Hot dog restaurant
Fast food restaurant
Jimmy Buff's Of West Orange Italian Hot Dogs is a no-frills eatery that has been serving its legendary Italian hot dogs since 1932. The warm and inviting atmosphere makes you feel right at home as you indulge in their famous hot dogs with an Italian twist. The bread is soft, the sausage is perfectly cooked, and the toppings are fresh and flavorful, creating a delightful blend of textures and tastes in every bite.
From the exterior alone you know this is a classic spot. You can tell why this spot has been a community landmark for nearly a century. The aroma surrounding the building is enticing and mouthwatering. When you enter the building the scent is perfection. The staff was extremely friendly especially considering they’re working their asses off on the grill everyday. I ordered a single Italian Hot Dog with “everything” which consisted of a perfectly prepared hot dog, golden brown potato medallions, peppers & onions all on a fresh Italian bread triangle. Every ingredient was fresh and flavorful. The spicy brown mustard was superb. Couldn’t have been Guldens, possibly homemade? With a can of Coke my total was $10. Can’t beat a steaming hot, fresh, tasty, super-fast lunch for just a Hamilton! Even the customers were friendly. This is a gem of West Orange, a true community treasure on par with the local Edison labs situated just blocks away. Well done, here’s to another century of glizzy greatness!

Still a great Italian Hot Dog! Stopped in Saturday and enjoyed a double. Packed full of potatoes, onions and peppers, smothering 2 tasty hot dogs. Always a treat and great employees

Can't be beat, hits the spot every time! Cheap, filling & delicious. I love that they make them right in front of you too.

I had my first visit to Jimmy Buff's, and it definitely won't be my last! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. The service was top-notch, and the Italian hot dog was absolutely amazing—flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and just the right amount of crispy. I can't believe I’ve been missing out on this delicious treat for so long. Highly recommend this spot to anyone who hasn't been yet! Can't wait to go back!

The other day I got, Jimmy Buff’s West Orange, for lunch. I ordered their Double Combo. It comes with a Hotdog & a Sausage, topped with potatoes (home fries), onions, peppers, condiments, stuffed into a roll. I was absolutely taken aback by the sheer size of the roll. You can comfortably hold it with two hands. I am not a ketchup lover, but I have zero complaints about it being in the sandwich! This meal was absolutely phenomenal. I went there on a Tuesday and had no idea they have specials. If you go on a Tuesday, you get two for the price of one! I was expecting to pay close to $15, but to pay half of that was mind blowing. The food is excellent, and the staff was very attentive. I would absolutely recommend, Jimmy Buff’s West Orange, to anyone in the West Orange area looking for some classic, Italian style, comfort food!
KevLar D — Google review
I would like to know how hard it is to read instructions because apparently it’s very difficult for the store staff? I ordered three sandwiches and I ordered from the Kenilworth store. They shifted the order through door dash to the west orange store. Not only did my order arrive cold. But also incorrect !! How hard is it to read “potato sandwich with extra potatoes” ? That’s not what I rcvd. I don’t like onions and peppers. My family has their food and I have nothing. It didn’t even come with mustard. Like a lick of mustard. How hard is it to make a potato sandwich with extra potatoes ?? It’s hard apparently. I Don’t recommend this store. You never know what you’re getting. ** UPDATE : So the store replied basically taking no accountability for not paying attention to the order. As you can see, they said if I was in person I could tell them what I wanted. This is infuriating to me because it’s very easy to follow : potato sandwich, extra potatoes, mustard. What I recvd was potatoes, onions, peppers and barely mustard. AGAIN…. How hard is it? It’s very hard when you can’t read or comprehend. Your business customer service skills are lacking. What you’re not lacking is insults. It’s ok though, I’ve heard many people say they won’t frequent this store. Can’t imagine why….

If you're in West Orange, NJ you have got to make it your business to stop at Jimmy Buffs. The best Italian hotdogs ever! Forget about calories! The best buns, the potatoes cooked to perfection. Not greasy but just the right amount of crispness. The fried onions and peppers complete the package. A must stop.

Pizza restaurant
Frank's Pizza is a casual, old-school eatery that offers classic Italian dishes and delicious pizza. Despite its inconspicuous location in the back corner of a parking lot, it's considered a hidden gem worth visiting. The restaurant operates on a cash-only basis but is conveniently located near other businesses where cash can be obtained if needed. Customers rave about the made-to-order food, emphasizing the freshness and quality of each dish.
I’m so glad that Franks Pizzeria in West Orange New Jersey is still open Despite the fact that there’s construction right outside for the new target department store that’s going up soon. I ordered the classic chicken Parmesan with a side of pasta. I chose the penne pasta and red sauce, which is my favorite. The chicken was tender, plump, and the tomato sauce was deliciously sweet.
John M — Google review
I ordered 2 slices of the buffalo chicken pizza and 2 plain slices. The slices were crispy but the buffalo chicken pizza was very very salty for my tastes. Perhaps the buffalo and blue cheese sauce they add on top of the pizza? Also, there wasn't much chicken on the pizza. I would not order this again. The plain slices were good. But the size of the slices are uneven. Seevice was good and friendly. They only accept cash as well.
J H — Google review
This place is definitely a hidden gem worth visiting. The location is a bit conspicuous, in the back corner of the parking lot, next to retro fitness. However, the food is absolutely worth it. They are a cash only business, but I know many restaurants in the area that are cash only as well. This is an easy area to get cash from if need be at the last moment. The food is amazing. Pizza the way it should be. I haven't had great pizza like this for as long as I can remember. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. This will surely be one of my go-to pizza spots.
Joel M — Google review
Place is clean and the staff is friendly. There are a good amount of seats and they offer bring your own wine, not sure about beer. Pizza was good. Cheesesteak was a little on the plain side and the roll was cooked a little too long. Spaghetti was delicious.
Ray D — Google review
There is so much construction in the area but make the effort because this pizza place has some of the best pizza in the area. It also has some delicious italian meals and after 10 large pizzas you get one free love that deal since I eat alot of Pizza.
Miguel S — Google review
Very seldom do I give a restaurant 5 stars. I don’t know what the other reviewers are talking about. We ate at a very well known fancy Italian restaurant yesterday in Times Square and it does not compare to this place at all. This place is truly a gem. Everything we had was delicious. It was 9 of us, 5 kids and 4 adults. Ordered pepperoni pizza for the kids. Then each of us got a different meal. They treated us like family. I’m glad we found it. I will always make sure to stop by here each and every-time we visit New Jersey. Oh yeah bring CASH they do not accept card payment at all. Forget all those complaining about having to get cash too. The stop at the ATM is worth it!!!!
Naté E — Google review
First visit will be our last as the customer service at this restaurant is abysmal. Walked in with my family, unable to fit in a booth with 6 people so my mother asked if they had any other tables (we had never been there before and didn’t know if they had other tables available) and she was sarcastically told to “look around.” Rude retorts of this type continued and when we told her we decided not to stay since we would need to eat at two different tables, she told us “that’s better” and proceeded to remove our place settings without another thought. Will not be returning and recommend reflecting on the way customer are addressed.
Caroline D — Google review
We stopped here after going to the zoo. The food was excellent. I had eggplant parm lunch special with penne and my husband had penne bolognese. The eggplant was fresh, not that frozen stuff. Excellent. The construction is really hurting their business, so please check them out. Pizza looked great too.

Fast food restaurant
Chipotle Mexican Grill is a vibrant and casual dining spot that specializes in delicious Mexican cuisine, allowing guests to customize their meals with options like burritos, tacos, and bowls. During peak hours, it can get quite busy, but the experience remains enjoyable. Diners often rave about the generous portions; one visitor noted how their bowl was filled to the brim!
We experienced friendly service and huge portions here—they needed two tortillas to wrap my dads burrito! The tables were a little dirty but not a big deal.
Aggie W — Google review
I would be very careful everyone! We frequent this place at least once a month or so. The portions are usually good and the food is fresh. However, we might not return anymore as I almost cracked a tooth last night on a huge bone hiding in my chicken bowl. I’m not sure how such a large piece could be missed. This is a huge and preventable issue.
R S — Google review
Place is disgusting with garbage on the floor, I ordered online so I didn’t have to wait and could just run in. My order added beans (which I am allergic to and didn’t order). I then threw out the beans and tried to finish it anyway and realized it was sour cream instead of queso, which I paid extra for. Saying this is double chicken is also a stretch. It’s great to “tip the team” when they can’t put 4 ingredients together 25 mins before I pick it up.
Anthony P — Google review
Absolutely awful experience today. The employee Kelsey (not sure if that’s how it’s spelled, but I asked another worker for her name) was incredibly rude from start to finish. I watched her be semi-polite with the group ahead of me, asking all the normal questions like “bowl or burrito?” “what kind of rice?” “what kind of chicken?” It wasn’t anything over the top but also wasn’t how people should be greeted. Anyway, the second it was my turn, I was met with nothing but a blank, cold stare. No greeting. No questions. Nothing. I had to awkwardly start my order myself just to move things along. She made my tortilla and went through every section, rice, beans, meat, sour cream, lettuce, without saying a single word. NOT A WORD. Her demeanor was stank the entire time. Not a smile, not a bit of effort, just attitude. And let me be clear, this is not a language issue. She spoke perfectly fine to the customers before me. I’m Hispanic and fluent in Spanish, so I know that wasn’t the problem. This was just plain disrespect. Even after I paid and was leaving, she kept giving me looks. It was honestly disgusting behavior from someone representing a brand I actually love. I’ve never been treated like that at any Chipotle, and it made me feel completely unwelcome. If a manager happens to read this, please reach out. I’d really like to discuss what happened because this level of unprofessionalism should not slide. Everyone can have a rough day, but there’s no excuse for treating paying customers with that kind of attitude. People who treat others this way are a cancer to the brand.
Liz B — Google review
I tried SO many times to like this Chipotle but the quality fluctuates so wildly that I just cannot recommend. I have just received my third burrito bowl in a row (over the span of a few months) with rice so crunchy and mealy that it's inedible. If you like Chipotle salads I guess you'd be okay here since the salsas and proteins tend to be good (at least up to the bar of a Chipotle - I've had my fair share in Manhattan for what that's worth) but it makes eating a generally good looking bowl like this a literal minefield with the terrible rice. There are too many other good places that are close like Tacos Locos or Bubbakoos for you to have to suffer like I did.
Luke N — Google review
I have been ordering from and coming to this location for years and I’m happy to say I’m never coming back. I was willing to overlook the blatant lack of consistency in quality, service and overall experience that infests this location for the convenience relative to my location. However, my experience this week has ensured my commitment to the location on Willowbrook, which is considerably more consistent with their product and service. I originally placed an order through the UberEats app for a burrito, chips, and a kids carnitas quesadilla for my 3 year old son who was very hungry and excited to eat his carnitas quesadilla after a long day. When I opened what I thought was going to be a kids carnitas quesadilla and found what you are seeing in the attached image I was shocked and upset. I say with no embellishment that what I received in the attached image was the worst execution of a basic sandwich I’ve ever witnessed in my life. I have actually personally witnessed a severely mentally disabled child execute a quesadilla far superior to this one. When I showed my very tired and hungry 3 year old son his ‘quesadilla’ he said, “What is that!?” And proceeded to get very sad and start crying. He couldn’t seem to rationalize how or why someone, an adult, would prepare a meal for a child in such a way. I mean they’d have to be completely and totally selfish as well as incompetent. Hard to imagine someone like that even exists… anyway this is not even the end of the story. So now it’s almost 8 pm and my 3 year old son is tired, hungry and crying because of this Chipotle. My sons mother drives to the chipotle (while she was trying to help her elderly mother) with the receipts, pictures and screen shots; in hopes that this situation may be resolved and our son fed. The manager makes her wait and argues with her back and forth in front of customers to pay for the new quesadilla, despite being shown more than all of the adequate proof and the quesadilla having been made less than an hour before. Her reasoning being that “it’s not showing in the system” when she knows full well the system takes hours to be able to search an order as it has to be processed and cataloged by both the slow uber eats servers and the ultra mega slow chipotle servers. But clearly that was just an attempt to bully this customer into paying and feigning ignorance rather than take any accountability (how typical lol iykyk) because she eventually just dropped the act and finally let us have the kids quesadilla we paid for almost 3 hours previous.
Sebastian P — Google review
Nasty , the place is very nasty , the people are very rude. Nothing was fresh. Bought food for my two adult children today for dinner and they said it tasted horrible. When I went inside to pick up the food i regret ordering from there. My kids wanted their food. Pls order from a different location. The place is nasty and needs to be reported for inspection. A waste of my hard earned money . Very disappointed . My children will never asked for food from there again.

If you find yourself wandering through West Orange, make sure to stop by Folklore Artisanal Mexican Eatery. This charming spot is a true celebration of authentic Mexican cuisine, where every dish reflects the dedication and passion of its staff. The moment you step inside, you're welcomed with warmth and kindness—especially from Sonya, who offers fantastic recommendations that enhance your dining experience.
Loved my lunch here! I wish I had gone with some friends or family so I could have sampled more. That being said, I loved my tacos, they came quickly and were absolutely delicious. 😋 I will be returning
Michael B — Google review
I was out riding and ended up in West Orange when I realized my go-to taco spot on Uber Eats was right nearby. Had to stop in instead of just ordering online. This place is the definition of mom-and-pop—nothing fancy, just cozy, with food that hits hard at prices anyone can get behind. The tacos were excellent, and that mystery green sauce? Game-changer.
Essex E — Google review
I recently discovered a hidden gem in West Orange, NJ – Folklore Artisanal Taco – and it instantly became my go-to spot for authentic and delicious tacos. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Sonya, who was taking orders with a warm smile and exceptional kindness. Her attentiveness and great recommendations added to the delightful experience. I decided to try the shrimp tacos based on Sonya's suggestion, and they did not disappoint. Each taco was generously loaded with perfectly cooked shrimp, nestled in a soft corn tortilla and topped with fresh onions and cilantro or mixed cabbage. The side of salsa verde and aioli was the perfect complement, adding a burst of flavor to every bite. With four tacos per order, it was a satisfying and hearty meal. The guacamole and chips were another highlight of my visit. The guacamole was fresh and flavorful, perfectly paired with the crispy chips. To top off the meal, I enjoyed a refreshing hibiscus water, which was a wonderful complement to the savory tacos and guacamole. Folklore Artisanal Taco is truly a standout spot with its fantastic food, inviting atmosphere, and exceptional service. If you're in West Orange, NJ, make sure to stop by and treat yourself to this culinary delight!
Jason T — Google review
This is basically my go-to spot for tacos on Uber Eats. The other day I was in West Orange and decided to finally check it out in person instead of ordering delivery. What can I say? I’m a sucker for mom-and-pop restaurants that serve really good food at reasonable prices. It’s not fancy—more cozy than anything—but the tacos slapped. And that green sauce they gave me? Whatever it was, it tied everything together.
Phil F — Google review
Food was okay. Service was really slow and we were one of the only two people in the restaurant. We decided to get the queso tacos carne asada and pollo, and chipotle chicken nachos. The nachos were really bland couldn’t really taste the chipotle on the chicken and it came with the smallest amount of guacamole. The carne asada was dry and the chicken wasn’t too flavorful. Overall it was okay but don’t think I would go back. It wasn’t to my liking and taste but I’m sure some other people would enjoy it. THERES NO PARKING. so if that’s something you look for just know it’s street parking and it’s always full
Khushbu P — Google review
Went here for dinner, not a bad place. Food was not bad either. No homemade sauces to go with the food though. Guac portion is small, chips not so fresh. But the place is good overall, if I was super hungry I would go.
Rads S — Google review
We purchased food at this place for the very first time, which was highly recommended and we were very disappointed because we looked at the menu and when we ordered to pick up, many of the items that are advertise and the menu are not available. This is a Mexican food restaurant and they offer no guacamole, no avocado, and when we look at the desserts, the desserts that were advertised were not available. So I am disappointed that they are advertising Items of food, which are not even available. They should update their menu and be honest with customers. What Mexican restaurant doesn’t have guacamole or avocado? As we went to pick up our food, my granddaughter so avocados sitting in a basket, I guess they were too lazy to make guacamole.
Rose B — Google review
I came across this spot for lunch so I called in my order. When the lady answered I asked her a question and she had to find out. She hung up on me a couple times while I was on hold but she finally got my answer. I ordered the mushroom and spinach tacos and chips with salsa. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked in and the lady asked if I was picking up. I told her my name and she grabbed my food. It came to $15.94 total. When I got in I dug in and the chips were good with the dip. The tacos were a little salty though. I did like the sauce they gave with it. All in all I had an ok experience.

If you're on the hunt for a delightful pizza experience, look no further than PieZon Pizza and Pasta. Nestled in a convenient location, this charming spot may catch you off guard at first glance, but don't let that deter you! Whether you're popping in for a quick slice or planning to enjoy a whole pie, you'll find their offerings quite satisfying. Many visitors rave about the delicious flavors and quality of the pizza—especially those who have traveled from places like Brooklyn seeking that perfect slice.
Pretty good place, you get thin slices or the entire pie, they deliver as well 😀
Kunal P — Google review
Definitely not the best pizza my kids ever had. The prices are average but for the quality of the food it's too high. The guy who served me seemed to the owner and his attitude wasn't pleasant. I wouldn't go back their. That's pepperoni by the way.
Rosemarie R — Google review
We'll be fair on this review. The pizza is great, really great. Everyone loved it, including all 6 kids. The pizza is pricey for the amount you get, so be aware. Also the place to accommodate more than 4 people is quite hard. I would give 4 stars if either of the above two conditions are met, and 5 stars if the local was more kids friendly or people friendly... Because has literally 3 small tables.
Juan M — Google review
Not bad, but a bit odd. I had some free time mid afternoon on a weekday, and I looked on the map for a place nearby to get a couple of slices. I found PieZon and gave it a try. From the outside, it didn't even look like it was open. I tried the door, and the man inside looked as surprised as I was. I went in and ordered one pepperoni and a plain to stay. The slices were fine, but they had obviously been sitting around for a while. (I was there right in the middle between lunch and dinner) The pepperoni was chopped instead of round slices. The sauce, cheese and crust were all good. I'd go there again.

We are planning to go to McDonald’s with my grandson after the zoo but they were close for renovation. Everyone was hungry so you have to find something and boy am I glad we found PieZon Pizza. We just had some slices but they were delicious. Unfortunately very hot because there’s some nice patio seating
Maureen G — Google review
The pizza is amazing. Taste quality is 10 stars for me and I'm a Brooklyn girl so it has been hard trying to find a pizzeria that is as good as pizza back home for me and this is on my top 3 best places for pizza here in NJ. You won't be disappointed!
Teyana G — Google review
I placed an order for my daughters birthday party at the zoo 2 days before the event. During the party, 15 min before the delivery time i get a call asking me if i called to cancel my order and confirming how many pizza pies i needed. The pizza arrived 30 min, with 15 min left in my party. The workers didn't apologize or offer anything in compensation. I am very disappointed in the service.
Priti P — Google review
Wish I could give zero stars. We only went here because it was walking distance from the zoo. Everything is terrible about this place. 1. Place has four tables and is extremely tiny 2. Took 15 mins for someone to take my order while everyone was just standing around. 3. Ordered a pepperoni slice that did not even have regular pepperoni slices on it. 4. Ordered a cheesesteak that I could barely find the meat. I will show pic. 5. Ordered a plain slice which apparently had no crust which is our favorite part of a pizza. 6. Place was not very clean. If your a drinker it is a BYOB place if that’s your thing. Overall never going again

Delicious food. Got the homemade beef rib soup, Birria tacos, and beef tripe soup. Spacious location for large groups if needed. Grand reopening happening soon, drink specials.

Great atmosphere, tasty food. They offer diverse dishes and also serve alcohol drinks like margaritas and beer. Occasional Live music hosted as well. Al pastor tacos, torta Cubana, tostadas de tinga are really good. Customer service outstanding. Definitely recommended

I was at this restaurant tonight, I’ve ordered from here a few times through uber eats and decided to stop by in person. They have signs advertising happy hour every day from 3pm-6pm. My fiancee and I both ordered drinks within this timeframe. When the bill came, unfortunately after paying, I realized I was overcharged for these drinks. When brought to the attention of staff, the server agreed I was overcharged but said there was nothing they could do about it. I immediately contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and am waiting to hear back. Meanwhile, I tried contacting the restaurant to speak to the manager and was told by Claudia that the manager not only does not have set working hours, but that she was not allowed to “disclose personal information” such as his name. I will not be coming back here and I would advise everyone to check their bills before paying them. Terrible service.

I love their Steak Tacos and the Churro were delicious too 😋

Had Nachos...were meh..refried beans in the description but none on the nachos. Barely any quacamole on it and just very average. Also had chicken tacos and campechano tacos..both were well flavored but again, stingy with the Cucumber, radish, and just a sliver of lime for four tacos was disappointing. The service is good, the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is cute but they use to be much better.

This rating is only for their Birria tacos. (The restaurant has great food!) their birria tacos were not the best I’ve had. They weren’t crunchy and didn’t have much spices to bring out flavor. I would rate this taco a 2/5 stars. Not that it was bad but i wouldn’t consider it a good birria taco. Price: $11 for 3 tacos.

Great tacos! My partner and I ordered the Pastor Tacos and Carnita Tacos. The meat were cooked nicely and they were generous with the toppings (onions, pineapples, cilantro, etc.). We also ordered a carne asada plate that came with some soft taco and two sides (rice and fries). The Salsa verde was mild, tangy. zesty, on the contrary, the Salsa Roja was really spicy. The server returned a few times to ask if we’d like to order more food. We will totally revisit for the tacos and try out other dishes on the menu!

Jersey Mike's Subs is a sandwich shop located in New Jersey that specializes in delicious jumbo subs filled with cold cuts and various toppings. With their counter-serve style, customers can enjoy a satisfying footlong sub after a day of shopping at the nearby shopping area. The staff at this establishment take great pride in providing excellent service to all customers, displaying friendliness and professionalism. Jersey Mike's Subs of Eagle Rock Mtn.
Got my food quickly, even though it was crowded. The owner or the manager with the blonde hair was very helpful to everyone and had a great attitude. My food was great and so was the service.

The other day I got, Jersey Mike’s Subs, for lunch. I had ordered their Cancro Special in a wheat wrap. I also got a bag of MissVickies Jalapeño Chips, a brownie, and a drink. The wrap was fairly mid. The wrap itself tasted a bit stale, and lowers my score greatly. The meats and veggies were pretty good, and tasted fresh. The staff was really nice and attentive, they made sure my order was correct. They thought I was a Jersey Mike’s lifer because the item I ordered isn’t on their menu, it’s kind of a secret menu option. The brownie was ok too, prob wouldn’t get it again. All in all, this experience was fairly mid, and the staff and atmosphere greatly impacts my total score.

I LOVE Jersey Mikes. This store is very professionally run. Staff super attentive and courteous. Quick service and very clean. I will eat here every week! you cant go wrong

usually tasty but often disappointing because request for extra lettuce and onion is ignored. another time: ordered cheese steak with extra meat and it definitely did not have extra meat. also very little onion and pepper and the cheese was on one side completely stuck to the wrapper. definitely will pass on that next time the sandwich is surely not made with love. stick ball sandwich had way too much oil and vinegar it was completely soggy and inedible

I love the sandwiches, but sometimes people there are just slow. It says tomatoes and mayo, but I got none. Tomatoes are already supposed to be on it anyway. I picked it up, took a shower, and came down to eat it two hours later just to see this. My disappointment was immeasurable, and my day was ruined. Hello again, this is 3 years into the future. They got my order right 5 times after that picture. Today, I wanted to eat subs after work, and I came to see they had a really big order. They missed my tomatoes again, I got the mayonnaise this time, but I guess all the orders get them to miss tomatoes. I had to cut my own up again. All in all, it's a pretty good store though, from that first time, I went and left 2* to the times after. Wish them the best. I just wish I could get tomatoes more often.

Dunkin' is a beloved chain known for its signature breakfast offerings and an extensive selection of coffee beverages. Visitors often rave about the attentive service, with staff members who genuinely care about enhancing the customer experience. The manager, Mrs. Angel, stands out for her patience and willingness to listen to feedback, ensuring that every visit is enjoyable. Many patrons appreciate how efficiently their orders are handled, especially during busy mornings when they need a quick pick-me-up before heading off to work or school.
Mrs Angel, the manager was also such a pleasure. There was an issue one day that she wasn't there and when I explained to her the problem.. she was so incredibly patient to listen, she truly wanted to understand, and took time to see how she could make my ext experience better. Also she remembered how I like a double cup, in the past at other coffee locations the drive through cashier forgot to tighten the lid or given me a coffee cup sleeve and the hot coffee fell on me. So I always ask for a double cup, and she always remembers my drink. She was personable, so kind, respectful, and she made me feel that I truly mattered as a customer. I wish more Managers were like her and Mrs Harriett!

Smaller than the past, they carved up a piece to give to the Auntie Anne's/Cinnabon. Still have some seating (refreshed from the last time I was here). Service was ok - they had my order wrong twice.

Always a bad experience at this location. They have the longest wait time no matter which day and what time. They got my order wrong. When i pointed it out, they asked me what my order was. Thought they got it right the second time but they missed 2 items in my order. Asked them again and they gave me another bag. This time they left out one of the items again. The attitude was really bad. No apology for messing up 3 times on the same order. I will drive far if need but never at this location again. I tried their Sourdough sandwich and it was nothing like the pics. Just 2 slices of bread with egg thrown in, no toasting or anything.

Top favorite Dunkin ever. For starters, they always get my order right. I try my best to pass every morning which with my schedule is kind of hard to do. They always keep the line moving. My job is right next-door at the school. I love how they greet everyone in the mornings. From the manager the assistant manager the shift lead they’re all doing an amazing job. I just want to let the owner know that their Dunkin is the best one out there.

I ordered a donut around 8:20 pm. They were still accepting online mobile orders. I’m literally a two minute walk so I walked to go get the donut. I arrive no later than 830 pm. Their door was locked and they said that they threw everything away. I asked them about a refund. He told me to contact customer service. To this day I still didn’t get the refund. Easy to say I will never order there again, i’d rather just get a cinnamon bun next door

McDonald's, the iconic fast-food chain celebrated for its classic burgers and fries, has recently undergone a significant transformation. I decided to check out the newly renovated location on Northfield Ave in West Orange, which now boasts modern interactive order tablets and a fresh aesthetic that enhances the dining experience. Although their menu remains true to its beloved core offerings, the revamped packaging and contemporary decor create an inviting atmosphere.
I don’t normally go to McDonald’s but I wanted get French fried. I went into on Saturday 10 pm place was super clean and service was great. I’m surprised food was good. I will go back

Poor Customer Experience at McDonald’s Near Turtle Back Zoo, NJ I’d like to share a concerning experience I had at one of your locations—specifically, the McDonald’s across the street from Turtle Back Zoo in New Jersey. On 7/12/2025 I went through the drive-thru with my 10-year-old child and ordered a medium fry and a snack wrap. The total was $3.69. I attempted to pay with a $100 bill, which was the only cash I had on me. The employee at the window immediately refused to take it, stating, “I won’t break a $100 for a $3 meal.” When I asked if that was official policy, he said yes—but there was no signage or policy posted anywhere. When I pressed for clarification, he asked if I had a card instead and acted annoyed when I said I didn’t want to use it. Eventually, he took the bill and gave me my food—but not without making me feel like I was causing a problem. He said, “This one time, I’ll do it—but I won’t do it again,” in a tone that made me feel uncomfortable, disrespected, and frankly, embarrassed—especially in front of my child. While I understand that franchisees may have cash-handling preferences, customers should not be pressured into card payments or spoken to in such a dismissive manner. If there is a limit on bill acceptance, it should be clearly posted. More importantly, staff should be trained to treat all customers with courtesy—regardless of their payment method. I’m asking that this be addressed with the staff and management at this location to prevent future incidents like this. My daughter felt bad and said mami it’s okay I am not to hungry as if it was a problem we were causing horrible customer service by this guy at the window I also ask what his name was to address this with a manager and said I won’t give my name to you.

Recently rebuilt and fully updated down to the interactive order tablets, I decided to give the “new” McDonald’s a test drive. While the food hasn’t changed much from its core offerings and tastes, the packaging and in-store appearance has been overhauled to reflect a more modern look and feel. Visiting the location on Northfield Ave in West Orange, I was curious to see how it would fare against other “new” stores. Having just drove the entire country back and forth, I stopped a number of times at remodeled McDonalds. Here’s the thing, I’m not a McDonalds fan as much as a loyal occasional guest. I like to see how these large brands maintain and reinvent themselves in the face of so many other great options. The experience here in West Orange was excellent. Music was fun and upbeat and the store itself looks fantastic. Lots of Instagrammable looks for pictures. There was a good sized crowd here and I wound up talking with an older gentleman who was working on his computer. There are plenty of outlets and the chairs are comfortable. Yes, they are comfortable. I actually wrote that! In the past the stores were designed to maximize speed and efficiency, but seeing how Starbucks has monopolized the ‘living room’ feel of a business McDonalds’ is clearly making it known that yes, you can hang out here, drink coffee, and spend a few hours getting work done. The older guy I talked to mentioned that he works here regularly now and enjoys the coffee. I’m in agreement on the coffee too, it’s very good for the price. I’m rating the in-store experience at 5 stars. The employees were quick and friendly, the store was comfortable, and the overall feel was relaxed and upbeat. The ability to order on a tablet in the from is a great feature too. The only reason I’m giving the overall rating a 4 is because the food, while good, is not 5 star as far as fast food goes. That distinction goes to another restaurant that I won’t name as it’s my personal opinion. Nice job on the remodel!

Ordered double filet-o-fish to go, and received single. Sent in my feedback to McDonald's and heard nothing from the store owner after almost a week. Case number: 31415486.

Where do I start with this particular McDonald’s? I guess I’ll start with the staff. Last time I was there I asked for ice cream and they said the machine is broken ( it’s always broken) and laughed in my face. There fries are often stale and it looks rotten. I don’t feel like it’s even safe for people to eat here. The bread is always cold for the burgers and sandwiches and it seems like they heat it up in the morning and have it pre-bagged because it’s never warm. Below I will insert picture of this NASTY McDonald’s.

Subway is a casual fast-food restaurant that offers customizable sandwiches and salads, catering to health-conscious individuals. The sandwiches at Subway are appetizing, as reported by customers. One customer mentioned enjoying the Steak & Cheese sandwich, which was generously filled with various ingredients and had an appealing taste. In addition to the sandwich, a combo meal includes two cookies - oatmeal raisin and chocolate chip - which were also enjoyable.
Staff is terrific and the food is great for a franchise. Purchased from this location for years and worked at one for a decade. This locale's owners does a great job in upkeep and consistency. Bread is nearly always the same quality and baked the same. (Which I love when I order herb and cheese) not wheelchair accessible for the record.

I had to tell him to change his gloves He did, but he was gonna still Going to warm up the churros That he touch with his cross contaminated gloves. So I asked him to if he could change the churros. This is really sad. I think he need to be retrained on how to always change their gloves and cross contamination. Especially Covid is like still out there.

Ordered a tuna sub (12") with mayo, honey mustard, cheese, guacamole (2 scoops), cucumber, tomatoes, sweet/sour green and red peppers, pickles, and salt and pepper. The lady who waited on me was patient and followed my instructions exactly, without seeming confused or impatient. When I got home and tucked in, I found the sandwich perfect - exactly to my liking. Would go back to this location again because the person who prepared the sandwich was excellent at listening and prepared the sandwich carefully and neatly. Excellent service.

2 interactions(1- via phone 2- in person)Poor customer service. I was told over the ohone that platters couod be made on the same day just as long as I ordered an hour in advance. Afew days later, I went to make an order. The team members did not know how to fulfill a large order as one of their team members stated. They didnt know what I was talking about. I was told to try another location. The establishment was not as sanitary as was stated i er the phone.(That day I went in was the first time). That was so nerve wrecking and stressful. I had one task to complete and I almost failed. An elder gave me a location to go to. Thankfully, another location was able to assist. They were also much cleaner.

Great DD. The food is great, the staff is great and the price is reasonable. It's not a big DD, but there are few places to sit and eat. I ordered using the app. It was fast and speedy. The coffee was on point and the wrap was good. It's a chill vibe. I saw them interact with the customers when I was eating and on my phone. Very nice staff and the customers seemed like usuals.

"I watched someone make a coffee smoothie and decided I wanted a strawberry smoothie instead. When the young lady clocked in around 11:50 or noon and came to the register, I asked for a bagel twist and a strawberry smoothie. Her response was, 'We do that later; you can’t get one now.' She didn’t specify when 'later' was, just that I couldn’t get it at that time. I said okay, but it left me wondering why there’s no clear notice about when smoothies are available. The service felt poor, and her attitude wasn’t helpful at all. Disappointing experience."

*1/5 Stars - Beware of Overcharging and Poor Customer Service* I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Dunkin' Donuts. Not only was I overcharged for a small hot chocolate ($18.81!), but the staff also denied taking my order when I confronted them about the mistake. To make matters worse, I was given the wrong receipt initially, and it wasn't until I checked my credit card notification that I discovered the error. The lack of accountability and poor customer service I experienced is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to receive accurate orders, fair pricing, and respectful service. Unless you enjoy being overcharged and disrespected, I'd advise you to steer clear of this Dunkin' Donuts location. Always ask for a receipt and double-check your order before leaving the store. *UPDATE:* I hope Dunkin' Donuts takes steps to address these issues and provide better training to their staff. Until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Came in to get my mobile order at 12-10pm. The two young ladies that were in the front taking the orders were playing around joking around with peoples orders and when my order was done i grabbed it and left to my car. As I get to the car and start taking my items off the bag to give it to my kids I see the order of harsh browns was missing I went back inside to get what I paid for. The one that was taking the orders talked to me rude saying next time check before you leave it’s your fault you didn’t receive them. This is totally unacceptable, I have worked customer service for years and I know this is not acceptable at all. No wonder this location keeps on hiring new people every month

Customer service is HORRIBLE . No one greeted me as I entered. As I’m entering a woman was mopping the floor, I open the door she just starred at me and my child . I go to the register, the women did not even ask what I wanted. As I’m leaving no one still said anything . I will NEVER come back to this location!
Marique G — Google review
Awful food and coffee with even worse service. The staff here is consistently rude, with our most recent visit being a distinct low point. After walking in the door with my 5 year old daughter, the person behind the counter yelled “we have no more ice cream!” without any sort of greeting or even asking what we were there for. I wasn’t sure I heard correctly, since the ice cream freezers were visibly well stocked, and the employee said, without looking at us or offering any sort of explanation “we have no more ice cream. We aren’t selling any ice cream.” There was nobody else in the store, so it wasn’t even as if she was slammed on the Dunkin side and couldn’t walk the 5 steps to the Baskin Robins side. I responded that there appeared to be plenty of ice cream and the case, to which she replied again “we have no ice cream.” She then turned her back to us. I only ever visit this location for the Baskin Robins since it is within walking distance of my house. From now on I will be taking the drive to the other side of town for Guerreiro, where we at least get a “hello” when we walk in the door.
Heather T — Google review
Worst Dunkin' Donuts ever. Terrible management, place is not taken care of, carelessness, negligence. every time or every other time, something is wrong. Most of the time I leave dissatisfied and it's been happening more frequently. Either they have to clean the machine and I can't get my coffee, or "hot" coffee served at room temperature, or there are no more donuts, or the register is not taking Google pay or the physical card, then the manager asks me, "Do you have cash?" It's 2023, people still carry cash? Seems that America crawls on Dunkin. The management needs to change for this place, otherwise they're going to run it into the ground. (Part 2) 5 months later, I try to give them a chance and, nope, same incompetence as always. Pic to prove it below. Burned bread. Great job👏👏👏

I would like to start off by saying I love this place! I am a formal employee because I had moved a little while back and I will always take the drive to come back and visit the owner, and get food! The owner is an incredible person, he was always so good to me and the rest of the staff and you can tell how much he loves this place with the way he runs it and keeps it clean. The food and options speak for themselves! The food is INCREDIBLE! I absolutely love their salads, their wings, curly fries and burgers sooo much! Their portion sizes are very generous as you can see this box was bulging open and their prices are so generous. Their menu literally has something for everyone, and I love that you can see everything is so clean, you're truly eating clean and good quality food. 10/10 will always vouch for this place!

Came here to check this place out for the first time. Ordered the philly cheesesteak and waffle fries & my buddy ordered the buffalo chicken avocado wrap. I came in with the intentions of eating half and saving the other half for later… yeah… that didnt happen. 😂 We both devoured our plates and helped ourselves to a tres leches after. Food was amazing and the staff is just as amazing. The owner (Rick) greeted us and made sure we were well taken care of. He spoke of things to come to the menu and i can honestly say, i cant wait to be back. Definitely give this place a try!

The black woman in the kitchen CAN cook!!! So the food is delicious, as they have the best burger in town and probably NJ! I've only had the burgers, wings, and plaintains and they were all well seasoned and cooked thoroughly. She needs to open up her own restaurant. The place is cute and small but often the tables aren't wiped clean. The cashiers need to be friendlier and hospitable. The smoothies are just ok, nothing special, but definitely not worth $6.33 for a 16oz. It wasn't blended well and there were large pieces of kale/greens, making it difficult to swallow and not smooth.
