1 rating for half burnt, half uncooked breads by a rude person on the counter who doesn't feel something wrong with it and is not ready to apologize. I had to come back from my home to get the replacement for burnt bread as it was not in edible conditions. When I told the person that you should take care of it while packing stuff for take out order and he was like no,we don't check and started arguing and telling me that don't tell me what I should do. Frustrated & rude person.

When the owner is there serve us much better. The food was mediocre, the chicken kebabs were good, I did not like being served with paper plates. Part of our guest were help serving because the waitresses forgot many items . I was not happy . The place needs a paint job inside and better signs outside .

Pretty decent spot for Mediterranean food. Their kebab plates are delicious, fresh, flavourful, and tender, with plenty of rice to accompany the meat. Their shawarma sandwiches are pretty good too, though they seem to be inconsistent with how much meat they put in as sometimes there's only a small sprinkle of meat in there. Service is polite and fairly quick, and the restaurant has calm ambiance to it. Worth checking out if you're craving some Mediterranean food.

Went in based on review... Late evening. I got shwarma. Idk if I was served leftovers at the end of the day, but it was cold and chewy. Even the kebob were stale. If you don't have food left you can just say so.. why serve bad quality food?

May 2024 New owner has kept the menu and the flavors the same, so wonderful!!!! We enjoy coming here every month or so. My favorite is the Kefta plate. My wife loves the Falafel plate. Mar 2014 Lamb Kabob was great. Hummus was perfect. Construction is nearly completed in the area. Nice indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly staff. Falafel was great. Very clean. 2018 Good food. The Kufta is excellent and the falafel is very good. Outdoor area needs to be swept clean but the construction behind the place is causing much of the dust.

I had a chicken Shawarma sandwich which was really like a pita but with the tender chicken and crunchy vegetables inside, it tasted unique and homemade. I sat outside as they were plenty of seats and enjoyed the sunshine. Some of the best value I’ve seen for a personal meal. Extensive menu so everyone should be able to find something they like!

I've of the best places in town for breakfast. Contrary to what others say, this place is definitely open for business. I am here on Mother's Day 5/11/25 enjoying their ribeye omelette that is superb! Large portion for $20 and worth every penny. Service is first rate and they have their own parking lot. Atmosphere is rustic but you can have informal meetings and the place is very family friendly. They will test you like family. Definitely highly recommended.

Stopped by Country Way for breakfast and it hit the spot. I ordered the French toast with sausage and eggs, and everything was well made and cooked just right. The French toast was golden and fluffy, the sausage had great flavor, and the eggs were done exactly how I asked. Simple, classic, and satisfying. Definitely a solid spot for a hearty breakfast.

You don’t come here to be wowed. Expectations will be met but you won’t be pleasantly surprised or won’t find something to come back for. Given the price, French toast is 4 out of 5. Coffee is weak ish but filled up promptly. Potatoes are not crispy but plenty piled up. Good portion.

I had breakfast at Country Way, and it was delicious. Everything was prepared and cooked to perfection when I ordered the French toast with eggs and sausage. The sausage was delicious, the French toast was fluffy and golden, and the eggs were prepared just the way I requested. Easy, timeless, and fulfilling. A good place for a substantial breakfast, no doubt.

Really love the old-fashioned style of the design of the restaurant. It seems that they decided to not move forward with renovating it that revolves around latest technologies, but it’s really worth coming here. I dine here a few times already and wow…the service is really fast. I like how they can serve us coffee without having to pay extra. The portion sizes are huge that I can’t even finish everything. Prices are reasonable also. It’s no wonder why there are many reward frames on the walls!

Solid, but weird, place. Straight out of 1965 America. Everyone who works there is exceedingly nice, kind and attentive but they're also straight out of a David Lynch movie. However, the eggs, the hash browns, the toast and the coffee were right on cue. All good, classic diner.

We came to this restaurant for dinner and had a decent experience overall. The food has an Arabian-style touch—from biryani to appetizers and main courses. If you’re looking for tandoori or kebab-style dishes, this may not be the right fit. The ambience is nice, but be prepared for longer wait times on weekends due to limited seating. Putting politics aside this place is the best for Punjabi food hands down in USA. Being Indian, first time I ate here I was amazed for tasting home food away from Punjab a second time after eating dhaba food on i5 near Bakersfield iykyk. Second best place is karimi San Jose for Punjabi food. love the kadhai mutton and chicken Haleem in pakwaan. Wish they can introduce lamb paya in future.ask for free onion which can be dipped in mint sauce. Also the complimentary tea is the best hands down.

We wanted to have tandoori and heard form few of our friends that this place has some good tandoori. We got chicken tandoori, fish tandoori and yea. The tea was average not as good as nearby shops. The fish tandoori was outstanding. It was melting in our mouth and the flavors were apt and perfect. The chicken tandoori was goo but not the best I’ve tasted. The meat was fresh and juicy and perfectly cooked. I felt the tandoori could have had more flavor. The chicken had good seasoning outside but as we dig in big pieces I felt the inner meat was bland. They have amazing mint and sweet sate sauces to accompany with tandoori. It’s a self service restaurant and it gets busier eventually closer to 1pm or so. Overall we would vouch this place to try tandoori and other curries which looked tempting. Will definitely go back to try out their other dishes.

I have been coming here for years. I love the quality of the food. Meats are Halal and always tender. Seating can be limited and hard to get. If you can't find a table, you are not able to order your food for dine in. I would reception take away on peak hours, but if you wait it may take time to find seating. Chai is no longer free and they charge $2.00 per cup.

I visited this restaurant and ordered the mutton karahi with naan — and I must say, the food was genuinely delicious. The flavors were rich, the meat was tender, and the naan was fresh and perfectly done. It’s a self-service setup, which was fine by me. However, my overall experience was let down by the ambiance. The place was extremely noisy, and a particular group was being obnoxiously loud throughout my meal. What made it worse was the complete lack of intervention from the management. It was clear that many others around me were just as irritated and uncomfortable, but no one from the staff made an effort to maintain a pleasant dining environment. It’s disappointing because while the food definitely hit the mark, the atmosphere made it hard to actually enjoy my meal. A little bit of crowd control or noise management would go a long way here.

Was driving by Fremont last night (Saturday 07/05) and decided to stop at Pakwan Fremont to get TOGO for Sunday lunch. This was around 9 PM at night. Bought 2 Chicken Biryanis, 1 Goat Briyani and 2 Chicken Legs for Togo. The chicken Briyani was a little yellowish like it was mixed up which made me doubtful, but I assumed that is how they made it these days. Travelled for 2 hours and put them in the refrigerator to enjoy for Sunday lunch. Took out the food today and it smelled different before heating. Put the chicken Briyani in the Oven and heated it for 2 mins, once it came out, it started stinking. Tried to take bit of it to taste and the rice was very stale. Called to complain to the restaurant, once guy picked up once I told him the food that I bought last night was bad he passed the food to another guy. He straight out called me that I had not preseved it properly. He did not care to ask when I bought it, did not care what else I had ordered along with it, no empathy or feeling bad for the customer and straight out blamed my fridge that my storing conditions were not correct. The mutton Briyani I bought did not go bad though. Does that mean that the Briyani is bad or my storing conditions? He never even listened to what the concern was and kept on talking about it has never happened in their history. I finally hung up on the phone saying that I will never step into that restaurant again or recommend any of my friends to go there. I am really surprised to see how they are managing to survive in the market by being so arrogant and rude. If someone is going there expecting customer service good luck to you guys. Haven’t been here in awhile- it’s gotten a glow up in terms of decor. Service was top notch, attentive & food had good attention to detail- was really tasty a hit w kids & adults alike. Tons of parking, clean restroom. Prices on par with norms for this area. Definitely will return sooner next time.

Found Le Moose off of yelp! Two of us ordered: papaya salad $13 CK green curry $17 pad see ew beef $17 Portions were large. Good value. Flavors were good and staff was friendly. Overall, a good experience. Easy parking in the plaza.

Cute place with indoor and outdoor seating (great for those dogs, or just prefer to be outside). Great vegan options. I enjoyed the green curry and drunken noodles. Reasonable prices. I would have loved to try the crepes but sadly that isn't available vegan.

French decor cafe / restaurant. Delicious Thai food. Tom yam soup with seafood is something I will be ordering again. It is a punch of flavour. Papaya salad was lacking some dressing. It was served plain. Thai tea was delicious. The portions are quite large.

I met up with a friend here after seeing this restaurant on Instagram during Fremont restaurant week a while back? The chicken satay and fish cake leaned more salty than sweet — definitely up to personal preference. Our favorite appetizer that we tried was the fried tofu, since it was absolute crisp perfection. The khao soi smelled so coconutty and fragrant from the next table over and all of us were literally trying to convince each other to ask them what dish it was. The chicken was supremely and unbelievably tender, but the panko was still so crispy on the outside. The broth was a little bit like laksa? It doesn’t feel spicy at first but it does start to have a little kick the more you eat it. The pad see ew was very standard, no notes. The chicken curry crepe was crispy but flavorful with the curry and it was a pretty large quantity.

Nice place to dine. Pleasant atmosphere and very good service. Food is tasty and seems to be a local favorite.

Came for lunch for the roast duck noodle soup. For some reasons, I was served with leftover boney meatless no one cares for roast duck they seem careless about what to serve. What a disappointment.

I asked for noodle soup no pork. So they informed they can do it chicken broth only no pork. I get the noodle made with water only. I am glade they didn’t use their regular chicken and pork broth. But I will be more happy if they said we don’t offer soup without pork so I can choose anything else. Left without eating. Don’t listen to them if they say we will make you without pork!

I was in Fremont for a week taking a class, and this place was just down the street from my hotel. I'm so glad I decided to come here. The food was delicious and the place gave me island vibes. Definitely stopping by whenever I'm back in town.

This place mainly known for it’s noodles. I go here for noodles - combination with roasted duck. The food is quite decent. It has never failed me.

Loved the spicy fried fish! It was crispy and spicy. Also loved the honey walnut shrimp! Shrimp were cooked perfectly. Unfortunately the fried rice and noodles were a bit bland for my liking. Will definitely be back to try other dishes.

Came here for lunch with my son. When you first come in there are two kiosks where you can order your food and pay. You will also get the option to note a table where you will be when your food is ready or you can specify take out. The won ton soup was so so and won tons were not great! Maybe I caught them on a bad day but I was slightly disappointed since I saw so many good reviews online. I will try give them another try on a different day

I've eaten at so many Chinese food places, this one made me pause and go, oh damn, this taste so good! About 1.5-2x more delicious than Panda and ur general Chinese restaurant. It has an open kitchen, so you know it's made fresh as well. Lunch special is $15.99 which is more than other places, however it is worth it cos they give a lot more meat. Lunch is hella busy tho, it is next to Tesla and some tech companies so order ahead. Highly recommend their wonton soup, general chicken, Mongolian beef and bbq pork. Most dishes is mild spicy default, but you can get no spice.

Oh my god, it was bad. We ordered their specialty which is chat-dahi puri and masala puri. Dahi puri had unseasoned potatoes along with chana. It was only sweet, no spicy chutney. They used white onions which was strange to see in an Indian chat item. Masala puri is not the authentic Bangalore style masala puri if you’re looking for it. The choley masala used was stinky and we had to toss this whole thing. Complete waste of my 20 dollars. Customer service was rude, no customer service at all. Avoid if possible.

This is an amazing food space. The food tastes homely. You may get a little upset for immediate service related needs - like water. They provide you with water, but you need to go to them each time you need more refills. We try to always take our own water bottle. But the food is amazing and the serve amazing pani puri.

It was an amazing experience at Chatpatta Corner, run by a hardworking and welcoming family serving delicious vegetarian Indian food. The vibe and ambience is very family-friendly and makes you crave more for the typical desi street food. We enjoyed Pani Puri, Aloo Paratha, Tikki Choley, Dahi Papdi Sev Puri, Kachori with Chutney and Aloo Sabji, and the super-special Kulfi with Gulab Jamun! I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I ordered dahi kachori, samosa, and palak paneer — and unfortunately, everything was extremely disappointing. The kachori had no stuffing and was completely bland. The palak paneer lacked any flavor at all. The samosas were the worst of all — the filling tasted raw, with undercooked peas, overpowering raw spices, and plain boiled potato. It felt like no care had gone into the preparation. I spent $35 on this meal and truly regret it. This was one of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Please be cautious before ordering.

Called to order 3 pizzas. The person on the phone couldn't hear me. Had to repeat my order 3 times. Then it came down to payment time. Had to repeat my card # 4 times. Got to the location and picked up the food. Checked the pizzas and they seem right however if you've been to the location, you would notice the lighting isn't great. Got home and saw that cheese pizza was over cooked but my daughter was hungry and decided to just eat it, my pizza had bacon bits which I told the person to make sure the pizza doesn't have it when 1st ordering. Called them to tell them and was told "we have a sign that says check your pizza or no refunds..." I didn't want a refund. Wanted my pizza. Was told to come back which I did. Give them back the untouched pizza. They put in a new order of BBQ chicken which I had to wait 15 minutes for. The new pizza came out and now it's missing red onions. I had ordered a BBQ chicken pizza with everything Italian normally comes with except bacon. Now I have the pizza and am upset that it's wrong again but don't have the energy to try to convince this person that the pizza is wrong again. SMH! I love this place BUT come on!

After some antique shopping had to stop for some food and were able to quickly get a table at Bronco Billy's. Service is decent and long wait for food but that's what comes with wanting fresh food. The food spoke for itself, delicious and filling. We opted for Garlic Bread w/Cheese & Chuck Wagon Delight - more than enough for 2 and we were excited for leftovers. Good standard pizza shop

This is a Niles staple. The pizza is great and has a good price point for what you get. I would rank it higher on service and atmosphere but the staff needs to be more mindful of customers. The space is small and so when they are mopping or cleaning we were smelling the cleaner as we were still eating. On a positive note, the pizza was loaded and great.

Best pizza spot in town. They always cook it perfectly and will even run it through one more time if I want it more crispy. Great flavor in the bread and sauce. The certainly cook it to perfection, and will fix it if they need to without hesitstion. They also have great service with a smile despite how busy they may get, always eager to correct any issue or delay they may encounter. I am a local and regular, love this place.

Quick and Simple is the Best way to say it hit all 5 stars! Great pizza, great Cheeseburger and curly fries! The staff was friendly and I enjoyed my 1st time visit here. I really enjoy Blaze Pizza—it’s kind of like the In-N-Out of pizza chains. It consistently hits the spot and, at times, even outshines high-end pizzerias. That said, some locations are better than others, and this one is truly exceptional. The staff at this location stood out. They were incredibly friendly, which you don’t always expect—especially considering there was no tipping option when ordering. Despite the hustle during rush hours, they worked hard, stayed cheerful, and didn’t rush us through the ordering process. That’s rare these days. At many pizza places, employees just want to push you through the line, sometimes even brushing off special requests. Some well-known spots have even grown too arrogant to accommodate customizations. Not here. During my visit, a young, skinny guy helping with toppings went above and beyond. He repeatedly checked in to see if we wanted more of anything and was genuinely kind and attentive throughout. Now, let’s talk about the pizza. The crust was one of the best I’ve ever had—not just at Blaze, but anywhere. It was perfectly cooked: crisp on the outside, yet fluffy on the inside. It reminded me of the excellent pizza I had at the Blaze in Disney Springs, which also has great reviews. I was genuinely surprised by the quality, especially for a $15 pizza from a chain. A similar pie at an artisan pizzeria would easily cost twice as much. Props to the pizza cook—a lady with glasses—who clearly knows what she’s doing. All in all, I highly recommend this Blaze location. I left completely satisfied and impressed.

We went to the store and the ordering system was not functioning and they asked us to order online. This was the least frustrating thing compared to the service level. The edges of the pizza were burnt and was black and even the garlic on top was black from over heating. The person behind the oven kept claiming that it is not burnt and that the base is still not black and that it is okay to eat. After repeatedly telling/asking him to be reasonable, he was unwilling to accept that it was burnt. He offered to remake it but stated it would be delayed and that he would prefers his pizza like that. Lack of basic service standards and willingness to accept errors are completely lacking. We understand that it is an oven and things get burnt from time to time but the lack of empathy and trying to push it to customers without a hint of hesitation is where it was very frustrating.

I love getting pizza like this. Blaze didn’t disappoint. Lots of seating. Good service. You can choose your toppings which I love.

My pizza was fully loaded everything I asked for extras. Very good pizza. Love it. My pizza is fully loaded with pesto sauce, goat cheese, chicken, basil, spinach, olives, jalapeño, mushrooms, pineapple, broccoli, artichoke, banana pepper, red pepper, green pepper, red onion, olive oil, pesto drizzle, ranch & arugula.

After an additional 15 minutes, the employee cutting the pizzas dropped one of off our pizzas. Usually enjoy coming to this chain restaurant, but I cannot recommend this location.

Best burgers we had ever had: fresh, tasty and delicious! And these yummy burgers won’t cause any bloating (unlike McDonald or Burger King) in my tummy either. We have been back to this restaurant many times and probably looking for more. Thanks for those great burgers and we definitely be back!

I recently visited the restaurant and had a decent overall experience. The food was OK not bad, but not particularly rememberable either. However, there were a few standard items that made my visit worthwhile the yogurt sauce was absolutely delicious. It had the perfect balance of creaminess and tang, and I found myself going back for more with every bite. It really elevated the rest of the meal. Among all the dishes. I tried the quinoa and kale salad was by far the highlight it was fresh and packed with flavors (nutty and fruity ) while the rest of the food didn’t quite match the same level of excitement those two elements, yogurt sauce, and the salad left a positive impression. Sometimes it’s those little standard items that makes a meal and I consider returning just for the salad.

This place may look very simple but the food was outstanding. You can configure your plate any way you want. Will be back for sure if I am in this area again.

First time visiting, didn’t know what to expect. Counter service. No line at lunch time on a Saturday. We each ordered a wrap. You choose your protein, then select what you want to add from a fairly long list of addons. This was refreshing because usually you just get whatever a place wants to put in. Lots of good options (adding olives was really nice). The wraps were MUCH larger than we expected! My wife took half of hers home. The wrap (lavash, not pita) was lightly toasted. Which gave it a nice smoky flavor. I will say that the meats were a bit dry, but they have dispensers for three different sauces do you can add as much as you want

The word 'slow' was invented in this place while waiting for the food to be ready. And after the 1.5 hour I hade wrap %90 lettuce %8 bread %1 sauce %1 meat If I bought a pencil and if write on paper meat and after If I ate that paper I could feel more meat in my mouth . Before this place my favorite food was kebab now I hate kebap even good kebab I will never eat kebab again . Terrible horrible bad bad bad . This place should change the name . I don't get to come here as often as I used to but the food is still good actually I think it the quality got better. Maybe it was because it was fresh and I usually go in the evening and this time I went 30 mins after the had opened. It was soooo good! While I was waiting to place my order at the kiosk, Leanna(I hope I am spelling that right!) asked if I was ready to place my order and I responded saying that I'll wait for the kiosk to be free. There was only one person and he was already paying for his order and I didn't mind waiting. She then asked if I was going to get a drink or a cup for water. I asked for a cup for water and she gave me one. Normally, I ask for one but she was on top of it. Even though I was ordering take out, the service was great! She had asked if I was dining in, but I wasn't unfortunately. Next time I go, I definitely will dine in. I got my order pretty quickly and the wait time wasn't bad. It was also nice chatting with her since I haven't seen her in a while since I used to work nearby and now she's a manager now which is great for her! This spot is in great hands. I am looking forward to going again

Food is excellent!! Fresh, healthy, full of flavor. All 3 sauces are really good, too. Friendly staff and very clean kitchen and dining area and restroom. $10 off after you spend $100 with their point-for-dollar rewards program.

As a food lover, I highly recommend this place if you want good wraps and delicious falafel. My falafel bowl was really delicious; it reminded me of authentic Mediterranean falafel. The lamb beef wrap was also delicious. The bowl was not bad, but I didn't like the saffron rice. The staff were very friendly and patient with us. The price for all of this was $60, including a 15% tip.

We ordered a combo, chapati and gongura dosa. The taste was amazing especially Vada and sambar 👏👏 . This is a small and cute shop and will give you some nostalgic moments. The flavors were fantastic. This eatery is in prime spot and gets crowded very easily so expect delays. For us the Gongura dosa took forever 😤.

Dosa Hut is a small nostalgic dosa corner. The Combo C2 is my favorite—it’s a perfect mix of dosa, idly, and vada served with flavorful sambar and chutney. Everything in the combo is fresh and tasty. The chai is good. The staff here are polite, though the cleanliness of the place could be improved for an even better experience. Dosa Hut is still worth a visit for its authentic flavors!

So We have ordered from this place a couple of times now Service : Phone order experience: Has been good. They take the orders promptly and food is ready on time. I rate it 4/5 Atmosphere : this give you a local Bangalore Darshini type of feels. Small space , usually full on weekends. The only reason I give 3/5 is I am not sure how clean the place is. Now the important part the Food 3/5 Ordered C7 combo and the first time they packed masala inside the dosa making it soggy and when I requested this time they packed it separately but then Dosa was average. We also tried Rava Masala Dosa which again was average. So far our experience has been average at best.. price POV a bit on high side when u compare the price.

I have been to this spot several times, it's the perfect spot for dosa before a movie next door. However the enitre experience this time around was just ok. Not sure if it was the eye rolls of the person bringing the food out to the table when I asked for more chutney, or the guy at the counter taking the order who decided to take the person who was behind me first, the vibe was not welcoming. I enjoy watching the food being prepared fresh, would hope it was a bit cleaner, especially if it's an open kitchen. The dosa was room temperature, seemed like it was sitting for a while before it came to the table. The Combo plate was decent. The chutney was not bad, but the consistency very loose. Not sure if I'll be going back anytime soon...

First time there, and probably the last one. I arrived at 9:10pm and ordered my food right away. The food arrived at 9:45pm. The country fried steak were barely warm, while the mash potatoes was cold, along with the French toasts. Unfortunately, I had ordered the donuts for dessert, so I had to wait for them, instead of being able to leave at that point. The donuts arrived over cooked and crispy, instead of soft like they should have been. I only ate 3 or of the 6 ordered, and throw the rest away. The place was not busy at all, with only 5 tables used by other customers.

It was great! We were seated right away! Our server was great & she was sweet! We also had our first experience with a robotic server bringing us our food! So Cool! Our food was delicious & perfect too!

Pieology has downgraded over the years. Employees do not put effort into understanding what you want. The toppings are dumped in the middle so you’ll be eating cooked dough around the edges. Pizza tasted like dough and steamed toppings. Waste of $40 I would rather go to Dominos. House red sauce is a no go, just tomato paste. Used to come here often years ago not sure what changed. On one pizza cheese was the right amount on the other the cheese was way too much. Did not ask for extra cheese. Will not be coming back.

It wasn't the best pizza, it wasn't the worst pizza either. It very much tastes just like its name, pieology. Unfortunately, making pizza is more of an art form than a science. The pizza was well enough cooked, with all the toppings that I liked, but it just didn't seem to have any real flavor behind it. Couldn't put my finger on exactly what it was, but it just didn't feel like anyone had to put him to love into it.

Quick service make your own pizza chain. Multiple choices of pizza crust available - thin, regular, cauliflower and gluten free. Other locations we have been to are more careful with allergies. Here they did not use separate sauces or utinsiles like other locations. They also placed the pizza directly in the oven with the rest and did not use a screen. The person making the pizza seemed to be in a hurry even though there were only couple more people in the queue.

Nice options on the crusts. I loked the Alfredo and the spicy Italian. Speed of service is quite slow. Staff is friendly. Pizzas are quite tasty.

Today is Independence Day, and parents thought it would be best to grab some burgers on the way back home. I did not get to go inside, but the food looked delicious on the menu in the website. I was thinking of Santa Barbara Char without Double Cheese, but it wouldn't be worth it without the cheese, no? Therefore, I opted for a Charburger. I also wanted a drink, but I know at the least it would be a bit costly. However, my brother decided on a milkshake, and so I did. I opted for a Banana Milkshake as well. First of all, I'm assuming the white sauce inside the burger is ranch, and it looks quite watery. However, it could be a little thickened. Food was fresh and in good quality, looking from and tasting the vegetables along with the meat. I didn't order the green bean fries/tempura, but I got to try a little with the ranch sauce. It was an amazing match. If you're a burger person, looking for kind of a cheap and little expensive meal, this is for you!

I placed an order online hoping to pick it up in an hour the system did not allow me to enter a pick up time instead made it ready in ten minutes. When I tried to call the store the automated answering would not let me speak to an person. I will now be bringing cold food to my working lunch appointment. I will never offer to bring habit burgers to an working lunch again, due to inability to modify an order once it is placed or being able to speak to a live person if something goes wrong. The manager at the store was kind enough to replace all the fries so I did not serve ice cold fries at my working lunch. I am still upset that there is no way to straighten out a simple problem with an online order.

I come here all the time whenever I want a burger and the food is really good here. I think that The Habit will start opening more restaurants in other locations in the Bay Area since I saw one opened in Union Landing at Union City. The quality of the food is great here especially the fries. I usually order almost the same things, but never bother getting the onion rings and other items that aren't charburgers. It's quite shocking that non-burger items such as Grilled Chicken Sandwich and most of the salads cost more than the charburgers.

After a long 6 mile hike we were super hungry and decided to get 2 large fries, 10 piece chicken nuggets and 2 McChickens. It was quick and everything was made to order. Tasted 10x better than ever before.

Drive through order. I ordered 2 luxury spicy crispy chicken sandwich , 4D, they give me 2 sandwich with only bun and chicken, nothing else. Really don’t want to spend time to drive back and argue. Never gonna come back again. 1 star for poor service.

I liked this place but one visit changed my perspective. There is a lot of flies within the store and all the sandwich ingredients are chilled but out in the open with no covering. Who knows where those flies land? The touch screen ordering tablets are always very dirty... and on my last visit it would not let me login to claim the points for my order.

I had 3 bad services at this location and I will never set foot back in there again. The first time I ordered at 830 pm and it closed at 9. The guy was so mad I ordered he started slamming the containers down and mugged me the whole time. The 2nd time I asked a lady to put no onions in a salad and she gave me so much attitude I just left. Now the reason why I am writing this is the 3rd time. It was today (12/21/24). I just did a 2 hour workout and went in and ordered at the kiosk. I asked if they can put the Asian sauce instead of mayo and they said no problem. So I ordered and waited. I sat there for 25 minutes while multiple people came in and ordered after me. They kept giving at least 3 couples and 2 other people their sandwiches, I started getting upset and asked the lady for my money back. She looked at me like I was crazy and asked if I even put in an order. That made me more upset since she clearly seen me sitting there for now almost 30 minutes. I asked for a refund and the lady called the 2 others over because she seemed confused. The 2 others came out and one said here is your sandwich. It was sitting on the counter in the back for 20+ minutes and they never gave it to me. I ordered a hot sandwich so I didn’t want it anymore, it must have been cold by then. Then I said no, I want my refund. The younger lady said with attitude “ you want a free sandwich and your refund” assuming I complained to get a free sandwich in front of many customers to hear. That was so embarrassing, I then said again, no I just want my refund. I wanted to say something but it would have only made me look bad. Terrible service from those 3 woman. I will never step foot back in to that location again. I always liked togos also and workout right next to it. Now I will just not eat it since there is none closer to where I actually live. I still can’t believe the young lady assumed I just wanted free food and said it loud enough for others to hear. Just rude for no reason and I was nothing but polite to them.

Ordered a veggie sandwich, cheddar broccoli soup, and a veggie wrap. Sourdough bread of the sandwich was the single worst bread I've ever had in my life. Stale and extremely chewy. Quality of ingredients was okay. Soup was thick and loaded with cheese, which was great but the last 30% portion was waay too salty. Wrap was perfect though! Restrooms are out of order which also sucks. Service was also far too slow for an empty place and not even any online orders.

Togo's is a great fastfood sandwich spot. I was at the gym across the street and decided to grab lunch here. This particular establishment was clean and the service was fast. It was also extremely spacious with additional outside seating. I grabbed the 6 inch club sandwich and it was quite filling. If you're in the area and need a quick bite to eat, check em out. I'm only giving them a 4 because I wish they toasted their sandwiches without requesting.

$7+ salad is nothing special, ordered whole tuna melt,(no cheese)looked like a tuna sandwich,then asked person if it was a tuna melt,"yes", then after eating we looked at our receipt and it read another number showing NOT a tuna melt,but indeed tuna sandwich. This is normally my go to togos. I drive out of my way to get a sandwich here however today will be my last day. Ordered two hot sandwiches online pastrami and chicken. Both sandwiches were cold with basically no meat. I basically ordered and went directly to the sandwich shop about a 7 minute drive. There was no way the sandwiches should have been cold. I understand you cut back, but a few strands of meat on a sourdough roll. The amount of money I paid for both sandwiches was not worth my time, effort or gas. I will not be returning. Consumers think twice about spending your hard earned money.

The past few times I've gone here I've been disappointed. They used to put so much meat on their sandwiches that sometimes it was just too much meat, but now they hardly put any meat on their sandwhiches. I ordered a roast beef sandwich and got barely one slice of meat, it was mostly lettuce and stale bread. To top it off, the whole meal cost me $13 bucks! The only positive thing is the service was quick and they were friendly, but otherwise not worth it.

I went on Monday, and had one of the worst chick fil a chicken sandwiches I ever had at any of these before. I have been to chick fil a in many different states and locations in the area over the years, and this is by far the worst. The sandwich bread was hard and stale and the chicken was over cooked, and the fries had way too much salt on it. In addition to the food, the employees did not provide the welcoming and positive energy that every other place has. These employees working last Monday were rude and not joyful at all. I will not be returning to this location.

I had a drive-through order, The lady staff who took my order in front of the drive-through was super nice and polite , but when I got to pick up windows, the kitchen staff were horrible... throwing trash to another staff, weird color dishrag(I mean negative side) handed bag to me like leave now ... almost drop the bag in space between the staff and me. I visited not so many chick fil a, but when I go to a fast food place, I go to chick fil a or in n out, so I hope their management get better for others 0 complain for food wise

The staff at this location always gets irritated that I order coffee. They should just tell me that they can't serve coffee instead of acting like they don't want to serve me. Another great morning at Chick-fil-A. I love this location I always come to the same Chick-fil-A even if it means I have to drive a little further. One may think that Chick-fil-A or any fast food cannot be healthy but I promise you that Chick-fil-A can be healthy have one of the best salads. I spent time at the chambers event speaking to the owner of orange fitness about their amazing salad! (We are that obsessed). I completely enjoy the spicy southwest salad it is delicious and healthy. The salad stays in the fridge for 2 to 3 days and stays very fresh. I also enjoy the Cobb salad but it’s not as healthy but you can always change out the type of chicken if you would like it a little bit healthier. My husband has a lot of allergies and has been recovering from a near death accident and this restaurant has help me maintain his routine diet and it also gives him a little something to look forward to and it gives me a little break from having to constantly prep and make food since I have been making his meals every day for the last two years in recovery so this is a nice break for both of us so we both can sit down and enjoy a meal. Don’t forget about the kids my kids love this place the fries are amazing I cannot get enough of this place the only downfall is that Sundays are closed but is it really a downfall lol everybody needs a break and we have learned that sometimes slowing down and taking some time off is beneficial and that’s why we love Chick-fil-A. Life almost stopped completely for us our world stopped. I’ve come to this Chick-fil-A in tears smiles and in blah stages but 99.9% I have left in smiles! They say thank you, my pleasure and have very positive attitudes. I enjoy their niceness and accommodating personalities. I highly recommend coming here! The 5 stars is for the staff. When I got there and there was a very big drive thru line that wrapped around. But the staff moves very quick...they have adopted the In & Out formula where they will take your order while you are in line. Bonus you can even pay with a card while in line. They will bring your food to your car in a clear tray even before you get to the window and I thought that was cool. The food is just normal ok my fries were soft so that sucked...but the staff gets my 5 stars for being very nice, fast and efficient

I just want to know how you can have this many employees and still wait 15 minutes after ordering? there was not 1 person in line. and this is inside to go, not drive through. and it's like this every time. usually there is a long line. but it's really frustrating because the food is so so so good. but cmon. figure it out. if u have 7 people working just out front and no customers, 15 minute wait time is unacceptable. unless you're serving me at a table because I am dining in. just my opinion -shrug-

For a fast food, the food was quality far exceeded McDonald’s. The staff and interior of the building both give one a welcoming feeling, like a fine dine restaurant.

UPDATE: DO NOT COME HERE ON TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY I ordered for a bowl with honey chicken and extra steak, I asked honey chicken first then I asked for extra steak, the portion is extremely small, doesn’t even fill one single scoop. I have been to this place for many times, this is the first time I got such petty portion, it is unacceptable. After I finish the order, nobody wants to pack for me, and no receipt as well. Update: I came to this store again and the same person helped me, and she gave me save litter portion of chicken without even asking for what kind of protein I want. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

This is a miserable place. Walked in at 7 pm. They said they have run out of chips, corn. All tables are dirty. Trash cans are full. Drinks counter is dirty. Folks who worked there seemed like they didn’t care at all. No work ethics!

I’ve been a Chipotle customer for years, but my experience at the 2760 Mowry Ave location was so disappointing that it’s my third or fourth bad visit here, and I’ve stopped coming altogether. This time, my bowl was a complete letdown: the guacamole was stale and tasted like it was made from spoiled avocados, the fajitas were stale, the cheese tasted off, and the entire bowl lacked freshness and flavor. It was barely edible. This isn’t a one-off issue. I’ve seen similar complaints on Yelp about stale guacamole, missing fajitas, and bland food at this location, which makes me think there’s a serious problem with ingredient prep or storage. I’ve submitted a formal complaint to customer service and hope they address the ongoing issues at this location. Until then, I can’t recommend eating here.

I ordered a burrito bowl today. They were out of most ingredients and it felt like I paid for leftovers. I asked for black beans. The pot was almost empty with mostly left over water. The server tried to scoop a couple times and then just gave up instead of getting a new box of beans The sauces were all gone. She just scraped the box instead of getting new. I asked her to put the sour cream and went ahead to pay, hoping that they will put it. When I reached home, there was no sour cream. I ordered a chicken bowl, and the chicken was just dry. The door says that they are open till 11:30 and I got my order around 9:30. They are supposedly open for the next 2 hours and I wonder what they are going to serve

Disappointing Experience with Poor Service I ordered a Chipotle bowl and added all the usual ingredients. After it was packed, I noticed liquid leaking from the bottom of the bag — it was so bad that it was dripping through and making a mess. I politely asked the employee who helped me if she could please repack it or offer a better solution. The lady named I believe Karen(blonde lady) in front line was extremely disrespectful and rude to my partner and I. I was patient and understanding throughout the entire transaction yet she attempted to overcharge us and was not willing to ask the other line associates regarding my order. I ordered a bowl that was no more than 14 dollars and she charged me 20 dollars without any explanation. She just said that’s the price. I paid and looked at the receipt and she had charged me $6.34 in additional charges to my order. Additionally, when I asked for water cups she slammed them upside down on the dirty counter. Very disrespectful and inconsiderate. Lastly, this location ran out of several meats and cheese and it was only 9pm. I did not appreciate her attitude and her customer service skills. I feel like customers at the very minimum deserve respect and dignity.

This location provides the worst customer service! Upon entering the employees seem as if they don’t want to attend you and ignore your presence. I have visited this location in the past and have had the same experience, I hoped this time it would be different. However when I visited this past week around evening time, the employees did not attend me for a few minutes. When they did finally acknowledge me is when they notified me they did not have any food left. I find this to be extremely unethical and that this location is failing due to poor management and customer service skills.

Not a great experience. The staff has no idea about how their app rewards/offers work. They can only scan the reward if you can figure out how to add it to your cart. Quite arrogant too. Food was great, bought a grilled chicken sandwich. The dining room was clean, looked like it was recently remodel. I was disappointed in the state of the restrooms though.... First one that I walked into was completely empty of hand towels, toilet paper and looked dirty as if it had been neglected all day. I walked out and into a different restroom. This one actually had toilet paper but was still neglected without any hand towels to dry my hand. I informed staff about the restroom but I actually never saw anyone go attend to them while I was inside.

Dear Wendy’s Management, I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your location during the morning shift. As a paying customer, I was refused access to the restroom by an employee who claimed it was “being used and would be a while.” While that may be understandable under certain circumstances, the manner in which it was communicated came off as dismissive and unprofessional. Additionally, the same employee appeared unwilling to engage during the ordering process, relying solely on gestures and nods until I inquired about the restroom—at which point he finally spoke. On a separate occasion, I encountered the same individual at the drive-thru, where the service was again poor. The food quality was extremely disappointing, and the coffee tasted as if it had been intentionally tampered with. Based on these experiences, it’s clear this employee lacks the professionalism and maturity expected in a customer-facing role. I will not be returning to this location, and I hope appropriate steps are taken to ensure a higher standard of service moving forward.

I came by during lunch hour and order food and had it for here. The young man who helped me at the counter has excellent customer service skills. I applaud you Edgar. Thank you for going above and beyond. Not only were you professional and kind but you took it a step further and made your way through the dinning area and approached each to make sure they were doing okay.. The service was ok only , I assume that I look like A thugs , she didn't botter asking what kind of bread I wanted and when I ask her if I can get the cheese bread , she some what started to givi me a look and and when I ask her for extra mayonnaise, which I don't think she did , , and when I received the food and took a bite the meat in side is still cold , (which I had order the cheesey steak sandwich ,) so I got to go back in and heat it up in the microwave , only then that , the food is not bad , or am I just hungry ???? , , but anyway is just not that bad , does it look like it got extra mayonnaise? This was the best subway that I have ever been to. If you tell them a lot of this ingredient you can be sure you are going to get a lot of it. Your sandwich doesn't come out messy or not looking good enough to eat either. Their service was fine and the employees were very Friendly's also

This Subway was in a Chevron. Not the best atmosphere. We ordered flat bread for a meatball and a Philly cheesesteak. The sandwiches were, well, Subway. A little cardboardy but edible. The meatball was a footlong for $17 and we were about to pay, but the cashier informed me that was the daily special. So instead of $17 for a footlong and water, we got the footlong, fountain drink and chips for $10. Great service.

One of the oldest long term, Spanish speaking personnel was the WORST server there. Each time she didsn't give a flying crap about anyone going through that door. She has never given me great service, even when I saw there are AVAILABLE products available, she would imply the were not available. GET RID OF HER!

I recently tried the Filet-O-Fish at McDonald's, and I was extremely disappointed. The fish patty was incredibly dry, to the point where it felt like it had been sitting around for a year. The texture was unappetizing, and the overall taste was far from fresh. I expected a moist, flavorful sandwich, but this was the complete opposite. Definitely not worth the money, and I won't be ordering it again.

I am writing about a very negative experience my family had October 4 2025 Saturday between 12:26 and 1pm. I would have preferred to handle the matter internally on the app but the feature for me to enter a specific store is not working. My order #1634 was placed at 12:26pm. It was not ready until 1pm. If you research by my order number and app usage you will see that we used to visit this location 2-4 times per week, being very good customers and getting generally good service. Yesterday put me off this mcd location. Yes it was very busy which I understand but the employees were very gruff and condescending. There was a poor gal next to me whose online order had probably been stolen, she had driven a long distance to pick up her order, she was somewhat shy and new to this country, and the mcd staff was very rude to her and gave her a hard time instead of just replacing her stolen order. I asked why weren't they just fixing this woman's order and an employee (young gal) just barked at me I didn't know what was going on. In the end my order took over 30 minutes and lots of orders were completed before mine...I think order 1643 was completed before mine which was 1634. No apology and my order was also wrong but I just wanted to leave and not come back.

I travel from San Jose to Sacramento, San Francisco etc. McDonalds has gotten expensive and the quality of the food has diminished. The Fremont McDonald's on Mission St has great employees. The young manager who is Asian can learn a thing or two from the employees on costumer service and attentiveness.

Pizza was not cooked right vegetables were still raw. Customer service was not good the lady didn't even want to respond to us at the front counter. I usually love coming to round table but I will not be returning to the Fremont one.

I used to order pizza from them all the time as is was so good. The previous owner was an Afghan family and I got discounts and inexpensive delivery. Most importantly the pizza was always fantastic totally loaded with goodness and many toppings in my King Aurther Supreme. With the new owners I think are from India the quality went really bad and the prices went up it’s no coupons. The quality is bad enough I think I’ll never order again from them.

The food here is always on point — fresh, tasty, and consistent. The lobby is clean and well-kept too. That said, when my wife and I came in, she had a hard time making her salad and getting a drink because of kids were running around, yelling, and even crying right by the soda machine. It kind of killed the vibe for a minute — she even joked it felt more like a daycare than a restaurant. We get that families come to eat, but it’d be great if the environment could stay a bit more relaxed. Still love the food though — no complaints there

It is 11:08am on 01/15/2020. I came in and decided to get a grilled chicken salad. When I received the salad the chicken was just thrown on one side of the salad, I then went back and ask if the chicken was supposed to be cut/sliced and she said yes. No harm no fowl,I get the salad and I get back in my car and head back to work just to realize they simply cut it in half and put it back on the salad. This has been an unacceptable experience and I will make it a point to never return to this location.

Always open is huge. One of the only fast food that is consistent with their staff. There are other chains ⛓️ that close randomly because of staffing, it comes with the time. The service is always good, and the location is clean, consistent with promotions.

I ordered pav bhaji pizza and aloo gobhi pizza. Took them home, opened and they both looked exactly same. Taste same. When called them to ask, the only difference they say is bell pepper in pac bhaji pizza. In fact pav bhaji sauce also doesn’t taste anything close to pav bhaji. Moreover the base tasted like frozen base. Looked like they don’t make the dough in there. Not coming back.

Yet, today, we get a burnt and an awful smelling pizza with barely any cheese in it. But the bad pizza is not what forced me to post this. Famous for the Indian pizzas … world famous Mango 🥭 chat pizza … it’s spicy, yummy and worth every penny of it. Other yummy pizza are paneer pizza 🍕 Would recommend to try and comeback … It’s small place with 1 table to sit and eat.. most of the order take out. Parking is also limited

Not sure what's these average reviews is all about. I have tried 5-6 varities of Desi pizza and everything is baked to perfection and tastes/smells as good as described. Priced reasonably and small pizza can easily cater to 2 people. I didn't personally like the Jalapeno breadsticks alone, rest are amazing. Update: 01/07 Price had increased by 25% in recent times, would have been great if it wasn’t a steep increase. Quality is intact

This Taco Bell is a solid choice for a quick meal. Even when it's 'less busy than usual,' the staff is always friendly and efficient. The food is consistently good and satisfies that Taco Bell craving perfectly. A great spot for a fast and tasty bite!

The worst customer experience for a drive thru order. The order was completely mixed up, the details of the order was correctly reflected on the screen but still gave wrong food. I have asked to replace chicken/meat with black beans which clearly showed on the display and when I opened the order after reaching home, the order was completely different. I was totally irritated and felt disrespectful for not paying attention to the instructions of the customer. This is very pathetic and person who packed the food did not pay any attention and gave me wrong order which is absolutely negligence. I called the restaurant back and asked if I can speak with the manager to share my worst experience however i was told manager left for the day and there is no supervisor either at the restaurant. This is unacceptable and would rate zero stars for the restaurant who does not care for their customers. I will not recommend this place...

Beware! Check your food before you go. I have been served soggy tacos more than I can count! I only come back because it’s close to home. But next time I will not drive thru, and I will walk into make sure my food is prepared fresh.

Another visit to Taco Bell recently (May 2022) Served raw/unbaked Chalupa. Hardly any stuffing… short serving in every aspect. No quality control. It is Expensive too - and very low quality and service quotient. This place is not worth one’s money. Bad Bad, Taco Bell. —- This place every time messes up the order. Every mobile order either they will serve non-veg for a veg order or they will fail to put any sauces napkins or eating sporks. This has been happening for the last four times at least no order has been served as expected. And when you talk to them or call them back or go back to them, they have a very snobby response. I don’t like this place at all. If you can avoid it do so.

It’s been a while since I had Krispy Kreme and I totally forgot when was the last time I ate there. I remember that it is in Union City, but this is before they open one at my local area. I’m planning to do another review of it in Union City since its atmosphere is different from the one here. Location is pretty small here and don’t think it’s good to dine here in my opinion. Just good for takeout order. I really like solidly they glazed the donuts and are perfectly sized. In other donuts places, their donuts are much larger. The size of them is quite comparable to the ones from Dunkin Donuts. Vanilla Latte tastes like any other ones from different coffee shops. Though that the place isn’t big, still recommend people to try Krispy Kreme out.

I'm pretty sure the exact same person delivers my food curbside whether I'm in Petaluma or Fremont. They're all the same, Google. That's the point. Now, if you want to ask me about the West Oakland McDonald's, I have a review for you. But I refuse to return to that McDonald's, so I guess you'll have to find out like I did.

Two things: 1. Don’t be skimpy on the fries. The whole McDonald’s diocese will not run out, I guarantee you. 2. When a kid politely asks if they can exchange an unopened toy because they already have it, you tell them Yes ok. Because yes, you most certainly can. Your first priority should be to please your customer base made of children.

It all started in the order window. Cook to order doesn't mean well done it means hot food needs to be cooked as it is being ordered. After I brought that to the order takers attention, he said he already talked to people handling the food. I drive to the 2nd window. The lady is handing me my food bag. Most of the time I get my order right. Sunday crew must get more classes on how to take orders n act upon it. We had to warm our sandwiches n fries in microwave..had to throw large fries away it just ruined the taste. 10/12/23 We started using app as it gives rewards. Drive thru asks everything on app with code then u go to the window to pay cashier is clueless asks again what did u order then takes the phone to c it still tells u full price n not what's on the app. Seriously ur managers n supervisors need to step up to teach their employees about their apps n how it works. I placed an order through the McDonald's app around 1:40 a.m. after finishing my shift. Since it was my birthday and money is tight, I had only ordered some fries and an iced tea—something small and affordable. I entered the drive-thru on my bicycle at about 1:45 a.m. There were two cars ahead of me, so I waited patiently. When it was finally my turn at the microphone, I tried to get my order confirmed, but the staff ignored me and immediately took the order of the car behind me. I continued waiting, assuming there might have been a mistake. When I reached the window, I pulled up my app with the order number, only to be rudely told that they “don’t accept orders after 2 a.m.” I explained that I had placed my order at 1:40 a.m. and had been waiting since 1:45 a.m. at the microphone, but the employee dismissed me. As a broke college student and an immigrant, I work hard to save every dollar, and this was the first time in America that I’ve been made to feel discriminated against so blatantly. I will never step foot in a McDonald’s again. I did not realize the company upheld practices that exclude and demean people who can’t afford a car.

We ordered thru Slice, we placed our order at 8:06pm and were quoted 8:26-8:41. We arrived at 8:26, my husband waited inside the restaurant until 8:38 when someone finally came up to the counter. He told them who he was and the guy disappeared. He came back 5 minutes later and said 5 more minutes. He walked out at 9:06pm with some of the worst pizza we've ever had. My supreme had 8 pieces of sausage.. its very sad. The dough was tough and burnt, not a fan. Was definitely not worth the money or time we waited. Beware. Updated. When 2 customers walk in 15 minutes AFTER my husband was already waiting.. so a good 35-40 minutes after we ordered. That couple had their food before he walked out. That's not right! Just trying to let you know your employees are not representing you very well in my opinion. The other 2 pizzas and breadsticks were also not good.

The service and people working here were amazing! I chose to get something that would warm me up, so they recommended the spaghetti. It was hot and delicious. Huge portion too. The prices are reasonable for the food. They have plenty of seating at tables, or if you prefer, a bar to eat at while watching tv. I cant say how much i enjoyed this place, but i do know i will be a regular customer. Plenty of parking. The only downside is it is hard to see from the street. If you havent visited this place, and feel up for something new, you should go by and check it out. You wont be sorry.

The food overall for good. There is nothing to write home about. The hot wings were a small order, and the wings themselves were smaller than I expected. The pizza was good. Taste was very similar to Mountain Mike's. I liked the fact that I could place the order online ahead of time. The online ordering system was easy to use.

Shout out to the 2 people assigned in the cash register(Alyssa and Cristian Alf) for rendering a very excellent customer service when I visited and dined in in this Mowry branch between 3:30pm-4pm. The 2 young girls helped me figure out the problems I've encountered with the app on my phone. I was going on the app to scan the food receipt. However, it wasn't working. Both girls took their time without hesitation to help, working on my phone, and gave suggestions on how to make the app work again and be able to scan the receipt for the points. I truly appreciate them. Keep up the great work and attitude guys to maintain your restaurant/branch with a good rating.

I was tricked by their advertisement which said chic fil a was a petting zoo. I promised my kids it was a petting zoo and now I lost custody of them.

It’s one of our favorite fast food spots. We ordered the spicy chicken fillet deluxe meals, frozen lemonade and regular lemonade. The lemonade, whether frozen or regular is awesome. Only one stall in the men’s restroom and that is really my only issue with the location, other than parking, which can be hard to find a parking spot at times, therefore we normally just carry out. Service is pretty good, whether at the drive through or in the dining room.

Our order taker, Messiah, was such a vibe. Coming from a review i had to do at a chicken place noting I had the worst customer service experience ever the week prior, to this top tier service....this place knows how to hire and train! I do HR for a living and take customer service to heart so thank you, Messiah! Anyway, food is always great, quick and no wait (Saturday at 11ish). Their peach shake is my favorite so need to enjoy it while it's summer!

The food is so good here. Don’t forget about the cookies they are amazing. They have a well organized and are all wearing mask and taking precautions. We enjoyed all the sauces our favorites are Polynesian, Chick-fil-A sauce and the barbecue. We also love the salad the avocado dressing is so amazing. Can’t wait to have their special waffle fries as well again.

Today, around 7:00pm I ordered 3 meals which each came with fries and drinks. Once I arrived at the window they only handed me 1 bag and my 3 drinks. I assumed everything with in the bag so I drove off not even 1 light away. Once I check the bag I was missing 1 fries, so I decided to go back because I did pay for every meal. Once I arrived at the window I let a Mexican worker know, hey I was missing a fries and I noticed when I just left the drive thru it hasn’t been a minute since I left. He handed the bag over to this white guy he had a mustache and was wearing a blue shirt. He made a comment saying “I know I put all the fries in there I would never miss anything” and proceeded to side eye me and kind of say I took a fry out the bag and came back just to get a free one. There was also a white girl there who was very unprofessional who just shook her head at me and was giving me the side eye too. Overall the white girl snd boy was super unprofessional and I really hope that this chick fil a location really reconsider who they hire. This location is very unprofessional and if this is the type of employees that chick fil a hire, this I really sad. I wanted to tell them to review footage or refund me my money because assuming I stole fries and came back for one is very crazy. I wish I got their names but I won’t be coming back. I will be going to the Auto Mall way chick fil a, as they are more kind and have great customer service.

One car in the drive thru and the crew member couldn’t be bothered to warmly greet me or smile when I got to the window. The food was over priced. $16 for a medium western burger meal. What’s more outrageous is the decrease in drink size, the stale fries, the warm patty and the horrible customer service.

Burger was made wrong and made to wait for my food till they served all the drive through even though my order was taken first. Manager kept mad dogging me sitting in dine in table and made the whole experience there very un wanted. When I asked about the wait the Manager just snickered and turned and walked into the back. I worked the grave shift (11pm) at my job and there are times where I don’t have time to grab anything to eat and choose Burger King a lot of the time because they’re one of maybe two restaurants open at the time. Every single time my food is always cold. By the time I pull up to the window. My food is already ready and they’re asking me. What kind of sauce do I want. I have brought it to their attention many times that my food is always cold. By the time I get to the light which is less than a minute away. He took the food out the bag and said something to the cook and then they gave me my food, which was hot, but still cold. Makes me feel like they put it back in the fried grease to make it seem like it was hot. Tonight was the night that they will get any more of my money.

They need to bring AI to this location. Order taking is bad and the food is wrong when you get to the window. To top it off, they don’t apologize for their mistake and makes excuses for getting the order wrong. Poor service.

The food tasted old. The steam pork tasted like they have been cooked while back and reheated. It had a fermenting smell to it. The place while not kept well. Service items all over the place. Rice in lotus leaf tasted old as well. Fried taro dumpling looked good but felt sick from all the lard taste and the smell of old cooking oil. The only thing decent was the shuimai. To top it off the lady overcharged me by 4 dollars. Will not be returning to this place!

Definitely will be back again. Price may be a little bit high normally we go to Chinatown in Oakland usually we get a little bit more for the same amount that I pay very busy here that's good you see a lot of Asian people here coming in that means the food is really good. But since Oakland Chinatown going down bad from all the crime no one wants to go there now, Oakland is getting really ruin down city mayor and our governor is destroying it, people leaving the area!

This afternoon I went there buy pork . And wanna buy some char sum bao. But at that time they only left with one. Later I bought this one. When I’m check out . Only 1 Char Sum Bao, They let me pay $5 .

Fantastic spot for some fresh dim sum! Their portion sizes are huge especially when considering how low their prices are. The aunties at the counter are very friendly and service is quite fast since the dim sum is ready to go from the steaming pots.

Food/Taste/Flavor: 3/5 - Daily special with fried rice, BBQ pork, broccoli beef, and kung pao chicken. The fried rice was simple but good. The BBQ pork that was freshly cut was pretty dry and the sauce added seemed to soak into the rice itself rather than stay with the protein. The broccoli beef was nicely cooked with the broccoli being tender and the beef with a slight bite still. The kung pao chicken was EXTREMELY salty Shu mai was decent. While it's only 3 pieces, they are pretty big pieces Ambience: 2/5 - there was water dripping in the middle of the store with a bucket to catch with dirty footprints everywhere. Definitely older store and it feels like it could use a deep clean Service: 5/5 - lady was really nice and friendly. The pricing was a bit confusing since there's extra charges for certain meats and slightly different prices based on which menu you look at Value for price: 4/5 - decent price even with the extra charge for BBQ pork. We did go closer to the end of the day so it does seem some of the items have been sitting there longer which may have affected the taste/texture of some of the items

Hands down the best Cantonese style BBQ I have been to in the Bay area. We usually come here to get their famous roasted duck, but this time we ordered a medium whole pig for our new year dinner. The pig was cooked perfectly with a crispy skin and tender meat inside. This pig can easily feed 20 or more people and we had great compliments from our guests. The pig was $320+tax and you have to order ahead of time instore, but it was worth every penny of it. I highly recommend this place!

If you have a hankering for chili cheese fries, this is the place to go. Total comfort, (stoner), guilty pleasure food. Has a little something for everyone, hamburgers, hot dogs, french fries, ice cream (shakes, cones, floats, sundaes). Best corn dogs outside of a county fair, I like the chili cheese fries burritos myself. Service is good and fast, never had a mistake on any of the orders I've made here. If you're not on a diet, come and enjoy yourself here.

I did not dine in from what I saw there was not a whole lot of area to comfortably do that so I ordered my hot dogs and was on my way. 0 I don't know if any of you are you old enough to remember Casper dogs. That's what I was hoping to find somebody that could come close to that hot dog place. I will still be searching because this experience what is expensive for the quality that I got. Keep looking

I love it... I travel to Fremont sometimes. I have yet to see the poster flyer proudly displaying the Wienerschnitzel's Appreciation for First Responders and Military (Active and Veterans). With that said, a generous discount on the order. As a Gulf War Veteran, this old time Famous for the structure back in the day when I was young is as original as anything. Not like how Taco Bell has remodeled out of the original Arch with a Bell at the top of their old design. Wienerschnitzel's in Fremont is 5 Stars. They are not cheap with their Mustard on their Mustard Dog, not anything else for that matter. A+ rating in my book!!!

Staff is friendly and seating area is always clean. Plenty of parking. The driveway can be easy to miss with the KFC right next door but their parking lots mix together.
