The 50 best cheap eats in Saint Joseph

I was really looking forward to dining here, especially since it was my first time. The atmosphere was great, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. The young man who brought our food was excellent, but our waitress seemed disinterested and inattentive. We were seated at 5:30, but didn’t receive our food until 7:00. She didn’t check on us as frequently as she should have, and we had to ask twice about the status of our order. Meanwhile, other parties who were seated at the same time as us had already been served and left. The stuffed mushrooms were delicious, but the gumbo was disappointingly thin, and the pasta dish I ordered was overly soupy and definitely not worth the $17.99 I paid.

I have been to Boudreaux's more times than I can count. The food has been excellent every time. They have recently relocated to a new building, and the food service seems to have slowed a little. The servers are still very attentive, and my drink never went empty. I miss the fantastic old school bar, but they seem to have decorated to a more modern New Orleans atmosphere. Overall the restaurant remains great!

Tuna steak was very good! Lainie, our waitress, was amazing! (I've been in the hospital for a week, and she made our lunch very pleasant! We missed seeing the old bar, but their new location is very nice! My husband had the super jambalaya, and he said 4 stars. He wished he had ordered the seafood jambalaya (seafood only). He said it was a LOT of food.

**Great dining experience at Boudreaux's!** The oysters were incredibly fresh and delicious, and the catfish was perfectly cooked. Highly recommend for authentic Louisiana flavors. Will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Food was Fantastic! Very fun atmosphere. The drinks were good and the service was amazing 😍. When we come back for the Bluff woods Renaissance Fair we will definitely stop in again.

Can I give this place 10 stars? We were visiting St Joseph for a couple of days to visit some of the museums and was looking for something new to try for dinner. This place was amazing! The food and the service were fantastic! I had the blackened seafood platter. It came with a lemon butter sauce that was rich and delicious. I ordered a side of Cajun and seafood mashed potatoes that were so seasoned and so creamy.

My brother & wife along with me & my husband enjoyed a phenomenal meal here this week. Who would think one could find a Times Square quality restaurant in St. Joseph, Mo.? We all have traveled worldwide & after much discussion, we agreed that we'd never had a meal as delicious as this.

Legitimately one of the most delicious meals we've had on a night out. Very warm and inviting atmosphere while still giving an air of exclusivity. Our table felt private despite other tables being nearby. The proprietor was really nice and took a few minutes to chat with us. Make your reservations early and call ahead to choose your main entree! Great place to make your date feel special. We'll happily return in the future.

A dining experience that was phenomenal. We were a party of 8, and everyone was delighted. I had the filet with potatoes, vegetables and a roll with butter. The steak was perfect. The dessert trio was very delicious.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here. It was our first time at this establishment and it did not disappoint! We wasn't sure what to expect with parking and other norms. Parking was in the street right in front of the building which helped me feel safe. The staff were genuine, friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was quiet, romantic and intimate. We enjoyed the food along with its presentation. Very delicious and filling. The special happy anniversary touch in chocolate was very special. My favorite was the corn chowder.

What an amazing place! The home is so beautiful and the food is 10 out of 5 stars, it is so amazing. Wonderful atmosphere, amazing hosts, and food! If you haven't been here, you need to! Definitely will be back soon!

I took my wife here for our anniversary and we had a lovely time. The experience is very intimate in sense of guests and seating. Before I get to the establishment I'd like to offer a couple considerations. Due to the limited amount of guest for the evening parking streetside right in front is easy. We did encounter some people that were patrolling the streets so make sure your situational awareness is turned on. You bring your own libations as they do not have their liquor license. We felt a bit awkward at first, but it's the norm here so that diminished quickly after arriving. When making reservations you will choose your entrees a few days ahead of time so plan accordingly. Now to the good stuff! Our table was one of four for the evening all set within a large entertaining room. The room itself is part of an old delightful restoration with a plethora of stories to be told every where you look. Our hosts were the right bit of a jovial refined bunch. My wife had the lamb and I the filet mignon, both were excellent and cooked to order. The dessert was sensation overload in a good way. All in all we had a delightful and unique experience.

A delightful experience in a charming house with exquisite food. We will definitely return next time we are in the area!

A slightly upscale pizzeria. The decor is underwhelming but the staff is friendly and accommodating. I grade a pizza by its crust and I can give a mixed review here. The outside crust was excellent but the center was soggy. If you are a fan of the thin, crispy, Italian style crust, try the Pane appetizer

Stopped in for lunch at Il Lazzarone in St. Joe and had the Margherita pizza—absolutely incredible. Perfect crust, fresh ingredients, and that real wood-fired flavor that’s hard to find. You can tell they care about the craft. If you’re into legit Neapolitan pizza, this place is a must. Can’t wait to come back!

On our way back to Iowa from KC MO and I was craving pizza, real fresh crust pizza! Hands down the best pizza I've had!

The staff were so friendly and responsive. The pizza and bruschetta that was ordered was delicious. The crust crisp but tender, perfect thickness, and the toppings were generous but not over done. You can tell they use quality ingredients, they shine in every bite. This should be everyone in the areas go to spot for amazing pizza!

The food was delicious!! My steak was cooked to perfection!! We had a party of 17 and the food all Came out at the same time and there was not one complaint. The salad bar was good. But those cinnamon rolls were amazing and came with the meal!!! 10/10. 100% will be back!!

We were traveling through from KC back to Omaha. Staff was amazing, food was like home cooking only I didn’t have to cook, and price was shockingly less than I anticipated!! If it’s a weekend they do recommend reservations but we sat at the bar and the bartender was as good as any waitress. Thanks for the hospitality. We will be back!!

The steaks were amazing! It was busy, but still very good service. We did make a reservation and it is helpful to do on a Friday night or Saturday night. The salad bar is fine. But the steaks were just incredible!

A little of the beaten path (we are out of Townes just passing through) but worth it! Grilled cheese for the kid, ribeye for the hubby and salmon for me - all great! Meal served with hot rolls and hot cinnamon rolls. Two soups, made fresh daily available. Highly recommend.

I had probably the most disappointing dinner that I've ever had in my life. This place gets hyped up very frequently around the city. 'Best steakhouse in town', 'very good food'. While the service was excellent, and the atmosphere fitting of a steakhouse (albeit, a little crowded) the food was tasteless. I felt like I used half the saltshaker on my food alone. I had fried potatoes, fried in what felt like water. The prime rib while moist, just had absolutely no real beef flavor you get from a traditional steak. The appetizer, the crab rangoon overcooked and hard to chew. I left full. Great portions, but didn't have any if that feel good, aftertaste from a good meal. Maybe a full house impacted good quality, or maybe it's always like this. But for the price, and for the taste....won't be back. Sorry, I gave it a try.

Can't get enough of the Fredrick Inn Steakhouse! The service is so friendly, the salad/soup bar is ample and the food is perfectly cooked to order. The steaks, fried chicken, sweet and plain rolls are all perfect. Gotta try the catfish! The traditional local bar/pub/steakhouse ambiance is very welcoming. So many locals come back again and again. I would give more stars, if possible!

Stopped in for lunch; very good food (but no cinnamon rolls served as advertised and the gravy was instant) but the service was a huge disappointment in terms of attentiveness and promptness. We were there at 12:30 pm. There were four other tables besides ours and it took an hour and a half to get served. No offer to refill our glasses until we were ready for the check. No return to the table to check on how the steak was cooked! The restaurant was clean. Not recommended for lunch.

My husband and I visited last weekend for brunch! The food was very delicious, you could tell it was made from scratch. It does take awhile to get your food, but I feel like that should be expected since they make it fresh. I usually don't like eggs Benedict, however my husband got it and it was delicious! Our server was very friendly, and he was able to answer any questions we had. We will be back soon, I want to try one of the themed dinners they have on Thursdays!

I visit this place when it was recently open, at the time I loved it. I move from St Jo. And wanted to come back ; finally did it. No disappointment, I love the slow pace, atmosphere is to relax and enjoy food, service is excellent and the food it was great, I fell like this is kinda farm to table. The menu is well thought and portions are reasonable. Personally I don’t like big appetizers or desserts I don’t think they should be another meal but to complement your main entree. This time my husband and I visited for his birthday getaway night. Perfect for slow down after long week…

Small and intimate restaurant with stellar food and drinks. Art Deco/1940s jazz Vibe with the decor and atmosphere music. It’s a limited rotating menu, so you know everything is good! String and delicious drinks. We will be making a point of stopping to eat here anytime we make a trip to St Joe!

This place had a great vibe. It was like finding a jewel in an unlikely place. The food was delicious, and I enjoyed a mocktail. The butter pecan cake was really good. They offer live music on weekends.

The good: nice atmosphere, service, dessert was very nice. The not so good: portion size was small. It was like a sample plate of a meal. I had the beef medallions which were tiny, one roasted tomato (again very small), 3 pieces of asparagus and a portion of augraten potatoes that was about 2 fork fulls. It all tasted good but for the price I was hoping to not leave hungry. Had the Pecan Cake for dessert and that was right sized and very nice. I don't regret trying this place but I doubt I would go back again.

Came to the restaurant at 1:30 today. Male staff member was being extremely loud visiting with customer at bar- which disrupted the whole restaurant. This was the first stop with our first time in St.Joseph. Unfortunately a rough start for our trip. Food was tasty but expensive for the portion size. Great atmosphere.

This cozy cafe had some great healthy dishes. Absolutley loved the menu and the quite atmosphere. I think it would be a great place also to hang out at the bar for the night. Highly reccomend the tomato basil soup. Probably one of the better restaurants ive been to in the joe!

Walked into Hi-Ho Bar & Grill during March Madness and found an open seat with two large TVs playing both basketball games I was hoping to watch. Ordered and enjoyed the night. Easy parking right outside.

Really great place to stop! They have a really friendly staff and they are very fun and maybe a bit onry, in a good way. Learned a new saying today, "everybody in the industry is frome the isle of misfit toys". That was great! Thanks for a good time!

Prices were really reasonable. Its not just a plain burger place in a bar, they have pizza as well, all home made and doctored up burgers and house made chips were amazing. Definitely going back again when we're in town. 5 🌟

Can't speak for the food, as I was not hungry. The bartenders were amazing especially Logan. Very friendly. They were busy but still took the time to make sure we had everything we needed.

Spent the day antiquing in st Joseph Missouri and found this great Irish pub for lunch. Easy to find , right on the main drag with plenty of street parking as well as a back parking lot. Fast and friendly service. There was a decent sized crowd for a Sunday. I enjoyed a cheese burger while my friend had a BLT without the bacon. My buddy is a vegetarian and never has any trouble finding something to eat no matter where we go! Hi ho has a vegetable pizza on the menu that sounds good as well as salads. The house made chips were excellent actually much better than the French fries. I will return to try their Rubin soon .

The service was wonderful. The server conducted herself in a professional manner. The food was prepared the way that it was ordered.

If I could give 6 stars I would. This is such a lovely place, like going back to grandma's kitchen. A family and very proudly owned german heritage place. The food was exceptional, freshly made, perfectly flavored. Everyone was so attentive, they made a simple lunch a delightful experience

Great little German restaurant. Feels like you stepped back in time. Very intimate dining with very authentic food. I had the Variety Plate which was one cabbage roll, one Polish sausage with coarse ground mustard, one Pierogi smothered in grilled crispy onions. Come with two sides, I chose hot German Potato Salad ( incredible!) and Red Cabbage which was also incredible. I don’t often rave about side dishes but these were great. All the food was fantastic and delicious. Service was friendly and excellent. Owner came out to see if we were satisfied; we were! Deserts looked really good but I was too full from the meal to indulge. Definitely on my list to eat at next time I return. It is definitely “Food Worth Stopping For”.

Sweet little German spot that has some of the best German food you can get. Hot Potato Salad and Red Cabbage with the Jagerschnitzel is incredible. I'm just passing through but, if you want a meal that makes you feel at home or just the taste from Germany, it's here. And if you're lucky, you'll get some great desserts.

We tried Cabbage Roll for the first time today. Very neat little restaurant with very wonderful staff and service! Andy even gave us cookies and a drink while we waited on our to go order 🙂The food was really good and the dessert was amazing. We will definitely be going back soon! The only disappointment is not getting some goulash or hamburger cabbage soup as well!

Total Gem!!!! We love German food and happened upon this treasure today. Tho we were 30min from close, Andy the owner and staff were completely accommodating. We ordered 5 dishes with sides and were blown away by the excellent flavor of the food. Our kids, 6 and 4, finished every bit of their lunch, which as you know can be a challenge to find kid friendly food. I highly recommend this family owned joint. The menu was simple and not overwhelming. All the old school German knick-knacks all over were fun. Definitely will be back.

I love having lunch at The Cabbage Roll. The food is always spot on (especially the schnitzel, jagerschnitzel and pierogies) and you’ll leave stuffed thanks to the generous portions. The staff is really what makes this place shine. Everyone is beyond kind and genuinely happy to welcome you in, and they always go out of their way to make sure you have a fantastic lunch. I leave there happy that I went and looking forward to my next visit.

Absolutely delicious! The cabbage rolls were tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The filling was savory and well-balanced, and the tomato-based sauce brought everything together beautifully. Comforting, hearty, and clearly made with care—highly recommend if you’re craving something traditional and satisfying!

Came in today for a family meal. 6 group wait equated to about 22~ minutes. Chips and queso, honey crossaints, and onion tower as appetizers. I ordered the chicken pot pie, and it was delicious. Other members all got a steak with sides. A few mistakes were made - one steak with shrimp entry came with grilled shrimp of the requested fried shrimp. Another steak entry, asked for brown gravey, got white. All steaks were over peppered. No hugest deals but annoyances. The server didn't take any finished plates or glasses when we were done as courtesy bussing.

Got the sirloin and shrimp. Was pretty good. Steak was a little tough but not too bad. The little cup of sauce that came with it was awesome. Service was wonderful. Sat over in the bar area in a booth. Was pretty comfortable. Cool fish tank too.

We went immediately after attending the KC Chiefs training camp, so there was quite crowd! We were seated after less than a 5 minute wait. A server came within 2 minutes, and our meal arrived within 10 minutes. The food was absolutely excellent, and our server checked in with us often enough, but not too often. Overall, a great experience! If we lived in town, we'd definitely go there on a regular basis!

This is the place to go if you wanted something in between 54th Street and Texas Roadhouse. The prices are not as much as the others, but definitely worth a meal. The baked potato is awesome, but not the fries which seem to be just reheated only. Otherwise, overall food experience is fine. Don't forget to tip a bit more so that the crew can all smile a bit more as well.

They had made reservations for a party of six adults and four children. We got there at six like they said and waited till seven then they came over after we asked what was going on. They said the server was cleaning off an area for us. All we waited another 15 minutes. We then again asked for the manager after discussing the issue he took us back walking through all the people and was separating our tables and we said no we want to at least sit all close together. So The manager took us back to the front of the waiting area and said it was gonna take even longer. Wasted there and watched people come in after we did and left before anything could be done with us. Why they couldn’t put two or even three tables together side-by-side is beyond me. This has happened a few times now this time I’m beyond fed up with this. It’s sad because their food is amazing. I cannot justify me going back again. Why even bother making a Why even bother making a reservation early in the day just to find out you can’t get in.And what’s even funnier we went to Olive Garden right next-door. They greeted us with a happy smile and pleasant atmosphere and they even sat us Down right away!

I came here for my 21st birthday, I tried to order a drink they checked my ID and said they couldn't serve me. I asked for the manager and he said my ID was fine. Even after they said my ID was fine I still never received my drink. Was a little disappointed that I couldn't celebrate my 21st with a nice cold margarita. Will not be eating here again.

I recently dined at Texas Roadhouse and had a fantastic experience that exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the warm, welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff made me feel right at home. The highlight of my meal was undoubtedly the food. The steaks were cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful, just as I had hoped. The sides were equally impressive – the buttery rolls. Despite being busy, our server was attentive and efficient, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout the meal.

I wasn't super impressed with the food or service. Our waitress came by MAYBE a total of 3 times. The food was okay, but I was expecting better for the price. My baked potato was really dry and my steak tasted like liver. They did replace my steak after the manager made me feel guilty for saying something. (I did offer for any of them to taste test it, but no takers.) I have been to the Texas Roadhouse restaurant in Liberty, MO also and had a much better experience there.

Pleasantly surprised. I used to eat "corporate steaks" all the time while travelling for work. I had a ribeye and it was really good! Normally chain restaurants over season the meat to make up for inferior quality but not here. The meat was seasoned correctly and cooked correctly. Our server was wonderful and asked all the right questions. The Manager delivered our food and made sure that everything was served correctly before she left. Overall, great experience.

Placed a to go order online. Easy to order and pay. It was ready sooner than estimated, which is a good thing. The guy that brought the order to our car was friendly. Everything was very good. I wish there was some way they could keep selfish people from parking in the curbside pickup spots when they are not picking up an order.

We go to Texas Roadhouse often and enjoy the food! The steaks are tender and juicy. The salad is delicious and fresh. And we enjoy the hot rolls! The service is always great! However, the atmosphere is so loud that it makes it unpleasant to talk to our family and friends. We can barely hear each other. My husband said he doesn’t know if he can stand to go back…so, please turn down the music. We like music and fun, but it is too much.

Superb people served scrumptious victuals!! I ordered a 6 oz. sirloin steak which was perfectly grilled to a juicy medium. And my other family members enjoyed their burger and kabob meals. I dipped my steak fries into their homemade Ranch dressing--such a treat!!

We had Lacie as our waitress. She was amazing! So kind, kept checking on us, and make sure we had anything we needed. The restaurant was clean, the environment was great and the food was delicious!

Great breakfast option! Nice atmosphere with well spaced out seating and plenty of natural light. My server was very kind and attentive. I did the build your own omelette which was perfect. Got a pancake on the side which was a little on the dry and flavorless side.

I really enjoyed the food here! The staff were kind and helpful. The layout of the restaurant is a bit wonky, but kinda fun too! My few complaints: The extra plate I received (was splitting my meal with another person) was greasy/dirty because they had placed another plate on top of it. That wasn’t very pleasant. As we were eating lunch a staff member started vacuuming in the room we were in. It just seemed unprofessional. All in all, I would go again. So the negatives are just little bumps in the road I thought I’d mention.

We googled places to eat while on a road trip with the family (besides fast food and a big chain) and this had great reviews so we tried it! I had the club and it was great, my girls had the chicken tenders and the pancake meal. The tenders and fries were great, and the chocolate chip pancake was a hit. Would recommend this over a big chain restaurant!

I always get the same thing at Le Peep, but the restaurant recently had some of its lunch items I'd never tried at a Chamber of Commerce event. The flatbreads were so good my husband and I went there for lunch the next day. It's hard not to eat breakfast at Le Peep, but you should definitely try their lunch items. Service is always great, as is the atmosphere. Everyone is very friendly and food comes out promptly.

The food was good, but it was a combination of things I had never had together before. I may love it next time! Service was great, restaurant was clean, and price wasn't terrible. Thumbs up!

Best breakfast in St Joseph! The staff are all friendly and efficient at their jobs as well as fun to interact with. The menu offers all the normal breakfast offerings, plus many you don’t find in other restaurants. LePeep has become a regular hot spot for my husband and myself to eat breakfast at.

We enjoyed our server. Unfortunately she was the most positive experience at this restaurant. Not horrible but not great!

It was early in the dinner shift. The staff was not busy. So they were at their station talking. It was 6 to 8 from our table. Three of them talking so close to our table was kind of disruptive. As more people came in, this all went away. The food was great, and the service was very good. I will eat there again.

One of the original buildings for El Maguey, it doesn't get much better than this. The service is always top notch and the food comes out pretty quickly. I tend to lean more towards the burritos, but the El Maguey Special is always a solid pick!

The food was good and prepared well. The restaurant was clean well decorated. Very nice, even on the outside. The service was not bad. Just not a lot of personality. They would smile and talk with themselves, but with customers it was short huffy answers. Deal breaker? Nope! We would go back again and I recommend it.

Great food, we got there 15 mins before lunch ended and they were definitely trying to milk the clock, and you could see our waiter talkingwith his boss about it. There was only about 3 other tables there, so business wasn't the issue. But they honored the deal.

My husband & I were out for the day. We wanted to try a new food place. Saw El Maguey with alot of cars in front. The staff were quick, attentive and polite. The house chips and salsa were fresh. We ordered long islands and two separate burritos. The food arrived very fast! We were pleasantly surprised! Out of the two burritos (El Gordo, El Navidad) the El Navidad was our favorite! The only thing keeping this from being a perfect review was the wobbly table! It drove us crazy as we each were cutting and the table would wobble. We will be back with our daughters!

This place is like stepping back into the old Route 66 days of a bygone era. Everything in this place is old and reminiscent of an era long forgotten. It works. It has a certain charm and non commercial aesthetic that appeals to those who are looking for the “real America” somewhere. This is a small piece of what remains of it. Had the pastrami sandwich when I was there. Excellent. Not fancy or overdone or anything it wasn’t meant to be. Just a delicious sandwich made by people who have been doing it their whole lives. Come for the nostalgia. Stay for the food. You won’t be disappointed.

I live for places like this. The people were so nice and welcoming. We live a little over an hour away and were visiting the area for a shopping day. It was the best way to kickstart our day. Delicious food that reminds me of my dad’s cooking. The cheesecake was to die for, homemade and the crust, ugh you just have to go in and try it yourself. I could go in and just enjoy the building itself as well. The history is awesome, all the knick knacks and pictures to look at are endless. Can’t wait for this place to become apart of our routine.

5/15 , 5/20 & 5/21/23 Hidden Gem ♥️ Loved the local atmosphere,loved the food,loved the warm welcoming company of this establishment. Vintage decor. Great food & service. First visit was a to-go-order...so delicious I went back for dine-in. What luck because it was an annual give-away charity event for children, enjoyed seeing the kind community heart they have. If you have a musical instrument you don't know what to do with look no further. They will have it again close to Christmas. The children and adults loved it! The next day we went back for an afternoon featured band, it was a packed patio! Man was it Awesome! You really need to stop in, grab a bite and a drink , just find out what's happening,I know you will enjoy it. I will make this pub a must visit everytime I'm in St. Joseph. The cheesecake is MMMMMM GOOD! I think this would be a cool place to host your party events.

Food was ok. My husband and I ordered the half sandwich and salad. He had a beer and I ordered water. Our brother and sister-in law had the same order minus the water. Our bill was $2 higher than theirs so apparently tap water is a $2 charge. Never again.

This place is such a gem! I deliver to the feel mill a couple blocks away and just happened to stumble onto this little place. Quiet and casual with interesting decor, has a pool table in the corner and live music some nights. They have an in-house deli making sandwiches on fresh breads. A nice change from truck stop food lol Cold beer, friendly staff and reasonable prices. What more could you want?

Was feeling subs or sandwiches of some sort but wanted something different from jimmy John's or Jersey Mike's. Ended up picking Magoons and i think it was the best decision we could have made. I got a reuben cause I have to try one every place I go that serves one. Maybe the best reuben I've ever had. Simple but so good when done right and they do it right here. We were the only people in at the time, showed up the minute they were open. But the service was fantastic. Friendly, gave us some history on the building, which is cool to just check out on it's own. Overall one of the most enjoyable restaurant experiences I've ever had. Will be making sure to make this a regular lunch spot. Do yourself a favor and check this place out.

I'm sure some people love the atmosphere but others won't. It is an older building needing some updates but it does have an authentic feel to it. People are nice, food is good, prices are reasonable.

We came here for an early morning breakfast, like 6:30am, before much was open. It is a small diner feel and there was already a bunch of people in there. The food was pretty good especially for the price. The coffee was delicious and the servers there were friendly, helpful and just nice to be around.

St. Joseph could use one or two more solid breakfast spots, besides The Big Biscuit. We really wanted to like it here, and tried it based on the other reviews. The staff was nice, the prices are low, but the gravy tasted like a powder mix. I could not get it to taste good even after adding tons of salt and pepper. The hashbrown was crisp, but everything overall was bland.

Service was good, food wasn't our favorite though, a little canned and bland. Pies sell out early, deviled eggs are popular but sweet, sausage gravy and white gravy had little flavor. Small town feeling restaurant that seems to have lots of friendly locals and I noticed they've won several local awards (see picture). Good coffee creamer options. Not a lot of seating.

Our go to place after a morning at Chiefs training camp! NOTE...this is cash only! Everything is reasonably priced!! THE COCONUT CREAM PIE IS THE BEST I'VE EVER HAD IN MY 70 YEARS!!!

Lori is the best server in town. An awesome server is hard to find anymore and as a former waiter, I'm usually disappointed. Lori is on it in every aspect, not just personality-wise but she remembers my order and isn't afraid to take my plate back and demand perfection from the kitchen. She's really what keeps me coming back. The food is.. Ok. Used to be much better. I think they've had some kitchen staff issues lately maybe.

Driving past St Joseph and saw all the good reviews at this place so we decided to have lunch there. Simple home style Cafe and it was pretty good. I like the small simple menu and they have different specials everyday. Very good prices too. I ordered the Taco Burger with fries and it was really good. Everything tasted nice and fresh and good quality food. I like the crinkle fries. Wife ordered the "special" which was ham and bean soup and it was above average good. Plus she got three small sides with it and all three were good (deviled eggs, macaroni salad and potato salads). My daughter ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich and it looked and tasted very good. We got there at 1:35pm and they close at 2pm. They were very nice and had no problem seating us with less than half hour of closing. The service was great and the waitress was very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

I had a rough day and it all changed after picking up my Johnny Cash burger and fries! It was delicious! Best fries in town by far and the ranch is wonderful. I really appreciate that the cold veggies were packed separately. Not the best picture because I didn’t intend to take one but it’s the best burger I’ve had in a long time. Thanks D&G!

Ordered delivery from D&G on 7/18. I love the food, especially the open face roast beef. I've ordered this item for lunch many times without issue. Usually the open faced roast beef comes in a large styrofoam container with mashed potatoes, and two or three smaller containers inside the large one with gravy and roast beef along with the bread wrapped in foil. Today I received a small container of mashed potatoes with the gravy, roast beef, and bread all loose in the bag. The gravy container had opened in transit and most of the gravy was all over the bottom of the bag, leaving me about a tablespoon full for my meal. Do better.

Fantastic vibe with a great music theme that covers the walls and the menu! Love the tie in of the musicians to the meals. Christina, the owner, was so much fun. You can tell how much heart she puts into the place!

My husband and I were visiting St. Joseph for a couple nights and lived the pub so much we ate there twice. First time we went in on a Friday afternoon for late lunch and we were the only ones there. Our server was super cool and offered to show us the music venue after we expressed our interest in music. Looked like a great spot to both play and listen to music since the owner knows how to run good sound. Came back late Saturday night and this time the owner wife was our server, she was also friendly and fun. Great atmosphere. Rock n roll folks must go here when you’re in the area. Oh yeah, the food was great too!

Food is good, it's improved a lot since they first opened. It was a late night pop-in for a drank and food suggested by my lovely date that evening. I was driving so I watched her drink and eat. I had 1 crab Rangoon, I was chatty so she ate the rest. Waitress was nice. I rarely give 5 stars, unless something is just over the top wonderful so I'm kind of an ass like that.

**UPDATE** We came back for the third time and as usual the food was excellent, the staff was attentive and pretty much the best experience you can have at a restaurant. This time we had the funnel fries and boston cream pie. They were both good but the funnel fries were out of this world!!!!! We found this gem on a random trip to St. Joseph. It was quiet when we went but don't let that fool you. This place has a great atmosphere and amazing food. I had the Duncan and he had the Neal Peart. Both were fantastic. Full of flavor and not from a can. We also had onion rings and crab Rangoons!!! They also have a concert venue attached called Cafe Acoustic. They have bands and an open mic night. We happened to meet the owner and could tell this place was a passion, not just a business. We will definitely make the trip up here again just to have the food. Amazing!!!

I’ve been a return customer for almost ten years now! Call me biased but this is my home base. My tribe my village! Best burgers and tenderloins in town! But the best reason to come is to find comfort! For or friends! This is home!

I recently moved to SJ and have been wanting to try it. I should’ve come in sooner. It’s very small and not particularly fancy which is what makes this place endearing. Cozy would be a good word to describe it. It also seems to be very popular and it’s easy to see why. The food was very good. Service was fast. I will be returning soon. I’m anxious to try some of the other food items on their menu (I had the crumbly burger with cheese fries this time).

Got the crumbly burger meal (no cheese) with small fries and a soda. It tasted good, but the bun was totally squished and soggy. Not sure why it was like that because we ate it there in the restaurant. I hadn’t been here for a while-it seemed like the burgers were smaller than they used to be. The fries were crispy and delicious!

Stopped in for lunch to enjoy a pizza burger, fries and a sundae. All of it was very tasty especially the pizza burger and St. Joe sundae which included our hometown candy bar "cherry mash". My friend didn't enjoy her first-experience at all due to lack of toppings on her burger. I enjoy Crumbly Burger a few times a year for a change of scenery.

There was an odd smell when I walked in. Not the good smell of food like it should be. The food was not very good. The crumbly burger tasted like old grease. Like a grill gets tasting after it's needed cleaned for a while. I'm guessing that the kitchen equipment needs a cleaning. They used to have good food. With the price of things nowadays, I don't like spending lots of money on below average food. I probably won't be back for a while. Maybe try cleaning the place and keep the food fresh.

Pretty solid crumble burger experience. The restaurant was cute and clean with that historic feel to it. Feels hometown without feeling run down. The Crumblys are delicious. The fries were crispy and toasty and really delicious. Onion rings are good. The entire order came out hot but in segments. Fine with that. Came up from Kansas City and had seen this place numerous times in the past. Glad we stopped in. Definitely recommend.

Loose meat hamburger joint. They have a number of varieties and sides such as fries and onion rings etc. I simply got 2 classic loose meat hamburgers that come with pickles, onions and mustard. Mine came out super quick ( I assume due to the lack of sides) and I was on my way within 3 minutes of entering thr place. It seemed busy and obviously had a fan base. Its a hole in the wall diner style. The sandwich were decent. Thats fair. Nothing overly special or bad. I had the urge and it was filled, without it being special to me in this instance.

Busy at lunch, but service was fast so we didn't have to wait long. Small place, but clean. Fast food, homemade-style, definitely tasted better than a chain.

I am so disappointed in the lack of quality Ford's has lowered themselves to. This was my "fish sandwich" from Saturday. I went ahead and tossed it for obvious reasons. Not only will you not be greeted or spoken to at the drive thru, you will not receive edible food either. It's hard to support small, and local, when this is what you're given.

Great find on one of my usual routes. Pepper balls are a must and can't wait to try more.

We had a family of 4 (with 2 of them being teenagers) and were able to eat tons, try over 12 items and the price was amazing, fast service (faster than big fast food chain restaurants), and all food choices were great. We loved the Reuben, country steak sandwich, pepperjack balls, onion rings and burgers. Highly recommend!

We used the drive in but we saw the reviews and wanted something different while in St. Joseph. It took awhile to get our food and the service was ok. Everything came out fresh and was really good, especially for the pricing! Will be back for that funnel cake.

Service was okay, the food was terrible. I ordered hot wings. I don't know what the little supposed hot wings were supposed to be but there was no heat, and they were nasty. I literally took a bite and they went into the trash. I ate some of my fries. They weren't great either. My husband ordered an all-American meal. I guess they decided he should get a double because that's what he got, and we found out that's what he paid for. He said it was okay. I never want to go there a is, so hopefully this time has changed his mind about the place because it's never been my favorite.

Absolute wonderful food, the staff could definitely work on their presence while on duty at a dining facility. Regardless of the laid back atmosphere, there should always still be a standard when it comes to public service.

Pretty good spot. The place is run kinda loose so service depends on who you get. Not always the friendliest and they tend to forget stuff but the food is hard to beat for the price. It's a good alternative to regular fast food favorites

They got an Italian sub that was so good I got mad when I finished it because it was gone. Oily Italian cuts, fresh meat, and veggies on the sandwich. The way nonna makes it right? Onions, tomatoes, lettuce, BIG FAT slices of mozzarella 🤌🤌 on crispy Italian bread, Italian seasoning to kick it all off. Served hot! Because that's the way. Not really alot of good food in this town, but here is one spot you can't miss. Oh and all that in a drive thru baby! You gotta be kidding me?! DONE PRONTO!

Whenever I am in Saint Joe to see family I always make several trips to Cafe Pronto! During the summer they have the best lemonade ever. The breakfast sandwiches always are always a great option as well.

Great food and friendly service Pronto's has the best pup cups anywhere. Real whip with a bacon strip! Try the delicious breakfast sandwich. We had the croissant with 2 turkey patties. We also ordered the Italian sub, summer salad, big cinnamon roll. It was all very, very good! Can't wait to visit again. Highly recommended.

Pronto Cafe is my main coffee shop stop when in St. JOE I've only been there early in the morning. The service was great and the breakfast sandwich delicious!

Me and my mom used to eat here together when I was young. Still looks the same. Love this place! It looks "rustic" to put it nicely, but I promise everything on the menu is delicious! Taco burger. Tenders. Tenderloin. Can't go wrong! Love taco bandito from the speedy's guy across the street!! 😊 ❤️

Cashier was very nice. Rice & beans were not edible. Chicken tenders & potatoes were good. Tacos & enchilada were not good. I'd heard food was good when owners were there. First & last visit. Part of Restaurant week - couldn't believe the price for the taco bar so we didn't order it.

Been away from St Joe for several years and had to come by for a taco delight. Was a little disappointed that the shell was different. Not as crispy and light as the old shells. Still a great place. Hope they put the shell back the way it was.

It's somewhere I used to eat lunch 20 yrs ago. Took my mom there, 77, and she usually may eat 2 tacos from others, today she ate 3, and ate the third faster than first 2. I had the lg taco burger and it was as I remembered 20 yrs ago. I was glad I stopped today. I live in GA so today was just luck that I drove by while in town. Sadly, as backing up to leave, noticed it was up for sale. There was another older gentleman there, he said he's been eating there since 1979.

Menudo was super good, and the homemade corn tortillas were amazing. If you in the St. Joe area looking for good mexican food give them a try. Oh yeah, chips and hot sauce are good.

This little place is a treat! Fresh and tasty food, large selection on the menu, Spicy if you like or savory, unique or traditional the chips and salsa are excellent, obviously a homemade recipe on the salsa which was great, service is super friendly. It's a cozy neighborhood restaurant feel with a big menu, it will surprise you ! Support these authentic hard working people !

This is TRULY my fav Mexican restaurant. The food is authentic Mexican. I’ve had several of the food on their menu and the Pina Veracruzana is my absolute favorite. We’ve always gotten our food served together and with kindness, speed and professionalism. I’d give Sotello’s 20 stars if I could.

As far as food quality I'll give it a 4. It tastes homemade with a bit more attention to flavor vs other Mexican restaurants. The portions vs the price was a 5. And even though the place is small and not as appealing, I would visit again someday.

I'm only reviewing the Menudo at this time. It is sooo good and the flavor is spot on. It's not really hot or spicy but the flavor is awesome. Comes with choice of corn or flour tortillas, limes and cilantro and onion. And i felt 100% better after eating this. 😋 The large is little spendy but worth it. $15.

This is by far my favorite Mexican restaurant in town. I could eat there everyday. Maria is the best and sweetest waitress ever! She remembers us by name every time. They need to improve the kitchen help so they are faster. Regardless, they are the best and are authentic to Mexican food.

I've been there several times now and I'm never disappointed. The food is wonderful and the staff friendly. It is one of my favorite places to eat in St. Joseph.

This place is a fun find! It’s enjoyable to discover something different and unexpected. We came in late in the evening, but they happily accommodated us, and we never felt rushed. The service is excellent! The menu is delightfully new and ordering felt adventurous. Make sure you save room for desert! The bread pudding is divine.

One word...OoooohhhhhMaGawwwwwd!!! Traveling through St Joe and found this gem and thought we would stop in and try it. The food was amazing, atmosphere was awesome, and overall incredible experience!! The owner, Dean, was our host and server. He is an incredibly interesting and cool individual. He is doing a great job! Was able to meet chef Jeremy Eliot. This guy is top shelf!! His plating ability created a feast for our eyes and the food was incredibly delicious!! I was looking for a restaurant where I could linger and really enjoy the flavors of fresh locally made food. This place has it all...cozy atmosphere, helpful servers, delicious food, and adventurous options that play on your tastebuds!

Had my one year anniversary here, and it was great. The food was delicious. The quantity could be a little more IMO but regardless, was fantastic. The server was nice and greeted us with such hospitality. I recommend this place!

Wow, wow, wow! I can't say enough about Marco Polo. Best meal we've had in St Joe. They brought us toasted garlic naan bread (house made) with herbed olive oil with goat cheese for a starter. Delicious! Then we got a new dish that wasn't on the menu. I can't remember the name but it was a seafood stew with big shrimp, scallops, mussels, calamari, and tomatoes all in a most unique savory broth that was rich and full of complex flavors. It was served with crispy wantons. OMG! The seafood was as fresh as any restaurant near the ocean and it was cooked perfectly. Excellent service. Great eclectic music. Thank you MP!

Stopped by to get a couple Beef Taco Salads. They were fresh, but the Tortilla Bowl was Chewy, not a lot of lettuce, no tomatoes and very little cheese. Only a small dollop of sour cream. It was tasty but not my favorite thing from there. I really enjoy most of their menu and their prices are reasonable for the serving size.

Came at 9 pm at night and ordered a Bavarian filled churro, fajita nacho, and mixed fajita plate #23. Use to come here a lot years back but now this place has become a joke. The lady at the window is rude, unfriendly, and soulless. The prices are ridiculously high… $16 plus tax for 2 mediocre sides which makes up the majority of the meal and then a little bit of what you actually came for (in my case the mixed fajita plate) WISH I had taken a picture before I ate it because my box only had a little mound of mixed fajita mix at the center of the main course spot and the sides were empty… barely any of the food I came for. Wanted a good portion of a delicious fajita not what I got. Fajita was mediocre. My shrimp were over seared and rubbery and the rice is ever so slightly subtly flavored. The beans are creamy and Lardy not terrible but not great, not even good just eh. The prices here have raised and the portion size has lowered. Bad deal over priced and mediocre food with no seasoning. Blandest Mexican food, anything but authentic which uses many spices and seasonings. My wife’s meal was the nacho fajita and the tortilla chips were chewy and undercooked… one of the easiest things in the world to fry and it was chewy and undercooked. Over half her box was chewy undercooked tortilla chips so I’m sure you can guess how unappetized she was. This might be my last opportunity to pick a place to eat, it was that bad. And lastly a churro that had no cinnamon sugar coating in the middle and barely any filling… just slobby, rude, bland, and a scam overall. Lastly the new lady working at the window would only give us 2 red salsas when we’ve gotten 2 red and 2 tomatillo every other time before and she said they’re out of limes and kind of just rushed out the bag into my wife’s face all rudely. I understand being pressed for time if there’s a long line but this was an empty parking lot empty drive way late Sunday night…. Absolutely no reason to rush us at the window and rush us at the intercom when we’re trying to decide what sounds best to us. Can’t believe we paid $35 for no drink. A big scoop of flavorless rice and a big scoop of bland beans and a small handful of what I actually came for (mixed fajitas) and my wife got chewy undercooked chips… with a dessert that just taste like deep fried bread with virtually no filling and half hearted coating… it was like eating an unfinished bready old fashioned donut but with no icing. The workers just don’t care here. No attention to detail or care for their customers. It shows. This is has been our experience twice in a row now within a 6 month span… our last one too!

My go to is the cheesecake chimichanga... IT IS THE BEST!!! and I'm not much of a risk taker like trying other dishes other than the ones im used to bt today I tried the birria tacos ... OHHHHHH DELISH!!! specially with the SAUCE!!! 😩🖤🖤🖤 taco bell can't top it.. even tho they're my go to place too haha. COME GET YOUR TUMMY FULL HERE!! PERIODDDD!!!

We decided to stop here because of the good reviews on our way through town. This is not an eat in location. There is a drive-through, but we went inside to order. I took my granddaughter to the bathroom, and the sink was stopped up and full of water and a bug so that was pretty gross. The food however was wonderful! My daughter and I got the Carne Asada tacos and they had more meat than any carne asada taco I’ve ever had. The meat was tender and very flavorful. My husband ordered the nachos and they were good. The queso and chips we received were OK. The queso was very runny and a too spicy for my granddaughter.

Big portions that will fill you up. The churros are good. I got apple. It was delicious. I did not care for the cheesecake chimichanga. Meat is bland no kind of seasoning whatsoever. I ordered the number 18 and they gave me a number eight then at the window they asked me if I wanted sauce I said "yes, red", she said "green?" I said "no red" and then she didn't give me any sauce at all. The girl working the headset seemed like she was inconvenienced by taking my order. I travel for work and love to trpy new places in new towns. I wont spend my money here again while in town. The day shift might be better but I work 12 to 13 hours a day. I definitely ate all the food and was full. 2 stars because food was expensive for no flavor and for bad service.

Always have a tasty meal whether its breakfast or dinner. Portion sizes are always generous and the workers are always friendly. Be prepared to wait here as there is usually a line not because they're slow, its just a popular place. I love the chimichangas and the fried tacos.

All the employees were standing strings gossiping. The bathrooms were disgusting- trash overflowing and only one working stall. We ordered to go, they put our food out in the delivery area without letting us know. We waited 10 mins before we asked for it. The food was overcooked.

Usually have good enough experiences here, but tonight ordered a large number four and instead of large fries received a medium mac and cheese. Did not receive napkins or the sauces either. No straw in the bag. Not sure if the B team was in or what but pretty frustrating to pay nearly 15 for a fast food meal to not even receive half of it. Didn’t think to check the bag before driving off as it’s never been necessary here.

We ordered meals by the number at the speaker, each with a drink, and drove a ways toward home ( we live an hour away) only to realize all the waffle fries were missing. When I called, I was told they hadn’t been rung up as combos — even though that’s exactly how we ordered. Very frustrating, especially since we aren’t local and can’t just go back to fix it

Spouse and I went to drive through today, (8/27/2025,) around 8:30pm. Ordered one Grilled chicken sandwich meal with a large, unsweetened iced tea and one Spicy chicken deluxe, (just the sandwich). Granted, it was close to closing...but the grilled chicken was more like a chilly chicken...brr. Tea was more sugary than that of a standard, unsweetened tea...iykwim. The deluxe was pretty good, bit unwarm but the cheese was like...half off of the sandwich. Usually we really like this location, but, dude...

Always good but never get full fries

Super busy today. The lines moved well, lots off staff on hand to serve us! Always friendly and satisfying. We had to wait a few minutes, but they brought us our brownies and apologized for the wait. Gands down the best service around.

The store in Branson Missouri has become a regular stop during my travel day when I need to work in Arkansas. Everyone is always very friendly the food is always excellent and the store is always clean.

First of all, your burgers may be "good enough to not need sauce" but your chicken sandwiches are not. Especially not if the bottom bun is gonna be caked with a half lb of flour. Why was there so much raw flour on the cooked bun? It makes no sense. The chicken patty itself is good but i ordered a sandwich not tenders. So not much of a saving grace. Overall though this location is just inconsistent and i probably won't be giving them another try.

The 1st time I've been disappointed by Culver's! Got a Fish dinner. The Mashed Potatoes & Gravy and Broccoli were great. But the fish was soggy and the roll was like a rock, except the bottom which was soaking wet! Normally this is a great meal. Their fish is very good when crispy. Great for a good old fashioned greasy burger. Great chili and frozen custard!

Shrimp was just fair. A little over cooked! French fries were dumped right from the cooking basket into the fire bag! Hot 🔥 hot 🔥 hot 🥵! They were great! We went drive thru so atmosphere doesn't count for my evaluation. Employees seemed a bit "burned" out? No smile and no enthusiasm. I am sure they get a lot of bad customers and that's a bad enough job as it is. I hope the manager takes good care of them!

Must have been a new kid on duty, because they were getting everyone's order wrong. The manager was busy giving refunds, and trying to straighten everything out that the employee/s were getting incorrect. Other than that, all else was normal and the food was good. A few little kids were shreiking in their booths, however.

Culver's is the best place in town to get a fish dinner...or it was. Went there today and the fish had a different batter, not near as good. It was more like Long John Silver's, which I don't like.I hope they change it back. When you have the best, why change it? Also would be nice if they drained the fish on some paper towels before serving. It's pretty greasy.

I have seen these restaurants all over the place and finally checked one out. It was busy yet the service was fast and friendly. A lot of food choices and very clean. I settled on the Cod (delicious) and the fried shrimp (Large). The root beer is excellent to wash it all down. Thank you for a great experience.

We stopped for lunch on our way from Omaha to St. Louis. Our server was so helpful and cheerful. We ordered the Mushroom burger, Butterburger, fries, Wisconsin cheese curds, and pretzel bites with beer cheese. Amazing is an understatement. We also had Culvers brand rootbeer to drink, which I recommend 👌 Bathrooms were clean, dining room was clean, and they had a crew member out in the dining room wiping down tables. 10/10

Rude hostess- who happened to be the Manager or GM. Our appetizer tray was good but they overcooked the hot wings and tenders. Our waitress was great! The kitchen crew needs to shape up. Mixed up our orders did not even toast my toast!! The chicken fried steak and my Philly cheese steak omelette with queso on top was so delicious! Let me emphasis the waitress was awesome - Jackie!!!

Everything looked and tasted like it came out of a package, I got a burger called the 5 pepper. It tasted good but it's deceiving. I say this because when it was brought out on the plate it looked great, but as I took my first bite, both hands and face were instantly covered in grease. I forced myself to eat as much as I could because it was yummy cheesy greasyness but I overall couldn't eat all of the grease disaster. Fry's look like they come preseasoned, chicken looks like it's pre made came out a package. Nothing looked or tasted fresh.

Food looked good I ordered a double cheese burger. Did not seem as any seasoning was used on burger patties they just tasted like browned ground beef. Server seemed to be new did not bring sweetener with the unsweet tea I ordered and requested some. Over all better than a lot of other dennys I have eaten at.

Hi, just coming here to leave a review. I don’t like shaming or degrading places, HOWEVER, I door dashed from dennys and my hash browns were so crunchy I couldn’t even eat them. Took forever to get seated. We ordered wings and chicken. No Buffalo on the wings. Both burnt. She said everything good? As my husband started to tell them she just walked off.

Ordered moon over my hammy and the potatoes were over cooked. Told waitress and she said she would tell the cook. Great the next customer might get good potatoes but nothing for us!

I don't understand the popularity of this restaurant. The food is not very good at all. The pizza dough is basically cheap white bread and they are very stingy on the ingredients. I ordered a calzone and it had hardly anything in it. Very little cheese sprinkled in with some onions and tomatoes. There was no ricotta cheese which is what is supposed to be in a calzone. $11.99 for bread. Others in my party had pizza, I don't get it, not good. And I noticed on my bill a 3.5% service charge and then an addition credit card fee. ??? What the heck? With prices these days, it is alright if you feel you got a good meal for your money, this place did not give me that feeling, I felt I overpaid for very substandard food. I am having trouble attaching a photo of my receipt but to the owner, go to Check #71 on 8/19/25 at 6:10PM and tell me why there is a 3.5% service fee and then a 3.0% credit card fee.

My husband and I were in town visiting family, and staying at a B&B nearby. We were looking for tasty food we could bring back to our room that was close by - and this place was perfect! My husband parked in the lot across the street and I ran in to pick up our online order. Pickup was suppose to be from 8:05 PM - 8:10 PM but I didn’t end up getting it until about 8:25 so don’t rush in to pickup. Food was pretty good - I wish the cinnamon pizza came with a side of icing - but otherwise amazing and filling! Pictured is what was left after we ate (we ordered a cheese pizza bread, cinnamon pizza, and a personal cheeseburger pizza). Service was really good, just wish pickup was a little closer to the expected time. To-go drink selection could have been a little more impressive. Would definalty eat here again next time we are in town though!

Exceptional pizza. Fresh ingredients and gluten free options don't sacrifice on taste. It appears like a hole in the wall bar, but don't let that take away from the experience. You'll wait 15-20 for your personal pizza, but we'll worth it.

This is one of the cutest pizzeria pub combos I've encountered in the Midwest. Very friendly attentive staff. We ordered a large cheese pizza which was just amazing. The blister on the cheese was nearly perfect. Only one minor bubble. The selection of pinball machines in the pub side of the building was great too. We'll definitely stop again next time we pass through Missouri! Thanks for the delicious food and great service!

The food was horrible. Spent almost 40 bucks for 5 people. Fries were cold. Spicy Chicken didn't look good at all, so I tossed it. Chicken nuggets were old. My sons 5 dollar meal only had 1 patty, and his drink was a small.

I’m sure this is something about machine settings and foam- but there should not be a reason for this much empty space in the cup. I do appreciate that most times the employees are friendly and helpful in the drive-thru.

I often use this McDonald's to get breakfast on my way to work. My order is always correct and my food is the right temperature. The morning drive-thru crew is the best!!! They are friendly and efficient! Everyone greets me with a smile. Whenever I start my day at the North Belt McDonald's, I always have a great morning.

The black girl with the blonde streaks in her hair was highly rude and shut the window on me and caused me to not get to eat anything at all. I got there at 3am with a specific deal I planned to get for dinner food. I waited forever at the speaker with absolutely no response. Then another vehicle pulled up and didn’t get a response either. They then pulled in front of me up to the window and she took their order… a lunch order. She took forever in ordering them a few items then pulled them forward. As I was waiting behind them before they were pulled, another vehicle was behind me who got to take their order at the speaker. We pulled up and she asked if we had the coffee and quarter pounder… obviously that was the person’s behind us. I said no, we never got to take our order and before I could finish my sentence of saying we waited forever at the speaker she cut me off saying we’re not taking anymore orders until 4:30 over and over then shut the window on me and walked off. Mind you, I was there before the two cars who BOTH got lunch orders and it was not even 4 yet, even though I did wait over half an hour. I was then not able to get any food breakfast or dinner at any McDonald’s because of the timing and driving after all of that. And there were only a few other breakfast places open that I didn’t want to spend more money on either because I didn’t even want breakfast anyways. And all breakfast is too expensive to be worth it. I’ve worked in fast food and closed doing drive and kitchen and cleaning alone and moving over from dinner to breakfast seamlessly. I know how it works, and there is no excuse. At the very least, she could’ve let me finish my sentence and didn’t have to be so snobby about it.

They say they're open 24 hours but don't believe it. At 11:00pm they told me that it's going to take at least 10 minutes till I can take my order when there's no other customers in drive-thru. I honked at the window and an employee told me that he only works the kitchen and that the managers are in a meeting and it's going to be like 15 minutes till someone can take my order.

It's really unimaginable to witness the demise of BK, all of them in town are not great and takes forever to get anything even when app order, but the middle Belt Hwy one takes the cake! I made a app order on Mother's Day for my kids went to pick up the first guy in drive thru told me they didn't have the 2 chocolate pies or the jalapeno bites I ordered ok that's like $10 no problem, I didn't want anything in exchange so I asked for a refund for those items, he said I had to request through the app. I was fine with that until the other guy came to the window to explain to me I just needed to cancel those items through the app all the while he is chewing food and bits and pieces are flying at me while he is talking to me literally the entire 2 minutes that seemed like a lifetime. I told him I just want to cancel the entire order (can you blame me?) He said I can just do it through the app. I drove off, now this is the 16th and at least once a day since the 11th I have tried to contact through the app, no response at all. I tried to call the corporate number it says one word and hangs up. I spent 18$ that day didn't receive anything except somebody elses chewed food. I refuse to let it go. Disgusting!

We were passing through the area and decided to try this burger king. It didn't seem to be very busy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a little bit of confusion about our order but nothing major. Most importantly we ended up with exactly what we asked for including the extra things we requested. And it was perhaps some of the best Burger King food I have ever had. I know to some people that might not be saying much. However I have had some completely dreadful Burger King food at other Burger King locations. This food was hot and fresh and well-made. The fries were the best!

The employees didn't greet or acknowledge customers all of my food was barely warm except my fries and they were pretty much out of all sodas I spent 5 dollars on a kids meal and it didn't even come with a toy.

We are from out of town traveling to back to Nebraska. We sat in the drive thru for about 10 minutes with no cars moving. I went in to the restaurant and the man at the counter told me "we just handled all these people." I said "oh I was wondering. We have been in the drive thru for a while now" he told me that "it won't be any faster in here." I laughed it off. I stood there for 8 minutes before the lady who was training asked if I needed help. She was very sweet. The man never spoke to me again. After 12 minutes I walked away. We are now at another location eating. We come to this bk thru town with our Littles often as we don't eat McDonald's. Won't be eating here anymore either!

Went thru the drive thru then got told to park when the guy at the counter brought out are food he was rude and when we checked are bag we were missing frys my wife and son went inside the man called them liars then when I went inside he got combative we called and spoke to the manager and he said we got are food right lmao and acted like it was our fault this was by far worst experience at a fastfood restaurant never going back

Wonderful selections for the size of the town. Would love to see the Organic fruits in one place like the veggies. Also would like to see a hard cheese area. I couldn't find any. I did buy flowers and the service help was excellent.

I shop here almost daily as my job is very close-by. Earlier today I walked over on my lunch break to get some groceries. I was leaving self checkout and realized I had forgotten a bag and quickly went back to retrieve it. I tried to get the attention of someone at customer service and was yelled at to go try to find the bag in the self checkout lane. I don’t feel comfortable walking into areas where other customers were checking out and paying for their items. I found the woman monitoring self checkout and showed her that I had just been there just a couple of minutes prior and had left a bag. She said that no one ever turned anything in. I was treated like an inconvenience. There wasn’t a single attempt to offer to check the camera or check the area for my bag. Now I understand fully that leaving the bag at the checkout was MY mistake. And I hate to be this guy but I’ve worked at grocery stores and in retail for many years. I believe sincerely in taking care of my customers. I will exhaust every option within reason to remedy the issue and at the very least ensure that my customer leaves understanding that they are valued. I would never be so rude and dismissive of the people that are the reason I have a job in the first place. Again, my issue isn’t that I made the mistake of leaving my bag. My issue is with how rudely I was treated when inquiring about the issue. It was legitimately humiliating. Both women treated me as though I was trying to scam them somehow. I won’t be returning. It was nice to have the convenience while it lasted.

Having recently moved back to the area from Florida, I was looking forward to shopping at HyVee again. I have not been disappointed. It’s taken a few trips to familiarize myself with the aisles but that’s common when shopping at a new store. The folks working there are very pleasant. The store is quite clean and the prices (all things considered) are fair. Grocery stores in Florida could learn much about how to treat customers from Hy-Vee.

The night manager or midday manager named shalom. She's absolutely wonderful extremely knowledgeable helpful and kind. She's the main reason I keep going back I moved out here from California and she was inviting and honestly meant it. And the store is always spotless.

Got the taco special (four street tacos). Watery salsa options, flavorless chicken, watery chorizo. Pork was flavored pretty well. Honestly disappointed overall. Love finding good hole-in-the-wall taquierias, but this is not worth the stop. Service was quick though, and the staff seemed friendly enough.

Incredible Mexican food and very polite service. Was just passing through and stopped in for lunch; I got the asada burrito and my girlfriend got the chicken tacos. Both left us more than satisfied. Highly recommend coming here for all of your taco and burrito related needs.

Authentic Mexican food with a higher quality than what you would get at most restaurants. This restaurant relies more heavily on the quality of materials and the right mix of spices rather than smothering everything in cheese. (Not that cheese isn't great, but this is just a different kind of good).

Lids on the floor everywhere and trash on the floor it was just DISGUSTING all around!!!! I will not be back!! I think out of the whole crew that night one maybe two were actually working. One was one her phone, one was twirling her pig tails, and the other one walked to Casey’s to get a watermelon freeze. And the food tasted as bad as the kitchen looked!

Worst McDonald's in the city, if you want your food made correctly, by good staff with good attitudes don't go here. Staff is rude, unintelligent, and 90% of the orders I've received from here have been wrong with no attempts to make the situation right. Management and owners clearly don't care and let it go to shit. Employees will completely ignore you and then have the audacity to be rude when you call them out on it. Go to a different McDonald's.

I just left the drive-through. I ordered two barbecue chicken wraps and the total was a lot more than I was expecting so I asked them to take off one. Come to find out they had done buffalo chicken wraps and when I said something out the window, the lady got upset and another lady who appeared to be a manager also got upset. They went to fix my order and then gave me a water that tasted like soda water and proceeded to tell me that it was not soda water and it clearly was And who appeared to be the manager rolled her eyes at me for giving back the water. I asked them to go ahead and keep my money and my food. It was the worst experience I’ve ever experienced in a drive-through.

The food at this location is usually pretty stellar. Today my Greek Gyro, salted caramel cookie and orange cream shake were pretty tasty. Reason for my rating is the absence of the breakfast menu. Since the start of the pandemic the breakfast has been scrapped. I loved their breakfast and I miss it. Best Arby's location quality wise in town.

Today I ordered a Roast beef (double) sandwich & a medium curly fry. My Roast beef was stacked high & was succulent! I really don't care for curly fries but the quantity & quality was good for a medium size. I did post two pics where I already took a few bites so you can see the thickness of my sandwich.

We had dine in dinner last night at Fazollis in St Joseph, MO with our Granddaughter. It was a great experience! This is like your homeless uncle just came by and has 3 noodles on his plate and 3 cups of meat sauce and now it’s your turn and now you have a plate of noodles with what was left on the spoon. It’s embarrassing. Like I want to give them a call and see if they are in financial troubles. Do they need a pay day loan to make til Friday? Cause this is unbelievable. Can someone explain to me why they would cut up an ordered sausage as if it was a hotdog? Like you would for a 2yr old? It’s wild. It looks like Filipino style; they cut up a hotdog into it. Is this something you can order on purpose and I just clicked the wrong button or do they treat all guest as 2yr old children? Or perhaps they just assume I was skibidi because I used DoorDash?

Phoenix was great! Checked on us several times and was super polite! Only issue we had was while ordering. The older lady with gray hair was more worried about having a conversation with the other employees behind the counter then taking our order. She came off very rude.

I ordered five sandwiches from Wendy’s for boom box had two drinks, two fries and two nuggets. The fries were completely cold and they blamed it on the DoorDash. Deliver they told me that Wendy’s doesn’t deliver so the only way I could’ve ordered from them was the order through DoorDash for someone which I did not order through DoorDash and if you order from their site for delivery whoever they contract out to is who gets the delivery whether it be DoorDash or GrubHub, you would think a manager of a restaurant would know that . The manager was so rude and Condon sending did not even apologize for the inconvenience. Did not mean I want to make it right and less I can bring out all the food at 9 o’clock at night which I could not do I wasn’t even concerned about the food when I called I called because my boo bucks did not come and I always get those for my kids for Halloween I pay for them they didn’t come with my order so I called in to let them know that I had not got my boo bucks, she asked if there was anything else and I told her that my sandwiches were not made right she told me that she knew that they were made right because she had made them. She tried to argue with me about what goes on the sandwiches and what was ordered are used to work at Wendy’s so I know how many tomatoes go on a sandwich and when I put extra tomatoes on there, how many tomatoes that is supposed to be That is something that has not changed in 20 years . She refused to give me her name said that she didn’t have to tell me her name and wanted to know why I wanted her name well when I come in to make sure that I am given my boo coupon books if they ask me what manager told me they would write that down in the book would that be a reason to have the managers name but the manager will not give a name that just shows that they are shady and don’t want something to come back on them . For now on if I cannot be at Wendy’s to pick up the food myself and make sure it is correct before I leave I will not order from them again definitely will not order for delivery ever again.

We placed a mobile order at the 1606 belt highway location and it was a joke. We waited forever at the window for our food like they did not make it when the order came in. The parking lot was empty, so we know that they weren't busy. When the kid finally gave us our food, she gave us less than half of it and then when we asked for the rest, she had an attitude. She again did not give us the rest of our food and again had an attitude. We also got frostys, with no straws. When we asked for straws, again we got attitude. I highly recommend avoiding this location and do yourself a favor, go to the north belt location. It's cleaner and they get order right the first time, plus the people are actually friendly. The 1606 location needs to be shut down already like everything else mid belt has. North belt is the only place to go for anything worth your time.

Ordered the exact same thing that we always get using the app. Usually everything is fine. Yesterday, I picked up the order . The bag was sealed as usual so I just drove home. Opened the bag at home and neither burger was even close to being correct. Plus both seemed to have been made quite some time ago they were far from being fresh. Very disappointing.

I've been at the counter for 10mins, no one takes my order. An 80yr old man asked to place an order after waiting more than 5mins, and was told to be patient, they were working on other orders. The old man left. The clerk was rude and all the customers are very aware of some of the poorest, slowest service at any fast food restaurant I have ever been to. I've written this entire review while waiting at the counter and not a single person has recognized me. I even went to the bathroom and regained my front position in line, then wrote this review. Pathetic....

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes. Guy running register walked around like he had no clue what he was doing. Not a single hello or I'll be right with you from anyone. Multiple employees could see the customers in line. I let without ordering. Fast food? Slow service. Unreal.

I do like Hardee's. This particular experience is was closer to an average fast food experience, but still slightly better. The burgers are juicy and the fries were hot. I was a little annoyed that the ketchup was only available in those little foil packets. All that said, it is getting expensive for a combo meal at a fast food restaurant.

The only reason this location get such high regard is Marcus. This man is an utter joy to order with! His Customer Service is outstanding 🤩 I've been in management over 20yrs and most of food industry. I would steal him in a heartbeat. Food is always fresh and delicious. On the other hand when he isn't here the food is terrible and everyone has a cruddy attitude.

Ordered online and went through drive thru to pick it up. My order was just ready, hot and fresh. The guy at the window was friendly and enthusiastic.

Marcus provides an at home experience the second you walk through the door. I have never had better service at any fast food restaurant. The food was just as he described: mouth watering and delicious. Our food came out just the way we wanted and in great time. He even came and made sure we didn’t need anything while making sure everything else was taken care of in the kitchen. I will definitely come back to this Hardee’s because of the experience I had with Marcus!

Marcus had amazing service the second I walked in the door. I wasn’t sure what I wanted and he gave me the best sales pitch I’ve ever heard! He helped me figure out exactly what I wanted. I overheard his communication with the kitchen staff and all I can say is wow. His communication with the kitchen and customers is top tier.

Service was wonderful and employees helpful. This fast-food restaurant had ZERO changing table, neither woman or man's. It's 2025! Get changing tables in both restrooms. It's never acceptable to change a poop diaper on a dinning room table - completely disgusting.

Normal 5 guys. no real complaints. What I may not like could be someone else's favorite thing. I thought the fries were a little mushy but my wife said they are her favorite. The music would be great at a head bangers concert but not so much here. The staff were great and friendly and kept the place clean.

We were driving through town here and as we're looking at places my mother mentioned she has never been here so we decided to stop. We walked in and we're greeted right away, they waited patiently as she browsed the menus, food came out quick and fresh, and on top of all that the place was very clean. We are very pleased with the service and she said she will definitely be a new customer!

I’ve always felt Five Guys has great meat and great fries. I don’t think I’ve ever been disappointed. Drives me crazy when people falsely state the Little hamburger is expensive for a “kids meal”. It’s just a single patty as their regular burger is a double. Those same people gripe it’s expensive, which makes me laugh in a town with $30-$35 pizzas. Don’t get a $3 soda or add cheese, and get 1 “Little” size fries which is enough for 3 people.

10.00 for a burger I'll pass but the fries omg are amazing .. I'll go there to get those but I'm not paying 10.00 for a small burger ... maybe if it was unique but those five guys fries that's where its at...

My family and I have been to other waffle house establishments and got great 👍 service, this place, not so much. Took 15 minutes before we were approached by anyone. Got the manager that was on duty to get a waitress to get our order. Only 2 other tables were occupied at this time with 2 people at each table and they all were already eating. 20 minutes later we finally get our food and we're very disappointed. My son ordered the 5oz stake and it looked like someone had thrown it on the floor and stepped on it a few times. My hamburger wasn't bad with the exception of the nasty looking lettuce that was placed on it. The whole time we were there there was 2 waitresses the were very loud with their comments from one end of the kitchen area to the other. As a former cook myself at many establishments such as sports bars,hotels and privately owned restaurants i would have fired everyone of them on the spot.

The coffee pot was filthy and all of them looked like they had never cleaned! I drink regular my husband drinks decaf when he asked for decaf the waiter said they didn't have any and acted like it was a hard chore to make The grill is up front it also was greasy and not cleaned in a while. 1st time eating at one very disappointed. Michael and the other worker tonight were awesome. Great customer service. Friendly and fast. They said someone called in sick. But, the service was great. Food was really good as well.

Great food, good prices, friendly and attentive staff. They have a juke box and when it is played, the music is a bit overpowering. The staff turned it down some, but it was still a bit loud for normal conversation. Definitely will return at the next opportunity.

Probably the best Waffle House visit I’ve had. Our server Alyssia was so good I had to leave a review. There’s nothing better than an attentive server, great food, and a nice atmosphere.

Normally I give rave reviews. Not tonight. They were out of peanuts and she copped an attitude when I had to take a moment to pick something else. It is not my fault someone didn't order enough peanuts! Lady, your drive thru was backed up like crazy so it's not like I was holding up the line deciding on something else. If you don't like your job please get another one! FYI I know the difference between a shake and a malt. I ordered a malt got a shake.

My mother my daughter and I all went to this Cabana. I ordered our food and they got it to us in a timely fashion with it still being hot. The ice cream is to die for and the same with the pepper balls. The only thing that I didn't like about it is that they're playing ungodly music. Other than that, can't complain. One more thing. They don't have a public restroom available for their customers.

The food is always delicious. I love the grilled chicken. Simple and better than anything in town. Ice cream is always creamy and perfect! My favorite place to eat!

Friendly atmosphere and loved the burger. If you are in a hurry, I recommend the drive-thru vs. dining in which is on par with most fast food places.

Staff is very friendly at both locations, the huge cones 😍 are delicious and they have reasonable prices.

We stopped at this fun little place while traveling--had to spoil the grandchild with ice cream. There is no inside seating and was quite hot the day we visited and had to ditch the cones for a bowl as the ice cream was melting faster than we could eat it. Generous portions! We would stop here again given the opportunity.

If you have a 50 or 100 dollar bill don't bother going here. They don't accept legal tender. First Ward next door will take your money and has way better food!!

extremely small portions that left me hungry. Would never recommend as someone who loves chipotle. Maybe worst chipotle in the Midwest. Or maybe the entire world

Went to pick up my chipotle order and when I came home this is what I opened to. Barely any food. This is not what my food have looked like if I ordered in store. Shame to see that chipotle has gone down hill. Waste of my money.

The food portions are terrible unless you go in person!! They need to shut down the online, nothing is ever correct or warm!

Could have been way better. Skimpy protein portions, I had a free coupon for guacamole and THOUGHT it was added to my burrito. I scanned my app and the employee said it went through. Paid, looked at my receipt and nope. I was charged for guac. Ate my burrito to discover there was never any guac added.

Online orders is so bad like seriously would you want this especially for 30$ for two bowls and a side of cheese

The experience was disappointing. There didn’t seem to be a manger on duty. It seemed like the entire staff hated each other - lots of eye rolling & frustrated faces at each other - creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Portions were smaller than normal for the cost. Tables needed to be wiped down, and the trash was overflowing. The sitting area was not clean. Looking around, you could tell I wasn’t the only customer that noticed this and was frustrated by it. On top of that, the food was cold. Would skip this one!

Absolutely horrible experience they were rude hardly put any food for the price and mixed in all the the cheese is a bunch of corn.

We are return customers, 2-3 times a month. Out of my past two orders, both have been wrong. Waited the first time for them to remake. Get it home to 5 hungry kids only to find out it was wrong again!! Was told when I called that no discount, coupon or anything. They could remake it…for the third time! Sorry, they were starving after waiting 40 minutes. Second order, two weeks later, wrong again. I asked for a refund….they can’t do that, only the manager. I have yet to hear from the manager. Lost my business!!!!

Really good food, as always! It's just... not 5-star ambience. Now that might just be because there wasn't many people in there, but what it lacks in ambience, it more than makes up for in the best pizza I've ever had! Be sure to try the cinnamon streusel pizza, it's also the best out of any I've had!

The guy who helped me was nice but totally unfamiliar with the menu. The sandwich would have been better with a better quality of meats. But everything else was fresh and flavorful. Loved the size of the Italian Sub and the delicious dill pickle. Bag of chips nice surprise.

Good pizza, friendly staff. Looking forward to trying their pasta and sandwiches. We got 2 larges, a Meats (left) & Mobsta (right). Prices medium.

Ordered the Mobsta it was pretty good. Toppings were good and the cheese just right. The crust is thin but not too thin n kinda crunchy. I liked it tho. 🤙👍👍

My delivery order tonight was LITERALLY the BEST pizza I have ever had, even my my wings were perfectly cooked. And arrived before original delivery time!! Not sure if they have a new employee or whatever the reason but I 10 out of 10 DO reccomend!!! I called the store just to let them know how good the food was tonight and the Manager was very polite and professional!!! Thank you Papa John's in St. Joseph!!!

My pizza was delivered undercooked and very little toppings. Mainly the lack of cheese. Reminded me of a lunchable pizza you were forced to eat as a kid because lack of better patenting. The boneless wings were more like soggy chicken nuggets from a school cafeteria made by old people that are waiting to die. I gave the wings to my dog and he paused a few beats to talk himself into eating them. I'm going to go check on him to make sure he pulled through.

Excellent pizza today for lunch! Hot and fresh. Cheese was spot on. Both employees were super nice and very friendly. Done right on time.

Ordered This after Pizza Hut messed up my order twice, excellent job! Pizza was great, you remembered the seasoning packets, Pizza Hut forget them, pizza was cooked thoroughly, Pizza Huts wasn’t, and you remembered all of my little sauces I love. Great job guys! 👍👍😊

East to get to off of the Belt. Parking is awkward, not well thought out. No delivery to my house in Country Club which was disappointing. Had a papadias which was good but no "wow" factor. Not opposed to going back.

I got to be honest, I go to Sonic all the time for the vibes and the amazing Southwest queso wrap. Usually they are good but this time they were garbage. There wasn't even any queso on it and the chicken strip was as big as my thumb.

I was extremely surprised by my recent visit. Everyone that I spoke to was very courteous and accommodating. My order was read back to me as well as visually displayed. While waiting on my order, a gentleman stopped by with a tray and asked me if I would like any sauces and explained to me what the different sauces were. A couple of minutes later, a lady by the name of Jasmine stopped out to deliver my order, again confirming what I had ordered. All of the food that was brought to me was freshly cooked and nicely prepared. In no way was I expecting this to be at a fast food restaurant. I hope this is something that Sonic continues and that other fast food restaurants adopt.

Have never been so disappointed! BLT had only 3 HALF pieces of bacon, so my BLT was more of bread, L & T. Not to mention the strawberry lemonade tasted like dirty water w/a “touch” of strawberry that didn’t even taste like strawberry. Told the server that I don’t like it, who just looked at me and walked off & said have a good night. Also, she didn’t give me the correct change back (shorted me), but I let it go as she was young & it was obvious that she didn’t know how to assist customers. Will never return to this location. Absolutely horrible!

Amazing food hot and fast friend had a chicken tender sandwich combo I had a double cheeseburger with tots . Bonus of two mints. Love their ice and sweet tea is amazing. Always fresh.

Everyone is friendly and smiles, or makes my day when I see them smile and since I go there a lot they know my name. From Matt part owner to lot of the staff can’t name them all but they great and they need to keep it up. Kudos for this store.

I'm impressed the kid came walking up to me named Devin amazing personality ask if I needed sauces but I had just ordered a cherry limeade it was just refreshing to see that kind of customer service

Ordered 8 apple pies i was told it would be 15 minutes. 30 minutes later they let me know that they didn't even start to make them. Pathetic service. You tell me how long somethings going to be and then don't even try to make it. Definitely not be going here again. Crap food anyways. Thanks for wasting my time.

Horrible is all I can describe this location as. Keep in mind the website for this location is 24 hours. As we pulled into the drive took them a few minutes to answer although we were the only people there then as we were told to pull up to the second window we waited 10 minutes to be acknowledge after that we got our food and asked for extra honey mustard which she then proceeded to get the wrong item after corrected she very rudely brought the right item then back again with an attitude we brought to her attention that our small fries had about 7 fries per small fries and were so old the were inedible we then asked for fresh fries and she very rudely said we’re closed so I have to ask my manager even though there were more cars behind us then we waited about ten to get the fries and told her she could have the bad ones back and she very rudely slammed the window and rolled her eyes when we got home our Mc.chickens were cold and nuggets rubbery. And had a phone and earbud and was more worried about that then her customers.

I'm so disappointed, when placing my order I had a feeling the workers were being a little sketchy, sluted words to start. I started to place my order and thought my maybe I should just go to a different one but I was tired from driving all day so I didn't, I I'll try to pay close attention to my intuition because I should have went somewhere else because my fries I asked if they were fresh and they said no I asked if I could have fresh ones they told me to pull up there and I pulled up and I waited and I waited and I waited but I get it it takes some time I just wanted fresh fries and when they brought it out to me they gave me fries full of grease my sack is coated with grease and my sandwich had so much ketchup on it that my top bun is soaked and ketchup oozing out the sides. I was really looking forward to it, I hadn't had McDonald's in quite a while. I took pictures to show them tomorrow, Maybe I could get a refund, there's no way I want them to give me another meal as a replacement. ((((((((( McDonald's you are no longer a family restaurant that families go to because the prices were so reasonable that they could afford to treat their family to a meal out, now you also worry about the food is being prepared correctly without making your family sick.))))

I always go through the drive through all most every morning. The service at the main window is outstanding and always with a smile. The could use some work with the people that take your orders. It is almost like they are afraid to talk.

I visit mcdonald's every day in every part of Kansas city, And they could learn a thing or 2 From this McDonald's in Saint Joseph Missouri, the kitchen is run efficient. The restaurant is clean they're lines move fast. People in the fast food industry are not thanked enough thank you mcdonald's.

Got 2 mcchicken sandwiches. Both add cheese and ketchup about 30 minutes ago. Literally got one that was two top half’s of the buns and NO CHICKEN. There was ketchup, cheese and lettuce. But someone literally forgot what made this a chicken sandwich. This is no joke. How much do you people want an hour again?????

Portion sizes are now half the size but costs more. Food was not very goid , tasted like bad fryer oil with burnt black speckles all over my food

Although the building (half of the seating is closed off) and parking lot have turned into near disrepair, the food still eats good. If you want some tasty fried fish and hushpuppies you could do a lot worse. The staff is always friendly and the a/c works.

I ordered this for door dash. When I got the delivery the restaurant was closed so I could not call and complain. I ordered the fish and shrimp platter I asked for 6 tartar sauce and I did a extra side order of hush puppies. I got the fish and shrimp did not get any of the fried bits. I only got 3 tartar sauce and got a extra order of fries instead of hush puppies. Very disappointed.

Food was great other then the batter was to hard and crunchy, making it hard to eat. The floors were hard to walk on cause of all the grease that is on it. Had to be careful walking or you would fall down.

While the food was as good as any other LJS locations, I found this location to be lacking in cleanliness. The floor was dirty and very sticky. It appeared to have not been swept and mopped in quite some time.

The people were nasty. One of the cooks from the kitchen came up and brought a pan of green beans. Stuck his finger in and stirred them with his finger. He pulled a green bean out and took a bit and put it back in the pan. He stirred them again. The floors were so dirty along with the walls. I used the bathroom and it was trashed. The place smelled like old oil. The chicken strips my wife got we're rubber and old. It was like they had been frozen, thawed and then froze again. My fish was very greasy. I will not go there again and would not recommend this place to anyone. I feel we paid a lot and didn't even eat but 2 hushpuppies and 1 piece of fish. Wasted our money and time. That place either needs a military manager or closed

This Dunkin’ is consistently disappointing. I can’t even count how many times I’ve been told their system is “updating,” and I can only get one free drink. Their ordering process doesn’t work — you place your order at the speaker, but by the time you get to the window, the staff is confused about what you ordered. On top of that, the drinks are almost always wrong. The iced coffee rarely has flavor, and half the time it’s served hot. I don’t know if this location has the same owners as the others, but they really need to update their system and provide better training on how to make drinks correctly.

Made a mobile order that came to $37 and some change. The app said "Not Paid Yet" although it had been taken out of my bank account. When I went to pick up my order I was told they didn't have it although the order was clearly on my phone. I was told by the girls working there the new owners said I was supposed to dispute it with my bank and they wasn't allowed to make anything if it didn't come through. I called the bank while I was in the store. The bank said they couldn't give me the $ back since I in fact made the purchase. I went back to the counter, and told them, "You can clearly see I made the purchase. You seen in on my phone." If you as managers and/or owners are telling your employees you will fire them for making things right, you need to learn how to run a business. I wasn't going to just let you have almost $40 of my money.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Burnt the sandwich, the bottom bun was so hard I couldn't chew it, bacon was blackened, no sauce, also supposed to be a croissant bread, then wouldn't remake it. Did an online order, so they had plenty of time to do their job correctly.

Not crazy about the food or donuts. The latte' was decent. Ordered a dozen mixed donuts. Including Old-fashioned, Jelly, Blueberry, and Glazed. The Blueberry were the only ones that didn't taste like old oil. The Old-fashioned ones were dry and not glazed or iced. They should be advertised as such. The jelly also was so strong in grease flavor. Absolutely disgusting!

I’ve visited this Dunkin’ a number of times out of convenience, but unfortunately my experience hasn’t been the best. Nine times out of ten, they don’t have donuts available, and on the rare occasion they do, they’ve tasted a bit stale or old. The drinks often seem more like milk than coffee to me, which is a little disappointing. I really wanted to enjoy this location since it’s convenient, but overall it just hasn’t met expectations.

Tried to order two different chocolate donuts and said they were out. Tried to order different ones and they were out. Waited couple of days and went back to order two different chocolate donuts and they were still out and every donut except for the powder ones and blueberry munchkins is all they had. I went on the app and at first the app to be contact corporate was really hard and as if they don’t want to hear from a customer, but finally got in. Then I get a private email sent from an iPhone from the General Manager of this place and saying it had to do with power outage, what power outage I’ve been up all mornin of that day I tried to order and no power outage went on, so I don’t take excuses as of why in two times in two days apart you would still be able to be out of. So I will not buy from this store again they lost a potential customer.

came here to get a donut june 15th at 10:40 pm and no donuts until after midnight?! how does this work? what is going on? so i substituted with a donut, the coffee wasn’t bad but wish they had donuts, won’t be getting my service until after “midnight”

Showed up at 11:29pm, they close at midnight and already turned all their fryers off so I couldn't order any food. If you close at midnight, then that's the correct time to turn the fryers off. The guy was extremely rude about it as well

Let me premise this by saying the service I received today was not typical of this location. The food quality is usually decent and the service has always been great until today... I can only assume that Heath the shift manager is trying to get fired. It's either that or he is absolutely horrible at customer service in which case he should be fired. I admit I wasn't in the best mood, in fact I was hangry and was hoping to cure that with a meal. I saw something new on the drive thru menu and inquired "What is a loaded Italian?" The answer that Heath gave me was "Exactly what it looks like...." Followed by silence. Now it looked like it could have been ham or turkey with either pepperoni or salami, it claimed to loaded so any combination of those was possible. A simple description would be the very least amount of customer service expected when asking such a question. That was entirely too much to ask of Heath. In fact, even when I decided to go inside and try again (admittedly aggrivated) he not only didn't apologize but he still wouldn't describe it and he doubled down on the rude factor by saying he didn't think he needed to explain anything and blaming me for asking the question wrong? I'm sorry, I didn't realize I was on Jeopardy. He then stated he wasn't going to stand there and get lectured, turned his back and walked away. Everyone has a bad day now and then and I know he was in a hurry to go drain his bladder. Maybe that justifies acting like a smart alec. Maybe that explains treating a customer as if they are stupid for not knowing your new menu. Or maybe Heath should seek a new line of work that he would be more suited for like the postal service or DMV maybe?

Linda mgr terrible customer service skills she needs a different job. Jackie counter sales was a nightmare. Together they ruined my appetite and made me wish I had never walked in to get food. Very disappointing experience!

Alexis, the young lady who was my cashier really needs to pay better attention to the customers. There was an older lady, that was calling out orders and for the sake of other customers, I hope she isn't a manager. Her attitude was 100% unpleasant and unprofessional. She needs to check her attitude at the door. I have worked for Arby's before, and many other fast food locations, and would never treat customers with attitude. This lady needs a week unpaid at home to readjust her attitude.

Can we go to a number system? People hear what they want to hear while waiting for their name. There isn't anything grosser than watching another customer snatch up your bag and stick their face in it. They send you a link for your complaint that doesn't work, thumbs up!

Don't bother stopping here employees aren't looking to take your order. Too busy talking, when they decide to do their job they act offended by you calling them out for it.

Ordered and paid for the sandwiches only for two then was told I'd have to order the this one again. What a way to make extra money. Not stopping there again
