New American restaurant
Oak & Rye is a sophisticated Italian bistro known for its wood-fired pies, small plates, and craft cocktails. The restaurant offers a short list of delicious pizzas with whimsical names like the TMNT and the Scottie 2 Hottie. It has become a popular destination in the South Bay, offering potent cocktails created with housemade spirit infusions. The bar serves drinks like Smokey the Bear, drawing crowds to its newly updated space.
We stopped past here while visiting Los Gatos. The menu is very creative with plenty to choose from. We had a couple of non-alcoholic beers, which is nice to see amongst the other drinks. The staff were attentive and we had a table outside overlooking the street. In a strange coincidence, we commented on how similar the menu, pizza choices and actual pizza was similar to State of Mind in Los Altos. Turns out the owners know one another. Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch and look forward to returning. 🍕🍻🥗

Tasty brick oven pizza and fresh salads This place was great! They have a big brick oven in the restaurant, and the pizza was really good. I usually like a super crispy crust, but theirs still tasted great. The arugula salad and shaved Brussels sprouts were fresh and light, really nice. The place is kid-friendly, which made it easy for the whole family to enjoy.

Oak & Rye in Los Gatos is one of those places that instantly pulls you in with its cozy yet energetic vibe. The bar is lively, the lighting feels just right, and the staff know their menu inside and out. I started with a miso-inspired cocktail that was incredibly unique—smooth, savory, and balanced with just the right touch of sweetness. I followed it with a creative twist on an Old Fashioned, and both drinks were crafted to perfection. For food, we shared two pizzas: the Jerk and the Commissioner Gordon. Both were absolute standouts. The crusts had that perfect wood-fired char, thin but still chewy, and every topping was layered thoughtfully for flavor and texture. The Jerk had a smoky, spiced kick that was addicting, while the Commissioner Gordon delivered a mix of savory and tangy that was just right. We also ordered the fried potatoes, and they were decadent—crispy on the outside, soft inside, and perfectly seasoned. Everything here feels elevated but not overdone. You can tell the chefs and bartenders really care about what they’re creating. Between the atmosphere, the flavors, and the creativity behind every dish and drink, Oak & Rye is easily one of the best dining spots in Los Gatos.

Must try🍽️ The pretzel was good 🥨 ( granulated mustard, beer cheese( kinda strong in flavor) Ginger beer - so underrated!! So good Margarita pizza was good, could have been a little less chewy.
Anchal S — Google review
Our experience was very good - dishes were very tasty and servers were very attentive. Definitely we will visit again but not during their busy hours.
Changyeon J — Google review
Pizza crust was excellent but the arugula/cheese topping was not great. The Margarita was better. Arugula salad was very good. Service was slow/confused. The patio seating was nice. Pretzel was good.
Fraser S — Google review
Negroni was good. Salad and pizza were good. Service was good and the outdoor sitting on a nice evening in Los Gatos was priceless.
Alex G — Google review
Very nice place with great atmosphere. We ordered pizza and asked if it was possible to make half different options. They didn't provide this service then we asked if we could add some pepperoni on the topping. They forgot to add it and the second pizza that they brought us was burnt. The food was average. Service was just ok. I really like to give it another chance because the ambiance was worth it.

Tapas restaurant

Small plates restaurant
Spanish restaurant
PintxoPote is a vibrant culinary gem in Los Gatos, where the spirit of Spain's Basque region comes alive through its delightful small plates. Helmed by former Silicon Valley aeronautical engineer Hector Figueroa, this modern eatery specializes in pintxos—Basque-style tapas that are perfect for sharing. Guests are encouraged to savor three to four dishes at a time, allowing each bite to be fully appreciated.
Very good tapas place! Everything we had was great. Recommend the fig bacons, the shrimp, the cheese plate. Pretty much everything was great except maybe the octopus which was just OK. Since these are small plates, I suggest you also get the lamb chops - served with their wonderfully crispy fries! They only have one dessert (I think) but it too was great. Service was wonderful - the waitress took the time to explain every single thing on the menu, and service was prompt and attentive. Highly recommend.

There are a many good restaurants in Los Gatos…not many make you feel like you are on vacation abroad with amazing food and hyper personalized service- even if you can still see your local Walgreens across the street. Anchovies are not my immediate go to, but given how prominent they were on the menu, I gave them a shot and wasn’t disappointed. It was the difference between food that tastes generically good and food that feels deliberate, flavorful, and thought-provoking. We’ll definitely be back!
Angela L — Google review
Quaint neighborhood eaterie. Comfortable seating at either tables or at the bar. Just a few folks on staff, but were in constant purposeful motion taking care of all the customers, walking through and explaining the menu. The tapas were excellent, just note anything with anchovies were salty (as to be expected). The rib eye was so tender and delicious. It takes a while to prepare, so order it immediately. A wonderful experience. We'll certainly return. Prices are on the high side.
Conrad P — Google review
PintxPote is one of the best hidden gems that you can find in a town like Los Gatos. They are friendly. They love the food that they make, which you can taste in every bite. Sometimes if you become a regular you can ask one or two weeks in advance to see if chef Hector is willing to make one hit of his amazing paellas. These are not on the menu so you definitely would have to reserve in advance. Otherwise the menu is always absolutely fantastic. Try the pinchos. Try the main dishes such as lamb or beef or octopus. When peppers are on the menu try those as well. Specials are on the menu when there is something in season or chef Hector is moved to try out a new dish. Come regularly to see what's new. Personal favorites include the house made potato chips that are served with the meat dishes, huevos con jamon, and Spanish tortillas. If you enjoy wine, they have quite a nice selection of Spanish wines, including cavas and tempranillos. They are always willing to discuss your princes and see how well they can match your preferred wine. I don't usually write this kind of review and recommendation because I always want to make sure that whoever comes to what I recommend will have the kind of experience that I describe. In this case, I cannot recommend highly enough. If you love this type of Spanish food, this is the place to go.
Terie S — Google review
The tapas are okay. Wines are decent. Service is friendly. The place can get pretty packed.
Squirrel F — Google review
I want some quick and light dinner after a heavy lunch. This seems to be a perfect tapa place. I would recommend anchovies with tuna but anchovies with olives were way too salty. Bacon wrapped dates bruschetta and mushroom grilled were also tasty. Stay away from the Iberia ham 4-6 pieces for more than $36 is too pricey and can be eaten in a lot of places at much lower price. BTW The olive oil is also very very good. Unfortunately the bread to dip in is too plain. I almost feel maybe I should just drink the EV oil. Hahaha
Jenn J — Google review
What a gem! We got to try so many small plates here and loved everything. Hector and his wife are amazing hosts. I highly recommend sitting at the bar. The decor is very simple here - the food is the star of the show. We got about 7 dishes for 2 people and it was plenty. Don’t miss the goat cheese dish. We also loved all the anchovy dishes we tried. Can’t wait to come back!
Talia K — Google review
My boyfriend and I came on a weekday and sat at the bar. We had an amazing time, from the nice service to the delicious food. My favorites were the indurain blanco, delicias, pulpo, and the chocolate cake. We ordered more tapas throughout our dinner since each dish was pretty small. The chefs told us what the best way to eat some of the dishes were, which was a neat experience. We were also adventurous in ordering and it was fun to eat food we have never tried before. We will definitely come back!

Cafe
Breakfast restaurant
Los Gatos Cafe is a popular spot in the bustling downtown district of Los Gatos, California. This charming eatery specializes in classic breakfast and lunch offerings, featuring a variety of omelets, scrambles, and freshly baked goods. The downtown area where it's located is known for its vibrant atmosphere with numerous shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. The cafe opens early at 6 AM until 3 PM daily to cater to locals and visitors alike.
TLDR: It's a beautiful brunch place with great food, amazing service and an oldish diner atmosphere. 5 on 5 from us. Long Review: We've been coming here for almost 3 years now and we usually do it once every couple of months or so. Food: We've tried all couple of items before we settled on our now usual order. Food quality and portions are really good. The omelets and Benedicts are delectable and so light and airy. It shows that they take pride in their work. The Herb Avocado and Chicken sandwich is just perfect, I personally prefer crispy over grilled but I make an exception here. Topping brunch off with a raspberry coffee cake and trust me you should try it. It pairs perfectly with a latte or a black coffee. Service: It's usually a busy place, We've always had to wait for a bit to get a table but they have benches outside so you can wait. Staff is nice and friendly and ready to help! Atmosphere: Feels like an old diner and has a charm to it. All in all, We've been here way too many times and will keep coming here.

Highly recommend for breakfast. Even though there was a lot of people crowded in the front, our party of 4 got seated very quickly. The menu has a variety of savory or sweet selections. I especially like that a bakery item is included with most dishes.

We came down to Los Gatos for the day and started out with breakfast at the Los Gatos Café. Service was super friendly and quick. Food was delicious and there were lots of things on the menu to choose from. We’ll definitely come here again.

We've been here as well as the uptown location so many times over the years. Food has always been very good and consistent, especially the crab omelet 😋. The restaurant is tight, but cozy. It's always busy on the weekends. Love the service there as everyone is very friendly and helpful.
Hanna L — Google review
Excellent place to eat! Fantastic menu. I ordered crab cake Benedict and they were out of this world delicious. They came with the best fried potatoes I’ve ever had. Nice and crispy and large portion. The plate was full of food and looked delicious before even taking a bite. See picture. The hostess kept my coffee cup full and was attentive. The whole place was clean and fresh air flowing through. Plenty of street parking for our weekday 8 am meet up. Prices were very reasonable and I was surprised at the great value when I saw the menu. Highly recommended. I look forward to coming again.
Clay F — Google review
We like their breakfast. Enough portion for us. Easy street parking on weekdays. It will be crowded on weekends.

This place gets redifined expectations rating. Exceptional food, fast service, waiters always refill coffee in time. Plenty of parking across the road
Nik — Google review
The savory vegetables pancake was sooo good. The carrot walnut cake was super yum too. I did not like the Copenhagen pancakes as much it felt too soggy and sweet because of the filling. But all the dishes that were ordered by my friends were super good as well. It is a little congested space wise if you go with a large group. But they also have outdoor seating which is more spacious.

Bakery
Icing on the Cake is a renowned gourmet bakery that has been serving artisanal cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and other delectable desserts since 1985. With over 30 years of experience, this bakery is known for creating beautiful and delicious baked goods for both everyday indulgence and special occasions. Their offerings include a wide variety of options such as cookies, pies, original creations, and traditional wedding cakes.
I had such a fantastic experience with this bakery! My wonderful coworker has been gluten free for many years, and I discovered this amazing bakery and the ladies working there were so kind and patient with helping me order the perfect cake. The most delicious cake I’ve ever had! Their banana bread with chocolate frosting cake is amazing, it blew all of our minds. A small slice of the cake keeps you full, and their 6 inch cake fed about 10 people. I will definitely be ordering her cake from this place again next year!
Paria A — Google review
I’ve ordered two cakes from this bakery over the past six months—one for my private ceremony in May and another for my wedding reception on Halloween—and I can confidently say I’ll never go anywhere else. Both cakes far exceeded my expectations in every way. The tiered reception cake was absolutely stunning—I almost didn’t want to cut into it because it looked so perfect! And the flavor? Incredible. The red velvet was one of the best we’ve ever had. Honestly, everything I’ve tried from this bakery has been delicious. We’re officially loyal customers for life!
Katelynn G — Google review
The moment you stepped into the bakery you will feel the temperature controlled environment that ensures the best quality desserts are being sold here. This banana walnut loaf is only second to what I taste in Hawaii. But personally Hawaii is on a different realm of experiences. So this is top tier in the Bay Area.
Jack L — Google review
They have really delicious pastries! I especially love the carrot cake and pecan pie. Service at the counter is quick, and everything is served fresh. My uncle and I went earlier in the day, which I highly recommend!
BA — Google review
My husband discovered this place a couple of weeks ago while searching for gluten-free cakes—and we’re so glad he did! The staff were incredibly friendly, took the time to explain every component in detail, and you can tell they genuinely care about what they do. That passion really comes through in the cake itself. Hands down, one of the best-tasting chocolate cakes I’ve ever had. All our friends loved it too! This will definitely become our new go-to spot. They have been around since 1985 and I wish to see them for another 50 & more
Kavya R — Google review
Purchased a banana with cheese cake icing on top birthday cake 🎂 for my four year daughter. Everyone enjoyed it so much. I also purchased a few other pastries including the carrot cake cupcake, peanut butter pie and the cherry chunk cookie. It is worth the prices and the staff are super friendly. Highly recommend if you need cakes/pastries.
Armando M — Google review
The banana cupcake is easily one of the best cupcakes I've ever had. It hits all the right notes and the cake batter is perfectly moist and fluffy throughout with a hint of banana. That cream cheese icing though--so decadent it should be illegal. I'm so glad I that I need to bike the Los Gatos Trail 8 miles to get here. Now, I don't feel as guilty. 🧁
Jane L — Google review
Many people remarked that they enjoyed the cupcakes! I heard the word moist a lot. The service was excellent and the cupcakes came out looking great! It was for a baby boy's shower and they were able to mix blue in with the chocolate for the icing swirl.

Testarossa Winery, located in Los Gatos, offers a unique wine tasting experience amid original stone cellars and expansive grounds. The winery has a rich history dating back to 1888 when it was the Novitiate Winery created by Jesuits. Visitors can explore the indoor tasting room in the stone cave or enjoy the outdoor Wine Bar 107 for a more festive atmosphere.
We had our Wedding Rehearsal Dinner here and while it was a little more expensive then we wanted it was truly worth it. Their staff were exceptionally courteous and very easy to work with during both the event and the arrangement process. The atmosphere is simply breathtaking there and our dinner in “The Cave” was magnificent both in terms of the food and wine, but the room itself was just so cool to eat dinner in. All of our guests were very impressed with the winery itself, the quality of the food and the service, and everyone had an amazing time, so thank you!
Josh W — Google review
First we went to the wine tasting. Diana welcomed us very nicely. She was very attentive and smiling. Then we went to the restaurant part to have a snack. It was completely bad. It doesn't suit such an elite place. We ordered a wine plate. They put 2 cheeses and the rest fruit. The fruit was so dirty that 2 hairs came out of it. The attendant made a discount for this. But I would have preferred to receive good service. We ordered a hummus plate. It came with vegetables and uncooked broccoli. Although I was so satisfied with the wine tasting, this service also erased all the positive things. It was a complete fiasco. We encountered a meaningless joke when we first entered. We encountered a meaningless joke when we left. Not everyone can take a joke. It's unnecessary to joke after giving such bad service. The service we received is a luxury service. But we didn't get what we paid for.
Kübra — Google review
Lovely place tucked in the hills of old Los Gatos. We enjoyed the Thursday evening live music at 107 Bistro. Service leaves much to be desired but all in all a lovely place to enjoy a bottle of wine and the live music -- the service is less than 5-stars but you'll pay 5-star prices. If we ever visit again I'm not ordering anything from their menu except a bottle of wine. I can't stand service not matching what I pay.
Liuba B — Google review
Lovely place! The atmosphere and service were great, making for a very enjoyable experience. While I do wish there were more healthy food options on the menu. Overall, I had a lovely time and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend for a cozy and pleasant outing! 🍽️✨

My wife and I live just up the street from what used to be the Novitiate Winery in 1982. That original winery is now called the Testarossa Winery. We used to walk to the winery on the weekends and had free tastings of the delicious wine. That's when life was good and a lot of fun! California was a cool place to live at that time. We had our first child during this period of our life. The winery was very simple with a cave-like entrance and huge casks at the back of the tasting Hall. There was a simple wood counter from which the employee would pour your wine samples. We used to hike up the hills behind the winery where a lot of grapes were grown. I have a photo of my brother standing on top of those grape covered hills with his arms spread wide and a huge rainbow glowing in the background and the city of San Jose spread out behind the rainbow. Those were good days my friends!
Stan S — Google review
We visited during the day on weekdays after exercising. Since my friend was a member, we applied for a tasting and we were able to taste a lot up wines. From broad daylight on a hot day... You can get drunk quickly even on an empty stomach, so be careful :) We got drunk like running water in the beautiful atmosphere and the kind manager's continuous service. It was a short time, but it was such a sweet dream-like experience. Strongly recommended.

Nice venue. Relaxing outdoor restaurant. Specialty is Pinot wines and Chardonney. Not really in my palate range with either. A good friend was in town and was great to invest in god conversation. Our bar attendant is also a Sommelier and was interesting and fun to speak with. Worth the drive and excursion.
Timothy L — Google review
I don't know much about wine myself, but my wife is a big wine lover, so we came here hoping to have a great time together with a wine tasting experience. We were assisted by someone named Michelle Hair, and unfortunately, the experience left us disappointed. Each time we were poured a new wine, the amount given to us was noticeably smaller than what was being poured for the other groups around us. My wife and I both felt quite uncomfortable and even a bit disrespected, but we didn’t want to cause a scene, so we quietly went along with it. The smaller pour sizes themselves weren’t a huge issue—we could have easily overlooked that. But what really bothered us was being treated differently despite paying the same as everyone else. That sense of unequal treatment left us with a bad impression.

I about love this place. I came in my with my 3 year old daughter last night and we shared a pizza and ice cream. The pizza was incredible, the best in Los Gatos in my opinion. They had a watermelon strawberry, arugula, salad special which we got; perfect summer salad. My daughter got the caramel ice cream and she loved it. The overall experience was top tier, highly recommend.

Centonove has become a really special place for my wife and me. We’ve celebrated some of our most important moments here—our wedding rehearsal dinner, our anniversary dinners, and many other special occasions. Every time, the food has been outstanding and the atmosphere has made the night feel memorable. The staff always goes out of their way to make us feel welcome, and the service is just as impressive as the menu. It’s the kind of restaurant where you can count on both a great meal and a great experience, which is why we keep coming back. Centonove will always be our go-to for celebrating life’s milestones.

Shelly provided excellent service. She welcomed us immediately and gave a lovely recommendation for red wine. She was cautious with my gluten allergy, even with desert, and the GF pasta was the best one had at a restaurant! Food was delicious, restaurant had a nice ambience, and perfect for an impromptu date night in LG. We definitely will be back and hope to see Shelly and her warm personality again!

Don’t go any further, you’ve arrived at one of the best Italian restaurants in the area. While some of the restaurants we either closed at 7:00pm or very slow, this one was buzzing with customers. It took some time to get seated, and boy was it worth the wait. They went out of their way to accommodate us with a great outdoor space, amazing team service. Despite how extremely busy they were, they still smiled, were attentive and quick. Just before closing they had a group of sixteen guests without reservation and they were welcomed in. The food was delicious, well priced and we liked it so much that we went back two days later for lunch.

Enoteca La Storia is an Italian wine bar and shop that offers a blend of vintage and modern vibes. It features a wide selection of classic to eclectic wines, specialty beers, and old-world Italian small plates and desserts. Guests can enjoy their drinks and meals at intimate tables or the long bar with a view of the 200-bottle wine library wall. The venue also hosts special wine and beer tastings, educational workshops, and food release events.
The food at this restaurant is very delicious, but according to their official website, it’s described as American-style Italian cuisine. So, whether it’s authentic Italian food is uncertain. The location is tucked away in an unassuming corner surrounded by outdoor decorations, making it easy to miss if not recommended by someone. Personally, I really enjoyed their Cacio e Pepe (I might have misspelled it). Their appetizer sampler is also highly recommended.

I’ve come here a few times and the food & wine don’t disappoint! The staff is friendly but sometimes slow. There are a lot of regulars here so they tend to be very chatty with them and it’s hard to get their attention. But other than that, this place is great to sit at the bar and enjoy a glass of wine and some meats and cheeses.

We were there to celebrate our niece’s 19th birthday this Friday night. It was a poor experience overall, with the saving grace being that the food was spectacular. The best Italian food I’ve had in the States. But the service was unbelievably slow. The servers were good people working very hard but the restaurant was clearly not staffed to handle the reservations they give out. To have to pay $100 in automatic gratuities - some 5% staff fee and 20% automatic gratuity - is the perfect reward for Bay Area patrons like us. No where else in the world would such a shoddy experience then expect such an automatic service fee. Food was spectacular though. Maybe we got unlucky, if you get better service this can be a great experience. Personally, I doubt we’d go back.

I was looking for a private room to host a board dinner and from the beginning Joe (owner) gave us five star service. He was accommodating, responsive and easy to work with. I did not attend the event myself but the feedback was exceptional. My team said the food was excellent, and the service was great. I would highly recommended Enoteca for your private event.

I was here for some wine and an appetiser. The lady at the bar who is originally from Romania was super helpful and friendly. I had a good time. Sometime I feel out of place at the bars but not here. Everything was great and comfortable
Elena B — Google review
Nice place for a fancy outing. Love the vibe. Service was pretty slow and they kept forgetting things. Also the price was extremely expensive for what it was, so docking stars for those. Otherwise, food was good and vibe was fun. I also enjoyed the wine flight, which I thought was more reasonably priced than the food funny enough.
Michelle — Google review
It’s good but expensive for what you get. A burrata salad is the most expensive in the whole Bay Area. Cassio Pepe was great and the tuna salad great too. Election of wines is ok. And tiramisu was good. They have a patio and are pet friendly. They have heaters outside. Service is not the best.
Maribell G — Google review
Decent wine selection and friendly staff. They were ready to help with wine selection and accomdated our questions. We were here for late afternoon wine tasting and it worked well for that purpose. The wine plate was a bit below our expectations but overall decent visit.

Fleur De Cocoa is a cozy bakery and cafe in California that exudes French charm with its assortment of pastries, cakes, and sandwiches. The rich desserts and cakes are popular for special occasions like birthdays and intimate weddings. Located in Los Gatos, the shop offers a wide variety of baking products made with love and premium ingredients. While their beautifully crafted desserts may be on the pricier side, they are described as light, airy, and not overly sweet.
Just mind blowing selection of pastries and fancy desserts! I’ve been several times to this place and the owner is always there, very friendly and thoughtful. There are several tables indoors and large outdoor seating area. Cappuccino was amazing! Latte was a bit overheated and flat.

Amazing little French bakery In downtown Los Gatos. A little on the pricey side, But I think worth the experience. I wanted to try one of everything. Some of the pastries look like artwork. Little bit of seating inside however more outside... great ambience. I'd like to know what kind of espresso they use because it was very smooth. When outside of the norm and tried the Cinnabear (A cinnamon and honey latte).

Swiss Brioche was outstanding. I arrived mid-morning on a Sunday. Next time I'll get there earlier for a wider selection! Pastries are pricey, but delicious.
Allison V — Google review
De Fleur Cocoa completely exceeded our expectations! We tried three different pastries, and almost all of them were absolutely delicious. The chocolate kouign amann was buttery and flaky, and the chocolate pastry practically melted in our mouths. The bakery itself feels cozy and charming, like a little corner of Paris, and the staff were warm and welcoming. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in the area—we’ll be coming back for more!

All pastries looked delicious! We tried the chocolate tart and it was so dense and had three different layers of chocolate that made it so tasty. I would go just for this pastry again and can’t wait to try others. The cappuccino we got was also great. Limited seating inside but there is more outside.

Plenty of outdoor seats, perfect place for relaxing in a holiday afternoon with sunny weather and warm breeze. The pastries are all dedicatedly designed, really lovely. Ordered the Cloud cake, the sweetness is a little strong and the banana tastes a bit sour.

Their cakes are divine! Went there last week to pick up a cake for a bestie's bday lunch and purchased one and the kind French woman (assuming she's the owner) let me know that it was frozen and would need a few hours to defrost, and i needed it immediately. I asked if I could return it and get the individual cakes, which were not frozen, and she was like totally. That was truly sweet of her to let me know and the individual ones didn't disappoint either! Pic attached. Also pic of my hubby's bday cake from last month. Amazing!!

Manresa Bread is a cafe in Los Altos, known for its seasonal gourmet bread and pastries. It's an offshoot of Chef David Kinch's 2-Michelin-starred restaurant, Manresa. The bakery offers a limited but high-quality selection of pastries and bread, with standout items like the must-try baguette and delicious olive ciabatta. The bright interior with high ceilings creates a welcoming atmosphere, although seating can be limited during peak hours.
This coffee shop, located in the heart of downtown Los Gatos, serves Verve Coffee, known for its rich flavor and consistently smooth finish. But the real standout here might be the bakery. Every item is baked to perfection, with a quality that rivals, and perhaps even surpasses, anything you'll find elsewhere in the Bay Area.

I really didn’t like the sausage, egg and cheese biscuit I got. The egg was a gelatinous slab and the “onion jam” made the whole thing slippery so the sandwich contents slid out. Give me a McDonald’s sausage biscuit egg any day over this mess and put the $10 saved in my pocket. Some of the other items on display looked good, but it may take some time to get over the disappointment with my first visit.

Some come here and enjoy some of their pastries and coffee ull be glad u did.

My go to place for European freshly baked bread and croissants. Whole wheat bread and Levain are amazing. I go here twice a week. They have Verve coffee. There is a small indoor seating area and a bigger outdoor seating.

Wow! My Santa Cruz sandwich was so delicious! And I complemented it with vegan (dairy-free) tomato soup! 1) Freshly-baked bread is fantastic, a perfect blend of greens including mint (love it!) but has dressing - if you’re sensitive to dressings and vinegars ask to make it without it or add little of it. 2) I loved the generous amount of greens and slight kick of jalapeños (they were not very in my sandwich, just added flavor) - ask to omit if you don’t like jalapeños. Otherwise it had hummus, cucumbers, and red onions. 3) Vegan chocolate banana bread looked good too. Because sandwich is so big and the amount of the soup too - I’ll have to come another time to try it! Thank you Manresa Bread! It’d be wonderful if you could add another one or two vegan pastries without chocolate as well!
Galina C — Google review
I really loved their bread. I tried their Monkey bread which is like a bread pudding with cinnamon and just melts in your mouth. Their butter croissant was nothing special. I had their drip coffee and it was crisp. They had some inside sitting but most of it is outside.
Vipin K — Google review
While nominally a bakery of interesting and healthy breads, this place is also a complete coffee shop with a great selection of lattes and breakfast pastries. I tried their honey bun latte and an everything Danish. The latte was pretty good and the Danish was definitely interesting - an interesting contrast between the sweet cheese filling in the middle with the salty everything bagel crust. There is a good Internet connection here and good outdoor seating with a patio. I wish the indoor seating was better, so that I could work a little inside comfortably while sipping a coffee rather than at a side wall bench. There is even a wine bar here which looks like a tempting choice later in the day 🙂 The service was good and it fun watching them doing their job, making coffees and sandwiches.

Great little bakery downtown Los Altos. The pastries 🥐 and bread 🍞 selection is limited but the quality is great. The baguette 🥖 is a must and also the olives ciabatta is delicious. There is a nice little patio outside and just a few table inside. The building is bright with very high ceilings. Coffee is also great. One note, they serve default coffee to go without asking and I didn’t see regular cups. I love to drink my coffee in ceramic cups and not paper. Also to reduce waste ♻️

The Cats, located on the windy road to Santa Cruz, is an iconic old-school venue with a saloon decor that offers BBQ meats, bar snacks, and beer. This historic roadhouse has a rich past as it was previously a weight station, speakeasy, and bordello. The quirky ordering procedure and rustic dining room add to its unique character.
I was really impressed with this place. They have both American BBQ food and filipino food. Both are fantastic. The service was amazing, the food was delectable. I can't wait to go back! While everything was good, the pork and beans appetizer was the highlight for me. The atmosphere is nice too.

The Cats has been around forever. New owner as of two years still has bbq, but also offers Filipino dishes. Tried the crispy pata, a whole ham hock which was huge. The pork was moist and the skin truly crisp. We couldn’t finish it. Their lumpia was tasty and recommended. They still have live music on the weekends offering a mix of genres. The place is still popular judging by the crowd. Friendly atmosphere, good food, drinks and entertainment still works here.

Guys don’t make our mistake.. I remember going here years ago and it was such a good food!!! Now it’s disgusting disaster! I would rate the service below zero if I could.. the first bad sign was that the owner brings the food! Servant doesn’t know a single thing from menu, and what food contains. The live music is cool and that’s about it. Would Never come back. We cancel our food and left.
Anyday ( — Google review
Tucked off Highway 17, The Cats is trickier to find than a ninja in a fog bank—thank goodness for that big ol’ sign! The new owners have turned this spot into a Filipino-American BBQ fusion fiesta, and walking in feels like crashing your cool Filipino friend’s backyard cookout. Picture this: ribs, fried chicken, crispy pork, pancit, and kare kare, all lounging buffet-style, ready for you to pile on. The food? It’s like that friend who’s nice but doesn’t leave a lasting impression—decent, not dazzling. Nothing had me scrambling to return, but the price won’t make you grumble. Service, though? One lone server was zipping around like a kid chasing a laser pointer, juggling drinks for everyone. Oh, and getting back to San Jose? You’ll need to channel your inner racecar driver, zip toward Santa Cruz for a mile, and loop back like you’re in a high-speed chase. Final take? It’s a fun vibe, but The Cats didn’t quite land on its feet for a repeat visit. 😎

slow ass service, waited over 40mins for take out of chili and brisket. literally two things. received the order and it was completely wrong. didnt get chili, instead gave me the “baked” potato w chili instead and the potato wasnt even cooked! they gave us a raw freaking potato after waiting so long. you would think the potato would already be in the prep work. probs bc the music was so god damn loud they couldnt hear our order correctly. we live here locally in campbell, born and raised. def wont be back or recommending to anyone

Small meat BBQ buffet on weekends. Nothing fancy, but it hits the spot. Overall decent value for a casual meal, but not more than that
Mark H — Google review
The worst service ever! Arrived at 5:55 for my 6:00 reservation (which clearly wasn't necessary) and the waitress brought me right in front of the band speaker in the middle of the room. I said this is all you have? She said go find a table and I'll find you. Went to the back, where I always sit, and 30 minutes passed before she "found us". I asked for a menu, which she had forgotten and said before leave I'd like to order a couple of drinks. She took the order, 10 minutes more passed then she saidthey didn't have the alcohol I requested. Ok fine use another, whatever you have. 10 more minutes pass here come the drinks, no lime in the drink, and still no menus. Before she left I said we'll take an appetizer and have the mushrooms. 20 minutes pass, received the menus no mushrooms, because she gave our appetizers to the table behind us, who just sat down. My friend receives her rib platter 20 minutes later along with the mushrooms. 10, 20, 30, 40 minutes pass and I received my order and it was cold. She said no one knew who's order it was so it sat. Ok I'm beyond starving so the Hell with it, I ate it cold. My friend was waiting to eat with me so hers became cold after 10 minutes so I insisted she eat without me. My brisket was so salty I couldn't eat it and chewy. So I ate the ribs and pulled pork which was good, even though it was room temperature. Complained but nothing happened. Got the bill, gave my credit card, and as we were ready to leave her comes two corn bread muffins....over two hours of sitting on the wood chairs, and all the chaos I felt like throwing them at the wall. But of I was polite and told the owner goodbye for good. The old Cats is dead and buried and you have been warned.
Mark M — Google review
The food here sucks! Ordered barbecue chicken, but only got flavorless grilled chicken and a side of our BBQ sauce to put on top of chicken.. 1st time ever I got barbecue chicken that hasn't seen the light of barbecue sauce. Salad with soggy and mashed potatoes were cold. They had a nice band playing though.. Not a place to go if you're hungry for good food.

This hot dog restaurant is popular with locals for its old-fashioned dogs, burgers and milkshakes. The prices are reasonable, and the food is delicious. The clerk can remember what everyone ordered, making it easy to find what you're looking for.
I eat here on a fairly regular basis and I can confirm that the hot dogs are delectable. I particularly enjoy the default dog and the chili cheese dog. I can also confirm that the malts are delicious. The fries are great too. I cannot say anything about the burgers because I haven’t tried them. I like the old style vibes of the interior as well.

The fries were my favorite, so make sure to get some, I haven’t had fries this good in a while. I got a chicken sandwich, and my boyfriend had the double burger. He literally loved his meal. I liked mine, but it was a bit plain. I would definitely come back, but I’d probably try something different next time

If you're in the mood for a good hot dog, this place is one of my faves. It's a local favorite and they serve a variety of burgers as well. I'm a cheese addict, so I usually get the Cheese hound with extra cheese as shown in the pic. I've included a bottle of tapatio and a portable hand sanitizer bottle for size comparison. They also have fries, garlic fries, and tater tots for sides. The physical size of the restaurant is somewhat small, but there is adequate outdoor seating.

What kind of burger place charge you for a cheese? Isn’t that part of the “burger”? So I was asked what kind of cheese I want, I didn’t realize it’s another extra charge! Burger was kinda wet, dry customer service but then again what do you expect nowadays. I would say the fries were good at the least!! I don’t think I would come back here again. At least for the experience I had. Just be careful when they ask what kind of cheese you want I think they meant extra charge! Last but not least way overpriced for this burger place! Nothing special about it.

The absolute biggest and best burger I have had in a very long time! If I was closer, I would stop and get the onion rings every single day! I could have used a little more ice cream in my root beer float, but it was still good as well! What a wonderful place!
Ashley R — Google review
The onion rings are super delicious and made perfectly here! They have such a great crunchy batter with just a little sweetness to them. It turned out to be the star of my meal. The burger was just an average tasting burger nothing to special about it and actually a bit dry to be honest but the Happy Sauce they had made it better.

Dolce Spazio Gelato is a charming spot to indulge in sweet treats after a meal, conveniently located within walking distance of local restaurants. The cozy interior offers a nice selection of gelato flavors, with the Oreogasim being particularly popular. Despite the seemingly small portion sizes, the satisfying nature of the desserts makes up for it. Guests can enjoy their treats while watching traffic from window seats or opt for a quiet and shady experience on the small back patio.
I had a 'Due' of pumpkin and Oh Snap (ginger cookies). The two flavors were perfect together. I didn't want to finish. This coyly be the very BEST gelato I have ever had!!
Jennifer C — Google review
My husband and I came here to pay a visit for their gelato and espresso hot drinks to go along with it. They have pretty good choices of flavors to pick and a very friendly staff. My husband ordered the Amaretto Almond and Espresso flavors (Due). As for me, the Holy Cannoli and Cappuccino Chips (Due). We’re supposed to get 2 Single espresso shots when we try to order again for the second time. The staff made a mistake and gave us Uno gelato with espresso flavor instead of the coffee --- single shot espresso. In the end, we decided not to make another attempt. As for the gelato, we must say that this is, so far, the best gelato we’ve had from different gelato shops we’ve been to. However, I must say the flavors weren’t strong or bold. For example, in the Cappuccino and Espresso, you can’t taste much of the strength of the flavor itself. Same for the Holy Cannoli, though what we love about their gelato is that it’s not sweet, and you can taste the milk's creaminess. We found their gelato's stretchy style or texture interesting; I'm not sure what they add to make their gelato like that. As for the coffee itself, we found its boldness and strength lacking. Given that it’s Italian gelato, we had a bit high expectations—you think they must serve great boldness and a kick of the coffee flavor. Overall, we’re pleased. We're happy to visit again for different flavors, perhaps skipping the hot coffee drinks next time.

Hands down the best gelato in the Bay Area! One spoonful and I was instantly transported back to my days living in Germany and traveling through Europe. The hazelnut one is really authentic!!!

Dolce Spazio Gelato in Los Gatos is a delightful destination for anyone craving a sweet treat. Their gelato is truly a standout, crafted with care and bursting with flavor. With a variety of options ranging from classic favorites like stracciatella and pistachio to unique seasonal creations, there’s something to satisfy every palate. Each scoop is creamy, rich, and a testament to their commitment to quality ingredients. The gelato has a smooth texture that melts in your mouth, making it a perfect indulgence on a warm day. In addition to gelato, they offer a selection of sorbets that are equally impressive, providing refreshing alternatives for those seeking dairy-free options. The vibrant flavors, such as raspberry and mango, are incredibly refreshing and make for a perfect treat. While the products are outstanding, the service at Dolce Spazio could use a bit of fine-tuning. On a busy day, the staff can appear slightly overwhelmed, which may lead to longer wait times. Additionally, there were moments when the staff seemed less engaged, which detracted from the otherwise friendly atmosphere of the shop. A more attentive and upbeat approach would greatly enhance the overall experience for customers ready to enjoy their delicious offerings. Overall, Dolce Spazio Gelato remains a must-visit spot in Los Gatos for gelato lovers. With their superb flavors and high-quality products, it’s easy to overlook the minor service hiccups. I’m looking forward to my next visit, hoping to see some improvements in service alongside those irresistible gelato scoops!

Dolce Spazio Gelato is hands down one of my favorite spots in Bay Area. Their gelato is rich, flavorful, and always hits the spot, especially their affogato, which is an absolute treat. The flavor selection is fantastic, and every option I’ve tried has been delicious. One of the things I love most is their long operating hours; it’s the perfect place to stop by after dinner or for a late evening stroll. Whether you’re walking through charming downtown Los Gatos or just want to relax and people-watch from their outdoor seating, the vibe is always welcoming. The staff here are incredibly kind and make the experience even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a great dessert spot with quality gelato and a warm atmosphere, Dolce Spazio is a must-visit!

As a LGHS alum and returning resident/local, I gotta say, everything is just as I left it and if possible, even better! :-) I have been enjoying revisiting a lot of old favorites here, checking out new eateries, and perusing the updates to the downtown area. It certainly received quite the face lift haha! Not that it needed much, but the newer remodels and COVID-seating (blech!) certainly doesn't seem to hurt the overall look and feel of Los Gatos. Somehow they made it work, and it offers more ample space to enjoy the sunshine in style. Anyway, back to gelato. This is a very special place with the very best in gelato quality, flavor, and aesthetic. Sometimes the younger workers forget the special wafer, but that's okay. It's the most delicious gelato and ice cream place in the area and worth a stop if you are ever driving through, or if you're a new/returning local like myself. Enjoy!

A friendly little local favorite. Don't let the humble facade fool you, this place means business. Don't let the prices fool you, their sandwiches are worth every cent. They've got the most delicious smoke meats, cheese, sauces, the works. I recommend the BBQ BOO as the brisket is amazingly juicy and tender. I'll let the photos speak for themselves! I haven't been here in years but after coming back I can't wait to make my way back .

Heard good things about LG Meats, so I was excited to finally try it! Two of us ordered: -quad $18 -jackie special $16 -chips $2.25 I personally had the quad. Absolute huge sandwich. I didn't realize it was going to be that saucey. I probably would have gotten it on the side or at least "light" sauce. Meat portions were really big. Super busy for an afternoon. No seating inside. Some seating outside. I did have a stomach ache the day after...but not sure if it was related to the sandwich or not. Overall, I think I would try a different sandwich...but if you like meaty and saucey...give the quad a try! Street parking.

Probably the best tri-tip sandwich I've had. Super tender, smokey beef in a delicious barbecue sauce, on a fresh and tasty Dutch Crunch roll. Unlike many places with similar prices, the size and weight of the sandwich was perfect. The delicious fresh smoked turkey sandwich, like the tri-tip, had the perfect roll to contents ratio.

It was my first time here, and I wasn't sure what to expect. I had seen so many videos of the yummy and tasty sandwiches on tiktok. When we went, it wasn't too busy. I was greeted right away, and the person was super helpful. I wasn't too sure what to get. He definitely helped me pick the right ones. While I was waiting for my order, I was overwhelmed with all the other items they sold. They have beef jerky, fresh meats for sale, kielbasa, and so much more. I highly recommend you take your time and look around. They also had a huge selection of chips and so many flavors I've never heard of before. We ordered: 1. Pastrami sandwich on dutch crunch - Simple but perfect. 2. BBQ Boo Brisket - This was recommended and so delicious. I got it on Dutch crunch everything on it minus tomatoes. I didn't want the sandwich to get too soggy and messy for the ride home. The sandwich held up and was still warm when we got home. 3. Polish sausage regular and hot - the hot is really spicy, and you can taste the various spices. Both were tasty and had that snap when you bite into it. 4. Bacon - I liked that it was thick cut and had various slices.. it's not like the one you buy at the grocery store. This was way better and didn't shrink too much. 5. Beef jerky - fresh and a variety of flavors to choose from. recommend that if you buy this, you eat it right away. It's not in a sealed bag,so it kind of loses its freshness faster than usual. I guess you can put in a ziploc bag. I can't wait to come back and try other sandwiches they have as well as the other meats they have to choose from to cook at home. Highly recommend this place. It is not super big inside, I'm sure it can get super crowded. People who work here are super nice and helpful, the place is clean, and fast service.

Each course progresses with more intention than the last. Cigarette novelties, followed by Herbaceous genius amplify a profound sense of being. Attention to detail, attention to people. Chef Julian and his team exemplify a revelation of elegance and witt - piloting the notion, of bringing joy to sophistication.

Excellent dining option! The small menu has a wine pairing suggestion for each dish, the plates are really well executed and presented. The service is really good and so the ambience. They do have a piano and a singer some days, which really is a pleasant experience. The wine list has variety from grapes and countries, totally an enjoyable Dining experience.

We had the 14 course tasting menu with pairings - amazing experience! The intricacy and flavors of the prepared morsels was perfect, taste profiles and pairing was superb and the service and timing of course delivery was impeccable. Perfect place for an intimate date to remember.

Excellent wine selection, food and service. Simply amazing Sungold Tomato sorbet and corn soup with outstanding wine pairings. Chef Julian is very talented and the wait staff is all polite, knowledgeable & excellent. Took off 1 point on atmosphere since it can get quite loud (understandably due to popularity) though I expect it is quieter off prime time . Highly recommended.

I visited Tasting House last night for my birthday, and I can honestly say it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment we walked in, Bryan made us feel incredibly welcome. He was attentive, friendly, and really made the evening feel special. It was my birthday, and he went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect. We opted for the tasting menu, and WOW, each course was an absolute masterpiece. The presentation of each dish was nothing short of stunning, showcasing the attention to detail and artistry of the kitchen. The flavors were exceptional, and the quality of the ingredients was evident in every bite. It’s clear that this French restaurant doesn’t just focus on taste, but on creating a complete sensory experience. Bryan’s expertise and thoughtful wine pairings added another layer of enjoyment to the meal. He really took the time to understand our preferences and recommended wines that complemented each dish perfectly. The overall experience was seamless from the impeccable service to the gorgeous dishes and top notch wine. I couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate my birthday. A huge thank you to Bryan and the team at The Tasting House for making it so special. I’ll definitely be back for another unforgettable experience!

I have enjoyed many delicious moments at the Tasting House, from a celebratory glass of champagne in the Champagne Bar to the Chef's Tasting Menu with clients and friends. A few days ago, I finally was able to experience their high tea; Tea at the Tasting House is a must! From the moment you arrive & are seated by the incredible hostess Cindy to the final touches, including a special thanks; prepare to escape to days gone by. Every detail from the tablescape to the menu, the grand piano being played in the lounge to the selection of teas served in cast iron pots from France, inspires joy and relaxation. The sandwiches & other in house made bites are delicious, the service impeccable, but not imposing and deserts....ahh! Move over Savoy-High Tea at the Tasting House has arrived; a hidden gem for all to enjoy.

Polenteria is a newly opened restaurant that offers gluten-free pasta and focaccia made from polenta. The menu features a variety of dishes such as venison Bolognese, foraged mushrooms and sausage pasta, pan-seared sole over risotto, cheese-filled polenta, and spicy meatballs. Customers have praised the accommodating staff who are attentive to allergies and dietary restrictions.
Stumbled upon this place on Google maps and happy we did! My wife has celiacs so going out to eat just isn’t in the cards until we found this place! It’s a small space and we didn’t have a reservation but luckily they were able to seat us at the bar. The food was all amazing and the owner and waitress were a delight to talk to. We will 1000% be coming back for our next date night.

Delicious gluten free Italian food (delicious even if you’re not gluten free). We had the lemon ricotta pancakes and the arancini di riso (fried risotto balls) and both were great. Service was friendly and food came out quickly.

We happened upon this little GF Gem today and couldn’t wait to tell you about it. Everything is GF. As a celiac, I felt so happy to be able to eat meatballs (no gluten-filled breadcrumbs inside), as well as a delish grilled cheese sandwich with yummy tomato bisque. We took some choc chip cookies and bread to go and made our world back out into gluten land. It’s one not to miss!

Tucked away underneath Charley’s is a gem of a restaurant called Polenteria. With the feel of a European bar and 50s era dining room, Polenteria has a menu featuring twists on classic items such as Short Rib and Eggplant Parmesan and a unique variety of polenta. The bread and butter appetizer is delicious. The focaccia is reminiscent of pound cake in its moistness and density. The Chicken Marsala was just right, not overcooked and loaded with mushrooms and string beans on a bed of mashed potatoes. The Watermelon and Crispy Pork Belly salad was different from any salad I’ve ever had. There was a soft bacon-like quality to the pork belly cubes and the watermelon had been seared and seasoned. The Limoncello Martini was a bit vodka-forward but good. Overall, a special experience for those who are interested in gluten-free fusion Italian dishes.

Loved Polenteria. It's wonderful to go to an Italian restaurant that's entirely gluten free and feels up-market. It's not cheap, but it was a lovely meal. We started with some of the best GF bread I've ever tasted, home-baked. Then various dishes between 3 of us: salad, pasta with bolognaise, pasta with meatballs, fish and mash. The fish and mashed potato were excellent. The tomato sauces, very good (not the best I've ever tasted, but solid). My one gripe was that it was more like pasta stew than pasta with sauce...way too much sauce! However, one of our group keeps remembering how good the meatballs were! I will definitely return. Good wine list, cocktails, and GF desserts to finish.

Hidden Gem, lovely dining experience! This restaurant is tucked away on the back side of the road, it was a little hard to find but what a lovely dining experience! The hospitality is top notch, and the food is amazing! Every item on the menu is gluten free and made from scratch, everything we ordered seemed to melt in our mouths in the best way. Every dish was made with care and absolutely delicious. The dining room is intimate and has lovely ambiance. The china the food is served on reminds me of special occasion heirloom china, so pretty. If you want a unique high quality meal, give this place a try!

Really wonderful for a cozy special occasion. There’s not many seats, so it felt intimate and warm. The food was delicious, especially the focaccia, bruschetta, mushroom gnocchi, and flourless chocolate dessert. I only wish the seatings were for longer as I would have loved to linger more. Hard to believe everything is gluten free.

This was a big disappointment definitely not authentic Italian food. This place serves mushy angel hair with canned-tasting sauce and dry meatballs at Rome-airport prices--thankfully the cocktails were strong enough to make me forget I ate here. Stay away don't waste your time or your money. The server was rude and she forgot our order as we waited 45 minutes for anything to arrive. Never again.

Los Gatos Lodge offers a range of accommodations, from simple rooms to studios and suites, all including complimentary breakfast. The hotel is also an excellent choice for hosting events, with indoor and outdoor spaces available for groups of up to 180 guests. While the property provides clean and functional rooms with amenities like refrigerators and microwaves, some guests have noted occasional noise disturbances in the hallways. Despite this, the staff is praised for their helpfulness and the picturesque grounds offer a pleasant atmosphere.
This property is very old and the rooms need a bit of work, but the grounds are nice, the location is great, the complimentary breakfast was hot & tasty, and the service we received was excellent. Annie was warm, welcoming & helpful at check-in. We will definitely stay again when we're back in the area.

The room was a little dated, but very quaint. The staff were attentive and the grounds were very well maintained. Husband and I took our 2 kids, 5 & 9, they LOVED the pool. Places like this are few and far between. It’s a shame it will be closing.

Still a great place to stay in Los Gatos. Our only issue was the shower, it is too tight even for a small person. The shower head is painting at the shower wall and it is impossible to point it down on yourself. Room was clean. We stayed on the second floor. So no noise from a room above you which can be an issue sometimes. Breakfast provided. Enough options for vegans and people with dietary restrictions. Coffee was fresh and tasted good. Love this locations. Easy access to town and the highway. Shame this place will not be here for long as they will be starting housing project here soon.

They kindly allowed me to get some delicious breakfast😁 even though I was late! 👍Thanks to the nice lady in the breakfast room today (thur 6/26/2025 ~9:30am) The breakfast ticket has the hours printed on it, however I did not realize two sets of hours —and I only read the weekend time which ends at 10 AM… the Monday - Friday breakfast ends at 9 AM… I was impressed with how many choices and very good quality not cheap junk food …they had fresh made scrambled eggs with multi cored bell peppers, fried diced potatoes, sausages, fresh fruit, canned peaches, cereal & milk , bread for toast and toaster waffles, yogurt, juice machine and probably a lot more that had already been put away… since breakfast ended at 9 AM and I arrived at 9:30 thinking I had until 10 AM… It was very nice how the woman smiled and stopped what she was doing to get me a plate and made the food available that she had just loaded onto her cart as she was cleaning up… She even got me some coffee and did not seem the slightest bit impatient, I hope the management is aware that their breakfast lady is awesome!! She gave me excellent service and it was such an unexpected nice experience 👍🙏🥰 I took my breakfast back to my room and enjoyed it sitting comfortably at a little table with a great view of the lush oak covered hilltops as well as a nice variety of other towering beauties like; eucalyptus, palms, loquats and magnolias…. Such a pretty view and the birds chirping make it even more delightful! Everything is clean too, and it’s quiet and I am truly enjoying my stay here

🚨 German Roach Infestation Alert! 🪳 I arrived late at night, exhausted, and just wanted to rest. As I settled into bed, I spotted a German roach crawling across the wall right by my face. As a former pest control business owner, I knew immediately this wasn’t a random bug — this was a sign of a bigger infestation. I wanted to leave immediately but was too tired and had work the next day. I carefully kept my luggage closed and off the floor to avoid bringing any pests home. Unsurprisingly, I barely slept, feeling uneasy all night. By 5 a.m., I was up, checked out, and reported the issue. I canceled the rest of my reservation and requested a refund — but they only offered $30 off. The lack of real concern or accountability from the staff was incredibly disappointing. Bottom line: NEVER AGAIN.

Loooooved loved the tacos! We got chicken and beef and they were both delish!!! The guacamole was amazing!! The salsa/sauces were so spicy which I loved since I asked for them! 😄 The chef was so lovely and the service was great.

Great location, pretty good food. Very pleasant outdoor seating. Took a while to be seated but we were able to get a table Saturday night without reservations, so major plus! We tried the guacamole. The chips were pretty oily, the guacamole was good, but not very tasty and a bit too mushy. The tortilla soup was very hearty and flavorful. Prefect for a meal. The enchilada was tasty and a good portion.

Really great ambiance and very nice servers. The cocktails are out of this world excellent - we had a black margarita and a farmarita. The tacos 🌮 platter I had was quite good. The chips I got for an appetizer were a bit greasy for my taste, but still I ate them. 😂 I would definitely come back again.

Founding and Establishment: Zona Rosa was established in 2012 by owner Alvaro Alvarez. He expanded the business to Los Gatos in 2023. His goal was to offer a modern take on Mexican cuisine, emphasizing fresh, handmade dishes and innovative flavors while staying rooted in traditional tastes. Operating as a scratch kitchen, Zona Rosa prides itself on crafting every dish by hand, from salsas to tortillas. The menu includes vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options alongside classic dishes. Signature items include highly regarded tacos, such as blackened salmon tacos and tostadas atun ahi (ahi tuna), and handcrafted cocktails like hibiscus margaritas.

This is adorable. Brick interior. Open and fairly naturally lit. It’s in the cutest part Los Gatos. Enchilada mole. It was great, not the best I’ve had. Esquites was great, not too wet. Tacos are basically street tacos and they’re good. Prices also decent though.

Jack Rose Libation House is a top-notch bar and restaurant located in Los Gatos, offering a fantastic outdoor experience with its expansive patio and rustic-industrial interior. The venue caters to both bar enthusiasts and food lovers, making it an ideal spot for families as well. The spacious setting includes picnic benches, along with entertaining activities like corn hole and ping pong. Inside, the ambiance resembles that of a speakeasy, complete with elegantly dressed bartenders.
It is rare to find a place that is good for bar go'ers and foodies and, at the same time, is great for families as well. It is a rather large place that has outside picnic benches and corn hole, ping pong, etc. The inside is dark and akin to a speak easy. The bartenders are dressed up to enhance the atmosphere. You will see exotuc cars in the parking lot. There was even a Zimmer there wedged in between a Ferrari and Aston Martin. Good crowd for singles, dinner, or a date. The food is awesome. We had three things and they were all great. Awesome place. Please don't tell the millennials.

Service: The bartenders are nice. Didn't really had any issues with any of them. They seem to all work together. One person hands the mix, another person makes the drink and another guy rings up the bill. Drinks: They have some delicious special drinks. They are priced around $13-18 a drink. It's on the pricey end in terms of cost. I would recommend the photo finish drink. It was easy to drink. Food: I did not get any food so I can't tell you how it taste. They do close the kitchen early so order early. Parking: Plenty of parking in the front. A lot of people go here so expect many cars in the parking lot. Ambience: This place looks nice at night. It has a great vibe. Plenty of seating. The bar seems to be the center. There are tables, couches and chairs throughout the building. There is even a patio area.

Great Patio and lovely cocktails. Very few beer options(not great for a beer person). Nice & secluded - makes it an awesome weekend meetup spot with friends. We absolutely love Park Side Los Gatos! From the incredible food to the warm ambiance, every visit is always a wonderful experience. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that everything is perfect, and even when minor issues arise, they go out of their way to make it right. Recently, we celebrated my daughter’s birthday here, as it’s her favorite spot, and Teresa made the day even more special. She treated the kids to fun drinks in fancy glasses, which made them feel so special. When my son’s burger arrived a bit cold, we casually mentioned it as feedback, and Teresa immediately took it off the bill. She went further by surprising the kids with complimentary cookies to make up for it and ensure my daughter’s celebration was perfect. Park Side truly knows how to treat their guests, and Teresa’s outstanding service made us feel so appreciated. We can’t recommend this place enough!

We enjoyed our Friday lunch here. Good food and service, not crowded. Perhaps too much wine for lunch, but that’s entirely my fault. Delicious Brussels sprouts for an appetizer. My stake was made to order. Ravioli were also pretty good.

I would give this experience five stars without a doubt. The hostess seated us quickly at our reservation time, placing us in a lovely spot near the bar and the kitchen. The energy in the restaurant was vibrant and full of positivity! Our server, Mitchell, was gracious and attentive, ensuring my drink never ran dry. Speaking of drinks, I had to order an Old Fashioned, which was perfectly poured and had amazing flavor! The only downside was that it was missing the cherry, which is a must for me since I’m particular about that. For dinner, I chose the special surf and turf, which included two 5-ounce steak medallions (cooked perfectly), mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, and blackened shrimp. The flavor of each dish was a solid five out of five. For dessert, I ordered another Old Fashioned, but unfortunately, this one was not made correctly. I watched in disbelief as the bartender failed to garnish it with orange spritz and seemed unsure about using simple syrup or bitters. However, Mitchell and the manager quickly addressed the issue and made me an even better drink, this time with three cherries! This was a late Mother’s Day dinner with my mom, and the restaurant was the perfect place for conversation and people-watching. If I didn't live in Texas, this would be my local bar. I would give it a ten out of ten and highly recommend it!

Ambiance: 4 - Made a reservation on Valentine's day and the first thing the host said to us was that we have 1hr and 15mins. The main room was so noisy but we thankfully got seated in the back room. Cute homey feel inside Service: 4 - Attentive and friendly staffs Food: 3 - Maybe my expectations were high but it fell short. Don't get me wrong, the Hush Puppies were scrumptious! Crunchy exterior with grittiness of the corn meal - sauce on the bottom and some sort of butter? Yes, please. The Short Rib Bites were also tender but it was too little. 😬 The Fried Chicken Sando was where it fell short. We got cut in half and I somehow ended up with all of the breading, which wasn't crispy one bit and just sloppy Drink: 4.5 - Would come back to try other drinks once the menu is rotated Would I come back? It wouldn't be my first option but maybe for the drinks. ;)

Our server Luke was the absolute best. My friends reserved a special table and menu for a wedding rehearsal lunch for around 24 people, and we were seated outside under shade with water misters to help keep us cool. The mocktails and cocktails were delicious, and every course had a vegan option. Luke answered all my questions, and brought me avocado when I pointed out it was missing from my entree and went to the kitchen to inquire about a vegan dessert and brought me back a delicious passionfruit panna cotta. Having Luke as our server definitely made our meal more enjoyable, he kept the mood light and fun while being attentive and responsive to all our needs.

Nestled in the picturesque Corralitos region of the southern Santa Cruz Mountains, Gali Vineyards is a charming husband-and-wife-owned winery that offers an exceptional tasting experience right in downtown Los Gatos. Here, visitors can indulge in delightful flights featuring their exquisite pinot noir and chardonnay, all while exploring unique Spanish varietals like tempranillo and albarino. The vineyard prides itself on its hands-on approach to viticulture, ensuring that every grape reflects the care put into its cultivation.
We celebrated a birthday (a party of 9) here and had an amazing! time. The wine selection was superb, the service was exceptional, the ambiance and decor was very welcoming, interesting, and soothing to the eye. This is a great location/venue to organize group gatherings, and then perfect to stroll to your favorite dinner spot since it is perfectly located in downtown Los Gatos. Janice (the owner) was absolutely fantastic and kept our group engaged and excited about the wines being featured. An absolute fabulous time for all. And then, the kicker, they had live music from 3-5pm which brought the whole vibe to an even higher point. Thank you Janis and team for making our time so special. We will definitely be back!

My favourite rosé I’ve had! The $20 tasting fee included for us the Rosé of Pinot Noir 2023 and was wonderful. The tasting notes are COMPLETELY on-point and easily recognizable (I lost my senses of taste and smell with COVID but they are coming back… and every single descriptor was simple to pick out). The Chardonnay 2022 was EXCELLENT, and Chardonnay is *always* my skippable glass. Not this one. My date chose to revisit the Chardonnay at the end, and we are savoring it together. The Pinot Noir Reserve 2022 was delicious, and Pinot is always too light for me. I’m not disappointed; still 10/10. Now… as a heavier red lover, the Tempranillo 2017 was perhaps my favourite glass on the list (though the Syrah 2021 is a CLOSE second). Incredible mouth feel, perfect body… yea. Crowd pleasers all the way through. Our favourite winery. Hands down. And that’s two wine tasting lovers…

I highly recommend starting your experience with their wine tasting, as they have an exceptional selection. The service is top-notch, and I once had the pleasure of conversing with the owner, an amazing woman. Needless to say, I'll be returning without a doubt.

Gorgeous space with great wines! They've only been open for 18 months but this place deserves to be on everybody's list. The staff on hand is super friendly and fun to talk to. They are well versed in the wines they feature. We started with their Sparkling Brut ~ North Coast. Really liked this one and ended up getting a bottle to go. "Bright crisp apples with berry on the nose" it's a delicious blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc. 💜 I'll be back for more! We enjoyed their tasting flight and split a flight of chocolates from local Chocolatier, Jennifer Ashby of Ashby Confections. Especially enjoyed the Warm & Spicy truffle. Dark chocolate with dried red chile flake, Saigon cinnamon and Monterey Bay sea salt. Perfectly paired with their 2017 Tempranillo. I would imagine this to be a wonderful date night destination in Los Gatos. Valentine's Day perfect!

Saison Winery Tasting Room is an intimate and relaxed downtown spot in San Francisco, offering delicious single-vineyard selections from the nearby Santa Cruz Mountains and Monterey County. The winery is led by Mark Bright, the restaurant's co-founder and wine director, who has a stellar reputation in the restaurant wine world. Their main staples include chardonnay and pinot noir, which are also featured on Saison's renowned wine list.
I had a great time here. I had great service from Elise. She is knowledgeable, friendly, personable, etc. She gave us a lot of color about the wines, the owner, the history of the business, and more. The wine shop, Saison, is named after the famous 3 michelin star Saison in San Francisco. It's a very successful brand, and yet, it isn't the least bit pretentious. Bravo.

Located at 229A Main Street, this takeout spot offers gluten-free options and thin, flavorful crusts. Customers can enjoy fresh salads and even receive a complimentary drink when ordering the combo of a slice of pizza and salad. The pizzeria in Los Gatos has impressed many with its extensive vegan offerings, including outstanding plant-based pizzas with crispy crusts.
We recently moved to Los Gatos and dined at Pizza My Heart in our neighborhood, and I have to say, it exceeded all my expectations! Despite being in an area not known for its vegan options, this pizzeria has truly embraced the vegan scene. First and foremost, their vegan pizza options are outstanding. The crust is perfectly crispy, and they offer multiple wonderful plant-based pies! Beyond the pizza, the staff was incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable about their vegan offerings. What really sets Pizza My Heart apart is their commitment to inclusivity. They understand that more and more people eat plant based for various ethical, environmental, health reasons and they offer a diverse menu that caters to all. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, making it a great spot for a casual dinner with friends or family. Plus, the prices are reasonable, which is a pleasant surprise given the quality of food and service. In conclusion, Pizza My Heart is a hidden gem in our neighborhood, especially for vegans. They've managed to create a welcoming space where everyone can enjoy delicious pizza, whether you're plant-based or not. I'll definitely be returning for more of their mouthwatering vegan options, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a slice of pizza heaven in our neighborhood.

I have lived in San Jose for 18 years and many weekends my hubby & I go to Los Gatos for lunch or dinner. We try many places and when we want something light we go to Pizza My Heart. The pizza crust is super thin and tasty , my favorite is pepperoni and sausages - I lived 3 years in Brescia, northern Italy and I always ordered flattered dough, squashed =🇲🇽 schiacciata 🇲🇽the salads are very fresh and they give you a free drink if you order the combo: A Slice of pizza and a salad. Incredibly low prices. Served by very friendly and helpfull young people. Open late, it is a good option for something tasty and quick. I highly recommend it. Ciao 🤩

This is a superior pizza! High quality ingredients. Really excellent crust. Pizza by the slice averaged $5, and the slices were enormous. They don't have a liquor license, but they have a friendly arrangement with the bar across the street. Buy your pizza and take it across the street to eat with a beer or a glass of wine.

Very good take-out pizza, with multiple interesting vegetarian pizzas to choose from. The picture is of the "Little Sur" which features 40 cloves of roasted garlic. If you have a thing for garlic, this is going to be pretty close to your ideal pizza. I noticed the in-store service wasn't particularly friendly but whatever.

Mr. Pickle’s Sandwich Shop is a local counter-serve chain known for its menu of sandwiches and salads served in a casual setting. The shop prides itself on using high-quality meats and freshly baked San Francisco style breads, offering a choice of five different cheeses and various condiments. Customers appreciate the fresh ingredients, diverse sandwich options, sitting areas, friendly staff, chips/drink choices, rewards program, and accommodating service.
This place is great ! I ordered two delicious sandwiches for both me and my friend: Mr. Pickle and The Abbott, both on sourdough bread. These sandwiches are generously sized, to the point where you can enjoy half for lunch and save the other half for dinner. They're that big! Personally, I absolutely loved the Mr. Pickle sandwich. It was incredibly flavorful, and you could tell they packed it with a variety of high-quality ingredients. I also want to highlight the excellent service we received. The establishment was clean, and the staff was very attentive. I will definitely be returning again!

👎NO MEAT! What a disappointment👎 Ordered a #25 to go….and after a looong way home in traffic and eager to sit down and eat…I open the sandwich and it has absolutely no meat! What the heck! The store is closed now, but I will call tomorrow and expect a full refund. For reference this is the one I ordered: 25. JULIE BIRD turkey, avocado, sprouts, cucumber, cream cheese, oil, and vinegar on wheat roll

I ordered the Mr. Pickle - Chicken breast, bacon, avocado & melted jack cheese on sourdough roll They forgot to add the jack cheese. And the "chicken breast" tasted like it's processed. Not real chicken. I tried to give my dog several pieces and she wouldn't eat it. The sourdough roll was good. I will try them again, just not the chicken.

Pro: Fresh ingredients, different sandwich options, sitting areas, customer service, chips/drink options, rewards program, friendly staff. If need something or want something get made a certain way don’t be afraid to ask. Con: Small inside, the line could be literally going out the door, limited seating, bit $$$$, very limited parking. Opinion: Small team that’s super friendly. I got a vegetarian sandwich, 2-3 people ahead of me. So it was an overall 7-10 min wait for me to start eating, not too bad. I like it spicy so I got extra Louisiana hot sauce on the side. I walked here so I didn’t have to struggle for parking. Luckily I found a seat outside. 4/5

Very clean Interior, old style exterior. ordering food was fast at the kiosk. However the staff had a full lobby waiting on food. I would not come here again if I was in a rush. Needs a new crew. Good was exceptional.
Bradley S — Google review
Placed a mobile order with a drive thru pick up. I was told that they could see my order but there was an issue with their system so they couldn't give me my order. Even though I showed that my card was charged and I had a code, they wanted me to place another to get my food. It felt like they were trying to scam me and double charge me. Definitely avoid this location!
Christopher M — Google review
Been a long time since I've been to McDonald's and I can't believe how expensive it's gotten and how bland the food is. The chicken wraps were not good at all. There's nothing wrong with the staff at this location, I just can't support prices going up so much while quality goes down. I won't even stop at a McDonald's during long road trips anymore.
Max — Google review
The staff and crew here definitely need proper training. The store wasn’t busy, but there was still a long line of customers waiting—not because of the crowd, but because the staff weren’t attentive. A woman who appeared to be a manager kept walking around doing nothing to assist, and even when I called her, she looked straight at me and walked away without saying a word. My food was sitting right in front of her, and I even told her it was mine, but she completely ignored me and kept walking back and forth as if I wasn’t there. Eventually, another staff member handed me my food. Meanwhile, the employees were laughing and chatting among themselves, clearly not paying attention to the customers. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Staff training is absolutely necessary.
Joy B — Google review
It pretty sad when the staff says their job is on the line if they don't charge me for ranch. Put that on the menu not at the pickup window where there is no register. Plus this particular one always has me park and wait. I might as well go down the street to Classic Burger or Happy Hound and get a real hamburger if I'm going to just sit there.
Bryan M — Google review
I should give them 0 star for service. They sell you stuff they don't have. After 10 min wait they tell you wait a bit more it is being cooked. And after 20 min they say we don't have it. And all these times I was the one asking. They don't care to come to you and tell you about it. They even don't say sorry. Who runs a business like this.

Chipotle Mexican Grill is a popular fast-food chain known for its Mexican offerings like burritos, tacos, and bowls. Overall, Chipotle seems to be well-staffed in certain locations and provides quick service for walk-in customers compared to other branches.
It is nice and quiet place to have a quick meal with friends or family. The service is nice and friendly. They could speak English very well and willing to help. It has many choices. There are plenty space to sit in and outside. Highly recommend this place.

This was the bowl I got from my mobile order… apparently this was a wrong order and was eaten by someone else. The quality at this store has been a bit inconsistent and I understand things can be busy sometimes but this is just disgusting and I don’t understand how this could happen. Would rather go to a further store with more consistent quality. Edit 6/29: downgraded to 1 star because they let someone else take my order and the order they remade was half the normal portion :)) okay I’m no longer coming to this location.
G C — Google review
I use the online pickup service almost daily with chipotle because I am always on the road working and I like to get points and free meals here and there. But it is unacceptable when you order for pick up and they take advantage of you. I order a bowl with steak, pico de gallo, fajitas, cheese and lettuce and I always order my guac aside because I pay extra for it and occasionally they forget it. However today I got a bowl that weighs nothing almost looked like someone ate from it already. No kidding. Where is everything? I think the cheese is like a sprinkle, they forgot the pico, and I see maybe two slices of pepper in there. I am considering stop ordering for pick up. This is unacceptable

Ordered to go today but was not at all impressed w the quality of the meat cuts with at least 2 chunky pieces with tons is fat on them ! I had to spit them out after being surprised! This was the 1st time I had ordered Carnitas instead at this location. I have learned my lesson and will sticks with chicken !
David M — Google review
I got take out from there today so I didn’t see my food until I was home. The tacos barely had any rice in them, the queso cup was half full and the guac… well I’ll attach a picture. It had half a avocado in there and several large chunks and all of that was super unripe, so bad I couldn’t even slice through it with a knife at home + some actual guac sprinkled in between. So we paid for a small queso and a large guac and ended up with barely any dip. Super frustrating!

Most pathetic portion I’ve ever received and it was basically just lettuce. Based on other reviews they’re scamming others as well with the portions. Customer service only gave me a bogo so I still have to spend money in order to use the compensation from it. Do not mobile order from here and definitely check your meal before leaving the location.

Firenza Pizza offers the opportunity to customize your own pizza with a wide array of toppings, all prepared fresh and accompanied by homemade sauces and dough in the traditional Italian style. For a classic base, try their tomato sauce, then add your preferred toppings before finishing it off with a delightful pesto drizzle. Enhance the flavors even more by adding some fresh basil after baking. The crust is thin and freshly made, while the toppings are flavorful.
Create your own pizza with unlimited toppings, all fresh and with homemade sauces and dough, Italian style. Tip: try the classic tomato sauce as a base, and after you've mounted your toppings of choice have them add the pesto drizzle over it. Amazing with some fresh basil added after the pizza comes out of the oven!

Impressed! Crust was thin and fresh, toppings tasty. I was too lazy to think of my own toppings so ordered chicken chipotle. With the tip it came to over $27, so probably won't get it super frequently, but still best pizza I've had in a while.

Hard to find behind superburger. Food is ok just like mod pizza which is better. Very skimipy on toppings. Caned tomato sauce also pizza doe is not hand.made most likly premade . Try other places . place was clean. Have untisels at front counter in back have soda machine as well tpgo boxes. GO TO MOD PIZZA JUST UP THE STREET IT IS BETTER. Has high school kids running the place and it shows.

I was surprised the reviews are right- this pizza was excellent.. It's as good as east coast NY 🍕 and I am from there. Try it mozzarella was fresh and high quality not cheap substitute, thin crust just the right amount of red sauce also better than average. Perfect baked with a drizzle of oil. Well made quality and I'm Italian so I know !

Awesome crust! Very fresh ingredients. If there is a problem with your pizza, it's probably your fault for putting too many delicious ingredients on it! But if you like cheese, try one with ALL the cheeses - that works! When they finally score the beer&wine license, they will be amazing!
Tom C — Google review
Pretty good for a fast casual build your own pizza place. The crust was more like regular pizza crust than it's main competitors. There were some nice surprises in the topping selection like ricotta cheese and they have a Coke Freestyle drink fountain. They also have salads and sides like meatballs and wings. The salad was good, with a nice selection of toppings and dressings. I can't recommend the meatballs or the wings. The meatballs are not tender; they are dense pizza topping meatballs that aren't really good on their own. The wings weren't great because they cook in the same oven as the pizza and not a fryer. This may be healthier than frying, but you end up with gummy wing instead of a crispy one.

I would like to think of myself as a pizza guy and I really love this pizza. I have been here twice and both times I was greeted with a smile by everyone that was working there. The food was really good too. One bite, you know the rules. Crust has a light crunch, sauce has a great zing and the cheese is perfect. But what really will have me coming back is their hospitality! I was given a drink while I waited both times and I felt like they were happy I was there. The customer service is amazing. Good job Top This!

Went around 5 o'clock and the place was empty so it was quick, not 3 minutes like it says but quick enough. The high school kid in training was adorably dumb and the old man who owns the joint sat right next to me - in an empty restaurant - and had a very loud, vulgar conversation on the phone in a dialect I couldn't make out. Nestled in the heart of Los Gatos, Shangri-La offers a delightful escape for those craving authentic Chinese cuisine. With its bright ambiance, large windows, and inviting patio seating, it stands out as a cleaner and slightly upscale alternative to typical hole-in-the-wall eateries. This gem is known for its affordability, with lunch specials that won't break the bank.
Co worker recommend to come here since I always talk about hole in the wall spots in the town.First and foremost this spot is definitely cleaner and a bit fancier than the hole in the wall spots in Oakland. Second this place is definitely the most affordable in all of Los Gatos where average price for lunch is 18 dollars and higher. But I see why my co workers said this is a hole in the wall spot for Los Gatos. They cook to order so your food come out piping hot. Hot and sour soup is on point. And there was a good amount of bamboo shoot in my soup with mushrooms. They didn’t skimp on one of my favorite type of soup. My chow main wasn’t super oily, fried rice is good too, what I needed was was chilli oil,Sriracha and a tiny bit of sweet and sour sauce to bring it to my nostalgic taste that I grew up eating. Their spring roll was crispy on the outside and firm but soft inside.(missing sweet and sour dipping sauce). Overall it’s a great place and best bang for your buck when you need some affordable food.

In my opinion: 1. tasteless food last two visits. 2, Gristle in chicken today. 3. Not even a fortune cookie! 4. Checker/server seemed bored. 5. I love hispanic people and admire their ability to make all types of excellent cuisine. But really, loud mariachi music playing in the kitchen? 6. No beer or wine.7. Dated decore. I used to come often and there was a crowd, Today there was one other seated customer and just a few takeouts. I hope the owners put some money and effort into the restaurant before it goes belly-up. Please note that I most often write positive reviews of restaurants.

Fried rice really dry and no color is just white rice with vegs and egg nothing else, not fried just mixed. Chow mein no color, no seasoning, noodles taste like uncooked and soggy, garlic chicken again no color, beef and broccoli was ok. Didn’t like it and eill never buy food from here ever again.

My ex used to work down the street from this place and would bring home combination chow fun and their chicken salad and this place is our go-to for both. Hadn't ordered from here since the pandemic so my daughter and I decided to dine in. We added sweet and sour pork and potstickers to try something new. The chowfun lacked veggies, the sweet and sour pork was just not good, over battered. The potstickers were delicious!!! And the chicken salad was not as good as I remembered. Would come back for VEGGIE chow fun and potstickers, for sure!!

The people are wonderful, kind, and beautiful, but the lunch special was horrible. It seemed all frozen bases veggies, egg rolls, pre made yucky sauce, soupy, like the hot sour soup base was the sauce base too. It was not worth the calories! KFC is a popular chain eatery renowned for its servings of deep-fried poultry enclosed in containers, as well as combination offerings and accompanying dishes. The Los Gatos branch of this establishment provides exceptional customer service, with the added delight of having the image of the individual who took your order displayed on their walls. During my dining experience, I discovered an additional pair of Nashville Chicken Tenders in my order, thereby solidifying my decision to become a regular patron.
Great service at this Los Gatos KFC! The person who took my order has his picture on the wall which was nice. Upon eating my meal, I saw that there was an extra two (2) pieces of Nashville Chicken Tenders in my order! This place made a repeat customer out of me - just make sure you ask for condiments and napkins!

We normally love this location and kfc, but this time the chicken satiated in oil and hardly teast the seasoning . I'm not sure it was cooked. No one wanted it. The problem was the oil was no up to temperture when the chicken. Was put in. A training problem

Horrible experience. Visited this location for takeout dinner with my family as we’re staying at a nearby hotel. Got our food with no forks, no dipping sauces for our chicken strips, no butter for the biscuits. So we ate dry food with our hands. If you dine with this KFC check your bags before you leave as the kids working in store have zero cares in the world.
Briana L — Google review
KFC is good anywhere. I gave this place a 1 star because we were eating dinner when the cashier started putting chairs on tables. They close at 10pm so I asked her why she was "cleaning up" (She wasn't cleaning the floors at all. She just wiped the tables clean with a rag and put the chairs on top of them) she said, "there's only 2 of us working (I understand the complexities of not having enough manpower but to start doing this 2 hours prior to closing is unacceptable). Other than that, she was so loud that everyone at the restaurant stared at her (she did not lift the chairs. She was DRAGGING them as if making an announcement that they're closing). Management needs to take a close look at this because it doesn't create an inviting atmosphere for a dine-in experience. They need more training please.

Dirty and the people are rude. There’s dead flys in the window, the tables are dirty and old food crumbs on the floor. Took 15 minutes to order my food, when I finally did girl was rude and rolled her eyes. When putting my food together she didn’t wear gloves and threw the chicken into the box. Then slammed tossed in the counter and order up. Needs better customer service and better health regulations.

Great affordable food! They are very friendly to cyclists in the drive thru (the popcorn nugget containers fit in water bottle holders perfectly). Taco Bell is a quick-service establishment that offers Mexican-influenced dishes like tacos, quesadillas, and nachos. The food selection at this fast-food chain is typically associated with indulging in unhealthy options. The service provided by the staff is remarkable, prompt, and efficient. The atmosphere of the restaurant leans towards being exceptionally clean, almost to the extent of being sterile. This particular Taco Bell location goes beyond the norm as it includes an alcohol-serving area called Taco Bell Cantina.
My sister came into this location for a quick lunch on Sunday January 21st around 1pm. The service she received from the woman and the young man was terrible. Usually my sister doesn't complain but for me it wasn't right and i wanted to let whoever looks at this know whether it be a regional manager or whatnot. Upon entering the store, she was greeted by someone but the people at the register didn't bother to help her but continued on with their conversation. So she ordered and once the food was ready someone who was I'm assuming on their lunch break was eating while he was handing her the food. They pointed to the hot sauce to see if my sister wanted any without any use of words. I think that was the last straw for her. Our family owned and operated a Yum Branded restaurant for 32 years. So we know what it is like to run a restaurant within the Yum Brand. Just seeing this kind of service i hate to hear about or even see because as an operator I know what Yum expects and obviously if you had a Steritech audit that day, you'd automatically fail. I don't know if you guys are a Harmon owned store, as i know Harmon runs a lot of KFC's in our state and I hope you can take action to improve the service here. If sales are slumping this may be a reason why. I don't doubt the reviews on here are lying here as some of them have stated a lot about the poor state of the restaurant. I know this kind of service isn't going to help nonetheless. I don't expect a call from anyone but I want to point it out that way your people can fix it and make it right before it's too late.

What a horrible place. I was the only one standing by the register for 5+ mins and 3 people seen me standing there & yet worker said he didn’t see me standing. Then another worker told other customers they will have to wait 20 mins to take more orders cuz he’s backed up. They also have two signs saying if you don’t receive your order receipt, order will be free. I didn’t get my receipt or my order number. I seen the associate that was bagging the food throwing it away for every customer. 🙄

They forget your items that you pay for at this location. And will have your food sitting in the counter for ever telling you it’s not ready. I would have given 0 stars if I could. If your having the same experience please go onto Taco Bell’s website and fill out a complaint so we can get this fixed.

This was a kfc/taco bell combo store. Taco bell items were on point. Kfc making drastic changes for the worse. They got rid of wedges for regular fries, letdown. They don't serve grilled chicken or green beans anymore, major letdown. Their original chicken no longer does it and extra crispy is way too salty. Go back to the way it was

This place is very poorly managed. It is often dirty, and poorly kept in the dining area. It's hot, the A/C didn't seem to work the last few times I went, and there is no drive-thru. Getting in and out of the tiny parking lot is difficult, watch out for your car being damaged. The positives are the friendly staff and it is one of those KFC/Taco bell franchises, good combo and quick service. I'd recommend getting it to-go!

I’ve been trying to call and it’s constantly saying the line is busy, and I honestly doubt it’s busy for 2 straight hours. I got mashed potatoes with gravy because I can’t have solid food for a while, and I opened up the 1 large gravy they gave for 2 large mashed potatoes, then I opened one of the 2, and smelled something off. I figured it was just me being loopy from surgery, scooped the potatoes in a bowl, put the gravy on, and went to eat it. One bite and I thought I was going to throw up. I’m not sure if they hadn’t changed the potatoes for a few hours, or what, but the potatoes were BAD BAD. Please don’t get the mashed potatoes, and if you get 2 large, make sure there’s enough gravy to cover your sadness when you have to throw it all out.
