Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the food. Our server gave thoughtful recommendations and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another table. Traditions isn’t just a restaurant, it’s an experience. Whether you’re celebrating something special or just craving a soul-satisfying Italian meal, this place should be at the top of your list. We’ll definitely be back!

It reminded me of an old school restaurant. The food was very tasty, I thought the meat pie was phenomenal. The Veal Parmesan was flavorful and super tender, I wish the portion was a little bigger. Prices are on par with other places. The service was great. The restaurant is small and you should probably expect to wait at least 30 minutes for a table.

After a few nights of trying lobster, with no real "wow", it was time for something different and Traditions did not disappoint! From the kind greeting, to a thank you & have a great night - They are doing a grand service and meals here! We started with bruschetta that was full of zest, with melted mozzarella. Then for mains of shrimp & chicken with their Rosa sauce and shrimp, scallops, and halibut with the same sauce, and both with angel hair pasta. And not naming all the flavorful ingredients to boot! These dishes were well prepared, hot, and the right mix of all things. Stop in and get yourself some!

Warm and friendly welcome to this old school Italian restaurant filled with locals. Parking is tricky so make sure you don’t go in the back lot. Delicious red sauce so best to stick with the classic dishes. I made the mistake of ordering a chicken Caesar salad which was basically a side salad with a few strips of chewy chicken for $19. Chicken parm was good.nice selection of Italian wine by the glass

Sensational. The place is packed with what appears to be many local people on a Tuesday night. Come early so you won’t have to wait. My wife had the lemon vitale; a lemon, caper veal dish. My wife raved about her dish. I agreed it was sensational. My dish of eggplant Parmesan was huge. I had enough left over for a full dinner on Wednesday night.. Thank you Traditions for being so close to home. I had eggplant Parmesan with a side of sausage. By far the best ever eggplant Parmesan & homemade sausage. Let me repeat myself the best ever eggplant Parmesan & homemade sausages I’ve ever had in 72 years.🏆😘

Always our go to for authentic Italian food! Food is always great, service is top notch. Highly recommended. Get there early because it becomes busy quick, but is well worth the wait!

We wanted to go somewhere special for our anniversary. This place nailed it! Absolutely delicious! We enjoyed drinks, appetizers, main course and of course tiramasu! Outstanding service and atmosphere! We are making Traditions our new special occasion go to place.

Yummy hot dogs and fries, chill atmosphere ( on the day I went it's not always, lol) plenty of spots to perch and eat a authentic Maine spot.

Great people, great food, quick service and the place is always clean. They cut and grind their own burgers out back, and they have a butcher who comes in every other day and makes them fresh. So you’re never getting old, frozen patties like other fast food joints. Everything is made to order and off the grill in minutes. They do get quite busy, but it’s worth the wait if you do end up having to wait in line. Plus, everything is super affordable. Wonderful spot for a quick bite to eat!

Really lives up to it's name, food was freshly made yet ready exceptionally quick, a large order for 4 was ready in under 3 minutes. The food has a classic small town feel to it; I recommend going with the steamed dogs and a side of fries. For drinks they have standard water, soda, and coffee options or if you want to try something more unique you can pick up 8oz cartons of milk (either plain or chocolate) for $1.

I was very disappointed in our burgers today. I found a hair in my burger plus the quality of the overall product was not good, and not at all like it use to be. I’ve been going there since I was a little girl, won’t be going back. It’s just not what it use to be in my opinion.

Great food fast. Freshly made to order. Hot & Delicious. They have burgers, dogs, lobster rolls, fries, onion rings, chili, water, soda, coffee, milk. Order at window, pick up at other window. Staff is friendly and helpful. No seating inside. Very affordable. We love our "Ray's Days.

Absolutely delicious hamburgers. Lots of other things are good, but if you’ve never been there, your first try, should be two cheeseburgers and small fry and a Pepsi. Tell me it’s not the best in So Maine!

Overall great atmosphere, food and drinks. They offer margaritas in multiple flavors - classic, coconut, guava, passion fruit, etc. The guava and passion fruit were great! I highly recommend the Arroz Frito dish. The atmosphere was very open and inviting. Large bar area as well.

A Hidden Gem in Biddeford!!! 🍲🥟🍮🥑🥗 Pacifico is an absolute gem vibrant, welcoming, and full of energy! The South American and Latin-inspired dishes burst with fresh flavors, and the homemade bread was a standout. Everything was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. We loved our dinner so much that we came back two days later for brunch and it was just as amazing! The atmosphere is lively yet comfortable, and the service truly stood out. The host was warm and attentive, checking in on us often to make sure everything was perfect something we really appreciated. If you’re anywhere near Biddeford, do yourself a favor and make a stop at Pacifico it’s a must-visit for anyone who loves bold flavors and genuine hospitality.

This is a lovely spot for an intimate outing, dinner was perfect. We didn’t think we needed a reservation on a Wednesday night but it does get busy so it’s helpful to book ahead of time. Our server was so professional, friendly and helpful. She translated the menu for us since it’s in Spanish, I had the whole fried fish and my date had the steak tips which were both delicious options. The atmosphere is amazing and relaxed, it’s definitely worth a visit.

We had the most amazing dinner here! The atmosphere was chill and tropical. It was my husbands birthday and he doesn’t love big displays in public. One of the staff was in on this secret and made him feel special without drawing attention. And brought us the dulce de leche ricotta dessert - INCREDIBLE - comped for his birthday! So sweet - thank you for that! All of our food was delicious and gorgeous! I love ceviche and theirs was perfect. Highly recommend!

Best brunch in Saco-Biddeford! Pacifico makes their own breads for the avocado toast, french toast, and burger buns. Fresh juice, fantastic coffee, and cocktails. They cut no corners on quality and atmosphere. The staff is friendly & informative. We sat on the outside patio with generously-sized umbrellas and beautiful hydrangeas. Prices are comparable with IHOP with 100% better food and sevice.

My wife and I had a wonderful dinner at Pacifico. We 'grazed' on the excellent appetizers: guacamole and plantain chips (amongst the best we have ever had), ceviche (red snapper), and pulpo (tender and wonderfully savory)

The drinks and appetizers were very good, and the person who was serving/hosting/bartending did a fantastic job. The live music sounded great. The only thing we didn’t like was the fried rice dish for $65 it had 4 41/50 shrimp and 4 bits of steak and tasted like straight sesame oil. Next time we would come in for just drinks and appetizers.

Classic box car diner! Stool seats only, and usualy there is a wait! But worth it! Fast service and classic diner food. The banana nut bread and coffee was excellent. They also have beer! They have a good system with wait list, will text you when seat opens. Cash only!

After attending an event with Phil Rosenthal, where he spoke so highly of the Palace Diner, I could not resist the opportunity to come try it. Since it was my last morning in town before flying home, I was sure to get up early to be one of the first customers; given the limited seating, I was extremely nervous that I would not be able to dine here without risk of missing my flight. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I showed up on a Wednesday morning and was not only the first customer to enter the diner when they opened, but actually the only customer in the diner the entire time I was there. I know that is not great for business, but in speaking with the waitress, she informed me that typically in the off-season there is not quite the rush that they experience in the summer months. All of that being said, this quaint little rail car diner was everything I hoped it would be and more. I decided to order the lumberjack breakfast so that I could get a balance of sweet and savory, and also try their infamous flapjacks and breakfast potatoes. The flapjacks were fluffy perfection and I ended up taking a side order to-go with me on my flight. The breakfast potatoes were perfectly crispy on the outside while somehow maintaining a soft delicate interior. My eggs were scrambled perfectly and the breakfast sausage added a nice kick of protein that I needed. The service could not have been more friendly and engaging – although I’m not sure the waitress really had a choice since I was her only customer (just kidding, she was lovely!) They are a cash only spot and there is some parking nearby.

Reasonable prices and excellent food. The fries were crisp and cooked well, NOT soggy with grease like so many places. Hamburger was fresh and thier sauce is delicious. Pancakes are made from scratch. 10 out of 10, a must eat place. Be sure to plan ahead as seating is limited but the wait is well worth it. They have a text update once you are on the wait list that will give you 3 updates so you know when to start heading back and when it's ready. Lots to see and do within a 2 minute walk.

We stopped by on a trip with our son to Maine after watching the episode on Somebody Feed Phil featuring this diner. We only had a 15 minute wait and enjoyed the weather and shops while we waited. The place is small but very cozy. The tuna melt was the best thing we had on our entire trip to Maine and that’s saying a lot! The chicken sandwich was delicious but hard to manage. I don’t know how anyone can finish it! My son got the French toast and it was some of the best we’ve had. That crunchy outside was from the heavens. Definitely worth a trip when visiting the Portland area.

Phil Rosenthal mentions this hidden gem any and every chance he gets and there’s a reason. The heightened simplicity has me marveled over the greatness. Not a single dish falters. Service is consistently excellent. I drive from Boston for these pancakes because these are THE BEST PANCAKES IN THE WORLD.

We are on a trip that started in Stowe, Vermont and ending in Portland, Maine. After over a week of eating at different places, I can confidently say this is the best food we have had all trip by a long shot! The service was at the same level. If I am ever again within a couple hours from here, I am making the detour 🤣 I am still fantasizing about our breakfast. I still can't decide which I like more, the lumberjack breakfast or the chicken sandwich. I recommend getting both 👌

Saw this place all over the Internet and TV a few years before, and never had the chance to visit before until now. Of note, there are 15 stools available at the diner, and if you come when there’s a wait, they have a good weight loss system where you can come back to get your seat. I just walked in and sat down at one of the many open stools available that day. Sat right across from the kitchen and had a great time. Check out the menu photo below, but I got the classic everything breakfast that included their famous Palace potatoes, which were great. There is communal real maple syrup for everyone to use so you don’t have to ask, which was a nice touch as well. I don’t think it’s the best diner I’ve ever had breakfast at, but it’s solid and worth a visit.

Parking situation is a little weird but ample spots. If you’re waiting on others to join you, recommend requesting a table while you wait. At 7pm, we had a 20-25 minute wait. They did a good job at giving us a true estimated wait time & update when our table was ready. They update you via text, so that gives you some flexibility if you didn’t want to wait in their waiting area. Clam chowder was good. I liked how it was more heavy on potatoes instead of clam. Creamy and served with crackers. I feel like the Mac n cheese gets a lot of undeserved hype. For a “triple cheese sauce” - I would’ve expected it to be cheesier. Felt dry - definitely needed more cheese. Nothing spectacular about the crunchy topping. The Parmesan wheel on top was different and a nice addition. Drinks sucked. I ordered a water and a strawberry lemonade. When the waitress came out, I actually thought my drink was the water (pictured with the soup). Didn’t get water until later, had to ask for it 2x throughout the night. My sister’s drink was forgotten about. Waitress eventually brought it out and took it off the tab. Which bumps this rating from a 2 star to a 3 star review. You don’t see compensation given these days, so when compensation is given - it deserves recognition. I tasted my friends’ drinks: - Spicy Watermelon Margarita: also pale in color, tasted like a Jalepeno in water - Raspberry Margarita: tasted like a lime dipped in raspberry Did not want a second sip of either. The fact that they all sucked, is concerning. Two others from our table got the lobster roll and fish tacos and they were pleased with their choices!! Looks like it could be a cute place to gather. Originally planned on meeting another friend here for drinks - will NOT do that in the future. 3 strikes with the cocktails (maybe their beer is better; but sucks for those who are not “beer people.”) Was expecting better.

Honestly, I’m sad it wasn’t better. Food was okay… we ate it but nothing to rave about. We came early and were sat right away. No wait and not a packed dining room. It was cold inside and the rain outside didn’t help. Our waitress did mess up the order and had to bring out a meal after the rest of us started eating. After that, never checked back not even for a refill of drinks. wanted to try something new, so we did but that’s probably the last time we will visit there. Overall, not the worst but certainly not the best.

Stopped in for a drink. Great friendly service. Several self brewed beer options but the blood orange jalapeno bug was really good. Awesome spice level and great flavor. Highly recommend if you like beer and spicy drinks. Large bar with lots if table seating.

Very flexible in catering to food tastes and needs. I had my warm lobster roll in a sundried tomato wrap with a side of their garlic smashed taters. Both very yummy.

A friendly place with a great location. Mostly locals not tourists (I am a tourist.) And it does have a really fabulous lobster roll and a truly incredible collection of beer. Seems like most of the people coming here aren’t here for the lobster rolls, but we were wonderful seating outdoor outdoor under tent and a really fun feeling inside

We stopped in on July 4th weekend after beach day. They got our kids served quickly to tame the little monsters. My daughter loved the chicken tenders and my son got the corn dogs. He's a little guy but he crushed 1, took the 2nd home and was excited for leftovers the next day. I got the Seafood Fra Diavolo- definitely an excellent choice Love this place and excited to return when we're in the area Lastly, the horseradish Dijon mustard dip for the corn dogs was one of the best condiments ive ever had in my life!!!

The food was very good, a nice array of tavern food-type items(beer and beer cheeses and fried foods and such). The customer service was incredible, true impressive. Our hostess was notably gregarious and kept us well-updated on tables, and our server Christopher was one of the best waiters I've ever seen. He was joking with all of his tables at once and provided rapid and attentive service, ranging from finding a sweetening agent for our mixed drink(lemonade!) to good wine recommendations to helping a nearby customer get a meal ticket in minutes before the kitchen closes. Truly a master class in helping the customer, a delightful evening.

We stopped here for supper after a July 4th beach day. VERY GLAD we came here. They got our kids served quickly to tame the little savages. Wife and I got the mussels, shrimp tacos and baked stuffed haddock. Everything was excellent!! Friendly server and reasonable prices for our meals. Thanks again. We'll love to stop in again!

First time in Maine and just wanted to have traditional "New England" clam chowder, and this place did not disappoint! The chowder was perfect! Creamy, potatoes, and TONS of clams! Started with the bang bang shrimp that was also top notch. Really great place and will be hard to try clam chowder somewhere else while I am up here. Ok, editing because I came back the following day, specifically for the chowder and a lobster roll. It did not disappoint and whenever I happen to come back to this area, this is where I'll come. The lobster is some of the best I've had, lump meat, warm buttered bread, mayo 🤤😌 Not sure if this is a hole in the wall here, but damn! This Texas girl wants to have this every night! Absolutely recommend!

When in Maine...ordered the clam chowder which was creamy and full of class. Best clam chowder we've ever had. Saco lobster roll was pretty good - the roll itself was fantastic. We were a little shocked at the market price of $35, but that's on me for not asking. Also sampled lobster mac and cheese. Lobster was well prepared, the cheese sauce was bland. Stuffed haddock received mixed reviews. The haddock itself was good, but the dish itself was too rich to finish. Fried haddock and shrimp were perfection.

We had an awesome dinner with great service. Our server was Ava. She was very personable and professional. She anticipated our needs ahead of us. The fried clam strips were and scallops were delightful. They fresh and tasty and cooked just right. They were light, not heavy or greasy, just cooked to perfection. This was just what we were hoping for. Thanks for the good food, good service with a smile and an all around great night.

Clam chowder - 2/5 lacked salt and clams were a little chewy Fish tacos- 2/5 fish was over seasoned and but everything else lacked flavor Fries - 2/5 old oil. You can tell in picture that fries werent fresh Cole slaw wasnt that good Service wasnt that good. Someone in our group ordered from happy hour wine list and they charged full price and didnt want to give us the happy hour price

What a great spot! I had never eaten an oyster before and my server took the time to answer my questions. The food was served right on time, hot, and fresh. Service was attentive and not at all stuffy. We sat in the enclosed outdoor seating area on a mild october night. It was cool, but the heaters kept us warm. A great spot for a great meal.

Food was great. Lynne had the baked haddock and loved it. Little cream, sherry, crispy crust was delicious served w/mashed potatoes and asparagus. I had fried clams & haddock that was awesome and plenty. So good we came back the next night. Great food at fair price. We’ll be back next year.

We visited for brunch and were impressed with the service, food, and price-to-serving-size ratio. I wasn’t expecting them to get so packed, though! I guess it’s a local favorite in the Biddeford/Saco area. Thankfully, we still managed to get a table without having to wait. We ordered two meals — a special and the eggs + corned beef plate — plus two coffees, a Bloody Mary, and a homemade muffing for $50 after tax. Not bad at all, and this would’ve set us back quite a bit more at other diners. The food was delicious, although the corned beef was not the best I’ve had. The eggs were perfectly cooked, and the dish came with a generous amount of toast (four pieces versus your typical two pieces). The Bloody Mary was also delicious, only $7 — you can’t beat that. The homemade blueberry muffin, which we had grilled, was my favorite. The breakfast menu is limited and lacks items we expected to find at a place like this (breakfast burgers, biscuits & gravy, etc). Service was outstanding. We will be back!

The food here was good. It came out fresh and hot and was very tasty with good portions for the price. The first time we went was on the weekend and we sat outside. It had cute vibes though it is close to the emergency service stations so several times during our meal, cars went by with sirens going and it was quite loud. The rest of the time was quiet and enjoyable. The first time we visited the service was really friendly and professional. The second time we went it was a younger waitress who didn't get our order written down correctly and when we got our food and it was wrong, she seemed to have very little interest in trying to make sure that it was corrected. She had us swap our eggs to different plates as opposed to taking it back and correcting her mistake. She just kind of stared at us like she was lost or disinterested. Not a great impression. Just such a night and day experience. We went back to eat because we enjoyed ourselves so much the first time. But if our second visit had been our first, we wouldn't have gone back. I’ve been to this diner twice now, once for dinner on a Thursday and again for Sunday brunch. I have to say, the brunch absolutely blew me away. The eggs Benedict were perfectly done, rich and flavorful, and the steak omelette was packed with tender meat and just the right amount of seasoning. Definitely one of the better brunches I’ve had in a while. Dinner was solid too, but brunch is really where this place shines. It’s clearly a popular spot expect a bit of a wait, especially on weekends but it’s worth it. The staff keeps things moving, and the food is consistently fresh and delicious. Overall, a reliable, no-frills diner with great energy and a standout brunch menu. I’ll definitely be back!

Very pleased with the short wait to be seated followed by quick food preparation. I ordered one of the specials to be disappointed by what was called spicy honey sausage omelet. It was neither spicy nor sweet from any honey. I was hoping for something out of the ordinary and new. Maybe this could be adjusted to heighten the flavors.

I cane in for a late lunch and the chicken salad wrap with a greek salad was spot on. It's an ideal spot in a fantastic small Maine town.

Absolutely loves this place! Got 2 empanadas (carne and chorizo) both were excellent— highly recommend extra pico and add on the salsa verde. I also the chips and guacamole. But the real star was the limeade! I got strawberry mint and it was out of this world. It’s definitely tart but on a hot summer day the most refreshing drink. I also appreciated the server who not only doubled checked the spelling of my name but also the pronunciation. She was so sweets

This is the spot if you’re craving a seriously good burrito. I’m talking massive, flavorful, and straight up delicious. The kind of burrito that fills you up in the best way but still leaves you thinking about it hours later. Everything’s fresh, the ingredients are packed in just right, and the flavors hit every time. Chill vibes, great service, and those burritos? Total game-changer. Highly recommend!

Nice and cozy little place to grab some flavorful Mexican inspired dishes. The look and feel to the facility is spot on for a humble little shop in the middle of the Saco main street stretch. Most tables here seat four. There is only one that seats six. I really liked the freshly blended Limeade options. I would definitely return here to try some new flavors.

I would give ten stars if I could. Delightful sangria, fresh salsa and a cuban sandwich that may change your life. I’ll be thinking about this daily..until the next time!

The carne asada burrito is my regular. Get it spicy! Nice people, nice place. Like everywhere, it's getting expensive to eat lunch out. This is a good place to spend your money.

Wow! Great surprise. In town from Buffalo and was searching for a breakfast spot! Young lady's service was the BEST! Friendly and kept the coffee coming. Made us aware that they were serving oven roasted turkey. Would have loved to stayed for that. Return trip next year to our favorite place, Maine, and will definitely make a return trip here.

Food taste great! We stop there on our way to Bath Maine to get breakfast, glad we did. Walked in was seated and eating within 15 minutes. I like that they over omelets in a small or large size. Who would have thought you could get a good meal in a strip mall lol. But nice place, friendly staff.

Waiter was courteous and nice. Atmosphere was normal. Eggs tasted like someone twisted their sweaty jockstrap onto them after cooking. The inside was gooey and outside was overcooked. The bacon was as salty as a sperm whale and tasted like a used rubber. The toast was made from straight up week old great value bread, although they did butter it correctly. Pancakes were actually pretty good. I've had better sausage at my uncle's house. Coffee was worse than Dunkin like damn cheap diner coffee for sure, tasted as though it brewed through an old man's sock. Home fries weren't cooked enough, shredded hash browns were too crispy, crunchy like chewing a lightbulb but less sharp. Like I said waiter was on point though.

My absolute favorite breakfast place in Saco! Atmosphere is warm and cozy, the staff is so friendly and attentive, and I always feel welcome with my baby (even though he sometimes makes a mess.). Prices are great. Portions are good. Food is tasty.

Excellent service and unbeatable prices, but there’s room for improvement when it comes to the quality of the food. I was looking for a quick, cheap diner breakfast and stumbled upon Lucky Loggers. Located at the Saco Shopping Plaza, this no-frills restaurant has an extensive menu and prices that you’re not likely to find elsewhere around this area. I ordered the Lumberjack Breakfast for $12 — it came with three eggs, plenty of toast, hash-browns, bacon, two sausages, and a small juice and coffee. Seriously, you just can’t beat that. Unfortunately, the hash browns tasted quite old. I had to add a lot of ketchup, salt, and pepper to make them edible. I ordered my eggs sunny side up, and two arrived already popped. The bacon was also overcooked. The service was great — the waitress was attentive and friendly. For $12, I guess you can’t ask for more. If you’re looking for a quick, cheap meal without caring much about quality, then this is a good place to stop at.

Came on a Monday at 10am. Waitress was fast, friendly but did not come back to check if we needed drinks or if everything was ok. I ordered a bacon, egg, cheese sandwich on English muffin. Would eat it again. Daughter ordered a mini breakfast off the kids menu with an order of home fries. The scrambled egg that came with hers was weird! It had a weird texture and a plastic type smell to it. Very odd. Shouldn't be served in restaurants. Home fries were seasoned well but you could tell they had been out for a while. Very dry. Edit to respond to owner. I didn't say we didn't get drinks. I said she never came back to see if we needed drinks or to see how the food was. Also, it seems other people have complained about the eggs.

Outstanding breakfast. Terrific personal service and delicious, properly prepared eggs over medium, whole wheat toast perfect, sausages were excellent, only 2 though:) lol. Home fries were ok, maybe I should've added some onions, which are available as an add on. All in all, great stuff. Go there. The quality is one thing, the staff defines the atmosphere! The food is absolutely full of flavor, from the breads, to the cuts of meat, down to how its layered! They hold the standard for a delicious deli, down to there handmade teas, cookies and scones! Beautiful outdoor seating, to there welcoming dining area inside! Taking the train out, intown for buisness or passing through! This is a must stop destination for excellence, you haven't tasted greatness unless you stopped in at Deli & Company!

Great little place. Had bacon egg and cheese on their quinoa gluten free wrap, which was Delicious! My husband had egg and cheese on their homemade bagels. We are both originally from NJ so their bagels did not live up to the hype. Outdoor seating is cute! Staff is very friendly!

Both times I've been here have been very good! Need to try out more of their sandwiches. Got "The Mainah" last time and it was delicious!

Best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had! I’ve never been to Saco but I’d absolutely come here just for this food. If they had these in Texas it’d be packed 24/7. It hits every marker for me quality, quantity, price, cleanliness, and a friendly staff. I don’t say this lightly when I rank any place 5 stars but Deli & Company absolutely deserve it 😃 Conclusion: If your in the area I highly recommend eating here.

Banded not only has great beer, they have some of the best casual food in town! Fried chicken sandwiches, burgers (pictured,) crispy Brussels just to name a few of my favorites, and they have monthly and seasonal specials as well, like the schnitzel sandwich (pictured.) On Sundays they also have a phenomenal brunch, which their new cocktail menu pairs excellently with. Banded is always a great choice!

We went at a quiet time. We had a couple of beers, which were delicious. Warm but very good. We tried the Brussels sprouts which were caramelized and delicious but we found a hair. The people were pleasant as was the atmosphere.

Everything I have gotten here is really good. Great selection of beers, hop water and the food is amazing. My favorite is the veggie burger, it's handmade with picked onions and greens on top. One of the best burgers I've had.

We're Biddos and Banded is one of the best perks of living here. Not just great beer + vibes (Gourd Lord happening now!) but FOOD that's crave-worthy! And actually healthy! When we need to go out for comfort food after one of *those* days but not feel super guilty (or super broke) after, we give thanks and head for Banded. Evidently they have pro chefs along with brewers in there - barley bowl is an all time fave and seasonal specials are delectable! Counting days til fiddleheads are back and looking forward to seeing what's coming up this month. Even the details like the BEST dill pickles and addictive chips are extra-fresh + yum. We haven't been to brunch on Sunday yet or tried desserts (usually too full after dinner) but they're on our to-do list before the year ends. Indulge and feel good! Hooray for the Banded kitchen peeps!

Great food and friendly service. Atmosphere is lacking (no background music or noise) which makes dining in a little uncomfortable, the seats are close to each other and another customer in the restaurant made fun of me for taking photos of my food…I’ll get take out next time— but it is a clean and sterile-looking space. We loved our sushi, salad, & ramen. I got the spicy miso ramen and the broth really gets absorbed by the noodles— had to get extra broth. My partner got the chicken ramen and had plenty of broth left over. Will pass on the mochi next time, had some plastic in it and looked a little squished.

Made me feel like I was in Japan again 🖤 Heads up: It's not labeled, and I LIKE spicy, but the Nanban ramen would be a bit spicy for the usual New England palette. Enjoy with caution!

Came here for dinner, and I’m glad I picked it. The atmosphere is relaxed, and welcoming. The service was awesome, good pace. The food was delicious. The interior decor is amazing, we didn’t wait long for our food. Everything about our experience was great, we’d come here again.

This sushi spot is hands down my favorite! I’ve never really loved sushi but from the 1st time I came here I was hooked. I come here all the time, and it never disappoints. The staff are super sweet and the food is always good. Highly recommend the fried California roll and the cauliflower pop!

I had a friend tell me about Fish & Whistle and his recommendation did not disappoint! Five stars...and the best fish and chips I've had in all of New England! We called ahead for seating and they were very accommodating and had a table ready for us when we got there. Even though it was after 6:00, they filled up pretty quickly. The fish batter was extremely crunchy and the fries were great! Additionally, the twist dessert with the caramelized peaches and bread crumbs were totally off the hook! I would highly recommend if you are in Biddeford or nearby that you stop in and visit this gem! We drove up from the north shore of Massachusetts and we will definitely be back!

In the fall of 2024, while visiting Portland, Maine, we had two distinct culinary goals: to find the best fish and chips and to enjoy lobster in multiple meals. Happily, we accomplished both! The best fish and chips we found were at Fish & Whistle, discovered during a day trip south to Kennebunkport. Fish and chips is a go-to menu item for my wife and me, and having tried it at many places, we can confidently say this was the best we’ve ever had. Even a year later, we’re still raving about it! Unlike the common fish tenders served elsewhere, Fish & Whistle offered a large, perfectly fried piece of fish—crispy throughout without being oily, striking a delicate balance. They also had an impressive beer selection that day. If you’re in the Portland area, I highly recommend venturing south to enjoy these fish and chips, which are generously portioned—perfect for sharing, as we did.

Went in thinking about grabbing a quick bite from a counter service joint. I got some of the best food I’ve had in a while. A value at twice the price for the Fish Sandwich and the Chowder had so much flavor and so much fish it was almost a meal. Smart choices all the way down to the lettuce, bun and homemade tartar sauce. This place kills it!

Accidentally found this place when in the area exploring the beach. Fabulous food…fish and chips, chowder, smoked fish melt sandwich (like a tuna melt), nice selection of cocktails, wine and beer. Not a giant menu, but they had everything we were looking for and was cooked to perfection! Service was excellent! Fun, casual vibe. I live 90 minutes away and would definitely go back again when I’m in the area.

They have the best fried fish, batter is perfect. This time we opted for the fried halibut special which was great but portion was small and the French fries were soft and mushy. Interesting wine and beer selection. Next time we will stick with the regular fish option and pass on the fries.

Small eclectic restaurant with exceptional food. I was very unfamiliar with most of the menu but extremely happy with all our food and will definitely return. Salad was simple but beautifully plated and fresh, a great start to a meal. Not sure how to even describe the potato appetizer except to say try it. It is served cold and potato is creamy and sauce was exceptional, the flavors melted together for a beautiful dish. Tried two shrimp, they sell individually which is a great way to try an item without having to commit to a full meal, although I probably could have eaten a half dozen. Served head on and skewered the shrimp was tender and had a great sauce that had really nice heat. Eggplant probably the best I have ever had. Unique take on the dish as you get two very thick breaded and fried slices of eggplant. Crispy crispy crispy on the outside and melt in your mouth eggplant on the inside. Not sure how they can achieve that crunch and creaminess in one bite but they do. The pasta it is served with also delicious, has a nice bite and flavorful sauce. I believe I heard them say it was a local fresh pasta. Honestly cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. Go and try items you may never have heard of. You will not be disappointed.

Seriously one of the best meals my husband and I have had in a while. The cocktails were creative and delicious and the food was phenomenal. My steak was cooked absolutely perfect. It’s a little pricy, but it is so worth it. My husband and I got 4 cocktails, 2 entrees, and 2 starters for around $150. The staff is so knowledgeable and kind and the outdoor seating is especially beautiful. We live in RI and we already plan on going back next summer. The cucumber salad is to die for. Get it. I mean it.

Magnus on Water is an absolute gem. We stumbled upon this spot while staying at The Lincoln Hotel. We booked seats at the bar - though the patio looked especially inviting on a crisp fall evening - and had the pleasure of chatting with co-owner Cat (ask him why it’s called Magnus on Water), JB (his Southern boy name!) & Isabella (who donated a very cool nutmeg grinder from her Granny’s closet). The cocktail program is top-tier …if brown liquor is your thing, don’t miss the Stiletto & the Oob Fashion. The food is creative, thoughtful, & full of flavor. Standouts for us were the Amberjack Tiradito and the Corn Huancaína. And whatever you do, save room for the chocolate cake …it’s unmissable. Service and food were both 10/10. If we lived nearby, this would be a regular in our rotation.

Probably our 8th time here as we stay in Biddeford especially for Sacred Profane and Magnus on the Water. The food menu changes and we've loved everything we've had. Specifically, this time around, the Steak Frites, Eggplant with Pasta and the Panzanella Salad. All were amazing, incentive and incredibly tasty. Unique beers in bottle/cans, always interesting wines and amazing cocktails. It's a cozy and intimate place with a great vibe. The ENTIRE staff is the standout through it all. Funny, friendly and welcoming to all. It feels like home away from home. Shoutout to Brian, Jonathan and Isabella at the bar for making us feel like we never wanted to leave.

We ordered each of the three main entrees to share from the Fall 2025 menu, and every one was delicious! The panzanella and yucca fries appetizers were also made to perfection. The team was phenomenal and speedy for a Friday night. Highly recommend to others and looking forward to returning ourselves!

This was our second time visiting, and we were again blown out of the water (no pun intended) by their creative menu, knowledgeable staff, and stellar service. We feel like this restaurant exceeds expectations and beats most restaurants in Portland. Even with a dietary restriction (gluten-free), I felt like I had so many options to choose from—and a tough time making decisions. The chocolate cake with the quinoa crunchies on top was divine. Can’t recommend this spot enough!

Been eating these since I was a kid in the 80s, these are not the same fries. In fact, peeking out back, I can see they are frozen fries, but they used to be fresh cut. Will no longer eat these soggy disgusting fries. People reviewing these fries likely are relying on memories they had, like I did, and not realizing they’re not the same or just letting the hype inform their opinion of these fries, probably some fake reviews here too. I hope someone someday opens another fry stand and advertises them as fresh cut and put these cheap owners out of business. Shame to ruin a good thing like that..

Fries were soggy and most of the cup was bits and pieces, like it was the leftover bits and the bottom. Very disappointing, it was my first visit in many years, I have always remembered these as my favorite. They must have new owner's that don't care about the product or customer satisfaction. The price was reasonable if the product was as expected. Not planning a return visit, there are other places that sell fries...

I came on vacation from the Caribbean and visited OOB. The fries were the best fries I had eaten. The rest of my group came for the seafood. I’m not a seafood eater so found myself in line for 15 minutes to get these fries. But, worth the wait

Close to the pier and downtown areas, in a very good spot. The fries here are very good, price has remained consistent for the years I've went to OOB and quality hasn't decreased. With only 2-4 windows open on a given day the wait can be lengthy at times, but there are benches to sit at and wait. Be mindful of the salt, I believe they use sea salt here as a member of my party one year had a reaction to it.

Crinkle cut for the win. I never thought I would say this but they do have the best french fries ever. I would take these all day over McDonald's. I would suggest getting the box. It acts as a good appetizer or snack for a family of four. Or if you know you and your partner are hungry you could knock out a big box. CASH ONLY!!

Love this place. Super friendly people and the crab is fantastic Not to mention the brews... OMG the Barley Wine Ale is heavily. And, strong. 13.8%, it has a kick to it. Just 2 will do the job. Will definitely be back any time in the area.

Food was very tasty. The service was very good and the beer and drinks were amazing. The bar area is cozy, but the dining rooms are nothing amazing. We really enjoyed the steak tips and the onion rings. The burgers are great too.

I loved my salad and the service was good. The place is quite large (and not very busy) but there were long periods of time without service. Not our servers fault. Our booth was very nice and roomy but not visable to the rest of the restaurant. Our server really seemed to care. I was a little annoyed that the “free refillable sodas” that came with the kids’ meals was only for certain sodas. Not clear on the menu and not explained when we ordered. The kids would have been happy with cokes or sprites. $22 later on soda, when the bill came, we realized sofas weren’t so free. I don’t mind spending money but hate wasting it.

Bloody Mary's were descent. Food was decent too. Service was pretty good. Busier than I thought for a Wednesday mid afternoon. My fish and chips were good but my wife's chicken salad sandwich was a bit dry. Drinks were good. Have had better food at other locations. Would probably go back again but order something else.

While visiting the town, me and my family stopped by here for lunch. Rachel attended us super well! Gave high recommendations for food n we ended up picking the pumpkin espresso martini, quinoa shrimp bowl and seafood bake. Omgoodness it was soooooo good. The food was the warm kind of meal we were looking for. Rachel even pulled out a map and pointed out places for us to visit and try out. We very much appreciated it. Thank you Rachel and Sebago for the family friendly service and delicious food!!!

We always love to try out local brew pubs when traveling. This was our first stop this trip with our large group and could not have been more pleased with the experience. The restaurant was open and airy with a large patio as well. Our waitress was friendly and quick. Every food option we ordered came out as described and we loved all of them. The lobster roll and haddock sandwich were classic Maine, and delicious. Several in the party ordered beer flights and there wasn’t a bad one in the bunch. Can’t wait to go back!!

Big Daddy’s is a must-visit every time we’re in Old Orchard — and they never disappoint. The fried ribs alone are worth the trip, crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with flavor. As for the calamari, it easily ranks in my top two of all time. If I had to choose between them in a side-by-side tasting, I honestly don’t know if I could — both are that good. If you're in a hurry, I’d recommend arriving early, but if not, just relax and soak it in. The wait is absolutely worth it.

A culinary gem in Old Orchard Beach. On 8/5/2025 I had an exceptional meal at Big Daddy's (typing the name makes me laugh). The chef designed the menu and the staff cooking it know flavor and food. The Cesar salad with white anchovies (far higher quality and less oil then others) were greatly appreciated. The Clam chowder was full of clam and had the prefect consistency and creaminess, not to liquid, not to fatty, just right. The mixed seafood in broth (it was a special, I forget what they called it) Flavors were balanced and perfect. Lobster tale 9/10, shrimp 10/10, muscles 10/10, calamari 10/10 white fish 10/10.... ingredient's were obviously cooked separately and then combined so that nothing got overcooked .... perfect execution Dessert was a multi layer chocolate cake and a lemon cake.... moisture and firmness of cake was wonderful. Frosting was delicious, not to sweet, not to dense.... the chocolate used was of a high quality and the lemon flavor was almost subtle, but present. Best meal of this type that I have had in a long time. I will always spend an evening here on future visits.

Run don’t walk to this restaurant! We got there at a peak time, so we had a 20 minute wait. A patron came out & said, it’s worth the wait. It absolutely was!! We were seated & our server immediately took our drink order. By the time she came back with them we were ready to order our food. We calamari, NY strip steak with lobster, seafood risotto & Caesar salad with anchovies on the side. The steak was cooked perfectly, and it came with delicious garlic potatoes & asparagus. I ate the entire plate. The seafood risotto was a good portion size. All of it was cooked well! The calamari was so fresh! I could have eaten that alone for dinner. This is a small restaurant, but it packs a punch!! We will definitely be going again before we leave for home!

Stopped at this place for an early dinner as my mom and I were very hungry. They sat us down right away and our waitress was nice and recommended the warm lobster roll over the cold one and she didn’t let me down! Even though the food was delicious, it’s pricey for my lobster roll was $35 and my mom’s hamburger was $21. I could’ve just ordered a lobster roll on the pier for $15 but you get what you pay for! The atmosphere of the restaurant is cute and they have some seating upstairs too. I would suggest this place to anyone who is looking for quick service and good food but isn’t worrying about prices!

It was absolutely enjoyable to find this place for dinner, especially after a tiring and hot day. Food was just great, and the server really wanted to grant you the best experience possible! Dining environment was fantastic, with beautiful decorations inside the building and comfortable chairs - just as good as the food!

Boy let me tell you, this is an absolute rarity, all 5 stars on everything. The food was phenomenal the service was excellent and the atmosphere was absolutely inviting. The iced tea was fresh brewed, the calamari was the best I have ever had, the pizza was absolutely delicious topped with fresh basil and don't get me started on the tiramisu, it is five star delicious. The best I've ever had. I will see you there!!!!

Absolutely the best! I can't say enough how pleased my friend and I were with our dinner on Monday night. Food was perfect, atmosphere was tastefully modern take on rustic beauty. The staff, and the manager, were delightful, attentive, and very good at what they do. I would suggest to anyone who is visiting Southern Maine to schedule this restaurant into their itinerary. And for those of you from the area, you have got to try this place! You won't be disappointed!

Taylor was an awesome server. She was attentive and caring. We got a nice table with a bird’s eye view of the gorgeous bar. The staff worked well together. We both ordered the chicken Parmesan and some calamari to share. The chicken was perfectly cooked and delicious. The calamari was very oily, like they forgot to drain it. It’s been a favorite of ours in the past, but not tonight. The focaccia bread was crusty and yummy.

Delicious food, great chill vibes, Michaela was very friendly and helpful. Loved our experience. We had oysters, dinners and desert everything tasted fabulous.

If you find yourself in South Portland or your flight is delayed sufficiently, take a ride over here. The food is exceptional. The creative chefs invent new meals every few months so you have to visit often. I had, over a few days, several dishes. You won't have room for dessert, so take it to go.

I gave three stars because it could have been warmer, a bit chilly. Had to keep my jacket on! The heat kicked in 1 hour later! Food is pricy for amount; if you add fries instead of chips that come with a meal ,they add $2! Onion rings are more! For the price of a plate that should come with it. Upon walking in, no one was there to seat us! Maybe there is a lack of staff, not sure? The new world? Also, during our meal, the server didn't come back till the end of the meal to ask how things were. Otherwise, the food is yummy.

Great food, great service! The pulled pork nachos are my favorite thing I've had so far! We went in with a large group and everyone's food came out hot at the same time. The wait staff were all super helpful and patient with a large group and kept the table cleared of dishes at every chance. We will definitely be back!

We were seated right away which was nice. Our table had a sticky substance on it and looked like it needed to be wiped down. The waitress explained that it is from the cleaning products and wiping it won’t help. The menus and your arms literally stick to the table. We ordered the BBQ Chicken and Caprese pizza and a few appetizers. The BBQ chicken pizza was amazing but the caprese pizza was soggy in the middle sitting in puddle of oil. It was not edible. Our server was nice but never came to check on us or offer refills, etc. I don’t think we will be back.

First time there, not the last. First off, Kiley, our waitress was, from the beginning super friendly. She covered all the bases of listening, repeating and once our meal showed up, proved everything I just said. Awesome girl. Now to the drinks. My friend had a Cabernet and I had a Dewars on the rocks. Both had good pours and the price was very good. The food came out exactly like it was ordered. Appearance, taste, cooked to order. Could not have been any better. We’ll be back soon.

Very Good food. Relaxing atmosphere. I would recommend coming before 4pm during the summer at least if you want to avoid crowds and waiting. We went right when they opened and got seated right away. We only had to wait a few minutes for our early dinner. My only complaint is that they should have served our salads first before the meal 🥘 came out but instead within a couple of minutes of eating our salad 🥗 the food came out. Our waitress was very nice and checked on us but not so much that it was annoying. But again I would come right when it opens up to avoid the crowd. A bit pricey as well but worth it because the food again is really good and they also accommodated my daughter and made her grilled cheese 🧀 even though it wasn’t on the menu which I really appreciated. Will definitely be going back again. 👍 😋😊

My favorite bar is one where I can say, "I'd like to try (barrel aged gin), and I like (bitter drinks,)" then the bartender proceeds to introduce me to a new cocktail, ideally an exceptional one I'd never bother to make at home. Leanna did this superbly. Love this spot.

I had such a pleasant experience at Lorne Wine! I don't drink wine often, but the service made me very comfortable and super happy with my wine choice. We loved the recommended wine so much that we bought a bottle! This place is great. Definitely go check it out!

Came in not knowing what wines to bring to Thanksgiving and left with two really cool bottles that I'll be excited to share with my relatives. Next time I would love to try some food and wine, and maybe get into some natural wine! It's nice knowing there's a place where you can go in no matter how well versed you are in wines. I'm looking forward to returning in the future.

What a gem of a place. It’s small but cozy, and if you enjoy wine look no further. They have a big selection and the staff know their stuff! The bartender working while my husband and I were there was great at making recommendations, letting us try a few samples, and was enjoyable to talk to. He educated us on different wines, grapes, and had some neat stories that we thoroughly enjoyed listening to. It was a great experience. Rumor has it, this place is expanding and will possibly be offering pizza ? I can’t wait to see what’s in store. I love Lorne!

My partner and I live right down the street and we love Lorne!! I know nothing about wine so it's nice to have a neighborhood wine bar and shop with owners and staff that are unpretentious yet super knowledgeable. I love the all-are-welcome, relaxed and fun vibe of this spot. If you're in the area, check it out!

Beer has long been my beverage of choice, but Lorne is letting me learn how to love wine. The owners are very friendly and knowledgeable, allowing you to taste just about anything; and the interior is cozy and clean. Great for groups, couples, or just a solo night out.

What a fun wine bar and bottle shop! It's an unpretentious environment with class, if that makes sense. The folks there are happy to help you figure out what wine you might be into, even if you don't know specifics. Pours are generous, and the prices are fair! Take-home bottles start at under $20.

Ordered here a few times before and it was pretty good. Today I ordered two chicken bombs which came to $24 something. I got back to eat and one had a bone and hard chicken that I bit into, and the second had all fatty and tough chicken. I Called them to let them know, they said they would give us a credit the next time we ordered. They offered to remake them but we could not stomach trying them again after biting into bone. So I called and ordered more food, went back to get it. They somehow only took 4$ off of the second $24 order….. I called back and told them and the girl said she wanted the sandwiches that we threw away back in order to give a refund, which wasn’t mentioned when I talked to her the first time and told her I was throwing them both away. This is really wrong, and I will never be going back again. Thai is a picture of the eggplant parm I got the second time going back. Which I also could not eat.

We ordered a large cheese pizza online for the first time. We had never eaten here before and weren't familiar with how their online orders worked especially when we received an order number. After waiting a little while we called the restaurant just to make sure we did it correctly and wanted an ETA (not at all in a rush, we are just used to getting an ETA when we order food). The woman that answered the phone was so unbelievably rude. Had the nastiest attitude and while we were speaking she cut us off saying "yup, bye" and hung up in the middle of us speaking. I couldnt believe how rude that entire phone call was when we were boyond polite and respoectful. We had the phone on speaker and my jaw was on thr floor when i had heard everything that was being said and the attitude she had. Looking at reviews I'm going to assume it's the owners lovely daughter that others have mentioned. I work in customer service and have worked in multiple pizza shops, it's not for everyone and you can lose customers real quick with that kind of attitude. Accidents happen and can definitely be made up for and fixed but not with an employee like that. Disgusting behavior. Get a new job and stop dragging your family's business down because you're terrible at customer service.

Have been here numerous times always get the same pizza LG extra cheese w pineapple usually very good but this time puzza was cold didn't get extra cheese and was dry again usually give a 4 or 5 hopefully next time is much better

I enjoy their food and order it fairly often. (When I don't want to cook) They have made me the wrong order twice.. asked if I wanted my correct order?!? The first time.... second time it was after 9pm and I didn't want to come back to get my correct sandwich. Instead of crediting me for my order they choose to give me 20% off a sandwich in the future. Very disappointed.... perhaps when it's the business that makes the error they should take accountability and refund you in full. Also the daughter of the owners is RUDE. Every single time.

Atmosphere was great, pizza was amazing, but 6.47 for a bottle of bud light beer is just insane. Im editing my review, do not go here, they have inconsistent pizza, they had no bud light for 2 weeks, the staff has changed i would not recommend anymore, its sad because they were an a amazing place. Called in an order last night. Was told 25 minutes. Waited at home for 20 minutes then my wife waited 50 minutes after arriving to finally get our food with myself and our two daughters waited in the car. My daughter is lactose intolerant so ordered her a calzone with no cheese, ordered a small pizza for my wife, got myself a calzone, and my other daughter a cheese pizza. We paid $90 got home just to find the order all wrong and food not fully cooked very doughy, but worse my daughters calzone had cheese in it. I called and was told they would give us 20% off our next order what a joke we will never go back. Took one bite of mine it was disgusting so I threw it out. Avoid at all costs too many quality pizza places in town to waist your time and money here.

Found this place on a suggestion of a Youtube video of Saco and the fellow said this was the place, uh well, no!Ordered a small pepperoni and green pepper pizza along with a garden salad for inside dining. The salad came to the table in a to go container and when the pizza came it had a strand of black hair in it, 😳 I took the hair out and ate the pizza, this place needs to step up their game or they will be out of business in no time. Gross. Spent $25 plus tip, wow.

Stopped by as it was recommended for a place for a good local cheap eat. We got the cheese bread and meatball sandwhich. Both were delicious. Though it is mainly for take out, there are some tables to dine in. The tables were a little dirty, but someone came around cleaning them right when we sat down. Great price for $12 for a footlong sandwhich which we shared.

Always love the original Italian! A treat when returning to Maine. Crisp vegetables and super soft bread. Amato’s does it right!

Just got a sandwich there staying at hotel across the street. Worst sandwich I ever ate. 2 thin slices of ham, 1 slice of cheese and a ton of onions, tomato and olives. Couldn’t close sandwich. Should be more meat not tons of olives and onions. Roll was like a hot dog roll not Italian hero roll. Don’t waste your money.

Any time I’ve ever come in here everyone is friendly and inviting. Food is super prompt- today it was so fast that I ordered my sandwich 5 minutes down the road and by the time I got there it was already!! I’ve never had a bad experience at this amatos. It’s my favorite go to place for lunch when I’m working! :)

Just got a chicken ceasar salad wrap from here and there was hardly any lettuce or chicken, and the chicken was super fatty, most of it was inedible… I got a few strands of cheese at the end of the wrap, there was absolutely no shreds of cheese in the first half of it though. The entire Sandwich was 80%bread 20% filling….it was mostly all bread. There was hardly any dressing on it either. For a $10.50 Sandwhich this is absolutely unacceptable. I’m extremely disappointed and this location has really gone downhill the past few years….makes me not want to go to this location anymore even though I live in Saco….

I've eaten at Amato's for over 30 years and this is the worst experience I've ever had. I ordered a double italian and a ham and cheese. The sandwiches were mixed up. Then the italian had mashed up olives, no pickles on half of it, and tomatoes that were mushy. Bread was soggy and I ate inside. I love Amatos, however I will not go back to this location. It was such a disappointment as I only make it to Maine 2-3 times a year for a week at a time and eat an italian every day I'm here.

Worst McDonald's we've ever been to. Went in for breakfast, ordered and paid. Waited 20 minutes and went up to ask about order. They said they forgot to put it in. Ordered again and took additional 12 minutes for order, which came out cold. Watched everyone else order and get food in semi timely fashion. Asked to talk to manager and she reluctantly spoke to me. She said they were short of help and busy. When I said everyone got food, she blamed us. I said how do to order and pay for and not place order. Then try to lay the blame on the customer. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to in 50+ years and 30 + states. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

Nothing short of a catastrophe... Came in at 9:10, already several people waiting for their food and several in line at the drive-thru. Ordered using the screen. 50 minutes, still no food, and my order has disappeared from the screen, with several other people having been there for 30-40 minutes. We could hear people in the kitchen say that they had no idea what was outstanding and that they were lacking visibility on several orders. I was waiting with my wife and my two young ones. I ended up asking for a refund as I couldn't in good conscience get them to wait any longer... And even processing the refund was complicated as the girl who refunded had to do it twice... Walked out empty handed to a drive thru completely full and at a standstill... Never seen that before...

Just got a bagel sandwich and opened it. This is how it looked. They served it like this. Ice coffee was fine.

It took 10 minutes to place the order - while there were customers in line an employee put her own order in and then another employee undid her long hair on the cooking floor. 20 minutes waiting for an order of 10 piece chicken nugget and fries. This is a poorly managed McDonald's, which is turning into a teenage hangout spot

I placed a mobile order for breakfast and I arrived to the store at 10:30am-10:35am and was told they can’t make my order since it’s past breakfast time. Although I saw the car next to me order breakfast and it was fine with them. So I am confused why they were allowed to order breakfast on the spot but I couldn’t receive my breakfast order that I placed prior to breakfast closing? Shouldn’t the food be made for when I arrive? The lady said she would cancel the order and I would be refunded, but I still have not received a refund. Very disappointing, there’s always service issues at this store.

I ordered curbside one morning. They were busy, so it did take a while to get my food (about 20 minutes) but again I understood because of the amount of people there. However once I got home, I realized that my order of hash browns and sausage burritos, both burritos were missing, so I only got hash browns. I put in a request online, and someone from the store contacted me. Samantha (the general manager) wanted me to accept basically what was a gift card, but it couldn’t be used online, so I asked for a refund instead. She then ghosted me despite a few follow up emails, and I never heard back, so I never got my money back.

Did a mobile order at 9:45pm before leaving my house. Got there 10pm. Received the food at 10:45pm. 1h for a Big Mac and fries is craaazyyy. When I complained they said “that doesn’t change anything”. Shame on them for that kind of treatment. Their app should mention if they have too many orders going on and/or understaffed. Extremely dissatisfied.

Not a very large selection, but you can definitely find something you like! It’s an individual location so they don’t take franchises offers/discounts/promotions

Friendly service and if you order a root beer float, they make it with bottled root beer and give you whatever is left in the bottle along with your float. That's classy...

This place is ridiculous. Everyone tonight should be fired. I have a pregnant wife who wanted ice cream. I showed up at 8:55, waited in line, only to have a teenager tell me at 9:01 that they shut off the machines. That’s absolutely unacceptable, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Whoever the hiring manager is should be ashamed for hiring such sub-par workers.

Updated review. Ordered a Large Fries received a medium. Chicken nuggets and fries were overcooked. Usually they are on there game first time it's been not so great. Man this place is gone downhill more every time ordered three chicken tender meals five piece with coleslaw and fries two of them are missing coleslaw one of them is missing fries I mean how hard is it to get an order correct. Who is managing these people! Y'all should be ashamed. Not to mention the same people want to get 15 to $20 an hour! Well things still continue to happen You order three meals You expect to get three drinks with it but somehow they figure well DoorDash so we can screw them over because that's the way it works. I don't know who the manager is still but they need to work on their damn people! Also ordered five piece tender meal and only got four tenders in each box.

The KFC in Saco gave my son gravy with no mashed potatoes 🥔!!!!!! He was doing me a favor and ordered the family meal. He paid, was handed the bag of food, and left without looking inside. I opened the bag when he got home and just couldn’t believe it! Who puts gravy in a bag with no mashed potatoes 🥔??? So, anyone know where my potatoes 🥔 are! 🤪 We used to frequent this location for probably as long as it has been open. However, it has been dirty and disheveled looking lately. And seriously……. No potatoes with the gravy? WTH did you expect me to do with the gravy??????

That’s what you get when you order a “Large” order of mashed for about $5. Are times really that hard to charge so much for a scoop of potatoes? Went out of my way to get some because daughter likes their potatoes and gravy but she was really disappointed it was only enough for one. Won’t happen again.

I never ever leave reviews- but myself running a local Dunkin Donuts I know what is right and what is wrong with fast food service and quality. My husband and I eat out oftenly- we don’t expect perfect but I am absolutely disgusted. We ordered multiple things- went through the drive though and whoever took our order on 5/24 around 11 PM was insanely disrespectful. My food was great but my boyfriend’s burger was ice cold and he wanted a replacement- we took it to the window to ask to be remade and they wanted us to prove it was cold…. We had to walk up to the window to finally get a refund after realizing the people that work here simply do not care. Never experienced anything like this.

We had to wait more than normal for a fast food restaurant, our food was not hot, the seasoned potatoes were almost cold. The drink machine was out of most of the flavors which should have been remedied at rhe beginning of the shift. We came in at about 8:30am and it was not crowded. Overall, not a good experience

Now that summer is over and they aren't as busy they don't seem to mess up orders. They take their time. Food is always decent for the money compared to the place next door (Mickey D's).

Really cold, they refused to let me order at the register where I can tap to pay and told me to leave. Have gotten food from Wendy's- it's not bad and you get a free burger with your receipt(once only).

The parking lot and surrounding area smells terrible, forget about sitting in your car and eating here and the breeze coming in the windows while waiting in the drive thru makes you completely forget you're hungry. Short staffed so you have to go to the drive thru for service and The person at the speaker was less than friendly. The fries were fresh out of the oil and my burger was good

This used to be our go to for last minute dinner on the way home from work. Ordered from the location many times but recently it’s been going downhill. Decided to order through DoorDash this time as I needed to get home quickly and take care of something that came up. They hadn’t even accepted the order until the first dasher showed up and was waiting. Second dasher was a champ but it was delivered long past the estimated time. Totally not the dasher’s fault. Both pizzas arrived burnt. My husband eats a lot of burnt things without complaint, but he couldn’t even stomach this. Waste of money.

Pizza is great, it's little ceasers you can't go wrong. What I like most about this place is the indoor go-karts and arcade. Perfect place to get a slice and let the kids play.

Let me start by saying I've always enjoyed your deep dish pizza. The last two times I got it the pizza is lacking cheese and sauce and burnt. Really disappointing and will likely mean I do not order from you anymore. Workers inside seem, to me, like they don't give a crap and it shows in the quality of the food. Things need to change, as it is only getting worse. Not sure how you are still in business putting out this kind of quality. I've always said the its hard to screw up a pizza because I love it so much but you did it with this one. Very Disappointed!

This little Caesar’s is my favorite one to go to, the food is always top tier, compared to the other ones I go to. They add enough butter, sauce, cheese, it’s all perfect. I ordered a pepperoni and a pretzel crust, I got two pepperonis instead, I really like the cheese sauce on the pretzel crust so I asked if they could make a new one and they did, and let me keep the other one. Awesome customer service, awesome quality food, 5/5 stars!

Man, O man. One of my college friends told me about the secret arcade, and I must say that it is one of the better arcades in the area. A real nostalgic rush. And great pizza!

Unreal to tell a bunch of customers there order got pushed out because of 1 large order from funtown. Such a surprise when you walk in almost an hour (40ish) after ordering and paying! To then be informed our food wouldn't be ready for another hour. You should probably shut off online ordering if your only going to dedicate time for one large order. Not to mention now we have to wait several days for a refund of a 50+ dollar order.

By far the worst little Caesars i had . Last night all our pizzas were lacking cheese, sauce and flavor. They weren’t cooked properly. Lord even our crazy bread had no butter on it. Only ate it because it was late and were hungry

I had not been to this location before. Walked in with a smile on my face. There was one customer. I waited for probably a minute Plus for anyone to greet me at all. When I did step up to order my drink I asked the guy how she was doing this morning and she grunted at me. And then got my order wrong. When I asked if I could have the cream please she put it in a paper cup and handed it to me without saying anything. I imagine it was the manager that had the headset on? I couldn't get her attention at all. I stood at the counter trying to get someone's attention to get the cream for my coffee for more than a minute so I chatted with the one customer that was in there about the weather. That conversation with the one customer that was in there was the highlight of that experience. I'm not trying to get anybody in trouble for anything but that was really really disappointing and not even remotely what I'm accustomed to in the morning at a Dunkin' Donuts in my experience. The store was clean. The attitudes were not. Super bummer.

if i could leave zero stars i would. the drive thru employees are incredibly rude and disrespectful. you say good morning, how are you? and get ignored. i ordered two wake up wraps and the bacon was completely raw. this is extremely unacceptable. you cannot serve RAW BACON. absolutely disgusting. do better.

The drive thru aspect needs to improve. Very slow with order process from taking the order to system and equipment. Along with needing to have more product on hand and/or update the menu when not having items in stock.

Horrid horrid service. Everyone here hates their job. Tried to call through to the manager to complain about an associate and couldn’t get through. The woman was getting annoyed with me while I was trying to tell her just what I wanted for breakfast. It was ruining her whole life to take my order. Never again.

It's subway, your gonna get your unenthused dull eyed "Adulteen" making your sandwich, I don't know about you but I hate having to announce the weird things I want in my sandwich so instead of double onions and extra mayo with bbq sauce on my meatball bacon sub, I get a veggie lovers 6 inch cause the guy inline who has no idea I exist might overhear that and judge me and we'll never get married.

I highly recommend not eating here. Was disgusted to find hair in my sandwich..Not just one little hair either.. The owner, Thomas Huot reached out through email with a very bland apology, no action to be taken, and not even an offer of a refund for a sandwich that went immediately into the trash without one bite taken of it.

Place opens at 10:00...now 11:40 and we were just told we have to wait another 15 for bread to be ready. We we're told that they were very busy yesterday sold out on the bread. Sad day when subway can't get the bread made on time. As we stand here we see four racks of bread just sitting there being cooled.

Very poor customer service and unsanitary procedure from one employee. After cashing out the previous person as we walked up (Greeted by a friendly subway employee making sandwiches) Cashier was watching her co-worker make a sandwich for one of my sons, not until someone stepped in line behind my other son did the cashier walk over and decided to help her co-worker as the line grew. Not only did the cashier not wash her hands but instead grabbed gloves to place on in which she could not find the opening so fumbled around touching the entire glove to make sandwiches but finally getting the gloves on she did not greet my son with a positive attitude - just with "And what are you getting". My son asked 12 inch meatball on wheat bread please? Now I do not normally do not visit this establishment as I was just on that side of town visiting someone after the holidays. Shocked I mentioned she did not wash her hands. The friendly employee that greeted us correctly offered to remake the sandwich which I agreed; however, her coworker who seemed like she severely dislike her job overheard and took offense to my comment with a huff and puff. The friendly employee begin to remake the order that was placed as the other unsanitary employee decided to take the next customer. Mind you again without washing your hands or changing her gloves. Obviously the next customer did not hear the comment I need and I was not going to make a scene so I quietly cashed out as the friendly subway employee apologize profusely. Regardless I will not be visiting this establishment again but please evaluate customer service & policies/procedures within your employees.

This location has improved a lot. It used to be in disgusting condition, veggies never looked fresh and meatballs were ALWAYS burnt (which I didn't know was possible) They must have new management because everything there is MUCH better. I think Amber is the name of the girl that made my sandwich perfectly!

I love Subway because it's quick and the ingredients always seemed pretty fresh especially the bread. The price is pretty reasonable to and this particular Outlet seems to have really good employees that are on their toes. The place is always neat and clean I appreciate that.

The sandwich was awesome, the male worker was absolutely friendly and you could tell he enjoys his job! The female on the other hand was rude and made us wish we had never ordered.

Let's be honest this is a Dunkin' Donuts it is not a coffee shop in Paris. But what it is is a comfortable clean and nice place to go to. All the products the food and coffee are what you can expect from this level of restaurant. What makes the place shine is its people. Most were always smiling, happy to help, and very prompt. I know it's a fast place to get your coffee at, which is good for those who need it fast but for those who need to take a moment and sit down it's a great place as well. If it were only being compared to other Dunkin' Donuts businesses, I would give it a five.

Absolutely horrible service. No other word fits. Ordering through kiosk because of technical difficulties while three employees walking around playing grab ass. Customers were just a bother for them. Still in the parking lot and can hear the annoyance coming through the speaker because she has to actually work. All three employees should look for work outside the customer service industry. If I can only leave just a comment and not even a star I would! Just because a customer orders in a drive thru and in a hurry doesn’t mean they can’t take take advantage of that and just toss em a burnt food. They just don’t care if the order would just get wasted. I won’t even give my dog a burnt food. Disgusting. Could’ve at least told the customer “hey I burned the garlic toppings let me make you a new one” that would’ve been acceptable instead of letting the customer drive off with a burned food.

Fixing my review! SECOND SHIFT NEEDS A MANAGER!!!! I always go threw drive threw sitting for 15 mins for a coffee(taste like water and no addings) and 3 wraps all i hear is yelling and POEPLE PLAYING ON THEIR PHONES AND NOT ACTUALLY WORKING! OH AND PUT THE BOTTLE WATER IN THE FRIDGE NO ONE WANTS IT WARM WHEN ITS A 100° OUTSIDE!!!! LAZYYYYY!!!! I'm a everyday customer and I order the same thing everyday and I'm sorry who the hell like burnt bacon my wraps were so slaty and the bread was hard I couldn't even eat it paying 15 everyday I buy and I get over cook food... I'll stop tipping you guy if this keeps happening. Waste of money....

The staff here weren't the friendliest Also,,,, It appears they gotta make 4oz of cream cheese last for 32,964 bagels. Maybe they believe nobody's going to unwrap their bagel at the window to see if they got just a near appropriate amount of cream cheese,, and like me,, was already out of the parking lot by the time I checked out my bagel 😞 Don't go to where people want to purposely mess with the public.

So I don't know what happened here this week, but- - -the food improved dramatically. I had pretty much given up on anything but the donuts and bagels. The sandwiches had -up til this week, a peculiar chemical taste to them and the hash browns did too, in addition to being kind of soggy. The past week or two I've ordered three times and have bee rewarded with breakfast sandwiches as good as home made, and hash browns that tasted like potatoes, and were crispy. Hope it keeps up.

Go to this Dunkin donuts every single day, never have issues, staff is usually 100% polite, even the younger kids I'd expect to be overwhelmed. Today I had the privilege of walking in for my pick up order (like I do every single day) I could immediately tell my order was made wrong as the coffee looked burnt and dark. (I ask for extra extra cream) I said I don't think this is right, when I was approached by a short heavier set girl who reluctantly was like I'll just remake it. Remakes the coffee shakes it hands it to me and makes the comment "looks the same to me." You have to b blind to think that and regardless if you work in customer service you fix the coffee with a smile and go on your day. The comment was distasteful and ignorant. I will be now ording my coffee in Portland everyday.

I stopped there recently to take advantage of their special on 3 bags of coffee. I will be honest, I was never a fan of DD's donuts at any. of their shops, nor do I often get coffee out but I do like their coffee and cannot pass up a deal. Antonio, who waited on me was one of, if not the nicest fast food cashiers that I have ever had the experience to me. He smiled, thanked me, was polite and seemed like he enjoyed his job. Girls at the window were nice enough but my drink wasn’t the right color so I’m guessing they didn’t put enough syrup in it. It wouldn’t be a huge deal except it’s a $6 drink and it’s inconsistent almost every time. Is there not a formula for these?
