Probably the best fish and chips I had. The fish was fresh, batter was crispy and perfectly cooked. The chips we if not better as good as the fish. They were thick cut and fluffy in the middle with crispy outside and so we're the onion rings. And even if food wasn't as good as it is I'd still highly recommend this restaurant because their service was phenomenal. Our server Cheryl was extremely accommodating, attentive and welcoming. Also their prices are quite reasonable despite rising food and produce cost. Definitely visit them and give it a shot, I will be back for more soon.

A wonderful family-owned business with great service and fantastic food! There were a lot of choices, but you can't go wrong with anything you'd choose! Highly recommend the platter that gives you a variety of fish if you're unsure what to get. The chicken pot pie is also delicious if you want something that's not fried. And the milkshakes are to die for! If you're looking for a taste of Britain, this is it. In short, come and try it!

We ordered via Uber and chose the BOGO option. The fish portions were huge! It was a lot of food. We had to reheat them because the batter is already dry.; not the restaurant's fault but more of the delivery service. The fish was very tasty. I am not a fan of stout fries but my MIL said that their fries lacked salt. One dish I truly recommend in their menu is the Seafood Pasta. it is so addicting. Yes, it is pricey. I am not sure if it is worth the price but I will definitely buy it again. Salad is good. The croutons and the lettuce are crunchy. There is a lot on their menu; I would probably try the others next time. Very good meal.

There’s a food app called “TooGoodToGo”. The app allows you to buy discounted food at a good price. I decided to try Heritage fish and chips on Queen Street. I did not know what to expect as I’ve never tried this app before you go on the app reserve your food pay for it. It’s a very good price and it tells you what time to go and pick it up. I have to say I am not at all disappointed in my meal. It was good. It was fresh. I thought it would’ve been stale, but it wasn’t and I’m so happy there was so much food. I could not eat at all. Very tasty. I enjoyed it. I was just coming home from work. I apologize. I ate most of the fish, but they were good size.

Great fish and chips spot, crunchy and flavourful, poutine was good too, service was fast and price is reasonable considering what you get.

My fiancé and I recently dined in with our families to celebrate our engagement on 03.15.2025 at Antica Osteria. I booked our reservation a month's in advance via phone with no hassle since we had a group of more than 5 people. On the day of, we were seated promptly, and I believe we were greeted by the owner, who was super friendly and welcoming. I ended up ordering the con frutti di mare with risotto instead of linguine. Seafood was fresh and cooked perfectly, and the overall flavour and presentation were immaculate! The rest of our families' dishes were also beautifully well presented and served with generous portions. Our bellies were happy, full, and content towards the end. But to top off our overall dining experience, the owner made a public announcement to the rest of the diners and surprised us with a celebratory piece of cake with 2 alcohol free mango nectar shots (I think?) on the house to celebrate our engagement. Thank you to the owner and all staff members at Antica Osteria for help making our 1st dining experience with our families a memorable one! If you're looking for authentic/fresh Italian food with reasonably priced food; generous portions; and amazing service that gives off familial energy, come to Antica Osteria!! This place is truly a hidden gem and you won't be disappointed!

We came to celebrate my friends birthday it was a group of 6, they charge their own gratuity which I understood but some folks didn't. The food was delicious will definitely be back for the dessert and pasta!

Our recent visit to this quaint, family-owned Italian restaurant was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel like we were dining in an Italian home. Angela, our waitress, was attentive, accommodating, and an absolute delight. Her quick service and genuine care elevated the entire experience. Nowadays when you go to a restaurant most waitresses/waiters give you just enough attention to get a decent tip and they don't really care about the service. This was definitely not our experience! The food was truly outstanding. I started with the rice balls and salmon cakes—both perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. For my main, I enjoyed the fettuccine seafood pasta, which was immaculate. To top it off, the tiramisu cake was divine, the perfect sweet ending to a fantastic meal. We visited as a family to celebrate my uncle's birthday, and the staff went out of their way to make the occasion special by treating him to a thoughtful birthday dessert. It was a touching gesture that made us all feel cherished. The only downside was that the restaurant’s facilities could use some upgrades, particularly the washrooms, which felt a bit dated. However, this minor detail didn’t overshadow the incredible food and service. If you’re looking for authentic Italian cuisine served with genuine hospitality, this place is a must-visit. We’ll certainly be back!

We drove till Brampton from downtown to taste the fettuccine champagne sauce with shrimp and lamb chops, believe me, it worth. However in my second bite of the pasta I found a piece of steel sponge in inside of my mouth (around 2cm)🤯 If I didn’t chewed my food properly it could ended in a health hazard. Thanks God I always eat calmly paying attention in the hole experience. It’s was a shame… because I have been tried several restaurants and the lamb was perfectly flavoured and cooked as same as the shrimps precisely prepared. I will give it another chance 😊

Great authentic Italian food with a warm, inviting atmosphere. Our server was excellent and very attentive. I especially loved the pasta—both the ravioli and the tiramisu were absolutely fabulous. However, the portions were on the smaller side, and the prices felt quite expensive for what you get.

Antica Osteria never stops amazing me enough. Everytime I visit, I get something new in the specials and they’re always delicious. I highly recommend their seafood specials. I had Grilled Branzino with Champagne Sauce Risotto and being not a big fan of skin on fishes, I loved how it wasn’t fishy at all. Their menu items are also good but go for the specials, you might get a bit lesser portion but taste wise you won’t be disappointed.

I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered Casarecce pasta with halcon sausage, rapini, and mushrooms in red sauce—I forgot the exact name, but the server mentioned it was today’s special. The pasta in the dish was clearly undercooked. I wasn’t sure if it was intentional, so I called my server to ask about it. Instead of addressing my concern politely, she was extremely rude and insisted, “That’s how it’s supposed to be.” I’m a chef, and I work in a kitchen, so I know the difference between properly cooked pasta and something that’s just raw in the middle. To prove my point, I showed her a piece of pasta I had already bitten into so she could see the white, undercooked center. Even then, she insisted it was fine. She finally took the plate back but returned with the same dish, just cooked a little more. In a professional kitchen, if something is wrong, you don’t just recook the same food—you make a fresh one. Even after the second attempt, the pasta was still undercooked, and her attitude remained awful. I completely understand that mistakes happen in restaurants, but the way staff handles them makes all the difference. Instead of being apologetic or helpful, she was dismissive and condescending. The food was bad, and the service was even worse. I left feeling frustrated and unwelcome. Definitely not coming back.

Amazing food… I love Fusion food and this is definitely the best fusion food I’ve ever had recommended to everyone know! The butter chicken Mac and cheese is so good. I didn’t have high expectations but we all loved it. It was so cheesy and the flavour was amazing not too sweet which is good as I am not a fan of the butter chickens that taste like tomato and honey!

Visited years ago and loved it! Decided to come back and this time for the samosas. I got the vegetarian samosa and my friend got the butter chicken. The crust is very good and there's a good flavor. Didn't take too long to get the order. She mentioned for the chicken samosa that it's delicious but it doesn't taste like butte chicken. I loved the Chana samosa. Would come back to try other veggie options.

The hype is real at this place. They have the best samosas I've ever had in my life! We ordered the butter chicken birria, butter chicken mac and cheese, the fried chicken sandwich. Everything was delicious, so flavorful and oh so good! I'll have to go back and try some more items on the menu. Highly recommend!

RFC is decent, juicy. Wish it was spicy and a bit crispier. Fries were crispy, but were a bit cold, reminded me of Costco fries. Free cookies is a plus, tastes like when you dip your cookie into your cha and then drink it up... Nostalgic.

First time trying, felt it was just ok. The butter chicken and rice is served with what I believe is jasmine rice, which was a little odd. The rice was a little mushy under all the butter chicken gravy. You would think they would serve it with basmati rice or a longer grain to suit the dish more. The birria tacos and veggie samosas were really good though. I would give this place another try but I wouldn’t order the butter chicken on rice again.

This place was on a list of fried chicken sandwiches to try so I came through. Rick's Good Eats is an great chicken sandwich. The tangy sweet sauce, coating that crispy fried chicken, between that soft pillowy bun is excellent. My one knock on this place is that I asked for things with no Cilantro and it was still included on my sandwich and fries. Otherwise it was a lovely meal.

Awesome. Amazing food. Samosas were real soft, fresh and crispy. The least I can say is this is a must go restaurant. Birria tacos, kheema burger was tasty too. My wrap tasted delicious.

I ordered us Uber Eats, pasta and pizza from this place after seeing good reviews on TikTok, and it was a complete disappointment. The pasta was dry, undercooked, and literally tasted like cardboard. The pizza wasn’t fresh either, and overall the meal was not worth it. I paid over $60 and feel totally ripped off. Definitely not ordering again — never trusting influencers for food recommendations after this.

I’ve been going to the original Tony and Jim’s and they were amazing and the reputation was outstanding but ever since the new owners took over a couple years ago it’s gone downhill included all the video and pictures of the worm or whatever it is in my meal ended up, throwing it out and never going back again!!!!!!

Best pizza and wings we’ve had in Brampton in a very long time - toppings were proportionate and not lacking - I’m very picky about my sauce (needs to be authentic Italian not tomato paste like most pizza places) and sauce was excellent Dough was amazing, no heavy gluten feeling after eating (again, like most places), wings were large and well cooked Very impressive - our first time ordering and will definitely be return customers 🥰❤️

Not the same anymore, we ordered a pizza and it was extremely disappointing and disgusting. The cheese had a spoiled taste, and our pizza was burnt so they started scrapping the sides off. I’ve been ordering here for years and our recent order just was not how I remembered it.

Best pizza in town. You can tell quality ingredients are used. Crust is light and airy, sause is not heavy but very tasty and toppings are top notch. Highly recommend. A place like this does not stay in business as long as they have been if you're not doing something right!

We order through Door Dash and we have been really pleased. I’m Italian and I really like their tomato sauce! Thus far we haven’t been able to move past ordering the same thing each time because it’s been so good - the Gnocchi with meat sauce (it’s delish). I am looking forward to trying their Pizza very soon.

We order Pizza and Wings from Toni and Jim’s and have for years. It’s the best pizza in Brampton and the honey garlic wings are so delicious! Thank you for making the best sauce too. We always order extra sauce on the pizza and pasta sauce on the side. You should sell the sauce by the Jar!

As a long-standing customer of many years, I have observed a noticeable decline in quality, particularly since the change in ownership. Yesterday's order was quite disappointing. The rice was dry and had an unpleasant, stale taste reminiscent of mold, accompanied by a similar odor. Additionally, the chicken was dry, and the potatoes appeared under seasoned and lacked flavor. I am genuinely disheartened by this experience and, regrettably, will have to seek alternative options for my future orders.

We went to this place on the Saturday afternoon around 4pm. It was packed with waiting customers and many were turned away as there were simply not enough chickens. The guy, who was respectful in his declining customers gave preference to pre-orders, so I'd suggest that if you are ordering over a weekend. There are three small tables inside each with two small chairs. The wing prices are reasonable, $7.5 for a pound. You can have half spicy and half regular. A side of half vegetables and half potatoes, small, was $5.5 The wings were bigger than the wing machine's, but less variety of spices. I recommend the spicy wings as they were just right. The potatoes were acceptable.

I don’t know what’s going on with this place before it was excellent service lately. I’ve been waiting almost 1 hour for my food when I get there they all forget about it. Come home. The rice taste like dirt now I think they’re going cheap on the rice.

I don’t know what has happened to this place. It’s been a while since eating here and it looks like change of ownership. Maybe that explains it. Chicken was ok small portion. Rice was bland no flavour, potatoes bland no flavour. I’ll think twice before spending my money here. It feels like the passion and care is gone. Taste your own food, give a care about quality and give your customers what they want and deserve. If you don’t care, people won’t come back it’s that simple. Why work hard for your money and spend it on a place where no one cares. Hmmm?

Overall, it’s an average Portugese chicken place. The chicken and 2 sides combo is a good deal based on the generous portions of the sides. The chicken is juicy but kind of bland as are the rice and potatoes. I’ve had much tastier sauce at other churasquerias. They give you a tiny hot sauce on the side which is kind of pointless for a family meal. Staff were friendly and service was fast.

Amazing food and chicken. Authentic indeed and very thankful that it is NOT halal, as authentic Portuguese food is. Great spot for fellow Sikhs that cannot eat halal.

Best Food & Service! Prem Sweets is hands down one of the best places around! I’ve tried several dishes here and everything has always been super fresh and full of flavor. Their samosas and spring rolls were a huge hit at my party—crispy, tasty, and perfectly made! The service is always excellent—friendly, helpful, and professional. You can really tell they care about quality and customer satisfaction. Highly recommend this place for both casual meals and party orders. Best food and service ever!

I’ve visited Prem Sweets and Restaurant several times, and overall it’s a decent place with some really tasty items and reasonable prices. 🍬 Sweets: Their gulab jamun, rasgullas with coconut, and pink cham cham are amazing — fresh, soft, and full of flavor. The hot jalebis are also a must-try when they’re freshly made. 🍛 Snacks & Meals: I really enjoy their paneer pakoras, samosas, and chhole bhature — always satisfying. They also offer a good variety of dals, but I find them a bit too sweet. It would be nice if they added more spice and stronger Indian flavors, as the current taste doesn’t go that well with naan. 🥣 Disappointment: Once, I ordered dahi bhalla, and it tasted really bad — like old curd was used — so I couldn’t eat it. That was quite disappointing since their food is usually good. 👩‍🍳 Service & Ambience: Most of the staff are friendly and patient. However, one time a skinny girl at the counter took my order very rudely, which really spoiled the experience. Hopefully, management can ensure consistent customer service. The restaurant has a nice ambience with a TV and Punjabi music playing in the background, which gives it a lively, local touch and makes dining more enjoyable. 💰 Overall: Prem Sweets and Restaurant is a good spot for Indian sweets and snacks at fair prices. With some improvements in food consistency, spice levels, and customer service, it could easily become one of the best in the area.

YOU have to visit! It’s the cutest little spot with authentic punjabi desi taste. The food is truly delectable – it isn't spicy, yet flavourful & well cooked. We had Amritsari kulcha (paneer) with sweet lassi, Aloo parantha, other than a thali & desserts. We finally ended our meal with their tandoori (kadak) chai. To me & my family who are all food lovers and have been traveling to other side of town to Mughal Mahal, specially for their Amristsari kulcha, we would rate this location of Prem sweets, far higher & better on their Amristsari kulchas (both aloo as well as Paneer), freshly made sweet lassi (good fresh curd quality). Their aloo parantha (greased with desi Ghee) & tandoori kadak chai & jalebis also r a must try & shouldn't be missed. The service is exceptional. The owner, Mr. Surender Singh is a humble man & seems to be leading from front, personally taking care of his customers, the food quality & the overall hygiene/upkeep. Their prices are more than reasonable. The entire experience, surely makes it for more than 100%. For us, it's been, by far, one of the best (value) experiences we've had in a while. Do yourself & ur loved ones a favor & visit this lovely restaurant in Brampton on Gillingham drive. Menu price, food, mithai & portion size in the pics. Highly recommended!

I really enjoy coming to Prem Sweets. The food is always hot and fresh. The servers and staff are very humble and considerate. I would highly recommend trying their food and restaurant. Best of all, you can always count on the food being 100% vegetarian! Thank you for all your community efforts as well.

If you have sweet tooth and like Indian sweets this is a place to go. We ordered Jalebi, kalakand and milk cake. Amazing taste. Felt like home. The sweets were really fresh and the taste was really good. We didn't have much time to try other yummy food. Definitely a must try in Brampton.

Literally 5 mins ago I took a takeout thali. Just opened the rotis and you can see the attached video. Completely disappointed.

This was our first visit and place was nice. Friendly waitress but not very attentive. We ordered drinks. I ordered wine. My drink cane is carafe but no glass was provided. Had to wait for that. Then we ordered appetizers. They arrived but no plates were provided. Our bottle of water finished, despite the waitress and food delivery staff came a few times, no one replaced the bottle. Finally I had to firmly ask for it and got it. Food was good presentation and tasty. No complaints there. Washroom smelled awesome. Will definitely go back but may sit at the bar next time instead of a table.

J Red & Co hosted our event for 13 people and we are very satisfied with our order. The menu consisted of family style: house salad, chicken wings, calamari, steamed vegetables, pasta Primavera, Thai fighter (my husband's ultimate favorite dish), steak and potatoes, salmon and rice. The portions were generous. Everyone enjoyed the food and there was plenty of leftovers for them to take home. Thank you to J Red, especially Shannon for coordinating the order. It was great to have your recommendations and accommodating our requests.

It's good, just good. There was nothing that stood out about the food at this restaurant. The flavor was good, presentation was nice, however prices and portions were both slightly disappointing. Nothing really stood out about the service either, and somehow they ran out of oysters on oyster night with the restaurant only half full. There beer selection is fun and they have a cool assortment of hot sauces. I would probably go back because it had a chill vide and you can have a good time with friends, but as a foodie I would not recommend visiting for the purpose of eating.

We came here on a Friday night which is one of the days that they have live music. We ordered fresh oysters, cauliflower wings, the grilled calamari for and the seafood pasta. Delicious food, fantastic customer service and amazing atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

Good mix of flavours on the menu. They have a variety of share plates and the portions are a good size. Something for everyone on the drink menu. Facility is up kept and has a nice funky vibe. The service was amazing! The staff were polite, friendly, and not overbearing. Will come back.

We came to J. Red & Co. several Tuesdays ago and it was great. Some relatives recommended it to us for dinner as one of their favorite local restaurants in Brampton, and it was definitely much better than so many places in the GTA. We had the special, white and red, Sangrias, Calamari Fritti, Spicy Nashville Chicken Sandwich with Sweet Potato Fries, and The G.O.A.T. Beef Burger with Onion Rings. The calamari was cooked perfectly; the burger was undoubtedly one of the best that we’ve ever had; the big onions rings were unbelievable meaty and light; the sandwich was a flavorful big piece of crispy chicken breast; and the sangrias were delicious. The ambiance was cool and relaxed, and there was a local duo band playing good jams and keeping the mood up. The restaurant area is spacious, inside and outside, and the service was very friendly and diligent. If we lived closer, we would definitely come back more often.

We were looking for a place to eat because we were visiting family and J. Red & Co was brought up as somewhere to check out and I had not been there in about three or four years. I was surprised that when we arrived we were not asked for our name and phone number incase there was an outbreak...like required these days. Anyways, I ordered the Fish and Chip special for $17.00 and my girlfriend got the Spicy Nashville Chicken Sandwich for $18. The Fish was thin and over bartered, the Coleslaw was over drenched in olive oil, and the fries were the hero of the meal (except the ones that were soaked with olive oil at the bottom of the plate). The coleslaw that accompanied the fish was very underwhelming taste wise and the only things you could taste was olive oil and red onions which was disappointing after tasting the other meal. Now for the meal that was actually worth the money and was packed with flavour the Spicy Nashville Chicken Sandwich. From the first bite you are hit with various flavours that excite the pallet with tastes of the delicious pickled slaw and the buffalo butter! The size was good for the money and left my girlfriend feeling full enough that she needed to share the remainder with me which was greatly appreciated and needed because the two millimetre thick fish was too small to do anything for my hunger except move the needle slightly. If you’re going here I would suggest getting the pasta or the burger because both look like they would offer far more value. Ordered two beers and a cider between the two of us and that was enough for this meal.

Not sure why they have been getting some bad reviews but burgers were good. I purchased 2 cheese burgers, a banquet burger, poutine and a Dr. Pepper. I was expecting an average poutine, considering some of the recent negative reviews. But it was better than most places that I have been to, in regards to poutine. It has a nice cheese to gravy ratio. They have some seating outside to enjoy your food. Staff are pleasant and customers are very friendly. I noticed the sense of community while I was there. Staff greeted customers like family and other customers interacted with a child there and were playing together and laughing. Would come here again when in the area.

Threw out my burger after what I saw. It seems the owners have changed. They have no problem handling raw burgers, then handling cooked food. Watched the cook handle my buns after without washing hand. The toppings guy was his hand with water but no soap. Hygiene seems to no longer be part of their service. Sad, used to love this place.

I definitely have to try more items on menu to give a full review. But, as of now I only tried the banquet burger. The burger was very big. The patties are large and it had bacon and cheese. It was loaded. Hot peppers would of been nice but there was no online option to add. It tastes like a burger from the 90s if that makes any sense. It was better then the fast food joints, most definitely. I heard they have some great fries, I will definitely get next visit. Overall it was very filling burger and had a nice BBQ taste, but, I make my own homemade burger and use chuck with diced onion in meat. So, I don't ever give 5 stars on Burgers from restaurant's . I may update review after next visit. 6.7/10

I had this today and my was I disappointed . A few months ago I checked reviews on here and they averaged around 3.7 stars if I remember correctly . Now less than 4 months later they're at 4.4 so I decided to check them out thinking they’d improved. To the taste and eyes , the meat looked undercooked and tasted like it was barelyyy cooked, as if they took it off the burner the mili second the internal temperature reached what’s needed to kill off bacteria but not to endure it taste and looks fully cooked .I am not someone who is a fan of lightly cooked beef or medium rare flavour but it tasted just like that. It was also incredibly saltyy to the point where I felt a bit sick eating it . there are 5 star reviews here but I’m starting to question if they are even genuine reviews or just friends of the owner or employees. There was also 0 charcoal /Smokey taste which was the main reason I decided to buy here instead of other burger places .

Used to go here a lot when attending Central Peel Secondary. It was literally the go-to at any time of any day. Tuesday Special still available! Same exactly, only the street sign was changed. Good broiled burger and fries. Visited again after many years at the suggestion of a friend. A bit nostalgic. Same after 45 years. Totally enjoyed it, sitting at the picnic table on a sunny afternoon.

Love this place . Ordered 2 burgers, onion rings and 2 drinks . Way cheaper than your average fast food restaurant. Enjoyed the food. They put too much ketchup on one burger. Service and atmosphere were great . Staff was nice and friendly. Not a long wait for the food . Definitely worth it. Please try it for yourself. Definitely better than McDonalds.

WHAT TO TRY?! The laksas and the flat noodle dishes. I didn't try the flat noodle dishes per se but the dishes are the fan favorites here. Specifically the char kuew tiau, wat tan hor fun, and Thai fried chicken. The grilled fish in banana leaf is also another fan favorite. Out of the laksas, the laksa lemak is the best one! Comes in a coconut spicy soup, there's abundance of tofu, fish cake and one shrimp. The Penang laksa is alright though. It's a fish soup base with a taste of tamarind. Unless you're a fan of fish, you won't appreciate the fishy taste to this laksa. The laksas in general were somewhat bland in flavor though. Spicy, but not a rich creamy curry. LAST TIP?! It's a small restaurant and some of their chairs are mixed in style, so be prepared to sometimes sit in patio chairs, or a regular chair or even a stool. The hainanese chicken with rice is a popular dish with the Chinese people too.

It seems like its newly renovated and changed owner. The "satay chicken" is better than I expected. A lot of places makes it good but a bit dry, but here its pretty tasty. It comes with peanut sauce as usual. The noodle dish comes with a lot of ingredients, the sauce is tomato taste which I like. Fried rice and laksa noodle soup are good too, but the laksa soup is too spicy for me. The curry chicken doesn't come with rice but you could order separately. Again, it's way too spicy for me but its still very good with jasmine rice. Owner is very friendly, servers can be more attentive on water, extra bowls etc. Overall, gooood food and nice interior with friendly owner

This is the first time back ever since the old owners retired and the place looks nice after some renovations. I find the food lacks consistency now unlike before. Haven’t been here for a while since COVID but I am happy to see the new renovations and happy that the quality and portions are still great! The new western female server was very friendly and had amazing service throughout! Hokkien mee was very good with big portions but the sauce was a little watery and could be a little tastier but all in all was very tasty and I finished every bite of my hokkien mee! I also had the bak kut teh which was very tasty and the meat was very tender and the soft bone was perfect! All in all, amazing and glad to have a touch of home in Ontario

Quality and taste of the food was amazing! We ordered the classic Hainanese chicken rice, chicken and beef satay, and char kuey teow. The Hainanese chicken was particularly good, although the broth was too salty. I will definitely be back to try other dishes! Dish portions were relatively smaller compared to other Asian restaurants.

Since after the pandemic, this one and only Singaporean restaurant, which also serves Malaysian and Indonesian style cuisine has changed in ways like, opening only four days per week. The system was not friendly when comes to ordering. In-store or dine-in orders are now to be paid in cash or debit card unless you know how to order on-line can pay with credit card. Hainanese chicken rice, Wat tan hor (egg and cornflour sauce with flat rice noodle) are still their best sales. However, Char koey teow (fried rice noodle) which I like them to fry with spiciness was a bit to the sweet side instead of savoury. KL laksa noodle (spicy coconut milk soup) was cooked with cardamom, star anise and cloves and topped with cilantro instead of the usual mint, which have an entirely different taste from the real KL Laksa which I have eaten many times! They even charged for dipping sauce for the laksa! Beef satay (BBQ beef on the skewer) was a bit dry. Otherwise, it's good. Of course, not to forget, prices have gone up.

As a person who visits Singapore quite frequently, and missing the food culture I found it to my delight to find a restaurant in the GTA named after the famous city/country. We ordered the Char Kway Teow, Roti & Curry, Hainanese Chicken Rice, and the Bak Kut Teh. Most of the dishes were pleasantly true to the authentic Singaporean flavours. As a person who appreciates the presentation of my food just as much as the taste, I found the atmosphere in the shop to be comfortable, and clean and the food looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend the Char Kway Teow. The dish without jeopardizing the integrity of the Singaporean palate and cultural roots, most definitely appeals to the Canadian western palate. It definitely is one of the best I have had within the GTA. The Roti & Curry were fantastic! The mix of herbs and spices alongside with the crispy roti leaves the taste buds craving more. My fiancee ordered the Hainanese Chicken Rice, and I can confidently say she is the biggest advocator for the dish, also it's biggest critic. Altough the dish does remind her of Singapore, and is without compromise, good, it falls a bit short of replicating the flavour and delicate texture of the chicken. We both found the Bak Kut Teh to be quite a bit different from our experiences in Sinapore, and it's multitude of Hawker centers. The soup was rich, flavourful, and savory. Yet, I can not say I highly recommend the Bak Kut Teh, as I found it to be a bit too gingery, and lacked the heavier garlic flavors of the dish found all around Singapore. Although as a very traditional dish, I could be wrong, and overlooking the many possible variations of the dish. Overall, if you have ever been to Singapore, or have an interest in the country's rich food culture. I would definitely recommend stopping by Lion City Restaurant. You won't be disappointed.

A really well-rounded five-star experience. The food was excellent, the service was excellent, and the location is very beautifully decorated and unique. Their homemade dumplings were delicious and presented well. The only two things we found for improvement were that it was a little bit cold inside and also we were surprised to be charged for not only the pot of tea but for extra cups for that tea as well. At least you can ask for more hot water for the pot and another round of tea. They have a good tea menu as well. Prices are reasonable. We would come back again and would recommend this place to others.

Tried Green Bite after a friend recommended it, and we had a great early dinner here with family. We shared Pan Fried Pork Dumplings, Steamed Chicken Dumplings, Mongolian Beef, Shanghai Noodle with Chicken, and Chicken Wings. Service was honestly one of the best I’ve had in a while. The staff were friendly, responsive, and knew how to read the room. I also really appreciated how well they made use of the space. A lot of places this size end up feeling like takeout joints with tables, but this one was cozy and thoughtfully put together from top to bottom. Now onto the food. Overall, everything was good, but the wings were easily the standout. Perfectly fried, seasoned with just the right amount of spice and heat, and absolutely addictive. If you’re coming here, ordering the wings isn’t optional. They’re a must. Other dishes, like the noodles and Mongolian beef, were a bit on the mild side for my taste. Maybe I’m just used to something with more kick, but they leaned a bit safe. Not bad at all, just felt like there was room to push flavor further, especially after tasting how well they nailed the wings. Dumplings were hearty and filling. I personally prefer a thinner wrapper, but these had a wholesome, satisfying quality that still worked. If the area is the reason they’re keeping things mild, I get it. But I’d love to see what they could do in a more adventurous food neighborhood. Either way, it’s a solid spot and I’d be happy to come back if I’m nearby.

I had an amazing experience at Green Bites Chinese Cuisine! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The dumplings were a standout, and the General Tso’s chicken had just the right balance of crispy and saucy. The service was friendly and attentive, and the ambiance was cozy yet stylish. Prices were reasonable for the quality, and the portion sizes were generous. Definitely one of the best Chinese restaurants I’ve been to, and I’ll be coming back for more! Highly recommend.

Was craving dumplings - this had a good rating so decided to try it out. The chicken pan fried ones were 7.5/10. The shrimp and cabbage steamed one were 1/10. The dipping sauce ? Not the best i have had. Need to keep looking for the ultimate dumplings!

A group of 7 of us wandered into Green Bites purely based on how close it was to our hotel—and we’re so glad we did. We ended up ordering a lot (Dinner for 4, Dinner for 2, extra dumplings, spring rolls, and another meat dish). Thankfully, our waitress kindly suggested we scale it back a bit—and she was absolutely right. The food was fantastic! Highlights included the soup dumplings, wings, shrimp dumplings, and tempura—everything was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. The service was friendly and attentive, and the overall experience felt warm and welcoming. We still had six full containers of leftovers, which we gave to individuals outside our hotel for a fresh meal. Best part? The entire feast came out to less than $50 per person—great value for such a delicious and generous spread. Highly recommend!

I love this place. It has a nice, comfortable and clean atmosphere, and the coffee is delicious and made with love by the lovely staff who work here. I have been going here for a little over a year now. Whenever I take my daughter to daycare, which is nearby, and have some extra time, I make a point of stopping by for a coffee and a warm and delicious cheese croissant. The staff is friendly and dedicated. They are all wonderful. They even know my tastes and requests by heart. The women's bathroom is large, clean, smells nice, accessible and has changing tables for babies. I highly recommend this place.

This is a popular spot for me to grab breakfast when I am out and about out on a Sunday morning. This place has a Starbucks feel but much cozier. The menu has a wide selection to choose from and the food is freshly made. On this visit my wife ordered the power up bagel. I was not hungry so I had a cup of tea. I will definitely return and when I do I will share photos of my order. The seating fills up quickly and all around people are having conversations. Every time I visit I see a lot of college age kids on their laptops. Looks like this is a cool spot to meet up and work on school projects.

We have been dying to go to this place for a while. Their interior and exterior looks amazing compared to other local coffee shops. Upon walking in we were greeted with plush cushions and a cozy vibe. We ordered food and coffee and I asked for oat milk in mine as I am lactose intolerant. However, when the coffee arrived after taking 3 sips I realized that it was not oat milk as I am feeling that dreaded effect of non-lactose free milk. I did not complain and sucked it up as the place was getting crowded and noisy already. When the food arrived it was just mid, not really something worth mentioning. The moment we finished our food we went straight back home as fast as we could so I could do my business (thank you for that non-oat milk coffee) and cancelled our plans for the day. Not coming back and but willing to try on different locations.

Always delicious sandwich and soup. There are a lot of seatings in this small shop. Was a little disappointed that they didn't have waffle on a Saturday morning even though the customer before me did get the last one. Overall, it was a good service and have been coming back a few times a year.

Went to this location excited, as I am a regular at the Coffee Culture located on 515 Lakeshore Road however, to my disappointment today was a bad experience! Went back to the barista to request why the drink is half full, who then said, “it must be Starbucks you went to” where I had told him prior to his response that I always go to the Coffee Culture at Lakeshore road. Poor customer service.

We had a very disappointing experience at this café this morning. I asked for two paper cups for my kids, as they can’t safely hold glass ones. We’ve been coming here regularly and have always been given paper cups with no charge in the past. This time, the staff said we had to pay for them, and when I tried to explain, the manager was very rude and unhelpful. It completely ruined what was supposed to be a calm morning outing — my kids became upset and started crying, and the whole situation was overwhelming. We ended up returning our order and leaving feeling very unwelcome. It’s sad because we used to really enjoy coming here, but after this experience, we won’t be returning. I hope the management reflects on how they treat their customers, especially families with young children.

Ordered table service on 24th July at 11:55 p.m but the food never arrived at the table. Went to the front counter and the employee hands me the food. I pointed to her that it was a table service for which she looks at me and walks back without even an apology. The manager on duty didn't not come forward to answer either. Worst customer service. Advice to management is to train their staff properly.

My kids has always been a very big fan of McDonald's but this is by far the worst. Aside from being dirty, the play area which is one of the most comforting side for kids was closed as early as 7:10, in fact, it was posted that it will be closing by 8:00PM. The cleaner and the manager didn't even care how those kids felt (There were more than 5 kids that time). Food as well is dry and not fresh unlike some other branches which is a very happy Haven for kids. Sorry but I do not recommend this branch at all. I also communicated with their custom relations but nothing happened.

Worst experience ever at McDonald’s. I’ve been waiting for quite a while and no one came to take my order. The staff keeps ignoring me. I don’t understand why McDonald’s hires teenagers who clearly don’t know how to provide proper customer service. When I finally spoke to the front staff, they were rude and arrogant., they were showing me a attitude no greeting nothing. I never choose this store again.

Couldn’t get take my order at the drive through. Said payment wasn’t coming through the app even the my card was already charged. So I went to curb side. Order came out but fries had salt on them. Went back to the drive thru to switch the fries and then was told to go to curbside again. Waited forever and finally the fries arrived.

I liked their sausage links. More meaty and saltier compared to other commercialized breakfast places. They also offer lunch and dinner options. Their homefries are crispy and addicting. They have a space for parties decorated with faux flowers and grass. The interior is more of a bar vibe. The service is fast and efficient.

So first of all, I ordered a chicken burrito, not a rice burrito, there's nothing but rice in this burrito, that's all I.Keep getting every bite.. So the 2 ladies that were serving me, I pre-ordered my burrito. So when I got there, there was a guy, he was ordering something. Okay, she took my 50 bucks, then the lady that was serving. The other guy came said something to her in their language. Then she went to go check the money, then she erased my order from the cash register. Then she took the guy's order that was standing beside me, which I was before him. So then I ended up staying there for another 5 minutes to wait for her to check the 50 bucks, but she was actually serving the guy and taking his number. I have no idea what just happened, but this place has really not been the same in recent years.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, Came on April 10th between 6:15-7. 2 girls and a guy working. They were so kind to us, knew how to treat their customers. We ordered a gluten free quesadilla , they made sure everything is clean because I had an allergy. The girl looked after everything so nicely. Didn’t get her name but she deserves so much praise. One of the best customer services i have ever seen. She is so kind. I truly recommend this place so much.

Burrito Boyz is great! I’ve been going there almost every day for a year, and it never lets me down. The food is always tasty, fresh, and full of flavor. The staff are nice and quick, making each visit easy. If you want a place that always has good food, Burrito Boyz is the spot! Highly recommend.

I loved burrito and always order from different location. This is my first time ordering at this location and my experience is really worst. I order burrito from uber eats and when it come to me there is no beans inside not even a single. When I choose whole black bean why there is no it. Really disappointed

TL;DR Easy to find. Lots of parking. Run down. Popular. Mid pricing. Okay pizza. Decent patties. Location: The restaurant is pretty easy to find as it's in a strip mall and their sign is pretty visible. There is plenty of parking as it shares the area with many businesses and community centre right next door. It's a bit run down and bare bones; think of a typical high school pizza shop. Food: I got the "Mackay Patty w. Cheese, Lettuce & Mayo" ($4.47+tax). It was pretty good but you barely taste the cheese. I got a "Hawaiian Pizza Slice" ($4.87+tax) but found it to be nothing special with the crust being chew, cheese is thick and pineapples were canned. However, the slice was pretty large. Service: They accept cash, credit and debit. They also have washrooms in the back.

First time here, and honestly not bad! Came in expecting more but honestly you can’t ask for much. The price for the quality is great, stays affordable and good for the stomache/heart/soul. Service was also pleasant and quick! The workers take their job seriously to serve and provide pleasure.. unlike some places nowadays who are a little slow as you see some workers at the back just talking. This place was a bit ways away but I wouldn’t say no Coming back. My friend and I got a slice each, a drink, filled party, garlic bread and their homemade sauce all for under $30! Love that!

A great bang for your buck. These pizzas are heavy and filling, full of chewy cheese goodness. I highly recommend if you haven't tried this place yet.

I had a small Sicilian. Too salty. But it’s ok. Lots of veggies and cheese. Crust is thin. I like thick crust. It’s crispy. I like softer crust.

Mackay's has always had a great family run feel to the place and in all my times visiting the location, service was always great and in a timely manner. During one recent visit, someone had been waiting for awhile for their order and when one of the employee's checked his order, the staff member got to work on getting the order completed as quick as they could as the place was dealing with a rush. Kudos to staff communicating well to get orders completed as best as they could during the dinner rush and that the order were done correctly and with a high quality.

This is a family-run pizzeria, which serves good pizza and pasta, at reasonable prices. The serving portions are very generous. The staff are very friendly, courteous and fast. It is a small restaurant mainly for take-out. However, they have a very lovely small section with proper booths and tables for dining-in. There is plenty of free parking on the backside of this building. You can get to the parking via the driveway right next to the restaurant, or via the entrance from Hansen St. I recommend trying this restaurant.

We visited Gusto Pizzaria in Brampton hoping to enjoy authentic Italian pizza. We ordered a Pizza Margherita, as we wanted to relive a bit of the taste we had in Italy, but unfortunately, we were disappointed. The olive oil, bocconcini cheese, and fresh basil were excellent, but the tomato paste had an odd taste that we didn’t enjoy. We ordered just a small pizza for $18, and given the price, it did not meet our expectations. The restaurant itself could also improve its ambience. The lighting inside is extremely bright (feels like 6000 lumens), and dimmer lighting would create a much more comfortable dining atmosphere. Additionally, the seating looked worn and dirty, and the hanging plants appeared almost dead — all of which affected the overall vibe of the place. Ambience makes a huge difference, and with some adjustments, this restaurant could really enhance the dining experience.

I ordered the vegetarian Panzerotti, and it was simply marvelous — generously sized for the price, perfectly cheesy, and absolutely delicious. I also tried a vegetarian pizza slice, and it completely changed my mind about eggplant. The tangy, flavorful sauce and the balance of toppings made it unforgettable. They have alot of options for vegetarians like pasta, sandwich, lasanga, panzerotti, ravioli and ofcourse pizza and so much more. The staff are friendly, attentive, and very efficient, and the service is impressively quick — without ever compromising on quality. The owner deserves special credit for maintaining authentic Italian flavors with remarkable consistency, and her dedication and work ethic shine through in every bite.

My family and I really enjoy Gusto's pizza and their wings however, this time there were strange fibers and a hair in the pizza. When we spoke to the owner, she was very rude and insinuated that we were trying to con her out of the $29.00 we paid for our order. We brought back the pizza and they stated the fibers are from a mop that they use only in the pizza oven, which doesn't matter because I don't want to be eating mop fibers! They didn't say anything about the hair. We did get our refund. While handing the money to my husband, she told him that she'll refund the order this time, but it won't happen again. Well, she's right, it won't happen again, because we won't be back.

The pizza is fantastic! The crust was perfect, great crunch as you bite into it. The sauce + cheese, are great quality, and many of the ingredients tasted fresh. A must if you are craving quality pizza.

Gusto Pizzaria has been my go to spot since I was a kid at their downtown Brampton location. Fell in love from the first bite and that has never changed. The sauce to topping ratio is absolutely unmatched and the crust is always thin fresh and cooked just right. I’ve been coming here for over 15 years and not once have I had a bad experience. The staff have always been great too. There’s usually a younger girl working the cash and answering the phone and she’s always kind and super efficient even when it’s busy. I know it’s a controversial choice but they make one of the best Hawaiian pizzas I’ve ever had. This place just never misses.

Love it love it love it. The bread, the pasta, the sandwich- everything was top notch. Cozy seating. It was so quiet and I loved it. The parking is at the back of the building. They have a shortcut from the store. I would definitely re-visit whenever possible. Bravo to amazing staff that includes the cute girl ok the counter, the great guy making food behind the counter and friendly delivery person 💕 They made me feel like a family.

To condign meal for $17.99. Pretty good deal. My only issue is that I ordered my whoppers with no pickles and no tomatoes and, guess what, they’re both on there. Otherwise perfect.

Not only are the staff extre short ended and rude (and as someone who also works customer service I always try to be understanding) My food was broken, oddly shaped, and disgusting. When I tried to do something off of my app, I found I needed my receipt (which I was never offered or given even after asking) to do something off. Whether this was intentionally done or not I have no clue, but least to say Im extremely unhappy.

Very disappointed with Tim Hortons today. I ordered a medium coffee, but what I got was completely drinkable and it was full of ice 🙁 and i was also mentioned that put less ice in it.

I recently visited this location and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. When placing my order for two teas and two bagels, the staff member who assisted me was not polite or welcoming. Her manner of taking the order and serving felt rude, almost as if customers were being treated like an inconvenience rather than valued guests. Good customer service is just as important as the food, and in this case, it fell short. I hope management can look into improving staff training and customer service, as this would greatly enhance the overall experience.

I was here today to order some tea before starting my shift, i was at the front waiting for staff to come and take my order but they were standing and were busy in talking to each other and ignored me that i am line waiting to order. This was seems to be disrespective and i feel down after facing this. I call them to take my order and they we making faces when i call them. This was very bad experience i ever had.

I had one of the worst experiences at this Tim Hortons. The staff took forever to prepare my order, and when I finally got it, the food was completely cold. To make it worse, several employees were just standing around drinking coffee and chatting instead of helping. The person at the counter even asked me if I wanted to warm up my own food after serving it cold — seriously? Totally unprofessional and disappointing service. I go to Tim Hortons often, but this location really needs better management and training.

Honestly, this Tim Hortons is just average. The coffee is decent and it’s open 24/7, which is convenient. But the service is usually slow, and I’ve had wrong or missing items more than once — especially at the drive-thru. The staff often seem rushed and not very friendly. The seating area is not well-maintained, and tables are usually dirty. One thing that really stands out — all 3 washrooms are always closed. I don’t know why, but I saw multiple customers looking frustrated when they needed to use the washroom and found them all locked. It makes the experience uncomfortable, especially if you're dining in or with kids. Good for a quick grab-and-go if you're nearby, but overall, this location needs serious improvement in service, cleanliness, and washroom access.

August 28th 12:10am to 12:35am sat in drive through line. The manager spent the entire time going through receipts as if to tally up total sales for the day. She did not take or make orders as line piled up and cars started honking. The longest I’ve waited and the worst it has ever been. 25mins in the line, no sorry, no reason, just kept saying hold on. Zero star for this customer service.

Ordered two veggie burger combos and while eating felt a bad taste, turned burger upside down and there was a big mold on bottom bread, absolutely disgusting. I don't get how they can serve rotten bread to customers. Major health concerns. Definitely taking this further to the food authorities. Totally unacceptable.

You have someone in drive thru who can’t speak English & tries to say that he cannot understand my perfect born & raised English when he’s the one who can’t speak English in Canada! & on top of this, has the nerve to lie to me just because he make a mistake in his bad English & made up a policy change right then & there thinking I was going to believe his lies when all I wanted was to make sure I got the correct order & number of sauces in the bag as this specific location has messed it up every time I have come & now miraculously from what he says, the customers get to chose the number of sauces they want every time & it’s a new policy change. Do better & please either put someone who speaks better English or hire people who speak English & at least don’t have your employees putting problems on the customer as if I’m making their jobs harder because they can’t understand English “I just want the correct number of sauces”, pretty simple & for them to stop lying & making things up to customers when they make a mistake.

I visited today and spoke to a staff member . who completely ignored me and didn’t ask what I wanted. When white customers came in, she immediately greeted them with “Hello sir, what would you like?” but treated me differently — giving rude facial expressions and ignoring my presence. This felt like clear racism. Please don’t ruin this country by spreading racism here. If you still can’t change your behaviour, then go back to your own country and spread that negativity there — not in a country that gives you respect and opportunities. You can’t earn here and at the same time try to destroy the values of this place. I have GoPro footage of the incident and can share it if needed.

I am absolutely disgusted with my recent experience at Burger King. Not only did I receive the wrong order, but the service was beyond atrocious. I waited over 30 minutes for my food, only to be handed the wrong items when I finally got to the counter. It's like they didn’t care at all. The manager was completely unhelpful and dismissive when I tried to address the issue. Instead of offering an apology or taking any responsibility, they acted like it was my fault for expecting the correct order in the first place! The whole experience was a waste of time, and I left hungry and angry. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but after this, I won’t be coming back anytime soon. This location seriously needs better management and staff training because this was unacceptable on every level.

I am usually a fan of burger king and as a fan...do not order for delivery from this location...when I got my order I had stale broken mozerella sticks, no marinana sauce, my onion rings were forgotten and my sundae was forgotten...Uber Eats refunded my missed items on the order but that doesn't change that I couldn't voice my opinion about the service on there so I have done that here. Do not order delivery from here they just throw whatever they want into the bag.

Burger King at Bramalea City Centre is conveniently located in the food court, making it an easy stop for a quick bite. The staff was friendly, service was efficient, and the food was prepared noticeably faster than other locations. Enjoyed both the service and the meal.

Worst "fast" food experience ever. Should have taken the hint when the people in line ahead of me gave up and left. All 3 staff in the front of the restaurant filled app and "menu ordering screen" orders and ignored everyone standing in the line to place cash orders. After more than 5 minutes standing there (theoretically first in line now that the people in front had left) I asked if they still took cash orders. I was told yes and then continued to be ignored. I waited several more minutes and then gave up myself. I walked to the far side of the food court, ordered food, paid for it, walked back to exit and saw that the person who was immediately behind me in the line when I left was still waiting to order. I will never even attempt to purchase food at this location again, and considering the number of burger options will be unlikely to choose Burger King in the future.

Absolutely disgusting Client service. Went here to order a Pizza to go. Note : this is not the first instance we have been served at the cash counter by the same person who is a female wearing specs. We politely placed order for a Pizza and Some new Cheese tots which I saw on a poster outside the PIZZA PIZZA. They messed up my order hence I politely asked to change my Tots to the one we had ordered for. The person helping us was fuming with anger and did not have any eye contact. I even told her My apologies if that is an inconvenience i am ready to pay extra for the new one she is making. She had no reply. I asked her if there is any issue. No reply. I asked is there any superior I can speak to - as expected reply was no we dont. I have no issues with PIZZA PIZZA but the attitude with which a client is being served is ridiculous. I was polite till the end while leaving as well. My pizza and tots was thrown at the counter and i had to pick up and leave. Very disappointed. Not sure who the owner is.

Manpreet is ALWAYS rude - the last time I was here, she messed up the pizza (simple order of half pizza with cheese and half without), and had the audacity to blame it on us! We quietly ate and left. Today I was back here with the same order, and she flat out refused to take the order at first. When she did finally start taking the order, she made a very disrespectful and disgusting face. The reason - she said it would increase our workload?! In what universe does that make sense? I mean, isn’t the whole purpose of ordering in-store is to be able to enjoy the experience? It’s a decent shawarma spot, not up there on my list. Really disappointed in their topping options. They don’t carry middle eastern style pickles and their turnips are a little lacking. Their garlic sauce isn’t the best, tastes more yogurty than garlic. Wish they carried sumac, love sumac with onions. Service is good and the prices aren’t too bad for what you get.

Good service they called and asked me about my online order just to make sure it was correct that's good service and the food is really good with the correct sauces.

I have been to this location twice now and have had terrible service up to the point where I want to walk out the restaurant. The employees who served me both acted like they can’t understand or hear what toppings I wanted in the burritos I was making. I had questions about the App they have and apparently at this location they don’t honour the rewards or coupons they have in the Quesada app which was the reason I went. The burrito ripped when she folded it and she refused to switch it saying it’s not a problem, but when eating the burrito it fell apart on me because it was ripped. Overall I recommend this restaurant just avoid this location.

I ordered a spicy chicken quesadilla from here. The lady put one scoop of cheese only that barely covered the tortilla. I asked for more cheese and she said she would have to charge me extra. Quesadillas are supposed to have cheese. I am so disappointed by the service and the quantity of food I got. I will not be coming back here again.

I asked if the chicken was fresh and was assured it was. Unfortunately, it was tough, chewy, and far from fresh. A waste of money, and I wouldn't recommend it. Be cautious if you're expecting quality.

Order Date 13-feb-2025 I ordered 2 large Chicken on Sticks and I was surprised to see it was only having fries in it , literally I was able to see chicken. And I spoke to them and even sent the photo, but they never replied.

Ordered Chicken on the Rocks yesterday via ubereats and clearly mentioned to please add a fair portion of everything. What I received was more than 90% rice, barely any chicken, and a tiny drizzle of garlic sauce. The chicken itself was good but without a sufficient amount of sauce it lacked flavor. For the price, the quantity and quality were both really disappointing. If you’re craving good shawarma, I’d recommend going elsewhere — this place just doesn’t deliver on value or taste.

I placed an order for popcorn at 6:15 chicken, and a soda through the mobile app. The app said my order would be ready by 6:39 PM, but when I arrived and noticed it wasn’t busy, I decided to check in a little early , around 6:25–6:30 PM , to see if my order might be ready, since it was just one serving. When I asked the staff member if it was almost ready, she told me that it had already been prepared. I was surprised and asked how long it had been sitting out, and she said about 10 minutes. I explained that the app never notified me that my food was ready , it still said “being prepared.” She responded that I was supposed to come up to the counter regardless. I respectfully told her that the app should notify customers when their order is ready, and that staff need to mark it as ready in the system so customers know when to come up. If the food has been sitting out without any notification, that defeats the purpose of ordering through the app. I asked if I could get a fresh batch, and thankfully, she agreed. The issue here is that I had to explain how the mobile order process is supposed to work. If the app doesn’t notify me when my order is ready, I shouldn’t be expected to guess and go up to the counter. A simple update on the app — showing that the order is ready , would have avoided all this confusion. Please look into this process so other customers don’t have the same experience.

Excellent chicken served hot and fresh. Note that the spicy chicken IS spicy indeed. The spiciest franchised chicken I’ve ever had but delicious and tasty. Highly recommend the taters… served plentiful and delicious.

This was our first time trying Mary Brown's. We were pleasantly surprised at how spicy their spicy chicken was. Probably the most spicy of any of the fried chicken restaurants ( Popeyes / KFC ). The price point was ideal for 2 to 3 people at $40. We got the nine pieces of chicken combo. You get everything included in the pictures I posted with our delivery. The gravy was rich in flavorful also. I ended up dipping my fries in it and my biscuit. Once again be warned if you are not a spice person that the spicy chicken is indeed extremely spicy and sits on your lips and tongue for a good 15 to 20 minutes after you eat it. It was delicious!

Ordered Big Mary combo for pickup. This location is quite small for dine-in. Service was quick and the person who took my order was polite and attentive. Big Mary combo comes with a chicken sandwich, small taters, and a soft drink can. Their taters are really nice and have to be eaten right away. Biscuit can be ordered separately as an ad-on.

Five Guys never disappoints when it comes to flavor! The burgers were juicy, the fries were perfectly seasoned, and everything was fresh. However, it was very greasy,definitely not a light meal. Great for when you’re craving something indulgent! Milkshake was awesome

Five Guys is one of my favorite fast food spots due to their consistently high-quality food. The burgers and hot dogs we ordered met expectations, and the dining area was clean with friendly and organized staff. However, I was disappointed to find that the complimentary peanuts were moldy. When I brought it to the staff's attention, they simply mixed the peanuts to hide the moldy ones at the bottom of the box. This is not what I would expect from workers who should be more aware of the health risks associated with mold, especially near an open cooking space. I’m sharing this to inform other patrons and hope management takes action to better inspect the peanut supply before offering it to customers.

FIVE GUYS LIKE RAW COWING IT... Bought 2 hamburgers at Brampton location. One was cooked through other was raw see pics. Got refund. People get sick and die from uncooked meat like this. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BURGER IF COOKED REGARDLESS IF WHICH RESTAURANT YOU BUY AT. I hope they train people better and why to cook meat through.

FIVE GUYS is FIVE STARS! This place is definitely the go-to spot! I stopped by to pick up dinner for the family tonight, and right away, I was greeted by the friendliest staff and lightning-fast service! We enjoyed some delicious bacon cheddar burgers, and it felt like we had endless fries! Our tummies are so happy and satisfied. A big shoutout to the amazing team who worked tonight for their fantastic service, and kudos to the managers for having such an awesome crew! Thank you!

This place has changed since I was last there. They’ve moved around the seating and updated the decor, it looks great! I wish there was a better waiting area for takeout but this restaurant is excellent. Today I tried the lettuce burger (no bun) and I have to say it was the best burger I’ve ever had!

Not all its cracked up to be. My son and i are reviewing various smash burger places in Ontario and this one was on our list due to great reviews. Not sure why. The patties themselves were well cooked but had no flavour, almost like they lacked any seasoning at all including salt. The sauce added nothing. I found myself dunking my burger in ketchup to taste any sort of flavour. The buns were soggy and too soft, like eating wet bread. The fries were well portioned even for a small, but did not like the flavour, like day old carnival fries, very stale. Compared to other places it ranked as 3 stars for us for portion size. Still think on the bun is top so far. 5 guys wayy too pricey for what you get.

i would highly recommend the manager to take some english lessons so that he knows the difference between a door and a window. Please change ur uber instructions from asking diver to come to side door which is locked. U should write drive thru window there and its a little unsafe to walk near cars.

Some of them don’t know how to communicate. I had ordered big mac combo with fries and a drink but instead it i got cheeseburger. Even the person who was taking the order doesn’t know how to take order.

I visited this drive thru on August 2, 2025 around 11am. I got 10 McNuggets combo, doublecheese burger, and a jr chicken. They said it would be a 5 minute wait and I got parked in the lot (not even one of the normal waiting spots). That's fine. However, they forgot about me and I ended up waiting HALF AN HOUR in the parking lot before I got fed up and went inside and complained. They said they forgot about my order. They had to remake my fries because they were cold. Very very poor service, and I already submitted a complaint with head office. I could tolerate maybe 10 minutes or so if you're understaffed or something, but this was just negligence.

Loved the customer service and all the items on the menu especially the new additions chicken chargha. Really appreciate how they also included some vegetarian options too on the menu. Mango lassi , cheesecake and fresh gulab jamun available at this location.

The food was horrible.Wings undercooked, chicken was disgusting and location not very clean. The single staff who worked that evening was friendly and tried to replace the undercooked wings with two stale pieces of chicken which ended up in the garbage.The place needed cleaning..its a small location so wiping the tables and tidying up the counter wouldnt take more than 5 mins especially since customers are few and far between ( now I know why). Later that evening I had an upset stomach..not sure if it was a result of eating there.I will never return to that location or any other Quik Chik.I will stick to Popeyes.

Decent tasting fried chicken with nice seasoning and good portions. Minor complaints would be that the food was a little too oily (can leave you with a stomach ache), batter was a little too thick and the service was slow. Good competitor to Popeyes if you’re up for something similar. Kind and caring staff. I have been here multiple times now and their chicken seems a bit undercooked at points or has a strange taste to it. Paid $10 for 9 pc chicken nuggets and this is what I got . Tiny pieces of chicken only 5/6 pieces . The owner was very very rude and didn’t acknowledge his mistakes . The taste was horrible . Washrooms were dirty as hell. Running chai paratha as well from the same shops. What nothing seems to be clean .

Came in and asked if I could substitute 1 Dave's Single Burger Combo for a Spicy Chicken Combo since the coupons are the same price. I had a super rude manager tell me no because the prices are different. I told him that they were the same price and he proceeded to repeatedly call me a liar and the prices were different. Well as you can see by the photo, the prices are clearly the same price. This was simply unacceptable behavior on the manager's part and this goof should be nowhere near a position of management. Hopefully something is done, I will be reporting him to head office for a follow up.

Ive never tried wendy’s before this was my first time ever. I ordered a Cesar salad and a classic chicken sandwich combo. Tell me why I found MOLD/HAIR in my food and had to throw everything in the garbage. This is absolutely disgusting and concerning that a restaurant could be that dirty.

Just bought 2 combos, and 2 wraps asking these guys if they have a special that comes with 2 wraps and a free drink, he said no!! I asked again because my dad said he always gets it...so I got up to the window and I asked a 3rd time he then said for seniors "yes" why didn't u ask that before? Instead of abruptly saying no.....waited a bit for my order when I got my order no ketchup, and had to wait again....why would u think I wouldn't need ketchup?? They rush u then mess up your order every time....my order included 2 large fries and this is what I got

I never tried lemonade before or anything from Wendy’s, but last night we grabbed a small lemonade with salt and pepper, and trust me, it was so refreshing! The flavour was light and perfectly balanced, not too sweet, just what you need to cool down on a summer evening. Definitely worth trying if you’re craving something different and refreshing. I’ll be going back for sure

Went there and purchased a single chicken wrap and drink on a very hot day. Realized after checking my account that they charged me for the duo wrap instead. Happened to be in the same area the mistake and next day and asked them to correct the mistake and wanted to order a new drink. She told me she can't help me unless I can produce a receipt. This is ridiculous for 2 reasons, first, how would the receipt show that they gave me a single wrap instead of what the receipt showed. Second, who keeps fast food receipts? They toss them into the bottom of the bag and they are covered in sauce and grease. Hate to sound like "that person", but will not be going to that location again.😂

The place is shared with Tim's and has a drive through. There is reasonable number of parking spots around through two entrances. The staff have been responsive and helpful. The food took 10 mins to make the 2 sandwiches. The tables inside could be cleaner, though. The two Baconators were acceptable and overall a pleasant experience.

The only thing consistent about this Wendy’s is just how inconsistent they are. This the first fast food establishment where I’ll order two drinks and they’ll say “ we rang you up for you we didn’t think you wanted two”… like that’s not your job to think I want more than one drink. Best Shawarma in the GTA. Portion sizes are great and the food is made fresh. The flavour and consistency of the shawarma is incredible. I’ve been to a lot of shawarma joints and this one is the best I’ve tried. The staff are super friendly and patient while helping you with your order. It’s a great local spot and I’ll definitely keep eating here regularly!

Ordered the chicken shawarma on a salad, very tasty and everything tasted fresh. I’m a sauce person so the amount was amazing, if you’re not I would say order light sauce. Otherwise great tasting shawarma

The best shawarma I’ve ever had. Especially the half and half, the fresh fries make all the difference. They also give really good portions of the components and the protein. It’s definitely a new favourite and would recommend to everyone.

This is a medium size chicken shawarma dinner and it’s loaded but it’s better when it’s the woman making it. She gives a bit more meat it’s really packed. The pickled turnip is really salty but it balances the everything else. The flavour is a tad bland for me tonight even the sauce needs more flavour. This was one of our go to and tonight was a let down.

First time: The wrap was very full/packed and thick. Worth the money Second time: Got medium chicken shawarma half/half (fries and rice), which was $16, and laban (yogurt drink). Half/half does not come with any toppings. Very good amount of meat. Had to ask for more sauce. The spicy sauce has a nice unique flavour 😋

The cabbage brings such a nice taste and the onions are blanched so they don’t have such a strong taste. Chicken is well seasoned with a bit of a spice to it. Loved the chicken shawarma and rice bowl!

My go-to spot for shawarma and platters! Easily the most underrated place in Ontario. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming every time. I’ve tried nearly every shawarma spot across the GTA, and none compare—this place always comes out on top. The quality and quantity are consistently excellent. Every time I come to this location whether I’ve come in person or ordered online the quality of the beer hamburgers taste extremely bad, they almost taste like they’ve been microwaved and then placed in the bun. They definitely do not taste fresh like other locations. They also charge almost $8 for an order of onion rings but when I recieved my order there was so many onion rings missing, the quantity I recieved didn’t even go to the top of the bag. I will not be wasting my money at this location anymore. The service and quality of the food has gone down the drain.

Do NOT order online from this location.. they make your food with left over scraps that would otherwise not be fit to serve in person. My patty was in several pieces, with random small cut up pieces of tomato's and other toppings instead of the proper ingredients. The workers here are lazy and do not care. I like the burgers here. Also they give refills on drinks so that is good. Over all customer service has been fine although some servers are better and more helpful than others. So yes their is scope of having better servers.Over all decent place in the food court.

I ordered a large fries from McDonald's today (March 6, 2025) at 1:55 AM, and I was extremely disappointed. After a long night, I was craving hot, crispy, and fresh fries, but what I got was the complete opposite—cold, stale, and lifeless. It felt like they had been sitting out for hours. McDonald's fries are supposed to be one of the best, but this location completely let me down. I expected better quality and care, especially for a late-night order when freshness should be a priority. It’s frustrating to spend money on something that doesn’t meet even the basic expectations. I won’t be ordering from this branch again. Such a disappointment!

Terrible service I ordered uber eats from this location on August 18 at 1:58am and I had a junior chicken combo with a Oreo mcflurry and the is no burger in the bag as well as cold fries and I ordered a regular mcflurry and received a snack size. This is ridiculous and I will be speaking to the HR department about this.

The coffee I bought tasted stale as though it had been there for a while, it was warmish, to get me one medium coffee took 7min and 34sec. In my opinion rather long to have to wait for one coffee after paying. The cashier seemed rather rushed with me when I was paying and I just finished with a rather hectic court matter and briefly forgot what pocket of my purse I put my change. I later found that rather not so amusing considering there was no one behind me and how long it took what appeared to be a far overstaffed kitchen including what looked like two managers and maybe someone from head office. You would have assumed that would have made work performance better. Well wait I noticed you have to ask the front counter to unlock the washroom, the handicapped feature on the door wasn't on during service, there is no where for anyone with a bicycle to lock their bike, the only plus seemed to be they were more kid friendly attitude as they had crayons readily out and little headbands coloring pages ready to go vs other McDonald's locations that might not do that.

The dumbest people working here…. Ordered online, they give wrong orders away not even checking it properly…. Are they even blind or what carefully review the order and even if someone has to call at the store nobody is picking it up….. called several times no response… i don’t know why they close the store if can’t run it properly nd manage it… Im pure vegetarian and they gave non vegan food … like seriously anyone can be allergic to it….

I visit this location quite frequently, and for the most part i don’t have issues with this location. I’ve had a few mishaps like missing an item from my order, but nothing that would steer me away from this location. We’re human, we all make mistakes. My ONLY complaint is not regarding the location itself, but someone who works at this location. There’s an Indian lady, roughly in her 20s-30s, typically wears glasses (although seen her a few times without), dark hair and seems to be a Supervisor or Manager. She’s not friendly AT ALL! On May 25th, i went for Breakfast and once i got my food, i asked her if i could get some Ketchup. I extended my hand for her to put the ketchup packet in my hand, instead she placed the packet on the counter, away from my hand and then walked off. It’s obviously not a huge issue, but when you deal with other people at this location and they’re so friendly when asking for things, and then you deal with her. It’s honestly like we’re bothering her. Maybe instead of having Cutlery, Napkins and Ketchup behind the counter, let the customers have access to it so we can help ourselves if it’s such a bother. It’s not to be disrespectful, but Jobs are tough to come by nowadays, and when you see someone who doesn’t seem friendly and looks like they have no desire being there, give the opportunity to someone who will gladly do the job, and do it with a positive attitude. Especially when the other Managers/Employees are so friendly, she really sticks out amongst the rest. I give this location a 4/5.

Service is terrible in the drive-through during the night takes 10 minutes just to get a coffee without any other cars there if there’s cars there you’re guaranteed you’re gonna be sitting there for half an hour after they take your order you drive up to the window and you don’t see anybody for about 10 minutes in the coffee. It’s just terrible won’t be wasting my time anymore and maybe get people that speak proper English.

Stay away! Ordered chicken wings, found them stinking, may be rotten chicken. Called back and asked for refund but were denied. After lot of discussion they said, bring back the remaining wings, which they can replace with wings but they will start cooking new set only after I will arrive at store which means 20 minutes of waiting at store at 11 in night. Not worth it for most likely another set of rotten stinky wings. Stinking food with terrible and rude customer service.

We usually order here the whole wheat dough pizza, it's really good but yesterday when we ordered and asked to repeat our old order they have made with regular all purpose flour instead of whole wheat. They should have checked properly and made the order bcoz some people have allergies and they order accordingly.

I was ordering from this location from quite sometime.However from past 3-4 times, i ordered 2 dipping sauces but they send me only 1, which is fyn mistakes do happen. I ordered the pizza for kids with mild spicy. The options given to me were mild, medium and hot and I ordered the one with the mild spicy, but even that pizza was so spicy that even kids cannot eat it.

I usually never give 5 stars in any of my reviews but this pizza place truly deserves it. I can't find anything that they should improve, the environment and the smell of the restaurant is already amazing. Our lunch (me and my friends) was so relaxed and the restaurant was quiet. The garlic dipping sauce is to die for, it's also free. The only thing I'd like added is a bathroom but I would see how that is impossible. 2 days ago as well as today, I tasted the best Shawarma pizza of my life. Not only that, the employees are incredibly nice, the food is amazing, heated and fresh. My meal was so good I tipped the employees 10$ and they declined it! I felt so bad, felt like I had to do something more to prove my meal was just class. So I am writing my first 5 star review. On top of all that, they offer halal options, good drinks and multiple menu items. All at a good price! Before concluding this review, they even have a student discount so students, enjoy this place! You won't regret it!

$6 for a western sandwich that had stale bread and barely any egg used it looked like. Brutal. Service was good though the two young Indian girls were very nice but they need to be taught how to prepare food in a better way.

I don't think I've ever given a 1 star before. But we saw franks on skips and thought why not order from somewhere local that wasn't a chain. Was pretty disappointed considering the price. The taste wasn't terrible, but tasted like something you'd just buy frozen and throw on the grill. I feel like the picture speaks for itself. Also, the fries were okay, but were tasteless.

Well it’s another sad day in Brampton. The original owners of Franks hamburgers have retired and it’s now owned by people who have changed the food suppliers that the original owners used for their burger patties and buns. The name is the same but the burgers are not. While it’s not bad it’s definitely not up to par with what the previous owner’s delivered. The fries are the same, the milkshake has now less ice cream in it so it’s not as creamy. Still better than McD’s or BK. Overall a disappointing experience. As for the East Indian food that they now also serve, I couldn’t tell you. That’s not what I went there for. I won’t be going back.

I usually read reviews before ordering at a new place but this time i did not. On Skip the dishes I ordered a sausage with lots of mustard and a hamburger with bacon, ketchup, lettuce and tomato with an orange crush. When our food arrived, it was cold and wrong. They sent a hotdog with lots of mustard and a hamburger with cheese on it, which we are both allergic to cheese, and would have not asked for cheese it wasnt even an option drop down it was an added price. oh and I was sent a cream soda not a orange crush. I called right away. The girl was very apologetic and seemed to blame skip, as there was multiple skip orders. She did not understand english very well and i asked her what she was gonna do about it. Owner would contact me next day. Left my name and number. Next day no call. So I called and spoke to same girl and she said she would make the order and we would pick it up. When we got home which took only 15mins, the food was cold. The hotdog and hamburger buns were complete mush and the sausage was like pate wrapped in skin couldn't eat, inside the meat patty it felt and looked like cement mix that i could put my finger through and scoop out the inards of the said meat. It all went in the garbage. I gave them a 2star as the girl was very friendly but i would never eat here or recommend here not even to my worst enemy. First time eating here...oops i mean ordering cuz i definitely didnt eat said food.

We ordered lunch via skip. The food was cold as it was not heated up. I got a grilled cheese that was toasted unbuttered bread with cold cheese. A chicken salad sandwich that was 2 over cooked chicken straps with the smallest amount of lettuce and mayo. A cold, hard, unheated Jamaica beef patty. We will not be ordering from here again.

Another beloved local gem taken over by a North Indian restaurant who can't keep up with basic health inspection requirements or cook food properly. They should not be using the same name or keeping the reviews from the wonderful previous owners to mislead customers. Why is the city approving so many of these same type of restaurants when there's so many in the vicinity already. The city needs more diversity with food establishments.

One of best locations of Taco Bell. They are very quick and efficient with my order. Their Bean Taco was delicious along with Bean Fries Supreme.

The food is always fresh and warm also there’s kind customer service i recommend this location to anyone but the Taco Bell at shoppers is a no go.

The older couple (that I believe run the restaurant) are extremely pleasant and inviting. They are very warm and honestly a pleasure to see. The food is great too. It has all your typical shawarma flavor but with some refinement.

Really diverse for a middle eastern eatery. They use their spices very well and the food is all made in-house. It's not the typical shawarma joint. It separates itself very well. Full 5 stars if they set up their seating to be a bit cozier. Food is full 5 for sure. Came back after a few months and had their shawarma salad. Real good folks.

We were mesmerized by the cleanest environment and the way customer service was! We always get a world class customer service each time. Very friendly people. The owner always offer us different meals to try without any charge. Most tastiest meals and owner is very generous in filling shawarma with tender chicken and beef portions. We are absolutely addicted to the variety of fresh food they offer. My family love their fresh soft Baklava, and cake sweets. We highly recommend this place and can easily give most highest rating to this store.

My husband and I have ordered take out from this place and it never disappoints ! We usually order the chicken platter and or beef platter. The meat tastes fresh, a lot of veggies and dressing and the portions are huge! The staff is friendly always smiling. We don't eat out much so whenever we decide to do so we make sure it's worth it and this is definitely better than Osmos.

Probably the best chicken on the rocks I’ve ever had. That’s likely because the hot sauce and garlic sauce are both made in house from fresh ingredients and Nahla’s love. She introduced herself and asked me how my meal was, which is a great thing for any restaurant owner to do, but hardly ever happens. They even gave me some chips to try with their onion salsa. Everything was so delicious! I’ll be back next time I’m in the neighbourhood.

First time customer and the food is excellent! It tastes so fresh and delicious, not heavy like a lot of shawarma pitas can be. The older gentleman was so sweet! He was packing their pita chips (which look like they are made in house!!!) and he gave me one with a giant scoop of their onion salsa, which was TO DIE FOR! I will be back for sure!

I’m a frequent customer at KFC and have had both great and not-so-great experiences. Most of the time, the food is fresh, hot, and enjoyable. However, there have been times—like with my latest order—when the food wasn’t hot and didn’t meet the usual quality standards. Recently, I placed an order expecting the same great taste, but unfortunately, the food arrived cold, and it wasn’t up to par. My boss, who was excited for the meal, commented that it was the worst KFC he’d had. I understand that occasional mistakes happen, but consistent quality is important, especially for regular customers like me.

Usually not a bad place but their meals can be inconsistently made. On some days the chickens are nice and dry while.on some other like I recently bought, chicken was oily, surgy and don't taste well.

i order popcorn chicken bucket but its look and taste like rubber when i mention it to cashier the young guy under training very rude to me raise his voice and said this what to get. For about we were in the restaurant and ate our food. No one bothered to clean the tables. Floors were littered with paper and dirt. Employees could have cleaned the place. I saw them just standing inside and talking. I will not accept an excuse that they are busy. There were hardly less than 10 clients in the restaurant. The floors are all sticky.

The management or whoever reviews the food safety and customer satisfaction at this location in Brampton clearly doesn’t care looking at the reviews, I ordered an online pickup with 2 spicy sliders, popcorn chicken, fries and onion rings. I placed the order while I was at the drive thru speaker and mentioned I need everything to be FRESH, she said yes and then asked us to wait 5 minutes, after waiting for 10 minutes we went back to pickup the order coming up to cold food that had been standing there for hours! I ended up garbaging all of it! RUDE PEOPLE WORKING HERE! THEY NEED TO BE TRAINED ABOUT FOOD SAFETY! I wouldn’t even give it 1 star!

Recently visited this small and nice outlet. Owner is friendly and welcoming. Steamed veg momo were awesome a must try. We ordered aloo paratha, veg burger and samosa chat as well. All the dishes were freshly prepared and tasty. Overall it’s a highly recommended place to visit and you won’t get disappointed.

Best food experience. The food is so so so good. Didn’t feel like heavy restaurant food. This place is a must try. We tried chana poori, aloo parantha, gobi parantha and paneer kathi roll. All the items were so delicious. Must try and highly recommended.

Nice place with almost all Delhi style street food options like chaat, momo, chole bhature, kulche, hakka Chinese, shakes etc. We ordered all these items, they were freshly made and flavourful. Worst experience whenever i order from this location . I dont know why they every time messed up with my order . I ordered two masala veggie burger combo with pancakes . Burger seems with no sauce at all . Moreover , no cuttlery has been provided with pancakes not even syrup and look at butter i think might be night persons should double check the order before delivering. In the comments I specifically mentioned to give extra syrup with pancakes but haven’t got any . Moreover look at the lids atleast try to give another lids so that person can have a drink properly . Wastage of money , and the poutine is horrible no gravy at all . The persons working in night shift should be aware of customer order and food quality . With fries also there was no ketchup at all . Need to improvise a lot .

I had ordered for the first time and I ordered cubby chicken burger but they have sent me without any toppings also a hair has found inside the burger . First time bad experience

Disappointing behaviour. The staff (lady) working at the moment has absolutely no idea about customer service. I understand that restaurant environment is stressful at peak hours but being disrespectful and saying “I have 7 uber orders, i can’t listen to you” is extremely rude to a regular customer. She did not wanna listen and the tone was aggressive.

I have always liked A&W and the Habanero Chicken Burger used to be my favorite. But recently, I’ve been very disappointed with the quality at this location. Twice now, after a long day at work, I ordered a Habanero Chicken Burger only to find that the patty was not fresh at all. It looked and tasted like it had been fried multiple times, which completely ruins the experience—especially when you’re hungry and looking forward to a meal you’ve always enjoyed. The last time this happened, I called and spoke with Simran. She apologized and offered me a free burger, but I explained that it’s not about getting something for free—it’s about serving food that’s fresh and up to the quality A&W is known for. Unfortunately, the same issue happened again. When I called back, I was told that if customers don’t specifically request a “freshly made burger,” they will just be given whatever is already prepared—even if it’s not fresh. Honestly, that’s unacceptable. As a paying customer, I should expect a fresh, good-quality burger without having to make a special request. This has happened twice now, and it’s really disappointing from a brand I’ve always trusted. I hope A&W takes this feedback seriously and improves their standards at this location.

A&W was great! I ordered an anytime breakfast meal, specifically an egg sandwich with a combo. The food was delicious, but the service was a bit slow. It took quite a long time just for eggs, which was a little frustrating. The staff was good and friendly, though, which made the wait more bearable. The price I paid was okay, but I do wish it was cheaper since it felt a bit expensive for what I got. Overall, it's a solid spot, but they could work on speeding up their service.

Well! I ordered 6inch veggie patty online through subway app on 31st january/2025 time was 10.15pm , Order 204C3E90-77. But when I reach home and start to eat I found no veggie patty inside the subway. Isn’t it this is careless . I hope manager will look into this ,I mention date and time its will be easy for manager to find who was this . I didn’t call because it closed at11.30 pm . But please try to understand that when someone order something from your shop and he is hungry how its gonna feel. Thanks

We ordered online through subway app and asked for Italian herb and cheese bread grilled and toasted. When we opened the wrap after reaching home it was another bread and was not even grilled and toasted. We called the store the same moment and complained. The lady was too rude and said we were out of the bread which you asked for so we gave you another what we had available and forgot to grill and roast. They could have contacted customer if they are out of stock for what customer ordered for instead of giving what they have available !!! Completely disappointing experience. Make sure to check your order before leaving the store.

Had a great experience at Subway on Sunday evening! The girl who served us was absolutely fantastic - super friendly, efficient, and professional. She knew her stuff and made sure our sandwiches were made just right. Kudos to her for excellent customer service! 🌟👍

Both ladies have no manners how to deal with customers , we spend money then they give us food but the lady was like i am giving you food for free. when we went there tried sub it was not toasted properly and when i said make it again she said i cant pay from my own pocket , the worst experience of subway. It is the worst Subway restaurant I ever visited. Firstly the staff is mannerless. They don’t know how to talk or behave with the customers, simply kept talking among themselves. Secondly they have a know it all attitude which is fine if they actually know how to make the sandwiches, but apparently they don’t. The owner should teach employees to deal with customer.

Ordered a pizza, came to pick it up, they said another 2 mins. Waited then got my pizza only to drive home and see that it's undercooked...I don't mind waiting longer as long as the pizza is properly cooked...I had to finish cooking the pizza in my air fryer. Nice staff, plentiful toppings but disappointed in the preparation.

My favorite pizzeria in Brampton! From the moment I walk in, the staff is always welcoming and friendly. The pizza is outstanding — perfectly crispy crust, fresh toppings, and a rich, flavorful sauce. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients. Service is quick, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. Easily one of the best pizza spots around!!

We had a fantastic time overall. We decided to go with the Pepperoni Sausage, and the service was impressively quick. I believe Veer, the person handling the kitchen and cash, did an outstanding job! Kudos to him!

I ordered the rigatoni for take out. The order was ready.on time and hot. At home, when I opened it, I was surprised to find the amount of melted cheese on top and the quantity of the rigatoni. It was delicious. There was so much, I couldn't finish it in one sitting. The price was excellent too. I would highly recommend this dish.

Ordered a large 3 topping pizza well done as we like crispier crust. The pizza came doughy, the bacon was raw & the pepperoni was soft like it just came out of the fridge. We called and they agreed to remake the pizza, repeating our order of a large well done pizza. We received the 2nd pizza and it looked even lighter than the first pizza. The pictures show the 1st pizza on the left and 2nd pizza on the right. The 2nd picture shows the raw bacon that we had to pick off the 2nd pizza. We had to reheat the pizza in the oven for 7 minutes for it to be edible. Pizza ville was my go-to pizza joint and I am sad to say this will be the last pizza I eat from Pizzaville. The quality has reached an unacceptable low.

This is my go to stop for a quick slice. Ive been a regular for almost 20 years and the service, price and quality is fantastic. Highly recommend.

Wont reccommend this place, i aksed for onion and green pepper but i hardly se any onions on here its mostly cheese. The pizza was burnt and not tasty you can taste lots of oil in here. You need a vegetarian pizza, forget they use same cutter for every pizza in there shop, the meat will touch your pizza. The malton locatiom is better than here.

came here a few days ago with my coworker, and the workers there were genuinely so kind and friendly to us!! i wish i had gotten a name, but the man at the counter taking our order was awesome. the pizza was even better. we got a medium pepperoni pizza and it was not greasy or too oily, the cheese was melty and stretchy, and there was a generous amount of pepperoni. if you’re a fan of pizzas with a thinner crust (as i am), then this is a great place. it was also super affordable! i will definitely be returning :)
