I recently had the pleasure of dining here, and it was truly exceptional from start to finish. The food was nothing short of amazing, with each dish showcasing expert culinary craftsmanship and bursting with flavor. The atmosphere was perfect, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. Additionally, the service was top-notch, with attentive staff members who were not only knowledgeable about the menu but also genuinely helpful in ensuring a delightful dining experience. Without a doubt, I will be returning, and will enthusiastically recommend it to friends and family looking for a great dining experience.

Went there with my husband to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. The food was amazing. The environment and mood were great. We left the restaurant so happy and satisfied. The Waiter who took care of us was very knowledgeable and very good at his job. I would definitely go back. The Ravioli was to die for. I tried stuff I've never had before and loved every bite.

5 stars all around. The menu changes every few months. Everything is delicious. Food is excellent. Service is the best in town.

I recently dined at Verdicchio’s and was seated in the wine room, which offered a very private and intimate setting with a lovely ambiance. Do note, however, that it can be a little chilly, so dressing accordingly is recommended. Our group started with a bottle of red wine and a variety of cocktails, followed by appetizers including the Insalata Stagionata, Caesar salad, charcuterie board, and Carpaccio di Manzo. All were beautifully presented and full of flavor. For mains, we ordered the Gnocchi al Pomodoro, Risotto con Carciofi, Agnello Scottaditto, and Filetto di Manzo. Each dish was delicious and well-prepared, though portion sizes felt on the smaller side given the price point. That said, the plating and presentation were top notch and clearly well thought out. To finish, we shared the panna cotta and Nonna’s Cake both were standout desserts that impressed the table. As always, the service at Verdicchio’s was excellent, attentive without being intrusive. The restaurant itself is spotless with an elegant yet welcoming vibe, making it a great choice for both special occasions and casual fine dining

If I could give it more than five stars I would. Verdicchio is an amazing place for Italian food. It was so good, we actually went back the next day, and it somehow was even better. If you are looking for an excellent dining experience in Sudbury, do not hesitate to come here (more than once!). The food was amazing, the service impeccable. There is nothing bad I can say about this restaurant and will be returning at my first opportunity.

True Italian cuisine. Very well done in an every aspect. Food was great (we had 3 appetizers and the salmon and veal for mains). Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. We felt really welcome by everyone. Great experience, will be back.

Really wish I could leave a better review but we were honestly pretty disappointed. The service started out great where we were offered a private table in the wine cellar which we thought was unique. Our server brought us wine according to our preference but one of them wasn’t so great. The appetizers weren’t bad but our issue was with the mains. The mussels in the pasta had a foul smell and taste plus I almost chipped a tooth from biting into something really hard (we assume sand and grit from the mussels not being cleaned properly.) So I picked out the rest of the mussels because I didn’t want to get sick which happened shortly after anyways. The veal was alright but nothing crazy. The one thing we did really enjoy were the desserts though. It’s really unfortunate because the presentation of the food was beautiful but the quality and taste were just not matching up. We were also really surprised that our server didn’t bother to do anything after he asked how our meal was and we told him we weren’t happy with our mains. He even saw all the mussels I picked out but still acted completely unfazed. Nothing was discounted or comped from the bill either. Overall, I think we would’ve given a 4 star for effort if he had at least tried to remotely show any level of care but I guess it just wasn’t his priority. Just saying… if they’re charging fine dining prices, their food and service should be on par with that.

The atmosphere is extraordinary! I haven’t had the chance to try the food yet, but the drinks never disappoint. Truly some of the best cocktails I’ve ever had — and that’s saying a lot, because I’m not usually a cocktail person. Can’t wait to come back!

We got their bao and a pizza with a couple drinks and a desert. Very reasonably priced and very delicious. The pizza crust was thin and well cooked, the bao was stuffed with toppings and was really good. The fried oyster mushrooms on it were crunchy and flavourful, I'm not normally a fan of mushrooms but these hit the spot. They had a habanero apple cake which was delightful. I've never had a spicy cake but it was a bit hit. Their patio was nice, staff were friendly and all around a great dining experience.

Absolutely nun wrong with the Buddha. The menu has glowed up big time over the last little bit. The smashburger, the fried mushrooms, and the pizzas all bang. The key is to ask for the pizzas well done. Gotta be a go to spot in sudbury for an evening bite n drink.

Hi there, I just wanted to give some feedback. I visited recently and ordered two whiskey sours — there was no price listed, and I was charged $30 for two very small drinks. I wouldn’t have ordered them if I’d known the cost. I felt blindsided and honestly a bit ripped off. Just thought you should know in case you want to be more transparent for future customers.

You know how in real estate it’s all about location? Well, if the restaurant business is all about “atmosphere atmosphere atmosphere” then the Laughing Buddha wins - big time. The side patio features a canopy of trees, beautiful lighting, and gas fireplace tabletops (not making this up). It has perfect “let’s go on a date….and let’s make it romantic” kind of vibes. Food is varied with a cool middle eastern flavor running through the menu. My wife and I loved the experience and will return next time we are in Sudbury.

This place is absolutely excellent, when I was in Sudbury I had the opportunity to walk all the streets of the downtown core area. Of all the places I checked out, this is by far the best. I had dinner one evening and stopped in for lunch the next day, both experiences were excellent. During the evening, this is where the nightlife seems to be at its best. If you're a fan of pickles, I highly recommend the dill pizza. The serving staff was on point. There's a beautiful outside patio with seating including personalized fireplaces in the center.

I haven’t been here in almost 8 years as I don’t live in Sudbury anymore but I really love what they did with the atmosphere it’s sleek yet cozy for a higher end restaurant (not as dark and gloomy as the Keg). We got the bruschetta and both got pizzas which were good, I am a bit picky with pizza at restaurants but it was still pretty good. However the 5 stars truly goes to our waitresses, I feel bad as I don’t remember her name but she was on day 2 of serving (had been a host for years) and she was so good! She was helpful and came to check on us the perfect amount. As a server myself especially starting out I know it’s not always easy but she was handling it with a breeze. Also we did not sit on the patio however if you’re going to it looked beautiful!

Always enjoy this restaurant. It has been years since last here and it didn't disappoint. We shared an appetizer of a big ball of mozzarella cheese with a piece of tomato in oil, a different take on the salad. It was salty but good. For my main I had the special which was Mediterranean salmon and it was so good. Service is always good and very friendly staff.

The food in general is tasty. However I find the main dishes tend to be a touch too salty and also a tad more expensive than similar types of restaurants. My Greek salad was not as filling as an entree as I didn’t add extra protein. There was too much spring salad and too little of the actual Greek salad components. The best thing here is the roasted peppers soup. Just awesome taste. Staff is super and very attentive.

Kouzinna (P&M’s) is a gem! I ordered the steak baguette with brie, and it was an amazing—perfectly cooked steak, creamy brie, and a fresh baguette that tied it all together. Pro tip: dip it in their roasted red pepper soup—it’s a must-try combo that elevates the experience to another level! The Caesar salad was fresh, crisp, and perfectly dressed (made in house). My girlfriend got the Gnocchi Arrabbiata, and it was pillowy gnocchi with just the right spicy kick. For dessert, we shared the caramel carrot cake cheesecake, and wow, it was a decadent, unforgettable treat. Everything was amazing, from the food to the vibe. Can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!

It was our second time visiting, and for a second time we were more than happy! Our server was so nice, in fact, every staff member we encountered were smiling, welcoming and efficient! The food is great, well executed, menu has a nice diversity and the servers know their menu enough to give you advice! Prices are very fair for the level of quality and I would strongly recommend anyone going through Sudbury to go there without hesitation, everybody in your party will find something in the menu that suits their needs. Will come back for sure, I just wish I remembered our server’s name to post it here, she was the best!!

This is my favourite restaurant, and I love them even more after tonight. Somehow, our table was overlooked when we went for dinner this evening, and after waiting an unusually long amount of time before seeing a server, I spoke to the hostess and asked if they could send our server over so we could order. From that point on, the evening was perfect. Our server was friendly, courteous, and very thoughtful, speaking directly to our toddler (seems small but makes a big difference), and making our evening that much better. The food arrived surprisingly fast, and was beyond delicious as always. Even the kids meal was fantastic! We would have already been leaving happy, when we were informed that our meal was on the house to make up for the wait at the beginning of the evening. They really went above and beyond to make up for a small oversight, and between the food and the service, we'll definitely be back again and again!

The food was quite good and the restaurant was pretty lively when we were there. I got the lobster ravioli and the lamb shank. Both were very good and quite filling! The tiramisu cake was a bit heavy but that might have been cause I had a big meal prior! Service was lovely and staff was very nice. I'd come back next time I'm in town!

Space: Been here twice in two weeks and if you are into retro spaces, this is for you. Food: The food is really good, I recommend the lamb chop if you are into meat. They make a really good steak as well. The tiramisu was amazing 5/5, the Nutella pizza on the other hand was a 3/5 for me, not a big Nutella fan but if you are, this could be a good try. The ravioli was really filling so that’s a 7/10 for me. Servers were really great. The only distraction for me was the constant check in, I guess that’s what good service is for them so if it’s same for you, you would love the space. A total 8/10 all round for me.

The food and service here is amazing. Good drinks, good ravioli. But the music in here is SO LOUD, we could barely hear our waitress and it definitely made us want to leave early. Had it been quieter this place would be a 10/10, however I can't see this being the type of place I could bring family too because of the noise level.

A really positive overall experience. We were greeted with enthusiasm by the owner who gave us a tour of the restaurant and let us select our seats. The menu had good selection. Our drinks were great. The servers were efficient and attentive. The owner was very kind and gave us a complimentary appetizer along with checking to ensure we were enjoying our meal. The pasta was really tasty and HUGE portions so go hungry. The space had a great atmosphere and you could choose the louder bar vibe or the other side if you want a bit calmer place to chat. We left feeling very full and are looking forward to returning the next time we visit Sudbury!

Respect is burning is my go to for a fantastic meal in Sudbury. Deep woods bruschetta is one of my all time favourite things to eat - period. I’ve always had the best food and waitstaff. It’s where I bring my out of town guests and my birthday dinner pick every year. Last year I got the salmon and was blown away! So delicious (pictured). Rob is such an advocate for our city and you can feel the pride he takes in his establishment in every way. The best food with the best ingredients and the best atmosphere. Simply the best!

Oh man let me tell you this place was sooooo amazing!! While staying in Sudbury we found this absolute gem of a restaurant on Google with great reviews so I certainly wanted to share my experience there. Service was great and we even had the owner come and have a chat with us as he was going around making sure all tables had everything they needed, as there was quite a few customers, the servers were very busy but super efficient! We had the bruschetta to start and was excellent, my main was a special that night I can't remember the name of it but, it was a seasoned chicken breast on a bed of mushrooms and crispy potatoes. My goodness it was absolutely delicious. My buddy had the cheese ravioli which he said was amazing. Great atmosphere and great decor. Definitely recommend and if we're ever in Sudbury again we will certainly be back!!

The food is always super good. The service was nice and quick also. Reason for 3 stars is: 1- music is WAY too loud. We couldn't even have a conversation cause we would've had to yell over the music, and over all the people also yelling over the music. So we spent our 10year anniversary eating in silence and listening to the young couple next to us talk about investments and stocks the whole time. 2- lighting is way too dim. People with vision problems cannot read that tiny font on the menu. My spouse couldn't read it at all, so discouraged, he just asked me to order something for him. 3- we made a reservation and specifically asked for a "romantic" spot since it was our 10th anniversary (you know, like a corner table or something...). We were wished happy anniversary, but then seated right in between 2 tables, right in the middle of the place (which are too close....no privacy even if you tried.....like I said, we listened to the one couple's conversation the entire time). Discouraged, we were seated, ate and gone within 40minutes! Like I said, service was quick at least.

Stopped here for lunch while passing through Sudbury. We ordered the spinach dip (not pictured), the hot honey pizza, and chicken pesto pasta (oil-based). The spinach dip was soft and creamy. They used the pizza dough (?) on top as the dip-able bread. It was slightly underdone. I would’ve preferred it to be cooked a little longer and darker in colour to have more crunch, but this is personal preference. The pizza had a thin crust that was both crunchy and soft. It wasn’t spicy for me but the flavours were great! The pasta had a wonderful basil flavour and was a good portion size. Overall, we were happy with our meal at Di Gusto!

WOW! Great place to eat. Ordered the Alfredo and ate it in about 7 minutes. The noodles were delicious and cooked to perfection. The sauce is one of the best I’ve ever had. The waitress was also very nice and checked up on us an appropriate amount of time. Also ordered the tiramisu and it was absolutely perfect! Didn’t have to wait too long for a table, but did get there at the perfect time. Do yourself a favour and go here.

I’ve been here twice over the last week. The food is so fresh and portions are massive. I love their fresh Italian food. Absolutely no complaints. The staff is super friendly. Mia our first server was an absolute pleasure to meet with, she was so hospitable and welcoming and gave us great tips about Sudbury. Carrey our server today was so informative and knows her food well. So hospitable. I love the food, the staff and the beautiful humble asthetic of this place.

Everything we ordered was delicious. The menu has so many options so it was impossible to narrow it down but I have no complaints about anything we ordered. Highly recommend the meatball sandwich! The atmosphere is also really cozy and casual which was really nice

I ordered the mushroom wood oven pizza and the Penne Salsiccia. The pizza toppings was delicious but I was a little disappointed in the crust, especially after being cooked in a wood oven. It was still good. The Penne took a 3 star possibility to the 4 star level for this review. The pasta was perfectly cooked and the sauce was absolutely delicious - fresh ingredients- the only thing that could make it that much better would be a few more pieces of sausage. I will return.

Great place. Delicious pizza and good pasta. Bolognese taste wise was more on a vegetable side rather than meat. My GF was not impressed by it, but said it was delicious. At first my pizza was burnt. I’ve asked my waitress to redo it and my second pizza was great! Definitely one of the most delicious pizzas I had in Canada.

Canadian-style pub / family restaurant. Nice atmosphere. Love the decor and the big map of Canada. Feels cozy and they have a nice patio as well. This place is great for big groups. Food was good but not great. I had the seafood pasta. Portion was a bit small. Disappointed by the beer and wine selection (knowing that there are so many micro breweries in the region). Waitress didn’t know much about the beer menu. That being said, their cocktail and whisky selection is great.

All Canadian, All the Time 🇨🇦 As a retired hospitality professional, I'm recommending you gotta eat here. Reasonably priced with a great vibe. Their is an overall product and service passion here. Will be going back for a second night feed while in Sudbury. First night, tried a couple custom Caesars, mushroom neptune, and the nine rib bones were bang on. The apres diner whiskey surprise was the Glen Breton Single Malt. Having been to Glenora Distillery in Nova Scotia last year, this was a treat 🥃 PS: Well done on this find as is recognized as the first single malt distillery in Canada. Thanks Christine for the wonderful service. We ordered apps and mains together, you picked up that we weren't in a hurry, and brought out the courses in a properly timed fashion. You were not overwhelming as some servers can be. Your attention to the table and detail was perfect!!

We stopped in here while staying near sudbury, so glad we did. The resturant has great vibes. We sat at the bar side, great beer selection. The menu was huge, so many great options. The food came out fast and hot and everything we ordered was extremely delicious. All the staff members were friendly and attentive, we enjoyed every minute here.

Apparently busy for Thursday night and after almost an hour of waiting for my food, I inquired with the server who had been avoiding eye contact with me. Unapologetically told me “kitchen is busy and there’s a large group on the other side” OK. Well would’ve been nice to have any update along the way Mac & cheese balls were tasty. Meatloaf was a bit dry, but had good flavour.

i ordered the due south cobb salad with chicken, and my mom got the smoked club sandwich with wild rice and chicken soup. everything tasted amazing, great quality of food! i especially enjoyed the ham in my salad, it tasted like it was smoked!! super yummy, very pleasant surprise🥰 the service was great, i didn’t catch our waitresses name but she was lovely, always being sure to check up on us. i gave 4 stars for the atmosphere because it felt a bit dark, and lack luster; as what appeared to be a fish tank in the middle of the room was empty. although we did quite enjoy having our own tv at the booth! ❤️ will be returning soon!

Dumbfounded in the best possible way. I’ve read about the hype of this place for years and had to take my girl to experience it for ourselves. Is there anyway for us to give this place 6 stars? When I say everything was amazing.. EVERY SINGLE THING WAS AMAZING! Who would have knew that such a decadent and sophisticated place such as this would exist in this city. I have no words. Every piece of food that touched my mouth got me excited and filled my tummy with butterflies. We were in awe the whole night. What makes this place extremely special is their themed nights and menus. That changes monthly I believe. God bless what an amazing concept and they every sort of wine and beers from all over the world that would compliment every dish. We’ve gone to A LOT of restaurants since we’ve been together, but this was the first place my partner asked as soon as we stepped outside, when we’ll be back.. THE FIRST TIME IN SIX YEARS! Service was impeccable. A chef who not only is impressive in skill but also interacted with guests only added points to an already outstanding score. Prices were extremely reasonable especially for the taste (you could charge more and I’d still slam down my card) Bravo. I feel like we have found our new celebration restaurant. 👏🏾 👏🏾 👏🏾

I had the absolute pleasure of enjoying a refreshing Passion Fruit Spritz yesterday , and I have to say, it was perfection in a glass! The balance of tangy passion fruit and the crispness of the spritz was just chef's kiss. So refreshing and flavorful, it made me want to order another one immediately! But what truly made my experience even better was the exceptional service. Raegan, my lovely server, was incredibly attentive and friendly. She made sure my glass was never empty, checked in with a smile, and really made me feel welcomed throughout my visit. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely passionate about providing a top-notch experience. The warm, cozy atmosphere of the place also stood out—perfect lighting, comfortable seating, and just the right vibe to unwind and enjoy a great drink. I can't wait to come back again! Took my partner here for a date night, and I must say, we were quite impressed. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The wine list is quite extensive as you might imagine, and we didn't even scratch the surface, but we did sample a few of their dishes, all of which were excellent. Highly recommend this place if you're into wine and tapas.

The highlight of my visit was the hoisin duck flatbread—hands down one of the best dishes I’ve had in Sudbury. The balance of flavors was incredible, the duck was tender and perfectly cooked, and the flatbread had the ideal crispness. A total flavor explosion. But what made the evening truly special was my server, Raegan. She was warm, attentive, and knowledgeable, making the entire experience feel personalized and effortless. Her recommendations were spot-on, and her genuine passion for the food and wine made everything even more enjoyable. If you’re in Sudbury and haven’t been to Wander yet—go. You won’t regret it. I’ll definitely be back soon!

Beautiful atmosphere! The restaurant has everything you need including virtual indoor golf and darts. Plenty of seating for small or big groups. Service was good. Although it took a while to find anyone around whenever we needed something (took us 20 minutes to find someone to ask for the bill and it was not busy). It was pretty slow when we went in so thought it was odd. The food was okay. Huge fans of oyster mushroom and this was just disappointing. The batter was dark brown and bits black (indicating old burnt oil being used to fry) so it had no flavour. Sauces were good. The wings were also okay. Were not crispy . Flavours (we had four different ones) were okay but nothing different or out there. Overall, it was an okay experience. We’ve been here before and have had an AMAZING time so this was just underwhelming. Would go back to give it another chance

My friends and I visited Daventry in between our road trip and absolutely loved it. The food was so good & flavorful. The drinks were okay, but the food definitely stood out. The service was just as impressive. Definitely coming back whenever we pass through here again.

Excellent restaurant and bar. Ate there on a Monday and was pleasantly surprised that it was wing night. 2lbs for price 1lbs. Wings were large and meaty. The food overall was excellent. Service was super. The atmosphere was very nice. It's a beautiful bar and layout. Will definitely come back again.

This is a beautiful restaurant for a date night, a family supper or to visit with friends. The atmosphere is lovely with wonderful artwork to enjoy while you are eating. I had the nutty smash burger. The flavours were top notch. The fries and gravy were so good !! Also my waitress was just great. I would absolutely recommend trying this restaurant to anyone looking for a fantastic meal.

Went on a date here yesterday. We ordered fish tacos with tater tots and chicken wings. For drinks, we had Mai tai and Dav Spritzer. Everything was delicious and good portion. To end it, we ordered the cheesecake with strawberry sauce! We were served by Laura, who was awesome and very friendly. The only thing I wish they had was creme Brule, which they were out of. We had that before, and it's our favorite dessert there.

Overall a disappointing experience. The menu looked appealing, but the quality of the food needs to be better! The soup was good, but they really skimped out on the marinara sauce for the arancini balls. Also, the tuna nicoise was bad! Big pieces of tuna, but they weren't very flavourful and rather dry, and the avocado pieces were hard (uneatable) as they were not ripe. I mentioned this to the waitress, but I didn't get much sympathy. The place does seem like it could be entertaining with the TVs and golf simulator. But I wouldn't return any time soon, because of the quality of food and service. Too bad..

A quiet and affordable hidden gem in the streets of dt Sudbury! Went in on a quiet Sunday and was very impressed by not only the food but the hospitality. Our server was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Checking in often to make sure we had everything we needed. Atmosphere although on the smaller side was very beautifully decorated and would be a fun spot during night life with the pool table and axe throwing. The food was DELICIOUS. There was nothing we had that we didn’t like. THE TACOS ARE TO DIE FOR! Writing this the next day and I’m craving them again! All food was served hot and was bursting with flavour! The only disappointment being the chai which was watery and did not have the flavour we wanted. 100% will be back to try the rest of their menu especially the delicious looking cocktail menu🍹

Terrible customer service. No sense of hospitality at all- especially for an Indian restaurant with this rating. Whole Restaurant was filled with smoke maybe from the kitchen. Front staff seems unaware of the availability of the dishes. Even when we came here after calling the restaurant they made us wait for half an hour just to let us know everything is out of stock.Didn’t even bother to give us alternatives.No professionalism at all. Utterly disappointed. Would give a negative rating if I could.

So bummed to write a review that isn't amazing. Spent 70$+ on food for a friend's birthday. The woman cooking right when you walk in was rude & the customer service wasn't great or welcoming what so ever. I asked if the drink was in the stapled bag and she seemed very annoyed and bothered I'd ask that. Then we ordered "Dahi Puri". I attached the photo from their page advertising it, versus what we received. It was hardly edible. I understand takeout won't look the same as in house food, but selling this if it cannot withstand takeout, I feel, isnt right. It is too bad because the butter chicken, chicken tikka masala and samosa chana was great. Unfortunately will not return.

I bought garlic naan from them today by Uber eats, it was burnt. It was smelling and tasting burnt. Please don’t serve anyone like this. It can cause health issues. I tried the chana too, it was so sour. The butter chicken was not that much tasty like previous time. I was not able to eat. So disappointed. I was a frequent buyer from here but now I lost the trust.

Terrible and poor hospitality. We ordered Paneer Tikka as a starters and other main course. Main course served before starters. Still we didn't asked her anything. She served starters to us but no forks and new cutlery provided. We waited still no one come to us. We are extremely disappointed with this service. The girl really needs to get a proper training. We spent 60 dollar but food was not worth it. I humbly request the owner to kindly look into this matter.

I enjoyed my crunchwrap supremo. My mezcal mule was also quite refreshing. Atmosphere was cozy with funky music playing. They also have a deck which is no doubt a vibe of its own. I admit of have little experience with vegan food but the reviews were positive and the pictures all look delicious so i figured why not. I was not disappointed. I would go back, next time for nachos or tacos. Will update review and post pics if i make it back.

To be honest, I took my wife to Tucos Taco Lounge solely based on the high rating without realizing that it is a vegetarian restaurant. Until the food started to arrive, I was walking on thin ice. However, the food quality was so good that my wife enjoyed the meal and now we are thinking of trying to recreate the dishes that we had. Only advice: The 'Good' Mac N Cheese Burrito is quite bland and requires salt and/or cholula. I highly recommend the cholula!

A superb restaurant with the most delicious tacos and nachos served with a smile. It is laid back and can result in a slow yet memorable evening. One of the best places in Sudbury.

Staff was friendly, food was great for vegan, although for a taco place I would have expected to taste chili powder but there was zero.

This was my second time, but first on the patio. I really enjoyed the food, even as a non-vegan. Only negative was - it felt almost like the service forgot about us, and we had to go find someone to ask for more napkins or cutlery.

We have stopped at Tucos Taco Lounge on the way through Sudbury a few times and are always impressed with the staff, atmosphere and the selection of food. On this occasion I ordered Sopos and they were almost too cute to eat - see picture. I’ve also tried the nachos and chilli tacos both of which were great. They have a wide variety of veganized Mexican dishes. While I’m not strictly a vegan, for health reasons l limit my meat intake. I wish there were more Tucos around!!

Stopped overnight in Sudbury on our long journey back to Ontario from Saskatchewan and what a gold mine we found in this little gem of a vegan restaurant, Tucos Taco Lounge. Lots of choice on the menu and OMG the serving sizes are HUGE. I had the original nachos and a small side macaroni & cheese and my husband had the asada burrito (with soy chicken) and a side of chilli. Everything was excellent! No surprise we brought some back to the hotel with us. We also brought some churros to go and they were equally decadent. Our server was excellent! In fact, all the staff were friendly. When we left we were met with “have a great night”, and “thanks for coming” by many of the staff as we passed them by. They have a lovely outdoor patio as well which is lit up. Most of the entrées are about $18-$22.00. Love that the small side Mac & cheese is just $5.00. They have a good range of beer and drink options too. If you are ever in Sudbury, or even just passing through, this all vegan restaurant is a must!

Growing up in Sudbury I ate at The Apollo many times. It was always amazing. I hadn’t been in numerous years after moving away but we ate dinner there last night for my birthday. The atmosphere was beautiful as always, and the service was impeccable. We were just a little disappointed with our food unfortunately. The calamari tasted amazing but was so greasy. The plate was covered in oil. My pork souvlaki was so dry and overcooked it was hard to eat. My husband’s veal was also very overcooked. Everything tasted good, but overall; overdone. We would definitely return, but would likely order something different.

Perfect place to dine, we went as a small group. We were seated immediately upon entering. Restaurant had a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Our food choices were delicious with some extra, for some of us, to take home to enjoy. Service was pleasant and server was attentive. We would come back and would recommend this restaurant.

I had my Birthday supper here last night and I was so impressed. The restaurant is very clean and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The menu offered many choices, both traditional and non. We started with the saganaki which was both visually stunning and delicious. We also ordered the Apollo Board which included a stunning array of dolmades, spanakopita, meatballs, calamari, feta, olives, tzaziki and pita wedges. Everything was amazing! The dolmades were delicate and flavorful and the spanakopita was flaky and golden. We also ordered a greek salad which was made with incredibly fresh ingredients and we also ordered some perfectly grilled skewers of succulent pork & chicken souvlaki. For dessert we enjoyed a delicious slice of Boston Cream Cake. The service was impeccable and our attentive waitress was eager to ensure our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. The Apollo is a true gem and an absolute must-try. I wholeheartedly give it a well-deserved 5-star rating and will definitely be returning.

Had lunch at Apollo's the other day was an amazing experience. I had the souvlaki dinner and my dinning partner had the steak sandwich. The waitress took her time explaining the menu. She was attentive but not overbearing. The meals were fantastic. I took dessert to go I can't wait to return.

I love Apollo and all their staff. Service is above average and their food and ambiance are always fantastic. I will be back!

We came here for a family event. The food was a fixed menu with several options. The salads were good, the mains were excellent and their tzatziki sauce was delicious. The private event room was nice and cozy. Service was great and the prices were very reasonable.

Nice little place, looked promising but we won’t be back! Got two pork souvlaki dinners for take out. The meat was tasteless & overcooked/dry, they ran out of roasted potatoes and gave us french fries without telling us. We didn’t get our roasted vegetables either, the salad was non existent (a sliver of tomato?) & was put in the same container as all the hot food. The taziki was not great and we were charged $2 for extra. Overall, the portions were not worth the $28 meal. I can say the baklava cheesecake is delicious and the only thing worthy of the 1 star rating.

Came here for dinner with my mom. We ordered meals and appetizers ; sushi, dumplings, noodles. The food was very good and I recommend, we had a young man as our server and he was really polite as well as the staff. In the end the portion was big, lots of food to bring home. Very happy with my experience😁😁

Low key Japanese restaurant; both the food and service were excellent. The restaurant has a very traditional feel to it, from the way the servers were dressed to the presentation of the food. The overall ambiance though is very low key, and could use a refresh. Still would openly recommend for anyone looking for a good Japanese place.

Great friendly service and delicious food. I didn't expect to find sushi this good in Sudbury but saw this place in the area with good reviews. It did not disappoint. Unlike that good for nothing child of mine which has redefined disappointment and ruined my life, cursed be them. But the sushi here... Mmmm delicious, especially the double-bomb roll! Try the korokke as well, it's super tasty. Love it (unlike stupid child)!

Not a real Japanese Chirashi Don, i never seen the Chirashi don is full of vegetables. Sashimi is not fresh at all. Ridiculous is the waitress give us a bottle of spicy sauce for putting into the bowl! I have tried tons of times of Chirashi don in Japan but never seen this kind of "fusion " 😩

Came here our first night in town as a recommendation from a local. The bulgogi comes out sizzling on a plate and the fact the beef somewhat gets charred while you're still eating is amazing. Fiance got the pork katsu and it was a huge portion. Great way to fill up after such a long drive. Would come back for sure

It’s absolutely an authentic Japanese cuisine, the owners of the restaurant and the staff are super nice! The food is delicious.

I tried this establishment for breakfast for the first time and was very pleasantly surprised. It serves a niche in the local restaurant industry, providing simple hearty food in a casual self serve diner experience using disposable plates and cutlery on plastic trays. My ratings are based on my view of how well the business fulfills its niche. Much like a Kia and Ferrari are very different vehicles with vastly dissimilar purposes and clientele, so is Deluxe and Cora's, for example. The food was freshly prepared, my eggs over easy oozed yellow goodness when cut into. The home fries were in the shape of fries but had that delicious home fries taste. I received 2 pieces of toast and 3 decent sized sausage links in my meal. The total cost of the meal, including tax, was $7.50. A never-ending cup of coffee is an additional $1.70. The counter staff were friendly, energetic, and diligent. Breakfast is served from 7 AM to 11 AM daily. The environment is relaxed, clean, casual, and filled mostly with diners in the mature age groups. Note that tip is optional due to the self serve business model. As a value proposition in the Sudbury diner , Deluxe sits atop the food chain (pun intended); explaining my 5* ratings. This restaurant is what McDonalds wishes it was, but with rotisserie chicken as a bonus! My dinner was delicious, filling, and affordable. I love that it came with sauce to dip the fries and my Chicken sandwich.

Sudbury is a One Arch Town! Chicken on a bun dinner is a separate food group. Buy the sauce mix! Not exactly, but so darn close.. It's really good...

First and maybe my last time here. I was expecting a homemade burger not something I can buy from a box in the frozen food section. The gravy tasted like watered-down Tabasco sauce. Everyone complains about the coleslaw, but that was actually the one thing I really liked. I prefer the vinegary coleslaw instead of a creamy coleslaw. Aside from the food, the service was ok, not exactly warm and welcoming. The worst thing overall was the bathroom. It was disgusting and smelled worse than a 50 year old outhouse.

Had a bacon cheeseburger combo. The meat consistency was a bit odd but overall the flavor was pretty good. Fries were ok. Gravy had a little kick to it.

I just remembered this place existed so I had to write a review about my experience. Was doing some contractor work in Sudbury some years ago, and we were told this is one of the go too places to grab a burger in the area. We decided to stop in over lunch to grab a burger, and what we were given was anything but "deluxe". No tomato. No lettuce (?) Just basically a thin layer of condiments with some cheese and onions. It also didnt help that the patty was thin as paper, was truly more bread then meat. After finishing the burger I swear I could feel a little nook it had set up in the side of my stomach that sat there for the remainder of the day. It should also be mentioned that I got a side of onion rings that I also did not finish. The fact someone said that "this is what McDonalds wishes it could be" must be eating some unknown type of matter because at least when you go their the food is at least consistently meh compared to whatever this is... Anyways that was my lunch experience at Deluxe Hamburger some 6-7 years ago. Go anywhere else you will thank me later.

It was meh The food was decent. See pics - it tastes how it looks. Weird vibe in there. It was very bright with a bunch of 4 tops arranged around a big room. Kind of reminded me of eating in a banquet hall. Our server was very nice!

We waited 40 minutes after being seated to get water and our order taken. The pizza I received was unimaginative, of poor quality. The crust was leather tough and had no loft at all. The fries were over cooked and very oily. My guest said the Brie burger they had was very good, messy but tasty. I expect more for this price point.

Pros: lots of pasta and gnocchi selections, many salad choices, and large portions. Many vegetarian choices! Service is top notch from the waiters. Cons: pasta portion is too much and too little veggies, taste good but not outstanding, service can be slow at peak times. Space is tight when full and hence less romantic and more noisy.

This restaurant not only hit the nail on the head but exploded its standards and expectations. After a 6 hour trip this restaurant held up to its reputation. The food was incredibly priced for what you got. The effort and flavors were unbelievably unique and mind blowing. For dinner I had to try many options to get the experience as recommended by my server, which we will get to this delightful young lady in a minute. To start i had Brussle sprouts, which i usually am never a fan of, but the way these were cooked..... incredible. The BFF pizza was one that was a shocker in its amazing look but unique blend of flavors that really made your mouth and brain work together to comprehend the blends. The pasta dishes.... now that's where this chef made magic happen. With this hand-made gnocchi and love prep put into this dish was to die for. Both the Muchroom Gnocchi and the Marsala Gnocchi were incredibly amazing. Now, onto Miss Millana (my server/waitress) like her unique name, so was she. This refreshing young lady was a sea of information and the details of the items. She really took the time to dive into the menu as she described what the flavors would bring for you to really decide what best suited your mood. Her recommendations and honest experiences with the flavors were above and beyond what I expected. This young lady was overall incredibly passionate and thoughtful. This restaurant, without a doubt, earned my review because of Millana. It is hard to get great service and food that actually reflects its price. Well done, Ripe Restaurant 👏

The creamy chicken pasta I had was delicious. Some of the best I've had. Service was a little slow but that's alright, they were very kind and attentive once I had my food.

My wife and I dined here last night and really enjoyed our experience overall. We’ve been here before and loved it and will keep coming back. On this occasion, we started with a Caesar salad, the arancini and a French onion soup. The salad was delicious. The arancini was served luke warm (disappointingly) and tasty. The French onion soup was also not very hot and, for me, it was underwhelming... very little cheese on top and not many onions. This was also disappointing. However, our mains were out of this world!! My wife’s gnocchi was fantastic (according to her) and my Canadian stone fired pizza was amazing! It was exactly what I was expecting and why we chose Ripe on this night. Our waitress was polite and pleasant but not as attentive to our needs as I’d expect. She never asked how everything tasted after we started eating and she didn’t bring a straw for my wife’s Caesar, and then forgot about it when we asked specifically for one. I had to get up and ask another server for one. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed dining experience except for these few minor things, and will return another time!

Massive portion of pasta. I had two filling meals out of it and still didn’t finish. Very delicious. I recommend if you are very hungry!

So I had a simple pancake with fruits which was real good but my partner had the 2 eggs and toast Sunnyside and it was not the greatest. Nice place to eat. I thought the prices for the kids drinks and the coffee was pretty high.

Gloria's has a great breakfast. The staff are friendly and efficient, and you can be comfortable in shorts or dressed up. I love going there on weekends because of the family vibe - some tables with seemingly multi-generational family. There's something on the menu for everyone. They have short hours (8am to 3pm) because they focus on providing a great breakfast, which many like me enjoy for lunch too. If you haven't been, I recommend it.

Old school diner vibes. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of fruit on my waffle, but I would stick to English muffins next time for the Benedict. food at other tables looked amazing. I'll be back for the crepes and to check out the takeaway desserts.

Never again. Started off nice. But we had eggs Benny medium. Eggs whites were really runny , English muffins were still raw , potatoes were cold and drenched in oil. We had a few bites of the pemeal bacon but that’s it. It’s was buy one get one half. We were discounted for just the one one half and still had to pay full price for the meals and the 3.25 coffees additional to the meals. Coffees were good but we spent 55$ with tip and are headed home to make breakfast.

The reviews made us come visit this historic restaurant which was established in 1952. Family owned Canadian style food. The restaurant was full and the wait line was long which further fuelled my craving and now even more curious to try the food out. The main reason also was the fact that the reviews mentioned Vegan menu! A whole page for Vegan options! How wonderful is that ! It’s good to see the way people view and accept new ways in food and habits. Inclusion is most appealing. Sadly I was not impressed by the service or server Cathy was extremely unresponsive, excruciatingly slow and for each and every thing it took a long time. We spent more than 2 and half hours in ( eating food took max 20 minutes) many tables around got filled served and paid during our time in. Plus the only non vegan dish I ordered was veg skillet ( mixed veggies with house fries and scrambled eggs) was only fries and an chewy omelette cut in pieces 😱 It was loaded with fat grease and Carbs no soft fluffy Scrambled eggs no vegetables visible, just so disappointing. The poutine was good the gravy tasty and portion size huge. The vegan French toast could do with some more flavour and the whipped coconut cream was a bite size portion ( they could have been generous with it) the strawberries too was scarce. Overall I would vegans was better. They don’t serve any fresh juices which is a shame for any brunch place. Mimosas made with canned juice! This place is ideal for lots of grease Carbs and unhealthy food options. Felt like one of the unhealthy American diners. Would never go back Totally waste of my tummy space and health and money and time!

Went there on both Thursday and Friday this week. The food was top-tier. Very fresh and cooked perfectly with tons of flavor and a real home-cooked vibe. My parents had the chicken parmesan and they got it with two pieces of chicken. It was such a large serving of food that it could easily have served another person is in addition to them! I tried some of the spaghetti and it was perfectly done and tasted so good! I had the Spartan burger and it was really like a burger and a Reuben sandwich combined. It was simply delicious, bursting flavor and had a perfectly cooked patty. At our next visit, the next day, we all had the breakfast and we chose to have the grilled home fries. They were soft and flavorful had all the yumminess of pan fried potatoes. They even have an option to put grilled onions on top which impressed us all and they were SO good. They also offer the option of rye toast! The baked beans also impressed us because not a lot of restaurants offer those. They were soft, flavorful tomato beans and were perfectly seasoned. I had the hungry man breakfast because I couldn't decide what I wanted to eat. It was filling, tasty and wholesome comfort food - and they serve it all day to boot! I'm moving to Sudbury soon and I will honestly say that they have won a customer over. At both of our visits, the staff were nothing but kind to me and my parents and made me feel right at home in a city where I don't know anybody yet. I will be back again. ♡

so this is the chicken tikka roll and garden salad we got. salad had nothing but cucumber, onion and lettuce, looked too dry. and the roll, Omg, can’t explain how worse it looked. Its has nothing inside. This restaurant was the first choice for us but not anymore. Worst experience ever.

I had the pleasure of dining at Tandoori Tastes in Sudbury, and it was truly an excellent experience from start to finish. From the moment we entered, the welcoming ambiance and the warm staff made us feel comfortable and excited to try the food. The service was efficient and professional. Our order was taken promptly and served in a timely manner, which is always appreciated. The portion sizes were exceptionally generous—enough to leave anyone satisfied, and yet it felt like great value for the price. Now let’s talk about the food—it was absolutely delicious and authentically prepared. Every dish we tried was rich in flavor and perfectly cooked. I've eaten at tandoori taste a few times, but typically I ordered off the menu. Ever since I saw they started doing buffet I've always wanted to give it a try. I'm so glad that I did. First off, the staff were so friendly and prompt at serving me. They very quickly welcomed me and brought me water and took my order for a drink. They refilled all the food bins that needed to be refilled. The goat curry and kabab masala were incredible. It was the best goat curry I've ever had. I spent a month traveling through India, and eating the food hear brings back my amazing memories traveling in India and eating their amazing food. I'll definitely be coming back for the buffet again and I'll certainly recommend it to everyone! Thanks for the great service Tandoori Taste!

Decided to give the restaurant another try after four years due to a previously disappointing experience. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. I only ordered the butter naan, and it tasted like a plain naan reheated in a microwave—no trace of butter, not even the aroma. Save your money and eat elsewhere.

I'm not exaggerating when I say the chicken soup is the best thing I've ever tasted. The texture, beautiful spices and overall flavour is out of this world. The staff was extremely friendly, I'll be going back for that soup tomorrow 😋😍 and as often as I can in the future to try every dish that I can! Thank you, Tandoori Tastes 🌹

Pre-Covid, even mid COVID this place had really good quality food especially for the mid price. Since inflation and their expansion of food income sources has taken a hit but you’re sure to find a few favourites! I personally love their fried calamari, chicken parm sandwich, village salad, and bruschetta. I’ve tried most of their other stuff. I would say the panzerotti would be another great hit. I personally don’t love their fried calamari style of wings and pizza but I know many who love that style and think it’s great quality! Would go here every so often :) (I go in person and order takeout, better portions in person)

Thought the food was okay. Wasn’t anything rave worthy for the mains. The mushroom caps were by far the best thing we ate that night. Dill pickles and bruschetta was good. Service was absolutely phenomenal. Our waitress was great and constantly checking in which I loved! Never had to flag her down for anything we needed. Overall good. Wouldn’t be somewhere I would go often but wouldn’t be mad if it was recommended :)

The pizza is the main event here, there’s no denying that they do it well 👍. Our food even came out fast despite how busy it was!! But I wanted to be different and try something else, so I went with the chicken souvlaki bowl. Chicken was dry, vegetables were limp, rice was flavourless, and the naan bread was cold and sad. I also went at around 6pm on a Thursday and it was pretty lit up with kids and felt very jammed, which is totally expected of a popular restaurant. Next time I will try a pasta or get the pizza again, maybe later in the evening. Props to our server for providing great service amidst the chaos.

Great little place. It was a little out of the way, but it was my first time in Sudbury. The service was great with Kittty as our server. We were greeted and had a seat at the patio. Great little patio. We forgot our phone charger and I asked if they could lend us on while we had dinner. I had the fish and chips, and NY wife had the pizza. If I need to be honest with my review of my meal, it wasn't the best fish and chips I've had. The portion was great, but the batter was too crunchy and hard to the bite. The fish fell apart from the batter, and it was a little too greasy. The fries were crunchy but not cut big enough, and the oil. I'm not a health freak, but it didn't sit well in my stomach. My wife enjoyed the pizza, and the dessert was decadent. Overall, it was a decent place, but I would try a different meal next time I'm in Sudbury

I have a gluten allergy. I discovered that Tony V's make gluten-free pizza, I believe from dough provided from Gluten-free Galore. The pizza in the picture has three toppings on it and cost me $23.73. I feel like the pizza was undercooked, I realized it was gluten-free dough, but it was very flimsy and soft. I was more disappointed with the size of the pizza. I would go back in a pinch, not out of excitement. (Sorry Tony V, but I've had remarkable gluten-free pizza before, this just isn't it.)

Battered fish had way too much baking powder in the batter and when I asked for more tarter sauce because the tablespoon of sauce they give you is and was not enough to make the fish better they wanted to charge me $1.50 for more sauce. The server seemed to rush us out. It’s definitely not the same dining experience. The meat all sub my partner got was not hot. We did tell the waiter but he did nothing to fix or help

We had such a great experience at Boston Pizza! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. The place is very clean, spacious, and has a fun, laid-back vibe. They were playing 90s music, which we loved, it added a nostalgic, upbeat touch to our dinner. There are TVs everywhere, so if you're into sports, it's a great spot to catch a game; baseball, basketball, or whatever’s on. Our server Arley was absolutely amazing. Super friendly, attentive, and helpful with recommendations. We’re so glad we listened when he suggested we try the beef quesadilla, it was delicious! My best friend ordered a Canadian beer and a vodka cranberry, and both drinks were on point cold, fresh, and perfectly mixed. What stood out most was the overall vibe. It felt like the kind of place where locals and visitors can both feel at home. And the fact that they’re open until midnight on a Monday? Total bonus, especially when most places close early. If you're visiting this part of Canada, I’d definitely recommend stopping by. Great service, great food, great drinks, and just a really good time all around. Had an AMAZING early supper here today. Ordered wings and deep fried pickles. The restaurant is kept very clean and our waiter, Julian was prompt, friendly and attentive. Food came quickly and was piping hot. Excellent customer service when I realized that I ordered bone-in vs boneless wings. Our waiter assured us that it's not a problem to swap them out and he did so quickly. The boneless wings are so yummy, pure breast meat with a perfect crunchy coating, and had the right amount of sauce on them. The deep fried pickles were also delicious and cooked to perfection. We decided to get the "Salted Caramel Panookie" for dessert and were not disappointed. So decadent, and tasted and smelled divine! Very happy with this place and highly recommend it. This will definitely become one of our go-to restaurants in the city.

A couple months ago, I met a sweet host at a Boston Pizza 370 kilometers away from here. He stole my heart and we’ve since eaten many, many pizzas together. Now here we are, in Sudbury, still enjoying the cheesy but beautiful tastes of Boston and bubbly sips of Diet Pepsi. The servers and stuff were nice, but the real magic is in the people this restaurant brings together. Love takes deep, deep trust and also deep dish crust 🤗 EDIT: I thought all was great until I was charged $3.19 for MAYONNAISE!!! This was not something I was told previously. Love and all, FINE, but $3 Mayo? MAYbe not ☹️

We visited Boston Pizza just an hour ago and ordered a large vegetarian pizza. It was served hot and looked fresh, but when my friend took the second slice, we found a piece of chicken underneath. It seemed like the tray wasn’t cleaned properly and the veg pizza was placed over a non-veg one. We were very upset because we only eat vegetarian. The staff apologized and gave us a new pizza, but the second one had an undercooked base. Giving 2 stars only because the order-taker was very polite and respectful. But overall, not a good experience. Hope they improve food handling and quality.

Great experience! We had Julian as our waiter today and he was fantastic! So attentive and caring. We couldn't have asked for better. Definitely come here if you're in town and want some good food and amazing service

Fantastic all around. Very kind and considerate staff. My wife mentioned how my son is autistic and that we'd like to have the large booth area. They were more than willing to accommodate us. They offered many refills and checked on us regularly to ensure customer satisfaction. The pizza was great. It's been a while since I had a pizza with a good portion of toppings. It was packed with toppings and flavor. I feel they went above and beyond to ensure our experience was above expectations, and they definitely achieved that. Will be returning again in the near future.

Server was great, food was good. Couldn't deal with how many flies and mosquitoes were flying around. I get that some bugs will make their way inside, but they must be holding the side smoking door open or something. Something about swatting away bugs during the entire stay really ruins the meal.

Was downtown for a beer enjoying, the evening sun. Popped in for beer, before heading back to where I was staying. It was an OK place, not what I expected, service was decent, reasonably priced, my server was friendly enough. Inside is little rub down, although they have sports on the TVs, the bar does not really have a sports bar vibe to it.

EDIT: to agree that Dog House wings will always be the best. I was never given the secret recipe, just pointed in the right direction. :) I was in Sudbury when I was at my lowest, of course, stuck in the Lido hotel with all manner of horrors, when I discovered the Dog House around the corner. They made the best hottest BBQ wings I ever had so I asked the Dog dude how they made them and he told me. Now I can make Dog House super hot wings at home when I can't get to Sudbury. Loved the vibe and the space when I stayed there vs takeout.

The wait felt a bit long but it's a saturday. The wings were really dry. Like some of the meat was crunchy not just the skin. There was also not enough sauce on the wings that came with sauce. The cheese in the poutine was legit cold. None of it melted and the fries were meh. Good gravy tho and good portions size. The waitress was nice but not very attentive didn't refill water. I told her the food was alright, not bad and that's what it was alright, not good tho. Sad BC we heard good things about it :( the home sauce was really good tho.

Ordered wings with fries for pick up. They were delicious! Our first time ordering here, and sadly I'm not from Sudbury so this may be the first and last time :( If I pass through here again I will stopping by! Enough food to fill up on. It would have been nice to have a few more carrot or celery sticks but that had no impact on my rating! Food was ready when they said it would be. Thanks for a great dinner

Amazing wings and mushroom caps will definitely be coming back often this is my new go to wing place they are cooked perfectly and seasoned very well you can taste is right threw . My whole family enjoyed them . If you get fries I recommend getting a side of gravy it's so good!

Came for lunch today with a coworker. As soon as we sat down, our waitress came right over and took our drink order. She was back within a minute and then took our food order. As we waited for our food, we chatted and at some point, we were brought an order of mushroom caps (which we did not order) but were offered while we waited for our wings. Our orders came shortly after, were absolutely perfect, and we had a great meal. It was a fantastic experience and it was a big surprise that we were offered free mushroom caps (which we devoured!). Will absolutely be back. Thank you for the great meal!

LOVE LOVE LOVE it here! First time goers but definitely not the last. Not only is it beautiful in here with the big open windows bringing in natural light but the whole atmosphere is inviting and just a sight at every turn. Perfect for sit down conversations, not at all. Not to mention the live performances which was an added bonus. Our server was very attentive, letting know of daily specials and even drink recommendations. Drinks were delicious. THE FOOD WAS 👨‍🍳💋We had to keep stealing bites off of one another. My gf loved the Salmon which was “cooked to perfection” and the sides were “soooo good”. The risotto was perfect and flavourful. Did not put my spoon down once. The presentation was just beautiful. The quality was amazing. The portion was the perfect amount. We would 100% recommend and will be back!

Stopped in for cocktails and a light lunch. Barn industrial chic decor. Friendly staff. Wonderful variety of cheeses you won't get anywhere else. Great spot for a light, snacks date. Their cocktail menu was the perfect summer afternoon indulgence

Dill pickle flat bread was AMAZING 🤤 Brought my partner the next time we were in town and we had lunch the mains were amazing 🤤 We said wow we love this place and then booked it out for our post wedding thank you lunch! We are beyond thrilled with our experience with the fromagerie! The location is close to ample parking. The Fromo is set up with the coziest mix of vintage rustic Chic and local market. The decor/set up alone makes you feel you are walking into your very own small town secret. Valerie was beyond accommodating for our group of 30. In the stressful hustle and bustle of wedding prep she was a breeze to communicate with promptly responded to emails in a professional and empathetic manner (so important for brides to be! We ordered the "lil Graze" for our group of 30 and there was nothing "lil" about it! Such a delicate and beautiful chacoutarie set up. Our group loved it. On top of that we also ordered lunch. From burgers (chicken &beef) to flat breads, salads & Steaks everyone in our group raved about their meal. I felt prices were incredibly reasonable and I will definitely be going back! Thank you for providing such a unique and intimate dining experience in Northern Ontario ❤️

I had a great time with my friends on the patio, enjoying both the food and drinks. The atmosphere was fantastic. Kelly, our waitress, was incredibly kind and attentive, making me want to visit again. Plus, the female singer who performs live on Friday evenings has such a beautiful voice.

10/10 would recommend. 6 of us girls attended the wine glass painting event that was held at the restaurant this Saturday and we ABSOLUTELY loved every second of it. 1- Our drinks were AMAZING. Our favourites were the espresso martini and the apple cranberry martini. I would go back just for those drinks alone!! 2- The staff was so kind, lovely and helpful during the painting process to those who needed a bit more help! 3- the food was great. Well worth the price. We had a spinach dip, nacho and salad and all were fresh and delish. 3- The atmosphere is cozy and decor is adorable. Perfect for group pics, selfies, or Instagram worthy shots of the food/drinks. 4- The wine glass painting event was so fun for everyone of all ages within the group and it was great to be able to take the wine glass home after as a reminder of the awesome day! Overall, we were very happy with the day! We hope for more paint events in the future. Perhaps a “paint your partner/friend” event?

Very good food, but pricey for my liking. Cost 30$ for a plate of salmon with a lemon dill sauce ,fried red onions on top with a side of roasted potatoes and brocolini. Best salmon i tried very mild tasting the sauce was perfect blend with red onion on top.. recommend trying this 👌 😋😍 my husband had the steak he loved it as well.

Took over 20 minutes to get our drinks when there was only 4 other tables in the restaurant and our margaritas came with curdles of coconut milk, not a good experience, got asked to reach out via email…. Wasn’t provided an email and not sure what other info is needed when i provided a picture of the nasty margs

6$ for a junior sized paper thin frozen burger patty, cold cheese, and no option for pickles, tomatoes, or lettuce. The bun wasn't terrible. I won't ever go and to this location or ever have another burger from deluxe again. Better off going anywhere else in town for a better burger at similar or less price.

How is this place even in business. The most plain tasteless food I've had. 8 bucks for a gas station/convenience store patty and a pop. They don't even have pickles, mayo, lettuce or tomatoes. The cheese was still cold. People of sudbury have literally no taste for good food.

The best fries! Crispy and cooked perfectly! Yummy shakes. Friendly service and an unusual comment but the bathrooms are super clean. Great stop on our way North.

Disgusting French fries. Precooked and cooked again….soggy, greasy. This used to be a good place. Don’t go here. Deluxe on Regent is far Superior.

the inside is a reflection of what Deluxe Drive in 17 started as, and has continued to be for decades. Delicious French fries, my boys love the hamburgers and the chicken fingers. Consistency has been key to this place. The shakes are also very delicious and has always the sauce that comes with those fries.

Worst food ever ... greasy slop of fries cooked in burnt oil and rancid slaw ... cheapo burgers now. This place stopped caring at some point. Old guy cooking who looked like the fries making gestures to young wait staff out front.

Nice little diner it was recommended by Dynamic Earth staff ....did not disappoint....fantastic milkshakes.

Favourite coffee shop in the city! Easily accessible as it’s right in the heart of downtown. The atmosphere alone is enough for you to make the trip but the drinks and treats will keep you there. The service is great and plenty of seating for large groups. Have been taking this beautiful girl to this coffee shop since we started dating 5 years ago and it still holds a special place in our heart ❤️ and have had zero complaints over numerous visits

Absolutely not. The matcha was basically chilled oat milk (see photo). Everything was below average and bland. We had the dirty chai, that sucked too. The grilled cheese was bland. Would not recommend. The atmosphere is nice if you want to work amongst plants and local art.

Got two exceptional coffees expertly made. And I’ve tried many many cafes. The espresso and milk they used were very tasty. Also got the cinnamon muffin and holly smokes it’s unforgettable. Solid cafe with super nice vibe.

You know those coffee shops you see in movies? The ones you wish existed because they are so cute and cozy inside. Plants all over, local artists artwork on the walls and just the nicest staff? You've finally found one in real life at Kuppajo! Go there asap and bring a friend. You will not regret it!!

One of my favourite coffee shops in Sudbury. The coffee is always good, and the croissants and pastry always taste fresh. The atmosphere inside is really nice too.

Unfortunately the downtown is a waste pit now and nobody besides the "zombies" care to go anymore. Super unfortunate as it's used to be great. The coffee shop is ok, indoor with an outdoor vibe. Clean and quiet.

Oh my goodness! A work associate brought in some baked goods for an afternoon treat. I tried their version of a Flaky! Just wow! Had to have a bite of a butter tart too and it was devine! This place knows what they're doing. :))) A while back we stopped in ourselves for fresh rolls. They did not disappoint. Got a cream horn and an éclair. Both delicious. What a treat! Got some nice Italian pasta, some olives and the lovely rosemary ham. All staff very helpful and pleasant. Definately recommend.

Always get birthday cakes from here! They're the best and have so much variety! They also do sandwich platters which are delicious and reasonable price too. Staff is super friendly as soon as you walk in :) Super responsive and fast to answer the phone (super rare nowadays)

Looking for great imported Italian food ? Regency is the place to shop. The deli meats are amazing the bread is fresh the cheese selection is wonderful! If you have a sweet tooth this is the place for you the cakes and pastries are next level ! From classic Italian treats like cannoli to a traditional Cheesecake there is a dessert for everyone. Regency also has an assortment of gluten free offerings. The home made sauces are delicious. And are perfect to whip up a last minute week night dinner or bring to the cottage to make meatball subs. I love grabbing a sandwich while I am there and a Brio … if you know .. you know

I am so glad I live in this end of town now. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help, and everything is fresh. I especially love that it's Gelato season now :) keep up the great work!

The best pizza in sudbury. They put good amounts of everything. Great staff very kind and helpful. Wish they had deserts and more sides. Also their subs are amazing. They also have the best creamy garlic dipping sauce in Sudbury.

Ordered delivery at 10pm. Was worried I’d get subpar pizza. Nope. I lit was perfect. I ordered Large Deluxe and a cheese sticks. It arrived hot, fresh and delicious. Delivery driver was polite and friendly. First time ordering Great Lakes. It will not be the last. We will be back. Keep up the great work!

The sizes of everything way down and price went way up.Food that just sits in serving trays,Pasta,Mac N' Cheese all in a warming tray mediocre chicken,wings and ribs, The cost is high and add in the hours of 11am to 8pm? Leslie's try's to be a chip stand and KFC/Popeye's at same time but fails on both.

Must’ve changed their sizes - super unimpressed portion for 9$ (this is a small poutine). Won’t be back if this is what you get for this price.

Ordered a medium poutine... asked for regular gravy got spicy... overprice. Spent 16 dollar for a medium not worth that... never again I would drive 20 min to get my money's worth so disappointed.

They have spicy gravy here; crazy! The chicken batter was amazing and the fresh cut fries were too. The Mac and Cheese was okay, but not spectacular.

It seems to me that the food is getting smaller every day. Soon Mac will only sell coffee. The size of the meat in Big Mac will soon be as thick as cheese. Marketers what are you doing Where is a normal Big Mac, and everything else? Potatoes will soon be as thick as a hair. This is how you lose the market, masking products, but you still raise prices. What's the point, raise the price, but make a familiar product. A Big Mac was once like your Big Arch.

Drive thru took longer than normal which happens however 3 cars went through one side of the drivethru while i waited at the other speaker to order. That should have been my first clue, but i ignored it. Placed an order for a limited time menu item the big rosti. Whoever packed the burger up did a poor job it look like it was out together blindfolded. It also came without any sauce, so after spending 17 bucks for a combo i got a bland burger and ha e no idea what its supposed to taste like. Very disappointing. I should state that it was late and upon getting back to the hotel to eat it i had no desire to drive back.

I ordered two Mcdoubles dressed like a big mac and paid the usual extra charge for that added change. What I received was a mcdouble with ketchup and mayo on it and the Big Mac Sauce. In all my years - I’ve never had that happen before. To make it worse I’m allergic to Ketchup and almost took a bite. To management - please start training your staff better. I get people make mistakes but these workers are making $17.20/hr to put a hamburger together with simple toppings and are unable to do so. Also on a medium soft drink - it’s always an inch lower from the lid when you fill it. Shouldn’t be paying for a medium but only receiving the volume of a small. 0/5 stars. Do better. I’d like a refund or I won’t be coming back.

Watched them put the order out to the wrong car, go and swap the food into different bags. When I asked if they had remade my order they said yes. I opened the bag and the burgers were unwrapped and rewrapped. I asked them to make them fresh because I could clearly see the food had been checked through by the other car. They rose their voice at me and told me to pull up and wait. I waited less than five minutes but I opened the bag to the SAME burgers one of which wasn’t even in the wrapper at all. WORST McDonalds experience I’ve had thus far at this location.

Ordered from this location two mornings when we stayed at the holiday inn. Half of the order went wrong the first day. We ordered cranberry muffin but got a blueberry one. The breakfast wrap was missing the salsa sauce. Thw three hash browns were missed completely. Second day, the toy and yogurt were missed. Not sure how difficult is it to get the orders right

I placed an order today, February 27th, at 7:23 AM through the drive-thru. I was the only customer there at the time. I specifically ordered my coffee with 2 milk and 3 Splenda, as clearly stated in my order. (see attached picture) However, I received just a black coffee with no milk or no Splenda. I had to add them myself to make it the way I wanted. This isn’t the first time this has happened—it has occurred twice before. On those occasions, I went back immediately to have it corrected. But I don’t understand why my order isn’t being made correctly, especially when there were no other customers. It’s really frustrating.

My daughter and my niece love McDonald’s, so we go at least once a month. But every time we visit this particular location, I can never find a clean table. And don’t even get me started on the washrooms—they’re always so gross. The garbage bins are constantly overflowing, and when you go to grab napkins, the dispensers are almost always empty. It’s frustrating, especially for a place that’s so busy with families. And it’s so expensive.

Breadsticks were terrible. Thin, undercooked and just awful compared to what they once were. The pizza itself was terribly thin (didn’t ask for thin crust) and it was chewy to the point of having to forcefully tear a bite off. They handed me the wrong pizza despite him checking it first (I couldn’t see in the box while in the store). I turned around once I could smell ingredients in the car that I didn’t order. First time we tried toppers in many years and can say will be the last

What happened to the bread sticks??? My kids would usually scarf these down but not this time. Undercooked was the nasty part…. yuck yuck Is this a normal experience now? It was such a yummy treat in the past 😞.

Not clean. There were burnt black pieces of old food stuck the the bottom of my pizza. The one half was super thick and the other half was super thin. Didn’t taste the greatest makes you wonder what else isn’t clean if the oven isn’t.

Topper sticks were half the size they used to be. Pizza also seemed smaller too, barely filled the box and the crust was looked like it was pressed thin by a steamroller (I didn’t ask for thin crust). And it took about twice as long as usual to make the order. Is there a new penny pinching owner at this location? Why are they compromising the Toppers recipes? EDIT: So I see there’s a generic reply where they couldn’t even type my name in. Please note Mr. Robot I did NOT enjoy my experience. Your response shows the same lack of care towards your customers that you do towards your food. Won’t be returning.

Everytime I order these they get smaller and smaller. Wouldn't recommend. Basically just eating dough for 15bucks.

We order from Toppers quite frequently but this is the first time that I’ve left a review. Tonight we had an extra large Canadian with hot peppers and it was delicious. Perhaps there was a little bit too much sauce this time but overall it met our expectations. The staff were polite and responsive to the waiting customers. The storefront was neat and tidy, and the pizza was ready right on time. Well done toppers. We’ll be back. I just noticed as I was uploading the photos I took that the sign is missing a letter. The A in pizza is missing.

Best pizza in the city as far as I'm concerned and I've tried them all. And I've always had friendly, prompt service.

This is the first A&W I saw which has a hand wash station at the entrance, so I was surprised. But I liked it. The service is kind of poor here. The staff aren’t very attentive. It also seems like A&W became very pricey. The food taste is similar to all other A&W’s, in my experience. I must also add that even though the hand washing station gives cleanliness vibes, the washrooms smell was really bad and it wasn’t clean.

This used to be a good location, but not anymore. Friendly service has been replaced with a barrage of questions and getting cutoff while trying to place an order. When I pull into a fast food location, I'd expect to tell the person what I would like to order. Here, you start telling them "a mama burger combo with..." only to be cut off with an aggressive WOULD YOU LIKE CHEESE AND BACON?!?! Only to say " no but I'll take..." only to get cut off again with "WITH ONION RINGS AND ROOT BEER????" Let your customer say what they want to order then ask questions later! I get that it's probably a sales tactic to try to push customers to spend more but ITS ANNOYING and disrespectful!! If this is how this location will continue to be, I will take my business elsewhere. I already gave up halfway through my order at the silver hills location and I'll do it here too. Do better.

Teen burger wasn’t fresh, and was slapped together and thrown into a burger sleeve. Rings were a clumped together mess. Service was nonexistent. I remember the days when a “thank you” received the response “you’re welcome”. The drive thru attendant provided a “stunned look” and couldn’t be bothered to speak…closing the window and walking away before I could ask for napkins. Here’s my recommendation to this location franchisee. How about putting the slightest effort towards your food preparation and customer service? Oh well, here’s a review of 1 out of 5 stars. Good riddance. Two thumbs down. Way down!!

I don’t think walk ins should be any less important that drive through customers. At least 6 cars as well as deliveries were out the door after my order was taken. Not impressed.

They charge customer more than what they show in there menu display. When i asked for refund they simply says other customers buy with same price so you need to pay same as other customers. Don’t try to cheat people with your low price menu. They say spicy chicken combo on display 11.89 before tax and actually they charged me 13.29 before tax. STOP STOP STOP 😡😡🤬

Ordered a pizza there for lunch almost 2 weeks ago got severely sick by 4 o’clock in the afternoon puking and in the bathroom for the whole night. The pizza was the only thing I ate that day, and I could not eat anything else until the next day. I called the customer service line asked for the manager to call me back or the owner and has almost been two weeks now no word from them not impressed.

Most of the pizzas came full with semi-raw onions. Like what is that? Been in Sudbury for long, all my life ate pizza. What is that? Why all pizza's here are full with semi-raw onions??? The amount of semi-raw onions mixed with cheese then on top of the pizza is insane. Do you guys get free onions and don't know what to do with them?

The amount of times staff can't read a sheet of paper. The recipe pizza i order is thin crust. Due to health issues I can't eat the thing crust.. Anyway I change or make a comment about not having the normal thin crust, it shows up 90% thin and I throw away 30 bucks. Ridiculous. Wasted hundreds and countless time. Completely over it for a simple read. Toppers read your orders. So sad.

Absolutely never ordering again. I ordered 2 folded sandwiches (panuzzo?) Can't recall how to spell it? But I took 2 bites of my steak/Chipotle and my bro had meatball one so drowned in sauce it was disgusting. I tipped the driver almost $15 . He never made my food. But was very cool & respectful. But the food was pathetic. $60 with the tip. We through it out. The potatoe skins were dried out. Terrible experience

Toppers is one of the factors that help me make my decision to move to Sudbury. First time I tried it it blew me away since I'm from a small town in northern Ontario called Hearst and we only have a few pizza places there, this was something different and special. 20 yrs later I still love it, although I order it might on the sauce every pizza and extra cheese and bacon, it's the bomb. Every Tuesday they have a special, you pay for a.medium and you get a.large, I always order, every Tuesday a large toppers ten w extra cheese, extra bacon and crust brushed w garlic butter and hold on the olives and mushrooms. Amazing food, highly recommended :)

I called some days before my birthday to celebrate in this restaurant with my family and kids. They told me they are gone to be open that Saturday on the afternoon, but NO. THEY WERE CLOSED!!! I was hugely disappointed, everyone I had invited was waiting at the door with me and we had to change the place at last minute They should update their working hours, however; the lady I spoke to, never told me that on Saturday they don’t work, they even confirmed my attendance for that day.

WAS BLOWN AWAY BY OUR SERVER! (If you were working on Nov17 from 7-8:30pm we wish we would have tipped you more!) she made my girlfriend and I very comfortable and was so much fun to interact with! DRINKS WERE AMAZING FOOD WAS AMAZING LOVE THE ATMOSPHERE And the service… READ ABOVE AGAIN! Everything came out in great time and was delicious! My girlfriend absolutely loves this place and I’m starting to see why! WE WILL BE BACK AND THATS A PROMISE!

The service was friendly, the place is casual. You can get pizzas here, Panini's and pasta, sandwiches etc and it's delicious! Excellent comfort food and very tasty. They have the best coffee I've ever tasted and good desserts to go with it.

I just want to inform the store manager or the owner that please take the needful actions to the staff to maintain the workplace code of conduct. Today I went to the store and I went to the drive through kiosk to place the order. The employee who attend the drive through order he was not responding so finally after waiting 3-4 minutes I drove the car towards the window and I come to know that two employees were busy in talking on the window with their friends. And the sad part is their friends parked car in the wrong direction so passenger seat was close to the order window. This place hasn't gotten any better. We have always had some sort of major issue. Food service is slow every time even when they aren't busy. People seem more short and less friendly on staff. Most recently, we didn't have our order before they erased it on the board, likely to help reflect a better time. Then tried to rush us off before we got our full order. Previously it took nearly 30 mins just to get our food for 4 people 2 of which were kids meals. We had to go back in to have things redone because they added condiments we asked to remove. If possible just skip this Mcdonald and go somewhere else. Next time that's our plan.

I waited 20 minutes at the drive-thru order machine, only to be told “one minute” three times without any progress. Meanwhile, other customers in the adjacent drive-thru lane were being served promptly. When I had finally made it to the window and had asked the employee why our order wasn’t being taken, he responded by laughing in my face. I am very upset and disappointed by this experience.

I’ve been to this McDonald’s a couple times and everytime it’s a rough experience. I almost never leave reviews but after my last experience I felt I had to. If you’re reading this, just go to the McDonald’s on Notre Dame or Regent. This McDonald’s not only messed up your order half the time, but they won’t even check for your order if you placed it on the app. I did a mobile order and they just flat out refused to check for it for 10 minutes. I pulled back up and asked them If they had got it yet and they said I already told you we had no orders. I got angry and told him to check cause I’ve paid for it 20 minutes ago and I can show him proof and all of a sudden “oh look I have it.” Except THEY STILL MESSED IT UP! They refused to make me a milkshake which I had once again ALREADY PAID FOR and forced me to substitute it for something. Which would have been less aggravating if I could have just had my money back in the first place rather than not acknowledging my Initial order and having just refused to check for it for 10 minutes. Now all this still wouldn’t usually cause me to leave a review EXCEPT THE LAST TIME I WENT HERE I HAD FOOD POISONING AND THE TIME BEFORE THAT THE CHICKEN WAS UNDERCOOKED AND RAW! Only came back here this time because I accidentally placed the mobile order here and not at Notre Dame! DO NOT COME HERE!

Place was dirty. Food and drinks spilled on the floor, with ketchup patches. It was addressed to staff, however noone came to clean it up. We had to wipe the table ourselves. An ant crawled on my friend's shirt and then we noticed a whole bunch crawling in the corner. Again it was addressed and staff said " I will let them know". Not sure who she meant by "them" but noone cleaned up while we were there.

Tables were dirty. I had to wipe them down myself. They always forgot to give dipping sauce with my nuggets and the fries were still cold. Also, I had to put ketchup in a lid since there was no more of the little cups in the dispenser and that too was super sticky and dirty.

Just sat in the drive through for 15 minutes. They served everyone in the left lane and were skipping the right lane. After 4 cars ordered in the left lane we decided to just leave and go to another location.

Went into Arby’s today around 11:10 , the place was not busy at all so I hoped to grab a quick meal to go. Went up to the counter and said Hi to the woman working there, who didn’t even acknowledge me but just sighed and looked annoyed. 30 seconds later she says “Hi welcome to Arby’s what can I get for you today” and then I realize she’s handling drive through as well. So I wait until she’s done and she still doesn’t acknowledge me standing at the counter. Didn’t even look at me but looking in my direction. A DoorDash guy walks in, and she looks right past me to deal with that, even being a little difficult with him. All the while I’ve been there for about 3 minutes and not being served or acknowledged and then skipped over. At this point I just turned and walked out because the service was so terrible. Not only did she ignore a customer, but to now skip the customer to deal with door dash who shows up a minute after the customer who’s right there. She continued to not acknowledge me even as I turned and left while she kept arguing with the door dash guy over what unit number for the building was. Been going here for years but after today I don’t think I’d go back.

Love Arby's. We were in sudbury for a soccer game, and really like the orillia location. Beef and cheddar is hard to beat. This location was ok, but not perfect. We had to look to find a clean (ish) table. We had a couple minutes of standing at the till before anyone acknowledged us. Food came out fast. Curly fries were brilliant as usual. Everything was hot as expected. My daughters sandwich was a hot mess... I know that its not a perfect sandwich for keeping it neat, but this seemed like it was assembled from a distance.. Still, flavour, quantity and quickness were all as expected.

Good Arby's food. Good value. The staff were a little stingy with the sauces. They have a drive thru!

Stopped in on my way through town to grab food for my young grandkids to take home to them (an hour away). Dropped off to them. I them get a phone call that the order was completely wrong, chicken wasn't even cooked. Was raw under the batter, there was mayo when I said 3 times NO MAYO. Beef & cheddar Sandwiches were disgusting, cheese smelled like vomit. It all went in the garbage. What a waste of money. Absolutely disgusting. Not impressed at all.

Hadn't been to arbys in a long time because the food quality and service has seriously dipped in the last 5 years or so. However, I was in the area and decided to try again. Drive thru guy barely spoke English, definitely didn't understand it. I asked for 1 beef and cheddar classic, thats it. Get to the window and this guy who also barely speaks english tells me the first guy never took our order. Okay... 1 beef and cheddar classic.. 8 dollars 🙃 wow. When I worked there, it was 2 beef and cheddar for 8$. How times have changed. So I get my 8$ sandwich, and later that night im sick. I give up arbys. Get some better staff in there, and if you're going to charge 8$ for 1 sandwich, it would be great if it didn't make you sick after.

Hi I live in Sudbury and twice a month for the last four years, my brother and I would eat at Arby's, and never had any problems and the food beyond my expectations. But the last few times, I've been there, something has happened, I think it may have had changed hands, and the service has been PATHETIC, the order was all wrong, and had to take one order and they had put the other two orders together 😞 as this Tuesday June 17 were brought our niece with us and when they got there order I was done. The whole thing was we went together, and I would of love to have eaten together, that one problem. The next problem was they put it together in a total mess, things were everywhere, and had to use 5 napkins, to eat one beef and cheddar cheese on a bun, this was totally unexceptionable, and this was the same the last three times. This is my very last time ever going to this place, had enough. The unfortunate thing is, it was taken over by immigrants, that can't even understand plain English, I understand that new people coming to a new country, and wanting to open up a nice business, the problem is that leave a few employees from the last owner, who can speak English and customers can understand them, and before anyone says or pick on the immigrants, I'm one of them, born in Canada speak perfect English, and obviously school here in the grant country of Canada, so all I'm asking is please have people at the front counter that can speak and understand English fluently. Don't worry about me because I,ll never be back again, you lose a loyal customer and after four years so long. Roadhouse chuck here I come I guess and give you a try. SO LONG ARBY'S

Ordered a $10 meatball sub and a $15, large pep, and a can of pop, somehow came to a total of $48.85, the meatball sub had no meatballs on it just cut up chunks of some beef flavored pate, soggy on one side dry on the other one half had sauce and not cheese one half had cheese and no sauce and one half was only half covered in meat chunks, and the large pizza was only a medium. And was soggy on the tips dry at the crust and both sub and pizza were cold on delivery, and wouldn't let me return the unsatifactory over priced order and kept my $$$ and had to eat cold garbage for supper

It was pretty good, I enjoyed everything except for the macaroni - I found it a tad bland. We ordered the jersey chicken with coleslaw and the oxtail and macaroni. Even added the fried plantain last minute, the staff were very friendly and accommodating even when it was very close to closing. I will definetely return for another order :))

The food here is amazing and authentic. I had the rice and peas with jerk chicken and oxtail. The food was cooked to perfection, very flavourful and made me feel as if I was back home in Jamaica. I highly recommend trying this spot out.

Got a small jerk chicken and rice to go, the amount of bones in my rice was crazy, Amost every bite I had to pull out a bone, Some big like goat some slivers or fragment couldn't even finish the rice. the actual chicken was alright flavor but it's not jerk chicken.

Great little spot not too far from where I am now but still had it quite a few times when I lived in minnow lake area. Very good food and fast and efficient service. Friendly but still professional which I like. I chatted with the guy working when I went in recently by the name of Matteo. Check the lettuce on your burgers I just got home from there and all 4 burger have rotten lettuce in it's grosse sadly my nephew didn't notice until half way done his burger, so now he's been on the bathroom for the past hour be carefully when ordering here this is the first time I had something wrong with my food seen there renovations the last time I order here. You can taste the freezer burn on the burgers it was gross that twice now looks like I ain't going back

Ordered 4 burgers and a Mozza fry, fast service and my kiddos both got a complimentary toy (so sweet!) The food was super fresh and no greasy Mozza fries!! Wonderful service and the outside looks wonderful! The only thing that would've made it perfect was if we had gotten a marinara dip for the fries but I'll just order one incase they don't actually come with next time!☺️☺️

I have been in Pizza Pizza a lot of times. This is the worst. I asked for a small chicken pizza, he tried to bill me an 18 dollar pizza. I asked him for a one topping normal pizza, he also billed me extra even it was one topping. Moreover he just sparkled a couple chicken pieces on top of it. Even one slice is just regular cheese. It doesn’t have chicken on it. Go to another pizza place. Just waste of money.

Absolutely disappointed with the service tonight. I placed an order and waited over 20 minutes between 8:50 PM and 9:27 PM. During that time, I received an emergency phone call and had to leave, so I politely requested a refund — and was flat-out denied. The staff were slow, unprofessional, and completely inconsiderate of the situation. There was no empathy, no accountability — just a dismissive attitude. I paid for food I never received and was treated like my situation didn’t matter at all. Shame on the staff working tonight. If this is how Pizza Pizza handles customer service, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere — and warning others to do the same.

We had a mobile order very simple, female worker slammed Window on us after receiving our order no words said. Even if it was a “big order” it is your job to deliver and what was received today was disappointing and will not have us returning. When kindly asking to change our drinks since you’s don’t carry what we had selected she carried a very rude tone and it shouldn’t be “what do you want” it should be “what can I get you” overall won’t be coming back anymore, as a supervisor I understand the importance of customer service and this was just sad do better Wendy’s.

I filled up this review particularly because of the excellent and consistent service my family has been receiving from the pleasant and professional employee by the employee named Hazel. Everytime she serves us she serves us with high level of customer service, she pays particular attention to her costumers. I once came without my son by the drive thru and she noticed my son was not there, as a customer it's a valuable touch.

Very nice and hospitalizing staff, I came here and staff told me I could bring my bike in a room I could see instead of chaining it outside, and I was also directed to the fact charging ports were under the tables. I already knew about the chargers, but the staff definitely do their best in my opinion and I would like to say everything went good for me!

Visited the kingway location at 11:50pm July 21 2025. I tried to use dining room but it closed at 11pm. I decided to try the drive through although I was on my scooter. The girl greeted me and I asked if I could go through on a scooter and I got silence even after several hellos, I decided to leave, as I'm driving away the girl comes back on the speaker to inform me that won't serve me on a scooter and if I don't like it to call the police. I did nothing to be talked to like that, I even politely asked if it was OK and I got that rude response. I went to the window to ask what prompted the rudeness towards me and the blond girl with headphones was quite abrupt with me saying they were dealing with a drunk earlier and the thought I was him again and her manager told her to not serve me and did not offer a apology. I asked to speak to the manager and he told me the same story but at least apologized, while he was speaking to me the blond girl with headphones and another girl are standing behind him and laughing at me. So completely and utterly rude staff right in front of their manager. I don't have a problem with no scooter policy, that's why I asked, I do however have a issue with outrightly rude staff over the drive through speaker and to my face. With this being said, I understand that staff has to deal with rudeness sometimes, but when you don't know who's in the drivethrough and act rude you might get a surprise one day with a secret shopper or your bosses relative when you assume the person at the drive through is drunk and you are outright rude. Will never step foot in this location again. If you don't like it you can call the cops!! Really?!? To the blond girl with headphones....you can and should do better.

Usually it’s very good during lunch/dinner, but the breakfast can sometimes be hit or miss. Got 2 breakfast wraps this morning and they didn’t have egg in them. Unfortunately didn’t notice till I got home.

Really nice girl that served us at the Kingsway location. Inv 6383 July 12. Staff were professional and had a nice atmosphere. I had the apple pecan salad and double cheese burger. Really good burger but suggestion on the salad. Leave out the blue cheese as it overpowers the salad. Tasted no pecans or anything else in it. Overall good experience just won't order that salad again. Lol

I can't say I'm surprised. Yet another horrible experience at Tim Hortons. I ordered the double stacked farmers wrap and paid extra for more sauce. Received a sausage farmers wrap with little sauce. My husband ordered a bagel with cream cheese. He received the thinnest layer of cream cheese. You could see right through it. I'm just so beyond disappointed with everything I receive from this business. I'm done giving them my money. Tim Hortons. Do better!

I ordered double stuffed Oreo ice Capp today morning and look in the photo what I got. Firstly they prepared the wrong order and then they got me a new one. The new one they gave me looked like this in the photo. Have a look at the amount of whipped cream and Oreo topping on it. They freaking charge 4.49$ plus taxes for this shitty drink.

Update : I should have just turned around and went back to McDonald's. I never have coffee grounds in my coffee at McDonald's ever. See new photo ( photo on the left is the one that I had attached to my previous review , photo on the right is today. Probably a year between the two still the same crap at this location. OHHHH WAIT THERE'S MORE . FFS SEE THIRD PHOTO What a nice surprise , always something at the MARTINDALE location. A nice mouthful of coffee grounds in the bottom half of my coffee . They should also have a requirement that a prospective employee be able to speak and understand English before becoming employed .

Update it’s gotten even worse there… the food is always disgusting and I’m sorry but when we order donuts this isn’t what I expect… these are the saddest donuts I’ve ever seen. The crueller isn’t even glazed. The quality of this place has gone down over the years and I avoid it as often as I can but door dash goes there cause it’s the closest.

I went there to pick up a order and after 15 minutes the staff told me if I can call the customer because they don’t have beats the one of the main items in their menu. They told me they don’t have that after 15 minutes of waiting I was surprised after listening that like Tim Hortons don’t have timbits . I understand the places like gas stations and stuff don’t have those things, but this is a main branch and they don’t have timbits. That’s crazy.

The guy who took my order did not seem even remotely capable. I ordered a large dark roast coffee and a medium chai, two donuts, and a muffin. He gave me the wrong muffin, one of the donuts was incorrect, and then he gave me a regular coffee instead of a dark roast and the same exact thing instead of chai. When I asked him if it was tea he said yes. He seemed confused. I'm not sure he could speak english. He then tried yo put a tea bag inthe coffee he poured. I tried to wave down another worker but no one was available. After many minutes of effort to get what i had paid for I finally left with a chai, a regular coffee and 2/3 of my baked goods incorrect.

The service was too bad. The atmosphere inside that tims was lil bit negative. The servers were so rude and also they were serving late to everyone.

The chicken was soggy and very spicy. Not worth eating! KFC was my favorite, after the last two meals I will never return.

Placed an online order, received the order after 1.30 hours when they guaranteed to deliver in 40 minutes. They charge $5 for delivery and deliver after 1.30. My both drinks are missing, 6 set of cookies are missing. Trying to contact the store more than 10 times on their website mentioned number but they don’t even care about picking the call. Pathetic service

The food was very good, but the one lady working here kept hassling me to change my order when I repeatedly communicated to her that I did not want to change my order and that I wanted a very specific item.

We went there for the first time. cashier helped a lot by suggesting food and promotions. nice ambiance, Fast service and good food.

The WORST poutine in my life 🤢🤢 cold gravy and soggy fries. I haven't tried the chicken but I think we'll stop at Wendy's in Espanola... For $33 (poutine and 10 pieces NOT IMPRESSED 😠😠

Not fine dining some would say a dive. But the service is quick and the food is homemade and delicious. I had a cheeseburger with the works and fries. Both were excellent.

Small cute place but in need of some updates and tlc. Overall the service was good and the food was good. The homemade pogo was too big and had too much grinny breading. I appreciate that it's a small intimate setting tho. 3/5

Greasy spoon done right. Good fresh cut fries, hand pressed burgers, homemade gravy... Strong coffee, clean location and friendly staff! Not to mention affordable!

Absolutely terrible service. They used to be great for a quick Door Dash. Now? The last few times over 90 minutes. And this time they changed the delivery time TWICE. Over 2 HOURS to get food. I guess they don't like making money. We will NEVER buy from there again.

I just placed an order with this restaurant and the experience was terrible. We had soggy food and items missing and when my husband returned with the food he was met with a bad attitude from the cook which took the food with his hands and threw it back in the deep fryer and ruined it even more . I'm guessing they dont like taking orders with uber eats because the cook had a stink attitude about it. Thats the last time I spend a dime in that restaurant. And my husband tried calling but was put on hold for 10 mins so he gave up and we ordered online. I lost my appetite and 78$ wasted. Thanks to cook tonight ruining our dinner and experience.

Needs to updated they need people that listen to what you saying when you order and not ask the same thing 6 time... the fish has been very gross the gravy sucks but the beef barley is not bad if they could keep it the same

This place has gone to complete shit in the last 10 years, “new” ownership has given up on customer service or quality assurance. 10 minutes in the drive through while they troubleshoot their debit machines just to send me on my way without food, presumably throwing out my order.

The food was cold, but good. It came after 17 minutes of waiting. And gum was under every table, which made me feel uncomfortable. So I gave it a 3 star because of the food being cold.

🤮 If you want black patties with questionable food safety, eat here. If you want mcdonalds that taste like it did 5-6 years ago, move to another country.

Twenty seven bucks for unsalted cold fries … Double Filet Of Fish with no sauce and barely any sauce on a double big mac. Even the Root Beer drink tasted like it was half coke ….Hard to believe how bad this order was screwed up ! Too much money to pay for such crap!

One star. The coffee was so weak it tasted like water. On top of that, they were already sold out of muffins by 4:30 PM. Very disappointing visit.

Been eating here for years. I've never eaten at a place that is SO hit and miss in my life. I know what this place is capable of, I've had plenty of delicious pizzas from here over the years. I've also had plenty of horrible pizza experiences as well. Last night sadly was another miss. The crust was paper thin this time and barely any sauce again (when my order was placed for extra sauce). I guess it really depends on who it is that makes your pizza.

I lt feels silly to give 5 stars to a pizza company in the corner of a strip mall, but this is, my FAVOURITE PIZZA in the actual world. I live about 2000km away now, but when I come home in the summers or at Christmas, I ALWAYS stop in for a slice. Ordering a pizza is good too, but there is just something about the slices in their hot case window. Its the right size, thickness, right amount of cheese and other toppings.... it just has such an awesome texture. I understand that there are many things that are used to grade the quality of pizza, and I dont care about any of them I cant say whether or not this is the world's "best pizza", but it is definitely my favorite

I have been a loyal customer of your establishment for many years, however, on August 09, 2024, in the early evening, I encountered an unsatisfactory experience with my order of two extra large pizzas. The quality of the crust was severely lacking, resembling cardboard in both taste and texture. It was exceptionally thin and did not meet the standards I have come to expect from your establishment. As a result, I will be refraining from making further purchases for the foreseeable future, but may consider returning at a later date. What a waste of $50.

Great pizza! Love it, hidden gem can't beat their prices. They do need to put more effort into cutting the pizza, not very even. But that said I keep going back! UPDATE...On Valentine's Day '24 I called and asked for a heart shaped pizza and they did an awesome job with it! Love this place!

If Dylan makes your pizza, it's gaurenteed to be one of the best you've ever had. 10/10. He deserves $58/hr.

The guy was nice on the phone but had a nasty delivery driver. and the pizza came so raw that I could play with the dough. As seen in the photo below!

Update: Also tried catering order and it was perfectly well made and on a time. One of the best location for yum 😋 and healthy food. Their creation nation pitas are super delicious 🤤 so far I have tried Zesty chicken & bacon and spicy buffalo and chicken caesar and both are super good. For kids they also give cookies and juice box 🧃! Friendly staff and fresh veggies 🥗 adds best experience. Also they have protein powder options for smoothies 😍.

Waited over an hour for a mobile order that was quoted as a 20 minute wait. Got there on time and waited inside while the employee proceeded to ignore the order and prioritize other people coming through the door. This was brought to his attention and he said he couldn’t make it yet despite me standing there in line like everyone else. I paid, I waited, I left with nothing. Terrible service and time management.

I really enjoyed the fact that I was able to choose the veggies I wanted on my pita. The place was clean and there is good customer service.

Went for salad last night . Guy working gave me but of spinach I asked for extra he said cant do that . I asked for black forest ham he rudely said we dont carry that. I said on your menu says ham . He said you asked for black forest with ignorance. Everytime now I went to regent street location its been a issue rude employees. Ignorance. I wobt be back to that one again .

Cross contamination in that place is crazy. Uncooked bacon on top of the cheese, throwing ingredients into the steel pans (they never put them back in the right bin) all the veggies are basically just mixed together in one spot. You ask for lettuce and youll get olives with it. Pretty gross

So the employee with glasses made this fabulous sub just take a look how she wrapped worst experience at subway. And also check the picture from inside how she out all those veggies and sauces I can’t even eat it. Worst subway experience. I don’t how people gave these guys 5 stars these guys dont even deserve 1 star.

Vasu was great in recommending a sandwich when the one I was looking for was discontinued and was very happy and making conversation will come again !

3 separate visits they have not listned and soaked my sub in more sauce than requested. I will probably not return to this subway.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and was very disappointed. The bread was hard and poorly prepared, with big chunks missing and falling apart. The egg and cheese were just thrown together without care. For the price, I expect at least a decent sandwich, but this was not edible. Very poor quality and no attention to detail.

Service can be slow. Morning baked goods do not always seem fresh. Staff do do their best, I will say that. Feel a lot of the issues stem from the higher ups (I've seen how more staff are present when corporate visits) & the unique circumstances that are directly related to their location.

If there was any rating below 1 I would give it . Its been more than a month that me and my wife have been going to tim in downtown for flavoured iced lattes and every time we go there we have to come again and ask them to remake it each and every day sometimes we get iced coffee instead of iced latte as well ……. Poor customer service

This Tim Hortons told me 4 weeks ago I could not take my tiny dog in the store even though I was holding it so I bought a brand new dog carrier so on my walks I can put her inside to bring into the store. I was told it was fine by an employee after talking to a manager. 1 month later today I go in and now they are telling me again that I am not allowed even with her in a carrier after it was supposed to be fine. This is discriminatory and I am considering putting in a complaint with the government about this!

Every time I come to this Tim Hortons I leave in a bitter mood. The staff don’t seem to care about their jobs and there is zero sense of urgency. I routinely wait 20 minutes for a singular drink. I have been to over 100 Tim Hortons and this is by far the worst one I have ever been to. Do better.

Worst service and food experience. Ordered Veggie Habanero wrap along with hashbrown in it and they freaking forgot to put the hashbrown in the wrap and charged whole price. Learn how to provide customer service. unacceptable and shows a lack of attention to detail and care for the customer experience. It’s frustrating to pay for something and not receive what was ordered.
