The 45 best breakfast and brunch in Sudbury

So I had a simple pancake with fruits which was real good but my partner had the 2 eggs and toast Sunnyside and it was not the greatest. Nice place to eat. I thought the prices for the kids drinks and the coffee was pretty high.

Gloria's has a great breakfast. The staff are friendly and efficient, and you can be comfortable in shorts or dressed up. I love going there on weekends because of the family vibe - some tables with seemingly multi-generational family. There's something on the menu for everyone. They have short hours (8am to 3pm) because they focus on providing a great breakfast, which many like me enjoy for lunch too. If you haven't been, I recommend it.

Old school diner vibes. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of fruit on my waffle, but I would stick to English muffins next time for the Benedict. food at other tables looked amazing. I'll be back for the crepes and to check out the takeaway desserts.

Never again. Started off nice. But we had eggs Benny medium. Eggs whites were really runny , English muffins were still raw , potatoes were cold and drenched in oil. We had a few bites of the pemeal bacon but that’s it. It’s was buy one get one half. We were discounted for just the one one half and still had to pay full price for the meals and the 3.25 coffees additional to the meals. Coffees were good but we spent 55$ with tip and are headed home to make breakfast.

Went there a few weekends ago. Super friendly waitress, seat by the window, great food. Left the waitress a ten dollar tip, and thanked her for her friendly service. Will be going back.

The reviews made us come visit this historic restaurant which was established in 1952. Family owned Canadian style food. The restaurant was full and the wait line was long which further fuelled my craving and now even more curious to try the food out. The main reason also was the fact that the reviews mentioned Vegan menu! A whole page for Vegan options! How wonderful is that ! It’s good to see the way people view and accept new ways in food and habits. Inclusion is most appealing. Sadly I was not impressed by the service or server Cathy was extremely unresponsive, excruciatingly slow and for each and every thing it took a long time. We spent more than 2 and half hours in ( eating food took max 20 minutes) many tables around got filled served and paid during our time in. Plus the only non vegan dish I ordered was veg skillet ( mixed veggies with house fries and scrambled eggs) was only fries and an chewy omelette cut in pieces 😱 It was loaded with fat grease and Carbs no soft fluffy Scrambled eggs no vegetables visible, just so disappointing. The poutine was good the gravy tasty and portion size huge. The vegan French toast could do with some more flavour and the whipped coconut cream was a bite size portion ( they could have been generous with it) the strawberries too was scarce. Overall I would vegans was better. They don’t serve any fresh juices which is a shame for any brunch place. Mimosas made with canned juice! This place is ideal for lots of grease Carbs and unhealthy food options. Felt like one of the unhealthy American diners. Would never go back Totally waste of my tummy space and health and money and time!

Went there on both Thursday and Friday this week. The food was top-tier. Very fresh and cooked perfectly with tons of flavor and a real home-cooked vibe. My parents had the chicken parmesan and they got it with two pieces of chicken. It was such a large serving of food that it could easily have served another person is in addition to them! I tried some of the spaghetti and it was perfectly done and tasted so good! I had the Spartan burger and it was really like a burger and a Reuben sandwich combined. It was simply delicious, bursting flavor and had a perfectly cooked patty. At our next visit, the next day, we all had the breakfast and we chose to have the grilled home fries. They were soft and flavorful had all the yumminess of pan fried potatoes. They even have an option to put grilled onions on top which impressed us all and they were SO good. They also offer the option of rye toast! The baked beans also impressed us because not a lot of restaurants offer those. They were soft, flavorful tomato beans and were perfectly seasoned. I had the hungry man breakfast because I couldn't decide what I wanted to eat. It was filling, tasty and wholesome comfort food - and they serve it all day to boot! I'm moving to Sudbury soon and I will honestly say that they have won a customer over. At both of our visits, the staff were nothing but kind to me and my parents and made me feel right at home in a city where I don't know anybody yet. I will be back again. ♡

Good and nice food in a normal small place. Very much recommended for family . Good atmosphere and very friendly staff.

My favorite diner breakfast in town. Nice thick bacon, heaps of hashbrowns, all good stuff. Can be tricky to get a table sometimes because its so popping but well worth the wait. I also hear they do lunch even better than they do breakfast but I haven't had the honor yet.

The worst food I have ever received, the eggs Benedict was soggy and covered in the hollandaise sauce. Not even covered I should say drenched. The home fries were overcooked and undercooked. My English muffin was burnt. There were eggshells in my eggs. The younger girl with black hair was not good at service unfortunately. She did not check on us once. We asked her for a drink and she didn’t even respond but gave a dirty look instead. Got someone else to refill our drinks and bring our food out for no apparent reason. We did not get checked up on once. It was 60 dollars of absolute garbage.

Decided to try this place after a friend recommended it. The banana French toast were amazing but that’s where it ended. The coffee was barely warm, the food came quick but we were never checked up on for a top up or water. What you see here cost $40 which shocked me to be honest. Our server was a lovely woman and we love supporting local but this place gets 3 starts from me.

I usually go her for breakfast, but we stopped in for lunch, and I will be doing so again. Aa, always the service was great. For breakfast there is always a wait because they are busy, lunch it wasn't as busy. It's definitely one of the best places to eat in town. I had the cajun burger with fries, gravy, and homemade coleslaw. Highly suggest Jak's diner.

Unfortunately I never got to try the food. My husband has no issues but hates eating knowing im so hungry and cant eat anything(even eggs are cooked with dairy margarine) I am a celiacs pt with a dairy allergy unfortunately every single item on their menu is made with ingredients including dairy and or gluten so with no options i could not eat and had to leave without even a coffee (all creamers here include dairy).

I was in Sudbury for work and I read about this place. I tried their pour over coffee which tasted more richer and acidic. I also ordered the egg frittata with prosciutto which was surprisingly very flavourful - the aioli sauce really tied it together. The atmosphere was lovely and relaxing, a little dark with the lighting but overall a pleasant experience :)

Good place for relaxing, studying, and even taking your time with friends. The barista was so professional in doing art on coffee. I attached some pictures you can visit it.

Coffee was absolutely delicious!! Went back three times during my vacation! Also enjoyed a yogurt bowl which was amazing, would highly recommended checking this place out if you’re in Sudbury ! Staff were extremely friendly & the cafe was beautiful & clean

My husband and I ordered one iced cinnamon bun latte with cold foam. We ended up with 2 iced cinnamon bun lattes with cold foam, but no coffee in the lattes. We basically got cinnamon bun flavoured milk.. first time at the south end location and won’t be back.. not sure what happened but we definitely weren’t looking to have a cold glass of cinnamon bun milk with cold foam. You can see in the picture that the latte is clearly not a latte..

This place is expensive as heck. The quality is phenomenal and atmosphere 10/10. I great place to spend $23 on two lattes and a common bun.

Sorry, but furniture can be more cosy and curtains would be nice to hang. And a tiny vases with flowers on each table. If you’ll want- you can Make this place really comfortable coffee house . Now its like dining .

Absolutely delicious food every time I go. The only downside is that it is very busy a lot of the time and the cashier area is small, so people kind of pile up awkwardly because there isn't much room for lines for ordering or picking up. I think it would also help if they took people's names, so that there is less confusion on whose order is whose.

Not fine dining some would say a dive. But the service is quick and the food is homemade and delicious. I had a cheeseburger with the works and fries. Both were excellent.

Small cute place but in need of some updates and tlc. Overall the service was good and the food was good. The homemade pogo was too big and had too much grinny breading. I appreciate that it's a small intimate setting tho. 3/5

Absolutely terrible service. They used to be great for a quick Door Dash. Now? The last few times over 90 minutes. And this time they changed the delivery time TWICE. Over 2 HOURS to get food. I guess they don't like making money. We will NEVER buy from there again.

I just placed an order with this restaurant and the experience was terrible. We had soggy food and items missing and when my husband returned with the food he was met with a bad attitude from the cook which took the food with his hands and threw it back in the deep fryer and ruined it even more . I'm guessing they dont like taking orders with uber eats because the cook had a stink attitude about it. Thats the last time I spend a dime in that restaurant. And my husband tried calling but was put on hold for 10 mins so he gave up and we ordered online. I lost my appetite and 78$ wasted. Thanks to cook tonight ruining our dinner and experience.

Needs to updated they need people that listen to what you saying when you order and not ask the same thing 6 time... the fish has been very gross the gravy sucks but the beef barley is not bad if they could keep it the same

A lovely breakfast space filled with great service, delicious food and a fun-filled atmosphere. Bobby is wonderful to interact with and is an absolute delight with the service. It was a fun and engaging brunch.

This is an exceptional location. Upon entering, we were greeted by a friendly staff person, who seated us at a table that was clean and spacious. The server who then took our order exuded professionalism combined with warmth. Trina is an exemplary ambassador for Coras restaurants; deep investment in her work is evident. The food here was delicious and plentiful, matching the superb service. One item of interest was the use of a robot which assists servers in the transport of dishes and prepared food. It was fun watching it!

Been to this Cora location before and never had an experience like this. Today, we waited over 40 minutes for our food, what made it worse was that after we finished eating, we had to ask three times before someone finally came over to help us to pay. The restaurant wasn’t even busy—staff were either cleaning tables or refilling coffee for other customers, while completely ignoring us, even when I stood up to show we were clearly ready to leave. Don’t even know if we were being treated differently on purpose😅 Hope the manager will train their staff better or hire more people if they are short-staffed😅

The decorations and atmosphere of Cora’s just makes me happy! We had a yummy breakfast. Service was very friendly. Portions were big! I like the fruit they provide.

This was my first time going to Cora and i absolutely loved it. The food was amazing and the service was extraordinary. Would love to visit it again soon.

My family and we had a wonderful day today for a late breakfast. The staff were amazing, the food was heavenly. My 14 year old son enjoyed the food so much that out of nowhere he asked the waiter if they were hiring. Our waiter was so nice that she let the manager know about his inquiry. To my surprise the owner of the restaurant came to talk to him and offered him advice. What an amazing show of professionalism and humility that the owner had to come and talk to our son. Isn't it overwhelmingly great that my son wante to be part of this amazing team. Kudos to all the staff at Cora Sudbury

My sister and her husband loved the fresh, delicious food, smooth service, and joyful atmosphere. Truly exceptional service and care!

Really nice spot to hang out of the patio in summer. Inside is nice and cool too. I sat on the patio end and had a panoramic view of the street and cliff which was so nice as it sits on top of the hill. The breakfast club is amazing, everythi go was mad to perfection..the rye bread I expected to be darker rye and marbled..but thats just my preference. It was a lot of food. Next time I'll get some fruit instead of home fries..lol. not impressed with the dark roast though. I've had better. Overall great experience. It's kind of self serve place..you buy your food at the counter .so do not expect wait service but they will drop the food at your table and that's it. As long as you come with the expectation..I believe you'll have a great experience. Great job

This place is an excellent place to come if you want to have a very good cup of coffee. They also have fancy coffee . There's a breakfast and lunch menu along with cute little baked goods,pizza's and daily specials. The atmosphere is cozy with a modern twist. I would definitely recommend it for couples looking for a nice quiet place to come eat ,or even a single person to enjoy a cup of coffee and snack. The service was excellent and I felt welcomed,even though I have social anxiety. The young blonde server was excellent and went above and beyond. Thanks Twiggs ! I will return. ❤️

I’ve been to twiggs many many times and have never had much issues. However today was different, I entered and sat at a booth with some friends to study as normal and began setting up my computer and notebook not even 5 minutes into us being there the Owner comes up to our table and asks in a rude condescending tone if we plan on ordering anything, (keep in mind every time we go we all order drinks and a desert about $15+ per person). When we said we were about to order he gave us a weird looked and walked away. We see the same guy go to every table making sure someone ordered something. I’d understand if it was super busy but it wasn’t there were at least 6 empty tables where people ordering could sit. This is also not the first time someone I know has had an issue with this owner- I’d avoid at all costs. Other staff are very kind and polite but honestly seem more uptight and stressed when he’s around (I don’t blame them) dessert are good but definitely not homemade (sometimes stale and overpriced like their drinks) the pizza is good but not worth the hassle.

I heard about Twiggs on CBC radio and we made the effort to go past Starbucks and try Twiggs. Well worth it! Big beautiful place, breakfast meals offered but the coffee was so good!!!! Wish there was a place in the south.

We found this café by chance, and it turned out to be an amazing experience. The atmosphere was full of positive energy, everything was very clean, and the quality and portion size of the food were excellent. Prices were reasonable, and the staff’s attitude was outstanding. The lady working there was very welcoming and kind she was amazing!and the coffee served as much as you wanted. It was such a good experience that we came back the next day for breakfast. Definitely one of the best cafés I’ve ever been to, highly recommended! 🌟☕🍳

I took my kids there for breakfast. The food was good especially the bacon and m(my d aughter each got a breakfast special and my son the pancakes. The price was definitely right...There was some noise v_because they were fixing and updating the fire alarms . Aside from that, the waitress was very attentive and polite. She had a bright smile that lit up the room. I would definitely return!

Went for breakfast and was very impressed. Menus were very clean and had a very good selection of breakfast items with fair prices. The air quality and ventilation is great. Our waitress was pleasant and cheerful. Coffee was good and food was delicious. I ordered the garden omelette with home fries. Generous amount of veggies in the omelette and potatoes were perfectly crisp. Will definitely be returning.

Was late afternoon. My son had the perogie poutine, and I had a Pulled pork sandwich on the freshest Ciabatta bun. Absolutely the best pulled pork sandwich I've had in a really long. Not our taste! We stopped there today for dinner. There is a huge parking lot in the plaza, a subway, Quickmart, Thrive Bell and a commercial building. It has an outdoor patio in summer. We were freezing inside. They have washrooms. The store looks outdated. Needs renovation and have these old huge TVs. They have a soup bar. The salad wasn’t fresh, the rice wasn’t either was very dry! The steak was done using butter on a stove top and wasn’t cooked evenly. We are not likely to consider it again. My son liked their Marinara Pasta... other than that... not sure if we liked anything. It is quiet though and closes at 8:00pm

Food was good for what I got, but on a chicken salad sandwich they managed to mess up the bread choice, add lettuce I didn't order, and miss the mayo I did. On top of taking 20 minutes for me to grab a take out sandwich.

I've been with my 14 month grand daughter a couple of times this month. Each time, one team member has stood out. Krupa has been most helpful accommodating myself with the baby as well as other diners. Kind and considerate.

Super fresh and delicious food. Even though we have another A&W closer to our home we always choose to go to this one. The location is perfect in the New Sudbury shopping area. The store is clean and the food is always fresh. We go there at different times of the day and the food is great all the time. We might need to wait a bit for it to be ready but that’s because they make it to order. They have accessible entrance and accessible washroom as well as handicapped parking space. They also have a couple of tables outside that we use during summer. There is a huge parking lot and at the end of the plaza there is an LCBO. It is across from Silver city (cineplex). Also in the same plaza there is Marshall’s, Best Buy and Toys r us. It is a lively restaurant. I highly recommend it.

Shout out to Ava for her customer service. Its not often you see good customer service anymore but today i was reminded that there are still people that take pride in being good at their job and being kind to others.

Went here for first time and was very disappointed with the service. The atmosphere is lovely and plenty of seating with very little wait times. As someone with allergies, I am aware I am also at fault for not disclosing it sooner but the restaurant take on “it’s not really our fault” when no where on the menu does it disclose what fruits are apart of the “mixed fruit” side was ridiculous. When asked about keeping the allergen off the plate, I was told that all fruit was stored together in the same place all touching. Which I thought was absolutely absurd. Then proceeded to cause a hassle instead of just remaking it despite my continuous apologies although both parties were at fault. Food came out and it was okay. Good but after the whole ordeal was just that. Just okay. Took a couple bites before worry set in and decided to not continue. Drinks were amazing. Personally would not be back unless invited by others.

Overall had a great breakfast here. Will come back. For the price, the portions were very large and the food was delicious. Service was friendly and quick. Giving 4 stars because I felt the eggs were slightly over cooked for sunny side up. The bacon was too crunchy, I didn’t eat some pieces that were very hard. The food was still very good, this felt like a small detail overall.

First time! As we walked in, the owner was outside unpacking some fresh ingredients and gave us a very friendly welcome! The atmosphere was really friendly, staff were very attendant and knew the menu well. The menu was to the point and clear. There's an option to pick a sampler plate with bits of any menu item!! This is genius! It was very busy and the food still came within a decent time frame. Food was delicious! My only comment is that the smoked salmon was VERY fishy. It wasn't off, but it was not a good cut. Will be back when I visit Sudbury again! Thanks!

This was my first visit, and I can say I'll likely be back. The menu was good, but it was the kids breakfasts that impressed. They were very reasonably priced and very large. The kids French toast fingers are served very cute and the kids egg breakfast was a big enough plate that I would have been full eating it - both came with a drink. The space is large, the waitress was great and the food was good. We went on a weekday so it was fairly quiet, but I can see it being loud on the weekends. That being said, it is large so you're more likely to get a table during peak hours.

Even though I own a Coffee shop , if I stop at any it will be here. Hot coffee is really good. Excellent breakfast and can't forget carrot muffins are delicious. Staff are always super friendly! Every single one of them I've dealt with has been a gem!

The best coffee in town, and the menu is delicious. Prices are comparable to the gross Hockey player Franchise but this place has better food. Keep up the great work Counrty Style.

If you ignore the people (that’s just sudbury) it is a good place to go and get coffee and breakfast! It’s better than Tim’s by a mile! At least the coffee they make is hot and not iced like Tim’s! And the food and service is great too! Clean place and people actually dine in. They could put more turkey on their turkey sandwich… The service is crap and way too noisy.

I absolutely love country style. Best ice coffee around town and their food is good. However, they really need to learn how to cook their bacon. Even for ready to Crips it's still raw, not everyone like raw bacon.

I've loved Country Style since I was a kid and everything is just as great now. Always A+ customer service, everyone is always SO amazing. The food is impressive for a coffee shop, the bagels are huge and the sandwiches are delicious. The baked goods look homemade, they're a generous size and very affordable. The coffee is always great and I never have any mistakes made. The seating area is well taken care of and cleaned regularly.

Country Style on Lorne is great. Recently switched to this place from another chain. Like it very much. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Sufficient free parking.

Really cute vibey cafe. We had the grilled veggie sandwich & goat cheese toast, both great. Coffee was good too. I’m pumped Sudbury is getting places like this, but the prices were too high for the area. We’re from Ottawa/Toronto and prices are comparable out here if not cheaper. I’d return for coffee tho!

Visiting from out of town we needed a quick lunch and decided to try something new. As a vegan I figured a cafe called "Nourish" was a pretty safe bet. When I got there I asked the girl working if there were any Vegan options or anything that could be slightly altered to be made vegan and she essentially shrugged at me while I looked through it myself and found I could have the avocado toast and a smoothie bowl. Avocado TOAST by definition should be prepared in a toaster and not had the life crushed out of the already super thin slice of bread. On top of that the avocado tasted rotten and the pea shoots on top were shrivelled and also tasted like they were past their best before date. Luckily I ordered myself the smoothie bowl so I wouldn't be hungry, right? Wrong. That smoothie bowl was thinner than water and has enough cacao nibs to kill someone. Not to mention a mysterious sour red powder that might have been dehydrated strawberries? It was supposed to have hemp seeds and they were nowhere to be found. I realize now that this is NOT somewhere for a vegan to get a decent meal, I just wish the staff would have warned me before I wasted my money. The staff were nice! The food came out quickly and the menu seems reasonably priced. It's very cutely decorated too so I had really high hopes! Disappointed.

Out of avocados, out of granola, out of croissants, etc. As the result we could hardly order and it was not really what we wanted. But we were very hungry and we stayed. So we ordered and asked for water. The water arrived but with the food only. And that’s considering that it was +33 outside! The serving was also weird. They first brought my order. I asked for utensils. In about 5 minutes they brought the order for my boyfriend, the utensils and finally water. The food was good but that’s not the place I would recommend.

Ok this place is amazing. It was so nice. We were craving a healthy breakfast and this place was better then we could’ve expected! So many great healthy options. Super cute vibe. Employees were all so caring and lovely. Great customer service. And the price was way cheaper then I expected for such good quality and service! I love Nourish! Ever since I discovered this cute and cosy hideaway coffee spot last Winter, I’ve been a returning customer. It’s perfect for studying, dates, and even has a consignment shop with tea, selfcare items, and candles :) Also, I’m lactose intolerant literally and metaphorically (After those food documentaries…) buttt something compelled me to try the triple cheese garlic butter sandwich the other week and TRUST ME I have never and will never have a better grilled cheese sandwich in my life. So. Worth. It. I also love the Brie sandwich + frequently buy from their healthy grab n go options during school lunch. Top fav drinks: Mango Matcha, Iced coffee with caramel, and the ice shaken expresso :) Their baked goods are also heavenly, especially when fresh! Overall, I recommend this place to everyone, especially people who enjoy a calm, friendly + hideaway kind of atmosphere and good food + drinks!

Tough review, because the coffee was not good. I ordered a Flat White; though what I was served was not one. The cookie was cheap, but hard and didn't taste fresh. The ladies working behind the counter were nice. The menu of healthy food options looked good. The atmosphere and amount of seating is excellent. I don't think I would go back for a coffee; maybe for a healthy snack or lunch.

Prepare to have the best Coffee and sandwiches in Sudbury. Nourish never disappoints. I cannot recommend this place enough. The staff are always very friendly ,and helpful ,and the food is top quality.

This is a cute little hidden gem. Located in downtown Sudbury, offering Montreal type style bagels. They only sell the popular items you’d find in bagel shops in Montreal; like sesame seed, everything, salt & pepper and cinnamon. They source their ingredients locally, which makes me a big fan of this shop. Not sure how long they been in business, but check it out. The breakfast bagel is delish.

Love this little local business and always have some of their bagels stoked in my freezer at home for a quick bagel fix! They do a great job at incorporating local products on their menu and their bagels are always fresh and delicious. I highly recommend that you check out this little Downtown Sudbury gem for a fantastic breakfast/lunch in a clean, bright and trendy decorated space. Northern Ontario is lucky to have them!

I've ordered the same sandwich twice previously, so I know how it should look and taste. This morning when I ordered online, I forgot to input that I wanted a lunchtime pickup. They texted me half an hour later letting me know it was ready. I texted back saying sorry for my mistake, that I would reorder (and pay again) for the proper pickup time. I said they could just give the first sandwich to a hungry person. I reordered, never got a text confirming it was ready at my lunchtime, showed up to get it, and the woman behind the counter handed me a bag and told me they just made it fresh for me. I unwrapped the bagel and it was NOT hot or even warm, as it had been the 2 previous times, and the lettuce is totally soggy. This leads me to believe they didn't make a new one fresh, and instead just gave me the first one, which had been sitting on the counter at room temp for 3+ hours. This is NOT safe food-handling practice, and had I chosen to eat it, I could have gotten sick. On top of that, I graciously paid twice for the sandwich, because the timing error was my mistake. This is truly disappointing, and they have lost my trust. Update Oct 25, 2023: The assumptions the owner claims I make are not assumptions; they are based on my back-of-house work history in food production and service totalling nearly a decade. I've been trained and licensed to prepare and serve food in multiple settings, not the least of which being 2 university dining halls; as well as a high-volume brew-pub, a Lebanese cuisine lunch spot, a pastry and lunch deli in the middle of a downtown hub in Portland, a high-volume BBQ restaurant, and a vegetarian juice and wrap restaurant. I have been trained and certified in safe food handling in Oregon, California, Kansas, and Ontario, Canada. I stand by my statements. I have no interest in damaging Salty Dog's reputation: my interest is in alerting them to what my experience was, and how they might take a closer look at their quality control standards, including employee training.

One word: Awesome. I stopped here this morning for breakfast and coffee because my work is doing a job across the street. I am SO glad I did. I ordered the breakfast bagel sandwich on a cinnamon sugar bagel, and a coffee. The bagel sandwich was incredible. Tons of flavour, all evenly throughout. Nothing overpowering. The bagel itself was very good. The coffee was the medium roast from north bay. It was good. I’m not a medium roast kind of guy, but I was satisfied. A very even flavour with a smooth finish. Overall, I was very happy with the food, and the service was great. Thanks Salty Dog Bagels!

Sad that I order a breakfast sandwich on a sesame bagel. I get home and have a fried egg, roasted pepper and cheese on a cinnamon bagel. Gross, who would eat that concoction?? That was my first and last visit. Wow, just got a reply from owner and get a "Sorry not Sorry" answer. I was the only customer in the store at the time and really don't understand the mistake . Maybe have your counter people open their ears (turn down the radio) and pay attention(who needs to pay attention? If you don't care about what your customer gets. Again, you have lost a bagel lover customer.

Came here on Canada Day and it was one of the few places open. I’m glad it was, me and my friends ordered the veggie bagel sandwich with the rosemary and salt bagel and I think we can all agree it was phenomenal. Ingredients were super high quality, and it was clearly made with care. The service was very friendly as well. 10/10 would go again 💯

MMM MMM MMM! Delicious bagels, and excellent customer service. I didn't catch her name but the manager there is really friendly and goes the extra mile to ensure a great customer experience. Furthermore, I appreciated that they have plenty of vegan and dairy-free options. The vegan cream cheese is among the best I've ever had, and I'm curious if it's made in-house.

I've eaten breakfast and dinner here. Both were not the best quality. Honestly the breakfast was mediocre and I felt was not good value or good quality. The dinner, again, not the best quality. The meat ironically was dry (even though covered in sauce), the flavor was lacking.

Solid choice for a hearty breakfast or delicious dinner. The menu is not experimental, and the coffee and tea are lower quality. However, seating is comfortable, and waitresses are accommodating.

This morning I had great service at breakfast thanks to our server Allison! She was quick, efficient and her customer service skills were unmatched. The other waitresses were always willing to help out as well, what a great team. However for the food, I tried the potato pancakes and they were not what i was expecting as they were raw on the inside. I would definitely go back based on the lovely service i had this morning and I would try another menu item.

Super friendly staff. Was addressed right away and was able to put in an order. We received our whole order within 10 minutes. Food was great, hot and fresh. My toddler absolutely loved her pancakes and apple sauce.

I ate here a couple times within the last 24 hours. I enjoyed the food and I felt for a sit down restaurant it was reasonably priced. The staff are all very friendly. I plan to return on my next trip.

Never again. The place is so run down. Used to be super busy and food was amazing. But went there today had the egg Benedict was absolutely dreadful putting fried eggs instead soft poached eggs is ridiculous. The server I’m not sure her name older lady French was rude and super horrible service. Orange juice tasted like it was 5 days old 🤢. Never again shame on you guys. If I could put 0 stars I would.

Excellent food! It was delicious. Our server, Victoria, was very friendly and helpful! We had a great experience. Cost is higher than it used to be for brunch with a family of 5! 4 stars only because of cost , otherwise 5 stars for quality and service!

It seems to me that the food is getting smaller every day. Soon Mac will only sell coffee. The size of the meat in Big Mac will soon be as thick as cheese. Marketers what are you doing Where is a normal Big Mac, and everything else? Potatoes will soon be as thick as a hair. This is how you lose the market, masking products, but you still raise prices. What's the point, raise the price, but make a familiar product. A Big Mac was once like your Big Arch.

Drive thru took longer than normal which happens however 3 cars went through one side of the drivethru while i waited at the other speaker to order. That should have been my first clue, but i ignored it. Placed an order for a limited time menu item the big rosti. Whoever packed the burger up did a poor job it look like it was out together blindfolded. It also came without any sauce, so after spending 17 bucks for a combo i got a bland burger and ha e no idea what its supposed to taste like. Very disappointing. I should state that it was late and upon getting back to the hotel to eat it i had no desire to drive back.

I ordered two Mcdoubles dressed like a big mac and paid the usual extra charge for that added change. What I received was a mcdouble with ketchup and mayo on it and the Big Mac Sauce. In all my years - I’ve never had that happen before. To make it worse I’m allergic to Ketchup and almost took a bite. To management - please start training your staff better. I get people make mistakes but these workers are making $17.20/hr to put a hamburger together with simple toppings and are unable to do so. Also on a medium soft drink - it’s always an inch lower from the lid when you fill it. Shouldn’t be paying for a medium but only receiving the volume of a small. 0/5 stars. Do better. I’d like a refund or I won’t be coming back.

Watched them put the order out to the wrong car, go and swap the food into different bags. When I asked if they had remade my order they said yes. I opened the bag and the burgers were unwrapped and rewrapped. I asked them to make them fresh because I could clearly see the food had been checked through by the other car. They rose their voice at me and told me to pull up and wait. I waited less than five minutes but I opened the bag to the SAME burgers one of which wasn’t even in the wrapper at all. WORST McDonalds experience I’ve had thus far at this location.

Ordered from this location two mornings when we stayed at the holiday inn. Half of the order went wrong the first day. We ordered cranberry muffin but got a blueberry one. The breakfast wrap was missing the salsa sauce. Thw three hash browns were missed completely. Second day, the toy and yogurt were missed. Not sure how difficult is it to get the orders right

I placed an order today, February 27th, at 7:23 AM through the drive-thru. I was the only customer there at the time. I specifically ordered my coffee with 2 milk and 3 Splenda, as clearly stated in my order. (see attached picture) However, I received just a black coffee with no milk or no Splenda. I had to add them myself to make it the way I wanted. This isn’t the first time this has happened—it has occurred twice before. On those occasions, I went back immediately to have it corrected. But I don’t understand why my order isn’t being made correctly, especially when there were no other customers. It’s really frustrating.

My daughter and my niece love McDonald’s, so we go at least once a month. But every time we visit this particular location, I can never find a clean table. And don’t even get me started on the washrooms—they’re always so gross. The garbage bins are constantly overflowing, and when you go to grab napkins, the dispensers are almost always empty. It’s frustrating, especially for a place that’s so busy with families. And it’s so expensive.

This is the first A&W I saw which has a hand wash station at the entrance, so I was surprised. But I liked it. The service is kind of poor here. The staff aren’t very attentive. It also seems like A&W became very pricey. The food taste is similar to all other A&W’s, in my experience. I must also add that even though the hand washing station gives cleanliness vibes, the washrooms smell was really bad and it wasn’t clean.

This used to be a good location, but not anymore. Friendly service has been replaced with a barrage of questions and getting cutoff while trying to place an order. When I pull into a fast food location, I'd expect to tell the person what I would like to order. Here, you start telling them "a mama burger combo with..." only to be cut off with an aggressive WOULD YOU LIKE CHEESE AND BACON?!?! Only to say " no but I'll take..." only to get cut off again with "WITH ONION RINGS AND ROOT BEER????" Let your customer say what they want to order then ask questions later! I get that it's probably a sales tactic to try to push customers to spend more but ITS ANNOYING and disrespectful!! If this is how this location will continue to be, I will take my business elsewhere. I already gave up halfway through my order at the silver hills location and I'll do it here too. Do better.

Teen burger wasn’t fresh, and was slapped together and thrown into a burger sleeve. Rings were a clumped together mess. Service was nonexistent. I remember the days when a “thank you” received the response “you’re welcome”. The drive thru attendant provided a “stunned look” and couldn’t be bothered to speak…closing the window and walking away before I could ask for napkins. Here’s my recommendation to this location franchisee. How about putting the slightest effort towards your food preparation and customer service? Oh well, here’s a review of 1 out of 5 stars. Good riddance. Two thumbs down. Way down!!

I don’t think walk ins should be any less important that drive through customers. At least 6 cars as well as deliveries were out the door after my order was taken. Not impressed.

They charge customer more than what they show in there menu display. When i asked for refund they simply says other customers buy with same price so you need to pay same as other customers. Don’t try to cheat people with your low price menu. They say spicy chicken combo on display 11.89 before tax and actually they charged me 13.29 before tax. STOP STOP STOP 😡😡🤬

I just want to inform the store manager or the owner that please take the needful actions to the staff to maintain the workplace code of conduct. Today I went to the store and I went to the drive through kiosk to place the order. The employee who attend the drive through order he was not responding so finally after waiting 3-4 minutes I drove the car towards the window and I come to know that two employees were busy in talking on the window with their friends. And the sad part is their friends parked car in the wrong direction so passenger seat was close to the order window. This place hasn't gotten any better. We have always had some sort of major issue. Food service is slow every time even when they aren't busy. People seem more short and less friendly on staff. Most recently, we didn't have our order before they erased it on the board, likely to help reflect a better time. Then tried to rush us off before we got our full order. Previously it took nearly 30 mins just to get our food for 4 people 2 of which were kids meals. We had to go back in to have things redone because they added condiments we asked to remove. If possible just skip this Mcdonald and go somewhere else. Next time that's our plan.

I waited 20 minutes at the drive-thru order machine, only to be told “one minute” three times without any progress. Meanwhile, other customers in the adjacent drive-thru lane were being served promptly. When I had finally made it to the window and had asked the employee why our order wasn’t being taken, he responded by laughing in my face. I am very upset and disappointed by this experience.

I’ve been to this McDonald’s a couple times and everytime it’s a rough experience. I almost never leave reviews but after my last experience I felt I had to. If you’re reading this, just go to the McDonald’s on Notre Dame or Regent. This McDonald’s not only messed up your order half the time, but they won’t even check for your order if you placed it on the app. I did a mobile order and they just flat out refused to check for it for 10 minutes. I pulled back up and asked them If they had got it yet and they said I already told you we had no orders. I got angry and told him to check cause I’ve paid for it 20 minutes ago and I can show him proof and all of a sudden “oh look I have it.” Except THEY STILL MESSED IT UP! They refused to make me a milkshake which I had once again ALREADY PAID FOR and forced me to substitute it for something. Which would have been less aggravating if I could have just had my money back in the first place rather than not acknowledging my Initial order and having just refused to check for it for 10 minutes. Now all this still wouldn’t usually cause me to leave a review EXCEPT THE LAST TIME I WENT HERE I HAD FOOD POISONING AND THE TIME BEFORE THAT THE CHICKEN WAS UNDERCOOKED AND RAW! Only came back here this time because I accidentally placed the mobile order here and not at Notre Dame! DO NOT COME HERE!

Place was dirty. Food and drinks spilled on the floor, with ketchup patches. It was addressed to staff, however noone came to clean it up. We had to wipe the table ourselves. An ant crawled on my friend's shirt and then we noticed a whole bunch crawling in the corner. Again it was addressed and staff said " I will let them know". Not sure who she meant by "them" but noone cleaned up while we were there.

Tables were dirty. I had to wipe them down myself. They always forgot to give dipping sauce with my nuggets and the fries were still cold. Also, I had to put ketchup in a lid since there was no more of the little cups in the dispenser and that too was super sticky and dirty.

Just sat in the drive through for 15 minutes. They served everyone in the left lane and were skipping the right lane. After 4 cars ordered in the left lane we decided to just leave and go to another location.

Cute little coffee shop on Kathleen. Atmosphere and service was great! Was not a fan of our drinks. We had the matcha and golden milk, both of which were extremely powdery and honestly off putting. Was rather disappointed after reading the reviews for this place. The desserts however were delicious and fresh! Would try again to give them another chance

My #1 stop in Sudbury. The coffee is u real (I am a coffee connoisseur and the coffee is on par with top toronto cafés.) The service personable and friendly, the front patio is adorable, and the baked goods, including the gluten free selection, are to die for. Beards makes me feel like I'm back in the big city. Impeccable quality.

I can't say I'm surprised. Yet another horrible experience at Tim Hortons. I ordered the double stacked farmers wrap and paid extra for more sauce. Received a sausage farmers wrap with little sauce. My husband ordered a bagel with cream cheese. He received the thinnest layer of cream cheese. You could see right through it. I'm just so beyond disappointed with everything I receive from this business. I'm done giving them my money. Tim Hortons. Do better!

I ordered double stuffed Oreo ice Capp today morning and look in the photo what I got. Firstly they prepared the wrong order and then they got me a new one. The new one they gave me looked like this in the photo. Have a look at the amount of whipped cream and Oreo topping on it. They freaking charge 4.49$ plus taxes for this shitty drink.

Update : I should have just turned around and went back to McDonald's. I never have coffee grounds in my coffee at McDonald's ever. See new photo ( photo on the left is the one that I had attached to my previous review , photo on the right is today. Probably a year between the two still the same crap at this location. OHHHH WAIT THERE'S MORE . FFS SEE THIRD PHOTO What a nice surprise , always something at the MARTINDALE location. A nice mouthful of coffee grounds in the bottom half of my coffee . They should also have a requirement that a prospective employee be able to speak and understand English before becoming employed .

Update it’s gotten even worse there… the food is always disgusting and I’m sorry but when we order donuts this isn’t what I expect… these are the saddest donuts I’ve ever seen. The crueller isn’t even glazed. The quality of this place has gone down over the years and I avoid it as often as I can but door dash goes there cause it’s the closest.

I went there to pick up a order and after 15 minutes the staff told me if I can call the customer because they don’t have beats the one of the main items in their menu. They told me they don’t have that after 15 minutes of waiting I was surprised after listening that like Tim Hortons don’t have timbits . I understand the places like gas stations and stuff don’t have those things, but this is a main branch and they don’t have timbits. That’s crazy.

The guy who took my order did not seem even remotely capable. I ordered a large dark roast coffee and a medium chai, two donuts, and a muffin. He gave me the wrong muffin, one of the donuts was incorrect, and then he gave me a regular coffee instead of a dark roast and the same exact thing instead of chai. When I asked him if it was tea he said yes. He seemed confused. I'm not sure he could speak english. He then tried yo put a tea bag inthe coffee he poured. I tried to wave down another worker but no one was available. After many minutes of effort to get what i had paid for I finally left with a chai, a regular coffee and 2/3 of my baked goods incorrect.

The service was too bad. The atmosphere inside that tims was lil bit negative. The servers were so rude and also they were serving late to everyone.

Send these bums back to where they came from was hard to communicate, got a burger soaked in grease, and missing parts of my order. End the brown washing please canada

This place has gone to complete shit in the last 10 years, “new” ownership has given up on customer service or quality assurance. 10 minutes in the drive through while they troubleshoot their debit machines just to send me on my way without food, presumably throwing out my order.

The food was cold, but good. It came after 17 minutes of waiting. And gum was under every table, which made me feel uncomfortable. So I gave it a 3 star because of the food being cold.

🤮 If you want black patties with questionable food safety, eat here. If you want mcdonalds that taste like it did 5-6 years ago, move to another country.

Twenty seven bucks for unsalted cold fries … Double Filet Of Fish with no sauce and barely any sauce on a double big mac. Even the Root Beer drink tasted like it was half coke ….Hard to believe how bad this order was screwed up ! Too much money to pay for such crap!

One star. The coffee was so weak it tasted like water. On top of that, they were already sold out of muffins by 4:30 PM. Very disappointing visit.

Didn’t get what I ordered and charged for it. Not impressed. Tried calling for 1/2 hour. Nobody picked up the phone.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and was very disappointed. The bread was hard and poorly prepared, with big chunks missing and falling apart. The egg and cheese were just thrown together without care. For the price, I expect at least a decent sandwich, but this was not edible. Very poor quality and no attention to detail.

Service can be slow. Morning baked goods do not always seem fresh. Staff do do their best, I will say that. Feel a lot of the issues stem from the higher ups (I've seen how more staff are present when corporate visits) & the unique circumstances that are directly related to their location.

If there was any rating below 1 I would give it . Its been more than a month that me and my wife have been going to tim in downtown for flavoured iced lattes and every time we go there we have to come again and ask them to remake it each and every day sometimes we get iced coffee instead of iced latte as well ……. Poor customer service

This Tim Hortons told me 4 weeks ago I could not take my tiny dog in the store even though I was holding it so I bought a brand new dog carrier so on my walks I can put her inside to bring into the store. I was told it was fine by an employee after talking to a manager. 1 month later today I go in and now they are telling me again that I am not allowed even with her in a carrier after it was supposed to be fine. This is discriminatory and I am considering putting in a complaint with the government about this!

Every time I come to this Tim Hortons I leave in a bitter mood. The staff don’t seem to care about their jobs and there is zero sense of urgency. I routinely wait 20 minutes for a singular drink. I have been to over 100 Tim Hortons and this is by far the worst one I have ever been to. Do better.

Worst service and food experience. Ordered Veggie Habanero wrap along with hashbrown in it and they freaking forgot to put the hashbrown in the wrap and charged whole price. Learn how to provide customer service. unacceptable and shows a lack of attention to detail and care for the customer experience. It’s frustrating to pay for something and not receive what was ordered.

Hello, I would like to write about my recent experience at Tim Hortons in Garson, Brittany was exceptional and consistent and fast with my order. Also Lynn was helping with orders and she also was doing amazing! The place was clean and fast service, also my bagel I've ordered was perfect as well. I would definitely go back in the future.

Where's the cream cheese I just paid for happens here all the time and they think it's a joke. I've also seen the same person make my bagel and handle the cash and never change or take their gloves off. may 23 2025 at 7:15 am

I want to appreciate Nikhil for his excellent customer service at Tim Hortons. He greeted me with a warm smile, took my order quickly, and made sure everything was correct. His friendly attitude and attention to detail made my visit very pleasant. It’s always nice to see staff who truly care about their customers—thank you, Nikhil!

My recent visit to Tim Hortons Garson was fantastic! My server, Swastika, was incredibly friendly and professional, making my day better. The service was fast, and my order was perfect. I highly recommend this location!

After waiting almost 20 minutes in the drive through and order my coffee I get to the window and am told they don’t have the flavoured foam to go on top. I was asked if I wanted something else and I said I wanted a refund, he closes the window and another person comes to the window and offers cookie muffin or donut. I repeat I want a refund. She gives our refund back. She tells us someone will be back with the rest of our stuff but it was sitting right in front of her she just closes the window, some guy a bit after comes and gives it to us but took everything out of him to give us forks for our breakfast. Just horrible service!

We ordered a half an hour ahead of time as we had a large order and needed the big coffee for 12 and they didn’t even start the order when we got there. Making us 20 minutes for our event.

Ordered a cheese bagel with butter and an everything bagel with cream cheese and bacon. Received a plain bagel with butter and no bacon on the everything. Brought it back to be corrected. When I opened the everything bagel almost all the cream cheese was in the hole. Brutal. The woman at the drive thru was very nice and so was the man at the counter when I went inside. But whoever was making the food could probably use more training or is sacrificing quality for speed. I'd rather wait the extra minute for the proper order than have to park and go inside to have it corrected. Update: This locations drive-thru seems to mess up my order almost every time I go there. I just paid $5.05 for a small ice cap with an espresso shot... surprise.. no espresso. Will not be returning.

I’m not one to come on here and complain but My boyfriend & I went to lively Tim Hortants to get two bagels… one of our bagels had PLASTIC in it…. We were very disappointed & well to be honest grossed out :/ I have never had this happen to me and I’ve been going to the same Tim’s since I was a child, as I understand things happen I still wanted to warn people .

One of the worst stores I’ve ever had to frequent unfortunately. The drive-through line is is brutal every morning understaffed. And when you do get your order eight out of 10 times it’s wrong, even if they write the right thing on the cup. If you can avoid, avoid.

The staff provide amazing service and quick serving timing of the drinks , and the food is also good specially the garlic bread , that's one of the best I have tried on the Tim's.

I use mobile order several times a day at this location, and it’s never ready when I arrive. I end up waiting every single time, which completely defeats the point of using mobile ordering. It’s frustrating, especially when I’m on a tight schedule. This really needs improvement.

Sunday August 3 around 6:30 am we went through drive through and ordered 2 wraps and I customized one for my liking and they made it the normal way. I asked for no chipotle and asked for mayo instead but still got chipotle and a sausage wrap when I asked for a bacon one

I like service provided by manager named manpreet kaur, she really helps me to suggest that what i can have. Nice service overall.

Only wanted a chicken burger & sweet potato fries for my friend, a teen burger & sweet potato fries for myself, was appalled the total was $40.30! The cashier was stoic, & lacking any customer service simply replied "yes, that's it", without giving me any alternative suggestions. For $40.30 expect to have a nice meal with good service, which this place is lacking, so won't be back at this place again.

The service was absolutely awful, the order taker was really rude and didn't listen to our order properly. Management the employee you should be re training or firing is "Mini" that's what's written on her name tag. Do better.

Had to wait along time for our order. Chicken fingers were really good and hot. Onion rings tasted very salty and as if they were under a warmer for a long time.

If you go in the restaurant to eat it's pretty okay service but do not order online. Every single time they mess up our orders even if it's something as way as fries. I've worked in fast food before so I honestly don't understand how you can mess up orders this frequently. I can't even blame it on teenagers being new to the job because it's mostly adults working there (we all know why). Just sad that is used to be a nice family place and now it can't even bother to hire half capable people or even people that can read an order.

Average fast food experience as you would expect but the accessibility for a senior in a wheel chair was unacceptable. The bathroom facilities do not have any kind of proper handicapped accessible doors. The handicapped stall is barely large enough to accommodate a wheelchair and almost impossible to navigate with a caregiver having to give assistance.

I love this place . Now this is one and only my favourite place for eating outside . Last Thursday I visited. Specially there was one girl her name was on G letter she was so nice girl she helped me . She got our order so nicely and politely

Food is good Staff is pleasant Drinks are great and ice cold. Bathroom is not the cleanest but thankful it was there

This place needs to train their staff better. Half the time I order an egg BLT they forget to put the egg on. The other half of the time when I ask for sausage instead of bacon they charge me $1.20 extra instead of just substituting it. Place is ripping people off by not taking orders correctly.

Went in for breakfast at 9:30 and it was not busy at all. There were 2 orders ahead which is usually never bad. This time was absolutely horrible. They were more concerned with the drivethru than the people waiting in the restaurant. After 15 min of waiting for 2 sausage and egg McMuffins, a regular egg McMuffin a coffee and a juice, I asked for my money back and cancel my order. The employee who gave me my money back said sorry about your wait we will do better next time and I told her no worries there will be no next time because I won't be back. The people running these places now have 0 customer service skills and nor do they care. Sadly since these people took over most fast food is like this now.

SECOND REVIEW - DECEMBER 2023 Apparently I'm a sucker for punishment. Once again visited this location mainly do to convenience. When I arrived there was a homeless person hanging out in the vestiblue so I used the door closest to the bathrooms. I went into the bathroom to find another homeless person in there shooting up! I immediately left the bathroom and decided to get my food and get out of there! As i walked through the restaurant there was dirt and garbage everywhere! Tables were not wiped, garbage was overflowing, the pop center was filthy, smelly had no napkins in either dispenser...again! And was swarming with fruit flies and no one cares. I contacted the health unit to file a complaint as this always seems to be the state at this location. I ordered an adult happy meal and decided to eat in my car which was cleaner. I opened my box - no toy! Dude...isnt that the point of the happy meal?? My fries were luke warm at best and my big mac was drowning in sauce!! 😞 It was so awful I brought it back and asked them to remake it and include my toy! They did so without hesitation, but kept looking at me the entire time as though I had done something wrong. It was really awkward and unless the health unit does something I'm done with this place. PLEASE bring back standards!!! FIRST REVIEW - NOVEMBER 2023 😔😔😔 It was awful. I stopped in around 8:30 pm last Wednesday and wanted something quick before heading home which is a 2hr drive. I went inside to place my order and asked the counter attendant if I was able to get a crispy chicken wrap that wasn't spicy. She said yes. I said ok, I'll make that a combo please and reiterated...as long as it's a crispy wrap and not spicy. She reassured me again that was correct. While waiting for my order I did notice they already had a bunch of fries packaged and waiting for drive thru orders. I proceeded to get my drink and the counter was completely filthy! Pop and condiments spilled all over and there were no medium lids or napkins in either dispensers. Meanwhile there's like 10 staff "working" there kinda wondering around and one just sitting at a table on his phone. There were several tables that had garbage and needed to be swept and wiped. They also seem to only communicate with each other and in their own language, but not with customers. Looks like it's a family owned situation. Anyway...I receive my order and leave. Moments later I reach for my fries...ice cold and hard! 😮‍💨 Gross! Like seriously? The fries are why people even go to McDonalds! I wanted to turn around and go back but had to get home so I reach for my wrap. It's not really folded, it's soggy and torn and it's a spicy grilled chicken that looks like a dirty foot! 😩 It was disgusting. Looked and tasted awful! Literally no one cares about anything anymore. It's so sad and frustrating 😞 Thanks for wasting my money McDonalds. Let's face it...my expectations are never high going here, but you literally make burgers and fries...one job 🤷‍♀️ And enough with cold hard fries. We're all sick of it. This happens often at several locations.

So mad. I get home and open my bag to find the double hamberger I ordered was given to me as a single. And looks to be a bite missing out of it. I think this is the end to ordering McDonald’s. I’ve been let down too many times.

Very disappointed with the service. I ordered only fries through the drive-thru, and it took an unreasonably long time to receive my order. For such a simple item, the wait time was unacceptable. This shows a clear lack of efficiency and urgency. Definitely not what I expect from a fast food restaurant.

Avoid this place - they just stole almost $60 from us. We used mobile app, we get there and they say it did not go through. We showed them it had already been deducted from our bank, still refused food or refund. We had to buy a second meal elsewhere (thank you, A&W drive through on Lasalle!) and had to open a dispute ticket with our bank. Thank you, we are finally done with McDonald's!! Feels great to walk away for good.

Spent 15 minutes waiting in the drive through only to realize that they weren't taking orders. There was no sign or anything to relay this message so don't be surprised if you sit there waiting for nothing.

Thank you for adding extra protein to the breakfast. I found a hair in my wrap, which was quite disappointing. Cleanliness and attention to detail are so important, especially when it comes to food. I hope this issue can be addressed to ensure a better experience for future customers.

So i give the beneftt of the doubt. Return the next day and management has done nothing for the cleanliness of there pastries. Both times ive been there in the past two weeks there pastries had bugs and yesterday's crumbs everywhere. I called the first time earlier in the week about the flys and still havent heard anything from head office.

very bad experiance with drive through i order coffee with vanila and they charge me for that but never put now this is third time in row and staff is also rude i will never come back here. one time i can understand but now it is 3rd time in a row dont know what is happening inside.

I feel like the coffee gets messed up every time. Every time I get same coffee has different taste and missing the authentic tim hortons flavor. Other locations are consistent with the drink they offer. Someone needs to review if the staffs are really well trained on recipe. You can hardly hear what employees speak in drive thru and i think this location miss the upselling factor which i find in other locations and wants me to buy more.May be something the managers might wanna consider to generate more revenue.

Ordered via the Tim Hortons app for pickup and asked for the bagel spread on the side since I’d be eating later. The staff wouldn’t listen, kept me on hold, and had to eat a soggy bagel. If a request can’t be done, at least say so upfront instead of ignoring the customer.

Very fast service at drive thru in the morning. Even though they had a big line of cars they were quick. They don’t waste your time and coffee is good. They get you instant replacements if they mess your order up.

Stopped in on our way through Sudbury for breakfast and we were very pleasantly surprised by Beni. We loved the vibe inside and the food was 10/10. We all raved about the potatoes especially! The Anna-Laura bakery inside is also such a great addition. The pastries we got to go are all delicious as well. The booths were nice and comfy and spacious enough for 4 or more people. We will definitely be coming back on our way through Sudbury again!

We had breakfast at BENi and everything was excellent! The taste was great, and the service was even better. Marly was very kind and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was welcoming, and overall it was a wonderful visit. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!

Travelling through and saw all of the cars so thought it would be a good place. Far exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was amazing with real maple syrup and amazing coffee. The bakery was a bonus. Noah couldn’t have given better service.

Wow! Amazing meals ~ fresh, tasty, delicious and large portions. A popular place so there was a long line up when we arrive - we waited for 15 minutes. Has a great vibe and staff are friendly. Anna-Laura is also inside this restaurant so it was nice to have a wide variety of desserts and if you want just to take home some goodies. Glad we had the chance to try this place out. Would recommend to everyone!

Great food, cheery staff. My two critiques are the loudness and the prices. Like the former breakfast joint, the hard surface and no sound absorbing material make for a constant din. It’s almost cafeteria like. Not overly pleasant. You can hear everyone else’s conversations and a smattering of kitchen noise despite it being far removed from our window side table. I had the amazing shakshuka this morning…but $23 for a plate of tomato sauce, a few eggs and a half cup of beef was…more than I’ve paid in other places. Having said that, they have an extensive menu, everything I’ve ever had here is great tasting and the service is warm and friendly.

This is hands down the best brunch spot in Sudbury! The delicious cafe in the back is a hit too. My only con is that there were no smoothies on the menu, however that dread was washed away with a delicious Caesar. Shout out to Julie for her impeccable service- I can’t wait to come back!

Slow waiting 25 minutes for a damn burger. Order wasn’t even right and they were not busy at all. And the restaurant is absolutely disgusting. Garbage everywhere floors covered in trash so are the tables.

I ordered two sausage egg mcmuffins this morning and both of them had lots of egg shells inside the egg making them inedible. And the iced coffee had soo much sugar!

You order it at the kiosk, when you are done it tells you printer error so you don't even know your order number. Then the manager calls out a number and I say if your machine gave me a receipt I would know my order number. He then says the only order left is this one, because he gave my order to someone else... So unorganized and the burger was cold, maybe he feeds his family like this but not to Customers. McDonald's should close this location down it's useless.

This location is always way worse than most. Tried to dine in, but there wasn't a clean table.

The food is good but service is poor we waited more then 20 min for our food and it was not even a big order i only recieved our food when i asked when are they gonna prepare it there was 6 people that ordered after me but got their orders before me the people before me also waited a very long time for their food def not worth it.

I remember back when this place was staffed mostly by local high school students. Service was decent for a McDonald's. I've been back after having been gone for several years and tried this McDonald's a few times. I think it's disgusting how under the new store ownership it appears that the entire staff has been fired and replaced with people that can not perform even a McDonald's job well. Take note of this McDonald's folks because soon every workplace will look like that. Real Canadians care about merit and spirit. It's people that make business' and not the land they stand on. Same thing applies to countries.

This has been consistently happening...I ask for no onions and extra pickles. They happily keep the onions but give me 2 pickles! I'm convinced that whoever is making the burger is being told to ignore requests for extras to save money.

We dined in. It took way to long to have someone serve us. We watched as our food and drinks sat and staff walked by it proving other orders to drive through customers and ignoring us. The floors were a slipping hazard and very dirty. Tables were sped clean though

I ordered a sausage and egg sandwich and waiting around 10 minutes for it just to realize once I got it the English muffin was burnt. I was going to eat it anyways no big deal but when I took a bite I bit into a piece of paper and there was a piece of lettuce in it aswell. Very unimpressed with the quality.

Management / owner needs to remind workers who prep food to butter English muffins half the time I go there's no butter on them...

95% of the time something in your order is wrong. Majority of staff cannot speak properly English. Had to tell one girl what change to give back as she didn't know canadian currency. Have received coffees multiple times at half way full. Place has completely took a nose dive. Will bring my business somewhere else

I stopped by Tim Hortons early in the morning around 5:40 AM and purchased a box of Timbits. Unfortunately, the quality was very disappointing—they tasted stale, almost as if they were expired. At that hour, I expected them to be fresh, but instead they lacked the usual freshness and flavor Tim Hortons is known for. For a brand that prides itself on consistency, this was not a good experience. I hope management addresses the quality control, especially for early morning customers.

Went in to order. Ordered an XL dark roast but got only a Large and frankly it tasted a bit like road tar. Didn't catch this until leaving and driving away. It was filled right to the lid, so it dripped all over my pants and car seat. Cups and lids are still awful. The cashier kept asking if that's all. Please, give me a minute to order. Not everyone has the menu memorized. It was also unfortunately hard to communicate with him. He didn't seem to understand well when I asked him questions. Tim Hortons is far from what it used to be. This used to be a good location, perhaps it was just the wrong shift working. Either way, it's management's fault. I need to start spending my coffee money elsewhere.

The only thing to complain about is some of the hanging lights are too low (below 5 ft). I saw notva few people bump into them. Who designed these?

Did not receive quality service at all everyone hates their jobs there and makes everyone aware of it. I did not receive the correct order. Nor was my order made to how I asked and also didn’t receive an item after getting to my sons daycare, noticing we didn’t have his bagel.

Was disappointed when I went through their drive thru today, the lady who took my order was very lovely to deal with. Once I got to the window, I was greeted by the window guy with the machine not a word so I tapped and paid and he handed me my stuff still not a word and when he handed me the last item he immediately closed the window and walked away, I didn’t even get halfway through saying « thank you have a good day » and he never acknowledged me or asked me how I would be paying or anything… so cold. Order scrambled eggs and cheese wrap and clearly mentioned the lady that i don’t need any kind of meat and still the staff working in the store added the bacon and while returning back no apologies and no sorry and just started making the other wrap… its very difficult for the people who don’t eat meat. This is shows that employees are careless and not paying attention to the notes. worst experience till now at this location.

The only reason for two stars instead of one is because the nice lady inside at the cash made up for the experience. My friend tried to order a tea and the worker in the drive thru was so rude about how to correctly order a tea. She did not let us continue our order, which is why I had to go in to order more as we did not feel comfortable continuing to be in the drive thru. She also felt the need to come to the window even though it was a different worker who we were paying with and continue to explain why we were wrong in a very condescending way, and the points she made have been argued as incorrect by OTHER Tim’s workers before. Had there been an alternative easy option, we would not have stayed to order more there, but on a road trip you just have to do what is easiest. Definitely would not recommend.

I'm pretty sure this was a gas station location. Did not order food because the bathroom was to dirty and there was NO hand soap in the bathroom to was my hands. Not sure what employees do, but we don't eat at dirty places. That's simply not smart. 🤢

Service is usually pretty slow ,but it's a busy spot so I get it. Food is so so.. They need to work on the wraps.. the cilantro wrap I got for my daughter, was pretty bad. It Tasted off.. the coffee is just okay.

I ordered five medium double doubles through the drive-thru, but they only gave me one cup with "5 DD" written on it. When I asked about it, the employee was rude and insisted I was wrong. There was no apology or effort to fix the issue. Very disappointing service. I expect better from Tim Hortons, especially when it comes to basic customer service and respectful communication.

I recently visited the Tim Hortons at 29 Regional Rd 84 in Capreol, and it was a great experience! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, making my visit enjoyable. The drinks were awesome—fresh, tasty, and made just right. The store was clean and well-maintained, with a nice, comfortable temperature inside. The environment was quiet and relaxing, making it a good place to sit and enjoy my coffee. The setup was neat and organized, adding to the pleasant atmosphere. Overall, this Tim Hortons location is excellent. The combination of great service, delicious drinks, and a clean, cozy environment makes it a spot I’d definitely visit again. Highly recommended if you’re in the area!

I am greeted every morning with a smile and cheery voices! The staff go above and beyond pleasing Their customers. I truly enjoy getting my name written on the cup with a smiley face, Some reason it just puts a big smile on my face and makes me feel welcome. thank you all for your hard work and dedication!

Went there today around 1230p. Ordered two iced capps with oat milk, Walked half way home and realized it was made with almond milk, I know the difference. I don’t mind cause I didn’t bring it back, but I am hoping if I pay for something I’d enjoy what I actually get.

I moved to Ontario from Edmonton, and the difference is shocking. This has got to be one of the best. Im hortons, I've been to in decades.

I love the chili here. It is the best EVER and I get it everyday before work. It’s loaded with vegetables and meat. I have no idea what it’s seasoned with, but the whole thing is incredibly delicious 10/10 times. I will always recommend it!

Usually amazing coffee and service here however I was leaving for a long trip and when I tasted my coffee it was not fresh. A first for me at Tim Hortons. I ordered a raise bran muffin as well and I was given a carrot muffin. I don't like carrot muffins unfortunately and I had driven too far off to return. Very disappointed.

I have to say that this place really surprised me! One of the owner Kayli was out cleaning tables and fixing displays with a full staff on hand, very impressed how this place is versus many other locations. One of the cleanest locations

I always come here and always enjoy great food and service especially from Mr. Dilrpreet, he always treat us very politely and awesome. Sometimes suggest us different types of coffee. I come especially here cause of him. I suggest everyone, if you need any suggestion for any food, take a service from him.

Used to be a really good place back when the Swiss chalet was there , new chucks , got cofee every single day for 3 years straight and now interesting things happened this morning , waited in the drive thru to get a cofee and sandwich behind a lot of cars and when the turn arrived the coffee was wrong , went inside the store to get it remade , asked a guy politely , still bringing the wrong coffee, that was the last bit of patience and had to walk out without accepting the service rejected their product, come on a little common sense , chilling and having fun back the counter is totally cool, but have a little value for other people's time and money , and whats the point of having drive thru if you had to walk into the store to fix your order, is it fix thru or drive thru , name it , anyways, never ever will visit this tim again , thanks all for the best service provided in the past and no thanks to the shift service this morning and ruining the entire morning .

They open at 5am which is really convenient if you need to be up and on the road early. Breakfast was well made and delivered quickly. We went in and ordered. Staff were efficient and pleasant. Good cup of coffee. The harvest (plant-based sausage) breakfast sandwich was really well made.

I love Tim Hortons but this location piss me off so much. I get that the staff are busy but they never listen or read the actual orders that customers put in. For example, my friend can’t stand the taste of sauce in her food so she make sure to ask for no sauce, but even when she does they always put sauce and blame it on it is “busy”. Which I get that but it happened at least 5 times since the beginning of the year. Next example is when I get a tea from there and I ask for honey, they either don’t put the amount I asked for, or they just don’t put any at all. Today I went in and asked to make sure that there was honey in my tea, and the staff member looked at me straight in the eyes and said yes. Because I was in a rush I left the store without tasting my tea. When I eventually did, it was bitter. No sweet added at all. Plus this time it wasn’t busy. Idk what we have to do to feel listen there. It seems to me that they do it on purpose to ignore what we put in for our orders. Very annoying and disrespectful.

Definitely would not want to use this location too often. The first staff that served us did not know anything about my order as they were too busy with the drive-through. I had prepaid at the kiosk and she was unaware how that worked. The other lady that helped was pleasant, but the restaurant itself was filthy with napkins and dirt everywhere and the picture explains itself with a bunch of donuts at the bottom in front of the window display.

Worst of worst customer service ever, ordered through kiosk, Then got called for the order and found out they only have two type of timbits, understandable situation then called again saying they dont have scrambled eggs anymore, Then waited 15 min only to get to know they dont have any croissants left. Could’ve let us know right then and there when they severed the beverage. Now had to drink cold/warm beverage and cold breakfast, This is at 11AM. Running out 1 item is understandable but whole menu is just shows lack of management.

Went inside to order because their drive thru takes literally an eternity, make an order for two peach quenchers and asked for smile cookies and they had none left. Then bring the drinks into the car and they are both covered in a thick white creamy substance. Be more careful. Also whats up with all the weird immigration signs plastered all over your parking lot? Not coming back to this location. Do better!

They’re encouraging customers to use the self checkout now. The problem is those check-outs are selling food they don’t have in stock. Hands down the best Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the difference. The service is incredibly fast, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Stopped at this location on my way to grab a quick cup of coffee and something to eat. The drive-thru was quite busy, so I had to wait a while before they attended to counter orders. The sitting area was almost empty, making it a quiet and peaceful spot to sit for a bit.

My friend and I ordered one steeped tea and one coffee at this ( on 14th july 2025) Tim Hortons, but what I received was disappointing — the tea was not fresh and barely warm. Then staff name is 'Mason'. When I complained, the staff member simply put the same tea in the oven to reheat it and gave it back, which was unacceptable. 🤮 After I complained again, he said making a fresh tea would take time. I reminded him that I had paid for it and didn’t want old, lukewarm tea. Only then did he go to the machine, change the paper filter, and finally make a proper fresh tea. This kind of careless service is frustrating, especially when customers are paying for quality. A basic order like tea shouldn’t be this complicated, and reheating old tea is not the solution. Very disappointed with both the drink and the staff attitude at this location. 🙏I felt too bad🙏 Not recommended 👎 Utterly hopeless service👎 👉Disrespecting customers after the money is paid for any coffee or food item. I recently visited this Tim Hortons with a friend and ordered a Steeped Tea, but was very disappointed with the service and quality. The tea I received was cold and tasteless, clearly prepared several hours earlier — definitely not fresh. When I informed the staff, instead of offering a freshly made tea (which I paid full price and tax for), I was asked if it could just be reheated in the microwave. That’s not acceptable, especially for a drink like Steeped Tea that’s expected to be brewed fresh and served hot. As a paying customer, I believe I deserve fresh and quality beverages, not old tea reheated in a microwave. Tim Hortons needs to retrain the staff on proper customer service and product standards. This experience was disappointing, and I hope management takes feedback like this seriously to improve their service.

I went to the drive thru on September 14th a bit after 4 am, i ordered a begal. I observed the girl make my begal with gloves, then came to the window and punched it in ( with her gloves on). I asked why she didn't take her gloves off to touch the screen and everything else. Hes response was, I'm trying to hurry fir the guy behind you. I told her that she shouldn't be touching anything but food with those gloves. The next morning I returned and ordered a sandwich. Again she did everything with the sane gloves. When the wondow opened, and seen that it was me, she took her gloves off ( after she had again touched everything else). I told her. Isn't it a bit late to take those gloves off now? I told her I used to work at a coffee shop. And when I handled food, I put my gloves on, then immediately took them off before touching anything else. I have not returned since. I don't care to eat good with gloves that touch everything. There are so many germs on a computer screen. Or is it that the owner is aware of this and condones this to save money on gloves ? I would not recommend chelsford tom hortons. Very unsanitary.

Drinks were fine. Weekend staff were talking and laughing extremely loud this morning instead of prioritizing patrons. My husband and I were not pleased. Talk on your own time.

I was served by two younger girls this afternoon, Desire and Kat. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. Their service created a positive atmosphere and I would definitely come back. Cudos to those lovely ladies! 🥰

They have to remove the big ticket food items off the menu! It's disrupting the entire coffee chain and drive-thru. Tim Hortons was never designed to even remotely be close to a restaurant and that's how it's being treated. It's ridiculous the states destroyed Tim Hortons.. I go to this Tim Hortons every single morning every single day twice a day never had any issues with staff service is great except the wait times are incredibly long and it causes major issues in the Drive-thru all together food items need to be removed so that it can get back to a Tim Hortons used to be.

This tims is ok, let's get that off the table first. When I come here I normally don't have problems and the service is good The food normally comes out great and the wait times are not to long even in the morning rush. So why 3 stars? 1: The day staff are a lot nicer then the night staff. If you place a large order at night they seem to get a very annoyed. 2: This bagel LOOK AT IT. I promise this is how it was given to me my thumb is almost bigger then the slice. Its almost shaped like a diamond. I'm just baffled how someone looked at this and thought this was ok. I know it's weird to rant this hard about a bagel of all things but I'm just that surprised to have received a bagel looking like that and half of it was dry when I orderd it with butter. Anyway it's a Tim's that normally doesn't mess up orders so your probably fine. My review will change when I see improvements most likely.

My Best Friend Forever and I have very busy lives. We decided to meet for a coffee and ended up ordering meals because the Menu offered a great selection of meals. The young man serving us (Augustine) was very polite, professional, and helpful and beyond patient with these two "older" ladies. He laughed with us when it came to our silliness and excitement to get out. The meal - new to us - Crispy Chicken Cravable - was delicious! We actually overstayed our visit (3.5 hours!), but the atmosphere was welcoming and inviting. We were treated w the utmost respect during our visit and vow to return to catch up again in the clean and welcome environment. Great job with the store for staff, food, and clean restaurant. Definitely word of mouth advertising. Sorry for delay in the review. Busy life, but made a point of posting this Review 😎

Every morning I get and Iced coffee here and every morning it is PERFECTION. As you know this is not always the case at a Tim Hortons and I appreciate that at least my morning coffee will be perfect every day! The staff is also delightful!

Ordered a Turkey Club Sandwich and Vanilla Cold Brew on Saturday May 11th. Excellent reception of my food order and prompt delivery in under 5 minutes!

My 10 year old and I ordered 2 smile cookies, which were very yummy, especially dunked in the hot chocolates we also bought. Staff were very friendly and service was very fast. This is our go to Timmies as we live nearby.

So I went here before work today and ordered a coke, wrap, wedges with dip and honey dip donut. This is the amount of wedges they handed me with no dip gave me a Diet Coke instead of regular and honey crueller instead of honey dip. Pretty disappointed with service I got and what they tried to give me for wedges. When I noticed that they only gave me four fries and I wanted more I was then offered three hash browns which is obviously not the same and not sure how that is comparable but must say very very disappointed most likely will not be going back.

The icecaps are my favourite that’s the only good thing about this Tim every time I get food it’s burnt!!! The biscuits fall apart as ur trying to take a bite gross!!

Great foods but limited selection. Too many food and variety options make for an extremely long wait for people who just want coffee and a cookie. Slow service was blamed on delivery just arriving, but this could have all been avoided if planned properly. Staff all seemed exhausted but did an amazing job as even the manager on duty was taking and filling orders! Good job!

When I used to go for coffee before my morning shift the employees were very nice. Now that I go to work at night I see the night staff there. They are rude, lazy and my coffee/Tea is always made wrong. When I got food it looked worse then dog food. I wouldn't even feed it to my dog to be honest. I stopped going there. I don't recommend this location anymore..

It's hit and miss! Ordered a coffee four creams and three sugars. I got a cup with hot water, two tea bags and it was black. Next time I'll just order a tea with two bags and maybe I'll get my coffee with four cream and three sugars next time! It's like this every time at any Tim Hortons! I used to go three four times a day now. I go three four times a year and this is why! I forgot to make my coffee this morning so I said hey. I'll stop at Tim Hortons. Tired of making these stupid mistakes!

First time at tim hortons, was driving through sudbury and decided to stop and try. After looking at the menu for like 30 seconds it starts flashing advertisements for the food, so I had to wait for it to come back. The cashier says, "can you like hurry?" Food was mediocre, sandwich was cold in the middle. Wanted to try the coffee but staff clearly didn't want me there so I just left.

I have been coming here daily for the past few years for breakfast and coffee. The staff even recognize what I drink which is kind of sweet. But unfortunately the service lately has turned me away. I will not be coming here anymore. I used to order a cream cheese bagel. They put so much cream cheese it’s disgusting. So I since switched to butter. Butter was okay until they started putting a disturbing amount. Other Tim hortons would mix the coffee fairly good but when I order a tripple tripple and it tastes like cottage cheese… not acceptable. I’m not sure if I was a bad batch of creamer or a new hire but horrible experience. Both these bagels I had not even attempted to eat. Poor quality and efforts has lost a life long customer. Hopefully you fix the service for others.

I ordered a spicy egg hash brown wrap without egg this morning. As I am allergic to pork and I can't eat it due to some religious reasons. They gave me sausage and egg wrap. And not only they made the wrap wrong , but they were very casual about it, like it's their habit of making wrong orders. When I confronted them, they showed no remorse and they were not bothered at all. It was the worst morning. I threw up twice and I had to visit a doctor.. I would strongly suggest to train your staff and even managers correctly and teach them some customer service..

For the first time i got the bun burned in MC Donald's, I had eaten lots of other branches but this branch first time and hopefully last time and French fries salt less and not properly fried. And they took 17 minutes to serve the order

When they don’t display what you order on the screen and then you as the customer get the dirty look from the staff member who took your order. I offered to pay for the large and asked you to discard of the medium. I don’t know why the dirty look was necessary.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at McDonald’s. I ordered a Coke but was given a Root Beer. When I told the staff member (Manreet) about the mistake, instead of handling it properly, she went to the back and started talking badly about me in Hindi—assuming I wouldn’t understand. She falsely claimed that I had finished the drink and then came to ask for a replacement, which was completely untrue. The drink was full, and when I asked if she wanted me to return it or throw it away, she told me to dump it. She didn’t bother to check, and she never apologized for the mistake. This kind of rude and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, and I hope management takes this matter seriously.

For the smarty McFlurry I had to mix it because they didn't mix it and then for the Sunday they didn't add enough chocolate to it I really did not enjoyed this experience

When we do make order to be served at table number why are they shouting number to come to pick up. Please if you only want to have customer come to pickup the order at counter then remove the option of table number. Also trays are not clean so had given the orders in bag.

No issue with the staff but really it's a hospital and you are charging us 50cents for a cup of hot water. Ridiculous. Also it is a hospital so why don't we have more healthy protein hot food choices that doesn't break the bank. Hence why I bring my own lunch and now hot water I guess. Sad :(

Been here for months paying lots of money for food while here with my brother at the hospital. I found a black bug in my cabbage beef soup. Very disgusting and disappointing to not receive a refund when I spent $30.78 on food each day to realize that I ate a bug probably many times without notice today I noticed it in the large soup container and thought it was a spice but it was a bug. I showed the lady but she told me can’t give me refund go get something else which was less cheaper then the some I would assume. Need to be aware of your food situation.🤮 and at Tim Hortons two weeks ago in the hospital before this, I had a bug in my French vanilla. Do better!! Yucky

Food is ridiculously overpriced, they even charge for hot water. Condiments such and peanut butter and jam are kept behind the cash along with plastic cutlery and is given out sparingly. The prices seem to just get higher and higher yet the quality and the product stays the same. You're better off waiting it out at Tim's if you have the time. High-school cafeteria quality at restaurant prices.

I have gone here many times and it used to be great now they are giving you fries that have been sitting for who knows how long and telling u they are fresh. When you say something they try to deny it and the kitchen is open so you see it with your own eyes.

This is located in the hospital ...they close at 6pm weekdays and 2 pm on weekends ..this is a cafeteria style lunchroom for staff and visitors

Service was top notch, couldn't ask for more. Polite, kind, and overall amazing! Food however, was extremely poor. Microwaved food (yuck), and sausage that was cold in the centre made this a less than enjoyable experience. Would return maybe for a coffee, but never again for food. Not the employees fault (employees are amazing), rather the standards in this restaurant are less than expected. Won't be returning, don't recommend anyone else does either.

I was on my way to Sudbury from Timmins and stopped by this Tim Hortons for a coffee and a bite. I found the store to be quite clean especially the bathrooms! The staff were super friendly and efficient. I wasn’t sure what to try to eat and staff (can’t remember his name) suggested I try the new Supreme sandwich and it was really yummy! Coffee was perfect, as always!

The Staff at the Dowling location are super friendly, amazing service, and its a very peaceful atmosphere! I'm definitely coming to the Dowling location more often in the morning! But only if I have the cash flow!

I was here on June 29th at 7:58 pm to have a snack and study. The workers behind the counter were playing heavy metal music and every few minutes using profanity, loud enough for customers to hear very clearly. This really destroyed the atmosphere and is not what one would expect of a small town Tim Hortons.

My food is almost always wrong. My bagel is always either barely toasted at all or completely charred like this, twice last week it was given to me with cream cheese instead of butter. The only reason I rated 2 stars instead of 1 is because they are usually pretty quick, especially in the drive thru.

There are major problems when going to this location in the afternoon. Why I have been served warm if not even cold coffee many times! I’m truly curious, is it failing equipment, poor training or just pure incompetence. When going in the morning everything is excellent. The time and money wasted are gone for good. This mistake will not be made again, I would be insane to ever go back. Please take this as a warning! If your going in the afternoon with a dire need for a coffee your are playing with some bad odds. Can learn the hard way or use mine and I’m sure several others experience and keep driving. Mange many different jobs myself, I would be ashamed if I did any as poor. This is an old established building and business how is it that you cannot get such a simple task completed with success.

Great experience in the drive thru! I was rushing to get to work on time, the staff at the drive thru took my order fast and made it efficiently. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese ( was perfectly spread across bagel) and a coffee.

One girl working the counter, amd making food for both the drive thru and in-store customers. Very inefficient service on a busy Sunday morning. Waited 20 minutes for an order of one sandwich and a coffee. A reminder why I don't go to these places often. With the amount of money Tim Hortons rakes in, you think they'd have more staff working.

Its generally a pretty solid tim hortons but ive had experiences where my coffee was made with the wrong dairy product, went several minutes unnoticed in the evening because of a worker on their phone with an earbud in, and had my donuts fused into a weird sandwich (yesterday morning actually). Workers should understand why you dont stack two donuts in a two item bag, especially when theyre freshly made. To clarify Ive definitely had good experiences before and get mixing up a drink mid rush happens and I get it, but when these other kinds of things happen it sticks out pretty hard. It just makes things frustrating for all parties having to remake orders and having to ask to make things right.

I come here almost daily. Everyday after school drop offs I grab a coffee. They make my ice coffees great 9/10 times. But today, I asked for a bacon everything pizza and this is what I received. I didn't open the box until I got home. This isn't even a menu item... disappointed to say the least. I hate pizza sauce. I would have gladly skipped out paying $8 for something Im not going to eat. But to be given this without warning? Unacceptable. Was it a mistake? Done of purpose? Idk.

My partner and I come here every morning. We used to have no complaints but the past few weeks my iced capps have been extremely foamy to the point where most of my beverage is undrinkable. A small amount of cappuccino sinks to the bottom of the cup that I can drink, and the rest i am left with is just foamy ice. I spoke with someone at the store and she said there are no issues and haven't received any other complaints, so im having a difficult time understanding why specifically my iced capps are being effected.

I stop at this location every morning before work for a coffee and breakfast sandwich. The staff is always friendly, and Julie seems to know and greet everyone that drops in to this location. The only recommendation I'd have for this location is to either tint the windows or add some blinds as the store does get very warm and sun very bright when dinning in

How is the owner or this establishment not embarrassed to own it. It's pathetic. If its not one thing its another when it comes to quality and the staff seem to be just as clueless as the owner. Maybe work on hiring staff who at least know a bit of what they're doing.

Drive thru staff doesn’t understand and take long pause to confirm the availability of items and mixed up items in the end. That’s completely unacceptable and normal at many branches

I’m so annoyed, with this Timmy I went there this morning, order five bagels two with butter three with cream cheese and bacon well didn’t get my bacon cause they did charge me for fine even tho I said it three time in the mic, but when there nexts to nothing cream cheese is when you pay for it crazy I called the store to to see why didn’t get the bacon found out cause they didn’t charge me and for the cream cheese oh I’ll just talk to them talking will do nothing

I don't go very much anymore because the service is so terrible and the food is less than tasty. Today the lineup was so long that I decided to go into the restaurant. They won't even take your order anymore. There are automated kiosks that you have to place your order at. There are so many seniors in this area it's going to be an absolute disaster. The disaster that Tim Hortons has become. Shame on you guys for destroying a Canadian brand like this.

Not impressed with this location. Went tru drive thru ordered a coffee and a scrambled egg and sausage box with no sauce. They put sauce on it so went back thru drive thru to have it done correctly, second round they put bacon not sausage so I went inside the 3rd time. Gave back the bacon one to the lady in the cooking area and she was not pleasant at all. Then when I opened the 3rd one you can tell they just picked out the bacon and put sausage. I'm done with this location. Not Impressed at all.

I went in the store and purchased a sandwich and a coffee, there was one other customer in the store and it still took 20 minutes to get my turkey and bacon club.sandwich. Understandable if it was busy but it wasn’t. Horrible service.

Great place to get a coffee , always made wrong, yiu pay for something and and get served with God knows what , plus wonderful customer service makes you feel like you begged for your food instead of paying , had to dump the cofee down , calibrating the machine would be a wise idea , atleaset try to give people what they pay for dudes and a lesson on customer service would be amazing , learn from the tim Hortons at val caron ,how they make it work, treat people , would give negative starts if could , don't play with someone's coffee!

Said I couldn’t go inside to Order a coffee with my service dog without my dogs service papers printed out and their manager had to be their too they claimed, I had all his papers on my phone. Walked over an hour for nothing and had to turn around

My husband went out to get me a large french vanilla and this is what they gave him. We just paid the price of a Large and got the amount for a Medium. I'm furious, this is the second time I have paid for a large and they don't fill the cup more than medium.

Used the drive thru, the woman taking orders sounded like she was annoyed by the person giving her order, waitress kept asking "is that it?", very rudely. The driver in my car actually felt like they needed to have the order down pat because of the tone of the lady at the drive thru. Anyway. Someone else took our order, friendly enough. This brings me to the next problem. Ordered 2 medium coffees and a bagel toasted 2x with cream cheese. The coffee was burnt and too hot to drink right away. And the bagel, cooked right, but the cream cheese had seen better days. Won't be visiting that location for coffee any more.

Ordered 2 coffee’s and for some reason they’re not full. It happens at least once a week at this location. Getting tired of the employees scamming me of my coffee. I pay full for price for my coffee and get less coffee than any other Tim Hortons

I told myself I was done going to this Tim Hortons because it’s so terrible every time.. we’ve had so many bad experiences. This morning I decided to go because I was crunched for time and it’s convenient for me as I live in the area and was extremely disappointed once again and reminded why I will not be going to the Tim Hortons anymore. Wish I could figure out how to post a picture of my horrendous food.

Drive thru is awful, no customer service, just "what do you want" everytime I go, they cut you off often, and they decide when your order is done instead of asking if that's all. Haven't been able to get a farmer's wrap without shells so far, and it seems like they use the previous days hash browns as well. I would have better luck biting through my tires

Absolutely no consideration for in-store customers, I actually said something the last time I was there. One employee to serve customers in-store with 4 or 5 employees serving the drive thru. Not everyone can use the drive thru and when a customer places a large order it takes way too long not to mention the stress it's causing on the server. I made it clear that it's bullshit for one person to have to make 6 different coffees and teas and box 12 donuts while other employees are standing around the drive thru window. I noticed one customer leave because of the nonsense. I will avoid this location if things don't change

Spent 10 minutes waiting in the drive thru to be told a breakfast place doesn’t have eggs available at 07 am. 2nd time this happens in as many trips. Different times, different days. Apparently having eggs ready at a breakfast shop, at breakfast time, is asking too much. Pure incompetence almost every time I’ve been

I've been a couple times and this location isn't great for food. They could use a corporate retraining so that their product is consistent. They almost never put sauce on the breakfast wraps. Drinks are usually fine.
