The 50 best cheap eats in Staten Island

We had a great time here! We went for the buffet and got to try a bunch of different dishes — everything was super tasty. The coconut curry was definitely a highlight, so flavorful and comforting. Prices were really reasonable too, especially for the variety you get. Plus, the interior is beautiful — cozy, stylish, and full of character. We’ll definitely be coming back!

When I first saw the exterior of this restaurant, I was absolutely intrigued. The ornate carvings, majestic statues, and shimmering golden doors beckoned me to come in. The place was crowded and everyone seemed to be enjoying their meal. Upon being seated in one of the elaborate chairs, I had to pause and take in the visual feast around me. The cozy interior was adorned with 360 degree of stunning ornate collectibles from Sri Lanka, exquisite tchotchkes adorning the walls and hanging from the ceilings, creating a continuous visual stimulus. The hostess greeted me and explained that I could either scan the menu code or enjoy the wonderful lunch buffet for $21. (Since I visited during the weekend lunch hour, I'm unsure if the price changes at other times.) Noticing that everyone else was enjoying the buffet, I decided to follow suit, and I'm so glad I did. I'm a huge fan of Sri Lankan cuisine, and the buffet was a delight. They have hot entrées in shallow cauldrons that are constantly being refilled. The spread consisted of many vegetarian delights alongside a few meat entrées, such as deviled chicken and pork curry. My personal favorites were the eggplant, dal lentils, and the kale and coconut salad. Their papadam was light and delicious, so definitely don't skip those! Along another wall, the dessert station featured sago, chocolate, caramel, mango, and gooseberry puddings. The latter two were my absolute favorites.

Sri Lankan food is showcased in its most natural taste and presentation. The entire atmosphere of the restaurant is amazing, from the exterior of the building to the entrance. You truly feel transported to a different place, discovering new flavors and enjoying food in new ways. We opted for the buffet experience, which was incredible, from the presentation to the moment we began eating. I must admit I don't know much about Sri Lankan culture beyond what I have read, but I find it fascinating to explore what their culture has to offer and to experience something new. The staff is extremely kind and ready to assist you. I definitely plan to return to try their menu; it’s a must-visit spot in Staten Island. I will write again after I sample their food once more, and I’m sure I’ll be amazed again! Parking the car was not difficult.

An exotic place worth your attention. Unusual and delicious food. The interior reflects the atmosphere of the country and culture. Reasonable price. I felt like I was not in New York at all. I recommend! Truly unique!

An amazing exotic atmosphere adds to your dining experience. Food is presented well and almost like eating art. Friendly staff. It would have been better if the waitress could have explained the dishes. As a 1st time , it was tasty and well presented. I’d like to try the buffet to be able to experience a variety of options.

Went for the Sunday buffer The resturant had some a nice aesthetic to it. It felt like I was in Sri Lanka. The decoration really brought the experience to a next level. Not to mention the service is nice. Food had unique taste to it. Felt so hearty and warm. Will definitely go back again to try some non buffet food next.

Excellent food and service. We had multiple dishes: Lump Rice, Kottu and Parata are all excellent. Passion Fruit drink was made from MD Concentrate and that was nostalgic. The deco inside is bit too over the top, but I can see that being someone's jam. But not for me. All in all, great food and service. So a great experience.

Not sure what I missed, but today at 3:30-4:00 not one friendly smile, the pizza was not crispy or on a stand the pasta was watery n the Cesar salad dressing can't be homemade. The waitress was not friendly not even a smile like we were bothering her just being there, then we asked for our 1/2 pie to go, the bus girl I'm sure with her hands folded them all together in one tinfoil n bagged it, I'm sure by the speedy time it took no gloves were involved. I was never treated so rudely . Not one welcome or thank you to be had. Even the hostess didn't get out of her seat, she pointed to a booth. Maybe they are being forced to work there. No one was happy there. Not once came over to us. Bye bye! Disappointed waste of $65. We were in n out in an hour . I'm most annoyed about my four slices of pizza I was bringing home for my daughter looked like a garbage bag . Who folds pizza into each other in tin foil. My half of pie like this???

(Denino’s box is on the left ) I have grown up on denino’s for a majority of my life . Over the years they are very consistent with some the dishes that I enjoy . The regular cheese pizza is always consistently crispy, crunchy, and thin . I love the pizza here over brother’s pizza (which is another top Staten Island pizzeria ) . They make a Margarherita pizza , that’s pretty good to me . Aside from pizza they make a great fried shrimp , it has so much flavor in it and the batter is always perfect every time . I’ve had a penne vodka from them; it’s underwhelming that had no flavor and the pasta is over cooked sometimes . I’ve also tried the zucchini sticks from them; bulky wasn’t too crazy about them to be honest .

Consistently excellent in or delivery. Order from thier preferred site. There is a reason they are here over 100 years. All the new stuff is supetb !!! Never ever dissappointed. Sausage platter puzza the BEST fried shrimp cauliflower all of it exceptional. Thank YOU 💕 for always having fresh delicious food. Guaranteed

Jersey guy here. Toms River. Had Denino’s in Brixk and now for the 4th time in SI. Always solid Pizza, amazing service, for a reasonable price. My son is going to Wagner College for the next 4 years so this is our go to for Pizza!!!!!!!!

Let's get real: If you dislike this place, you are on crack. I LOVE DENINOS! Best pizza anywhere in the city, great service, and a nice family atmosphere. Whenever my friends visit from out of town, I always bring them here! Just look at that pizza!!!

Definitely one of the best thin crust pies out there!! Can't go wrong with these three pies! Denino's A Salute pie with arugula and Prosciutto Denino’s “M.O.R.” Pie (Meatball, Fresh Onions & Ricotta) Denino’s Margarita Pie (Fresh Mozzarella, Basil, Marinara Sauce with Grated Cheese) Clam pie on garlic sauce Parking can be hard to find but there is street parking in front and around neighborhood.

I visited here on Sunday lunchtime. There were a lot of big groups(a bunch of kids HBD) My husband and I ordered Denino's a salute pie and fried calamari. The pizza was very good with the prosciutto more savory and not too salty. I should try tomato sauce pizza next time!

We stopped in for a quick beer and a snack during a day trip to Staten Island. The small bar-sized clam pizza (white sauce) and fried calamari were both great. Everything was very affordable and the server was super nice. Would recommend

When visiting Staten Island after getting off the ferry, stop at Dongan Hills on the SIR. There you’ll find one of the best Pizza restaurants on the island. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza with a side of garlic bread, and both were delicious. Would recommend if you’re in the area or visiting!

This is the cutest little place and definitely doesn’t feel like it’s on Staten Island. It feels like it’s somewhere in New England! I sat at the bar, the bartender is lovely, the weight staff was engaging when appropriate. I had a bar sized clam pie because everyone and their brother told me if I liked clam pie I had to go to Lee’s. I wasn’t disappointed. The crust is paper, thin,the cheese was good and solid and it’s density, the clams were meaty and well salted. Now I just have to find somebody who will share one with me so I can get a large one.

What's not to like. Such a classic SI spot. The bar full of locals, tasty bar pies and a decent selection of beer! I was running an errand in the area and I'm not normally (or really ever in SI) this came up on a few reddit threads as a well likes SI pizza joint and it did not disappoint. I had an anchovy and onion pie, delicious. No wifi, no credit cards just good service and good food!

Their crust is super thin and crisp! Clam pie was generously topped with clam, we got half white half red!

Simply the best thing crust pizza anywhere. We especially love the clam pie (well done) and the calamari is always tender and crisp. All the pies are great, though and the service is very friendly and efficient.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Giuliana’s Ristorante! The food was delicious and full of authentic flavors, easily some of the best Italian cuisine I’ve tried. The service was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome the entire time. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and perfect for a relaxing meal. Will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing dining experience!

I was on my way to NJ on a Tuesday night with my wife and was looking for places to have some good dinner that has a nice atmosphere. I checked best restaurants in Staten Island and Giuliana came out on top. I was skeptical about it because nowadays reviews may not be genuine sometimes. I placed a call to reserve a spot for two, the lady was very friendly on the phone and saved a table for us. Parking is plentiful around the block, we went in a the lady who reserved the spot greeted us and made sure we were happy with our seat. The front portion of the restaurant is small but they have a back area as well where the door is opened to the side street. They had pre-fix dinner that usually offers only Tues - Thurs until 8pm. Since it was Tuesday, we decided to focus on the prefix dinner. The price was extremely reasonable (around $25 per person). It includes an appetizer, main course, coffee, and cheesecake. Which is unheard-of in NY. Without much expectation, I ordered the cheese and tomato while my wife ordered Mussels with red sauce as appetizers. The portion of cheese and tomato is small but very fresh. Meanwhile the Mussels in red sauce was very good, it was fresh and no sand, the sauce was so good we dipped the bread with it. By the way, their bread is very good as well. Here came the main course, we ordered the pork chops with peppers and macaroni. They were equally great as everything is fresh and not overly salty. By the time we finished the main course, we were pretty full, but we still had to make room for the coffee and cheesecake. They had choice of Italian or American cheesecake, so we picked one of each to share. Both cheesecake are also very good but the American cheesecake is by far our favorites because of the texture. Overall, a very satisfying dinner with a Mom and pop shop feel to it. The food they offer is also very unique compared to thousands of Italian restaurants that we see in NY nowadays. Highly recommended! P.S. we ordered a cup of wine as well, it is nothing fancy. However, for $12, it is a reasonable size glass. Also, recommend bringing cash since tips has to be paid by cash. I do not know if there is any extra charge with cards.

What a gem of a place. We stumbled across here just looking for a quick bite to eat. What a surprise, it was so much more than that. Great food, great service and a great ambience. It was a real dining experience. Had a good fixed price menu too. Best restaurant we’ve been in since arriving in the US three months ago.

Dinned this evening at Giuliana's and it continues to give superior service and excellent food with amazing flavours each time I go. I brought a friend who had not been before and she loved it. Also special mention that our server Ailan was amazing and very knowledgeable about all the food and drinks on the menu and Maggie our other server is a credit to the staff- - they were both very personable and without them the evening would not have been the same. I highly recommend this restaurant and would suggest you make reservations because on a Tuesday evening it was full and everyone was having a great time. Again the food is consistently out of this world -

This bakery is always busy, been there several times and each time it is always crowded but everything I've tried is delicious and well cooked. HOWEVER, one day, we decided to dine in because they were not that crowded back in December2024, we asked one of the waiter where we can get help to order, he strangely looked at us and said: he doesn't know and he is working there. Because he went to help another table. We waited about 5 to 10 minutes, one of the waitresses who were passing by, we asked her, and she helped us to get a table and took our orders. But honestly, the waiter or whatever his position is, the way he looked at us, was very unprofessional, and he is being selective on which people to assist there. Since December, we have stuck to takeout. The bakery offers a wide variety of fresh pastries, cakes, and cookies, including delicious cannoli and tiramisu. I love their latte. Tuna Hero, and grilled rib eye steak hero are my favs.

MUST TRY!! We took the subway to the ferry and a 40 minute bus to try this restaurant and we weren’t disappointed! I can’t say better things about this establishment. First and foremost you must try the Fried Chicken Parm Sandwich 10/10.There was 6 of us and we were sat immediately, in and out within an hour. The owner was our waiter and he was excellent! Loved the atmosphere! Affordable, great portions, delicious and the best way to spend our first time in Staten Island ❤️

We stopped here on a Saturday afternoon in October for some treats while traveling. The bakery was recommended by a bartender in Raleigh, NC, who we met on a different trip and he was from Long Island. The parking lot was full when we arrived. We parked around the corner on the street. The line to order was backed out to the door but it moved pretty fast. There is a lot of baked goods here. Having never been here before we weren’t sure what to try so we got a few cookies, a couple mini cannolis and a slice of cake to go. I only got a picture of the cake but you can see the cookies in the pictures of the displays I posted. Everything was excellent. The cookies were my favorite. The carrot cake had a bit of orange flavor to it which was surprising but I really enjoyed it. Nothing was overly sweetened either which was nice. Staff were friendly and fast moving. Their bakery products are in high demand from what we saw and after tasting them we understand why. We don’t have many authentic bakeries at home so this was a wonderful treat for us.

This bakery is a Hidden Gem! ❤️. I tried the tres leches cake and mini Pizza, it was absolutely delicious. The textures were perfect, and the flavors were rich yet balanced. The presentation was beautiful, and the desserts tasted just as amazing as they looked. A must-visit for anyone with a sweet tooth! ❤️

I waited for my order about 30 min which I may accept because it was busy. I ordered coffee, 2 omelettes, 2 water, and home fries. The omelettes came after 30 min missing the home fries and made with the wrong cheese! Then the home fries came like this mushed and not appetitive at all. No salt or pepper. Water never came. I am very disappointed in the serves and food. I come here 2 a week for lunch or dinner, but I don’t think that will happen again

I had a heros sub with Prosciutto, spicy soppressata and mortadella with mozzarella, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions with a bit of wine vinegar. It was good, I liked it. You can taste the freshness in all the ingredients. But nothing special. I also had a tiramisu which was too soggy, and that ice tea with lemon ice drink which was overly sweet. Overall good for the price, but not worth the hype. Also, parking area is small, so it was a bit of a hassle to find parking for this place.

I got a chicken cutlet, prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, roasted peppers with balsamic on a hero, might be the best one I’ve ever had. The chicken was perfectly crispy and juicy, the prosciutto was delicious, the bread was amazing. I would definitely come back if I’m ever in the area.

Easily the best roti I’ve had. Warm, chewy, fresh off the griddle. Got the fish curry over rice which was decent. the fish was a little tough, not super tender. I’ve been doing more solo days lately, treating myself out. This one ended with a mango lassi that really hit.

Great food—our fourth Sri Lankan restaurant on Staten Island. The owner, however, was overly enthusiastic about our order size. We planned on two dishes, but she insisted we start with one. After we finished, she questioned whether we were full when we tried to order the second. Not sure if it's because we look like light eaters or if she's just too friendly. If you are very hungry, be prepared for this interaction.

The food had so much flavor and was seasoned so well. The owner Viji was very sweet and welcoming. She made sure you had the best dining experience. I felt like I was welcomed into her home. Coming here was worth the ferry commute.

We visited New Asha in Staten Island last Friday, and it was hands down one of the most heartwarming dining experiences we’ve ever had. The owner and hostess, Viji, was absolutely wonderful she welcomed us like family, made sure we were comfortable, and even treated us to extra dishes out of pure generosity. Her warmth made the whole experience feel like having dinner at a loved one’s home. The food was incredible! The chicken kottu was bursting with flavor so good that even my husband, who’s usually not a fan of chicken, couldn’t stop eating it. The dhal vada were perfectly crisp on the outside and soft inside, packed with authentic spice and aroma. And the egg rotties were unbelievably soft, fluffy, and comforting each bite reminded us of true homemade Sri Lankan cooking. Everything about New Asha feels personal and genuine from the love in the food to the kindness in Viji’s service. If you’re looking for authentic Sri Lankan flavors and heartfelt hospitality, this is the place to go. We left with full hearts and full stomachs, already planning our next visit. ❤️

Being a Sri Lankan myself I can assure you, you can't expect anything more. Aunty Viji and her sis-in-law makes sure that you're being treated in the most hospitable way and you're being poured out with so much love and generosity for what you pay. I think that's what most special about this place. It's not just about the amazing food it's also everything else about that place. 2 of us from our group there were from KS, but I was wishing I could take aunty Viji to KS with me cuz she felt like home. I loooooved all the food I ate there and she even made us chai though it wasn't in the menu. The most delicious food cooked by the sweetest owner!! She put a plate together for me and my friends and everything was so good! Especially loved the jackfruit curry, the lentils, and the coconut dessert. Can’t wait to come back!

We shared a cran cake pasta and the seafood paella which were both fantastic. Drinks were good. Service may have been compromised because we were in a windowless room upstairs which creeped me out. I’d go back, but rather sit downstairs.

Beso is an absolute gem! Cozy atmosphere, incredible food, and top-notch service. The tapas and entrees were bursting with flavor—every dish we ordered was devoured. The lamb chops were a standout: perfectly cooked, tender, and juicy. Drinks were strong, delicious, and expertly made. The waitstaff really made the experience special—friendly, patient, and always attentive without being overbearing. Can’t wait to come back!

We decided to celebrate some career milestones at this upscale restaurant. Although it exceeded our expectations, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The food was delectable, and the drinks were equally impressive. The service was prompt, and they even took pictures to commemorate our achievements. New York City is known for its high prices, so be prepared for a bit of a splurge.

Came here for dinner on a Friday night and had a great experience. Portions were huge and reasonably priced, and there was a nice variety of drinks to choose from. It does get pretty crowded and loud around 8:00 p.m., so that’s something to keep in mind. We had the charcuterie board, Cuban steak, and breaded chicken—plenty of food with lots left over between the two of us. I’ll absolutely be returning!

We tried the steak and empanada. For its flavor and freshness, this is a restaurant we'll return to regularly. The olive oil and olives served before the meal were some of the most delicious snacks I've had in a year. The service, by the way, is 5 out of 5. You feel right at home. It's a pleasant atmosphere where you can chat without rushing.

We stopped in for Happy hour after visiting the outlets as we have several times in the past Sat at the bar that had a decent crowd Asked the bartender if Happy hour was only at the bar and was told Yes so we bellied up and ordered a fee glasses of wine Just Pinot Grigio nothing fancy but was surprised when the bill came and The wine was full price I asked the bartender to correct the bill and she informed me that the wine I ordered was not part of the “select” wines on the happy hour menu Should she not had informed us of this when we asked about the happy hour seating and ordered? I would have just ordered the bottle instead of glasses She did offer the managers phone number but even that I found ridiculous Bartender was a new young female This is where experience matters

I have to be honest with you I’ve been going there for years. The happy hour was very consistent. Today I went and I spoke to bartender about happy hour menu. I proceeded to sit at the bar for happy hour. I asked for the check,and I notice she charged me full price for the white wine. I asked her about it she told me that the wine I order was not on happy hour. I then told her we spoke about it. All she did was apologize. It was very unacceptable. I will not go back.

WOW. AMAZING. My partner and I are visiting from Ohio for Mother’s Day weekend and we decided to go to Blue to celebrate. This was our first experience and oh my gosh.. I’m so impressed!! The food, service, views, ambiance were ALL on point. I absolutely cannot wait to return! Thank you so much for making it a great mother’s day celebration!!!!

Very nice restaurant with a pretty good choice of dishes. We ordered fresh oysters, some appetizers and side dishes, plus drinks. Though we ordered half a dozen of oysters, the platters of one dozen came, which was not so bad. The only disappointment was the plate with two super small octopus tentacles. They were tender and soft, but more on a boiled side. I haven’t seen such a small plate of octopus, especially for $18. Margaritas were good. Plus we had a nice table overlooking the water.

We went last week to celebrate our anniversary and was not disappointed! The food was delicious and the service was great. The weekday/night prix fixe menu was a fabulous bargain- portions were generous! Beautiful sunset views! We will most definitely be back!

Ever since I moved to New York, I’ve been recommended to try this place. For my birthday, we decided to go there, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. Of course, you need to make reservations, so plan accordingly. Prices are obviously New York-style, so be prepared for a bit of a splurge. Now, let’s talk about the menu and drinks. The menu was diverse and exciting, and the drinks had a classic yet modern twist.

Had an amazing dinner here. The food was fresh and flavorful—exactly what you’d hope for in a seafood restaurant. The clam bake was perfect to share at a reasonable price, what I loved most was the Mac and cheese! Some of the best I’ve ever tried. Also, don’t skip the cocktails—the drink menu is solid. I had a cucumber mojito that hit all the right notes and was so refreshing. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the service from the moment we walked in Kate our host greeted us and made us feel welcomed right away. Our server, Arten, was absolutely exceptional—attentive, friendly, and just the right amount of conversational. He made sure everything was perfect throughout the night. And big shoutout to the manager, Jeff, who came by to check in and made us feel genuinely welcomed. You can tell they care about the customer experience here. All around a great vibe—great food, great drinks, and even better service. Definitely coming back!

Came here for birthday celebration and ordered the surf and turf for 2. Absolutely delicious. Also got the lamb chops for appetizers done medium and it was extremely flavorful. Frozen martini was also delicious. Would definitely come back again.

I had my bridal shower at Nino’s Restaurant, and it was absolutely amazing! The staff was so helpful, attentive, and accommodating—they made everything run perfectly. The food was beyond delicious, truly some of the best Italian cuisine I’ve ever had. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it such a special day to remember. I can’t wait to go back soon!

I need to write this review so everybody knows how amazing this place truly is. I canceled my Wife’s 40th Birthday the day before the party of 60 plus people to arrive. My Son got sick from school with a bad Virus I was heartbroken. To cancel the party was the only way and the Manager was so understanding and helpful. I have now my Daughters 1st Birthday booked for February and will make it extra special. I’ve had dinner at this restaurant before the food and everything is amazing. I recommend to definitely try and I’m a food buff highly recommend and great prices.

I really cant say enough about this spot. The BEST service I have ever had. They make you feel like family and the food is great. My wife and I stumbled upon this place through our travels in NY and we are glad we found it. We would truly go back every week if we lived closer. If there was a higher rating I would give it. Had an amazing experience at Nino’s! The steak was delicious and cooked perfectly. The atmosphere is beautiful, and they have a great large party room that’s perfect for gatherings. The owners and wait staff were all so friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Today I celebrated one of my best friend’s birthdays at Nino’s over lunch. We started with their goat cheese & walnut salad and grilled portobello with gorgonzola. For main courses, I had the chicken Sorrentino with prosciutto, eggplant & fontina; she had the eggplant parmigiana with spaghetti, along with an excellent Etna Rosso. I’ve been eating here for years and I am never disappointed! Food and service are top-notch!

Went there twice. The food was pretty good each time. Pricing is fair for its portions. Nice wine selection. Service attentive and professional. The only thing is that as someone who grew up in Brooklyn who grew up with good Italian food, it's hard to say this is outstanding compared to so many other Italian restaurants in the city. Perhaps I'm picky but that might not be a bad thing.

I just moved to Staten Island and was looking for a place that was different. I definitely found it! The food, the service, and the atmosphere were absolutely fantastic. Freddie, our waiter was great! He was right there if we needed him, yet did not hover. I felt like I was on vacation. The choice of music was great. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely delicious. The blackened chicken with cheese stuffed gnocchi was the best meal my husband ever had. Drinks were strong and good. Good sized portions.

It's a neighborhood bar and restaurant, and so we thought we could explore the place for the first time. There's another table with 2 customers like my friend and myself. The interiors were interesting. It's small and comfortable. Pretty even. They have alligator meat on the menu, if I recall it right. We will probably do it the next time we come here. I was happy with the beef meal I had. Service was OK.

Food, service, and atmosphere were all excellent. We ate outside, had the Bourbon Rib appetizers, which fell off the bone. My hubby had the seafood gumbo and I had Frisse Salad. Both were delicious huge portions. We had espresso, banana cheesecake and chocolate mousse for dessert. All scrumptious. Second or third time there. Everything is always on point.

I just wanted to say that today was an amazing experience! I was meeting up with my gf to have brunch for the first time (since I moved to NY) and we were going to an "elephant down the street" however they didn't take walk ins and the environment wasn't welcoming. We called the bayou and luckily for us, they took us in. The manager who greeted us was friendly and shared that we came on the first day of their brunch menu! I must say...Amazing brunch! Ricky, our server was amazing and we loved the food/atmosphere! Can't wait to come back! The gator bites are a must and the sangria was delicious!! I ordered the chicken and waffles with to go for my bf (he said it was okay) however the food we had while it was fresh was stellar! I asked for the manager after our experience but she had already dry left. Again, great spot! The staff was friendly and the restaurant is so cute!!!

I made my first visit to Bayou today and I was real excited to finally try Alligator for the first time! Everything I ordered was absolutely delicious from the Bayou Lemonade to the Avocado Fries to the actual Alligator Burger. The restaurant itself is clean and beautiful and service was really good. It was worth the short trip from Brooklyn and I will definitely be back again!

A gem local Italian restaurant! We had amazing chicken Marsala with green salad and lentil soup for appetizer. One of the best Italian places on New York in our opinion! And good service, nice warm ambiance. We drove from New Jersey here, worth every minute we spent in traffic. Highly recommended !

Alfredo and his team are masterful! Accommodating of a group that grew from 16 to 26. A son couldn’t wish for a better place to celebrate his mom’s 85th birthday!! The staff were attentive and very well spoken… while I heard they do take out, I recommend going there for the experience!!!

The food was great! Solid burger, excellent fries, good portions. The service was good too. Quick, attentive and polite mostly. But the general vibe and atmosphere left a bit to be desired. It has a very cozy look, but I guess it felt kind of cluby? I guess what I mean is it felt like a "who you know/if they know you" kind of establishment. Or maybe they thought I was a tourist (I'm not) and I know not a ton of SI residents appreciate that. Either way, wish it was as welcoming as it appeared, but otherwise, tasty food, good service.

Although the service was nice and the atmosphere was festive, it's not worth the add ons they charge to go with their meals. A bit deceptive replacing fries for the chips at $3 plus. The burgers were average. Not much flavor. The ladies working the day we went and the gentlemen in the kitchen were all nice so give them a star. Truly a 3.5 place, not 4 or 5 IMO.

They aren’t lying when they say this place has the best burgers on Staten Island! The burger itself is perfectly seasoned, and perfectly cooked, though on the burger with cheddar, I felt like their proportion was off, and I did not taste the cheese as much as I would’ve liked. Still, this would otherwise be a five star rating, except for the fact that the draft beer selection is a little lacking. (Don’t get me wrong, the few beers they have on tap are good beers, but it really doesn’t seem like as much of a selection as I would like.)

I went there with a friend this pass weekend because the burgers were supposedly good well that east the case my friend and I were treat poorly The food was cold. The establishment Wasn’t busy yet the food was cold. We didn’t feel comfortable in that place and were Puerto Ricans. Went there just for a beer and a drink. By the time we got out of there, it was 2 1/2 hours later with cold food. We didn’t even eat it. We left it on the table pay the $90 tab left her a $50 tip and walked out. We didn’t trust the place. It’s not Latino friendly at all and it was a terrible experience $140.00 bucks paid to experience cold food and racial tension by everyone including staff is just plain wrong my friend and I aren’t lowlifes we are hard working successful MEN. And pay our share of taxes and to be treated like this is just wrong….

Loved this place! First time here with husband and baby, we sat outside. The inside seating looked wonderful. The service was great and the food was delicious. We got the 4 cheese pizza, which was absolutely delicious, as well as, the linguini served in a tomato crab sauce, finished with red shrimp sauce. ***UPDATE: been coming here regularly now and love it every single time! Enjoyed a nice Sunday dinner with my boyfriend! First, the hostess greeted us immediately and placed us in a booth. The waitress was very attentive and our food came out at a perfect time. The atmosphere was very warm and comfortable. Great vibes all around nothing to complain about. Second, the bread that came out was delicious. The ricotta and honey with pepper on top hit the right spots. Lovely bread as well, great texture and fresh. Third, our appetizers! The Caesar salad was delicious but a bit fishy. I squeezed some lemon in there and it neutralized the flavors. It was a simple salad with a great dressing to lettuce ratio. The meat riceballs were a 10/10. Crunchy and soft in the middle with a great taste. We also enjoyed the fried potato’s on the side, not sure what they were but they were a great surprise! Next, our entrees. The spaghetti with lobster was very good. Everything was cooked well and the taste was perfect. However, the chicken cutlet was a bit underwhelming. Still a good cutlet but wish it came with a little more. Last but not least, our dessert! Absolutely delish tiramisu served in a creative way. Very creamy and full of delicious flavors. The crunchy cookies on top were a fab addition. Coffee was pretty standard we enjoyed it. Overall, I would definitely come check this place out! Our bill added up to $113 which is a great price for good quality food. Thank you Angelina’s for a lovely Sunday night dinner.

The pizza is delicious. It is an extremely thin crust pizza with fresh ingredients and lots of love. The service was great with several people tending to the table to make sure everything is perfect. I would have preferred an olive oil and salt for the bread on the table but the whipped butter was an interesting choice.

Went here for the first time yesterday. Everything was fabulous! Our server Carlos was quick attentive funny and friendly. The muscles and clams appetizer and the eggplant rollatini appetizer were fabulous. All the pasta dishes we had were delicious and the risotto is also fabulous. Can't wait to go back again and try the pizza, it looked delicious. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!! You won't be disappointed!

My experience at your Wonderful restaurant was Spectacular. The food was amazing The service Was Prompt and the waiters were so friendly and fun and so experienced. Just to top it all off A woman hired from the restaurant took our pictures and Within moments she came back with the Priceless pictures in Beautiful frame's. The servers were all incredibly friendly and have such great personalities, making them very fun to socialize with! The ambiance is also very warm and welcoming. The food, however, could definitely be improved. The soup had so much pasta in it that the liquid because overly starchy and not soupy at all, which was unfortunate because the flavor was pretty decent. The alla vodka was way too tough, making it uncomfortable to eat at the restaurant, but was more edible the next day after nuking it in the microwave. The chicken Alfredo was also pretty bland unfortunately. The best dish we had so far was the free bread that accompanied our meal, which comes with a side of honeyed-butter, which was delicious! This restaurant definitely has potential, so I hope they'll put more effort on improving these few dishes! Quite possibly one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had on Staten Island, if not ever. Our waiter, George, checked on us numerous times, made some jokes, and made us feel welcome. The food itself was beyond delicious. The grilled octopus was the most tender piece of octopus that I’ve ever had, and is a must-get. Restaurants like this one are why I often find myself grateful to be a Staten Islander. All in all, worth every penny and have never been more certain of a 5-star rating.

I received a gift card from a friend, I am so glad she shared this place with me. I went for lunch with a friend and have to say, it was so delicious. We both had lunch specials which included soup, salad or fries. I do not remember all the choices of sandwiches there were so many. The next table had the burgers and they all seemed to really enjoy them, they were made from a blend that sounded delicious. My friend and I chose the Truffle chicken sandwich on focaccia with a side salad and the Asian beef sandwich which came on Italian bread. All I can say is the food was more delicious than the descriptions. The salad was perfect, and as you can see the chicken sandwich had so many flavors which all worked really well. My friend ate every bite of his sandwich he said it was amazing! I will definitely come back for dinner, and lunch again. What a fantastic place! The waiter was great and he really helped us make a decision, he knew the menu well and wasn’t rushing us. I forgot to mention when we were initially seated we were presented with mini croissants that were warm with a chocolate butter. So freakin good! We will be back for sure, there were so many things I need to try.

My Top 10 must try restaurants on Staten Island. If you value excellent food with great service at a reasonable price, then look no more. I pity anyone who hasn’t tried J’s On The Bay’s classic chicken and waffles, and who can forget the croissants and chocolate butter spread that comes out fresh with each meal! Delectable- Delicious - Definitely worth it!!! I personally don’t consider anyone a true Staten Islander who hasn’t been there at least once.

I took my daughter here to enjoy a girl's brunch for her 14th birthday. It was a great time! We enjoyed our food and the service was great! I'm so thankful we were able to get a seat as I learned (upon arrival) that it's best to have a reservation on Sundays as they fill up quickly. We enjoyed the food we ordered, plus the complimentary croissants w/chocolate butter. Every single bite was eaten 😋. Great job!

We loved this place! Me and my wife did our taxes in Brooklyn and on our way back to New Jersey we wanted to stop for dinner somewhere in between and I'm so happy we found J's on the bay. The service was great. Our server George was so friendly and kind. He really made us feel like family. The food was so delicious. They started us with a a home made bread and truffle ricotta. We ordered mozzarella sticks, but they were handmade and came with a vodka sauce. So good. My wife got the short ribs with a cauliflower/potato mash mix and that also was delicious. I got an amazing chicken and waffle pizza. Everything was so delicious and felt like it was made just for us. We also loved the brunch menu. Can't wait to come back.

It is a great atmosphere. Live music, warm reception. Food is average, portions are big. They are missing flare and creativity. Serviced felt rushed at some point, which I couldn't understand as there's no other sitting and you are not being rushed out. Overall a great place and value to have a good time and enjoy Italian surroundings

On Saturday, my wife and I visited Villa Paradiso and unfortunately had the worst restaurant experience we’ve had in over 65 years. After being seated, we waited 27 minutes before anyone even asked if we wanted a drink. During that time, there was no acknowledgment or basic customer service from the staff. When we finally received a bottle of sparkling water, we then waited another 22 minutes until a waiter, Walter, asked if someone was helping us. Seriously? This is unacceptable. It was obvious the owner’s attention was focused only on one section of the restaurant. Instead of ensuring guests were taken care of, he was singing—which, frankly, was unpleasant. For my main dish, I ordered tripe. It came with only nine small pieces, drowned in sauce and peas to make it look full. The taste was awful—una vergogna per la cucina italiana. My wife’s paccheri with mushrooms was equally disappointing: heavy with oil and poor in flavor. At that point, we decided to leave immediately. We paid the bill and intentionally passed by the owner, yet received no “thank you” or “good night,” which is the bare minimum courtesy in any restaurant. The lack of attentiveness, poor food quality, and disregard for guests left a deeply negative impression. I strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant. Terrible service, terrible food, terrible atmosphere.

Delicious food! Great music! Great waiters! If you want a fun time in probably one of the best restaurants in S.I. go to Villa Paradiso. The risotto with shrimp and asparagus and the tiramisu for dessert were excellent! Everyone in our party of 8 loved it!

I went here to place an order for take out. This restaurant has very nice seating and tables from what i saw and enjoyed the music. I ordered the half chicken with rice and the think steak with pesto linguini, minus the pesto linguini and got double the meat. Staff was very friendly. Food here is delicious. The photos dont do it justice but the chicken and other meat was moist and tasty Will def be trying some other dishes.

Cute little Peruvian spot my bf took me to on a Friday night. It was not busy at all but it was still a good time, maybe it's just because I'm a good time lol the food was fresh, I got the quinoa salad with shrimp and he got fish which he said was amazing ! Service was 10/10, drinks menu was okay, nothing really caught my eye. I tried the Peruvian brandy straight and it was pretty good. Will definitely return when in staten Island.

Visited Joe & Pat’s in Staten Island The place has a great vibe—loved the look and the vintage photos on the walls. We had a large pizza; the crust was thin and crisp, which some people might love. It wasn’t the best I’ve had, but it wasn’t bad either. Overall, a nice spot to check out.

I got a peperoni personal pie. The pizza was good but not amazing. I would say a 6.7 on the portnoy scale. The crust was real thin but not crispy or charred, it was a bit too soft. The toppings were good

The veggie pizza is officially the most depressing pizza I've ever eaten. :( $50 for two pizzas is insane for it to not be excellent. I love this place. I have eaten here many times with my family growing up and I love the atmosphere here. Last summer when both my sisters were 8 months pregnant we hosted their baby shower here. It was nostalgic for us as our grandparents used to take us here often. Mauricio even remembered our grandfather who passed away in 2020. If that is not great customer service he also worked with us to create a menu, accommodated 80 + people and the service was phenomenal. Our guests enjoyed the food and Basilio's really made a beautiful celebration that much better. Thank-you!

Next time I'm taking my friends there with me. It's located at the end of a dead end little street. There is a sign on the Lily pond road. The red roof house is on the next corner towards the bridge.

A very nice lunch with an old friend at Cole’s Dockside in Great Kills. We started with Paper Airplanes (bourbon, Amaro Averna & lemon juice) We shared the eggplant rollatini as an appetizer. For mains, she had the blackened mahi mahi and I had the filet of sole Francese. Too bad the weather wasn’t better! The view would have been incredible.

Really amazing fresh seafood! The buffalo shrimp was amazing along with the baked clams and octopus scampi everything was so fresh and gone as soon as it hit the table. Our entrees were amazing everyone was impressed and ate everything. If you want fresh quality seafood with a view come to Cole’s

Coles is nice on a summers day. Good views of a marina and yachts for sale. The vibe was alive with people having a good time. There's a nice menu with plenty of seafood and landlubber items. A great coffee menu also

I never leave 5 star reviews but Cole’s has terrific service and delicious food! We came for lunch at 3pm - and it’s hard to find decent restaurant food during lunch hours so we weren’t expecting much, but we enjoyed everything! The baked clams and fried calamari were crispy and my filet of sole was delicious! Our waitress was nice, as well as the rest of the crew who chatted with us. Will definitely dine here again!

Lunch at Killmeyer’s Old Bavaria Inn, the oldest bar in Staten Island with the largest Hummel in the world! For appetizers, we had fried mushrooms and potato pancakes. For main courses, we had the Rouladen (sliced rolls of beef stuffed with smoked bacon, onions, mustard, and gherkins with red cabbage & potato dumplings), the Rahmschnitzel (pork cutlets with a creamy mushroom sauce, German home fries & vegetables), and Dusseldorf Chicken (in a wine sauce with shallots, mushrooms and Dijon with vegetables & whipped potatoes). For dessert, German chocolate cake. The food was good, the restaurant is charming, and the service was excellent.

I had the pastrami sandwich and it was absolutely delicious! Robbie, my son, had a cheeseburger and he loved it. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. I appreciate that they are wheelchair accessible and the parking is free, though the lot is on the smaller side. Overall, a wonderful experience for both adults and kids.

I had a pleasant dinner here with my father and relatives. We ordered multiple items, and I had a chance to taste the Forest Wives Mushrooms, Bistro Salad, Oven Braised Beef Brisket, and Crème Brûlée. I also had a pear cider and coffee. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was lovely, with jazz music playing and the old-fashioned Bavarian ambiance. The service was also excellent, though they took a bit longer than expected to bring us dessert. The location is convenient, with plenty of parking across the street.

Haven't been here for a long time and I was surprised to find that the food and service was very good as I remember it. Beautiful old world decor made it very cozy. The pretzel appetizer was huge and very tasty. Venison and cherry sausage were delicious. Our entrees were Beef goulash, beef brisket, roast beef sandwich and pastrami sandwich. Each of us was very impressed with the dishes and commented on how good they tasted. Definitely will be back for dinner soon!

Great place for a beer outside, hidden gem in the area. We loved the giant pork shank and the sauerkraut with bacon was the best I’ve ever had. Backyard Biergarten was great for bringing two young children

Walked in here one late weekday to get a grandma slice, and got a slice of thin crust thrown on top free of charge. Not world-shaking quality, but still a simple, great, well-executed pie. I can definitely see this being a place you would love to go on a weekend or to celebrate a birthday. Maybe not worth a trip to Staten Island, but if you’re already there, definitely worth stopping by.

Im sorry but i dont like when businesses take advantage of their clients with insane hikes in prices and blame it on the “economy” i just ordered a regular slice and a drink and it came out to $7.50 , rising prices through out the years is understandable but when you’re adding $1 - $1.50 to the hike that’s just abuse , anyone who understands math knows that you don’t raise your price by dollars when prices for supplies go up , 10¢ - 15¢ is understandable but anything more than that ever 8 months is wacky . This goes for every business not just this one . Highly upset while I eat my $8 slice and drink that once was $4.50 , I’ll add that the pizza was the shortest pizza I’ve seen in New York

This place was crowded (with what seemed like a lot of regular customers), and it was too busy to answer phone, and there’s a bunch of testimonials that swear by the pizza here. For me, meh. I ordered two grandma squares and nothing about them was memorable. I did detect the freshness of the tomato sauce, but I have no other praise to offer other than that. Price of $7 was fair. Very spacious dining area. I sat at a table underneath a photo of The Sopranos cast. I didn’t dislike my pizza, but it didn’t impress me either. I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here again, but I do encourage anyone who’s never been here to give it a try and judge for themselves. Because it could just be me.

We had an 80 th birthday party.It was wonderful! The restaurant is clean,food is so delicious,drinks were great! Service was excellent. Everyone had more than enough food. Seafood platter was impressive.Price was great and I would definitely recommend to everyone.Thank u Italianissimo!

While the patrons stopped all conversations when we entered, we were graciously greeted by the host. The staff was phenomenal and SUPER friendly. The food was awesome. As retired military members we have traveled the world and always find our way back here. It is a shame that the other patrons were not very welcoming, however, that in no way reflected on the service, the restaurant or the food. Thank you so much for making our 16th anniversary dinner special!

We loved everything about our experience here. From the time you arrive until you leave the service and food are exceptional. If you get an appetizer, full meal and a coffee it's about $50 a person. The Pollo Sorrento and the Saltimbocca alla Ramana are delicious. The staff is very attentive. The atmosphere is great and the decorations are classy.

The food was really good and service attentive, the only downside was we ordered cheesecake and it was pretty stale. Other than that, my personal favorite was grilled octopus salad, like 9/10. Angus steak was perfectly cooked to our order and veal parmiggiana was pretty good. We will be coming back, when they open up their patio

One of the best breweries in NYC. The blood orange IPA is amazing. All of the cocktails, wines and beers are NYC made. Live music on the regular. You can have food delivered to Flagship and I highly recommend Pier 76 pizza. Very family and dog friendly.

True to its name, The Flagship Brewing Company lives up to its "Flagship" status with a remarkably spacious and comfortable venue. Its location is a major highlight, being just a short walk from the St. George Terminal of the Staten Island Ferry. For anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of Manhattan and enjoy a relaxed beer, a ferry ride over to this spot for a drink or two would be perfect. As for the beer itself, I tried their Blood Orange IPA, and it was absolutely outstanding. This place is a definite must-visit for beer lovers and those seeking a laid-back atmosphere with great brews.

Shockingly bad customer service here. Have come here on multiple occasions, on a weekend, specifically to give this place a try. Each time, the place has been unexpectedly closed/booked for some kid's birthday party. ZERO notice or updates on their website, NOBODY answers the phones either if you try to call ahead. Absolutely no clue how they have good reviews here. There's literally hundreds of great bars and dozens of breweries in NYC, zero reason to keep trying this place in the hopes they actually open to the public on a weekend.

Just a short walk from the Staten Island Ferry you can find this lovely brewery with their amazing selection of beers. I Czech-checked 🇨🇿✅ their Pilsners and also tried couple other beers and I can assure you that you gonna enjoy them. Their Tunnel to Tower Brave Golden Ale beer has a great story, so ask for details. Great, knowledgeable, passionate and friendly staff even took me to the actual brewery for a micro tour with explanation. So next time instead of running from the ferry to catch the same one just calm down and enjoy Flagship Brewing products!

What a gem! I went here because I found this address of another brewery that may or may not exist (Mad Love?). Anyway, DAMN these are some great beers. Pictured is the nitro blood orange wit and a (really damn good) classic Italian Pilsner. The beer menu didn’t look too interesting but it’s clear these are some special beers. There’s no “triple oat cream dry hopped with citra conditioned on fairy dust” nonsense here (and don’t get me wrong, I love that style too). These are just really classic, incredible well crafted brews. Worth the ferry over, any day of the week.

I am not a beer drinker at all and I don’t even like the smell of beer however my boyfriend loves a good IPA and he loves Flagship! I join him and I actually enjoying coming to flagship because of the awesome people like one of the owners Sam the cool bar tenders Oliver and Mike always great to talk to ! Great vibe! They have a lot of comedy nights, open mic nights as well as open the place up as a venue for rent for different occasions ! They recently also started serving frozen drinks which I love like the Arnold Palmer and now they have local bourbon and vodka. They have great games to play check out the photos ! They also Have light appetizers available. :)

Very good price-fixed dinner, including an appetizer, salad, main course, dessert, and coffee. We started with baked clams and eggplant rollatini. For main courses, I had the sole francese; she had the almondine. For dessert, spumoni and Italian cheesecake, accompanied by Live piano music. Service is excellent!

The food here is great, and I would certainly find myself going back again and again - though I think that’s more a function of the price fixe menu than the food itself (which is not to say it’s bad, of course - just the fixed price menu is the draw for me).

The portions were enormous and the place was surprisingly elegantly appointed for a place in a strip mall! For $40 we got essentially a 5 course meal: bread, salad, appetizer, entree, and dessert. Basically 2 whole meals for $40. Not too shabby! Their salmon with champagne sauce was quite good. Their tomatoes were unfortunately just so-so which is surprising given it was summertime when we dined. The "parfait" was literally just ice cream and the other desserts were pretty average as well. Clearly not a place that employs an Italian pastry chef. One of the waiters seemed very cranky to be there but the other staff were charming and lovely. Overall, great value!

The evening I went at 65, I think I was one of the younger folks here, and that's not necessarily a bad thing. you can relax, have an unhurried dinner and conversation. We originally had a graduation party at Bella vita for our daughter, we have returned since then, the food is awesome and the waiters are outstanding, you get so much for your money and you go away satisfied and full so don't missout.

The menu alone was impressive, but, when you arrive and see the restaurant in person, the decked out decor will surely make you do a double take. Then when the food came, I kid you not, literally every dish we ordered was SO GOOD! From the salad to the mixed grill to the homemade baklava—they were all so delicious! This Syrian restaurant is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the customer service was impeccable—friendly, attentive, and made us feel like family. The food was out of this world! My wife had the meat shawarma, which was perfectly seasoned and tender, while I went for the Adana chicken—juicy, flavorful, and grilled to perfection. We also shared the hummus and falafel, and let me tell you, they were fantastic! The hummus was creamy and rich, and the falafel was crisp on the outside and soft inside, with just the right balance of spices. This was more than just a meal; it was an experience. We’ll definitely be coming back to enjoy more of their incredible menu. Highly recommend to anyone looking for authentic, delicious Syrian cuisine!

Amazing Experience at Laila! Laila on Staten Island is truly a gem! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is absolutely stunning, and the owners are two of the nicest people you'll meet. Their hospitality and the warm ambiance make every visit a joy. The food is delicious, fresh, and flavorful, and worthy of praise. The garlic sauce is especially noteworthy! The Filet Mignon Kabab with rice and the Shish Tawook, which are perfectly grilled marinated cubes of chicken, are recommended main dishes. The Laila Salad, served in a unique thin, hard-shell cracker-like bowl that's fun to crack open, is also recommended. The hummus platter and the calamari are both fantastic. The cheese pulls are outstanding. This is my 11-year-old's son’s favorite place to go on his birthday, and the belly dancer on Friday and Saturday nights adds to the fun. Laila offers an exceptional dining experience.

Food was great! Place was clean, and service is quick. Portions here are humungous! An entree here is enough to fill you up. The place is wheelchair friendly and there is an outdoor dining section if you want as well. Parking can be somewhat tricky but there is ample parking spaces out front. Update- went with a few friends recently and just wanted to update the review. We went in the late afternoon on a weekend and most of the lunch rush was gone but we were still inexplicably rushed. Not sure why, we had already ordered our food and were just talking but were still rushed.

I heard about this place through a posting on Instagram, so I put this place down as a must try the next time I drive to Staten Island. This is such a sweet breakfast place, and the staff here is so friendly and welcoming. They have a decent menu of primarily specialty waffles and French Toast. I opted to go with the S'Mores Waffle, and it was absolutely amazballs and super filling. I also ordered the Mocha Latte, and that was great as well. The prices are very reasonable and the place is clean. Parking in the area was pretty easy to find as well. For those who are not familiar with the area, like myself, I wanted to let everyone know that they recently moved across the street from their original location, right next to Kettle Black. I will definitely come back here again the next time I happen to be driving down in this area. And maybe next time, I will pick up some of the pastries people have been raving about.

This is my must have breakfast spot when in NYC, yes I WILL cross the bridge for Beans n Leaves. Their breakfast and coffee do not disappoint with a decent menu selection. Specialty waffles, croissant french toast, omelets, and fresh baked goodies, any one you choose is yummy. Service is good and food is prepared to order quickly. Street parking is free on Sundays and there's usually a spot or two available. Establishment is wheelchair accessible however bathroom is not, and getting around some tables may be challenging.

Friendly staff, delish coffee and fraps. Topped with a delicious cinnabun waffle. There is a lot of sugar on the waffle so if that's not your style, ask for less syrup bc it's sweet. It was a nice pit stop between church and home. Will be back ☺️

Bean & Leaves has quickly become a favorite – this was my third visit, and they've been consistently excellent! The pastries are always a treat: fresh, beautifully crafted, and incredibly tasty. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, and they keep the cafe impeccably clean. What I especially love is the atmosphere – it's so cozy and cute, a wonderful place to relax, chat with a friend, read, or just enjoy their offerings. Their menu items are fantastic too; the waffles with strawberries, chocolate syrup, and whipped cream were a delicious and generous indulgence. I highly recommend!

Unfortunately, today’s experience has ruined my impression of beans and leaves. I had been there several times when it was on the initial location. Now having moved across the street, it seems the owners do not care, and it also seems it is run by kids who are more focused on hanging out and being social with one another as opposed to providing decent service. There were three counter workers and none of them were competent/knowledgeable in the facilities own menu. There was a severe lack of main ingredients to be able to make menu items. After having figured out what to order due to the lack of ingredients for the following items I tried ordering “hungry man waffle, hungry man grand slam, egg salad sandwhich” when the final order was brought to me I was unable to eat the food as intended due to poor construction of the dish. I always try to look at the positive in every situation but there was none here.

Stop doing this to advertise your business. I’ve never been to this restaurant, so I can’t comment on it. My review is strictly about their shocking and unsafe way of advertising. The other night (Sunday around 9pm), I was driving down Woodrow Road when three or four men dressed in dark clothing were standing in the middle of the street, trying to flag me down. I could barely see them and had no idea why they would be standing in a line in the middle of the road. I had to swerve into the opposite lane just to avoid them. Unfortunately, I got stuck at a red light shortly after. That’s when they started approaching my car from behind. As a woman alone at night, I was terrified. I inched my car forward, debating if I should risk running the light, but there was too much traffic. I was screaming at them as they approached my car to get away from my car but they still kept coming closer. Their response? “We have a menu.” Even as I was yelling and clearly distressed, they didn’t stop. One of them even got close enough to stick a menu into my rear window. That means they ignored me screaming the entire time. This is an incredibly unsafe and inappropriate way to advertise. No restaurant should have groups of men in dark clothing approaching cars at night, especially when it puts drivers—particularly women alone—into such a frightening position. It is a known thing that this is how a trafficking scenario plays out. I would have to be an idiot to roll down my window for a group of men as a women in the car alone at night. Please stop doing this. Maybe do something a little safer for those guys in the middle of the road, like make a TikTok.

Planned a day of hiking the white trail in Staten island. It starts at Willowbrook park off victory Blvd and goes all the way through the green belt to Gateway park on Hylan Blvd. Pretty much exactly at the half way mark on this hike is Classic Pizza. Whenever hiking the white trail I stop in here for a slice or 2 and some ice cold drinks. It's a nice slice! Highly recommend. Went back again and had the meatball pizza. It was delicious. TBH, I think they are the best Meatballs I've ever had!!

Pretty good pizza at a good price. Also worth trying are the mozzarella sticks and zeppoles. Parking lot is a little on the tiny side. Definitely more of a take out or delivery spot.

My partner and I had business nearby so we parked outside and left for about 30 minutes with the intention of coming back for a slice. What we came back to was our car defaced with a sticker on the window claiming we were parked illegally (not filled out, probably ordered from amazon) and two people (presumably the owners) outside sitting in chairs looking smugly. They decided to confront us, asking if we were stupid and if we thought the parking lot was for general use. (There are multiple businesses that share the lot) and claimed it was their parking lot and not to park there. Needless to say, with the attitude of the owners and the frankly dilapidated look of the building, we decided not to give them any business. If this is how you decide to treat potential customers, it doesn't matter how good your pizza is.

If you have not tried Classic Pizza, start now. Tremendous menu and plenty to choose from. Your biggest problem will be deciding what you want to eat. The white pie, the Sicilian and my new favorite, chicken bruschetta.

One of the best pizzerias in Staten Island. Always fresh and the pies are huge. Their rolls are also delicious so are their salads. My favorite are the garlic knots with vodka sauce and mozzarella you must try it.

Best tacos I tried outside Mexico! You can see is an authentic taqueria as the tacos have 2 tortillas. Flavour is epic. Sauces are homemade, green one was my favourite. It is only cash but the have an ATM inside.

How does a Mexican restaurant NOT have sour cream???? Blasphemy! This place is a hole in wall. Not much of an atmosphere, but it's a quick place to order out. There are only 3 tables inside, but it's such a small location so not really a place to sit and eat. Food is mediocre at best. How does a taco come with only chicken, onions and cilantro. A TON OF CILANTRO!!! THAT'S IT! No cheese, no lettuce, no tomatoes. $54 for tacos, quesadillas and Jarritos is not worth it. Will we return... sorry to say... nope.

This place used to be great a few years ago but evidently things have changed, 6 tacos are like $28. Cash only. I’m not innately opposed to a cash-only business, but if you’re going to try to evade taxes at least cut us a break on how much the food costs. Anywho, overpriced and underwhelming. Dry tacos, with low quality meat. Would not recommend, there are way better places nearby.

Do not be fooled by the small size of this restaurant. It's actually one of the best legitimate Mexican taco places located in Staten Island. If you want your traditional tacos, this is the place to go! They are fresh and served with an amazing green or red salsa that will leave you asking for more. My favorite tacos are the chicken and "lengua" tacos with cacti (also known as the tacos Aztecas). This restaurant also serves tortas, entrees, and quesadillas, in case you're not in the mood for the tasty tacos. Ps- Do NOT forget to bring cash, unfortunately this small restaurant does not accept debit or credit cards so the owners do ask for you to bring money in hand. But do not fret if you forget because there is an ATM machine located inside.

im bias because i like mexican food. this is one of the few joints I normally order from. They hardly speak english so you know they are legit. tacos have gotten really expensive throughout the years, but they make the best green sauce in my opinion. Go for the tacos (chicken, steak, and/or chorizo) and ask for the green sauce. their tamales are really good too!

Love this place because you can actually sit down and enjoy your ice cream. The young ladies working were very sweet. Prices are reasonable for portion size. They have a parking lot.

I've gone here a few times, it used to be much bigger.... in the downsized version on a busy day you will be shoulder to shoulder with strangers that you might not want to, so in that situation take it to go. It's fine to go to and the candy selection will drive kids crazy. Honestly if you want the BEST Eggers experience I would recommend going to their other location in Colonial SI. This smaller store is fine if you want to just grab ice cream, but the Colonial SI just seems to bring extra care to serving your ice cream

I have many happy memories at this place when my kids were little (early 2000s). I was in the area recently and it seems to be a little bit in decline but I am sure it is still a kids delight!

This is the first time I have ever been here with a bunch of people and this place is pretty fancy.😁 It's got that old fashioned 1960s feel to it. It makes sense because it became a business since 1964 on Forest avenue in Staten Island. Then in the next year, Egger's added three more locations 1. Historic Richmond Town 2.Urby 3. Snug harbor. They also have a website explaining the history of Egger's. They don't only sell ice cream. 🍧🍨🍦They have candy too.🍭🍬🍫 The owner of that store told us the history of this place and how it came to be. They also have different flavors of ice cream. They had strawberry, chocolate, vanilla and much more. I asked if they had coconut and they did. It was coconut almond fudge with toppings such as crunchies, sprinkles or chocolate sprinkles. I tried their ice cream and it was good. 👌👍😉 It only cost $8 but I bet a cost way more or less. Maybe next time if I wanted something sweet,I'll get something from here.💝 😘 And don't worry they take cash and credit. 💳 💵

A trip down memory lane for me. I haven't been there in 10 years. Mom and I had junior banana splits. 2 scoops, a banana, one topping, whipped cream, and a cherry. It was plenty for us. Their ice cream is so good.

I'm sorry, the ice cream was NOT what I expected. None of the "soda jerks" were quite concerned with maintaining the ambience of "Fun 1950s soda fountain"(unless misery is what they were trying to convey). The Butter Pecan tasted like lame vanilla with pecans, nothing was "cute". The service could have made it better but everyone was just so sad and angry looking. I'm a sucker for tradition, which is why I patronize businesses such as Eggers, and I'm willing to overlook bad quality for decent service, but it can't ALL be crappy. I'm sorry

Nice place to get ice cream and for not too much money. Their 2 scoops aren't small either which is nice! There aren't many seats in here though so be mindful during popular times of the day. Employees are just there to do their job and overwhelmed during the afternoon. There's a bathroom as well in the back of the store. Come with $10 for ice cream with toppings. They have a lot of toppings to offer.

For me, summer truly begins when Ralph’s reopens for the season. They’ve been making ices and ice cream on Staten Island since 1928! I love their cream ice; I had mint chip and chocolate peanut butter cup. Delicious!

Stranded in line for 30 minutes in 90-degree weather, but I had to. Every time I'm on the island, I go to Ralph's because it is nostalgic for me. I've been standing in line at the Ralph's in Port Richmond since the 80s. I got a strawberry-watermelon water ice, my daughter had a vanilla and strawberry cheesecake, twister and my husband got a strawberry milkshake.

I have been coming to this location for a few years. Every season the children that work here get worse. I stopped by this afternoon to grab a quick treat. It was 1pm and the annoyed little girl was just opening. After she ignored me at the window for a few minutes, she finally asked "what i wanted ". I asked for a bag to put my ice in. She literally said, I can have a bag after i pay! I am done with the children and this location. The taste of the product does not compensate for the rude and ridiculous behavior of the work force. Goodbye Ralphs forever!

while i like the product and staff, the prices are now in ripoff mode. 6 bucks for a SMALL soft serve ice cream with sprinkles? they charge 150 extra for sprinkles. god forbid you add a waffer cone, or want a medium, and heaven forbid a large. . a family of four, 25 bucks for small cones? RIP OFF.

I would give a 5 but today wasn't a good experience, The caucasuon girl seemed to have an issue with people of color! 1. Her deamanor was standoffish 2. I have been coming here for 20+ years. The pizza is as GREAT as ever. I will admit, for a while the service was lacking, but lately it has gotten better. The pizza is on the thinner side,but not super thin as Joe and Pat's. The sauce is delicious, but what makes these pies the best is the cheese. I can honestly say, my 9 year old son ONLY eats the cheese here. Every other pizza joint,he picks the cheese off and refuses to eat it. They claim to use PollyO cheese. I believe they do. I read a few reviews about how long it took to get the pies. So I timed them tonight. Saturday night, ordered 2 different pizzas at 645pm. On the table at 658pm. Can't complain about that. I can't really say I get the food much but if you want GREAT pizza,come here.

Our family loves Towne Deli & Pizzeria. We often order amazing pizza from them, but last week we decided to go for heros and sandwiches instead. The meatball hero and the eggplant hero were fresh and flavorful! The to-go experience was fast, and the staff were friendly. This restaurant is a pasta, pizza, and panini paradise! The food is absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend the chicken cutlet (or sub fried eggplant) panini with vodka sauce. The sauce is incredible! It's rich, savory, and perfectly seasoned. And the bread they use for the panini is to die for - it's fresh, crispy, and pressed to perfection.

Staple in staten island, always fresh always hot always on point. Just a good solid pizzeria. Best part the bang for the buck. Panini and wraps are bigger then your arm. They do half sizes. The pizza man has been slinging pies for over 30 years. And you can taste it. Highly recommend

Very friendly restaurant with excellent food and service! George, the owner, is such a sweetheart—our son loves him! We always order the scrambled eggs with potatoes, peppers, onions, and white toast, plus a pancake for the kid. The coffee is great too! It’s a cozy neighborhood spot, so it does get busy on weekends, but the wait is never too long and always worth it. Highly recommend, and we’ll keep coming back!

It's a popular neighborhood diner that serves delicious food with excellent service and reasonable prices. I tried their chicken soup and rice with mushrooms and sausages, and they were flavorful and satisfying. The portion size was quite generous as well. I definitely plan on visiting the place again when I'm in the area.

Honestly I'm about to purposefully date myself if you remember the TV show Cheers this is Island coffee shop where everyone knows your name regulars come by all the time. And the prices especially for a weekend breakfast are phenomenal you won't find these prices anywhere anymore and that's where he is a very smart businessman. Kudos to George for keeping a community together always.

I don’t go to the mall often, but when I do I always crave Shake Shack. The food court options don’t do it for me. The burger was flavorful and crisp, the fries were delicious as always. We got the double shack burger and fries with the tropical kiwi lemonade. The seating area is pretty large and happened to be fairly empty, but it does fill up quick during the weekends depending on the time and it’s far too cold currently to sit outside. Overall, Shake Shack continues to provide a satisfying meal.

It was just okay. The food took forever and then it was just sitting on the counter not being called out, eventually cold. We didn't have the time to wait for them to recook it. I probably wouldn't go there again but, as a franchise is good.

I love that fact that when you get off the ferry ⛴ at the outlet on Staten Island they have the Shake Shack. It was busy on Saturday but the service was still great! First let me start with the burger Wow can you say awesome 👏🏾 you can tell you are eating real meat not not that fake stuff. The fries 🍟 are so hot and crispy. The ice cream is like the cherry 🍒 on top of the meal! We got the mint chocolate chip and boy was it good. To my surprise it didn’t irritate my stomach which was great news. They even gave out free samples of ice cream. This is a great stop to make between shopping‼️🛍

Food was good, although slightly expensive. The fried chicken burger was ok, I still think the other competitors are better as although it was crunchy, the chicken isn't as well seasoned and the sauce isn't as good. That being said, their frozen custard/milk shakes are good.

I order from here often. So I’m highly upset with the service. I ordered chicken francaise with broccoli This is complete soup, I asked for a new one and to send this one back (not trying to get free meals) OR a refund. And they told me no. I told them it was disgusting and soggy. I’ll never order from them again. More upset because I’m a regular customer for delivery, so this was uncalled for.

Used to order their Sicilian pie every Monday for probably 5 years. Pizza was good 17 years ago… Sicilian today was just not good. Undercooked (not raw but just nothing remotely form about it. 6 people and all 6 hated it. Garlic knots were also stale and did not taste fresh at all, based off texture. Totally disappointed.

Came her for a snack with wifey in between our day of errands two slices and a drink $15 are they nuts. Who charge $3 for a 20 Ounce of soda and there slices are ok and pies are small they cut from house pie once again should be a lot Bigger if you’re charging these numbers. I am very disappointed… my boyfriend orders food from this place weekly I personally do not like their food … however I gave it a shot and ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap.. i particularly asked for no mozzarella and the description originally says mozzarella and chicken breast hot sauce and blue cheese.. when I received the order the wrap was stuffed to the rim with cucumbers … I am deathly allergic and it is not on the list of ingredients so I am so great full I looked inside the wrap instead of just trusting them I would have literally died! I called back quickly and explained that I got the wrong order she asked if I wanted a refund or if I wanted a new wrap. I said I am hungry so I would like my food and I paid for it.. she said let me ask a manager in my head I am wondering what do you have to ask you sent me the wrong food … usually pronto comes very quick literally in 20 minutes or less because we are 4-5 blocks away. She said it would take 30-45 minutes and I said you know what can I just have the refund. She said they already started … first off how can he start when her and I were still talking on the phone 2nd the fact that I just wanted my refund should have been no issue … I am just really unhappy with this … I have to eat dinner at 9 pm which is not usual for me and I could have died eating what they sent … just not great !

I used to bring my son here all the time. Recently, the single employee/manager/worker told me I couldn't use a coupon from a page of coupons that was sent out, also claiming that particular location NEVER accepted coupons. (It has. For years.) This was after he had already made the sandwich and I was ready to pay. He then changed his story and said he would accept coupons, but you have to tell him BEFORE he makes a sandwich. Uhh.. What?🙃 I informed him I would not be buying that sandwich, or any sandwich from there ever again and never returned. Frequent business.. lost. Good job.

The guys who made my sandwich were great. And I've been coming to the store for years. It was actually one of my 1st jobs. With that being said for some strange reason they are no longer is no longer using ketchup. I don't know why as a sandwich shop you would not have a bottle of ketchup and every other condiment under the sun. Thank you for a great sandwich minus the ketchup.

This is the second time this Subway has closed early. I came at 7pm tonight and although I could see around man inside, the "OPEN" sign was off and the door was locked. Should be open until 8pm. About a month ago, on a Saturday night, same thing. That time the "OPEN" sign was still lit and clerk came to lock the door at 7:20pm to tell me he had just finished cleaning up and store was now closed.

I used to stop at this subway all the time before work. My shift starts at 12 am and I would usually get there around 11:30. Now they're closed and lights off before 11:15 while in plain sight on the door and here on Google it clearly says 12am. 12 am means 12am not 11. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. And when they're open past 11 its the same nice girl. Anytime I see them closing early its the same guy who looks like doesn't know how to spell cat.

First of all they need to update their hours online and secondly if they close at 8, there is no reason the door should already be locked at 7:30. Drove across the island to make it there before 8 which is the hours posted right on their door and it was already closed 1/2 hour early. Poor way to run a business!

Great service by the staff... always attentive to our needs. Food had big servings... to big for us filipinos. The taste and quality of the food was great for us... the ambiance was clean... though parking was a bit small. There is also an alfresco option.

We can in around 5 with 3 ppl .1 old and big, 1 big n tall(me) and big mentally ill... 1 of my party had an allergic reaction so he needed to calm down before eating j the waiter was cool that after explaining. but the bad thing was after ordering we had to flag him down too many times. Fries could have cooked longer.. My chicken cordon bleu panini was missing the sauce very dry, barely cheesed. I ordered a drink and 2 apps mac n cheese bites and wings. Both great. But my ice tea was gone ...asked for another tea and a water.. Still waiting on the waiter. We even took 2 more things home. Philly cheese steak with a little skimpy buy good. I even decently tipped 15$ on 130$ with iffy service.

When you’re looking to fill up this is the place. Always a friendly atmosphere, and always greeted when you walk through the door. Most weekend mornings are busy so get there early. this is what i ordered today for lunch. This is usually my weekend breakfast spot when we want to treat ourselves. They have the craziest breakfast combinations and plates so big even i cant finish all the food and your coffee cup is never empty. Great pricing for the service, atmosphere and food Quality and quantity. If there was an option for a 6th star this place would get it.

I do not recommend this pizzeria, 36$ the attitude is disgusting, they talk to the customer without respect... we ordered a pizza, they brought a cold and old pizza, and judging by the state of the pizza, it is not clear what happened to it on the way... if you like to eat well, do not waste your time and nerves on this pizzeria!!!!

We ordered 2 surprise boxes through “too good to go” for 12 dollars. When we got there for the pick up, they were so kind to give us 3 extra boxes filled with pizza slices. Everything was delicious, there were many different kinds of pizza, even the Sicilian pizza. Super recommended!

The fettuccine Alfredo was incredible with tender, perfectly cooked noodles tossed in a rich and creamy sauce, this dish is a flavorful in its simplicity leaving you wanting more. Each bite is a testament to the chef's skill and dedication to traditional Italian cuisine. While the fettuccine Alfredo is a standout, they also have pasta with vodka sauce which is my 2nd favorite dish of theirs. The sauce itself was marvelous in balance and flavor, with a subtle kick from the vodka that added depth without overpowering the dish. Would absolutely suggest Nonna’s Pizza Great Kills. The portions are always generous, and the price was reasonable.

Regular slice pizza was average and hot meatball hero was good. Mom and pop shop opened for more than 40 years. Lots of seating. Pricing is very reasonable and competitive.

I recently purchased 21 slices of pizza and specifically requested that they be made fresh, as we planned to eat them four hours later and wanted them to stay good. Unfortunately, the cashier ignored my request and instructed the staff to give us pre-made slices, claiming they were fresh. Additionally, the cashier was rude and dismissive, saying we weren’t buying full pizzas-as if that somehow justified poor service. This experience showed a lack of respect for customer satisfaction, and because of that, I will no longer be purchasing from this location.

My girlfriend and I came from Canada and have been trying different pizzerias and I must say this one is definitely on the top! Incredible service along with incredible food! Love these family owned pizzerias! The vibes are immaculate and this history of the place is awesome! Definitely will be coming back the next time we are on the island!

Went there with friends for lunch, best pizza I have had in a long time. The deep dish pizza was fresh, soft and easy to bite, and they were very generous with the toppings. Customer service was great. I recommend that you get a whole pizza and get it fresh, you will not regret it.

Got buffalo chicken salad from this restaurant. Quantity was good but they put a lot of dressing which kind of outweighed the taste of the chicken. Also I wished to have chipotle dressing but they didn’t have it. Wish they had. Anyways, not bad!

So, the self serve stations were absolutely filthy; and, sadly, the young lady with the hazel eyes we are raving about asked a student she knew to get ice for a customer. That is a no-no and automatic health code violation. Also, the restrooms, front doors, and Kiosks were very dirty. This place encourages the spreading of bacteria . . . I went through your drive-through recently and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The person taking my order was unresponsive and came across as quite rude. There was no greeting or acknowledgment, and the same lack of courtesy continued at the pickup window. I understand that everyone can have a tough day, but customer service is an important part of the experience. I hope this can be addressed with the staff so that future visits are more welcoming. 7/42025 at 12pm. Hopefully you can address person at the window.

I had 3 mobile orders made to be picked up at the drive through. The lady at the window said I have to come in for more than 2. I went into the store waited for 20min and they keep taking the next customer and every time I try to explain to them that my order is not up on this side because it’s for drive through pickup and they just keep my saying I have to wait. And after they realize that they haven’t started making my order yet. They just made it and it total I was there for 40m. They never apologized and gave me my order incomplete and messed up. This is absolutely the worst Wendy’s location and I won’t be going there anymore.

I recently visited Tim Hortons and used some app coupons $4.49 for 6 assorted donuts and $1.75 for any size hot or iced coffee. I grabbed a medium iced coffee and a box of donuts, and everything was fresh and delicious. The iced coffee hit the spot, and the donuts were soft and flavorful (especially the one with sprinkles!). I really liked that I could sit in the coffee shop, enjoy my treats, and relax. The app makes it super easy to save money, and the deals are worth it. Highly recommend using the Tim Hortons app it saves you cash and the food is on point!

Enjoyed my pit stop here for mini donuts and coffee. The mini donuts are better than DD in my opinion. Coffee is smooth. Do the survey and you can get a 10 piece mini donut for $1, great deal !! This location has a drive thru and small parking lot in the front as well. Also there is a sitting area to relax and enjoy your food. Free WiFi is decent as well. Good Tim Hortons !! 👍🏻

Usually when I go through the drive thru there seems to be a lot of confusion about my order. Today we went through the drive thru and when we got to the window they kept asking what we ordered. They charged us $17.05, then a lady came to the window and asked us to pay a different amount while handing us my iced chai. We told her we already paid, she said ok and went back. Then another employee came to the window and started handing us a bag for a different order and told us a different amount. Someone else came over and handed us our order, but forgot the timbits. They handed us the receipt and said we never ordered it. Then charged us for 10 timbits after we ordered 40, we told them we ordered 40, they charged us AGAIN and then gave us 40. It was a disaster and the chai latte tasted weird.

Take the sign off the bathroom door that says restroom out of order. If your employees are gonna go in and out of it. I had a child that had to use the restroom and was told no by some employee even after I spent $45 in this poorly ran location. Such a black eye this location gives to a great establishment like Tim Hortons. Someone get in there and gain some control over the bad disrespectful 17 year old employees. STAY AWAY!!!!! GO TO DUNKIN!!!! They're much more customer friendly.

I went here for a lunch. We were the only group there, so service and attention were great. The waiter was friendly and kind. Everything tasted good. Portions are big enough to save some food for later if you choose. They have a pizzeria next door. They were busy. Good find in a quaint neighborhood.

The pizza was fabulous. Fresh ingredients. Basil had a great flavor. Fresh mozzarella wasn't skimpy. Tomatoes weren't sour, they seemed home grown. The delivery driver was nice. I ordered several times so I'll add another order the Venetian panini. Excellent flavor, could of used some more olive oil but I CAN'T COMPLAIN because I ordered very late around closing time. French fries were the fantastic.

I have eaten many pizzas and squares in my life . This has been the most tasteful the most delicious, the most spot on ingredients period. there was nothing that needed to be added usually I tell my son bring the salt pepper garlic red pepper flake etc but this was amazing. This place has Great food. Even the fried calamari was better than the usual place. We had a nice fresh tri color salad for app also. We had a Stuffed Kansas City Pork Chop that was amazing. (That's the 1st place I saw KC pork chop on the menu). Kc Pork Chops are one of the most soft, tender, flavorful chops you will ever eat. We also had the Shirt Rib Ragu over a nice aldente pasta.

I had two slices, a buffalo chicken slice that was amazing and a cheese slice both for $7.25. The place looked clean and comfortable. Parking in the back. I didn’t see any customer restroom

Traveled all the way here from the Bronx to get Dairy Queen. No indoor dining yet. There was a bit of a wait time which to me was great, means my food is being freshly prepared. The burgers weren’t too bad. Tasted like a normal fast food burger. Their fries were normal and onion rings were good. You can taste the onion. The blizzards were disappointing. It melted sooo fast and the whole time I felt like I was just drinking ice cream soup.

This is an astonishingly bad DQ location. Other than getting melted, refrozen, inedible Buster Bars and things like that, my last order (placed through UberEats, who refunded it entirely) was 100% wrong! Every single one of five items was wrong. My burger was missing tomato (and I love tomato: that's the whole point). My girlfriend's chicken sandwich was missing the onions she paid extra for. The onion rings my girlfriend was looking forward to had no onion rings! They served fries instead. The Heath Blizzard add Oreo I was looking forward to had no... er, Heath (nor the fudge the Heath Blizzard should have come with). It just had Oreo, nothing else. How does a Heath Blizzard with no Heath even work?? The Royal New York Cheesecake Blizzard my girlfriend asked to be made without strawberries had, of course, strawberries mixed in it. But they did leave out the chocolate brownie pieces she paid extra for, so there's that. DQ at Staten Island Ferry CAN leave out items... when they arbitrarily choose to. Just abysmal. I mean the crispy chicken sandwich was soggy, so I could also complain about that, but my question is HOW do you get FIVE OUT OF FIVE items wrong? How is that even possible? DQ on Forest Avenue is infinitely better, if you're craving some Hot Eats, Cool Treats on Staten Island.

Ordered a Reese's blizzard cake which should have Reese's blizzard filling but when we cut it open, we were disappointed that it was just plain vanilla and chocolate ice cream. Paid extra for a blizzard cake just to get a regular cake. The writing on top was mediocre; messy writing and the guide lines (to keep the words straight) were so large and deep. Overall the cake still tasted good but not we asked for.

I spent almost 70 dollars on this order. The food arrived 30 minutes later than it was supposed to. They left it outside in the rain and by the neighbors door with no notification that is was delivered. When we opened the wet bags the food was cold the fries were like dry sticks and the burgers were cold too. Probably they sent us the leftovers from the night before. The burgers did not have pickles, they forgot 2 drinks and the ice creams were literally liquid and had spilled all over the bag. I want my money back or have them redo the same order again and deliver it properly. Thank you

Every time I order on the app 30 minutes at the other side of the ferry (in Manhattan) when I get to Staten Island, the food is never ready. Then they take another 20-30 minutes to make it when I tell them I'm there to pick up the order. The soda tastes like seltzer, the dining area is never open, and they never have the rotisserie chicken. How this place lasted long that the DQ on Forest Ave is beyond me. This place should close and no one will miss it

I visited many years ago and recently saw that they changed up a bit. So I decided to revisit. I’m glad that I did~! The parking is not great but manageable. The folks were very friendly and accommodating. I got the truffle whiz wit with garlic bread substitute. It tasted great. Packed full of meat and cheese. The cherry peppers add enough kick to break up the richness of the sandwich. I also got the animal fries. I was surprised at how great these tasted. I also topped them with any meat that fell out of my sandwich. Even better! My only issue is that it gets pricy really fast. But it tastes great. I’ll save this for when I wanna treat myself every now and then.

There is really not much to say, place has dynamite cheesesteaks. I had the uncle Tony and it was delecious. I will say the pricing has become a little to high for my liking. My one sandwich was $20 without any drink or additions. If you ok with spending the money the food is definitely good.

This is a spot that my sister and friends frequent regularly. Today was the first time I tried it ! We got the El Hefe and the pizza steak sandwich. Soooo goood!!!! It was delicious. I was annoyed at first waiting a while for the food but it is because it’s fresh! So much cheese and steak, they do not skim on the ingredients! I enjoyed seeing photos of celebrities who have ate there.

I'm a bit of a cheese steak connoisseur. I was sad when one of my faves, Delilah's in Greenpoint closed. So glad I visited G-Knows! My new favorite in the boroughs. The play on words for their title is catchy (cough cough famous spot next to Pat's). The cheese wiz steak wit onions was delicious and perfectly cooked. Bread was fresh and just enough meat to cheese to bread ratio. Mac and cheese bites were delicious also. Friendly counter staff. I'll definitely be coming back a lot!

I swear a philly done right. I have visited philly and the cheesesteaks got nothing on this place. I went with the truffle whiz wit with my sub toasted. I swear pure delight. The cheese and steak cooked to perfection with fries. This place is golden.

G knows Cheesesteaks! G knows options to put on your cheesesteak. There was a whole menu board dedicated to different options, additions and variations to your cheesesteak. Each had a dollar value. I was so overwhelmed with options I missed the neon 'Home of Pretzel Roll' sign. It was (I think) $3 so I wouldn't had gotten it anyway. G knows Cheesesteaks!
