Bed & breakfast
Dilman - Luxury Stay is a chic and modern hotel located in the bustling center of Bari. The elegant rooms feature stylish white-on-white decor, some with private terraces and spacious baths for a luxurious experience. Ideal for couples or business travelers, the hotel offers amenities like free Wi-Fi, breakfast options, and dry cleaning services.
The staff is absolutely the kindest most welcoming hotel staff I’ve ever experienced. They are incredible and you can tell they truly are passionate about sharing what they love about Bari. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The rooms and showers are big by Italian standards. Everything is modern and new-and they will be happy to explain how everything works if you need help. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk to the sea or Old Town Bari and there a a ton of shops and restaurants nearby. It’s very close to the train station as well.
Andrea C — Google review
service was exceptional in every way. My room was well appointed and had a covered balcony, so nice for wine time. The location was convenient. We liked everything about our stay at the Dilman. also affordable.
Sue K — Google review
If you are staying in Bari, and money isn’t an issue, this is unequivocally the place to stay. Incredible location just a few blocks from Old Town without actually being in it. Very friendly/helpful service from recommending things to do to holding luggage etc. Rooms are very nice, spotlessly clean, and have nice features (e.g., ours had a full balcony with a table & chairs, hot tub in the room). Hotel restaurant is a really cool vibe with good food/drinks mostly populated with Bari locals stopping by for a coffee/drink break. Two small negatives would be 1) The walls are a bit thin/rooms are close together so you can hear much of what is said next door but is kind of expected in a cramped city like Bari 2) Would be nice if the showers had a nook/shelf to put soap on
Michael S — Google review
We had great welcoming by the staff. Everything was explained and shown. The location is perfect for exploring. The rooms were cleaned daily. Definitely recommend and plan to visit again!
Rosi K — Google review
We loved this hotel - affordable, great location, very comfortable rooms, wonderful breakfast but for us, the service was the over the top factor. The staff at Dilman were so welcoming & helpful. I've travelled a lot around the world & experienced a lot of hotels & the Dilman experience was easily at the top of the list.
Liz K — Google review
I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel recently, and I can confidently say it was the best hotel experience I've ever had. The rooms were immaculate, modern, and provided every comfort you could ask for. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional staff. Specifically, Rafaela and Norberto went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They were the most welcoming and kind people I've ever encountered in a hotel. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home.
Anna R — Google review
Lovely hotel, centrally located in Bari. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast with great coffee at their cafe next door.

Seafood restaurant
Al Pescatore is a renowned restaurant located next to the Svevo Castle and a short distance from the cathedral in Bari. It has been a local institution for decades, attracting both regular customers and tourists with its delightful location and fresh seafood cuisine. The menu features local fish, seafood, and pasta dishes made with high-quality ingredients such as scampi, tuna with oil and lemon, linguine with sea urchin, squid fritto misto, and ricotta tart.
What can I say... apart from thanks so much to Gianni for being the most welcoming and kind manager of a restaurant I have ever experienced. Then Marta... you are super kind, super lovely and you really made my time in the restaurant unforgettable, and then to all you fabulous guys in the kitchen... thank you for the most delicious food, fresh, tasty and utterly spectacular ❤️❤️❤️ I cannot wait to come back... Alla prossima 🤩

I have had the pleasure of eating at the Pescatore roughly once every two to three years for about 15 years. First as a couple, and now as a family. I have never been disappointed: the quality of the food and service is among the best you will find. It's a classic where the locals eat and guests are greeted by name and shown to their regular table. This year, Gianni was kind enough to serve us. He's a great guy: very attentive, funny, and full of good suggestions. Thank you. See you next time.

If you’re in Bari and want to experience seafood at its absolute finest, this restaurant is an unmissable gem. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between elegant and welcoming, but the real star here is the food. Specializing in raw seafood, every dish feels irresistibly delicious bursting with authentic flavors.
Ivan E — Google review
Our local guide strongly recommended this place for dinner. Reservations likely required as this place seems very popular. The restaurant has two lovely outdoor seating areas. We opted for inside due to the summer heat. The inside dining room is minimal with little decorations. It was very nice, clean, and the ambient music was volume was pleasant. Menu is seafood heavy, but there are plenty of choices. Even our very picky daughter found plenty to eat. We started with some oysters, which were very large and very tasty. We then had a risotto with various crustaceans which was delicious. Service was excellent and very friendly with recommendations and answering questions about the menu. This restaurant was certainly a highlight of our visit and we would strongly recommend.
Ryan N — Google review
We ended up at this restaurant on a Sunday because it was the only place with available tables. In Bari’s Old Town, the better restaurants require a reservation, so plan ahead if you want a good experience. The food was average and forgettable, but the real issue was the service. It was incredibly slow and disorganised, with staff repeatedly telling us “just one minute” while we waited far too long for everything. For the high prices they charge, you would expect much better service and staffing. If you are not Italian, the staff seemed noticeably less attentive and welcoming to non-locals, which only added to the poor experience. We have had much better meals with far better service at more affordable places in Bari. Save your money and eat elsewhere.
Jelenn S — Google review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional dining experience at Al Pescatore! The food was outstanding — the oysters were incredibly fresh and delicious, and every dish we tried was beautifully prepared. The atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant, with just the right noise level for conversation. What truly made the experience special was the service. Our waiter, Edoardo, was exceptionally professional, patient, and attentive. He went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests and gave us excellent recommendations for both food and wine. We especially loved the Primitivo Rosé he suggested — it paired perfectly with our seafood carpaccio. Edoardo’s care and attention really elevated our evening. We strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Bari — especially if you’re looking for fresh seafood, a warm welcome, and a memorable experience.

An amazing place to dine. If you love fish and seafood this is the place to be for raw and cooked fish you would like. Amazing dishes. Amazing!

Our experience was not bad at all. The food was fresh, it came nice and tasty. The attendants were nice. I would recommend this place. Given the chance, I would come back.

Palazzo Calò is a charming guesthouse located in the heart of Old Town Bari, offering 12 vintage-style apartments with stone walls and wood beams. The apartments are equipped with modern amenities such as statement pendant lights, stone sinks, and minimalist furniture. Guests can enjoy breakfast delivered to their suites each morning and take advantage of the fully equipped kitchens. The property also features a stunning rooftop terrace with panoramic views across Bari.
We have stayed in many places in Italy and have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Palazzo Calo the most. The staff were professional and friendly and very helpful. We stayed for a week in November, so outside the tourist season. I can only imagine how challenging it would be to install modern facilities into these ancient buildings. I think some tourists don't understand how challenging this must be and what limits it can impose on the facilities provided. In my opinion they have done a fine job. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our room had a loft bed, but if you have trouble with stairs, be sure to request a room without a loft bed when booking. Breakfast provided consists of cakes, croissants, meat and cheeses and some vegetables. Scrambled eggs too. The dining room is clean and comfortable and very well managed. Bari is our favourite city in Italy. We found Bari unique in that tourist hotels like Palazzo Carlo are nestled amongst homes of the Bari people so it is perfectly located to access the old and new city on foot. Memories we treasure were simply walking the tiny alley ways of the city mixing with the beautiful Italian people who live in the streets of this exceptional city.

What a great hotel. The rooms were lovely and it was close to everything including a 10 minute straight walk to the train station. Highly recommend this hotel if staying in Bari. The restaurant food was outstanding. The owner was so personable, she recommended a fabulous Primitivo to pair with our meal.

Loved the place and truly adds higher quality dimension to the stay at Bari, especially that it’s located right at the clam and charming historic city. Special thanks go to Francesca for going extra and beyond, to make every details and step as smooth and practical as possible. Will repeat the stay in this great place whenever repeating the visit to Bari.

My best experience in Italy. Gorgeous rooms and architecture. Great value, beautiful hotel, good breakfast, prompt service. Highly recommend.
Micael M — Google review
Nice Bari location but I may not have stayed there if I’d known that the bed is in a loft. The walls are a bit thin.
Cass S — Google review
The rooms are now a little tired and need a revamp. They are cheaply furnished, with poor quality fixtures. The beds are particularly poor, with no mattress protectors, just a sheet on a mattress, which is unacceptable these days with the prevalence of bed bugs. The building is lovely with a nice roof terrace but all let down by the tired furnishings. Our room was on the second floor, which gets a lot of chair scraping noises from the roof bar above, I suggest the 1st floor may be better. The location for the old town is excellent. The reception service is ok, but the 2 requests we made were responded with a no! At €300 for 2 people for a night it’s over priced, it’s maybe worth half that amount.
Martin B — Google review
Lovely hotel right in the middle of old town with lots of food options all very walkable. Friendly staff and different room types. I’d stay again and recommend!
Cindy G — Google review
If you're staying in the old part it's a great location. Parking is the only struggle. We found a lot on the main street 5 minute walk.

The Nicolaus Hotel Bari is an upscale hotel located in the Municipio 2 area, offering a polished stay with elegant dining options, a bar, and a wellness area. Guests can enjoy complimentary breakfast and even borrow bikes for exploring the surroundings. The hotel features a full-service spa where visitors can indulge in massages, body treatments, and facials. Additionally, there are recreational amenities such as an indoor pool, spa tub, and sauna for relaxation.
One of the best hotels on my visit to Italy this time. Room large, excellent bathroom, very comfortable bed, lots of facilities to charge your phones/devices, well lit room, very good room service, coffee/tea making facilities with a few bottles/packets of complimentary water (you would be surprised some hotels provide none). Breakfast in the hotel was excellent Hotel reception quite professional and spoke good English. Only complaint was the variable rate for a taxi to the hotel and from hotel to our next venue.
Viveca — Google review
Excellent value for money. The breakfast buffet was generous, with a wide variety of options. The room was spacious, as was the spa, which had drinks and amenities available. Reception staff were very warm and welcoming! The only downsides: the restaurant and bar server lacked training and professionalism, although he was very kind (which is appreciated). The location isn’t ideal, with few restaurants nearby. The parking is convenient and pleasant, but can be a bit tight for larger vehicles. Still, it’s a great hotel overall — I definitely recommend it.
Arnaud G — Google review
We stayed just one night. Location-wise, it wasn’t great since it’s quite far from the old city — a taxi ride cost around €25–30, which was a bummer. If your main plan is to visit the old city, this may not be the best choice. The hotel itself is modern, beautiful, and very clean. It has parking and elevators, which is convenient. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to use the spa or explore the whole property. Breakfast was excellent with a large spread. Our room was okay, but the bathroom was extremely small — honestly, I don’t know how an overweight person would comfortably use the toilet. That was very disappointing. One last question for management: do you assign these rooms to guests who book through discount sites like Expedia or booking ? Also I have one star for location cause for me it was too far from old city
DK — Google review
We had a good time at the hotel. The only problem was the lack of air conditioning and that the rooms didn’t have enough lighting. It seems that in Italy they don’t offer air conditioning at certain time of the year. Thank God, one of the workers at our floor got us a fan. Also Mariangeles, who was cleaning the garage, was wonderful giving us great advice for the hotel and the area.
Silvia D — Google review
Very clean and comfortable rooms. The entire family enjoyed the stay. Loved the spa area and the staff was amazing. Great parking and nice nearby restaurants. A bit far from the center but the hotel provided a very efficient shuttle service, on time and super friendly. We met Mariangela, who was extremely helpful and sweet, giving us recommendations and excellent service. Thank you!
María R — Google review
We stayed only one night enough not to recommend to anyone. Air conditioning was not working and apparently it has been for a while since other comments mentioned the same problem months ago. The receptionist told us to open the window if we wanted to have a ventilation in the room (??) and it’s 35 degrees outside. We have booked the hotel for the convenience of the transfer to the airport, however they do not offer any transfer on requested times. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, It is not worth the risk.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Annalisa – The Curator of Renewal Each deep tissue massage with Annalisa was like entering a carefully orchestrated symphony of release and restoration. Her hands moved with such intelligence and care that every knot dissolved, every layer of tension unwound. After each session I felt taller, freer, more fluid in my movements—my body no longer burdened but flowing in its natural rhythm. What sets Annalisa apart is not only her mastery of technique but her presence: she listens not just with her ears, but with her intuition, as if she understands the very language of the body. ___________________________________________ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Vynka – The Spirit of Hospitality On my first night in Bari, it was Vynca who welcomed me into Vis Urban Suites & Spa. From that very moment, I felt at home. She carries a natural warmth that transforms hospitality into friendship—every word genuine, every gesture thoughtful. Whether behind the bar or at the reception, she radiates a charisma that makes you feel less like a guest and more like family. What began as a simple welcome soon blossomed into a strong friendship, and that is the mark of true hospitality: when service transcends role, and connection lingers long after the moment has passed.

One of the most disappointing hotel experiences in decades. We were given a room, literally off the lobby. It was extremely noisy, and the management could not make any accommodation. Was a very expensive room for a very poor experience. We have traveled the world for four decades and never had such an experience After the initial post, the hotel was able to accommodate us in a very generous and satisfactory manner. We were moved to a different location and upgraded to a suite. The room is spectacular, and the service has been most generous we have had an outstanding breakfast in the hotel. I cannot recommend a room off the lobby, but all the other rooms in the hotel appear to be outstanding and I would just try to avoid that location if possible.

Wonderful homemade breakfast by Carmen! Family feel boutique hotel… clean, and beautifully decorated, walk to much! One evening we were having a problem getting a taxi… the owner Francesco came over to the hotel just to take us to our destination. Service and hospitality is beyond belief.
Vera P — Google review
We had a really nice experience here. Our flight was cancelled and we booked this last minute and had a great room with a private pool. Clean and comfortable and the staff was very kind.
Danielle S — Google review
I was given a ground floor room off the lobby. The hotel seems empty so not sure why I was given such a poor space. It’s dark and noisy from the front desk. I asked if the spa or steam were available to use and was told it’s private and appointments only. The worst was a cold cappuccino in the morning at the limited breakfast with no fruit. Plus parking is very inconvenient and 30 euro per day. I would not stay here again.

We rent basically 3 apartment. The basement ones were a little bit humid but well furnished and nice decorated. Position was very good. Front of the sea and near to the centre 20 minutes walking. The owner came also to made the room and fill the water. One thing I would add is a small water boiler. Raccomended also for the price

The room is okay for short stay like 2-3nights. They clean it everyday. The bathroom is quite small compared to the room. With our price breakfast was included which was not that fancy or heavy. Very light breakfast actually. That was only downside according to me.

+ Great location in Bari old town. Close to everything. + Apartment is very clean and modern + The hosts bought us breakfast every day which was really nice, and the pastries were amazing! If you hear a knock on your door in the morning be sure to answer as it's the breakfast being delivered! + They also provide a lot of snacks in the room for you to enjoy free of charge. I've never seen such a generous assortment of biscuits, cakes etc. Such a nice touch! + Little balcony to enjoy breakfast and relax + The hosts let us store bags overnight as we had a short trip and then returned to Bari + Instructions to find the apartment were very clear + We wanted to extend our stay but they had no availability. Would stay here again without hesitation - No negatives at all. Had an amazing stay! - A small note: Room is on first floor. No lift to the room and the stairs are narrow. Something to keep in mind if you have heavy luggage and not too mobile but for us it was fine.

The apartment is perfect. A winning location in the old city, and close to the modern city as well. The apartment is very clean. Every day the apartment is cleaned again and towels are changed. In the room they prepared A basket with delicious things, in the fridge - milk and bottles of water, and they even surprised us and left us local cakes one day. Best stay in Bari!!! Thanks!

At that hour we found ouț that we dont have any reservation and that our rooms are already booked . The owner found us another apartament big enough for all of us. And the money that we already payed she transfered to the owner of the new apartament. The new apartament was very ugly and dirty but we didnt have any other choise at that hour.

Terranima - Ristorante di cucina tipica pugliese offers a cozy and easygoing atmosphere where traditional Apulian pasta and meat dishes are served. The restaurant prides itself on using locally sourced ingredients, including meats from 'free' farms, vegetables from nearby fields, and cheeses made with 'bruna' milk.
A restaurant with authentic interior and good not banal food. We took peperoni and lamb. Both were delicious, tender. Tried a gelato as well - very particular. The waiters were super nice, kind, were joking and creating a welcoming atmosphere. I would love to come back again and try other food.

Terranima deserves 5 stars! The décor feels just like stepping into Nonna’s house—warm, inviting, and full of charm. The food is fresh, local, and absolutely delicious. A wonderful authentic Italian experience! We loved it so much we had to come back during our short stay!

It’s an amazing restaurant offerng delicious and fresh Apulian kitchen :) I loved it and went there for my birthday when I was visiting Bari. They offer fresh pasta, sea food, Italian cheese and main dishes, all unique to Apulian kitchen made w local products. I had a glass of white wine w my meal and it was perfect. The wines are local as well. The staff does not English that much but they help a lot in offerng nice selections from the menu. It’s a locally decorated restaurant w Apulian kitchen touches. You historically feel the vibes! In means of pricing, as they are serving quality food, the prices are exactly in line w their service and quality. Highly recommended!

We had dinner tonight in Terranima. It was amazing. Each dish was beautiful. From the appetiser to the dolce. Fantastic authentic Italian experience. Our two servers were supper attentive. 100% recommend to anyone looking for beautiful food. Will be back again!
Caroline D — Google review
We had dinner here and we only ordered the orecchiette (the ones with ragù sauce and the calamari). The food was good but nothing mind blowing, the meat in the ragù sauce was very tender and the calamari was well-cooked. The pasta sauce itself in the calamari dish was a bit too salty though. Other than this, we had a bottle of the white wine, which was very good. For dessert we had the tiramisu (off menu, ask for it), which was absolutely amazing, would really recommend ordering it and the gelato, which was quite good as well. Still, I would choose the tiramisu over the gelato. Overall, the atmosphere was nice, the service felt very luxurious and the restaurant itself was quite picturesque and cozy.
Antonio P — Google review
Staff was very friendly and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere. The food was very good and the red wine that is served per glass instead of per bottle was really good, probably my favourite wine that I had in my entire holiday.
Nick G — Google review
A special atmosphere, calm with attention to detail. I really enjoyed the ambiance and the food was carefully prepared.
Mark B — Google review
The pasta was good and the service too, but I think for such a portion the price is a bit overpriced, 18 euros for a plate and plus 6 euros for service for two. We ordered only pasta as we wanted to try the traditional orecchiette.

Ristorante Pizzeria Al Raffaello also GlutenFree offers a bright and contemporary space serving traditional Italian dishes alongside vegan and gluten-free options. Customers praise the exceptional quality of their gluten-free pizzas, with some even mistaking them for regular pizzas due to their delicious taste. The restaurant's careful handling of coeliac requirements includes using specific markers to differentiate gluten-free meals and offering a variety of gluten-free desserts.
A fantastic cosy restaurant just a little bit outside the old city of Bari. The staff were very friendly and efficient, the decor and atmosphere was very cosy and the prices reasonable. The food was outstanding... we had the pasta with wild boar and the pork shank with potatoes and they were amazing. Highly recommended 👌

I had the chance to speak with the owner, who kindly called over the head chef to explain how they make their pizza. I was truly impressed by the skill and care put into each pizza. The crust was perfectly risen and light, and the overall taste was fantastic. The restaurant itself has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with friendly and attentive staff. I highly recommend this place to everyone looking for authentic, high-quality pizza. It definitely deserves the highest rating!

What an incredible experience we had at Al Raffaello!! We came back three times during our short trip to Bari and every time tried something new that blew us away. I hugely recommend the spaghetti all’assassina, the spaghetti allo scoglio, the panzerotti (on Wednesday they have a whole night dedicated to this pugliese staple!!) and anything else the owners Daniela and Marziale recommend. They were so kind, and so was our waitress Maria. I would return just to chat with them 😊 Grazie un sacco e a prestissimo!!

A very cosy restaurant a little bit outside the city center of Bari. The food was delicious! We had the Orecchiette with ragù, Bari-style, Spaghetti all'Assassina, the Valtellinese and the Sporcamuss shared for two - all so great! The staff were very friendly and efficient, the atmosphere was very enjoyable and the prices incredible reasonable. Grazie mille 😌

We had an amazing night! We’ve been travelling Italy as a Coeliac and found this place to be a perfect finale to our travels. Hands down the best pizza dough and focaccia so far in Italy so, Grazie! Diana is a popular spot that offers great food, a welcoming atmosphere, and reasonable prices. Despite the long lines, the service is efficient and friendly. It's recommended for those looking to avoid touristy areas. The octopus bun and piadine are particularly delicious, while the pizzas also look appealing. The menu includes a variety of options such as focaccia, specialty fries, pizza, and sandwiches.
The food is amazing (we ate different kind of focaccia, some specialty fries, pizza and sandwiches)! The staff is really kind and warm, we are several times at Diana!🫶🏼

We were there in August and getting super anyway in the center of Bari seemed impossible, so we ended up getting two panzerotti and an arancino to go. Very attentive service despite the crowds. The food was okay.

The panzerotti had great flavour and various different types. They did have a lot of water in them though from the cheese and sauce.

Hotel Majesty Bari is a modern property located just 10 minutes from the center of Bari. The rooms, while a bit dated, are clean and well-maintained with amenities like LCD TVs and minibars. The hotel offers a restaurant, indoor pool, spa facilities, and free Wi-Fi. It is surrounded by green areas outside the city center and features fitness facilities.
Very nice hotel, the rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful. The hotel has a big parking area and the bus station is at the entrance, so it is easy to go to the city center.

The reception was cold, checking in at a 4 star hotel I expect someone at the door to greet us or take the bags, none of this. The people at the reception have their heads down most of the time and there is no warmth or friendliness at all. We booked the Sauna and Steam Room for 5pm, and when we called to check, it wasn't on and ready until 5:45. This is unacceptable, if you make a mistake like this you make up for it and apologize and/or don't charge for it when paying 15 Euro per person. We were told the bar was open at 4:30pm but it didn't open until 4:45 and then to get another drink the barman was gone and after waiting 10 minutes for him to return, we gave up. The food was awesome, really enjoyed it, great cooks, but the service from the huge Frankenstein waiter was again cold. He didn't speak English, no problem, but don't give us attitude because you can't speak the most commonly spoken language. There was another waiter, much smaller, and he was perfect, knew how to serve people and did everything correctly/ The people serving the coffee were perfect too. There is a huge pool here, haven't used it yet, the gym looks great, but we're checking out.

Nice hotel at a nice price from my point of view, and out of the season. The room was quiet despite being on the roadside. The hotel is just aside the S.S road, practical to find, easy to move from. I didn't try the restaurant, was closed, but the breakfast was awesome, various, tasty, some typical dishes... Seen some conference rooms. Didn't find a walk way to the shore.
Raphael B — Google review
The Majesty Hotel truly fell from grace. The what i assumed to be a once great hotel for the suit wearing elites is now not even a comfortable stay for the average tourist. It begins with the parking. While the parking is spacious, it is constantly full due to the neighboring pool and congress hall taking up all the parking spots. Meaning that the tired guest would be left to park his car on the busy road outside the hotel grounds. Then we went to the reception to check in. The staff could all speak english. But the equipment and bureau were outdated and obsolete. The use of paper and windows vista made the check-in lengthy and prolonged. After checking in, we checked the room. It was mediocre at best. there was no water cooker or any equipment. It was just a bare room straight out of the 80s. The halls are dark and noisy. The shower was calcified, humid, and smelly. But the worst thing was the blanket, or lack thereof. They expected the weary traveler to make do with a blanket cover. In my stay, this was a combination for a restless and cold night. When the morning finally came, it was time for a good breakfast. But this was truly the bottom point of our stay at the Majesty. We took place at the breakfast at 8 o'clock and found out that the whole buffet had been plundered by suit wearing businessmen from the congress hall next door. Leaving nothing for the paying guests. Not only were there almost no free tables due to the business men leaving their mess around. But we had to make do with the edibles that no one else wanted. Sugary donuts and soft tomatoes. And instant coffee that even a tasteless Italian would pass up on. This situation didn't chance for a whole hour as the waiter took priority in cleaning the mess first before handling the hungry guests. One time was acceptable due to the situation. But the very next day was just the same. Even when we went at 7.30 to escape the masses. The gym was expansive but outdated. The cleaning supplies for the equipment were well past expiration and probably put the during covid. For my two week round trip in Italy, this has been the worst hotel by far. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes for a relaxed vacation. You will be placed 2nd best after the congressmen. For the money, they are asking for a room it makes you think twice. I would like to thank the friendly cleaning.

This hotel is nice however the swimming pool was not working ! Now in summer time ! The hotel location is totally not best choice for travellers, located in highway ! No any way to walk The hotel is far from beach, impossible to walk around ! Only with car ! If you don’t have car you will be lost! .. not recommended to individuals or families without car! The hotel as I said it’s nice inside but no swimming poll ! It was first time for us we did not know that during reservation in the website they said the hotel had swimming poll.. it was not best experience for us without car we thought the hotel near the beach while we are making the reservation via Agoda agency! Our reservation was for 7 days around 700 euros then we were there only 4 days and we left we could not continue without car and taxies are extremely expensive ..

We stayed in this hotel for only two nights as we were waiting for a ferry to Corfu. It’s a little out of the old centre of Barri but what a fantastic hotel if you are thinking of booking don’t hesitate. Everything is absolutely fantastic and spotless and may I say the pool area is absolutely spotless and there’s ran by a very humble and proud gentleman called Fulvio sibilla he honestly takes care of you. The whole area is spotless. They assist you with towels, drinks and local places to eat. We’ve been to a lot of outer city hotels and they are all like for like but the gentleman Fulvio who takes care of the pool area makes it that extra special I wouldn’t hesitate again to book this place.

A little obsolete as far as the building is concerned, this hotel offers clean and spacious rooms with a weird set up and decoration. The breakfast buffet is very good, the staff there is very efficient and nice, like most of the staff at the front desk btw. Downsides, other than the building, is the underground parking (be careful if you have a van or 4x4) and, first of all, the location of the hotel (far from Bari Vecchia, in a very depressing neighbourhood.

We spent just one night after landing in the very early morning at Bari Airport. We didn’t see much of the hotel itself, but… the breakfast was absolutely gorgeous. I’ve traveled quite extensively around the world, and I’ve rarely experienced such an abundant and excellent breakfast. It alone makes the hotel worth staying at.

The Oriente Hotel Bari is a stately 1928 hotel located in the central Murat district, housed in a palatial Art Nouveau building next to the famous Teatro Petruzzelli. The hotel offers subdued rooms and suites with free Wi-Fi and breakfast, as well as a rooftop bar with unobstructed views of the neighboring buildings and sea.
This was my first time in this hotel, chain and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised and a very happy guest rossella the front desk young lady was so helpful that she made me feel that I was an important guess which always makes a guess. Feel good. She helped me with reservations. How to get where I wanted to go like the grocery store, etc. I even had problems before we got here. She answered my text. This is a woman who really feel strongly about people orienting and making her hotel. Stand out by her service. The room was small, but worked well for two people. There was a small desk with a chair a mini bar safe the bed was comfortable the bathroom. The shower was fine. They had all the toiletries that you would need. The towels were good breakfast was very good if you want cappuccino, you can ask and the service staff will be happy to make it for you if you want to have eggs there’s a cost involved. they do have the usual rambled eggs already made plus all kinds of yogurt, fruits, croissants cheeses, The lobby is very nice to sit in. This was a very pleasant experience and location is what it’s all about for me and I must say I could get everywhere I want to go in this town the old town shopping street plenty of restaurants.

Fairly decent hotel. The rooms were decent, but the rooms were not soundproof. We were unable to sleep on most nights, especially on Friday night. Loud noises, cars, shouts , ambulances, sirens and car horns were constant until at least 3.00 am. I f you prefer to sleep at night, choose a different hotel.

I don’t know what hotel the other travelers visited but our experience was quite different. If you want a dated musty smelling hotel then this is the one for you. We had to change to a different room on the last night because the AC, which they control, was so hot it was unbearable to sleep not to mention the rock hard pillows. There is no one to greet you as you walk in, the woman behind the reception desk looked up at us, not even a buongiorno. There are so many better options in Bari, please avoid this hotel. The only positive I have is the dining room staff who are very hard working and we appreciated the hot cappuccinos at breakfast.
Aida Z — Google review
We stayed in this good hotel for a few days. The front desk staff- LUCIA & Rossalla are very helpful, professional and warm. They answered our questions with patience and were very knowledgable. They made our stay very nice. Location of this hotel is great- everything is within walking distance. Also, the room we had was clean, filled with toiletries and towels. Highly recommended hotel.
Rosanna C — Google review
Not sure how this hotel has 4 stars. The first hotel room we were given was incredibly small, 1st floor with interior facing windows onto a communal courtyard. We asked to switch and were given a 5th floor room with an exterior window which was a better size. Unfortunately the AC was broken so the room was out of operation with full construction site for many hours the following day. The post construction clean up was not good - paint chips and dust on the floor in the bathroom and bedroom. They also had not moved any of our stuff in the bathroom so that was covered too. Breakfast was poor, milk didn’t smell great and the cooked options didn’t look appetising. Pastries were fresh though. Finally the rooftop bar is not a thing - unattended even though we were told at check in that it’s open into the evening. Location was good and staff very friendly but that’s about it.

Stayed at JR Hotel Oriente Bari for 2 overnights and the location could not have been better. Centrally located to major attractions in Old Town Bari, restaurants/cafes/bars and the water. The hotel is decent and the staff is friendly. We did have an emergency light on in our room that shone all night and would not turn off and it was a very basic room. Would certainly recommend but don't expect anything extravagant.

Domus Nikolai offers a comfortable and convenient stay in a prime location, with easy access to the metro, railway, and bus stations. The friendly host provides helpful assistance and the spacious apartments are well-equipped with amenities such as breakfast provisions, including prosciutto, eggs, toast, ham, cheese, cookies, coffee, milk and fruits. The rooms are clean and tidy with thoughtful touches like complimentary sweets and a selection of wine available for purchase.
The staff working there (reception & cleaning) were more than kind and helpful with the check-in and check out. We were even allowed to leave our suitcases there for 6 hours after the checkout so we wouldn't have to drag them through the city. Gabrielle was the person in contact and he provided adequate information always with a smile. What was a pleasant surprise was the amount of food and snacks we were provided for free both in the room and at the breakfast common area. Another pleasant surprise (as a culture lover) was to see that they have kept and incorporated into the room the old balcony doors. New doors have still been installed providing noise cancelling, privacy and safety, but to see that they still kept the original ones to maintain the vintage atmosphere was highly appreciated.

Sarà was tremendous, she communicated very efficiently and was super kind. The rooms are clean and the location is right next to the train station. Will be staying here again
Alexander H — Google review
I rarely write negative reviews but this apartment is extremely loud and unpleasant. We stayed in Domus Nikolai for one night. The hotel is clean, staff is friendly - but we didn't have a good sleep there. There are a few rooms at one floor, with very little space between. What’s more, there is something that is supposed to be kitchen located in that corridor. It’s quite unpleasant to prepare food “in between”. Somebody just got a brilliant idea that will clutter kitchen in the 4-5 sqm corridor (and of course safe money at the cost of clients), instead of making one room a decent kitchen and dining area… but it’s not even the worst. Locating kitchen (and noisy equipment such as coffee machine...) literally a one meter from a room is not understandable to me. Also, rooms are very poorly soundproofed so you can hear literally all the sounds from the corridor and neighboring rooms. We were then woken up by neighbours preparing breakfasts at 7:00 (which is normal, but we wanted to sleep longer). How can your guests have a good sleep? Perhaps somebody just doesn’t care and wants to maximise profit. Advise: pay a bit more and get something decent, where you can rest - contrary to this place.
Joanna S — Google review
The place is nice and cozy and it includes breakfast, but every morning two woman scream and shout in the corridor so sleeping late is not possible. There is no shampoo or conditioner provided, only some shower gel (I think) in the shower. Checking in was a bit of inconvenience as we were carrying our bags upstairs the lady refused to provide us with the keys as she wanted both parties who will be staying theres signatures, even though the rooms were fully paid for. This was difficult as one had to watch the car while the other carried the bags up 2 flights of stairs as there is no elevator. Nevertheless it is a good place to stay and despite the service it's a good place that I can recommend.
Goku U — Google review
Extremely friendly response from the host, who helped us with everything what we needed. The location is exceptional, as there is a metro, railway and bus station really near. It is also not far from the main shopping street and the old center (15 minutes walk). The room had everything. We also got everything for breakfast, including prosciutto. The bed was comfortable. Everything was very clean. The only minus were thins walls and you can sometimes clearly hear your neighbors.

Very happy we booked this stay. Beautiful big two double apartment with the full breakfast located outside the room in a small kitchen. We were given one of the shelf in a fridge with full breakfast, eggs, toast, ham, cheese , cookies, coffee, milk and fruits. Room had TV,big table with plates, glasses and cups also what suprised me there was a vine rack and if we wanted a bottle we just needed to leave cash for the price written on a bottle. That made our stay even more comfortable! Lovely owner who came and greeted us and explained how everything works. Very pleased with this stay! Thank you! ❤️ The only thing not because of the property fault but I feel I need to mention is the pay and display outside the property. If you arrive with the car make sure you have some cash as you need to pay 1h-1eur between 8.30-20.30
Zivile K — Google review
Great experience for me and my family! Clean room and bathroom, great approach for snacks, refreshments and fruits! I had only one misunderstanding with water payment but we solve it with an account payment! Another 5 stars also because the management accepted to refund 1 night due to the flight cancellation!
Marius D — Google review
Edit again: While the owner has indicated the steps they’ve taken on the issue of smoking indoors, the smell of smoke was unmistakable in our room, the bathroom and common area (hallway/entrance). If in fact there was no smoking indoors, then it clearly carries inside from an open balcony door or the build/insulation/ventilation within the flat is poor (which would also explain the noise). The fact is, this owner and manager is rude and their replies say it all. A review - whether good or bad - is meant to INFORM other travelers of a first-hand experience. To the manager/owner - This review was an opportunity for you to respond and show just the kind of manager you are. Fortunately for all, you did. Edit: responding to the management response below since they can’t get their facts straight or are lying through their teeth. I heard snoring from other guests in different rooms loud and clear in our room 2/3 nights we stayed. These nights coincided with the nights we overlapped with the guest that snored. Take that for what it’s worth in terms of paper thin walls. I did not interact with the other guests at all. All I did was sleep (rather try to sleep there). The 2 seconds I did see one of the other guests staying was as I left the building to head out for the day. Not sure how I would get in a fight with them if I haven’t met them... 🧐 As for knocking on walls, that’s not my style, I would go and speak to them directly, but again, people can’t control their snoring, so I wasn’t planning on making them self-conscious about something that’s not in their control. However, guests planning a stay here should be made aware of the state of the lodging and as you kindly suggested, bring ear plugs if you’re not a heavy sleeper, cause you’ll need them here. Also - two texts sent across two different days (sent by my partner and not me) should not be keeping you busy, otherwise you have bigger issues to evaluate. But you are in the hospitality business and your property is non-smoking, so if a guest is telling you it’s clear that there’s the smell of smoke in their bathroom and the shared hallway, you should appreciate it, rather than scolding them for trying to keep your property smoke free. Better yet, come investigate it, rather than sending a text saying it’s not the case and you’ll deal with it tomorrow. Further, the price you pay for a property shouldn’t diminish the value of a guest. A paying guest is a paying guest. But I guess you’re not in hospitality to be hospitable, you just see your guest as walking $ signs and whoever pays more, gets treated better. So if you’re reading this, book the expensive room or better yet, go elsewhere so you’re not dealing with this BS. Original review/ Rooms are ok, but paper thin walls. You can hear everything through them. Indicates a private bathroom, but it’s down the shared hallway, so not convenient and not made clear at time or booking. Property is non smoking, but they had other guest staying in a separate room during the duration of our stay that smoked indoors and it stank up the whole flat. We flagged this with the manager, but no action was taken and it was was problem for 2/3 nights of our stay (started on night 2, when the culprits arrived). Overall, would not recommend.

This was the best Airbnb experience we've ever had. The apartment was a perfect match — ideal for our group of five, and it would work well for more. We specifically looked for a place with real beds for everyone (no one wants to draw straws for the couch), and this one had exactly that. On top of that, we needed workspace, and we were amazed to find not just one, but three (!) separate desks. A real gem. The apartment felt like home: spotlessly clean and fully stocked — cleaning supplies, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, soap, water, coffee… Giovanni thought of everything. Giovanni is an exceptional host. Warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. We truly wish every host were like Giovanni. When unexpected construction work began in the building and we were disturbed by noise in the morning, Giovanni addressed it immediately and professionally. His support and communication made all the difference. If you see this place available — book it!

We had a great stay - The apartment is clean, modern, and very well equipped – especially the kitchen and smart TVs in every room. Giovanni was a fantastic host, very helpful and friendly. He showed us everything and gave great tips on restaurants and local sights. The location is excellent – just 10 minutes from the train station and within walking distance to the city center. A nice bonus is the amazing bakery/local shop right below the apartment. Thank you for everything!

I stayed with my family for 4 nights at Harmony House, we were 5 and we booked suite 1, with a very spacious triple room and an equally comfortable double room, without the kitchen which is instead present in suite 2 of the ad. Positive experience, good cleanliness and Host Giovanni very helpful. I recommend this property also for stays without the use of the kitchen.

We were a group of 5 adults + child staying at Harmony House Bari and it was perfect! We booked directly via the homepage and the communication with Giovanni was great right from the start. He was always available and offered good tips for the city. The apartment was spacious, very well equipped and very cozy. A plus for our group were the two bathrooms and the four separate bedrooms all with a double bed. Restaurants, supermarkets and cafes are in walking distance and the bus station is in front of the door. We can definitely recommend Harmony House Bary, thanks Giovanni 😊

Definitely recommend! It was my first time in Bari and I couldn’t imagine a better place to stay. Firstly, we were pleasantly surprised by the owner – he warmly welcomed us in person and gave us lots of great recommendations for places to visit in Bari. Honestly, his tips were way better than anything we found on Google! 😉 Secondly, the apartment had everything we needed. It was great to have air conditioning in this hot weather, as well as extra towels and pillows – and even to start the day with an Italian espresso. The location was also perfect – everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, including the city center. We also learned that it’s possible to rent an apartment for more people with a kitchen included, so we’ll definitely come back here with our friends.

This property is absolutely amazing! We were hosted by Giovanni for 3 days, wish we could have stayed longer. The apartment is even more beautiful, warm, well-equipped, and spacious than expected. The location is perfect, and quiet to boot. I strongly recommend!

Super, super, super, and once again — super! After paying through the website without any intermediaries, I instantly received a message on WhatsApp from the host with helpful tips and a request for our arrival details to arrange a personal meeting and introduction. I was truly surprised by how much kindness and willingness to help the host showed us during our stay. An amazing and pleasant person whom I recommend everyone to meet, even if you don’t end up renting the apartment 😅 Overall, the highest rating! Everything was just perfect!

The location of the apartment is great, very central, short walking distance from all points of interest in Bari. The facility is very safe, super clean and extremely functional. We booked a total of two stays - the first and the last night of our vacation in the region, we stayed in room 1 and 2, both were lovely - new, clean, cozy and with a small kitchenette area with everything you might need, including a coffee machine which was simply great! The hosts are friendly, accommodating and always ready to answer your questions and assist you in any way possible! We would love to visit again on our next holiday in this beautiful region of Italy! Thank you!

The host was welcoming and nice, we had a nice stay and the room was over the top. It was somewhat close to the center and the location near the central train fit our needs. We had a small problem with the entrance - there was a need to use SMS, which we found difficult as tourists without any cellular connection.

We stayed here for one week. The apartment is modern, spotless clean, near the center, well positioned, close to awesome cafeteria. We liked the most Dama. The service is awesome and the owner, Deyvid, well, I do not have enough words to show my appreciation. We had a small accident and I have dot go to the hospital. It was Sunday evening and he came with his car and brought me to the hospital where he talked for me (I did not speak well Italian). We would come back any time, with greatest pleasure.

Pearl of the Sea is a charming destination for beach lovers and explorers. The accommodation exudes a cozy atmosphere, offering comfortable amenities such as air conditioning and warm water. Nearby, the Pane e Pomodoro beach is popular among locals, while the San Francesco private beach is just a short distance away. Visitors can enjoy watching local fishermen at the seaside promenade and indulge in delicious gelato while soaking up the sun.
The property is almost perfectly situated close to San Francesco private beach. Only 10 euro for a whole day. The bus station for city center is pretty close as well. Additionally there is a shop for drinks, tobacco, bus tickets. A few steps from the property there is a pizzeria with very affordable prices. The room has a very comfortable mattress, perfect pressure in the shower. 5 starts when it comes to cleanliness. Love it! ❤️

I left my 150euro headphones at this place and host refused to send them even tho i wanted to pay the sending fee. He is basically a thief, not worth of trust and i would never visit this place ever again. Additionally rooms smelled like mold, and mold was on the walls. Floors were dirty and my white socks became black after 20minutes of staying there. He is a classic italian who doesnt care about anything. Dont trust him, dont come to this place! I lost my 150euros headphones, you might loose something more expensive. Beware!
Wojciech K — Google review
First of all, the place is departed 10 -15 min by foot from the city center which I find great because it is really calm and also way more cheaper than other touristic places. The area is safe and there’s all amenities around including food tracks and pizza’s places open until late night. Giuseppe, the owner, is really friendly and polite, he made us feel welcomed. He recommended us different places to visit and always invited us for a coffee every morning . The room was big enough for a couple and slightly clean. On the other hand, the shower had no hot water and its drain was clogged. The place is not that organized and smells really bad. Make sure you don’t book through booking or some other website like this, because you cannot cancel it and it wouldn’t be that good surprise. It’s such a pity because the place has got such a good potential and wouldn’t take that much effort to make it look nice . I wouldn’t recommend this place to stay but there’s not that many offers online for a fair price unless you book your place with anticipation. I’m still taking with me a really good memory from Bari and I would recommend visit this place in Italy!

Cleanliness 5 stars no regrets :)

Great place for people who love the beach and exploration. The accomodation wasn't fancy but it gave off a comfortable home-y vibe. Rooms are a little crammed but they have ac, closet, and warm water - what else do you need? The host was very kind and helpful. There is a pizza place nearby:" Pizzeria D'asporto Provoletta" Super tasty but it opens in the evening so it's great for dinner. (Beware of the long wait because it's just that good!) For breakfast we went to "cimedit - cuciana italiana" restaurant. Delicious pizza and cappuccino. If you go to the end of the Via Adriatico street you will reach the free beach. If you keep going from there (left) you will reach the private beach 20€ for 2 beds and an umbrella. Transportation is super easy if you get the Moovit app, for tickets go to the little store near home and buy 1€ ticket and validate it in the bus. If you buy a ticket from the bus, it will cost 1.50€.

The location is great, right outside the entrance there’s a public transport stop, which makes it super easy to get to the central station and back, especially convenient for tourists. The historic center is only about a 10-minute walk away. The street itself is not very quiet because of frequent buses, but if you don’t have a car, the transport connections are incredibly handy. There are plenty of lovely cafés and restaurants nearby, and a grocery store right next to the apartment, which is very convenient. The room is cozy and beautifully decorated, with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning and a coffee machine. The beds and pillows are comfortable, though the extra sleeping place is quite firm – I added an extra blanket to make it softer. Check-in and check-out were on time without any delays. The apartment was clean when we arrived, and about halfway through our stay, it was tidied up a bit, which was a nice touch. Everything was in good working order. The hosts provided excellent communication, responding quickly both in the chat and over the phone 🤍🙌🏻

Very cozy and beautiful room. We were surprised by the hospitality and the cleaness. Although we booked the room for two nights, we got two water bottles and yoghurt every day and we got a room cleaning for the next day, which was completely surprising for us. Central Rooms offers spacious and clean accommodations in a convenient location between old and new Bari. The large rooms are well-maintained, with some facing away from the street for a quieter stay. However, there were occasional issues with noise and difficulty darkening the room due to opaque glass above the door. Guests can access their rooms via a mobile phone link sent at booking, though some experienced technical difficulties with this system.
A really lovely room with modern furniture.. The host was very kind and helpful

The room is really, really nice and it’s quite big. We had a room no 4, which doesn’t face the road, so no noise from the street…. but…. there’s any other thing which makes noises, no idea what it was . The room won’t get really dark because of the opaque glass above the door. What annoyed me was the system to open the doors. We’ve got a link on the email and the problem was that the link often showed “error “ even it opened the doors anyway but on the third day, we stood in front of the door and it wouldn’t open. Luckily there was the other guest who called his wife to open the door. The location is great, it’s a stone throw to the old town and it’s about 10-15 minutes walk to the train station. The supermarket is next door and there are many restaurants and cafes nearby.
Som M — Google review
Before i start my review i need to say i had a rough start. I checked in a wile before i went on the trip, but decided to check one day before if everything still worked. Seemed that Central Rooms changed to a new check in programm. Luckily i got the service number from the company i booked at. From there it became easy, cause the employees of Central Room gave perfect service by WhatsApp. That will be one thing to be aware off.. Check in, but also entry to the apartment all goes by internet connection. Before you leave, make sure you have a internet connection available and take the phone number of Central Rooms with you, because they will help you when you are at location. To make a clear honest review i wil split my review up in two.. Naming the hotel / suite and the location. At first the appartment of the hotel itself (i got room nr 2). Entering i thought i was shocked, cause the door looked as a construction side.. because the door seemed to be in replacement.. i am sure they fix that soon.. When entering the hallway it looked amazing. White arble floors and stylish paintings. Then a 3 step to get to a elevator (i didnt use it cause i used the stair that is aside) Then entering the apartments. It looked clean and stylish. My room, with a queensize boxspring with two stand aside closets, good pressured floating water in the bathroom, a tv (wich doesnt have international channels, but they never do), a bureau with chair, chair and closet. The doors to the balcony have wooden panels to shut the windows and that makes it real dark inside so perfect if you want to rest. Clean towels that smells amazingly fresh AND the cleaners come EVERY DAY and renew them. Yes.. there are things to improve, but these are small.. The largest they need to look at is the doorpost of the bathroom from the inside seen. It seems there is some water damage on the post and behind the toilet it looks a little bit rushed, wile the rest of the bathroom looks smooth. But beside that i am very pleased by the room of Central Rooms (see pictures also) Then the location.. This hotel is very well located. In front of the door litterally a bus stop. Neighbours are a 24 hour drink/snack booth and on the other side a supermarket and beside that a chicken restaurant/snack corner. Across the street restaurants and around the corner starts the old city where the Saint Nicholas Bastilistic is. Around the corner a modern shopping street that goes all the way to Central Station of Bari. Then the point why i gave location only 3 stars. If you come there to spend vacation then you want to have good rest. Well the street where Central Rooms is located is very busy. Busy and loud. That means that there is lot of noise that will enter your room. Since the city ives 24 hours you will hear a lot. people party, walking by, waiting at the bus stop and talking loud. Even the cleaners wih the brush/broom car came by at 2 am - 2:30 am and 3 am again. So this can be a big issue for lot of people. Since i didnt have a real rest vacation it didnt bother me to much, but i have to be honest or the review. All with all i had a blast of a vacation, i loved it.

(Translated by Google) The WORST EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY LIFE. Embarrassing, not so much the rooms, but the assistance which is ridiculous to say the least. Let me start by saying that it all stems from a mistake on my part where I booked a room at 00.10 requesting availability for the following day, not realizing that, due to those ten minutes, the following day was rightly considered Mon rather than Sun I therefore enter one day earlier than indicated, as the key code (Self entry) is confirmed to me as still the same as 15 days earlier. The same evening, at 11pm the light goes out in the apartment and hence the worst B&B experience of my life. I write a message and after an hour I start calling, unfortunately this agency, with the excuse of not being a hotel (the prices are identical to a 3/4 star but without any service), does not respond to the messages until 9am in the morning. From the moment they answer, I am upset by the disservice, which is unfortunately very serious for me as I have availability which does not allow me to be able to turn off the phone and limit its use but above all for a freezing night and a morning where I had to wash myself with cold water, I finally receive an answer... and they had never done so... First they accuse me, rightly, of being inside without authorisation, then comes the management of an agency whose services and communication are, to say the least, terrible. They start accusing me of not having gone out of the apartment downstairs to look for a solution with the meter, starting to ask me for photos of the keys and to understand what the problem was, I'm in Bari for work, I should have been in the office at 8 but at 10 I was still there waiting for dictates on what I should or shouldn't do to resolve a problem (these gentlemen forget that customers don't have to worry about their shortcomings), so I leave the apartment at 10 in the hope that at least fix the problem. In the meantime I am asked to pay for the night I used, it's okay, it was my mistake but I think that since I was without electricity from 11pm to 10am, at least they have the good sense to ask for a "discounted" rate..... absolutely not, so I refuse and since the overnight stay for the 4 days was already paid for I ask to be able to check out a day earlier because I will never intend to give a single cent to people like that again. That's not enough, they write to me verbatim words *"I just want to point out that the electrical system has no problem, the short circuit was caused by water that we don't know how it got under the sink and the problem has been restored"*, wow, I read that there is no electrical problem but there was a short circuit due to a leak caused by they don't know who. I'll probably be stupid enough to harm myself and experience the thrill of sleeping in the cold and being without power for over 14 hours. Incredible. All of this is not enough, in the evening I finally go home I take a shower (warm because hot costs too much for 70 euros a night) and the next morning cold water, but I don't want to say anything hoping it's just a moment, it's a shame that the next morning the same problem again, I report it peacefully and I'm asked to check if the boiler "mistakenly" accidentally turned off. I don't even know where the boiler could be (I discovered it this morning, it was on the roof...) So from Tuesday to this morning, Thursday 10/04, I always washed with cold water (here too this morning's communication on this outage was tragicomic) The worst trip of my life, I had to make a report to the relevant bodies, these agencies eat money without providing any service at least they should work on customer satisfaction and luckily, thanks to their policy, which never identifies who intervenes on the reports and the phone is never picked up to find out if there are more or less serious problems, I have everything traced about these disgusting days. BEB Bari Okey Homes the Big Nightmare (Original) Il PEGGIO MAI INCONTRATO IN VITA MIA. Very nice and welcoming hosts. Nice and clean home, comfy bed, very well located, 10 minutes walking from the historical city center. Bus 16 from/to airport is right a cross the street. For drivers: I haven't seen free (white) parking spots nearby, but the blue ones cost 1 euro from 8.30am to 8.30pm.

(Translated by Google) My review refers to the apartment on the 2nd floor. In Manzoni 10, there are 53 steps to access the bedroom, whose location was unclear. There was a wooden door before accessing door 1, shown in the photo. The table has unstable, almost broken legs, and the TV on the table makes it impossible for four people to use it. The bathroom stall is missing one side, making it difficult to shower. The upstairs bedroom, on the mezzanine, has a small window, but mold was present. The kitchen circuit breaker trips if we turn on two oven burners at the same time. The air conditioning is only on the mezzanine; it was very dusty; I cleaned the filter. The dark towels are stiff, as if starched. The photos don't reflect reality. However, he responded to all my requests, said he would replace 1 broken glass, that he would change the burned out kitchen light bulb, brought olive oil, left 3 free bottles of water and replaced the wine corkscrew.

(Translated by Google) The apartment manager is very communicative and very helpful at every step, which is a huge plus and warm greetings :). Very good location. An old, atmospheric tenement house, which means that the mezzanine is a bit creaky and sometimes there are problems with breaking traffic jams due to overload (air conditioning upstairs, fan downstairs, TV and electric stove running at the same time). The apartment itself is very nice. What I missed was a microwave. You can boil water in a pot or pan. The coffee machine is very nice - unfortunately all the capsules I bought did not fit. I react to those with metal packaging, so I liked it. Fortunately, there is a shop downstairs where you can buy coffee, tickets, etc. There is a grocery store, a park and pubs nearby. To czego mi brakowało to mikrowela. Niedaleko market spożywczy, park i knajpki. Polecam🙂
