My family and I have been coming to this place for the past five years and it never disappoints! In the summer, they have a lovely and welcoming terrace patio, perfect for enjoying a relaxed meal. What makes this place truly unique is the decor—it's a dream for movie lovers, especially fans of classic films from various genres like horror, sci-fi, and drama. I’ll never forget our first visit when the waitress showed us the Chucky doll at our table, it was such a fun touch! The staff are always kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain new dishes or specialty coffees, which adds to the experience. The portions are generous, perfect for hungry husbands like mine and the prices are very reasonable. It’s a family-friendly spot with a great kids’ menu, and I personally love their milkshakes and specialty drinks. Another plus: they allow cash payments and you don’t have to pay taxes! This is a wonderful small business that deserves our support, especially with so many big breakfast chains popping up in the area. I honestly have nothing negative to say so it’s a solid 5-yummy-stars from me!

We found this place while searching for breakfast in St. Catharines, and wow—what a gem! The reviews for Lester D’s were spot on. The movie style vibe is awesome, the staff are super friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything just hit the mark. Can’t wait to come back next time we’re in town!

We loved this diner and it was fascinating to look at all of the movie items. The staff was great and the menu is so fun to look at with the movie references that are incorporated into the item names. The portions were generous. I was also impressed at all the cleaning that was done at the end of the shift in mid afternoon.

Excellent meal. Portions are absolutely massive. Everything came out hot and fresh. Staff worked well together to make sure we were always tended to. We will be back for sure!

I usually wait until we leave before writing my review but I just took my first bite and this might be the best thing I’ve ever eaten. From the moment we walked in all the staff were amazing and friendly. Knowledgeable and attentive without being annoying. Portion sizes are incredible and for a reasonable price. My kids especially love you can colour on the bathroom walls. My only complaint is the menu is a bit difficult to read but definitely worth it.

We tried there pizza and wings Sunday night. We ordered our food for 5:45pm pick up. The food was ready exactly then. The pizza was and wings were good I would order again from here.

They had a terrible thing happen to them the night before and that caused my order to be cancelled or unable to be picked up. Im glad they are honouring the order. Ive always heard great things from their pizza so im exicting to try it. Also call in directly, dont use uber eats. They made this so much harder.

I have to say after not trying them for years its not a bad pie. I think if they used real bacon the pizza would of been a 5 for sure. Keep it up. Order 3 trays and 90 wings oh i mean 9 pounds. Pizza places should not do by the pound. By the pound it should be 10 wings not 8 or 9 a pound. Good wings but only complaint was 7 to 9 a pound. I know they dont weigh them. Its just to save money. Anyway. Good pie and wings. Crust is good. Saucy, which is good as well. Crisp is great too. Keep up the hard work!!

After too many times to count I am leaving a review. Every single time we order, our food is lost, late, or not right. If we pick it up, it’s never ready or it’s lost or forgotten, if it’s delivery it’s atleast an hour or longer past their hour they say. We are constantly let down by this location. Told us 20 minutes today, we went after 45, and our pizza was forgotten and not made and we still had to wait.

I called the vine st location. Placed my order for delivery. My husband decided to go pick up instead. When he arrived they said they don’t have an order for Us. I then called back ( hit re dial on my phone) and they are claiming to not know anything about it. If my husband didn’t go to pick up I would have been waiting forever for nothing. They didn’t apologize. Mistakes happen but don’t make the customer feel crazy for placing an order with your business then you don’t even apologize. Lost our business going forward. I don’t expect perfection but I do expect more care. Customer service.

Would be 5 stars - but it took an hour and a half for the food to be delivered because the website sucks. Next time I'll just call. Best pizza i've had in a very long time. The crust was so good and the 4 cheese blend was amazing. The chicken wings were huge. Ordered Garlic Parmesan and Crispy. The wings could be ok they didn't have very much flavor - next time I'll try hot wings or something saucy to see if they taste better. Will definetly be ordering again. But will be calling them directly instead of trying to use their order online.

It truly feels like a family diner atmosphere from the past. The food is amazing, not too greasy, the service is warm and friendly. Hands down the best home fries in St. Catharine’s. Highly recommend!

My go-to breakfast place, has been for many years and I’m never disappointed. The waitresses are extremely friendly and welcoming and the food is always delicious. The bacon they have here is to die for, it’s a must have if you find your way over here. The Lancer has been a Niagara staple for decades and it will continue to be so, as long as the food stays good and the service stays healthy this delightful breakfast place is going nowhere.

My Family and I absolutely enjoyed it staff polite and kind. Freshly baked cookies and lollipops was a real added bonus to our morning adventure beautifully! Definitely going back again!

A great restaurant for breakfast. We went there while our RV Camper was having new tires put on at Niagara Tire and Battery. We ordered the 1/2 pancakes with meat. The portions were huge and we took home two pancakes. The waitress was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Stopped in for lunch last week. Ordered a toasted club sandwich with fries and coleslaw, and an egg salad sandwich, coleslaw and chicken noodle soup. Food was excellent, very tasty. Our server was friendly and efficient. Love that it's one of the few Family Restaurants around. Would definitely recommend and we'll most certainly be coming back.

Great Experience at Gino’s Pizza! Stopped by Gino’s Pizza for lunch today, and I had a fantastic experience. The worker who helped me made the freshest, most delicious pepperoni slice I’ve had in a while, and at only $4, the price was unbeatable! Beyond the great food, the staff member was so sweet, hardworking, and friendly. You could really feel the positive vibe in the environment. I ordered a large pizza with only cheese and chicken. My pizza is very underwhelming, there was hardly any cheese and the chicken tastes off. The crust also had a very stable taste, it was very hard to bite through. I usually love gino’s pizza but I am very disappointed in how this pizza turned out.

Great pizza. Good service. Not too heavy on the sauce. Low tang too. Like that. Pizza is done fairly quickly and with care. Good quality pizza at a great price. The place smells great. Garlic, herbs and hot pepper flakes at the counter. Can be crowded on weekends.

I have no complaints about the pizzas. Good ammount of toppings for the price & it tasted great. The cheesy bread was gross though. It's just plain dough with way too much dry Italian seasoning on it & cheese. The garlic breadsticks were over cooked & has been brushed with garlic butter before going into the oven so they tasted like burnt garlic. Would order pizza again but definatley not sides

Great pizza pie, your usual tasty ginos pizza made in under 15 minutes. 2 small issues I have is that there is no guest Wi-Fi and being right beside Dollarama they should really lower the price on their drinks entirely or offer deals/specials which greatly discount soda as you can buy a bottle of pop for only $1.50 from Dolly.

I ordered their chicken shawarma, was delicious, very generous on toppings and cheese. And offcourse very friendly stuff.

I love this place. It's clean, professional, friendly, organized, and very HEALTHY! I appreciate the natural, good foods and everything I've had there thus far has been excellent. I love the breakfast bowls- Green eggs- with kale, scrambled eggs, fresh broccoli, cherry tomatoes and fetta cheese. I believe it's finished with a roasted red pepper sauce on top. I've tried their soups, their shakes, and even a burrito. EVERYTHING was delicious, fresh and great quality. I appreciate the staff working diligently, while still being friendly and focused on creating the orders as they go. Everyone i've met there is friendly, and the manager is very professional, orderly and also friendly. She knows how to run a buisiness, and the entire team does such great work!

If you have not tried freshii before then you definitely gotta give it a shot. Fresh, clean, healthy eating and order a kale smoothie to go with your meal. So good!

We get lunch here on a regular basis. Compared to other Freshii locations visited recently, Jody and her crew are one of the best! Consistently fresh ingredients with good portions and willing to tailor to meet my dietary restrictions.

I had a lovely experience and will be coming again soon! the very short girl with brown hair and bright smile took my order and made my bowl, she was absolutely wonderful so sweet and accommodating! Went there for the first time recently and it the perfect visit. Jodi helped me with all my questions and made the delicious Heurvo bowl for breakfast. I had a Green Genius juice on the side which was also so good! Jodi also helped me set up a 3 day juice cleanse that I start today. Truly recommend this place for the great service amazing atmosphere and spectacular food and drinks!

This freshii location is the best I've ever been to. The manager here (I wish I knew her name) always says hi, knows faces and names, Always gets the orders on time and correct. Not sure what's happened here, it has been a little while since I've eaten here, maybe it's new management? Used to get incredible, prompt service, never experienced a shortage of ingredients. Last night they were short on ingredients, service was slow, and when we asked why our bowls weren't tossed one associate said they were (they weren't), and then another said "we dint du that here anymore, just shake it yourself" (to compare, the last time I asked for it tossed the associate not only tossed it but crumbled extra cheese on top and drizzled it with extra dressing) foods still good but the service, not so much.

Absolutely loved my visit to Burrito Boyz! 🌯🔥 The chicken burrito was packed with flavour and cooked to perfection — definitely one of the best I’ve had. This is my go to spot for a late night dinner. Every time I visit I have the best service! Everyone is really nice. I normally get a steak and calamari combo burrito and it has never fallen apart on me. The gentleman who wraps the burritos treats it like a baby. Thank you!

Burrito Boyz has been my go-to for years. The new owners have really taken it to the next level. The staff are friendly, efficient and consistent. As another reviewer mentioned there’s been consistency issues in the past but these guys know what they’re doing so no need to worry about that here! Great service and great quality food. They’ve made my experience so much better and I always look forward to stopping in!

Here from BC for hockey, love trying new food, but we're very partial to our burritos and burrito bowls. This place is legit. First impressions go a long way, and the guys at the counter were top notch. Very friendly and helped us understand the ordering process with ease. Food was unreal, great portion sizes (definitely full after a large) and flavor was spot on. Everything works great together. Burrito sauce and the hot sauce both the stars. Would go back any day. Only minus points were for the sight menu chaos and a slightly musty scent walking in. Just seemed like the old building though. Great food and people.

The business owner discriminated against my disabled boyfriend for bringing his service dog inside to order a burrito to go. He was told he could not order toppings as per usual in front of the counter because "they don't allow pets" at which point they stood their ground about policies. Service dogs are protected under legislation in this province. This behaviour towards the disabled community is reprehensible and absolutely unacceptable. Not the kind of experience I expected to have in St Catharines. We will not be returning, this place is joke and I'm disgusited by this type of treatment to anyone especially someone with a disability. How is this ok?!

Stopped in Sunday for lunch. There wasn’t many people there but our order was a bit long for a chicken sandwich meal and an order off onion rings and a kids meal. They made my daughter’s burger wrong… she asked for no cheese and she got cheese. The onion rings were a bit off as well. The staff were friendly though.

Staff was super friendly. Yummy food and root beer! One of the workers brought our son a coloring page, crayons and a sucker. We fully enjoyed our first time.

I’ve visited a lot of A&W locations and never had a bad experience. But let me tell you, this location is on a new level. It’s spotlessly clean. Even the window sills are clean. It doesn’t smell like grease or cleaning products. Just impeccably clean. The staff are happy, friendly and efficient. It’s clear the manager / owner / proprietor of this location has a great deal of pride in the environment and service. I know they just renovated but, even before that, this place was near to flawless. If you’re hungry, need a quick bite, and within 30 minutes of this place, you should head on over.

We recently went to the A&W on Lake Street for lunch. Both of my children were in horrendous mood upon arrival. We were greeted by who I think was the owner who attempted his very best to get them out of their bad moods. He gave them crayons and pictures to colour. And also gave us complementary desserts. He really took the time to see them and make them feel special and completely turned around their afternoon. The staff was kind and friendly food was wonderful. I would definitely go back. It’s not very often in today’s world that people go out of their way to make your day I can confidently say the A&W on Lake Street did just that. Thank you!

So... I'm nervous. I want to rave about how good this little diner is... About how much it reminds me of the little cafe my dad and his 2nd wife owned in my childhood. The only thing missing is a cocktail arcade table with centipede and missile command... My problem is... I still want to be able to get a table here. Lol. In all honesty, I love the food. The staff are great.

First and most importantly the food was very tasty and priced well. You can tell that due to it being a smaller business it took a bit of a hit during the pandemic and it doesn't seem they've fully recovered which you can see displayed from the still remaining Plexiglass, to the chalkboard still showing the once was mandates, to the shirts asking customers to social distance. Overall this diner definitely deserves any and all praise despite the slightly outdated interior. If you find yourself looking for a nice breakfast this is definitely the right place to start.

Visiting a diner is a great way to start any day. We're so glad that we chose to visit Opa & Oma's. In spite of inflation they've obviously strived to maintain reasonable prices and generous portions. Great first impression to be greeted with an immediate offer of coffee. And good coffee at that. I had the "Egg Thingy" with home fries. Oh my the home fries alone are worth a trip. Delicious seasoning! Very friendly, cheerful staff who were quick with the coffee refills.

This was our one and only fish place. Will have to find a new place. 3 pieces of haddock with fries was a HUGE disappointment. The fries are now the gross, frozen, battered type. We got a handful of fries with pur fish, which is nothing compared to the box-full of fresh cut fries that used to come with 3 pieces of fish. The fish was tough and overcooked. There was way too much batter, and it was terrible. The large coleslaw is small compared to before. It was mediocre in taste. The fried pickles were obliterated, just an overfried mess. All of this was prepared by the owner as my husband waited. We started coming here 7 years ago, and it was a staple for us. It just isn't the same anymore, it is poorly prepared, with the owner just not caring about the quality at all.

First time trying Jmonks. The food tasted great, the portions were a big size and along with extra fries a bonus. Nicely coated fish. Small but quaint.

Super friendly staff. They acknowledged and greeted me while I was waiting for my order. Then I don't know if it was a coincidence but they brought out Patio chairs and tables so I decided to stay and enjoy my meal outside. Other than that this is not a dine in place. There's no tables inside. Just a bench for waiting. However it's pretty quick. Now onto the food. The fries were delicious! I ordered fish bites with Mango salsa. The salsa was very good but very sweet. You have to pair it with the fish for sure. The fish however was kinda dry. Also for calling them fish bites you can see they are not bite sized lol. Still good with tarter sauce. Would recommend a try but order their haddock or cod. Not the fish bites. Oh and they got daily specials which is a plus.

Finally found our new favourite fish and chip place. The fish is delicious, fresh and big portions. The French fries are crispy and delicious too!! Customer service is great while I was greeted by the owner himself. We recommend this place 100% and will definitely be returning customers!!!! Delicious!!!

Last time I was here it was Mr Fish and his chips. I was born and raised in the north end and now I live 3 hrs north and work in Niagara region through the week. I was going for a drive after work and stopped by to have dinner. I was very impressed with my fish and chips! The fries were nice and crispy and the fish and batter was superb 👌 The tartar sauce was excellent also. This will definitely be my go- to fish and chip place in the Niagara region! I will try the other stuff on the menu too. Very reasonably priced also. Highly recommended!!

Freddie is the man and he knows how to make a good burger and fries for me. Had it many times. I should try that Cajun Chicken Sandwich one day. 5 out of 5 from me.

Waited a half an hour for my mobile drive thru order in the pick up spot, they told me they gave it to someone else and had to make a me a new meal. Got home and ate my food, only to realize my diet coke has coffee grounds in it????

Honestly the worst experience at McDonalds in a long time not even worthy of the 1 star. Cant understand the lady taking the orders i can be forgiving there, the order was a hot cake happy meal and a sausage McMuffin, got the McMuffin and hotcakes.. no toy. No butter no syrup no forks or knifes, no hash brown no napkins. Clearly the corporation doesn’t vet or test the people buying these franchises. It’s one thing their food is sub par and I’m buying it in a pinch, another that the prices are crazy for this sub par food. And then this service on top… stay away unless you are desperate it’s not worth the headache and long term health complications.

Came with my nieces and nephew , they ate and then had fun in the play area. The food was decent, the staff was friendly and Me and my friend who accompanied me were able to chat and catch up well the kids had some fun. One of the few indoor play areas where there's no extra cost.

I brought my daughter to play place first time and she was only in the play place for 2 mins because she got to shy. When I took her out she smelt like pee all over her and she did not pee herself. It was old pee smell so bad that it made her car seat smell and when she came into my home i put her right in shower it was horrible worst smell I have ever smelt. Her socks and pants and shirt smelt really need to clean that play place one of the kids are gonna get sick from that just horrible.

We waited 19 minutes from the time we placed our order until we got our food. 19 minutes! By then most of the items in our order were only lukewarm. When I took my grandson to the bathroom, two young men were in the bathroom and one of them was standing on the urinal looking over the bathroom stall at his friend who was using the toilet. They were laughing and my grandson felt very unsafe. He had a frightened look on his face. I asked them to leave but they would not. I went to the front counter and told the manager on duty. He nonchalantly sauntered over to the men's room and asked the two teenagers to leave. There was no sense of urgency to it whatsoever. And the young men attempted to enter the play area with very young children present. Two young moms intercepted them and told them they could not enter the play area at the Ontario Street McDonald's in St Catharines ontario. They finally left. This is not a safe, well-run McDonald's. I would encourage patrons to find another one!

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I'm from out of town and two nights in a row I've gotten my order screwed up. Then I ask to buy a key chain and they refuse to sell me one stating I have to order a meal to buy it and when I point out it doesn't state anywhere I have to purchase a meal just that it only says "get a keychain for $3.50" they ask me to leave and stop causing a commotion. If you're staying in the area I'd advise you to avoid this location at all costs.

Absolutely disgusted.. I went in to go pee before I ordered food with my friend. And employee was waiting at the bathroom door and demanded I go tell them to let her in the bathroom. After I finished going pee I heard her come out before I did and not wash her hands. I came out and as I got out the door she was already leaving without washing her hands. I left and went to another mcdonalds.

The quesadilla was so good, we ordered the beef and the fish one, everyone said the fish one was flavorful. Definitely worth every penny.

For a "Mexican" food place to charge extra for ANY guacamole is down right gouging the customers. I ordered a beef burrito and the gentleman asked if I wanted queso sauce and guacamole at an additional fee... Of course I said yes... He then took a small butter knife and smeared the guacamole so thin, and proceeded to put the utensil down to give me the other toppings. I asked him if that's all I get. He then put a little bit more on the wrap. After this experience, I will not return. There are better estsblishments who DO NOT CHARGE for one serving guacamole - BUT WILL CHARGE FOR EXTRA IF REQUEDTED BY THE PATRON. GUACAMOLE IS A MEXICAN STAPLE! 🥑 🛑✋️STOP BEING SO CHEAP! ✋️ 🛑

Hands-down, this is the cleanest one in all of Niagara. The staff are super friendly. They give you big serving sizes of the items you want in your burrito. They wrapped the burrito perfectly so it didn’t fall apart halfway through eating it. The gentleman with glasses was super friendly will definitely be back.

We ordered from Quesada and found the experience to be excellent. We tried a burrito with all of the toppings we wanted along with a burrito bowl. We also ordered the churros. Service was quick, allowing our Uber driver to pick up the food in a timely manner and the food was still hot when it arrived. We thought the burrito and bowl were great options for anyone craving quick mexican food. The addition of churros was the best decision we could have made. The traditional sauce and Nutella that the restaurant gave us made the churros even better.

Ordered their DIY Taco Kit from the app for pick up and it made for a fully-stocked and delicious taco night! It was also clearly way too much for 2 people so we made some FULLY loaded nachos the next day and even still had leftovers. It was very well priced too. Would definitely recommend, just make sure you order guac on the side!! 🥑

WOW! Let me just start there! This was the first Twice The Deal location I ever tried when I was a kid. I decided to try it out again and it did not disappoint! It was DELICIOUS! The owner Abdul the nicest and most charismatic guy ever! ALSO you cannot beat the prices! I’m a very happy customer! It GAVE down!!!

In my opinion it is extremely filthy! I would NEVER eat anything from this location (Hartzel Road ) however my husband will eat from any kind of dirty dive. He always says that dirty dives have the best tasting food and he did enjoy the pizzas. To each their own, but I’m just making an honest review. If you’d like your stuff cooked in a clean environment, this isn’t it 🤷‍♀️

Absolutely love this location! Omesh (not sure if that’s the spelling) took my allergies to mushroom so seriously, was careful to make sure he made the pizza from the dough to the oven and then cutting it…. Extra careful…. I absolutely appreciate the care!! Not to mention the pizza was cheap, tasty and all around great experience! ☺️😇

We tried Fat Cat’s Pizza today. We were hesitant after seeing some negative reviews, yet we went with our gut after seeing some tempting pictures. We ordered a medium Mac Fat Cats pizza and a latge meat pizza. Definitely the Mac pizza was a favourite. The sauce was amazing, the toppings were fresh and the cheese was a nice amount. The crust was great, airy and chewy and cooked nicely. Definitely held together well. The meat was was also great, the topping were a nice amount as was the cheese. The sauce was well seasoned and a fair amount. The prices were a little on the high side, compared to similar pizzas in the area. The service was great, friendly and the pizza was ready on time. Ordered the medium and pound combo for pickup with double cheese, pepperoni and a pound hot and saucy. Both spot on!! Called in, the girl that answered the phone was Super friendly. She took my order and gave me a time frame to pick it up. I arrived at the time I was told and my order was just coming out of the oven. Excellent service, Excellent food. Highly Recommended.

This is a merriton gem! Amazing food choices at the right price. Food here is above your normal pizzeria. The variety is awesome. I've had their pasta which is oj point. The cherry on top is the garlic bread that comes with it. Pizzas are great too. Tried the big mac pizza. Probably not my favorite but still good. If your close by definitely check this place out for a quick bite.

I visited this place twice and both times was amazing. First time I ordered the seafood pasta, it was so delicious and the price is right. The seafood didn’t taste fishy at all. Second time I went, my partner and I got the Big mac pizza and jalapeño dumplings. Both were super yummy and delicious. Definitely recommend this place! The price is right and the food is great. Moved to the area late last year and have been wanting to try this place. Needed a quick eat and went in for a slice and a pop. Two people at the counter, one super tall guy and another shorter young guy. Tall guy was busy counting money (understandable) and didn't reply when I came in and greeted them both. Tall dude proceeded to look at me like he couldn't believe someone #000000 was free in this day and age and allowed to purchase food from the establishment. Don't worry my guy, wasn't planning to rob the place in my workout shorts with my dog... Other server was nice enough to bring out my slice to me while I was dealing with my puppy. Pizza was high key mid for how tall dude was gazing me down.

Always a pleasant experience! Bartenders are always super friendly and on the ball with drink orders. I ordered the seafood pasta for the first time and I gotta say… HANDS DOWN the best seafood pasta I’ve had in the city! Highly recommend! Always heard wonderful things about their pastas & they definitely delivered!

The place is absolutely horrible due to the lady that had served me at the counter. Otherwise it's fine I guess. Lady seemed to be in a rush, barely could understand a word she was saying, generally had an attitude & turned away from me mid conversation, lol. The girl also had told me that I could do the survey as many times as I'd like, but upon wasting my time doing a second one I was turned away & she went back on what she said, smh- Anyway, the service was mediocre specifically due to this lady being the way she was, probably never gonna come back to this particular store, massive L.

Nothing but problems with this location. I’ve tried ordering in person and via mobile on the app, and the wait is always extremely long. Recently, I waited 25 minutes on a mobile order, after the 10 minute drive. I’ve never encountered a kind staff member, and have never seen them wearing a hair net either. Avoid this location, I’d rather go across town to Glendale location

I don't know why I haven't rated this place yet! I absolutely love, love, love Shawarma Hut Plus! Hands down best Shawarma plates in the region, in my opinion. It's always busy, so I've learned to order take-out ahead of time, and it's ready when I go to pick it up. The plates are huge and created with such passion! I usually split my plate into two servings, so I am stocked for the day. Give these guys a try, you won't be disappointed. *Update: if I crave Shawarma, I only order from here. The food is delicious and the owner is one of the hardest working people I know. He cares about his customers and his family. Truly, his restaurant is a hidden gem in St. Catharines!

Gyro meat was pretty dry, rice was lacking flavor, samosa did not excite me in any way. A very average shawarma experience with slightly sub-par food. I'd eat here again in a pinch.

I have been here two or three times for shawarma. The food and service/staff have been pleasant service. Someone admittedly new the first time, and someone who claimed to be the owner more recently. My biggest complaint with this business is the refusal by all staff & owner to produce an itemized receipt with the taxes shown on it. They have only provided the credit/debit terminal receipts, which are unsuitable for taxes and write-offs. The variety of ingredients is decent by local/Niagara standards, but Sultan's across the street has more. I might get a meal from Shawarma Hut Plus, when Sultan's is closed. Other nice touches are missing at Shawarma Hut Plus, like tea or something while you wait, but good luck finding shawarma places in the Niagara Region that offer such hospitality…

Finally a decent shwarma place in St. Catharines. The 4.5 star review doesn't lie. Their food was really good. I'm this end of the world, most definitely a winner. The last time I went to a shwarma place in St Catherines, we left traumatized by what we had eaten lol. The beef shawarma plate was delicious. Loved my chicken shawarma as well but I loved my husbands beef platter more. Their garlic sauce is killer. And hummus was equally good as well. We also had their beef samosas which were not bad, but could be a bit more crispy and spicy. All in all I was overall pleased with this place. Love how it's open till midnight every day. I came here with my friend and I got a beef shawarma while she got a chicken shawarma plate. The garlic sauce is really good and I enjoyed the beef shawarma. It’s nicely flavored and decently sized. The owner was friendly and welcoming and he seemed to have a great rapport with other customers as well! Would recommend.

The Big Mary Monday combo is still the best fried chicken sandwich deal around, even though shrinkflation has got the better of them and the patty seems a bit thinner every time I visit. The people here that work at this dealer establishment Do not know how to assemble and place orders properly in a bag. Went to call about having missing items from my order. They are very rude and ignorant, laughing on the phone, passing the phone back-and-forth between multiple employees. I honestly would like to have head management or manager of this establishment. Nope…We tried this place out after reading reviews and I’m stumped as to how they have 4 stars. The staff is nice but slow, and wearing dirty clothes. Cappuccino is not cappuccino as advertised on the window, it’s French vanilla and comes from a machine. Drank our coffee in take out cups. Toast was served with mold on it. I’m pretty sure the mushrooms got my omelette were canned sliced mushrooms. The place is dirty, booths are dated and broken, it really needs a refresh. They took a long time to clear tables as people left even though we were the only ones in there, we are surrounded by dirty plates. I really love a great diner - I feel money wasted. Many better options .

First time visit with no prior info. Just moved to neighbourhood. We tried on early morning Saturday before errands. Was surprised to find out it was a diner without table service. You order and pay and sit. Like all other fast-food places. Coffee was provided immediately at counter but I was disappointed to get paper take-out cups. The facility appeared dated but clean. Food came and I ordered the wrap. I will say it was very fresh - made with fresh ingredients, fluffy scrambled eggs, great crispy bacon, fresh tomatoes. Husband's plate was good too. Home fries were potatoes - not from freezer bag. The food made everything alright. I recommend solely based on the quality of food, not the sub-friendly customer service or the lack of wait-style service. Do wish they offered a V-8 or tomato juice option, not just apple and orange. Business was steady enough, some patrons had ceramic mugs, my guess is that they may be regulars that know what they expect. We were just expecting a true diner experience.

Had a great breakfast . THE food was very good and not greasy. You get a good helping and the price was very good both my wife and I had full breakfast with drinks and was under 20$. The menu is easy . The staff was friendly and the place was clean. It's a shared parking lot so when busy it can be hard to get a spot. Highly recommended!

Crazy price jump, used to love coming here, but unfortunately doesn’t look like we will be back, ordered 2 breakfasts and a drink, $50 with a tip, took almost 30 for just the food to come out, server asked if we needed anything when dropped off our food, we only asked for ketchup, sever quite literally never returned. About 20 minutes later I went up to the counter where you order/ pay for take out containers, was given them and sever disappeared once again 🤷🏼‍♀️

I finally made it after hearing good reviews. You place your order at the counter, and they bring you your meal. It was very quick, and the breakfast was very good. The home fries were awesome! I like steak spice but if you don't you might want to pass.

Went to donut diner in welland, when we sat down it took over 45 minutes to get our food, while everyone around us (that came after) was getting theirs, and once the food arrived it wasn’t even hot, my bacon was overcooked and cold, when I complained about the food the server told me to order the bacon soft next time and was rude and dismissive, would not recommend at all

Had a wonderful experience for lunch with our 20 month old daughter. Delicious home cooked meal. The turkey club and chicken gyro wrap were excellent! The atmosphere is incredible. It is truly a classic diner without trying to be kitchy or tacky. The wait staff were kind, friendly and patient with us and our toddler. Had a wonderful conversation with the owner as well and it was really neat to learn about the history of the restaurant that's been a St. Kitts staple for a very long time. Will gladly come back when we're back visiting and looking for a warm home cooked meal.

With new ownership I think this spot is due for a comeback. The new menu is more compact but still has some of their old dishes like the hungryman breakfast. The interior needs work, but it's much cleaner now than it has been in a while. Food is still great overall, although our meats came very well don. The eggs were cooked perfectly. This is a great downtown spot with a lot of history. I am excited to see where the new owners take it and I hope it turns to success.

The food was so amazing up until yesterday our home fries were not cooked and it really really sucks cause I really loved there food and why they changed so fast to not caring about what's cooked cause we through them out they were not like they were when we first went there and we took our for take out yesterday for the first time cause we usually eat in but we decided to take it out yesterday and wow what a difference cause it was the worst I've ever had from them and we are very disappointed cause we spend a lot of money in there but we will not be going back there to eat absolutely not after what they gave us yesterday Aug 3 at 130pm wow 😲 I couldn't believe it!! Judgemental. Walked in with my wife and son. Was told to sit wherever. Another family was seated before us. 2 other families walked I after we did. Restaurant was empty. Served the family that came in after us at 820am. As someone who's worked in restaurants for 20 years you don't ignore any customers. Ruined.my morning during grape and wine. Never judge a book by its cover. I thought about standing on the sidewalk telling people about my service during the parade day. Just disgusting.

Honestly this place was amazing the staff were really nice and even coming in around 11 am it wasn't too busy i just got some pancakes but they wer probably the best pancakes ive had in a while definitely recommend coming here if you want a good breakfast

Broken window at the drive-thru for more than 3 months - bits of broken glass held in place by ceran-wrap! Are you kidding me! How is this safe for our kids meals they prepare and serve! And they said they are not fixing it right away!

Use to come here all the time. Prices are good but way too high for the quality now. Always hit or miss with pizza. Wings are still really good. Sometimes there can be a really long wait even when ordering ahead. Keep an eye out for coupons. No credit card surcharge. Parking can be an issue sometimes.

Typically I would’ve given a great review as I have gotten pizza from here for years… but after tonight’s experience I am shocked!!! We called about a concern for our one pizza, it looks like it was dropped as all the toppings are flopped onto one side, totally soggy and soupy to the point we cannot eat it. Ordered the "grab a slab" for $14.95. Added 2 extra items. The crust was baked evenly and thin (as we asked). The toppings were plentiful, too. It was delicious! Highly recommend!

for years I really enjoy the pizza from this place, one thing is rather strange lately, why is the reason the credit card machine has tip options on this pick up only place? what is the owner thinking ? do we have to pay a tip for ordering from them? Or are we obligated to give a tip for the stuff we are picking up? So what ever the reason they have in mind, I would like to know do they tip their mailman every time he or she delivers a mail? Does he tips the cashier at the supermarket check out? get real please I do enjoy the food from you but enough with the circus. You will loose us customers thinking we are not smart and just by choosing your establishment we will pay something extra.

If i could give negative stars I would! This is the second time I have ordered ahead of time online for a timed pick up and waited over 30 minutes for my pizza! People came and left with their pizza while I waited. And the lady at the cash did not give a crap. Zero care that someone is waiting a crazy amount of time. That was my last time going there! There's soooo many other places that you can be sure you won't end up waiting so long, and have no care that you got screwed!! It's just not worth it, go to pizza house !!

My husband and I went to this location and it was absolutely filthy. Their prep table, work station, floors, seats, tables were all extremely dirty. There were about 4 people staffed and none of them were doing anything, only sitting down and hanging out. How is this okay? Customer service was not good either. If this is what it looks like at the front, I cannot imagine what's behind closed doors. Never coming back to this location again.

I got a 6 piece tossed strip basket half of the strips were the size of a chicken nugget, the rest were shredded up wtf happened? Who put this in a box and thought it looked good

Stood in line for 10 minutes to buy a cake, waited 20 whole minutes to get the cake after actually buying it. After having to ask the workers what was going on with the cake, they came out a minute later with simple handwriting on the cake, no cursive. On top of that the place was crowded, no where for the line to go.

The place is really dirty. There were at least 4 or 5 people working, not apparently busy, the tables weren’t wiped down, covered in ice cream, sticky grimy seats, fingerprints everywhere. If that’s what it’s like where the public are, how clean could the kitchen possibly be? The whole dining and service area need a serious scrub down and the whole experience would improve greatly.

Not sure if anyone working at this location knew what a banana split is supposed to look like but im pretty sure it's not this. Absolutely terrible.

Can your store please add more ingredients into the blizzards? I shouldn't be paying almost $10 for a cup of vanilla ice cream. There are other DQs that properly load up the blizzards so they actually taste like the flavour you ordered. Please do better!

Got an ice cream cake from here on the 28th of September for my birthday. Normally we'd go to a different DQ in the city, but they were closed. We both got a chicken strip basket as well, which neither of our fries felt like they were fully cooked. The ice cream cake was subpar. The bottom chocolate layer was pretty much non existent. And the top layer of vanilla had a weird freezer burnt texture to it. The entire cake just was off. The day after our order I saw on Facebook that this location was closed by the health department for multiple infractions, and seeing the reviews on here I can see why 🤢 Overall bad experience.

The "manager" on duty was rude. I went with my son and placed my order on the app went to the counter to get my food and she said "go sit down we will bring it to you when it's ready" it was after the due by time and she said it rudely. Also didn't bring it like she said she would which is fine but don't say one thing and do another . Got a free "turtles chocolate bar" it was grossly melted and when asked if I could have a non melted one she said that's how they are and told Dennis to give it back and that's all we were getting . Also missing items in my order. Need to treat customers better or don't work in customer service. I also was going to eat in but after her staring at me continuously I felt uncomfortable and left so my food got cold on my way to work

I waited 4 hours for my food. the app just kept saying it was "cooking" which is their version of "in progress". no way to contact a person, the phone just rings and rings. no way to cancel the order, they just make you call the number that rings and rings. no way to get a refund. so now I just lost money. should have used Skip or Uber Eats. UPDATE: arrived cold, except the drinks which had been sitting so long the ice was gone and it was warm. They also forgot my fries.

This place is absolutely terrible, the customer service is terrible, the workers terrible, the ordering services are terrible, everything about this place is terrible. I placed an online order 5.45pm today (20December) and 2hours later I hadn’t gotten my food so I decided to call the restaurant, called the restaurant and told the guy who answered the phone my issue, asked why my food hasn’t been delivered yet and he tells me oh we don’t know about delivery services it’s been an hour and no one picked up your order so I don’t know what to do you have to figure it out and come pick it up yourself. Whaaaat !! I paid of delivery fee for a reason and that’s no way to talk to a customer and he hung up on me, called 10 times the store didn’t pick up another hour later they now said they are fixing it, got my food and guess what they forgot my soda, fries were cold and dryyyy. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to KFC on Ontario Street for an Uber Eats pickup and waited over 30 minutes while the staff ignored the order. One of the employees had a terrible attitude—acting like she was above everyone else and showing no urgency or professionalism. When I finally asked again, she didn’t even know what order I was there for. It was a complete waste of my time, and I had to cancel the order. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. They need proper staff training and better customer service.

I recently ordered from KFC and was extremely disappointed. My order was missing several items, which was frustrating and inconvenient. I had been looking forward to enjoying a complete meal, but instead, I received an incomplete order. This is not the first time this has happened, and it’s really disappointing to see such a lack of attention to detail. I hope KFC improves their service and ensures that all items are included in future orders.

Today, around 12:15pm, I placed an order for delivery on the KFC app. It was a large order for 30+ people and was over $200. I scheduled the order for 4:30pm and received an email confirmation that stated delivery would be 4:30pm. At 1:50pm an Uber driver called and said he was outside with my food. I told him it was nearly 3 hours too early and that the people I ordered it for weren’t even here yet. He said there was nothing he could do. I called KFC customer service to complain and request my order be filled at 4:30. They apologized for the error and said they would follow up with the restaurant and asked for my phone number so they could follow up with me. Assuming that the matter was dealt with, I went back to work. But by 3:45pm I hadn’t heard from anyone. So I called the restaurant and asked if my order would be sent at 4:30. I was told that they wouldn’t be sending it out as I’d already received it. I told them they sent it way too early. The response they gave was that the Uber driver was waiting for it and apparently he had already been waiting a long time. I told them that wasn’t my problem. I had all his food here and it was going to go to waste. She replied that when I order on the app I should also call the restaurant to make sure. I questioned her as to why I should have to call if I’m using the app. She then tried to minimize the relationship between the app and the restaurant and how they’re not responsible for the app. I told her I had contacted customer service nearly two hours ago and they were going to follow up. She said they had not heard from anyone at customer service and would not be redoing my order. So I contacted customer service again and got a different agent. He apologized for the store’s response but couldn’t guarantee I would get my order in time now. So I ended up canceling my order and was told I would be refunded. So a word of warning to anyone ordering on the app and expecting a delivery from this location. They do not seem to know how to follow directions from their own company’s app or, most importantly, how to address customer concerns when an error is made. I was stuck with $200 worth of food that I could not use and they did not seem at all concerned that I was out $200 and still without meals for the 30+ people I ordered for. If ordering from KFC, perhaps manually select a different location.

The absolute worst experiences I’ve ever had in any restaurant is always at this location. If you do decide to come here, I’d recommend coming 20-30 minutes ahead of time as you’ll be waiting that long at minimum. You’ll also need the customer service number handy for asking for a refund, and my best wishes on trying to find the right number that works online.

Wow. ordered chicken tenders with fries the other day. Had i known the chicken tenders were going to be so BIG and Great I would have ordered 2. i was wondering why they were so expensive for just 4 tenders but it is so worth it! Like a whole flattened chicken breast hahaha.

Great customer service, and the food tasted delicious. I ordered a large pizza, it was so fresh and made to perfection. A generous layer of cheese with the toppings on it. I have tried multiple pizza stores around the area and this is my favorite so far

Pizza is great. Service and general attitude of staff towards customers is less than pleasing to be around. We were met with F bombs and complaints about us ordering, and just a not good look for new people. The attitude alone made it less than enjoyable to be in there.

Not a great experience, the pizza was just ordinary but their prices meet industry standards! BTW, it was a medium size pizza ordered from the store and they asked me to come after 30 minutes to pick. So your explanation about the quality is not valid. I still have to say the food was tasting so old and we have thrown it almost everything. First time. Just ordered a traditional 12 slice pepperoni & cheese.. It was below average . Frozen pizza would have tasted better and I hate frozen pizzas.. crust was really thin and dry sauce was spread too heavy for crust and lacked flavour. I was kinda surprised to receive coupons for money off my next order when I picked up my pizza as the other places I’ve tried don’t do this. Now I know why

The first time I ordered my pizza online, thought I’d give it a try. Walked in 25 mins later they had not even started my pizza, this was a few weeks ago. I thought I’d give them another try today maybe it was a one off. I ordered online again I read it carefully the confirmation it will be 30 mins was the estimated time. I walked in 35 mins since I ordered, it was not ready for another 15 mins. I won’t be ordering from there again. The staff didn’t apologize for this happening or even seem to care. The pizza was fine, nothing outstanding.

Placed my order online, this is how my double Big Mac was made, all Pattie’s on the bottom with middle and top bun on top. We received COLD old fries, OLD coffee and my double cheeseburger was made with 1 single beef patty. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Never had a complaint about this McDonald’s until literally 15 minutes ago. Ordered 2 (chicken nugget) happy meals and the one happy meal I got the nuggets, fries and drink that I asked for then on the second one there were no nuggets it ended up being jalapeño peppers, obviously lazy if you can’t put in a new batch of nuggets or can’t get an order right. Won’t be ordering dinner from this McDonald’s again. Embarrassing.

If you are planning on going inside plan to use the self serve kiosk or wait 30 minutes before someone even acknowledges you. Need a quick bite and go pee as a worker?? No, again 30 minutes just to have someone even look at you. Out of 4 separate orders not 1 was right and they were all cold, and honestly disgusting. By far the worst mcdonalds I have ever been to anywhere in Canada. I'd blame the owner but there is enough staff on the floor to make things run smoothly. If you have the choice between starving or stopping at this store I would say starving will leave you more satisfied and staff should be disappointed in themselves. I have never seen so many workers at one time in a restaurant only to find that they take advantage of it rather than supply good service.

This McDonald's has slowly gone down hill, the staff almost seems upset to do their jobs, if you order extra anything it will be less then the regular amount almost always and expect to wait on your food so order ice cream separately so it doesn't sit on the counter and melt while you wait on the rest of your food

decided to come here today to grab some dinner, low and behold i found a HAIR in my fries… once i was pretty much done them. this has ruined my experience here will never be coming back again. do better.

I ordered and paid for my meal, then politely asked the cashier how long it might take. Instead of a helpful answer, I was met with a rude response saying “nobody can give an estimate.” I understand timing can vary, but even a rough idea or at least a polite reply, would have been appreciated. I have never experienced like this from anywhere. A little courtesy goes a long way, and this experience left a poor impression.

I usually would not do this but....Drive thru 5/27/2025 5:30pm. Indian server at drive thru. Order a meal deal, without side of rings. No fries, no napkins, no straw, when I questioned the employee at window told I never charged you for the fries. Told her I order a combo which includes fries. She printed receipt and pushed it out the window to justify it. She made a mistake and No explanation or ownership, just nothing to accounted the customer. Never go here, go down the street. Never be back, horrible service & attitude.

Ordered 2 meals in store. Horrible rude staff. Given wrong sides and when we brought it no apologies for the wrong doing and they made it seem like it was my fault. Lady taking orders barely said anything about it. They burned my chicken sandwich and even used the core of the lettuce which i almost choked on. Would give 0 stars if I could. Do not go here.

I gotta give credit to this restaurant. I had an issue ordering from the app, and my order went to the wrong restaurant. The managerwas was so quick with a solution.Gave me my food at no additional charge or headaches. Getting problems dealt with like this now days is rare and I tip my hat to them!

Worst Burger King I’ve been too… but in a mobile order waited 15 minutes before coming only to have to wait another 15 minutes. While waiting there were people ordering food and getting it before me. Than I get my burger and the bun was stale and cold and my onion rings were fries. Went in to get new items and ended up waiting another 10 minutes… manager and staff was very uncooperative. No other Burger King is like this that I have been too

Ordered delivery for the first time 2 weeks ago and since then placed an online order more times then I'm willing to admit 😆 they got a great selection of deals and only $3 dollar delivery. Well made pizza's with large quantity of toppings put on them unlike some other chains. For a pizza place they got surprisingly good wings with some meat on them I highly recommend, however for me honey garlic sauce is too liquidy and drips of off wings before they get to you, i'd go with a thicker sauce in the future. Garlic bread (no cheese) is rather mediocre I personally avoid it, great dipping sauces for the crust tho. Takes about 20 to 30 minutes to get to me depending on what I order and I love every time, would be cool to see them do something special with the crust in the future.

Tried delivery here, got 3 toppings and one included extra cheese. I don’t think they even put enough regular cheese on it. Not enough sauce and the pizza tasted like cardboard. Wings were decent, and the cheesy garlic bread we got tasted better than the actually pizza. Won’t order from here again.

Usually they have decent service but more and more as I order it seems like they are skimping on toppings, I ordered a Party tray, thin crusts with Pep and Mushrooms. The pepperoni was "Okay" but the Mushrooms we were lucky to find 1 mushroom per slice. Management contacted me, working to make this right and I take great pride in this service. Trust that they will always make their issues right and they take great pride in their food <3

Pizza is always fresh and tasty. Great portion for price. Amazing Walk-In Specials and combos available. Always on-time when ordering ahead. You can add Garlic Powder and Italian seasoning at the counter. Pepper flakes and pepper too. Staff are friendly. Plenty of parking available.

I ordered a cold brew from drive through but I forgot to mention hazelnut, so I pulled up and mentioned it! But they made an Iced coffee with hazelnut and espresso form and added a bunch of sugar to it! I realized it later and couldn’t drive back because I was in a hurry! And also other day I ordered an iced coffee and they make an ice capp! I feel the employees need to be trained properly about the drinks and how to make them properly! So that they do go around all confused!

This used to a be a great location. Since management change years ago, this place has gone downhill fast. Rude customer service and management, dirty bathrooms, windows and floors. Most of staff is slow and rude, they throw items at you after you order, no smile on their face and seem to have time to talk to their peers while customers are waiting.

It is incredibly rare to meet people like Mirielle in places of service. She was not only patient, but also went into problem solving mode when I had challenge with my order. Very rude staff who works here in the day. Always gossiping, always speaking in a different language while making eye glancing at the person their gossiping about. Of all the Time Hortons in St Catharines I've been to, this one is the worst. I've heard from another staff in the night time that there's reasons why people quit or transfer to another store. Goes to show !

Came for a slice at lunch. The price is fair for what you get, one slice is like two big slices and a dip for five bucks no tax... The pizza is disgusting though! Not only was the bottom chard and tasted like burnt toast, but the sauce and cheese and pepperoni quality all were not good and it just didn't taste good. About halfway through my sitting down to eat the slices about half a dozen fruit flies somehow found their way to me and then I just got the heck out of there.

We just moved to StCatharines and trying every pizza place. First time order from this place through Skip. Cannot track order, because they manage their own delivery. Ordered 8 slice with 1 pound hot wings. ($43) The facts: Delivery was over an hour. Food was barely warm, wings less than a pound, pizza ok, nothing special. Taste good, but not the best. Overall: we tried, we ate, but isn't gonna be our pizza place.

We’ve ordered takeout a handful of times from here. We have a few spots that we like to rotate and we have little kids so many times go with most affordable option. Always have a good meal when we’ve gotten takeout. We find some places make a better pep and cheese pizza than they do with lots of toppings and vice versa. Pizza Jerry’s is excellent for both. What reminded me to come on here to leave a review was our first dining in experience the other night. They have a great family meal deal for dining in that I kept wanting to try. Food was as usual delicious but what made it stand out and so helpful was that they have a bunch of arcade games for the kids and it’s free. My kids loved it and it was a way better option for them than going to a busy, big and loud place like Boston pizza. My husband and I actually got to enjoy our meal and the kids came back and forth to the table as we were right next to games. It’s hard to take kids out as you either don’t want them disrupting other tables or their attention span isn’t long and before you know it they’re squirmy and need something to do. So between chicken wing and pizza bites they were able to play some games. We felt welcomed and we were able to take the kids out for an affordable fun night with very little stress. The waitress was very kind and accommodating. For reference our boys are 9, 7 and 5 but we only had to the two younger ones there that night.

I ordered a pizza and 2lb wing combo . My pizza was supposed to be half pineapple and this is what I got, you could literally count the amount of pineapples pieces on it . The wing looked very pale,not flavored and not appetizing at all!! No one ate the wings . While the pizza did not taste bad ( hence the 2 stars),I'm disgusted by this my first and last experience.

The food is always amazing! We usually get a pizza and wings, they never disappoint. We get delivery most times and we have had the same delivery man, I completely forgot to ask his name, but he is great! He had a treat ready for my puppy. All around Jerry’s Pizza is the BEST pizza joint, you will never be disappointed.

They charged me $6.80 more than what the menu said. They counted this as a slice for a 12 slice pizza. Pizza is very this not very filling. On the upside, they found my address. 3 other places we tried ended up in St. Catharine's rather than Thorold even though we specified Thorold. Approximately 30 mins for delivery on a Wednesday. Not bad.

We wanted to try poutine while we were in Canada. The food was quick and had decent flavor. We got the Korean poutine, I didn’t love the cheese curds on it. I think it would have tasted better with melted cheese. We also tried the perogies which were tasty! The location is on a back alley. The arcade game tables were super cute! This would be great for a late night snack after a night out!

Asked for bacon poutine with extra curds. Cost was just under 20 dollars for a regular poutine. The exorbitant price point aside, there were barely any cheese curds. Considering the cost of the extra curds that aren’t there you can consider me one unhappy customer. I am sure I won’t be the last. Do not recommend.

I had always wanted to try poutine from Smoke’s and finally did at this location. Ordered the veggie nachos and it came with way too much sour cream, guac, and salsa on top. The fries were underneath a thick layer of liquid and sauce, and were soggy from the start. The whole thing was a sloppy, disgusting mess. An absolute disgrace to poutine and a complete waste of $15. Won’t be returning and would advise people to stay away.

I cannot recall how long ago I was there, because it was like 3/4 years ago I think for my wife birthday. All she wanted to do was get a poutine and go have a little picnic at a park nearby with our dog. My experience in the actual store has affected my rating system bc yes the food was actually good and had my experience been better I would’ve given more than 3 stars. Anyways when I got into the store there were only 2 people in front of me. However I was in there for at least an hour and half if not closer to 2 hours. To me that is absolute ridiculous I shouldn’t have to wait for 2 hours for anything. And like I said there were only 2 people/small groups in front of me, however I lost count after about 10 delivery drivers (uber eats, skip the dishes, etc). I do complete understand in want to provide those services for people who cannot come into the store but if your company wants to do provide those services you guys should pay someone to be there just to focus on those types of order so that it doesn’t effect people who actually take the time and drive to your location like it did me. Because of this experience that I had no matter how good the food was I have not been back since and will probably never go back, or at least i won’t be actively looking to go back

Probably worst poutine we've had. Fries were soggy, there wasn't any much flavor, cheese tasted like plastic and it was $40 for 2 poutines and one pop.

I had heard great things about this location for some time; however, I hadn't ordered from Smoke's until today. I ordered their "Traditional Poutine" and it was epic! This definitely ranks in the top 5 poutine shoppes in Canada. I will be exploring more of the menu.

Pizza was a six out of ten. Very dry dough with not enough sauce. Wings were a two out of ten.My wings were absolutely drenched in sauce; so much sauce that it overflowed the container they were in and leaked everywhere. It made a huge mess on my desk.

Excellent tasting food served fresh and hot with the lowest prices in the Niagara region. There are no big screen tvs or a dining room, as they only offer pick up or delivery. Employees are very friendly and quick at getting your food ready as soon as it is ordered.

The suicide wings are amazing but not that hot, but its a nice bbq hot. Not much cheese at all in some spots and i ordered extra cheese. Make sure you tell them if you want extra cheese topping on the bottom or the top.

I noticed they have remodeled since I was last here. It looks great. Atmosphere is great and I love to music. The food here was awesome. Always has been. This location has always been top notch everytime I have visited. One item I ordered was the Loaded Curly Fries as I have in the past. The only thing I would like to mention is that when they are being made, please put the bacon crumble in the middle. It was right on the edge of mine and when I opened the lid, it fell off and out. My order was for eat-in but for some reason it was packed as to-go. Mistakes happen. No big deal. Staff that was on shift was awesome. Doug provides excellent customer service. I may be wrong here, but I get the impression he is one of the owners. Cudos to you sir. I need to mention Carol too. She is so spunky, full of personality and so nice. A great girl!!!

Arby’s is always one of my favorite fast food chains. Their roast beef sandwich is always so good and I feel it is a bit so called healthier than burgers or fried chicken. The best part is that when you sign up online you will get a free gyro sandwich for now.... when you buy a drink. Not bad isn’t it? This is on the way out when we left Niagara for Toronto. Thanks!

Dinning room was a mess there was even a dead bug on one of the tables I got the new grilled cheese burger and it was 2/10 to many caramelized onions like no sauce and cheese wasn’t even close to melted

This is my go-to place for breakfast every morning I find myself on Lake street. I am into the Breakfast Biggie for which I wish it was a "biggie" on especially fries and bacon......... all said, I recommend the quality of food and service. Did I mention that I also love the piped music they play. Try this place, you won't be disappointed.

Ordered a Wednesday Frosty off the app but when we arrived they don't have them anymore. It really makes me wonder why they don't just make them unavailable on the app. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal but I had been really wanting the Wednesday Frosty and even substituted my drink for it in the combo.. I just asked my boyfriend if he wanted the frosty (that was substantially cheaper than the Wednesday one) thankfully the lady upgraded it a size because she knew us and because she was probably aware that there was a price difference. I'm just thoroughly disappointed. I didn't even want to eat the rest of the stuff I ordered.

Would give 0 stars to this Wendys location if i Could! On 2 separate occasions now, I have found foreign garbage/plastics in the bottom of the bag, and also in our salad!!! My husband bit into hard plastic!!!!!!! How does this happen in a sanitary environment???? (It doesn't). Aside from the fact their pop is not fresh, the fries are ice cold, spilled all over and the orders are ALWAYS wrong, i will never ever EVER return to this location. Disgraceful and pitiful. This place needs to be investigated.

The drink machine area was pretty messy but I understand as they clearly look understaffed. It honestly looked like maybe 4-5 people were working and I’m sure a company like Wendy’s can afford to staff more workers. When I arrived inside, there was no line but 2 people waiting for food and we waited 5-10 minutes just to order and nobody was in front of us by the time we ordered the line was at the door It then took about 8 minutes to get our food It looked like one of the workers was doing a delivery so maybe account for delivery orders when doing your scheduling This is not a complaint to the workers but to the management as the main problem for my extremely slow service was that they had barely any staff

I’m not a person to write a review but the absolutely disrespect I received at this location was disgusting. Myself and three of my friends came in after a day at the beach and we were “welcomed” by dirty looks and laughing directly at us for a reason i’m not aware of (including the manager which i assume is in the purple shirt). They were all sitting talking and made a girl from the back come out to take out order instead of taking it. Will not be back to this location, highly don’t recommend.

So the food is really good, but one thing- I enjoy the meatball subs…. I’ve ordered 2 so far. Both times I asked for mushrooms on it. Both times my sub came with no mushrooms. The sub is still yummy but it’d be better if I actually got all the toppings I ordered on it. Why won’t you put the mushrooms on my sub when I ask for mushrooms?

Was denied a refund when my sister who wanted only two slices came out with 2 whole pizzas instead. I explained to the employees that she made a mistake and may have ordered wrong because she has a disability. I was fine to pay for the one pizza but didn't need two and brought it back within 2minutes of her walking back to the car. They said it wasn't their fault and seemed completely comfortable to keep payment from someone who is on low income. The one employee felt offended because his brother is autistic. When i asked what he would do if this happened to his brother he basically implied he isn't reliable for his brothers action. Taking advantage of the vulnerable people is unethical. I feel more sorry for the employees brother and the employees that they behave and conduct themselves like this towards humans beings in the community. What in the humanity is going on ?

Look up menu on line. Steak sub cost $ 11:99 on menu so I ordered it seeing that I only had 15 dollars and some change. When went to pay for sub and pop he told me it was 20 dollars and change. I showed him price on website and basically told me too bad. Price in store was $15:99. Then he is yapping that now he has to throw it out. If prices have changed than you should change your website also and not be so arrogant

Ive been going to this location ever since it joined the Food Terminal Plaza. The owners are amazing and their pizza is the signature Petes taste. Slices here are also fresh and delicious.

Friendly staff. A simple but fresh and tasty wrap. Great for taking to the beach. Only feedback would be to make the wraps even tastier by offering more toppings. Tabbouleh, olives, pickled turnips etc. Think you would get a lot more business. Would eat there again.

I love the Oasis. The people who run it are very friendly and welcoming and their food is made fresh on-site. They serve a more Turkish, or Armenian type of Donair/Shwarma so it may a little different from what people expect but it's still amazing.

Looked like a cute place to eat but the food just destroys that. Bought an overpriced chicken shawarma and it was awful and soggy. It was more like a wet, dry chicken pita. Very bland. I wouldn’t even classify it as a shawarma. Yuck never again.

Short answer: it's amazing Long answer: The Oasis is a long-standing institution in St Catharines, it just happens that its name and location have changed. Originally the "Double V" was on Downtown St Paul Street several decades ago serving up kebab, shawarma, and falafel way before it became trendy. Personally, their falafel continues to be the benchmark by which all other falafel is judged: it's still a secret recipe and each ball is carefully made fresh to order. Sometime in the early 2000's the name changed to Oasis, later moving locations to Port Dalhousie and adding scooped ice cream to their offerings. These folks were the original pita place in St Catharines and continue to produce consistently amazing food. The owners are warm and kind and have been active in our community for many years

Oasis Lake Side Pita & Icecream has THE WORST Shwarma I have ever had in my life. I was horribly disappointed. I didn't know it was possible to make such a terrible shwarma. The meat was dry and flavorless. I don't think there was a spice or herb on it. They had 3 topping to choose from. They don't offer hummus or Taboulie for it. It was just terrible.

Not too expensive considering how close to the beach it is. Food was fine: fries, onion rings, hot dogs. The shwarma is really just a pita. Chapman's ice cream.

Always hits the spot! Pizza Hut never disappoints. The pizza is always cheesy, flavorful, and cooked just right. I recently ordered the stuffed crust and it was amazing—definitely worth it! The service was fast and the staff were super helpful, even during a busy time. It’s become one of my go-to spots for a casual night in or when I’m craving something comforting. Ordered 14 chicken wings, only gave 8, called them and the lady was super rude. She didn’t admit the mistake and she said she can give me 5 extra wings. That made me laugh. I really love your food! Even though I’ve been here for over ten years, this was actually my first time trying this place. The menu design is very well thought out, with a great balance of nutrition. The salad was fresh, and the protein (I ordered shrimp this time) was grilled to order—perfectly seasoned, not too salty, and full of flavor. I’ll definitely come back to order again next time I pass by this food court!

I ordered from Uber so I can't comment on the atmosphere. The food was incredible, just like I remember food from Toronto's Greek district. Flavours were incredible, portions generous and overall value excellent. Definitely will order again.

This jimmy the Greek has amazing food and very good customer service. Manager is very polite and friendly. I have tired roast chicken meal and lamb chop meal. It was very tasty. I highly recommend this place for best Greek food in the Niagara region.

Had a great lunch at Jimmy the Greek in pen center mall St.Catherines. I've eaten at lots of Jimmy locations however this one was one of the best. I ordered chicken filet on Greek salad with spinach pie. I got a huge full salad and fresh grilled chicken, it all tasted amazingly fresh! I've always loved the spinach pie at Jimmy's, it was crispy outside and soft inside. I will definitely be back to this location again!

This place has gone downhill the past couple of months. Today I saw them cooking way too many different raw meat products too close to each other. I saw the guy cross contaminate my cooked shrimp with RAW CHICKEN. Never threw it out or said anything to me they just served it to me like nothing happened. If they’re comfortable doing that in front of the guests, God knows what goes on where you can’t see. They also told me they no longer allow for you to get lettuce or any of those toppings on your pitas, even if you offer to pay more for them, which sucks as well. I don’t know why i’d want to buy a pita if i’m not allowed to have the toppings in it. I shopped here regularly for years but the quality has dropped so badly both with food and staff, that I no longer shop here unless the lines are way too long everywhere else.

Super disappointed tonight, ordered a rice bowls and a salad bowel regular which is the largest, I was given half empty bowls barely any veggies I had to keep asking for more to be added and she would add 2 or 3 mores pieces of romain definitely not worth the price. The people before me also looked shocked at how small their pitas were. I always come to this location and have never had such a small bowl made before. (I literally counted I had 7 pieces of romaine with maybe a handful of iceberg lettuce) I should have just gotten the small paying for the large and getting the small in a large bowl! When we go to subway we are never still hungry after eating almost 30$ and I had to make a side as we were both still hungry, back to subway I guess

Went today on my lunch…arrived at a little after 12 and was the only person (more people came after) and as I arrived a woman was berating a staff member in earshot as I stood waiting to order. She kept her back to me with no acknowledgement for about 30 seconds. The young man greeted me when I entered. When the woman turned to take my order she left me standing as she left the room so another staff member finally asked did I want my receipt. The original young man ended up making my pita and he was great. Friendly and engaging. The woman…maybe she is manager/owner?! Not certain…but not cool to admonish an employee in front of customers and to then walk away before a transaction is complete. Maybe you are having a bad day!? We all do…hope it gets better if that is the case.

February 24, 2024 Pita Pit staffs are amazing, especially their supervisor on duty (didn’t got the chance to ask her name). She was so friendly and very accommodating to us. I tried to ask her if I could take my dog inside the store, and she immediately ask the other customers if they were okay and comfortable with the dog inside. All the customers agreed. So she gave us the area where we could stay and even gave my dog a special treats. Her gesture was so amazing and the way she accommodates was superb. She also served us their delicious chicken shawarma wrap! Isn’t it amazing! Kudos to all staffs in Pita Pit especially their supervisor on duty. Long live and God bless Pita Pit! 🙏💪❤️

If you’re following a search engine result after looking for ‘seafood’, and expecting an array of fresh fish and seafood, better to keep driving. No doubt the place is well loved by the locals, and it truly does appear to have an array of frozen and prepared foods, it is simply not a fish market.

Tony is a very nice man. This place is truly a hidden gem. Who would have thought there would be so much good food here. It's awesome food too priced well and made fresh daily. Great prices on Fish. Other groceries can be found here too. Paid street parking outside. Time limited parking a short walk away. Bus stop and terminal near by.

I was looking for a fresh fish store in St. Catharines after moving from Toronto. I looked at the pictures here and noticed the absolutely filthy rug in this store. Its a tough call for me to say whether or not these subs are worth the price, theyre definitely good; Just a bit pricey. edit to the owner: yes its pricey as hell, you sell somewhat good subs and when it was four subs for 20 it made sense but i can make your crap at home. 2 of your subs for 20 dollars is a joke

My sub was amazing full of meat and veggies they do not skimp out on your sub . Only thing is that it's cash only but there are no signs anywere to tell you I had to go down the street to get money and then back but the sub was definitely worth it

Beef was really terrible. How do you get so much wrong? The only half decent item was the taste of the Greek salad. The brown lettuce was not pleasant to look at. Never again.

This location has become our “go to” for breakfast. Very clean environment. Friendly service with a smile. It’s more than a fastfood place. Our breakfast is brought right to our table. Perfectly done eggs, everything fresh and delicious! Not to mention how good their coffee is, served in a glass mug if you wish! They have a real espresso machine with Cappuccinos, lattes and various favourites available. If you go for lunch or dinner, you can expect the same quality and freshness every time.

This will be the last time we order from this place. These panzarottis were super greasy, overcooked and extra thin. You can taste the old oil that is saturated through the whole thing. These were disgusting and gross.

Ordered an XL. Was in a rush didn't open the box to check. When I got home I was in shock the amount of crust which I ordered regular crust. Only two bites on each slice and rest is crust. It was like a small pizza with hugeee crust around it.

I eat here more often than I should. One time I accidentally order a pizza with a topping my girlfriend is allergic to and they offered to take it back free of charge and replace it for us. Quality is pretty consistent, service is fast, and staff are friendly.

Every time I order from this location, it arrives cold. They begin making the order immediately upon receiving it, but then the driver doesn't leave until 20 minutes after its done being made. Today was the last straw when I ordered at 11:52 AM. They began making the order right away and the estimated delivery time frame was 10-20 mins. They completed making it at 11:59 AM. Then I waited and waited until 12:40 PM with still no update on the driver having even left the store yet. I called to confirm and the store admitted the food was still there. I don't know if they need more drivers or better timing with when they actually begin making the order to line up better with the drivers timing because this quality control and that they are ok with serving a pizza that sat there for 40 minutes is disgusting.

Been disappointed with this Domino’s location for a months went back today reluctantly and everything we ordered was spot on! How we remember fresh, delicious got what I pad for this time. Did not skimp on pizza dough the cheese toppings was great. Chicken wings won’t get again not a fan of the oven baked but that’s all good

Horrible SLOW service. Pizza arrived late & COLD. There is currently a 50% special off all pizzas and yes it was a Friday night, of course it would be busy with both those factors. So when it's a weekend night AND you are doing 1/2 price pizzas YOU MUST make sure you have enough staff and especially drivers to handle the additional orders. They failed at this and I paid the price getting a late and COLD pizza. I used their online tracker and after the pizza was double checked for quality it did not leave the store for just shy of 20 minutes (it should not have sat there that long) then went out for delivery finally and took another 20 minutes to get to my house (Google maps places me 5min drive away). I called and guess the driver had many orders with him and glad I got delivered after many others arriving COLD. All this could have been avoided if you had more drivers on hand and I have NO IDEA why there wouldn't be with a Friday night and 1/2 price pizzas - obviously it's going to be busy. EPIC FAIL

They charged me extra saying roasted red pepper is a premium topping i might have missed the asterisk . Also , asked herbs n garlic on top they didnt put . Lastly they didnt give plates when asked

Will not be back. Every time we order two pizzas with different cooking options. They either do not well cook the one or they cook both well done. I order double cheese and they definitely do not give you double cheese. They are very cheap on the ingredients yet I am paying extra for cheese. They I call and I’m required to text photos of the pizzas and then they tell me I cannot get my money back. Left pizza is supposed to be cooked normally and double cheese. Right pizza is supposed to have normal cheese and well done. Both are clearly cooked the same and don’t have double cheese on the left.

I have never tried Domino's Pizza. It was absolutely delicious! You can really taste the sauce and the crust is so soft. Cooked perfectly and highly recommend the Brooklyn pepperoni. The staff at the Hartzel Rd location were very friendly. This will be my new pizza place :)

We ordered our grandson his favorite pizza. Domino's medium pepperoni pizza. As always he loved it and ate all but three pieces than will be his lunch tomorrow.

It was a very poor experience, at a time when it wasn't busy. I waited a longtime for an order. At the same time, users who took their meals by car were able to get their food within five minutes. That makes me wonder. Maybe next time I should take the driveway.

I am a busy mom so I didn’t get a chance to drink my iced Capp. Two hours later I was able too. I chugged my iced Capp until I felt a CHUNK of something go down my throat. I have no clue what this is. I did call the afternoon shift manager and he was nice. He asked me if I thought it was sprinkles from a donut.. definitely not lol He did offer to replace the iced Capp for me but I do know that I won’t be going back there nor able to drink one for an every long time.

I don’t usually review or rate chain or franchise restaurants but this one is seemed necessary. The food was decent, like the way you would expect. My concerns is there isn’t enough staff or food to suffice the traffic this place has to accommodate. Usually if you don’t have something I ordered it would be nice to have given a choice, but this place they don’t even let you pick a different donut with a limited choice from their empty shelves. Long wait times just to place your order and no one notices the mobile orders until you try and get attention from the staff. And just like their coffee I guess they want a new batch of customers every 20 minutes which I don’t get. Why is someone not allowed to have a big bag either? Although 20 minutes rule wasn’t enforced it’s strange to have such a board in a communally friendly place like Tim Hortons! Their needs to some sort of accountability on management for these absurd rules. I just find it strange. But I would still go if you want some coffee. Drive Through is usually nice.

This Timmies is Honestly a Joke ! I asked for a 4 cheese bagel with HERB &GARLIC Cream cheese & extra cream cheese . They give me the wrong bagel wrong cream cheese & we’re sparring with the cream cheese . Honestly teach your workers to take orders and make them properly . Countless times this Timmie’s gets the orders wrong and I’m sick of it .

I usually stop by this Tim Hortons on my way to work, and I’m always impressed with how friendly and fast the service is. The staff actually seem happy to be there, which makes such a difference in the morning. My order is always right, the coffee is fresh, and the location is kept clean, even during busy hours. Special shoutout to the management team! it’s clear they run a tight ship and treat their staff well. Definitely one of the best Tim’s locations I’ve been to!

Please be more careful when customers mention a food allergy! I have an allergy to eggs, but the last 2 times I ordered a farmer's wrap with no egg, I opened up my wrap to find egg both times. I wrote the first time off as an honest mistake, but I found more egg again this morning. I let the worker on the intercom know beforehand that I would like no egg on my wrap because I'm allergic. Thankfully my allergy isnt deadly, but it could be deadly for someone else.

Sadly, I'm deleting my old 5-star review and leaving a new one based on today's experience at this store. This morning around 7:00 AM, To start my day…I ordered a medium French Vanilla and one herb and garlic pastry. The staff member at the front, wearing an orange Tshirt gave me three cups stacked together, with coffee only in the top one. It felt careless and unprofessional. When she asked if I wanted the pastry heated, I politely said "yes, please." But instead of heating it, she quickly hid behind the wall near the drive-thru window. After a few seconds, she returned and threw the cold pastry badly on the counter, then hid again. Other staff members were laughing and enjoying her performance, which felt very disrespectful and frustrating. I had posted a 5-star review months ago praising the service, but this experience was upsetting and no customer should be treated like that. I hope the manager looks into this behaviour. No body should be treated this way. I AM REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO HEARING BACK regarding this review.

Great food, great staff, great place. The owner is the kind of guy that would give you the shirt off his back if he could. There's options for everyone and the manager is well trained in ensuring your dietary restrictions are taken care of carefully. The for hire delivery people are rude and ignorant and act like they own the place. In house delivery guys are great and friendly. Sadly I ate the food before I thought to take a picture of it but my wings were fantastic, my pizza perfectly cooked, and my chicky strips were great. Edit: my girlfriend took a picture!

To start with their website menu is pretty much useless and there's no pricing shown for any size pizza and/or toppings. If you want to order online you have to do so through a food delivery service. There's no way I'm making an account with any of those bandits, even though it claims no service charge for pick-up. I managed to find a phone number and placed my order. The order taker was helpful and polite taking the order. Had trouble finiding the place as the sign above their store was completely gone! Had to look in the windows of a few units to determine which one was the pizza place, lol. The whole Plaza there looked pretty rough by the way - seen much better days. Pizza was ready on time. When the kid (maybe 20ish) rang it up the bill for a medium; 3-topping pizza was $23 & change! I almost fell over!! There's a sign in the window advertising 2-Medium Pizzas for $23 & change so I thought the kid had something mixed up? Nope! Good Lord! I can get a 24 slice party Pizza for less than that at several places in town. The good news is the pizza was decent tasting, although very much lacking in toppings considering the exorbitant price and it was pretty greasy which I don't mind but I know some others would so beware! Anyway; at those prices & the lacking toppings, I won't be going back.

The absolute BEST pizza and wings in St. Catharines. The staff are great and go out of their way to make sure your order is perfect. Like we prefer mostly flat wings for example.
