Me and my husband went there for steak pie,chips peas and gravy and a jacket potato with chilli and cheese. There was no other customers in there and somehow the lad who served us managed to get it totally wrong. At first it seemed like he knew what we ordered but clearly he didn't. I looked in the bag before we left and there was two chippy trays wrapped up in the bag one bigger than the other. Anyway when we got home and unwrapped it there was the pie,chips peas and a tiny amount of gravy in one. Then I unwrapped the smaller tray which I thought was the jacket potato. I couldn't believe what I was seeing, more chips peas and gravy. So we paid £15.50 for a load of undercooked chips, peas and gravy and a dried out pie which definitely seemed like it had been warmed up from the day before. Very disappointing. Sadly I will not go in there again and as a family we've been going in there for easily 20 years. For me the quality of food has gone completely downhill.

I remember when it was good. Over £30 for 2 lots of fish and chips and they gave us a handful of chips

Ordered 2 fish, 1 steak & kidney pudding with small chips, 1 chips and Irish curry sauce, 1 English curry sauce & 1 buttered bread cake.
All cooked fresh. No complaints. Thanks.
1st visit, Not quite as good as previous visits. My wife's small chips were larger than my regular chips. This needs addressing by management or you'll lose customers.
Come on Armstrong's, train your staff in portion control and get back " on point"

Because I was simply given a weird look and felt guilty when I asked if there is a meal deal with fish and chips.
Unexplained behaviour.... I thought people would feel glad and welcoming when you visit their shop. Not here
Not what it used to be. This was always a great chippy, and a reliable one having lived locally for decades. I had my first chippy in a good few years and it was not good. The chips were not only undercooked, they were raw.
Genuinely just awful. The food has no taste and the puddings feel like they are made of rubber and the gravy is probably the worst I've had. Decided not to get the fish because last time I thought that might be the problem but now I just won't be getting from here again. Shame really used to be amazing this place

It's not often you come across a good old chip shop anymore. But Tony's chip shop is one of them . Food is always fresh, good, friendly staff and no duty tables. You can eat in or take it way with you . It also as a toilet . The prices are not bad. The chip shop is not in the best location bit off the beaten track
but it as a good customer base, and with the new apartments in the now trendy Ancoats, the only way is up

Superb haddock and chips, fresh and coated in a light and tasty beef dripping. Like chippies used to taste. Walked it off with a pleasant stroll along the canal into the city centre. Will be heading there whenever I'm in Manchester.
Drove past this chippy a few times while working in the area and thought im going to try this one day, Finally had the time to stop off for my dinner and what can I say, Wow cooked fresh there right infront of you and by the looks and the taste you can tell its nothing short of the highest of quality ingredients used.

Travelling across Manchester to Tony's Chippy was absolutely worth it. The chippy is located at the end of a street with a small, free car park across the road, and there is also a bit of street parking directly outside.
The shop was spacious and impeccably clean, with the toilet in the restaurant side equally spotless. The staff operated like a well-oiled machine, efficiently managing the queue that extended beyond the door. And it was all for good reason.
The food was outstanding. The haddock and cod were succulent with a deliciously thin batter cooked in beef dripping. The chips, also cooked in beef dripping, were perfectly done. The mushy peas and Chinese gravy made for delightful accompaniments, as did the foot-long sausage.

One of the best chippys I've ever been to. The fish was very fresh, they cook it to order, so its not been sat in the warming cabinet, they have a choice of english chippy curry, or chinese curry sauce, I've no pictures, it was to good to stop eating, the portions are massive

Best chippy around the area and would go as far to say best chippy in the whole of Greater Manchester/ Lancashire. Kelly has been there for many many years now and is the face of the place, she is absolutely fantastic and her customer service is amazing. The food is always consistently good and I would recommend for anybody. Been going here now since I was a young kid and all staff have always been polite and friendly to all. Specifically, Kelly has always continued to make this place a great place for customers and is a credit to not just the company, but to the whole area.

First time in my life I've paid £ 10:30 for a portion of fish and chips...maybe it a sing of the time...but cheap has chips no longer exists.

So after years and years of wanting to try Chips at No 8 Today on Good Friday I decided to go there after watching my Beloved Oldham Athletic Vs Hartlepool United.
So I arrived parking is extremely hard as there is a small car park but it is always busy, The roads and side roads are double yellow lines or permit holders only.
So I headed in and I have long known about the Fantastic reputation that Chips at No 8 has both locally, regionally and Nationally etc.
I arrived it was pouring with Rain 🌧 and people were literally queing out of the door, So as it was my first time at Chips at No 8 I joined the queue.
As I finally made it inside of the chip shop a member of staff asked if I wanted to order a drink while I waited but I didn't think I would be that long so I politely refused.
After about 25 minutes I finally made it to the front of the Queue so with it being Good Friday I opted for a large portion of Fish and chips with mushy peas and I ordered a small fish 🐟 and chips 🍟 for my Wife with a side order of gravy.
After you pay(You can pay cash or card) you get a ticket 🎟 number and stand in the bar area(There are limited seats) and there is an upstairs to wait, After over an hour my order was finally ready so I grabbed my order and drove home.
I knew the fish 🐟 and chips would be great but Wow without a shadow of doubt the best fish and chips I have ever eaten, The fish was light and fluffy, fresh and the crispy batter was amazing, The chips were thick, cooked to perfection and again were light and fluffy and cooked perfectly and the portion size was just enough.
My Wife really enjoyed her Fish and chips and the portion size was the perfect size for her and she managed to finish the lot.
The takeaway/Bar was spotlessly clean, Super polite and friendly staff, Expensive but you have to pay extra for quality, You can pay cash or card, Be prepared to wait but my God is it worth it.

Another that has been on the list for some time, as there isn't an end to the articles that say this is a must try. Felt obliged to get the fish, chips & mushy peas this time round.
Don't have a bad word to say about it tbh, the fish was very fresh and fried well. The chips and mushy peas were okay, from previous readings I was expecting one of the best offerings I have had but it didn't quite reach that level for me.
I think this one just comes down to preference & wouldn't want to put people off as it is definitely worth a try and the menu is not only limited to your normal chippy fare
I'm from NZ where we pride ourselves on the quality of our fish and chips but i know UK is the home of a chippy tea and Chips @No.8 didn't disappoint. Delicious flaky haddock, gorgeous agria chips, mushy peas and the best gravy I've ever eaten. Not the cheapest fish and chips perhaps but definitely the best.
A big let-down sadly
Been wanting to try No.8 for ages after all the hype. Finally went tonight - ordered two cod & chips with mushy peas, tartar sauce and curry sauce (asked for it to be fried in veg oil). But honestly… pretty disappointed. The chips were like cardboard and the fish was weirdly chewy - cod should flake, not fight back. I’d even saved up the calories for it! My brother swears by this place, and I don’t mind paying extra for a proper chippy tea, but this just didn’t hit the mark. Shame really, because the tartar sauce and mushy peas were really good - just a pity the main event wasn’t. Won’t be rushing back.
We can here for National Fish and Chip day and it was the best fish and chips ever.
What I love is you can order a takeaway, have a beer whilst you wait and if need to eat your takeaway downstairs. For someone who lives a 20 min car journey away it means you get the pleasure of eating your takeaway warm.

Disappointed with the Service and Product Quality
I purchased three ice creams from KFC last night for my kids as regular customers , only to find they were off and had a sour taste. I had to throw them in the bin, which was very disappointing. (Showed them pictures) I called to complain immediately and explained the situation.
Today, I went back to the store to request a refund, but the manager was incredibly rude, refused to refund me (just replaced), and didn’t even offer an apology for the poor quality of the product. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when it concerns food safety for children .
I’ve always trusted KFC, but this experience has left me questioning their standards. I hope this feedback prompts some action to improve product quality and customer service.

Served today by "Scouse" and "Liv" I believe that's correct. Food was brilliant, service was very rare in today's modern standards of service. Also to note, at a busy period they kept the front of house tidy and literally had nothing but smiles.

Called in today with my son 2 of the 3 self serve screens not working dirty tables and full bins , I approached the counter to be greeted with a harsh "do you want to pay" I said no and asked the young lady if I could order at the till as 2 machines were not working and there was a queue at the 3rd . I was told " HR says we cant serve you at the counter go use the screen ! I asked again if she could not take my order , a customer stuck her nose into the conversation and when i asked her to mind her own business the staff member then said she would not serve me and told me to leave.

I have used this branch many times over the years but I will NEVER set foot in the place again DISGRACEFUL BEHAVIOUR.
We waited more than 30 minutes for 2 basic items because the manager had lost our order.
I gave two stars only because the lady who brought us the food was extremely nice and sincerely apologetic.
Went in to get the families meal, went up to the counter in order to order as usual as I really can't be doing with those self service screens, much easier to ask instead of getting stressed/annoyed. To be politely told to use the screens, the missus had a go, couldn't find what we wanted, so made the decision to go elsewhere where you actually receive service, instead of stress, won't be rushing back there.

Three times we've ordered, it's been mixed up with a different address, wrong and missing order and once completely squashed and covered in gravy.
The complaints/refund procedure is a complete waste of time....they are just selling in bulk and not interin customer service.
Use an independent/local restaurant and at least you'll have somebody to speak to if your order is wrong or ruined.

Heard good reports about this eaterie and wasn't disappointed at all. Having had fish n chips in loads of establishments, I'd rate Thompsons a solid 9/10. The fish was superb and I liked the way the currie was served in a silver gravy boat which was a nice touch. The chips were nice but I prefer mine crisper and not like your usual take away chippy type! I ordered mushy peas but I received the processed type and just a tad hard. That said, it was a fabulous first time experience. The staff were so friendly and very attentive and couldn't do enough for you. I'd definitely come here again and would recommend Thompsons to everyone seeking a nice clean and friendly eat in experience. The staff said a cheery good bye on leaving, which made us feel quite special!

What delicious fish and chips! My Auntie and her friend come here every Saturday for lunch and they have always said how good the food is. My husband and I joined them a couple of weeks ago and I was pleasantly surprised: my succulent fish was lightly battered and delicious and my cup of tea was served from a pottery teapot 😊 The service was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. We will most definitely be coming here again when we visit my Auntie in Bury.
Absolutely fantastic place. Fresh-as-you-like sweet and flaky haddock, with delicious dry and crispy batter. Homemade chips and mushy peas were so tasty. Even the cup of tea of from a proper tea pot was top quality. And the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Everywhere was spotless. This is a proper Bury gem and the best fish and chips we’ve had in Manchester. Worth the trip from Stockport!

I came to pick up a delivery order, and the wait was far too long. As a delivery driver, time is very important—and this kind of delay affects my earnings and customer satisfaction. There was no sense of urgency from the staff, and no communication about the wait time. Very disappointing experience. If this continues, I’ll avoid picking up from this location in the future.

I came in just before closing and was greeted very nicely by the manager Jack he was so patient with me deciding what I wanted and helped me customise my order my way the food came really quick and was hot and fresh would highly recommended
You now get a parking fine for using burgerking! Not to mention some of the sour faces working behind. No service with a smile!

On a downside the Radcliffe store won't let you eat the food you've purchased whilst sitting in your car which i think is wrong. It was a quiet time.

Unfortunately I wasn't just missing the fries and have a drink that resembled dirty water my burger had a "bite" taken out of it before being placed on the bun! As i didnt know if the nugget meal had been tampered with it all went in the bin, completely inedible.
The dirtiest McDonalds I have ever seen. Trays and leftover foods everywhere. Flies running around freely. No one was trying to clean. The smell of a rotten meat when entering the restaurant. I wish I took a picture. My worst McDonald experience ever. We were there to collect food for nine people and when we got home, it was only eight. So disappointed!!!
Isn't 24 hours. I turned up in my wheelchair and had to stay at the door from.3 to.6am. No insurance for customers to.be inside out of hours. Food I ordered via uber was great however
Terrible. Ordered 3 double cheeseburgers, after 10 min wait they came in cold, asked them if they could re heat, waited another 10 mins, they came in cold again. Went back, to let them know they are cold, manager touched it and said it may be because of the sauce, asked if they should make it again, I didn’t want to wait another 10 mins, went took burgers, first bite - cold meat, not melted cheese, disgusting.
Ordered two large chicken nugget meals and a fillet o fish. The order was placed through Just Eat at 10:48 pm. McDonald’s had obviously made this up ready to go but could not get a driver I kept watching the delivery time being extended and extended and at midnight(yes one hour 10 minutes later). I phoned McDonald’s eventually they answered. I asked them what was going on and they said that they had just managed to get a driver and my food would be with me shortly. I told them that I would not accept stone cold food he said no it’s being made up fresh When it eventually arrived at 00: 40 nearly 2 hours later it was inedible my fillet fish was absolutely rock solid and stone cold I won’t be ordering a McDonald’s delivery again if that’s the kind of food they’re happy to have delivered.
Purchased 2 double fillet meals with banana shakes turned out to be plain Abbey advised flavour will be at the bottom , fillet was over cooked and very oily spoken to branch , Abbey advised to leave review online and call back 30 mins later . DISGUSTING FOOD AND SERVICE
Parking spaces too narrow, ordering machine had no receipts, staff say they can't produce a receipt. Long wait (appears everything slows down so delivered ir user eats can get their bulk orders first). Sat in but had to take it away in the end due to length of wait!!

Eaten from LA Pizza 🍕 numerous times service isn't great, Staff aren't that friendly just want you to order pay then get food and leave.
Take away looks clean, Great Food, Tonight I ordered a 9 inch Ham and Mushroom 🍄 Pizza 🍕 with Fries 🍟 and a large tray of Donner kebab with Garlic Mayo and ordered a Cheesy 🧀 Garlic Bread for the Free item.

They do NOT do just "a burger", they have "meals" - so even though I didn't eat the chips nor needed a drink, I still paid £7.50 for a below average cheeseburger which is stated as a "gourmet burger" on the menu. Forget about gourmet, it wasn't even "good"! It was hard, had lots of grizzly bits in, and it was tasteless. I haven't tried their pizza, maybe that is their speciality (as per their name) but definitely burgers are not their thing. In their favour, people serving me were prompt, polite, and friendly. The place looked very clean and is opened until quite late.
Regularly order from here. Super easy to order, always friendly, will customise your order. We can highly recommend the LA Mix kebab..loads of fresh kebab meat - huge pieces of tasty tender meat (not scrappy bits) mixed side salad is deliciously fresh, potted separately and sauce. Garlic bread is like a fluffy cloud dripping in garlic and cheese. Delivery- we have never waited more than 20min 😋

Although there was some minor delay despite the absence of a queue, the generously-sized Big Mac itself impressed with its spiciness and delicious taste. The quality of the strawberry milkshake and chips were commendable, even if the portion size was not substantial. Moreover, McDonald's boasts a vast and easily accessible car park.
I got a late night Spicy Big Mac meal deal here using my he drive through. There was a bit of delay at the drive through even though there was no queue. The Big Mac itself is actually big, was very spicy and tasty. The strawberry milkshake was good quality, same as the chips, albeit not a lot. The car park is very big and accessible. One thing I don’t understand is why Macdonalds restaurants don’t put serviette in the food bags if customers don’t ask for it. This should be standard for pick up and drive through customers.

Extremely lazy staff, ridiculous waiting times and believe it or not no sausage or egg in the sausage and egg McMuffin only a slice of cheese. I emailed McDonald's to complain and they sent me a £10 voucher.
They just don't care regardless of what they say.
We only have a MacDonalds once every six weeks or so.
The reason for this is we can get better and more food for the same price from other local takeaways.
Our order of three Big Macs, three large chips, six chicken McNuggets and two biscoff McFlurries came to just under £30.
We were handed the ice creams at the window of the takeaway but asked to wait in the car park for the rest of our order.
We were not impressed with the amount of ice cream in the McFlurries, picture attached, which began melting as we waited five minutes for the rest of the order on a pretty warm evening.
We complained to the person bringing the rest of the order he took the ice creams to his manager who confirmed the amount of ice cream was correct.
We then noticed the sauces we’d asked for were not in the order we’d asked for four sweet and sour and two tomato ketchup. The member of staff returned with four tomato ketchup and three sweet and sour.
By this time both us and the member of staff were fed up so we left with partly melted small ice creams and the wrong sauces.
Not great service and not great value. Not sure what makes MacDonalds worth it anymore.

I ordered from here via uber eats, they forgot 3 medium fries and an apple pie. Uber eats refused to give me a refund, which thats another problem, however i called this McDonalds to ask them if theres a bag they forgot so i could at least pick it up. The woman who answered the phones answered with some disgusting attitude, dont know who’s running this place but it needs sorting. no professionalism at all. As far as the food standards. This is one of the very few places that still does a whopping peri fillet. Every Chunky Chicken including the head quarters in rochdale has declined. This branch has maintained their standards and do not take short cuts.
Yousaf has amazing customer service, and going there alone is worth it.
The food is very cheap compared to the quality.
The chips are crunchy on the outside and soft and creamy on the inside.
The burger was not very juicy, but at this price, it's really worth it.
The hot wings were the same, not juicy but not too oily.
Overall, it's the best out there in terms of price and quality.
We ordered two full Chicken Platters, one with Rice and the other with Chips.
The Chicken was hard and Chewy as though it was overcooked and certainly not fresh.
The Rice was also hard and not fresh although the Chips and Salad was on point.
Must say l was let down with the food unfortunately.
The atmosphere and service was pleasant and the shop was super clean.
We will be trying the Burgers, Wraps and Pizza 🍕 next time and I'll again leave my honest review as always.

£10 for a diced chicken box, for it to be completely dry and not include salad or sauces. When asked, the worker said "you need to ask for it" and it's optional. Went here for the first time the order day after being recommended it by a few people, kindly offered me a peri burger to try as it was our first time, every single thing we took a bite out of was cooked perfectly and tasted good, the popcorn chicken and peri flavouring were definitely the highlight for me. Will definitely come back again
Went late at night the other day and was met with great service. Ordered a wrap meal and even though the speed that the food was brought out could’ve been better, the standard of food made up for it. Pricing was reasonable for the quantity of food and I would definitely recommend going if you feel peckish late at night.

Chicken breast in wraps ? Sure, it’s lean but it’s also dry, bland, and about as exciting as a spreadsheet. Real wraps deserve juicy thigh or chicken strips meat, marinated and grilled or deep fried not something that tastes like it came from a gym meal prep box. that mixing everything together and slapping on a trendy name makes it gourmet. It doesn’t. It makes it a mess. Respect the roots of the cuisine before remixing it.

This is without a doubt the BEST Chinese takeaway I have ever been to. We have been coming to Kan’s for two decades - growing up locally, this was my family’s go to takeaway for a Saturday night. I am impressed every single time. The staff are always friendly and attentive, the service is fast and efficient, and the food is authentic, delicious, and of excellent quality. Additionally, the portions are very generous, with each container being full to the top. My personal favourite dishes are the salt and pepper chicken and Singapore vermicelli.
We've been ordering from here for 35 years and the food has always been amazing, never had a bad meal. It's our 'go to' place for Chinese food and regular chippy food. The best Singapore fried rice and Chicken satay. Chips are amazing as is everything else. Service is quick and friendly. Cash only, but for great food, who cares. Love this place.

This is definitely my current favourite Chinese take-away. They don't deliver, so we have only used them during our Dry January, but they are definitely worth missing a Saturday afternoon pint for. (The salt and pepper chips are a thing of beauty.)

I visited Acapulco Cantina late on a Thursday afternoon and had a really tasty chicken burrito. I had wanted to order some tacos but they were sold out, but that was my fault for getting there too late. This place is popular because of the wonderful food and pleasant staff. Reasonably priced and tasty, it's an excellent addition to the food court at the market and I'll definitely be back for more.

During my recent visit to Radcliffe, I finally got the chance to try their new McPlant burger, which isn't available in my area yet. Inspired by my dad's enthusiasm, I decided to order an extra one! The taste was nostalgic and reminded me of the classic flavors I’ve always enjoyed. The restaurant itself was immaculate, with friendly staff who ensured everything was tidy and welcoming.
I'm in Radcliffe, so was able to finally get my hands on the new McPlant burg (no locations near where I live are currently doing it). Inspired by my dad : I ordered an extra and doubled up! I'm sure you've heard it all at this point, but yeah; I really liked it, tasted pretty much exactly how I remember etc etc. I'd get it again. Hopefully they'll roll them out near me in the future. The restaurant was pristine very clean and tidy, staff all polite and the milkshake machine was working for once! Brilliant service guys well done and Thankyou. I will be bringing my family here very soon.

dont go here if you or someone you are buying for has a allergy, they cant make a plain burger without adding all the ingredients you have told them you dont want on! they also like to charge you for everything you order then they just dont add half your order meaning you then have to go inside to deal with it while rest of your food goes stome cold! the current staff they have hired recently have really bad attitudes when you point out they have added ingredients to food you have asked not to be added which could result in someone having a serious allergic reaction

2nd time ordering here after a night out. 2nd time of getting my order wrong. Ended up with nuggets that weren't mine but my friends and they were missing there's. Ordered a chicken kebab with salad and garlic mayo, got home and got over done chicken with no salad and yogurt and mint sauce. It wasn't even in the rush. We were the only people in the takeaway! To be fair this is a very busy takeaway so always ask for delivery time first . once we had a mix up and waited 3 hours but they apologized and put extra box of chicken pieces in with a sorry note written in marker pen on the top .. Good quality fresh chicken coated and deep fried ( my Wife gets the boneless strips but I find them way too salty coating although it's fresh cut chicken breast pieces underneath which taste fine for me if I pull all the coating off ) I always ask for crispy chips they have a habit of rushing them and you get soggy undercooked chips sometimes but if you ask they always come crispy ( they should be timed correctly and should always be perfect but I guess on a busy night they just rush stuff out unless you ask )
We have ordered from here for many years I like the fact they use fresh chicken not frozen rubbish you can really tell as it comes juicy and tender not dry inside like you get from frozen chicken . I suppose if you have just drunk 10 pints of beer in the pub and want a drunken supper no big deal , but we order totally sober at home most of the time so we notice the quality you get from here so worth the wait .
Overall we have had chicken from here for many years and always been good , delivery can be hit and miss quite often well over an hours wait other times bang it's on your door in 30 minutes ( always quick when you're not bothered and 1.5hours when you are starving )

Rang up and told them, all I got was a rude guy on the phone that did not apologise, this place needs to be shut down as clearly the owners have employed a bunch of animals to run it. We have always been very happy with Dixy Chicken Bury. One of our favourite!! Can’t wait to visit again. Me and boys love our chicken hamburgers, wraps and fries. The spicy sauce and “potato salt” on fries are absolutely delicious and makes all the difference.
Wouldnt bother! If its not bad enough the food takes an hour longer than it should we was delivered the wrong order and told it would take another 40 minutes. Then on picking the food up we was told the other customer laughed that he got our much more expensive order and they didnt bother to even apologise let alone offer a refund or some type of apology. I’ve been a regular at Morrison’s café for years. To be honest, in the past the floors used to be dirty, the coffee machine wasn’t clean, and the tables often felt sticky. This place is awful and very dirty, coffee cups stained, cutlery had dried on food and tea pots looked like they have never been washed. Ordered and paid using the QR code on the menu, went to get my daughters drink to then be told they had non and to pick a different one. The problem being all the other drinks were alot cheaper than the one we had paid for and the server just walked away never to been seen again. Would not recommend eating here.

Latest visit today. No table numbers available when ordering, hardly any cutlery out, NO decaf or hot chocolate drinks available at all, one out of the 2 coffee machines wasn't even working. Hot drinks are now £2.50! I think they were £1.50ish not long ago? It's a shame how Morrisons let this happen to their cafes, they all feel like they need more staff to cope.
As for the meal itself, I ordered the vegetarian all day breakfast and it was very nice, but it came with marg for the toast when Morrisons used to always give you butter. £7 felt too much for this really, £5 would be a much fairer price from a supermarket café.
It's a no thrills place to eat but at least be reliable and have everything in good order....

my experience overall was absolutely terrible. I had sausages and mash. The sausages were on the cold side quite like rubber and the mash was like a clay/Play-Doh texture. The gravy was clumpy. The peas were quite nice because they were nice and sweet, but the dish overall was just a no. I didn't deed, enjoy the Coke and the fried bread that I ordered on the side as an extra The fried bread had more flavoured than the whole meal, not to mention the waiter that had came over and passed me. My food is very rude and didn't offer me any sauces like he offered every other single table here. never coming back

I discovered this delightful establishment just over a year ago. While I did try a few other places in between, I always find myself returning here. After a long day of work when I don't feel like cooking, the question is always what do I want to eat? And the answer is simple: stick to what you know. The staff are exceptional and even sent me a Christmas card. The drivers are incredibly courteous and polite.
Helpful staff, good selection of food and drink. Accessible with lots of parking. We had pizza, garlic bread with cheese and chicken strips. All cooked to order, hot, fresh and tasty.

Discovered this little gem just over a year ago. Ok tried few others in between when couple little hitches but we always come back. After hard days work when we can’t be bothered cooking the question is what do you want? Stick to what we know. The staff if we have to ring have been great. We even sent a Xmas card. Ordered food last night, about 30 minutes later it arrived with the pizza missing. The man was very apologetic and said he would go and get the pizza. Another 40 minutes passed and the pizza hadn't arrived. We rang up to trace the missing item again and the man was very off hand and rude, told my boyfriend that they had been outside for 10 minutes and nobody answered and they had rang us. This wasn't true. The man then asked the delivery driver and he said he handed the food to us and then changed the story to "the person who answered the door said they already had the food". Come on boys, which one is it? We insisted that this wasn't true and asked then for a final time to rectify our order and were told to "f* off". Disgusting service. We have been going there for 5 years and tonight has deterred us from ever going again, you've lost a loyal customer.

Don’t get a frappe from here if you’re going late at night. They can’t be bothered to blend the ice up. Second time it’s happened now when going late at night in as many trips and just end up getting home to find I’ve got an undrinkable frappe full of blocks of ice n syrup.

I ordered a Cheese and Egg McMuffin, and when I lifted the top of the bun off to put some ketchup on, I was confronted with what I thought was black pudding! However on closer inspection I realized it was a huge piece of black gunk possibly from the hot plate. I tried to contact McDonald's customer service online, and that was a waste of time!
It amuses me how a fast food place still can not get a basic take away order correct. After asking for certain items to be removed from my item due to allergies, the item arrived with those items still on it making that item inedible. To make matters worse, everything ordered was stone cold and needed to be reheated after delivery. I now understand why people say that you don't need a education to work at McDonald's, because if you can't get a simple order of four burgers and fries correctly, what hope do you actually have ?

Been on 2 occasions:
First time I ask for lettuce on a fillet o fish to which they reply we can’t do that. ‘There’s no button on machine’.
Manager called and also agrees no lettuce on fillet is possible.
Second attempt! Ask for cream on a hot chocolate, again can’t do it ask it doesn’t come as standard and this McDonald’s clearly can’t cater for my personal preferences. No care for customer satisfaction and will not be returning.
I once worked at mcdonalds. When i worked there you would cook chicken patties and hold them in trays for two hours and any unsold ones would be thrown away. Not at this maccies. I know what an out of time patty looks like and i keep getting them from here. I know food waste isnt good but neither is getting home with cardboard food.
We love this McDonald's because the staff are always brilliant, today Sarah (shift manager) gave us excellent service with a smile.
Missing items every time you order, got a big mac meal and got chips and drink with no burger, what a joke, people working there don't check to see if there's anything missing. Terrible service.

Will definately NOT be my last visit to this all-day diner, ample free off road parking and food cooked to order. Greeted with a smile the whole place is clean and tidy, all open plan so you can see into the kitchens I havent had fried bread in a long time and it was lovely. I had the full English with a coffee and a bottle of fresh orange juice. While I was there regulars came in so thats always a good sign of a quality well established cafe.

Not great really. It didn’t taste very fresh, and the ribs were fatty.. Sorry to say I would not recommend it to friends or family. When placing order they said they only had half a portion of pork left (this was at opening time) so we had to mix with chicken for the sweet and sour.. the pork was very tough and chewy which leads us to believe this might have been a portion leftover from last night.
The best Chinese takeaway I've ever had... hands down. Food is fresh, tasty and the portion size is just right. I've had the Szechuan Beef and Beef Curry and both were delicious. Salt and pepper chips are perfect also!
This is usually my favourite chippy, however for some reason the standard of food has dipped a bit, don’t know whether the chef has changed but the last 3 times I’ve been, the food has not been up to the usual standard.. So will not be ordering for a while.. Sorry!

Additionally, their hot and spicy pizza alongside the garlic bread is both delicious and satisfying when picked up fresh from the shop.
Best take away pizza period! You can tell from the first bite they use only fresh ingredients and that they put a lot of time and effort into their dough. Very friendly staff. I can't recommend it enough...

I do miss a couple of things:
- The greek salad they used to do (no longer on the menu)
- The chocolate cake used to come with a small pot of cream (no longer - so a bit pricey for a small slice of Factory chcolate cake (£4.50)
Other suggestions:
- be more generous with the garlic dip - I always find one pot is not enough for one pizza - really need two. (to the management, think how five guys do so well - they are always over generous to their customers with the fries for example)

Pronto pizza is disgusting!! This is a chicken wrap??? First of all they come 2 hours late for a chicken wrap, a 10” pizza and chicken strips. Absolutely vile!!!! So I was out and about running some errands and I was starving so I popped to the Subway inside the Petrol station to grab a meal deal.
I went for a Steak, Garlic, Cheese footlong on heartly Italian sub with Cheese and had it toasted then just opted for Red onion with Garlic and Herb Mayonnaise.
Fot the meal deal went for a Bottle of Dr Pepper and Walkers Cheese and Onion crisps, Subway was absolutely spotless, Fantastic Customer Service, Delicious Sandwich, You can pay cash or card and they also have a handful of tables incase you want to eat in.

Arrived at this branch to an empty counter, 5 minutes later all 3 staff members come out of a side door. Person goes to start making my sandwich and asks what I want, I said a sandwich off the menu without a specific item on, repeated this 3 times and they repeated it back to me. They kept looking back at the menu to see what was on it (must've been 5-6 times) as they made the sandwich (very very slowly). I paid and left, was very hungry so tucked in and realised they had put on the specific item I had asked to be left off, that they repeated back to me should be left off. So either they haven't got a clue what they're putting in their sandwiches, or are purposely putting things on that people ask to be left off. The sandwich made me sick, but I'm lucky I wasn't seriously allergic as it could've been really dangerous. Reported to their customer service who've done absolutely nothing, so writing this so other people know to avoid - unless you don't care waiting around for staff, waiting for your sandwich, or what they decide to put on it.

Zaidy's Pizza is a well-established takeout joint known for its delicious red donner kebab meat. One satisfied customer decided to test the waters by ordering a personal 7" pizza and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional quality of ingredients used.
Ordered 2 chicken tikka kebabs and some chicken strips. Don’t understand the negative reviews - the food was absolutely delicious and the young man who served us was very polite! Best kebab we’ve had in Rammy.

This chippy is by far the best one we've ever been to ,the food is fab and the portions are enormous, the service can be a bit slow sometimes but this is only because the chippy is so popular.
I wish all chip shops were like this.

We have never had a problem with the food from Tiffin it’s always been lovely however this time a friend and I ordered burgers 🍔 curry etc and the chips came soggy the burgers came soggy the barn just fell apart and the Donna meat was discussing dripping with fat and no taste. What went wrong don’t know we’ve ordered the same thing many times and it’s been delicious. Has this Tiffin changed hands?? 🤮

This was an internet purchase, have not consumed in but the cuisine is exceptionally delicious and the delivery personnel are pleasant and amiable. They also communicate with you if specific components are unavailable and propose substitutes. Finest establishment in Radcliffe for kebabs, pizza, and milkshakes; highly recommend everyone to give this establishment a chance! I ordered their unique combination kebab which was the most exceptional kebab I have ever savored. Expressing gratitude for the remarkable experience.

Ordered from these guys at 18:45, delivery was supposed to be for 19:15, called the place at 19:20 and they said they'd be no more than 10 minutes, by 20:00 it still wasn't here and i tried calling again and again yet I couldn't get through to anyone. Just had a calzone from Pizza Nova and it was fantastic! The crust was perfectly golden and crispy, while the inside was stuffed with a generous amount of flavorful fillings. The sauce on the side was a great complement, adding an extra zing to each bite. Definitely hit the spot and will be ordering again!
Just had a kebab from here whilst visiting the East Lancashire Railway. It was tasty, packed with flavour and prepared with care! This was topped off by first class service! The prices were incredibly good value and the portion sizes generous. The takeaway area was clean and well located! I’d happily eat here again next time I’m up this way!

Ordered the Build your Loaded Fries and chose the Salt N Pepper fries, Fried Chicken (extra 50p), although no salad came after selecting Lettuce, Tomato, Cucumber, Red Cabbage 🤷🏽♂️ but had a lovely coating of melted cheese and this by far was the best of what we ordered. Also ordered the. Meat Feast pizza (9”) and paid the extra £2 for stuffed crust, this was a fairly good pizza 🍕

Great pizzas and burgers in Radcliffe. Food always fresh and piping hot, service is fast and its a lovely local family-run business with the new ownership. There's plenty of seating and they have a big menu with loaded fries, kebabs, wraps, and desserts like waffles and milkshakes.
Delicious food. Ordered twice via UberEats, arrived a bit cold and they offered to give me an order free to pick up. Went a couple of weeks later, a really lovely lady called Maryam happily gave me the meal I asked for. Would definitely go again!

Wow! Tried for the 1st time last night and weren’t disappointed. We ordered the £20 special meat box and got a further 20% off when ordering on their site. The food was lovely, big portions, tasty meats and salad was very generous too and all very fresh. Mountain of chips covered in a cheesy sauce, it was all delicious. Sauces were super tasty too but I wish I’d ordered more as they are all small pots but there’s absolutely no complaints from me. We have enough to last us another day too, such great value for money. Delivery was quick and the driver was lovely, she was so polite 🫶🏼 We will definitely use again and would recommend 10/10 from us!

If I could give this place a 10 star I would do, the couple that own and run this lovely restaurant are so friendly and welcoming we discovered it just a week ago and we’ve already been twice! There’s some tables to sit right in front but you can also get anything to takeaway.
Me and my partner are vegan and the lady understood perfectly what we can and can’t eat. Whether you’re vegan or not the food is incredible and so fresh, the falafel is the most delicious we’ve ever eaten (and we’ve tried many!) all the sauces and extras are spot on.
The lentil soup is delicious too and happens to be vegan as well. The Arabic bread is fresh and would love to try baba ganoush if they ever have that.

My son wanted a chicken kebab but they'd ran out. The lady suggested lamb and beef kebab. The guy shown it him on the stick and he agreed. I was shocked as he always says he doesn't like lamb. Then he was too full and let me try a bit, and it was great. Will be regulars now. 10/10 from my 7yo boy, and me.
Visited today, absolutely outstanding food. I had the chicken wrap which was so fresh and full of flavour, my husband had the lamb and beef wrap with extra spicy sauce and again it was full of flavour. We will definitely be returning - beat kebab wraps we have had ❤️

Kudos to the team at Curry in a Hurry for serving incredible and nutritious meals. The lamb curry accompanied by Chapaties is not loaded with oil or spices, making it a healthy choice. The lamb is cooked in a delectable tomato sauce that leaves no room for heartburn. This restaurant has become my go-to place for lunchtime curry, where I can bring both colleagues and family.
This has got to be my favourite lunch time curry place - I take my colleagues here with me and my family.
Great choices - not a big menu but has variety and the kebabs are amazing.
To top it off, the price for a meal is just right.

Absolutely amazing and delicious food from the beautiful women at this stall. So empowering to see it ran all by women and they are all so lovely and friendly. There were no tables when we arrived but they set us up one right away so we could sit, and offered us fresh tasters to try.
Me and my partner are both vegan and the options they had were fantastic for us, they even adjusted the aubergine dish to make it vegan, and wow it was so worth it! We had the veg samosas, aubergine and chickpea curry, tamarind dip, rice and naan and all of it was superb and well priced!
We will most definitely be back and can’t wait to try more of the Punjabi Pakistani cuisine here. Don’t hesitate, go and try this place out, they even had a breakfast set menu to try!

The way the staff spoke to me was disgusting, belittling me in front of other customers making me feel stupid, shouting at me. I asked for a refund and he slammed my money on the counter and told me to get out of his shop. Avoid at all cost!!! If you want a decent chinese go to New China Garden on ladies lane, I would have gone here but it was closed today. AVOID.

My 11 year old daughter made better than this last week at school. Please learn how to cook. The pizza is like eating a sugar coated cardboard box.
Would have given "0" rating but 1 was the lowest. Ordered kebab and a chicken burger. Both came with chips. Kebab I ordered extra chill sauce. It came with almost no sauce. It was dry and the donner meat was charcoaled! Burnt, and so tasted awful. I could not eat it. Crunchy texture, and bbq effectively.
I have edited this review from a 3 star to a one star. 3 star review was for average food. But the last time I went in for a portion of Donner meat. Paid and waited over 45 minutes in the shop.
In the end I got my money back and left.

The burger was juicy and well-seasoned, with a soft bun that held everything together nicely. The real star for me was the doner—tender, flavorful meat with fresh salad and sauces that hit the spot. Portion sizes were good, prices reasonable, and service was friendly. Would’ve given 5 stars if the pizza crust had a bit more flavor, but I’ll definitely be back to try more

I ordered Donner kebab, Mixed kebab and cheese Burger. All of the food was exceptional specially the mixed kebab. i definitely recommend this place if you looking for best food in the area.
