Mexican restaurant
Plaza Garibaldi is a lively Mexican restaurant located in Yonkers, NY. The vibrant decor includes hand-painted chairs, a mural, and Aztec calendars, creating a colorful backdrop for an authentic dining experience. The extensive menu features classic Mexican dishes such as fajitas, mole, and chiles en nogada. Guests can also enjoy table-side guacamole, chicken chilaquiles, and tacos al pastor.
Restaurant is very clean. Food is amazing. Service is great.

Went for dinner on a Friday night. The place is super cute, they had live music. The drinks were great. The waiter didn't remember the specific tequila I had originally requested with my first drink so the ones afterwards weren't great. The food was absolutely delicious.
Yvelisse A — Google review
I always visit Garibaldi when I am in town. It's my mother's favorite place in Yonkers, NY. The food was very good. The guacamole is my favorite.

There food was so delicious there service was good and they were really nice 5 stars
Daniela C — Google review
The most basic mexican food and the food is not tasty at all the food is very tasteless every single plate ……. Menu is very very plain…. Atmosphere and service is 5 stars but the food is basically a mobile food truck operating in a commercial space. It’s obvious that they have a high rent lease because $25 for 3 quesadillas that are really tacos is disturbing. Your first alcoholic drink I can guarantee you won’t taste any alcohol unless you get shots but any mixed alcoholic beverage is minimal alcohol to run up your tab. Go here for the live music not for refreshments.
Lance C — Google review
No complaints. Mariachi band provided much enjoyment but… a bit loud, so sit far away.

Wine bar
Beer hall
Cafe
Boro6 Wine Bar in Hastings offers a cozy and elegant atmosphere with a marble bar, serving an array of wines, beers, charcuterie, and Italian tapas. The owner aimed to create a European hotel bar ambiance where guests feel special. The menu features toasts, pastas, fish, salads, sandwiches, small bites like cacio e pepe arancini, as well as a selection of cheese and salumi.
Wonderful wine bar in the heart of downtown Hastings! Perhaps the best wine menu in all of Westchester.... Highly curated with a wide variety of high value international varietals and blends, paired with a staff that knows what it's talking about. Was super impressed and discovered my favorite wine of the year here! (An Austrian pet nat that rivals some of my fave Champagnes.) A must-visit!

A local place on the corner of main street that lacks night life, ok granted it was a Wednesday night. The centerpiece of this restaurant in my opinion is the beautiful horse shoe shaped bar in the middle of the restaurant. I typically enjoy a nice clean and clear bar so you can fall into the feeling of the restaurant and see what is happening all around. This bar had bottles of wines lining the bar, in my opinion I would remove the bottles and allow for a more open feel. Personally I felt that the bottles created a barrier between me and the bar tender. The outside tables are tables typically for 2 or 4 people with banquet seating and then chairs. Oh, my God How's this boy treating you? Very good wonderful started The service was attentive but not over bearing which created a relaxed feeling.. I was looking for a wine and cheese bar for a night our for myself. I wanted a place that I have not been to before and yelp directed me here Wines on Aug range from 15 and up for a glass which is not outrageous in price. They had a nice selection of wines and I stepped out of ny own comfort zone of a cab and tried the house Pinot Noir accompanied by the B6 board. Overall I was satisfied with the meat and cheese selection and baguette that was served with it had a nice oil on it. Presentation was well done with one exception in my mind, the breads ticks came in a package. Presentation factor went down with that. Take one of the small wife carafe used to serve the wine and present it in that. Overall I felt something was missing but could not put my finger on it. Overall this place has a great date night vibe.
Cory H — Google review
A little unique and atypical. That's what I loved about this place. This cozy wine bar in Hastings not only has a wide selection of wines and cocktails, but also has an interesting and extensive menu. I had a glass of chardonnay which had a hint of orange flavor. Then, for starters, I had the Tuscan Tomato Soup which was tasty and plentiful. For my main course, I had the Braised Beef Shoulder which was also delicious. Lastly, for dessert, I had the Chocolate Gelato on Brioche. Interesting preparation, but delicious nonetheless. Really enjoyable meal in a fun and energetic environment.
Richard F — Google review
I made reservations for a birthday dinner here for a party of 5, only to have them tell me that they had a reservation mishap and we would have to wait 45 minutes! We were asked to sit outside and it just rained. The hostess was rude and didn’t even apologize for this “mishap”. She ignored us after. We were told that they would call when our table was ready. However, I was not surprised that I never received that call. I wish I can tell you that the food was great but we never got the chance to try. For a highly rated restaurant, they deserve a 0 star for service and atmosphere.
Jeanne T — Google review
Great spot for brunch. The bottomless mimosas were a nice touch. The bread is excellent as were the arancini, definitely go for the sauce with it. Sandwiches were tasty and had to take some home. Certainly will be back.
Chris G — Google review
Went there for Saturday brunch. Its one of the few places that offers brunch in a day other than Sunday. The seating is comfortable, the bathroom is clean and the service is great. The menu has great choices for food and drink. They have a bottomless mimosas and a bellini bar. We loved everything they served us. Will recommend to everyone and will definitely return.

Excellent foods!!! One of Hudson River gems. We had four appetizers, one main course and 3 drinks. And the bill came out to be about 100 bucks. Quality food, unique and delicate. Perfect portion.
Vivian W — Google review
Loooove this place, one of my 2 Rivertowns favorites (with MP Taverna, which is pricier & slightly less cool). The vibe here couldn’t be better. Sun streaming in through giant windows on the best stretch of Hastings. The food is great — came back within 10 days for the roasted cauliflower pizzicata, as healthy & delicious (and filling) as could be. And they have afrogato! This European is thrilled to find an Italian classic underappreciated in America. Try it for sure (a hot espresso poured over ice cream). My friend has the amaro sfumato rubarbaro — how could a drink with such a rollicking name not be delicious — and we both exclaimed. Will be back here monthly at least.

Sushi restaurant

Sushi Mike's in Dobbs Ferry is a popular spot known for its creative specialty rolls and traditional Japanese dishes. Despite the seemingly suburban name, Chef and owner Mike Suzuki has created a bustling, modern space adorned with mermaid murals on the walls. The restaurant attracts visitors from all over Westchester who come to enjoy favorites like pork dumplings, spicy tuna, and shrimp sushi. Customers also rave about the tempura ice cream and tempura green tea cheesecake.
Sushi mikes is one of our favorite restaurants. Mike is a very nice and fun man and the staff is amazing. The food is out of this world. Top sushi and all of their plates are amazing. Love the ambiance and their music. We have ordered to pickup and it’s the same experience.
JENN ( — Google review
This has been one of my favorite things to eat. It is shrimp tempura (sushi mikes style) It’s a sweet and spicy sauce. The shrimp is always cooked perfect. I highly recommend

Very small restaurant with every bit of space utilized. Every table was taken in a Tuesday night. Service was in point. Food was delicious as this was my first time trying Sushi. Crispy Rice rolls are a must.
Judith P — Google review
I came to Sushi Mike's because I had some business in Dobbs Ferry. There is paid parking all around and strip of spaces adjacent to the restaurant. I dined at around 4:15 pm on a Saturday; I was 1 of two parties dining and another party came in as I left. I only tried one roll and it was incredibly tasty. I did find the prices to be high for me, but I don't have anything else in the area to compare it too. I can say the dining area seemed clean and once the servers gave me the menu they were pretty attentive. I think if I was back in the area I would try it again. Either way, tasty good, clean restaurant, fine service.
Mkaurene — Google review
I arrived as a walk in and was greeted immediately. Once I said how many, I looked at the tables and saw that it was basically full and expected to have some wait time or get changed to outdoor seating. Instead I was happily surprised the server was just looking at the tables to see which ones they would be able to separate for me. I personally ordered a S&S roll and a bottle of ‘CHOKARA delicious and fruity’ for the table. The drink and the sides were the first thing we received with our first round poured for us in soju cups.i don’t typically like the taste of alcohol but this one was easy to bear and we were able to finish the whole bottle with our meal leaving one last toast at the end. Though the service was friendly and attentive our final toast was a bit ruined for me as the server lightly tossed the check presenter at the table which caused my glass to spill. The server immediately walked away as their job was done but with no napkins left(as we only had one for each person) a little mess was unfortunately left. I recommend anyone have my order but especially try the miso soup as it was very easy, deliciously simple and the perfect temperature that lasted our foods wait time.
Lesly H — Google review
The food was fantastic! Very unusual selection, delicious and obviously high quality, and it all arrived pretty quickly. We sat near the chefs and had a wonderful, relaxed dining experience. There were many other items we would love to try if we ever get here again (we live far upstate), but we loved everything we tried! The abalone sashimi was a real standout for us and well worth the cost!
Thaddeus C — Google review
I dont know how to feel about this. This place used to be amazing.... unfortunately now that they have the clientele they are cutting corners or worse.... I ordered soft crab, when the plate came there were 2 pieces of crab. Confused i asked if it was suppose to be the whole crab, the server decided to count the pieces. She must have thought i was blind, as she started counting fried yam and mushroom as the crab. I said that was incorrect and opened in half the yam and mushroom. She brought a new plate, when i requested for the crab not to be cut she said the chef had already diced it. Red flag number one. I also ordered chirashi. When asked what was the difference between it and the delux, i was told sea urchin and salmon fish. For about 5$ more i decided on the delux. Now about this plate, the fish looked sketchy and i decided to smell the uni, boy o boy! The smell alone would put someone in ER! i asked the server if she could smell the uni, she said thats how it was suppose to smell, however her face and nose betrayed her. As she walked to the chef, he said the whole box smelled the same ...red flag number two. He asked me if I wanted him to open a new box. This told me all i needed to hear. I am not here to tell you to have integrity on what you serve, but if you are willing to poison me i will take my money to an establishment that takes a bit more pride in what they serve. The last thing that shows they dont care about their patrons was the chipped glass. I could have cut my hand while drinking if i wasnt paying attention.

Takeout order. Everything was great but they forgot the spoons for the soups we ordered. The restaurant was very busy but that is no excuse - they could still take a moment or two to check the accuracy of take out orders.

Italian restaurant
Pizza restaurant
Burrata is a popular and trendy cafe known for its gourmet Neapolitan pizzas, Italian dishes, and cocktails. The restaurant has a stylish ambiance and has been serving top-quality food for nearly a decade. With a traditional wood-burning oven from Naples and a family history of pizza-making, the owner ensures that the pies are of Neapolitan perfection with high-quality ingredients like burrata and soppressata toppings.
This was my husband and I’s first time here. We arrived an hour before closing. We were seated very quickly although we had no reservation. We got the roasted carrots as our appetizer. The agnolotti pasta and prosciutto pizza as our dinner. Everything was absolutely amazing. We will definitely return to try the rest of the menu.
Glo D — Google review
This pizza is absolute perfection—Neapolitan pizza at its finest. I don’t even know where to start: the tomato sauce, the mozzarella, the crust—everything is flawless. I’ve been here multiple times, and it never disappoints. Who needs to go to Italy when you can come here?
Sebastian O — Google review
This is my mom’s favorite restaurant, and after finally trying it I can see why! I recommend making a reservation, even if it’s the same day, because the wait can be long. We didn’t reserve, but the staff were very accommodating and found us a table quickly. The food was fantastic; my favorites were the polpo and the branzino (no pictures, but they were so tasty). The tiramisu is my mom’s go-to dessert and it didn’t disappoint. The pizzas are excellent, and the polletto was juicy, tender, and perfectly seasoned with a crispy, flavorful skin. We live in Toronto but we will be back!
Belen R — Google review
Dinner with BF on a weekday. Started with the veal meatballs (served with toasted crispy bread), carrots and brussel sprouts. All were very good. Moved on to a Margherita pizza and the Capra salad, both of which were notable additions to the meal. They have a beautiful pizza oven, which was busy the entire time we were there. We noticed a lot of take out orders (people picking up and food delivery services). Finished the meal with the warm chocolate cake, which was devoured quickly! Our server was friendly and accommodating, checked in on us just enough and overall the service was very good. I will mention that they had specials, which were not offered to us. We overheard another tables conversation with the server regarding specials. The restaurant was nicely decorated and had a lovely bar area, where you can eat as well. Not sure if the restaurant has its own parking, but there is a municipal parking lot very close to the restaurant.
Izzy P — Google review
Great ambiance with lots of natural lighting and open style kitchen/pizza oven area. Service was generally friendly. Pizza was ok but both pasta dish was great. Would come back again to try their viral tiramisu.

Buratta has the best menu . They make their own pasta and brick oven pizza!

We really enjoyed our meal at Burrata. Everything we ordered was a hit and we will definitely return. The standouts were the Pizza Margherita and Agnolotti

I've been to Burata several times The pasta is amazing, my favorite is the short rib ravioli in a brown butter sauce is my favorite. I also really enjoy their pizzas, calamari and rib appetizer. I've never been disappointed.

Restaurant
Johnny's Pizzeria is a long-standing establishment that has been serving up classic NY-style pizzas since 1942. The no-frills interior is adorned with Yankees memorabilia, adding to the old-school charm of the place. While they offer specialty pies, salads, and classic red sauce and cheese dishes, it's their paper-thin, super thin-crust pizzas that steal the show.
I haven’t been in 30 years, Johnny’s was a staple name in our household. My uncle used to drive them crazy ordering half cooked pizzas to take back to Connecticut. (Former Pelham residents) We were close by today and stopped in for lunch. The staff is very friendly and the food was impeccable as always! We ordered some parm wedges to have there and took two pizzas to go. I was so happy to see they are still in business and will gladly stop back! Thank you for the delicious food and warm welcome with a safe travels wish as we left! 10/10 food, service and friendliness! (pizza photos taken after an hour drive home, our son’s approval- 10/10 best pizza ever!)
Spirit O — Google review
I had been to Johnny's many years ago and witnessed a fight between a customer and one of the wait staff, which definitely put me off for a while. Decided to try it again in the hopes that things had improved. This was my experience: went on a weekday to avoid any wait time. Got a table immediately. Our waitress did not welcome us, introduce herself, or even give us half a smile. We ordered a soup to share and 2 pizzas. The food was very good and did live up to the local reputation that Johnnys has. Halfway through our meal, the waitress abandoned us without saying anything at all. Another waitress showed up - also did not introduce herself, but she was slightly nicer. The decor is old and outdated. The decor looks like it has been around since 1942 when this spot opened - feels outdated. They don't take reservations (except for larger parties I believe) and they don't take cards - cash only. Parking is very tricky, their lot is small and tough to navigate getting in and out. Good food. Not great service.
Izzy P — Google review
Hands down one of the absolute best cheese pizzas I have ever had. I'm so happy I finally tried this place after hearing my wife rave about it for years. The sauce was flavorful, the crust was paper thing and cooked to perfection.
John S — Google review
Arrived about 40 minutes after opening, was seated immediately and order placed in less than 5 min. Place was packed and more people coming in as we waited for our sausage pie. Wait time for the pie was about 35-40 minutes and I must say it was truly worth it. The pie came out steaming and smelling of pizza heaven, when pulling a slice apart the sausage held in place. The crust was pizza perfection, the under carriage crispy with no flop, even with the extra topping. There sauce was the excellent fresh and light. Already planning my next visit. Only 17 minutes from the Bronx. Parking can be a bit tricky. I recommend parking on the side streets across from Johnny and the gas station.
Daniel G — Google review
Still takes the #1 spot for best pizza of all time. Everything about their pizza is unmatched and can never be duplicated. Im a pizza connoisseur and noone comes close to Johnnys. Their perfect crust that has a flavor I cannot pin point what the flavor is but its outstanding… perfectly charred and thin while still having a slight chew.. their perfect sauce and cheese.. not greasy or salty… just perfect in every single way. I pray this place stays family owned forever. Staff is super friendly all around, place is cozy . This is my death row meal right here.
Jessica I — Google review
Top tier pizza. Easily the best in Wesrchester. House salad comes in the wooden bowl, so you know it's legit. Chicken dishes are really good too.
Pamela R — Google review
Great family owned pizzeria right in the heart of Mount Vernon. The atmosphere is cozy and warm. Super thin crust pizza might not be for everyone, but I love it. Make sure to order a little more than a typical pizza place, go for the large! The parking is kind of limited, but you can park around the corner.
Greg C — Google review
Johnnys got a real late 90’s early 2000’s vibe, great customer service & easily top 3 greatest pizza ever. Mozzarella then sauce on top with the perfectly thin crust & under carriage like no other, wow this is amazing, will most definitely be back!

By the Way Bakery is a kosher, gluten-free, and dairy-free bakery founded by Helene Godin in 2011. Despite not having personal dietary restrictions, she aimed to create an inclusive space for the community. The bakery offers a variety of treats such as almond cookies, chocolate chip cookies, lemony teacakes, and fruit-filled muffins.
i ordered a dairy free carrot cake for my cousin with dairy allergies and the cake was delicious and moist plus they really decorated it to the theme we were going for. mind you it was 195$ but that was because of the design i requested and it was worth every cent imo

A delicious gluten free bakery. Came here was staying in the atea from out of town. Everything is gluten free. Friendly helpful staff. A great selection of products. I got the blueberry muffin, double chocolate mini cake and the chocolate whoopie pie. Everything was phenomenal. Can’t wait to go back someday.

Amazing pastries and cakes, that are GI friendly to the lactose intolerant (dairy free) and ones having trouble with gluten, while delicious and enjoyable for everyone's mouths with decent portions but above average prices as expected for specialty foods. We have had there brownies, chocolate chip muffins, coconut almond chocolate cookies, the chocolate truffle cake and chocolate vanilla sponge cake. All of them were very good. The chocolate truffle cake is pretty enjoyable if you like dark chocolate. The icing on the sponge cake is not very smooth but that is common when you don't use dairy.

Super cute, small, gluten free and dairy free bakery with a couple of locations in NYC and one in Westchester. I've also seen their cake slices sold in Whole Foods in Manhattan. My favorites from here are the coconut cloud cake, and the brownie. I thought the cream puff was a bit disappointing since there was no cream inside... The raspberry bar also had a super delicious and fresh tasting raspberry filling, though it kind of fell apart as you were eating it.

The food was delicious. The staff took care of us and we were a table of 12 . All the food was delicious, fresh and presentation was beautiful. Mixed drinks were great too. A little disappointed, service was good, empanadas were over heated, stay away from the grilled pork chops, too much adobo, too salty, everything on the menu is overpriced, worst of all is the bait and switch, the place looks nothing like what's displayed on their website, very shabby looking, won't be going there again.

If you’re looking for quick service and great food, this is the place to go. From the start, Tata, our server was helping us out. She made space for a stroller and 6 adults. We ordered appetizers and it was a huge platter to share with everyone. We also ordered a steak with onions, white rice, and black beans. Really tasty! The drinks were decent, but that’s because I’m not that into rum. They do have a full bar if you don’t want their specialty drinks. We also had a vanilla flan for dessert 👌🏽 I would definitely come back. Great prices for the neighborhood

Nestled in New Rochelle, Pizzeria La Rosa is a hidden gem that pizza lovers simply cannot overlook. This charming eatery boasts an impressive wood-fired, Neapolitan-style pizza baked in a beautifully restored 100-year-old oven, thanks to the dedication of founder Matt DiGesu and Frank Pinello from Williamsburg's Best Pizza. The standout feature here is undoubtedly the exceptional pizza, which has earned its place as a local favorite.
Interesting little spot. Well hidden and minimal/difficult street parking. But nothing easy is worth it. Power through. In a world of generic pizza places LaRosa definitely stands out. Black blistered, thin, crunchy crust. Fresh cheese and sauce. So simple. Yet so many miss. Not LaRosa. Perfect pizza

This was our first time coming here and we absolutely LOVED it! We had seen this place on social media and some of our friends had told us about their very famous wings so we had to come try it. When we got there, there was a lot of people, but were seated immediately. We ordered their wings with the gold rush sauce, and a pizza pie with meatballs, pepperoni, and mushrooms. While we were waiting, one of the employees named Pat, brought over our drinks. He was so kind and asked us if it was our first time here. After telling him that it was, he told us about their weekly specials. On Tuesday’s they have wings for ¢75, on Wednesday’s, they have a Chicken Sandwich special, and on Thursday’s they have their famous Smash Burger available. Since it was Thursday, we had to try the Smash Burger. We ordered some fries with it and it was amazing. The pizza had ricotta cheese on it giving the pizza so much more flavor and the crust was perfect. The wings were absolutely incredible. The Gold Rush sauce was incredible. They’re a good size and perfect to share. The pie of pizza is perfect for two people. They also have a wide variety of dessert options and we are very happy to come back to try more items on the menu!

From the moment we were greeted by our friendly waiter Juan Pablo we had a delightful experience at La Rosa. He was very nice and really thoughtful! It was me and my 10 year-old son Bryan. We ordered a half margarita / half white sausage mushroom and onion pizza. It was extraordinary! The crust of the pizza was soft and chewy, so if you like your pizza like that I would recommend it. We saw the owner at the pizza oven making the pizzas, and you could tell he was experienced and had all the moves of an expert pizza man! The restaurant has a little library of books all about pizza, and we thought that was quite interesting. We had been thinking about trying LaRosa for well over a year. We finally did and we were glad we had the experience. We will be back.

Wings and Pizza were definitely worth the hype. The dough taste so fresh and chars well without tasting burnt. Well worth a visit. I had to go twice. My kids loved it. They were big fans of the dough. They also really enjoyed the Tiramisu. Second visit we split a chicken parm dinner and it was delicious. Make sure to get the Pizza and wings. You wont regret it.

I ordered the Chicken Francese. It was SO delicious with every bite!! The tiramisu was delicious, moist and flavorful! The staff was wonderful. So attentive. This restaurant is a hidden gem. I cant wait to go back!!!!

Unique and delish, above and beyond, memorable and kind. Couldn't be more impressed with Miguel and the team's service. We came through on a Sunday for the bolognese and eggplant parmesan pies. Vodka pasta was special, banana pudding was devine, meatballs were delish. Thanks team!

Today, my husband and I were in New Rochelle and happened upon a hidden gem. I haven't had pizza this good since a trip to Philly 15 years ago. The thin crust was crisp but airy. Everything felt homemade. We live across the county but can not wait to return for dinner soon. This place is truly a find, better than most fancy restaurants and the pizza is, by far, the best we've had in Westchester or the 5 boroughs of NYC!

Galloway’s Bakery is a nostalgic bakeshop that has been in operation since 1956 and is only open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Known for its traditional American pies such as chocolate cream and apple crumb, the bakery also offers a variety of other baked goods including donuts, cookies, bread, and Bundt cake. The bakery is run by the Galloway family who have maintained the old-school charm of the place.
The very best bakery in the area. Unfortunately, open Friday thru Sunday. Delicious Chocolate, Bannana Cream & Pumpkin Pies 🥧 to live & die for. Donuts 🍩 are incredible! ORDER IN ADVANCE, PICK UP, TAKE OUT!
John G — Google review
Bought 2 pies. Banana cream was a huge hit--fresh, smooth, creamy, tons of banana pieces and fresh whipped cream, flaky delicious crust. 10 out of 10. $23 and worth every penny. Key lime with whipped cream topping was a huge flop. Crust like the banana cream pie, but it should have been the signature graham cracker crust that is the hallmark of an authentic key lime pie. Biggest offense was the lime filling itself--tasted like it had been poured out of a can, was bouncy and gelatinous rather than creamy in texture, and it lacked the sharpness and acidity characteristic of a good key lime pie. In was, in a word, awful. 2 out of 10 because crust was good for what it was, even thought it didn't belong in a key lime pie. $24 wasted.

The mini jelly donuts are truly the best in Westchester. Fresh. Soft. Just the right amount of powdered sugar. I came all the way from Las Vegas to get one. Didn't disappoint. Worth the trip!

Talk about a small town bakery! The BEST place for pies and jelly donuts. A must for every holiday. The service is always so personable even when they’re busy- a true family owned business. And it’s true! Santa goes to Galloway’s for his pies!

New to the area and glad we tried this place. I’m not a jelly doughnut fan by any means but gave their famed item a try and I can see why it’s a favorite. The dough is truly light and pillowy. The jam/jelly is not too sweet at all, so it’s really a great sweet treat to go with your morning coffee or tea. We also tried their strawberry rhubarb pie and even though we did like their crust, we felt the inside filling was much too soft and jelly like, almost like supermarket consistency. We tried two other pies later in the summer season (peach/blueberry and peach/strawberry i think) and they were far better, and looked great and tasted delicious. We’ll continue to visit for those yummy doughnut holes!

Local bakery that we occasionally go to for birthday cakes, pies to bring over for barbecues, etc. or the occasional donut but had never tried their holiday pies. Since we were cooking for Thanksgiving at my parents and I didn't want to also make dessert, I dropped by the Wednesday before. The store was buzzing, the pies were stacked on shelves, and there was plenty of staff to help. It was quick in and out. Not everyone enjoyed the pumpkin pie unfortunately but I'll still go back for their other goodies and to try the rest of their menu.

Nestled in the heart of Yonkers, The Pizza Place is a charming eatery that exudes an old-world ambiance while serving up classic Italian fare. This beloved pizzeria specializes in hand-tossed pizzas adorned with a variety of toppings, alongside traditional pasta dishes, calzones, and fresh salads. Guests rave about the crunchy crusts and flavorful garlic knots that perfectly complement their meals.
The pizza was crunchy and I didn't get to eat the crust; My favorite part of the pizza. The garlic knots were very good, soft & tasty alongside the sauce. Next time, I will ask for a less crunchy pizza. The service was great. The atmosphere felt welcoming and it was nice just to sit there and watch baseball. I like the lamppost that are in there.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought my well-behaved, leashed dog to Pizza Place expecting a casual meal on the patio, only to be told dogs aren’t allowed. No water bowl, no kindness, no flexibility. Just a flat-out “no” and a side of attitude. I decided to place an order outside and pick it up. Why did the owner say “I told you no dogs” like excuse me how am I supposed to pay for the order.. My dog, who was quieter and more polite than the staff, was treated like a walking health violation. Meanwhile, the pizza? Greasy, bland, and somehow both burnt and hard. If I wanted disappointment and discrimination, I could’ve stayed home and made frozen pizza If you love your dog, or just basic decency, skip Pizza Place. Plenty of other spots that serve better food and don’t act like your pup is a criminal.

Pretty good pizza-- on the thin side which kind of fell apart when attempting to devour it -- at the end of the day it was yummy ... Arrived pretty close to closing so it was a very quick bite to eat however the staff was courteous for the most part other than a few leary glares from employees... Large dining area was clean and tastefully decorated. The expansive ceiling height could have easily been a detriment but cleaver floor to ceiling murals with 3D accents truly makes diners feel they are dining in the heart of Tuscany ...

Kiku Sushi is a local spot that offers excellent Japanese takeout services with short wait times. They have budget-friendly lunch specials, including a bento box priced at $10.25, which comes with soup or salad, shumai, edamame, rice, and protein options like chicken katsu or shrimp tempura. The portions are just right for a satisfying meal and sometimes even enough for leftovers.
I don't normally rate or review places but I feel like I need to, Delicious! Very friendly gentleman who took my order and very quick! I just moved to this side of new rochelle and was looking for a sushi spot close to home. This is it! If you were skeptical because it's near a gas station, don't be. This is the real deal! Pepper tuna sashimi was 👌.
Anthony V — Google review
I am so happy to live right near Kiku because they are a solid, authentic place, which is so hard to find. Their beef and broccoli as well as the lo mein is as good as Chinatown. Some Chinese takeout places I’ve tried in the outer boroughs use really low quality meat and skimp on the good ingredients, but not Kiku! The sushi always tastes fresh and the proportion of stuffing to rice is perfect. There’s a parking lot right outside which is very convenient for pickup.
Katie D — Google review
This is like a Chinese take-out low grade sushi spot. I couldn’t believe the lady touching the crabmeat sticks with her bare hands while touching the phone and register. That was just one of many poor healthy practices- it’s sushi- you need to be more mindful.
Nyc D — Google review
So I know what you're thinking sushi from a gas station ??? 🤢🤢🤢 but in this case looks can be deceiving . After walking in & looking around I decided to order myself some sushi & I'm glad I did . So I ordered a shrimp & avocado roll / spicy salmon & a spicy tuna roll . I can't say it was all 10's all around, but it was definitely tasty and fresh. Add to that a friendly staff & you have a winner

Carlos T — Google review
I will rate this little take out place 4 stars because their food is usually quite good and the lunch specials are so budget-friendly. The portions are just right and usually enough to have a small snack at another time. They are also allergy aware which always merits a star in my experience. My biggest complaint is that the staff is not so customer friendly plus they charge for each extra item - extra side of salad dressing or spicy mayo. I will go back but I have to remember to keep my positive attitude irregardless of the hosts energy.
Shari W — Google review
I'm not sure what I expected from gas station sushi. But it certainly wasn't 98% rice wrapped up in seaweed paper. I ordered four different rolls from this place. Every single one of them was rice. There was no fish to be found in any of them. That's probably why they're excluding people from entering the facility. Cuz they don't want you to see that they're not putting anything in the rolls but rice

I've eaten at multiple different Singa's, this one was by far the most disappointing. Asked for crispy got oily and soggy. My 2 year old wouldn't even take a 2nd bite. Not original sauce or cheese.
Lucky G — Google review
No Slices. No Credit Cards No Taste The intent here is to provide constructive feedback. It's a pizzeria. What do you mean "no slices"? If I'm there by myself, I don't want a pie. You don't accept credit cards? Why not? These days many people hardly carry any cash. Taste? Sorry. I've had frozen pizza which was far better. There is simply too much competition in the area to settle for this place. If they don't improve, don't expect them to be in operation for much longer.

NOOO DONT GO HEREEE! I tried to give this place a chance despite the reviews. But trust me DONT GO HERE. I found hair in my food! The pizza is so hard it feels like a toy and it’s super dry. If I could give them zero stars I would , this was truly disappointing. It says Singas famous. Famous for what the pizza was bland it was oily very soggy. The chicken had no taste. I’ve been coming to Jolo’s Vegan Kitchen for years, and it was the very first place I went to when I decided to go vegan. The food here is always fresh, MINDFUL, and nourishing—never fake or overprocessed. You can taste the love and intention in every bite. The energy of this place is something you have to experience for yourself. It’s not just a restaurant, it’s a space filled with positivity, culture, and good vibes. Every visit feels like a reset. On top of that, Jolo himself is a beautiful soul and it shows through the atmosphere and community he’s built here. Ambience is great but the food, unfortunately, was not great. Ordered 1 wrap and 2 sandwiches. The recommended sandwich, the Philly Cheesesteak, was a 2 of 5, not savory and lacked chicken, the chicken sandwich was barely a 2, and the chicken hummus was a 1. The chicken and chicken hummus lacked taste and were significantly dry. The chicken hummus had no hummus which I assume is the reason for the dryness. The chicken sandwich had no sauce or dressing. Both were simply bland and left us thirsty as heck! The real downside was the bill which was $53, including a 15% tip for takeout. Maybe the main dishes are the draw here whereas the sandwiches and wraps are not. A one and done experience.

We stopped here to pick up some dinner food on our way home. In spite of them having an event in the back room and quite a number of people, the staff was very friendly and very helpful. We had a few patties, see picture, while they prepared our food to take out. The patties were well-made and very tasty. I would’ve liked some type of sauce. I bet there was some. I neglected to ask. For the food we took home, one dinner was ginger chicken, and the other was barbecue tofu. Both came with sides, which were very tasty. The sides we tried included, cabbage, curried chickpeas, okra, and mushrooms. Vegan/vegetarian food can often be tasteless when prepared by restaurants. All of this food had excellent flavors and was well prepared. They threw in some bread for us to have along with our meal. Will stop by again for sure when in the area. Sorry that I didn’t get better pictures.

Atmosphere is amazing! Could not set up a better shop! The meal was tasteless, I was expecting no salt but no pepper either? I was in New Rochelle hospital and walked to this shop. Luckily I bought 2 patties for my wife. The patties saved the day. Wife giving birth next month, I would go back for the patties.

Tacos El Poblano – Yonkers, NY Disappointed Tacos On Hudson is closed on Mondays, my coworkers and I looked for some well-reviewed but affordable Mexican Food for lunch. We didn’t want to hurt our wallets too badly(Taco Project was first thought, but they don’t have lunch specials) so we settled on this little place nestled on a corner on Nepperhan Avenue in South Yonkers. Not much to look at from the outside or inside, the smells permeating from the restaurant definitely lured me in. The staff was super friendly and the food was quite delicious for the most part. The chicken in the tacos were well seasoned, but the steak was very dry and chewy. With hours of 8AM-2PM I tossed this up to either an old batch or I just caught them on an off day. It is hard to complain about the food here, especially when 2 tacos, rice, and beans only cost $6.50. The food was authentic and tasty and is a great little spot for quick on-the-go, affordable authentic Mexican. This is definitely a TO-GO style place. Not the formal dine-in type for those thinking of bringing in a date. FOOD: 3.5/5 SERVICE: 4/5 VALUE: 4.5/5

I'll start with the good and only review the food i ate. I ordered 3 tacos de lengua for myself and 3 tacos de pollo for my girlfriend. The 3 lengua tacos came out to $5 a piece. The food was ready in about 5-7 minutes and was hot(pickup). You can't beat that. The lengua was soft and easy to chew. As far the tacos overall, I thought they were mediocre compared other langua tacos I've had (other spots in yonkers and new rochelle.) For $5 tacos, I expect them to be filling. There wasnt alot of lengua in the tortillas. The tortillas were thinner than I'm used to and weren't very filling. If youre going to skimp your tacos, atleast make the tortillas substantial. The Lengua, the salsa Verde and Rojo were bland. I wont speak for the tacos de pollo. Overall I'm giving them a 3 out of 5

Best burrito I've ever had! This place is amazing! The burrito was huge. It was a very large portion. It was full of chicken, rice, beans, and cheese. It was very flavorful. The burrito came with a side salad too. The salad was full of lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. It was very fresh and it was a small side salad portion. I would highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a great burrito in the area. I'll definitely come back here again and try more of their options!

Stopped here out of sheer curiosity and left absolutely impressed. Food was delicious, and while I'm not the perfect person to comment on authenticity, it tasted like true authentic Mexican food in my opinion, and everything was made with such love. Only drawback is that the dining area is super small, but that's fine, you don't come here for a top dining experience. You come here for amazing food.

Walter's Hot Dogs in White Plains is a renowned Westchester icon that has been serving up delicious hot dogs since 1919. The hot dogs are made with a flavorful blend of beef, pork, and veal, setting them apart from the average street cart dog. Served on a toasted bun with spicy mustard after being split down the middle and grilled in butter, these hot dogs are considered by many to be the best bite in Westchester.
Really great no frills hot dogs. They split the dogs to grill them on the inside. Also the buns are grilled with butter. Grab two and a beer. Also nice that they have Tabasco sriracha sauce. Dog friendly in the outdoor seating area.
Charlie — Google review
The main thing I really loved was the hot gots being a bit crisp. I don’t care for the hot dog being cut in half as it takes away a lot of the juiciness from the hot dog. It was pretty bland, not flavorful and extremely boring as there really isn’t much options aside from chili, cheese and the typical ketchup and mustard. Down in nj I know a guy that makes home made salsa for his hot dog stand; some red peppers with onions gives it a great kick! If anyone ever goes down to south jersey go to the good will over by the moorestown Lowe’s. I promise it’ll be the best hot dogs you’ll ever have compared to this that your kids can just throw together at home! This place definitely isn’t worth the hype.
Creature C — Google review
I visited Walter’s for the first time after finding out they now offer a veggie dog. I am not sure why it’s nearly $5 ($1.50 more than a regular) on its own or over $12 for a meal. It’s served nicely grilled and hot but not really worth the money when you need at least two dogs to feel satisfied. The potato puffs were great but the fries were awful and tasted like they’d been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Would also like to have refills as part of a combo meal since the workers fill the cups to the top with ice. All in all, an okay experience but not one I will actively seek out in the future.

Came to Walter's for a quick bite before meeting up with family. Thebhot dog was delicious! Very flavorful and crisp and juicy. Perfect bun. The curly fries were nice and crunchy and seasoned perfectly. My wife really enjoyed the clam chowder. Would love to come back and try other dogs and menu items. Highly recommend.

Best hot dogs ever! I used to go to Walters when I was a kid at their stand in Mamaroneck. Brings back some great memories. Their hot dogs are just as good as I remember and I love the White Plains restaurant with the ability to sit down and enjoy your meal with the fifties diner style flare. The potato puffs are fun option. They are a deep tried mashed potato bite. I got the Bavarian pretzel roll asks a double dog definitely worth the extra. And the mustard is superb, you can even buy a jar to take home. They have a hot dog fry and soda special for 8 bucks it's a great deal. They also have milkshakes and floats and Italian ices! Tons of dessert options as well. Staff is super friendly and service is extremely fast. I hope they open a location up in Putnam County really soon!

🍨🌭DELICIOUS🌭🍦 Walter's Hot Dogs is so so so good! Bring the whole family here for a delicious American lunch or dinner! They have very classic, yet unique options to pick from! You gotta try the Hot dogs (obviously). The shakes are also delectable! The staff were all very hard working as well and very friendly. Also - THE PLACE WAS SPOTLESS! Very clean and a very warm vibe. We will be returning again soon! Overall Rating: 10/10 🔥🔥🔥🌭👏🏻

The prices are reasonable with most dishes costing under $14. The ambiance is inviting with hand-painted murals and a unique wall of Frida Kahlo faces at the Yonkers location.
Random lunch stop. And it was clean and colorful. The food was fresh and fast. The salsa was very good. The passion fruit house madebdrink was amazing. My girlfriends Quesadilla(Carnitas) was full and had a great flavor. Really great all around. Worth a try try the new cheese covered Empanada. Bomb.

Wanted to give it a 4.5 but google won’t let me.and the reason why I took .5 off is that they missing a torta on the menu. If they had a torta on the menu this place would be a 10! They have a small but extremely solid menu. Everything on the menu is perfectly season and cooked to perfection. The tacos are great, specially the Al Pastor tacos they were one of the best ones I had so far from all the Mexican joints I’ve eaten. The street nachos are super! Well balance. But let me tell you something if you like hot sauces…I had the best hot sauce here. The person that helped me with the order made a tray with three different sauces that they make in house and these sauces should be bottled and sold at supermarkets and they will do very very well. They have Mexican Coca-Cola which is a must at a Mexican restaurant, all types of Jarritos. This place is a gem in Yonkers. A extremely good restaurant that you should try out! Thank me later Service is very friendly and courteous. Smiles all around.

I am so happy I decided to try this place a try. Food was amazing, so much flavor and authenticity. Portions were a lot. Had birria tacos and chicken tacos. Both delicious! I forgot to ask what the older gentleman’s name was who was working the cashier and serving us, but he was phenomenal. Top tier customer service. I can’t wait to go back.

I purchased their Skirt Steak Tacos and Chicken Quesadilla and both were really good. The meat in the skirt steak taco was tender and melting in the mouth. The spice level was good too. The chicken was well cooked and tasty as well. I really enjoyed the meal.

This cake was the most beautiful ever! We could not believe how spectacular it looked. Gorgeous cream swirls & adorned with seasonal flowers. It was also huge & most importantly, delicious. Thick cream cheese & buttercream frosting & a generous layer of citrus in the center. We loved it!

Came for brunch on a Sunday. Incredible service and big portions at a great price. $120 for 2 ppl with tip. The brunch menu included 1 choice of bloody Mary, Mimosa, or Bellini; 1 appetizer, 1 main, and 1 dessert. My wife and I left that place FULL. The Pizza Rustica was probably my favorite dish. Its like a Chicago Deep Dish slice but with perfectly placed spicy salami through the layers. My wife got the hash brown. It was nice and crisp on the outside and moist on the inside. For my main I got the lamb bolognese and my wife got the Pacherre. Perrfectly cooked Al dente pastas. The Stickabuttapie pie was the perfect palette cleanser. For my dessert. I didn't need dinner that evening we were so full. 🤣 I like the vibe there. It feels very homey and welcoming not pretentious at all. Lots of families hanging out. There's outdoor seating. Parking wasn't too hard to find. Will be coming back for the bar and for the burger they ran out of. 😋

Great and different and authentic food, unfortunately and very sadly they gave us burnt Bacon. Should pay more attention on every food that is being served to costumers. Sorry but for a restaurant that states to have a Michelin chef is not good. I expected more.

My daughter had her wedding here and it went beyond my expectations. The Cookery has several areas that are perfect for a wedding. We had the ceremony in a beautiful room with hardwood floors. The changing area where the bride and attendants get ready was so chic, classy and comfortable. There are 2 outdoor areas where we took pictures and had our cocktail hour. Finally the space where we celebrated with dance and drinks was so cool. Walls were made of brick with tea lights and large windows. The Dan e floor was a great size. The food catered by Rocky Mountain was exceptional! Finally, Kate, the coordinator from The Cookery couldn’t have been any more professional, helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend have your vent here.

We were really excited to eat here as we’ve heard such great things about The Cookery, but we were underwhelmed. The service was slow and the food was a little too experimental for us (the meatballs were undercooked - maybe that’s just how they’re made). I ordered the Crispy Pork Belly and it was overpowering and had too many spices. On the positive front, the staff were nice, pleasant ambience, and the brunch prices are affordable.

The Parlor in Dobbs Ferry is a popular spot known for its creative pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven and global small plates. The rustic-chic space with graffiti-filled walls offers a fun indoor ambiance, along with outdoor seating for guests to enjoy. The menu focuses on Neapolitan pizza but also includes salads and sandwiches, making it a great choice for locals and families looking for a night out. The restaurant takes reservations, offers take-out options, and is conveniently located near the Metro North.
If you're looking for an "upper crust" pizza dining experience, then look no further than The Parlor. There are few other options on the menu, other than pizza and salad, but that's okay, as they do both superbly. I started with a side house salad with the optional crispy chicken. The chicken was amazing. It was light, crispy, and mouth watering. I still can't stop talking about its incredible flavor. I then had the pepperoni pizza. Incredibly delicious. Fresh ingredients, doughy, tasty, and filling would be the best way to describe this culinary miracle. It was simply divine. In addition to the food, the service was very friendly and attentive. Reservations highly recommended. If you're a pizza person, then you must stop at The Parlor.

5 stars across the board. Our waiter was so informative, funny, attentive and available. (Think his name was Geo) The food was amazing. We had the brussel sprouts, which were so interesting but sooo good. The design of the restaurant was cool, and the bathroom was funny (it had writing all over it). Points off for atmosphere because they had no toilet paper in the bathroom.
Florence C — Google review
My girlfriend and I eat here for the first time on the recommendations of a friend. There is a chill retro vibe in this restaurant with its Decor being somewhat unique like a village bar that's been around for a long time. The walls are decorated with a graffiti like effect including the bathroom with some interesting pictures like a picture of Elvis and Nixon shaking hands As far as the food.... We were left disappointed when one of our appetizers came to the table Stone Cold. The waiter was excellent though and apologized for it coming out that way and promptly said he was going to take it off our bill and asked us if we would like another appetizer at no charge. The chef did send back the original appetizer pernour waiter, so we cou still enjoy it, which we were told was cooked fresh but even that appetizer was lukewarm to warm. We ordered a margarita pizza to share since I did not want to have any meat. It had a pretty wide puffy outer crust around the edges but I found the margarita slices to be very soppy from the sauce with a thin crust underneath the toppings. It had no integrity to the slice and the cheese fell right off as you tried to pick it up. Overall it was a somewhat disappointing visit for $55 dollars before tip. We are going to try it again sometime because their burgers are supposed to be absolutely amazing!!!

We had an excellent time tonight. It took awhile to get our food but overall the experience was great. The food and flavors were outstanding. We had a special Italian combo sandwich as an appetizer and for pizza we had the meatball and the lemonator. Came here with a group of friends one OMG DELICIOUS. We family sized everything. I would say it would be better to get an order to yourself because the portions are a little small but the vibes were amazing and the waiter was amazing giving really good suggestions. Birria Landia is a popular eatery with multiple locations in NYC, including SoHo and Brooklyn. Since its opening in 2019, it has gained immense popularity for its birria tacos. The Moreno brothers have capitalized on the social media fascination with birria, churning out thousands of tacos a night. Customers rave about the tender and flavorful meat, perfectly seasoned and served with pickled red onions.
They have great birria tacos and they consome is awesome and delicious one of the best birria tacos in The Bronx!!
John L — Google review
These Birria tacos are excellent and very affordable. What I love about this truck chain is that it doesn’t matter which one you go to (the one in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens or lower Manhattan) because every truck makes them the same way and delicious. My favorites are the tostadas and the consommé. Yummy!
Ivie D — Google review
Great food! They only do Birria but they do it well! I had 4 tacos and I did not disappoint!
Mario S — Google review
This spot is amazing. I recently ordered from here and i got two of everything. Two consomes. Two tacos. Two quesdillas. Two tosadas. Two Tamarindo jarritos. The meat was incredible and seasoned perfectly. It was tender. The meals came with pickled red onions which were delicious. The consome and tacos are a must try HOWEVER, the tostada was out of this world. I did not expect so much flavor. The tostada is a crispy tortilla (which was still crispy after delivery) with refried beans, birria meat and melted cheese. So amazing so delicious and fresh. The quesdillas is filling. Its two tortillas filled with cheese and meat. The tacos are filled with meat and topped with fresh cilantro and onions. The consome has a deep flavor and has a bunch of meat pieces in it which was amazing. I cannot wait to get some more food from here. It's worth stopping by for a quick bite to eat or even for bringing home dinner for the family.

This has been our go-to taco truck! Their consommé is our favorite and that with their tacos are always good together. We like to dip our tacos but we also like the soup by itself!
Janelle C — Google review
This is my go-to taco spot, their birria is so good and the food is always fresh for a great price. I recommend the consomé with tacos, their consomé is so good and it always has a lot of meat, and the service is also great I come to this truck at least twice a month these tacos are so good and worth the hype.
Perla C — Google review
I ordered thru UberEats. Now, don’t get me wrong I see the execution of the tacos, but it just needs a little more seasoning!!! If the actual meat was marinated just a few hrs longer, then it would’ve hit the spot. The broth was okay and a great level of spicy to it, but like I said lacks seasoning. Add some adobo, sazon, knorr, or even salt!!! Something! The meat was nice tender so that’s an A+ and I would rather have a more stable tortilla. Anytime I would pick up the tortilla of the taco, it was so brittle like the actual taco was falling off my hand because of how soft and fragile it is. Get a different and durable brand, please! Tbh, I won’t order here again personally.
Victoria N — Google review
Im such a queens girl that I always recommended the queens location to my bf. I was scrolling through the Uber eats app one day and I told my bf he finally gets to try it! Everything tasted soooo good!! Exactly how the queens truck does. Only thing I wish was that I would have put my order as priority cause the tortilla did come a bit soggy. I luckily love Birria Landia so much that it didn’t even matter. My bf loved it so much he wish he would have gotten more tacos! Lol I can’t wait to order pickup from there and have them fresh and hot!!

Nestled on Yonkers Avenue, the Clairmont Diner is a beloved establishment that has been serving up classic American comfort food for years. Open around the clock, this cozy diner offers an extensive menu filled with hearty options like the Clairmont Special and Western Omelette. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a meal any time of day or night. While portions are generous—often enough to satisfy even the heartiest appetites—some diners may find them overwhelming.
We tried to go to our regular diner, however they were closed. I have never been to this location and am now wondering why. When we arrived, it was packed, so we sat at the first available table. The server was quick to clean our table. Their menu is your typical textbook style. The place looked clean and well organized. We got our food quick, despite an error with one of our orders. Parking was available.

Small cute place from back in the day. Coming back to eat here for well over 30 years. Steady 🍽 Diner meals. Always a parking spot. Never crowded which is a good thing. Always felt comfortable eating here.

I train horses right across the street from this place and have been coming here for years. Unfortunately I won’t be returning ever again. Owners turned the reins over to help that are terrible and they don’t care about the customers. I waited ten minutes for a glass of water. Never got a refill, ordered eggs and bacon and home fries with toast. Waited another ten minutes for the order only to find eggs were raw. Not cooked as ordered, bacon (3 small slices) raw and chewy and inedible cold toast and for another 20 minutes I was waiting for a refill of water which I never got. Terrible! I’ll never return and I hope other’s heed this warning.
Joe F — Google review
The food was in large portions and tasted good. Despite being busy, it felt good to be greeted kindly. While waiting in line had a small talk with the elder lady, and she complimented me a lot about this restaurant. I took the leftovers for dinner.
Chanhee L — Google review
I placed an uber eats order which the store accepted. Waited over an hour with no updates, no calls, no information, before calling the restaurant to to see what the status was. When on the phone with the store the male was very disrespectful, would not help us, would not cancel the order, or allow us to speak to the manager. He stated that they had just decided we were too far away (13min drive, 4 miles total). Apparently they have an unstated/unspecified rule that they will only deliver within a 2 mile radius but have their uber settings open for more. And when you’re outside that range they don’t decline the order, cancel it, make it and offer pick up instead, they just take your money and tell you to dispute with uber. Who also won’t give full refunds because the store accepted the order already. Do not order from them… don’t support a business that is fraudulently accepting orders they never intend to complete.
Emma B — Google review
My favorite diner on Yonkers Avenue. Prices are in the mid-range for diners, staff is very friendly, they keep bringing coffee as soon as you are half way through, and servings are large. There’s a tiny bit of wait, we waited for 15ish minutes for our food to come but it was worth it. The only complaint is that they don’t have substitute milk for coffee, so if you can’t drink regular milk, get ready to drink your coffee black. Not many vegan options, but almost anything can be made vegetarian. Overall, great place!
Mateja T — Google review
Great breakfast with s good selection - I had one of the huge rasty omelettes, which came with a generous portion of home fries and buttered toast. The coffee is pretty good and the waiters are attentive about coming around with refills. Service is friendly and helpful. IT IS CASH ONLY so be sure to bring enough. There is parking next to the diner that was adequate when I arrived.

The extensive menu offers something for everyone, including all-day breakfast options that are sure to satisfy any craving. During my visits, I’ve enjoyed delightful dishes like the GSD Cuban sandwich special—served on a soft bun with pastrami and ham—and classic omelets paired with home fries.
I had their 3 egg omelette with spinach and mozzarella. It was delicious. Also took the Baklava cheesecake home. It was big enough for 2 and it was delicious. Would definitely get both again.

Had brunch yesterday. The restaurant was very busy but we were seated quickly. I had mushroom omelette with home fries and toasts. I also got a side of sausage. Everything was decent except for the home fries. It lacks flavor and it was too starchy. Our server was very nice and attentive. I will probably come back again to give if another try.

Pleasant, bustling (on a Sunday) classic diner. Lovely servers. Got a western omelette w home fries. The eggs were solid. Potatoes could have used a little more love, but nothing salt, pepper, ketchup and hot sauce couldn’t address! Would definitely come back. 4.5 stars.

Our server was excellent, I am bummed I forgot her name. The food was not the best, a bit bland. Not sure if it was just that day. The pancakes were kind off spongy. The salad and the breakfast were just okay.

For a nine year old diner this has a nice old diner feel to it. I was promptly greeted and taken to a booth. The menu was extensive; I was there for lunch, however breakfast is served all day. I selected the GSD Cuban sandwich special. It was served on a very soft bun with pastrami, ham, pickles and mustard along with fries, coleslaw and another pickle. It was delicious and I look forward to my next visit. They do have two different prices for cash or credit. Plenty of parking too.

I’m trying all the diners in Yonkers and this place is everything that you would expect from a diner. It’s consistent. It has a nice menu. The service was fine, but it was boring to me. I’d much prefer to go to a place that has more of a stake in the ground with flavors rather than offering anything you would expect from a diner. The key to a good restaurant is to deliver the unexpected both in atmosphere environment and service.

I ordered delivery of a cheese steak sandwich and well done fries. The sandwich was good but I’m sure the fries were busted passed over an unused fret. They were soggy and appeared to be closer to raw then cooked. I don’t know if they were busy or felt that since this was a delivery it didn’t matter.

We bought 2 BBQ chicken sandwiches. It came out and they looked so small and pathetic for the 30 dollars we paid… the cheese was not melted, the chicken had no seasoning. The chicken tastes like the same brand that mc Donald’s uses in their chicken sandwiches. For a BBQ sandwich there was…no barbecue to be found. When I took the burger apart after having a hard time coming to the terms of buying such a disappointing lunch, the bottom of the burger had a tiny layer of barbecue. So small that it just made a TINT on the bread. Like dang I’d rather have it dipped in bbq than that 😭. Finally the onions…when I took my first few bites I didint reach the onions yet. Then I got twards the middle bite and oh lord, my face scrunched up like it’s never scrunched before. It was so disgusting. It tastes like the gunk at the bottom of my dad’s grill that he hasn’t cleaned in 10+ years. It was so disgusting I nearly spit it out, but I stayed strong because I was not going to waste a 15 dollar purchase. 30 dollars for just 2 sliders and fountain drinks. I hope the shake shack that’s opening soon runs them out of business, they have way better stuff there. While you guys are waiting for their grand opening, go to any of the other food spots at ridge hill. I’m sure you’ll have a better time. And for what it’s worth, I’m getting a brownie at Starbucks to feel better 😭

So so so bad. $15 for the tiniest two chicken tenders and skimping on the fries. The burgers were just ok and not worth $14 and $15 each (no fries included). It makes sense to pay for better ingredients, but you can buy frozen organic chicken tenders and a POUND of organic ground beef for wayyyyyyy cheaper at Whole Foods. Do NOT waste your time and money. Service and atmosphere was just fine. Not bad or good.

. Pros: (+) Vegan and vegetarian burgers (+) Build your own burgers (+) Plenty of drink options at the self-serve fountain (+) Shakes / ice cream Cons: (-) I wasn’t a fan of the cheese used on the Fiery Fries. They used sliced cheese so it didn’t have the cheese pull, instead it looked like plastic and breaks off into pieces leaving the fries and cheese in a clump (See video and photo)

The burger joint is amazing , do not let any other person here convince you other wise, yes , the place is not huge but it is the size of a regular Mc Donalds and would easily handle 20 people before getting crowded. The food is incredible , really tasty , juicy burgers and they cook them to perfection (I always order medium rare) and they always meet my expectations with fresh food and really good. I go to this place every week and I found it to be one of the best places to go to in the mall and in my opinion is way better than Shake shack because of the value for your money is greater (you get really tiny average burgers from shake shack at really expensive prices compared to the bgr that gives you huge burgers for reasonable prices). Nothing to complain about this place though I would love they reduced the price so I could go there daily.

This is an awesome family friendly burger joint, with some fresh tasting burgers to order in anyway you like it, medium, medium rare or well done...it does take time to cook the burger patty so you will have to wait...but it is worth the wait..don't forget to include their special sauce on your buger😛...they also offer kid's meal..but the downside with the kids meal..only 3 tenders😏and they offer sliders which are really small🙁..so these meals are really for kids 6yrs and under not 10yrs as they advertised

Had to go here because the shake shack down the way had closed early. Pretty much everyone settled for it so there was a line but it moved fast so that's one star. I ordered a chicken sandwich and garlic fries. The second star is for the garlic fries because they tasted good but even though I ate them while leaving, they were cold so minus one star. The sandwich was blah no taste at all even though it had all sorts of sauces and again cold. Go here if you have nowhere else to go and want to pay about 20$ for lackluster food.

If this is a franchise than the owner really has to do a better job at picking the workers since their the face of the establishment and their responsibility is the safety of customers health while people are eating food from such places. if only i can post the videos, must see to believe

Great for my first time. As I'm attempting better my eating I chose the black bean burger which was delicious! Instead of a bunch they put it on fresh lettuce and garlic fries and the house secret sauce. Safe to say that thing was demolished! It's in cross county shopping areas so of course plenty to get into if your on a date or casual night out. Other stores, hotels, and movie theater. Parking is absolutely no problem...just tryin to find a spot that's close is what you have to hope for. There is public transportation.

The food was pretty good. I had a triple D with garlic fries. The only issue was getting the milk shake. I finished my food and they still didn't have my shake ready

Nathan's Famous, a beloved fast-food chain that originated in Brooklyn, is renowned for its signature hot dogs, fries, and burgers. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, thanks to the exceptional service provided by staff members like Sania, who goes above and beyond to assist customers. Many patrons fondly recall their experiences at Nathan's—like enjoying nostalgic 5-cent hot dogs while reminiscing about the old arcade games that used to be part of the experience.
My father cherishes his memories of this Nathan’s, where he would enjoy affordable hotdogs and spend time in the old arcade located at the back. We shared in his nostalgia and treated ourselves to the delicious 5-cent hotdogs that were just as tasty as he remembered, complemented perfectly by the cider they served. All in all, it’s a great establishment with food, service, and prices you won’t find anywhere else.

Joseph provided outstanding customer service during my visit to Nathan’s. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure everything with my order was just right. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in his work. He kept the line moving efficiently while still being polite and welcoming to everyone. It’s not often you come across service this good—Joseph definitely made the experience better. Give that guy a raise!

This was a great stop. Food was great, service was awesome manager came and handed me a drink while I waited the two minutes for my food. Very clean and had clean restrooms.

i’ve been a long time customer and regular at this nathan’s and the food is usually pretty good, i’ve had minor consistency issues in the past (especially in regards to the french fries) but nothing that made me decide to no longer return to location to this location… until today. Firstly, my boyfriend and I ordered through the drive through, where our cashier was very sweet and professional. When she was passing us our food and drink, we kindly asked if she could throw out a cup of coffee we had for us since we had no space in our car for our drink. Despite her seemingly about to do it for us, one of her colleagues (i assume a manager) quickly stopped her and rudely told us no; walking away before we could even respond. We were a little shocked and annoyed, but it was no big deal as we literally just wanted to eat. (This is not the first time i’ve encountered rude behavior from staff here, but i’m easygoing so i usually let that kind of thing slides.) What hurts is despite paying $20 and ignoring the unnecessary attitude, I could not eat my food because as you can see they served me burnt chicken. As someone who also works in food service, it’s just offensive and shows some of the staff either isn’t properly trained or simply do not care. This was personally my last straw, and i just advise anyone who thinks of going here that it can be pretty good but the consistency with the food simply is not there. Be sure to check your food before you leave if you’re not dining in and ultimately buyer beware

Stopped by Nathan’s for dinner the other night and it was just OK for me. We ordered two chili cheese dogs, a large fry to split, and the 10 piece corn dog nuggets and took it home. It was just fine for me. I’ve had Nathan’s plenty of times and this time just didn’t live up to expectations. The fries seemed to be cooked in old oil and was probably my least favorite part. So many things on the menu looked good and the staff was so nice though so I’d give it another shot and eat at the restaurant next time.

Iconic place, been on my list for a long time. Did not disappoint at least as far as food goes, inside of restaurant was dirty. Hot dogs were awesome, good snap, chili was good, onion rings were great. One of those places you have to go to at least once.

This is Nathan's. I expected regular fast food and what I received was an experience that we will never forget, the General Manager Vincent is very professional & genuinely friendly 🙂! He brought our food over to the table and even put sides onto my girlfrends hotdog for her. As crazy as this sounds, ill never forget this particular day ! We usually go to Coney Island, where they specialize in quantity not quality. The staff here is wonderful and the place is very clean (unlike Coney Island...lolol). If you're ever in the mood for a hot dog for brunch, you have to stop here !!!!

The staff is very friendly , the food is great especially the fries . I recommend them for a good burger . Everything here is great the place was packed and we got our food quick , hot and cooked perfect thank you 5 guys for hooking it up

This location had no heat! It was 16 degrees outside. The soda machine, a highlight, was not working correctly. The burgers are not as tasty as once were. The fries are still good. It seems Five Guys as a franchise is not a well run operation. There is always something “not right” when we go there. Many locations have filthy dining and bath rooms. The price is high. Plan on $15-$20 pp when you go.

If I could give the store no stars, I would . My daughter and myself visited this store this evening against my better judgment. I asked for my condiments to be on the side due to having to travel a long distance to get home. The employees and Manager began to complain, saying "why does she want them all on the side?". The last time I was there I ask for no salt and the male employee with the sandy red hair dumped the pan in water then placed my fries after cooking in the wet pan. As for today, he was sweeping the kitchen as they were cooking which is against code. As my daughter and myself were leaving, I asked to speak to the manager to whom had no front teeth. I Told him about my experience he just stared at me for about a minute with a blank stare like a deer in headlights. And then said "I wasn't here so I dont know". No apology at all. I asked for the district managers phone number and he walked towards the back and came back with his phone, and gave me the wrong number. This establishment had horrible poor customer service and Poor management. I will never go to this 5 guys Ever again ....

My daughter and I wanted a quick bite to eat and heard Five Guys was a decent burger. Well it was more than decent, it was very good! They add any amount and any topping you want like my favorites grilled onions and pickles 😋 The establishment was clean and their cooking area was also clean. They were very friendly and pleasant. I'll definitely be back!! Also, try the fries with Cajun seasoning!!

Lazy is the best I can describe the two employees working tonight 7/17/25. Walked in at 9:20 when the store advertises a closing time of 10pm and was told that they’re closed. Standing there pregnant, confused, wondering why they would be closing 40 minutes early than the time stamped on the front of the entrance door, we were told there is only two of them working. There was no one else in line and one other person eating inside the restaurant. Very disappointed

Wonderful employees, very good food, clean restaurant. I had the chicken avocado bacon with fried onion sandwich & the chocolate milkshake with whipped cream!! YUM!! 😋🤩 (My order came to $21. & change.) Highly recommend Shake Shack.

Look, when it comes to the food at this particular Shake Shack, you're getting exactly what you expect – and that's a good thing! Just like every other location I've ventured into, the burgers here are consistently delicious. That classic ShackBurger magic is definitely present and accounted for. The folks taking your order are pleasant enough, they get the job done with a smile. However, be warned: this spot is clearly a hot commodity. Prepare to navigate a sea of hungry patrons because finding a place to sit can feel like winning the lottery. Seriously, the popularity of this place is its biggest downfall. If you're looking for a leisurely bite, you might want to strategize your visit for an off-peak time or be prepared to hover!

Tried the Shack Stack burger at Shake Shack and it's a winner! The mushroom and cheese combo is next level. It's fast food, but dang, it's good! Knocking off one star because some of the employees were yakking it up a bit too loudly while we were there. But hey, if you're in for some tasty eats, this burger is where it's at!

very crowded. weird check in, sign says check in to the left but its actually self-service computers. Glad to find a Shake Shack with easy, though crowded, parking while we were traveling through NY. The order station didn't let me order the burger I wanted, with avocado. I am guessing they were all out but it didn't say that so I had to settle for a basic burger. The workers were very nice and despite how busy it was the food came out relatively quickly. I would recommend this shake shack.

Today I ordered the Buy One Get One Free burger promotion through the Shake Shack app, I ordered 8 burger’s. Unfortunately, the app didn’t provide an option to customize the burger, so I went to Shake Shack and asked the manager in person if I can get burgers without the bacon as I cannot eat pork for religious reasons. She assured me that she would take care of it. When I got to my car, I immediately smelled bacon. I checked the burgers, and sure enough, it still had bacon in it. I went back in to let the manager know, and I was shocked when she told me to just remove the bacon myself. That’s unacceptable it’s a matter of cross contamination, and not something to take lightly. When I asked for fresh burgers, she refused and claimed the kitchen was closed, even though they were still serving other customers. Her attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and showed no care for customer service or dietary needs. As a manager, she should have handled the situation better especially when it involves religious dietary restrictions. I left feeling disrespected and unheard. I won’t be returning to this location again

Dunwoodie Pizzeria, a beloved gem on Yonkers Avenue since 1970, is renowned for its mouthwatering Sicilian slices and classic pies. This cash-only establishment has become a local favorite, attracting pizza enthusiasts with its diverse menu that includes everything from plain and pepperoni pizzas to unique offerings like garlic knot sandwiches filled with chicken parmigiana and vodka sauce. Visitors rave about the crispy crusts that hold up beautifully without becoming soggy, making each bite a delight.
After the Columbus Day parade, walk in to-go order for a large pepperoni pizza, white slice, and garlic knots. Staff friendly. Large Pepperoni Pizza- 15 minutes, was cooked in that time frame. The atmosphere is great. Great drink selection. Pizza and garlic knots tasted delicious. Thank you Dunwoodie Pizzeria staff.

Ordered dunwoodie pizza expecting something else due to the neighborhood hype but was let down. Dough is too thick, doesn’t have the proper undercarriage & sauce is a bit tangy, overall it’s ok pizza, 2.5 stars.

The iconic spicy square slice is a must for all pepperoni fans. The homemade spicy sauce, garlic kick, and crispy crunch crust is perfectly paired with the fresh and smooth mozzarella cheese. One slice is filling for teeny tiny me but it was so tasty I could go for another. 😋🍕✨

The pizza was wonderful. The service was fast. Would def return if in the area. Was a nice little pizza shop. It was empty when we walked in and within minutes the place was packed. I had the pizza with the cherry peppers and sweet chili sauce. It was so good. The crust is crunch and holds up. Was not soggy at all. I also had a slice of the bbq chicken. It was good but the spicy pizza was better for sure. Highly recommend stopping in for lunch if you are in the area.
Pat P — Google review
Incredibly low prices (18 in chicken bacon full pie for under $20), crisp crust (can be made soft with some microwaving) and good cheese and sauce. Definitely worth the price. Cash only. We had the plain cheese, chicken bacon ranch and veggie ones and all three were good. The crust being hard (for all of them) was something I didn't enjoy much but microwaving the slice, softened it and made it quite enjoyable. Would NOT recommend their fries.
Alan V — Google review
I just happened to be in this neighborhood and was hungry so I decided to grab a slice. The only thing I had was a slice of their spicy pepperoni pizza. It's a square slice but not thick as what a normal Sicilian slice would be. It wasn't too spicy and the pepperoni was a little crispy. So good I went back two days later. It seems popular as there were people coming in to pickup their order. I'd call it your local pizza spot.
Asten J — Google review
Quality pizza with FOUNTAIN DRINKS. I like the thin crunchy crust, the cheese & sauce are good. Plain pizza comes thin and specialty pizzas come with a thicker crust. I assume to hold the extra ingredients. Don’t go there during afterschool hours, the place was packed with junior high catholic school kids.

We ate dinner here in early September 2024. It was the best meal we had in a month-long road trip around New York State. The place does not look like much on the outside, but it was so nice to walk into an air-conditioned, cheerful environment on a hot day. The server was very friendly. We both ordered the veal scallopini with asparagus, portobello mushrooms, red bell peppers, and sun-dried tomatoes in marsala sauce. It was excellent and very reasonably priced.

McDonald's is a classic fast-food chain that has stood the test of time, famous for its delicious burgers and crispy fries. During my recent visit at night, I found the drive-thru bustling with activity, but thankfully there was ample parking available. The interior space is quite compact, featuring just a few bar-style seats and a small table for two—definitely not designed for an extended dining experience.
Came here at night and the drive thru was packed. But there was plenty of parking. The area inside is small. There are only 4 bar style seats and one table with two seats. i have to start off by addressing the hospitality, it’s A1. it’s a hot day today in Yonkers and Palisade Pizza has crisp air conditioning. i planned on eating in in my car but instantly changed my mind. the pizza chef was pleasantly smiling and welcoming, he joked a little, we laughed alot. i asked him about fountain drinks he said he likes the variety of the refrigerator instead, i understand. the ceiling tiles are painted of the American Flag 🇺🇸. the pizza was a re-heated slice, we either spoke too long or they serve their re-heated slices very crispy. the cheese was layed on thick, the sauce had a taste of home made. the grease built up i to a decent puddle, i love the grease but i had to let some drip off.

I ordered a seafood combo. It consists of shrimps and scallops that are overcooked. Calamari is undercooked. I asked for Orange Crush and I ask if you have it. I am told "yes" and I am sold Fanta. I know the difference between Crush and Fanta. I am told they are both the same. My taste buds says differently. I like garlic knots and they are overcooked. To pay $30 for a meal and they don't give their best means you don't care about the customer and you take advantage. My Sentiments are if you see the food cooked badly, cook it again. We have had several instances. I would like to write a review that is satisfactory but you are treating me unsatisfactory.
Gwendolyn C — Google review
I ordered a Meatball Parmigiana Hero and a Linguine with Garlic and Oil. The hero was mostly bread nothing else, with the meatballs being cut in half to fill the sandwich. The real horror was the Pasta. Maybe the single worst pasta dish I’ve ever had in my life. The linguine was broken into inch long pieces, so it was impossible to actually pick any up on my fork. The dish itself was completely tasteless. I legitimately tasted nothing while eating it. It made me question if I had Covid. I added my own salt and pepper to try and enhance the flavor, but nothing. To top it all off, as I was eating, I chewed on a piece of plastic within the dish! Inedible food, absolutely foul. A lot of folks were ordering pizza slices. Maybe I should have played it safe and went with that. I will not be back sadly.

Chipotle Mexican Grill is a fast-casual dining destination that specializes in delicious Mexican cuisine, allowing patrons to customize their meals with options like burritos, tacos, and bowls. With a philosophy centered around 'Food with Integrity,' Chipotle is dedicated to sourcing high-quality ingredients from sustainable suppliers who prioritize ethical farming practices. This commitment not only enhances the flavor of their offerings but also promotes transparency in their supply chain.
The pictures say it all!! Who’s managing this establishment?! It’s the worst I’ve ever seen in any food establishment in Cross County Mall. I observed at least 6 - 8 employees behind the counter with only one employee on the serve line. The other employees including security seemed very consumed and flooded with online orders and pick ups. I guess that’s what takes precedence over maintaining cleanliness at this location. That look is definitely a reflection of management. I’m done Chipotle!

Unfortunately, our food came with more than what we asked for. Whoever is working the kitchen needs to wear a hairnet. We shouldn’t be finding multiple pieces of hair in our food.

As much as I love the food I remember why I don’t come here as much. Having 8 people behind the counter 7:30 on a Monday night with no line/wait and not one person can wipe off the tables, fill the napkins or even address the over pouring ice machine (with tiles I might add). It’s wild. I had to take pics because it’s beyond belief. When I asked if someone could come and do something they were silent and handed me napkins. I watched three staffers come and get drinks for themselves but not deal with the nastiness. Do better, please. I dog

This location is consistently dirty, making it uncomfortable to eat inside. Having worked in a fast-food restaurant myself, I know it’s standard practice to check and clean the lobby every 10 minutes. But the employees here never seem to clean the lobby, tables, or bathroom. I hope the management reads this review and takes action, as it’s disappointing to see the same issues every time I visit.
Jess B — Google review
Food is good, people working here are slammed and trying their best but this place is a dump. My kids wanted delivery but the fees are so high I said I’d pick up. This place is really dirty. Trash and food everywhere on the floor. I’ve been to a few chipotles- NJ mostly where my son plays sooner. They are so clean usually. I don’t get why this place is so awful. I blame the customers of course but there doesn’t seem to be anyone cleaning. They have security on staff but no one to clean. There are no security guards in the NJ Chipotle’s I’ve been to. UPDATE: someone from chipotle leaves the message below - saying please contact us for further help. They just say thanks for letting us know, sorry it’s so dirty. And I had no idea the reviews for cleanliness have been going on for a while so obviously it’s an ongoing long term issue that won’t really get resolved I less stores stop using delivery services, that is what I think is the main reason for the lack of cleaning. Not enough staff for the amount of delivery orders so cleaning is the last priority it seems.

Three times in a row they run out of vegetables and it's A little after 6:00 right now they never have vegetables. This location also does not have hard taco machine it also cannot make chips because the taco machine is broken. This is overpriced and they don't even carry everything on their menu stay far away. They give you a half a scoop of protein also not even a full scoop they are so cheap stay far away absolutely the worst Chipotle I've ever been to!!!!

The 1st time I ate here the food was so fresh and tasted great. The 2nd and 3rd time I ate here I got food poisoning and was sick the whole night. The food wasn't fresh and didn't taste good. When I entered the door there were bags of rice and food items stacked on the floor where they didn't belong. The Veggie Bowl I ordered was from the day before, you could tell because the bottom of the cardboard dish was soggy.

Extremely Unprofessional Experience – July 24, 2025 I’m writing to share a deeply disappointing experience my girlfriend and I had at your Chipotle location on the morning of July 24, 2025. As someone who has worked in retail since 2015, I’ve never encountered such a lack of professionalism, urgency, or basic customer service as I did during this visit. My girlfriend and I placed a mobile order via the Chipotle app at 10:25 AM after our gym session, knowing the store opens at 10:45 AM. We planned accordingly, arriving at the front door just before opening time. However, when 10:45 arrived, the doors remained locked. One employee was visible inside, casually using her phone with no urgency or acknowledgment of waiting customers. Other guests were also standing outside, confused, especially seeing people already inside via what appeared to be a back entrance. After several knocks, someone finally unlocked the door. Upon entering at 11:04am, we found a line of customers waiting with no clear indication of service beginning soon. We overheard a staff member telling a guest, “We are not taking cash right now.” The guest asked if card was accepted, only to be ignored. Multiple employees stood around silently, making no effort to communicate with waiting customers. Frustrations escalated as it became clear no one was in control or informed. Eventually, the same employee who said they couldn’t take cash pulled out a cash drawer after further complaints, contradicting her earlier claim and showing no coordination with the rest of the staff. Notably, we observed the POS system was working fine from where we were standing. When a guest requested a manager, he arrived and displayed zero urgency or concern, despite rising tension and customer dissatisfaction. Adding to the unprofessionalism, he had someone visibly waiting for a job interview—an odd and concerning display given the chaos unfolding. By approximately 11:15 AM, our order was finally marked ready. When we approached the counter, the cashier asked my girlfriend if she had a pickup order. She confirmed, providing her name, but the employee ignored her. The order was clearly visible in the back, and another team member could have handed it over—but again, poor communication delayed the process another five minutes. When we finally received our food, parts of our order were incorrect. To the store owner or whoever is responsible for staffing this location: this team reflects incredibly poorly on your brand. There was no communication, no leadership, and no sense of urgency from any employee present. If you want this store to operate efficiently and retain customers, a serious reevaluation of the staff and management is necessary.

Wendy's is a fast-food burger chain that offers delicious sides like chili and baked potatoes. It is well-managed, with efficient workers who ensure orders are prepared quickly and with minimal issues. The drive-thru can get busy, but the staff handles it admirably, even while attending to numerous outside orders. The restaurant maintains cleanliness and operates at a fast pace. Unfortunately, there is no indoor seating available, which may disappoint some customers.
Drive thru Manager or older man. I appreciate your kindness and the fact you wiped down the water droplets on my drink before handing it over to me. Other staffers are great as well. This place is top notch customer service in comparison to other fast-food places.

Garbage bins were full. Also, Put in a mobile order thru the drive-thru just to receive the wrong order. The manager/ supervisor (Elizabeth) aka Liz.😍 refused to correct my order due to the sandwich station being short-Staffed which led no choice but the manger/ supervisor to hop on sandwiches instead of correcting wrong order briskly that was received in the drive-thru. However, the fries operator corrected the order accurately and the drink station supervisor found the receipt which the manager/ supervisor refused to print out when this complaint was initiated. Food right temperature. Correct Sauces in the bag. 🙂 Highly recommended during the other supervisor/ manager shift. The fry operator and drink station person deserves a promotion.

FOOD-It was common Wendy's food, and it was just as good as the other locations of the franchise. SERVICE-Aboslutely excelent! We visited this particular location twice in one week, and the service was very consistent. You usually know that the service is going to be good if you see the manager personally working the counter and making sure that operations were working properly, as we saw at this location. However, the service section of this review loses a star because one of the women working at the counter to take your order seemed to overcomplicate things when placing a simple order. But other than that, the service was excellent. ATMOSPHERE-Very clean, quiet, and a nice crowd. When we first arrived at the location and got online to place our order, there was a line of at least ten people, but it was cleared out all within five minutes. There was someone cleaning the tables after everybody left, which is a very good sign and something that is not seen at every Wendy's location. But, a star was deducted here because the soda machines and other surfaces were sticky and seen dirty because there were ketchup stipes on the table. But other than that, the atmophere was excellent in other manners.
Nicho P — Google review
The dining area was dirty. (Tables and floor) Suggestions, have your staff keep an eye on the dining area as well of standing behind counters. Customer service could also be retrained.

A little annoying to order here. I would think you would need to know the difference between a hamburger and a cheeseburger. The cashier who rang me up wrote my name as Kenn even though I spelled it for her. Then laughed alongside her coworker. If you like these antics, I would highly recommend.

McDonald's is a classic fast-food destination that has stood the test of time, famous for its delicious burgers and crispy fries. While my visits have generally been enjoyable, I did encounter a night manager who seemed less than friendly—her lack of verbal communication and eye contact was quite noticeable. However, the rest of the staff were warm and accommodating, making up for any awkwardness. The atmosphere here is perfect for enjoying a cup of tea while soaking in the autumn vibes.
Nice place to have a cup of tea and enjoy the autumn atmosphere 👌 👍 This place is always clean and the workers are nice and helpful. It gets busy during lunch and afternoon, so please be patient when you order or order ahead through the app. Love this McDonald's and will always be on my favorite list. 10/10 👏 👏 👏 👏

Since this place has been remodeled It’s like they hired most dumbest people. I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. I ordered a shareable meal, but when I checked the bag, there was no sauce included. I asked the girl at the window for sweet and sour sauce, but she handed us BBQ instead. When we told her we had asked for sweet and sour, she turned to her manager saying something in spanish . He came to the window, asked for the BBQ back, and as my husband was handing them back, two sauces fell. Instead of simply correcting the mistake, the manager told us we weren’t getting any sauce at all and then shut and locked the drive-thru window right in front of us. This was extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. Something as small as a dipping sauce should not have turned into such a rude and negative experience.

I used to be a regular at this place, stopping by in the mornings for breakfast and again after work for the afternoon drive. But today, around 3:30 PM, I had the worst experience I’ve ever had here—and it was enough to make me walk away for good. I’ve always ordered the same thing: a burger with a condiment on the side to help balance out how overly salty the burger tends to be. Never once had an issue—until today. The lady at the drive-thru flat-out refused to give me the condiment, claiming it’s only for nuggets. I showed her my order and even the receipt, which included it. Still, she refused. So I asked to speak with a supervisor, expecting at least a bit of common sense or decency. Instead, she doubled down and also refused to provide the condiment I’ve gotten countless times before. The level of pettiness over something so small is unbelievable. This place used to be decent, but it’s clear the management has shifted to being money-hungry and greedy. They’ve already jacked up the prices to near mid-tier restaurant levels—but apparently even a single condiment is now too much to offer a regular customer without a fight. Well, congratulations. You’ve officially lost a loyal customer over something completely avoidable. I won’t be coming back, and I’ll be encouraging others to take their business elsewhere. If this is how you treat your regulars, you deserve to watch your customer base disappear.

Better than a few McDonald's I've been too, even though when my brother and I pulled up there was a swarm of police outside. But other than that, our order was correct, and the servers weren't mean but they were probably stressed out from the police situation

Very disappointed in the layout and configuration since the renovation! The original restaurant was much nicer! The staff is very nice kind courteous and helpful in spite of the bad renovation changes! HERE IS MY MAJOR COMPLAINT: THEY SHOULD HAVE SODA STREAM WHERE PEOPLE CAN REFIL THERE OWN DRINKS AND ESPECIALLY GET WATER IF THEY HAVE MEDICAL NEEDS FOR IT! GOOD CUSTOMERS LIKE ME THAT SPEND A LOT AND ORDER EXTRA FOOD SHOULD NOT BE NICKEL AND DIMED FOR DRINK REFILLS WHICH SHOULD BE A LOSS LEADER THAT IS MORE THAN MADE UP IN PROFITS FROM ALL THE FOOD GOOD CUSTOMERS WILL SPEND MONEY ON

Whoever was working tonight should be ashamed of themselves. They clearly do not care about customers. I tried to place a mobile order, but the only option available in the app was “Drive-Thru.” I figured that was fine, so I placed the order. When I got to the restaurant, I went inside and explained that the only option was drive-thru. They told me I’d still have to wait in the long drive-thru line. Annoying, but fine — I waited. At the first window, I gave them my code and got my receipt. Then, when I pulled up to the second window, they told me they had nothing for my order and that I would have to cancel it. Are you kidding me? When I went to cancel the order in the app, it told me I had to contact the restaurant directly. So not only did they waste my time, but they knew they were responsible and still didn’t fix it. Completely ridiculous.

Overall, I like coming here, but the night manager…she isn’t the kindest or most customer service friendly person you’ll come across during your experience here. She’s from the school of no verbal response and zero eye contact. In fact, I think Carolina comes across as carrying a lot of anger. Everyone else is cool & the food is very good.

08/29/2025 - Terrible experience—don’t waste your time here. There was only one cashier handling both orders and food distribution. I waited 20 minutes for a mobile order. The older staff were extremely rude to customers, even snapping at people who said they’d been waiting over 20 minutes. This mcdonald should be overhauled by corporate!!!

Burger King is a popular fast-food chain renowned for its grilled burgers, crispy fries, and delightful shakes. During a recent visit to one of their locations in Manhattan, I was pleasantly surprised by the convenience of getting off the highway for breakfast. The drive-thru line moved quickly, allowing me to enjoy some delicious French toast sticks and hash browns within minutes. Inside Burger King, the atmosphere was spacious and inviting. The staff greeted me with professionalism and warmth, making my dining experience even more enjoyable.
I tend to visit this Burger King. The Employees are nice, the facility is clean. I've had no problems with my food. Walking in or using the drive through. The floor can be sticky around the soda machine towards the end of the day. The bathroom is a bathroom.

I have ordered the cotton candy slushie twice in different occasions, The slushie itself and the cup both smell like wet gym socks. Terrible. Customers beware when ordering via the application. If the restaurant doesn't have an item you ordered, you will be out of whatever you paid, because the restaurant claims they can't refund it. No wonder they don't have a direct customer service number. BK is always promoting to order from the app. This might be the reason, once you pay you just because a victim of their scam. After reading the last review, I'm glad they didn't have the item I ordered. I'm deleting my app, after posting this review, I won't visit that restaurant ever again

This location is very nice and clean with excellent staff providing great customer service over the phone and in person making good customers want to return back! HERE'S MY MAJOR CRITICISM: THE PRICES HERE ARE VERY HIGH COMPARED TO OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE YONKERS WESTCHESTER AREA AND THIS IS UNFAIR PRICE GOUGHING THAT MUST BE FIXED! YOU ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A LOT OF HIGHWAY TRAFFIC TRAVELERS PASSING THROUGH BUT THERE ARE STILL LOCAL CUSTOMERS LIKE ME THAT DON'T WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!

Visit started off nicely until it was time to pay. I questioned the amount and the cashier/manager became irritated that I challenged the amount. She did actually rung it up incorrectly. It seemed to be a problem when asked to retake the order. I was owed back money and it was shown on the revised receipt. Money my change and even the condiments were just placed on the counter without any eye contact. There was a special request and it was not fulfilled. The onions were not a fresh batch was not the correct temperature and were broken up and old. Food would of been better if the service was. Rereading the order before cash out also helps.

Midland Pizzeria and Restaurant is a beloved spot that has captured the hearts of many over the years. Known for its consistently amazing and fresh food, this charming eatery offers a delightful array of dishes, from mouthwatering pizzas to delectable pastas. Regulars rave about their favorites like Rigatone Montemare with grilled salmon and Pasta Faggiola soup, which are simply unforgettable.
I have been coming here for years now. The food is still the same- AMAZING & FRESH! I was introduced to this little gem years ago by my friend Lilo. The pizza the pasta everything is amazing! I come here at least once a week whether I dine in and or take it home. Specials are great too!! The owner Steve is a great guy! The Rigatone Montemare is soooo good. I order it with Farfalle pasta and I added grilled salmon. 😍 The Pasta Faggiola soup is A1. I also always order the Shrimp Francese or Chicken! It's the BOMB! Foodtown of Lake Avenue is a retail establishment that specializes in offering a wide variety of food items, including groceries, bakery goods, and frozen edibles. Additionally, it provides an assortment of health and personal care products. This supermarket chain aims to cater to the needs of its customers by supplying them with diverse options for their daily sustenance and overall well-being.
This place has the most expensive prices in all yonkers! Let’s also mention that the customer service is awful. The cashiers act like they are doing you a favor instead of treating paying customers nicely. Avoid this food town by all means!

This place is only good to buy one item or two. This place is very expensive. You must check all item for expiration dates bc everything there is expired. Yogurt was two weeks old and I noticed it when I got home. Milk weeks old and you always have to dig for groceries to get fresh food.

If I could give a zero I would, I used to shop there every morning after dropping off my daughter's to school and knew the staff pretty well but one day I left a portion of my groceries by accident due to rushing to return home. I thought it wouldn't be a problem to go the next day and explain what happened so I could receive what I paid for and since I was a regular customer it would be no issue, boy, was I wrong! I spoke to the owner and explained what had happened, showed the purchase on my phone ap and pointed at the cashier and line I was in and to my surprise I couldn't get my items due to not having A PHYSICAL RECEIPT!! huh??? I couldn't believe the customer service! Mind you the cashier shrugged her shoulder like she didn't know who I was. I will never go back there ever again!

Last visit went good in the store,,bad at the register. I work in customer service all my life and if you have a good experience in the store and not a good experience at the register the whole experience will be bad. I told the cashier to pack two things separate she's talking to someone else pack everything together and didn't even say thank you. I love their Deli everything is fresh. but they need to run meetings with cashiers about customer service.
