There is something special about taking my son to this place after my grandfather used to take me here when they first opened. Still the same great quality after all these years. Trust me, you will not get a better bagel anywhere (•‿•).

Let’s Fress Deli catered our wedding this weekend. There are no words to express how incredible they were. The food was AMAZING. The presentation was INCREDIBLE. Marc and Richard were incredibly professional and the waitresses were fantastic. It’s impossible to praise them highly enough. FANTASTIC!!! The food is so good that even Barry F was full. And boy can he eat

I have visited Coopers on a number of occasions now for their bagels and sandwiches. These are freshly made, taste great and are very good value for money! What's not to like? The staff are also friendly and helpful, and the premises clean and well stocked. Can't fault it!

1st time at this deli. Went on a sunday for the sunday special deal, paid £5.50. Received 6 fresh bagels, 1 pot of egg mayonaise, tuna mayonaise, cream cheese and 1 packet of salmon. To be honest I thought the size of the pots weren't enough for 6 bagels but it was the perfect amount. Egg mayonaise is smooth and creamy. Tuna mayonaise was creamy and not to overpowering of fish. Cream cheese was nice and the salmon was fishy and salty. Perfect combination. Will definitely comeback and try their bagel sandwiches.

Carvery
Breakfast restaurant
British restaurant
Toby Carvery Ainsworth is a delightful dining destination that promises an exceptional experience from the moment you step inside. The attentive staff prioritize your comfort, even inquiring about any allergies to ensure a safe and enjoyable meal. With an impressive selection of meats and side dishes, the food quality is nothing short of outstanding. This venue also shines as a wedding location, where the team goes above and beyond to create memorable moments by beautifully setting up tables and providing impeccable service.
We had our wedding venue at the Toby Carvery Ainsworth, the staff set the tables with the Dec's we took, they did an amazing job. The staff couldn't of made our time there any more special, all were very polite, the Carvery was delicious. We would like to say a huge thank you for helping make our day very special.

Visited for a lunch with two teens and two adults. Service was fair, food was good and queue time was good considering it was a busy time. We had a nice booth. Plenty of parking and also outdoor seating for a drink. We thought it was ok, as Tony carvery’s go this one is ok.
Lauren G — Google review
I come here often when I have a long break. The service is top class, with staff already knowing my name, preferred areas to sit, and order. The food is great with a wide selection. I prefer the quieter times to come, and I find the atmosphere very relaxing.
Ashleigh S — Google review
The roast was superb. For starters we had the cheesy mushroom and poppin chicken which was not very great. For mains, We had beek and lamb with some sides and their special gravy. The main dish was amazing. There was enough space at the car park, staff were also professional and smart.
FATOKI A — Google review
this restaurant is the best and most pleasant experience ever, truly! from the moment i walked in the staff immediately asked if i had any allegies to make sure i was okay with the food and i felt so appreciated. the quality of the food was also impeccable and delicious, offering customers a varied variety of meats and side dishes. i completely love this restaurant and will be returning soon. my server was ruby who was very kind and made sure we was well looked after, handled the bill very well, and gave us an overall pleasant experience! the deserts were also accommodated by allowing us to take our food home so we could enjoy our share there and take out!

Pub
Breakfast restaurant
The Art Picture House - JD Wetherspoon is a former three-storey cinema dating back to 1923, boasting ornate decor and offering classic pub fare along with a variety of beers on tap. This spacious Wetherspoons pub retains most of its original picture house features, making it an excellent spot for both day and night time visits.
One of the smaller wetherspoons I've visited but still a stunning old picture house repurposed. It gets very busy here being the closest place to the bus station and metrolink and it's reasonably priced. I really like the wetherspoons app, makes it easy to order from your table and you don't wait long for service.
Gemma P — Google review
Spent a nice afternoon/evening here catching up with friends.Service wasn't as quick as most Wetherspoons, but that could have been because it was bank holiday and a music festival going on very near.Didn't like the plastic glasses that my beer was served in as it seemed to spoil the taste. But the food was nice and very warm .Another bonus was the ladies toilets were down stairs. Decoration in this place was stunning although it does look a bit grubby. All in all I would recommend if you're in the area and like me love all things Wetherspoons.
Jane W — Google review
Really nice spoons, never had a bad interaction with the staff. Always on the ball with checking ID's are valid & a pretty chill environment! ♡ Architecture is great - used to be a cinema!
E-Jae B — Google review
The location is simply amazing and the food is top notch as always. I didn't even know about the lunch special, as the prices are already quite nice and the offer was even nicer. Thank you very much for the fast service, delicious food and great atmosphere.

Great venue I had the spice bag which was surprisingly in a bowl and not a bag, but very tasty and 🥵. I had chips with mine coated in seasoning. Washed down with a double Morgan spice. Staff very friendly and asked if everything was ok. Could have done with more chips but my waist line might say different. Toilets clean
Neil P — Google review
Lovely building but would be better if they opened the second floor balconies. Bury, Lancashire.
Forest F — Google review
A very nice Wetherspoons pub. It is ornate inside. They normally have a good range of beers. The food is nice, and we think this is the best Spoons for Pizza. It is actually cooked properly. Look forward to our next visit to Bury.
Dave M — Google review
We visited as a group of 4 on Saturday, late afternoon. The pub was very busy as Bury had a football match on and a lot of supports were there. Despite it being busy we were served quite quickly as they had pleanty of staff on and the staff were polite and friendly. After a round of drinks we managed to get a table so sat down for further drinks. The drinks selection, quality and price are all very good and typical of most Wetherspoons. They often get this right and one of the reasons I always go back to Wetherspoons across the country. Wetherspoons is exceptionally good value for money. Two of the group ordered food. One dish was a pizza and I ordered a vegan beyond burger and chips. The food came within a reasonable time frame. Pizza was reported to be nice but the vegan burger was very disappointing. It was very dark in colour and very dry, it had been over cooked or more likely cooked in a batch and left to sit for a very long period of time in a warmer or warm plate or even reheated. The building itself is beautiful and has some really nice architecture and decor. It even has a down stairs female toilet (I know, you don't see that often in wetherspoons) and large seating areas however the furniture and carpets have probably seen better days. If your out for a drink I would recommend a visit, good pint at a great price.

I have been thinking about visiting this place for a long time. Today I finally made up my mind and I have absolutely no regrets. Very friendly service and good food. I ordered the chicken soup where there was even meat 😊 additionally they serve the soup with three slices of bread and butter. Super! I also took the Rustica hot sandwich. Absolutely delicious! Goat cheese and pickled courgette- a delicious combination. The portions were so big that I could only think about dessert 😜 It was my first visit and certainly not my last.

I’ve been going to Roma since 1999. That makes me feel oldddd, but other than the building becoming a part of Morrisons all those years ago, nothing else has changed. That’s a great thing. Superb coffee, great service, lovely staff, high quality deli produce and products, and the Tonno Bianco pizza is still my favourite pizza of all time. I’d always highly recommend this fantastic deli/cafe
Wayne G — Google review
Unfortunately the service isn't as good since the two lovely gentlemen left and they have been replaced by several younger staff who just aren't as helpful and efficient. Today we called for some lunch and my husband ordered a tuna melt sandwich with a side salad and he had actually finished his tune melt before his salad arrived despite us asking staff on two occasions was his salad on it's way. The food is very nice but the service is sadly lacking.
Dana W — Google review
Lovely place for coffee or lunch. Good friendly service. Varied menu and also a well stocked deli, for taking home very tempting, authentic Italian fare.

I love Roma, the staff are so friendly and helpful. The food is excellent too. The cherry ice creme is the best I have had. Roma must make it themselves as it tastes of real cherries. Yummy. Keep up the hard work.

I had the chicken liver pata with toasted pita and a side salad. Lemon meringue pie. Really enjoyed my food it was great will definitely return. We went quite late on probably about 15.00 so was winding down

I like the place , it's nice but the food is not as good as described, I ordered fish and chips and it was really greasy I couldn't finish my dish. I mean with these prices you will expect to receive at least a food that you enjoy not waste it :)
Atefeh S — Google review
Not been for a while, place seems to have really changed, not for the better. Ordered cheese and onion pie with chips, pastry was absolutely rock hard and the filling, I couldn't taste the cheese over the extremely strong taste of wholegrain mustard, that's a new one on me, I left all the pastry and most of the filling it's was just too tangy and tasted strange. When the plates were collected I wasn't asked if there were any issues it was just taken away. Cake was nice but won't be having the pie again.
WP — Google review
Absolutely terrible! Cramped, dirty and very low standards! On first impression you may think, nice little cafe, but on sitting down, menus are dogeared and dead bugs and spiders hanging off the walls. I was offered a choice in sauces, to which I choose mayo, it had a solidified crust on the top, so asked for a fresh one. Could not believe what happened next, the girl came back with the top scraped off and just mixed up. It looked absolutely disgusting, completely put me off. Nobody asked if the food was ok and on leaving no thank you from staff. £25 on 2 coke and 2 breakfast, a rip off. Will never return and advise all family and friends against visiting. If I could give no stars I would! Posh nosh it is not!!!
Martina L — Google review
I have eaten here many times but sorry to say I was very disappointed the last time. I took friends here and their meal was unappealing and they were not happy. Unfortunately they didn't complain until the waitress cleared the plates away. I felt the staff were totally disinterested and handled the situation badly. The owners weren't on site that particular day and that was obvious to me. Sadly I won't be eating here again.
Hilary G — Google review
Wouldn't make a toasted teacake or toast as it was after 12, but we did see toasted sandwiches being served! Great service.. Amended...managed to forget 1 of 3 drinks ordered until I went in for it myself..... terrible service and not cheap at all
Paul J — Google review
One of the worst experiences I’ve had eating out. The girl with glasses and leggings up her crevices has a bad attitude problem, looks down her nose at everyone and thinks she’s special from the looks of it. But she ain’t ! Did try to get her name for my complaint but others were too scared to give it as to what she would do and when I asked her for it, I got looked at like I was dirt on her shoe.. disgusting !! She had the absolute nerve to charge my mum for half a sandwich because she had taken a few bites when she had complained that it was stale ! This girl said it’s summer it’s what happens the bread goes like that ! What a ridiculous thing to say !!! My tuna melt looked like cat sick. RANK. Not to mention everything you order will be served with a slice of orange .. I didn’t realise we were back in the 70s wow. Shocking service ! Shocking food! Never again !
Laura E — Google review
Arrived and was greeted by a member of staff who showed me my partner and my adult daughter to s table for 2,no,wasn't having that, then she told us to wait at the door?no not doing that either.Got a table, got the order wrong my partner and daughter had almost finished by the time I got mine, the chips(or fries) as they were were overcooked. Not very happy at all.Usually it's lovely, but not this time

Nestled in the heart of Prestwich, Cuckoo has recently taken its charm to new heights with the addition of a stylish bar and event space above its delightful shopfront and terrace. This beloved local gem has long been a favorite among residents, but word is spreading as more visitors flock to experience its inviting atmosphere. Known for its exceptional coffee—especially their lattes—and mouthwatering pizzas, Cuckoo offers a relaxed vibe perfect for catching up with friends or even hosting small meetings.
Absolutely fantastic experience at Cuckoo! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the cozy and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for unwinding with friends or enjoying a casual night out. But what truly sets this place apart is the pizza. Each pie is crafted with care—thin, crispy crust, fresh ingredients, and the perfect balance of flavors. Whether you’re in the mood for something classic or more adventurous, their menu has something for everyone. Drinks and pizza together make for an unbeatable combination here. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the area!
Efstathios T — Google review
We were made to wait for 40 minutes for two breakfasts, only to be served the most subpar and disappointing food. The sausages were obviously cheap and nasty (AND SO SALTY!!), the pancetta was dried out presumably after sitting on the heat lamps for too long and the eggs had most of the white cut off?? What happened to the rest of it?? No one bothered to check if we were ok when we were waiting, or when we were consuming our food. Not even when we were paying. If your kitchen is struggling to cope, please let your customers know upfront so they don’t feel trapped after waiting for over 30 mins. Would not recommend.
Oliver L — Google review
I am a bit late to the party I fear. This place was amazing. Had two pizzas and the humus as a starter. The most friendly staff you could ever ask for. Service was quick but with a warm smile. It’s actually a really large venue with an upstairs area perfect for getting some work done during the day and downstairs for late night drinks with friends. There is a real friendly and welcoming vibe to the place with an outdoor area too undercover and with heaters. Really recommend this place. They do brunch as well as pizza and we had a lovely time. Three children and adults.
Derek T — Google review
Great place, lovely atmosphere, like the feel of the whole place, especially downstairs. Would make a great venue for a function. Food and drink for the most part was great, the scrambled egg on ciabatta was the only downside with the eggs to bread ratio not quite right (not much in the way of egg compared to the bread). I took a pic of mine which was the full breakfast and enjoyed it thoroughly.

Called in for a couple of pre dinner drinks the other Saturday, nice little bar but staff all seem a bit sulky / have an attitude problem. Especially a late 30’s lady, assume the manager or owner? Not cheap and won’t be in a rush to go back, plenty other places that exchange your custom for a hearty smile 😃

WOW!! From a none Pizza loving guy.. I am compelled to write a review. Establishment, clean, fresh, contemporary. Staff, attentive & very pleasant. W/C ( Important ) very clean. Most importantly.. The food! Stone baked Pizza to DIE for! I could actually spend a whole evening in this place, maybe share a Pizza, followed by a few drinks, followed by more Pizza sharing. 8.1 miles from my house.. Next time I will be taking a taxi and enjoying a full evening ( mouth watering as I speak ) and I DON'T EAT PIZZA 😯 Until now 😋

Vegan review: Options are clearly marked on the menu, vegan cheese can be added to the pizzas (for £2 extra, there was also an extra charge for alternative plant milks) - that’s what I opted for, a hirsch pizza with vegan cheese! It was tasty, the base was thin and lovely. You can’t book tables, you just have to turn up. There was loads of space for us though!

McDonald's is a timeless fast-food institution celebrated for its iconic burgers and crispy fries. Visitors often appreciate the clean environment and friendly service, although it can be a tad slow during quieter hours. Ample parking makes it convenient to stop by, and the restrooms are well-maintained for guests. However, one downside noted at the Radcliffe location is their policy against consuming purchased food in your car, which some patrons find disappointing.
Enjoyable clean friendly service a bit slow even though it was a quiet time. Good parking. Nice toilets if you go in. On a downside the Radcliffe store won't let you eat the food you've purchased whilst sitting in your car which i think is wrong. It was a quiet time.

Ordered a Bigmac meal and a nugget meal for myself & my son. Unfortunately I wasn't just missing the fries and have a drink that resembled dirty water my burger had a "bite" taken out of it before being placed on the bun! As i didnt know if the nugget meal had been tampered with it all went in the bin, completely inedible.

The dirtiest McDonalds I have ever seen. Trays and leftover foods everywhere. Flies running around freely. No one was trying to clean. The smell of a rotten meat when entering the restaurant. I wish I took a picture. My worst McDonald experience ever. We were there to collect food for nine people and when we got home, it was only eight. So disappointed!!!

Terrible. Ordered 3 double cheeseburgers, after 10 min wait they came in cold, asked them if they could re heat, waited another 10 mins, they came in cold again. Went back, to let them know they are cold, manager touched it and said it may be because of the sauce, asked if they should make it again, I didn’t want to wait another 10 mins, went took burgers, first bite - cold meat, not melted cheese, disgusting.

Ordered two large chicken nugget meals and a fillet o fish. The order was placed through Just Eat at 10:48 pm. McDonald’s had obviously made this up ready to go but could not get a driver I kept watching the delivery time being extended and extended and at midnight(yes one hour 10 minutes later). I phoned McDonald’s eventually they answered. I asked them what was going on and they said that they had just managed to get a driver and my food would be with me shortly. I told them that I would not accept stone cold food he said no it’s being made up fresh When it eventually arrived at 00: 40 nearly 2 hours later it was inedible my fillet fish was absolutely rock solid and stone cold I won’t be ordering a McDonald’s delivery again if that’s the kind of food they’re happy to have delivered.

Costa Coffee is a popular coffee chain known for its counter-service offering of hot drinks, iced coolers, sweet snacks, and sandwiches. It's a reliable choice for a quick caffeine fix or a bite to eat with efficient service and consistent atmosphere. Recent assessments have noted an improvement in overall service quality and commendable customer service skills from staff members. The location at Bury The Rock Shopping Park offers an awesome atmosphere and interior design, making it a superb spot for coffee and snack lovers.
Served quickly by friendly and helpful staff. Food was tasty and the kitkat hot chocolate was on point. Really nice space, lots of windows to look out of. I do think they could fit more tables in if they changed the layout of the banquet seating, I can see why it's there but it leaves a bit of dead space that could have been filled, not that there weren't seats available, just feels under utilised space.

Had a good experience at this Costa. The bacon bap I ordered was really nice, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the place looked clean. The only downside was that they didn’t have an offer I usually take advantage of in other Costa stores, where I’d get a latte for a cheaper price along with the bap. A tad disappointing, but obviously that isn't a huge issue as I'm not a regular customer, and overall I’d definitely still come back here again!

This has to be the dirtiest Costa I've ever been in! The tables are never cleaned just cleared! Covered in filth, I saw 5 customers come and go without the table being wiped. The floor is absolutely disgusting with food everywhere. This place needs a massive deep clean you can only imagine the hygiene standards for food and drink 🤢🤮 My advice avoid until they get this place deep cleaned.

Nice staff, always friendly. Good coffee. Usually a queue. Plenty of seats and is an ideal place to spend time while waiting for someone else to finish shopping for clothes and shoes. Smoking area as well if that's important to you.

Love the experience at Costa they have a large varity all the time good price as they provide quality all around, staff are friendly and there is enough seating arrangements to be easily seated with family during this pandemic even, beautifully designed to, so a nice environment to have a coffee, Thanks!!!! will be down again soon 😊

Came for tea and egg mushroom sandwich, food was good, staff friendly but I recieved stained cup and tea pot, when asked about veggie breakfast box i was told it just have beans, mushrooms and fake sausages...not what vegetarians want to hear. Not many customers but 4 tables still had cups left, sat there 20 min no tables cleaned during that time.

McDonald's, a well-established fast-food chain renowned for its hamburgers and fries, offers a late-night Spicy Big Mac meal deal through their efficient drive-through service. Although there was some minor delay despite the absence of a queue, the generously-sized Big Mac itself impressed with its spiciness and delicious taste. The quality of the strawberry milkshake and chips were commendable, even if the portion size was not substantial. Moreover, McDonald's boasts a vast and easily accessible car park.
I got a late night Spicy Big Mac meal deal here using my he drive through. There was a bit of delay at the drive through even though there was no queue. The Big Mac itself is actually big, was very spicy and tasty. The strawberry milkshake was good quality, same as the chips, albeit not a lot. The car park is very big and accessible. One thing I don’t understand is why Macdonalds restaurants don’t put serviette in the food bags if customers don’t ask for it. This should be standard for pick up and drive through customers.

06/11/24: stars slowly creeping up. Now 2 stars. Ordered a double cheeseburger and 20 nuggets for sharing. 20/10/24: McRib is back. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Reminded me of when it first came out about 10 years ago! 21/09/24: order cold. Driver made 3 stops before mine. Philly Cheese Stack & Chicken nuggets. BBQ sauce requested but MISSING from order AGAIN. Refund requested and accepted! 19/09/24: Order to perfection! BBQ sauce included! Order same as below, but, with the BBQ sauce as requested! 15/09/24: new Philly Cheese Stack. Excellent burger, however, missing BBQ. Requested refund. 27/08/24: it goes from bad to worse. Selected no mayo and got extra mayo on the spicy burger and asked for 4 BBQ sauces with the 20 nuggets, Got zero sauces AGAIN! 23/08/24: no sauces delivered 07/08/24: our order was correct. Double quarter pounder, chicken nuggets and fries. 05/03/24: door in wrong position. Who designed a front facing store with an entrance with a side entry door! Ridiculous! Food hot this time, and, as per order! 15/02/24: from the Drive Through, food was hot and tasty. Quarterpounder cheeseburger medium meal. Served by a lovely friendly lady. 10/02/23: food cold. No sauces. Chips never seen a frier, they were raw!!! Unseasoned! 10/08/22: Food inadequate, cold, missing items! Not what was paid for!! Plain burger came with cheese when requested plain. Allergy reasons.

Absolutely terrible visit on this occasion. Extremely lazy staff, ridiculous waiting times and believe it or not no sausage or egg in the sausage and egg McMuffin only a slice of cheese. I emailed McDonald's to complain and they sent me a £10 voucher. They just don't care regardless of what they say.

We only have a MacDonalds once every six weeks or so. The reason for this is we can get better and more food for the same price from other local takeaways. Our order of three Big Macs, three large chips, six chicken McNuggets and two biscoff McFlurries came to just under £30. We were handed the ice creams at the window of the takeaway but asked to wait in the car park for the rest of our order. We were not impressed with the amount of ice cream in the McFlurries, picture attached, which began melting as we waited five minutes for the rest of the order on a pretty warm evening. We complained to the person bringing the rest of the order he took the ice creams to his manager who confirmed the amount of ice cream was correct. We then noticed the sauces we’d asked for were not in the order we’d asked for four sweet and sour and two tomato ketchup. The member of staff returned with four tomato ketchup and three sweet and sour. By this time both us and the member of staff were fed up so we left with partly melted small ice creams and the wrong sauces. Not great service and not great value. Not sure what makes MacDonalds worth it anymore.

Ordered through uber, got the steakhouse burger (as a large meal with full suagr cola no ice & fries) £9.19 Cheesy garlic dipping bread - £3.09 2x biscoff mcflurrys - £5.18 (for both) Received a huge bag with the mcflurrys & drink (WITH ice), no burger, no fires, no cheesy garlic bread. Phoned & store manager Adam said there's nothing they can do as its through uber, & the driver took everything as there's no food there. Phoned driver he gave us everything he picked up. This isnt the 1st time this branch has screwed our order up, uber won't do anything because the first time we compalind (about 3 years ago) they gave us partial money back & now say every time we complain that they've helped us once so won't anymore.

Absolutely disgusting, they clearly have no idea on how to run a food business, only got half of what was asked for. I ordered a quarter pounder meal with a chocolate milkshake. The burger was tiny, definitely not a quarter pounder, the milkshake was nowhere to be found and no fries at all!!! If I wasn't so annoyed I'd go back but even if I did the brain dead staff wouldn't have a clue anyway. Next time I want a burger I'll be going to burger King where its actual quality

I ordered from here via uber eats, they forgot 3 medium fries and an apple pie. Uber eats refused to give me a refund, which thats another problem, however i called this McDonalds to ask them if theres a bag they forgot so i could at least pick it up. The woman who answered the phones answered with some disgusting attitude, dont know who’s running this place but it needs sorting. no professionalism at all. Dont order from or even go to this McDonalds, i get its McDonalds and your not getting 5 star service, but im also not paying £25 to be treated like straight crap.

If you're on the lookout for a delightful dining experience, Cafe Bap in Bury is definitely worth a visit. This charming sandwich shop boasts ample seating and an inviting atmosphere that makes it perfect for a casual meal. The ordering process is efficient and friendly, with menus that are easy to read. While prices may be slightly higher than some other places, the quality of food and service justifies it. For instance, their baguettes come at a reasonable price of £4.

Our breakfast was rubbish. We ordered egg and beans on toast and bacon toasties. Our breakfast came to the table. My egg and bean on toast was awful the toast was only toasted on one side. My husband bacon toastie. The bacon was not cooked the toast was only cooked on one side. A member of staff but brown sauce on my husband toastie then put it in a sandwich maker and my husband took one bite and burnt his lips on the sauce. He said it was like napalm. When you see a member of staff heating food in a microwave, you know your food is not going to be up to much. Never going in this place again. We was so annoyed we just walked out. Defo no stars. Staff need to go on training.

I had a jacket potato with 3 chilli bean filling it was lovely and would definitely buy it again. The only thing was it wasn't as hot as I would like it. I do prefer my food piping. My mum had Jacket potato and meat in gravy. Mum said hers was hot but mum doesn't like things piping like me. Mum enjoyed hers too but said meat was a little to salty for her. Overall 10/10 willl definitely go back and the price was excellent 2 meals and a drink £12.50.

This was a good sandwich store with plenty of seats available. When ordering my food, the process was quick, friendly and clear to understand. Menus were well displayed and easily readable. It cost me £4.70 for a baguette, large bottled drink and crisps. I have found similar options elsewhere for a bit less, but I'm not complaining. It was worth the money for the service and food I received. One more thing, the cheese (slices) were a bit strong. I ate it fine but would prefer it if they weren't as strong. This was my first visit and I will definitely be coming back, so well done Bap, you've gained a new customer! :)

McDonald's is a beloved fast-food institution that has been serving up delicious burgers and crispy fries for years. During my recent visit to Radcliffe, I finally got the chance to try their new McPlant burger, which isn't available in my area yet. Inspired by my dad's enthusiasm, I decided to order an extra one! The taste was nostalgic and reminded me of the classic flavors I’ve always enjoyed. The restaurant itself was immaculate, with friendly staff who ensured everything was tidy and welcoming.
I'm in Radcliffe, so was able to finally get my hands on the new McPlant burg (no locations near where I live are currently doing it). Inspired by my dad : I ordered an extra and doubled up! I'm sure you've heard it all at this point, but yeah; I really liked it, tasted pretty much exactly how I remember etc etc. I'd get it again. Hopefully they'll roll them out near me in the future. The restaurant was pristine very clean and tidy, staff all polite and the milkshake machine was working for once! Brilliant service guys well done and Thankyou. I will be bringing my family here very soon.

dont go here if you or someone you are buying for has a allergy, they cant make a plain burger without adding all the ingredients you have told them you dont want on! they also like to charge you for everything you order then they just dont add half your order meaning you then have to go inside to deal with it while rest of your food goes stome cold! the current staff they have hired recently have really bad attitudes when you point out they have added ingredients to food you have asked not to be added which could result in someone having a serious allergic reaction more training needs to be given and more care and attention to orders

I've changed my review, oh god don't go here. Missed 2 burgers from my order, drove down and only got 1 of the burgers. They honestly don't care look at the pics... By the way the order was a medium bbq bacon meal and 2 double cheese burgers, had to assemble both burgers myself because they couldn'tbe bothered..... The only edible thing was the drink. Morrisons Cafe is a delightful spot for those seeking great value meals. I recently indulged in their sausage barm, and it was truly satisfying—definitely one of the best deals around! The menu offers a variety of tasty food and drinks to enjoy. However, a small hiccup was that the coffee cups weren't located near the coffee machine, which made things a bit inconvenient. Overall, it's an excellent choice for budget-friendly dining!
Really enjoyed my sausage barm, for the price you won't find much better, excellent value for money.

I’ve been a regular at Morrison’s café for years. To be honest, in the past the floors used to be dirty, the coffee machine wasn’t clean, and the tables often felt sticky. But this time, I was pleasantly surprised — everything looked much cleaner, the atmosphere felt fresher, and the whole place was more welcoming. I really hope it stays this way from now on

Absolute rubbish. Food took 30 mins then poor quality. Staff put in terrible position. Looks like staff don't want to be here. A customer on another table, gave the wrong order she complained , proved by receipt. Staff came back after long time with again the wrong food. Coffee disgusting. Terrible in every way. Shame because could be good if just management got of their pompous arses and actually did some real work. Definitely not come here again. My friend used to come here often but no more.

This place is awful and very dirty, coffee cups stained, cutlery had dried on food and tea pots looked like they have never been washed. Ordered and paid using the QR code on the menu, went to get my daughters drink to then be told they had non and to pick a different one. The problem being all the other drinks were alot cheaper than the one we had paid for and the server just walked away never to been seen again. Would not recommend eating here.

Unfortunately this place has gone downhill a lot over the years, like most Morrisons Cafés. And the prices have gone the other way.... Latest visit today. No table numbers available when ordering, hardly any cutlery out, NO decaf or hot chocolate drinks available at all, one out of the 2 coffee machines wasn't even working. Hot drinks are now £2.50! I think they were £1.50ish not long ago? It's a shame how Morrisons let this happen to their cafes, they all feel like they need more staff to cope. As for the meal itself, I ordered the vegetarian all day breakfast and it was very nice, but it came with marg for the toast when Morrisons used to always give you butter. £7 felt too much for this really, £5 would be a much fairer price from a supermarket café. It's a no thrills place to eat but at least be reliable and have everything in good order....

my experience overall was absolutely terrible. I had sausages and mash. The sausages were on the cold side quite like rubber and the mash was like a clay/Play-Doh texture. The gravy was clumpy. The peas were quite nice because they were nice and sweet, but the dish overall was just a no. I didn't deed, enjoy the Coke and the fried bread that I ordered on the side as an extra The fried bread had more flavoured than the whole meal, not to mention the waiter that had came over and passed me. My food is very rude and didn't offer me any sauces like he offered every other single table here. never coming back

The coffee served is sourced directly from South American farmers and roasted locally in small batches.
Nicest burger ever. Nice surroundings. Well executed food without a long wait. Reasonably priced for the taste of the food. Can get busy here at peak times but well worth the wait or altering your lunch time to accommodate. Didn't try the cakes but they seemed to have a good variety and plenty of people had come in for a hot drink and a cake.

I've been here a few times now and always found it pleasant, with lots of food options and kind staff. I agree with some of the other reviews about the prices being too much for what you get so I don't go here often. Very chill, quiet atmosphere though which is a nice change to the rest of The Rock.

Absolutely terrible!!!! I m giving up with that place. We went there today and my son ordered the garlic parmesan wrap!! What we recieved was definitely not that wrap. It was the ceasar salad wrap. When I told the kitchen stuff they were so rude about it and denied it being the ceasar wrap. I told them again it is as and to please shoe me were the garlic or parmesan is. The chicken tastes spicy as per their description is the ceasar wrap as its coated with chilli. I told a different staff and she couldn't care less that we recieved the wrong wrap. Absolute shocking. The wrap didn't even had parmesan on nothing. It was a dry chicken with lettuce nothing else. Bob and berts used be a nice place but seriously needs to be avoided now. Non of their staff bothered that we had the wrong food. Never again now. The company clearly doesn't care anymore about service and customers

Very surprised at some of the bad reviews on here. I tried the breakfast offer and had a large flat white with an avocado and halloumi brioche, which came to £6. Not an absolute bargain, but miles better than you would get at the leading American fast food joint or the leading Canadian one a short walk away. The coffee was hot and fresh, a little mild for me, but really I should have gone for an Americano to be able to compare it against the big boy coffee brands nearby. The restaurant was very clean and the staff were very polite and friendly. I was provided with a loyalty card, so only another 8 more coffees until I get a free one. Check out my photos. I will definitely coming again soon.

Service could have been a tad better/friendlier despite the Iced Caramel Latte being really good. Perfect for the abnormally warm May weather. Plenty of seating inside as well as a cosy outdoor section. Definitely worth a revisit. It would have been 5 stars if not for the slightly cold service.

If there is such a thing as "Good Average", Bob and Berts nails that. The food quality was hit and miss. The Breakfast Brioche for example was amazing. The egg yolk was runny, the bacon was crisp, the sausage was just the right amount of sweet and the brioche roll was like a toasted pillow. But then on the flip side, the frosted cinnamon bun was stale with the consistency of drywall. The service was polite and friendly but very slow. As someone with a lot of customer facing experience, I'd never expect people to work at 100%, 100% of the time but not a single person was in a rush with any aspect. It was slightly bizarre. The pricing was, I'd say very fair. My order of a Milky Bar Frappe, Breakfast Brioche and Cinnamon Bun came to around £15, which isn't bad. Average one might say. I don't think it's a place I will ever go out of my way to visit, but I would be comforted seeing one in an unfamiliar town as a safe bet...for breakfast atleast.

Me and my husband and usually regular at bob and Bert's when we are in town. Today's service was not good at all! The lady Liv at the til was rushing us for an order. When we did order she made us repeat the order three different times and she didn't put it though correctly. Once we paid they took 15 minutes to make our drinks and forgot mine even though I could see the staff chatting in front of me. When our food arrived the order was wrong. I told the server 3 times I wanted loaded halloumi fries and they sent me fries with a few pieces of halloumi. I asked where my order was and server stated that this is what I wanted and paid for and of I wanted loaded fries I need to order it again. I asked what I should do with the wrong order and said "whatever" and didn't want to take it back . I already paid over £40 for this order and did not want to reorder. We will not be coming back.

McDonald's is a beloved fast-food institution that has stood the test of time, famous for its iconic burgers and crispy fries. During my recent visit, I was greeted with warmth by a friendly staff member diligently mopping the floors. The table service was impressive, with attentive employees ensuring customers had everything they needed—it's those little touches that truly enhance the experience. On this occasion, Sarah, the shift manager, went above and beyond to provide exceptional service with her cheerful demeanor.
Got a nice smile from the girl mopping the floors this morning. Table service was spot on, serviettes on tray and staff were asking people if they wanted anything else, small things do matter. 5 stars all round.

Don’t get a frappe from here if you’re going late at night. They can’t be bothered to blend the ice up. Second time it’s happened now when going late at night in as many trips and just end up getting home to find I’ve got an undrinkable frappe full of blocks of ice n syrup. Retraining needed

I ordered a Cheese and Egg McMuffin, and when I lifted the top of the bun off to put some ketchup on, I was confronted with what I thought was black pudding! However on closer inspection I realized it was a huge piece of black gunk possibly from the hot plate. I tried to contact McDonald's customer service online, and that was a waste of time!

It amuses me how a fast food place still can not get a basic take away order correct. After asking for certain items to be removed from my item due to allergies, the item arrived with those items still on it making that item inedible. To make matters worse, everything ordered was stone cold and needed to be reheated after delivery. I now understand why people say that you don't need a education to work at McDonald's, because if you can't get a simple order of four burgers and fries correctly, what hope do you actually have ?

Horrible management and service. Been on 2 occasions: First time I ask for lettuce on a fillet o fish to which they reply we can’t do that. ‘There’s no button on machine’. Manager called and also agrees no lettuce on fillet is possible. Second attempt! Ask for cream on a hot chocolate, again can’t do it ask it doesn’t come as standard and this McDonald’s clearly can’t cater for my personal preferences. No care for customer satisfaction and will not be returning.

I once worked at mcdonalds. When i worked there you would cook chicken patties and hold them in trays for two hours and any unsold ones would be thrown away. Not at this maccies. I know what an out of time patty looks like and i keep getting them from here. I know food waste isnt good but neither is getting home with cardboard food.

We love this McDonald's because the staff are always brilliant, today Sarah (shift manager) gave us excellent service with a smile.

Missing items every time you order, got a big mac meal and got chips and drink with no burger, what a joke, people working there don't check to see if there's anything missing. Terrible service.

H Diner & Takeaway is undeniably the finest eatery in the United Kingdom. Its cuisine is unparalleled and serves as the sole source of excitement when visiting this less-than-ideal country to see family. Upon arrival at Manchester airport, one's immediate query should be, "Where can I find H's?" The food here is so exceptional that it would be a daily indulgence if one did not reside in Australia.
Amazing. Just had breakfast for the 3 off us. Great food. Great service. Very fast and they come to your table. So it's all great 👍

Will definately NOT be my last visit to this all-day diner, ample free off road parking and food cooked to order. Greeted with a smile the whole place is clean and tidy, all open plan so you can see into the kitchens I havent had fried bread in a long time and it was lovely. I had the full English with a coffee and a bottle of fresh orange juice. While I was there regulars came in so thats always a good sign of a quality well established cafe.

M&S Cafe offers a modern and functional dining experience with a spacious, brightly lit area and simple furniture. The self-service model includes ordering, payment, and cleaning up after oneself. The staff provides good attention to customers but this may lead to longer waiting times. Despite the large seating area, the cafe can get busy due to its popularity. Customers praise the delicious ham and cheese toastie as well as the fully loaded hot chocolate.
My visit to the Marks & Spencer café was a wonderful experience! The food is very delicious, especially the cake, which has a unique and tasty flavor. The seating is comfortable and calm, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy some time. I will definitely come back to enjoy the great atmosphere and food again!

I enjoyed my visit to the Marks & Spencer Café. The pastries were fresh and delicious, and the clean, welcoming environment made it a pleasant place to relax. The coffee and tea were decent, rounding out a nice café experience overall.

Dining Experience @ Marks & Spencer Café. . Ambience is modern and functional. The brightly lit spacious area is neatly lined with simple furniture, with some seats offering power outlets for device charging. . Service is largely self-service, with ordering, payment, and collection over the counter. Diners also clean up after themselves. Staff accord each customer good attention and patiently answer queries, but this causes a longer wait for those in queue. . Food is focused on simple and easy British English meals, including light bites and popular favourites. Ingredients are fresh, dishes are healthy and tasty. Portions are sized for individuals. Prices are affordable, budget about GBP £10 per person. . A warm Tea Earl Grey (GBP £2.50) makes for a great calming beverage on cold rainy days... which are common here in Manchester, England. Love the elegant notes this carries. . The giant Fruit Scone (GBP £2.50) is warm and tasty, with the juicy chewy sultana raisins lending a burst of fruity sweet flavour to the buttery bready flavour of the scone. With its firm crumbly texture, this was delightful. . The Assorted Sandwich Selection (GBP £5) features 4 quarter sandwiches, each with a different filling. All so tasty.

We have been I'm Manchester for 8 weeks whilst my husband has been having cancer treatment. We go to M& S cafés regularly back home. Never have I been in a M&S cafe where I've waited so long in the queue. I understand there are problems with the syber attach. We have been in the store in central Manchester. 3 times every week in the last 6 weeks. Our free coffee's dont add up on our sparks card. Never had a free drink in 6 weeks.our digital reciept don't come up we have had breakfasts and lunches. What topped the edge to do this review .I ordered 2 coffee's and two toasted teacakes .The toasted teacakes came twenty minutes after the coffee was made. They're is obviously a catering management problem .The servers at the till and the people keeping the tables clean are all very friendly. I ask " do you have enough staff preparing the food" I understand the tills are slow for paying. Its a shame because this is the only store lately that has these problems. We were in Llandudno for the day no problems there. A very disappointing 6 weeks experience of M& S Manchester cafe.

First time I have ever been as usually get a jacket potato from the chip shop near work thought going to a cafe it may be better standard a spoon of tune for a whole jacket potato and a small layer of cheese are half the potato and nothing left for the rest was cold after waiting over 10 mins
Melissa J — Google review
When people say "greasy spoon", it may sound like an insult to any visitor to our island, but we we mean it more as a term of endearment... a positive categorization all good Englishmen and women understand and appreciate. We mean a independently run cafe that does tasty comfort food well, quickly, with a smile and always within a relaxed atmosphere. This cafe is the perfect example of a good old English greasey spoon. The lady at the pans was quick, kind and on the ball. The Gentlment on the drinks was charming and efficient. If you're a lover, like I am, of a tradition English cafe, a quentisential "greasy spoon" , then this is the one to visit when you're in Bury. Bury itself is quite a nice town, and I'd recommend half a day there if you're in the area. A whole day if you ride the old railway, which is worth it! Start or take lunch at this cafe nonetheless.

Typical english cafe, the couple that run it are nice people and the service and food good. We’re always there early, before the market opens, so it’s not usually too busy. I couldn’t say if it gets busier later, although I hope it does. If you don’t use it you lose it.

We pass this place every week and there's always a queue outside for tables so we thought we should give it a go. There is lots of choice on the menu with hot and cold food and the food was ok. I was a little disappointed that the extra £1.30 on my breakfast entitled me to 1 slice of black pudding, being the market of the famous Bury Black Pudding I was expecting a little more! Disappointingly as well we had to ask for our drinks at the end of our meal as they'd been forgot about. Overall it was "ok" but not something we'd be queuing up for again.

A bustling little cafe on bury market, they are stretched for space so expect to be sat pretty close to the table next to you. The food was nice but unfortunately as someone else had mentioned our drinks never arrived and we had to chase them after eating which is a pet peeve of mine.

Tried this cafe for the first time last week and wasn't impressed. We sat outside I asked one of the staff do we go inside to order she said yes. Then next minute another member came to the table to take our order, at the same time taking an order from the table next to us. We was serve cold cake's on red hot plates and had to ask could we have cold plates. The milk they gave us had been sat out on another table in the sun, this was off we had to ask for some fresh. A few minutes later we was informed along with the table next to us they would be closing in 10 mins, a few minutes later another member of staff came along to remind they were closing. If they had if told us this when we was ordering we wouldn't of bothered.

I took my 90 year old Dad shopping yesterday as he's had to give up driving. I was amazed when he suggested going for a coffee, it turns out he's a regular here and the staff not only knew him - they knew his order and took time to interact with Dad even though it was very busy. While they do close on Sundays, their extended hours during the week allow ample opportunity to enjoy a meal. The cafe boasts a welcoming atmosphere and offers a diverse menu that caters to various tastes. Guests can indulge in delicious meals like the No8 breakfast or special roast lamb dinner, both praised for their quality ingredients and reasonable prices.
Good food from a menu with something for everyone. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Good prices!

Popped into Bury Town Cafe this morning and ordered the No8 breakfast. Staff were absolutely brilliant, brought me a lovely milky coffee and the breakfast wasn’t too long after. Everything was perfectly cooked and glad to see that the sausage was of decent quality and not bog standard catering sausage. The price was only £7.25 for the breakfast and coffee, and to be honest I’d have happily paid a couple of pounds more as I enjoyed it that much. I would highly recommend Bury Town Cafe and will definitely be calling back next time I’m in Bury.

This is a brilliant cafe for breakfast and lunch the prices are great just like a old cafe in the 70s and 80s when you ask for bacon and egg barm that what you get a good cup of tea and coffee toast t cakes are great to plenty of butter so if your in bury town centre give it a go you won't be disappointed

⸻ I had a truly delicious breakfast at Café Town. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. My sandwich was absolutely tasty, fresh, and juicy. Everything about the experience was excellent, and I’ll definitely be coming back again! 👌

Had the Roast Lamb dinner special and a brew. Always enjoy the food at this cafe and prices are very reasonable. The menu is varied and so is the specials they have. Quite close to the bus station and tram station, so easy accessible for all and there is no step to enter this cafe, thus open to families, the older people and disabled alike. Services is quick and promptly and your not waiting too long. Staff are friendly and helpful.
