I like B&B hotels chain. Wherever you stay the hotel will always be clean and comfortable and for reasonable price. This hotel is no exception. Only one thing that needs improvement. The entrance to the underground parking garage needs to be widened. There is a possibility to do this. Otherwise, getting in and out of there will add to your stress. That is the only reason I rate hotel a 4 rather than a 5. Everything else was of a high standard. Recommend.

A nice vacation in the beautiful city Bremen with a great stay for 2 nights at this central located hotel. Same well known style as other B&B Hotels with nice and clean rooms, but still cheap. Very friendly and service oriented staff. Due to repair work in the underground parking garage one day, we were made aware of other places nearby where we could park and, not least, we were of course refunded the money for our pre-booked parking without having to ask for it. Can only recommend.

The hotel itself, and the buffet is fine, but not in a high quality. Sadly our room, and the corridor does stinks of sewer, which is not a nice smell to have. It pulls down the general review pretty much. The buffet does have all the necassary foods, and not that much more. Eggs is overcooked. There are frit flies at some foods. Juices is okayish. Coffee is weak.

It is a very nice hotel, very nice rooms and bathrooms and incredibly delicious breakfast buffet. It's absolutely worth the money.

We booked one night at B&B Hotel Bremen-City 27–28 July 2025 as the final stop on a birthday trip for our 12 year old son. Instead of ending with a nice shopping day in Bremen, the hotel turned the evening into a disaster. Upon arrival, we entered through the dirty and very small parking garage and took the elevator to reception. There were no staff present, no visible emergency contact numbers, and no check-in instructions anywhere. We had never received any emergency number or special instructions in our booking confirmation or from the hotel beforehand. We tried every possible code we could think of at the self check in, but nothing worked. With no way to contact anyone, we were forced to leave without using the room and drive all the way from Assen (Netherlands) back home to Holstebro (Denmark) in the middle of the night, a dangerous and exhausting trip. B&B Hotels refused a refund, claiming an emergency number exists but if you never provide it and it’s nowhere to be found on site, that’s useless. Hotels.com, where we booked, also refused any compensation, showing a complete lack of responsibility for a ruined trip. We were left with wasted money, no sleep, and a ruined birthday. This is unacceptable service from both B&B Hotels and Hotels.com. Avoid them if you value reliability, basic communication, and customer support.

I would like to say, everything was better than my expectations, because of the price, i thought it would be worse, by the way it was totally perfect and i would definitely recommend it for my friends and family.

The hotel location is good . It is pretty close to the city center, and it's possible to either walk (nice walk along the river) or take a short ride on the public transportation. The hotel is clean and affordable. Please beware of the parking situation. If you're coming late at night, the hotel's underground parking will be closed, and you will have to park elsewhere. There's a limited parking available on the streets nearby. Also the self check-in experience wasn't great. I had to manually enter all the passport details for my family... Not sure why do they even care about all this.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the fact that I was kindly offered a coffee even though I hadn't booked breakfast. Additionally, checking in and out was very easy. However, I missed having someone to talk to a couple of times because the reception was not staffed, and I wasn't sure how to get attention. The room was okay, not too small but not spacy. What I missed was the offer to use sky tv. They asked me in a survey if I used it, but I didn't even know I can. Additionally, the room was located in the direction to the street, hence it was a bit loud because of the Tram. Next time I'll ask for a room away from the street. I can't comment on the breakfast since I didn't have it.

The reception was closed and there is no number to call. I am not sure what you are supposed to do if your room code does not work, sleep in the hallway I guess. There does not seem to be any way of contacting the hotel management when the reception is closed, which is concerning to say the least. We could not access the car park and had to park some distance away on the street and walk back to the hotel in the pouring rain. The morning of check-out, I went to the front desk to complain about the parking code the night before, I was rudely cut off and told to email the hotel to ask for a refund of the parking charge. I did this immediately and more than a week later, have received no reply from the hotel, nor any refund. All in all, it was a really disappointing experience and I would be unlikely to stay at a B&B hotel again.

We didn't opt for breakfast as we wanted to eat out in bremen and was slightly disappointed that there was no coffee in the room, however there is a vending machine in the comfortable reception area. Overall, good value for money and we would go back again.

We enjoyed our overnight stay at this hotel. We traveled with two standard poodles, and there was enough space in the room for all of us. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was polite and spoke good English. If I had to ask for anything to improve on, it would be great if the hotel offered dog water bowls and if the shower had higher pressure. Whilst we understand the desire to save the water, even a slightly higher pressure would improve the experience.

Clean rooms, location was ok. Rooms were very very small which was ok for us. I bumped up the room rating to 4* because it had air conditioning which was a first on our trip!! (Thank you). We are averaged size people but if you are a large person I don't know how you could use the toilet or shower. The subterranean parking is pretty cool but you better have a very small car because it's challenging to get in and out. Overall, great price for what you get. No complaints, very solid 3 star.

Auch die warm Wasser und kalt Wasser waren verkehrt herum. Für uns kein Problem aber wenn man mit Kindern herkommt erwähnenswert. Es war toll das man das Zimmer gut abdunkeln konnte. Steckdosen für Handy waren an beiden Seiten des Bettes vorhanden. Wir hatten gutes W LAN. Das Bett war mir persönlich etwas zu hart aber das ist nur jammern auf hohem Niveau. Mein Freund fand es gut. Ist halt immer Ansichtssache. Leider ist das Viertel sehr laut und es gab eigentlich in jeder Nacht irgendwelchen Lärm von draußen. Aber dafür kann ja das Hotel nix! Im Umkreis ist halt direkt der Bahnhof und es ist auch zu merken am Publikum auf der Straße. Parken ist im Umkreis möglich aber nicht ohne Gebühr. Die Altstadt mit dem Marktplatz ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Check in und Check out war problemlos. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Wir sind satt geworden. Hatten allerdings das Gefühl das Eier, Butter usw. auf die Anzahl der Gäste abgestimmt war.

A hotel for men! Good location and excellent breakfast. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. Super disappointed by the lack of hair conditioner in the bathroom. I asked at reception and they could sell me a giant bottle for a small fortune or suggested that I walk alone to a nearby pharmacy at 9pm to see if they sell a travel size bottle. Not sure how this has +4 stars on Google. Stayed one night for a business trip in Bremen and it was awful to say the least. Firstly, I arrived at 2:50 PM after travelling for +14 hours and was told by a male front desk worker that I would have to wait 10 minutes as check-in was at 3:00 PM. Completely fair. At 3:15 PM I asked for an update on the room and he said I would have to wait another 10-15 minutes for the room to be ready. At 3:45 PM (waiting for almost one hour) I started getting impatient and frustrated as I didn’t get an update, or any form of apology for the inconvenience. Not sure if it’s the fact that I’m not a local/not German speaking that I was treated so poorly by the male associate, but two other groups were able to check-in and enter their rooms right away. Finally, I approached a female front desk worker and she was able to accommodate me in a different room. She was very friendly and was able to resolve the issue within 5 minutes (wish she had helped me all along). In addition, no one offered to help bring my luggages to my room. I was okay to pay for the support but it was never offered. Bad first impressions, but I was still ready to give them a second chance, hoping the room was worth the wait. I enter my hotel room which was supposed to be “ready” and the body soap dispenser in the shower was broken. The hand soap in the bathroom was low, and one of the toilet paper rolls was still from the previous guests before me (only a few sheets left). Also while the location is close (15-20 min walk) to major attractions, I wouldn’t say it’s in the best part of town. Felt quite uncomfortable walking alone in the streets nearby during the day. Gym hours start at 8:00 AM which doesn’t work if you’re on business travel and need to start your day early. The only positive feedback I have would be that the bed was comfortable. Overall, I would suggest picking any other hotel other than this one during your stay in Bremen. Especially if you’re on business travel with not too much time in your itinerary for delays and other inconveniences.

Stayed here for 2 nights and was quite disappointed, especially considering the 4.4 rating, which feels very misleading. The biggest issue: no air conditioning in the room. There’s only a ventilation system that does nothing to cool the space, and the portable fan provided is loud and ineffective — not ideal for rest or sleep. Additionally, there was no coffee maker in the room, which is pretty basic for a hotel at this level. As a Gold member on the booking platform, I was supposed to receive a free drink per day, but the receptionist didn’t inform me where or how to claim it. Lastly, the breakfast was underwhelming and not up to the standards of a 4-star hotel. Overall, the hotel is just average at best, and certainly doesn’t justify its high rating. I wouldn’t recommend it, especially in warmer weather.

Location is very good, walking distance to the center and main touristic attractions. The check in was quick. The room was very clean, nicely arranged. No toothbrush or other amenities apart from shower gel and soap. They have a strange way of accessing the gym and sauna. You have to go to 4 floor, walk until the end, take other elevator to 5th floor. Gym was good equipped. Sauna was nice as well, it also had a small relaxation space. The wet sauna was not functional while there. The hotel did not have slippers in the room and ran out of bathrubs for sauna. A bit inconvenient to walk from the gym locker, through the gym towards the sauna. A great stay overall, might book again.

Location wise it's very good to explore. Hotel customer satisfaction wise its very disappointing. There is no air conditioning in rooms, you have to pay for a water bottle and tea coffee in your room, which is mandatory in most of the four star hotels nowadays. Cleaning services needs to be ordered if you need which is hard to understand. Buffet breakfast has very limited availability and on higher prices.
