad. Staff was nice and attentive all the time.
Gabriela L — Google review
It's gone downhill, sadly. We've been plenty of times over the years but our most recent visit will be our last. We arrived at 10:30 for a coffee and breakfast, we were forgotten about and our food consequently, didn't arrive until 11:45. An hour 1:15 wait for; a piece of toast with a teaspoon of wilted spinach, cold beans and a single mushroom and tomato. There's better breakfasts around for £8.50 after an hours wait. Unfortunately the staff aren't interested in either attentive service (hence being forgotten) or putting the problems right. I would recommend one of the other, much better indie coffee shops in Cardiff to spend your money.

Love the atmosphere there, coffee is great and a wonderful place to go with friends. Highly recommended
Patty L — Google review
Used to love this place - the Buck Rarebit (one piece of toast with rarebit, one with a poached egg) was amazing! They don't do it now. :-( Menu has completely changed! Now there's very limited vegetarian options after noon.. one toasted sandwich, a vegan all-day breakfast, and two salads - both with pickled beetroot. (Note: two of the "vegetarian" dishes on the menu contain fish!). Had the vegan all-day brekkie - it was decent tasting but just seemed like a random collection of food - none of it really went with any other part of it. It also took 40 minutes for our food to arrive - not ideal when you're on a limited lunch break. Very sad to say that this is no longer on my list of decent lunch places.
Dayna M — Google review
Amazing breakfast! Very cool atmosphere and lovely staff. We had Spanish eggs which was very big portion and very well done
Ieva A — Google review
Waited 15 mins for a table then told us there is a 40 min wait for food. Was only ordering smoothies and sandwiches. Got the smoothies after 35 mins and we’re not worth £4.25 for a half pint of watery smoothie. Food wasn’t very good either, the salad had horrible dressing and we didn’t even get cutlery, I had to ask. In the end I complained and got money off but still didn’t make up for it. Someone came downstairs and said they had been waiting 1.5 hours for food.

Crumbs Kitchen is a cozy eatery located in a Victorian arcade in Cardiff, offering a variety of health-conscious, meat-free dishes from breakfast to teatime. Known for their vegetarian salad bowls and homely atmosphere, this family restaurant provides a welcoming environment for vegetarians, vegans, and anyone seeking fresh and healthy meals.
This cute little place is found in the Morgan arcade in Cardiff. It’s vegetarian/vegan so perfect for my diet. However I’d say that some of the dishes are a bit bland but I don’t see this as a bad thing. I’m only saying because some people might not be used to such type of food. Their soups are the best if I must say. The perfect thing to have on a cold day. Overall, service is fast and good and staff is very kind and welcoming. There’s plenty of seats and plugs where to charge your phone.

Average verging on bad. Used to come here ~8 years ago and the salads were so good they would make me actively choose salad over other food, it has evidently gone downhill ainde then. Paid £9.50 for a tuna melt panini and the driest side salad of all time. If you want to support local business, Cardiff Market is close door and Maple & Bean are literally next door. Both offer significantly higher quality for a similar price. To quote my wife "The best part of that meal was the coke"
Nick E — Google review
I have been eating at Crumbs Kitchen since it opened in the 70s. The prices , I think, have recently sky rocketed! I ate a vegetable curry with brown rice. The vegetables were cut far too small and it wasn’t that tasty. I did tell one of the servers who said it was a different chef and there was no apology or saying that she would take my comments back to the chef. I paid over £9 and it really wasn’t a fair price for what I was served. I wish I had taken a photo. Come on Crumbs Kitchen / you can do better! There’s a lot of competition out there!
Pamela F — Google review
Very nice restaurant tucked away in the arcades. Great vegetarian and vegan food. The quiches are excellent!

Lovely Mediterranean veg pie, vegan sausage roll, and leek & potato soup as well as side salads!
N T — Google review
We probably couldn't have found a worse place. To begin with, the glasses on our tray were the same ones used by my previous customers (who probably had very greasy hands). We pointed out to the waitress that the glasses were dirty, but she didn't seem to mind. We asked for clean glasses. We sat down at a dirty table (all the tables were dirty), and no one came to clear them away or clean them. We did our best with a tissue to clean our table. Then we had to wait a long, long time for four flavorless sandwiches, with no sauce, and stale bread that was falling apart... And the worst part of all was that we never got a carafe of water. And it was really expensive. The worst place to go
Sophie D — Google review
Great variety of choice for veggie/vegan breakfast. (No meat served here). The salad bowls are healthy, generous and filling. Also serve hot breakfast with eggs. The fresh juice is served in a small jar, very tasty. Plenty of staff on duty (more than the massive Cosy Club round the corner!) - clearly well run 😊
Luke M — Google review
We were recommended this charming cafe and I will be doing the same. I had a delicious jacket potato with tuna and salad, followed by a white chocolate and raspberry cake plus a pot of tea. Friendly service and a delightful atmosphere make this a definite respite from shopping!

The best matcha place ever!! Super fresh and the place is amazing. I genuinely go to this place because the staff are wonderful, the man that works there always brings me joy with his energy, they’re very friendly. If I had the chance I would probably be there everyday!

Lovely wholesome cafe. It’s my mother-in-law’s local and she brings us here every time we visit! The coffee is excellent, the meals are high quality, and they have lots of local products including artisan bread. The sausage roll was one of the tastiest I’ve ever had!

I had the most lovely time here! Perfect place to come on a wee lunch date - the food is so fresh and delicious, and there is an exciting range of cakes and sweet treats, as well as just really personal and kind service - I couldn’t recommend it enough! It’s lovely to leave a place feeling excited for your next visit :)

The staff were so friendly and the food was delicious and so fresh. Really lovely gem and feels perfectly away from the hustle and bustle. Great coffee as a big bonus. Will be returning!!
Patrick T — Google review
Why did I have to wait so long to get a take away coffee? 1. Staff busy chatting to customers (not serving or taking orders- but chatting whilst I waited at the counter) 2. Midway through making my coffee, staff members thought it appropriate to share holiday photos with each other. And the verdict on the take away flat white: average at best.
A J — Google review
Such a lovely brunch/lunch spot. We missed the brunch cutoff (12pm) but they still had plenty on offer from pastries, cakes, brownies, savouries (sausage rolls, quiches) and a couple of different salads. I had a mixed salad plate with goats cheese and the portion was very generous (especially of the goats cheese), and the selection of salads was spot on! So hard to find a place that does a good salad these days. Staff were all very friendly and didn't seem to mind at all when my 3 month old started grizzling a bit. Their honey salted brownie was top tier- I will be back purely for this alone 🤤🤤 we went on a Wednesday for lunch and it was quite busy with a couple seats outdoors too. On the smaller side with around 10/12 tables or so but i had no issues with finding a spot to tuck away the pram.

Kemis At Pontcanna is a must-visit spot for a leisurely walk from the city center and a delightful lunch. The deli section offers an impressive variety of hot and cold foods, including ever-changing and creative salad plates. The shop is filled with tempting sweet and savory treats, such as ginger and orange upside-down cake, gluten-free options, vegan choices, and even goat cheese quiche. The coffee selection is excellent with various plant-based milk options available.
I had the all day breakfast wrap (£6.50) and added maple cured bacon (£2.50) with a cappuccino (£2), everything was perfect, the bacon is so tasty, I only wish they offered traditional breakfast and brunch staples like poached eggs on toast with the same bacon, that'd be immense

Oh, the homemade cakes! 🤤 I love that they have gluten-free, vegan, and less sweet options too, including a goat cheese quiche. The coffee was excellent, good choice of plant-based milks. Nestled in the heart of Cardiff, Bomber's Sandwich House is a bustling little gem that has become a go-to spot for locals and visitors alike. This charming sandwich and salad bar prides itself on using locally-baked bread from Nos Da, ensuring every bite is fresh and flavorful.
In my opinion there is NO other place in Cardiff city centre to get a salad … other than Bombers! I cannot rate this place highly enough! If you go there in lunch time the queue speaks for itself … and there’s a reason everyone is waiting … because the food is awesome. The salads are “build your own” and you can choose from their freshly cooked meats available that day. I’ve been there a few times and every time it’s been delicious. Thank you Bombers!

If you live in town in a apartment and you are absolutely hungry this place will fill your appetite with ease. They various options but they know for spicy jerk chicken ,Thai chill chicken and a few others.but the good thing is it's all healthy whether its in a giant bun with salad or in a jacket potatoe . Trust me you need to check this place out only come here if you haven't eaten for the last 48 hours 😂😂😂😂

For as long as I've worked in Cardiff city centre, Bombers has been a staple of my diet. Originally I started visiting here for sandwiches, but soon became a convert to their salads. For less than £6 you can get two different kinds of meat (which are consistently delicious), along with piles of salad choices. Not only is this affordable, but my god its filling. On top of the amazing food, the service is always friendly yet quick, the perfect combo for all us lunch break worker bees. Next time you're in town, go check out what the fuss is about. You won't regret it!

If you're a pie lover, then the Victoria Park Pie Company is an absolute must-visit in Cardiff. This beloved establishment has been delighting locals and visitors alike with its scrumptious offerings for years. Known for their generous portions and rich flavors, their pies are filled to the brim with hearty ingredients that make every bite a comforting experience. Many fans of Victoria Park Pie Company have fond memories of enjoying these delicious treats since childhood, often making them a Saturday ritual or special occasion indulgence.
Best pies in Cardiff and I’m quite a snob since having one, I know people say Clark’s are the same but I don’t think they are, Victoria park pies will always be our favourite. Just wish I knew when they were open but to be fair I pass at weird times, luckily they are stocked many places so we can always get our fix.
Evie B — Google review
Their steak pie makes pukka's steak pie look like a minced meat pie. I have never had chunks of beef so big they took multiple large bites to finish, in a pie before. When I tell you their steak pie isn't a strip steak pie, its not a nibble steak pie, it is Steak Pie. A proper, huge chunk and gravy filled pie. I have genuinely never had such a well filled tasty pie in my life, including the ones I make myself. 10/10

The cafe also serves sustainably sourced coffee with unique flavors and fresh local food.
After a long walk this morning, we stopped at this café and were absolutely blown away! The food was incredibly fresh, and the ingredients were top-notch—honestly, the best eggs I’ve ever had. The coffee was delicious, and the hot chocolate was equally divine. They also had great vegan options, which was a huge plus. Overall, a perfect spot for a quality bite and a great drink!

I was having a bit of a cry before I got the salted caramel hot chocolate and I genuinely think it was so good that it calmed me down. Possibly the best hot chocolate I’ve ever had. Helps that the vibes inside the shop were very calm, and the member of staff was lovely too (I don’t know his name but he had ginger hair and glasses) and even warned me when the machine was going to be loud. 10/10.

An alright place to have breakfast and the avocado on sourdough was delicious and plentiful. Though they could take it down a notch with all the bird seed on top (nuts, flaxseed, sunflower seeds) because i found myself coughing from breathing in it in. On my first initial bite, but anyways all was fine and it’s still a great day.
Sam — Google review
This place used to be much better and our usual spot for breakfast . But unfortunately it seems like the quality has gone downhill and you see fewer and fewer people in the cafe. The breakfast quality is so poor now and the portion size has halved on every ingredient even bread!! I don’t think we’ll visit again unless forced to. Very sad for the this business
Adib M — Google review
This cafe is at a nice location, within short walk from the national sport center. Very convenient. It offers a simple and non extensive menu. We went for the meat breakfast, pancakes and a veggie breakfast. For which, I asked if I could replace the cheese as it makes one very bloated! But been told by the waitress that CHEESE isn't an allergy, and they won't swap anything out. I don't recommend on their customer service, but their food was nice, especially the pancakes! The chef who served the food was very friendly. Unlikely to return unfortunately.

Came here on Saturday few weeks ago. I was served by a very lovely girl (I think her name was Sophie) she recommended the hot chocolate. I definitely come back.
Anne-Sophie K — Google review
Amazing food! So good that we came 2 days in a row. I only wish we tries it on the first day we could but alas, we stumbled upon it on the second last and last day of being in Cardiff. The lovely batista person behind the till had asked if we wanted a loyalty card and we explained we were on holiday. When we went back the next day he asked us if we were certain and we said we were sadly driving off after our breakfast. I noticed after paying for some sandwiches etc. for the road, that they had peanut butter, dark chocolate and sea salt cookies and asked my husband to get me one and the batista person gave me it on the house for returning, and wished us a safe journey. This genuinely made my whole day! Please go here, its soo good. I recommend the rose and jasmine tea, and honestly anything with poached eggs because the food was outstanding.
Erin M — Google review
This is my closest local coffee place and I really love coming here! However several times now I've received a coffee with oat milk that has curdled, meaning it's either at or past its date, or has not been shaken properly which results in chunks. Please check this more carefully in the future.

If you're a burger enthusiast, then "Got Beef" is a must-visit destination just two miles from the city center in Cathays. This trendy burger spot has quickly become a favorite among locals, offering delicious skin-on chips and delightful brioche buns that perfectly complement their unique Welsh Black steak-style burgers. Unlike the more common loose-packed patties found elsewhere in the UK, these dense creations are truly something special.
Very tasty burgers, excellent fries, fast and friendly service. An interesting selection of burger options available. This was our third visit to Got Beef, the food and service has been consistently good every time.
Dave T — Google review
What a fabulous place. Really warm welcome, great vibe. The food was lush, great burgers and sides. The fries were particularly amazing! Such friendly staff. And they serve brilliant Welsh wine; what's not to love?
Andrew N — Google review
Food is GREAT quality, however the flavours promised on the menu (for example pb&j) don't come through unfortunately. Chips and wings delicious, beef top notch but just that touch of room for improvement flavour wise. Service was great, not sure about the cheeky £3.94 service charge though 🤭 I would recommend the place to others 👍🏼

Popped in during the week, really quiet so good timing as they had just open. I went here many years ago, and it's still lovely we say in the garden. Friendly staff member. Place was really clean and food just delicious. Will keep this venue in mind for future burger fixes I need

You got a beef with me? If yes let’s sort it out here! Haha Got Beef is a wonderful burger restaurant. Great burgers really. Too many options on the menu to choose from and I decided to go for the steak one which was tender and juicy! My friend had a veggie burger which was yum! The halloumi fries were spot on. I only wished they served milkshakes too which would have been an icing on the cake!

Ordered: - hangover burger - skin on fries - got the ‘Welsh black burger’ free through Uber Eats Hangover burger: the bacon was really nice and crispy and the order was hot and a good portion size. Bun could be toasted or toasted more to stop it going soggy, although understand can be hard to do take out burgers and keep them fully hot/not soggy. Would be nice to have the option of more fillings. i.e pickles, tomatoe, ketchup, mustard ect. Well seasoned however, the quality of the patty itself tasted pretty low (biggest complaint). Skin on fries - very well seasoned, very crispy and arrived hot. Slightly bigger portion size for the price I think would be appropriate. Welsh black burger - again similar. Well seasoned, arrived hot and was a good portion size. However, more options for fillings (on Uber eats at least), soggy bun and poor patty quality. Overall enjoyable meal and was a very good deal but definitely room to improve Thank you.

Have visited many times and plan to keep visiting many more. Food is always top quality and amazing. New items and specials popping up keeping it all fresh with a warm, friendly service which completes the experience. Unable recommend highly enough to anyone that loves amazing burgers.

Amazing food!! My photos don't do it justice. Have taken meat lovers and vegans here and no one has ever been disappointed. Not the cheapest eat but not unreasonable, well worth a visit. I normally get the specials curry which has never let me down. Service always great here too, and amazing selection of drinks to go with the food

We was in the area and heard that this place was good..... And we wasn't disappointed. Book ahead if your thinking of going. The place has a good feel about it and the people are very friendly. There's plenty to choose from the starters to the desert and if you like the décor you can indulge in buying the plants that are dotted all around.

Amazing place. Lovely decor with all the plants, many of which you can purchase. Great creative tasty food with very good menu. Enjoyed lots of different beers and cocktails which were all vegan. Service was very good with very friendly waiters. Also super chilled yurt out the back with heaters, which was much quieter than the main restaurant. Would not hesitate to come back next time I'm in Cardiff.

Theifs !!! After a long day of exploring cardiff. I went into this store to get some drinks and snacks to take back to the hotel. The lady at the till made me tap my card twice! When I questioned her she said the first payement didnt go through. Cool I believed her. Before leaving the shop I checked my online banking to make sure! And two separate payments went out. I questioned her again and showed her my online banking. She immediately got defensive and said no no I dont know, i don't know. Going back and forth few times not getting anywhere. The owner walks in and I explain to him what had happened and again show him my online banking. He also looks and his system and says my system shows nothing. He then goes on to say he will look at his accounts the next day and give me a call if it's been revcieved. I leave my number and walk out the shop without any fuss. 5days on and I still haven't recieved a phone call. I called the bank who have confirmed 2 payments have gone through to the same shop. Including the one they stated was not on the system. Now this means only one thing. These people steal and are terrible busines owners. Horrible customer service they ruined my whole trip!

Nestled in the vibrant neighborhood of Pontcanna, Milk & Sugar Cafe & Garden is a delightful eco-friendly spot that champions a zero-food waste policy. This charming cafe offers an array of mouthwatering brunch options, including unique dishes like Turkish eggs served with dill Greek yogurt and pomegranate on sourdough. The menu caters to various dietary needs, featuring gluten-free choices and refreshing cold-pressed juices.
Super busy when we went, but the staff were *EXCEPTIONAL* regardless of how stressful it must have been. As a table for 6 we were kindly warned about the wait time but were given our drinks speedily and our food came out within the time frame they gave us. It was also a dream as a coeliac! I adored the chicken club sandwich (a beast of a sandwich. good luck trying to take a bite without having to dismantle all the layers.) I highly recommend this gem. 5/5 and thank you to the girls and their amazing service. :)

Nice little brunch diner in the heart of Pontcanna. Stopped for lunch, very busy but able to seat most customers. Tables inside and outside with a rear garden too. Quite cosy inside but pleasant and relaxed. Staff are friendly and helpful, it was a busy lunchtime so meals were a little slow arriving but I wasn't bothered by it. Dishes looked good and tasted great. Toasted steak sandwich, beans on toast and mushroom soup were all excellent. £30 for three was good value and our lunch was enjoyable. Would definitely recommend Milk &Sugar.

Very friendly team, excellent food - interesting menu! - wasn’t so much a fan of the coffee, as the Americano was too watered down in flavour. Others might disagree! I prefer stronger tasting black coffees.

Lovely cafe that serves excellent food and arguably the best coffee in Cardiff. Inside is nice to sit and eat, but the garden area is also lovely in the summer. Dog friendly also. Menu is excellent with a wide range of choices - highly recommend the chorizo eggs on Sourdough. And always nice to get a good biscuit with your coffee. Excellent cafe.

A very enjoyable place to brunch in Pontcanna with delicious food and drink. Coffee was great quality and the food was very tasty. As expected in the area, a little pricy for the brunch but definitely worth the quality for what you receive. Only improvement would be that I had asked the server for some sauces to accompany the food and this was forgotten about which was a shame. But only a small note. The door is also often kept open which when cold is not ideal when sitting in the front room- most people sat with coats on. Otherwise, will return and recommend to others
Luke E — Google review
Had one of the best coffee and Eggs Royale yesterday. The staff were exactly what you want on a slow morning, attentive without hovering, warm without being faux-friendly. The coffee was smooth , strong, clean and beautifully presented. The food was genuinely impressive. The eggs were perfectly poached with yolks so golden they looked painted. The hollandaise was light but full of flavour; no heaviness, just brightness and depth. The salmon was fresh, generous, and beautifully paired with everything on the plate. It tasted like someone in that kitchen really knows what they’re doing. Thank you Milk and Sugar :) Will I be back? Already planning it.

The Orchard in Radyr is an award-winning spot that offers a unique take on afternoon tea. Their menu includes savory options like bruschetta, mini pizzas, and Welsh rarebit alongside the traditional finger sandwiches and scones. Guests can also indulge in a variety of cakes and tarts while sipping on loose-leaf teas or organic fair trade coffee. The food is all freshly made on site, adding to the experience.
Superb homemade pies, steak and kidney chicken and mushroom etc, great hot counter for breakfast rolls, even hot steak rolls for a great price, great cakes and at the heart an old fashioned family butchers with the best meat. We are regulars. Deserves many rewards.

Staff are really rude and unprofessional. What i ordered did not arrive and so i called them to let them know what i ordered has not arrived but instead something with extra things that wasn't in the description for the item it's self....Not only did it come looking awful, infact the pie inside was freezing cold with hot gravy ontop. The staff i spoke to (three different people) because i kept getting passed on, tried to say i was calling because 'i didn't like the veg' when infact it was because they can't put together what the order states is on there. Pie was freezing in centre Stuffing is raw Veg is a cheap mix from Asda
Casey-ann H — Google review
For a butchers i would have expected much better quality ingredients. The breakfast was cheap catering sausages, bacon that was mostly fat and not even crispy, mushrooms poorly cooked and shrivelled (were they microwaved?!), cheapest beans you could find. Do not recommend. Won't be going again. Poor coffee as well.
Michael F — Google review
The best butchers the best quality meat the best around for many years now. As for their hot food which is all prepared and cooked fresh at the butchers is quite unbelievable considering the small area in which Brett and the team have to do it all in and it’s fantastic food. Try their buffets I’ve used them a few times and can honestly say I’ve not been to a party with a better spread put on.

Awesome local butchers, always has a fantastic selection of fresh meat. They also have a lovely fresh hot/cold food section where you can get a variety of hot meat/breakfast rolls and also hot meals to take away. They also have some very nice home made cakes and puddings that are definitely worth a sample. Keep up the great work

Just want to thank Brett and team once again for yet again the best buffet food, had a celebration at my house every loved it honestly they were so impressed.
